Best Western Premier Ivy Inn & Suites

I really like this place. I applaud the designers of the building in making a staircase front and center from the lobby to all floors, since I avoid elevators and I dislike that stairs are usually relegated to the edges of the building where they are hard to access. This place has a beautiful wooden-rail staircase right there by the front desk. Love it. The decor in this hotel is exceptionally welcoming, a nice change from the austere white/gray/steel/glass look that seems to be sweeping some of the hotel chains. The fellow at the front desk provided superior service with a smile, very nice. The room was quiet, impeccably clean, and well-decorated. The minfridge and microwave were useful, and the small coffee machine in the room worked great. Bed was very comfy. I think it's my new go-to hotel in Cody.

From check-in to check out the staff at the best Western premier Ivy and suites was absolutely fantastic. The staff was amazing and very knowledgable about the area I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that would be visiting Cody, Wyoming, and area

Staying here was such a wonderful experience. The staff was so friendly and the rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean. It's a great central location to a lot of interesting attractions. We will definitely stay again.

Stay here when you're in Cody! This place is very nice and they have great breakfast, discounted by the hotel. Room was excellent and quiet! Very clean and tidy! Nice, quiet location that is easy to find! Do it!

The one bedroom suites are really big and good for families. The one downside being there isn't a sleeper sofa in the living area. Overall the hotel and staff are terrific. Very clean throughout. A special mention that this is the only large chain hotel I've been since the ‘Rona that offers daily housekeeping service. The hotel restaurant is surprisingly popular, even with locals.

This hotel is top notch. Very clean, comfortable. Food in the restaurant is great. Staff is very friendly. If we return to Cody again, we will definitely stay here again. It ranks up with some of the high-end hotels that we have stayed at.

Very nice hotel, great ambiance, very comfortable room. The shower was awesome - it's a walk-in, not an accessible room, just a fabulous design. The only thing disappointing was breakfast was not included. If you stay at the lower level BW across the street you get vouchers for a free breakfast in the on-site restaurant, but staying in the nicer BW you only get 20% off. We went to Irma's instead.

Ivy Inn is the best hotel we've stayed in on our 5,000 mile road trip (and we've stayed in some nice places). The facilities are clean, modern, well-maintained. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. The restaurant has good food, reasonably priced (you can even get Blanton's at the bar). We were totally impressed and plan to come back. Thank you!

My husband and I stay in MANY Best Westerns throughout the country. The Ivy, by far, is at the top of our list!!! The staff was so friendly and accommodating upon check in! They care about their guests! The room and property are sooooooo clean and comfortable!!! Laundry free and so appreciated! Large, open rooms that are bright and welcoming, beds and bedding beyond comfortable!!! Bathroom/shower/facilities tops!!! We enjoyed dinner at 8th Street, the on site restaurant and Peter/Megan could NOT have been more attentive! They take great pride in the restaurant and serving their guests! Everyone on this property was kind, happy and we will definitely be back!!!

One of the best hotels ever! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about local evens and gives their own personal recommendations about what to do and see in the area. There's an extremely delicious restaurant in the hotel that has amazing food and their wait staff is excellent. The hotel is beyond beautiful and so are the rooms, as they are extremely clean and tidy.

Tnis Best Western Premier in Cody, WY deserves the name Premiere. The the decor and the quality of the decor were welll above normal motel accommodations. The rooms were spacious and comfortable as were the beds. The laundry facility was excellent. I wish all motels or similar accomodations were as nice.

Nice hotel in a good location relative to downtown Cody WY. The pool was very nice and the hotel had a upscale cozy feel. The only negative is that they did not offer free breakfast like many other hotels did.

This hotel is a gem. It's beautiful cozy and comfortable. Internet works great! On-site restaurant is very good! Large portions and great service. Located a sort distance down from the Buffalo Bill museums. Not walking distance but a very short drive and there is good parking. I hated to leave!

A bit pricey, but a very nice place with good, comfortable rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, it's located in a convenient place and away from the city center. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel. The rooms and facilities are well maintained and well designed. Loved having a balcony to watch the sunset. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only issue was the WiFi not working well. Great location. Many restaurants and shops in walking distance.

Lovely accommodations -- comfortable beds & easily controlled A/C. Pool & hot tub were excellent, nice size, well-maintained, and located in a spacious area with access to the outdoors -- perfect for visiting while watching the family. Room was spotless and attractive with a nicely sized balcony that included seating. Excellent location that was easily accessible from the main highway, yet was very quiet. Loved it.

The covers were down, perfect for the weather, and 5 pillows on the bed made our time easy. The team at the desk were very helpful. Free coffee all day. Filled my water bottles with ice. Just the most amazing time. So clean. Had a place on each floor to sit and visit.

This was a great 2 day stay after spending a few days in Yellowstone. We were on the 3rd floor, very large comfy bed and big room (which could be a connecting room if you needed this). Room was well presented and air-conditioning worked as expected. Sure this is not the cheapest place in town but we felt it was worth it. There is an attached restaurant and the menu was quite extensive, food and service good. Plenty of parking. Great stay.

We have had good luck at some Best Westerns lately, and this was another.It is a really nice hotel. Our room was large, clean, and well appointed, and everything worked. The common areas were pleasant and attractive. The staff was competent and helpful, though at checkout there was only one person working the front desk. She was away helping another customer, and we had to wait a while. Hotels need to have two or more people working the front desk. This place is not cheap, and one may question the value, but it is very nice.

We stayed here for one night (unfortunately only one) on our 3 weeks trip. We stayed in 16 different hotels and because of our rewards program only in Hilton branded hotels. A big surprise for us was the after our trip we have to say that this best western location was by far the best hotel we‘ve had. Very friendly, very clean, excellent room with a quite air condition (that's not necessary normal) So they did quite well - thanks for having us! High recommendation.

If Trip Advisor had 1/2 star available I would rate this at 4.5 stars. Room was very nice it had a mini fridge in it perfect for storing cold drinks. Room was very quiet even though it was located near Fitness Center and Pool. Prices in market were very reasonable, like going to grocery store. Staff was very knowledgeable about things located in Cody. For example where a grocery store was located. Couple of minor reasons why I can't give this establishment five stars. First, when leaving the parking lot sometimes it was difficult to make a left hand turn. Wish there was a stop light to help the situation. Finally, second is the shower head. The height of the shower head height was nice and tall. Especially since I'm almost six feet tall. However, I thought it was a little too high and made it tough to adjust the shower head. Almost had to get on my tippy toes to adjust the shower head.

This is by far one of the nicest hotels anywhere and I've traveled a lot throughout the US! The rooms are updated with great amenities included. Wonderful indoor pool and jacuzzi, work out room, free washer and dryer, great staff, fantastic restaurant with delicious food-breakfast, lunch and dinner! Great location in Cody close to other restaurants, stores, and local activities. We love this hotel so much!

The best Best Western Plus we've ever stayed! Large clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, in house laundry, on-site delicious restaurant, free parking. Pool,hot tub, workout area. Business center, nice seating areas on every floor. Friendly helpful staff.

This is a truly delightful hotel with really lovely staff. Our bedroom was spacious and we thoroughly entourage stay would highly recommend. It is situated just up the hill from a pretty impressive museum and the restaurant was of a decent standard if only the portion sizes were smaller!

Friendly staff; good food at restaurant on premises; nice rooms and had one with a deck with a view. Loved our stay here. Very relaxing. Amenities were good as well. Laundry was complimentary and helpful since we have been traveling for a week.

Lovely, clean and quiet hotel with all the amenities one would need, including free laundry machines and an excellent in-house restaurant. Comfortable beds, refrigerator, small kitchenette. We would definitely stay again!

My husband and I stayed two nights in the hotel while visiting Yellowstone. The hotel location was nice, near restaurants and on the way to the park. The room was clean and well furnished and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel was pretty nice. My only complaint is the lighting in the bathroom. It was hard to get ready in the dim light.

Plenty of parking out front. Paid extra for mountain view rooms but had a view over the busy road with the mountain in the background. Good access to low level rooms via stairs if you don't use elevators. We booked as near Yellowstone but in fact it is quite a long drive so you wouldn't want to do a day trip - you need to keep going rather than come back. Breakfast gets very busy - we had a wait to be seated. You get a 20% discount if you are staying in the hotel.

Stayed 3 nights in September while visiting Cody. Had a king-sized suite that had plenty of room, very comfortable bed, sitting area, fridge and large (although strangely shaped) bathroom with walk-in shower. There were nice amenities, lots of towels and a good hairdryer. Hotel was impeccably clean, staff awesome and the restaurant excellent. One small "caution" if you will. We paid a little extra and booked a room with a "mountain view". It did, indeed, have a mountain view but that view also included a Pizza Hut sign among other business signs, the businesses themselves, the road and traffic. The mountain was a fair distance away. There is also slight traffic noise but not enough to be any real issue. The other issue was our room was directly above the restaurant and from about 6:30 a.m. to about 10 p.m. there were clanking and banging noises coming from the kitchen that we could hear through the floor. We couldn't leave the slider open to get air in the room due to food smells. However, we would definitely stay there again but in a different area of the hotel.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming after a long journey. Everything was spotlessly clean and we were looked after extremely well. We stayed 3 nights whilst visiting Yellowstone and it was the best hotel we stayed in during our trip. The beds were comfortable and the room equipped with a microwave and fridge. The restaurant was good, we ate there each evening as tired after long days in the park. Staff were great despite being very busy. Nothing to fault the hotel on, genuinely good and staff work really hard.

We stayed here Aug 2022 and back in July 2015. This hotel has beautiful decor and very clean, comfortable rooms. Their restaurant is the best in Cody, WY. The staff is pleasant and very helpful. Loved everything about this hotel!

Good hotel, but 2 of our party cut their foot in the pool. Front desk was nice, but maintenance was rude and handle the situation poorly. Would not recommend the pool unless they fixed it so no one else would cut themselves.

This hotel was by far the best hotel we have stayed at in a LONG time. Room & facilities were immaculate, all the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The room was full of nice amenities not often found. HIGHLY recommend staying here. We will definitely be back when in the area again.

The Best Western Ivy is an excellent hotel in Cody. The staff are friendly and professional. The rooms are very large and very well maintained. There is a restaurant onsite, which is very good. Excellent location. We have stayed here several times and will definitely stay here on future Cody trips.

We moved to this hotel after we couldn't bring ourselves to stay at the hotel where we had made our reservations. Staying here saved our trip. From check in to check out we were extremely happy with this place. We had adjoining rooms with balconies, which was great as we were traveling with 6 and 9 year olds. Extra seating area on our floor helpful. We were there 2 nights and wished it could have been longer. Good location, comfy bed and nice shower. Everything we needed.

This hotel certainly punches above it's weight. It's an impressive structure both inside and out. Location is a little out of the town centre on the main road into Cody. It's located quite close to the road so there is some traffic noise in the rooms but not excessive. Check in was great, there was a friendly familiarity which was nice. Our room was huge, in very good condition with a balcony and very well equipped with fridge (that worked!), microwave and quality coffee machine. The bathroom was smart and could have been from a more expensive chain. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were rather poor. All looked clean and well maintained too. The hotel restaurant was good and always busy but looked nothing like the smart photographs on the web site and was a bit of a disappointment regarding atmosphere. We used the laundry facilities which were great but not the pool or fitness centre. One thing a little annoying was that the WiFi kept dropping it's connection but worked fine when connected.

I'm a lifetime Hilton Diamond member so I know a little about hotels. On a family trip to Yellowstone so booked the Best Western Premier and darn glad we did. I knew from my first interaction with Patty on the phone that this was a great hotel. Upon arrival and seeing the curb appeal from the street I knew we had picked the right place. The hotel is spotless. The hotel is "hospital clean". The staff upon arrival were amazing, the room was perfect. What I was really impressed with was the hotel restaurant. One would not expect much from a hotel restaurant in a Best Western but boy were we blown away! My thanks to Nicole for an outstanding job taking care of us but the menu, and the food were 5 star restaurant quality. Amazing! Again as a Lifetime Hilton Honors member I would rate this hotel in the top 10 of all hotels I have stayed at in the USA or Internationally. Traveling to Yellowstone or Wyoming this is the place you want to stay.

Excellent overall experience. Great staff and beautiful rooms. I stayed at another place in Cody and left after one night. This was a definite upgrade and the hotel is fantastic. I will be coming back to Cody and staying here

Clean and great room for the price. Another great feature is laundry is free if you have been on the road for awhile. The only negative is no free breakfast, but a nice discount at the attached restaurant. Overall I feel this is the best hotel to stay in Cody with an excellent staff and great amenities.

The hotel was clean, very well kept, and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The 8th Street restaurant at the hotel is priced fairly and has a very good breakfast. The pool and hot tub are very nice. And you can't beat the views off of the balcony. Highly recommend

We stayed here for one night before heading to Yellowstone. This is a very well-appointed property, with very nice rooms and inviting common areas. The beds are fantastic, as well. Our kids enjoyed the pool. Overall, a very good hotel to stay at in Cody. Would definitely return.

Very nice hotel, nice room, nice staff. The attached restaurant was very good. We did eat there; if you don't eat there, you might need a car/have to get a ride to get to other choices, so be aware of that. Not real close to downtown, we did not have a car. Restaurant was great. We appreciated Keurig in room, we had to leave early am before breakfast area was open. Nice room, clean, very nice accommodation in Cody. Definitely would stay here again. Great stay.

We love this place. Very nice facility and good service. It's a bit pricey but it always has been so it was not a shock to us. We always enjoy staying there. The food in the restaurant is great and a good time was had by all.

We went for dinner after a recommendation. It was superb. The staff were all excellent, can't fault the service. There was no rush to our meal. Soup and rolls were included, so really good value. The meals were good portion sizes and tasty. Reasonably priced. Great experience, the staff made our evening all the more enjoyable. We were staying down the road at Bill Cody ranch, we wished we had stayed here instead!

While visiting Cody, we had an exceptional dining experience for birthdaycelebrations. The service, food and atmosphere were wonderful. Most attentive staff I have experienced since I can remember. Our suite was comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed the various sitting areas for gathering withsocial dustancing.

This is a very nice hotel in Cody, WY. Attractive facility, clean and up to date rooms with an excellent restaurant attached. Room provided a beautiful view. Staff were professional and very attentive.

This is a beautiful property and our room was perfect for our family of 5. However, when we checked in, we were told the pool was closed and the manager on duty could not have been more rude and demeaning to us even though he couldn't back up his claim that the pool closure notice had been on the website for 2 months (he couldn't show us because he also couldn't find it). He was rude when I stated that even if it had been on the website, I book through the app and it was also not mentioned on there. He refused to discount the room and took himself back to an office where he never returned. Long story short, we looked for another room in town, but there was not an equitable one available so we had to stay. The front desk person who had been present the entire time did offer us a discount once we had stepped back to the counter and checked in due to not having another option. I have no idea who gave permission for it because the manager on duty would not allow us to speak to his manager. This just left a bad taste in our mouths so we did not use the hotel's restaurant/bar but it does appear to have a nice one and the menu in the room appeared to show reasonable prices. This is a nice hotel (no free breakfast but seemed like reasonable prices on their menu and our room had a fridge/microwave so you could do breakfast in your room too). The pool area appeared to be pretty cool (it was drained for cleaning) but again, we couldn't use it. Lastly, the room was quiet. The lobby area was just below our balcony and the highway was only a driveway's length away but you didn't hear it (and the heat/ac was quiet). I would stay here again and had the interaction with the manager on duty not been so rotten, I would give this 5 stars.

We stayed at this BWP location one night in September 15 and it was the perfect experience. Clean , very clean Hotel and also has a restaurant downstairs. I would definitely stay again when traveling out west to Yellowstone Park .

Nice place and location. Room clean and quiet except the A/C a little loud. We were surprised that breakfast wasn't included and the wife was disappointed there was a shower stall instead of a bathtub in the room.

I have stayed at this location before. It was better than OK so I tried again. As a BW rewards member, I was supposed to get a 15% discount. I did NOT. In fact, at checkout, the mgr, Teagan Smith, was rude, untruthful then kept my coupons that I had not used. The coupons were to be used above and beyond the 15% that Best Western promised. She continued to argue so instead of my making a reservation at her property for the next week, I took my money and business elsewhere. She would rather nickel and dime a repeat guest who is a Diamond Select Member than have another room filled during the off season in a Half Full hotel! I later received an invoice that was $100 higher than it was supposed to be. I contacted her, Again. Miss Mgr. sent an email with a PDF file attached. It did not come through properly on Two Different Devices of mine. I contacted her Again and this was her response: "Since it doesn't look like your PDF viewer is working, . . ." Snide and rude when in fact it was Her device that failed send the document properly! I have to go to the Cody, WY area Quarterly, at least, for a a week or two at a time. I will not waste any more time or money at BW Ivy Inn!!!!

This hotel has very friendly courteous staff. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are nice and quiet. and the restaurant is a plus. The location was near the downtown area and within walking distance of many restaurants.

What an absolute outstanding Best Western!!! Modern amenities : walk in, pebble-floored shower with a bench, coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, very roomy bathroom, full length mirror by the window, great lighting, very clean and the best price. I cannot encourage you enough to stay here! Very friendly and helpful staff and great food in their restaurant .

We have stayed here for many years. Seems it's going down a little. Beds aren't as comfortable as they use to be, light was burned out above the bed. Bathroom dark. The front desk isn't friendly at all. In the past they offered really nice amenities in the bathroom, not the case now. For what you get here it's overpriced. Probably next trip we will try another motel on the area.

First of all there was a mix-up with our reservation after we changed the week we were going. We had scheduled through Booking dot com and thought we had changed weeks. Then the day we were to arrive (we thought) we found out we had no reservation for that week, but still had one for the following week. The staff at Best Western Premier Ivy figured it all out though, to their credit and our vacation wasn't ruined after all. As far as the rooms go, when we first got into the room, I began moving some of the bedding off the bed and a clump of what I thought looked like leaf mulch fell out and onto the floor. I began to distrust the cleanliness of the room because of this, which isn't a great feeling. The room itself is great, with several softer lighting options. One thing I didn't like is because they have gone "green" some of the main lighting turns itself off if it hasn't detected any movement in the room for a certain length of time. In order to get the lights back on, we had to wave our arms and legs wildly, or perhaps pace the room or dance or something similar. Also, it was tough keeping the room warm because again, if it detected no one was in the room for a certain length of time, the thermostat would go into "sleep mode" or something, that coupled with the vents being up at the top of the 12 foot ceiling (my guess) means that it takes a while for the lower portion of the room to get warm. Something to consider in the colder months. The kleenex box had somehow gotten soaked and as we took tissue out of it, they were more and more wet. I finally figured out that any water that was on the sink counter tended to run toward that corner, so it wasn't quite level. I removed the decorative kleenex container from that spot and asked for another box to put inside it. The beds were comfortable as were the pillows and the electronic connections seemed to have a lot of options though we basically used our laptop and the tv. There were mugs and tumblers up on top of the microwave and somehow one fell off the top when neither one of us was near it and got chipped. The staff were friendly, but we never had the housecleaners come in during our four-night stay. We did leave a tip, despite the mulched up leaves we found when we first arrived. I felt like they were fairly responsive when we asked them for things.

A great and comfortable room with a wonderful walk in shower with a non-slip rock floor. An outstanding place for breakfast that was so crowded that we were unable to dine there! But I can assure you from past visits they make great blueberry pancakes! The indoor pool and hot tub are a nice place to relax. One other nice feature is the room has a Keurig so we brought some of our fav pods! The beds are very comfortable and we will never stay anywhere else when we visit Cody!

We stayed here for two nights last month and enjoyed it very much. We had a very nice room with a balcony and view of the mountains. The staff was very friendly and the location was excellent. The real find was the restaurant (8th Street at the Ivy). We were truly surprised at not only how good and reasonable the food was, but at just how nice and accommodating the staff was. We actually ate two dinner and a breakfast there.

We stayed at this location for two nights since it was a short drive to Yellowstone National Park. The room and hotel was very clean. We did not use the pool or hot tub during our stay. It was really nice that there was a complementary laundry area since we were on a 2 week road trip and saved us the time from going to the laundromat. The attached restaurant was reasonable and hd a good breakfast. I would stay here again and would recommend this location.

This hotel is excellent in all respects, from the rooms to the restaurant and all other services. If you go to Cody, Wyoming, which we recommend that you do, particularly for the Buffalo Bill Museum complex, you only need to consider one place to stay. Not all Best Western Premiers live up to their rating but this one clearly does. The rooms are quiet, clean and the beds are great. The restaurant serves some of the best pancakes you will eat as well as a fine lunch and dinner menu. The meal prices are surprisingly reasonable. We have no connection to this hotel, but have stayed here twice and loved it.

We were within walking distance to the Buffalo Bill museums and allowed us to stretch our legs. The place was nice and clean and centrally located on the main road through town. Not noisy at all. The front desk was great and we had little trouble getting checked in and out. It was a little crowded in the kitchen in the morning but we just hit it at the wrong time I think since when we check out it was a lot less populated.

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. Everyone was was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant and staff were excellent and we always came back to a clean room with a towel animal and a little note. I will defiantly stay here again and highly recommend it! Beautiful place.

BW Premier Ivy Inn is probably the best full service resort in Cody. It is both convenient to historic district (walkable within 1/2 mile) as well as Cody Nite Rodeo. Large, well appointed rooms with balconies. Beautiful lobby with attached restaurant serving breakfast & dinner.

Over the years I've had mixed experiences with Best Westerns, some great, some just ok and a few I'd never like to think about again. This one was one of the best. It's a beautiful newer hotel, so the rooms and lobby were lovely. We enjoyed our balcony overlooking main street. It was extremely convenient that the restaurant was attached and we really appreciated the discount at breakfast for hotel guests. The staff at the hotel was so helpful--when we arrived, our luggage had been lost by the airline and the hotel was helpful about claiming it for us when it was delivered so we didn't have to sit around and wait. They were also helpful at giving us directions, taxi numbers and letting us know about the free shuttles to the Cody Cattle Company--without that we'd have paid to get there. The hotel is in a great location, too, just down the street from the rodeo and Old Trail Town (and Walmart). I'd highly recommend to anyone visiting Cody!

This was a very nice place to stay. Our room was very spacious, clean, and the mattress was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient. Cody is a little far from YNP, but this hotel was a great retreat at the end of a long day. I would recommend it to anyone.

A very Clean room and hotel . The decor is perfect for the town. Very charming and welcoming atmosphere l. However , I feel it is very expensive for what you get. The restaurant was nice bit loud . The food was good but not outstanding. Wine list could use a few more options. Over all a very nice stay for one night.

The hotel was fabulous! Staff, Best hotel we've ever stayed at. Staff, services and accommodations were the best we've ever had. Food was great. Pool and spa were exceptional. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I used this hotel in Cody Wyoming to visit Yellowstone National Park. We were just amazed with the city of Cody. The hotel was amazing as well. The drive to a Yellowstone was quite the drive 1.5 hours but the drive was beautiful.

Pros - front desk was well-prepared and very helpful. Paid extra for balcony room and it was worth it. Room was spacious, clean and the kitchenette was very useful. Exceeded expectations and even though it wasn't a brand new hotel, it is still very well-maintained. Would definitely stay here again! Cons - if visiting Yellowstone, Cody is still a far drive out from the east entrance of the park and the drive can be exhausting after a long day in the park. Limited food options nearby except fast food.

Can't say enough good things about this hotel. It is beautiful in design; also closer to the west end of town so the main traffic is quieter. The staff exceeds friendliness and were so helpful with answering questions, extra blankets, and just making us feel very welcome. The restaurant served excellent food and the staff was just as friendly as the front desk staff. Super clean and comfortable rooms. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it to all travelers.

Best hotel of a 21 day road trip. Room had everything you needed including a good bed. We had a room with two queens and a balcony. Clean, well thought out and so relaxing. Sunset view from room. Ordered room service three times and each time each server was so nice and gracious. One lady even said how much she loved her job. We ate at their restaurant too. Well staffed and the food was very good with a big selection. We stayed two nights and I would definitely stay there again. Best stay of our trip.

The staff are very attentive, friendly and professional! The rooms are so nice, clean and the beds were VERY comfortable (my husband and I have back issues so this is a BIG deal for us)!!! The amenities in the room are Fabulous!!! Absolutely loved our stay!!!

Your staff was very attentive to our needs, kind and helpful with suggestions on where/what/when, would recommend any travelers to stay here. Five stars, ample towels, black coffee towels by the pots- so intelligent. This place is very clean, close to the Park and all amenities in town.

Our family selected this high-end hotel for its aesthetics, amenities and proximity to attractions on our "traveling" vacation. While it was beautiful, it was not the level of comfort that we'd experienced at any of the other hotels we used during our trip. The two queen beds were adequate . . . but the sofa bed was absolutely THE most bare, basic piece of foam that one could possibly call a mattress. No exaggeration, we were taking Advil for two days after sleeping on it. Honestly, it should not even be a consideration that someone could sleep on it. It's also disappointing that given the price tag, no housekeeping or breakfast (even grab & go) is included. The balcony/porch was nice, but views were of a parking lot along a very busy main road through town. We were disappointed for the cost.

This is a beautiful property, attractive rock and stonework inside and out. Comfortable seating in the lobby and sitting areas. The sitting areas on each floor are by a fireplace. The rooms were very clean. The staff was so pleasant! The restaurant had a good selection. The service and food were wonderful. The only problem we had was that the bathroom. while nicely decorated, didn't have enough light. It was hard for us to see well in there. Overall, a great place. Would stay again!

We stayed 2 nights over July 4 weekend and chose this hotel because the restaurant had such great reviews and there was “free” laundry. We also thought it would be one of the higher end places to stay in Cody, so paid accordingly. What we didn't know is that the free laundry is only 2 washers and 2 dryers for the entire hotel….so utilizing it was impossible without sitting up in the laundry room for hours. We also were made aware that there would be no housekeeping services. While this seems to be a new standard, we expected better at the cost per night. The “patio” for our room was a sliding glass door to the parking lot, no seating or actual dedicated porch. And lastly, the wait times for breakfast at the restaurant were over 45 minutes every time we checked. All in all, the hotel was a clean place to sleep at a very high cost. The indoor pool was fun for the kids, but that isn't anything special. Next time we will choose somewhere else.

This was our third stay in this lovely Best Western Premiere. It's one of our favorites! We love the BW brand and this Premiere is excellent in every way. The structure & decor have authentic, beautiful western touches. The registration lobby & the other two floors have cozy, upscale leather seating areas & fireplaces. The rooms are sparkling spotless, with luxurious beds, linens, well stocked upscale toiletries & a deluxe Keurig & several selections of each coffee, tea & hot chocolate pods. I really appreciate not just finding two decaf pods!! Guests receive 20% off in their attached restaurant & breakfast there is delicious. Coffee is available 24/7 in the lobby & it was nice finding free cooling towels, We also love the Best Western rewards program & we were upgraded to a spacious suite with a huge balcony. We enjoyed it with our coffee in the morning. Anne at reception was very welcoming, thanked us for our loyalty being diamond- select & answered our questions with genuine interest. It's always nice to feel appreciated. Ann is a great asset to this hotel; all hospitality reps should be like her. Thanks for a great stay & we can't wait to return. Hope this helps someone make the best decision in Cody lodging!

Hotel was beautiful and clean. Restaurant at hotel was very affordable and breakfast and staff were great! There was a balcony on our room. Shower head could of had more power but all in all beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay for one night. This is the nicest Best Western I have stayed at in a long time. Our family arrived later in the day from Yellowstone. We ordered room service from the restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised by the quick service and good food. Because of our dinner experience we also grabbed breakfast there the next morning. That was also delicious. The kids loved the heated indoor pool and we had a nice balcony. Room was spacious and clean. Would stay here again!

The hotel itself is fairly good, but the real treasure there is the hotel restaurant. As we usually ate breakfast and lunch in the park (you have to start there early to see things) our main food was at dinner. We enjoyed every dish, but first of all - their soups.

We stayed in Cody two different times during our Western travels, first at the Hampton Inn and second at the Best Western Ivy. I would recommend either of them without hesitation. The Best Western has embraced the Western decor you want for a vacation here. Their restaurant was great. I will write a separate review for it. Our room had a balcony and was spacious. They offer room service, and have an indoor pool. Each floor also has its own lobby area with fireplace.

Best customer service seen to date. I travel quite a bit and have never had such a great experience in dealing with a front desk staff. They went well above and beyond what was expected and were a true pleasure to deal with. Clean and safe environment.

We spent 2 nights in Cody and chose the BW Premier Ivy because it seemed to be the best option in Cody, plus it was walking distance to the Buffalo Bill Center and a short drive to Sheridan Ave (the main drag of Cody). We chose a suite that gave us a sitting area in addition to the bedroom space. We also had a private balcony and although it faced the very busy road, it was nice to sit outdoors in the late afternoon and it was still quiet at night. The hotel is in good condition with a Western decor. The room was in good condition as well, although the brown furniture, sofa and carpet was a little bit depressing. Bathrooms were good size with good counter space. Staff is pleasant; some are more friendly than others but all fine. The person checking us in did not explain how to get new towels/toiletries (there's a form to be completed and hung on the door) but they did provide a letter to all guests and we had time to get things sorted out. No breakfast is provided, but guests can get a discount at the adjoining restaurant. I'm not entirely sure that this property deserves a "Premier" rating, but it's definitely better than many Best Westerns and it does seem like the best option for being close to Cody's attractions. I'll also say that the price seemed high for what the hotel delivers, but Cody definitely is popular so I suspect all hotels can charge a premium

The hotel was a quiet and elegant retreat from the flurry of activity in downtown Cody. Everything was clean and the room was spacious. Laundry available on site at no extra charge was a bonus. The hotel restaurant was very good and the prices were comparable with local fare.

This was the perfect stopover after a long drive from Rapid City, SD. Absolutely top quality. All the feels of a sophisticated lodge, with perfectly upscale rooms. Had we known ahead of time that it was so nice, we would have booked a longer stay. Room service was what we ordered for dinner, and it was very good, since we could not get into the restaurant without a reservation—it was packed and the last seating was happening as we checked in; so we placed our room service order before the kitchen closed. Next time, we would book a dinner reservation before arrival. Perfect location for hitting the road early in the morning to head off to Yellowstone.

Clean facility, helpful staff, the restaurant had a great menu with wonderful options and the food was fantastic, would definitely stay here again. The location was central for the area, we believe we received great services and amenities for the value.

First let me say we normally stay at Hilton or Marriott properties. Period. But wasn't sure about the Hampton Inn in Cody and Trip Advisor reviews of this property were good, so booked a night here on the way to Yellowstone. All I can say is WOW WOW WOW. Front desk staff were wonderful. Efficient, hospitable and helpful. The room - gorgeous. Not a speck of dust anywhere and sparkling clean bathroom. This entire property - VERY well maintained. Clean beautiful themed carpets. Western decor and very comfortable feeling. Each floor had its own sitting area with a fireplace - so thoughtful to do that. And the restaurant - TOPS. Excellent knowledgeable wait staff and the food was delicious! We will definitely be back to this hotel. It's manager should get a raise as ALL staff were professional, attentive and welcoming.

We were surprised how nice this Hotel was. I would highly recommend you stay here. Very nice room. Great foos and staff was very helpful. Also a very clean Hotel. Must check out the Museum while you are there.

This Best Western was very different than what I've experienced before. It was great that they have a bar/restaurant in the hotel, not the generic breakfast in the lobby. Of course it wasn't a free breakfast but the prices were very reasonable and it was so nice to be able to get a fresh, hot, breakfast. Lunch and dinner options were good and after a busy day out it was nice to have this as an option of not getting back in the car. Rooms were clean and comfortable, shower was roomy. Beds were very comfortable. The location is great, just a little outside downtown. It's a half mile walk to the Buffalo Bill Cody Museum (highly recommend this museum).

We stayed here in 2016 when the property was fairly new so we decided to give it another shot. It did not disappoint. The property is still fresh and clean - the lobby and the rooms.The rooms are spacious and the showers are large. They provide plenty of linens. This is a beaautiful property with a western flair. Big fireplace in the lobby with lots of sitting room. They have a well trained staff. COVID limited our breakfast but that is not their fault! I highly recomment this property. It is just a scenic, short drive from the east entrance into Yellowstone.

What a great place to stay!! Was overly surprised with everything from the prompt and very cordial customer service to the spacious rooms with walkin showers. A fantastic dinner menu in the adjoining restaurant is open later than any other place in town at least currently. Great big pool for families too....dont miss this place if your coming through as the value is all there.

I had no idea Best Western had hotels like this. It is absolutely beautiful. So much beautiful wood -almost like a ski lodge. Fireplace and sitting room on each floor near elevator. On-site restaurant. I would suggest better lighting in the bathroom for those of us who use makeup. Wonderful staff and cute shop.

Really liked that each floor has a sitting area. Was very useful when the power went out for at least two hours due to high winds. Breakfast at their restaurant was excellent with large portions and it tasted very good.

Enjoyed our stay here. We had a balcony looking towards the mountains. Great view!! Room was very clean and everyone was very friendly. Fresh towels are given to you each day if you request them. Bathroom was kind of dark but the makeup mirror helped. Great restaurant in the hotel, fantastic breakfast. Will definitely be staying here again.

Over-all I was pleased with everything. I marked down cleanliness only because I found a Bright Pink baby's pacifier under the desk. How can housekeeping miss a bright pink piece of silicone on a dark red carpet?

This was an incredible Best Western hotel. Clean, great rooms with a mountain view, nice restaurant with plenty of outdoor dining for Covid safety. Staff was very efficient and pleasant. Lobby inviting and each floor had a nice sitting area. Would definitely stay again.

Late night check-ins without a reservation aren't always awesome, but our experience was awesome! This hotel in Cody seemed brand new, but is in fact 8 years old. The decor of the lobby and our room inspired us to think about re-doing our bathroom at home. Great service, so comfortable, well worth the spend.

We stayed here while visiting Yellowstone. The place is very well kept due to the very nice couple, Chris and Ann who manage it. You can tell they take Covid precautions and your concerns seriously. Coming from NY, I felt very comfortable staying here. There is a restaurant on the premises which is very good and convenient. Ann was always ready with my coffee in the early morning hours, which was much appreciated. Anything you need is available. No one enters your room but you have a checklist to fill out every morning with any items you might need and they are left in a clean bag hanging on your door every day. What a great way to handle covid restrictions....On my travels, this was the only hotel that offered this option and I think its a great idea! It was a pleasure to stay here... Thank you Chris and Ann! PS: they always wore their masks and always had them on properly, unlike many of the other places we stayed at. I appreciated that!

What a great hotel, especially for a Best Western! It starts with the very western mountain look of the outside and open area from the lobby up to the third floor. The rooms large with plenty of space (we had two double beds and a sitting area with loveseat). We ate at the restaurant so we didn't have to mess with going out and were very happy with the food - wings, chopped salad, chicken pasta, chicken strips. Fantastic meal and even more so considering it's a hotel restaurant. The pool was awesome. Our son loved playing in there for an hour. The water was warm and clean and the pool was bigger than most any small town hotel. To finish it off, the service was great from the front desk to the restaurant. We'd absolutely stay again!

This hotel was surprisingly nice. Room is large with chair & ottoman, large t.v. with plenty of stations. I like the duvet & blanket as sometimes the duvet is too hot. Nice fireplace lounge on each floor, friendly personnel. The restaurant food was really good!

Hotel was super clean! Hotel staff was doing everything they could to make it safe for their customers. Room was nice and common areas were really nice. Front desk had to get coffee for you in the mornin and the gentleman was more than happy to do so. Would stay here again.

This is a decent hotel. The rooms appear to be recently renovated, and they are decorated in a modern western theme. They include a microwave, refrigerator, and Kurig (with a couple free pods of coffee and tea). Beds were comfortable. Most importantly the room was very clean. I stayed during the COVID hysteria, so they didn't clean the room during my stay. But, you could leave a note on the door if you needed more towels, etc.. they dropped them off in a bag outside your room. The indoor pool was closed due to an “incident,” but it looked nice enough. This is now my go-to hotel in Cody.

The room was nice and seemed very clean. We were very disappointed that the staff were lax about enforcing mask wearing. As you walk in the door, a sign clearly states that masks are required. We witnessed people in the lobby and public areas without masks. The staff did nothing to encourage them to wear masks. If you are looking for a place to stay that is following safety protocols during the time of Covid, this is not a good place to stay. The staff checking us in were behind plexiglass and mostly wore masks. The woman who checked us in, had her mask around her chin and was not covering her nose or mouth.

Beautiful hotel constructed in western motif - rooms are large and comfortable - indoor pool for those that like that. There is a restaurant attached with great service and food. We had the prime rib and it was the best I've had in quite a while. Hotel staff is very COVID conscious which was nice.

There are 2 Best Westerns in Cody. I booked this one because it looked newer and nicer. We were not disappointed! Beautiful room with a wonderful walk in shower. No plastic or paper cups, the real things in this hotel. Nice Kurig coffee pot. Worth the extra bucks to stay here! Laundry was free to use and very nice!

My husband and I stopped in Cody for a couple of days following a trip to Yellowstone. This hotel was like a haven after the chaos and crowds of the park. The lobby and rooms are beautifully decorated. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We heard a little bit of construction and road noise outside, but otherwise the stay was completely pleasant.

We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We had a 3 night stay and ate in the restaurant each morning for breakfast and once for dinner. The food was very good. The room was extremely clean and they had all the precautions in place for a sanitary experience. We consider ourselves hotel snobs. We stayed at The Westin at the Denver airport the night before our stay at The Ivy. It was no competition....The Ivy surpassed The Westin hands down! We will be back!!

This was an amazing place to stay. The room ended up not being what we reserved but they went out of their way to make us comfortable and we were. There was a fire alarm at 2am which was out of their control and the hotel was evacuated. The staff was so nice and kept us informed of everything. Would definately stay here amytime.

This property is well-located on Cody's main street. The large rooms are very well maintained; clean, bright and airy with all necessary amenities. The entire staff is extremely welcoming and professional.

We stayed at this hotel for only one night, but I found it to be well located and very appealing in appearance and amenities. It must be fairly new, which is nice, as everything was fresh and new looking. It was busy but not noisy and I really appreciated the nice restaurant right on the premises. Comfortable beds, nice towels, everything was just right and made sense for the price.

This is the 3rd time. Last 2 times were a few years ago so I wasn't sure what to expect during the Covid times. The hotel does ask you to wear a mask outside the room - I like that. They don't clean your room each day - don't really care. They do drop off items you request; coffee, towels etc. Restaurant - was great! Better than last times which weren't bad. Food was pretty good, service was excellent. Bar - great. Got some good travel tips from the bartender.

Very helpful staff! Great location. Loved the pool area (with Hot Tub)! All facilities were very clean and well maintained. Spacious rooms as well. Had breakfaat in the hotel restaurant and not only was the food great but the price was really inexpensive!

This hotel, like so many is beautiful, clean, has great service, etc....but also like so very many, the bathroom lighting is terrible! Why can't these hotels figure out that we need to be able to see in the bathroom! I dont care how poor or fancy a hotel is, we need good lighting in the bathroom.

My family of 5 recently stayed while visiting Yellowstone. I was a little nervous about traveling during covid but the hotel did an excellent job. The hotel was clean, everyone wore masks in the reception area and the hallways. They are not allowing housekeeping at this time but their system was great. Just put out dirty items in bag provided and fill out card of what you need. Later items are dropped at door in plastic bag. The room was nicely set up and fit us all comfortably. We ate at the restaurant downstairs twice and did takeout breakfast. Food was great and reasonably priced. All the staff we met in the hotel and restaurant were so nice! Cody was about a 2 hour drive to Yellowstone but the scenery was beautiful which made the drive so much easier.

Have not been to a best western in years but we're driving through on a cross country trip and stayed for one night with family of 4. Ironically the most expensive place we stayed (most other hotels had massively cut their rates) as yellowstone area as pretty crowded. The place was clean, the hotel staff were wearing masks, beds were comfortable and rooms had small balcony. Understand this is in middle of Cody so the hotel “view” is a road and a camp ground but in the end sold choice for a night while passing through. If you close your eyes you can get a decent view of the sunset (see picture from balcony with road/campground cropped) Would stay again.

The biggest regret of my road trip was flying through this hotel and this town too quickly. I've never seen a BW like this. Beautiful, nicely appointed, incredibly professional staff and COMPLETELY COVID AWARE. I can't say that for a lot of places out west. We did enjoy dinner in the restaurant which was not exceptional but certainly good enough for our family and the price. We had to skip breakfast due to time constraints, but we would have returned. The room was very nicely appointed with good Wi-fi and great bathrooms. We have three kids so it's nice to have some space and the mini-fridge. I even liked the bathroom products. I don't think I've ever noticed that about a Best Western. Overall, just a neat place and we'll be back!

We stayed here while in Cody. We spent 3 nights and the experience was great! The breakfast in the restaurant down stairs was good and if you're staying at the hotel you get 20% off your breakfast. We also ate dinner there one night as well and it was amazing. You don't get the 20% discount on dinner but it's worth eating there. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is very conveniently located in Cody. It's close to downtown and close to the rodeo. The staff was great as well. They were very helpful when asked places to eat, see and things to do. We will definitely stay here again when in Cody. We highly recommend staying here.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. This is the best place to stay in Cody ! We love everything about it - the location, decor, room, restaurant, all the amenities, housekeeping staff, cleanliness, etc. The front desk staff and restaurant staff are friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is great ! We had a very enjoyable, comfortable stay and will stay here again !

We stopped here on a recent visit to Yellowstone and had an enjoyable stay. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The AC was quiet (hint:make sure the window is fully closed for it to operate) and was not noticeable when it turned on and off. The bathroom was spacious and we had plenty of water pressure and warm water. The front desk staff said hi every time you entered the lobby and were happy to answer any questions. As things were opening back up after covid, all staff members wore masks and the the overall environment was very clean. We also ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and would highly recommend eating there! The location was also good with a short walk to the museum if desired and close to plenty of places to eat. We had a very pleasant stay and will definitely stay here again in the future.

My family and I stayed at the Ivy Inn & Suites after a busy day in Yellowstone. The hotel is very nice and well-appointed. Staff was friendly and polite. Room was spacious and bathroom was nice with open walk-in showers. WiFi performance was ok...download speeds were good, but upload speeds were noticeably slower. I would stay at this hotel again.

Incredibly well-designed, well-run and well-kept hotel that practically kept us from continuing on to Yellowstone, it's that good! Not just the best Best Western hotel we've ever stayed at in the U.S., one of the best U.S. hotels we've ever stayed at, period! We had a large, comfortable two-bed room on the top floor with a balcony patio overlooking Cody and the distant mountains, and found the beds incredibly comfortable and the shower, with its inlaid smooth rock floor, a spa-like retreat. Huge indoor pool, which was great, plus many subtle guest touches, like a sound-proof patio door and thick, sound-deadening hallway carpeting. (You'll know the patio door is closed when you can no longer hear the promo car for the Cody Rodeo, driving back and forth down the main road and advertising for that night's rodeo.) Best of all are the staff members, especially at the front desk, all of whom were very professional. Out breakfast (not included in room cost) was great too.

If you are looking for a very nice hotel in Cody, WY as you may be headed towards Yellowstone - this is your place. The rooms are very nice, a great indoor pool, and a nice fitness center. This property also has a restaurant and bar on-site.

This is a very nice hotel from the exterior to the interior. Nice, clean rooms with modern decor. Comfortable beds and pillows. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the in the restaurant. Great food, service and respectful staff

This place was very clean, good beds and rooms. Bad thing is make sure you double check your credit card or any account when you get home. I was charged double, and when I called in to get it reimbursed I was charged another full night cost. So check your accounts multiple times.

Stayed here on my birthday week. Sept 30-October 4th. Trip was planned so we could go to Yellowstone. This place was great. The people, the restaurant were all above what you would expect. The beds were amazing. It was just the best time and vacation we have had in a long time. I would really encourage families, couples, anyone to come to Cody and stay here. What a treat.

It has a lovely lodge look and feel as you enter the lobby of the hotel. Very cozy. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the entire hotel is nicely decorated. The most outstanding feature by far is the customer service! I am so impressed with the front desk staff and their willingness to help me with all issues (large and small). They were so helpful and friendly and accommodating even when the problems were not of their making. I am so glad we stayed there, and I will definitely stay there again the next time I go to Cody.

Great staff, room beautifully appointed, hot water, great shower and the bathroom even had a small lighted mirror. Great coffee in room too! This was just a one night stay for a tournament and would have enjoyed staying longer; maybe next time. The restaurant was great and would highly recommend it.

Friendly and attentive desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff, beautiful hotel inside and out, spacious and clean rooms, a general overall feeling of home away from home. Great food in the restaurant.Comfortable beds and couches/chairs. Many rooms have setting areas. In addition, there are large setting rooms with fireplace on all floors that provide a space for people to gather and relax with wide windows providing great views! Will definitely stay here again and we come to Cody yearly.

We stayed here for a couple of nights and were very pleased. We used this hotel for our Yellowstone trip. The outside is very nice and welcomes you into a large open reception area that had a fire going in the fireplace. It was very clean and the front desk staff were friendly and greeted us as we walked in. The room was 2 queens and spacious with a microwave, mini fridge, walk in shower and satellite tv. We had no complaints about our stay.

The room was clean location is great, The staff is there to make your stay as pleasant as it can be and they did a fantastic job. Every one their is pleasant and knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. Rooms are spacious and set up very well. See you next year.

Beautiful hotel, near the Buffalo Bill Museum. The hotel has a great restaurant and bar on site. Down the street are great shops and eating locations also if you are an Elks or VFW member they are located on 12 st. Wonderful city and people. Have fun.

My wife and I decided for my 68th birthday we would go to Yellowstone. I researched many hotels but found the ratings on this one were high. From their website it looked great. We arrived this past Monday and stayed until this past Friday. Everything about this place was outstanding. From registering, to our room, the restaurant, it all was far above what we expected. The room was great, the comfort of the beds was the best we have been on. The restaurant was great, the food, everyone who worked there. I would highly encourage anyone who plans to be in Cody Wyoming, to come here and see what quality, great service, and great people are about

Don't be put off by the Best Western affiliation; this property is comparable to one of the Marriott or Hilton brands. Well-equipped and modern rooms on inside corridors (not many such hotels on Cody), clean, good WiFi, nice mix of contemporary and rustic decor. Good restaurant onsite.

if ever in Cody again this is the place for me. very very clean! most hotels seem to have trouble getting a room really clean. not this place it was immaculate. bed was really a great one and bath modern and updated. we paid about $260 for the room. pay a little more and get a lot more.

Traveled through Cody on a change of plans and are so glad we did. Used Tripadvisor to review hotels and this Best Western Premier was an excellent choice. Really attractive, large room with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Also ate dinner in the dining room (8th St. at the Ivy); very good overall experience because of atmosphere and service (Deniz). Our Italian main courses were just average -- maybe we should have ordered something more basic/Western. If you need a short walk, the Visitor center is only 4 blocks away along with the outstanding Buffalo Bill Center of the West.

When you ask someone local for somewhere to eat and the reply is the hotel you are about to check into you know everything will be OK. Comfy beds, friendly staff at reception and the best breakfast of our trip (real plates!)

The rooms were incredibly comfortable. Had a little living room type area w/ FP and TV on our floor so we all congregated there. Chris, Tyler and Pilar did evreything to make us welcomed. The breakfast and staff started out the day with smiles. We drove to local restaurants but you could walk. Zapata's was really good Mex.

Don't be put off thinking this is your run-of-the-mill Best Western. It feels more like a high-end hotel. Rooms are great and the beds are comfortable. There was a microwave, refrigerator and a Keurig. I love the "western" feel of it too. All the staff we spoke with were very nice and helpful. Only downside is no free breakfast, but there is a restaurant attached that had great breakfasts and you get a bit of a discount there.

What a great find. Normally we do not stay in Best Westerns as they are very ordinary. This BW is an exception. The hotel is designed in a western motiff. Interior is very open and modern. Staff was great. Attached restsurant is one of best in town. Rooms were large and very comfortable. Easy walking distance to downtown area. One drawback, it is on the mai. Road in and out of town although we did not hear or see teaffic from our room. Great place to stay in Cody.

This is a lovely hotel convenient to everything you may need. Located close by to tourist attractions. Walking distance to downtown. The staff and hotel were very friendly and helplful. Great place for groups because each floor has a fireplace with seating and a tv where friends or family traveling together can visit in a common area. Would stay here, again.

What a wonderful hotel. The staff was exceptional in every way. The rooms were comfortable and I can't think of one way they could have improved other than giving me my room for free! I know I need to use 200 characters for this review, but this is all I can come up with.

WE stayed and the inside of this Hotel is nicely decorated in a heavy wood them. It has landings on each floor where you can sit and relax. They have Keurig coffee machines in the room and a walk in shower with a stool. The beds were comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. The restaurant had a nice selection of food and our food was well prepared and hot.

We booked a king room and were delighted that they were able to upgrade us to a higher level with a balcony. The room was perfect and the service was the best. The decor of the hotel is beautiful. I loved being able to park in the rear of the hotel and come in the back entrance to the elevator.

The service and location were perfect. We had a regular room with two queens and a Mountain View. My sister booked a suite with a living room and extra bathroom. We enjoyed gathering in her room for drinks and games in the evening. The front desk called after checkout to let us know they had left a shirt in the closet and offered to mail it to her home. The restaurant service and food are excellent as well. Highly recommend.

We loved this hotel. Housekeeping was great. I booked a Mountain View suite with a balcony and I am so glad I did. The room was very big and so was the balcony. Spent the days in Yellowstone and the Tetons. Would grab a bite to eat and a beer at the bar. (Good craft brew) Adam was awesome. Then we would go back to room and relax and unwind on the balcony. What a great way to end a long day of sightseeing. Would recommend to anyone. And would definitely stay again.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff is friendly, room was nicely decorated and very clean. Keurig coffee maker which was a huge plus for me. I bought a box of my favorite coffee at the local grocery store so I never ran out. We ate at the restaurant 3 times and the food was always great.

This Inn is very nice - it had a pool that the children loved, plus a free laundry that was wonderful after a few days of traveling. We had a great breakfast there, with friendly and efficient service, plus the staff was especially nice. Our room was roomy, comfortable, and well furnished. I highly recommend it.

First this is a great place to stay. Whatever you do do not book this or any hotel from Getaroom. I know the Ivy has a ‘hospital' discount, stayed there before. Getaroom said there was no hospital rate and they quoted a rate of $409.19. This rate is almost double the Ivy's summer rate. Because it was a second party booking the Ivy could not give us a credit. Buyer beware book your rooms locally with the hotel. Expensive lesson learned.

Staff was very friendly & helpful & made you feel very welcome. Always did what they could to go out of their way to make you feel welcome & comfortable. Was a little hard to get in & out of the hotel parking lot at times of heavy traffic on the highway.

Stayed here 2 nights with our grandsons. Easy to get to, beautiful facility, outstanding front desk staff, especially Patty. Great room, great pool, and a really good restaurant. I know there are less expensive places to stay, but here you really get what you pay for.

We were suppose to check into the hotel but there was problem between our Chase Rewards and BW. Somehow our reservation never was sent to Cody hotel. When we checked in the gentleman name Will at the front desk try his best to figure out what happen as I as also talking with rep from Chase rewards. Will could not find our reservation even after talking to their support desk. He even try to help us find a hotel in the town, but majority of the same quality hotels were all sold out. Thank you Will and the other gentleman for trying to help us out. We end up going to Billings MT.

Really nice hotel. Stayed here in a suite room while on our way to Yellowstone and we loved this place. Super nice, clean and staff very friendly! The room was so nice, beds very comfortable and bathrooms were fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!

This is not only the nicest Best Western we have ever stayed in, it is one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed in. The suite is big and has a wet bar. The shower has a spa seat. The restaurant on premises was excellent. The laundry was free and had front loaders. I can't say enough nice things about this property.

We came here based on the look of the outside after deciding another local place we had booked wouldn't work. The staff were delightful and very helpful in getting us a room quickly. The room is great and the bathroom is beyond typical hotel bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful hotel with very lovey staff. Their would be no question about staying there again. It's in the perfect location with being very close to the Buffalo Bill Museum and just a short drive to downtown.

Not that they were bad, but this property is definitely a cut above the BWs of my younger days. The decor, best described as "western contemporary" is pleasing and the rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Hotel associates, whether at the front desk, the bar or in the dining room, are unfailing pleasant, helpful and proficient. The bar is well stocked and the restaurant is very good . How good? As any visitor knows there is no shortage of restaurants in Cody and of the six meals that we ate there, we chose the hotel restaurant for three of them. My only disappointment, a minor one to be sure, was the fitness area, extremely limited space and a second rate universal machine instead of free weights.

1st stay at the up scale Best Western. Contemporary lobby with fireplace and sitting area. Friendly, helpful,staff. Necessities mart and quick food items in lobby and business center. Fitness room without free weights, but had a small universal and several aerobic options including elliptical, tread mills and bicycles. Large indoor pool,and hot tub with adjacent shower. Restaurant attached gives options for BLD but nearby restaurants offer more diversity. Rooms are spacious with large bathrooms and large shower. Separate sink, microwave and fridge with upscale Keurig that allows multi-cup option and water storage. Beds are comfortable with abundant pillows.

This hotel is top notch. We had breakfast at the attached restaurant both mornings of our stay, and all three of us were very pleased (You get a 20% discount as a hotel guest). The pool/hot tub area was nice and inviting. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated, and I strongly suggest getting one with a balcony....we enjoyed the view of the mountains and watching the world go by. The hotel is a nice, flat walk to restaurants, a nice park with $5 mini golf and a concert shell with live music, and the magnificent Buffalo Bill Museum of the West. Cody (which we all loved) is pricey this time of year, but for a modern, spotless hotel with friendly service, we considered it money VERY well spent.

This is a very, very nice hotel. But they have accidentally created a situation where the rooms on the top floor have an annoying rumble from the air conditioning unit when it turns on. If you are on the top floor, and in the bed nearest the window, the low frequency hum that comes on with the AC is loud enough to wake you from a dead sleep. Ask me how I know. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel. Just request: NO THIRD FLOOR!!!

Frequent travelers to Cody, Yellowstone & all National Parks so we've stayed in several properties in Cody. This was our first time here. Bravo, kudos & thanks for now being our new favorite. Classy, clean, kind people front desk. Fun & interesting photo ops here :) Love the balcony. Breakfast not included but 20% off in their attached restaurant with delicious West Coast Benedict. Yes it is pricier than many in town but you (mostly) get what you pay for. As rewards members we used (a lot) of points & worth every single one. Tip: book a room with balcony. Surprisingly quiet room & great for morning coffee or adult evening beverage. You can also see the night sky / stars from it. Hope this helps someone!

Room was clean and nice. Wish i did research and knew this hotel does not offer a free breakfast. Guest do get 20% discount in the attached Restaurant. That was the only disappointment. We didn't use fitness center or the pool but they did look nice.

Needed accommodations for one night as we were in transit during a driving vacation. Cody hotels were booked for Fourth of July events and this king bed room was only available at over $300 per night which is pricey for the area it was in (not in downtown strip) and what the room was. Comfortable bed & stone shower were nice. Counter service was ok, nothing great, nothing wrong.

This hotel was very clean and had such a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Chris, the front desk clerk, was extremely helpful and informative. We highly recommend this hotel!

Super easy to get anywhere from here. They even have a bus stop for the Cody Rodeo!! Lovely restaurant; we ate 4 meals there and were never disappointed. My granddaughter enjoyed the indoor pool immensely. Lobby is inviting as are the little mini gathering areas with fireplaces on all floors

The staff was very friendly upon check-in and with any questions we had. The facility was exceptionally clean and quiet. The views from our balcony were amazing! We had a suite and it is high tourist season, so the price is high, but worth it. We walked to the museum and downtown easily, but the distance is probably close to a mile.

We visited July 2018. The staff was friendly, the decor was lovely, and the room was spacious and clean. We also had a good meal in the restaurant. Our room had a nice sized balcony. It is on the pricer side, but would definitely stay there again if we find ourselves back up that way.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Not terribly noisy like some others we've stayed at. Close and convenient location to most everything. Will definitely stay here again when in the area! Great pool for the kids, free laundry facility and great restaurant, would definitely recommend.

We checked in later than we like to and got the last room available. I am extremely particular and Will at the front desk was extremely accommodating and courteous. I recently stayed in another premier hotel (another state) and was overwhelmingly disappointed!! I am a cleanliness nut and this causes me ( as well as my husband !) a lot of stress checking into hotels. This premier is not only beautifully decorated, it is extremely clean and well managed. Bravo to all involved in housekeeping as well managing this hotel and thank you from a quest who appreciates quality in all aspects but especially in cleanliness!!! Thanks again to Will and Jen !!!

We arrived during a crazy rain storm and since we were on a motorcycle we were soaked! The front desk staff was great quick,friendly and up graded our room. Since the weather was so bad we went to the restaurant in the hotel even though it was our anniversary and we wanted to go somewhere special. We had great service and delicious food we even went again for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!!

Was the most expensive property available in Cody when we were there. $299. Common areas are very well done and comfortable. Excellent staff at the front desk. Rooms were big and very comfortable. Well lit, good climate control. Wifi was terrible! Breakfast starts late 7:00am. No shuttle to/from the airport. Location is a bit far from town.

Stayed at Ivy for 6-7th time. We come to the Cody area to visit The Hideout Guest Ranch and always stay in Cody on the Saturday before and Saturday after. It is an excellent property, undoubtedly one of the finest physical plants in the area. In addition the staff is very accommodating. We arrived before noon - the usually check out time - yesterday. I had called when we were about an hour away and the room was ready on our arrival. We had dinner in their restaurant last night. First rate, much better than usual hotel fare. Again staff was very accommodating.

We planned our vacation for yellowstone and looked at all the area hotels. The Best Western Ivy Primier is the best in the area and it is located close to everything. The staff are some of most welcoming I've encountered anywhere in the world. I highly recommend the Best Western Ivy Primier.

Staying in Cody for just one night of a long road trip, we were looking for a nice, clean and comfortable place to stay. We were very pleasantly surprised to find a Best Western Premier. It was a few extra dollars, but well worth it. Clean, modern, quiet, and good service. It's more, quite honestly, than you expect in a small town.

We were a large group of 4 families traveling together with 3 small children. We were very impressed with the cleanliness, decor and comfort of this property. We were able to get adjoining rooms so grandparents could help with the young children. We were also placed near the pool and fitness room which was very convenient. We also had a fabulous dinner in a private dining rom and a excellent breakfast the next morning in the resturant. Staff ws excellent and super attentive. We all highly recomment BWP Ivy Inn.

Little more expensive than the other Best Westerns that we stayed in while in Wy and South Dakota but it was very worth it. Nice, fancy, and quiet spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Beautiful shower area with rock floor and great water pressure. Nice, soft absorbent towels. Great amenities. No free breakfast but if you're a Best Western Reward member you get a 20% discount at the restaurant on site that has great food at breakfast as well as at dinner. There's a bar in the restaurant too. Nice staff all the way around. Glad we chose this hotel while in Cody.

We were visiting family here and after a hurry experience at another hotel we booked this hotel. When we arrived we were upgraded to a suite. It was this nicest room we have ever been in. This hotel does not offer free continental breakfast but does offer a discount which was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for two nights and felt so comfortable. We had two queen beds with a balcony on the third floor offering a lovely view. The room was spacious with a sink, coffee machine, mugs, glasses, microwave, fridge, large tv, good aircon/heating system and free WiFi that worked well. The bathroom was of a high standard with a walk in shower area, plenty of hot water and good towels. The main road is busy but the sliding doors do keep the noise out and the soundproofing generally is good. Plenty of free parking. There is a large pool and small fitness centre, small comfortable lounge areas on each floor. Free coffee in reception area and a restaurant attached to the hotel offering 20% off breakfast. The hotel is almost out of town but it only takes about 15-20mins to walk to the centre. There is a large Walmart a short drive away and plenty of eateries. This hotel has very friendly, professional staff and is of a high standard throughout. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Beautiful room and super nice staff! The elevator was broken during our stay, but the front desk was more than accommodating and let us use the service elevator. Our suite had a balcony that had a nice view and as a bonus we could watch deer!

Went to two other places before here..(comfort Inn..not open under construction)(holiday Inn express..smelly entering the door..so we found this place EMMACULATE for the same $$$.....no breakfast but 20% discount...room is nice..all amenities..just a little narrow between desks and bed so we just moved the chair...its was very quiet..until 745am when the dumpster was unloaded,,about 10 mins..other than that great location just skirting cody..and about 7mins..to any end of town

We eat here often and are never disappointed. Breakfasts are a surprisingly good deal, and suppers have a range of excellent choices from steaks to sandwiches to pasta. The service is great and always comes with a smile.

We were there with our three grandsons, for one night, we had a room that would accomodate the 5 of us, with a pull out sofa bed. This was listed as a suite, but it seemed small in comparison to other places we have rented. The room was clean, the linens nice, the location of the hotel is good. The pool area is well maintained and our grandsons enjoyed their time there. The water is a comfortable temperature, I even got in with them. There is a hot tub also. I did not realize that a breakfast did not come with the room, that was my mistake, but it does make the price for the room expensive. They offer a 20% discount at the ajoining restaurant. We were on the second floor and could hear the people above us, as we were settling down to go to sleep.

Wonderful hotels for families exploring the area, especially Yellowstone National Park. The hotel has a lodge feeling. housekeeping staff craft cute animals with the towels. Parking is free and convenient. Easily waking distance to the museum.

Highly recommended the BW Ivy Inn. I have stayed at many BW hotels but my first time at a premier on a business trip. It is very comfortable, clean, spacious, has lots of amenities, and the staff really makes you feel at home. Very convenient bar and restaurant that serves delicious meals and don't even have to leave the hotel after a long day.

The only place to stay in Cody. The beds are very comfortable with nice linens, the room very quiet, beautiful view from our balcony, and upscale decor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very very clean which is a top priority. Will stay again. The only small issue was the showerhead did not have alot of pressure.

Staff was friendly and accommodating!! They went out of their way to help us. The facility was clean and beautifully designed and decorated!! They have thought of everything to make your stay the best ever! They have many little books and crannies with tv and fireplace for you to relax and read or watch tv without being stuck in your room the whole time.

Lovely hotel, themed really nicely. We opted for a mini suite at the front of the hotel. I was a bit concerned it may be noisy being on main road, but it was very quiet. Our room was very comfortable and large. We ate in the restaurant and had a good meal. Would stay again.

Ivy Inn & Suites is our favorite hotel in Cody. The hotel is beautifully decorated with a great western theme. Each of the three floors has a very comfortable lounge area with TV and fireplace. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff is courteous and helpful. The suite with sitting area and balcony is awesome, featuring a comfortable sofa and wonderful views. This is definitely our "go to" accommodation for our frequent trips to the area.

Stayed here for 2 nights and was satisfied. Did a lot of research before determining that this was our best choice in Cody. A bit too far to walk from here completely through downtown but you can easily walk to the Buffalo Bill Museum. Room was clean and quiet. Nothing fancy but adequate. Ate all our meals in their attached restaurant which was convenient and we could bill to the room. The food was good there - service is a bit slow.

Wonderful location and great decor. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Rooms are tastefully decorated, quiet and very comfy. Only complaint was all the TV channels were analog instead of HD quality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone passing through the area.

We were booking a trip to Yellowstone Park so we decided to stay in Cody Wyoming for a couple of nights. The Best Western Ivy is positively the best hotel we've stayed in so far. The room was awesome! Comfortable beds,very spacious with a sitting area. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it was great, reasonably priced and great service. You can't go wrong with this hotel!

High quality throughout, this is the nicest Best Western I've stayed in. The rooms are large, modern and comfortable. This is a 4 star hotel. Even though it is a bit pricey, it is well worth it. The staff is helpful and friendly. The restaurant has great food. I would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

We booked this place last minuted using Best Western Points. WOW were we surprised just how NICE this place is. This hotel is new, nice and has the wow factor...and it is a Best Western. Everything about this place was above expectations, from the front desk staff, to the room, the entire place was clean, new, modern and had just enough "Cody" flair to make it unique. Do not hesitate booking here...you will be more than pleased. The restaurant is also exceptional choice for a tasty meal.

This is worthy of the name "Premier". Everything was excellent from check in to check out. There is a restaurant onsite and the breakfast was not only good but very reasonably priced including a discount with your room key! Would definitely stay there again.

The room was nice with good bedding. The lights were all dim. Kinda weird. they had a Keurig coffee pot w a nice selection of pods. We ate breakfast in the restaurant and it was ok. Dry biscui and scrambled eggs, my eggs Benedict were ok but one of the muffins was burned. Good location in cure Cody. They are trying to be upscale but haven't hit the mark.

Great Hotel: Clean, nice rooms, great beds. Bar & restaurant in Hotel. Very close to everything.. Spent 3 nights including trip to Yellowstone. Pool area very nice and hotel is very quiet. I hour to get to Yellowstone from here. Only ate Breakfast here but tasty and got discount from staying here.

Had not used Best Western for accommodations in a long time. My husband & I were extremely pleased. Everything from main lobby and overall decor of lobbies and hallways to the room itself. Absolutely outstanding room. Great size ,comfortable bed and the shower/bathroom set up was phenomenal. To top it off the restaurant attached to main lobby was great food, decor and reasonable prices.

The Best Western Premier Ivy Inn is one of the nicest Best Western hotels I have stayed in. The lobby was very nice and my room was clean and modern. The walk in shower was great! Although I am a Best Western rewards member my room request was not honored. As many others have mentioned, breakfast was not included in the room rate, but the restaurant gave hotel guests 25 percent off.

The room was okay and comfortable, but for $245, it should be. The two main issues I have is that, first, there was no breakfast included - unusual for a Best Western. Secondly, the staff was very disinterested and not motivated to be accommodating. I tried to get road and driving instructions about Yellowstone, and was really met with a dismissive attitude. There was one desk person with a long beard who treated me like I was a nuisance. And in the morning I wanted to get an early start and went to the desk at 5:30 am to get a hard printout of my statement, and there was NO ONE at the desk. I waited and waited. I came back 20 minutes later finally someone showed up. Also,The staff in the restaurant was curt and hurried. Hopefully, we just caught everyone on a bad day, but I would suggest the whole staff receive some hospitality training. "Guests" are the reason they are there. It is a shame, because the hotel is beautiful and is in a great location.

This turned out to be a very big surprise. The property, lobby and interior were decorated and high finishes were used. Our room was fantastic, more along the lines of a Marriott or Hilton! First class in every way. The location was excellent and we drank our coffee in the morning on our balcony that had a great view. We would definitely stay here again.

After a long day of driving we had reservations here and I wish I could have stayed another night. I don't know how to describe the room other than amazing! It was a two bedroom with balcony! It looks like each room has their own balcony! Love it! Upon check-in the staff was very helpful and friendly. This hotel is located right on the main drag. This is by far the best place to stay in Cody! Parking is free and easy! They do have a restaurant but we didn't try it. The menu looked good!

Excellent newer attractive BW. Clean, good size, well appointed rooms. Wide hallways. Quiet for good sleeping. Staff extremely welcoming and helpful. No free breakfast but 25% off breakfast at their restaurant (8th Street). Servers and food here very good and reasonably priced. Great location.

This one is a Gem. Clean and fresh throughout. Courteous staff in the lobby, restaurant and bar.Well maintained: No loose or malfunctioning shower heads, valves, toilet seats or faucets.Not many places that I can say that about.

We had had an unfortunate experience with other accommodation in the area and visited this hotel and asked for two rooms. Staff were attentive and helpful. We were offered adjacent rooms, as we had a young child to consider. There was a balcony, and although this fronted a main road, this was not a problem. The building is quite interesting, and attractive, for a fairly new hotel and the atrium really very pleasant. Access to the car parks was easy. Breakfast was quite good although one member of staff was not the most friendly. Location is fine for all the sites of Cody and around.

On the drive from Yellowstone National Park to Billings, we had a one-night stay at the Best Western Premier Ivy Inn and Suites, in Cody. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet and service hospitable - clicking off all the items on my hotel checklist. Our second floor room had a fridge, coffeemaker, walk-in shower, small sofa, coffee table, one side chair and a work desk. We had dinner and breakfast at the Inn restaurant. The food was tasty - though if you're looking for very fine dining, there might be other choices to consider.

This Best Western has to be one of the nicest in the US. First of all, its only three years old. Everything is clean and neat. The lobby is beautiful. The people that work there are friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, well appointed and quiet. there is ample parking, it is close to everything you'd come to Cody to see. Breakfast is good, very reasonable and you get 25% off if your a guest of hotel. We really liked it here.

We where traveling from SD to Yellowstone with an overnight in Cody. We are so glad we chose this hotel. We arrived late and where the last people to check in for the night and where greeted by two very pleasant gentlemen after a very long drive! We did not get to really enjoy this beautiful hotel because we where up very early the next day. The lady working the early morning shift at the front desk was very helpful telling us about Yellowstone and giving us a map and suggested taking coffe for the road. We traveled for a week and this was the nicest place we stayed. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable! I wouldn't stay anywhere else again in Cody if I am ever lucky enough to go back!

I could live here!! This hotel is beautiful, clean, quiet, comfortable! It hits ALL my boxes. We stayed in a 2 room suite which had 2 full bathrooms, a completely separate room for the beds, a full family room area with a wet bar and full size Keurig. Beds are heavenly with plenty of covers and cover options (blanket and comforter), plug in next to bed for phone and such. The staff was great, very welcoming and informative. The coffee in the lobby is even good! Laundry facilities are available. Shower head and water pressure are great with a lovely stone pebble floor. Towels are thick and absorbent. Top marks for QUIET, CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, FRIENDLY!

This is a great place to stay. It is dressed up version of a basic motel - but they did it very well. Service is good. The room was very clean and comfortable with a modern roomy bathroom. It is right on the highway without any greenspace (hotel and parking only) but close to town. The indoor pool is a little larger than average with a large hot tub. This is one of my top 3 places to stay in Cody.

This hotel is in a convenient location and the guest rooms are beautiful. The shower in our room had a rock floor and the shower head was great for tall people. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here after taking a break from Yellowstone. Of course this hotel is amazing it's brand new. I just hope management and staff maintain its beauty. It's really beautiful. We had two queen suite, which was perfect for us. Room was big and super clean. Beds comfortable. We had dinner which was pretty good. The Thai chicken wraps were awesome. Staff in diningroom were very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the BW Premier recently and were very pleased with the hotel and its amenities. The room was clean, the lighting was good and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was nice with a lot of choices for everyone. We were with a big group and decided to order pizza one night instead of going out. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly helpful in guiding us to Pizza on the Run that delivered! I would highly recommend this BW!

Friendly staff, super clean hotel. Comfortable beds. Great location on our way into Yellowstone! My only wish was that they served a complimentary breakfast typical of most Best Wester Hotels. But the 25% discount offered at the attached restaurant is a nice offer!

We originally were going to stay at the Irma. So so so glad we chose this hotel instead. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The beds were awesome. So comfortable. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Great location to local attractions. Say hi to Alan, Callie, and Missy!!

This is a fantastic hotel! I loved it. We were on the 3rd floor. Each floor has a sitting room that is different from the other floors. Has a very nice atrium that is not so big that it takes away from the look of the hotel so that it would feel like a cavern. It was nice that they supplied free washer and dryers. The only thing I thought that could make it better was to have a free breakfast in the restaurant they had downstairs, like they do at an Embassy Suites. At this one, you had to purchase breakfast so we went out to breakfast each day.

Talk about a nice comfortable room, We drove about 6 hrs through Yellowstone and we had made this reservation early. We were very surprised at the suite with our balcony looking out to the mountains. The bed was the quality and personally my best night of sleep. I hurt my back before leaving boating with the kids. So it meant so much to get a great nights sleep. The shower is a rough rock floor and the shower feels like your under a wonderful water fall. This has to be the best place to Cody to stay.

The hotel is like a fancy lodge. It is beautiful. The room was very nice and the bathroom was really great. Big shower and all. I was very happy. Everything was clean. The room was quiet. Service was excellent ans friendly. Free coffee in morning. There are free laundry machine available, but we didn't use them. We ate in the restaurant because it was convenient. It was average, consistent. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed one night before we visited Yellowstone. I debated between a 4-5 but in the end the cleanliness, facilities, and friendly staff won me over. Our room had two double beds and a couch. Very clean. Refrigerator microwave and a huge deck. The shower had a stone floor like hgtv. We went to the pool and had it and the hot tub to ourselves. We ate dinner in the restaurant. Good but not excellent. Loved having the laundry on the third floor. Brought our own soap and dryer sheets. Thanks trip advisor tips! Lots of outlets for charging phones. And lighting too. Our rate was aaa through hotel.

I was travelling with my kids throught Wyoming and chose the Premier property over the Plus property. Was initially hesitant at the Premier was more expensive. I was very happy with the experience. Access to a real breakfast versus the instant stuff at the competitors places is a real plus for me.

We had been staying in an RV near Yellowstone for a week and I was ready for some luxury. Built 6 years ago but feels quite new. Best Western matches any status you may have with another hotel chain, so as diamond status we were upgraded to a suite with two queen beds, frig, microwave and coffee maker. The pool was quite nice and I appreciated that it had a long section that was 5' deep. I really liked the design and materials of the walk in shower. Checking in and out was a snap. The on-site bar and restaurant were just fine and reviewed elsewhere.

This is the nicest Best Western I have seen it is amazing. The pool was nice. The rooms were really nice. The restaurant downstairs was really good for breakfast and it was not free BUT you got a 25 percent off discount.

Our Mountain View room did include a noisy road, but we still enjoyed it. The shower was a great large size walk in, bathroom had plenty of room and nice amenities. Each floor had an outside lobby/meeting area with large TV and fireplace. The pool and hot tub looked clean and nice. We only ate breakfast at the onsite restaurant, but it was inexpensive, delicious, good selection, and you get a 25% discount. The bed was very comfortable, nice linens, fridge, microwave. Friendly, helpful staff. Definitely would return, and highly recommend staying there.

Very nice spot. The room we had also and an exterior slider so we could park the car right by the room for loading and unloading. The room was modern and spacious with sufficient power outlets and a great shower in the bathroom. The room was quiet and comfortable, would definitely stay here again.

When you want the best in the Cody area the Ivy Inn should be your choice. Excellent amenities, friendly accommodating staff, and superior rooms. We highly recommend staying here while visiting the area.

This hotel is very nice and up to date. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and offer everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the rooms are kept clean. It is a bit outside of town, so not really walking distance to much, but also not a long drive to anything. Nice convenience area to pick up snacks, water, etc. Ate breakfast at the on site restaurant, meal was good and a fair price. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a good place to stay. Only complaint is a mountain view room also includes a noisy road....could not open patio door due to the noise.

We stayed at this hotel on Wednesday, August 1st as part of a 9-day family adventure going to Grand Teton National Park, Yellowstone National park and then on to Mt. Rushmore. I had researched our route extensively and picked Cody as a destination so that we could break up our trip and also see the rodeo. I had read so many reviews that said how great this hotel was, and BOY, were they RIGHT!! The service at this hotel was amazing, the rooms were the cleanest that we had in all the hotels we stayed at and the beds were super comfortable!! This hotel was everything I had expected it to be and more, and I would highly recommend this hotel to any travelers going to the Cody, WY area. The hotel's on-site restaurant was also excellent - we ate dinner there and the food was delicious!! All-in-all, this is a great hotel - well managed and worth staying at!!

This hotel is situated on the road leading out of the town, however it's only a short drive back to the Main Street. It's a great location if your heading out towards Yellowstone and there's plenty to do within the area. Has a lovely pool and chairs to sit round, it's also larger than most standard hotel pools. Rooms are a good size with facilities, and are clean and well decorated. Bathroom was a walk in shower which was lovely. It's a short walk to the Pizza Hut which serves a great buffet. Hotel has a restaurant on site but did not try this so cannot comment.

My husband and I stayed here on July 25th on the way to Yellowstone. Hotel was very nice and staff was pleasant as well. We had a room with a fireplace which was nice.Our room was very nice, clean, comfortable. We had breakfast at hotel restaurant and it was very good. Would definitely stay there again.

Upon arriving at this property, we were impressed with the quality of the hotel. Staff was friendly; rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. High-end bathroom was a nice touch. We liked the complimentary self-service laundry available on the 3rd floor (just bring your own detergent). We would stay here again for sure.

Despite reading some negative comments about the air conditioning (which we found not to be accurate during our 88 degree stay there), we booked our family's July 21 overnight stay in Cody at this facility. Each of the three rooms was modern, spacious, nicely furnished in Western motif and equipped with all amenities we expected. What was the real surprise was the hotel's 8th Street Restaurant. One of our grandson's has severe food allergies (eggs and dairy are life threatening, as well as allergies to nuts, fish, sesame and gluten...Celiac disease), so accommodating him at restaurants is always an issue. Our waiter and the chef found a very good combination of foods for him, while serving delicious meals (both dinner and breakfast) for the other 8 people in our party. All staff were friendly and helpful, so clearly the right place for us.

We stayed here for 2 nights and loved our stay. The candy at check in and out were nice touches. We were right by the elevator and you never would have known it- very quiet! The breakfast at the restaurant was good and the hotel offered a 25% discount on our ticket. We enjoyed the pool and fitness area very much. The location was far enough off the main downtown area to have some separation yet close enough that it was just minutes away. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend

This hotel was absolutely fabulous! They take service to the next level. The rooms are modern, clean and extremely comfortable. Great bedding, lighting and shower! I highly recommend staying here when in the great town of Cody.

Spacious room with a balcony overlooking the mountains. Really comfortable bed. Large bath. Good breakfast. We only stayed one night, but if we had more time, it would have been a great stop to hang around!

The rooms are clean, the staff accommodating, and the restaurant convenient with a great reasonably priced breakfast. There is a working pool and hot tub in a room with a great view. The gym is small but has all the necessities. The hotel is located a walking distance away from the Buffalo Bill Center of the West museum, and from Sheridan street (the main road) which offers a variety of restaurants, stores, and their annual July 3rd-4th parade.

We had an excellent stay. Very helpful staff and a very nice hotel. Was pleasantly surprised at the quality, presentation and price of the attached restaurant. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

We have stayed here twice. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are always kept clean. They are environmentally conscious which is good. Terrific atmosphere and the restaurant is excellent. A great way to beat the crowds downtown and so convenient. We love this place.

A very nice Oasis from the Hot Wyoming Sun. A very nice hotel situated in a very good location in Cody, WY. Wished the room had a tub, but it didn't, but the AC kept us nice and cool. Nice appointed hotel with comfy rooms. No included breakfast as per premier usual, but had a very nice stay, nonetheless.

We enjoyed our 1 night stay here at the Best Western. Personally i think its bit dear but then you are paying top dollar as its in Cody and very plush. A very friendly welcome awaits. Our suite was lovely and beds comfy. We had breakast in the restaurant and that was very tasty. Its a good choice. Lots of parking around the rear.

We stayed at this hotel on our last trip to Yellowstone/ Cody 4 years ago & knew we wanted to come back for a longer stay. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of. You need to book ahead because they do fill up during busy travel times. I can't imagine a nicer hotel in Cody. The rooms are very, clean,large and comfortable. We booked a suite and there are 2 full bathrooms with walk-in showers!!! It's not your typical suite with a pull out couch...there's an L shaped leather couch, kitchen table and a kitchenette. I was more than surprised to find 2 closets, one was a walk-in!! Holy cow!! The beds were very plush and comfortable. I can't wait to come back!!

Have stayed here many times. A good option for Napa at a very reasonable price. People are friendly and the place was very clean. Pretty decent location relative to wineries, downtown, and restaurants.

My family and myself stayed on Cody for 2 days while visiting the Yellowstone/Teton area and this was our oasis! Fabulously friendly staff, big comfortable rooms with lovely fixtures and sleek features! The cold lemon/lime water in the lobby was my savior! Pilar was a warm, welcoming face:) The entire staff was beyond welcoming! What a wonderful mountain town with an exceptional hotel! What a nice hotel. Clean and well staffed. The room was very large with a mini bar fridge and a huge shower. No tub. The technology was a wonderful thing after three days in Yellowstone with zero communication capabilities. The lower floors have a separate door from the hallway leading to the indoor pool and the parking lot. The restaurant was very good for dinner, breakfast was just ok. There is a store right across the street and a wal mart about a mile down the road. It was close enough for me to the downtown area and the Cody museum of the west. The only downside was the slamming doors, all up and down the halls.

Spent two nights with grandson. Clean, spacious and comfortable room with 2 queen beds. We had a large balcony that faced the north west street front. Very loud and sunny in the evening Difficult to pull out turning left due to its location on the bend of the road.

Wow. What a great place...I've eaten at their restaurant before, great food, but never stayed in a room before. What can I say...spacious, spotless, well appointed, A towel on the bed folded in the shape of an elephant! Really??? Local Chocolates in the room...we ordered desserts from room service. It was fast, delicious, very reasonable, and the girl was very pleasant. We sat on the balcony and watched the sun set over the mountains by Yellowstone.

We only stayed here one night before heading into Yellowstone but after a long day of driving, we were very happy we chose this room. We had a premier suite that had an extra couch as well as two queen beds. The beds and linens were super comfortable and we had a great night sleep here. Downtown was only a 10 minute walk to dinner. We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it was good. Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Cody!

This hotel is by far the best Best Western we have stayed in during our trip across the States. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and seemed to be full of ideas about things to do in Cody. The rooms were very spacious and the bathroom was a wet room so also very spacious. Both the bedroom and bathroom were very clean. We had 2 bedrooms under the same booking and, for the first time so far, they had put us together with interconnecting doors. The beds and pillows were extremely comfy. We did not eat breakfast here but dinner was also alright. We had drinks in the bar which were great, and we enjoyed the ambiance, although they do shut at 10pm evey night. Although we came here to visit Yellowstone, which is at least an hours drive away, we would definitnely come here again as both Cody and the hotel are great!

Comfortable hotel with fitness and pool, which was enjoyed by our family. Close to Buffalo Bill museum which was excellent! Bedding was comfortable and the room and bath very nice. Close too to grocery store!

Fabulous Inn, starting with the room clerk suggesting we park our expensive motorcycles under the breezeway, "snubbed up to the island." Great room, good restaurant with attentive staff, early morning hot coffee, nice outside dining area, comfortable day lounges. Great value for the money. We'll definitely stay here again. Good culture.

My wife, our son (almost 16), and I stayed here for three nights last week. We enjoyed our stay and found this Best Western quite comfortable; we had a room with two queen beds. The shower was great. There's no included breakfast, unlike many Best Westerns. Wi-Fi was slow at peak times, but it worked. The staff was very friendly and helpful re local attractions. We'd happily stay here again on a future visit. This hotel is a short drive -- and one can easily walk -- from the fabulous Buffalo Bill Center for the West.

This hotel was clean, quiet and the food in the restaurant was very good. It is just down the street from The Buffalo Bill Museum which is surprisingly extensive with his history, interesting art, and a large collection of guns. It is large for a small town and they give you a two-day pass. The hotel is on the road to the eastern entrance to Yellowstone.

Had reservations. First clerk indicated our room not ready but second clerk stepped in and said it was. Hotel very nice but in my opinion very over priced. Room was nice and everything was in working order. No continental breakfast at this hotel even with the overpriced rooms. Did offer 25% off if eating in the hotel restaurant. Opted not to do that. Would not stay in this hotel if in Cody, Wyoming in the future.

Stayed for one night while on our way to rapid city! it was a great experience. The hotel is beautiful and in nice condition. The staff was excellent and helpful. It is definitely a premier property. They even offer free laundry service. Would definitely recommend.

Booked two rooms, and both were very nice. My wife and I had a small suite that was great. Our friends had a suite with two bathrooms. Since they were two ladies , they thought this was wonderful. They did not have to share a bathroom. Very clean. We had a large balcony with a view of the mountains. Would definitely stay there again. Only drawback was there was no breakfast included.

I have to say I cannot believe this hotel is a Best Western. To all travelers going to Cody Wyoming this is the best hotel in the area. Nice staff and great rooms! They also have the nicest restaurant in Cody and the staff is also very good. Please do not let the Best Western name detour you from staying there.

Of course, being in the middle of Buffalo Bill Cody country, I would expect to see Western decor. This hotel has great customer service, friendly staff, and an excellent restaurant for meal choices. I loved the feel of the west when we walked into the hotel. The location is nearby all the attractions/restaurants/parks. Highly recommend. Rooms are spacious, ours had a balcony with chairs and table. Our refrigerator did not have a freezer, but the staff was helpful in putting our ice packs in their freezer. Additionally, we needed to print some documents and that was available at the front desk. The laundry was very useful and no charge for washing or drying.

We found the accommodations at the Best Western Ivy among the best. Comfortable beds, nicely appointed bathrooms, kitchenette with coffee station, microwave and small refrigerator. Ate in the restaurant twice and was pleased both times. The front desk stay is very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely return!

This was our first time to stay at this hotel and we loved it! From the kind and helpful staff at the front desk, to the beautiful decor, to the cleanliness in the room, to the great room service for dinner, we would love to stay here again! In fact, we wished we had planned 2 nights in Cody after our experience here!

We have been travelling the area for over a week - different hotel every night What a treat to stay here - room immaculately clean, room facilities perfect for the traveller, there is a free laundry, pool and hot tub. We found the staff on reception exceptionally helpful, and there is a small area at reception selling basics you might need. We stayed In a suite overlooking the mountains - ok - there is a main road between us and the mountains but we are on a road trip. Restaurant fine - food good, service reasonable- we know that in this area there are a lot of seasonal staff, so allowances must be made. I must mention something I have never seen before in a hotel, a sanitised tv remote. This shows the standard of cleanliness this hotel aspires to. Another attention to detail is the on/off switch on the bedside lamps - stops all that groping around in the middle of the night to find the switch with a 4 inch lever

For a place just outside Yellowstone National Park we expected much more pleasant and responsive service. If you are staying in the area, try Jackson Hole instead of Cody. This Best Western, in particular, was disappointing. Clerks were not friendly and the restaurant for breakfast was many steps below your typical continental fare. We would have preferred a continental breakfast rather than a disgruntled waitress and very poor food.

The room was very large and well appointed. It looked beautiful. No free breakfast, though, just a discount at their restaurant. Beds were large and comfortable. My wife appreciated the nice assortment of toiletries. Very good location.

Arrived at the hotel which looked like it had been recently renovated. The staff were friendly at check in, we were given a room on the third floor with a balcony which overlooked the mountains. We were very lucky with the weather and sitting out was lovely. The rooms were a good size, very clean with a walk in shower and nice amenities , a plus point also is there was a big safe in the wardrobe. The hotel has lovely seating areas on each floor with open fires. Would definitely come back. Excellent restaurant which I have reviewed separately

Stacy was our server the two mornings we ate here. Excellent service, easy access, and great breakfast foods. We had Eggs Benedict and typical 2 eggs over easy with bacon. Tried the great oatmeal one morning. Coffee was good and plentiful. Can take a to go cup if you wish.

We made reservations at this hotel a few weeks, maybe a month in advance, and found out a day ahead that our plans were going to include us being in Cody a day earlier than originally thought, so I called to see if we could come earlier, as some hotels maybe wouldn't have a room, but the lady I spoke with understood and said that we could come and it would be no problem. Not too mention that we had scheduled for a few extra nights, unsure how long we would be in Cody. It was no problem when we had to cut our nights short. The customer service is amazing and the people were so accommodating and friendly! The room was very clean and the walk-in shower was amazing! We found the price well worth the stay. (We had a bad experience with a previous 3-star hotel.) If we are ever in Cody again, this is the hotel to stay in for us!

I regularly stay at The Marriott family of properties and Cody, Wyoming doesn't offer one of their properties. What a spectacular surprise to find this hotel. The staff are helpful, courteous, polite and welcome you with a smile. They offer an outstanding value along with complimentary washer and dryer for those on extended trips. I would stay here before I would ever stay at the Yellowstone Hotel again. The access to the park is only 52 miles and we saw grizzlies, moose, deer, elk and Bighorn Sheep “before” we entered the park. Pleanty of good food options and other things to do in Cody also. You can't go wrong. Stay here!

Wow! After two weeks on the road, this was without a doubt our favorite stay starting with the service at the front desk from Chris. This is a lovely hotel inside and out. Our room was well-appointed, clean and so very comfortable. The bed was great, we usually use a mattress topper but did not find in necessary for the first time on this trip. The shower is a roomy walk-in with great water pressure. The sitting area in the room offered a comfy spot to stretch out. The pool and hot tub were a welcome site after three hours of driving in the snow in Yellowstone. Thank you Best Western Premier Ivy inn and Suites!

We spent a week in Cody visiting the local area, Yellowstone and the Bighorn National Rec. area. We had a very enjoyable week, while staying in a perfect hotel for our purposes. The staff was friendly and helpful, the restaurant had really good food and while we had a ways to drive for our attractions, it was a very enjoyable week.

I traveled +100 nights per year in my career so I have high expectations for hotels. From the minute we drove into the hotel I new this would be an excellent place to stay. Jan, the desk clerk was beyond helpful as I had not stayed in a BW for years. The room was large and had every amenity including a bathroom with top-of-the-line fixtures & custom tile walk-in shower. The public areas were very attractive and the business center was outfitted with Apple computers. The hotel restaurant is probably one of the best places to eat in Cody!

The Best Western was great! Room was spotless and very comfortable. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Pancakes ordered for takeout and were very good. Will definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great stay

After a brief assessment of our room it was clear to us that it was not prepared for occupancy and the TV was not working. We were offered another room or upgrade and we choose to move next door to the other room. The rooms are clean and very comfortable with quiet heating and cooling units. The stone floor in the shower hurt our feet but it was okay. We were on the first floor and asked someone where the ice machine was and she sent us upstairs, duh.. there was one on our floor a bit hidden but I will say I never heard a sound from the ice machine. You can walk into town from the hotel, it's a short walk to the Buffalo Bill Center of the West and we enjoyed an ice cream from the Dairy Queen across the street. We did not try the restaurant, maybe next time!

Very nice hotel. Certainly one of the better hotels in Cody. Has everything you need. Rooms are modern, comfortable, and very clean. Nice indoor pool. Gym has enough equipment to provide a through workout. Restaurant on side provides good options at a reasonable rate and great taste.

The Best Western Premier Ivy Inn is amazing--you will rest comfy --love the proximity to down town and the museum- people are great --rooms are so clean, in house eating and lounge. Lots of area to sit and visit-in house internet use-- love the décor --

Excellent service, accommodations and amenities. This property is definitely a cut above the norm and while there are high prices in peak seasons, our stay occurred in the off season so it was affordable (and well worth the money). The only caution I would provide is that the lighting in the bathroom is not bright enough. Other than that, it was perfect!

We stayed 2 nights. Very clean, spacious rooms. King bed was ok, not foam, but ok. Hotel was quiet, well the whole town was pretty empty. Front desk person suggested we go to Cassie's for dinner. We had read that Irmas was the place to go but we took the gentlemen's suggestion and went to Cassie's....huge mistake. I had to return my elk/buffalo burger twice. It was one if the worst burgers I've ever had. Pre-made, then cooked, then frozen, then re-heated to serve. Went to Irmas the second night and had a very nice dinner and experience. Our Place for breakfast both mornings, a locals place, was good. Bring cash they don't take credit cards.

This is a very nice Best Western. It is appointed with beautiful bathrooms with a very large rain shower -- much appreciated after a day of hiking. Nice toiletries and cool rags to pack in the cooler every morning as you go out adventuring. I wish it had an outdoor pool but no negatives to speak of. I would definitely stay there again

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Premier Inn & Suites in Cody, Wy. We stayed in one of the suites, so we had plenty of room. The bathroom was a good size with a walk-in shower. The hotel is clean and well managed. The staff was courteous and friendly. We were not thrilled with the food in the restaurant except for breakfast but the service was superb. It's within walking distance to the main part of town. I would highly recommend staying here while your visiting this beautiful part of the country.

Stayed here Friday before and Sunday after a snowmobile trip into Yellowstone. The folks are friendly, rooms clean and the beds comfortable, oh and they have a restaurant. After a long drive to get here it was a good place to bed down and nice after being on a snowmoble for 2 days in fresh snow.

This is one beautiful Best Western in Cody WY. Its on the west side of town just a couple blocks from the Center of the West Museum and the visitor center and there are plenty of dining options within a few miles but the on site eatery is great all by itself. The hotel lobby is beautiful with a 3 story atrium, fireplaces, and sitting areas that provide you with the western lodge feel. Great fitness center and an indoor pool that is long enough to get some laps in.

excellent hotel, complimentary laundry was great.. just a shame they do not include breakfast, and one of the most expensive I stayed in on this trip, next to the museum was excellent.. would def stay here again

We have stayed at the Best Western Primere Ivy Inn and Suites on several occasions and have always had an excellent experience. The staff is professional, but friendly. The meals we have had at the restaurant were very tasty. The hotel is at a very convenient location for our needs.

We spent five terrific nights at this property - likely the best hotel in Cody and the surrounding area. From the time we arrived until we left the staff were friendly, accomodating, and made us feel welcome. We had a junior suite with a nice view out the front - very comfortable room, nice bed/mattress and linens. Plenty of room in the sitting area. Well worth it. If we are ever back in Cody this will be our place. Loved the bathroom - a large walk-in shower. Great big and fluffy towels. Two things I would change - the toilet seats are too low and the shower head is too high. We ate four of the five nights in the restaurant at the hotel - it was that good. And if you are a hotel guest you get 25% off for breakfast. The food was excellent and so was the service - especially Helen and Tammy. Don't miss this gem in Cody.

Overall this is a great hotel. It is typically more expensive than some of the local hotels but we wanted a nice clean comfortable room in a good location that had a restaurant & bar and this place had all of that. The pool and other facilities looked great, but we did not have a chance to try them out. Staff is great and having restaurant in the hotel is nice, especially in the colder months.

This hotel is really a cut above with a very nice décor. It is well worth the price. Breakfast is not included in the price but you get a 25% discount in the on-site restaurant. I recommend the grilled trout and eggs; just excellent! This is definitely the place I will stay when I am next in Cody.

This is a very nice property with better than average decor and furnishings. Our room was very nicely decorated and very quiet, larger than normal TV. We arrived in the dark so didn't notice the view but it was of the back parking lot. If a view matters to you, mention it at check-in. This hotel does not include breakfast, which I think it should at the price. There is a restaurant, which was closed when we arrived at 9:00 pm, and you do receive a 25% off coupon for breakfast, which we did not use. Our TV remote had dead batteries when we arrived, but these were replaced by the front desk. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a quiet restful sleep and jumping off point for Yellowstone or points north.

We stayed at this property after leaving Jackson Hole and traveling through Yellowstone. It is a beautiful property and it exceeded our expectations! They allowed an early check-in even though we didn't have a reservation. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The restaurant and bar had limited hours during the week but when they were open the food and drinks were excellent. Our room was very nicely decorated and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. It is conveniently located near all of the Cody attractions. We will most certainly visit this property again.

This is my favorite place to stay in Cody. Beautiful and comfortable. Would be a great place for a reunion, has gathering places on every floor. I always feel like I'm at a lodge when I stay here. Has everything you need.

We were scheduled to stay at the Best Western down the road but they closed early for the winter season. They transferred our reservation to the Premier Ivy Inn & Suites. The Ivy Inn & Suites was very comfortable, clean and quiet. We would definitely stay her on any future trips to Cody.

We called a few days in advance to book a room for a couple days. On the day we were to leave, I became sick. They were going to move us to another room but thankfully we didn't have to move. Stayed 2 more days until the medicine started to work. The front desk people were amazing and did everything they could to accommodate us. I have lupus and never know when a flare up is going to happen. Ended up going to ER twice. Thankfully there is a restaurant there and a small store near the counter. The grounds and rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. Nearby places to visit and places to eat. Easy access to Yellowstone Park although it is 80 miles to the entrance, the drive is beautiful as is downtown Cody. Highly recommend this Hotel.

Our second time staying here. Outskirts of town, good beds, restaurant for breakfast inside the hotel (you get a 25% discount and the food is very good and fairly priced), about an hours' drive to Yellowstone east entrance. A bit pricey but clean and updated, as opposed to other hotels in town. Front desk was efficient but not particularly pleasant or friendly (weren't the first time either).

Hotel is very nice since it is a BW Premier. Normally we stay at a cheaper hotel but it was our anniversary so treating ourselves or so we thought. Check in staff friendly. Room very nice. At bedtime once TV off we became aware of the very noisy AC unit. Sounded like a 18 wheeler running outside our window. Husband changed to fan and a shrill sound began. On 2nd floor so opened window. Bank of 8-10 AC units below running so worse. So we ended up with AC on and slept very little that night so certainly not worth money. Told check out staff who did not seem to really care but did say he would have someone check it out. Last time we stayed it was great this time very disappointed. Breakfast is not included but you do get a discount at restaurant which is overpriced and was also disappointing. So will not stay here again.

Nice clean property. Staff pleasant and efficient. Rooms were very clean. Beds comfortable. Over all we were completely satisfied. It's the first time we have ever stayed in a best western premier and we were impressed will be looking at the premier in the future.

Stayed this year on October 14, 2017. Beautiful property in Cody, Wy. Staff very friendly. Fall rate was best value for any hotel I have ever visited. Truly a lux property. Is is very handy for visits to the Buffalo Bill Center and it's great museums. Also handy for the Rodeo grounds.

When looking for a hotel for one night in Cody, I was hesitate to book this one because of the Best Western name, but with all the good reviews, I chanced it. I'm so glad I did. This is not your typical Best Western. This is a welcoming place - inside and out. The staff is welcoming. The rooms are a great size and very well appointed. We had a walk in shower that was really nice, the bed was comfortable and it was nice having a little balcony. Each floor has a common gathering area with a fireplace and seating. A nice touch for extended families and groups. An overall pleasant surprise.

The Best Western Premier Ivy Inn is the best place to stay in Cody, Wyoming. It is within walking distance to the star attraction, the Buffalo Bill Cody Museum which is a "can't miss" attraction. And the main street begins only two blocks further from the museum. Going the other direction (driving West), leads to the most scenic area imaginable as you go towards Yellowstone Park

Was on vacation in Yellowstone and stayed in Cody for 4 nights. This hotel is the best!! Comfortable, extremely clean, employees were excellent. It was so nice to know that after long hours of driving all day every day, we were going back to this hotel. Would not think twice about staying here again. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Cody is a great town.

The hotel was great, the personnel working there were very helpful and very professional. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in Cody. Only minor problem I had was when I ordered a sweet roll for breakfast, they warned it up, it became very hard after a few minutes. Suggest asking for it not to be heated up!

The appointments in our room were definitely above average. Marble bathroom, sitting area, luxurious bed, spacious. Small patio available. Restaurant and bar very popular with good hours. Helpful staff. Location near Buffalo Bill Cody Museum. Parking convenient.

Spent just one night there on the way to Yellowstone. A bit pricier than the other options in town, but as a name brand and we thought we'd give it a try. At check in, we were told the TV feed on floors 2 and 3 was out, hoping to get it fixed but no promises. They offered us a first floor alternative, or $20 off the king suite we had reserved. All in all they were vey gracious. The suite was everything we expected, plus size bathroom and walk in shower. Breakfast tickets allowed 25% on breakfast in the restaurant. It was a bit of a disappointment, one waitress for several tables, food was ordered to taste, and prices were reasonable with the discount. We'd stay again.

We arrived quite late to hotel on our way back from Yellowstone. Unfortunately the restaurant next to hotel was closed and we ended with take away. The hotel itself was very nice, well furnished and the staff was very pleasant. The room was large with a sitting area and nice bathroom with a shower with a pebble floor and small pull down seat. The bed was comfortable. Wish we had more time to enjoy the place. Also I would prefer if the breakfast was included in the package - at the end we decided to have it in the nice coffee bar in the center.

This property lived up to the TA reviews, and then some. Everything here is well done, decor, rooms, amenities, pool /workout room. This is first class all the way. Great way to end our Tetons Yellowstone vacation. If you stay here, you won't regret it it!

The hotel was very new and modern. Everything top notch from the service to the actual comfortable room. Clean, smelled good, nice size, large shower, all the comforts of home. Perfect even had a cafe attached although we did not use it due to time. It was like a miniature Hilton as far as amenities. So very nice. The only thing I would say it was a little pricey. If you are on a limited budget the other Best Western in town is efficient, clean ...nothing fancy though. This one was top of line for Cody

Beautiful hotel. Have stayed here before and will stay again. Nice to have the bar/lounge and restaurant on site. Enjoyed the pool as we had extra time. Someone took their time and decorated the hotel very nice.

This is a fine Best Western. Our room was quite nice. It was clean, large, well laid out, and everything worked. The bed was comfortable. The staff people were competent. This is one of the best Best Westerns we have ever stayed at. There are two Best Westerns in Cody, located close to each other, and Google sent us to the other one after we requested directions to this one. So one needs to pay attention to the signs to make sure he is at the right place.

I have stayed twice at this hotel. The hotel is lovely, the rooms well decorated, the beds very comfortable and the service excellent. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner in the adjoining restaurant, which was very convenient. I highly recommend the Best Western Ivy Inn. (The only caveat: Google Maps takes you to the wrong place, so call for directions!)

There are two Best Western in Cody and this property was a little further down the street. The check in was smooth and they were very pleasant and professional. The room was spacious and clean and even had a balcony. We would stay here if we had the opportunity to visit Cody again. The hotel was convenient to all of the places to visit in downtown Cody. When we left for Yellowstone it was a left hand turn and onto Yellowstone. Very convenient.

What a find this was a great hotel in the tradition of BW and some. We would definitely stay here again even though it was a bit over our budget, but you only live once! It wasn't far from the Buffalo Bill Museum which is a definite see when in Cody. Unfortunately we didn't have time to see a lot of Cody but hope to visit again.

nice hotel, super nice staff. Chris Parson who works front desk is first rate and very helpful. Nice rooms, great restaurant and bar. Great business center. They only have Apple computers which is challenging for PC only people who don;t use Apple but not a problem. In the fitness center, if you like a good work out, the treadmills and the elliptical are not very good quality - basically ProForm type quality which kind of suck - would like to see those swapped out for gym quality - Precor/Life Fitness which are found in most Hilton or Marriott business class hotels. Pretty small investment for a hotel that is generally $300 per night range.

This was my first stay in a "premiere". The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful with questions about the town. Going in to my room I was surprised by how it had such a "modern" look and feel to it. Although not as roomy as some of other rooms I've stayed in, it was enough for me. It was a room with two beds. Laying on both they were comfy as they looked. The sink/fridge/microwave area was compact but efficient for a persons needs. They did not have a tub in this room, but an incredibly large shower area...no door because it was walk in, almost like a locker room. It even included a fold down seating area for those that need it while bathing. I went to the bar area in the evening and they had a variety of mixed drinks. Not entirely sure if they were "signature" drinks but looked good. I wished they had more as far as beer went, it seemed somewhat limited. I went with the Moscow mule and it was very good (usually and beer drinker). The next morning I was disappointed in the service in the restaurant area for breakfast. There is no free breakfast, but guests receive a 25% discount if you prove you stayed there (I showed my key card). I joined a colleague after he was almost done with his breakfast. I was quickly given silverware, a water, and a menu. But I waited quite awhile before giving my order to the waiter (the restaurant was less than 20% full...a guesstimate). It also seemed to take awhile to receive my food. It was a decent size omelette (titled "Wyoming omelette") for the price I paid. Nothing special but filled me up enough.

My wife and I came to Cody to use it as a base for visiting Yellowstone & the Grand Tetons. We selected the Best Western Premier Ivy Inn & Suites based on reviews from TripAdvisor and we weren't disappointed. We have stayed in 5 star hotels around the Country and the Ivy Inn was as good as any. From the spacious, well appointed rooms, the comfortable common areas w/fireplaces, to the excellent décor, we were absolutely satisfied during our 3 night stay.

We were not happy with our first choice for lodging in Cody, so we changed to the Best Western Premier Ivy Inn. It's a little pricey, but our stay was very nice. Beds were very comfortable. No free breakfast, but found that to be true on most of our stays in Montana and Wyoming.

Hotel was beautiful, king suite was spacious with a mountain overlook from a very large balcony. Quiet, meticulously maintained. Important to us is adequate lighting for reading in a room, and they had plenty of that. Pricy, but after days at Yellowstone or enjoying Cody, it was worth the splurge for us.

wonderful, but way too costly. location is sort of out of "strip" area, but great BW hotel though close to museum. Recomended! I think it was too expensive for a vacation. Lots of hotels in Cody. If it were more resonable, I'd stay again.

This is a really nice hotel. Great rooms and nice staff. Has an excellent bar and restaurant. The food choices were really good. Room was comfortable and spacious. They had a great pool and hot tub for unwinding. Family friendly too

The availability of free washers and dryers for guest use was a nice amenity. We had been on the road for two weeks and needed to wash clothing. Not having to deal with a pocket full of quarters was a pleasant surprise.

Stayed here for 2 nights, chose from Trip Advisor reviews. So happy with our stay. Very clean hotel, wonderful beds. Loved that they had a lighted makeup mirror in the bathroom. Lovely sitting rooms on each floor. Only thing I didn't like was the walk in shower. It is a beautiful shower, but without a door or curtain it can get a little chilly. They do have a restaurant on site, but we didn't have a chance to eat there, but they seemed busy. Also ask for a room on the back side of the hotel as it is close to the road and can be noisy. Recommend this hotel.

The rooms exceeded our expectations for comfort and style. The wi-fi was excellent, showers were well designed and had rain-type fixtures, the beds were comfortable. This hotel was such a nice spot that we changed our plans and took our time the next morning so we could enjoy a bit more of it. Thanks too for excellent front desk service.

Our Hotel room was very clean. The atmosphere and ambience at this Hotel was very appealing. Also the room was very clean. Unfortunately the service received from the Reception staff was extremely disappointing from what is a very expensive Hotel.

We stayed at the Best Western Premier on our way home from Yellowstone. We wanted to experience Cody and needed a place to stay. We chose this hotel because of what it looked like online. It is a beautiful, well-furnished hotel that has great amenities. The room was large with a sitting area and gorgeous bathroom with a shower that has a pebble floor and small pull down seat if needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I can't say enough about this place. Wish all hotels had what this one had to offer.

We stopped into Cody on our way to Yellowstone and Teton national parks. The Best Western Premier was first class. As I stated in the heading, the bed and pillows may be the most comfortable I have experienced. I would have given the hotel 5 stars, but the food in the restaurant was only a little better than average.

Nice hotel! We just returned from an awesome family vacation in and around Wyoming. We stayed here on the way to Yellowstone. Just one night, but it was nice enough that we'll return when we next visit Cody. The first impression was strong... something so simple as a scented wet towel at the front desk made all four of us refreshed and happy to be there. The room was a bit larger than most and we were all comfortable. The WiFi's quick, making both kids happy. The view from our room, across the front of the parking lot toward the west, was very nice. We recommend staying here if you are visiting Cody. We booked our visit through TripAdvisors... nice!

I've not stayed at a lot of Best Western's, experiences not the best, but this is better than any I have been to. Only four floors but very nice, clean, a reception area on every floor. Good services and of course every thing is close in Cody. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Put aside any past experiences you may have had with Best Western and strongly consider paying the high rate for these accommodations. It's worth it. Balconies, excellent parking, lounge area on every floor, beautiful fitness center and pool. Neat bathrooms with all the high end lotions and soaps. And the connected restaurant is good and provides room service.

Best place to stay in Cody! Brand new hotel. Quiet. We had one of the larger rooms with a large balcony. Has all the modern touches. Easy to connect your iPad to the TV as they have HDMI ports, etc. in the wall. You don't even have to touch the TV to connect. Excellent front desk service.

What a great place! We stayed here by accident b/c another hotel screwed up our reservation. The room was great. Comfy beds and bedding. Quiet. Nice kitchenette. Good lighting throughout. Good electronic device options. Beautiful bathroom, really interesting design except that the sink is set too far back on the counter. Good coffee. Great staff.

My family of 4 recently stayed here for 1 night during a vacation visit to Cody, Wyoming---and I wish we could've stayed longer! Talk about amazing amenities! The rooms were extremely comfortable and beautifully furnished! This is anything BUT your average hotel room. The bathroom had good lighting and included a state of the art "doorless" shower. The restaurant food was exceptional, and the staff was beyond courteous!

I've been a Best Western customer for years and this is the best one I've ever stayed in. It was much nicer than Gray Wolf Inn & Suites in West Yellowstone and Gray Wolf was more than twice the price.

Bathrooms were spectacular - walk-in shower was most outstanding! Hotel appeared very new with contemporary furnishings. Restaurant conveniently located adjacent to hotel - food was good and reasonably priced.

Those were the 1st words out of my 12 year olds mouth :) YES this hotel is BEAUTIFUL! Great location too for visiting Yellowstone and much more reasonable than anything comparable in Jackson Hole. We just loved our stay here and the great town of Cody. Please be sure to see the rodeo! Great family fun!!

We are picky about our hotels and this exceeded our expectations! Coming from hotels in Chicago, we were concerned about the hotels out west. This was by far the best hotel of our vacation - beautiful, clean and minutes to downtown Cody!

Excellent service, spacious room with plenty of room for luggage, very comfortable beds, nice easy to use coffee maker, safe and large bathroom. Seriously one of the nicest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in!!

This hotel is amazing!! They have every little thing you could possibly want. It is clean, spacious and in a great location. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and each have a walk in roomy shower with a teak bench, a kureig coffee maker and microwave/refrigerator. The decorations are beautiful. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel. It is a bit pricey however I have stayed in more expensive hotels and not had half of what they offer here. They also offer complimentary washers and dryers (2) and sell the soap in the lobby. It was extremely reasonable.

Of the 8 hotels that we stayed at during a recent road trip out West, this was by far the best one for quality and value. We loved both the dinner and the breakfast we had in the hotel restaurant and thought that the hotel public areas and our room were very modern, clean, and nicely appointed. The staff were friendly and efficient. We have (only half jokingly) discussed the idea of returning to Cody just so we can stay at the Best Western there again. :-)

Stayed 5 nights at this hotel. Great hotel. Our family was visiting Yellowstone and decided to stay in Cody since we couldn't get a room in Yellowstone. Cody and this hotel did not disappoint even though it was a long haul to drive to Yellowstone - spent two days in Yellowstone and the rest of the time in Cody exploring. From the time we arrived to the time we left we had high praise for the Lobby Staff and House Cleaning Crew. Our room was immaculate - had two queen beds that were very comfortable - rooms were quiet - never heard our next door neighbors - loved the walk in shower - wished we had a balcony (our son's family did - he had a suite and I think they were attached to the suites), free parking, close to some restaurants but some were across the street which was not easy to cross since it was a major highway. Our grandsons loved the indoor pool. Free coffee in the morning and a small store off the lobby for drinks and snacks. Three story hotel - each level had a sitting room with TV and WiFi accessibility. The restaurant was another story. We decided to have breakfast in the hotel the morning we were driving to Yellowstone - it took a long time to get waited on and once we got waited on it took at least 20 minutes to get our coffee and other drinks and order - after waiting for 30 minutes for our breakfast food we decided we had enough and left without breakfast. We told the lobby staff and they told us that they the restaurant just hired some new servers and they were breaking them in, not an excuse. We did have dinner one night there and the food was good, service was still poor. Would book this hotel again. On the expensive side but well worth it.

Motel was very clean and well kept. Staff was super friendly. Was not so impressed with the in house restaurant it was very high for the quality and quantity of food but there are plenty of places to eat nearby, venture out.

We only stayed for one night at this lovely BW Premier property. We definitely wished we had booked two nights. The hotel staff are all extremely friendly and the public areas of the hotel are clean, well decorated and functional. Each floor has a living room styled area with a sofa, a couple chairs and a tv. We booked a two queen room and were very pleased with our accommodations for our group of four. We had a lovely wet bar area, a great bathroom with a large, gorgeous roll in shower, the two queen beds, a dresser/desk combo with the tv above it, a luggage rack, chair with footstool, a small end table type round table and a balcony. The decor of the room is just lovely. We went down to dinner at the attached restaurant, 8th Street, and had a wonderful meal. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and we slept well. We arrived later than we had hoped after a full day at Yellowstone, so we did not get to use the other hotel facilities. A two night stay would have allowed us to enjoy the hotel more as well as give us more time in Cody. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely return here in the future.

Our stay at the Cody WY Premier Best Western was a highlight of our trip to Yellowstone Park. We could not believe that such quality existed in the relatively small town of Cody, WY. Henceforth, we will seek out Premier Best Westerns wherever we travel. Literally nothing could be improved upon except use of duvets on the beds which I find very uncomfortable.

This is a premier hotel. Absolutely the most beautiful Best Western ever. We had a king suite, and it was absolutely gorgeous. Cody is a really neat town and only wish we had spent more time there. A lot of history!

We stayed at the Best Western Premier in Cody after a visit to Yellowstone National Park. It had a mountain view & balcony, and the pictures looked great. It not only met, but exceeded my expectations. I'll elaborate below: Location: This hotel is on the main drag in Cody. It is not within walking distance to any other restaurants or tourist attractions other than Pizza Hut or Dairy Queen. This hotel is about an hour from the east entrance of Yellowstone. Service: No problems with service. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities: This hotel offers an indoor pool, fitness center, business center, FREE laundry, and an onsite restaurant. We had dinner here and it was exceptional. While they don't have a free breakfast, all guests receive a 25% discount at the onsite restaurant. Also, off of the elevator on each floor is a small sitting area with TV. This is a neat touch. I was impressed with facilities. Room: My prior experiences with Best Western hotels have all been terrible in the past. This one is definitely the exception to the rule. Not only was it the nicest Best Western I've stayed at, it was also one of the nicest hotel rooms I've stayed in. The room had two queen beds, a private balcony, microwave and fridge, and a very upscale and well appointed bathroom. High points were: the beds were very comfortable. Slept like a baby. The shower was heavenly and fantastic. Also, the room is very eco friendly. There are recycling bins in the room, and the air conditioner turned off if the balcony door was open for a certain period of time. The only thing I didn't care for was that the so-called mountain view was more of a highway view with the mountains in the background. Couldn't see the mountains well, and definitely not the view I hoped for. (Better description would be partial mountain view). I still really enjoyed the view I had, and it definitely did not detract one bit from the overall experience. Overall, I definitely recommend the Best Western Premier if you need lodging in Cody. Don't be afraid of the price-- this is one of, if not the most expensive hotel in Cody, but it is definitely worth every penny. If you can afford it, do it, as it is worth splurging for. :)

This hotel was amazing. The rooms were very clean and smelled good. Room was a very nice size. Bathroom was awesome!! Pool was large. Friendly staff. Would stay here again!! We had a ground floor room on the backside of hotel. There was a sliding glass door in the room that led directly to the parking lot. It was very handy to unload our bags directly into the room. A family of 5 requires a lot of luggage!

Nice room and very clean. Beds comfy. Bit of noise from the main road but if you like it quiet request an even numbered room at the back of the hotel. Staff seemed very friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Pool seemed clean and ok decent size.

Cute western decor mixed with modern toucheslike electronic do not disturb buttons and very quiet central air conditioning. The ceilings are high so the room seems bigger than it is. They have a restaurant on premises where guests can get breakfast at 25 percent off, not free. Location is very close to the different attractions and museum. Service was excellent and rooms were super clean.

Can not say enough good things about this hotel. From check in to check out all the staff was friendly and helpful. The whole hotel is super clean!! Loved the electronic do not disturb and housekeeping buttons. Really glad for the recycle trash can as well in our room. Want to go back to Cody just to stay here again.

Everything about the Best Western Premier Ivy Inn and Suites in Cody, WY is excellent! The hotel is very nice. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Requests made to the front desk are fulfilled within minutes of calling. The hotel is conveniently located near many of the attractions in Cody. Although we only stayed in Cody one night, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel so much I wished we had planned to stay longer!

The hotel was very good as to the property and staff. Expensive for the type of hotel but it seems that all hotels in the area charge a lot in the height of tourist season. Staff in restaurant working like dogs as very short staffed as was quoted to us "people here on welfare and don't want to work."

Hard to believe this facility is 5 years old. Rooms are clean and updated. Nicely laid out and quite quiet. Never have seen an electronic "do not disturb sign." Everything about this facility was top notch, especially for this size of community. We raved about it.

Fantastic stay in Cody, Wy at the Ivy Inn and Suites. Our first stay at a Best Western Premier Hotel and will stay again! Luxury bed and bedding, wonderful shower! We ate breakfast at the hotel and it was also very good.

Very nice new and modern hotel with a pool to enjoy for the whole family after spending a week camping in Yellowstone National Park! A little over priced but very comfortable and relaxing. We would recommend this hotel for your next vacation.

This was the first time we have stayed at a Best Western in years. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Rooms were modern and clean. Staff was great, especially in the restaurant. Within walking distance to museum and downtown. This hotel has an indoor pool and offers a discount on breakfast. We had family staying at the Best Western Sunset which is right down the road from Premier Ivy. They had indoor & outdoor pool and breakfast was included. Both hotels are nice but the Premier is a bit nicer and a bit more expensive.

I have nothing but positive comments for this hotel, the best place we stayed during a 2 week trip through the west. The accommodations were great, we had a 1 BR King suite, which included a spacious living area and a balcony to enjoy. Loved the walk-in shower. The service, from the front desk to the cleaning crew, was tremendous, including leaving us a very nice handwritten note thanking us for staying. It has a great location - a direct drive in to the eastern entrance to Yellowstone, and having been through all 4 entrance points to the park, the drive through the Wapiti Valley in through the eastern entrance is easily the most scenic, especially in the morning light. It is also right down the street from the Buffalo Bill Center, a very well-done museum, and minutes from the core of town with the different places to eat. Definitely would stay here again if we are fortunate to return to Yellowstone.

Felt like we were treated like royalty. The cute swan and dragonfly towel sculptures with mints that were put on our bed was a great touch. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us after a horrible visit at another hotel in the area. Would definitely go back.

New hotel with excellent decor fitting western, Yellowstone area. Nice large rooms with new features and layout. Great large sitting areas on each floor for large groups or family. Hotel great location on State highway 14 (eastern access gate) to Yellowstone. Close enough to dining and other other "tourist" activities in Cody like the Buffalo Bill-Wild West center and Main Street shopping, fine dining, etc. only issue and it's a minor, nitpick-the hotel needs larger fitness room.

We were in town for just one night and this hotel was great! It is relatively new and close to the cute town and the rodeo. The front desk was very accommodating since we arrived early. The cold, wet wash cloths were very refreshing!

Very convenient for visit to Cody museums and rodeo following trip to Yellowstone. Friendly , helpful staff and very clean room and facilities. Recommend "The Local" restaurant , hotel restaurant also good.

The hotel was very close to the rodeo. We would've preferred a hotel closer to town where we could walk. The hotel has a great atmosphere, looks great, was clean and comfortable. We were only there for two nights so we did not avail ourselves of all of the amenities. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful regarding local activities. If you're looking to go to Yellowstone this is a great location as it is on the road to the east entrance.

Room was clean. Bed was the most comfortable we slept on in the two weeks we were gone. The cleaning staff went above and beyond and left us notes that said Happy 4th of July, enjoy your stay. I would recommend this place to anyone!

This BW is a great place to stay in Cody. Conveniently located, very updated and comfortable. Stayed here in June of 2017 between visits to Yellowstone and Grand Teton. Kids loved the amenities, especially the pool and the wifi! LOL The staff were very nice and the hotel itself is very nicely decorated. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

We stayed here on the 4th of July. Had no reservations but check in was a breeze room was clean and comfortable and we were able to set on our belconey and watch the city fireworks display. All in all a great nights stay.

This hotel is very clean inside and out. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Beautiful inside and out. We had breakfast in the restaurant and it was very good and well priced. Our family would definitely stay here again if we ever return to the location.

We stayed in the suite with a separate bedroom and bath. I think it's the biggest and only room of this kind there It was an end unit with balcony very quiet. Very comfy and roomy! Beautiful decor and lots of town information booklets. Will definitely be back!

I am not a Best Western person. I stay in Marriott and Hilton properties because I want exquisite rooms, spotlessly clean, comfy, and sumptuous! So, it was with a little hesitation that I booked our stay at this hotel for our Cody trip. When we arrived, I realized I had made a good choice. The hotel is top notch. It's Wyoming decor on steroids, with big logs and that hunting lodge kid of feel. Check-in was seamless! I walked in and said my last name and the clerk handed me the packet with a welcoming smile. The hotel is roomy and quiet (except for the occasional kid running the halls on the way to the pool...) The rooms are lushly furnished, big and cozy, with great attention to detail (exquisite decor, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, fridge -- AND A SAFE! -- walk in shower, roomy bathroom, the most comfy hotel beds we ever slept on. The staff is cheery and friendly, eager to help. The restaurant staff as well. We ate breakfausst every morning (25% discount for staying there) and the trout and eggs is incredible. The bar is great (not open long enough for me. Closing at 10 p.m. is like three hours too early!) I'd like to see that bar open longer. The pool and hot tub were luxurious! The hot tub is huge and HOT! (In other words, perfect!) Wi-fi is free and worked perfectly. Book a room on the street side, though the backside (facing a parking lot and hill) is incredibly quiet. The hotel is just down from the Buffalo Bill Center and you can walk to the shops and restaurants on the main drag. I can't say one bad thing about this hotel. Best Western has upped their game with the "Premier" line of hotels, and because of this hotel I've joined their rewards program and I'm going to be looking for more Best Western Premier hotels when we travel.
