Really good place to spend night or two. And I love the warm pool. I use BW as my regular hotel chain and this one was nice, with decent price. If, I ever will travel that way, for I will use this hotel. Highly recommended. Nothing better than quiet night after long drive from NJ.
Smelled so bad everywhere the sheets were clean but everything had a terrible odor from the pool room to the stair wells to the breakfast room hold your breath when you walk in or you will literally puke I hated paying money to stay here and put my family through this
I've stayed here a couple times recently and the place is decent enough, unless you are bothered by extremely slow check-in. Today, however, I stopped by to see if they had a small speaker I feared I left there last week. The property is SHUT DOWN by local government due to unsafe and dangerous conditions. Someone please explain what is going on there?
The Bath Tub still had stains in the bottom of the tub. The pool closed at 9pm even on the weekend and by time you had dinner and got back to relax it was closed. I stayed on the 3rd floor due to having my service dog with me and she is on regular meds from the Vet for Fleas. My dog and I both came home with flea bites. And I had to take her to the Vet for more medication to get rid of them. The 2nd night we stayed my daughter came up to visit and was absolutely upset that the entire 3rd floor smelled like Marijuana and Cigarette Smoke. Elevator needs serviced something fierce. It felt like it was gonna get stuck. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy, And I will never stay at a Best Western again.
We were unconvincing the staff this whole trip. Everyone was rude, and complaining the whole time. If we asked for towels we were told they only had 17 clean and they had to fold them so they were rationing. Rooms didn't come stocked with toiletries. And they were venting about needing breaks but rooms weren't clean 3 hours after check in time when we arrived. Not a pleasant trip.
While the hotel room could use some updating, overall everything was great. The woman that checked up in was the best part of our stay. She was awesome!
Reserved a room with a roll-in shower which was confirmed. At check in, none were available and they didn't say anything.
Great staff, service and quality. Staff, particularly given that it was in the middle of the night, were capable, cheerful, helpful, kind & courteous.
We had to come from out of state for a family emergency over Christmas and the employees here made us feel so welcome. They were super accommodating and friendly—they helped make an unfortunate situation a little less stressful with their attitude of hospitality. The rooms themselves were very clean. Comfy beds! Comfy pillows!
The employees were all helpful and plesant. Very clean all around. The pool is a nice relaxation place. The hot breakfast is always great. The hotel in general in very accommodating. The price is very good for the quality of the rooms.
Very friendly staff. Great beds for sleeping. Lost of space outside for stretching your legs. Great location for shopping, eating, and entertainment. The pool was fun and not too busy. Close to parks and ice cream just across the parking lot.
This was and excellent experience. Walking distance to ice cream. Great breakfast. Large clean rooms and friendly staff. We will definitely be booking here in the future. The hotel was quiet and the beds were perfect.
We're driving from PIT to Seattle. This is our 2nd night in a hotel. Traveling over a month so trying to stay at reasonably hotels. This was less then $100 before taxes but the reviews were split! I agree with that! It's somewhat updated in an interesting/ questionable area and after getting a tepid shower, wondering if this place is better or maybe camping would have been. You can take it from there! Yes, there's a bed, A/C, water and a TV. Maybe a 3.5!

Jacuzzi tubs were replaced with kitchens in the room. Was very disappointed. The pictures of the rooms online show that they have the Jacuzzis but they in fact don't and that was the main reason why I booked that room.
The hotel staff that we encountered was not very kind. Front desk staff didn't even look up from their computers when we walked through the front door. We had to stand in front of the desk for almost 2 minutes before we were even acknowledged. The floor we stayed on smelled of sewage and had a mildew smell as well. The bed sheets were stained, the floor hadn't been vacuumed well. The bathroom tile and grout was cracked/broken and parts of the floor were soft when stepped on. The ceiling in the bathroom was also peeling. Overall condition and cleanliness of the room was very poor.
Very clean, well-kept facility. Welcoming front desk. Safe, quite area. Close by to restaurants, fast food, fuel. Easy access and plenty of parking and grass areas for those travelling with pets. Would definitely stay at or recommend in the future.
Staff was very welcoming upon arrival. Hotel was very clean. Room very comfortable. Shower was OK. Breakfast buffet was very nice except the food was not very warm. Very grateful for a nice breakfast selection. Overall, a very nice and comfortable stay.
Staff is very friendly. Hotel is clean except for the most important part the bed. Turned my covers down to go to sleep. Found a towel covering a love stain on the sheets. Hair in the sheets also. Very clear housekeeper doesn't change sheets between guests. Probably still that way now.
My reservation was oversold. When i asked them where everyone will sleep.. she told me “don't you believe in human error?” Told me she didn't know what to tell me. Gave me a small room. Told me i can just have my 6 year old sleep on the floor. I called the corporate line and they worked out a deal for a second room. When front desk asked how many keys i need i said 2. Front desk then questions me why I need 2 keys if it's just me and my 6 year old in there. Check in and room smells spoiled. Like spoiled sewage of some sort. Take a shower and Shower flooded part of the room. All front desk could tell me was that I must have showered with the curtain not closed. What?! Doors must be slammed shut to close. Bedding damp with humidity. Walls were also had a damp feeling to them. Toilet needs to be flushed multiple times to go down. A new person working the desk the next day tells me they are having plumbing issues. My daughter tried to charge a pop to the room and the front desk said the only way she was buying a pop was with a credit card. Refused to let her charge it to the room until someone else got there. Elevator sounds and feels like a scary movie. I will never return to this hotel again.
Stayed my first night in a wonderful room that looked like they want my business. A little short on having had vacuumed the carpet but otherwise fantastic. Very comfortable. Booked on a national travel site for the first night. Had to stay a second night unexpectedly. Tried to save a little booking through their rewards program AAA member. Got a discount. Booked what supposed to be a king room. Got a smaller queen room that wreaked of wet dog. Not impressed. I wouldn't even think I was in the same hotel by the night and day difference in the room and smell. Then to top it off they were resurfacing the parking lot so I had to park on a street. If you're going g to stay here make very sure to ask questions. It could be a wonderful experience or a horrible one. And frankly it was a $12 discount so it's not like that was a factor. Buyer beware. Not a pleasant way to end my long work day. going to debate staying here again.
I travel to Warsaw, IN frequently to visit family. I always stay here because it has clean rooms, comfortable beds, pet friendly, excellent breakfast and friendly service. I plan on returning and would recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area.
I'd try a different place, there was a smell in the hallways that was unpleasant, the toilet was broken (didn't flush properly) they didn't have someone on hand to repair and didn't offer us to go to a different room. we had to use the one by the pool, which was uncomfortable for me and my wife.
After our power went out on Monday night during that horrible storm, My mom and myself tried to hold off hope the power would come back on the next day. When we realized it wasn't going too, all the hotels in our area were full. That's when I found the Best Western In Warsaw. Only 20 minutes away, So we made reservations for the night. When we checked in Carol greeted us, She was kind and very helpful, Especially after such a long day. We got to our room and it was nice and clean and the AC worked great! Beds were comfortable and we slept great! The Breakfast was good as well. I had to go to work so we checked out, Hoping the power would come back on the day, but unfortunately it didn't. So back to the Best Western we went, Again greeted by Carol who remembered me from the day before and was still friendly, kind and so very helpful again! We stayed in a different room this time and that one was just as nice as the room the previous night. Thank you so much for being there when we needed you! We will defiantly recommend the Best Western In Warsaw to our family and friends
Hotel was ok. Stayed on third floor smelled like a curry restaurant. Was almost bothersome. Other guest remarked on the odor. I'd stay again but request a room on a different floor. Staff was ok, tried hard but did not have a super friendly energy.
Good value and handy location. Decent breakfast and the breakfast area was clean. Front desk personnel were quite friendly and answered our questions. Glad to see Coke products and snacks available for purchase in front lobby area.
took me 3 times to get a room that was not occupied. when I got to my room, I was in a hurry to an event that evening. I did notice that the sheets were wrinkled, but I left. When I returned late in the evening, I went to put my cold stuff in fridge, but the fridge was full of mildew/mold and it was warm. It had to have been shut off for some time to look that way. I went to desk but after about 5 min, I found no one near by. I slept on the other side of the bed with sheets on the sheets as that side looked good. I asked for my receipt next am and I said I had a complaint, but the lady said she was very busy for about 15 min. Well I had a funeral to attend and did not have time for waiting. So I have called customer service and gave them what happened also. I have stayed here before and it was a wonderful experience. I do have to say, rest of room was clean and did not smell, and breakfast was excellent. Guess I will be checking the room i have from now before i check in.
Once we arrived, we were notified of no elevators or wifi. They informed me I may cancel my stay,, but at last minute and a game to get to I felt I could tolerate stairs and no wifi for one night. Since my family and I were there just to stya one night, we accepted the situation. Rented two rooms for the night, and both were clean at first look until we went to the restroom and the sink was clogged and dirty. The front was notified and their response was that they would have a solution when I returned from the Notre Dame game. When we returned we observed that the sink was still dirty and clogged while the second room had no dark blinds which created difficulty with sleep due to the level of light that was emitted into the room. Once again, notified the front of the sink and they shared that they had called me, however, I have no missed calls or voice-mail. I waited to post this hoping I would receive a late notification. However, seeing that I have not recieved a notification I am very disappointed in the stay. I went by overall ratings when staying here. I was hoping for a discount or some form of compensation for spending as much as I had to stay in a room where I have to brush my teeth in the shower and cope with a restless nights sleep. If I had a two night reservation I would have to argue to leave. Therfore for the one night, it was at the most tolerable.
This is a newer hotel, well kept and clean. All the room fixtures, including the air conditioner, were all working. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Quite, but very near just about every store and restaurant. I'll stay there again.
Comfy beds, great price, small pool with handicap lift, good breakfast options The room had some indications of a hasty cleaning. For example, there was a big wad of hair in the bathroom and some stains on towels and linens. Also, we had issues with the A/C. It was either too hot or too cold...we couldn't get it to stay around 72 degrees.
This wasn't a terrible hotel stay, but there were definitely things that needed attention. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were okay, but we had issues getting cold water out of the bathroom faucet, AC leaked on the carpet, a few lightbulbs were out or lamps weren't plugged in, and the bathroom doorknob didn't work in one of our rooms. If they could get a maintenance person to address these issues, would upgrade to a 4+.
After booking through Expedia and paying I showed up at the hotel exhausted after driving 22 hours. The woman that greeted me immediately became angry that I didn't call the hotel directly to see if rooms were available before booking with Expedia. What are you kidding me?!! I had to remind her that it was not MY fault. Other customers are standing behind me and she continues to scold me. Are you kidding me. This was 3 days ago and I am shaking typing this. I have NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY AT A HOTEL,NEVER!!!! To top it off she never bother to notify anyone that my room wasn't available . So her I am 3 days later STILL trying to get A REFUND! I use like staying at The Best Western. I'm even a member. But after this experience I will not being staying at any Best Westerns. I am hurt and frustrated that I am still dealing with their screw up!
My wife and I stayed at the Best Western in Warsaw. When we were about to get out of the hot tub in our room. We found a big rat nest of hair and mold exiting out of one of the jets. The shower was gross as well
The check-in was fast and polite. The room was spotless and smelled fresh. The furnishings, HVAC system, and appliances worked well and quiet. The shower had good water pressure and the HOTTEST HOT water I have ever seen with a neverending supply. The bed was comfortable. There was a good HOT breakfast in the morning which I haven't seen at hotels in months. I was 100% satisfied with my stay and will stay again.
Front desk staff was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Great Place to Stay. Defiantly will stay with them the next time I'm in the area. Having a restaurant right across the parking lot was also a plus
Hotel recently updated from Holiday Inn to Best Western Plus. Stayed multiple nights during different months and had good experiences both trips. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again and recommend for future trips.
Disappointing Service - Front Desk impression leaves me writing this review. Wife waited at front desk for 10 min for someone to come and check her in. It was long enough time she called me and I looked up number of hotel, called the hotel and no one answered and it went to voicemail. I called back a second time and went to voicemail. With minimal apologies, staff showed and checked her in. Cleanliness - my wife is concerned that the sheets are not changed regularly even between stays. She stays in room with two beds,.so she has picked bed with what appears to be clean sheets. As she has stayed there weekly for the past three months, she will be changing to the new Holiday Inn express next month.
We only stayed overnight to break up a long drive but the staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. I wish we could have stayed longer because the pool area was super cute with the old fashioned town.
Stayed for one night. Hotel pool was 80deg, and no towels in the pool area. Returned to our room and the rest as follows. First room. Fan worked now compressor for ac, it's 90+ degrees out. Second room, ac unit won't turn on. Third room, 1 towel for 3 people. Opened the hide a bed, Mattress had never been used. Still wrapped in plastic. Asked for sheets and pillows, hostess whines that it's not her job and it's housekeepings job. She finally gave us sheets. All the way back to the room. Sheets are crib sheets. I go ask for the right sheets. She whines again that it's not her job and it's house keepings and she's only 5'4” and can't reach the right sheets. Tells the next guy that was obviously trying to also get the right sheets that we were rude and asked her to do things that weren't her job. It's now 11pm, we have to be up at 5am for a tournament and have spent more time at the front desk then we have in our room.
Not the same as in years past. Hotel is poorly maintained. We use Holiday Inn Express Hotels frequently and this is one of the worst. Shabby and in serious need of refurbishing. We will look for another hotel when we return to Warsaw.
I had to arrange a block of rooms for a family funeral gathering and was appalled at the condition of the property. They are undergoing a current remodel, so the main lounge/breakfast room is closed off. That's to be expected, but a prominently posted sign said renovations were also being made on the second floor. My daughter and her family had to guess which room was theirs since the room numbers on the second floor have all been removed. I was assigned to room 320 and the draperies were torn to shreds, the tub didn't drain, the floors were filthy, and half the channels on the TV were "no signal." The HVAC system is inconsistent at best, and the self closing hinges on the door slammed the door shut with such force that I was embarrassed that I may have woken everyone in the property. I listed all these issues and delivered a note to the front desk the next morning - and absolutely NOTHING was done about any of it. The little placard in the bathroom says some flowery things about how they strive to meet our needs and if they fail, the bill will be adjusted down to reflect their shortcomings. Well, so much for that... If I ever have to stay in Warsaw again, this will be the very bottom of my priority list. I'm just glad to be out of there.
I was here for 2 weeks for business and this was one of the last hotels I stayed at. The curtains in the room were torn to shreds, the sheets felt like they had sand between them, and the employees were terrible. For some reason the company put me here three nights and the room I booked online was never the room they gave me. I had to print company documents on the last night and the printer was out of ink. I asked the lazy employees who were sitting on the couch on their phones in the lobby to replace the ink and they said they had just replaced it and didn't even go look. I had to buy my own printer ink, install it myself, and get my work done much later than I had intended. Horrible. Avoid this place like the plague.
