Great, free breakfast! A large variety of hot and cold foods to pick from. All of the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming at this location! They even called me the day before check in to confirm the reservation.

We were travelling for my brother, he has terminal cancer and the staff at the hotel made everything a bit easier. The dog run they have at the back of the hotel was amazing for my little fur child! Thank you

This is the best place to stay in Alberta. Vanessa at the front did everything meticulously to check me in recognizing my Diamond status. The hotel is immaculate with all the amazing amenities. Breakfast is delicious with many options. A restaurant next door has absolutely delicious food and Maggie was completely top notch with service. Curtis was very friendly and so generous with corporate night which included some appetizers and drinks. This is above and beyond all the hotels I stay in. Bruce takes great pride in this hotel and his energy is clearly reflected in all the staff I have encountered. Truly an absolute pleasure staying here in Lethbridge. Thank-you!!!

Need to do something about there accounting practices, 1200 dollars in pending charges for a 200 dollar room, These extra charges were not mentioned during check in, their excuses are just plain idiotic, this is money against your credit card that is not accessible until they clear it off from their end. It is now 6 days later and 200 is still pending requiring yet another phone call. There are plenty of other hotels right in this area a person should consider first, this should be a hotel of last resort.

I recently stayed at the BW for business and was very impressed by the property, and the excellent service I received. David at the front desk in particular was extremely helpful and cheerful, going above and beyond to find me a room when they were nearly sold out. I forgot a few items when I checked out and he ensured the tracked them down and set them aside for me. The room itself was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a nice touch and was quite ample for being complimentary. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

I have stayed at the Best Western Plus Service Inn and Suites every time I travel to Lethbridge for work. The restaurant is great really good food. The rooms are clean and spacious, exercise room is decent size and the staff are always really cheerful and helpful. Pure Casino is within walking distance. A great hotel and reasonably priced.

Booked in for last night. Front desk was awesome upon check in. Room was good other than there were hairs on bed sheets and in bath tub. Then the 2 hockey teams pulled in. Holy hell. We were on the first floor and from the time they arrived doors slamming past 10 pm like crazy and parents having 15 min bs session in the hall ways and kids running wild. Done idiot set off his vehicle horn 4 times in the evening. I'm not sure if it's a common thing for parents to book into a hotel for a spot and turn the kids loose. My husband called it an absolute zoo. Called the front desk and complained as she said others had. Her snippy reply was.. they will stop in 15 mins. This was at 8 pm and at 10 it was still alive and booming. I considered moving across the road to the holiday inn. You would assume after 10 pm that 12 year old kids should be in bed. We got up at 6 am to do another 13 hour day of driving and made sure we returned a loud thank you to all the hockey families upon our departure short of knocking on all their doors.

Hotel is Newer and very clean. Had all the amenities in good working order and a very decent breakfast for in Canada, The pool was good for the kids and the gym was decent for a hotel gym. The lobby is very welcoming and the staff want to help you out in any way possible.

This place is a very comfortable place to stay. Parking was ample. Bed was comfy. We took a room with a sofa so we didn't have to sit on the bed. Very reasonably priced. Close to lots of shopping. Would stay here again

This BW is economical and the rooms are spacious. We travel with our pets and they are very accommodating with pet friendly rooms. At our recent stay the room was fresh for a “pet room”, very clean. The breakfast is decent, something for everyone.

The service was fantastic and staff, friendly and helpful. Hot Breakfast buffet with lots of options, a specialty coffee machine in the hotel lobby. Room was spotless and there is a great pool and water slide. Restaurant right next door as well was also very convenient.

I recently had a group staying at the Best Western Plus in Lethbridge, Alberta. It far exceeded all expectations. Pool area was superior, according to some in the group who used it. Beds were said to be the best the group had slept on since the trip began on Aug. 31. Breakfast was served with real plates, etc.

Stayed at this hotel for a family wedding. Staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. They are also hard working - the hotel was packed because of our wedding guests and baseball teams so all the staff were run off their feet. Rooms are clean - bed is comfortable and the breakfast was great, Great little coffee/latte machine right by the elevator - nice touch! Didn't use the pool og gym because they were packed with kids but they looked excellent. Highly recommend!

We used the Best Western for our son's grooms room the night before his wedding. The staff at the hotel were amazing and did everything to make the stay perfect. They worked very hard to get him checked in early even though they were working at full capacity. The breakfast offered was a great feature for the guys the morning of the wedding as well. Finally the Best Western worked with us to do a wedding block for guests that went off without a hitch.

Love this hotel. Front desk staff are welcoming, friendly & helpful. Rooms, common areas, pool & workout room are always clean. Breakfast is good & has good variety of choice. Coffee is excellent. This hotel is always my first choice when stay in Lethbridge.

Hotel is great location on the outskirts of city, friendly staff, food was good and variety is great! Large rooms, comfortable rooms. Building a restaurant next to them not sure if it is theres. Always stay here when visiting this city!!

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean and cofortable. The breakfast was the standard hotel fare. The service was good; the staff was friendly. It's just what you would expect from a good hotel.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff members are friendly and courteous. The use of real cutlery, chinaware and glass tumblers provide an upscale touch to the breakfast experience, unlike most hotels which utilize plastic, styrofoam and/or wooden disposable items.

Never can wrong with staying at a Best Western. There are different levels of hotel and I find that no matter which one they are consistent in their customer service. Amenities are an added value and I appreciate when you are able to do laundry onsite

This hotel is nestled amongst many others all competing for the same dollars. Amenities nearby are good, from shops of all sorts to a casino if that's what appeals. This hotel was very average with an above average BW breakfast. Noisy halls with doors that bang constantly and mattresses/pillows that do not support an ideal sleep, especially under noisy conditions. The room also did not have blackout curtains that completely blocked the light, so sleep is "light".

Went to Lethbridge for work and this was a perfect choice. I will be staying here again when I come back to finish the job. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, food was great, internet was fast and the room suited my needs perfectly for work.

Great staff on check in. Very helpful and gave a great recommendation for dinner. Rooms immaculate and comfortable. There were a lot of kids staying with their parents for a lacrosse tournament. There was the usual shouting, banging, running around the corridors. However it did stop around 1030pm. Breakfast was good, but there was an extremely angry and unfriendly woman working there! It was obvious she was busy, but she snapped at anyone who asked her a question, was rushing about and avoiding eye contact with anyone who might need her assistance! Someone from reception appeared to help her, and she was by contrast, extremely pleasant and helpful.

We stayed overnite here. Rhe room we had was clean, badic, and one of the smallest we had on our months travels. Staff were great, breakfast hours were until 9am, which we thought was a bit early as most other hotels were until 10.

Was there watching my nephew play hockey. Hotel was fantastic. The check in with Vanessa was fantastic and she even thanked me for being a BW reward guy with a couple of waters. Room was immaculate, clean and super cozy with a separate sitting area with a couch and chair to where the bed was. And a big TV on each side. The pool was a little tight for such a large group but everyone had fun. It looked like the pool floor had recently been redone and looked amazing. Couple of rough spots but overall looked like new. Some parents and kids were running around and slipped and fell and then complained about it being slippery…duh. It's a wet floor and you were running around. What'd y'a think was gonna happen??? Seriously. Breakfast was amazing and the tall, blond girl was awesome. Lots to choose from and kept everything full and hot. Can't wait to go back again for Provincials in March. I'm expecting it to be just as great the second team. Keep up the great work everyone. I would recommend this hotel over the Hampton any day!!! Side note. They're also building a restaurant on site which should be amazing come summertime. Maybe a golf trip and hang out on the patio after.

Very good stay at this hotel. Even though there was numerous teams staying there, it seemed quiet and there was plenty of food and space at Breakfast. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with comfortable beds.

We had 6 adults sitting in a room eating supper together and just talking and at 6:41pm there was a knock at the door and we were told we had a noise complaint. Again at 641pm.... why are we getting a noise complaint when quiet time is 10pm and it was just 6 people having a conversation, maybe the hotel should of told the complaining quest that quiet time was 10pm not 641pm and left us alone. I feel like your staff could use some training on dealing with how to handle rooms with noise complaints. The pool floor needs another layer of epoxy with more sand in it. There were numerous kids and adults that either slipped and fell or almost fell. Many kids that did fall ended up with drawing blood because the little black and white pieces on the floor where sharp and sticking up about the epoxy layer. My son got his knee cut open by getting out of the side of the pool when he put his knee on the floor. This is a massive safety issue and you need to get this fixed asap. It also was crazy that the door to the pool and gym needed to be propped open my a big yellow floor is wet sign that kept falling on peoples feet.

The hotel and the staff are excellent. Really enjoyed customer appreciation night last night and they treated us to a hockey game at the ENMAX Centre tonight. Got to watch the Lethbridge Hurricanes play the Moose Jaw Warriors. Everyone from the cleaning staff to the front desk staff to the breakfast attendant, to the GM are a class act. Excellent coffee and excellent breakfast. Don't hesitate if you're looking for a great place to stay in Lethbridge.

Enjoyable stay, amazing rooms, friendly staff. Corporate appreciation night was fantastic! Was offered complimentary Hurricane tickets! Wowsers! I love this hotel! Why would anyone want to stay at the Hampton Inn!

- The hotel in Lethbridge, Alberta is located on a main highway and was easy to find. - When the hot tub was out of order in 2020, the General Manager invited us to return with a discounted rate and comp upgrade. Due to COVID-19, we didn't get there until about three years later and, amazingly, the offer was still honored! - The service we experienced was superb! Bruce Primeau (G. M.) was very visible and interested in what the staff members and guests were saying. - A welcoming, courteous fellow serving us at the desk provided a great idea for dinner including directions and a map. - We really enjoyed the breakfast and were pleased to use "real" (not disposable) dishes and cutlery! There were so many options available - hot and cold. The lady in charge was friendly and accommodating. - All of our e-mails received prompt replies. - The rooms were spacious and clean. - We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great place to stay . Room was very clean and in great shape. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of choices . Hotel is easy to get to with lots of amenities close by including a casino across the street.

This hotel was very accommodating for our hockey team. Everyone checked in according to plan and were given late check out because of the time of our game. They were good to deal with the beginning to end

Very average hotel. I found it more on the expensive side given the amenities.. It came with a full breakfast which my family and I found to be sadly pretty gross. My kids were super excited about their fancy pancake machine and the waffles and both of them could bare to eat it past one bite.. I tried the eggs, sausage, and bagel.. bagel was good the rest not so much.. It did have a small gym and pool with waterside and tiny hot tub the kids enjoyed that part.. It was just a very very average hotel to me .. They did allow pets and you pay a 50.00 fee per pet.. they also put a hold on your credit card for 250 which they never mentioned until checking in.. that was new for me.. Overall I found it to be more expensive then quite a few hotels in lethbridge with less to offer.. Staff was friendly it was clean.. but I likely won't stay there again

I stay at this hotel whenever I come to Lethbridge for work, it never lets me down. During the last stay there was free pizza, beer and wine for hotel guests. I've even stayed here for personal trips.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is within walking distance to various food establishments, the breakfast was amazing, the staff outstanding, and the room clean! I would encourage anyone thinking about booking a hotel room to really consider the Best Western Plus in Lethbridge! Whether staying for business or pleasure, this is a great hotel. It certainly is the best!

The hotel was perfect for our ringette team. We were able to use a gathering room for team meals, playing games, watching videos of that day's games and for socializing. Having the pool and waterslide was a bonus.

The hotel was busy looked like sports teams there a lot traffic good down hallways and in lobby area, but at 10 pm it seemed to be very quiet so there were no issues so lots of respect for teams and hotel staff for settling things down at 10

Booked for a one night stay while travelling through the area, on arrival we were checked in immediatly and amenities were pointed out to us. Rooms were recently updated and clean, comfy bed and pillows. Pool/hot tub area was clean and the waterslide seemed to be a hit with the kids that were there. Breakfast sellection was good and plentifull.

Had a unexpected stay over and stayed here again. Great front desk service and room was very nice. No issues this stay and ill be staying there again forsure. Great location for date night with the wife.

We stayed at a few Best Westerns on our road trip, this was one of the best! Friendly people, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for anyone for a good nights rest.

Clean, spacious, and well lit room that had plenty of eating choices nearby. Good breakfast selections with plenty of seating available. The room had two chairs and a table so we could comfortably complete our nightly crossword puzzle. We were traveling for seven weeks, and less than half the hotels had an area to do that.

Average hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Small lobby which became an obstacle to get around. Parking is good but why not have two entrances? No usb charging ports in the rooms. Breakfast was nothing much.

Upon arrival we were not told of the three teams that booked. We were unable to use the pool at all in the evening as it was booked and then when it wasn't the pool was a mess. The hotel was loud and I wouldn't recommend staying with young children during hockey or volleyball season.

Gluten-free breakfast options, clean and comfortable rooms and great for kids. Location is good and priced reasonable. Staff was extra helpful and would definitely be returning. If you are wanting a simple relaxing place to reset with the fam when you are in Lethbridge, then go here.

We were there, the Lethbridge Best Western, at a very busy time, attending a soccer tournament, August 11-14, 2022. The breakfast room was very busy. The workers attending the room were efficient, friendly and very hard-working.

This hotel is not close to any restaurants but it is easy to access earls, Moxies or Luigis from this location. It is a dog friendly hotel and the rooms are nice and clean. There is a pool with hot tub and a water slide. This hotel is in a safe location as well.

Overall this is a nice property and good value for the cost. There is a pool with a water slide that seemed to be quite the hit with the families and alike. That being said; if you are traveling for business and not pleasure with no plans to use the pool. I suggest requesting a room one of the upper floors. I was in the room directly next to the pool and stairs which have door closers on the entry doors. All night long and early in the morning I was constantly woken up by the slamming of these doors. I do believe the pool is 24 hrs... Other than that and a slightly lower water pressure in the showers than I'd prefer it was ok.

We enjoyed our recent stay in Lethbridge. The rooms were clean, beds were firm and comfortable. Everything seemed well maintained. We were a bit concerned when we discovered there were some kids sports teams staying there that it would be noisy but they had signs up on each floor with the hotel policy for noise etc and we never did hear any noise. We'd definitely stay again

Clean hotel. Breakfast didn't meet expectations. No do-it-yourself waffle station. Everything at breakfast was pre packaged etc. The breakfast area was clean and very well attended however. Beds were comfortable. Not much around for dining options.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was super friendly. We didn't know we needed to book the pool so when we went downstairs to use the pool it was all booked up, so they were very nice and extended the pool time so we could enjoy the pool

This was a great hotel. Clean, and comfortable rooms. But the highlight of our stay was the staff at the hotel. Cheerful and helpful, they made our stay at this hotel exceptional! I would definitely recommend!

Smooth check in and check out process, clean rooms, excellent hot breakfast with specific gluten free options! Check out is 11 with minimal option for late check out, I asked but if there are many people checking out the same day they won't offer late check out. We were there for my son's wedding, so there were a lot of guests all checking out the same day therefore no late check out. Also, housekeeping is only offered after 3rd day of stay

I am giving this location 4 stars only because I used their WIFI and nothing else. I had a 9lb dog which cost $20 for the night. The room was perfect in size, very clean and comfortable. The front desk was friendly and acknowledged my elite status. I recommend this hotel and will stay again in the near future.

Being part of BW Rewards is so worth it. Our stay was complimentary because I redeemed some reward points. The hotel was wonderful. Clean, quiet and posted expectations for teams behaviour. The included breakfast had several options that were fresh and hot or you could chose continental style. Cereals, yogurt, fruit cups for the kids along with an automated pancake maker

Bed was not typical BW comfort, that was disappointing. However breakfast was good, strong internet, clean rooms and pool/hot tub were very nice. Staff at front desk very friendly and willing to help. It was a nice 2 day stay,

Overall we liked our large clean room BUT we did have a few minor issues. The BW reservation system allows for guest requests, but this Best Western seems to ignore them even though we are Diamond members. We found the food quality at breakfast poor, with dry scrambled eggs and rock hard hash browns. When we said good morning to the attendant, she ignored us. The check in/out staff were friendly, and otherwise helpful.

I know this place for long time. Every time they do something extra for visitors. I did not expect much this time since it was just a sleepover after my daughter skating competition, but I still got something. I got a room upgrade for free. My family was impressed.

I have been to many hotels due to work and conferences over the years, some of them quite fancy and some of them practically motels. If I am being honest, I did not have high expectations of the Best Western in Lethbridge, however I was surprisingly wrong. Had a great experience from the moment I checked in. The front desk staff were so pleasant and I had a great time talking to them, especially since I have previous hotel front-desk experience, so we had just had to swap some stories :). Unfortunately, I did not catch names (checked in on Saturday, June 11th in the afternoon). Check in was fast (would have taken no time at all if I myself just would shut up during the process!) My boss booked me a standard king room. When I got to the room, I was pretty surprised on the size of it! The king room I had when you first walk in you are greeted with a little "living room" with a couch, chair, coffee table, desk and tv. Was quite cozy. In the back of the room, is the "bedroom" portion with a very comfortable king bed and another television and a nice big window that brings in lots of light. The televisions have Telus Optik TV and a remote that actually functions! My first day I missed the complimentary breakfast (had to be at work for 6:30am, and on the weekends, breakfast doesn't start until 6:30) but the second day I made it and it was great. Hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, lots of bacon, and pancakes as well as cereal and yogurt and all that. The attendant in the breakfast room was wonderful and put up with my stupid questions as I could hardly function in the morning (like asking for the syrup which was right in front of me...) Overall the stay was great and I strongly suggest this hotel! Every single staff member I interacted with was amazing, from the front desk, the breakfast attendant, and the housekeepers!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two nights as we had travelled for a family graduation and we both were very satisfied with our accommodations. My last visit at this property was for business and at that time totally satisfied thus the reason we elected to stay at this property this time. The location of this property serves well for coming in from out of town. The staff are very pleasant and totally serve their clients and the breakfast selections are quite good.

Not often do I write reviews, so this is a testament to this hotel. lol Been staying here for years, and it always feels like someone is there waiting for me to arrive. Like going home. Joan at the front desk is a gem, as well as the manager Bruce! The other night he randomly upgraded me to the Jaccuzi suit. I didn't use the jaccuzzi, but... it goes to show these people care a lot about their customers. Also the breakfast is much better than any other hotel, and it shows because it gets full every morning. Lastly, they have yet to miss giving me a wakeup call. Some hotels forget, this place is on point every time. :)

The most competent and happy staff I have met for a long time. Our first visit to Lethbridge was enhaned by the staff of the Hotel. I am a handicapped senior and nothing was too much trouble for them.

The staff and amenities are great. I have stayed hear many times and I can't say enough good about it. The rooms are excellent and the breakfast is one of the best I've had. While I was there they were upgrading the internet for better quality and higher speed.

I have stayed at this location for the past 2 years. Easy access to hiway. Staff have always treated me well and made sure to accommodate any details. They actually make " next time notes ". Never had issues with room cleanliness.

Nice place, very friendly staff. Close to necessary amenities. Tuesday was free customer appreciation dinner, always nice to save some money. I was very pleased with my stay, looking forward to returning.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly right from when we checked in to checkout. Rooms were clean and our stay was comfortable. Our children enjoyed the experience and wanted to stay another night.

Full breakfast and nice clean modern rooms with good internet There is lots of choice for hotels in Lethbridge and I choose to stay at the Best Western plus Inn and Suites every time. Its always a good idea to book ahead because this hotel is commonly booked up.

We choose this hotel for a Provincial lifeguard competition (not the host hotel) but I have enjoyed most Best western stays! The front desk and ladies in the breakfast were very friendly. Check in was quick as I preregistration…I choose the executive one bedroom and did ask for quiet location (if possible) I received second floor (aweful) I realized very quickly that there were other sport teams booked as well. The children were running up/down hallways banging on doors..it was loud n aweful! When I went into the lobby on several occasions…lots of swearing and angry parents and unfortunately teams blaming other teams for pooping in the pool. Staff were trying to keep things organized but many adults were not friendly at all towards them or the hotel policies. There were many signs welcoming teams and stating policy of quiet times! The first night was little to no sleep..thankfully my daughter sleeps well! Breakfast was good and I enjoyed the pancake machine! Great coffee too! We did have problem with AC not working and was to be addressed when we were gone for the day…upon return it was still not working..maintenance came n checked it out and front desk offered to move us to top floor. When I was dealing with all of this children were running in/out elevators and hitting all floor buttons..then grabbing the fake flowers n throwing them outside each elevator! It was so loud and NO parents around! I couldn't pack my stuff fast enough to get off that floor..we almost checked out due to all the disrespectly parents and unattended children running around, cups and bottles everywhere (poor staff) tried to clean it up. Once we moved to top floor with working AC..it was a great room and we finally could sleep I do commend the staff as they were treated very aweful and had dealt with some very unruly teams! I'm not sure I'll stay again at this location (not worth the price) for next years event as I feel the teams book these 2 (BW and Holiday) and run back n forth!

We stayed over on a business trip and it happened to be while a huge team was staying at this hotel too. My partner and I were very worried we wouldn't be able to get a good sleep but the beds were so comfortable and the rooms so cozy. We did overhear a little conflict between the team coordinators and the staff, but I just have to mention how amazing the staff of this BW handled that uncomfortable situation in the face of other guests. All in all, we had a fabulous stay… amazing service and amazing rooms.

I stayed here at the same time as a sports team. They were rude, abrasive, and borderline abusive to the staff. The staff handled it with a phenomenal amount of grace and composure. They should be commended. Some of the things I heard from this team's organizers was absolutely shocking. My condolences to the staff for having to deal with such a difficult group.

We always make Best Western Plus our first choice when needing a hotel in Lethbridge, the hotel is always clean and the staff are amazing. As many have experienced, on this stay there was a sports team booked into the hotel and we expected the usual of excited young athletes having to be reminded by parents and coaches of their behavior, never before have I experienced grown adults encouraging their kids to be as loud and disruptive as possible. The disrespect shown to other guest and the hotel staff was a level I have never seen. I would again like to give my heartfelt thanks to all the staff and management for how they handled this situation enabling the "non team" guests to enjoy their stay. As a guest I fully understand that there are a lot of people when a team is booked into a hotel but that does not mean they have the run of the place. I will continue to use this hotel as I will not let the behavior I witnessed to mar the outstanding hotel and its professional and welcoming staff.

This best western is a newer hotel. Very clean, nicely decorated. Great breakfast. Nice staff. Right across from a nice, new restaurant/pub called Coolie Brewery. Overall a great place to stay! The pool was very refreshing.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Best Western. I travelled alone to get to an expo in a new place (never before been to Lethbridge) and the staff and was made to feel welcome. - Good room. Well prepped and cleaned. - Polite and Professional Staff - Good Breakfast - Good WIFI (worked seamlessly and never cut out, speed was also decent)

Hotel staff were very friendly and extremely helpful when I had issues with the computer there allowed me to borrow their own computer, where I was able to meet a business deadline. Room was very clean and no issues with check out. I would definitely stay there again!

What a great experience. The staff was friendly. They went over and above to make our experience exceptional. We didn't know that we had to book" pool time". They made sure that our kids enjoyed the pool and slides. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very nicely built rooms. The king rooms have a nice fire place that did the job in -30 winter. Close enough to restaurants that they can deliver. Area is good for those who come with their cars, as there are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Best western plus in Lethbridge was awesome, the staff was friendly and quick when we checked, I called down to get some advice on where to order pizza, they gave us a suggestion and it was amazing. The continental breakfast was great and so was the lady who served it. Would stay again for sure!

Surprised that the PLUS is not a step up from the norm. This is a bit dated, although clean and nice, we expected it to be a higher standard. We used our certificates for part of the price which reduced our price, making it a good value.

There was hair in the bathtub in the first room we were put, the second room had urine on the toilet seat and a beer box in the cupboard. Was told there was new staff that's why the rooms weren't cleaned up to standard

Great cozy "clean" room. Awesome breakfast with friendly staff. Really what everybody wants in a hotel stay. Pool, water slide, and hot tub on the smaller side but at least everything is clean and well maintained. Definitely can't go wrong staying here!

The check in was flawless, particularly like how they screened for your covid info upon check in so breakfast you simply showed your room card. When i arrived in the room, the Front Desk Manager called to see if it was satisfactory ( and I'm nothing special but that was a nice touch. Room was great and the breakfast and staff member running it was equally wonderful. No hesitation recommending this hotel. BW Western Canada could learn from it.

The hotel is in a good location with friendly staff at front desk and during breakfast. Comfortable room in quiet part of hotel with a tasty breakfast in the morning which made for a good start to my day. The TV package had many channels to choose from so I could relax in the evening.

I have stayed in this facility twice and I can't say enough good about it. Friendly and helpful front desk, clean spacious rooms, fine breakfast service, etc. I plan on staying there again on my next trip north.

Traveling during the lifting of Covid 19 restrictions was a bit daunting, however, there was a need to get away and relax. The Lethbridge Best Western Plus is the place to go. Terrific staff in all areas of the hotel, pool by appointment and we could not have asked for a better stay or better service. We were very pleased.

Only room available as visiting baseball teams were in town. The room was a king size so it was roomy and enjoyable. Although breakfast was available the teams were allocated times at 7 or 8 am and it would be served rather than have the usual buffet. We wished to leave fairly early so did have breakfast at the hotel and ate elsewhere.

Great stay one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Friendly, knowledgeable staff got us checked in and out efficiently and quick. Room was clean and quiet. We had a great rest. Pool was awesome, we watched our granddaughters swim and slide from the relaxing hot tub. They had a blast and even made friends. The breakfast was delicious with great choice and service. The value made it affordable snd we definitely will stay longer next time and explore more of Lethbridge. Thanks again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this great hotel. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was hot and a great selection. Our younger family members loved the pool and waterslide. We will definitely stay again.

We stayed here for a night and the staff was wonderful. All of them were friendly and the weekend breakfast staff were amazing as they dished up and served breakfasts. Our room was a two queen bed and as expected. I liked that the hotel called me to confirm details a few days prior to our arrival and that you can book pool time during the pandemic.

The front staff was fantastic. Very accommodating. Very well kept hotel. Rooms were so clean, it made you feel safe . We came from another hotel, due to the waterpark being closed. And even though the Best Western pool times were filled up, the front staff were able to get us in at a neighbouring hotel. Thanks !

We stayed at this hotel for a baseball weekend and the check in was slow as well the air-conditioning unit did not work well and when it kicked on it rattled the whole window frame it made for a sleepless night. When checking out the lady at the front did not have any interest in helping us with our concern so we just left. I will avoid this hotel next time

First time my dog stayed in a hotel. Staff were incredibly kind. The room was very quiet. Absolutely no complaints from my pet :) They even provided doggy bags and treats. And they have easy access to green space.

Like many people, we have done no travelling for about 2 years. With the current rate of vaccination, we felt reasonably safe in travelling to Lethbridge and staying at the Best Western Plus. Prior to the Pandemic, we stayed at this hotel on many different occasions. Some things don't change. Our room was immaculately clean, and the service from the front desk was very good. This hotel remains a "welcoming place. I would be remiss in mentioning one significant concern, however. One of the elevators was not in use. Presumably, it needed repairs. Taking an elevator with other visitors is still likely considered to be an "unsafe" activity. Hopefully the elevator will be repaired, soon.

We've stayed at this hotel 4 times since February as we are visiting aging parents in Lethbridge. All 4 times we have had excellent service. They are managing covid rules very well. Still able to provide a great breakfast. We have used the pool when regulations allowed and it is always very clean. Will stay here again for sure. Very friendly front desk staff

Last minute trip led us here so we were so grateful for the warm welcome , warm breakfast , cozy room and time in the pool! Some things have changed since Covid like how breakfast works, food being delivered to hotel ,and not all the little extras in rooms like toiletries and extra towels but they have reorganized to accommodate and things we needed were happily provided up on request. This was Just what our family needed !

I called to book a family swim time for me and my nephews right before the new restrictions came out, Bruce was quick to call and inform me that we can keep our reservation! You call tell that he was working hard to ensure that we could still come! Thank you so much Bruce!

The front desk was amazing. The room was comfortable but more attention needed in bathroom there was hair in the tub and candy wrappers between bed and night stand. The bed is amazing. So comfortable.

We had a great stay at the Lethbridge Best Western. They were very accommodating. We had our dog with us and they were very gracious with having him with us. Breakfast was good too. We would stay there again.

The front staff were amazing went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. They allowed us to check out a bit later due to some buisness I had to attend to. The rooms were nice good beds were comfy.

This is a newer Best Western Plus that is well appointed, conveniently located and offers prompt service. We did have an issue with a noisy ventilation fan -- we have informed the hotel and expect that it will be repaired for the next guests.

I don't have time to do a proper, full review, but I have to give credit to the incredible staff at this location. From the pre-arrival phone call to the Front Desk to the woman working the breakfast service. They are pleasant professionals who made the experience better than usual, given the current state of COVID restrictions. Thank you. Note: the hot breakfast served was exactly what I needed to start my work day.

Loved our 3 nights stay at this location. We did have a problem with our room being warm. When I called a maintenance person was send immediately, but by the next day our room was even warmer. We mentioned this to the front desk on our way out and was offered another room across the hall. This blew me away as we were only staying one more night. I mentioned it would be a hassle to move and we were given the room anyway just to sleep. We had two rooms!! Unbelievable customer service. I highly recommended staying here.

I have been staying at the Best Western Plus for three weeks off and on. In that time I have had wonderful interactions with many of the staff, and have been in three different types of rooms that were all great.

Booked a room as a gift for valentine's day for our kids and grandkids. Something normal for the kids to do over the school break. They had a blast !!!!!! This was our first staycation in well over a year. The covid restrictions and closures have had quite the impact on all of us, but specifically our two children. Seeing the two of them laughing and playing like the world was normal again, was beyond fantastic! The hotel and pool were exactly what we as a family needed. The hotel was spotless, the pool was the perfect temperature, and the water slide was a blast. This is our top pick when we need to enjoy a holiday here at home.

Clean quite hotel with the best staff I have ever seen. When you call to book they are fast and friendly I received my confirmation with in minutes of hanging up. When I arrived the front desk clerk was friendly and had everything ready she gave me detailed instructions to get to my room. I really like how fast check in was. The breakfast was even good. My 6 year old daughter said to me dad look how hard she's working. She had a lot of people come at once but she was very organized and got everyone there breakfast right away. With most hotels being run of the mill this one really stood out to me. I was fortunate to have experienced this hotel it is very well run. The management is very luck to have such a great team. Thanks for everything.

I have stayed at Best Western Lethbridge before and it was fantastic, this stay was no exception! The breakfast selection was great, even though with covid restrictions you have to take it back to your room. I was pleasantly surprised at the lengths they have gone to, to ensure the safety of their guests while still providing great amenities. The pool area was closed but I will definitely be using it once it reopens, a good reason to bring the kids with me next time!

Stayed for 4 nights. Overall, good hotel. On my last night the heater/air unit broke. I called the desk and they said to open the window which I did. The traffic is very loud. The entire nights sleep was ruined between hot, traffic. I asked for a discount on the 4th night and I was given 1000 points. Apparently they cannot give a discount when you use a giftcard of $100. I signed up for a best western rewards promotion after 5 nights at a best western last fall and was essentially penalized for using it! I will never go back.

It was so nice to find a place that did not require a credit card to stay. Yes a cash deposit was held and refunded no problem. They were willing to go beyond the standard. I definitely will go back and happy to let others know!

We live an hour from lethbridge and love to take our two kids swimming, with Covid we haven't been able to for quite some time so we decided to get a room so we could use the pool. We called ahead of time to see if we could check in early. He said our room would be ready at noon. Check in was quick and clean, sanitized pens, sanitized our license and credit card. Rooms were clean and tidy. Pool was super fun, great for kids and the slide was a huge hit for my husband. We got a discount at one of the local restaurants and were so impressed with the food. Breakfast was good, eggs, hash browns, pancakes, the lady serving was polite and nice the whole time. She gave us a bunch of extra juice boxes to bring up to the room for the kids. After breakfast we got a third swim in and asked for a late check out. They let us check out at 1pm, all the staff were super polite and accommodating. Had a great time and felt super welcome and comfortable the whole time. Definitely enjoyed the whole stay!

Stayed here with our young family. Kids enjoyed the water slides, we appreciated the spotless rooms and staff were courteous. The kids even slept in...Glad we chose this property!! Great Job to all the staff!!

In these uncertain this hotel gives you a safe way to travel. Friendly staff who keep their distance. A call previous to our stay so we know what to expect and can arrange for the necessities for our stay to reduce waste.

We needed a quick get away so left Edmonton to Medicine Hat then to Lethbridge and home. Stayed in BW in Medicine Hat which was brand new 5* but this place didn't quite make the grade. We were given a free upgrade to a King Jr Suite, it sounded great as it was supposed to be free as I had points. But when we got there we were very disappointed with the decor, which was old and tired. Dust around edges everywhere and smelled old. Upon check in we were told that we'd have to take all our amenities up with us as nothing is left in the rooms due to Covid. Fun times, we are seniors so canes baggage and toiletries, pillows,etc being hauled up to the room. The rooms are slightly separate, the AirCon kept coming on so it was freezing in the bedroom but the thermostat was in the other inner room. We turned the heat up and were broiling. There were two TVs but we had to call done to the front desk to get someone to come fix it. Had to leave the room for that. The picture in the room was of an old house, quaint if you don't wake up to it or have kids, it looks like a haunted house in the dim light, creepy! We needed an accessible room but took this one because it was upgraded and we were using points so I thought. I got a call while on the return trip home telling us that we didn't quite have enough points and we would have to be charged instead. Not happy with that at all!!

In my opinion, the Covid protocals exceeded the mandated rules which provided me with an additional safe feeling. The breakfast offered a good hot selection . We will definately return when in the area.

Excellent location being right off the highway if you're passing through, or a good spot to hunker down with some great restaurants nearby. The check-in was easy and informative, and Bruce, the manager, was eager to tell me about some of the aforementioned restaurants. He was very accommodating to other guests and was kind enough to upgrade my room as one was available. The wifi is fast, the AC is cold and quiet, and the beds are super comfortable. During these times, the staff are very COVID-conscious, keeping the usual toiletries behind the desk to minimize contact points with guests who have stayed before you. All you have to do is ask for them and your stay will be like every other before. The gym and pool are still open, but you have to book a time slot as the maximum occupancy is very low at the moment. Used to stay at the Holiday Inn for business, but I will be staying here from now on. Great crew.

Nice clean and comfortable room - we stayed on the 4th floor facing away from the highway. Quiet for sleeping, comfortable beds, air-conditioning worked well. Front desk service was excellent. The first nite my wife asked where we could get a banana. The lady behind the desk had one delivered to the hotel for us within the hour...impressive!

Clean, friendly and great location. We were on a business / relaxing time with my wife, didn't pre-book, just walked in and the staff were very welcoming and the hotel was clean and comfortable, we will return.

WHAT A PHENOMENAL PLACE TO STAY! This hotel has managed COVID better than any hotel I have visited. The rooms are consistently exceptionally clean 9 and I know this because I've stayed here mahy times before COVID, and they've always been as clean as they possibly can be), and they have a hospital-grade disinfecting machine that instantly kills off viruses that they use in the rooms. They have made some minor adjustments in terms of conditioner, shampoo, lotions, coffee and tea in the rooms, which personally made me feel better. Breakfast is served to you, rather than self serve, to reduce the amount of hands in the breakfast area. The staff there are SO accommodating and so kind. I will be back again and again- thank you guys so much!!

Upon check in, we were given a complete run down of how they have changed things due to covid 19 (ie: if you order food, it will need to be picked up at front desk & instructions on booking pool time). The man working even suggested a local restaurant to order from! We were very impressed with the level of cleanliness and the service we received!

Bruce and his amazing staff went above and beyond for my daughter and I. Bruce made checking in and out a breeze. All staff were very diligent in sanitizing everything. The room was very clean and quiet. The jacuzzi tub is awesome.They opened the pool by reservation and sanitized in-between guest. The waterside is super fun and fast! Breakfast was great and included. They make fort kits to build forts in your room with your kids. Such a great and fun time! Thank you Bruce and your team, I will definitely stay there everytime I'm in Lethbridge.

This hotel did an excellent job serving my needs and provided a safe environment during the covid pandemic. From the minute you walk in the door to being in your room all rules or regulations were in place and followed. I was treated with courtesy and kindness the entire time. Job well done.

As usual the Best Western Lethbridge doesnt dissappoint! We have stayed here several times and decided that since travel isn't possible right now and we are "supporting local" a staycation was in order!Great job Best Western, the steps you've taken to ensure the safety of your guests were outstanding! We stayed here in April and the rooms were full of dust, hair in shower, make up the bedding. We did not feel room was very sanitized and clean before we arrived. We told the front desk and they should said Oh it happens and gave a different room which was not much better. Maybe they are just short staffed but we were tired and just wanted to sleep, we will look at the new Holiday Inn Express next door next time we pass Lethbridge.

Returned from trip and had to self isolate from family so spent several days here. Everything was amazing and staff so helpful, especially happy with the NO TOUCH table food delivery we received. Thank you to all for making our extended stay feel like home.

We stayed the Best Westin in Lethbridge returning home from a visit to see a sick family member in Saskatchewan and we were too tired to travel the rest of way. The check in was good and friendly staff they even offered us a discount on room. The room itself had dried coffee stains on the sheets, dust all over the room, hair in sink and bathtub, as well as toilet still had tissue paper in it from previous guest. Given the current situation with Corona-virus and Covid-19 this was not a good impression. The front desk clerk Kacy (sp?) was very nice and got us a new room but if we were not so tired we probably would have just left. Please educate your staff on the importance of cleanliness especially during these times.

We stayed here for one night while traveling back from the US. The front desk associate was very friendly and a joy to deal with. You can tell she really enjoyed and took great pride in her job. The rate was a little high than we were use to. Now we get to the room not sure if cause the room was not used in a while but the window ledges, night stand and TV had a layer of dust. It looked like dried coffee spilt on the nightstand. Hairs were in shower and bathroom sink as well. This does not speak to well to the sanitation of the hotel especially during this Covid-19 pandemic, its a good thing we did have lysol wipes with us to wipe down our room. We did not say anything to front desk as she looked to be only one working and didn't want to stress her out. Please take your room cleaning really serious especially during this crisis as sanitation of guest rooms should not be a area with short cuts taken.

The hotel rooms are really nice and the staff we dealt with were fantastic. A great place to stay We always try to stay at this hotel on our way south. Did not have a full breakfast due to the C-19 virus that is presently happening but a bagged breakfast was available.

Rooms are really nice, staff is super friendly and they welcome pets. The building is nice and clean and they put a news paper under your door in the morning. I really enjoy this hotel. We have stayed there multiple times and always had a very pleasant stay with no complaints.

Very happy with the hotel overall - it's on the East side of the city just off the Crowsnest Highway. It's clean, with good staff. Unfortunately we didn't get to try the breakfast as we had other plans, but other folks seemed to be enjoying it just fine! Everything was clean and in good working order.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and memorable. I was fortunate enough to be upgraded to a jacuzzi suite. I will stay here again and will certainly refer my friends and acquaintances.

I recently spent 2 nights in this hotel with my daughter, and we were totally impressed with the customer service, and the overall cleanliness and comfort of this property. I highly recommend this hotel.

Price should be lower so more affordable to serve a broader audience. Breakfast items should have more fruit and meat items. The bathrooms should have more safety features such as grab bars at both ends of the tub. All toilets should be handicap height.

I would like to commend the staff of this hotel as they are always helpful courteous and make me feel like a home away from home. I have stayed at this facility countless times over the last few years for business, personal and group stays for multiple sports teams and I or we have never had an issue or complaint with this facility. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for any of your travel needs.

Our team stayed at this hotel for a tournament for a weekend in February 2020. I have been a sports parent for many years, and without a doubt the team bonding that occurs during out of town tournaments for young players fosters the LOVE of the game for many. We have stayed at hotels across western Canada and have been fortunate to have stayed at hotels that embrace the opportunity to host young players and their families. Our experience at this hotel has been AWFUL. The staff have been obstructive to any team or parental socialization. There are 3 teams staying here and all have had the same experience. MANAGERS AND TOURNAMENT COORDINATORS - Here's what you need to know before booking here for your team: 1. This hotel will tell you they will block book rooms for your team, but then spread you out all over the hotel. This only serves to generate noise complaints from guests who are staying in a room between several teammates who want to wander between rooms to visit their teammates. We have members from our team staying on 3 different floors. 2. There are 2 meeting rooms which can be booked for team get-togethers (pizza after a game, etc). The rooms close at 9:00pm. NO EXCEPTIONS. We were advised by the front desk staff that your team is only allowed to book a room for one time slot per weekend for either breakfast, lunch, or dinner. EVEN IF it is not being booked by any other team at the same time. 3. Quiet time is 9:00pm. NO EXCEPTIONS. Your kids may be asleep but parents are not permitted to be in hallways even if quiet. 4. There are only 4 PEOPLE ALLOWED IN A ROOM. The hotel staff will come and knock on your door if they feel that there are more than 4 people in a room. You will be cited with a fire code violation if this occurs. This limits the ability for any family to socialize with other families and does not permit the children on your team to be in a room together watching a movie. 5. You ARE NOT ALLOWED to consume alcohol in your room unless your door is completely closed. If you leave it propped open with the door latch while you are in the room so that your kids don't need a key to come and go, the hotel staff will require it to be closed. 6. Hotel staff are unwilling to assist team families with providing opportunities for socialization past 9:00pm without disturbing other hotel guests. All of the teams staying here requested to book a meeting room until 11:00 for this purpose and were denied. Hotel staff suggested that parents leave the hotel to go to the casino if we would like to socialize after 9:00pm There are SEVERAL other hotel options in Lethbridge that are likely to support the importance team bonding for your sport, including 3 others in the same parking lot. Give your team the chance for an experience that they all deserve when travelling out of town to play the sport they love ❤️

Typically hotels thrive on hockey tournaments especially in the winter. 20 families from Calgary on our team let alone the other teams, and relatively small demands. Some swimming and the party room to rent so we can order pizza. I have been to hotels and motels all over Alberta in my career as a Hockey Parent,....Never have we been treated so poorly and encountered such terrible rules. The party room closes at 9. We thought it was because someone else booked it past 9 but we are all forced to leave cause ‘we close the room at 9'. The kids are in the pool, Parents are taking shifts watching them and we have to leave the room? So here the room sits empty and we all split and go to a few rooms and then they shut us down, no music, just the hockey game - stating only 4 are allowed in each room. Talk about building friendships. We are a group of parents with kids, all respectable and its 9:15 and we have to shut it down. Honestly. Do NOT stay here. There are other hotels with customer service that help teams enjoy their weekend. This was a bust for us and was a disappointing way to spend the weekend.

The food was good in the morning however the rules surrounding noise and having to have your door completely closed while having alcoholic beverages, was a touch extreme. I was there for a hockey tournament. We recently had our manager leave the team and did not receive the team policies for the hotel. Majority of our team was on the 3rd floor however they placed other families in between us even though we had blocked the rooms a few months ago. WE had 10 parents in our room and we were talking. We did not have any music on and we received a noise complaint. In fact, we received multiple noise complaints regarding the room I was in. The staff did not mention any other room that was associated to our team. The staff told us that if they had to come back, we would receive a $250 dollar fine. The staff never came back as we all went to bed. In fact, I sat at the elevators in the chairs and listened for the loud that we were allegedly making. A hotel staff member came to our floor and we chatted that there was no noise that could be heard. Then the next afternoon, received a call from the manager saying we were being fined for the noise and for not having the door completely closed while we were drinking. Along with that, the manager gave us a guilt trip because one of the families that complained was there for a sick family member. Again, we did not know any of this that night and we did not have hotel staff come back. I would not recommend this hotel for a sports team. Also, it could be beneficial to advise everyone checking in if they have read the Hotel Policies for Sports Teams. It is quite different from other Hotels that I have stayed in with sports teams. I stayed at the Hampton's next door the previous year and had a wonderful hockey tournament experience. Food for thought!

My family and I stayed there this past weekend. My 5 year old son was playing in our room and found tobacco containers under the bed (yuck), as well as our television didn't work. Room was not worth the rate.

We spent 11 nights attending to an ailing family member in the Lethbridge hospital, unfortunately sadly ending in their passing. This property went above and beyond in meeting our needs and providing compassionate and caring attention.

As always the room and entry area clean ....Helpful friendly staff... From front desk to cleaning to breakfast room and maintenance.... comfy beds...and pillows . the hot breakfast is very good... and I like the fresh fruit at the desk

Our usual place to stay, with the Best Western Chain. Good breakfast lots options cold and hot. Coffee tastes great! Beds are good; 4 out of 5, quiet area good location it is near the casino off of highway 3. Nice and Clean. Staff always friendly.

This is the best of all, if you want cleanliness, quiet This is the one. Plus close to highway , but, not too close to be disturbing. Room was very nicely decorated loved the picture of lightning behind the bridge, very dramatically done in black and white

We were travelling eastbound and overnighted in Lethbridge at this hotel. It is located just off of Highway 3 on the east end of Lethbridge, among a bunch of car dealers and the Casino. This area has built up over the last few years and has several hotels, but could use a few more restaurants. We had a NS, King room with sofa, desk, coffee maker, fridge, microwave. This hotel is almost new so not much to critique. Everything well maintained and it was quiet, didn't hear noise from highway. Not much of a selection for restaurants within walking distance but the Coulee Brewing company was right across the parking lot so we tried it, and it was good. Good price for the middle of July, $130 plus taxes. We would stay here again.

Great location and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to lethbridge. Tuesday nights are customer appreciation night and has always been fun, meet lots of interesting people there.

I was checked in by Nicole on a very busy Friday night, some hockey teams were staying int he hotel as well. I made for a very busy place on Friday. Great rooms, a little noisy with some kids running up and down the hall late at night and early in the morning, but we get that its going to happen. No major issues.

Always clean, friendly staff and a pleasant place to stay. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Lethbridge. The pool/ water slide and hot tub are also wonderful when traveling with children

Very clean,good complimentary breakfast and evening meals ,good rate ,very accommodating staff ,all staff members were presentable in appearance and dress ,also the facilities are actually smoke free ,great value , will definitely stay there again

I stayed a night for work and everything was nice. Room was clean. They had a drink and snack night too that was cool. The breakfast was simple but good. I will stay again whenever I go back to Lethbridge.

This was indeed a super stay. I was able to get into my room a little early and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic with three kinds of hot meat, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, potatoes, pancakes, fruit, cold and hot cereal, coffee, tea, milk and juice; something for everyone. The pool is small as is the hot tub but very inviting. Free coffee and fruit in the lobby; complimentary daily newspaper was a nice touch. I will certainly be back.

Very nice hotel, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds are so comfy! The breakfast room is well laid out and the attendant was very friendly and kept breakfast items well stocked, she was dressed up like a deer for Halloween which was fun. Close to the casino. We'll stay here again.

Quiet hotel, well appointed with friendly staff. Very clean, comfortable beds. I have stayed here before. Close to main highway, away from major activity areas but close enough to restaurants, one of the main thoroughfare areas. Definitely my go to hotel in Lethbridge.

My husband and I and our dog were greeted with a smile. The room was located near an side door so that it was more convenient for us to take our dog outside in the night if necessary. The room was very comfortable, as always.

Very good accommodations, Nice size room with sofa. But a bit noisy on the north side , trains, truck traffic......Friendly arrival & leaving. Nice touch to serve a wine & chili/dog for WINETIME! OK breakfast, lacks fresh fruits.....omelettes not so great. We have stayed her a few times and we will come back as it is a nice Hotel.

Traveling through Alberta and stayed here for one night. New hotel, with very clean rooms, strong wifi, and great breakfast, all for a very reasonable price. Staff members were pleasant and helpful. Close to restaurants. Highly recommend!

Excellent Hotel will stay there again when I am in Lethbridge the room was very comfortable and is a great place to stay also the free breakfast was excellent with a lot choices to choose from parking was also vert good and so was pool and hot tub.

This is a nice place to stay , the staff are always helpful and friendly. Room decor is a bit outdated ,but rooms function well. Beds are ok , spring type Lots of towels and hot water . Lots of choices for breakfast .

We stopped here for the night and were very impressed by the comfort and cleanliness of this hotel and the rooms. Bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet.. Lots of free parking and our dog was welcomed. The complimentary breakfast was very good

My wife and I always stay on this facility when in Lethbridge and have never been disappointed. We travel with a service dog that was also competing in a Scent Detection Trial and your hotel has always treated us royally. We required early check in and Anne was more than willing to look after our request. We always give this facility top marks because they deserve them and we'll be back again. Thanks.

I travel across Canada on business and this hotel is one of the best. Very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I was always greeted with a smile, good morning/afternoon (pending time of day) and made me feel very welcomed.

Wouldn't honor the lower AMA rate because we had booked under a wedding party, had a 21 day cancellation policy which is ridiculous and charged a $250.00 damage deposit to our credit card. Really????? I have stayed at many Best Western hotels, and have never had a $250 damage deposit charged to my credit card!

Located right off the highway, easy to find with lots of well-lit parking. Tim Hortons close by and a few restaurant options. Clean hotel, room was great with many plugs for electronics. Desk staff were pleasant and helpful with suggestions for activities and dining in the area.

Service was excellent with a very good breakfast. The pool was closed for repairs, however we were directed to the pool in the holiday inn express across the parking lot as long as we had our room key with us

Enjoyable and friendly service from all the staff we met. Clean and great room. Very good breakfast. My kids really enjoyed the pool and the work out room. Great location that has different options to eat that's close by.

This is a favourite Best Western. They do things right. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was tastefully decorated, with high ceiling, a spotless bathroom and space to move around. Heating/cooling was silent, not a noisy ventilator. Breakfast buffet was delicious, served on colourful china with real silverware, not plastic. The location is safe with plenty of parking.

Consistency. We choose to stay with Best Western based on a couple of fantastic experiences at the Revelstoke BW. That being said, this was not up to those standards. Pretty average stay. Now we realize the hotel doesn't control area smells, but the pungent rendering plant across the highway (Maple Leaf Foods) left a rather sour memory. A police arrest in the parking lot if someone trying to break into cars was also a concern, but I suppose that's again, an area issue, being located off the highway and industrial area/casino. The room was ok, the cleaning staff did miss cleaning our room after our second night due to "holiday staffing levels" as explained by the front desk staff. We only took part in the continental breakfast on our second morning, but opting to pay for a better meal the other 2. It sounds like we were unhappy but truthfully, it was just average stay, as it seems like most hotels have become like this. Next trip to Lethbridge we will opt to try somewhere else more likely on the Scenic Drive/downtown area.

Stayed in Lethbridge for two nights to primarily facilitate a visit to the Fort McLeod Museum. Our reserved room was ready even though we checked in early. We were greeted and accommodated be very friendly staff. Very pleased with a clean, organized room and later found beds and pillows to be comfortable. The hotel is located within easy walking distance to a casino and a brew pub/restaurant. Also, upon showing our BW room card one receives a 10% discount. The full, hot continental breakfast had extras we've not seen at other continentals. Furthermore, the staff person attending to this area, including cleaning and food provision did an excellent job. Overall good value.

The room was very clena and oleasnat. The TV/remote did not work. By the time I found this our it was late in the evening and I did ot report it to the front desk, but it would have been nice to have the TV on at times as I was staying alone. The breakfaxt was well done and the staff were helpful

From the moment we walked in, we were always greeted with a hello or good morning. Front desk staff very helpful and offer suggestions while you visit. I didn't understand the reasoning to pre authorize over $500 on my credit card for a two night stay which was around $300. I was told it's the managements policy. The breakfast is included and the staff managing the room are fantastic. There's lots to choose for breakfast, including hot breakfast choices, cereal and yogurt. The only thing missing for me would of been some fresh fruit. Ice water, coffee and tea is in the lobby and replenished throughout the day. Pool seems to be well maintained. Room was pretty quiet. The odd time we heard others doors closing. A very short walk to a convenience store, and a Tim's. The hotel seems a little older than some of the rest close by. However it's the service and people that make this hotel stand out. Thanks again for making our little trip great.

Great hotel the staff is excellent the room was clean and had everything I needed. I was there for work and my special requests were met. The wifi was great and the breakfast was good every morning will stay there again!

The front desk personnel were really great to deal with only to be out done by the breakfast attendants. The room service personnel are second to none... excellent attitude and very hard working. would definitely stay again.

Good place not far from city, the only inconvenience is one side is close to railroad and is noisy if your windows are open. Breakfast is great the swimming pool is great you are 2 min walking from the Casino.

I have nothing but good things to say about my stay here. Staff were friendly and accommodating, room and bed were clean and very comfortable and breakfast was delicious with more selection than at many hotels!

my wife and i were doing a road trip from Pittsburgh to glacier national park and the surrounding area. on our way back we diverted to Banff, Canada . we headed back to the u s a through Lethbridge , Alberta and stumbled apon this little gem of a town . very clean , friendly , safe town . several ethnic restaurents . good micro brewery next to the hotel . casino also.

Stayed one night with my new wife. Overall a good stay but was a little pricey. Appreciated the 12 noon check out time. Paid $250 after taxes for the night. Would have said value matched price at about $200 after tax.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent - fresh bacon, sausages, eggs, pancakes and waffles, plus fruit. All the staff were nice and we experienced no problems while staying at this property.

One of the best places to stay very clean, awesome service, everyone was very upbeat and happy. Listened to your needs as a previous manager in customer service industry I have to say BW is the only place I will go. You would be a fool not to stay here

This is the third time I have stayed here and it has remained consistent both in quality and cost regardless of the day of the week. Highly recommended for the included free breakfast as well as fast check in and check out and modern, clean room with fast Internet.

I work at a Best Western in Ontario, and we stayed here while I played a set Canada Day at Henderson Lake. It's one of the nicest hotels/hotel room I've stayed in. The breakfast was delicious and well organized, the front desk was very friendly, and it was nice to be asked if we needed anything as I walked by a housekeeping staff member in the morning. It was an excellent (and quiet) stay.

We stayed at the Best Western in Lethbridge while in town for a celebration of life. The stay was peaceful and quiet. The hotel is clean ,well appointed and the service was friendly, efficient and helpful. The staff were all great with a good knowledge of the city. We felt safe there.

When we arrived it was quick check in and go but when we entered the room it was good. But as soon as my kids entered the washroom toilet was soil and it looks like some one forgot to clean it after they service room. But front desk service quickly replaced our room and assign us new room on same floor

On our way to Glacier National Park and Whitefish , We were originally supposed to be at a different hotel with a water slide and breakfast (national chain). When we checked in the room looked like something from a crime scene and smelled of smoke. We wanted something with a water slide for the kids and happened to find Best Western. Kat was amazing over the phone and in person to make things happen last minute. She got us a room close to the pool and the place was in fantastic shape all around. Thanks Kat!! The morning breakfast was top notch and the lady running it was very friendly. We will stay here again

BW Plus Lethbridge is my go to hotel for Southern Alberta. Alyson and her team take care of everything. Breakfast is really good and the Tuesday night appreciation is a must attend. This property makes life on the road so much better for business travelers like me.

I have stayed at this property for work a few times. The staff are wonderful and the location is very good. Modern, well kept property. I would highly recommend staying at this property in Lethbridge.

Stayed at the Best Western on Saturday night. Booked my stay with points from my Visa card but was informed at check in that I could not collect reward points on my stay because I did not book through them??? Don't understand this because even if I book using visa points I still have a choice on where I stay. Rooms and staff are top notch. Very clean and modern rooms. Professional and caring staff. Breakfast is one of the better hotel breakfasts with lots to choose from and a large sitting area. Hot tub was nice and hot but low jet pressure. The timer wasn't working but when we called they sent someone right away who turned the jets on. One of the more expensive hotels I have stay at 200 plus but it was a Saturday. Close to casino and a new brew house which is also a good place to check out.

It's a good hotel. The breakfast leaves more to be desired, but the comfort of the rooms was just fine. Staff are always excellent to deal with as well. I did wish that they had more selection with the food as it was quite bland.

I called late to book a room for my son's hockey tournament. The hotel was full and so I asked to be on a waiting list. The gentlemen asked for my credit card which I thought was odd but he said its needed to be put on a cancellation list. In the meantime I booked at another hotel in Lethbridge. The day of check in Best Western called to confirm my reservation and I said I never made a reservation but there was one in the system. I advised I had another hotel booked and I was staying there as other players were also. They advised me that I would still be responsible to pay for my hotel at Best Western even though I never made a reservation, only on a cancellation list. I spoke to the manager who also said its their policy that if they don't sell the room I am responsible to pay for it. I was very upset so the manager advised she would investigate more and get back to me. I waited and waited and called back and they were very short and rude with me but confirmed I was "lucky" as they sold my room. This whole situation ruined my day and made me very upset.

We had a wonderful rest after a long day of driving. Check in was easy, and with express check out, we just left after breakfast. Everything was clean, and our beds were comfortable.The employees were friendly as well.

The hotel was very clean, room was exactly what I requested. Staff was amazing and very friendly. It was too bad the hot tub jets were not working!! Breakfast were very delicious and my overall stay was great!!!

We traveled to Lethbridge for weekend getaway. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. We were offered a free upgrade. Room was spotless. Beds were comfortable. Lots of variety at breakfast buffet. Good location. Close to several restaurants and casino.

Staff were friendly at the front desk, check in was fast and the hotel was great, took my children for breakfast and it was good and the kitchen staff she was very friendly .. will defiantly stay here again. Highly recommend if u need a hotel in Lethbridge.

Overall I normally have a great experience with Best Western, however this time was less than great. Even though I filled out the pre-check in form the day before arrival I still had to fill out all the same paperwork. This took some time since the attendant was busy trying to get a guest out of an elevator that wouldn't open. After approximately 15 minutes we were able to check in. Upon getting to our room I found the the key cards were not activated, I went back to the front desk (using the elevator that was having problems) only to find that the attendant was not there. After about 2 minutes I decided to phone the front desk, I did this 4 times only to get voicemail. After approximately 10 min. I was able to get my cards activated. No apologies were offered and that suspect elevator with the bad shudder was never addressed.

Best Western continues to deliver consistency every time I visit. Rooms and facilities were very clean and comfortable, but it was the customer service supplied by the staff that made this stay memorable.

We were in Lethbridge for a HighSchool Leadership conference and the Best Western was fantastic! Great customer service, super comfortable beds and fantastic breakfast! Thank you! Next time hopefully we have time to stop by the pool as well.

May 25 We are currently staying in the “Prime Minister Suite” if you can call it that. For $270 plus tax I would expect much more. A view of the front entrance over hang, and parking lot isn't where a Prime Minister would stay. I had a bath today turned on the jets and a brown scum showed up around the edges. So nasty. Unfortunately we were told this was the only room available in this hotel.

Everything was neat and clean, quiet surroundings, friendly employees and ready to help in any way. Breakfast was great with nice variety and tables were cleaned and eating room was orderly. Food area was well stocked and clean

Always enjoy staying at this hotel. The location is perfect for me and I always fee important. Wish there was another restaurant within walking distance as the one nearby is not the greatest. Lots of places to order delivery though.

Fabulous Hot Breakfast - Complimentary. TELUS Optik TV was a treat. Waterslide for the kids and the pool temperature was great . This hotel is nestled beside a brewery / restaurant and amenities for gas is just next door. Taco Del Mar in walking distance

We enjoyed the hotel, pool, and had a great breakfast. The bed in our room was amazing... wish we had it at home! The hot tub could use a little tlc but other than that it was a great get away for us both

I enjoyed the stay at best western. It was Easter morning and the staff set out Easter eggs for a Easter hunt for the kids, the kids really enjoyed the hunt. Yes definitely will stay at Best Western again. Very caring and kind Staff

My daughter and I stayed the night at the Best Western Plus Service Inn & Suites in Lethbridge. There was a mix up with our room and it was not available when we checked in. Belinda and the front desk staff were very gracious. We received a complimentary upgrade and were assigned a new room in just a few minutes. I appreciate their quick and professional handling of the situation.

i stay in this hotel very often, i can start for recommending this property. fist when you arrive they is always a warm welcome with a good vibe and clean loby the staff are very friendly, very respectful and efficient they they alway on top of all you needs so you don't wait to get to your room. rooms are very clean to me i always check the bathroom and bet as soon as i get in the room and i have never found anything wrong.. breakfast is a bonus always warm and ready prepare by a few wonderful ladies welcome you and always trying to give you the best experience .this is my experience and i always trying to stay with them. you also have a few places for food around within a walking distance.

Best Western seems to be charging top dollar at this location. All the other hotels in the area were offering as much for less. Very disappointing as a Rewards cardholder and long time Best Western supporter in the room rate and the response I received when I completed the feedback survey. Attitude seems to be they expect 90% occupancy so rates are higher ??? Think they may have lost us in this location. There are lots of other options in the area and all were charging $25+ less a night without a rewards card.

Great staff and facilities for pet owners and regular guests. Clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff in all areas of hotel. The room was clean and well maintained, the pool great and the breakfast was awesome and full of good choices.

Clean and comfortable. I will stay there again when we go to Lethbridge. This hotel can give celiacs Gluten Free toast at breakfast. They went to the effort to having a separate toaster. The only negative thing I have to say is about the website For Canadians they should know that all prices are shown in US Dollars until you get to the pay page. Then in very small print it says this. NOT COOL

We felt comfortable and all the staff were very friendly and helpful..Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were impressed with the surroundings. The hotel was in a good spot for leaving. It was also near casino.

I stayed in this hotel for 10 nights and it was most enjoyable. The front desk staff greeted when coming and going, breakfast staff were very pleasant and quickly cleaned dirty dishes. Breakfast was a variety each day and the strong coffee was great!

I visited my husband who was working in Lethbridge and my experience at this hotel was perfect. Absolutely no complaints. The front desk agent (Joyce) went out of her way to accommodate last minute changes to my reservation and a late checkout. She even called to let me know my room was available early, knowing that I had just had a long drive in from Edmonton. The breakfast ladies are lovely and friendly and seem to love their job and the people they meet every day. They truly made my mornings. The cleaning lady chatted with me while I worked out and she was fantastic too, leaving the gym immaculate and a wonderful impression on me. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, with not a single amenity overlooked or forgotten. Pool and jacuzzi are well kept. There was a bit of sand in the jacuzzi but no big deal. Next time I come I will stay here again and bring the whole family. The kids will love the slide. Exceptional hotel.

The hotel is excellent all the way around, every staff member from the front desk, kitchen staff, janitor and cleaning ladies are so friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Very clean and the pool and hot tub are always well kept.

This pet friendly hotel is the only place I will stay in Lethbridge I enjoy the hotel the grounds have ample space for my dogs to get exercised the rooms are fantastic and so is the staff. They go out of their way to accommodate your needs and make you feel like part of their Best Western family.

definitely a good stay everytime were in town the service is great rooms are super clean and customer appreciation night happens every Tuesday free supper and drinks. Also the coulee brewing co accross the street is an awesome place to have a beer and food.

Stayed in Lethbridge Ab one night of a 3 day trip. Room was clean, comfortable, good quality bedding. Breakfast in the morning was great, a hot meal with bacon, eggs & much more. Everything was fresh with the staff replenishing frequently.

Clean and comfortable room, great hotel location, kinda pricey though. Great deluxe continental breakfast. I think its Tues's they do a corporate night and serve local food and drinks, pretty classy. I always stay at this hotel when in Lethbridge.

We stayed during a very busy weekend. There was a figure skating competition and a Timbits Hockey tournament in town -- teams booked up many of the rooms. Checkin @ 3pm was very busy, but we were in within a matter of minutes. The front desk took care of everyone as quickly as possible. I found plenty of space in the room to unpack and settle. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. Breakfast was very tasty and there was a ton of variety. Staff worked very hard to keep the breakfast area clean and well-stocked. The only reason I did not provide a 5/5 is because the hotel is not very sound-proof. Any (normal) conversation in the hallway can be heard in the room. It was a noisy weekend and we didn't sleep a whole lot... adults and kids were extremely loud in the hallways and it was very noisy in our room. We did catch a reasonable amount of sleep though. My kids said the pool was rather small but they all had a great time on the slide with friends. We will definitely be back.

Wife and I stayed Friday night March 1 Very busy weekend. Check in was good, friendly. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast is very good with scrambled eggs, sausage , hashbrowns, pancakes,muffins, cereal etc. Coffee was decent also. I continue to book with them as I am always treated well. Shout out to Alyson for always doing a first rate job.

Good visit. the front desk staff was very courteous and very informative, told us about everything that was going on in the city that weekend and how to get there. Warned us how busy the hotel would be and helped us book out in advance to avoid problems. Nice rooms excellent location to get out and around the city. Amazing breakfast included with the room , very worthwhile stay.

At my stay they had a customer appreciation night that consisted of free beer, free wine and appies like wings and veggie sticks. It was all complimentary.I had a great time meeting other people and actually met some new friends!

The check out process was ridiculously lengthy and confusing, I paid with a BW gift card and desk staff (although nice) were unable to provide me with a reciept as they could not obtain a zero balance. They might benefit from training or having management present. I also had housekeeping staff intude in ouroom with out knocking or announcing themselves-I was unsure if they were housekeeping as they were not wearing a uniform or anything that might identify them as staff other than a name tag)

The hotel had a great breakfast buffet, something for everyone. Hotel was clean and the service was excellent. Check in and check out was seamless. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Lethbridge.

This Best Western in Lethbridge is one of my favourite BW to stay in because I always receive the most client focused service possible. Even with a room near the stairs or near the elevator, it is always quiet.

From beginning with reservations to departure customer service and our stay was perfect. Family lives in Lethbridge and staying at the BW is like being at home. Cold waterr, coffee etc all add up to a wonderful remarkable stay. We will be back.

A quick business trip for the two of us and our dog. We found a quiet welcoming atmosphere, beautifully maintained with a helpful friendly staff, good variety for a quick (& early) breakfast. Good restaurants about 5-10 minutes away.

Desk attendant would not take my gift card. Said he didn't know how to reload it and and would not phone to get help.Therefore I could not use it. All other places have been more than happy to get them to work.

Everything was super nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was one of the better ones we had on our trip. Pool was nice. Would stay here again with my family. Made a nice end stay to our trip

Great friendly staff. The lady Kandie that took care of my floor made sure that I had a comfortable stay.The hotel was very clean, lemon water and fresh fruit was available at reception.There is a great brewery right behind the hotel.

The staff are very friendly and courteous. The rooms are very clean modern and spacious. The breakfast is very good. The weekend we were there, the hotel was full so the kitchen staff was extemely busy with breakfast in keeping fresh hot food available and in clearing and cleaning tables for everyone. Even so, as they passed by our table there was a smile and asking if everything was okay.

I have stayed there numerous times. The staff are very friendly and well trained. The location can't be beat. It's surrounded by restaurants, brew pups, coffee houses and a huge casino with great live entertainment at night.

Our soccer team of 17 players and parents stayed over the weekend of Dec. 7th to 9th 2018 to participate at the December Cup. Accommodations were excellent, breakfast buffet was very good and the pool/waterslide was a big hit. Above all, the staff were warm and very helpful.

This was the first time that we stayed at this property and will stay again. Right from time of check in the reservation agents were very friendly and so willing to make the stay as comfortable as possible. When we checked in they were quite busy but the agents never seemed overwhelmed - they were very courteous with everyone and got the check in completed quite quickly. They said that they only had two open rooms for the weekend as they were hosting multiple sporting teams. The included breakfast was amazing - they never ran out of anything and with having to feed so many people in the morning - that was amazing. The breakfast staff did not seem overwhelmed with the amount of guests - for the best part they were smiling and very nice to everyone and willing to help with anything that they could - and kept the tables clean so that they could get everyone fed and out of there before their guests were to start their day. The woman that cleaned our room was probably the friendliest that we have had - we asked her only to empty the garbage and change out the towels ... she did that and then left a note in our room just telling us to not hesitate to ask if we need any further assistance - she was friendly to everyone that passed her in the hallway and had a continuous smile. When we checked out the young man at the desk made it pain free and got us out of there in a short period of time. All in all I am giving this property double thumbs up .... there is not one thing that I can complain about.

Overall enjoyed the stay. Rooms were nice spacious & clean. The breakfast is one of the best I've seen in hotels. There were things to do within walking distance. Pub across the parking lot, Casino up the road. I would have liked a private area for the parents to get together.

Great Hotel, located central to our needs. Amazing staff, courteous attentive and super friendly! Everyone who works for the hotel makes you feel welcome and as though your the only guest ready to take care of any requests you may have!

I always stay at the Best Western when I'm in Lethbridge. They are dog friendly and the staff and the location and hotel are perfect for me. They have continental breakfast in the morning they have nice clean rooms they have a dog floor which is nice and convenient so you can get your dog out to the Green Space quickly in the morning or when needed. It's a good hotel for its money value and anyone and everyone should consider staying there. It's close to the casino if you like that kind of thing and it's not far off the highway. It's a convenient location and as I said the staff are fantastic. They treat you like you're coming home. I don't stay anywhere else when I'm in Lethbridge it's the only place I will stay. I will return again the end of January beginning of February when my business takes me back to Lethbridge. Hope this is helpful for people.

Best Western Inn and Suites Lethbridge is the only place we stay when we come to town, and we love it! Absolutely no complaints when it comes to the staff, rooms, and location. Even has truck and motor home parking if you're under 40 feet in length, and lots of street parking if you're over.

Easy access off highway 3 on the east side of Lethbridge. Walking distance to restaurants and casino for entertainment. Nice clean modern hotel with great staff to make your stay pleasurable. Minutes to highway 4 to the U.S.

Spent a night here with my wife recently. Good parking and nice and new. Had a very good morning breakfast included with the room! The only reason I am not rating it higher (as it is a good facility and staff were good as well) is that our room was noisy and it was hard to sleep. We had a second floor room that had the window over the hotel entrance. This is where the smokers seemed to hang out and most sounded like they had been drinking a little too much. Just loud and arguing and it seemed to go on forever. Kept us awake. I am very surprised that the staff never asked them to disperse or quiet down a bit. The nearby highway also has a fair amount of traffic noise.

Good Location, Friendly staff, lots of Breakfast options and very good, clean rooms, one thing the beds were to firm for us! Woke up with sore back, everything else was great! Usually Hotel for Lethbridge last time beds were a bit better. Air conditioning needed first night was + 17 in the city that day and heat needed the second night all worked good. Asked for quiet room got it.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful as was the Breakfast Room staff. Beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable.Rooms are very clean and quiet. Although the Front Desk staff recommended the Coulee Brew for supper, the price point was too high and the service was incredibly slow - an hour to get our meal and they were not busy.

We brought our guys and girls team to this hotel. We had such a great experience! The staff were so helpful and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and the food was good!! We'll definitely stay here again when we come next time!! You were all so awesome!!!

Motel and staff were very nice from the minute you pull up to the property until the time you lay your head on the pillow was a very good experience overall and the Motel staff were top notch and very attentive to all my needs

Our stay was very enjoyable. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and we were grateful to have the opportunity to bring our pet with us. We were there for a volleyball tournament and the experience was enhanced with a great night's sleep!

We always stay at this Best Western Plus when in Lethbridge because of the staff, the amenities and the atmosphere of the facility. They also accept pets - we stayed in a King Suite. This Best Western doesn't make you stay in a double queen room which is inconvenient when staying at other Best Westerns.

The foyer is quite small and dark and doesn't create a very good first impression. Check in was slow because of staff training but we weren't in a hurry. Rooms need updating, the wallpaper is so dated looking. Room temp was good, and the bed was comfortable-nice duvet. Pillows were pretty lofty so I was glad we brought our own flat ones. The fridge was noisy and had a high pitched whine that was irritating, but it's always nice to have a fridge. Good shower, amenities were ok but no shower caps, which disappointed me. Room and bathroom was very clean, no problem there. Location definitely off the main thoroughfares, I would probably stay on Mayor Magrath road next time. Breakfast was ok, filled the gap but I wouldn't call it tasty by any means and the eating area was packed with no seating at 9:30 (closes at 10). We saw the overflow later but a nice couple had invited us to join them in the main area. Staff was all very friendly. Sorry to say that I didn't think this hotel was a very good value overall and would stay elsewhere next time.

Stayed here over the Thanksgiving long weekend. Great hotel, very clean, they have pet friendly rooms and when you check in with your dog they give you a little treat bag for your pet. Very clean, comfortable rooms and a great breakfast buffet! I would stay here again forsure

The check-in process was PAINFUL. I understand that you need to train people, however, it would be wise to have the new person watch as the fast employee checks in the new people - especially when there is a line up! I waited 20 minutes just to be looked at! They were very polite, but I didn't have the patience for that! I missed what she said about express check out and wasn't sure if I could just go at the end of my stay. I was going to ask the front counter - just in case - however, there was only one individual working and there was another LINE! I'm assuming I checked out ok...

this hotel is located at a convenient location surrounded by fast food, a co-op, gas station, casino, a nice chines restaurant. the hotel looks very new. parking lot is huge and good for trucks and trailers.

My room was warm clean and very accommodating I would stay in the same hotel again if I was in the area. Staff was courteous and they even had a pizza night and social night that was fun. breakfast was good as well

We had a group block at the Best Western Plus Service Inn & Suites for a 3 on 3 hockey tournament. The staff was amazing, friendly & very helpful! The rooms were clean, the breakfast was delicious & the kids had a great time in the pool area! The kids loved the chocolates in the room when we arrived. We will return & we will recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Lethbridge.

This hotel is very comfortable and all was fine. BUT, do not give them your email address on check in. Since getting back I've been inundated with emails from Best Western. Clicked unsubscribe several times but the emails will not stop.

I really enjoy this Best Western. It's in close proximity to Coulee Brew Co and the highway, and I would recommend it to either singles or families. The breakfast buffet is very tasty and a great start to your day!

This is a great hotel which offers excellent value for your dollar. As usual the management and staff provided terrific service and the quality of the room and facilities exceeded my expectations. This is a wonderful hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of the Junior Executive Suite. The hot breakfast was outstanding; it was great to be able to eat from china plates and use metal cutlery. The gym was not large but it had everything for cardio and resistance training.

Whenever we travel to Lethbridge we will always stay at the best western. The staff here is fantastic and make the stay very comfortable. There are hotels in London and New York that should be looking to the best western in Lethbridge to learn how to treat guests right.

Let me start by saying the staff werer all great. They did a really good job. They decorated the jacuzzi suite I had booked to make it a little more romantic. The room was clean. However, the jacuzzi tub did not hot water which was very disappointing. The breakfast was not the greatest. The hashbrowns were soggy and the bacon was undercooked for me. some people I am sure would have loved the bacon. I can't say everyting was bad. The hotel was clean and the staff were great. Just wish we could of had a better stay for our anniversary as you can't get that back.

The hotel and staff are clearly the best in Lethbridge. Stay there as often as I can as the staff recognizes me and my needs. Not a better place to stay. Close to my work and good resturants. Easy to get to and easy to get in and out of the city.

Our trip was great in all aspects, but I can not say enough about the wonderful staff at the front desk, and the wonderful housekeeping! They make the stay even more comfortable! The rooms were clean, the water slide was a blast and breakfast was always hot and fresh!

The room was very nicely made up, nice decor, well stocked and the temperature was great(the air conditioner worked and was needed!). Wifi was even pretty good for being in a hotel. The hot breakfast was good, staff was friendly and location was great! Make sure to eat at the Coulee Brew company next door! I would definitely recommend!

This is a great place to stay. It is in a nice area of Lethbridge close to restaurants, etc. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The beds are great with a great choice of pillows. The breakfast in the morning has many choices and is very good. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and clean helpful staff live the buffet and in town to arange my parents funeral and ur staff was very polite and supportive the only thing I noticed is the elevators are slow and loud very enjoyable trip though

The staff here are friendly, outgoing and truly looking to make your stay better! My room was upgraded and I loved it! It was clean with all working amenities. It was a great stay! For coffee lovers, there was coffee always available and Tim Horton's is across the parking lot - that was a definite perk for me!

I've had to stay in Lethbridge a few times this past year and I'd say this was the best hotel for it's price range. It's kind of dated but has a decent pool and hot tub. My daughter enjoyed the slide. The rooms were clean and had nice showers.

Clean hotel. Our room was lovely, except for the bed. I find beds not usually comfortable in hotels. This was not the worst but definitely not the best. We felt off centre. Also the in room air conditioner was very loud. We ended turning it off and having the window open instead. Breakfast was good. There were issues with the pancake machine, but they were attempting to figure it out. My only suggestions would be to have cupboards better marked. I couldn't find bread, my husband had to tell me bread was in the cupboard. Also have a designated place to leave dirty dishes instead of a cart that is placed far to close to the table area. We didn't use the pool but would have if it had been a longer stay. Wished the front desk staff (who were pleasant) knew more about eating places in the area.

The waterslide was excellent. Our grandchildren had hours of fun there but the pool itself was ?mall so we were unable to really swim in it. Rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast bar served hot and cold items. Very good experience overall.

From check in to check out we were very pleased with this hotel. The staff were very friendly, yet professional. Very comfy bed and wifi that never failed once. Hot breakfast in the morning was delicious with a very nice selection. I would definitely stay here again.

I believe that we have visited this property four times during that past four years. We've always enjoyed receiving good service from the front desk, and our room has always been cleaned and prepared to our satisfaction. My wife especially appreciates the cleanliness of the bathroom. We do have one recommendation, however. The small "workout" facility could be improved. The aerobic machines need to be replaced with newer and better equipment.

The hotel is well sited on the edge of the city. The rooms and spacious and clean. We found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast is included and is sited in a very pleasant room with an outside patio. There are places to eat for dinner nearby. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

This property was fantastic. From check in to checkout it was great. Love the precheckin email, that was a nice surprise. Breakfast was busy! Those ladies worked there butt off to ensure there was plenty of food out for all the guests. Unfortunately the pancake machine wasn't working properly, my daughter loves pancakes!

Lethbridge in south central Alberta is not a small prairie town, although it is surrounded by them, and ir the fourth largest city in Alberta. It is closett MacCleeod and the utterly fascinating Biffalo Jump --- Heads Smashed In. The Best Western is a very comfortable pelace to rest before the excitement of the buffalo hunt. The beds are comfy, the place very clean, tghe breakfasts are substantial and thge staf attentiev and helpful. It is not far from good restaurants and is reasonable in price. Wee recommended.

The welcome was efficient and friendly the rooms exceptionally clean and the breakfast room well serviced. The breakfast was good with wide selection of food. No plastic utensils and real cups and plates a real bonus. Tuesday is the day to stay here.. you'll see as you check in. This is a hotel that is making real effort at reducing the amount of plastic and waste in the daily operation. Stayed here on two separate occasions and both were excellent. I would like to read that it has become a NO PET hotel

We had been travelling all day and did not have reservations. This was one of the last hotels with vacancy in the area. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The pool was a huge highlight for my little one. The breakfast was also great with many choices. Highly recommend this hotel.

After a long days birding it was so nice to check into this hotel. The reception staff were pleasant and efficient. The room was very clean and the linens were fresh smelling and not perfumed. I do appreciate having a sofa and chair both with good lighting. The breakfast was very good and, because they were expecting a crowd, we sat in the overflow breakfast area and did not have to listen to the TV - so nice. I appreciate the fact that this hotel uses real plates, cups and cutlery. I think it is so much more pleasant to eat from and saves a mountain of waste. As a vegetarian I also very much appreciate that the yogurt that is supplied does not have gelatine in it so I can eat it too. My husband really enjoyed the bacon, sausage and eggs. We will certainly stay here again when traveling through Lethbridge.

Enjoyed our stay at Best Western Plus Inn and Suites. As we were moving with our pets we really appreciate that Best Western is pet friendly. Staff were efficient and helpful and the hot breakfast was very good! We will stay here again!

We were in Lethbridge for our daughter's graduation and when we go we always stay at The Best Western Plus. They have good service, the rooms are comfortable and they serve a great and varied breakfast. We love it!!

I stayed at the Best Western in Lethbridge because I was travelling alone, and always look for a hotel that is close to amenities and appears to be safe. the Lethbridge location met all of my expectations - the staff were friendly and remembered me long after check in! The room was clean and spacious and quiet. The free breakfast was great. with a wide variety of hot and cold items! I would definitely stay at the Lethbridge Best Western on my next trip.

Stayed with family members in several rooms. The sheets had a bad chemical (bleach) smell. 2 of the family members had reactions to the strong bleach in the sheets. The air conditioners made a lot of noise all night long and didn't really work as the room was hot. Not a good night's sleep at all

This property has no control of its orderliness - the oil field construction worker guests are out of control and I got no sleep, breakfast was a free for all bombarded by rude unapologetic rig workers who had a drunker tail gate party on and around my 90,000 vehicle because I was parked right at the back door to the building. The stay was horrific.

Amazing! Staff was so pleasant and friendly. The room was nice and spacious for all of the bridal party to get ready. Great lighting for photos and makeup. Very clean and extremely comfortable beds! When coming back from our reception, they had left us a nice bottle of wine and a nice note to end the night. Would definitely recommend this hotel for wedding parties or guest setups.

The Best Western Plus Inn & Suites is a great hotel and one of the better options if you find yourself in Lethbridge for the night. Clean, comfortable, relatively quiet, and easily accessible. It's also right beside Coullee Brewing Co., which is fantastic. As someone who loves craft beer, this was a huge boon. Lethbridge doesn't have all that many amenities or restaurants, being a smaller city, so having the hotel directly beside one of the hot spots is a big plus.

We stayed there with our two children for a Ringette tournament in Lethbridge. Daily breakfast was provided with many choices which was a huge convenience. The team had a great time in the pool and waterslide (albeit it is very small) so was very busy because other teams were also staying at the same time!! It was pet friendly, we brought our two dogs, they put us on the main floor so it was convenient to take them out for a walk!! Easy and quick check in and check out. It was quiet except our puppies often barked with the other dogs staying in the hotel. Overall it was a great stay for our family.

The rooms were really nice and clean. The staff was really professional and nice. Was a great place to stay with the dogs. I would recommend staying here anytime. I especially love the little snack shop they have. Much better than vending machines.

Printer needs to be updated to print out pdf documents directly. PDF files were hard to view. Computer Needed software to be dowloaded which could be done by only admin. Everything else was good. Colton in front desk went well and beyond. He tried his very best to assist my needs.

This is a nice clean hotel with very friendly, professional and accommodating staff! Good rates that includes a very nice complimentary breakfast with a good variety and selection of good food and decent coffee. A nice pool with a water slide for children and a small hot tub that was nice and hot and no shortage of fresh clean pool towels. We've stayed here a few times before for both business and personal trips and will most definitely be back! We have had zero issues with this hotel in Lethbridge.

This hotel is just amazing! The staff are super friendly and helpful! We were especially surprised with the wine, beer and pizza on Tuesday afternoon, what an amazing idea! We've never experienced anything like this anywhere before. We were already very pleased with the breakfast, but this is over the top! Wonderful!

They claim to be the no#1 hotel in Lethbridge. Not sure how they arrived at this ranking. Pathetic, minimal breakfast, no restaurat in the hotel, old property looks dark and grim. I am comparing this one with another small town BW property in Spruce Grove where the hospitality, service, restaurant and breakfast was much superior than what i experienced here. As a Platinum member there was no check-in treat that i received.

Very nice young man at the reseption desk, friendly, helpful & caring. He was interested in making conversation with us 'older folk'!!! He was helpful in guiding us where to go and eat our dinner. He room was great a lovely comfortable, quiet suite. We had an excellent sleep. We would stay there again.

Very accomidating staff ,will return again while on business or personal trips. Great location with easy acces to my clients workplaces. if you are bothered by occasional trains would ask for room on the inside of hotel away from main road and train traffic ,otherwise no issues.

This hotel is a relatively new facility with friendly, efficient staff. The location is easy to get to and close to restaurants and gas stations. I highly recommend staying here if you want good value for your money.

Travelled to Lethbridge for business, this was my first stay at Best Western Plus Service Inn and Suites. The facility was very nice, and well kept. The fitness facility was adequate and met my training needs.

The hotel staff was very nice! The outside of your hotel was good looking and the inside was exceptional however the pool was intermidiet. Our room had a malfunction key and your daft managed to fix it promptly!

As soon as we arrived the young man at the desk made us feel like we had been friends for years. He was extremely helpful and made us feel welcome. Room was clean and presentable. When we discovered our lack of technology with the remote, we called the front desk and they called us back after researching our issue. We were given a restaurant review which proved to be top knotch!

Decent work-out room, bonus slide/pool/spa combo, not a bad breakfast. Rooms very modern and comfy, with contemporary artwork. Funky lava aquarium art in lobby, a must-see! Friendly staff, with Gold Member bonuses waiting in room.

Love staying at this BW! It has everything you need and is clean and well maintained. All the employees enjoy their job and try to make it their mission to make your stay the best! We also enjoy the craft beer pub -- just a hop and skip away from the hotel.

Great location. Professional courteous staff. First class hotel. Excellent. Will certa only return. Very handy to Lethbridge fairgrounds. Great access on bypass road and great access from US. Less than one hour from US Boarder.

Although we had to pay a $20 pet fee, this hotel was very accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. Great TV system and the free wifi internet worked well. The hotel was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and they even used nice dishes and real cutlery. Nice to see this! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Rooms were clean, internet great staff was friendly. Breakfast had a great variety and was well stocked even with all the guests! Would recommend this hotel to families! We stayed for a hockey tournament and then look and breakfast were loved by all.

I stayed at the Best Western this weekend. I was told in advance that there would be sports team staying at the hotel over the phone. When I checked in, I was also told that there would be sports team in the hotel. I was told that if there were any problems that they had security that would deal with it. I heard no noise all night and had a great sleep in my extra comfy bed. The room was clean and I appreciated the free water. The breakfast had many options and I understand that they don't have a kitchen onsite so enjoyed what they had without any further expectations. I used express check out and was on my way in no time. I will be back.

Great place to stay if you passing through on business like me. Hotel is clean looks new and staff were very professional. Fitness room was great for hotel, and there was a brewpub next door to gain back any calories you burn there.

This was our first stay at this property as we usually go through Lethbridge by a different route. We loved the facility,their breakfast was very good and with quite a few restaurants in the immediate area. It was very easy to access all of the stops that we visited in Lethbridge.

This hotel failed from go. From my room being booked wrong, the pool being closed and their walls as thin as paper; it would be better to sleep anywhere but here. My options for a properly booked room was a pet friendly room, gross, or outside the pool after my initial request when booking was the end of the hall on the highest floor. Which didn't happen anyways with over a months notice on the booking. The pool was refilled that day and was at 13 degrees, so after a long day of traveling the kids couldn't even relax with a swim. The walls are paper thin, you can hear people talking in the room beside you and every footstep above you. The AC unit that we had on full blast to drown out the noise make noise like a freight train and then switches to noises like an radiator in an old house. Beds are very firm and uncomfortable. Breakfast was decent for an included breakfast. Front desk tried to resolve issues however, after all of the above the only way they could have actually resolved anything was a small reduction in my bill as an apology for a wrong room however, the bill came through as normal. There is a reason why I don't stay at Best Western unless it is absolutely necessary with a group booking as this is the same situations we commonly see with our booking being wrong, the beds being uncomfortable and the noise. The pool was just an added bonus this time.

Stayed for a weekend and was sooo disappointed. Check in and staff were great. Breakfast was mediocre. The hotel was over run with sports teams and kids. Line ups were long at the breakfast buffet and good luck getting into the pool or hot tub! Its a small pool to begin with, max of 16 or 18 people. (cant remember exact #) but it was literally packed with kids! Come on, what about the other guests? Not everyone enjoys screaming and splashing kids. How about implementing an hour or so at the end of the night for an "adult" only swim? Kids should be in bed by then anyway! The beds are hard like a rock and the pillows are about half the size of a regular queen pillow. Another suggestion: put all non "hockey, volleyball or soccer" guests on 1 floor so we do not have to listen to all the inconsiderate people slamming doors and yelling at their kids at 6am every morning! Comes down to, don't stay here unless you are part of the sports teams!

This was an absolute awesome stay. Friendly staff. Welcoming atmosphere. Definitely above average breakfast. Truly the best i have experienced in Lethbridge. The staff are genuinely kind and helpful????

Nicely appointed rooms, super friendly and professional team, great accessible location (the Brewery behind the hotel is a favourite place with a very nice menu) and the convenience of a hot breakfast!

Stayed At the Best Western Plus Service Inn & Suites from Dec. 26-31/2017 for a Provincial Sporting Event being held in Lethbridge. Hotel was fully booked during our stay. We were upgraded to the King suite. Having a separate bedroom from the sitting area was a bonus. The room was very clean, updated, and spacious. Enjoyed the fireplace in our suite as the weather was miserable (minus 35 degrees & snowstorm) for the 5 days we stayed there. Service through out the hotel was top notch. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Breakfast was great- the staff were quick to replenish food and went out of their way to assist guests. Only negative comment is the mattress on the bed was extremely uncomfortable & WORN OUT. After the first night, we spoke with the front desk staff to see if housekeeping could change the mattress out for us. When we returned to the hotel that evening, we had been notified that the mattress had indeed been changed. What a difference -- we had the most restful sleep for the remainder of our stay. Will most definitely stay here next time we are in Lethbridge.

Stopped here enroute to fernie, and we had a lovely evening. We stayed in the executive suite and it was very comfortable for our family of five. The suite has a king bed in a private bedroom, and a queen bed with a sofa bed in the main room. The pool slide is fast and fun! The hotel was busy given the time of year, but it was very quiet and did not feel crowded. The hot breakfast was a surprise, with pancakes and eggs. Its nice that the dining room is separated. The hotel gives attention to detail, and the staff are friendly and very helpful! The hotel felt new and clean.

Could have more plug ins , was cold out Junior suite was very comfortable Lots of coffee in room Breakfast was good Was a little noisy the last night party but that was to be expected close to New Years and curling celebrations

Our family met at BW for New Years and had a blast, pool, water slide and hot tub were great, hot tub could be a bit bigger but all in all was a lot of fun. Breakfast has a wide range to offer and was very good. Close to shopping and casino if that's your thing. Good value for your buck!

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel for work and I would recommend it. The hotel is close to amenities and easy to get to. The rooms are nice and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast staff went out of their way to help me but don't expect much from certain front desk staff. Overall though it is a great place to stay.

After a two year absence from our children and grandchildren we came and booked 4 rooms, 2 Executive rooms and 2 regular. Our families with children especially enjoyed the executive rooms as it gave them room for everyone but privacy for themselves. It was a great place to come and have fun with family we haven't seen in a long time. Thank you to Best Western Plus for making this one of the most memorable times for our family. It is truly a plus experience and I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Easy location, close to Tim Hortons, casino and off highway enough that there wasn't much noise. Some parking stalls have plug ins for car for cold nights. Clean and pleasant rooms, staff friendly and breakfast a bit better than most complimentary breakfasts. Express checkin and out worked very well.

we stayed Dec 23 to 26/17 while spending the days with family. My first time away from my hometown, all was great! We asked for a quiet room, we received it, the entire hotel was quiet many people away to families houses for Christmas. Breakfast items awesome, cold and hot! Very friendly staff! Rooms great size and very clean! The air was good it was fresh , not to dry and very little scent in rooms, this was awesome! Would stay here again!

We were staying here for my son's hockey tournament when he became ill. The staff were very good about providing Extra linens and even gave us a bottle of water and offered to get me something to eat/drink.

It was close to the casino which was nice. Since there were sports teams staying it made it very difficult to access the breakfast room. For a senior we found the hotel quite expense even though the room we were given was very nice.

BWP staff was eager to help and make my stay great even though I had no reservation, hooked me up with food etc with no hesitation. The room was clean and quiet. A huge parking lot made parking my truck/Trailer a breeze. Checkout has never been easier!

Our stay was great! Close to the soccer centre! The pool and Breakfast were great! We will stay here again if we ever need too! Close to restaurants and casino! Parking was also great! Rooms very clean!

We are back in Lethbridge this weekend for another hockey game. This time we booked last minute and not as a group and are stuck at Best Western cause that's where a suitable room that fit our family would work. We would have much better been back at the Hampton as this Best Western is OVERPRICED and Noisy all we can hear is kids running amounts hotel. The front desk is not friendly either and breakfast was subpar Saturday morning, the beds are ROCKHARD and you can fell the divots from previous guests. We paid almost $200 a night and feel ripped off but I guess it's our fault for booking late. This hotel is not recommended for traveling for anyone, how this hotel is ranked so high on here is beyond me.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed - nice sitting area in the junior suite. Breakfast room is spacious and selection pretty nice. Hot tub and swimming pool very nicely maintained and clean. Recommend for couples and families!

I've spent about 35 nights in hotel this year, this is my favourite hotel. They do all the little things right. I was very disappointed to have to cancel my second night, I wish I could have stayed longer.

Needed a break from winter SK weather so headed west to sunny AB. Very pleasant surprise to find this near-new Best Western in Lethbridge. Easy off - easy on to the main highway (#3) ... this is a great stopover spot if just passing thru, or spending some time visiting or shopping. Hotel is great, very clean rooms, friendly & efficient staff, very nice complimentary breakfast in the morning (well above average, and I stay >50 nights in B/W properties annually). All in all is a great value, and a great spot to stay.

The friendly folks at the Best Western Suites in Lethbridge went above and beyond to make our family Christmas celebration one to remember. From check in, to accommodating changing rooms to allow us to be closer to each other, to recommending a fantastic food venue - they were all wonderful! Enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast immensely. Thank you thank you thank you!

First visit to this Best Western. Nice pleasant hotel, very clean. Good staff, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast room is very tidy, with a very large selection of hot and cold items. Express check out with a copy of the daily newspaper was much appreciated.

Staff and level of service at this location make it a no brainer on where my loyalty in where I stay when in Lethbridge on business or pleasure. The hotel is kept very clean from the parking lot to the suite , and breakfast selection in the mornings is top notch and never a empty tray of breakfast delights which you might find at other hotel chains.

The rooms were laid out very nicely. The décor was very appealing. The Tuesday night corporate night with wings, etc. was exceptional. It was so much more than just a couple of snacks! The staff were very friendly and very willing to help.

The front desk staff could not have been more helpful. My wife's father had passed away and when we called the hotel for reservations for family coming to town we were told the hotel was full. However, Tiffany stepped up and rearranged a bunch of reservations and was able to find 5 rooms for us, taking a bunch of stress off of us at a very difficult time. If that wasn't enough the day of the funeral we needed more rooms for family members that came to town. This time Lindsay stepped up and found rooms for us. We found the rooms to be clean, comfortable and roomy enough to entertain family and friends. The complimentary breakfast was very good and plentiful. Also, this hotel is one of the few that uses actual dishes and mugs in the breakfast room. The hotel is easy to find and get into. We will not hesitate to stay here again the next time we are in Lethbridge. Highly recommend.

Major safety issue (supposedly employee caused but why not addressed?), changed rooms, heat/air defective in new, wifi weak and not useful, billing issue. Not what I hoped for by staying in a Best Western. Travel a lot, motels. Cannot find any chains that actually do / provide what they promise / promote. Will not stay there again (travel thru area several times a year). Wondering about the whole motel experience in total. Need some serious attention paid operations in genereal it seems.

I had an extended stay with the Best Western Plus for work. I had extended my stay for an extra 4 nights with the front desk staff after already had stayed 8 nights. I was told that this would be no problem and that it was taken care of. Sunday night I had gone to the front desk to clear up my bill, and I was told that there was no extension on my reservation and that I would have to check out Monday morning and that there was no rooms available to re-book. This was frustrating spending all of sunday evening looking for a vacant room. The front desk staff offered NOTHING for me. Just a simple " to bad, we are over booked" see ya. Also the "manager" was incredibly rude, when I simply had asked her to help me figure out some issues with my rewards card. She was not even the slightest bit helpful, and told me that it wasn't an issue she needs to deal with and I should just call the 1800 number. Not impressed. I guess leaving early to one of the local hotels in the area was a blessing in disguise.

Very nice and welcoming hotel, quiet as well. They had client appreciation night when I was there. Appetizers, wine & beer. Continental breakfast was very good as well. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Hotel was very clean and friendly staff. The breakfast was good. Standard meal from this type of chain. The gym was a good size with up to date equipment. Location was OK but I would have preferred more restaurant choices closer to walk to.

This hotel was exceptionally clean and well set up. Right down to mint chocs and bottled wtr at room entrance. Check in was great and stress free. Ty Josie for that. ?? However, my trip went a lil sideways shortly after my return on Oct 30th. Which left me to have to leave before my room was dated for check out. I was quite distraught. Not to mention it became a lil worde when i was informed this cause was also a guest there. So i asked to check out. I was not iffered a refund on second night. Which i found was a lil rude. But the bad oart is when i requested my $250 deposit back. I was argued with. I u understand she was needed to insoect room, yes. But the fact i was distraught n left. But called GM THE NEXT MORNING. HE REFUSED ME MY DEPOSIT DUE TO A NOISE COMPLAINT. not only did he stop there. He thought it was all a big joke was disrespectful and quite unprofessional and rude. I ha e never experienced a GM with such lack of regard to customer appreciation or service. It is now Nov 1/17 and when i called again today i was informed she coukd not access my moneys. That i was needed to call gm in am. Co.pmetely unexceptable. Since my deposit should be in same place as it was when i paid it to the front desk. Not to mention the last person i wish to speak to would be that totally disrespectful GM which i might add, is in dire need of a recourse on respect, manners, decency, and customer service. The hotel is by far spectacular. But the gm could use some improvements. Im still waiting on my moneys.

Check in went well and majority of stay was good. 2 issues that affected my stay to reflect my rating of only good... the breakfast attendant wasn't the friendliest and wasn't nice at time to guests. ( couple guys waited 5 minutes each for the pancake machine and attendant still said they did something wrong... they pushed the button and nothing happened lol) My coffee table had drink circles my first night and they were still there when I left on Friday. I wiped them up with one wet napkin?

Good stay, enjoyed staff, amenities. Excellent rooms, good quality breakfast nice variety. Next time stay in Lethbridge will definitely stay at the Best Western. Water slide would be fun for families with children.

Very nice hotel. Friendly, helpful staff and good amenities. They allow pets which is great for those travelling with. Offers reasonable breakfast. The beds are great and it is very clean. I choose best western whenever I can when travelling.
