Best Western Plus Clocktower Inn

Love the room, very relaxing!!! I tend to come down often with a couple of friends for the weekend. It's a great location and it's by pretty good restaurant as well as social locations spots. They have worked with me before on rates, not sure why it changed.

We're told we could park the 14 ft box truck on the exit of the hotel. 3 hours later, we are ready for bed by now, got a phone call that now we had to move the truck because of the garbage truck coming the next. Day. As we were checking out the garbage truck came, we would not have been in their way.

We have stayed here several times. The times we had our dog with us were our best experiences. The down town noise can be loud depending on your room location. Stella's is fantastic and the staff is friendly.

Close to interstate, safe, comfortable and welcoming..covered parking in this fabulous older BW location...and you MUST stay for breakfast! The hotel will give you menu options for registering guests...an man o man is it an amazing restaurant...I could barely finish the portions and the service was beyond reproach. Stop, stay and relax...soooo worth it

Stayed on a vacation trip, room was large and very clean. Excellent staff and breakfast was amazing!!! Would definitely stay again! Only negative thing was no microwave in the room, but giving 5 stars regardless as everything else was perfect!

Super nice hotel located downtown, walking distance to so much. Check in was easy, staff friendly. The room was very spacious, clean, comfy pillows and loved the thick towels. I set up an airport shuttle for the AM. Not only did they have amazing pasteries to-go but the shuttle was on time and friendly driver. Quick trip to the airport. Highly recommend this hotel

Beautifully remodeled rooms. Boathrooms have in floor heat. Rooms are nice and spacious - great for traveling and working remotely. One of the best features is breakfast at Stella's Bakery. Amazing food. We dined in and carried out. Both options were great. Amazing service.

couldn't find our room. drug our suitcases all over and up the elevator and found out it was on the other side up a set of stairs. Opened the door to find a room that hadn't been cleaned. Desk clerks aren't friendly. Parking sucks.

We've been through Billings before . It is largely a pit, but the piitiest part is downtown, where one finds the wayyy out of time Clocktower BW looking like a horror movie set. The were active drug users in in impossible parking lot. A man crouched in the handicapped spot cleaning his nails and teeth with a long, notched knife. Sirens were screaming an there was a line waiting at this place that was perhaps 50% people experiencing homelessness or worse. How on earth this became a BW-plus beggars belief. We drove perilously through accidents an police incidents to the newish chain hotels near the I-90 Zoo exit. We found something cheaper than American Horror Story BW downtown. For the record, I lost money thanks to these insanely inaccurate reviews, and in addition, my attempts to call BW or management went to AI chat as far as I can tell.

Stopped for 1 night during a road trip through the area. The hotel was easy to get to, the designated parking was great, room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant breakfast was great!! Highly recommend!

We came with our 2 kids for the weekend. We are Best Western rewards members. Without even asking we were offered an upgrade. They gave us a poolside room. The hotel breakfast is a voucher that is used at the restaurant adjacent to the hotel. A choice of 7 meals that are made fresh to order. You can sit and dine or they will prepare it to go. Hands down best breakfast ever!

Just spent one night in this hotel but it was very nice. The bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was included and it was also really good. We would definitely reccommend this hotel.

Best hotel I have stayed at in Billings, staff were very accomodating. Rooms were newly renovated and clean, breakfast was supplied by the attached restaurant with a choice of menu items and was fantastic. Downtown location with walking distance to a number of restaurants. As a bonus, this hotel offered a motorcycle washing station.

The staff at this hotel was very nice and the room seemed to be recently remodeled. I wish I would have had more time to use the pool and eat at the restaurant, but I was in and out. The next time I'm in Billings I'll stay here for sure. A side benefit is this hotel is right in the middle of a lot of restaurants and bars in downtown Billings, which makes it very appealing. No driving needed for a good time!

This is a really nice hotel for the value in downtown Billings walking distance to all the downtown shops and a few blocks from some well known restaurants. Hotel provides a voucher for a breakfast with many options at a local favorite restaurant. The food and volume for a complimentary meal far exceeded my expectations.

Within downtown area. Easy access to restaurants, shops and bars. Lobby is very clean, room is great for the price, friendly staffs. Affordable price. They provide a great company discounts. Breakfast was great

Superb service from the moment Brooke checked us in. Lovely, clean, and attractive room. Did not have the opportunity to use the pool. For the only time that my wife or I can remember, the complimentary breakfast was a choice of one full selection from about ten real breakfast plates like eggs and potatoes, oatmeal and fruit, etc., not just a bagel and cold cereal. Located right downtown with a dozen places for dinner within an easy walk.

Traffic noise through the entire night was untenable. Sky high luxury resort price for a downtown middle of the road motel. The only plus,,,,it was convenient to my business meeting and the optional hotels where I could have stayed were booked. I'll plan better next trip.

The best staff and facilities with lots of support and both knowledgeable and efficient personnel. Having an agreemnet with Stella's Restaurant next door was great! Shuttle service a terrific addition.

Check in was smooth, All staff we encountered were friendly. Nice clean hotel rooms. The breakfast was great and the hotel was walking distance to several food and drink options. We would definitely stay here again.

What we liked: air conditioning was on when we arrived; soft bed and pillows; large bathroom; good size room; cookies and water upon arrival; large TV; some covered parking; breakfast at a real restaurant next door (waiting list got up to 45 minutes); friendly skeleton staff; WHAT WE DIDN'T LIKE: small frig without freezer and spoiled, smelly food left in it; no microwave; personal hair in tub and shower and on shower curtain; horrible smell from spoiled food left in the room; germy shower curtain; used bar of soap with personal hair on it in bathroom; all bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash were empty (called the front desk to ask for supplies but was told they didn't have the staff to bring soap to us but I could get dressed and go to the office to get soap); FYI: nice outdoor sitting areas; nice pool area but noisy at night; large, old complex; heard dogs barking and howling (not near our room) so they must allow pets; in the center of downtown

The staff were very accommodating knew I has a procedure done at the hospital and made sure I had a bar in the bath room was very hel pful for me the bed was very comfortable and breakfast was wonderful

The Clocktower shuttle picked us up from the airport minutes after we called. We were really pleased with the room, location, friendly staff, downtown discounts and Stella's famous breakfast. We stayed on two different occasions, invited friends for breakfast get togethers and ended up recruiting additional family members to book a room as well. Recommended.

Hotel was excellent with new high end remodeled rooms, heated floors, wood shutters, huge TV and charging station on the clock. The breakfast at the attached restaurant was excellent, food portions were huge. we had the omelette and cinnamon roll. Had problem with the desk clerk on check in but no manager was around to resolve the issue that she would not give me the breakfast menu even though I was fully checked in and my credit card was run. "company policy" I had to wait for requested first floor room which was not a problem so I could not get menu until I got room key

Friendly service and a clean comfortable room made this a great stay for the two of us and our dogs. This hotel has an excellent location with so many great restaurants nearby (we loved Jake's Downtown), and we saved 10% with our room key. The complimentary breakfast from Stella's was delicious as well. I highly recommend this hotel for comfortable and well-located accommodation.

Remolded rooms, best breakfast, the pastrys at Stella's are very good and the staff at Stella's are friendly. Pet friendly and great staff will do what ever it takes to make your stay a great one. Thanks for making it a great place to stay for our Christmas shopping

Throughout the years I have stayed at the Clocktower Inn several times. The experience has always been great. The rooms are fairly priced with everything you need and are comfortable and quiet. Breakfast at Stellla's never disappoints, it's the best fringe benefit of staying at the Clocktower by far. Combined with it's prime location downtown, it's hard to beat the value per dollar at the Clocktower.

A wonderful gem in the heart of Billings, Mt. Should you have any sort of concern it is always addressed very quickly and as we are usually in the town for medical purposes they can and do help with easing the strain of the visit.

I always enjoy staying here. Clean, easy, friendly staff, welcoming, comfortable beds, Stella's! The location is close to many nice restaurants of all ethnicities and some excellent pubs. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

I came through with a touring band, and loved this hotel, and the breakfast across the way was great, too. It's getting harder and harder to find a decent hotel for a reasonable price, so this was a pleasant couple of nights for us.

Every summer for the past 17 years I have had the comforting and relaxing experience of staying at the Clocktower Inn. Professional staff, impeccable facilities and a grand experience. I slept like a baby and totally relaxed and it was precisely what I needed!!

Clean nice room! But………did not get room I booked. Breakfast is a local restaurant next door with only a couple of choices and a 60 minute wait. No elevator. No microwave in room. Beautiful room but with other issues it makes it hard to choose them.

Looked for nice hotel in Billing's MT, the Best Western is always our choice of hotels, we were not disappointed, the check in and service we received was exceptional, as was the check out, the hotel breakfast was first class as was all the amenities , the pool and area was clean and well kept. A plus was the covered parking for the vehicle, I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Came in for a couple of days for business. Staff Had amazing customer service and the front desk keep checking on me. Made me feel like I was staying at a 5 star resort. Made my stay so much nicer. Thank you I will be back!

Stayed here for 2 nights as we drove out to Littl;e Bighorn National Monument. The friendly young man at reception could not have been more helpful both at check in and when I solught further information the following day - top marks! Parking was availble right outside our room. The room had comfortable beds and was spacious, as was the bathroom area. Breakfast, included in the room rate, was available at the adjacent Stella's restaurant.

Great customer service, good complimentary breakfast at Stella's, rooms were very clean (and I'm SUPER picky when it comes to cleanliness!) Parking is very convenient (the parking lot is surface-level parking right outside of the hotel). The hotel is dated and the fitness center is pretty small, but other than that it's a good stay.

Clocktower Inn was great. 1. It was close to downtown, we walked to a choice of multiple restaurants. These restaurants all coordinated with Clocktower Inn to offer 10% discount. 2. Clean, spacious and quiet. 3. The shower was great. It had pressure and the shower head was fixed great (no squatting to get the top of my head wet)! 4. Free breakfast in the famous Stella's restaurant. 5. Free parking. I will definitely stay here again.

A little off the freeway but worth it, great customer service (gave me a microfiber towel and had a wash station for my motorcycle) and decent rooms. Not the quietest but not the loudest for sure, I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent staff - helped in several fronts including options for plugging in our hybrid minivan. Kids loved the pool and we were glad it was open till 10pm as we arrived a bit later than usual. Brooke and Seth were both wonderful. And the breakfast place next door was great.

Overall impression of the hotel was "gross". Loud, dirty pool area, super long wait for breakfast in a adjacent restaurant. Hotel was in a very loud, rundown part of the city. We could easily hear room above us. Standards were not up to a Best Western "Plus", just a Best Western.

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times. It is consistently clean, comfortable, affordable, and has great staff. It's got a good location near restaurants and a short drive to the airport. Stella's food is always excellent. You can't go wrong here.

We stayed in Billings on a family road trip to Glacier. Easy to find off interstate. Front desk staff was pleasant and welcoming. They provided nice little bags for the dogs. Caution if you have a box on top of your car, you won't fit in the parking garage. Room was clean. Big fridge. The main drawback was the AC didn't work which made for a sweaty July night. Only response at desk was, “sorry about that. You should have called us.” Unlikely to have remedied anything at 1 am but ok. The saving grace was the included breakfast, which is provided by the diner on the property. It was shockingly terrific. Worth the stay. No sad buffet of yogurt, pop tarts and hard boiled eggs. This was a made to order breakfast with homemade bread. Go for the breakfast alone!

It looks a little interesting as you drive up, but the room was clean, the property felt safe and the amenities seemed well cared for. It took a reeaaallly long time to get breakfast even though we were seated quickly.

My trip was required to bring an Aunt to the Billings Clinic for surgery. This hotel was nearby and had good reviews, so I booked the trip last minute. Additional nights required would be dependent on how her surgery went. I booked through a third party company for two nights. The total of my first two nights cost me $360.88. I needed to stay an additional night and booked directly through the hotel for my same room. This single additional night booked through the hotel was an additional $212.82. That's a ridiculous change. I still have two other charges pending on my credit card in the amounts of $50 (assuming deposit) and $175.99. Given my experiences already, I am hoping these do not become another issue down the road. I was woken up in the middle of the night for an emergent room change re: a supposed broken pipe in my room that was causing issues to the room below me. My first room was rented out the same night, so I have a hard time believing it was so urgent I needed to be woken up in the middle of the night to pack my things and change rooms. In my second room, the day I went to go visit my aunt in the hospital I put up the Do Not Disturb placard on my door. When I returned later that evening, hotel staff had been in my room. I know this is the case because my bed was made, towels were picked up off the floor, and my toilet seat left up. I did not appreciate this intrusion. Overall, if I ever have to return to Billings, I will gladly spend my money elsewhere.

We stay at Best Western Clock Tower +when we're in Billings for several reasons. It's a convenient walk to restaurants in the area, all of which off a meal discount for staying at the hotel. It's less expensive than the Northern Hotel where we used to stay but just as comfortable. It offers a 15% discount when staying for medical procedures and a shuttle to the procedures. Finally it offers a free breakfast at the restaurant next door.that is far better than typical hotel breakfasts.

Our room clean and well furnished. The lighting wS can lights with led bulbs. The parking was secure. The complimentary sit down breakfast was a welcome change. We were given a menu upon arrival with a variety of FULL BREAKFAST offerings.

It was fine but I've been to way better Best Westerns. While it's nice to have a real breakfast it does add a layer with kids. If you have a topper on your car there are very few parking spaces. The pool is a little dirty and could use a good chemical cleaning.

We booked far in advance paying $227 for one night here which was between $50-100 more than slightly superior accommodation we had in Fargo, Bismarck and Glendive, At that price we felt entitled to expect a significantly higher standard here for our money. We didn't get it and felt ripped off. The price differential can't be explained by demand in Billings, which is hardly a tourist hot spot. There's nothing wrong with the Clocktower but absolutely nothing special either. The acid test is value for money and it fails.

Great place to stay. The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating to help make your stay less stressful. The staff at Stella's are a hard working group who treat you with the utmost respect when dining.

Price was pretty high for the quality. Almost $200 and not even a freezer or microwave. Floors were filthy and chunks of lint on floor. Host was very nice and helpful. Parking is very small. Not very good insulation in the walls

The check in staff were extremely kind and courteous. The ladies in the restaurant for breakfast were very helpful and kind. Everything was within walking distance. Overall, was very happy with my stay. Will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Best Western so much! The staff was friendly and helpful! The pool was very well kept! We loved Stella's next door! Although this is an older hotel, they keep it EXTREMELY cleaned and it smelled fresh!

I do not recommend this place. Dirty bedsheets, request for extra items not met, not enough parking spaces - had to park in another lot & not reimbursed. No door separating shower/toilet room from vanity room

This hotel is overpriced for what you are getting for. The bathroom was not cleaned up to the standard of what we are paying for. In order to have breakfast, we had to go out of the hotel to go in the restaurant which is not ideal. The free breakfast which comes with the room was very limited in items. We have stayed at other hotels in the same area of the states with a much cheaper price for the room and a much bigger selection for the buffet. This hotel does not have a buffet.

We had stayed at this property previously but in a different section. The location is terrific for walking to restaurants and entertainment. In this case, though, the room detracted from any location benefits: small, dark, in need of a new bathtub, and very noisy. When management leaves earplugs on the bedside table, you know you're in trouble. I used rewards points, so maybe that affected my room assignment. The only good thing about the stay was the included breakfast at Stella's next door. I would not stay in this hotel again unless I could be assured of a room elsewhere.

We have stayed here before and will definitely stay again. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable. The staff is always nice and friendly. Pet friendly rooms are so clean you couldn't tell pets were in there beforehand. Enjoyed visiting with the friendly staff, everyone is awesome!!

Excellent hotel with parking close to your door. Clean and comfortable. Gracie. our dog, was confused with the potty area. They have astrotuff with a drainage system below , but the surface confused her. Try the great restaurant next door called Stella's.

Hotel on second Floor plaza and one parks on first Floor, very interesting. Friendly Staff were very helpful. Clean, large rooms. This Motel is older but well maintain. Attached is a very nice restaurant and Bakery which is excellent! This is a winner

overall it was good. loud guest talking during the day but mostly a quiet stay. The town was sold out when I stayed for a shutdown so parking was tight, but the hotel was doing their best, very friendly. the location as great for the downtown area.

Checkin was prompt; locating parking not so prompt. Hotel seems to be several disconnected buildings with parking beneath and between. Finding electrical receptacles to charge our devices was tricky; too few outlets. The bathroom door squeaked badly. Otherwise, stay was comfortable. Adjacent (not free) restaurant served a good breakfast, but slow service. Ten percent discounts offered for locally owned restaurants in downtown Billings (by presenting BW room key).

It was raining but the room was warm. My daughter and my grandkids were happy to have find the hotel and to find something to eat before going to bed. The room was cleaned like I would have cleaned it myself.

Front desk attendant was absolutely phenomenal! So cheerful and helpful! Room was clean. Free breakfast was delicious and promptly served. Coffee was exceptional. Parking was covered and very close to rooms elevator.

Close to all 5he great shopping, bars and 4estaurants in downtown. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Rooms are very modern with some great features including good lighting and heated bathroom floors. This will always be my place to stay in Billings

The room was above average and the beds SUPER comfortable. The bathroom was large but missing the door between the sink and shower/lavatory. A/C didn't work. Weird floor creaks throughout the night from neighbors.

We never stay somewhere in our own city…but due to a leaky pipe, we had to stay in a hotel for a bit. They have done a recent remodel and they did a fantastic job. The rooms are updated in a very pleasing modern style. The beds are very comfy and the bathroom is spa-like. We have often enjoyed the restaurant (Stella's) that is adjacent to the hotel (and owned by the same people) so we knew we would fully enjoy the free breakfast that came with the stay. Our dog was accommodated so well and even got a bag of treats. It was a great experience! We'll be recommending it to out-of-town friends.

Great little place! The girl at the front desk was extremely helpful and my puppy loved her. The jetted tub in my room was amazing. The place looks a little dated from the outside but the rooms are nice so don't let it fool you. It is a little noisier than normal places because it's downtown. But you have a lot of different places to walk to for entertainment.

I would recommend staying at the clocktower Inn. This is the second year I have attended a convention here. Was very pleased with the customer service of the staff. Very friendly, rooms are clean and they except your fur babies.

Convenient downtown location. Room split into two with a bed in each, which was nice. But, there were obvious hairs on floor of the bathroom, as well as little black ants. The light above the vanity was going out and flickering. Filters from the heater were left out on the window sill. Requested an upper floor when checked in/registered online but did not get it. Front desk staff was friendly. Unfortunately I didn't have time to bring these issues up with the staff.

Talk about a hidden gem! The friendly staff, clean rooms, fabulous bed and amazing free breakfast where a great suprise! Not to mention for $20 you're able to check out 3 hours later...3 hours!!! All this right downtown. We'll never stay anywhere else!

The rooms are nice and clean, check in and out was very fast. The location is great business stays. The free breakfast is done thru Stella's next door and the food is amazing. Be ready to wait in line on Sunday mornings though.

Always a streamlined stay at the BW Clock~! Clean rooms, Heat by sink floor. easy temp adjustment. fridge in room. TV works good. Downtown location is very handy to restaurants, airport and highway. Always stay there when in Billings.

I was greeted with a cheery gal who gave us all the info we needed and made sure I was set up with a rewards account. Explained everything so well. This is a motel with outside doors. The room was clean and up to date. Appeared to be all new flooring. The tub was slightly scuffed if you are really fussy but we would book this room again in a heartbeat! The breakfast that was included was in the restaurant in the parking lot. Great hot breakfast from a limited menu with great service. I took my husbands huge delicious cinnamon bun to go! All good! You can't go wrong here

Brook was a wonderful ambassador for the hotel, checking us is, recommended a dining option based on our desires, giving us a 10% discount, and generally being a wonderful help. Breakfast is NOT your typical "free breakfast" option, but the option to use for free a REAL restaurant with real waitresses and fantastic food. Limited to 5 or 6 options but ALL great -- we had eggs, 3 huge strips of bacon, hash browns, toast (options), and coffee. Other options were equally good. Absolutely wonderful. If every Best Western Plus is this good, we will be back. Certainly we will stay at this one next time we are in Billings.

The staff was very friendly. Beds are very comfortable and good pillows. There is a nice pool area but we didn't get to use it as it is outdoor. Free breakfast at the very popular restaurant next door.

I had to call and change a few details of my stay. I spoke with Brooke on the phone and she was amazing! Extremely helpful, quick, and incredibly friendly. Everything about the stay (check in, room, check out) was very easy.

Clocktower never disappoints, Pet friendly, Personable, professional staff, Warm inviting rooms. Staff was very helpful and professional at all times. Rooms are recently remodeled and nicely appointed. Stella's restaurant adjoins the Inn and is the local favorite. Situated downtown puts it within easy walking distance of first class dining facilities and car rental facility.

The staff was very helpful. Breakfast next door at Stella's Bakery is exceptional. The 10% discount at several local restaurants was a great marketing tool and no problem to use. This included Jake's Downtown Steakhouse that is within 2 blocks walking distance.

The hotel is in downtown Billings. The location was concerning but the staff made me feel safe. It's a very nice hotel with nice amenities. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was awesome. The breakfast is from a restaurant right next door, excellent breakfast and the pastries looked so yummy. You can eat at the restaurant or pick it up. My stay was very nice and I will return to that hotel if I need to stay in Billings again.

Service was always very good. Rooms were very clean. Desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were always very good especially in Billings clock tower location and Spokane WA Liberty Lake location. Would definitely stay there again.

The bathroom is on the small side but it's cute and clean Very friendly and informative staff They even provided ear plugs due to construction Free breakfast at Stella's Kitchen and Bakery. The food was so good I wanted to slap somebody. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. If I'm in Billings Montana again , I know exactly where to stay

Nice and clean hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and very accommodating for my business trip. The internet was free and easy to access. Breakfast at Stella's was free from a select menu which offered plenty of options. Stella's is an icon in Billings and did not disappoint.

The hotel is in the downtown area, close to services and good restaurants. Also an easy drive to the highway as you leave the city. Rooms are adequate but kind of small for larger families. Hotel staff are really nice. A good, safe place to stay.

Good location near stores and restaurant next door. Only problem was near very busy street down town.. and top room guests were noise half the night. Floor in bathroom was heated very pleasant when out of shower. No microwave just a fridge. Restaurant serves meals til 4pm.

The help at the front desk was exceptional. All three I dealt with in my short stay were wonderful. Breakfast was great. One of them printed off my concert tickets, was most helpful. I will stay at the Clocktower whenever I get to Billings.

Very pleasant hotel, very friendly helpful staff, large rooms, great complimentary breakfast at restaurant next door. Only downside is that parking with a tall van is a little confusing but again staff was very helpful with this as well

This gem was a great stop in our travels. I chose it because the rates were lower than all other brand hotels in the area. Everything was good but as an added bonus the breakfast they offered was a choice of selections at the adjoining restaurant, Stellas Kitchen and Bakery. Also worth mentioning is the gentleman in charge of keeping the outside premises clean. He does his job well.

The only bad thing we encountered was witnessing a man getting beat up by 2 other men within a block of the hotel. Did not feel safe. We had asked about the safety around the hotel and were told that it was very safe. So, we ventured out to a restaurant to get a bite and witnessed the man getting beaten up. Then at the restaurant and our waitress informs us that it is not safe around there. She told us there had been and shoot out with a death a couple of weeks before in the alley which was between the hotel and restaurant. Do not venture out alone. Hotel was very nice for an older hotel. Looks to be recently updated. Beds very comfortable. Rooms very clean. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was wonderful. Definitely try the cinnamon rolls!!

Clean and well-managed. Staff was helpful. Great restaurants within walking distance. Wi-fi was good and the bed was comfortable. Great breakfast. Really, what more can you ask for at this affordable price? I've paid more and gotten less.

I rarely review hotels that being said this place is amazing! Was in town for business, front desk staff let me know the company I was doing business with has a special rate. I saved over $1000 on my 10 day stay! Staff was friendly, helpful, and informative. Free breakfast every day at a real restaurant on site and 10% off at other local businesses was a huge perk! On site free parking, daily housekeeping (rare these days) oh the list just goes on and on! Rooms are comfortable and clean bathroom floors are heated (nice touch). I highly recommend this place and for the value you can not go wrong. Any time I am in Billings I won't even think of going anywhere else but here. Thanks guys!

This hotel was so clean and the staff was very friendly! I want to give a specific shout out to Wayne! Moving across the country alone is tough. he saw me struggling to pack something super heavy in my jeep and just jumped in and helped! Thanks again Wayne, you a real one!

The hotel has great customer service but for the price , could use a facelift. I was sad to see no hot tub after a long day , but the customer service made it worth it. The bed was uncomfortable but the location allowed me to sleep later since it is right in the middle of town. Costs the same as other hotels in the area so it could use some updates.

Worst experience ever staying at a Best Western! Crappy rooms, terrible parking situation, had to park in a dark alley and pack our luggage a block to our room and they thought that was okay, I didn't!! Could not get any service. Had to request towels because they were not replace everyday, even after requesting towels, didn't get them. Stayed there 5 days and was able to take 2 showers, again NOT HAPPY! We have stayed at many Best Westerns and this place came close to ending that!! Lucky for Best Western, after this place we stayed at another in Cody, WY and they were awesome, they saved the day. As far as this place in Billings, forget it, I will never stay there again!!

The Best Western "CLocktower" was a superb place to stay and rest during my trip in Montana. Great service, professional people, and superb accommodations. Access to secure internet and resources made this layover a breeze.

This hotel is a gem. Very nice staff, we had parking outside our door, super clean rooms, walkable to many restaurants. (A lot of restaurants close for the weekend due to being downtown.) The free breakfast is made to order at the on-site restaurant and is quite good.

Check-in was friendly and fast. You get the sense from staff they they are truly happy to see you and very much appreciate your business. Great covered parking and access to the elevator. The room was clean and nicely appointed. The pool area was clean and relaxing after a long day's drive. The hotel is located within a short walking distance to excellent restaurants for dinner. Stella's bakery and restaurant located adjacent to the hotel serves an excellent complimentary breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are. Lean, beds are comfortable, Logan set up our event and the service was top notch! Super helpful and friendly staff. Limited parking for vehicles over 6'6, just think ahead, get here early or find a spot on the street for large trucks.

Of utmost importance to us was how well-lit the rooms were!! The Inn & rooms were very clean & spacious. The AC worked beautifully. Your staff were professional, helpful, engaging, & friendly. I also appreciated the contact you made with us prior to our arriving. Communication, instructions, etc. were very clear. The outside surroundings were manicured & clean. There were comfortable seating areas outside & around the pool. The pool was also well managed & very clean. We appreciated the artwork placed throughout the Inn.

This hotel is an extremely overpriced budget motel. Do not let the photos online trick you into thinking this is a hotel, because it absolutely is not. It is a two-story motel with doors on the outside. Downtown Billings is extremely busy, so if you're a light sleeper and need a high floor, I would not recommend. The parking here is an absolute nightmare. They allegedly have a guard that walks around 24/7, but I did not see one the entire time we were there. They do not have security cameras in their uncovered parking area, but do in the covered area that you have to walk quite a ways to get to. Billings has a high crime rate, so this was very concerning. Some positives for the hotel include heated floors in the bathroom, mobile check in/ check out, and friendly staff. Overall, I'd rather pay the extra $50/ night for a different hotel downtown than stay here again.

Great property! Scott helped me park my too tall for the parking garage vehicle and offered to fetch me a luggage cart! This is why I stay at BW's. The room was spacious and comfortable. The AC was awesome on this terribly hot day. WiFi was strong and reliable.

Hotel was very clean and up to date! Friendly staff! Breakfast offered was outstanding! Check in was convenient as was checking out. The pool area was nice and there was adequate parking areas for all.

Have been on a road trip staying mostly at Best Westerns. This one had everything. First I got a call while on the road offering a poolside room. Then is got a gift with water and candy on arrival. Then I got a map with multiple downtown restaurants within walking distance and was told to use my room card fir a 10% discount. Then we were given a voucher for their restaurant across the parking lot for breakfast. The room was clean and large. The sheets were much better fabric than other places. And covered parking. Staff was great.

We loved the hotel and Breakfast at Stella's is wonderful the resturantsbwithin walking distance was a blessing plus the discount at the resturant was a pleasant surprise we will definately plan on staying here again.

Was a little concerned at the location and initial appearance but once we got inside felt a little more secure. Definitely not in the best part of town with some homeless roaming around. Kinda worried about the safety of my vehicle but all turned out well. Room was fairly cramped and floor was extremely sticky... when we wiped it up the white wash cloth turned brown instantly like the floor hadn't been mopped in weeks:( Pool area was lovely and perfect place for kids to burn some energy and mom to put her feet up for a bit after a long day of travel. Breakfast at the restaurant was amazing. All in all we would stay here again...

Nicest hotel I've stayed at in very long time. Comfy beds - nice separation Wall and door between beds . cool rain fall shower in ceiling of bath. And the best part- made to order hot breakfast included at great cafe next door.Definitely recommend!

Room would not cool below 70. Maintenace came 3 times and could not be fixed . Housekeeping was supposed to give us fresh towels and empty garbage cans but did not show. Called fromt desk and was told it would get handled. Never did had to use dirty towels the next day.

If you like the noise of garbage trucks slamming dumpsters around at 7:00 AM this is the place for you. If you like to hear people shouting outside your room at 6:00 AM this is the place for you. If you like to hear dogs barking early in the morning this is the place for you. If you want to wait 45 plus minutes for breakfast you will enjoy this place. Noise easily penetrates the door and walls of our room. Sheets were stained but appeared to be clean. Could not block light from coming in the window like other places we stay. There is no breakfast area at this hotel and one has to go to a restaurant across the way for your breakfast. The restaurant was packed and informed us a 45 plus minute PLUS wait before being seated. Can not rate breakfast as we did not stay. There were so many people waiting for breakfast that people came back and were waiting in the motel lobby to be seated. Desk clerk was courteous and nice. She did give us a discount on the room and points for no breakfast. Motel is a bit difficult to get to because of the downtown location. Parking is very crowded and spots are very small. Not suited for larger pickup trucks, RVs, or trailers. This not the normal Best Western Plus Motel and should be rated BEST WESTERN MINUS.

We absolutely love staying at the BW Clocktower in Billings. So convenient for working downtown, hotel is totally remodeled and feels like a brand new hotel. Staff are outstanding and Stella's for breakfast exceeds every other BW we stay at. Great place to stay for Billings MT

way to many issues from a not clean room, to check-in issues to rate issues to booking poolside rooms and ending up on the second floor. We were suppose to get a call from the manager, never happened.

The night security guard who got me at airport was amazing. He took my 55lb suitcase up the stairs and right to my door. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever found in a restaurant and the breakfast option at Stella's was perfect! I will stay here monthly now when I come down for my kids ortho appointments.

The rooms are very clean and well taken care of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I like the text messaging for check in and check out. Also notices about items I had left behind. Great location for walking everything nearby and handy. Great Restaurants and the free breakfast was fantastic.

Convenient location to restaurants. Comfortable accommodations along with refrigerator. Shower felt great after driving all day. Air conditioner in room made strange noice but I bring ear plugs for things like that. Restaurant attached had good complementary breakfast for guests.

We stayed one night. Room was not ready at check in time although other people checking in were getting their rooms. We were told to go for a walk and they would text us when it was ready. It was a very hot late afternoon we walked around town and then just sat on a park bench after about an hour we hadn't heard and went back. Room still not ready and we asked if they could give us any room that was available. Desk person finally found a room and we checked in. The room was very warm when we opened the door and we couldn't get the air conditioner to turn on. Front desk sent over maintenance who fixed the problem. Wall unit air conditioner was very loud turning on and off all night making it hard to sleep. Bathroom door was dirty. We know it's hard to get help these days but this was the first BW property that we have been disappointed with the quality.

Staff was very courteous- Brooke was amazing! Complimentary breakfast at Stella's was great. Also appreciated the discount for dinner/drinks at surrounding restaurants, shuttle service to the airport and clean rooms.

It's located on a one way street in downtown Billings, not convenient, unless you need to be in Billings for whatever reason. The parking is rather atrocious due to being downtown, with very limited spaces under the building (gets worse if you're there during graduation season as I was). There was no breakfast, but instead a voucher to use at the restaurant next door for a breakfast, including being served. Nice, but you'll need to tip the wait staff. There was a refrigerator, but no microwave! I brought microwave meals with me, but couldn't cook them! I had to walk to a Jimmy John's for dinner as it was the only thing close enough, and fast enough. I don't recommend this primarily because it's right downtown, and since I went during graduation season, around 1 AM, I was awaken by a group of high school kids having a party right outside my room. After complaining, they stopped, only to return again a half hour later, this time smoking in front of my door, a non-smoking area! I had to complain yet again, then they finally broke up and went to bed. The group should have been removed after the second complaint, not given a second warning to continue staying there. If you're young, and/or like downtown areas, then this place is for you, but if you're like me, a middle age traveler on business, only stopping through on your way to the next stop, pass on by this location, it's not for you.

I highly recommend the Best Western Clock Tower Inn, in Billings MT. Very clean!! Excellent customer service! The room was very clean and nice. We really enjoyed our stay, and the location is fantastic! The breakfast place next to the hotel was perfect. Thank you Hannah, we really enjoyed our stay! Five stars!

The best breakfast I have had at a hotel! The breakfast is served at Stella's restaurant. There are numerous options and the restaurant is also a bakery! All the staff were awesome. The interior and exterior areas are very clean and up to date. Located in the downtown area of Billings with many nearby reastaurants. Will be back!!

This is 1 of the best BW I have stayed. We arrived late but had no worries because the hotel kept in touch via text. They offered check in and out via text service. And after we left, when they discovered that we had left an item in our room, we received a text asking us to contact them. Unbelievable!! Great job, thank you.

My family and I stayed here for a tournament. The receptionist was very friendly, professional and prompt. She also gave us wipe down rags for our motorcycles, a much needed and welcomed touch. We had covered parking and I felt safe. The room was gorgeous and LOVED the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable!!!!! We will stay here every time from now on!

The staff made me feel so comfortable and right at home. Housekeeping had a wonderful sense of humor and were so welcoming. I traveled with my cat and they were so friendly and loving to him. I will definitely stay here anytime I'm in the area.

We wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone, especially if your room is under another room. The noise level was extreme and late at night. Also, the pool is outdoors, so no usage during the cold months. No hot tub, which we were looking forward to. There is a sauna, which we did not use. The room still had a scent of smoke.

The room was beautiful and I'm guessing was remodeled somewhat recently. The heated bathroom floors and rainwater shower head made it feel luxurious. Very clean and smelled clean. Great location to walk to my conference as well as a large variety of eating establishments. And the breakfast at Stella's was outstanding. Great staff and no complaints. Loved my stay!

After driving 13 hours with a Uhaul in tow, helped our daughter's best friend unpack her stuff and then take the trailer back to Uhaul; needless to say we were exhausted. So it was quite wonderful to get inside our SPOTLESS room, with the MOST COMFY hotel bed I think I've ever slept on!!! Then the FREE BREAKFAST at Stella's Bakery was the topper!!! I'm picky when it comes to hotel stays, so when I give it five stars, it's because they deserve it!! WAY TO GO BEST WESTERN CLOCKTOWER INN!!!!

The cleanest hotel I've stayed in. Pet Friendly with no indication of previous pets being there. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast at adjacent diner/bakery. Lots of options to choose from fresh and homemade.

We both loved the room! The lady at the front desk was very sweet at check in. Big comfortable bed, the shower was amazing and it had heated floors which was a nice surprise. Theres a voucher for FREE breakfast, which was delicious and the options for FREE Breakfast were really good! If we are ever back thru this way we will definitely stay here again !

I was very surprised upon check-in as it has the older motel look. However, once inside the lobby and most especially our room, the comfort and level of service you expect from a Best Western was quite apparent. Our room was modern and comfy. No issues whatsoever. And breakfast next door at Stella's was the cherry on top. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place if you are wanting to stay close to downtown activities and restaurants. Breakfast at Stella's is always great and staff at both hotel and restaurant are pleasant and helpful. Rooms are clean and secure with Covid guidelines in place.

I wrote a review of this hotel a few years ago, but need to write another one because, after staying here a few more times, I would like to share more of our experiences and thoughts about this hotel. First, the hotel is still amazing. The rooms are comfortable. Some are smaller and some are larger, but you know that going in based on the bed size and number you choose. The rooms are immaculate. The beds....so very comfortable. The amenities are plentiful and everything a person would expect from a Best Western Plus. Ok, so that's all of the normal information and that alone is worth 5 stars to me, but there is more. We stayed recently with our furbabies. They treated our dogs like royalty and even gave them each a gift bag. No hassles whatsoever for having dogs. (They could use a better place for doggie "rest stops" but they do the best they can.) My wife and I appreciated so much that they treated us respectfully, politely, and even make a positive fuss over our dogs. There are a lot of places where dogs are allowed but we are not treated as well. On our last visit, which was just a night ago, we took my granddaughter. They treated her with the same respect they treated us, and even made sure she was provided with the same complimentary cook to order breakfast at the on-site restaurant that we were given. This impressed us SO MUCH!!! I have to say that we stayed at another cook to order complimentary breakfast hotel in Billings not too long ago, and while my wife and I were given complimentary breakfasts, we were told that kids do not get the breakfasts, that they can eat cold cereal. We appreciate the wonderful staff at the Clocktower so much for treating all of us - from furbabies to grandbabies to oldies (us) with kindness, courtesy, and respect. There are a lot of hotel choices in Billings. I was raised there and while I no longer live there, we do return often. We have tried just about every hotel in town. Best Western Clocktower is among the very best, and because of the excellent way they treat our entire family, and the incredibly comfortable rooms and perfect location, we will return again and again and again.

Love the fact they allow dogs and that they have covered parking and the room has a door directly to the outside. Super nice room, double Queen with 2 TVs and a sliding door. Excellent, this is our new main hotel for Billings trips. Super nice front desk and clean room.

We had a very nice and pleasant stay at this Hotel. It was very clean, staff very friendly, breakfast is excellent, and overall makes you feel comfortable and safe during these Covid times. Definitely will come back again.

Extremely clean and very nice. We stayed in the Corporate Loft Suite, which is mostly removed from the other rooms and is right above the lobby. First Avenue is right next to the room, so there is a little traffic noise. The suite itself has two full bathrooms, a kitchen/living room, and the bedroom. Rainfall and regular shower heads in both showers and heated tile floors in the bathrooms. The front desk person was very friendly and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast at Stella's. I stay in a lot of hotels and this room stands out. Overall a very pleasant stay!

We had the most enjoyable stay! Clean, very comfortable room. Such warm, welcoming, personable, professional and knowledgeable staff!! Received vouchers for Stella's Kitchen & Bakery next door - WOW! Fabulous service and food. Would certainly go again and absolutely recommend. While we cannot recall the gentleman that checked us in late at night, he was wonderful, and it was great meeting his dog Bain. Jillian assisted us during the day with every detail in such a kind and professional manner, even suggesting local areas to visit. Hanna and Megan stopped and chatted and added much to the conversation and suggestions. Upon arriving home we even received a personal thank-you from Steve Wahrlich, the Manager/Owner. What a great touch. Thank you for the great experience.

We were on a Trip to Texas. Left a little late at stop at this best Western. I needed a quiet place so that in the morning i would be rested, and ready to go. The Hotel is Clean, Staff professional, quiet, perfect. The moment I hit the bed, I fell asleep. That's rare for me.

The staff were very helpful and the facilities very clean and comfortable. I look forward to staying here again in the future. The breakfast provided was a great surprise and the proximity to all the locations I wanted to visit was excellent.

We love staying here when my husband and I are in Billings. The rooms are well sized, the bed was nice and comfortable. I really like the walk-in showed over a tub. I thought the whole hotel was well decorated. Although we didn't use it, the FirePit outside was a nice addition. It is a perfect location for all our favorite restaurants downtown.

Great place to stay! Has covered parking super friendly staff, excellent location, and super clean rooms! Not to mention Stellas is the best breakfast place in town! Which I was shocked was provided with purchase of room. And they open at 5:30 am giving you plenty of time to eat, and enjoy even if you have to catch an early flight out.

The hotel was nicely furnished and quiet. Rooms open to outside. The heater was very quiet with a thermostat. Restaurants and Enterprise Rental Car were within walking distance. Breakfast was provided by Stella's the restaurant which was next to the hotel. You could either eat-in or take out. The offered several breakfast options to order. Stella's also had a bakery - excellent cinnamon rolls. Pools was closed for the season and no hot tub.

The property is dated, the floor creaks when you walk around the room. Heat worked well. Breakfast place on property is nice, not sure if bfast is always included but I was given a coupon so that was nice. Hot water works well, the shower has two shower heads on opposite sides of the wall, I thought that was cool.

Booked this place in a pinch traveling cross country. Stuck in a snowstorm. And yes, heated floors in the bathroom.....a MAJOR plus! Clean and a cute little spot for your furry friends to relieve themselves close to your room!

Good location and friendly staff. Was clean. But OMG it is noisy. The mini fridge squealed all night, we could hear parking lot traffic and street traffic, the person in the room above us walked back and forth all night and we heard every step. I guess we should have known when we walked in the room and saw complimentary ear plugs on the table.

This property is very dated and is not being maintained well. Booked first floor room as we are traveling with lots of luggage before flying out of Billings airport. Turns out, first floor requires parking below the hotel and using elevator or stairs to get to first floor. Luggage cart would not fit in the tiny elevator so had to schlep our stuff by hand into the elevator and then down a long hallway. Got to our room only to find neither room key worked. Had to trek all the way back down the stairs and to another building to get new keys. Several surfaces in the rooms had not been cleaned as evidenced by sticky substances, ring stains from glasses etc so we got out our own cleaning products to try and disinfect. Ran into a maid in the hallway who was not wearing a mask and who refused to respond to us saying hello. Not friendly. Mattress soft. Don't believe it when reading this hotel has been refurbished. Perhaps the lobby but during Covid you cannot really use the lobby anyway. Unlike other hotels Best Western's policies do not allow for cancelling rooms which were paid in full before the pandemic so we could not have changed this even if we wanted to. That does not create brand loyalty. They call this a Best Western “Plus” property but there is nothing “Plus” about it.

What a find!! Traveling with a friend and loved the room we had. Spacious and a door to separate the rooms. Clean and comfortable. Did pre-check in online so front desk had everything ready when got there. All staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

I've stayed at this property several times and things just keep getting better. What a great property, if by chance, something isn't going right, just tell them! They will make it right! LOVE this property. The recent renovations look great! I can't wait to go back and enjoy the outdoor fire-pit area!

Loved everything about this in town Inn. We always travel with our dog and it's so nice to find such walkable areas when staying at a Best Western. Everyone was so friendly! I forget my charger and they had one to loan out from lost and found!

We needed a last minute reservation over the Labor Day weekend because my daughter was having her first baby. The staff at the Best Western Clock Tower were most accommodating. Check in was a breeze even though it would 10am on Labor Day!

We stopped here over night on an out west vacation. This hotel is in downtown Billings, which may not appeal to some people. However, this was the best hotel we stayed in for the money on the two week trip. Best part was the breakfast that the hotel includes is not a typical continental breakfast, but a full breakfast at the little diner next door. You get your choice of 8 or 10 breakfast choices. The choices were very good & large portions.

Great location, allows pets, inexpensive, very clean and modern rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast. So happy we chose to stay there. Our only problem was that we had a trailer. So it was hard finding a parking space. Worth the trouble though

OK at best. For a Best Western Plus we were disappointed in the facility. Dated and shabby looking, rooms are small. Air conditioner sounded like a turbine engine spooling up. Was staying a second night and moved to another hotel. Soft bed The breakfast was the best we've had in multiple stays at other hotels during the Pandemic, Full menu either take out or sit down.

This was a nice, clean hotel located downtown within walking distance of shops museums, restaurants, etc. Our room had been updated and quite nice. Bed was great. Breakfast at a restaurant across the street was good but busy. We'd stay there again.

Multiple staff and guests not complying with stated Best Western policies, including not wearing mask indoors. If we had know that these policies were not being followed, we would not have stayed here.

I come to Billings once a month. They have the nicest pet friendly rooms. And great staff. Always friendly. Even when you lose you hotel card the 7th time. Lol. Close to down town with great food options. Even just a few blocks from a grocery store. Also easy for food apps to find.

I have stayed in many similarly-priced hotels this summer - hands down this was the best experience. I chose this hotel because they take dogs. I was delighted I could drive right to my door. I am not a fan of hotel room carpet so was pleased they had removed it and updated the flooring. This was the cleanest hotel room I have seen in a long while. At check in, you are given a map of the many nearby restaurants you can walk to in the evening. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and the shower was warm... my initial requirements for a hotel/motel room. We were able to keep our little dog and were pleased that the room had laminate flooring and not carpet, as it makes a pet room feel cleaner. The vanity was of adequate size to be able to get ready. The staff were super friendly on check-in/check-out. The location is walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, etc. There appeared to be adequate parking and, if not, there is a parking garage across the street. You also get discounts from many downtown businesses. We will definitely be back!

Nice restaurant and bakery room was ok. After we figured out the only microwave was I'm the lobby had to go to the registration desk. No room maintenance when you stay more than one day. If you need towels or shampoo have to visit registration desk ask for more. Garbage built up. I finally found a garbage can to empty it into. Thanks

We stayed on our last night of vacation, to be close to the airport. The location is great and easy walk to many restaurants (Jake's Downtown!). The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the staff friendly. Overall excellent stay.

This is in a really nice location- within walking distance to anything that you may need. Nicely decorated with a western theme. Nice outdoor pool area. For breakfast they gave us vouchers for Stellas Cafe located right next to the hotel with some great breakfast options. This isn't a luxury hotel by any means, but for the price paid it was an excellent value- very clean and comfortable!

This hotel was the perfect stay for us on our cross country move. They were so nice and accommodating: especially when it came to finding parking for our massive Uhaul even though they are downtown. Very comfortable beds! Pet friendly too (we were traveling with a cat). The breakfast was a voucher for Stella's next door. Amazing!!!! (Try the cinnamon roll!) Wound definitely stay again!

We are moving across country and thought I would book at mostly Best Western Plus because of what they say about how they are managing COVID. First, the person behind the desk was not wearing a mask. The bathtub/shower had hair in it. The hotel is actually a MOTEL and doesn't feel safe. The chairs are torn, no microwave in the room. Just really awful. I will think twice before booking with Beat Western. Shame on you!!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The office staff was very pleasant as was the security guard. Our breakfast was comped at the affiliated restaurant in the hotels parking lot and the food was REALLY GOOD. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

You can't beat this location. The pluses are plenty; the price for being downtown, free parking next to your door, good helpful staff, best ever free breakfast at Stellas next door. I would encourage the management to install shower non slip mats and see about insulation to prevent noise travel from room to room. Oh, our sink stopper didn't work.

We stopped here on our way to Yellowstone and glad that we did. The room was very clean and newly updated with comfortable beds. We enjoyed our complimentary breakfast at Stella's. Great hotel for a great price!

We worked out way through Montana from Pa. Never been here before. Our goal was to drop into Yellowstone Nat. Park from the northest point. We stopped in Billings, MT exhausted, hot and tired from the days ride. I booked literally 1 hour before at dinner. When I walked in, I was greeted with kindness, and compassion. We were offered ice cold water and micro towel for our bike. Our rooms were clean and staff was VERY friendly. Our free continental breakfast was a a restaurant next to hotel. We had about 7 choices to pick from!!!!! AMAZING. THANK YOU FROM THE DIRTY BIKERS

Once again, the staff & accommodations didn't disappoint us. We've been here 3-4 times over the past 2 years and each time is as pleasant as always. Comfortable beds, working AC, clean and big walk-in shower and the rooms are always very clean. Getting breakfast at Stella's next door just puts an exclamation point on our stay...actually 2 exclamation points!

If your business or personal travel plans are taking you to Billings, we highly recommend the Clocktower and Stellas. The hotel is updated and very conveniently located and Stellas, well it is likely the best breakfast and lunch restaurant in Billings!

The lady at the front desk was very nice. The room was good. Wish the air-conditioning worked a little better but was a really nice stay. My dog was happy with the room as well. The bathroom was very nice. Would recommend.

I loved my stay at The Clocktower Inn. It was clean , comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was amazing and I will stay again soon. The staff there is amazing, always accommodating, and hands down some really great people.

The facility was really clean even with renovations going on. The room was fabulous. The front desk staff were amazing with working with us for check out as I was at a medical appointment and my husband was still at the hotel. Definitely recommend them.

The service and bedroom at Best Western Clocktower Billings was awesome! The breakfast included in room charge was great old fashioned good food ! The bed was so comfy and I was able to rest! i used the conference room to care for and assess healthy seniors as the senior center was closed due to the Covid 19 pandemic. Staff was gracious and helpful keeping my patients safe and healthy. The room was clean and brightly colored.

The Best Western Plus Clocktower Inn is always wonderful. You cant't beat Stella's bakery in the morning for breakfast. I would reccomend the Best Western Plus Clocktower Inn for any time of year while visiting Billings Montana.

Beautifully appointed clean room, very well lit and large TV with HD picture. Free breakfast is excellent quality full service, soooo much better than the typical standard hotel fare. Location is walking distance from all of Billings downtown restaurants, added bonus of 10% discount for Best Western guests. Highly recommend and my go to hotel in Billings

Overall this is an average place to stay as far as the rooms. Rooms are nice and clean. Pillow are small except one. One surprise was the heated tiles in the bathroom and tiled areas. Nice to walk on a warm floor. The best thing about our stay was the breakfast. The breakfast here is the best I've ever had - it is not your typical continental breakfast. The Tower gives you a coupon for the restaurant chain a few steps from the office. The menu choices are good and they make and sell homemade rolls and breads. This alone made the stay worth it. They also had a suana that worked! Parking could have wider spaces especially for handicap. Location was not ideal and we pasted it the first time and had to find a one-way dtreet to circle back around.

Excellent hotel. There was not any part of my stay that was not made pleasant by this staff from the moment I checked in until I checked out. Right down to giving me 2 bottles of water, so I could jump on the treadmill. I completely forgot to bring myself some to have for exercising. They were beyond kind to myself and my son. That kindness will be the reason I return here to stay, when I return for visits with him or his sister and for his medical appointments/procedures that I go to.

Great downtown location. Rooms remodeled and very nice. Great staff, very helpful. The restaurant was good and it was nice to have a cooked t order breakfast included with the room. Will stay here next time in Billings

Spacious king room, heated bathroom floors, bathroom was large. Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed every bit of our time. Loved the HBO channels. Complimentary breakfast at Stella's was amazing. We will be back!

Poor Location, tight parking, small bathrooms and no grass plus the restaurant closed at 4pm. We had a clean room but the bathroom was so small- only one person could use it at a time. Due to the physical downtown location- a lot of road noise. Parking was very tight with our pickup. And finally - no grass for our service dog. I know BW are dog friendly and since you are- please have a grassy area set aside so you don't have to walk in questionable neighborhood areas. I'll gladly pickup after our dog.

We stayed at the Clocktower Inn recently and were very satisfied with our experience. Check in was flawless and the associate helped us locate dining downtown.Room was very clean and spacious. Stella's for breakfast was awesome. Best of all, our points covered the cost of the room, and for a complimentary room we were very impressed with the space and amenities!

I really enjoy staying at this BW. The breakfast at Stella's is such a nice treat compared to most convenience breakfasts. Parking is tight, but the cleanliness and friendliness of the property and its people make the stay great!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The whole process from booking the reservation, to checking in, to the room itself was so easy and everyone was so friendly and helpful! My room was huge, super comfortable and very clean! My absolute favorite part though is the complementary breakfast at the Stella Cafe and Bakery that's right next to the hotel, they give you great options and the food is DELICIOUS with equally friendly and helpful staff. This hotel is close to lots of restaurants and breweries that it's very convenient if you don't have a car. It was also super easy to schedule a pick up time for the shuttle to take me to the airport. This was my first trip to Billings and this place was so good to me I will 100% stay here every time from now on!

Had a great stay here with my family. The rooms are modern with great amenities like heated flooring the bathrooms and fast internet. The staff was helpful and friendly. Imagine it's even better in the summer with the outdoor pool. Another great perk is the breakfast voucher for Stella's - best complimentary breakfast ever :)

We have stayed at this hotel many times, and always enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean, the shuttle is very convient, and the free breakfast is delicious. However, while we stayed there this time my debit card was hacked. Someone called me on the hotel phone, and it said the call was coming from the front desk/office. I answered, and they said that they needed to verify the card info I used as there was an issue with billings. I gave my debit card info and they thanked me for verifying and the call ended. A few moments later a $1,174 purchase was made with my card at a Lowes store. I called the hotel to inform them of what is happening in there hotel, and the lady I spoke with just said that she would let the next shift know about it. No apology, she didn't act like it should be looked into or taken seriously. I asked if she could see phone records, and she said told me that isn't something they can do. I understand this probably isn't the hotels fault, and they might not be able to see phone records right away. However, an apology or acting like the situation was at all serious would have been appreciated. Love the hotel, but after her behavior I may reconsider staying here again.

The Watchtower Best Western is conveniently located near sports, shopping, dining, and medical facilities in downtown Billings. Friendly staff and competitive room rates makes it a must-stay location.

We are traveling with a dog, and this hotel made it easy. At check in they greeted us with a food bowl and some snacks. They also put us in a room right next to a pet pad where the dogs were able to relieve themselves without being in the way of other guests. For humans they have good beds, clean rooms, and a full-service restaurant that provides delicious free breakfast (from a pre-selected menu) for guests.

Clock Tower Inn is a great place to stay! The friendlist staff in Billings and go above and beyond to infinity to Welcome you to Billings. Yeah that's what I like when I'm traveling a friendly smile. Thanks again for all you do. Stella's restaurant is my #1 spot for Breakfast also. Bakery is awesome. I'll be back for sure.

We loved this place. Super neat and clean, even the remote control cleaned and in wrap. New styles and everything was new looking so either new or kept up well. The rooms have been updated since my last visit - and very nice. The front desk staff was kind and accommodating after a horrendously long drive in bad weather. I've stayed here several times before so when looking for a room in Billings I'd rather drive to The Clocktower than any place else. Thank you!

Rooms are clean. Nice vanity set up. Nice shower head. Parking is tight, but have open garage parki g, great for keeping you dry. Stellas has a great breakfast menu for our stay, complimentary. Large tv good selection of channels. Friendly staff and pet friendly motel. Downtown, and it was pretty quiet. We would stay again.

This is our second stay at the Clock Tower and both times have been excellent! We love the location, right downtown and close to the music venue we like to attend. Our room had a King bed, couch and foot rest, large screen TV and fridge. The room was spotless and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets, the towels were big and fluffy. The check in was so easy we even received a text before we got there welcoming us to the hotel, front desk staff were friendly and helpful. You get a free breakfast at Stella's next door, there are about 5 choices you can pick from. Stella's can get quite busy so get there early. Great place to stay!

We stay at the Clock Tower Inn whenever we attend music events in downtown Billings and we are never disappointed in our stay. We also travel with our two rescue mutt dogs and we are always welcome at the Clock Tower Inn with the dogs!

We had an excellent stay, the front desk was awesome and friendly. Leah checked us in but everyone I spoke to was amazing and helpful. We slept so well on the beds, that we all slept in and hadn't planned on it!! The breakfast was really good too!!

I was in town for a job interview and they put me up at this BW. I had just stayed at a BW in a different location earlier in the week, and was expecting a similar experience with a rough room but was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, newness, and comfort of this BW! Thankfully I was assigned a room on the inner hallway- most of the rooms are motel rooms with doors that open directly outside but there's one hallway with secure access. As a woman traveling alone, I prefer a more secure area. The bathroom floors are heated and you can adjust the heat. There were plenty of towels and the bed was very comfortable. There were two shower heads, one was an overhead rain shower head and it's possible to toggle between the two. I had absolutley everything I needed and had a lovely stay. I didn't have time to try to complimentary breakfast at Stella's but heard from locals that it's an awesome breakfast place.

Traveled from Helena to Billings on business and stayed at the BW Clock Tower Inn. We arrived early but the Front Desk Clerk was able to assign us our rooms and assured us it was no problem. The room is clean and I love the heated bathroom floor. The breakfast at Stella's is always good If you want delicious rolls, breads or other goodies they have that as well. If you have business downtown Billings highly recommend this property.

Clean rooms, good proximity to airport. Nice amenities. No problems encountered. Nice staff at the front desk. A good breakfast if you don't have to fly out too early, which we did. Would recommend for anyone needing a place to stay before an early flight.

Even though the motel is in an old structure with smallish rooms, the rooms are exceptionally nice, super clean, with upscale finishes and linens. But what sets this motel up to be so good is the staff. Everyone from the front desk to the maids to the shuttle driver was pleasant, helpful, and clearly had customer service as a priority. We will definitely stay again. The downtown location is walkable.

This is a great hotel with a wonderful location. Close to excellent restaurants. Very clean and nicely furnished room. Check-in was fast, and we needed a first level room, which accommodated pets, and were accommodated.I would definitely go back and recommend it.

Though this is an older motel, you would not believe it is older. Property is well maintained and we had the largest room ever. Building is quiet and parking is excellent. A lot of the parking is covered which is great in a town that has snow. The on site restaurant, Stellas, is very good the the motel provides a coupon for breakfast. Would stay here again.

I chose to stay here because of its close proximity to the Billings Metra. It's also within walking distance of great restaurants, Optional canopied parking great for Montana winters! Elevator to second floor and inside hallway felt very secure. My room was sparkling clean, modern yet cozy and quiet. Wonderful bed. Free breakfast at Stellas--the cinnamon rolls there are famous in Billings! I'm planning a romantic getaway with my husband to come here, walk down the street to Jake's or Walker's for dinner, and then enjoy Stella's for breakfast! Couldn't be happier!

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Clock Tower Inn in Billings, Montana for a conference. I won't say the experience was horrible, but I am not sure I would recommend this facility to many. First, the Inn is designed like some kind of maze that for a new person was extremely strange to maneuver, and the parking lot spaces are tight to fit in since many of them require you to park next to a car and a concrete post. Also, all the rooms open to the enclosed?? parking lot. I would hate to stay here in the winter time. However, the check-in was positive and everything when well. Secondly, the breakfast situation is kind of a rigged deal. I was given two breakfast vouchers with a very nice selection of breakfast choices at Stella's, a restaurant located next to the inn. However, you are only given one drink choice that does NOT include orange juice or milk. Thus, I was charged over $3.00 for small glasses of each. Finally, when I got back from my conference on the first day, my room was not made up or cleaned; however I did have new towels laid out. At check-out, I mentioned this to the front-desk person who gave me the standard, "I'll report this to housekeeping. Thank your for letting us know." As a Best Western Rewards member, I thought I should have received a little more than this. On the positive side, my room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the television worked great. You decide!!

I wasn't too sure about staying here, but was on business for a conference. When we checked in one of the attendants was having trouble with her computer and was getting very agitated (there was a line of us from the conference waiting to check in). She wanted to write down our credit card number to enter later for the deposit. I said no and suggested she reboot her computer. She did and we were able to get checked in. I was worried about getting an outside room but was pleasantly surprised that our rooms were in an inside secure hallway. The room was spacious with a comfortable mattress and pillows (there were hairs on a couple of the pillowcases - ugh! Use a sticky lint roller please!) The bathroom was nice and clean - two shower heads, which was interesting. The luggage rack was broken. The alarm clock went off at 5 a.m. I wish housekeeping would check for this! Breakfast at Stellas was so good - better than any hotel breakfast. We were sure to get there early (busy times are listed on the voucher). Parking could be better - it is pretty tight. Covered, but there are multiple openings to outside streets in downtown Billings - it made me a little nervous, but there were lots of cameras. The best part was Booker the dog at the counter. He was adorable and you could tell he wished he could actually check people in and out!

Do not stay at this hotel. It is awful. The curtains are made not to close so a light shines into your room all night. Plus anybody walking by can clearly see in. I booked my room at least 6 months in advance and requested a downstairs room with a frig and a microwave. I had also notified them when booking and before arriving that I would be flying in very late, and wanted to make sure I had my room secured. When I got in I got an upstairs room with no microwave. I didn't get any sleep because of the light shining right into my face,. The parking situation is horrible. The room had a layer of dust and needs an upgrade terribly. The Kelly Inn which is a Best Western Plus is on the other hand a very nice and pleasant stay.

We stayed in this hotel when we had car problems in Billings. The front desk was very friendly. They bent over backwards to get a king bed room for us when they were quite booked up. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable although a spider decided to startle me when I lifted my pillow when I was getting ready for bed. The breakfast deal was wonderful.

This is a very nice, clean hotel, arranged more like a motel than a hotel. Staff are helpful and courteous, and rooms are clean and comfortable. The layout of the hotel is a bit confusing, but they provide a map with the room key, which, unfortunately, makes the key container too big to fit into your wallet. The ClockTower Inn has some features that are among the best I have seen anywhere. 1. The bathroom is spacious and well appointed, with two shower heads, a regular one and an overhead rain simulator. 2. The high speed internet is the best, fastest, and most reliable that I have experienced in a hotel in recent memory. 3. The breakfast at Stella's Cafe, on the property and included in hotel price, gives a number of choices and is of excellent quality. 4. There is covered parking, and room key is required in order to gain access to the elevator. Now for the bad news. Most restaurants within walking distance of the hotel are closed on Sunday. Streets in the area are poorly lit at night. The elevator was out of service when I got up in the morning. The blackout curtains on the windows (which the owner assured me exist) were impossible to locate (which, in fairness, may have been my fault because I was exhausted when I arrived). On the whole, I would recommend this hotel, but if you arrive on Sunday, expect to have to drive to find a decent restaurant.

The hotel checkin was rebooting the system due to changeover so we had to wait some time.. our neighbors enjoyed their night out and we heard all about it. Upon wake up we went to the diner for breakfast and had to wait in a huge line with non hotel guests and the wait was an hour.. if they made reservations for guests or priority seating I would have rated a little better however overall it wasn't a good experience

Comfortable stay in this downtown location. Clean and attractive older property. Nice poolside rooms. We stayed for two nights. The restaurant on property is busy in the morning. Better off going to Dennys or Perkins.

We just finished a 2 night stay here. We were impressed with the clean updated rooms,heated bathroom floor and friendly service. Great location to walk to restuarants and the Western Heritage center. Breakfast is a hotel voucher at Stellas next door plus the hotel gives a 10% discount on most nearby restuarants.You must try Stellas delicious cinnamon rolls!

Everything was top notch. It's a bit older hotel but it's in excellent shape. The room was very nice and comfortable. There are many places, within walking distance, to eat dinner and they will give you a 10% discount if you mention that you are staying at Clock Tower BW. The breakfast is served at an actual restaurant on the property. It was great but you need to be there early as it fills up quickly. They give you the option of taking it to your room or you can actually get BW points if you don't eat there. Overall, the stay was a 10!

Stayed here on our way to Yellowstone. Front desk staff very pleasant and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast next door at Stella's bakery was wonderful. And the complimentary cinnamon rolls at check in were amazing!!

Stayed here before and after our trip to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks, as we had flown in and out of Billings Logan Intl. Airport. The hotel location is great. Close drive to airport and easy walking distance to downtown Billings shops, restaurants and breweries. The hotel is older; but the rooms, and bathrooms, have been nicely updated. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I picked this hotel because it was close to the airport, it offered a shuttle to the airport, it offered a free breakfast, and it was decently priced. The staff is super friendly, the rooms were clean, the carpet is quite dated. The bathroom is a little small, with a separate shower/toilet and sink area. The sink area is quite small but it worked. Breakfast is served next door at a separate restaurant. They give you a voucher, but tips are still up to you. (Check my picture). Overall it was a good stay, a comfortable stay, but I've stayed at better (updated) hotels for the same price.

This was a noisy location. Lots of traffic in town, parking is kind of cramped. Lots of easy to walk to restaurants. As an outsider, I felt like it was kind of a sketchy location. It was less than 3 miles from the Billings airport which was a big plus.

What wonderful places are Billings and the BW Clocktower Inn. From checkin to checkout 3 days later, we felt welcomed and all were happy to chat if no other guests needed assistance. Our ground floor room was huge and extremely clean and it had plenty of cupboards and space to leave large luggage bags. It's in easy walking distance to numerous good restaurants and Stella's Cafe next door for breakfast and afternoon tea is good also. Thank you BW Clocktower Inn

One of the main criteria's of selecting the best western was their acceptance of my dog, Lango. The facilities for the dogs were excellent, including a walking area near the motel and treats at check-in for Lango.

I booked this place based on good reviews on Trip Advisor. As we pulled in my wife said wow this is a really old motel in a voice that I knew she wasn't happy. Check in went well, but finding a parking place close to the door we had to use was tough. The hotel is spread between a number of buildings and parking is VERY tight. There was no elevator in the building we were in so we had to carry all our bags upstairs. The room had a door that opened to an outside hall. As that point were though we were in for an unpleasant stay. But once we got inside our room everything changed. The beds were super comfortable, the pillows were large and felt just right, the bathroom was very upscale. We had the best night sleep in quite sometime on our road trip. Couple negatives. The ice machine was in the main building, so we had to go outside to get ice, it was raining. The restaurant next door which is where you get your breakfast with a voucher is great like people say, but there is always a wait to get seated. Bottom line, would we stay there again. Absolutely !!!

Arriving from Paris via Minneapolis, a good choice and before driving to Yellowstone. Large rooms, quiet-but Billings by night is quiet..., clean. Relatively rapid check in, fast check out. Breakfast at Stella Kitchen's bakery : more than correct(and buy some biscottio there : perfect..).

Stayed for one night on a road trip, check in was friendly and quick. We were upgraded and given a massive room on the top floor. The breakfast was lovely, plenty of options. Would stay again for sure.

This was a decent enough place . the room was clean just dated . the location was easy to get to and leave . the staff where good and friendly . they give a voucher for the resturaunt next door for breakfast . Very much worth it .

This hotel put every other place I stayed during a week long trip across country to shame. Great staff, clean and spacious room, central location. We called ahead as we were traveling in a large truck and a space was saved and ready for us. Breakfast at a nearby highly rated bakery location was included. Would definitely recommend.

My companion and I were spent from a long cross-state drive on a warm summer day, and what a joy it was to step into our spotlessly clean and blissfully cool room. A staff member, Scott, kindly carried my heavy bag upstairs and later helped us hook up our computer to the TV. I asked the front desk for a dining recommendation, and they sent us to the perfect place, with fresh vegetables and strong cocktails - exactly what I asked for. And the free breakfast the next morning at Stella's Bakery . . . I am still dreaming of those oversize freshly baked cinnamon rolls!! We were so comfortable and happy here, and the staff could not have been friendlier or more attentive to our needs.

For the most part, a lot of the Best Westerns we have stayed at are just off highways, and/or a little out of town, but the Clock Tower Inn, is very well situated in the heart of the city, surrounded by excellent restaurants, cafes and shops. Had we not had a tight schedule, we would have gladly spent another night to take in more of what Billings has to offer. The staff are great and gave us some great recommendations for food and drinks (Doc Harper's is a blast). The “rooftop” pool was great too! I'm sure our travels will have us stopping by again.

We arrive late and the very kind and helpful reception lady found perfect clean room well equipped at good price. The breakfast is included and taken in the best bakery of the city in front of the hotel. Walking distance you have a wide choice of restaurant open late and with the hotel card you get 10% discount. I recommend the place.

From check in to check out it was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, pleasant and helpful. We were provided with a free bike wash including a microfiber cloth which was a great unexpected extra.

Clean nice room. Really impressed with the bathroom. Very spacious. Excellent staff. Daughters loved the outdoor pool. The location was very good with many great restaurants within walking distance. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

We left Yellowstone and traveled to Billings where we stayed at The Best Western Clock Tower in mid-June. If you're looking for a nice hotel in Billings please consider staying here. Our room was on the main floor toward the rear with a spotless bathroom and we were able to park our car perpendicular in front of our room. The staff was great; very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay at this Best Western again if we ever return to Billings.

Travelling to Wisconsin from northern California, we planned an overnight stop in Billings, MT. My buddy had stayed here before and selected this particular hotel which is located downtown. The surrounding neighborhood is somewhat questionable but the building exterior appeared inviting. I also thought the lobby was quite nice. Now the covered parking seemed a little sketchy in appearance...I imagine that the winter snow would hide a lot of this. There were lots of parking spaces, but finding an open one in the later part of the day was a bit challenging, but we did find a few. The elevator was working, unlike other post had mentioned...appeared to be new or at least had a good make over. You need your room card on the first floor to operate it, but not on the second floor. I believe the exercise room was on the second floor but we didn't use it. If you stay here, everyone in your party gets a limited selection, complimentary breakfast next door (see my other review). Our room was nice, but it definitely had signs of age. There were also signs of room repairs such as new caulking around the tub. But as an old construction worker, the workmanship was not up to standard and somewhat sloppy. But I have seen much worse. Caulking is an art in my humble opinion...some are great at it, but a lot are not. Whoever did the caulking here should have someone more experienced give them some tips...I bet they'd be pretty good afterwards. The beds were nice and comfy...this counts most in all my hotel stays. Lots of pillows too! Flatscreen TV worked good. We got stuck in Billings a second night due to mechanical issue and stayed here both nights. I decided to go out for a short jog to Two Moons Park and back (r/t appx 6 miles). Yes I saw a few questionable individuals, but no one bothered me or tried to panhandle from me. In fact, I ask some workers for directions and they were quite nice. From the hotel you can make your way down to a path along the Yellowstone River. Great jogging/cycling on this path with nice views! I tried a bit different route on the way back....a mistake that added 3 more miles to my run. With more friendly instructions from another local, I found my what back to the hotel. Hotel staff seemed really nice. We didn't complain about anything to them. I believe we had rooms 214 and 217 but am not 100% of this. Both were of the same quality. Now the price per night was high in my opinion (appx $125 per night midweek with no reservations). Overall, I was happy with our stay and I'd stay here again, but will probably seek a better rate or try somewhere elsewhere with a lower price.

Stayed a couple of nights to break our journey to yellowstone. Great location, literally five mins from downtown bars and restaurants (billings is very small so don't expect a sprawling metropolis, rather a couple of nice streets - Broadway or montana are good shouts). The hotel key card gets you 10% off your bill in many of the nearby restaurants, reception give you a map when you arrive which shows which establishments do this. Pool area was great and we got an amazing free breakfast at Stella's cafe next door. We also used the gym which was great too and they have a lovely dog on site who likes to say hello. Rooms were clean and had all we needed. Great stopover choice.

I was riding home from Alaska to Florida and Billings was a convenient place to stop for a night. This BW Plus was a wonderful find!! They are friendly, well priced and conveniently located for getting on and off the highway. I usually stay at BW's as they are biker friendly and this particular motel had a wonderful bike washing station!! Strongly recommended especially if you ride a motorcycle.

I don't know how we ended up in downtown Billings when we were on the road. I was pretty surprised as maps was taking us into town. When we pulled up, it is the layout of one of those 50's motels. Fortunately it has as elevator. The interior of the room was modern and updated, but it was really small with only one bed. We didn't try the restaurant for breakfast. That looked like more hassle than it was worth. And there are lots of fun places in walking distance. It turned out to be a bonus of a location. We had a good time walking around and eating in a young, upscale restaurant. The biggest bonus was the nice staff. My husband left with leather bound personal kit (nail clippers, scissors, etc.) We called and they fed exed to us.

To be fair it was late so I didn't take the time to do my research and our first choice was full. We chose to get this motel at the discounted price of $154.00 and cancellations were not allowed. We won't make that mistake again. We probably would not have stayed. It is an overpriced older style motel that has been updated and is clean. No interior hallways, the second floor room had squeaky floors. The fan in the refrigerator made a terrible noise during the night. The AC worked but was noise. The breakfast was good at an adjoining restaurant and we were told we would be responsible for the tip. I'm thinking that is not fair to the wait staff, wondering how many people walk out with tipping. The Motel's staff were helpful and I appreciated their help in finding a place to park in a very crowded parking lot.

stayed 3 nights and got zero room service. Had to walk to front desk all 3 days to request fresh towels. front desk wasn't even sure where the towels were located. was told they would bring them to me . A hour later still no towels. Had to go down a second time to get them. on the second day I was told it was my fault my room wasn't cleaned because i didn't hang the sign on my door. This was not explained at check in, nor was it mentioned after i went down the first day to complain that we had not been cleaned. not a lot of communication between workers. only good thing about the stay was the breakfast is wonderful.

This motel is located at at extremely noisy street level location in downtown Billings. The free airport pickup, friendly staff, nominal decor and amenities and location close to all the downtown action do not offset the drone of main drag traffic, idiot guests coming and going very loudly at all hours and the adjacent business that seems to have their dumpsters emptied every morning at 6am. Good luck getting any sleep here if you are not deaf. I have stayed here several times over the years and the noise situation is untenable.

Very nice, clean hotel. Beautiful, clean rooms!! I loved the decor, very Montana! The rooms was very nice, very clean and the bed was awesome!! I'd stay again next time business brings me to Billings Montana.

The room was clean, nice with fridge. The bed was very comfortable and no problem with wifi while there. The only issue we had was a almost stopped up drain in the shower/bath tub and even though we were there three nights the problem was never addressed. I liked the "overhead" parking provided that was a protection from any storms in the area. Also, a fantastic breakfast was provided at the ajoining restaurant that was delicious, bountiful and served with a smile.

Stayed for one night after a girls trip to Yellowstone. Obvious that the staff and management take pride in their hotel. - Very clean and comfortable - Friendly and helpful front desk - Small-ish but private and well-maintained 2nd story pool - Heated bathroom floors and spacious rooms - Beautiful flowers in window boxes and planters around the pool and property. The hotel is within two blocks of both healthy (Well Pared) and fancier (Walker's) dining options (as well as the list of discounted/partner restaurants provided at check-in). We did not have a pet on the trip but loved meeting Molly, the resident mini Aussie shepherd.

Great Stay. Clean. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Amenities were good. Staff was super friendly. I will stay here again when we return to Billings. Brewery and distillery district within one block!!!!!!!

I stayed at this hotel for one night while passing through Billings, Montana. This is an older Best Western Hotel, but has been well kept. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and the hotel is pet friendly. There is a free breakfast available but I left too early in the morning to try it. The breakfast is at a restaurant adjacent to the hotel. The hotel does have free WiFi which worked well. There are many restaurants nearby, all within easy walking distance. Overall, this is a nice hotel in downtown Billings.

This Best Western gives you a 20% discount coupon at an adjacent restaurant, instead of a normal in-house BW restaurant...can't comment on the quality of the food, because long waits and lines to sit down meant 45-60 minutes minimum for breakfast...way too long! They should simply announce on their website that there is NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED at this shabby downtown motel, and reduce the lodging price by $5 per night...

We ended up staying two nights because of the excellent location and wonderful rooms. This place is biker friendly with a motorcycle washing bay stocked with towels, buckets, soap, and brushes. The breakfast at Stella's was terrific and FREE. The grounds were impeccable and clean. Downtown is an easy walk away. Highly recommended.

Our room was first rate! Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Free off-street parking. Staff was professional; welcoming and helpful. Newspapers and maps of local points of interests provided in lobby. Downtown location allowed us to walk to a local tasting room, which was great, and to a very good Thai restaurant. Great breakfast venue next to motel included. When in Billings, we will stay at this inn again!

We had a GREAT trip to Billings and had never been there before so did not know what to expect. We booked at the ClockTower because we needed a place that provided some kind of breakfast and we wanted an outdoor pool. BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING. Sit down breakfast every day provided at Stella's. Pool was great! lots of chairs and clean towels. Very friendly staff and the location was perfect for us. Close to airport, coffee shops and restaurants and a movie theatre.

The room is much nicer than the exterior looks, rooms open to the outside, which I usually avoid, but a key card is needed to access walkways leading to the rooms, and they are heavy and secure. The breakfast next door (included) was excellent diner fare. My omelet was large and fluffy and my coffee cup never allowed to be more than an inch empty. I included a pic of the menu choices available to hotel patrons. The bathroom had adjustable radiant floor heat. Con: Exterior noise must be an issue because they provide free ear plugs in the room, but I didn't need them.

I had an unexpected trip to Billings as my father was in the hospital. This hotel came up as close to St Vincent's so that is where we went late on Thursday night. I was able to get a room and the front desk worked with me as I didn't know how long I would be staying. They also gave a medical discount for the room. The kindness of the staff was amazing. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

We loved our king room. It seemed like it had been recently remodeled and had a wonderful waterfall shower head with heated floors in the bathroom as well. Unfortunately we booked on a busy weekend and sort of expected a bigger pool area that would accommodate a crowd and sadly that wasn't the case. The pool was full to the brim with no available lounge chairs to even lay out. Over all it was a nice room, but I probably won't be back unless we're passing through.

Our Room was very nice with lots of amenities . Breakfast at Stella's was fabulous as always. Love the ability for Express checkout. Really enjoyed sitting out on the patio. Staff was delightful. Would definitely stay here again

We had a pool side room and the property was well maintained. All the staff was very friendly and the room was clean. I'll definitely stay again. I decided to join the membership program. The hotel also offers discounts at various restaurants in the area which was a nice surprise.

Rooms are clean. Very comfortable beds, a/c works great. Fluffy towels and heated bathroom floor. Breakfast is free next door at Stella's Cafe. The not so good parts are: check in staff a bit rude. Would not talk to me about being assigned a room in the section I requested when making the reservation. Parking is tight. But the absolute worst is the air freshener they put in the room - boy did it stink. It was so heavy, you could taste it. Gave it 4 stars because of the comfort of the room and breakfast at Stella's. But won't stay there again since I'm allergic to perfume.

This hotel, located in downtown Billings, looked pretty rough from the outside and had limited parking for trailers. Upon check in, we went to our $160 room to find that it smelled like it was blasted with urine. While the interior looked relatively new, it was pretty small and the smell was unbearable. I called the front desk, and they didn't really seem to care. They would not let us switch rooms but, instead, sent maintenance to spray the room. The spray covered the smell for about 15 minutes. This was not otherwise addressed and, even though I complained about it in the morning, nothing was done. Breakfast was great, but not really included. The hotel gives you a voucher for a small breakfast, like a sandwich, or bowl of yogurt / cereal or something similar - not a full meal. That didn't really matter to me, as we just paid for a full meal - and it was fantastic. Overall, the hotel was disgusting and way overpriced. The pool was nasty, the layout is awful (hard to even find the proper stairs for each wing of the motel). This hotel, about the same class as a hotel 6, should be rated as a two star hotel and charge about $60 a night.

We used to stay at this hotel often but had not been there for several years. It has been remodeled & updated & was very comfortable! Sorry we waited so long to get back there! A little hard to get in & out of but it's right downtown & close to many fine restaurants & shopping. They also offer a free breakfast at Stella's, one of Billings' best restaurants which is right next door.

Not our first visit to the Clocktower but its been a few years. We booked a standard king. Assigned one on the main floor on the lobby side. Reasonable size room with - two bed end tables, lots of toy charging outlets, TV, coffee maker, fridge, free Wi-Fi, free local calls, iron & board, shower in tub, air conditioning (a bit noisy), heated bathroom floor, writing desk & table, one luggage rack, some noise from rooms above and beside. Good choice for downtown business district and the entertainment row on Montana Avenue.

Very comfortable rooms, clean and in a great location. Reasonably priced. Full breakfast is complimentary in a neat restaurant right next to the hotel. (STELLA'S). Stella's has very good food. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had no issues. We stayed there 1 night.

A great location within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants downtown. The room was clean but I wish it would have had a couch rather than just two hard backed chairs and there was no clock by the bed.

We chose this hotel because it was across the street from The Pub Station which we attended a concert. We feel this was a great chose. The staff are very friendly, from checking in to walking to your room, always a smile and friendly greeting. Hotel rooms were clean, updated and spacious. Hotel offers a breakfast voucher at Stella's which is right beside the hotel. Fantastic meal and several options. Also 10% discount at several places nearby. We appreciate the free meal and discounts. The hotel price is reasonable so these were a bonus.

We are driving from East Coast to West Coast with our 2 small dogs. Needed a place in Billings that allowed pets. We found this Best Western that is downtown. It looks like it's wedged between buildings!! Nice place. Our room was very spacious, actually it was 2 rooms with a queen bed in each room and very comfortable. Large TV in each room. Nice bathroom. Very clean. There is an area to take your dog that is called Molly's Patch. It's a very nice little spot of AstroTurf. Truthfully?? I didn't think it would work!! I just knew the dogs would look at the fake grass and say “Are you kidding me?” But was I wrong! They both took care of business without any issues! They provide poop bags if you forget them. Actually this is a pretty cool idea!! This way everyone cleans up after their pet. You can't walk away!! Would be shameful!! The hotel is within walking distances to many nice places. There are discounts for a lot of the restaurants. We went to Montana Brewing Company. Lots of fun. Good food and beer, and a 10% discount. Breakfast is next door at Stella's Kitchen and Bakery!! My lord it is superb!! There are options you can get that are complementary. The hotel pays for them. Highly recommend this option! The biscuits and gravy with hash browns are to die for!! Actually everything is. All homemade right there every day. It was absolutely marvelous!! A real bonus!!!! I'd recommend this place. We had a very noisy person above us and we didn't sleep well at all! We should have called and complained to the management, but we didn't. That was our fault. So we didn't get a good nights sleep. Also I will warn you, if you have a car top carrier, it's a little tricky. Low clearance. 6'6”. BUT there is a way to avoid the low areas. Just be aware!!

Stayed here on consecutive Saturday nights and enjoyed both stays. The breakfast at Stella's Kitchen is good. If you are there on Sunday morning get there early. It gets crowded. The location is a short walk to Montana Avenue and some good restaurants. If I have a complaint, it would be that idiots drive on 1st Avenue with loud exhausts as obnoxious people with no regard for others like to do. There's not much the hotel can do about that though.

Fairly updated rooms, when my TV wasn't working in my original room and the service person couldn't get it working, they quickly moved me to a room two doors down. The breakfast is AHH-MAZING, the breakfast alone is worth it. Work out room is small but had free weights and cables and pulleys as well as a few other machines.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. When I called and made our reservation I made it for 2 nights. When checking in I was told they only had one room available! Very annoying that we had to find a different hotel for the second night, but we ended up not being that disappointed this happened! The room stunk like they were trying to cover up a smell! The bed was terrible!! I've slept better on concrete floors! Also the noise from the haullway. We were woken up multiple times during the night from people talking! Air conditioning was also terrible! Price also felt very high for what we got! Our second night we stayed in a very high end suite that was cheaper then this motel!!

We drive across the country twice a year and stay in Best Western motels pretty much the entire way (when available). The ClockTower Inn was, by far, the best we have encountered. It is Pet Friendly (a must for us). The room was immaculate and the location was perfect (close to some great restaurants). The best part, however, was the fact that breakfast in the restaurant next door was included. This was NOT a buffet inside the facility but a full service restaurant next door. The food was great and the waitress awesome. Great experience!!

We stay at this hotel quite often. It is walking distance to all amenties in downtown Billings. Clean comfortable and suer friendly establishment. We have been staying here for over 20 years....Come stay !

While the BW Clock Tower has a good location in downtown Billings close to a couple of really outstanding restaurants, the location also has it's drawbacks, not the least of which is the almost constant noise from the street. In addition, rooms on the first floor are subject to noise coming from the rooms above. In our case (Room #157), the guest above us was up using the bathroom at 1;30 am, then back up at 4;30 am bouncing back and forth from the room to the bathroom getting ready to leave. In the mean time, trucks and motorcycles on the street raced by pretty much all night. We should have been suspicious when we noticed there were earplugs on the nightstand! So if a decent night's sleep is what you desire, beware of this hotel. It won't happen.

Had a very nice stay. Everything as you would expect at a Best Western very clean, comfortable, and friendly service. I personally was impressed by the complementary shuttle service from the airport. They were very prompt even with the midnight arrival time.

Steve's staff at the Clocktower are always outstanding, the desk staff is super friendly and their night management team and shuttle driver's are always pleasant - and go out of their way to talk with you. Outstanding place to stay!

We travel often, always staying at Best Westerns - hands down, the Clock Tower is our favorite. Friendly knowledgeable staff, excellent hotel. Modern, clean and spacious rooms. And - make sure you grab a bite at Stella's - Highly recommend!

This hotel offers a breakfast menu instead of the traditional breakfast buffet offered by other Best Western hotels. You had to walk outside to get to the restaurant The menu selection was limited. I prefer the buffet breakfast so you can choose a piece of fruit and a bowl of cereal or a waffle with yogurt. This is a two storey hotel but the elevator was broken and couldn't be fixed until June which was 2 months away. There was access to some rooms on the second floor with a different elevator as I understood it. If this breakfast menu is the way the hotel chain is going then I might be going to a new chain of hotel that still offers the buffet breakfast.

The Best Western plus clock tower inn Has always been my go to choice when visiting Billings Montana. The hotel location is key to experiencing Billings at its best. The staff is helpful friendly and professional. The rooms are updated clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

We recently had a family emergency bring us to Billings. After scouring unsuccessfully through other hotels, we called BW Plus Clocktower Inn. Not only was the rate incredibly affordable, but the staff was so kind. I am the kind of person who checks the bed, pulls back the covers, looks under the bed, inspects the shower, and more when I enter a hotel room. Our room was so clean! We checked out then had to check in due to unexpected circumstances and our second room was to the same standard. The breakfast is included and for our family of three this was an added value of at least $30. It was delicious and portions were HUGE. Stay here, trust someone with high expectations!

Bed was very comfortable, room was clean, parking with an SUV was a little difficult, free breakfast was offered. Located downtown so usual city noise at night, but close to hospitals so very easy to visit patients.

I didn't love Billings but the hotel was great. Rooms were huge, clean and heated floors were amazing. Showers were amazing with the rain shower. Very clean. People at desk were kind and helpful with where to go and where not to go!

This property is always well maintained and has very friendly staff. The amenitites are perfect for busiess travel. Make up mirror, fitness center, in room coffee and fridg. Right in the center of downtown. Easy walking to restaurants and shops.

I recently stayed at the BW Clock Tower having never been to Billings. A friend's medical emergency made the trip necessary on a last-moment basis. In all, I spent four nights there. I found the staff to be accommodating particularly as I had no idea how long I would need to be there. They were able to extend my stay daily without changing rooms. The room was comfortable and clean. Of particular note was the heated floor in the bathroom which came in handy as the temps were below zero throughout my stay. The other major "plus" to BW Clocktower is their free breakfast at Stella's which shares a parking lot with BW. This arrangement is a definite advantage to staying there. For those with loved ones at Billings Clinic, BW Clocktower is relatively close - very short drive. They offer a special "medical" rate as well. Also, being right downtown, BW Clocktower is close to several really nice restaurants. My only "complaint" is outside noises can intrude - emergency vehicles, loud cars/trucks, and people pulling luggage carts can be heard in the room. My sleep was not impacted however. I would not hesitate to return here in the future.

Don't be mistaken, this is a 4 star motel, but with a great breakfast included. Very close to downtown Billings and well worth it. It is close to all of the city, walking distance. Don't head south because you get the river/feces stank.

Stella's Restaurant, which is apparently attached to this property, is one reason I recommended staying at the ClockTower Inn. The other reason is that the rooms have been refreshed and are very nice. The value, therefore, is strong. Clean and extraordinarily well located in downtown Billings, this property is worth your time and money.

We were in town for the Chase Hawks Rodeo at the Metra. The hotel offered a free shuttle to and from the event. We arrived early, and were picked up very soon after the event ended. The hotel was conveniently located, so we able to enjoy the near by bars without having to pay for a taxi. The breakfast at Stellas was great as well. There is a variety, and the staff is very friendly! The bed in our room was also very comfortable! Will stay here again.

Fast and easy check in, Friendly staff, very clean room, very accommodating for us. We needed an early check in to be able to get ready for a wedding and they were more than willing to make sure that happened.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Loved that it was right in the heart of downtown Billings so I could walk to restaurants and shops. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Will stay here again when I travel.

The room that I got was the King bed for one night, decent price $105(special). The staff were great on info about the surrounding area and where to get a good bite to eat! I would recommend the ClockTower Inn to anyone who asks or doesn't ask! Haha. The breakfast at Stella's (the restaurant that is part of their establishment) is one of the best places to get breakfast! Honey buns!!!

As a platinum rewards money, this was not worth the money I paid for a two night stay. The room was small, dated, with loud downtown traffic. The outdoor entrance to my room felt more like a motel rather than a quality best western hotel.

A fabulous hotel and a great location. The entire staff was wonderful and made the stay absolutely perfect. The rooms were very nice and clean. Just an all around amazing stay at this hotel. No complaints whatsoever.

We were in Billings for a concert, and also wanted to try dinner at a downtown restaurant, and could not have picked a better location. Clocktower Inn had a free airport shuttle that picked us up at the airport. They also had a free shuttle to the concert, although we were late getting back from dinner so took an uber. They offer a complimentary cooked to order breakfast that is very nice. Free wifi. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Friendly staff. The only bummer was the pool was closed for the season.

Nice hotel with great staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. We brought our dog with us and stayed in a pet friendly room. The hotel is in the downtown area. The staff were very friendly and efficient during check-in. The next morning the staff went above and beyond to help us with our next reservations at a Best Western by Yellowstone Park. They helped us with directions, map and travel advice to Yellowstone. The restaurant for morning breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed for only one night, just passing through. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean. Breakfast is provided at Stella's Bakery which is adjacent to the property. The hotel guest menu was varied with great choices, and the food was excellent. Note that gratuity is not included. My only issue with the property is that it gets VERY noisy early in the morning. There was a drunk woman yelling in the parking lot at 430 am and then the trash collectors started picking up at 530 on a Saturday morning. You can also hear the adjacent toilets, the doors all opening and closing, and other guests vehicles sitting and idling. There was a complimentary pair of earplugs in the room upon arrival, however only ONE pair and there were TWO of us. I would highly suggest requesting a pair for each guest when you first arrive and check in.

Glad we trusted the GW Plus. We drove by and it didn't look enticing, but the room was great. Super-comfortable beds —and heated bathroom floors! Plus complimentary (limited) breakfast at great bakery next door. (Plenty of good choices, but you can also add/substitute for up-charge; e.g., fresh-squeezed OJ for ~$1.) Also 10% discount at area restaurants for dinner. All-in-all, an excellent experience.

I was skeptical about paying over $100/night to stay in a downtown outdoor motel, but because of the high ratings on TripAdvisor I decided to give it a try. I was disappointed. The layout of the hotel is very confusing. The lobby is not clearly marked if you are driving straight in to their parking lot. After parking I had to wander around for a few minutes to find where to check in. The motel has several different sections and you have to find which building is yours. Staircases are also not clearly marked and hard to find. When I checked in my key didn't work the first time so I had to wander through the lot again to find the lobby. When I finally got in the room it was fairly decent looking at first glance. But looking more closely the furniture is beat up, the toilet looks decades old, the floors creak badly. It's also very noisy, you can hear everything going on outside - people talking, cars, sirens, etc. No real soundproofing - they put earplugs in the rooms instead. They do have a security guard which was good, and the staff is friendly enough. The room did seem clean. I haven't stayed in a Best Western in awhile and saw a placard about their UltraClean standards. I looked it up and it's really cool that Best Western cares enough to actually sanitize things. Of course there's no way to verify that the hotels are actually doing what the program requires but good for Best Western for taking real cleanliness seriously. I would have given 2 stars but I appreciate the cleaning program. Other than that, I was unimpressed. I don't usually stay in outdoor-corridor motels like this so maybe my expectations were too high but this place is not worth $100+ per night.

As a older Best Western it is well maintained and quiet. The room was clean and very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and experienced. Breakfast was a cafe next door which they have a contract with was extremely good and well cooked. Definitely stay here again. Even my Super duty crew cab truck fitted in their covered parking with room to spare.

We stopped in Billings on our trip to Colorado and we stayed at this hotel. It was a great experience, the room was very nice and clean and the check-in was very straight forward. The exercise room was very well equipped. The hotel is very close, in walking distance to nice restaurants. The hotel does not have their own breakfast area and partnered with the restaurant on site for breakfast and it offers discount of a specific menu. The breakfast, while tasty has limited choices, especially if you are not into bacon, hash-brown, ... and it is quite busy if you're not there early.

This hotel is always clean and comfortable. We travel from sheridan, wyoming to do our shopping up in Billings. We get to enjoy all of downtown Billings as well. The Clock Tower will always be our first choice.

Room was very comfortable - with heated bathroom floors! Check in was easy and they were so nice - even providing a complimentary water bowl and treats for our small dog. Bed was wonderful; everything worked. Best complimentary breakfast right next door at STELLAS - huge great cinnamon rolls!

We stayed here as a good ending point for our vacation as we wanted something close to the Billings-Logan Airport, easy to get to from I-90, easy check-in, express check-out, comfortable and within easy walking distance of restaurants. This hotel provided everything we were looking for. Easy to get to off of I-90, check in was very fast and we were pleased to get a 10% off coupon for a nearby restaurant (we chose Jake's Steakhouse for dinner which was literally 2 blocks away and excellent) a free breakfast at Stella's which was across the street. We arrived about 6:00 PM on a Wednesday and did not have any problem with traffic. We left about 8:15 AM next morning for the airport and got there in less than 10 minutes no traffic problems. Upon arriving parking was a bit tight and we got lucky with a spot right next to the office which was ground level covered parking (under the main building). But without luck it may have been frustrating. The room we were in was set up in a courtyard type design with the rooms facing a pleasant outdoor courtyard. The rooms were accessed by a covered balcony. We were in room 204 and it was very nice. The only drawback I could see is if the weather was bad and you didn't get luck with parking. I don't know Billings but I believe this is pretty much located in the downtown area. Parking and Wi-Fi were free. This turned out perfect for our needs. Very friendly staff.

My wife and I did a trip from Calgary to Corpus Christi and stayed one night in Billings. We chose the Clocktower because of it being pet friendly and all I can say is that if you ever need to stay in Billings, this place is amazing. The rooms were clean, and fulfilled all our requirements and the breakfast at Stellas next door was beyond great. But the best part was being greeted by Stan and Norma and 'Lil Guy'!! The three of them made my long travel day end on such a high note that when we left the next morning, we missed them dearly. There are good people in this world and hands down, you will find them at the Clocktower in Stan and Norma! Will definitely stay here again if I ever find myself in Billings again. Thank you guys, you made my trip!

Good hotel overall, nice room of good size, comfortable bed, bathroom reasonable size and good shower pressure. Downsides are no restaurant and no bar! Breakfast is included at the cafe opposite, okay but nothing special.

Motel was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast at Stella's is great. The motel is surrounded by restaurants, bars, and boutiques. Such a fun location. We are planning our next stay. Can not wait!

My husband and I spent two nights here. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the best part is they give you vouchers for breakfast at Stella's nextdoor. I would stary here again just for that. The hotel is, also, in walking distance to many of the breweries and restaurants downtown.

It was kinda cool that the parking was above ground, but under the pool. It's a good set up for saving space. I had a nice room, super comfortable bed, and a great experience checking in. Breakfast was free at the restaurant next door! It was outstanding! It was downtown, so not the easiest to park my truck in, but it worked and I would happily stay here again.

This is my favorite hotel in Billings for a number of reasons. Most importantly is how dog friendly they are. I have two dogs; both of them 70 lbs and bully breeds. They don't discriminate at this hotel and actually welcome bigger dogs which isn't as easy to find as you'd think. One of my dogs is blind and they always give me a room that is really easy for him to navigate. Because he's blind, he's afraid of stairs and so a ground floor room makes my life so much easier. The rooms are always clean, the staff is super friendly, and they give free breakfast vouchers for the restaurant on the corner. The hotel has a swimming pool, sauna, and fitness facility. The location is great as well. It's within walking distance of restaurants, bars, breweries, art galleries.. in downtown Billings. It also has free parking. I've stayed at other, more expensive hotels in Billings but once I found this location I've continued going back. What more could I ask for at such a reasonable price?

My fiance and I stayed here on 9/6 and checked out 9/7. My fiance had a surgery scheduled for 6:30 a.m. so we decided to stay in Billings the night before. The room was nice but the pillows were small and almost square instead of rectangular and the sheets were a little scratchy. There were over head lights which were helpful and there are block out curtains on the Windows but they are underneath the sheer curtains so they might be easy to miss. There were two different thermostats in the room which was a little confusing as we weren't sure which one to use. There was a good sized refrigerator but no microwave in our room. My only issue with the cleanliness of the room was several flies that were buzzing around in the room and a dead bug stuck to the ceiling near one of the beds. Parking was really tricky but trump was in town the same night so they were very full up and we were able find a spot that was still hotel parking. The breakfast at stella'a was excellent and the staff was helpful and professional, we just wish the room had been more thoroughly cleaned.

We haven't traveled anywhere for leisure in over a year due to me having developing medical issues that have left me with mobility issues. This hotel was beyond what we expected for our getaway! Very friendly, very clean, easy handicapped access for us, great location, and the breakfast!! Not some dry donut or toast your own toast, but a full hot breakfast voucher to use at a restaurant that's on the hotel property!! You can also use it all day, not cut off at 9:00 a.m. And, they will even deliver it to your room for $5.00 that you pay (we actually splurged and had it delivered one day for our anniversary!). This hotel is in the heart of downtown Billings, walking distance to a lot of options. My only complaint is because it's downtown there is some noise, but I think it was because we were in an end room on the ground floor and they are outside entry rooms, I think the other rooms wouldn't be very noisy. We'll stay there again!! ??

This hotel is walking distance from downtown. We stayed here to attend an event at the Alberta Bair Theatre and it was in a perfect location. Breakfast was provided by going to Stella's which is on the property of the hotel. There is a little bit of a wait to be seated at restaurant but food was amazing. The rooms are clean, however, outdated. The walls are a little thin so it is possible to hear the people that are in the room next to you.

We were here for a quick overnight stay before catching a flight out. The front desk staff were very helpful. The room was very nice, though a bit small. The location is great, easy walking distance to many good restaurants in downtown Billings. The only negative is the parking, which is kind of cramped.

Location was good, short walk to several restaurants and bars ( which several close early due to local liquor laws) Rooms were good sized (there were 5 of us so had to get a cot as well) and clean. Although we didn't use the pool, looked nice and maintained. Can't always fit it in on a quick trip. Breakfast was included, which Is always great to have, especially when you are traveling with kids!

If you are going to be in downtown Billings this is a great place to stay. The room we had overlooking the pool was beautiful and spacious. I loved the soaker tub and rainshower! Great location and very friendly staff.

rolled into billings on a x-country road trip; was attempting to target budget, usually 2-star type hotels, but being a BW rewards member, drove by Best Western PLUS (clock tower), and decided to check on availability for that night. bingo! covered parking...super helpful desk agents checked the two of us into a lovely two queen corner room within minutes, complete with excellent pricing for a Best Western and a great recommendation for dinner. was impressed with a bike (motorcycle) wash station and noted it for my next 2-wheeled road trip. the room was very spacious, well lit, with ample power outlets, top quality soap, shampoo and other amenities, in-room coffee, and a high shower head that was much appreciated for a tall guy (who often has to duck down to get under the water stream). ample square footage, great layout, comfy beds with ample pillows. hotel has a rooftop courtyard with outdoor pool. one of the many highlights was included breakfast, not the buffet type, but at a very popular, excellent adjacent (on site) bakery restaurant; you can select from several breakfast choices at no charge (tip not included) and i must say it was one of the best, easiest included hotel breakfast experiences i've ever had! bonus is clocktower's location within a few blocks easy walking distance to downtown dining and bar choices. this is THE place to stay on your pass through billings.

We recently stayed, again, at the Clocktower Inn. The proximity to some of Montana's best dining is a draw. (Breakfast at Stella's was included) They have a discount with many restaurants in the area when you show your room card. And they are within walking distance. The swimming pool is nice this time of year and the survey sent after a stay was responded to by the owner. I forgot my swimming suit in the room and when I called, two weeks later, they had it and mailed it to me. The front desk is always a great experience. It's also great not to have big-rigs running in the parking lot..in fact for being downtown the noise level is pretty low.

When business takes me to downtown Billings I always stay at the BW Clock Tower Inn. it is convenient to downtown businesses, restaurants and retail shopping.The staff at the Clock Tower Inn are most welcoming and efficient. They make you feel very welcome.The rooms are up to date with comfortable beds, in room coffee makers, refers for left overs. BW Clock Tower Inn works with Stella's Cafe for a breakfast selection. The food and service are outstanding.I highly recommend the Clock Tower Inn when business takes you to downtown Billings.

We stayed here for a couple of days and it was great. The guy on reception was lovely with us and had actually spent some time in Manchester, UK. We'd asked for a quiet room and were given one of the few (16 we think) that were actually completely inside on the second floor, not in the 'motel' part at all. The room was enormous with the biggest TV we've ever seen in a hotel room. There were also 2 showers in a double one and a fabulous king size bed. There was more than enough parking, most of it under cover. We did sit around the pool one morning on very comfy loungers. All very peaceful until some guy just sat there shouting into his cell phone. We thought about asking him to be quiet but his size and glare put us off! Maybe ban cell phones from the pool area? The room had the usual note about conserving resources but even though we followed instructions and hung our towels up, they were taken away and we were given fresh ones! Very central to Billings and you can walk everywhere - perfect!

I absolutely loved the Clocktower Hotel! It was clean and quiet, with our corner pool-side room, and couldn't ask for better service. And the voucher for breakfast at Stella's was a wonderfully delicious bonus! I am recommending it to all! Our family enjoyed great restaurants within walking distance, as well.

I have stayed at the ClockTower Inn several times as convenient overnight stop on my cross country flights. The hotel has courtesy transportation to and from the airport, a major plus for me. The hotel has been upgraded over the years, although old, its age is not problematic. Unlike many motels and hotels the electrical outlets are plentiful and not worn out. Remodel bathrooms are very nice, clean, and well lit. Decor is contemporary and attractive, excellent beds and bedding. Air conditioning in Billings in the summer is essential. This hotel's AC systems are thermostatically controlled and do a good job. Check in/out service is prompt and courteous. A complimentary breakfast is included at Stella's Bakery Restaurant next door. The portions are generous and the quality very good. Being located downtown, you are in short walking distance of the restaurant row and will have many choices.

I travel about 200 nights a year and this one of the nicer hotels I stay at. The room are big and very clean and updated. Staff is welcoming. The hotel is right downtown, walking distance to some great restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Billings

This hotel or should I say motel. Does not keep up with other Best Western Plus Hotels. Limited Parking Extremely Noisy - Do not get a ground floor room. Being right downtown it has all the sirens and interesting characters of any city. The room came with one set of complimentary ear plugs! That is a dead giveaway of what to expect. Their queen bed is only a double and not a queen. The only saving grace of this place is Stella's Bakery next door for breakfast. I will not use this motel again.

Always stay at the Clocktower when have any type activity in downtown/uptown area, be it business, medical or entertainment. This time medical/situated close to medical facilities. Next week the Blues Fest just across the street. Excellent hotel.

The 2 rooms we stayed in at the BW Clocktower Inn were recently remodeled and beautiful. Easily the nicest BW rooms we've ever stayed in. The complimentary breakfast at the adjacent restaurant was awesome! Highly recommended for anyone staying in the general vicinity.

Great place I love the friendly staff and clean rooms the breakfast they provide is outstanding . You can't go wrong at this hotel . It's very close to a lot of outstanding restaurants there's Burger Dive featured on the food network channel man vs food across the street as well and steak house . So many choices in walking distance I was very pleased

This is a large hotel and it is very well kept. There are beautiful flowers in the courtyard. The breakfast at Stella's was amazing, and we bought cinnamon rolls to go for our breakfast the next day. We had a little difficulty finding our room because we had to walk across to the parking garage and go up an elevator and around to the very back, however the lady at the front desk did a good job of showing this to us on a map. The air conditioner didn't seem to be working so my husband called the front desk and they said maintenance would be right up. He opened up the door to look out to see if they were coming, then shut it and the air started working! He called the front desk back and she said "Oh yes, there are sensors on the door, it must not have worked the first time you came in the room." Weird....and maybe she could have mentioned for us to try that first instead of calling maintenance. Everything else was fine, and the bathroom is large. The only other problem we had was when we were leaving and I called the front desk and said I would need airport transportation in 20 minutes. She said that's great, come down when you are ready. We came down and nope, not there. She called them and 10 minutes later we were still waiting. Then another guest called the front desk with the same request so she said we would have to wait on them to come too so we could all ride together. I understand this, but it's a good thing we didn't miss our flight because by that time we were about a half hour later getting to the airport than anticipated.

The ClockTower Inn consistently provides exceptional service. The facility is clean and well maintained, the staff always friendly and professional. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Since there is no lobby breakfast, the alternative offering of a free breakfast at neighboring Stella's is great! (You MUST try a cinnamon roll!) Easy walking distance to most downtown attractions.

Wow. Wanted to book a place in downtown - SO glad I found BW Clocktower!! Location is PERFECT - able to walk easily to different food/coffee places. The room is extremely well-outfitted: super bed, lots of charging outlets, great frig (on a long road trip so that's nice), comfortable easy chair and very well-organized -stocked bathroom. AND - Stan (the Man) at the front desk. Helpful, charming, genuine and fun person who helped us settle in - offered great dinner suggestions as well. We really enjoyed him - the personal touch at a corporate place can make a customer want to return, and recommend one place over another. We would happily stay here again! Thanks, Stan.

We had a great time. The lady that checked us in (coffee) that's not how it's spelled but how it sounds, was great, very helpfull and patient with us, the engineering/security (Lawrence) dropped everything he was doing because he noticed we had a baby with us. He took all of our luggage and showed us directly to our room, he took the time to explain everything, advise is on places to eat and fun things to go do, he went way above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience. The property is breathtaking, beautiful,clean,and even though it's in the heart of downtown it is very safe and secure. And the on property restaurant with free breakfast was great! Thank you Lawrence and the entire staff for making our stay amazing! We will stay there every time we come to Billings.

The hotel itself was fine. Not fancy, but not a lot of noise (plumbing) either. Its location lets you walk downtown Billings very easily, as we did. But its breakfast at the diner next door makes the those bleak motel breakfast look like poor value, indeed. Recommended.

Staff was genuinely friendly. They were very helpful, professional and expedient, which I appreciated. The hotel amenities are awesome. They have a swimming pool on the second floor above a parking garage, interesting. The rooms are very clean. The rooms could use more sun/light blockage, that is somewhat disruptive. Other than that it was a good experience.

We drove into Billings, started looking for a pet friendly hotel and this one came up. We've always had good experiences with Best Western so we drove right to it and we weren't disappointed. Clean, comfortable, the staff was great and the breakfast was wonderful!! Lots of parking and easy to find.

Late night check in was exceptional, very pet friendly with the little pups own scenic area to do their business...missed out on the breakfast but we will be staying there again and be taking advantage of the offer. Nice location in a busy area of town...

Our second day into our 4 night stay, housekeeping failed to show up. I called the front desk at 5 pm and they were very apologetic, but we could only get minimal services. We were given 500 reward points, but we paid for a decent room, not points. I'd like to say this was an isolated incident, but the beginning of July the same thing happened. The rooms have always been very clean upon arrival, just not well maintained during. When we stay for 10 days it is nice to have a clean room. We continue to stay at this location because maintenance and the front desk personnel are extremely helpful and very friendly. The pool looks inviting, and I have spent many hours on the cozy patio furniture reflecting on the day while watching the sunset. The location of the hotel is amazing, as is the on-site restaurant. It is very close to the hospitals, as well as to many great restaurants for dinner.

I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this Best Western is - great staff, nice, clean room, very comfortable bed and pillows, good breakfast next door at Stella's. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in Billings. Location is within walking distance of a lot of restaurants. Area is pretty industrial but I felt safe.

The front desk staff,( Kaufi in particular was excellent.) She provided above average service. From reserving the room to check out she did an awesome job. The room was clean and very up to date.Parking was good. We were pool side and had a great time. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Billings, make sure to ask for Kaufi when checking in she will take care of you!

We stopped in to make our reservations for our return trip from Las Vegas. We were greeted and reservations made for a late arrival since our flight did not get in until 9:15pm. At a Holiday Inn years ago, I specifically told them I would not get in until 11pm or later only to find they canceled my reservation for my room when I got there at 1am from Belize and had to walk to the nearest hotel to try to get a room! I have since switched to Best Westerns but wanted to personally book the room. The staff person (wish I wrote down his name) was so gracious and I knew I could count on the room being saved for me for the night we were to arrive. It worked out perfectly! Checked in at 11pm July 2nd and it was FAST and efficient and given a slip to have free breakfast at Stella's next door the next morning. Had a delicious free breakfast and headed home to Wyoming. I'd stay here again for certain!

I would have given a five star but we had noise at night. Other than the noise the bed was comfortable, room was clean, and my wife loved the heated floors in the bathroom. One of the benefits of staying here your free breakfast was at Stella's right next door. That place cannot be beat.

We booked the room on line. We didn't know the location was right downtown, which was nice. We were able to walk around a lot. The staff were very helpful on telling us what to see and where to eat. Our room was very spacious, the bathroom had a heated floor. Our room opened onto the pool area. The breakfast included with the room was in a restaurant across from the hotel. What a great meal... We liked the hotel so much we ended up booking another night. Great place to stay

This motel, while not new, is well-kept and has great service. The breakfast is AMAZING. Loved all the planters with beautiful flowers everywhere. Sparkly-clean rooms that are well appointed, and the location is right near the best restaurants in Billings. I'll be back!

Recently renovated and paid attention to every detail. Rooms are nicely appointed. Shower pressure was great. Excellent location in the heart of downtown. Walking distance to most downtown attractions. Free breakfast at the on-site restaurant (Stella's) was excellent. Secure self-laundry facilities were nice and clean (included a change machine - wash and dry for less than $4). We did not take advantage of the sauna, but it looked very nice as well.

We did sleep well at the hotel. The breakfast was not included, and apparently the word that people staying at this hotel will get a discount on breakfast next door at Stella's bakery did not get public press. Oh well. Would have been nice.

The Clocktower is centrally located. We walked 2-3 blocks to downtown where there was a wine and crafts festival taking place that we enjoyed. We strolled to some of the shopping area before stopping at local pubs for a refreshing beer. We had a wonderful breakfast at the restaurant where Clocktower offers complementary breakfast for guest

After years of being a Diamond level member with Hilton, I have been staying at BW Plus more often after seeing how nice they are and learning more of what BW does for military members and veterans. Decided on this hotel for our night in Billings that we were looking for lodging. When first pulling up was a little surprised to see the layout of the hotel - like how roadside motels were laid out 30-40 years ago: Rooms opening up to the parking lot, 2 buildings divided by an alley, parking below the motel, etc. This hotel sits on the eastern edge of downtown Billings, so there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are very well appointed: Beds are quite comfortable. Linens, pillows and towels are of high quality - like what would find at a full service Hilton or Marriott hotel. The bathroom mirror has recessed vanity lights in it, shower has a normal shower head and a rainfall shower head in the ceiling, with a knob in the shower to switch water flow from one to the other - a nice touch. Bathroom has heated floors. You rarely see this in Ritz Carlton or Waldorf hotels, let alone a Best Western. Lighting was ample, plug outlets were plentiful. Internet speeds for a hotel were good (~20Mbps down/10Mbps up) None of the outlets have the USB ports built in them yet, no big deal for me. Tv has plenty of channels, including 10 or so HBO channels. AC/Heat was quiet (This can often be a problem!). Across from the lobby is a restaurant called Stellas (Menu and bakery items like a Perkins would have) which is where you get your breakfast as a guest. Guests can select from a limited menu of 7 breakfast options(2 eggs, 2 slices bacon, toast and hashbrowns were one option with a beverage) included in your room rate. These breakfasts are quite large, filled both my boys up which is no easy feat! And the food and service is excellent! I highly recommend getting the fresh squeezed OJ. Having a full breakfast like this for the 3 of us included in a room rate made the value of this stay even better.

We stayed here while traveling across Montana. It is downtown, so is a little out of the way and somewhat difficult to get to. But it is close to some good restaurants, is quiet with ample parking. The beds were comfortable and the free breakfast at the restaurant was very good.

We stopped here just to sleep and get back on the road. The staff were nice. The room was average. But what we really enjoyed was the breakfast across the way. Not your typical continental breakfast, an actual server at a restaurant! We would stay here again.

This is a great place to stay in Billings, it is convenient for th centre. The room we had was great very quiet and on the second floor near the pool. The covered parking was good as we had a very violent hail storm while we were there. Breakfast is in Stella's Bakery next door. The staff were great.

I enjoyed my stay at this facility. Staff was great to speak to and very helpful and they really took the time to answer my questions as it was the first time I had been to Billings. The food that was furnished for their free breakfast was great.

We had a great experience at this hotel! Great secured parking, great rooms, and pet friendly. The pillows were ok but everything else was wonderful. There's a bakery attached to the hotel for breakfast and the included breakfast was fantastic. Would recommend if you're driving through or need a place to stay for a couple days.

We like staying at the Best Western ClockTower Inn when we are in Billings because of the location. We can walk anywhere downtown to eat or to sample the various breweries that are located downtown. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great at Stella's too!

So I gave it four stars but that doesn't mean its a four star hotel. Four star motel maybe but that shouldn't discourage anyone from staying here if they're looking for a decently priced place to stay in downtown Billings. It had what I was looking for: comfortable bed, decent TV options, mini-fridge, good water pressure in the shower, good location and an airport shuttle service. Staff was friendly, helpful yet unobtrusive. The complimentary breakfast at Stella's is a $10 value and worth taking advantage of. It's on the east side of downtown, but the west side is maybe a 10 minute walk so everything downtown is walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

This was a unique property that was clean and affordable. The clerk who checked me in was friendly and helpful. There was loud construction going on in the morning, but we were up so it wasn't a big deal. We arrived late and left early, but would definitely stay at this property again! Its a great location and is pet friendly. The bed was decent, but there pillows were uncomfortable.

A nice, above-average hotel in downtown Billings, MT. Nearby restaurant is a plus, though the hours could have been longer into the evening. It can be a walk to get to your room in this large hotel. Overall, a good value and experience.

We travel with a small dog and love the hotel's wonderful pet area, complete with a shade tree, park benches, and ASTROTURF!. Also, breakfast is provided at the fabulous Stella's next door - a real bonus. Nice hotel, very comfortable, recently remodeled, with a convenient downtown location and a very friendly staff. This was our 5th stay at this hotel and we already look forward to the next.

Best Western Inns are like the box of chocolates - "you never know what you are going to get." In this case it was one of those very good choices. I had a large room in a quite section of the inn. The room was spotless. The bed was comfortable and the air ventilation system was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking was available. The location was in the center of downtown with easy access to restaurants, entertainment, businesses, and the two major medical centers, Breakfast was available from a limited but varied menu in the adjacent restaurant. Based on my two day stay I would definitely stay again if in the area. Complimentary airport transportation is provided.

Very nice place to stay. We will stay here again if we are back in Billings. Price is fair and location is ideal. Very nice steak house very close. Clean rooms and well adorned for our needs. Very busy during fair season.

Got a late start on a business trip and decided to stop in Billings, MT rather than push it to Casper, WY. Happy I did. The clerk at check in was very personable and efficient. Recommended a great restaurant for a late dinner w/in walking distance! Really nice being downtown and the little restaurant/bakery next door had a wonderful breakfast w/lots of locals so you knew it was good. Room was clean and spacious, great bed & comfortable range of pillows. Wonderful heated floor and roomy smoking tub.

The Clock tower is the best hotel to stay in Billings,MT. Great staff, nice rooms, amazing breakfast, Great Internet and more. It is close to some Nice restaurants and bar's as well. I would recommend the best western Clocktower inn on any occasion.

My husband and I really enjoy staying at this hotel. The rooms are clean, the breakfast at Stella's is always a treat and the price is reasonable. BUT our favorite part about staying at this hotel is that it is close to all the great restaurants and bars. It's our favorite weekend getaway spot ??

I stay here often and have never had a bad experience. The service is wonderful, the rooms are clean and updated. There is a restaurant on site that has wonderful food. They are very busy but the hotel does tell you the best times to go.

Conveniently located in Downtown Billings. Clean. Very friendly staff. The parking is a bit tight but unless you are a terrible driver you will be fine. Has the potential to be noisy, but when we were there, any noise was short lived. Complimentary breakfast is at Stella's, a wonderful bakery/restaurant just across the driveway. Hotel price, comfortable bed, cleanliness and Stella's makes this quite a deal.

Pulled in after driving 860 miles and was warmly greeted by Stan! He was so kind and quickly squared us away so we could call it a day! Make certain to take your appetite and plan not to eat the rest of the day! No kidding!! Upon our departure the same beautiful courtesy . It was Sunday morning and I had left my toothbrush at the last hotel, she did not miss a beat as she handed me what I needed. Thank-you!!

First of all, the staff are amazing and very accommodating. The rooms are clean, but extremely noisy. We were stuck in room 158 which is right on the end corner next to the street. Needless to say, we didn't sleep that night. I think the main problem is the doors don't seal. You can see light all on at least 2 -3 sides. With freezing weather, the cold air blows through, therefore the heater clicks on and off about every 3 minutes. We went in the next morning and they were able to switch us to a different room, although a little better, the door still didn't seal. So the heat still ran every 5-10 minutes. The place would be great place if they'd just do a little weather proofing/sealing!!

We had the pleasure of staying here last weekend. Room was clean and comfortable. Could use a new mattress though. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again! It is also in great location can walk just about anywhere in the downtown area.

This hotel, one of many in its chain of BW franchisees, is perhaps the best Best Western we have ever stayed at. The hotel has several stories, all inside rooms on the courtyard, and is located in downtown Billings, on one-way 1st Avenue North, and just one block between N 24th Street and N 21st Street. The hotel is clean, modernized, has a courtyard with a swimming pool, and offers a free breakfast at an adjacent restaurant it promotes. Parking is free below, but with easy access outside the hotel. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are of fair value for a major downtown hotel. For a downtown hotel, especially in Montana's largest city, the place was very quiet for sleeping. Many good restaurants are within just a few blocks of walking distance. There is easy access to the airport, just a mile or so on top of the plateau/mountain overlooking downtown Billings.

Hands down, the service here is great. From maintenance to front desk staff, we have always been treated kindly and professionally. Staff is knowledgeable about Billings and can provide excellent recommendations in the area. Rooms are clean and quiet and very nicely appointed. Although they don't have breakfast in the inn itself, they offer breakfast at Stella's (famous for breakfast in Billings) and it's right across the parking lot. Have stayed there several times, and will continue to.

Stayed at the best western and we enjoyed the room as well as the area and restaurants. Room was clean, employees where friendly. Good value, parking was difficult but hotel provided us with options. Complementary breakfast was great.

Had an unexpected stay in Billings over the weekend. Had my dog with me so was worried about finding a hotel with her. But this place didn't disappoint. Super pet friendly, they even had a little treat bag for her when we checked in. They also had an awesome little “grass” area for her to do her business. The room was clean and comfortable. Getting a free breakfast, off of a limited menu, the next morning was great. Really enjoyed my stay here. Only negative I have, is that the pillows SUCK! They are the tiny square ones and we're so lumpy. I normally travel with my own pillow due to this issue in most hotels.

Great value and location. Hotel restaurant is very good and there are many good restaurants within walking distance. Hospital is very close which was important for us this trip. Rooms are well equipped. Parking is a little sketchy with a bigger vehicle.

This hotel has two wings to it...one for people who have pets and another for those who don't. Unfortunately, we weren't offered a non-pet room. And unfortunately, we were located on the first floor with the pet potty in front of our room. Not only did we have to tolerate the pet debris, but the owners would sit in the area and smoke. So be sure to ask for the non-pet rooms, if you don't have pets. Other than this very unpleasant part of our stay, the hotel room was very nice. They provide breakfast at a restaurant next door which was very good. Would stay here again only, if I can stay in the non-pet area.

We had a very nice stay here the evening before we returned home out of the airport in Billings. The hotel is conveniently located to a number of restaurants within walking distance and the airport is a short drive. The on-site restaurant serves an excellent breakfast, but plan ahead because it gets crowded. We ordered our meals over the phone and brought it back to the room so we could finish packing and have an un-rushed morning. The staff were great, the rooms were clean, and we had no issues. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We were traveling through Montana on the I 90. We choose Billings as our stopping point for the night. I used my Travel Advisory App. to pick a Best Western hotel. I selected The Best Western Clocktower Hotel downtown. Clean room which features a balcony with each room which amounts to an open area that everyone uses to go to there rooms, it over looks the Parking lot and back side of Stellas Restaurant. The walls are thinly built where the adjoining room guests conversations are easily overheard. we were forced to turn on white noise to drown out the voices booming into our room. 6am the next morning the parking lot is taking deliveries for the Restaurant. the trucks back up alarms were a constant sound for the next hour. This was one of the most expensive choices in Billings and was very disappointing.

There are pros and cons to this hotel. Pros included that the room was very nice and also very clean. Also the breakfast in the morning from the restaurant was wonderful. They make fantastic cinnamon buns. Cons include lack of customer service at the front desk – we had asked to have the pull out couch made up as we were going to be late checking in and we were told no that was our responsibility. When we arrived there was no bedding in the room for the pull out bed therefore we had to call back down to the front desk in order to receive some. Parking was absolutely awful if you drive anything besides a small car. Please note that this is more of a motel then a hotel as the doors to the rooms open up to the outside instead of a hallway. It was not worth it for the price.

My sons and I were driving from Chicago to Seattle and selected Best Western Clock Tower Inn for our first nights rest. This location was clean, the staff was professional and it was close by to some great dinner choices. Glad we stayed here and will use BW more frequently.

It would have been nice if I was told that I would have to pay twice for my room! it sucks that you book a room online then you go check in in then get told that you have pay again for your that is not right?

All the staff we encountered were very nice. The lobby was set up and decorated for Christmas which was adorable. The hotel offers mostly outside access rooms. It is was a little confusing at first to find our room from the main office. However they Do provide a map of the complex. Wifi seemed to be working well and at a good speed. The room's heater was already on when we arrived so the room was not cold. This was a nice little touch.
