"Nice and clean"
Quiet, clean, hot breakfast, coffee bar 24/7, free laundry, very accommodating staff. The manager was very involved with keeping everything running smoothly. I very much enjoyed my extended stay due to home repairs and look forward to returning again soon!
"Customer consideration"
I have been staying at this hotel for almost a year every month and have seen the hotel go steadily downhill this month was the topper with the elevator out since Thursday and I was on the third floor caring everything up and down the stairs after working all day and standing on my feet for 10 hours was not what I considered fun. .when an elevator goes out on a Thursday it should definitely be fixed before Sunday. breakfast buffet has gone downhill now missing waffles missing toppings for all the oatmeal as well cookies that used to be that by the front desk are definitely gone by the wayside and although the staff on hand tries their best their hands are tied. more money needs to be invested so that things can be kept up and the services can be provided That the customers expect

"Nice hotel but lacking amenities "
We booked this hotel because it was close to our destination, had a pool for the kids and pretty good reviews; however, the pool was green and had a sign posted no one under 18 allowed to swim. The pool area looked terrible with garbage lying on the table and ground. Employee's and family live here and we would see them eat before paying guests; they ran out of eggs and gravy on day 1, ran out of biscuits on day 2, and ran out of biscuits, gravy and cereal on day 3. None of the employees even checked on the food until it was time to unplug the warmers. We even saw an employee's family member going through the food serving trays and eating the food with his fingers right out of the trays, needless to say none of our parties ate after seeing that. They really need to hire a lawn company to cut the knee high grass and a pool company to treat the pool. You would harfly see anyone at the front desk, they stayed hidden in the back most of the time. When you did see employees, they were polite. This is a fairly new hotel and it really looks good but it is just poorly run.
"Nice fresh room, good service but NO WAFFLES :("
My stay was standard and the room was comfortable. I did see paper from a previous stay that caused some caution to how well the room was cleaned but apart from that all was well. I didn't know how to turn on the shower and the front desk attendant was very helpful. He didn't know how to turn it on after entering one of the empty rooms but he called his manager. I appreciate him going all the way to resolve my issue, (turns out you have to pull down on the faucet nozzle on the tub until it locks :). The only complaint I have was the breakfast---there was NO waffle batter (the one thing I count on at any Best Western is waffles round or Texas shaped that doesn't matter). Additionally, they did not keep the line stocked, I came down at 7:00 am to find empty warmers and a confirmation from the attendant there would be no waffles but she was making biscuits. There were plenty of Danishes, yogurt, juice, and fruit but I wanted some of the bacon, eggs, and hashbrown that I saw the remnants of. I think this may have been due to limited staff or shift change I am not sure, it appeared to be 1 person to service the checkouts/front desk, and the breakfast.
"Nice but needs organization"
Hotel only a couple years old so it is clean and modern. We checked in early with a plan of a 3 night stay. The first night I was called to the lobby due to the hotel being overbooked and we had been checked into the wrong room. After standing there for 1/2 hour I finally went back to the room and went to bed. Next morning I inquired at the front desk why I was called to the desk if no changes in room was necessary. The only answer to got was we finally got it figured out. Upon return to our room that afternoon we were informed they had mistakenly given our room to another couple but again got the situation resolved. Now how do you give a room away that has been reserved for thee days and still has your personal belongings. When we entered our room candy was all over the floor and a clothes hanger on the bed. How long had someone been in the room? We decided to call it quits and checked out the next day. The other inconveniences include not a well stocked or attended breakfast area only one towel in the bathroom called three times for towels finally went down and collected them myself. Nice hotel but customer service needs work

"Best Best Western I've stayed at"
We traveled with two other couples for a trip to 1st Monday. We were able to check in a bit early and relax after our trip from OK. The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was above and beyond - friendly & helpful - Suzy and her team were fantastic!
"Outstanding Stay"
This new hotel, with an easy access location and safe parking is exceptional. The value exceeds that of properties that charge $200 a night. The staff is kind and caring. The hot breakfast is clean and has plenty of variety. The hotel is well appointed and décor is on point. This is the gold standard that all lodging should attempt to attain.
"Trade Days"
Nice Hotel, clean, great location for trade days. I gave this hotel an average rating because the breakfast was terrible. Most of the items, which were the same everyday, were cold. The biscuits were hard as a rock and the bottom half was not edible, eggs cold, gravy cold on most days. The hotel was full for Trade Days, the serving staff acted as though they got caught off guard by the number of people eating, the food ran out and they had to scramble to get more out. I want to give the hotel a higher rating but I cant, the water pressure was pathetic. I dont know what is going with the water but it was hard to take a shower with such low pressure. The hotel is one of the few places that is close to Trade Days, I will stay there just for that fact.
"Our stay"
Overall the stay was great, only problem we had when we booked the reservation we didn't get a confirmation on it and it was the wrong rooms. But we made the best of it. Also one our our rooms wasn't clean upon arrival but Ashley did her best and got straight to it. Excellent customer service!
"Clean rooms friendly staff"
Great Management Parking lot clean fitness is very good great location very convienient lake tawakani is very close by great area attractions garage sale on highwaty 80 is a good thing to go i hope I have 200 words
"Great Stay"
When we arrived no one was at the counter I waited a bit then saw a number highlighted on the we will be right back sign so I called it and she was busy with another guest my wait was about 8 minutes I was not in a hurry so it did not affect me. Room was clean the box spring could use a cover as it was a little dingy looking but still clean. All staff that I ran into was amazing everyone was very friendly and actually seemed to enjoy working with one another. Would definitely stay here again.
"Semi-adequate, but Much Improvement Needed"
Pros: New look, courteous front desk staff, A/C worked sufficiently Cons: Pool was closed (and not indicated as such on the website), front desk staff weren't very attentive to guests standing at the front desk (I had to call the phone number at checkout time), breakfast had few choices with unresponsive staff that kept using the microwave (and nearly kept me from heating up my own items), water pressure in shower was greatly lacking All in all, I would say that I received about 2/3 of the value I paid for this hotel. Next time I stay in that area, I'll be looking for alternatives higher in quality and with more attentive customer service.
"Awesome hotel at ridiculously low price"
I can't believe I found this hotel at the price I got it at. Still brand new with a nice pool and awesome breakfast. Only 15 minutes from canton trade days. Will absolutely come back next time I'm in the area
"Clean and new facility at bargain price"
Hotel looks brand new (inside and out). Facilities were clean and well maintained. Room was well maintained with stocked amenities that were good. Breakfast was decent though more vegan options would be advisable to add. Exercise facility was minimalist but decent. At the price below $100 a night including taxes, this was a very good deal (albeit it is on a road less frequented and slightly far from major attractions).
"Family vacation"
We were visiting a son, grandson and his family who had just relocated to Texas from Virginia. This hotel was immaculately clean. Everything looked like new. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was enjoyable. Will definitely be staying here again!
"Estate sale prep"
Very clean and nice hotel and staff... no problems noted. The grounds were well kept and the facilty was noce and clean. The pool was inviting and convenient. The price was wonderful, especially with the local 1st. Monday event. I cannot say enough about the breakfast. The items were hot, great choices, clean area, pleanty of food and guest seating. The staff and personel were very accomadating, professional and courteous,
"Great Hotel"
We were part of a wedding party. When we arrived the front desk clerk went out of his way to be sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and service at this location
"No parking firetrap"
Absolutely no parking! People parked along fire safety zone preventing any emergency vehicles from doing there jobs if necessary. Train came by often blowing loud horn. Bed was like a slab of concrete with a sheet over it. Fire alarm went off at 6 am. Dirty damp towels left in closet floor.
"Great Service and Great Hotel"
Very Clean! Will be staying here again next time we visit Texas. Considering the town of Will Point is small I was very impressed with the quality of service I received upon arrival and departure. we will most definitely be staying here again in the near future.
"15 Miles off Inter-state 20 West."
Very clean and good parking and serves Free BF Buffet. Very good location for Canton Trade Days. Only a 15 minute drive in. Much less cost than the Hotels in Canton, Will return to this location. Some rooms with a couch. Keurig in the room.
"Very Clean Hotel"
Clean rooms and Friendly staff. A light Breakfast was provided. Bacon, eggs, a waffle maker, and cereal offered. Only concern is that face masks were not worn by staff. Masks are not required by guests either.
"Country Hotel"
This hotel was very nice. Short but very pretty drive from Canton. Worth the drive to save some money. Great little restaurant down the street. We will definitely stay here again for another first monday trade days weekend.
"Best Hotel Stay"
The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. I have nothing bad to say.The only fault I could say is The walls were a little.thin as we could here our neighbors talking. However it did not interrupt our sleep. Definitely would stay here again
"Great pillows"
Great hotel. Nice rooms. Looks pretty new. Clean. Quiet. Nice breakfast. But their best feature is the young man with long hair working the front desk. He was so helpful and friendly. Super sharp. We always travel with our own pillows but theirs were wonderful!
"Was adequate"
Hotel was nice and clean, bed was very comfortable, no issues with the inside of the room. But during our stay the elevator went out of order and we were staying on the 3rd floor. I understand technical difficulties often arise but the hotel seemed to be fairly new so it was a bit of a shocking inconvenience. Also the door to our room seemed to have an slight issue with shutting, we had to slam the door multiple times before it actually latched shut. The only other issues was just a minor irritation, it seemed most of the staff were more concerned with being outside smoking then actually helping. When we went to check out we saw one employee go outside and nobody at the counter we waited for a few minutes, I called out if anyone was there because I could hear someone talking in the back. They finally did come out and check us out.
"Wills Point stay"
New hotel, very nice and clean. Very nice and accommodating staff. No hot breakfast due to Covid. Apparently the doors on several rooms don't latch fully and can be opened from the outside simply by pushing. The staff responded efficiently to short term fix the problem. Other than that this is a very nice hotel and I would recommend staying there.
"Very unexpected gem in this small town"
This is a beautiful 2 month old hotel, a couple of miles East of the center of town. Everything works perfectly, and the front desk staffer was helpful and personable. No real breakfast now, because of Covid restrictions, although many Best Westerns nearby are serving. Definitely best thing around, should your travels bring you to this area.
"Super Place !!!"
Wonderful New place to stay if you are going to Canton Trade Days . Only about 15 miles away and a very nice place indeed....We love Best Western Plus hotels and will make this one our Canton Get Away
