We always stays at Best Western Cape Cod Hotel whenever we are in the area. Staff is amazing and always go above and beyond to make sure our stay is pleasant. Rooms are always well maintained and spotless. Hot breakfast was exceptional as well.

This is a great location in Hyannis to see and visit sights, shopping and great local restaurants. Looking for more relaxation? This is the perfect hotel for poolside actives. a massive pool with a hot tub and sauna. Plenty of seating in pool area. The hotel layout is convenient. They also provide a nice breakfast. Parking is free onsite.

Awesome hotel for families visiting Cape Cod. The location is perfect, close to main road, yet very quite surrounding tress. They do offer very nice hot breakfast Buffet and it is included in price. Indoor pool is huge and super clean. Kids enjoyed it.

I originally planned on being off island for the day. That day turned into overnight when my boat got cancelled. Luckily BW had vacancy and I was able to call and get a room immediately. Staff is friendly and rooms were clean and welcoming. I have stayed at this particular BW before but with animals. They are always accommodating.

Staff Great ,Breakfast very good, room dated slider very dirty and big spider web . tub slippery when wet .Its OK for over night. The hot tub blue black color will creep you out but besides the water making me itch its O.K. just old.

Bathroom had mold. Ceiling tiles were falling. Plaster was not finished where a previous towel rack was. The luggage rack end was chewed. At checkin the woman was not helpful. The employee working the breakfast was disgusted every time she was asked to replace an item.

We are a family of 4 decided to take break and traveled to Cape Cod for winter break. We called hotel and booked directly, and got excellent deal. Staff is wonderful and friendly. 2 Queen bed rooms was spacious and clean. Kids really loved heated indoor pool and Hot Tub. Thank you

The hotel was over run by 14-16 year old hockey players who were on a mission to disrupt and destroy. They ran down the hall s banging on doors and confronting customers. They threw food in Road the luggage rack down the halls while verbally assaulting people. Staff watched while multiple families left their facility early. The staff said they were so upset and felt bad but the only person that could do anything was the general manager who is never available. They also stated that they are scheduled to work alone and are on equipped to handle situations like this.

Very Welcoming. Quick Check in and out. Rooms are very well maintained and spotless. Hot breakfast buffet was excellent and plentiful. Kids loved indoor pool, it was huge and sparkling clean. Overall the rooms and the gym need to be modernized I felt like I was in the 90s early 2000s…the continental breakfast was the only redeeming quality of the place also my daughter broke out in a slight rash in the morning could have been from the terrible beds.there was also a big oil slick in the parking lot that was hard to navigate walking my dog.

I've stayed here for few years now off and on for business overnights and found it fairly consistant for service and room offerings. They have reasonable off season rates but rates do rise alot during summer as expected on Cape Cod so beware of that.

One of the best place to stay in Cape Cod. We were part of large family gathering and had blocked off almost half of the hotel. Everyone in our group were pleased with their experience. Staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are very well appointed and super clean. Kids took entire swimming pool to themselves and they had a blast.

I called hotel prior to making the reservation. I was told the hot tub was working. I was told same upon arrival. It was not. I was told they would fixed the problem but maintenance never came. After over an hour of waiting I was told there was nothing that could be done. Since I went to the hotel specifically for the hot tub I asked to check out. I was told I could but they would not refund the money for the two nights. The two clerks seemed to enjoy telling me that. I asked the clerk for the best western number but she told me she didn't have it. I looked up the number on my phone and called. The clerk asked me not to film her. I wasn't. I used the phone to look up the number. The person I spoke with at best western was of no help. I checked out and asked for a statement. The clerk said she could not print one out because the system was down. She said she would email me the statement. I waited for her to do so. She said she did but it did not come through. I never got it. I've been staying at that hotel even prior to it becoming a best western for over 25 years and never experienced a problem such as this. Prior to this incident the staff has always been kind and helpful. I felt that the two clerks I dealt with were disingenuous. I will not stay at this hotel again.

This was our second time staying here and we will be back. We were very happy to have the hot tub and pool all to ourselves! The room was very clean and mostly comfortable. I was glad I brought my own pillow, the pillows very very overstuffed. It would have been nice to have more towels. Seriously, one large bath towel, one small, only 2 washcloths and 2 hand towels...for 2 adults fir 2 nights. No housekeeping in the room to replace them. A couple of maintenance issues, a burned out bulb over the sink, and the towel rack coming off the wall. The breakfast was beyond our expectations, very ample and we appreciated gloves being provided and required. The bed was very firm, too firm for me.

BWs are totally reliable for me and dog. I joined their loyalty program and I'm glad I did. Have stayed at locations in 4 different states and there's a nice consistency with reasonable rates. I wish the breakfast options were better but that pretty much goes for all hotels apart from the Ritz which is currently out of my budget anyway.

Absolutely loved it here. We have been coming here for 3 years and always been great. Staff is always very courteous and friendly. We usually leave early due to hectic schedule and they always make sure we have early breakfast then normal hours. Rooms are spotless and indoor pool is always very clean and perfect.

Rate has gone up, amenities down, smells like an ashtray. Apparently Hyannis' newest “welfare motel.” Staff seemed bewildered about my complaint about the smell repeating that it was a non-smoking facility. Yeah, and I'm LeBron. The cops coming to haul away a guest in the early a.m. was a real treat too.

We had excellent experience, as always. The hotel was very busy during our stay but it was pretty quiet. Staff did made sure that there will be quit time after 10:00 PM. Indoor pool and Hot tub were great. This is the only few hotel who still has Sauna. We absolutely enjoyed Sauna. They do offer very nice Hot Buffet. Always fresh and good selection of food. Great Place to stay in Cape.

My wife and i had another awesome visit at this beautiful Best Western Hotel in Hyannis. Its a great property with excellent staff and service. In the off season the prices are very reasonable. Summer is very busy on cape and we usually dont visit here. They always have very nice hot breakfast. Lots of hot and cold options. They do have nice and cozy indoor pool and hot tub, Sauna.

The room was just what I wanted. If you love shopping, this is the area for you. Tons of strip malls after strip malls, etc plus real huge mall. Some great places to eat. Off season, so don't know about the beaches. Some traffic during rush hour times, even for off season. Bed was really comfortably. Table to eat at.

We are group of 20 were sent by Eversource to restore power during recent Storm, and they booked Best Western Hotel in Hyannis. Staff is absolutely amazing. They were very accommodating even in crunch situation. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Randy is doing amazing job keeping up with hotel breakfast department. Hotel was completely packed, but he did not panicked and made sure everyone is comfortable. Excellent hotel and Staff.

Jay was amazing and extremely friendly. He made sure our stay is comfortable and stress free. The room was well cleaned and fresh. It is not brand new but we felt very comfortable. Our main priority is cleanliness and it was well cleaned. The location is close to highway and route 132. Hot breakfast is excellent was well.

We made reservations through for our first night and directly with BW for another night. We arrived to check in for the first night at 3:30pm with a very unfriendly desk person. We wanted to cancel the 2nd night and were informed that the deadline was 3:00. We signed the paper for both nights since there was a chance we could stay and were paying for it anyway. We didn't stay the 2nd night so I called to at least have the pet fee taken off and found out the cancellation policy was 4:00 the day before. We had tried to cancel it at 3:30 and the desk attendant LIED. Called customer service and the response was we signed for both nights. We did that under false information! I called customer service a few times. They contacted him again and the new excuse was that it was a third party booking so there was nothing they could do. That is also a lie. I have the credit card charge to prove it. I found quite a few reviews of the manager overcharging and unfairly charging. It appears to be the pattern and since it is a franchise, customer service does nothing. They believe the lies and continue letting him do business. Apparently as long as they are getting their money, they don't really care if he is stealing money from customers and continue to enable him by letting him get away with it. His Better Business Bureau rating is F. The absolute worst rating. I will never stay in a BW again. BEWARE!!!

Our options for pet-friendly accommodations on the Cape were limited. The rooms are tilled - no carpet. That makes sense. But there is so little walking space the room that we couldn't wait to leave. The TV display was damaged and the remote didn't work anyway. The bed was not hotel-quality and the pillows were tiny little squares. On the plus side, the breakfast buffet was nice, the pool has salt water, and the staff were super nice.

We love it here. This is our usual spot to stay when we come to Cape Cod. We were here last year as well, the hotel did amazing job keeping everyone fell safe during Covid. High cleanliness standard always maintained. Glad to see Hot Breakfast back. Food options were great and staff is doing job.

Front desk was not friendly or professional. On arrival, the front desk did not smile or provide a warm greeting. His appearance was rather unprofessional (at least compared to the Crowne Plaza hotel we had just left)- wrinkled shirt, no name tag. On another occasion, one spoke rudely to my mom when she asked for directions to the laundry ("I already told you it was over there!"). Another time we approached the front desk to request more towels (only 2 in the room, and we had a party of 4) and trash bags. They literally counted out each trash bag and gave us 2 for our 3 day stay. There was a lack of good customer service, that was present at better hotels. Even if the water was lukewarm, even if the decor was outdated, and the rooms dusty- if the front desk had a better attitude, it would make a huge difference. But as it was, I'd say this hotel was little better than a motel stay.

The staff is always very friendly. The rooms are spotless and well cleaned and sanitized. Hot breakfast is one of the best we have ever had and every year they bring new items in breakfast. The Best Western Hotel was perfect and reasonably priced. It is situated in Hyannis near shopping, restaurants, and beaches. The breakfast has a lot of variety and plentiful. It is near the main highway but has a back entrance to get to the local roads.

SOUR MILK SMELL from the AC and strong gyum scok stink in room and on bed. We choose this hotel at last moment as there was no room available and we glad we did. Jay was absolutely the wonderful host and GM. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Staff does very good job cleaning and sanitizing all rooms. It smell fresh and clean always. Hot breakfast has many good options and Randy does excellent job maintaining the breakfast buffet.

Had to cut short 4 night stay after only 1 night. Very strong urine smell in room. Urine stains found on bedding. Dog seen coming from room next to ours on non pet 3rd floor. Wife has pet allergies and can't deal with pet related issues. Could not recommend this establishment.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our 2-day stay, despite not spending too much time at the hotel. PERK: the breakfast. Seriously had so much to choose from, and the amazing attendant made sure everything was always well-stocked. Appreciated the disposable gloves to use as well. CON: bathroom in room is really small. Would suggest a re-design with pocket doors. And shower was really slippery. Something should really be added to the bottom of the tub to ensure guest safety. All in all, a nice home base for us in hyannis!

We (family of 4 with kids 18 and 16) and our 85-pound Goldendoodle stayed for 1 night before catching a ferry to Nantucket. The hotel, set back and in between two busy roads, offers plenty of parking and a small area to walk your dog. There's a limited number of pet-friendly rooms. Ours, on the 2nd floor, was clean and comfortable. Signs of wear and tear (scuffed walks, dented door) exist. There's a good-size fridge, microwave, and small coffee maker. You'll find 3 drawers, a wardrobe, and a table with 2 chairs. You can open the sliding door for fresh air. The ac is a loud wall unit; I like to sleep with the hum of a fan so no issue for me. The people who work here were very friendly and helpful. My son loved the breakfast, a mix of hot and cold options. I appreciated the flavored coffee syrups. It's about a 10-minute drive to Main Street and 10 to the ferry.

As always we love Best Western and their staff service. The hotel appeared to be at maximum capacity but we did not hear any other guests during our stay. The entire hotel was very clean and followed COVID cleanliness guidelines. Hot breakfast is excellent and Randy is doing excellent job in breakfast. We will see you guys again in near future. "Prepare to be disappointed"

We spent 5 days at this hotel. The employees were all very nice and helpful. The breakfast wasn't bad and had a good variety each morning. However... The room was old, outdated, the beds were lumpy and uncomfortable, the air conditioning was super loud, some of the gym equipment is broken, and the hotel really needs updating. The pool is full of kids and it's hard to really enjoy it because of all the kids. The pool, the spa and the sauna are also only open from 9:00am - 9:00pm. There is no lifeguard on duty so there is no reason they can't leave it open at least until midnight. When you come back after a long day you want to relax and enjoy the amenities but you can't because everything closes at 9pm which was really disappointing. Also, there is no lifeguard on duty and a kid was in the pool while his father was talking to someone. Another parent saw the kid drowning and told the kid's father who then jumped in to save his kid. Parents take their kids and don't watch them and there is no lifeguard to help. The rooms don't get cleaned unless you ask for it. The housekeeping staff told us they clean the rooms every day so when they didn't touch our room for two days we were surprised. On days three and four we actually stopped and asked them to clean our room to which they said okay but never did. Finally, on our fifth day with the trash totally full, the towels still wet and no one showing up to clean we asked the front desk and were told they don't clean the rooms until you check out. I wish they had told us that when we checked in so we would have been aware of this. We understood why (COVID) but at least inform guests of the rules so we could plan accordingly. The day we checked out, it was 2 minutes to 11 (checkout is at 11) and the cleaning staff knocked on the door to see if we were leaving so they could clean the the room! Give us 5 minutes to get our stuff and get out before kicking us out! The Best Western website talks about their enhanced cleaning standards and how they won't enter rooms for 24-72 hours after a guest leaves and then they'll clean the whole room but since they tried to start cleaning before we were even checked out I don't believe they follow the guidelines they state on their website. Outside behind the pool there is a sidewalk that takes you to some guest rooms and to the stairs to get to upstairs rooms but the entire time we were there (5 nights) there was a large rolling trash bin sitting and smelling on the sidewalk. You couldn't walk near it without smelling the trash which was nasty. In the gym there were old, dried up wipes to clean the machines. You can't wipe down a machine with a dried wipe so I asked the front desk about that and was told they were there from before the pandemic so I asked them to replace them with a new pack. She said she'd leave a note for the manager but two days later that still hadn't happened so I went back to the front desk and talked to someone else. She said she would also leave a note for the manager but I have no hope this manager will actually fix the problem. How can you wipe down the machines after using them if they don't supply cleaning wipes! That's gross in a normal situation but with COVID you want to be extra careful but can't because the hotel won't supply wipes. Thank goodness I brought my own! I doubt we'd stay at this hotel again unless they get their act together!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms small, but updated, and very well kept. Good value for the area, and close to everything thing. The hot breakfast was excellent, and the guy that was maintaining it did an excellent job making sure everything was kept full. They still have not gone back to cleaning and straightening the rooms each day, something that started at most hotels during covid, but I'm not sure if that's still state regulations or not, or when that will return, so it was a but of a pain having to go down to the front desk to get clean towels each day, and it's nice to come back after a long day to beds made and room freshened up, but again, I haven't been at a hotel post covid that restarted that yet. Anyway, we really enjoyed our stay and would surely consider staying again if back in the area!

The Cape Cod is usually very pricey in summer, we felt the Best Western Cape Cod was well worth is for the price we paid. We felt so relaxed. Rooms are well maintained and spotless. Indoor pool and hot tub were great. Hot breakfast was exceptional as well and it was complimentary. We loved it.

Location and price for this Best Western was good. But when we got there, we were told they were just starting the breakfast again but they were not servicing the rooms. If we wanted clean towels and supplies we had to go to the front desk. Also we found the rooms to be a little small.

UPDATE: Sasha at the front desk (she shall be known henceforth as Sasha Fierce, Goddess amongst women) saved us. She moved us across the hall to a similarly arranged room but that smelled MUCH fresher. Given this, this hotel is back up to a 4 star rating. Could it use improvement, yes, progress is good for everything, but in its current state, perfectly liveable and when it's not, I have faith in my new goddess Sasha, she will do right by you if you do right by her. Original: Checked in today, dog friendly room, walked in to the room and were hit with a wall of urine scent...and it was not dog urine. Human urine, acrid and burning our throats. It is July 4th weekend so we called the desk and asked for another dog friendly room or air freshener if another room not available. We were offered air freshener. The poor overworked front desk manager brought us some air freshener, a pump which broke within a minute and it was her only can. This alleviated the scent for about 15 min. But the rugs need to be torn up and the bathroom tile torn out. Nature's Miracle would not work against this. We asked for the carpet to be shampooed, but I doubt that can be done tonight, not sure there is any housekeeping or maintenance staff available. Barring this, we will ask again for another room. Will report back here to update status. Other than the scent though, the room seems clean if a little worn. I would like to reiterate, the woman at the front desk is doing her best. This is a different kind of issue.

We have been to many Best Western as we are a rewards member, by far this hotel had the best hot breakfast we have experience. It just not about food, but the staff service we got was wonderful. Staff is very friendly and always made sure that food is stocked. Mike the breakfast attendant made sure everyone wear gloves 1st and then get food. They had Eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, fruit salad, pancake, juices, milk, cereal, pastries, muffins etc, and it is complimentary. What else can you ask for. We absolutely enjoyed it.

The sheets and bedding were stained, ripped, and apparently unwashed (food or blood). The air conditioner did not work. The carpet was very dirty and there was a lot of dust in the corners and along the baseboards. The room smelled like smoke. The bathroom was tiny. The front desk is understaffed. I do not recommend.

We had booked originally with a nearby hotel, site never seen, family own and operated and were grossly disappointed. We grabbed our things and called around. Jay was the friendly voice on the other end of the phone who also greeted us upon arrival. He made sure that our stay will be excellent and it was excellent. Kudos to Best Western and staff.

We stayed at the Best Western Cape Cod when our daughter had her wedding recently. We suppose to had wedding last year but due to COVID it was postponed. We absolutely loved staff and general manager for accommodating our needs and be patient. The rooms are spotless. Having a fridge and microwave is a plus. Complimentary breakfast was very convenient. We had no problem and will definitely stay again.

This is a well maintained facility and excellent staff service. Hotel is located close to route 6 so very easy to get on and off from highway. Hot breakfast was wonderful and many good options to choose from. Jay is excellent at front desk always helpful. We had great time. Thank you Best Western team for making our stay excellent.

Be warned. This hotel was not disinfected. In a time of covid, the staff didn't act to bother changing their bed sheets. We had some type of food stain still on the sheets. In addition, there were many bugs in this room we stayed in. Filty and disgusting!

The staff member who work here are very helpful and cheerful. Always ready to answer any questions without any hassle. The room we stayed, was a king bed and it was clean and very comfortable. The indoor pool was open and well maintened as well as common areas. The only things I can suggest them is to have 12pm check out time instead of 11:00 am. Thank you

This was my 1st time traveling to cape cod and I was little hesitant to go. Decided to book Best Western and last moment and it turned out to be great. Hotel is well maintained and clean. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Located close to Main Street and cape cod mall. They do have nice indoor pool and hot tub. Unfortunately due to COVID hot tub was not available, which is understandable. Overl all I enjoyed staying at this wonderful Hotel.

All the bad reviews about this place are true! Dirty, halls smell of weed and smoke, rude staff, and horrible customer service. Fire alarms went off from 1 to 4 am and they still charged me for the room. Worst hotel experience ever!

Non smoking hotel but the smell of cigarettes and mamajuana permeate the hallways of this hotel. In our room the smoke detector was covered with plastic and surgical mask. Obviously to hide the smoking that occurred their previously. Remote for tv inoperable. Was forced to walk to front desk to get batteries....did not fix the problem

Decided to stay at Best Western In Hyannis on our recent trip to Cape Cod to visit family. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The room was extremely clean and well set up. The staff was very helpful. The location is perfect, close enough to drive to main street and many good restaurants near by. Indoor pool was huge and super clean as well. We enjoyed it.

The “first” room they gave us was horrible! There was hair all over both beds, the bathroom, the toilet, the tub! There was someone's toe nail clippings on the floor!!!! There was still food in the refrigerator. I went downstairs and informed the lady behind the counter of this. She proceeded to give me an attitude because their room was dirty and I was requesting another room! The “second” room was only a lil better! We had to change the sheets on the beds that had hair on them! The only thing better was there was no hair on the toilet or tub! The employees need to go through a customer service training seminar!

My family and I stayed here back in September. We stayed here because they accepted dogs. My husband and I are both Health Care workers and were looking forward to a few days away. When we arrived we got our key and upon entering the room was dirty and smelled terribly! My husband and son couldn't breathe. I went to the front desk and the young lady was nice enough to change our room. Upon entering the new room the room smelled but it wasn't as bad as the previous room but there were still dead bugs in the corner and it didn't look like it had been cleaned in weeks. My husband started looking for another hotel but it was impossible last minute to find a dog friendly hotel. We went straight to Target and bought cleaning supplies, pillows and sheets. When we returned I started wiping down everything and went we pulled apart the bed sheets were ripped, they looked dirty and there were hairs.... yuck. On our last night the card reader stopped working, when we went to report it the guys informed us that we could get him every time we wanted to get back in or change rooms. He finally offered another room but it was our last night and moving two adults, a baby and two dogs was ridiculous at 8 pm. For three weeks I have been trying to get ahold of the manager who refuses to take my calls. Every time I call I'm told he's in a meeting or not there. I have called corporate multiple times requesting something be done. They have reached out to the hotel multiple times are told that the manger won't compensate us because we stayed there. It's a shame that the manager doesn't have the decency to call and talk with me to try and rectify the situation. I waited on posting a negative review in hopes he would be professional and call. I've stayed at other BW hotels and have always been treated wonderfully but this hotels management is poor.

UPDQATQE: The hotel general manager just called to bribe me into deleting my review. He would compensate me for deleting it. Repeatedly threatened to sue me for it with his "Corporate lawyers". After repeatedly threatening me I am not going to lie I called him a F'g idiot. He then went on a 2-3 minute long rant using words that no customer service person should be calling anyone. NEVERMIND he was the general manager. He threatened me over and over again. I have the call recorded (Which I hit record when he started threatening to sue me if I did not accept his bribe to delete my reviews. Here is what happened I stayed 10/9/20. The hotel staff had no ppe worn. This included the overnight staff as well as the "manager". The manager had his on his chin and ONLY pulled it up when I confronted hom about it. This trip had accident with elevator, asked for elevator inspection certificate to get company name. They did not have it displayed in the elevator, asked the female front desk clerk for it. She refused to provide it. When calling manager at 9:50 pm she was rude, disrespectful and yelled at me. Called to complain about dirty room. She dismissed my complaints and suggested I clean it off if I wasn't happy. It was the nightstand and phone. Pics of the phone are posted.

We have called elevator company right away and they have advised us that associate will be at hotel first thing in the morning, and it was after 10:30 PM. You were not going anywhere that late, because you had booked stay with us. We do know that. I had confirmed with my two staff members and other hotel guest that you were very RUDE and RACIST towards my AFRICAN AMERICAN employee. You used F...... WORD and cursed her out while she was trying to help you. You also said F...... BLACK LIVES DOES NOT MATTER and all other bad words you have to say to her. This is totally no right behavior from you, we tried our best to help you in that situations. We have INSPECTED the rooms before we are given you the key and there was no ISSUE with room. There was COFFEE or SODA stain were there when you left, and we know that you had your son stayed in the room as well so you should ask him about spilling drink on HOTEL PHONE. Do not Blame hotel for everything. I wanted to make sure other Guest know about the whole incidents. Hope you find HAPPINESS in your life and MAY GOD BLESS you. You are never ever invited in out hotel anymore and you name will be in DO NOT RENT LIST.

I spent 4 nights at the Best Western. Hotel is in a good location with plenty of parking. Breakfast was good but has to be grab and go. I brought my emotional support animal and was told I was still be subjected to the $30 pet fee. I was disappointed by that and also due to COVID 19 the jacuzzi was cold however pool was open just a little too cold for me. The rooms and hotel were clean but they aren't offering daily turnover service soo you must get new towels if staying a couple days.

We just stayed here recently, and it was great. Hotel is located close to Cape Cod mall and many other good restaurants in the area. Staff is very friendly and responsive. Came here with my husband for a weekend getaway and we had a great time. Hotel is close to plenty of restaurants and main street. Our room was very clean and very impressed with all the measures they are taking to keep all guest safe and comfortable. The beds was very comfortable. As we were travelling with our pooch, we needed a pet-friendly hotel ($30/night charge). Price was right and location is quite close (by car) to restaurants, highways and shopping. Pool was open and not overly busy and great for kids (towels by pool). Because of Covid, you can order tea, coffee, yogurt, juices, mini muffins, mini danishes, cereal, granola bars, bananas and apples and they will pack it in a bag for you to go and you can eat at some outside tables/benches. Rooms were average (given pet-friendly room) and sheets were clean but not enough towels/soaps/shampoos so had to pick up more at front desk. There is no daily cleaning of the rooms which is fine. Only suggestion is to fix the card reader for side door as it's currently broken so the door is open 24/7 and not ideal for safety purposes. Overall, would probably stay here again.

This is our second hotel at the same chain, and i can honestly say they are trying their very best to make everyone happy and comfortable. This is not a easy situation. Staff member worked round the clock to make sure property is clean. We had rooms with 2 queen beds, it was spotless and smelled fresh. The indoor pool was open, it was so nice to swim even if it was a short time. There is no hot breakfast available, but they have nice grab and go bags available with continental pre packed foods available. I can see some others have commented on the effects of COVID, and you are right, but unless you have stayed at 5 different hotels through 3 different chains, in the last month, is is then you can appreciate what they are trying to do here. I would definitely stay here again.

We are a family of 3, stayed 1 night (intentional). Thought under the circumstances hygiene would be on high alert, but was disappointed with the room. Staff were courteous on check in, breakfast was adequate seeing as we are in a pandemic and the pool was open (we did not use), and plenty of parking. The room looked clean, however bathroom was tired, towels were clean but stained, shower curtain was stained. Pulled back the bed linen and the duvet had a stain on it. Opened up the fridge and the ice box was an igloo! Luckily I brought with us some Clorex wipes, so did a quick self clean of all non porous surfaces, which wasn't too bad for peace of mind. I rarely give poor ratings but felt it was necessary at this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 night with my children and husband. We enjoyed our stay and cape cod. They are taking Covid seriously and enforcing everyone to wear mask and there is a sigh throughout the hotel for social distancing. Swimming pool was open but not sauna and hot tub, which i understand. Our room had 2 Queen beds and it was spacious and clean. Best Western have usually very good hot breakfast available complimentary, because of Covid they offered Grab and go Bags, with muffin, milk, cereal, juice, yogurt, pastries, fruits and granola bars. Overall we felt safe and we enjoyed our stay.

I do not recommend this hotel. The room was very , very small. Smelled like musty, moldy rug. Afraid to be barefooted on the rug at all. Although a sign that masks must e worn,, guests and children were unmasked all the time. Our room was not cleaned at all. , No clean towels ! And rotten fruit old muffins for breakfast. We were overcharged for our room. We are still waiting for our refund. And we were never told, that they made an error. I found out when my credit card got declined when trying to shop after we left the hotel.

This is a fine hotel for the price. Convenient that they allow pets as people are on the road these days with the COVID crisis going on. Although I hate those reviews that nit pick on a particular issue, one thing that did bother me is that a person, who appeared to be an employee, insisted on parking for multiple days in a handicap spot even though his only handicap was his stupidity. I would think that Best Western would want to respect guests; especially those who would need these spots. That said, pleasant people and okay motel. Staff I interacted with were very responsive. And a stone's throw away from the brewery!

We have been staying here from past 3 year, this year is a little different due to Covid tension. Staff doing the best they can to accommodate every guest. Keeping rooms and common area clean and disinfect. Rooms smelled fresh. Breakfast buffet is not available but they have grab and go bag with some goodies. We enjoyed our stay.

Although the location was not in the center of all of the action, it was close to many major routes. It made getting around to different locations convenient. The hotel and rooms were extremely clean, although the smell of the cleaning solution was strong in some areas. Even though they could not have breakfast out in the open, the staff was kind enough to put together a bag of breakfast goodies. Each employee that we met was helpful, especially Terry in housekeeping. Due to COVID, there were some amenities that were unavailable (sauna, hot tub, fitness room.) The pool was open, and the water was warm and clean! Though there were many families and kids there, the rooms were quiet. The room was a good size, but the bathroom was a little small and the bathroom floor was a little slippery if you had wet feet. Face masks were required in the common areas, and they had sanitizer available by the front desk. I was skeptical after reading some reviews, but I was extremely satisfied with our stay at here. A huge thank you to the staff that made us feel safe and welcome!

It was a total different experience on Cape Cod this year. We were very scared to go on vacation this year, but after many discussion we end up in Cape. I am very glad to choose This very nice Hotel. Great location, great value, clean and well maintained hotel. We could not enjoy their usual hot buffet, but they had grab and go options available this year due to current regulations. We hope to come back soon.

There was nothing bad about our hotel experience at this Best western hotel in Hyannis. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were great. They have the best mattress and pillow, very soft make you do not want to get out of it. Check in and check out was super fast. They had offered pre packed, muffins, cereals, milk, yogurt, juices, fruits. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My friends and I stayed at this hotel for the 4th of July weekend on the cape. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The staff were quick to check us in and walk us through their pet policy. Our key card would only work once. Each time we would go back to our room we would have to go get new keys at the front desk. Our hotel room had an exterior door that was on the ground level. The lock to the door was held together by a flimsy rod because the door lock was broken. We didn't trust the rod seeing as it would fall at the slightest nudge. Each day we would pack up our stuff out of safety concerns. The hotel hallway to our room had a terrible smell of cigarette smoke. We blasted the AC in the hotel room to help lessen the smell and the humidity that was built up in the room. Upon entering the room there were black marks in the toilet, hairs in the shower, trash behind the curtain, food crumbs on the desk, and an odd white smear on the wardrobe door. After showering I grabbed a towel and saw that it had a two inch hole in it. Reasons we did not call the front desk about these issues? When we checked in the front desk said that they were fully booked and given that it was Fourth of July weekend so we're neighboring hotels. We felt stuck. We had plans all day and were too exhausted to pick up the phone and recite the list of issues when we returned to the hotel room. The things that are noted above are things that seem so odd that they were skipped by the hotel staff. Given that there is a pandemic we thought the hotel would make extra efforts for cleanliness in the hotel room but it was just really gross and felt unsafe.

We have been travelling on Cape Cod Every summer from last 10 years, ans always stayed at this Best Western hotel. It has been through different names in those 10 years. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Even in difficult time staff are trying more than they can to make everyone comfortable. Rooms are smelled fresh and clean. Cape looked pretty empty compare to many years because of pandemic. Breakfast is usually a big hit here, but due to current restrictions they had to cut down to Grab and Go bags. It was not bad. They had good options. We will come back again soon.

There seems to be very few pet friendly hotels in Hyannis, MA. So, if you're looking for a great place to stay with your pet, this is it.. We loved being able to drive up and park at our hotel door for easy unloading of our black lab. The pet rooms all have this feature. Doors open to the parking area, and then just a short walk to a green area with pet waste station. Pet friendly and perfect parking.

As a first time traveler to Cape Cod this hotel was everything we could wish for. The room is clean, well maintained and comfortable. The bathroom is not huge but it is enough for shower. The water pressure is pretty and and no issue with hot water. The breakfast is complimentary and had wonderful selection of hot and cols items. It was delicious as well. Indoor pool was huge along with hot tub and sauna. Perfectly maintained pool water and ample temperature as well. Thank you Best western for wonderful stay.

Stayed here to attend the St. Patrick's Day Parade which got moved because of the cold, windy, snowy weather. Stayed at the hotel more than planned. Went swimming, watched TV and enjoyed breakfast. The room was comfortable, everything worked (which seems to be unusual), breakfast was great and all the staff that we interacted with were pleasant, helpful and approachable. Thanks Best Western. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

I always appreciate when someone being extra nice and get out of their way to help guest. We were in a hurry to leave town because of emergency and our car stopped working. Oh crap. We immediately went to the front desk and asked for help. Jay the General Manager came right away and asked her about our issue and he brought jump starter and helped us to start our car. He was so quick to response. That makes me feel very grateful and i appreciate his quick response. The hotel is well maintained and spotless. Breakfast is awesome. We will always stay here from now when we come to Cape Cod.

We went to cape cod to enjoy kids school break. We are glad to have found best western hotel in Hyannis. The 2 bed room was perfect for four of us. Very clean and comfortable. Television has many channel options. Indoor pool was huge and a bit crowded, I can understand because of school break. Breakfast was great and many variety. We had wonderful time.

We stayed here for one night for a girls night. I checked in at 315 and was the only person standing there ...the woman looked at me and said "sorry ..changing of shifts" ... She then checked me in after about 10 minutes room 312. We loaded our cart , went up to the room and the door was wide open with bedding everywhere .. I had my friend stay with our cart and then went down to the lobby to let them know ...John was there at that point (joanne was the lady who checked us in) .. he was great and nicely moved us to a room That was ready ... The hotel was very clean ..we liked the hot tub but it was lukewarm and could have been hotter ....otherwise a great stay !

Conveniently located just 2 minute from route 6 and close to Hyannis downtown and Cape Cod Mall. Excellent complimentary breakfast, still fresh and warn near the end of service. Rooms are modern and very clean. They do have big closet in room as well to put clothes and other valuable items, but no lock box in room. Staff is courteous and helpful. Free wife was very good. Overall excellent.

Rooms were clean. Bed was leaning to one side, and wobbly. We did not sleep well. We went for the hot tub, and it was only luke warm, and only 3 jets. Was going to stay 2 nights, but after 1st night, decided to go home.

Every staff member i saw from the start of my stay to the end was polite, helpful and friendly. Even the the one i passed in the hallways. Every one always smile and ask us how we doing or good morning. The room was immaculate, it was great. The breakfast was also delicious and well cooked. We booked Best Western Hyannis hotel at the last moment just to getaway and refresh ourselves. We called hotel directly and they gave us very good rate. Hotel is well maintained and very clean. Indoor pool is huge and sparkling clean. Kids loved it. They do offer very nice hot breakfast and the price is included room. Pancake machine was something we have never seen before. Kids loved it. We will come back here soon.

Where else are you greatest at check in with smiling face and warm welcome. Rooms are super clean, best mattress and pillows ever. I can sleep more here. Sheets smelled fresh and clean. I found my hotel experience to be wonderful. At the last minute i needed to adjust my schedule and added another room night at the hotel and it was very easy. As usual the room was clean, neat and ready for my visitation. The breakfast bar was outstanding. Also found staff to be supportive. Excellent Hotel.

I was given a key to a room that was already occupied by someone undressed lying on the bed, I was horrified to walk in on this gentleman, as I am sure he was as well. But that is not the worst part after this embarrassment the clerk not only argued with me that it was impossible that the room was occupied but made me wait a length of time while she figured out where she went wrong. I called corporate, the manager stated that he has tried to leave several messages and emailed several times. but I have no voice mail set up, all lies. I have been a Best Western customer for 20 plus years, I travel a lot, now I am not sure if I will give them my business again, but I do know I will never stay at the Best Western Cape Cod Hotel again.

"Great Value and Service"

Hotel is centrally located on route 132, close to Cape Cod Mall and 4 minute drive to main street Hyannis and ferry to islands. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast goes above and beyond with real hot foods and delicious as well. Staff always make sure that we are comfortable at hotel. They have the best pillow. It is very comfortable. Indoor pool is huge and very clean. Definitely coming back here in summer.

We stayed here for the weekend and really enjoyed the hotel, staff and surrounding. Located on main road still very quite. The hotel is very clean and updated. The rooms are very spacious. The complimentary breakfast was a plus, it was much more then continental. They do have nice selection of hot and cold items. above all the best thing about this hotel was the service. From check in and throughout our entire stay the staff was friendly, personable and lovely with every interaction. This is going to be our hotel for cape cod visit.

Staying at the Best Western is always a pleasant surprise. Lots of privacy, quiet and comfortable rooms. Rooms are well maintained so as hotel. The breakfast buffet is an added plus with pancakes or waffles, hot eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, cereals, pastries. I loved their coffee it is just perfect. Usually its either too strong or weak but not at this hotel. Staff service is excellent as well.

"Terrible rooms"

Dirty rooms, had to request another room because the door would not close properly and open at random because of the wind, put us up in another room and both rooms had stained sheets and filthy carpets.

"Winter Getaway"

We booked this hotel last moment just to explore Cape. There is not much to do in Cape at this time of year. Hotel is well maintained and spotless. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They have nice indoor pool and hot tub. Kids enjoyed pool a lot. Hot breakfast was a plus and had very nice food selection for everyone. Overall excellent facility.

"Better than ever"

This place has changed Since the last time I was there and I'll say it's for the better. If you're looking for a clean and quiet place to stay with no fuss, this place has it all and more. The breakfast area was more than adequate and the rooms were just the right size. Best part about it was that they are pet friendly so our dog Rosco was able to tag along and enjoy our getaway as well. Thank you for the great hospitality!!

I can not brag enough about the exceptional customer service that i received while staying here. I stayed here recently due to some work at Cape Cod Mall. Due to the fact that i was rushing to make it back on the road and to my destination, I left my House Key and other important keys in room. As i drove about 3 hour, the front office called me to notify that i had left the keys and they were going to overnight them to me. These might be insignificant to some but, the loss of these keys would have been disastrous to me. I can not thank the staff enough for going above and beyond their duty. In regards to the actual state of the room, Its super clean and has some modern finishes and reasonable price. Offer very good hot breakfast as well.

This hotel is what you'd expect from a Hampton inn, clean, comp Breakfast & wifi. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Parking was free, easy and plenty of spaces. Felt very comfortable here and felt very safe for family and kids. We paid reasonable price and it was well worth it for Cape Cod.

"A Scary Fall"

As soon as the water started running in the shower I fell .Luckily at age 69 I just had bruises and soreness.The front desk did not seem to care and would report it to Mr. Patel, the owner. I never heard from him and it was not mentioned at checkout. i filled out a survey that was sent to me and received a standard response from Mr Patel. I have to assume he did not read the survey, as the incident was not mentioned. Customer Service at Best Western told me that the hotel said there was a coating in the shower and a grab bar. The grab bar was at the end of the tub,not near the shower or I would have grabbed it. Either my room was missed or it needs recoating. We stay in hotels frequently and I cannot imagine such a lack of empathy or caring from any other hotel staff or owner. Not even an I am sorry this happened to you at checkout, I hope you are okay. No kindness from Mr. Patel in response to my review. This has happened to other i found when I was looking to see if this has happened before. The latest was on reviews from September 2019 regarding Best Western Hyannis. Again, the staff did not care.

"Couldn't ask for more"

This hotel had a perfect location, clean rooms and a awesome indoor pool and hot tub. The staff was excellent and the breakfast had a great selection on fruit, cereal. eggs, meat, oatmeal, coffee, pastries, waffle or pancake. Quality of food was excellent and they have varieties of hot sauce to go with. Sucah a great breakfast and stay.!

We had booked 2 teams to stay at Best Western Hyannis, for daughters figure skating tournament past weekend. Manager gave us good rate with complimentary hot breakfast. Location on hotel was pretty close to skating arena. Rooms were very comfortable and well maintained. Indoor pool was huge and clean. We enjoyed our stay and tournament.

It was a last minute plan to visit Cape cod, just to spend some time away from home. We got very good deal at Best western Hyannis. Hotel was very quite, loved it. Had a change of plans this weekend & had to cancel a previous reservation in another city. Decided on a quick trip to Cape Cod. This property in Hyannis is centrally located & we explored all around! I hadn't been to the Cape since High School, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit & will stay at this hotel again next time. Clean, friendly staff, great value for the $.

"great hotel for fast business stay overs"

The clerk who checked me in was incredible. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was quite large though I did not really partake in it. The hotel has many amenities if you have the time to use them.

"Last Hotel on a New England Road trip"

This was our last hotel on a New England Road trip. Hotel was pretty busy with soccer teams, especially at breakfast. Staff did great job accommodating everyone and replenish breakfast during busy time. Indoor pool and hot tub was great. They have sauna as well. All rooms equipped with fridge and microwave. We enjoyed Cape cod, it is very beautiful.

My husband and I were catching an early ferry to Nantucket so we decided to stay overnight in Hyannis. Check is was easy and quick, and since we are a gold member, we got nice snack bag with water, granola bar and chips. The room had king bed with sofa chair. it was spacious and clean. Hot breakfast was wonderful with lots of hot and cold options. Ferry location is only 5 minutes drive.

We decided to explore Cape off season and booked Best Western Hyannis for 2 night past weekend. The value for price paid is well worth it. Hotel is clean and well maintained. King room was very spacious and spotless. They offer excellent breakfast, which is included in price. Breakfast was always well stocked and fresh. I would stay here again.

WITHOUT DOUBT THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. If I could rate 0 stars I would As soon as we entered the room we knew we had made a mistake. The bathroom was tiny with the sink outside in the bedroom & the room smelled of cigarettes. I immediately went to reception asking to speak to the manager as we wanted to leave & receive a refund. I was told the manager was not at work that day. The receptionist said she would message him and I left my mobile number. Later I returned to be told he had not replied. When I asked what would happen in an emergency I was told the only way he could be contacted was by email! Two weeks later I am still waiting on his call!! On our first morning the chambermaid knocked on our door at 8am. we asked her to come back in an hour - she did not return so our room was not serviced. Breakfast was very poor and the waitress was very loud & rude. The hotel was so dirty we did not dare risk using the pool.

We work really hard to try to make people happy at our hotel. Sometimes though, we swing and miss. However, our entire hotel is a nonsmoking hotel. If people smoke here they are fined a large penalty. So the room smelling of cigarettes is a bit puzzling; as it is not allowed and if someone ignores our policy, we fine them the extra cleaning it takes to get the room back to its normal status, including use of ozone machines. Your point about our smaller bathrooms is valid, we renovated this hotel a couple of years ago, but could not change the original footprint of the hotel. Most people find it very functional however. Cozy and cute! Also, our housekeepers don't even clock in until 8:30 or 9 AM, so how a housekeeper knocked on your door before that time is also a bit puzzling. I appreciate the fact that everyone is entitled to their opinion; thankfully not many people share yours (as evidenced by the most of the other reviews posted here). Hoping the readers here will come to my hotel to see for yourself!

My fiance and i loved our stay in Hyannis. The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. I loved that there was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. It was perfect location to stay and roam the cape during the day. This is a great little spot you should definitely relax at!

Hotel is larger than appears. Although it was busy our overnight stay was quiet. Staff did a great job of spreading people out and not crowding all in one wing. All areas of the hotel that we saw were very clean. Check in and out was easy. Bed was very comfortable. Variety of breakfast items. Located near restaurants and shopping. Approximatley 1.25 miles to US-6. Will definetly stay again.

We had booked about 30 rooms for Columbus weekend soccer tournament. This is our 3rd year coming to this hotel. We never had any issue and staff is always helpful and does wonderful job. Hotel is always clean and well maintained. Glad to see new items in breakfast every year. Staff tried their best to keep up with lots of kids running around in the hotel. See you again next year.

The hotel was clean and the bedrooms were large with everything you need. Also very convenient for Hyannis and central for all your cape cod adventures. The hotel has a large car park. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

our room was too warm overnight, but otherwise we had a great stay. loved the elevator after staying at B and B's on the 3rd floor with no elevator. :). the room was clean, hotel was in a great location with access to freeway............staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was good. not just rolls and fruit. we had bacon and sausage and potatoes and eggs and waffles and lots of HOT coffee with flavoring to go with.

We have stayed here few times and enjoyed it. Hotel is not too far from Hyannis main area and some beach. Rooms were spotless and well maintained. Kids loved huge indoor pool and hot tub. The convenience to get around was very good. Could use a little more lights at night to see it easier. Bathrooms are way to small. You can easily feel claustrophobic. Towels feel like hard cardboard. Breakfast was very nice and the fact you could coffee when ever you came in was a very nice feature. Thank you.

We had to travel to this location due to family member becoming hospitalized at cape cod hospital. The hotel staff was amazingly accommodating and made a big part of our trip easier to manage. Hotel is not far from Hospital and it is very clean and well maintained. They do offer very nice hot breakfast and have many choices everyday. We will definitely come here again for vacation.

The hotel itself is in a good shape and well cleaned. Short ride to main area in Hyannis and near by towns. The room for the price was perfect and spacious. "Not so friendly dog friendly hotel"

Just spent 4 days here. We booked a dog room. Because we were getting together with family and made plans late, we had limited options. Next year we will look for accommodations earlier. First, this BW requires all pet owners to pay extra fees on top of a the more expensive "dog room". My dog is cleaner than most of the other guests we saw at breakfast.... Second, this BW requires the pet owners to sign a list of rules and they do not provide the pet owners a copy of their rules. Third, there are unwritten rules which they don't inform the guests about. They will not make up a hotel room if the guest brings a pet and uses a do not disturb sign. We used the signed because we did not want the staff to walk in on us while we were showering (10-11am). We left around 11am and returned around 9pm to find that our room had not been cleaned. We took our dog with us. When we notified the manager the next morning, we were informed because a dog, left in the room with the human guest(s), had bitten a chamber maid, they no longer clean rooms with pets if the guest posts a do not disturb sign on the door, unless the guest specifically requests service. The manager was obnoxious. We have traveled with our dog along the east coast. We never had to "request" the room to be cleaned or serviced. Most guests assume that the room will be cleaned while they are gone. Granted we booked a dog room, the room need a spruce or an update. We noticed that the paint in various places was chipped, some of the fixtures in the bathroom were dated and rusty, some of the weather stripping at the bottom of the front door was torn and allowed the light to seep in. The room did not reassemble the images on the internet.

We were here for 2 days for dog show in Hyannis. The hotel itself is absolutely fine and clean, the check is was very easy and quick. Nest morning we had an unfortunate incident happen. My wife had a stroke attack at hotel and she kept passing out, i called front desk and Barbara came up real quick with maintenance person and helped my wife wove from bathroom. She call ambulance for us real quick and made arrangement for me and my pet. She is a gem to this hotel. I sincerely thank you her for the effort she made with all smile.

This hotel is situated in mid cape region close to highway 6. Fairly close to cape cod mall and main street Hyannis. Lots of good restaurants around the hotel. I would say the hotel is not new but it is clean and well maintained for the price we paid. The other hotels around were bit pricey. The staff is very friendly and helpful, that is the only reason i gave 5 star.

I'd like to know who is writing these great reviews? I have never been in such a horrible unkempt hotel, with a staff that just doesn't care. Had to switch rooms 3 times and still room was dirty. Sheets were stained and not from bleach. Spiders in first two rooms behind the curtains. I dont even know what was on the blanket edge. Complained to management who said they would take money off but then threatened retaliation from owner when friend wrote bad review. He recharged us even though we have receipt that has zero balance. I took pics as well. Those great reviews seem to pop up after a bad one and they've only reviewed one place. Things that make you go hmmmm....

Dear Nickie 07: I know you may not believe it, but 99.9% of our guests are pleased with their stay! Many of them tell us how great a hotel we have, how they love our breakfast and how friendly my staff is. As you know this review site is accessible by all, including the disgruntled. It is a 3rd party site and they do have some protocols they follow, which you would do well to review. I acknowledged your complaints, while you were here, we changed your room multiple times and still you could not be satisfied. We let you out of your reservation and did not charge you. We are, of course, not perfect; but every day in every way we try to be. However, it is very unsettling that you keep posting bad things about our hotel. You did not like it here, you were allowed free of your reservation yet you still find it necessary to post ugly things about us. You yourself stayed here only once and were allowed totally free of that reservation/contract. There is nothing more that I can do for you but to wish you well in your travels and to state to the public that this loud and vocal person was made whole with regard to their complaint, but yet still find it necessary to bully my hotel on this website. So that everyone here gets to hear the 2 sides to every story and my perspective is that you will never be happy; I have sympathy for you and will hope that you may have happiness in your life someday.

"Never again; the worst hotel experience..."

My title says it all...The hotel description gives one the wrong impression. In reality, the hotel should be considered a 1 or 2 star at very best. The location is almost surrounded by a swamp. The rooms are disgusting. We checked in and parked in front of our room. The housekeeper and two men were cleaning the room adjacent to ours; the door was wide open. They had the bedside tables and lamps on the made bed and were drying the rug with an industrial dryer. They finished and put the furniture back in place. I noticed that the housekeeper didn't change the bed linens afterwards; enough said...The carpet and floors were wet in our room. I mentioned it to the housekeeper and was told to “give it a few minutes.” A woman with two dogs checked in next to us, unaware of what went on in her room a few minutes earlier. I politely asked the desk clerk for a refund but he refused; he moved us to a room on the other side of the building. There was a group of construction workers partying outside our room in the parking area most of the night. I didn't complain; our phone didnt work. The cost for the night was just under $200. I wouldn't stay there again if they paid me $300. Again, I think I've said enough...Don't make the mistake that we did....

We stayed here recently to explore Cape with Family and absolutely loved it. Hotel is very clean and well maintained, close to main street and other things to do in the area. Breakfast at this hotel is one of the best we ever had at any best western hotel. eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, waffles, pancakes, juice, yogurt, fruits, Cerels, oatmeal and of course some sweet pastries and muffins. New England coffee was fresh and crisp. Indoor pool temperature was well maintained. We absolutely loved it. See you soon.

"Rooms diary and smelly, staff don't care"

Our room smelled, we called front desk and asked someone to come check in the room. A guy from the staff came and he said “he was used to the smell” that just tells you how little they care. A guy came spray something and said I'd be better, we left and came back an hour later, Same bad smell was there. We had to call front desk multiple times, they wouldn't offer a solution. Horrible experience, cleaning issues, bad service. Avoid staying here

Love coming to this Best western hotel. The hotel is well maintained and always clean, no matter what time of the day. The staff is very good as well. Joanne specially at breakfast is lovely. They have nice hot tub and sauna which i love it. The only things i didnt enjoy much was coffee, it was little too blend for me, which could be only me because i like strong coffee. Over all excellent hotel.

This was a weekend getaway turned into a romantic getaway. We have given nice king size room with lots of space and nice clean beds, they are so comfortable, we overslept like 2 hour. We end up staying extra night just to explore southern cape and national seashore. It is very beautiful. Hotel offer very good hot breakfast, many choices. Staff is very friendly and engaging. Gave us good suggestion to the things to do in area and restaurants to go to. We will definitely come back here.

We stayed here for my friend wedding and really enjoy. Hotel is right next to Hyannis golf course where the wedding was, so we literally walked there, which was very convenient. The rooms were very spacious. They do serve complimentary breakfast from 6:00 to 10:00 am in the morning. It was delicious. Above all the service at this hotel was wonderful, from check in and throughout our entire stay the staff was friendly, personable and lovely. Jay and Joann at front desk were lovely, and always go out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable. We will be back soon guys..!

I stayed here recently for our wedding anniversary, and absolutely loved it. Staff and manager decorated our room with flowers, and balloons, Much appreciated. The rooms are very neat and clean. The breakfast is always fresh and hot. I love the bright color in rooms and they have nice bright led lights in rooms and hallways. We enjoyed cape cod beer tasting near hotel, and touring around main street Hyannis.

We have stayed here four ti,es over the years and we love it. Well maintained, clean and friendly ans in very good location for touring around cape cod. Specially mid cape area. The indoor pool and hot tub is very good and clean. I have seen many staff members from years and they are still there, and very accommodating. The price was on a little higher side this time. Still we love it here..!

Rooms were disgusting and dirty -- we had to move rooms 3 times because each was terrible. Owner refunded our room next day cause we refused to stay rest of reservation. Other couple we were with had similar experience. They wrote negative review on tripadvisor and owner called and threatened to charge us for room -- and he did. We called credit card company and disputed charge and called best western corporate.

We checked in at 10 o'clock at night. Our friends looked at their room it was disgusting - it had spiders and stains. They were moved to another room and that one was equally as disgusting. They looked at another room - that one was dirty but no bugs. They accepted that room. Our room was dirty. We pulled back the sheets and there was pet hair. Looking at the blanket there were stains. We asked for another room. We pulled back those sheets and there was a pen sitting in the bed. Really? I don't think they've been cleaning. We got “clean” sheets to put on top of our other sheets to sleep on for the night. There was no manager on duty and the lady in charge shrugged her shoulders and didn't know how to help us. I Tweeted to corporate. Awaiting their help. The manager this morning, did not come on till 10 o'clock, comped us that night. Jay was nice but nothing else he can do. We packed up and are leaving. What a great way to start our vacation. We've never had this before.

The Best Western Cape Cod Hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable for the height of the season. Plus, it is very dog friendly. The location was very convenient to everything we wanted to visit. Our room was on the ground level which made it very easy to get our dogs outside. The breakfast included hot and cold items. The breakfast room was very busy so we brought our food back to our room where it was cool and quiet. The outside grounds are well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel to anyone, especially to dog owners.

First time at Best Western Hyannis hotel, with bunch of friends. We enjoyed a lot, specially the indoor pool was great. Hotel is spotless and well maintained with good amenities. Refrigerator and microwave in room was a plus. Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was awesome. Close to lots of restaurants and things to do in Hyannis area. Highly recommend this hotel.

Given the high rates in the area, this place served our needs. The room was very small but relatively quiet with good air conditioning. Overall, the place could use a good cleaning, especially in the elevator and the common area. Breakfast was diverse and served well, but the dining area is very small and the coffee was not good at all. Would stay here again if no place else is available.

My girlfriend and i stayed past weekend to explore Cape Cod, we had wonderful stay. Hotel is well maintained. The front desk staff were very nice. The rooms are good size and spotless, smelled clean as well. They have one of the best complimentary breakfast one can eat at a hotel, considering this is just a 3 star hotel. Lots of choices for everyone. We absolutely enjoyed.

This is older facility, in a good location to explore cape code, ok to put a head for a night but definitely does not worth 200USD per night rate. We stayed for 3 nights, on 2nd day we got back around 3 pm and they didn't clean the room, I just asked for fresh towels. The “fresh towels” was not so fresh I was disgusted after shower to find inside the towels someone's hair, Yuck!!!

We booked 15 rooms for my cousin wedding past weekend, had an excellent stay. Appreciate the group discount. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. All staff members were very friendly and courteous. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Lots of choices, like eggs, sausage, bacon, home fries, pancake, pastries, breads, juices, yogurt and fresh fruits. Honestly even the hotels who charge for breakfast does not offer these many options. I have been to many hotels but never had so many options in breakfast. Location was very convenient to the wedding place. See you again soon.

We used this as a one night stop while touring the Cape. It was OK but not great, basic. The rooms were only just large enough for two double beds and the Bathroom was small. Breakfast was basic. I few days earlier I paid the same room rate on the Maine coast but got a better room, bathroom, view and Breakfast. I guess the cape is simple more basic for the same price. We were two families but on Checkout they could split the bill and therefore had to charge it all to one card.

We have been coming at this hotel from years, even when it was Iyannough Hills, back in the day about 25 years back. I always used to stay here and play golf right next to hotel. I still stay here but stop playing golf. I have seen lots of changes to this hotel. Last couple year has been great, they have done excellent job to this property. Jay is very wonderful manager/owner. Breakfast has changed a lot in years, we used to just get breads and coffee, now they have good choices of hot items as well. We booked this hotel at very last moment due to weather issue we had in cape cod. The manager gave us special rate due to the unfortunate circumstance. Really appreciate that. The hotel is well maintained, super friendly staff. The beds were really very comfortable , we slept so well. Morning breakfast was delicious and plenty of choices. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Cape.

First time in a Best Western due to a last minute change. The place was really clean, beds were comfortable and pillows too. Family friendly. Very good breakfast selection as I was expecting just pastries. It is nice to start out your day of exploring with hot breakfast along with choice of hot or cold drinks. You are not in main strip , so it is nice to go back to your quiet place. Everything is in short driving distance.

My husband and i recently stayed here. The check in process was easy and staff very polite. Love fresh strawberry lime water and warm baked cookies at check in. Its a nice touch to offer at check in, and it was complimentary. Room was spacious and well maintained. I wish we knew that they are dog friendly, we would have brought our little satchmo with us. STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! This place is filthy, and when you complain to the front desk they do nothing about it. I paid over $1200 to stay here for the Fourth of July weekend and ended up in a room that's infested with spiders and mosquitoes and other insects. I asked the front desk to clean it up for three days straight and nothing got done about it. Then when I complained to the manager to get my money back, they denied my request. I'm going to file a report with the board of health in Hyannis first chance I get. This is a really bad look for a best Western Hotel, I would never stay here ever again. Managers of this hotel should be ashamed of themselves, please see pictures provided, this is only a few of the pictures that I took of their nastiness.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is pretty close to highway and ,main street Hyannis. The hot breakfast was one of the best compared to other best western hotels we stayed at. Egg white omelet, sausage, bacon, potatoes, waffle, pancake, pastries, breads and many more. Quality of food was excellent. We had king bed and it was very spacious and smelled clean. Indoor pool was huge and water was well maintained. We will definitely see you guys again soon.

The hotel is a bit dated - certainly not new - but our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We had none of the issues that others seem to have had regarding quality of the room or cleanliness issues. Granted, the breakfast is the usual fare from a BW or Hampton or Quality Inn, but the breakfast area was clean and well maintained. The location in Hyannis is convenient, although Hyannis itself is hardly a convenient or pleasant place to maneuver; the signage in the town is horrible, typically signed for the locals only but that is another story. There were no issues that would warrant our not recommending the hotel - and the misses is pretty particular.

The hotel overall has a potential. Good location, a range of amenities in rooms, and services. However there is definitely room for improvements, especially with training their staff. We chose the hotel because of the combination of factors: pet-friendly, close proximity to the ferries to Nantucket, pool, breakfast. Well, pet-friendly room had a smell (which never happened with other hotels from SPG/Marriott network, we used to stay). Breakfast had all the regular cheap fatty food options, but has a good value overall. As for the pool it could be simply great if one could use it! It's open only 9am - 9pm ! Basically we could only use it on the day of the checkout, when we didn't have any other plans. Although the weird thing happened - while we were in the pool there comes their engineer and dumps 2 jars of chemicals 10 feet from where we were in the water. Couldn't they do it while the pool was closed? Are they sure they are not endangering their guests health by doing this? During check-in Sasha at the reception didn't even bring up a welcome gift matter (and I have a Diamond level). On the 2nd day of our stay we left the hotel at 7am for Nantucket, and came back at 8pm to find out that our room wasn't serviced. Of course at that point we only needed fresh towels and rest, and I went to the reception to report the problem, and to pick up the towels. John who was on duty that day merely recognized the problem, and promised to convey it to the manager. Next day during check-out I asked Jo-Ann about the problem, and she said she doesn't know anything about it. And went on with the check-out. She simply dismissed the question. I had to press on that I'd like to hear from the manager, and she said "Ok, I'll let him know'. Only after I said that I was under the impression that BW had better customer service approach, and that clearly neither she, or John cared about the situation, I heard first attempt at apology at all. Needless to say I have not heard from anyone from the hotel 4 days later. And I'm not sure if there will be any response at all. And again I'm judging from the experience when such things happened twice at SPG properties there was clear response from the staff, and they did their best to amend the inconvenience. We believe that with room rates at $200 per night one shall expect decent service.

We had wonderful experience at this beautiful property. We checked in about 10:00 pm and check in was breeze. The place was spotless and comfortable. It smelled clean as well. The location is very convenient, it is close to highway 6 and in middle of cape cod. Ferry is only 3 miles away. There are many good restaurants nearby hotel. We went to cook's sea food upon one of the staff's suggestion and it was wonderful. The breakfast at hotel was wonderful and plenty of options. If we ever go back to cape cod, we will definitely stay at Best Western Hotel.

Heard a lot about Cape from my friends in a past, so decided to visit this time finally with my family. We had great time. Cleanliness of entire facility was great. The beds were very comfortable and well maintained. Staff was super nice and accommodating. They had nice indoor pool and hot tub. Kids loved it. We end up visiting Martha's vineyard. Hotel is only 3 minutes drive to the Ferry location in Hyannis. Hot breakfast was included in price and it was wonderful. Lots of options to select from. Great facility.

The hotel exceeded my expections. We were greated by wondeful desk associated name Herman. Recent updates in the roms were nice and well decorated with modern feel. Vanity was outside of bathroom so it worked out well for us. Breakfast had many options ofr vegetarian and meat eaters. We will definitely stay here upon our next visit.

Outstanding stay! Jay during check in was great! easy check out with Barbara in the morning. Place was immaculate. The rooms were spotless and well maintained. The young lady was in constant motion during breakfast ensuring everything was clean and well stocked. The only issue we had was our room key stopped twice during 2 night stay.

The hotel staff was very friendly and courteous during our stay. The breakfast was very impressive, seemed to be a little better than most Best Western hotels we have stayed in past. Rooms are very spacious and beds are very comfortable. Indoor pool was huge, and water temperature was perfect. Over all this is one excellent hotel.

"Pet Friendly area/rooms needs deep cleaning"

We booked a pet friendly room for our family and our small dog. We appreciated that the hotel offered pet friendly rooms however, I was surprise that our room was not pet odor free. Not only the room had a string urine odor but it was dirty with pet hair on the carpet as well. I don't mind paying extra $20+ taxes for my pet but they need to use that money to CLEAN the rooms throughly to remove urine and pet hair before another family stays on the room. Overall, really accessible and great breakfast offerings.

We had event in Hyannis so decided to stay at this Hotel. It was very convenient for us. Hotel is close to shopping and dinning options in Hyannis area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed staying at this Best Western. It's a great value for what you get. The hotel is not in main downtown but not far from it either. Close to Highway 6. The hotel does not show as much wear and tear as the other hotel in Hyannis. The rooms are well kept with nicer toiletries, a mini fridge, and microwave which was great for us. They had lovely indoor pool, hot tub and Surprisingly SAUNA. Which is hard to see in any hotel now a days. The free hot breakfast is a solid offering that had vegan and turkey sausage which were nice additions to the usual breakfast buffet. Over all we loved it.

The lady at the front desk was super helpful and accommodated all my family needs. I am sorry i forgot her name. She was there friday Saturday. She even made delicios cookies. My son and I arrived mid September and stayed 3 nights. The hotel is clean and the rooms comfortable. The things we liked the best was the lovely pool, which we had to ourselves most evenings, and the breakfast room which, although small had a very good selection of hot and cold food. The hotel is located just outside Hyannis and is a good base for exploring Cape Cod. We visited Martha's vineyard and some of the smaller towns nearby.

The white bedspreads had stains, the TV remote control didn't work (Channel UP button), and the refrigerator was missing it's knob so it could not be adjusted. When I asked the front desk person about the refrigerator (I had to put my insulin in the fridge to keep cold), he didn't seem to care to help with issue.

Really awesome place to stay with families in Hyannis! Nice indoor pool and Hottub plus great fitness center for adults. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were great, specially kids loved Pancake machine. It spits out Pancake in 2 minutes. Never seen it before. We will definitely come back. Great job.

I loved the hotel room, it was comfortable even if it was cold it had a heater, and also the staff was so nice. We loved and also our dog loved that vacation. This hotel is pet friendly which is amazing for us. Breakfast was very good. It also has a pool. I definitely recommend the hotel.

We just went down to Cape Cod for a visit and stayed at the Best Western Cape Cod. It has a really nice location and plenty of parking. They have a very friendly and polite staff!They have very comfortable and clean rooms and my favorite a nice pool and hot tub!! They also provide a really nice breakfast to start your day!! I highly recommend you give them a gtry when in the area~

"Ice Skating Tournament"

We stayed at this wonderful Best western recently during my daughters skating tournament in Hyannis. We stayed here last here as well and absolutely loved it. Location is pretty close to Hyannis Youth and Community center. It is very convenient. Hotel is well maintained and all staff members were excellent. Complimentary breakfast was great. My Company booked stay for a night, and it was great. This is my 1st stay at Best Western Hotel. From check in to check out it was wonderful experience. The room was spacious and clean. High speed internet worked well without any issue. Breakfast had many options including healthy options. Surprise to see soy milk and yogurt options. Over all nice place.

The hotel was mentioned by my close friend and it turned out to be very good for us. The value for money was exceptional. Hotel staff was nice. Room was clean and quite. Breakfast choices were exceptional for Best Western Hotel. Eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, juices, potatoes, pastries, yogurt options and gluten free items as well. Location is pretty close to main activities in Hyannis. I would definitely Stay here again.

"Two Night Getaway in Cape Cod"

The hotel is located on busy main road on route 132 still it was very quite during night time. It was not busy at all, i guess due to slow season. We enjoyed Hot tub and pool. The temperature was perfect and did not smell chlorine at all, which is not usual with hotels. I would suggest them to leave pool open till 10:00 pm instead of 9:00 pm. Breakfast choices were excellent and well prepared. Over all excellent experience.

Nice, clean, comfortable and dog friendly!! Easy to find and plenty of parking. If you miss the boat, this is a great place to pass the night! The pool looks really nice and clean, didn't have a chance to try it out!

"The worse hotel I've stayed in"

Hang tight because it's going to be a long review.first of all, I'm staying here for five long weeks. On day one it took the clerk 1 hour to check us in (a group of 8 people 4 rooms) couldn't find paperwork I had to call my job so they can make the reservations again. Finally got my room.. the bed and the bathroom was full of hair. Had them check the room to make sure it was not occupied. On day two I found my sheets dirty (on the second bed) call the GM and he said there is nothing they can do because it was past 6pm all room services were done. Then on day 3 I came from work and BOOM!! My door was wide open and my hundreds of dollars laptop was gone!! Went downstairs and they said the couldn't do anything till the GM and an investigation was done. Told me to give them till tomorrow. Day 4 no call still no lap top. Now remember people this is a group of 8 people staying here for 5 long weeks. Day 5 no call, asked the front desk and they said that the GM said that unfortunately there is nothing they can do.(GM favorite word) I got on the phone with the GM and he said" I went personally to your room to change the sheets because the house keeper forgot to do it. WOAH!! then said that has never happen in his hotel. That there is nothing he cant do. I quickly got upset and slam the phone on him. I ask one of the from desk what should I do and he said I will call the GM and ask. The great GM told him to tell me to call the police. So I went and call the police. The he advised me to call Bestwestern hotline. Got on the phone with them and they asked me.. did you notified the police? I relied yes that was the GMs instructions. The quickly said. " sorry there is nothing we can do" you already notified the cops!!! What?? That's what I was told to do. They scammed me. $1200 dollars laptop gone and no one is doing a thing about it. Well days goes by and we check out of day 5. Unfortunately my job do not want to switch hotels. So I went home for the weekend. Came back Sunday and here we go again. No paperwork had to wait another hour. Go upstairs and found my bed Dirty with "semen" my sheets were dirty of someone having sex the night before and they just cover the bed dirty. Went down stairs and same word came out of their mouth. " sorry there is nothing I can do" OMG!! I was then ready to jump behind the counter and smack the we go again. I was calm and said ok I will wait till tomorrow for the dirty sheets get replaced. Came from work and sheets were cover again. No one changed the sheets. I then had it. I called the local news and told them my story and they weren't able to make it the same day. Finally on day 2 week 2 the sheets were clean. What a dump of hotel. I have stay here at this place when it was quality inn and had no problem. but this hotel is a dump. They will steal from you and tell you to call the cops so they cant reimburse you. It's a scam.

I am the general manager if this hotel. We have been running this hotel for 5 years. We have never ever had any incidence of theft in my hotel. My staff are well-trained. There was a sheet with a bleach spot put on a bed, and we apologize for that, but we have NEVER AND WILL NEVER put dirty sheets on bed. If we did we would not be in business very long. You did have a very lengthy review. I must just say if those reading this would continue to read the rest of our reviews, you will see this is not a typical occurrence in our hotel. As far as your missing laptop, no one associated with our hotel would risk their jobs for a lap top that can be tracked, simple as that; nor would my staff leave a door open on an occupied room. There was more than one person in this room at the time, coworkers, so you cannot say with certainty your door was left open by our hotel staff. We scam no one, we practice fair business practices. We quote a rate, we give you that rate. We have a housekeeping staff that works very hard every day. I wish you the best in the future, but do prefer that you not return to our hotel.

"A nice short end of summer vacation"

The room was hotel comfortable and clean. A good supply of hot water. In the middle of nowhere for touristy activities, but not far from anything either. We went fishing in the bass river during the day, spent some time at the beach in the afternoon, and drove an hour plus to P-town for dinner and squid fishing at night. The pool was so warm and not over chlorinated. In past we've stayed at some of the P-town beach properties and they are much more expensive and not nearly as nice. The breakfast was average free hotel fare, the room was very crowded and you see the attendants were really hustling to keep up, Will stay again in the future.

BW is our usual go-to hotel when we travel as we usually have our dog with us. No dog this time as we were in town for a wedding. This hotel was very clean and the room was laid out nicely. Bathroom was clean and well supplied with towels, soap etc. Lots of electrical outlets and the room is well lit. They offer a free breakfast but since we could not stay to try it we can not comment.

Noce, clean hotel. We got in very late, after 1am. The front desk person was very quick and friendly. I asked for extra towels, which I got immediately. Pleasantly surprised to find there were plenty when we got into the room, which seems to never happen lately. The only down side was the size of the bathroom. It is very compact.

We loved it here. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Hotel is centrally located in mid cape. Room was clean and so was the exercise room. 2 queen bed was very comfortable and spacious. Complimentary breakfast was the best we have had in a while, plenty of options even if you do not want to eat meat. Server did great job stoking up on a busy day.

The hotel itself was fine—clean, quiet and a nice complimentary breakfast. My issue is that I intended to pay for my stay with Best Western gift cards but when I checked in was told they would not accept them because I had made my reservation through Expedia. Despite my protests and the fact that I was never told this when I made the reservation, the guy at the front desk and even the general manager could care less and were dismissive and unaccommodating. I had to pay for my stay on my credit card which was an unplanned expense.

First I would like to apologize, this was a miscommunication. On arrival you had presented these gift cards that were disabled. My desk clerk gave them back to you and asked you to look into this (apparently they were very old). At that point your credit card was charged as this was a 3rd party reservation. When you returned later, the guy at the front desk was aware that the credit card was charged, he let you know this and the fact that there would now be a hold on the credit card which would remain on that account despite the use of the travel cards and suggested that this would be best used at your next stay now that the transaction had already been handled at the time of check in. Please recall the first problem was that your travel cards had been disabled in the system and required rectivation. That was the problem. We are sorry for the miscommunication.

My yearly vacation with my grandson. Hotel was in excellent condition. Looked to be freshly painted and rugs were clean. Very comfortable beds and plenty of space in the room. Morning breakfast is fantastic. Located centrally in Hyannis were you can reach many attractions within minutes. Check in and out was fast.

We arrive after a long and fought journey and greeted with smile and fresh baked cookies. Desk associate was very efficient and got us checked in withing 2 minutes. The room was at perfect temperature on hot and humid day. We appreciate that. The beds were super comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful. Many options for everyone. We had perfect stay at this Wonderful Best Western.

"Acceptable hotel "

We stayed for two nights and the location was very convenient and it was quiet. It was not very clean and the service had issues. They allowed us to check out an hour late but then did not honor that and kept knocking. The beds were not very comfortable and the bedding was not the best quality. The bathroom was tiny and the toilet seat wiggled and the tub didn't drain properly.

This hotel is not to far from the port, it was easy to find, had a nice indoor pool and very good continental breakfast. Was close to shopping and restaurants. It also had per friendly rooms that included a $21 fee.

Therefore, you folks who are allergic need not worry about the pet friendly rooms, as they are only allowed in the downstairs outfacing rooms. Please make sure if you need a pet room you pick either king or queen with (pet friendly) next to it. If you do not want a pet friendly room, on expedia, skip down to the room choices that are not labeled (pet friendly). Rooms were lovely and clean, bathroom very small however! Benjamin on the front desk was excellent, he gave excellent customer service and advise for food! Pool was great and jacuzzi lovely! In a great spot for easy restaurants and diners! And complimentary breakfast!

Very clean and well maintained Hotel. Check in was fast and efficient. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was well stocked and staff was on top of keeping items refreshed as there was a full hotel during our stay. The room sizes were better then we expected. We felt very comfortable and safe. Kids loved large indoor pool. This was our first time at Cape Cod. and we had wonderful experience. We still have lot to explore here so we will definitely come back next year.

We have been staying at this hotel since it was comfort inn and now it is best western. We have seen all the renovations and changes in last 5 years. New owners have done excellent job to this hotel. We came here for couple of days to explore the Cape Cod. We had wonderful experience at this renovated hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We never felt that we are away from home. Every staff members willing to talk with us about how is our stay going and willing to give local suggestions. We felt that 2 days was not enough so we made reservation for end of august already. Can not wait to see you again.

We want to commend the housekeeping staff. We are frequent travelers and we were pleased that our room was cleaned while we were at breakfast, a feat that we rarely experience. While the breakfast was full of many choices the dining area is compact at best and can become crowded. The breakfast ends at 9:30am, other hotel breakfast ends at 10. We overall enjoyed our stay.

Overall, OK experience at the hotel, in spite of me having to go to the front desk to get toilet and facial tissue after the room was serviced, and that used cups were not replaced daily. Nobody at the desk could tell me when they put out their advertised cookies, so we never got any. Seems maybe they could put a few out at a time throughout the evening if they are going to do it at all so all guests could partake. Be aware, they will NOT work with you if you have an issue with travel plans--they stick by their right to charge you the full cancellation fees-I asked for some kind of relief due to a flight cancellation and even called them in advance of my scheduled arrival. Even though they had no cleaning expense and we didn't eat breakfast that day, the manager/owner was not at all flexible.

Arrived at the hotel on July 5. Great staff who checked us in. Upon entering the room I noticed something under the pillow on one of the beds, it was the sign for clean sheets. I removed it and discovered a hair, and a tiny amount of blood on the sheet and pillow case. I took the sheet and pillow case down to the front desk and was given clean sheets and case which I changed myself. There was also lipstick on the white bedspread, I don't wear lipstick and hadn't been in the bed yet. The room was clean but the door to the hall was damaged and the patio door was broke and there was just a screw stopping the door, which in my opinion isn't safe. The breakfast was pretty good and the room was cleaned everyday. We had a great vacation and I hope management looks into these issues and corrects them.

Great breakfast buffet, quiet hotel, good staff . Ok location fair price. Beware of tubs, it is slick and I fell and hurt myself . They do not have tub mats. It has been updated. Beach is 10 mins away, stores down rd, Hyannis little town few miles away .(as for person complaint of smell, entrance d, the ice machine leaks there fire makes carpet wrt, hence smell. But it is only in that area)

We have got very warm welcome from Jay on the desk. Very helpful and full of information about local area. We were looking for a hotel in midcape so we can explore Hyannis and Provincetown as well. This location was perfect. We had 2queen beds and it was very comfortable. Room had refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. Breakfast was one of the best we have had at any Best Western. We felt that the hotel was bit pricey but for cape cod it is worth it.

This used to be a comfort or quality hotel. The recently changed chains to best western but it doesn't appear they made any improvements. The toilets still don't flush properly all of the time and the place is still run down. In addition the staff is rude with little or no regard for guests. It seems they think the guests are tourists who they will never see again so no reason to treat them well. There are better hotels for less money. Go elsewhere.

My son was playing baseball league in cape cod. We had booked another hotel but it was very bad so we came to Best western, as we absolutely loved it. Price was a bit high compare to the hotel we booked but it was well worth of our 5 night stay. Hotel is well maintained and clean. Housekeeping did great job cleaning our room everyday. Breakfast choices were great and kept stocked all the time. We are glad to find this hotel for our stay.

I did some homework online before booking this hotel and it seemed to look okay for one night. We checked in around 11:00PM at night and when we got to our room it was filthy and smelled terrible. In addition the room opened up to the parking lot and we did not feel safe. We checked out within 10 minutes. The option of driving through the night back to Boston on no sleep was a better alternative to staying at this property. We were scared to even put our bags down. I normally don't write reviews on TripAdvisor but felt compelled to warn other about this. I asked for my money back and they refused. I wish I took photos but we left so fast I didn't have time to. You have been warned!

"Like me the BW is a little tired"

Hey but I am still tough as is BW it is a basic roadside motor inn. It was clean, good service and typical breakfast for reasonable price. Rooms small especially the bathroom it's tiny but you can do what you need to do! The location is good and considering the prices of some hotels on the Cape this is s good deal.

Our "little" Best Western (99 rooms) was built prior to the current owners, so our foot print is 40 years old. Our renovations were done around that. We started the renovations 3 years ago and they are now complete, everyone seems to love our mattresses and tells us how comfortable they are, and how well they have slept. Rude management, extremely unprofessional offering no suggestions or solutions. The hotel also stinks of old carpet. The positive about our experience was that we ended up at a much nicer hotel and got to enjoy our weekend getaway after this terrible interaction.

The location of this Cape Cod hotel (a bit in the middle of Cape Cod from all sides) is perfect for being on Cape Cod and being able to go to one of the beaches within minutes. Also enough food options in the near distance. Decor of the rooms is nice. Breakfast room as well. The lobby is sort of 'in' the same room as the breakfast room. Not standing out.

This was our 1st trip to Cape Cod and we loved it. It is very beautiful place to visit. We are glad that we stayed at Best Western Hotel. Staff member welcomes us with warm smile and offered help with local directions and things to do in area. We felt we could have wait as weather was still little chilly. Hotel is well maintained and spotless. All staff members were friendly and willing to help. Kids had wonderful experience in huge indoor pool. We will definitely come back in summer vacation to spend more time in Cape.

I have stayed twice this summer. First was in The handicap room in which we were unable to access the internet. The office gave US the service number to call instead of doing it for us. Second visit was in an upstairs room. Inside doorknob fell off in my hand when closing, keys didn't work the second night and the smoke detector went off at 2am. I called office but no answer so had to get dressed and find him to get a new battery which still didn't work. So he took out the entire detector which I'm pretty sure isn't code. I also suspect the room had fleas. I reported all the next morning but mgr not in until the next week. I wanted my money back.

I reserved a pet friendly room and when I got there they didn't have one and suggested another hotel to try. 3 days later I had a credit card charge for 2 nights that they refuse to refund. The manager Jay is confrontational and accused me of being a liar despite his employee supporting my version of events. He is a thief and simply a terrible human being.

"We enjoyed our stay!"

We stayed here for four nights in June, and really enjoyed it. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the breakfast. They had pancakes on the weekend and waffles during the week. We liked the location - close to everything but not in the middle of anything. There's a grocery store two minutes away, downtown Hyannis is a short drive, it's close to the highway, yet it is surrounded by trees and felt like we were away from crowds.

There is a grocery store just a block away, a package (liquor store) too, we are 8 minutes from Main Street Hyannis, there are so many restaurants on that road, as well as shopping and duck boats tours. "Long Weekend Stay in Cape"

We stayed at the Best Western for a long weekend recently for my son's soccer tournament. On arrival we were greeted with warm welcome and freshly baked cookies. Joanne in breakfast was wonderful. Great Hotel for Cape cod Visit. Location is pretty close to main street and cape cod mall. We had room with 2 queen bed and it was well maintained and modern. Surprise to see water pressure in shower for a hotel. Hotel has nice indoor pool, and it is huge. Kids enjoyed pool. The breakfast was wonderful with so many options. Eggs, pancake, sausage, bacon, juices, pastries, fruits and many more. Loved it and be definitely be back here.

Great place to stay on the Cape, especially if you are bringing your dog. The pet friendly rooms are on the first floor with outside access so you can pull your car right up to your door. Clean, spacious room for your whole family, including the dog bed. The pool is big with lots of seating around it for the grown ups to watch the kids enjoy the water. Breakfast was good with a large selection. The hotel is in a central locations near lots of shops and restaurants. It was a great get away, even for a rainy Memorial Day weekend (two years in a row!). We were there with a large group and the employees were very patient and gracious as we took over the hotel lobby to kick back and enjoy each other's company.

This was our second stay at this hotel and we will certainly be back. From Dwight the maintenance man, to the overnight manager who let me get my coffee early all the way up to the big boss, they are all super friendly and go out of there way to make you feel at home. The rooms were clean and well kept, the indoor pool was a blast for the kids and the complimentary breakfast buffet was always fresh, hot and replenished.

We checked in on holiday weekend and had to wait in line there was only one clerk at the desk and then someone came to help after we had to wait in line. The carpet in the room was dirty and dusty. The air conditioner unit in the window did not adequately cool the room so the room was stuffy all night. The hallways and the room had an odor. The microwave was not cleaned and had food crumbs inside. The only good thing was the breakfast. There were a variety of items for breakfast but the breakfast potatoes were not hot. I was dissatisfied Smith the condition of the room. It was not worth the high price they charged for one night.

I have been staying at Cape Point hotel in Yarmouth, but they were close for renovation, so we have decided to try chain Hotel this time. We are glad that we try Best Western. Easy to find, get a room on the top floor as the lower floor has glass doors that open directly onto the parking lot. Feels safe, lots of parking. If you have a BW gift card, call the number on the back before your trip to make sure it is active.

"Storm Stay"

We had to stay at this hotel due to winter storm. Hotel is right of to the route 6 and close to downtown Hyannis. Staff was very helpful and professional. Guest rooms, fitness center, Sauna, hot tub and swimming pool was well maintained. We had excellent breakfast next morning, they had pancake machine, which i have never seen before, eggs, sausage, cereal, breads, pastry, oatmeal and lots of toppings. juice and many more items. For the price we paid, we felt it was well worth it. We will definitely come here next time.

We had an excellent stay at this Cape Cod Hotel. The staff is very friendly, and accommodating. The hotel is pretty close to Island Ferry and local shops and restaurants. We had excellent night sleep without any disturbance. The room was very clean with plenty of space to move around. Continental breakfast offered was outstanding and had plenty of choices. We usually stay at Holiday Inn down the street, but they were close for renovation, so we decided to try Best Western. From the time we checked in to checked out we had wonderful experience. It is very quite, probably because of winter. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. The continental Breakfast was excellent with lots of options. Kids loved the large indoor pool. Staff were great, breakfast was ample and varied. Bed was comfy, exceptionally clean room and swimming pool and jacuzzi were wonderful (nice and warm against the bitter cold outside). The bedrooms could do with some TLC; they need modernized. Hotel is in good location for access to Rte. 6 and to Hyannis Center and Rte. 28. Lastly, the staff were lovely and very helpful - enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed the room and pool area. The pool is the best I've seen in a hotel. The breakfast was better than the more expensive chains.. Highly recommend. Only issue was the heating unit was quite noisy and constantly shut off and started up (started up again in less than a minute every time) which isn't condusive to sleeping.

The hotel is very clean with friendly staff. We were here for Hockey tournament. We had room with two queen beds and it was well maintained. The hotel is very close to Hyannis youth and community center. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding. We have been here before when it was Quality Inn. They have done excellent renovation and updated this hotel to almost brand new. Our room was super clean and comfortable. Great location, nice rooms, great breakfast! Close to shopping mall, lot's of quality stores in the area. Rooms are clean and up to date with coffee machine, fridge and microwave available. Good water pressure in shower and did not have to wait 15 minutes for the water to get hot. Forgot a toothbrush and it took only one call down to the desk to receive one in the room.

Sometimes living on Martha's Vineyard means you risk getting stuck off the island due to weather conditions stopping the ferries. We found the Best Western on Expedia for $88+ taxes. It was the only hotel accepting pets that was affordable($20 fee) and close by. Considering we had nothing but the clothes that we wore that day, the hotel had plenty of complimentary items behind the front desk for us. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, etc. They also had some other essential amenities for purchase. They have a large indoor pool with a jacuzzi; ice cream vending machine, snack machine, soda machine; a small room with a couple of arcade games; a business center with a few computers. The fitness center is nothing special, but there are a few different cardio machines, a bench and some free weights. Our room was a pet friendly king bedroom. The door was accessible to the outside, which was convenient for the early morning dog business. The room itself was fairly small but included a little table, an area for luggage and a large TV. There was also a microwave and fridge. The bed wasn't the most luxurious but the pillows were nice. The room was clean and basic, no complaints. The bathroom was huge! VERY hot water. What we were most impressed with was the free breakfast spread. So many options! Sausage, eggs, pancake maker, bacon, homefries, cereal, pastries, oatmeal bar, yogurt bar.... If you're looking for a family & pet friendly place to stay on the Cape or a quick stop like us, this Best Western is a great pick!

This hotel was very nice to stay at, with a helpful staff and clean well appointed rooms. They had no problem taking me with my hearing service dog and provided a easily used exercise area for her. There's many nice local restaurants for dinner and the breakfast bar was very well staffed and had a good selection of foods. Overall it was a very nice stay for me.

The most important aspect of this hotel for us is that, it is pet friendly and it is very clean. We have stayed at many hotel with our furry friend but always found rooms not very clean, but Best Western Cape Cod was excellent. The pet rooms are located on ground level away from other guest, which is a huge plus. Clean rooms and friendly atmosphere. We enjoyed here with our furry friend.

The hotel was well presented and clean and the room was wheelchair accessible although the extra shower head did not work so it was not possible to shower on the seat provided. The staff were friendly and helpful. Problems were experienced accessing the internet on both phone and tablet which may have been helped when the receptionist rebooted the router, or may just have been a glitch connection which allowed access eventually. It was very frustrating. Overall a good stay though.

The hotel is situated on a dual carriageway , so cannot be accessed directly if travelling from the west, there is a rear entrance which allows you to travel either way. The hotel is clean, quiet and well appointed. The staff are welcoming, helpful and vey efficient. The rooms are of a good size but the bathroom is on the small side. The breakfast catered for most tastes and was well prepared and presented. It is a five to ten minute run to the main area of the town, where the majority of the sights and restaurants are. There is ample parking available.

They lost my reservation and put me in another room, a double even though I requested king. Check in staff didn't care. The rooms are nice enough but the lobby is in a different part and very small and off putting. Breakfast hours end too early, and the pool was broken when I got there. Not worth it when so many other hotels are nearby.

Very average hotel. Extremely small bathrooms, almost have to stand in tub to close door. Standard hotel breakfast. No chair to sit in when you come back to the room at night, okay as long as you don't mind sitting on the bed to watch tv and relax and sightseeing all day. We have put good amount of effort and money to remodele the hotel and make it the best at out ability, and we will continue to do so. We have desk and 2 chair in all rooms. As you have seen we have to work with limited space so we can not add sofa or bigger chair in any of our rooms. We offer complimentary hot breakfast, which is better then most other hotel who offer without charge. I will certainly look into to see if we can make any other chages to get 5 star instead of 3. Five 18-wheelers parked in the hotel parking lot with their motors running. Herman said the pet fee, which is charged EVERY night, is charged because when pets stay there housekeeping has to wipe down the counters. This means they do NOT wipe down surfaces if a pet hasn't stayed there. I assumed housekeeping would wipe down services. Unclean hotel.

The is require by all hotel brand. We do clean all items in room daily regardless of pet being there or not. However we have designated pet rooms at hotel so we know what extra cleaning requres. Pet rooms require extra deep cleaning after every check out, we have to make sure there is no pet hair left in any corner of the rooms, need to use carpet odor remover to get rid of pet smell and vaccume twice to make sure the floor is clean for next pet guest. "Centrally located and comfortable"

We stayed here for 3 nights in August, two adults and 3 year old and had a good experience overall. We knew the pool would be out of service from other reviews but we didn't really care because we planned to go to the beach and do other things out and about the area. Speaking of the area, the location is pretty central, we drove to various towns around Cape Cod each day and then made our way back to the hotel at night. There is a huge Stop and Shop down the road so it's easy to stop there and get snack and stuff for the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, but definitely getting a bit dated and has seen better days. I did notice the A/C wasn't the strongest, but we just turned it up and it cooled the room enough for us. The breakfast is very good for being free and was a GREAT value - fruit, yogurt, coffee with flavor syrup, waffles, decent eggs. If you are the type of person that's going to investigate every nook and cranny for crumbs, this place is not for you, but if you need a place to sleep and rest after a day at the beach or touring around Cape Cod, this place is great and was a great value during high season for us. And yes the rooms on floor 2 are the ground floor with a sliding door out to the parking lot. I thought this was convenient ofr packing the car, going back to the car to retrieve items etc. Would stay again in the future.

the staff was friendly and helpful! The breakfast was good. The pool was not available but that was ok because we had plenty to do while in Cape Cod. we were centrally located in either direction so it was good because we had many choices to wherever we wanted to go. they had a lot of shops in either direction close as well as restaurants and a lot of things to do!

The Hotel was nice and staff was friendly however the room had spiders allover the sliding door from the outside and when we opened the curtains to the sliding door we saw spiders allover and hanging off the curtains inside the room. we killed 8 huge spiders

"Disappointed stay"

The pool was out of commission which was not stated when we booked. The room had dirty laundry left in it from the people prior. The air conditioner wasn't very efficient and left an odd odor in the room. There were spiders (multiple) in the room and in the bed. I've stayed at multiple Best Westerns and am sad to say this was the worst.

We have put notification about pool on our websites since June. We renovated our pool in February 2017. The scope of work includes pouring new concrete to make it up to 5 feet and re plaster entire pool. After 1 month Town of Barnstable came to hotel for inspection and they SHUT DOWN our pool, saying once we touch the pool it is no longer grandfathered in. That means we have to make everything up to current code. So, in that process we had to go to town meeting and state meeting and ask for varience and deal with lot of inspectors. We had to go through very tough time. Once again i apologize for the inconvenience. We do understand best western standard and doing everything and had done everything to make it up to even higher standard. We will keep trying and make sure to keep each and every guest happy. "Bait and switch"

I am actually writing this review while sitting in my room. I booked 2 rooms for my family on July 25 for aug 22-26 and there was no mention on the website that the pool was out of order, according to other reviews, at least since mid June. We were never notified prior to arrival that the pool would be unavailable. There is a sign at the desk that they put it on the website and would refund your stay but if you go to your room you are out of luck!!! I guess they realize if you see your room you will definitely take the money and run. Upon check in we arrived in one of our rooms to find that the room had been cleaned but it looks as if a staff member decided to take a shower and a nap in the room, leaving a wet towel and ruffled bedspreads. We were quickly given another room, but gross! The bathrooms in the guest rooms are a joke, the size of a postage stamp. The air conditioner was off when we arrived and the room was very hot. We blasted the a/c and left the rooms for 3 hrs and returned to marginally cooler rooms. I also noticed while going through the reviews that the mgr stopped responding to them in mid-June. Have had no issues in prior stays at other best western hotels, very disappointed

This is a VERY large complex of rooms and although not new is well maintained, has a very friendly staff, is in a good location and is a good price. The staff were amazing, the breakfast was really good, and the rooms were not new but we in great shape. One afternoon our air conditioner started acting up. Within 20 minutes two gentlemen showed up, and within 45 they had removed the wall unit, put in a new one and we were all set. IMPRESSIVE.

Pool was out of service, but we were only there for one night, so I didn't really care as much as my child did. Parking was great and our car as right outside our room which was helpful.

We stayed on the "second" floor which was ground level. The rooms are musty, the bathrooms are dirty and run down. Through out the night I could smell cigarette smoke coming in the room. The sheets had some stains on them. Overall the room was terrible. It's 3am and I'm still trying to fall asleep. Not recommended.

Don't be fooled! The description says it has a pool. This place has lots of reviews that say the pool is never open. It's true! We booked this because it had a pool and my kids love to go swimming when we stay at a hotel. We arrived and were told that the pool was out of order. When I looked there was no water in it. I asked how long and the lady at the front desk said about a month. I was not notified before I got there even though she said I should have been told. The rooms are also pretty old and the carpets look dingy. The free breakfast was not that good. They need to make some serious improvements

Great pet friendly hotel. Wonderful breakfast. Clean rooms with refrigerators. Only issue was that the pool was closed and the high speed internet took over two hours to connect. The rooms for pets were directly accessible from the parking lot without going through the lobby. Good size refrigerators in room. Plenty of towels.

I stayed here with 3 teenagers. The pool was closed due to Town wanting the slope to the deep end changed - very unfortunate timing for the hotel. Every other hotel in vicinity was $250++ and this was $150ish, so is reflective of the problem. Additionally, when you check in, there is a sign noting the pool issue (it was also included on the confirmation email) and offering to cancel reservation without penalty if the "no pool" is unacceptable. I thought that more than fair. The lobby is decent sized and doubles as the breakfast area. Food service area lines 2 walls of the space. Dining tables and a large raised conference table, television, plus a couch area comprise the furniture. The hotel is built into a small hill, so the second floor is actually ground floor. I did not like

Our stay was awesome. What a trip! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. We also travelled with our K9 companion who was welcomed as well. Only area I would say could use improvement would be dog walking area. However don't let that make or break you. The breakfast though! I have had breakfast at other hotels but this one was awesome! Staff was great refilling eggs, bacon saugage etc. Breakfast was amazing here which was a great surprise!

We stayed at the Best Western Cape Cod Hotel for an overnight. The hotel was super clean which is always the most important thing for me at any hotel. The service was great letting us check in early since our room was open. The free continental breakfast was okay, but the pool was closed in the middle of the summer which kinda stunk.

I booked this for my daughter's family through (I thought I was booking directly with BW). Upon check in - the manager requested that my daughter call me to get permission to charge my credit card. I had booked this room two months prior and had paid in full as well. There was no need for my credit card. I got on the phone with the manager who told me that he couldn't find the reservation. It wasn't until I explained that I had paid in full two months prior and that I had a confirmation email and number, then he suddenly found the reservation. This was after a lengthy exchange with the manager. This added a level of stress and frustration that I did not need. On top of everything, the reason that I chose this hotel was for the indoor pool and my daughter was told that the pool was not in service. I understand that these things happen, but several different family members, who stayed at various times over the past couple of years, also mentioned that during their stays, the pool was also out of service. This is unacceptable.

Check in staff flirted with my 17 year old daughter, assigned us to ground floor room when we'd requested upper floor, took forever to get us checked in, then asked that I "send down my teenage daughter to switch out the room key" for a room on the upper floor by herself!" VERY INAPPROPRIATE! Then manager with check out and hotel being almost empty, refused to match the room rate we'd been paying when I requested same rate as I was very ill and just needed to rest prior to driving a long distance. He raised pricing, and refused late check out that would have cost him nothing and been a simple courtesy to an ill guest. Then he threatened to "report me" when I suggested that a bad review was the only way to let others know of his rude behavior and refusal to extend same rate for additional night (where hotel would have made more money)...

Best western hotels have a good standard in general. However, this hotel gets a below average rating for the below reasons. A) Closure of swimming pool during July weekend- Anyone booking this hotel- pls be aware that they closed the pool for renovation for the July 4th weekend. This is bizarre and clearly shows that they don't care for customers. B) Rooms though clean were cramped. A two queen bed room can accommodate only 2 adults.For four people to stay, it is definitely not big enough. C) No complimentary water, shampoo or brochures are to be seen. Apart from these, the pros are - clean rooms, sumptuous breakfast and the location.

I had the opportunity to stay at the Best Western Cape Cod Hotel for 2 nights. The hotel was close to many area attractions, so choosing this place was a good choice. Our second floor room consisted of two queen size beds, a flat-screen television, mini-refrigerator, microwave, and ample closet space. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spotless. The front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful answering my questions. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast each day with a wide selection of food and drink options like bacon, eggs, waffles, yogurt, bagels, cereals, muffins, and fruits. In addition, the hotel has a fitness center, business center, guest laundry facility, and indoor pool with a hot tub. The room did have a few maintenance issues. The tub did not drain properly, and the freezer compartment in the refrigerator appeared it had not been defrosted in quite a while. Beside those minor issues, I would stay at this hotel again. As mentioned before, the staff were kind and accommodating and the hotel was clean and safe. I look forward to staying at this hotel again, and I would recommend this hotel to others. Cape Cod Mall is close by and downtown Hyannis also pretty close by. Hotel is good choice for a family, a solo, or those who don't want to choose a $200-300 a night high end hotel.

This Best Western was very nice. I was a little skeptical when I found out that there were a number of people attending a wedding who were staying there at the same time as we were. Sometimes when we stay at a place with wedding guests, they're noisy when they return from the wedding. However, this time, we were not able to hear people returning from the wedding. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. It was in a convenient location to attend my niece's graduation at a nearby school. The breakfast was very nice, with a variety of hot and cold foods. I was very impressed by the staff, especially the woman at the front desk.

"Absolutely disgusting with roaches and sub-standard conditions"

This hotel is not what it used to be. I was here 3 years ago with my wife and daughter and really liked the service and amenities. However, this time was completely different. The pool was in disrepair and so not usable, the bedding was inadequate with barely any comforter, and there was a roach in my room! The hallways smell like indian food and when we asked for more blankets, they brought us these old raggedly blankets like you would find in someone's attic. When I told the front desk that the comforter was so thin we had to ask for more blankets just to make it through the night, he blamed it on best western saying "we are required by best western to provide just one comforter and it is "THIS THICK" as he showed me his hand. Thanks but I doubt best western REQUIRES this hotel to provide a thin comforter. The new owner and manager of this place is likely cutting costs wherever he can and figures he will always have occupancy because he is in Hyannis. I would NOT recommend this place and hope they get shut down. Never again!

I stayed here June 17. This is a great hotel. Check in was very efficient and friendly. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast on Sunday had a great selection. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. I definitely will stay here again.

"Not worth what we paid"

After a long day on the road is was nice to get to our destination. We were told at check in (the lady who checked us in was very nice) the pool was out of order. After traveling all day it was a huge disappointment to our kids. We asked for a cot for one of our kids, and we were told the rooms were too small to fit in the room. When we opened the door we understood why, the room was very small and barely one person could fit in the bathroom. When we went back to the desk to see if the hot tub was available we were met by a man behind the desk, possibly a manager, who barely looked at us and very rudely told us the the hot tub was not available as well. For the amount we were charged and what is offered...this hotel is not worth the price. It's location to Hyannis is misleading as well.

After a 7 hour drive, I wanted to rest aching muscles in a hot bath. the hot water ran cold. the desk said there was nothing to do about it . the heating system was Days Inn quality and also noisy and not fresh. Consequently bad night's sleep - not what one wants on a business trip. Manager not available and staff unable to do anything. Find another hotel

the staff was extremely welcoming and polite. Expressed check out made the checking out so easy. The breakfast was great as well. wifi had great speed. overall enjoyed my stay. I totally recommend this place

Picked this hotel due to it's location. We toured Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, and Cape Cod from there. Hotel is fairly new and was a really nice place to stay. Check in and out was a breeze. Room was nicely appointed and everything worked as it should. Breakfast area was very large with plenty of both hot and cold choices. Has an indoor pool that unfortunately was closed during our stay but was told it should be open soon. Overall a very good choice for us.

Pet-friendly on Cape Cod is hard to find. I was prepared for the worst. NO. This hotel is SPOTLESS. Well organized. Breakfast is wonderful (included). Dog walking areas clearly labeled. Remodeled hotel. NO complaints.

"Best Western Hyannis"

We checked in very late with a pet (small dog) and the reception was warm and friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Slept in late and caught the tail end of the buffet breakfast which was very good (waffles, eggs, toast, English muffins, bagels, yogurt, juice, milk, coffee, tea, fruit, cereal, etc). There was a good sized indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi that looked well maintained and inviting but we did not take advantage of it. Our dog enjoyed exploring the woods which adjoined the large parking lot. Good central Cape location and only a minute or two from the highway.

We checked-in late in the evening, it was fast and easy! Courteous and warm reception.We had two large beds for our family of three, the room was nice and clean, the beds were very comfortable. The large tv, refrigerator, microwave, all were nice amenities. The a/c was very quiet, we were all very tired and a very good sleep was in order! We had a restful sleep and enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, waffles, bagels and scrambled eggs, bacon/sausages, the coffee was very good. We only need a light breakfast, breakfast/dinning room was airy and comfortable.The swimming pool was not operational at this time.This was our first Best Western stay in Hyannis, it is located in the main road, our GPS found it easy enough. We will be back in this hotel on our next trip.

"Exceeded Expectations"

I can't say enough nice things about the hotel staff. From check in to check out everyone at hotel was very friendly and courteous. Rooms are spacious and convenient to plenty of restaurants and shopping distance. Very close to Cape Cod Mall. Breakfast is very nice as well with plenty of choices.

Good clean room, beds were comfortable, internet worked well enough that I could connect to work if I had to and excellent breakfast. Great location right off rt 6 in Hyannis and very convenient to other Cape Cod activities. We stayed so we could do some bike riding on the local rail trails. They let us keep our bicycles in our room so they did not get wet as there was heavy fog at night.

I came to the Best Western Cape Cod Hotel with two friends from China. We actually traveled from Maine to attend a funeral. We were tired from traveling and it was very quiet with comfortable beds. We stayed two nights and had a great breakfast both mornings. I was pleased that the weekend breakfast started at 6 am because on the second day, we had to leave early so I could get them to the airport in Boston.

Needed an overnight stay on a Saturday night and found this on multiple websites. We stopped in and asked if they had a room available and if they would have any specials. AAA card got me the room for $94.00 on a Saturday night! Awesome price! Room was very clean. New owners a few years ago fully renovated the hotel. Nice indoor pool. Friendly staff and a great breakfast! We will definitely be back!

Reserved a pet friendly room, at check in I was told I must have made a mistake. I showed them my confirmation email and eventually after going back and forth they decided to give me a room. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were fun. Also asked for a later checkout at 12:00(noon). They were banging on the door at 11 asking us to leave. We were loading the car and at 12:01 our card to get back in was deactivated leaving us stuck outside with our 4 year old daughter stuck inside by herself. Overall not a great experience.

One night max here. Tolerate all the little stuff. Shower curtain didn't fit ...Ice machine sounded like an ice grinder outside of room, Don't take a room near a stairwelll. Breakfast is ok....eggs are soggy bag of's! Staff was very very friendly!!!!

Those are standard size shower curtain, and most hotel all over the world use them. We would have love to show you how to fit if you have asked. I will try my best to find smooth ice machine, which works like hybrid car, otherwise these are brand new Ice Machine. We offer Continental breakfast and it does not cost you anything. There are plenty of choice we offer in breakfast then most of midscale hotel offer. We purchase all breakfast items from reputable supplier. We are not full service hotel so we can not cook our breakfast on stove. All hot items are precooked, we just heat up and serve. Thank you, hope you will find these information helpful.

We recently staying at this hotel with our group of 21 families for a high school pre-season baseball tournament. The location was convenient and the accommodations and hotel facilities were wonderful. The GM, Jay was very nice and east to work with when setting up our room block. The hotel staff at checkin and checkout were very welcoming and friendly, and also very professional. The room was super clean, the beds were extremely comfortable. They have a very large indoor pool and hot tub, which was recently renovated - it was great! The breakfast food was delicious. Overall this hotel was an EXCELLENT choice for our group and we are definitely going to come back again for next years trip!

"Fomerly Quality Inn"

This hotel has just undergone extensive renovations, and is now branded as a Best Western. We stayed there last year when it was undergoing renovations in a half + half room - the room had been renovated, but the bathroom had not. This year, we got the full flavor of the renovations. You can't beat the convenient location, close to the Cape Cod Mall, other shopping and quite a few restaurant choices. There is a Mary Lou's Coffee directly across the street (not a fan, but I'm sure some people like it). The rooms have all been very nicely redone with super comfortable beds and pillows, wonderful sheets and duvets. The bathroom is a bit on the small side, but definitely functional. They installed new, clean tub surrounds. Everything was clean, neat and tidy. They are also a pet friendly hotel, and for $20, you can bring your furry friend with you and enjoy a room close to the parking lot for easy walks. We thought the breakfast buffet (included in the price of the room) was a cut above some of the other chains we've stayed at. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, cereals, muffins and pastries, coffee, juices, yogurt and fresh fruit etc. Convenient, and easily saved us the $50 or more dollars it would have cost for the 5 of us to go out for breakfast. We also loved the indoor pool and hot tub. If you're traveling with kids, especially during the colder months, they can entertain themselves for hours here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel represents great value for the room rates they charge. We'll definitely be back!
