Resumen de la reserva
It's not far from Box Hill central, so you can get good food and easy transportation to the city. I like the 2-floor inner architecture, which makes it very spacious. Considering it is close to the white horse road, it is still very quite. You can hear noise from next room if they make big one, but most of the time you don't hear anything. It's also affordable, compared to those in the city. Things in the mini bar are not a rip-off. The room service is very good. I was not used to Melbourne's cold weather so I asked for an extra quilt. It was not in their policy but they still managed to get me one. That's a very pleasant experience.
I asked the reception for some TAP water and she informed me that she will have to charge me $2 a cup for tap water ???? That price is ridiculous for just asking for tap water when it costs almost next to nothing. The lady at reception was also very arrogant and was chatting with her colleague and did not even acknowledge my presence
I stayed with Tudor box last week and in March. The rooms are spacious, and clean. I enjoyed quiet uninterrupted rest time In between my busy work schedule. Any issues in the room were dealt with quickly and effectively. The location is close to Doncaster mall, and motorways.
Recently stayed in a two bedroom apartment (just across the road from the Tudor). The apartment was good and in a great location close to shops and restaurants. It was roomy with comfortable beds and sofas. Although it had everything we needed, it was a little tired and many things could do with replacing (as for sharp knives, there was only a bread knife; one tiny saucepan and one very large soup pan; a very bowed frypan; frayed towels). And it was noisier than we had anticipated - our apartment butted onto Whitehorse Road and the front bedroom was quite noisy. We had asked for a quiet room. Also the bathrooms and walls could do with a good clean. Apart from that, the two bedrooms and two bathrooms were very handy and perfect for a short stay at a good price. The undercover secure parking was great and the bays were wide. My friend visited for dinner and she was able to find a free park easily in the service lane out front. The wifi was free but was slow at times and very patchy. There is a lively looking cafe just a few doors down that would have been nice to try but it was not open when we needed it. I would stay again.
I have chronic neck, back and hip problems and this means I can't sleep flat in a bed. I needed a single or double seater couch with a high back. I was told different things by 2 different staff members and each person gave me misleading information, resulting in poor quality sleep (and very little of that). The internet didn't work and the staff
The Tudor Apartment complex is on the opposite side to the Motel, going toward Box Hill Central and easy walking distance to this restaurant area. Apartments are well-set up and bedrooms well-presented. Found it to be quiet and private. Two minute walk to Red Cup Cafe for breakfast.
These apartments are advertised as "serviced" but their interpretation of serviced for a 4 day stay is 2 tiny shampoo and conditioner for 4 people, and only enough tea and coffee for 1st night. No daily clean. Large apartments with minimum furniture. Appliances all needed replacing and as for cleaning, well below par!
My first visit to Oz and the Best Western Tudor apartments were my first stop. These are huge (compared with the UK) and had everything you could possibly need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment is open plan, with a large kitchen and quality appliances allowing you to prepare food from a simple sandwich to a full-blown roast. The lounge area was comfortable with a decent size TV. Wifi was good (each room has its own router). It did slow down on occasions, but this was temporary and it was back up quite quickly. Comfy bed giving a good night sleep. There was also a blackout blind so you if you wanted to sleep in then you could quite easily. Good size bathroom with laundry facilities (both washing machine and dryer). Perfect if you were working for a longer spell which meant you would not have to worry about the cost of hotel laundry or go and find somewhere to wash your stuff. The staff on the desk were really friendly and happy to answer any questions or requests you may have. Great stay
This place is clean and straightforward. The self catering apartments are across the main road, with own secure parking area. I found the apartment very spacious and well equipped. Unfortunately booking.com thinks check out is midday but its actually 10am.
So we, a family of 5, were from interstate for a wedding. As a regular contributor on here, I also use TA as a guide for where to stay, eat etc. Hubby was looking at some options, this was one and had suitably good reviews so we booked to stay. Had 2 rooms for 2 nights. 5 sleeping. The Motel was quick to ring to clarify that we needed an extra bed so kudos there. The Motel was quiet, clean and comfortable. Easy check in. It is located 600m from an area where there is lots of restaurant choices (though mainly Asian food). An easy walk. There's also the Red Cup cafe across the road as an alternate breakfast option. Happy to recommend this place to stay.
The Tudor Box Hill was perfectly located for our needs whilst staying in the outskirts of the Melbourne CBD. This hotel is as pretty as the pictures you see on their web page. Lack of motivation with the check in staff left us feeling a little flat as did a few of the items missing from the room. Overall good value for money accommodation.
After being stuck in Melbourne with no Accommodation we Googled We found The Best Western at Box Hill close by. We called We Booked & We Arrived. At reception we were met by a very friendly receptionist ... After telling her of our unexpected misfortune of being stuck in Melbourne the Manager appeared and asked if we would like an Upgrade at No Extra Cost ... Well what an Upgrade ... 2 Bedroom Serviced Apartment with WiFi .. Netflix .. Utube Tv Full Kitchen with Dishwasher & Full Size Fridge .. 2 Bathrooms & Laundry .. Office .. 2 Balconys and the best King Size Bed we have ever Slept In. All this for the Amazing Price of $120.00 They also pointed us in the direction of a Local Restaurant .. David & Camys Dumpling House ... Wow Great Meal for Two for only $27.00. Great Effort Great Western Team. Mark & Robyn.
I thought this was a nice accomodation. The location from the main business district was great and easily walkable. This allows for more affordable dinners which need to be taken into consideration of the total cost of the vacation. It has a nice cafe across the street as well that showcases live music. The room was very clean and spacious and you can even get some covered parking if available. i would definitely stay here again. The bathroom was very nice as well. Thanks
I booked a 2 bedroom apartment at the hotel but when we arrived we were told the apartments are across the road. The pool was part of the hotel so we had to walk across a busy road to use it. The pool is indoors but was still very cold for February. We got upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment on the top floor which was very spacious with a great layout & everything you would need for a longer stay. The only negative in regards to the apartment was the walls are very marked & could do with a paint & one of the couches was a bit grimy. Other than that it was a great location & I would stay there again.
Stayed at this property for a week, some pros and cons to share. I stayed at the 2-bedroom suite Pros : Unit was spacious and clean. Free parking Secured carpark Only registered guest can enter the property. Has kitchenette, washer, dryer Very near to Box Hill Shopping Centre. You can get all food and grocery there. Value for money. Cons : This 2-bedroom suite is not in the same location as the main BW location, so we didn't get to use the gym or other facilities. Have to do 2 U-turns across the road to go to the main building. Room telephone not working, can't contact reception desk. The Chinese lady at the check-in/check-out desk is not helpful nor friendly.
I stayed on a Saturday night. I was worried that the place may be noisy as it is on a large, main road. However, it was very quiet. Good size room. Lovely bathroom including spa. Helpful, friendly staff.
Stayed in Queen Spa Suite. A spacious room, definitely not small, large enough for two people. The furniture is relatively old. The bathroom seems to have been renovated recently. Location: about 10-15mins walk from mall and trains. There is a restaurant with a plenty of options for cooked breakfast. The equipment in the gym is quite ran down, one treadmill was not running properly (I almost fell down a couple of times), the other was not running at all. Very nice courtyard.
I stayed in the apartments that are part of the hotel but across the road. It was a work trip and just me. I paid $155 a night and when I got there it was a huge 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom self contained apartment. Massive wrap around balcony, full kitchen, washing/machine and dryer. It had undercover parking and was very quiet. It was amazing value for money!!
Son moved to Melbourne for work and this was exactly across the road. Booked two rooms, they were clean and tidy. The water in the showers was hot and plentiful and the staff were very friendly. Would I stay here again - most certainly.
Well we traveled from Adelaide on a very early morning of Friday weekend footy finals. Considering it was a long trip with a baby and a toddler in the car, we wanted to get to our room hotel and have an early night. Checked in was easy and fast. Got to our room, expected what we paid for. Have an extra bed as requested. Clean, homey feeling and most of all quiet. Stayed for 2 nights. Left early Sunday morning to continue our journey. I would recommend this hotel and definitely stay here if ever going to Melbourne again. And oh btw car park is excellent too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Local restaurants are just nearby.
I stayed in a room within the main hotel as I wasn't bothered about walking down the street to the apartment I'd booked. The room was really quite tired, and very cold when I arrived. The air con worked at full temperature all the time I was in the room, and after the first four hours when it had taken the chill off, the room was still cool. No heating in the large bathroom, and I didn't try the spa bath. The wifi was a joke, no bandwidth, and it kept dropping out. I had to use the data on my phone. The staff on reception were good. However there is a big security issue as the place a label on your room swipe card; so if you lose you card every one knows which hotel, and which room it opens. I won't be coming back.
I have stayed here twice in the last month or so, for 5-6 days at a time, as I was attending a course being run in the function rooms here. I was very pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the apartments - beds were comfy, kitchen was well equipped, and masses of room to move - this would be great for a family as you definitely wouldn't feel on top of each other. Disappointed in the room service - food was OK, but the refusal to deliver room service on a Sunday was annoying (and not written anywhere).
Stayed at the Tudor apartments across the road. Arrived on a very cold rainy afternoon. Room is quite nice but freezing cold. Took most of the night to warm up due mainly to the cold tile floor. Unlike a lot of places I've stayed they don't prepare the room for the cold by putting on the heater prior to check in. Oven door is filthy. No TV's in either bedroom which is a norm in almost every other apartment I've stayed in. I could have turned on the electric blanket and watched TV to warm up had they had TV's. Only one TV in a big apartment. Not much to choose from in the area so maybe the extras are not a priority.
Stayed 2 nights for a conference held at hotel. I was concerned by some previous reviews about cleanliness of rooms & noise. I was pleasantry surprised by the cleanliness of the room & really surprised how big the room was.Noise was not a problem in my room but was for some friends who stayed in another section.
Large apartment slept 5 plenty of room comfortable beds apartment located across the road from the main hotel, had several problems with room key not working which was annoying as we had to cross a busy road to get to the office one car park allocated apart from that large apartment good for a family
The staff were friendly, an extensive menu compared to some, breakfast to the door or in lounge, quiet rooms with no road noise, garden area with seating, swimming pool, spa, gym, clean, affordable, 24hr front desk. The best place I have stayed at.
Stayed here for the first time in one of the family rooms and was impressed by the spacious rooms Rooms were well appointed and very comfortable Apartment had everything including fantastic kitchen, laundry and a place to sit outside Will definitely try again next time
We booked here because it looked nice. I am sure the pictures were true 20 years ago. Now add 20 years of wear and tear with little maintenance then you have a place in poor condition. Our first room the safe did not work and then they moved us to a second room where that safe also did not work. Both rooms were rough shape. They were kinda clean, but there was mold in the shower and ants in the washroom. The carpet had some vacuuming but when you look under beds and drawers there were defiantly dirt. The WIFI did not work unless you walked out to the courtyard. Back in the room it stopped working. The gym is also in poor shape where all equipment was well worn. On a good note the TV the only new thing in the room and the staff seemed pleasant. For $120 per night we would expect much better. I value this place as 1 star for $45. Any more you are paying too much. The pictures show it and they are in for profit with poor quality in return to guests. This hotel could afford to do better cleaning, maintenance, and customer service for what they charge.
Set back from the main highway which means you don't hear any road noise. Good clean rooms, with good facilities. Not quite enough parking, but there is parking available on the street. Ate the restaurant one night and it was nice. It is not meant to be a 5 star hotel but it is a good suburban hotel! Would stay there again.
We'd booked a double but got upgraded to a family room when we told them our son was joining us for 1 night (we stayed for 2). Room was clean and spacious. Shower in bathroom was a bit dodgy, the water flooded onto the floor. No WiFi in the room either. Not bad value though all in all. I'd go back.
With the exception of noisy pipes waking me up every night and the hot water getting way to hot every time someone else in a different room flushed a toilet, I really enjoyed my stay, grounds were nice, location good, workout facilities looked good. Bring ear plugs, but other than that I'd recommend this hotel. A restaurant a crossed the street, and lots of shopping and a bus / train station about a 10 minute walk from hotel. Many good Asian restaurants close by, also.
I've stayed here plenty of times before, this is my fourth stay this year. It's a clean average hotel, don't expect it to be amazing because the price clearly doesn't reflect that. I always read what the hotel says in response to reviews on here and they claim that it was refurbished in 2013 and that people are wrong when they say it needs upgrading. Yes there are new carpets and the furniture was reupholstered, I've never seen the bathrooms in a bad state and they're always clean. However the bedding isn't new, or if it is they haven't gotten around to doing the motel rooms yet. The bedding is clean but definitely has been around for years, it would be nice if they put some newer stuff in but again you get what you pay for, I'm not complaining about it. Last time I was there I got upgraded to the apartments across the road, once you figure out how to get into the car park it's a nice place. They're all new and modern. However this time I stayed there was a permanent resident complaining for a solid 5 minutes about someone parking in his car parking space next to the lift and he refused to park in other reserved parking because it wasn't next to the lift. Not the Tudor's problem of course but it wasn't helped by the only staff member stopping midway through his complaint to answer the phone despite myself and three other people waiting to check in. Furthermore despite having stayed here plenty she claimed she had no record of me on the system and that I had to give her a $100 bond on top of her taking my credit card swipe for 'incidentals'. I have never been asked for both before and she certainly didn't ask the lady in front for both either. They also need to fix the door lock on room 41. The door doesn't shut properly unless you spend 3 minutes jiggling the door handles to get it to catch properly. Also whenever a breeze goes past the door rattles and bangs. I know it's just this room though because the others I've stayed in have been fine. All in all if you need a cheap clean motel without frills then this is absolutely fine.
Booked a 2 Bed room 2 bathroom App . It has secure entrance and elevator to all floors. Was blown away it was spacious clean and had laundry with dryer. It had a Balcony with table and chairs . Heat/cooling thru out the App
If after somewhere to stay close to Melbourne CBD in a reasonable area at an acceptable price, The Tudor is OK value. Plenty of off street parking and also free curb side availability. About 15 minute walk to Box Hill shopping area where a range of restaurants and less than 10 minutes to Laburnum station with regular trains service to city. Rooms have not been modernised for some time but were clean and provided good comfort. While situated on a reasonably busy road, traffic noise was not a problem overnight. However there was some noise transfer from nearby rooms and plumbing and water sounds from late night showers around the block. Wifi free and worked OK. On site restaurant and bar convenient.
I was booked into one of the rooms across the road from the motel, the apartments are large and quiet. No housekeeping unless booked in advance or staying for more than a week.....Under cover parking and good free wifi, but check in and check out is at the motel, so you have to get back in the car and navigate peak hour traffic to hop across from one site to the other. Just for that inconvenience I will not return and go back to the Quest Mont Albert (which is not great, but better than this)
We had room 50 which was in the corner of the block. It was spacious with a sofa and a large bathroom. It was clean and well worth the $120 we paid. The bed was rather hard and every time my husband moved, so did I. We had a late night as we were in the area for a 21st party and our neighbours woke me at 6am talking very loudly, which was annoying. Check in was rather slow but OK. Overall we were happy with our stay.
I stayed here whilst visiting my family. It was a fairly as average motel room with a great shower. The room is basic but clean and comfortable. The kettle needs a good clean out to get rid of the floaties. The staff are lovely, the guy in the dining area was very friendly. They do have G.F bread for toast. The coffee &Tea is fresh and available in the morning. A little pricy for how basic it is but a pleasant stay.
Restaurant only offers a snack menu for weekends, and catering in this menu is VERY poor for catering for food intolerance's. Chef said they did not have any food on hand to cater, despite having plenty on the advertised menu. Also not told about only snack menu till we sat down. VERY POOR SERVICE from kitchen, waiter was great though.
We stayed overnight as we needed to be in Melbourne early for a gymnastics Competition, we called reception when we couldn't get our heater to turn on after reading the booklet provided, they gave us a few things to do nothing worked we called again to be told there was nothing they could do till morning, we called again saying it was freezing and someone came to have a look and also couldn't get it working he gave us a tiny little heater from his office and a blanket! Since Saturday I have called numerous times to be told the manger isn't available, not there at lunch etc I finally got a hold of him after calling many times on Monday to be told he would get back to me later that afternoon or the next day well I'm still waiting!! Terrible customer service! Don't stay here I felt terrible my kids had to stay in the freezing cold!!
Very handy location to Box Hill hospitals. Good clean rooms, good tv, adequate off street parking, free wifi (just grab the modem at the front office), gym, indoor pool & restaurant. If travelling is medical related mention this when booking to get the Hospital rate.
Stayed for two nights and was disappointed with the overall experience. We were upgraded to a king room upstairs (33) upon entry, the decor was old plain and outdated, the room was clean and tidy however the remote controls for the AC & TV should be thoroughly cleaned or replaced. The spa bathroom needs work. The tiles above the toilet were severely cracked, the toilet seat was wobly and the rim of the bowl also cracked. The standout was the staff, room service and location - the "King" room, not sure if the title fits the description???
We stayed in a well fitted out studio apartment in a very convenient location for our purposes. It was well presented with excellent facilities. On the down side, lack of Reception office in that building, no milk in fridge on arrival & a faulty/broken blind cord in main room which prevented the blind from being closed. For price charged, guests should expect maintenance 100%.
Faultless stay. These are the best value and quality apartments I have stayed at in the area. We have tried quite a few as we visit family nearby and very happy with our stay. They provided a portacot at small extra charge and it was nice that they put on a mattress protector and sheet to make it comfortable as most places expect you to supply your own sheets. We had an apartment facing rear and it was nice and quiet.
Stayed for two nights . First night I had trouble getting into my room and stood outside scanning the card for 10 minutes . I changed card and still didn't work until reception came and tried . Apart from that it was clean and good room service and quite
Stayed at this place before but upstairs. If you are offered rooms 53 to about 60 refuse to take them. They are in a filthy tunnel walkway and very noisy. Doors slamming all night suit cases clacking up and down. Simply woeful rooms. Upstairs and outside of the tunnel are fine. Lamb cutlets (2) and has Browns (2) one a solitary piece of toast for breakfast - very expensive and tough as rubber.
This is a long overdue review of my stay at this lovely property. I checked in at October 23, 2014 and checked out 10 days later. Initially I booked a standard room and got a lovely surprise when they upgraded me to the serviced apartments. My jaw-dropped when I saw the place; it was really big and spacious for just the two of us. The design of the apartment was very modern and I like how it has a minimalist look to it. The kitchen was a treat, it was equipped with everything and I did save some money by cooking and not eating out everyday. I chose this place because of its great location; 20 minutes train ride to CBD and a 10-minutes walk to Box Hill Station where the supermarkets, restaurants, shopping malls are. I highly recommend this place and would come back again. Once again, thank you for the upgrade.
Well presented comfortable, good size clean rooms, convenient to the Epworth Hospital. Small problem with the air conditioner, was attended to straight away. Good restaurant. Helpful staff. Easy car parking
I recently stayed at this hotel, whilst my partner was in Epworth Hospital. Whilst the room wasn't new - or modern, it was very comfortable, and very quiet. The review said there was a microwave in the room, however there wasn't, but the Front Desk sent me to the Restaurant, where they heated my 'snack' for me, which I thought was terrific! The bathroom was light and bright - and unusually, for a hotel/motel, it had a window so it was much easier to do my hair and apply makeup with natural light.
Couldn't wait to check in once more after great room & comfortable stay last year. Location is easy to get in & out, if your in apartment life is a breeze. This year, oh brother it was like I wasn't in same place. Got ground floor apartment, kitchen floors filthy & not cleaned. Same with bathroom & toilet. Let's not mention failed wifi, went back for another router but still no joy. On day 2 someone has been in the room to change cable, it worked but so so slow with such weak signal. Obviously have issues now that I hope they can get fixed. One thing with side of building ground floor room, condos next door if having party in back yard, not much you can do about that noise. This unit also didn't have a coffee maker, seriously first hotel room in years that I couldn't make a coffee. Disappointed, mild understatement & just makes me think Best Western have a poor brand issue in Australia.
I stayed there from December 18th 2015 to Jan. 4th 2016 On the positive: I received a very nice room upgrade. The staff were quite friendly. On the negative: After 2 nights I had to change room as due to bed bugs it had to be disinfected. The Internet broke down for about a week and when it came back the signal was very weak and could not be used effectively. The restaurant was closed for the Christmas holidays and the manager was absent for the same reason. My stay was prepaid. I expect a substantial refund. Giuliana Ladomery
Lovely welcome to the restaurant by a member of staff and not forgetting our lovely waitress..so friendly and helpful ! Burger was ok and chips but coleslaw was so nice !! A little over priced for this type of food but overall a pleasant finish after a long walk round box hill :)
I was almost tempted not to write a review because this place is so good. We had a big comfortable room with two TV's, a bed upstairs ad a big bathroom and spa. Box Hill Central is close by with markets restaurants and shopping. Twenty minutes to Melbourne City by train. There is a small laundry, gym and pool. I will definitely be coming back.
It had been 6 years since we last stayed here and we are pleased to see that the service friendly and helpful staff, make the stay here enjoyable. Centrally located within close proximity to public transport and a wide range of restaurants.
We had occasion to stay at this motel for the first time. Having arrived early (hospital appointment), we had to leave the car, but the receceptionist could not do enough for us, and parked the car for us as soon as a space became available. My wife returned in the afternoon to check in. As she cannot tolerate full cream milk, she always asks for some skim milk, and was charged $3 cash!! The next morning, checking out, the staff was embarrassed to hear about that, and refunded the money. Was this some sort of private enterprise? The same person was also heard to be rather unhelpful to a Chinese visitor with very little English.
We meet 4 times a year with about 25 people for breakfast. The food served is satisfactory, cereals then a hot breakfast, juice and fresh fruit. Table setting is professional and hot beverage is served. Service is friendly. Room is refreshing, bright and suitable for guest speaking to a small community. Could also after for 100.
The apartments are conveniently located within walking distance to Box Hill station and shopping complex. They are promoted as modern and are not that old. However, the beds, etc. are very good but the décor and fittings are looking a bit tired and in need of refurbishment to match the price they charge. The carpets in the public areas are old, worn and have a musty smell. The apartments are mainly tiled with carpeted bedrooms. The bathrooms in our apartment showed scant attention to floor cleaning with dark rings around the edges. Whilst not Tudor's fault, we could not open our windows on the east side due to heavy smokers congregating in the backyard of the old house (up for sale) next door - they tended to be late nighters with chat going on late and also often early in the morning. Nice & roomy apartments that need to reflect a continuing investment.
Easy check in and check out. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Have stayed here 3 times now in total, over 2 years. Each time has been comfortable and nil issues. We will def. stay here again, in the future .
First time at this location, previous Australian experience at Best westerns not so good. Booked a self contained apartment & did I get a shocker. Large one bedroom fully equipped apartment in separate location just a block away from main hotel. Extremely clean & comfortable, what mattered most to me was peace & quiet for working. Great wifi, private underground parking & well located just a few blocks away from Main Street shopping & quick connect to M3 to get around. They do room service if needed but all the appliances to cook your own food, bonus also washer & dryer for laundry. Stayed for a week & would return when in the area again for business.
I thought this was good value. We had what we needed. We went during the footy finals so everywhere was packed. Everything was straightforward. We got a check in at 12 as we had come off the ship from tassie so had to find somewhere to sleep in between. Recommend as an easy overnight stay.
We stayed here for 3 nights in sept 15, we had a lovely exec spa room which we were upgraded to at no charge, bedroom is upstairs and a small lounge and bathroom downstairs, the rooms are very comfortable, the wall are a little thin when you have a very noisy couple next door for one night, the other 2 nights were very peaceful with no noise from the nearby Maroondah Hwy.A negative is the Tudor does hold a lot of functions and the people attending these functions take over all the parking, so you have to find a park near the motel, So if you go out for dinner you come back and there is no car parks available even though there are signs stating for guests parking only.Overall this is a very good place to stay and was very central to all our needs.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment . The room layout & furniture were faultless. On our second night the hot water wasn't working, phone reception and waiting 30 minutes for a response, called again, another 30 minutes and get told we can go across the road and use the shower at the pool. Next morning no hot water... Next night no hot water. We got moved across the road to a Family Room with the offer of a free (in-room) breakfast. The place was nice but the staff need to keep you informed, not us constantly chasing up when we can have a hot shower!
I arrived tired from train station to book in to 3 bedroom unit for on site workshop for 4 days. Phone flat, card didn't work not allowed to have room til I paid $250. Asked If I could sort out in am as here 4 days but no. Just wanted to go to room do internet transfers - any way . Paid and had to walk a few hundred metres down road to traffic lights and to room in another building. Rang reception and asked for password wifi," you can have modern tomorrow ... "No... Walked back to reception and asked why modem not given when booked in and told "only customers who ask for it as most people don't need Internet" ! Well clean unit except for someone else rubbish in my kitchen bin.
The cleanest and most exceptional condition. Stayed in spa suite. Was more than pleased with cleaning staff. Excellent job. Excellent facilities. Would highly recommend special occasion place to revisit.
