SureStay by Best Western Baytown

The bathroom was poorly cleaned and there was urine on the door and on the floor that was never cleaned. In fact, the whole bathroom floor looked uncleaned and dingy. The door had other mystery stains that made the whole place feel disgusting. Tub was grimy and had black stuff under the mat and the shower curtain was yellow and ripping at the seams. Smoke detector was missing as well, so there were chords hanging from the ceiling. Big room with nothing but a bed and a couple tables and a single chair, so it did not look appealing either. Should have spent another $20 to go somewhere way better like the Hilton that wasn't too far away.

Lot of foot traffic , going through the parking lot, to one particular room, all evening. The room Floor, was filthy. Bottom of our feet were black, just walking to the bathroom. No selection for Breakfast. The guest area is more like a bank , with plexiglass to the ceiling, which is also the breakfast area. No water pressure in the shower. Heater had a terrible smell, and COLD room!

The staff has clearly put a lot of work into refurbishing this property. Rooms are light on carpeting/fabric, so you can be more confident of cleanliness. We had some issues at check-in but they were able to move us into new rooms despite the late hour.

Went in room after checking in to a room with air-conditioning turned off. It was over 100 degrees when we walked in. Sat out side for two hours before going in room It was another 6 hours before the room was comfortable.

Our experience was terrible The service when we got there was great the Lady in front she was sweet and friendly.The area or locationwas ok. The Hotel was reasonable it look like Motel. The room are nice but nasty uncleanness. Appliances was dirty and nasty. We like the room but hum pretty terrible so dissatisfaction and disappointed

Very friendly, very kind, very sanitary, very efficient! The rooms are so spacious. All of the interior in the rooms are new. The privacy is awesome. The best part is the amenities! They accommodate all amenities, and that's priceless! Thank you Sure Stay! From my family and I!

Living in a hotel with a family for 3 weeks is very stressful. The amenities in the room helped make it less stressful! The staff was amazing and very helpful. U highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling whether with family or alone

in over 50 years of travel this is regretfully the worst review I have ever written. check-in did not acknowledge me as a member much less as elate. no express ck. out offered. did not even ask how the stay was. room floor all tiled. made it slippery when wet from rain and shower. shower curtain needs metallic fasteners glued to wall. keeps h2o in. no soap dish in shower. put everything on the floor. as a suite, table had one chair. no couch or reading light. no usb outlets for computer table. no pictures on any wall. no snack breakfast or office coffee. blamed it on virus. was not allowed in the office at all, day or not. sorry, but the owner/mgr. need lessons on how to run their business.
