Resumen de la reserva
Hotel is tucked behind other businesses, right next to a Christmas store. Very friendly receptionist - blonde - quite helpful and knowledgeable about local restaurants. Room was great - also had big comfy chair with footrest. Bathroom sink is outside the room with toilet and shower - good design. We were on the bottom floor and dreaded the thought of people stomping upstairs, but we heard nothing all night. Wonderful beds and linens. Shower is great - easily adjustable head, shower curtain on rod curving outward to give extra room. All very good. Breakfast is fine - sausage, eggs, waffles (excellent), biscuits and gravy, cereals, a few pastries. Yogurt machine didn't work. Lots of little extras available, like picante sauce, sugar-free syrup. We don't care for hotel breakfasts but this was adequate.
The hotel was far enough from the highway that there was no noise. The room was clean with decent bathroom amenities. Breakfast had a decent amount of options, waffles, sausage, eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereals, juices. The coffee was not satisfactory so I walked across the street to Buccees for that but the pool was open for the kids and we had a comfortable family stay
Whatever they use to clean this place is noxious. Smells like they wallpapered the room with those Christmas tree car fresheners. Or maybe they didn't clean it and just dumped a bottle of Febreeze? . Don't trust the pictures, the place is old and in desperate need of an update. Staff is nice, but that is about the end of it. We checked in late or we would never have stayed last night. Lots of noise, walls are thin. An old cat patrols outside, wailing and whining all night. Seriously, I don't mean to sound bitter but I didn't shop well and didn't sleep at all. The price is cheap in price but not worth it. I was just assuming that one of these hotels was as good as the others, but I was wrong. I'm literally sitting in the bed of the room right now as my wife books a different place for tonight. I doubt this hotel will refund us, but we don't care. Try the Hampton Inns and Suites. It looks much better.
We stayed at this motel for 10 days and we received excellent overall service . Staff was so nice and friendly. Rooms were so clean. Our kid enjoyed pool , breakfast and other amenities. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family and we will be coming back her for future stay over
The hotel was okay, the beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. The breakfast was good, and the rooms looked updated. The only complaint I really have is the the A/C didn't get super cold in the room I was in.
Everything is good. Breakfast is vary good and lots of options to eat. Coffee is delicious. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Room is very very clean. Staff is very friendly. Nice and quiet place. Thanks for hospitality.
The pool . Fitness, hot tub all was out of order,we had planned a sister trip all of us in our 60 I was very disappointed as we booked there because of all the extras all though when I go back I probley will stay with y'all again has y'all have a great rooms maybe it's just me .I am old
The motel was clean enough, but it had some definite negatives. First, the wifi did not work. The front desk clerk was aware of the problem, confessed that she could barely use it herself, but had done nothing about it and offered no solutions. She rejected the idea of simply trying to reboot the router. Second, the motel had lots of workmen as long-term guests. Some of them stayed outside playing loud music in their trucks late in the evening, with the music clearly audible inside my motel room even with the AC blowing. Again, the front desk clerk said that was a recurring problem. Her only solution was that a storm that was supposed to arrive around 10 pm would probably drive them all inside. The storm did arrive causing the electricity in the motel to go on and off several times during the night but the motel cannot be blamed for that. Finally, travelers with pets should be aware that the motel's charges for pets totals over $28 once taxes are included. That's excessive.
No smoke detector in my room, other smoke detector was beeping all night. So, what other safety issues could there have been, especially when the guy at the front desk knew about this. The breakfast was nothing to brag about, the waffles tasted bad, I ate the muffins, which I threw away. I would never stay here again, I would rather sleep in my car.
sink and internet were MOST disappointing and floor was dirty 200 characters yet? frog golf today yesterday sunrise sunset cars trucks food restaurants 200 characters yet? no not yet so here is more NOW?
Me and my 2 grandsons age 14 and 10 spent weekend here!! Hotel from outside looked a bit run down but inside was immaculate!! Loved the size of room and shower exceeded expectation!! Breakfast was amazing so many choices!!! Coffee was best I've ever had in any hotel stays!! A few minor things like microwave in room was broken and hot tub not in use… also, wifi cuts in n out!! But overall very satisfied! Definitely stay there again!
The property is clean, rooms are clean and breakfast was decent. If you find yourself in Madisonville, this is a good choice. I slept well and the coffee was good and the breakfast was frsh and well presented.
I've spent at least 50 nights in different hotels this year, and this is always the cleanest! Don't let the curb appeal send you away! Beds are comfortable, floors are spotless, and bathrooms are sparkling!
Warm water not hot, locked so it wouldn't get hotter. Hot breakfast was very limited and not much of it, and the fruit was very old. The room was clean and beds were very comfy. A/C was cool but NOT cold!!
Ok facility. AC was nice and cool and the room was in good condition. Front desk staff was very friendly when checking in. This is an OK hotel for someone who is passing through and needs to stay the night.
The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and the rest of staff was friendly as well. Breakfast was probably one of the best continental breakfasts I've had, and I've had many. The room was clean and exactly as expected. We did not have any issues with our stay. I was honestly super impressed by this property. It didn't really look 5-star as I drove by, but it turned out to be a really great experience!
VERY clean, well kept hotel. Manager is very conscientious, responsive, and concerned with making sure your stay is excellent. Even went above and beyond when we ran into an issue with the guest dryer.
The temp of the water was turned down to save money so I will not use them again. kskjnwjohghdyewgfwegvhdfiqwhgfhyfiwhqfwhfowqjfiulhfohdsfilhfweiugfdiuhojfd;ohdfuhshqwdhqwilhgdiqwhdeohuwfdgvedhweidhuilhdf;wegfwefhiewhilufhhwfohofhewiugliuqweiqewtqewuhyewy28678972389t28672w57i7wgighwedfihwfhfowfhiwegfuefwh;oiewf;owefhiewgogdw
Comfortable and easy process to check in and out. Front desk staff was nice and accommodating. She gave me options when I asked about food and drinks for the night since it is a small town. Actually had breakfast available. Grounds well kept.
My wife and I found that the facilities look great, inside and out. The only exception was litter around the building, on the driveway and the remaining grounds. We found the desk staff to be friendly and professional. I had thought I booked 3 nights but only booked 2. The staff called me and we added a night with no problem. The food area was clean with fresh food. Some snack bars were free.
We weren't told that the pool and hot tub weren't available when we made our reservation. I would have chosen a different hotel. No bacon at breakfast was disappointing. A couple with two small children checked in when we did. We were put right across the hall from them. That was extremely irritating. The staff was great, room was nice. But the above problems made me feel like I way over paid for my room.
I stayed were with my family for a Friends wedding. 2 1/2 weeks before arriving got a call saying that one of the rooms that i reserved months before had plumbing problems. Wanted me to move to a smaller room. I couldn't do that because that was were the Bride and Bridesmaid's were getting ready. I had to go with a smaller room for the Honey moon suite. When checking in everthing was great. Told front desk that i wanted to pay in cash and they were fine with it (Friday afternoon 3:30pm). Left hotel and went to rehursal got back to hotel around 1 am. Got up next day everthing was good. Started getting ready and we noticed that the sink stoper was shut. Called front desk some came up right away. Was told that they would be back some time after we left and before returned. We were gone almost 12 hours. At 2:30 am as i was trying to get ready to get some sleep we noticed that the sink was not fixed at all. We got no phone call or note or anything. Called front desk left a note for manager. I wasn't happy. All the manager was willing to do is take off a little more than $13.00 off the whole bill. Was told i could pay when i checked out at 11 am, but again was not the case i was called around 8 am to come pay my bill and i was told that i should have paid half when i checked in. I tried paying the bill when i checked in. On top of all of this the hotel was under renovations and was not told when i booked or before checking in. My childeren were disappointed because the closed the pool and fitness room because they were using them as storage. Overall i was not happy when i left.
Flooded in the winter storm and is the worst property I've ever been in. They should have either warned people when making reservations or closed entirely during repairs. Pool closed, no real breakfast (just processed sugars), holes in the ceiling. The management doesn't want to adjust rates so we left. They must not have business insurance. Avoid this place, it's really comparable with a $35 / night hotel now. I'm sure it was decent before the big freeze.
Good They accommodated the room request; hotel staff helpful; the room and bathroom were clean. Not good Their grab and go breakfast is a water bottle, a piece of fruit, a granola bar, and a pastry. No consideration for diabetics or pre-diabetics having a granola bar and a sugary pasty. This is not a breakfast; it is a snack; why couldn't BW have a combination sausage and cheese on a bun that a person could heat in the room microwave? Why couldn't BW make eggs and meats and serve them in containers? CDC, health departments, and COVID have nothing to do with preparing oatmeal, eggs, or meats that can be put out buffet style; cooks can wear gloves; restaurants, cafes, and diners are now preparing meals and there is no reason why the hotel cannot do the same thing; people know to distance getting these hot items and can eat in their rooms; COVID is being used as an excuse; the room a/c does not run all the time; the only way to have a cool enough room is to turn the a/c down quite low so that when the room warms up, the a/c starts again; after the room cools, the a/c unit cuts off; no continuous air circulation to maintain a cool feeling.
I had called in advance to make sure the hotel accepted cash and the lady said they did with a 50 deposit refunded at checkout which is good cause most hotels do not allow cash anymore so will be staying at this chain from now own
It was excellent under the new normal. Just did not like the pool area being closed due to unruly guests that refused to follow the rules to keep it open! Also the COVID operations really cramped the Breakfast.
Easy check in and check out. Room was very clean and beds were very comfortable Breakfast was good and decor was appealing. Convenient to gas and restaurants. Easy in and out to the hotel. We will definitely stay here again.
Staff member MS Becky was wonderfull and great at taking are reservation & Ms sharon was great and fantastic at checking us in very fast pace very sweet and loved are stay room was very clean and breakfast had many different varieties and loved it walked out completely satisfied!!!
I always stay at BW when I come to town every month I love the staff. They are always friendly, happy and eager to help you out. BW IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO. I love everything about it. The indoor pool is a major plus for me.
Very nice hotel and property. Close to everything you need. Beds were very comfortable. Missed getting to use the pool area due to not getting back from wedding earlier. The employee Jordan was very friendly and helpful. Nice area outside to sit.
We stay at you hotel due to the death of a family member. The rooms were nice very clean and comfortable. We wish that they at least had special rates for unforeseen circumstances like death of a family member
BW of Madisonville was very close and personal with us. The staff, excellent (especially Becky the Manager and Alisha). Hotel inside and outside very clean. We always stay on the highest level of a hotel/motel for 'quiet' and the gals made sure that our stay was comfortable. I always write down any issues with our room and present to the manager at the time of checkout, too. Only a few minor issues that will be taken care of for the next guest. BW is the same as all other chains with their free breakfast, WIFI, fitness room, and indoor pool/hot tub. Also, be sure to tell them if you have AARP, or BW Rewards, a discount is always a plus for you. For a small town, I rate this hotel/motel the best. Our first time staying here, and not our last. Thank you to everyone at BW of Madisonville for making our stay comfortable. :)
For anyone who needs to stay in Madisonville, Texas, this is the cleanest and friendliest hotel in town. There have never been any complaints by me or my family when staying at this hotel over the last 25 years. It is very clean and that is the most important thing to me. However other great things about this hotel are the management and the employees who are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good. This is a great place to stay in Madisonville, Texas.
This hotel is a smoking and nonsmoking hotel. I smelled smoke when I entered the hotel and all down hallway to my room. The check in process was slow and my receipt was different than what I was quoted. The breakfast was prepared unsanitary.
I called the number on the Best Western website and booked a room for $150. I thought I was receiving a non-smoking room with a king bed because that's what I requested. When I got to the hotel, I was given a smoking room. I requested to change, and I was told they didn't have any non-smoking rooms available. We went back and forth for a while and they informed me that I booked through getaroom.com. They showed me where they only received $85 of the $150 for the room I booked. They let me know that this specific Best Western is privately owned, and that it's not their fault I overpaid for a room that I booked using the number on the best western website. After a little back and forth, I was told I could pay more to have a non-smoking room with a king bed (so they did have non-smoking rooms available). I was not willing to pay more than I already had. After a little more back and forth, another non-smoking room with 2 queen beds miraculously became available and they allowed me to stay in that room for no extra charge. They said they should not have to eat the cost of putting me in a non-smoking room with a King bed, because they only received $85 of the $150 that I paid. They also repeatedly told me that this hotel is privately owned, and the number I called on the best western site is not related to their best western hotel. I now understand that I'm an idiot and that Best Western hotels should not be assumed to be Best Western hotels. Also, the room they put me in had a leak in the pipes under the sink, and the towels turned my skin red.
We stayed at this hotel for a school related event. We were not there very long, but had no issues. The front desk people were friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. The rooms were good. We will stay here again if we come back to the area!
Very nice and clean and hot fresh food. I recommend this place to everyone that wants a nice stay. We came in the staff was so nice and very quick to get us to our room. The in door pool was clean and welcoming. Outstanding work out room.
I have been staying at this Best Western for over three years every weekend. They treat me as family and make sure I am safe and comfortable. If i don't show up every week they check on me. The manager eats breakfast with me every Saturday morning. Al of the staff know me and welcome me each week. I couldn't ask for any better care. I highly recommend you give this business a try.
This hotel is nice, the beds are comfortable with 4 pillows which should be plenty for most. Whoever they had paint did a great job. If you get hungry while your here there is a buc-ees and a barbque place in walking distance.
We weren't expecting much other than a serviceable hotel when we booked our rooms at this hotel. Wow. We were wrong. This hotel is terrific! Rooms are large - while not the most up-to-date, the rooms have everything you need and more. Beds are very comfortable; plenty of outlets; with a decent-sized refrigerator and microwave; bathrooms have great shower pressure and temp. Lots of lighting, seating, and storage; the A/C worked great, and the room itself was quiet. Sharon at the front desk is a doll - so helpful! There is an elliptical machine, treadmill, and bike in the gym - the bike seat couldn't be moved, but the treadmill worked fine (didn't try the other machine). The indoor pool is clean and HUGE! Co-worker praised the breakfast amenities (I couldn't partake due to my work schedule). I especially liked all of the TV channels, both in my room and the gym.
Front Desk has been instructed to tell CLC people they can only book on line well what their wanting is to bill YOUR CREDIT CARD! You can not put in CLC's information it has to be taken at the hotel which means you will be billed and you will never recover this it's a scam done by many independent hotels, Keep driving not worth the hassle and loss of money!
This is one of the best places I have lived so far... so cool, calm, clean and relaxing. Employees are good and caring. Property is conveniently located hardly 100 yards away (on Main St) from I45 in Medisonville Owner is himself is so down to earth, friendly and caring. This will be my only destination if I will be around Medisonville ever.
Booked directly from Best Western' S website and it listed indoor pool and spa as part of amenities this location had to offer. It was closed.. I understand that renovations and repairs need to be made, however in this technology laden society you should update websites. I am tired of spending money for amenities and facilities not having available what they themselves advertise. The hotel clerk did offer us a Jacuzzi room for an additional charge.
Clean, comfortable hotel. Clerk, Sheena, very friendly and helpful. Room has a comfy upholstered chair and footstool with a lamp next to it at just the right height for a reading chair, plus a desk and usual wooden chair. Very good breakfast. Pool and hot tub under repair right now, but will be ready again soon. Buccee's right across the street.
This was by far the worst night I've had in a hotel in a very long time. The charged premium room rates for a budget hotel Check in was ok, the clerk was nice and the lobby was clean as this is a fairly be property. The issues stayed when I went to sleep. The bed was ok, but there was only a sheet and a very thin blanket and the ac unit is one that is under the window and the only thing you can control is high, low fan speed and a dial for the temperature. So in the middle of the night we woke up freezing. Then after being awaken, I couldn't go back to setup for the noise from the other rooms and the traffic outside. We rented the Jacuzzi suit in hopes of having a relaxing night. Not what you would expect to get for the price of the room.
We have stayed at this hotel over 12 times in the past year and they have always been very nice and helpful. The rooms have always been very nice and clean. The heated pool is great after a long day. A good bang for your buck!
I wasn't sure I would find a comfortably and clean room away from the larger metropolitan areas, but this Best Western fit the bill. It was just right for a stop-over to visit family. The only thing I'll do different for my next visit is bring my own pillow.
Felt ripped off from the beginning! When checking in, Becky (Asst. Mgr.) told us we reserved a King, Smoking room. When we showed her our reservation email directly from BW showing we reserved a King, Non-Smoking room, she argued with us and said none of those rooms were available. She then stated she could provide us with a HIGHER PRICED Non-Smoking room. We politely told her that we wanted a Non-Smoking room, but "not at a higher price" as it was not our fault the room we reserved was not available. She then repeated that our reservation was not correct. When I told her that I didn't care what her system shows, and that we were the customer and our price should be honored, as we had proof of our reservation, her response was "WOW" and she was visibly upset that we refused to pay more. She finally gave in and gave us a room with two queens for the same price as our original reservation. This was a 15 minute process of her arguing with us that should have been resolved within a minute of walking in. Since there were no more than 10 cars parked at the hotel when we arrived around 9:30 pm, it is hard to believe all of any room type was sold out. We honestly felt we were given an excuse that our room was not available so we would have to pay for a higher priced room to bring more revenue into the hotel. If INTEGRITY was not the case, Becky needs to be trained on appropriate customer service when handling these situations. As for the hotel, the room was clean, the shower didn't work well, and the breakfast was not great.
This hotel was a pleasant surprise, beginning with a warm welcome from Becky. She made sure that our room was ready for an early arrival and didn't mind the tales of the weary travelers! The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.
Anytime I'm in the area, I stay here because I can count on this hotel to be a pleasant stay. I rarely experience any issues here. My only disappointment was the breakfast; they were out of eggs 2 of the 3 mornings I was there.
Great get away for the weekend. The hotel was conveniently located near all major attractions and right off the highway which made getting back on the road a faster task. The breakfast offered a variety of items to choose from.
Clean room Great Friendly Staff. Convenient location. Clean inside and outside. There was a issue with the children in the room above us and I went to the front desk it was instantly taken care of completely professional.
The hotel is clean, well maintained, and close to the freeway exit. It's an excellent place to stay almost mid-way between Houston and Dallas on the I-45. The breakfast included eggs, make-your-own waffles complete with waffle makers, coffee, juice, sausage, etc and was good quality.
Nice, clean room with a large flat screen TV with convenient parking and friendly staff for starters. Pretty good breakfast as well, not just average sweet rolls, but scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, a waffle machine, etc.
Nice clean hotel great service good breakfast very friendly staff good location in between dallas and Houston to my surprise they had smoking rooms and where clean and fresh smelling very nice property
The room was excellent & Breakfast was great & Service on the money . The lighting was well lite so u could see out side . The desk attendant meant all my needs and answered all my questions in needed
Service is great. Staff is very nice. Hotel is clean rooms are quiet. Would stay again. Convenient to freeway. Easy to get in and out. Quick check out. Affordable. Didn't use pool but it looked nice. Very nice stay.
I have spent a lot of time at this motel. The staff is great, rooms are clean, and the owner is amazing. I haven't visited since 2014, but I would always suggest this place! And their prices are very reasonable.
The small town of Madisonville, TX does not have a lot of hotels to choose from so we opted with this hotel because of the very accommodating front desk staff. From the moment I called to reserve a room to the moment we checked out, we felt like we were part of the family. We would definitely stay here again!
The service at this hotel was great. Sharon that worked the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I wish all hotels had a "Sharon". There was another lady at the hotel that was very helpful as well. I just don't recall her name. The hotel was very clean which I truly appreciate. Also, it was quiet and the hotel was totally full when we stayed there. Highly recommend it.
My wife and I are in this part of Texas once a month and after staying at other places before have made this Best Western THE ONLY place we stay when in town. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are always clean and quiet. The heated pool is very nice in the evening after dinner. A great place to unwind after a busy day.
It was average. I thought the check-in took an unusual long time. The vending machine and ice machine were both out on my floor (only 2 floors). The business center was inadequate. It needs to be updated. Friendly staff.
This location was great due to the fact that it was close to the freeway, plus had plenty of parking for very large trucks. The rooms are very nicely put together. A nice hot full breakfast in the morning goes a long way with me.
Once again we stopped on our way to Galveston, and once again it was really nice. Hotel is Very Clean, mattress is GREAT, Breakfast is good. Right across the street from Buckee's. What else can I say--Wish every Hotel was this NICE!
It was a clean very welcoming staff . We had a very good stay the pool was nice also close to where we were going .easy off I 45 and easy on I 45 the town was nice they have good pleases to eat and places to shop . the prices are good also .
We attended commencement at Texas A&M and found this a good alternative to the pricey lodging in College Station. It was an easy drive to and from A&M. The hotel was clean and quiet, and the staff was helpful. Easy access off I-45. Buc-ee's is across the highway.
we were on our way to Louisiana and it got late, we decided to stay here and were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted with a friendly, smiling front desk clerk. The room was roomy and clean. We arrived late and left early, so we did not get to try out the amenities. Will definitely stay here again if needed. And a big plus....Bucees is across the street.
Clean, comfortable and quiet. Last minute stay due to disappointing conditions at local B and B. Young man at front desk was very helpful. Cleaning staff does an outstanding job. Breakfast was hot with a lot of choices. Great stay for a week.
So comfortable! Clean and the team there was amazing!!! I appreciated the kindness and their efforts! It was a last minute drop in after getting a flat tire needing some rest in the middle of the night. Hot breakfast in the morning before we headed home.
If you are looking for an overnight stay in Madisonville, Texas, this is your place. Very clean hotel and remodel. Hallways and room are very clean. Staff very nice. Hot tub is too cold, its a cold tub and it needs repair . Breakfast was okay but attendent not helpful. Front desk was awesome. Will stay here again!
This was a small town along the route. We chose the Best Western. It was dark and not much light outside. I asked the desk clerk to let me see the room. He was very polite and oblige my request. The room was great and the hallways were clean. Our room was a big king room, with a desk and chair; a table and two chairs, and a living room chair and ottoman. we had plenty of room. The room was clean and neat. And there was a big flat screen tv in the room. The young man at the front desk was very helpful and recommended where to eat. He suggested the Lakeside Inn and that was an excellent choice. We will stay here again and I would recommend this to anyone passing through on 35. It was a quiet hotel, we didn't hear everything going on around us. The breakfast and the breakfast attendant need help. She wasn't very helpful and poor choices. But with the other restaurants in the area; that was tolerable.
I have stayed here twice for business. From the other places I've driven by, this is probably the best bet in M'ville. It's very clean and super quiet, which works well for night shifts. A deodorizer they spray in the rooms is a little weird, but there are large windows one can actually open. The desk people are super nice and helpful. One feature I like particularly like is the ability to pay a little extra and check out by 4 PM. Very helpful if you've worked a 24 hr shift and need some sleep before safely hitting the road for a long trip home. Hot tub not heated to the requisite 103 degrees. A little cool.
small town on the Interstate highway has been updated. Has a friendly helpful staff with a great recommendation for evening meal away from the Interstate. Very good breakfast with attentive staff. Excellent overnight, especially compared to Houston.
My husband and I met with Broadway Church in Madisonville, Texas for the Pathway of Lights. We stayed at Best Western across the street from Buckees. Room and staff were great! Will stay there again! ??
Quiet, exceptionally clean and just off the interstate...no real complaints other than a warped bathroom door that was somewhat hard to close and low water pressure in the shower. Every employee I came in contact with nice and attentive. Somewhat pricey (I thought) for the area but you get what you pay for. Nice morning breakfast bar too.
Good amenities. Free Wifi (a little slow). Free breakfast that's tolerable. The rooms are clean all around, and the flat screen TV is up to date. I like the fridge in the room as well. Other than The Woodbine Hotel, it's the best option in Madisonville. I'd recommend NOT going through Expedia to book your reservation. It leads to all kinds of complications between the hotel and them, and will slow down your check out. Just book directly through their website.
I've stayed at lots of hotels. This is not the best by any measure but it surely is the best option in Madisonville. The rooms are updated and kept clean. There were a few maintenance issues that needed attention and they were clearly marked "out of order" but after a four night stay I thought the signs would be history. I'm afraid they might be permanent, (treadmill and hot tub non-operational) but future reviews might prove that thought entirely inaccurate, I hope. The breakfast was good. The Wi-Fi strong. The Wi-Fi did go down one day. I called the front desk and they were on it. It was quickly restored. The staff, especially the morning crew, was friendly and helpful. Not a bad choice. In Madisonville it is a VERY GOOD choice!
Got tired on the road, called ahead to this Best Western. They had a room & the staff was most gracious & accommodating. I have a rewards card & the lady even entered me in a special promotion. Even helped us with dinner suggestions. Would definitely stay here again!
I have stayed here many times might near lived there while working for little over 3 months. They have always been friendly and will go out of there way to accommodate you. even if you work at night they will come in and clean for you. even though cleaning staff get off early
Stopped here on our way to Galveston-Check in was quick, Staff very helpful, Rooms were very clean, Bed was so comfortable best nights sleep I had in a while. Breakfast was Great. Pool was warm and clean! Buckey's right there. Wish I could have stayed longer.
This used to be a great place to stay with a fair price. But they have went up and up and up and are about to go up again I was told this morning . Its now more cost effective to drive to Huntsville. There has been NOTHING added to justify the exhorbitant price increase. Other than that it's pretty nice but it's not the Hilton.
Stayed there for 3 Days starting April 3rd Very Clean Room, Curious and Professional Staff, Great Free Breakfast 42 inch TV in the room Free Wi Fi I Highly Recommend this Best Western its a Great Place to Stay and I will again when I go by there.
Staff is helpful and vey friendly. Rooms are neat and clean. Parking is easy and close to the entry. Pool and pool area is always neat and clean. Location is great and easy to get to. The breakfast is good and the coffee is great.
