"Don't piss in my Cheerios!!!"

My review is a part two for the automated response the hotel left. This man called me four days after leaving the hotel screaming at me telling me he had just charged my credit card for leaving a bad review. He then told booking.com that I didn't arrive at the hotel. I should be able to leave a review of his treatment as well as the staff's treatment even if we didn't stay. After reading the reviews….. I believe a person shouldn't have to stay at a roach and bed bug infested hotel with dirty sheets and locks that don't work on the doors as others have pointed out in the reviews. After he yelled at me I informed him that he made a fraudulent charge on my credit card. I made sure when when left the hotel that we had a printed receipt stating that we had a $0 balance due. We also called the police and our bank and have been informed what our next direction will be in resolving as well as being financially reimbursed ALL time and expense for dealing with this matter. Two people already have over 20 hours of our time documented in dealing with the matter. We have only just began. If you have been damaged in anyway from the establishment do not just look away because there is more than enough evidence of their bad behavior as well as charges on people's accounts for no reason. Even taking breakfast to your room will get you a change when you leave. I wonder if you have pizza delivered if you loss your deposit? I wouldn't be surprised.

"Not Really Pet Friendly"

Check in staff was rude and after 11 hours on the road we just needed a place to sleep and potty the dogs. Called ahead to ensure pet friendly rooms were available, consulted the posted pet policy to make sure we were compliant. See photos below showing up to two dogs less than 80 pounds allowed. We have two 25 lb dogs. During check in the front desk gave my husband grief saying only one dog was allowed. She would allow us to stay and reminded us to pick up after our dogs. I told my husband she may be misinformed and returned to the front desk to show her the hotel's pet policy, and she was just more rude. Told us we should leave and not come back. Once in the room, there was toilet paper floating in the toilet. The room door would not latch unless it was slammed really hard. The fan in the heating unit cycled on and off all night - keeping us awake. It had a constant fan function, but it was not working. There was nothing especially pet friendly about the room. No laminate flooring, no pet bed, no treats. In general, the rooms need to be updated. Additionally, there was no special place outside for the dogs to run around or relieve themselves like we've seen in other Best Western pet friendly places.

I booked this on Priceline because of the close location to the airport. I booked a non~smoking room, but the room had a foul order like it was previously a smoking room. My eyes watered all night. The chair in my room was ripped and the rest of the furniture was in poor condition. The bathroom needed a good cleaning because I saw stains all over the wall. Find another place to stay.

I believe this hotel has an Ownership issue, not a Staff issue. The state of the rooms will have any guest feel unwelcome. 2024 travelers beware! This property needs to: INVEST in quality handiwork. UPDATE worn furniture and fixtures. REPLACE sheets, towels and other guest touch-points before they're ripped, stained, and rough. We should have checked out immediately upon seeing the state of the room but other factors had us tough it out. A stain upon our holiday trip and our Oklahoma experience.

We have stayed at this location many times using it when flying from Tulsa International Airport. It is less than a 5 minute drive to the airport. They use to have shuttle service but have discontinued it and I hope they would start it up again. This hotel has nice clean rooms and we had a king room and it was spacious, clean and been remodeled. Had a nice reliner to relax in.

This hotel is very clean, and the staff was very helpful. We had to drive a bit out of our way to get there but it was quick and easy to find. It was quiet and clean with comfortable beds. We will stay here again if we are ever in this area.

Just drove more than 3 hours and this nasty person at the check Inn Denied my reservation Just because my wife was the one paying with her debit card. We provide IDs hers and mine and he treat us very disrespectful and acting gangster on a Best Western. It's very disappointing the type of people Best Western is employing. I have been a Dimond member for more than 10 years I'm really switching to Hiltons where they were happy to have Us.

This property is not located in an area that feels safe. We found our room unclean and in disrepair. We even debated whether the sheets had been washed. The staff were nice, but unavailable to assist with morning (not too early) check out. The worst part of our stay are the bites that must have come from bed bugs. I have them all over my body. I was not immediately aware of how many until they welted up and started to itch and burn. I've never felt the need to write a bad hotel review until now. I've had good Best Western experiences. This was not One of them!!

Our room had dead and alive bugs in the floor, in the ac unit, and climbing the wall. The ac smelled like pee everytime it came on. The walls were very dirty. The room was gross but at least he bed was clean.

This is an old hotel in need of remodeling. Rooms look nothing like pictures on website; more like someone took odds and ends from a garage sale to furnish the rooms. Bathroom vent covered in dirt/dust; coffee left in coffeemaker from previous guest. Noisy air conditioner that is set to blow directly at the bed. Only pros were that it was close to airport and reasonably clean.

I was travelling with my family and needed to stay in a fairly decent hotel. I have used Best Western before and have always had great experiences. We chose this location because of the proximity to the freeway. The lady at the front counter was rude. The rooms were subpar( I would have stayed at a local no tell motel) They knew we needed more than 2 towels because there were 3 of us. The showers were stained and the odor in the rooms reminded me of when someone gets sick and you spray lysol to cover it. Let's discuss breakfast which is included, the eggs had visible water in them and the sausage patties were cold and had a slimy coating like fat that hasn't melted yet. One thing that really bothered me was the threat that I received if I took my food to my room. I would be charged extra. We had to eat breakfast in their breakfast room. None of the other BW's I have ever stayed at has said this simply because they want to make sure I'm not giving my food away. This place is awful.

Room was ok, light didn't come on over sink and you have to hold the handle down for toilet to flush, but other than that the room was fine. The pool needs more chairs, and needs the umbrellas on the tables. Breakfast ends at 9am...Most ridiculous thing I've heard. People on vacation might not get up till 9. And there is no complimentary coffee in the lobby. Every employee I encountered was very pleasant. If you need a night away, I would recommend here.

If you're a NON-smoker, find another hotel! I'd recommend the BW Downtown. I was tired, hungry and road weary after more than 500 miles on my motorcycle. I pulled in here, got a room, luckily first floor. Went to the room, hmmm an ashtray on the TV stand. Odd but probably a left over from the hotel's US Route 66 days they'd just not taken out. Room was clean which is about all one can say for it. Went to sleep, woke up about 2:30AM, thinking, "What the hell is that odor??" STALE TOBACCO. Called the front desk to complain about it, the clerk told me it was a smoking room. I'd specifically asked for a NON-smoking room. Plus, I'm a Diamond level BW rewards member. Not that that made the slightest bit of difference here. Like I said, if you're a smoker, this place is probably okay for you. Clearly, I did not appreciate it

Okay place to spend a night. A bit of a sketchy area but I never felt unsafe traveling alone as a female. Bed was comfortable and shower good. The hotel is older and probably needs an upgrade. Common areas were nice. Pool was not open. There were a couple of cleaning issues.

Bed bugs, the night shift staff member was extremely refused to give us a refund because we had been checked in since 2pm and we didn't find the bug til 11pm. Was offered another room. While inspecting the other room for bugs I found the mattress cover was moldy. Booked new accommodations and working with corporate for refund.

This was the worst motel stay ever. I had plenty of problems. The cleanliness of the room was horrible. Roaches on the chairs and on the bed. Hair on the bath towels and hair around the bathtub and in the bathtub. The room had a stench to it, old stale and musty. I just don't understand how they rented that room out with so many things going wrong with it. And then when I went to the front and told the clerk what was going on he said I should have called them and they would have placed me in another room. If that room was that nasty what makes them think I would like to go to another room. I didn't even stay the night I left that night, and the clerk pretty much had an attitude that I was actually up there complaining and had no compassion for me at all. I just wanted a refund and he didn't even consider that at all.

The room we got had beard shavings In and in the sink. Our light switch for the bathroom was broken and our room had a funky odor. Our stay was less then pleasurable when a family checked in with young kids who proceeded to yell and scream next door at 3:00 in the morning. We understand that the hotel doesn't control that last factor but the room cleanliness and operations should have been better.

Most asinine policy I have ever heard!! we reserved our room with our Apple Card and they cancelled our room because they won't accept a credit card that doesn't have numbers on it! Absolutely insane! I don't know what else to say, I have to blather on to get to 200 Characters. Be forewarned!

We have stayed at this location many times as it is close to the Tulsa airport. Before Covid they had shuttle service but not now. The staff is pretty friendly and they do have a breakfast provided that is average or above. It is only 5 minutes from airport. The rooms have been updated and in good condition.

The hotel staff was ridiculous..they charged our card over 300 FOR ONE NIGHT that they claim was booked for 2 night, BUT will provide no paperwork. The lady at the desk likes to hang up on people since she is in kindergarten... So...if you like money stolen from you and TERRIBLE customer service don't go here 2nd time in 2 different hotels in oklahoma and im starting to think that state doesn't care about or know customer service

I can't even describe how rude staff is. We were staying here twice before and after a flight. The first night we arrived our room was not great, and there was no cold water. We told the front desk and they just said okay. The second time was horrible. We were already exhausted because our flight was delayed due to weather. When we arrived to check in they refused us a room because it was after 12am. This is an airport hotel? I'm handicapped and my daughter is young and we had to drive around Tulsa trying to find a room. We ended up at the Baymont by Wyndham which was full but the front desk staff worked hard and found us a room that had been canceled. They were so kind. I recommend you stay at the Baymont and skip this hotel. This Best Western needs serious updating and staff who cares.

I Love that this Best Western is centrally located that I can watch the planes from Tulsa International, as well as close to the Interstate. Also, there is a Subway inside. The Breakfast Selection is great too! Very nice place to stay!

There was hair in the tub and the sink, towels were so worn it was see through. Rug was dirty, Had to ask for coffee in the morning. When I went to ask the women behind the counter, I had to wait for her to come from another room!

Went through Priceline. Stated Checkin is at 14:00. Got to the desk, was told check-in was 16:00. She said because of scams it was 16:00. Room is nothing close to the pictures. It's a dump, worst room I have ever stayed at. Smelled of urine by the fridge. Furniture is outdated and worn out. You can see every wall stud and truss bowing through the Sheetrock.

checked in around 6pm and asked lady where we could eat. We returned 2 hrs later and went to room to find the room was not at all like the pictures, smelled like mold and smoke, vent in bathroom was disgusting, hotel looks like from the 80s. The hotel looks like it has permanent resistants and hotel allows them to drink and do drugs on the balcony. Trash everywhere and very dirty. When we went back to front desk the lady took our key, refused to show us a refund policy and said get out. If she would have walked up stairs you could see we hadn't even touched the beds. She knew we where going to eat dinner. Owner didn't even call us tell we filed a complaint with corporate. He kept talking over me and wouldn't let me speak then hung up on me. Don't waste your money and stay elsewhere. Our local family even said this place has been bad for years so I guess I should have read reviews before booking.

"Smoking Room Drama"

Made a reservation for the this average-at-best hotel. Was given a smoking room. Asked for a non-smoking room and was told the request couldn't be accommodated. I explained that with two young children this wasn't feasible and we'd need to take our business elsewhere. The hotel said they couldn't refund the points we used to book. Went through customer service who sent me back to the hotel. The manager called and said "I know you and you're two daughters stayed in the room." I explained I don't have two daughters and none of my kids stepped foot in the room. Was told house keeping said it was used. I'd love to know who stayed in the room, as it was NOT us, as we informed the front desk we weren't staying and asked for a refund of the points, which we still do not have. I could get over not getting my points back, but as for David, the manager, calling me a liar, that's were I draw the line. Not ti mention, it took Best Western 6 weeks to give me a customer service ticket. Not a great way to keep rewards members!

When my Fiance and I first came to the Property, I was like, "I am not going to like staying here". But to my surprise, it is not bad AT ALL staying here! We are waiting for our Inspection of our Apartment to go through, and staying here has been great! I can't say enough about the Front Desk Agent, Brooke, who has been so sweet and is filled with a wealth of information for any question you may have. She is very warm and caring and makes you feel at home! I would recommend this Hotel to anyone who is traveling and need a place to stay for a Night or several Nights!! Don't let the surroundings discourage you as it did me -- The Property and area is very quiet and I have not had a problem since I been here. Highly recommend!!11

"Noise and staff that didn't care"

The day I arrived I had construction noise in the room behind me and it was impossible to do any work or even hear the TV (After I gave up trying to work). There was a portable generator powering a pressure washer all afternoon/evening which made it an even more obnoxious noise level. In the morning I was awoken by loud argument followed by a visit from The Tulsa Police department right out side my door. The net morning at 5:45 am as I tried to enter the lobby I was greeted by an extremely rude front desk attendant that asked me what I wanted. I responded that I came for breakfast (that according to all hotel signage and the website, was supposed to be open from 5 -9 am). He said he would have to get it opened up. Nothing was even close to being ready and I had to get to the airport to catch a flight. Needless to say this was a less than spectacular property and even less spectacular staff. with the exception of the gal that checked me in she was pleasant and helpful. Other than the on front desk person the staff was rude and lacked any interest in helping or caring. book at your own risk.

"Cancelled Without Notice"

Upon arrival with a AAA travel confirmation in hand on May 17 for a rate of $71.99 per night, we were informed our reservation for five nights was cancelled. The clerk read the screen notes that said they tried to contact us on Monday before we arrived at a phone number not even close to ours. They then said they tried to run our credit card prior to cancelling the room reservation but the card was declined. Why are they trying to bill us before we even arrive? As it turns out, nearly 98 percent of hotels in Tulsa were booked because of several events. They then offered us two nights they had available for $108 per night which we agreed to. At check out they charged us $208 per night. I did not sign the receipt so I did not receive a copy of the bill. They also told us that if a room opened up later in the week it would be $308 per night. Our analysis of this whole situation was that they cancelled our reservation rate so they could make more money for the hotel for other nights. I spoke the next day with the manager who would not honor our reservation rate and became very rude, loud, and would not let me speak in the conversation. I advised him we would be contacting AAA, Trip Advisor, and asked for his manager's name. AAA Travel also confirmed that Best Western did NOT try to contact them to advise of the cancellation or ask to try to connect with us. My reservation confirmation said if we wanted to cancel, we had to contact the hotel on Sunday prior to our visit. We did not call to cancel. Other than dealing with the manager, the other staff we encountered were very friendly and empathized with our situation but had no authority to honor our reservation. Lucky for us, we were able to find another hotel in the area which was much better overall.

"Good but not good; not great"

While the room was fine, serviceable, once again - we had a MAJOR PROBLEM at a Best Western. Starting at 8:30am, the “Housekeeping” people started knocking on our door! They knocked at 8:30, then 9:30, then 10:45 and lastly 11:05 - all am. In the first three instances, I yelled out “come back later”. After the third one, I called the front desk, this was just after 11am, to let them know we were packing up and leaving. They said “after 11am the room was theirs and there was no late check-outs”. The also said they would let housekeeping know we were getting ready to go. About 2 minutes after this call, housekeeping came back a FOURTH TIME! Additionally, the last TWO TIMES (10:45 and 11:05) the housekeeping person used their key and tried to FORCE their way into the room!! The door did not open all the way, because we had the deadbolt engaged. WOW!! Inappropriate, unprofessional, and just WRONG! I will be asking for a FULL REFUND.

Hotel was very pleasant. The room was well appointed and very comfortable bed. Our room was facing the pool. Access to rooms was from the outside. Randi ( from counter person was very pleasant and helpful ). There is a Subway on site wish has a strong aroma ( not sure that is a plus ) Biggest con was the internet was down most of the evening and this is a common problem.

The area had many homeless and sketchy people in the parking lot but being right off the highway it's easy to get to where you need to go quickly. Front desk staff is exceptionally friendly. My room had an adjoining door that was unlocked when i arrived and there were occupants in the room. That kinda rubbed me the wrong way. The room was clean. Lots of cigarette butts all over the ground. The rooms are very outdated which is likely why the AC didn't seem to work very well.

The room was nice and there was a fridge which was convenient. The pillows weren't the most comfortable hotel pillows, but you can't have everything. Room was overall clean and I would stay here again if I was in the area.

After booking I read many of these reviews which had me very concerned. upon arriving I was very happy to see none of the bad reviews were realized. We stayed in a king bedroom and mattress was very comfortable, room was super clean. Everyone we came in contact was incredibly nice and professional. We would decently stay at this hotel again.

This is good place to stay if you are flying out of Tu Lisa international but like most hotels now they don't run shuttle. We have stayed here a number of times. It has friendly employees. It has basic hot breakfast.

This hotel is full of roaches and the owner spoke to us in the most disrespectful manner that I've ever heard. Corporate definitely needs to do a follow up on this property! Check reviews and you'll see that we weren't the only ones with the issue of having roaches!

Loved the hotel and the staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and gave us good help with driving directions into town. Recommended good restaurants. Internet worked very good, in the begging I was having problems getting connected but staff walked me through it.

.I would leave a 0 star review if I could. The man at the front desk was rude. When I got to my room the door would not open and I had to go back to the front desk. When I finally got into the room there were Roaches so I went back to the front desk to get my money back and was denied. After calling corporate the manager called me and tried to lie and say I was in the room for 2 hours saying I checked in an hour before I left work

Room reeked of cigarette smoke and did not have non smoking indicator on door; I called to ask if it was a non smoking room and the person said she didn't know, she was new. Not a nice part of town either, definitely skeezy.

Enjoyed our few days in Tulsa with my grandkids. Hotel was right off the highway, made it very easy to go whereever we needed to go. Staff was very helpful with direction. Room was very clean and outdoor pool was just my grandkids needed. Enjoyed my stay.

Unfriendly staff, overpowering perfume/disinfectant aroma in lobby and guest room. No internet access even after calling the front desk twice and then being referred to a off site internet help desk (friendly guy on that call though). As it turned out, the internet issue involved the hotel's equipment. No breakfast even though the BW website listed it as an amenity at this location. Unless you are really locked in to this brand, stay somewhere else.

Although we generally stay in AirBnB's at our destinations, we often stay in motels/hotels along the way. I can say unequivocally that this is the worst one I have stayed at in over 20 years. Dirty, noisy, surly staff, bountiful breakfast included (an apple, granola bar and OJ in a bag). I chose to remain for the night because I did not cancel earlier in the day to qualify for a full refund. In retrospect, I should have written off the money spent and slept in my car.

I decided to play Russian Roulette with Priceline, and paid $33/night to stay in a hotel of their choosing. I ended up at this Best Western, and boy did I luck out. Now for that rate, the hotel definitely needs upgrades. But, it was clean, there were no bugs, there was a microwave and fridge in the room, and the bed was comfortable enough. The water pressure in the shower was great, but the water wasn't too warm. I let Cesar know about this when I was checking out, and he said he would take care of it as he handed me a breakfast to go. Mary at the front desk was also amazing! I travelled by myself, was going to a wedding, and this lovely lady helped me zip up my dress. I also felt safe at this hotel being a female and travelling by myself. I was worried about the customer service level I was going to receive after reading other reviews of this place. I was pleasantly surprised to find my experience to be exceptional. People need to realize ALL hotels place an additional hold on your credit card when staying in case something happens. Car rental companies do it, too. As an avid traveler, I would strongly recommend this hotel, and I will be staying here again if I ever come back to Tulsa.

BED BUGS! We were eaten alive. Manager on duty in the morning just shrugged and didn't offer any compensation or consolation. Moved to a different hotel that day for 5 more nights. We also ate out for breakfast. Plus, officers were called to remove a guest that night. I used to like Best Western hotels, but will not stay at another one again.

I stopped at this hotel on a whim. I'm traveling cross country alone and needed a Covid CLEAN room to rest in. I found it. I very worked in the hotel business and know what goes on in some places. This place is very clean. It looks like it's been thoroughly cleaned even though the rug is clean. Bright white Linens with no stains and smell good and the towels are nice and fluffy. The customer service is excellent. Leandra greeted me graciously with a warm smile and some cool conversation as I checked in. The room has all the normal things you would want to find in a room, Microwave, mini-fridge, TV,coffee maker, iron, hair dryer... you know all the usual but it also has a nice recliner, so somewhere comfy to sit other than the bed was really a perk. I definitely recommend this place.

House keeping even went as far as making the cot our two year old slept on and folded her pajamas. Very clean. Very friendly. They made sure to give exact directions to the room. Explained everything very well. We very much enjoyed our stay and will visit again!

The bad reviews are so very far off! I didn't feel unwelcomed, or like I was being followed. There was no dead bugs in my room, or stains of any kind. It was actually really nice. We did a cash deposit of $100 (which most hotels require) the next morning at check out we got it without any issues. No one bothered us, no one tapped on the windows. And breakfast was a to go bag, but I think those who are marking it down a star because of the breakfast have no right to. It's out of their control die to the pandemic.

I have stayed here twice- admittedly because the price is fair and the rooms aren't HORRIBLE. But the night shift clerks here especially, need more training. Both times I have stayed here the night shift/early morning desk clerk's were rude, unhelpful, and even argumentative. I paid to stay here. I shouldn't be talked to like I am bothering them when I ask what time breakfast starts (it was 5:43am). Then he kinda slung the sacks up on the counter when I came back 20 minutes for breakfast! This is a Best Western. Surely this location can do better when representing the name.

This hotel is conveniently located off of 244 and right at the end of the exit ramp. Room was super clean. Staff was extremly helpful, check in was quick and easy. Help me find few places on the map. Subway was in the lobby, didn't have to drive around looking for food. I give it ten out of ten.

Stayed here because we had an early morning flight out of Tulsa. The front desk workers clearly don't want to be there and don't care about customer service. The room was not exactly dirty, but it didn't feel clean--very old and worn out. There was a cockroach in the bathroom and another crawling across my bed pillow the next morning. A couple was fighting in an adjacent room, and either punching the wall or throwing furniture. Location near the airport is good, but I will never stay here again.

At check-in the woman at the desk was listening to book on tape which was a romance novel with talk of sex and cursing. When i said something to the clerk- she basically told me to get over it that everything has sex and cursing anymore. She was curt and rude and unhelpful, probably why she works the night shift. Definitely not professional. The bed was comfortable however the bathroom lights over the sink did not work well. (aka) didn't turn on and did the flourescent flicker). the carpet was disgustingly filthy. The comforter and blanket were very used and did not look clean. It was musty and humid but would not get cool in the room. The bathroom did not look clean- I couldn't even take a shower because of the condition of the shower. SUPER GROSS.

Ashtray with fresh butts and overwhelming smoke odor In my non-smoking room. When I contacted the front desk to change rooms the front desk simply informed me that it was a non-smoking room. When I told her about the ashtray and the smell she informed me that housekeeping must of left it since it was an non-smoking room and hung up on me! I left without spending the night. Worst excuse for a hotel I've seen in 25 years. Refrigerator leaked water. AC did not work properly. Odor of the excessive water on floor and AC was one of mildew and age. Carpet was soaked. We killed 4 flies and two roaches in our very short stay.

I checked into the Best Western-Airport a little after midnight and when I walked in, I was greeted with a rude, poorly-dressed man behind the window who started off asking me for my last name and credit card. I accidentally gave him the wrong card(which had my wife's name on it) and my ID. He walks out of view with both cards and then returns saying that the card has to match the name on my ID and rudely expressed that it wasn't his rules, it was the company's and that there would be a $150 hold until I checked out. After receiving my room key, I went to my room and during a quick walk-through, I noticed trash right there on the nightstand. After I took a shower, I went to dry off and noticed a large stain on one towel while the other towel had a large matted-up ball of hair on the other. By far, this hotel was the worst experience I have ever had with any hotel. On top of that, there was a second charge on my wife's card for $35.06, which would have had to have been used when he went out of view. I didn't buy anything, not even the room because I used my points so why there was a $35 charge on my wife's card, I have no idea.

Check out the apple/yelp reviews and stay far away. I checked in at 1 o clock in the morning after a long day driving only to walk into my ‘non-smoking room' which, if 10 people walked blindfolded into the room would tell you is a smoking room. I have allergies/asthma so I left and found another hotel. I didn't even ask about a refund. The whole place just didn't sit right with me. Upon doing so, I am glad I listened to my gut. This hotel is currently listed as 1.5 stars on yelp/apple reviews, and there are some real horror stories on there. Be careful. Staff were nice but I'd rather stay safe and comfortable.

I stayed here last month. It wasn't quite what I expected. It has the motel feel which could not be determined from the pictures. I guess that's my main gripe. Rooms are okay. Need a little bit of updating perhaps but my room was clean. I can at least say that. The staff was friendly. I guess for the price it's a decent buy. I'd probably spend a few more bucks and get a little more comfort in the future though.

One of the cleanest hotel in Tulsa. I come to Tulsa a lot for my business. I have stayed at many height end hotels, which cost me pretty penny to stay but yet I have to make many sacrifices. This hotel is perfect for me because it is close to the Tulsa airport, close to major highway, rooms are always clean and above every thing WiFi always workers. Keep doing the great worl.

This location is about 4 miles from Hard Rock so an excellent option if you are attending a show there. Interestingly enough, there is a Subway inside the hotel which is awesome because you can quickly grab something and take it to your room. Staff was great. Easy access to the highway.

I booked this hotel for April next year, I sought to cancel the reservation as I no longer needed it due to a friends change of circumstances, no refund at all even though they have over five months to re sell the room, APPALLING. If there is any chance whatsoever that you may need to change your plans, please don't even contemplate booking this place. Also read the reviews a bit more closely than i did, I see now I have had a lucky escape. Even though it cost me.

This is a very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful the rooms were very clean and quite. This hotel has a Subway sandwich shop on site that makes it nice so you don't have to leave the property to eat. Breakfast is served starting at 5:00 am which makes is nice for the business traveler Every time I come to Tulsa I stay at this hotel.

We had flew out of Tulsa airport and we had done park and fly with the hotel. When we returned we found out one of the tire was flat. Shuttle driver changed the tire for us. He was very calm and kept us calm through the process. That was outstanding customer service. Room was very clean and breakfast was very good. We know where to stay when we are in Tulsa. Thank you.

Reserved a non smoking queen room online only to be given a smoking, handicapped room that smelled so bad that it made me nauseous and left the smell of smoke in our clothes. When I asked the front desk about the room being a smoking room, they argued with me saying it was non smoking....then why were there 2 ashtrays under the tv? I stay at bw as often as i can but this experience is atrocious! And I was overcharged at check in and didn't realize it till we got home. Had to call and argue with them to correct it and send me a corrected receipt.

Checked in 9-28-19 approximately at 8:00 PM. When reserving room requested a room which had parking near our room for security reasons. When asking what type of security the Motel had the response was, there isn't any. At 10:30 PM opened bed to retire for evening. Upon pulling the bedspread, blanket and sheet back discovered two bed bugs near the pillows. Bed bugs are infectious and bite. If you expose your luggage and clothing they are transported to your home. This is a serious life altering experience if exposed not to be taken lightly. Called the front desk and were given another room on the opposite side of the building. While checking the new room for bed bugs found that there was zero parking anywhere near this new room. Having visual sight of our vehicle was mandatory due to the value of the contents. Since the area was not secure as per the desk clerk we asked for another room which had the needed parking location. He stated there wasn't anything else available. Under the circumstances we were unable to continue our stay due to the lack of a secure place to park. We asked for a refund and would find another motel. The clerk refused to give a refund since as he stated we were in the room beyond 3 hours. After a long discussion we left without a receipt. Did not accept the room. Were told we could talk to the general manager at noon Monday. When speaking to him after several calls, his response was he checked the room and didn't find any bed bugs. He stated he would not be bullied by us and there was no refund. I took photos of the bed bugs, his comment was the photo could have been taken anywhere. This is one of my worse experiences at a Best Western. Management totally ignored the issue. FYI, room 137 front bed still has BED BUGS! Best Western customers beware.

This was not the best experience with a Best Western. I've had a smoking room before, but this one had an odor that was overwhelming. So much so, I had to go to Wal-Mart and buy a neutralizer and refresh the room. The lampshade was crooked, but I didn't think anything of it. When I reached to turn it on it fell down. I couldn't figure out how to set it back so I left it not to cause more damage. I blame myself for not calling the front desk as I didn't think it was broken. 2 days later an additional $50 charge shows up on my card with no explanation. I called the hotel to get more info and the person was very nonchalant and replied " Oh well, he already charged it". Not the best response for an individual in customer service. I called back the next day and spoke to the GM. He wasn't very much more helpful. I get it, they have a business to run and anyone could say they didn't break something to try and save a money, but I don't believe anyone had previously checked that lamp properly. Smoking rooms should also be sprayed with some type of neutralizer or aired out prior to re-renting

We were in town for racing at the Port City Raceway. This hotel was very close to the race track. Driveway went all the way around made our life easy bucause we were traveling with a trailer. Worst experience ever. This was a Hotwire purchase to be fair. When I checked in I was told it was a smoking room, but I could upgrade to a non-smoking room for $20. Fine. When I asked about the airport shuttle since it is an “airport” hotel, I was told at my room rate the free shuttle for everyone else would be $25. When I asked about parking if I used the shuttle, I was informed that would be $50 more. Clearly this was a bait and switch and l'm screwed. Wait for it... the response to this will be it's my fault. Thanks Worst Western.

Every thing looked newly renovated. Room wasn't huge but very nicely decorated and cozy. Breakfast room was very spacious compare to so many hotels. Very clean room, good WiFi, water pressure in the shower was great. I definitely recommend this hotel to anybody.

Was in Tulsa for my buesines confrance. This hotel was in perfect spot, righ of the highway, close to the Tulsa airport and very close to my meeting points. Brekafast started early, wifi was great. Horrid, simply horrid. Upon check in I was beat after a 500+ mile motorcycle ride and having been on the road for a month already. I was ready for a nice hotel. This one FAILED MISERABLY. The desk clerk made a huge deal of me not smoking in the room. Fine, I've never smoked anyway. Go to the room first thing I notice is an ashtray by the TV; odd, must be a left over from before smoking bans. I head over to the hotel restaurant, a Subway's. It's a Subway's sandwich shop; no need to comment further on that. Back to room, shower and in bed. Wake up rested at 3AM and what's that horrible smell? STALE TOBACCO SMOKE. So I call the front desk and ask why my room stinks or tobacco. His reply, oh we're a mixed facility. As if it's nothing. So then I ask, if that's the case, why did the clerk make such a huge deal of me not smoking in my room since he GAVE ME A SMOKING ROOM. Answer, beats me. Absolutely NO customer service skills, no apology, no discount, nothing. Take my advice and if in Tulsa, stay at the downtown facility. It's SUPER nice, newer, staff are all professional and rooms won't give you the willies.

The bathroom was small but I personally live 6 half the sink & counter OUTSIDE the door of the restroom. Others can get ready while someone else is showering & privacy is no issue. Do not stay here!! This hotel is like a correction facility. The unruly guests run the place because the desk people are scared of them. We were threaten by random guests, reported the problem, and were told by the desk to just stay in our room and nothing bad would happen... We left and got another hotel after reporting it several times. We were basically run out of there by other guest for being white. According to the comments and threats we received from this group of about 20 guests in another room. I have never had an experience like this, and would HIGHLY suggest you choose a different hotel. Unless you like to be randomly targeted, threatened , and had our car windows threatened as well. How is this place even still open? READ the reviews! I wish I had..

My daughter and I went to Tulsa for a 2 day get a away and we try our best to always stay at BW. She was the one who chose this one, and I was pleasantly surprised at the room, especially for the $$!!! It was clean, everything appeared to be in working order, and it had an outside entrance! The only thing that I wish I would've been thinking of ahead of time was to have been able to have a room where I could see my car from. Because it's near the airport, we could hear the airplanes, but that's to be expected. But I also liked how close it was to the highway and not too far from a convenience store and 24 hour food access. The only thing I can think of that would've been nice was to have some type of channel listing for the TV. We will definitely be staying here again.

After I complained about the cover, they brought me a new one with same spots on it?? The blanket was changed after I asked for and the new one is documented in blanket example 1. After the next complaint including the air condition they changed the blanked again, result is shown in picture blanket example two, .............. and I stopped complaining. The air condition remained as it was and I am sure, if you check it right now, you will still find all the dirt, as it was there, when I`'ve been in. On Wednesday last week I tried to talk to you, because I stay for another six weeks in Tulsa, The aim was to get a clean room and an offer with special conditions for a long term stay (6 weeks). The answer was the same rate as actual (approx. 450 $ a week) and that the Hotel will take care of my room. The results are documented as seen in the attachement. On Sunday 13th of January, when I checked out at your reception desk, I showed the pictures once again and the lady looked very surprised. I really do not understand this, because I talked to her about the conditions already during the week? Anyway, she said a friendly sorry, and excused herself, that she is not able to give me a discount for the mess I run through, because the booking was done by a third party (TUI travel agency). I said thank you and I will take care of a well formulated recession about the Hotel in the Internet when I am back home. For sure I will include the pictures in the hope that you improve your service team and future customers will sleep in a clean room. Sorry for my disappointment about your Hotel, but I gave you several chances to correct the complaints and you were not able to take it. From my side for sure, this was my last visit in your Hotel. Well...let's start w/ the positives...check in and check out was very smooth & quick..staff were all very friendly...the location was spot on for what we needed..there was a Subway right there even tho it didn't stay open very late that was a plus...and that's about it...killed a 'Bug' on the wall...should have taken a pic of it since I didn't...I won't say anything else about that...shower had no good hot water...very luke warm and no pressure....could not log into Internet...called twice and was told hey would call me back...never recd a call back..breakfast was very mediocre....but hey...there is a Subway so had another quick option...I feel over priced for what it was for sure...and I am totally OK w/ no frill hotels but yeah...think I will by pass next year...

This location is all exterior access... For those who don't feel comfortable with that for security reasons may want to choose somewhere else. However if that is not a concern this place will work out fine. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is a Subway sandwich shop on the property and a small diner within walking distance. The shuttle to the airport was running on time and the driver was very good. The room was clean and just what you would expect from an older location.

This hotel was not comfortable for our family with 4 small children. It didn't feel especially safe here. They required that we book 2 rooms (our children are ages 2-7), and that has never been an issue in any of our many travels previously. One of the rooms we were assigned was under maintenance with tools, caulk, etc still left in the bathroom at our arrival. The staff here was very unfriendly, and not at all helpful. The shuttle driver was great, and we appreciated his service to get us to the airport without incident after a troublesome night.

This property is pretty basic, but definitely accommodating. I stayed in a single queen room. The room was pretty clean, could've been vacuumed a little better but wasn't terrible. Shower pressure was good! And bed was comfortable. It's right off the highway so a little traffic noise but not bad. There is a Subway on site but that is the only eating establishment directly close by. Overall it was a good stay and is priced well for the experience. $50-$60 was reasonably good! Had this been priced higher it would've been a disappointment, but it definitely met expectations for the price range.

This is an exterior entry property, very old. The toilet leaks, there was dirt on the shower curtain, Parking lot was very dimly lit. And the “Free hot breakfast” was stale reheated biscuits with gravy, and waffles, cold cereal. They want your room # and last name to get breakfast. And they won't let you take anything with you from the breakfast room, like coffee, without a extra charge on your room. I would not stay here again...

Had a horrible experience with staff, the room was dirty (long hairs in sink when I checked-in, dirty bathroom), and the facilities are worn. Tried to pay by Best Western gift card, but the staff said the manager had to process that. The manager wasn't there, of course, so they held the room open until the manager could come in an process the gift card. Instead of processing the gift card which had been left with the front desk, though, they billed the credit card on file. No call from the manager or reason why. When I called to ask, I was told by two different front-desk staff that the manager wasn't working and that the staff is "instructed to not take complaints or pass them to the manager." I called back a day later hoping someone else would connect me to the manager, but was then told "the manager doesn't work on weekends." Dirty room. Poor customer service. We always stay at Best Westerns whenever we travel, but this is by far and away the dirtiest at which I've stayed and has the worst customer service. Avoid at all costs.

My child has asthma and the staff put us in a smoking room. I wouldn't have ever selected this room or even realized these even still existed. There was no attempt to accommodate us during our stay. The fridge didn't work, and there was cockroaches in the room/bathroom/fridge. Absolutely terrible stay, nothing like the BW we have stayed at in the past.

Booked a non-refundable reservation three months in advance thru well known outside agency. Arrived and was told by obnoxious desk clerk & manager that I would have to stay in a smoking room.. (I have lung issues & use a CPAP machine) my reservation room information stated clearly "non-smoking" room... they said if I wanted a non-smoking room it would be another $20. per night during the week days and $40. per night over Friday & Saturday... that's bait & switch advertising and extortion on top. So I called my booking company, they contacted the hotel... I was given a full refund and went to the Fairfield Marriot... much nicer, non-smoking hotel for the same money.

This is a nice hotel very clean and quite. There is a Subway sandwich shop inside the hotel that makes it nice to be able to eat without having to leave the property. Although there are other well known restaurants in the area. Everytime I come to the Tulsa area I stay at this hotel.

I guess it is true you get what you payfor. I booked this room and the customer service was extremely hateful and not very willing to speak to me they direct me to the general managers vm and they never call back. roaches were all over the room the tv didn't work I asked for a refund and never heard back I didn't even stay in this room but may two hours long enough to get ready for an event and then left and drove all the way back home. if you are reading this make a claim with the bbb if you have stayed and if you have not please don't unless you want to pay more for carrying roaches home with you.

If you are looking to experience what motels were in the 1960s this is the place to stay! There is no inside hallway. It is two floors all rooms are outside and I do not believe that there is an elevator for the second floor. If you have a room on the inside of the courtyard it surrounds a swimming pool and it is noisy and lit up all night to the point where the lights come through the sides of the curtains. The rooms are clean and have the usual amenities such as a microwave and a small refrigerator. They are clean and well lit. Mine seem to smell a bit musty however and the air conditioning unit is rather loud. There is a Subway in the hotel itself. Other than that it does not seem to be very convenient to any restaurants or fast food outlets. It is however only 4 miles from Tulsa International Airport. There was a desk in my room but the chair which was worn but comfortable, kept sinking down when I used it. The rates are very reasonable, the lobby is very nice and the people are too. I would not stay here long-term but if you need a cheap place to stay for one night I imagine that this would suit. It is not however, in any way shape or form up to what I would consider an average, modern venue.

This is our second visit to this hotel and were pleasantly surprised that they had refreshed the facility and rooms. Bed was comfortable and amenities were all in good working order. The AC took awhile to cool down the room but was fine once it cooled down. Marie at the front desk was very helpful with our needs. She was dealing with a difficult phone call when I arrived to check in but I could tell she was a professional at handling tough customers. The smile never left her face - she's a saint :)

I'm not exactly sure of the difference between a hotel and motel, but I always consider hotels as having access to the rooms from inside the building and motels as having access to the rooms from outside the building. Anyway, most motels that have access to the rooms from the outside seem a little dirty and scary to me. However, this one is different! All the outside walkways seemed really clean, painted and well kept. And the carpet on the inside of our room seemed surprisingly clean! The room itself and decor seemed very clean, up to date and fresh! The outside pool area was also well kept. (It would have been nice if the pool would have opened at 9:00 am so that we could have a morning swim with the kids before checkout at 11:00 am.) Breakfast was very good and the eating area was very spacious! (Exceptionally friendly staff!) There is even a Subway restaurant in the main building where the front desk is!!! This was a great place to stay with our three kids and exceptional quality for the price!

We spent 6 weeks in the US on holiday and this was the best value for money, it was clean and comfortable with working internet. very friendly staff that helped with any inquiry and the free breakfast was great, had a bit of everything,sausage or eggs with biscuits and grave, waffles,cereal, yogurt, toast, bagels and pastries with coffee, tea and juice (way better than a lot we stayed at). Bed was comfortable and had coffee in room. There was a Subway restaurant attached as well which was a great alternative.

Where do I begin! So many things wrong. Had a smoking room-upon arrival there were no ash trays in room & no ice bucket. Light over vanity wouldn't stay on/bad switch & it took there about 4 days to repair it(I was there 6 nights!). Free breakfast? What a laugh that was. If you like biscuits & gravy you will love this place-that's the only thing they offered that was hot-every single day! Eggs were little round discs like pancakes! The breakfast attendant did not speak English & neither did the maid. Maid never replaced coffee or the cups for it, nor water glasses. Had to ask for it every day. Pool was not crystal clear like it should be either. Found bugs in the room also. Bed was comfy, but bedspread was worn with a hole in it. Worst Best Western I have ever been in.

We looked for a bargain on Tripadvisor for a quick turn-around weekend trip - our 24th anniversary. Found this great deal ($55.00) through so we thought we'd take a chance. Very glad we did! All around kudos: * the front desk ladies were so friendly I kept wondering if we knew each other from somewhere before (nope) (Ronshni was especiallly helpful with suggestions and directions and even offering to make sure we got a great room. SOMEbody give this young lady a raise!!) * the complimentary breakfast bar was more than we expected - eggs, biscuits and (great) gravy, waffles, and juices, in a comfortable dining room (not a cramped nook like others) * the room was above and beyond, too - again, especially for $55! The bed was very comfortable, the TV was large and new (-looking) with an extensive list of channels including several movie channels; the wifi was fast and unwavering, and * in the room was a luxurious leather recliner! What a bonus after a long drive! I almost slept there, but the bed was so perfect, and * we had (in room 113 - make note) the neatest shower we've ever had in any price hotel/motel. Multiple settings, plenty of towels, big curtain that stayed inside the tub. Over all, the room made a good weekend trip into a great trip. We will return, probably many times!

When I checked in, the front desk stated that I had booked a smoking room - I would never have done that traveling with my husband and infant. I could change my room, however, it would be a $20 charge, over half of the price of the room itself. Plus, they charge an additional $150 hold to your card for any damages!

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights I chose it because it was pet friendly for only a $20 additional charge for every 3 nights. No, there wasn't marble and expensive paintings but the room did have a microwave and refrigerator. Beds were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Breakfast was good too. Yogurt, milk, choice of juices, coffee, mini-bagles, sausage, biscuits, gravy and waffles. Lobby had a computer and printer for customer use. The only negative is that the rooms are outward facing and you do have to walk outside to get to and from your room.

Very nice rooms. Clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Desk staff were polite and knowledgeable. It is a little bit longer drive to the airport than I was expecting. Location was quiet considering it was just off the interstate. They offer an airport shuttle and long term parking for a fee. There is a Subway Sandwich shop on site also. In addition they offer a decent breakfast.

I encountered a rude employee who worked overnights... I was treated poorly by a chubby employee with a beard late evening when looking for the ice machine. He rolled his eyes at me and asked what did I want in a very rude and unprofessional way. This same guy spent 30min talking about other guests out loud to another employee just arriving to work the following morning! I spent a long time waiting on my ride and listening to him say horrible things about guests the entire time. Very unprofessional....

The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable, but I was uncomfortable that each room has an outside entrance (the door to each room opens to the outside). Having a gluten-free diet and being lactose intolerant I cannot recommend the breakfast because of the limited variety offered. The staff was very friendly and helpful though, and for a quick stop through it's great value for the necessities.

When we came back from our trip, our car battery died on us, eventhhough it was very late at night, shuttle driver helped us jump our car. Driving through Tulsa, Stayed at this Best Western and turned out to be a very good find. Rooms were very clean, our room was faceing the pool, so view from the room was very good, kids enjoyed the pool. Stayed for business, because it was near our destination. Nothing wrong and the desk clerks were friendly, but the decor and upkeep made the location look tired. Old school Holiday Inn configuration, with a window and door in the front and bathroom in the back. Less than perfect AC, but basically functional. Typical continental breakfast. If you're looking for an inexpensive stay it would be a good choice, but I travel fairly frequently and I've had my fill of beat up hotels. One bright spot: better than average cable TV, so I could watch TCM '70s movies in my '70s hotel room

Everything was very adequate. Like having easy access to air terminal. Beds are nice and clean. AC was noisy and there was a lot of noise coming through a vent in bathroom. Disconcerting at first because I thought the toilet was running all the time. The noise never stopped.

Traveling thru Tulsa, just needing a place to sleep. Decided on Best Western Airport, mainly because of the price, and decent ratings. Our room was on the second floor, the floor wasn't recently vacuumed, and the air conditioner made a steady grinding drone all night. The security lights flooded the windows making the room darkening shades white around the edges(they did shut off at 4am). Breakfast was scarce, no biscuits, limited breakfast rolls, overall not a great value.

This room was fine except when we arrived at about 10:45 we were given asecond floor room. When my husband reminded them we needed a first floor room due to my arthritis the young woman told him she would just make her mother climb the stairs. I'm sure it was meant as a joke. She gave us a first floor room, but when we got there the door was ajar. We carefully inspected the room and nothing appeared disturbed, but there were no towels.

We came for a soccer tournament and we needed to save money, but still wanted a comfortable & clean place to stay with simple amenities. This hotel did just that! They have a washing machine & dryer, basic fitness center, simple breakfast, clean & comfortable rooms & beds with microwave & fridge, and the convenience of a Subway. That's all we needed and I would stay there again.

Nice surprise to have a subway located inside. Accessible room was nice with a large walk-in shower that was beautiful. Very pleased with our stay and would highly recoomend. Very nice area to walk your pet in the grass. Felt very safe there. Extremely comfortable beds.

Had a wonderful night sleep before an early flight. Due to inclement weather we opted to travel to this hotel instead of driving through a storm for over an hour before our flight. The breakfast was a great pick-me-up. We were upgraded to a suite and it was very nice! Huge jacuzzi bathtub, two level suite, and extra large bed. There is a Subway in the hotel, which we did not have the chance to try. Hotel shuttle service was great and we made it there in roughly 5 minutes.

Friendly staff, very clean rooms, adequate breakfast, quiet. Best shower I've had at a hotel in a long time, including some high-end hotels! The breakfast was nothing to write home about, similar to most "free breakfast" choices, but it filled our bellies. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Subway on site was quite handy.

This place is so cheap and sleazy. The bedding hasn't been changed, the rooms are dirty. Beds feel like they are crawling with mites or worse! Absolute worst Best Western breakfast ever. The staff acts like they don't want you to eat breakfast and limit the number of options and quantities available. Awful experience that doesn't even deserve to be called a Best Western. Booked this hotel online. I should have walked away at check in when I encountered the smart mouth working the front counter. Decided to go ahead and stay. Bad mistake. I came to find this hotel is located in one of the worst neighborhoods Tulsa has to offer. All night noise from the slum apartments next door. Drug deals going down in the parking lot. Vehicles being burglarized. The sheets on the bed had holes in them. The a/c worked part of the time. The shower took all night to drain. When I called the front desk about the problems with the room the smart mouth just had smart mouth comments about it and it never got repaired. Was at this place four nights before I got fed up and moved to another hotel. The place does have a fresh coat of paint. But you can put lipstick on a pig. It still a stinking pig. Save yourself the hassle. Go somewhere else to stay.

Very reasonably priced. After checking in, we found our non smoking room to smell of smoke. The manager changed our room quickly. I saw a staff member prompt checking on the smelly room. When getting ready for bed, I dropped my pill on the floor and it landed in the far corner under the sink. I was totally surprised to the floor was very clean! The bedding was fairly new and comfortable. The hotel was across the street from a Wal-Mart, which had some rough looking people in it. They hotel felt safe, though.

A very comfortable remodeled space. The rooms are typical of a lower end motel, but they have updated the rooms with fresh paint, and fixtures. It was a clean comfortable nights rest. For the price we were pleased. The complimentary breakfast was the usual, it was a fairly normal selection of waffles, packaged eggs, biscuits and gravy, juice etc. It met out needs. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The motel was much more than what I expected.. When my husband said we were staying at the Best Western, I kinda cringed. I've never had a good experience with this chain. The driver was great, picked us up on time and gave great conversation during the ride. Check in was quick and simple. The room was OK. A little on the small side, but clean. Sheets were nice crisp and white. Free breakfast in the morning. Kinda early for the weekend, but we made it in time(5 am-9am). Staff was great, stayed on top of everything,and didn't rush me even though I was past the cut off time. Overall great place to stay for the amount we paid which was 59.00 a night. Will stay again.

I'm just going to say you get what you pay for. We stayed here for 2 nights during the Tulsa State Fair. Upon checkin I was told I reserved a smoking room. My confirmation clearly stated nonsmoking but no amount of showing them would help. I was told since i booked through a third party site (Expedia) they couldn't help me. I was charged a $15 a night room change fee to get the room I had confirmation for. The front desk lady was very rude during the whole process. When we finally got to the room there were multiple problems. First the toilet wouldn't flush. You had to reach into the back of the toilet to pull the chain manually since the handle was rusted completely off. Then the bathroom light had a short and would randomly come on and off. The refrigerator would never get cold. And the toilet overflowed twice while we were there. Thankfully the room was very clean and the air-conditioner worked well and that we didn't have much time in the room. I will say if you just need a bed to sleep in this place is fine. If you are going to hang out in the room much I'd find another place to stay.

Just spent few nights at this Best Western. One of the nice and clean hotel I have come across. They gave me special rate for Tulsa Raceway. Parking lot is very big and goes all the way around, made my life so easy to move around with my trailer. Rooms were nice and clean. Subway onsite, first one I have seen in the hotel and it's a plus. I know where I am staying for my next trip to T-Town.

This was possibly our fifth time staying here. It is very handy since we pick up school buses a couple miles away plus handy to Flying J and easy on easy off the interstate. It's nice having the Subway there, although we didn't get anything there this stay. They updated the lobby area a couple years ago which is really nice. We do wish they would update the rooms. The rooms are adequate, but could use some work. We will continue to stay here even if we aren't picking up buses.

Number one issue is don't get nasty because a customer used a third party to book your hooker/drug style hotel. We saw the hookers..It was dark and the hotel room was not nice. The bedspread had a hole in it. It was not comfortable. No I would not stay here again and wouldn't recommend it. I gave it 2 stars because I survived.

I have used this hotel twice now. It is a good value. The hotel could use some updating, but the beds are comfortable and I have found the service to be very good both times. This last trip upon check in the clerk went ahead and scheduled my airport shuttle time and wake up call so I wouldn't have to bother with it later. There is a subway inside the hotel and a Quicktrip located across the street for late night snacks. My flights were always early so I cant rate the breakfast offerings.

We drove to Tulsa for a family weekend getaway to visit the zoo. The hotel was right next to the highway, but you couldn't hear the traffic, so that was a plus. The pool was very nice - outside - with a soda vending machine and a canopied sitting area right next to the pool area, so you could have a picnic or a few drinks and watch the kids play in the water without getting wet from splashes. The is a Subway inside the hotel lobby, but it was closed both in the evening when we arrived, and in the morning when we got up for breakfast, so i'm not sure what the actual hours are.

Stayed for one night. Room okay clean and comfortable.Bathroom small but functional. My only gripe was the shower water was Luke warm at the best. The worst shower we had so far on our USA holiday. Breakfast buffet was okay but not the best we have had. I found the staff member looking after restocking the buffet was overbearing - always watching everone - just a bit odd.Notes up in the breakfast room telling guests that no food was to be taken back to rooms - another oddity and something we have not encountered on our holiday. At times we have taken complimentary breakfasts back to our room with no problems. Wifi connection was great. Receptionist very friendly.

This should not be attributed to the Hotel which is a four-star. It's the Breakfast Area that needs monitoring. Apparently, people and construction workers feel entitled to fill their jugs (with juice or coffee), take as much fruit and bakery items as they can carry, then leave the food area empty for the paid guests. It should be MANDATORY to show your room key before you enter.

I paid for two rooms online. It would have been nice if they could've posted somewhere on the website you have to pay an additional $100 per room deposit. Otherwise, the rooms were decent. I did have to have them out bring us a clean comforter because it reeked of drool. The breakfast was very nice.

We booked 3 rooms for 4 nights and all three rooms were pretty disgusting. The room that my husband and I stayed in seemed to be the worse of the three. It had a big hole in the wall that looked like someone had been pushed into it. We booked through Hotwire so we had no idea what hotel we were getting but since we heard that BW was an option we thought it would at least be clean and we also liked the fact that it was near the airport. Well, turns out that it was not in a good part of the city. The rooms smelled of old stale smoke and were not clean to our standards. We went to the store and bought cleaning supplies to clean the rooms so that we could at least be comfortable. We didn't want housekeeping to come into our rooms but I did ask twice for someone to come and pick up the dirty towels and no one ever did. We only saw the housekeeping staff one time but we were hardly at the hotel. The front desk clerks were very nice. The lobby area is beautiful which is deceiving because the rooms do not have any of that decor. The decor in the rooms are old and smelly. The rooms did not seem secure so after we locked the doors at night my husband put a chair up to the door for extra security. The chairs had stains in them so we put towels in them before we sat in them. This hotel is in need up serious updating. I would not stay here ever again and I would not recommend it to anyone. The one thing we liked about it was the free breakfast.

Convenient to airport, freeway and Expo Square. Subway restaurant inside hotel. But, two story and no elevator which makes getting luggage up and down difficult. I was there for a 10 day stay and had a LOT to lug up and down the stairs. Very comfortable bed, but room appointments minimal. Fridge door was missing shelves so limited storage in the fridge plus it froze everything even on the lowest setting. Room 219 very bright at night as lights outside window were not blocked by the curtains. Obviously popular with truckers - I guess because of the proximity to the freeway , and the special CDL rate - but it didn't make me feel very safe, nor did the night window in reception. You could not come inside the lobby after a certain time as it was locked so you needed to talk with the desk clerk through a bank type window. Housekeeping a bit hit-and-miss - sometimes the coffee etc was replenished, sometimes not; sometimes ice bucket liner replaced, other times not, cleaning rags left in my room one day. Overall, it was okay but would I stay there again? No I wouldn't.

We booked this room on a discount travel site, and I understand that some hotels treat these guests based on what they paid for the room, even though that is not how it should be. Upon booking, no bed type was specified, so I called to request a king bed. The hotel front desk told me that we'd been assigned to a queen bed room (room has 1 queen) which we made do with. Here is a shocker tho: I requested a non-smoking room and was told that all of their rooms are smoking rooms, in other words they don't designate rooms for nonsmokers. I did not want to sleep in a smokey room, so I asked if the front desk could open the window and turn on the AC or fan to try to clear as much smoke as possible and was told that he could not do that because he was the only one at the hotel, and he could not leave the front desk. Pure laziness on his part. The check-in process was easy. When I got into the room tho, I found a room unlike any other BW I have ever stayed in. The place was more along the lines of a Days Inn or Motel 6. I have actually stayed at nicer hotels from those chains, as a matter of fact. Outdated room, tho the TV was huge. The room had a fridge and microwave. Bed had an old comforter versus the duvet cover with blankets that you see in most hotels these days. Cheap soap and shampoo - bring your own if you are picky. The bed was surprisingly comfortable for both of us at least. The chair in the room had stains on it. Only one wash cloth and one hand towel in the room, and no towel to stand on when getting out of the shower. At 3am there was a loud buzzing noise coming from the room next door that sounded like a smoke alarm - too loud to be the alarm clock. I called the front desk who said that no one else had complained about the noise and that if it was a smoke alarm, someone would have said something because the hotel was full. Unacceptable to not investigate a possible smoke alarm going off. The noise could not be heard outside, it was clearly inside of the hotel, coming from the room next door. I put my face next to the door that led to the adjoining room and didn't smell smoke, so I turned on the fan to drown out the noise and went back to sleep. I am glad we did not pay the regular rate for the hotel, because the quality is far below that price. With the positive reviews, I have to wonder if people did not accidentally select this hotel for the review instead of one of the other BW's in town. I am glad we were only staying one night, we won't be back.

When we arrived the dead bolt to our room was locked from the inside and we had to go back to front desk and get help. The refrigerator would not get cold even after maintenance looked at it. I have to take insulin so this was a big big disappointment. Ask for 4 towels per day for 4 people, never got them. Room was clean and comfortably other than this.

Though either trash was thrown over or someone staying at the hotel dumped it out of their car? It was out there for about 16 hours. Older hotel and rooms opened to the outside. Which is a positive and negative.

We arrived at this location on our way to Cincinnati Ohio after an 11hr drive. From the outside it looked like a motel but we were surprised when we checked in. The lady at the front desk was not to friendly but bot mean. She lightened up after talking to her. We got our room and we were really pleasantly surprised. There were a few dust bunnies but nothing to complain about. Our last BW stay in Ohio didn't go well so we were on edge. The room was clean and it looked up to date. The only complaint which was not the hotels fault was that our neighbors had their door wide open sitting there holding a loud conversation until about 1am. We had to block them out with the tv. There was a party going on in the meeting room and we dd not hear noise or kids that was great for our sleep. The beds were comfortable and shower nice and hot. I had no complaints finally. Breakfast was really good. The lady made sure we knew where everything was and she talked to is which was pleasant unlike front desk. Checking out was easy but a different lady was there and she barely said two words to me. Oh well what can you say you can't win them all. I certainly soul stay here again.

Been a while since my travel took me back to Best Western Airport. Polite staff, greet with smile. Upgraded lobby, very nice. Replaced bar with a Subway, loved having this option available. Didn't notice during past stays with bar there, but felt it was quieter during this stay. Rooms clean and modern. Overall an excellent stay.

Stay at the Tulsa BW Airport frequently, the rooms are clean, comfortable beds and pillows. They are equipped with mini frig and microwave. The breakfast is very good. They offer fly and park for a small additional fee. Transportation to and from airport is also included. Very good value for the price.

Nothing special here. Defintely not up to the standards we expect of a Best Western. The advertised hot breakfast was sparse but we did not go hungry. It served a purpose .. a place to stay safe and warm on the way home.

When we checked in, the desk clerk told me that the law in Tulsa requires them to scan photo IDs. By this, I mean that it wasn't sufficient for me to simply _show_ her my driver's license. Instead, she asked me to take it out of the vinyl and then inserted it into a scanner, which copied and digitized the whole thing--name, address, date of birth, place of birth, my photo, my class of license, driving restrictions, etc. All of this is now on Best Western's corporate computer network. Everything that a hacker or anyone else would need to steal my identity. Why did she do it? Because "its the law in Tulsa," and "it's our policy that we have to do it." I was too stunned to say no and find another hotel, but I won't be next time. I wonder who will pay if I had already book a non-refundable room through trip advisor, but refused to hand over my personal privacy like this.

We have been staying at this hotel for many years, whenever we are in Tulsa for Port city or Tulsa raceway. Over time we have seen nothing but improvement. Love this hotel, staff, rooms are very clean, breakfast lady is always on top of things. Thanks for providing very comfortable stay.

Room not worth the price. Smelled of smoke and floor was so dirty it turned my feet black after walking across it just a couple of times. Stayed one night, then found a cheaper, much cleaner room nearby.

I would say this was our fifth time staying here. Most of the time we have stayed when picking up school buses. This time we were passing thru on our way to deliver motor homes to Arizona. We knew from past experience how nice the place is. Love having the Subway located right there too. Will always stay at this Best Western when in Tulsa.

This is an older motel of the old Holiday Inn arrangement. The grounds are clean, the lobby has been modernized and is very nice. The rooms are clean, the TV is a good sized Hi Def modern one, with a good variety of channels. Beds are comfortable. A good value.

Location was perfect, very close to the race track. Parking for trailer, well lit parking lot, staff is very friendly, they have special rate for the racers. Room was nicely done, internet worked great, breakfast started early in the morning, with good verity of food. Definitely stay here if you are in Tulsa for the Tulsa Raceway.

Shuttle driver is very helpful, got to the airport on time to pick me up and shuttle from the hotel left on time too. check in very fast, very clean room and subway onsite solved my dinner problem. Internet worked very fast. very close to the airport.

They should just start over. You can hear everything going on it being said in other rooms. It is just a grim place. The breakfast was sad as were the rooms. I would rather sleep in my car. We were driving cross country and made a reservation because we had dogs. We had to remind them about the pets. Even they were creeped out.

It was around 12:30 AM and I did the reservation on hotwire and I didn't realize that it was made for the following night and not for that night when I got to the hotel the employee was rude and said you have to leave your reservation is for tomorrow, you have to check in after 11;00 AM than I said how much is the room if I want stay tonight He said $90.00 I gave him my id and my credit card and i told him non smoke and He gave me room 151 with a very strong cigarette odor I went back to the lobby to complain after arguing for a couple minutes I asked him to check the room himself He refused and finally gave me room 269 witch was still stinky but not to strong as the first one and my wife was very tired and agreed that this one was ok.

Traveling through for a night and had good luck with Best Western in the past so stayed here. Cheap- but you get what you pay for! Didn't sleep a wink as it seemed super unsafe and the rooms were not kept clean or neat. Also, the layout of the rooms made it challenging to find, then our key didn't work. The too had three locks on the inside- no worries. I used all three!! I'd like my money back, please ??

We wanted a hotel along I-44 but we were traveling with a pet and were having a hard time finding a spot that would accept him. In desperation, we called this hotel directly and asked if they would let him stay with us. The front desk employee agreed and confirmed that the hotel is only one mile from I-44, making it almost as convenient as if we had found one along the highway. We were so happy by how welcome she made us. The rooms were neat and orderly, clean and well supplied with towels. The bedding looked, smelled, and felt clean too. The hotel's internet worked well. The breakfast was not elaborate, but it was tasty, plentiful, and well-presented. All in all, it was the perfect spot for tired drivers traveling with a pet.

The service provided by staff was great. We had F350 king cab, and parking lot had plenty of room. Well lit parking lot made us feel safe. Powerful shower, internet speed was very fast, clean room. Breakfast was hot and very good. They are very close to Hard Rock Casino. We will stay here again !!

I cannot imagine a more rude, more hostile hotel staff than this place. In response to a safety emergency at the hotel requiring calls to hotel staff and Tulsa emergency number, the hotel management were utterly indifferent to the emergency and tried to throw me out of my room with only a partial refund. They even refused to reassign me to my room so I would feel safer. The hotel staff hovered in front of my door, insulted me, wouldn't leave, and threatened me so significantly that I had to call the police. For a while, it felt like I was in a third-world lawless country. Thankfully, Tulsa police quickly arrived and ordered the hotel staff to leave me alone or face legal consequences. I heard the staff being belligerent with the police, and one the officers had to raise his voice to the staff, instructing them to leave me alone. I got out of there as quickly as possible the next morning and will never, ever, ever, ever, stay at a Best Western, again. This hotel is a disgrace to the Best Western brand and the hospitality industry of Tulsa.

I booked this hotel because I was coming into town for a late night show and breakfast was until 9am. I called ahead to make sure that they served eggs (scrambled was fine of course) as my travel companion and I both have to watch our sugar intakes for our diets and eggs are the ONE thing we can have with issues that most hotels serve. Well apparently breakfast was NOT until 9am but rather FIRST COME FIRST SERVE, as when we got down to the breakfast area with about 25 minutes to spare, the eggs were GONE, the fruit was GONE, all that was left was a handful of ROCK HARD bagels, cereals with SUGAR in them and Biscuits, sausage and gravy. Well there goes the starches and exchanges, once again...SUGARS to start our day. Several members of housekeeping were enjoying plates of EGGS and I thought maybe they were just being refilled as the pan was gone. How did we know it was a group of housekeeping? 9am arrived, housekeeping (all of them) got up and closed the doors and put everything away as we sat there in frustration. If this was the kind of service I knew I was getting, I would have spent HALF the amount I did on this hotel and stayed at the Motel 6 across the street.

It is rare that I have a problem with a Best Western and I've traveled a lot! Most hotels have a cancellation as of 4 pm on the day of arrival. NOT THIS ONE! It is a 24 hour cancellation policy which is crazy for a town like Tulsa. Don't book this if there is any chance you might have to change your mind.

This Best Western is awesome! At check in, the staff is welcoming,they call you by name and make you feel right at home! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds,OMGOSH, the beds are pillowtops and the linens are perfect! Air conditioning and heating work well! Pets are welcome too! Breakfast is hot and delicious. The parking lot is newly re paved and very well lit! You feel very safe and comfy. They will do anything to accommodate you. There are many good eating places nearby along with the casinos and shopping! Give it a try,you won't be sorry!!!!!!

I can't believe Best Western allows this place to use their name. This hotel felt worse than an old road side hotel from the early 90s. The doors were outside instead of inside, the people that own this place basically put lipstick on a pig. Took an old hotel put some different furniture in the rooms and a best Western sign. The rooms and bathrooms are old and run down, the carpets are sticky, the Full size beds are ridiculous for couples to sleep in, the breakfast selection was horrible and worst of all the customer service was beyond this world poor. Their were three employees sitting in the breakfast room that were supposed to be working but instead rolled their eyes at every request they got. They had 3 apples and no other fruit available at 7am. The morning front desk lady was ruder then you could ever think of. I would not WOULD NOT recommend this hotel for anyone. I don't care if this is the last hotel available to get a room at during an airport layover... you are better off sleeping at the airport!

Was very impressed with the quality of the facilities and staff at this property, with such a convenient location (easy access) and at such reasonable prices. The hotel offered all of the amenities I require for short business trip (and many which I did not need or use) with excellent maintenance and staff. Very clean, comfortable, and convenient in all ways. I would definitely recommend this for business trips or airport connections. I will use this facility again!

This hotel is the usual quality of Best Western Hotels. I would not recommend this hotel for logging, unless you only need a room for a few hours. Location of rooms to front desk were not convenient. Had to drive to reach the front desk. Room door did not lock properly, very unsecured. Unable to take food to room, member of party, could not go to the dining area. Unable to obtain coffee after a certain hour of night. Lobby was not accessible to residence until 6:00 A.M. Room was dingy and smelled of a unclean order. Room was also smaller than other Best Westerner Rooms. No comfortable chairs to relax. Comforters on both beds had numerous burn holds. Beds were conformable. Hotel near 31st Street & Memorial is recommended for your pleasure. Customer Service beyond reproach. Rooms always nice and clean. Amble amount of towels. Rooms are cleaned not just wiped down. Bathrooms are spotless.

Really not much different then an older Motel 6. It's far from new inside or out. Room was large, clean although did smell smoky despite the non-smoking label on the door. The TV was new and large and had a lot of channels to pick from. Always happy to have a fridge (no freezer) and microwave in the room, I find that a bonus. The bed was king size and reasonably comfortable. The bathroom needs work as I found it very out of date and old although clean. NOT enough towels in the room at check in. I'd rather have more then feel the need to track down housekeeping. It's average but okay for the price.

The room was good size and clean with a comfy bed and ample counter space. The bathroom was small. There are 2 stories but no elevator. Breakfast was good but with limited choices (no meat or yogurt). Seating area for breakfast was sufficient. The WIFI connection can be difficult to get depending on where your room is (we had to walk down the corridor outside to pick up the signal) but once we got it, we didn't loose it. There was no guest directory in the room and the ice machines were difficult to find. We had to ask at the lobby to find out where it was.

This Best Western offers park and fly that allowes up to 14 days of parking for the price of an overnight room. This is a great deal, not only financially, but in personal comfort and convenience. Everything feels good about this hotel. Staff is extremely friendly, offering excellent customer service. We are very happy with the level of services. This is a first class, feel good place to stay.

When my family and I come into town on business/pleasure, we were at first impressed with the staff and rooms. Sadly, the rooms don't have enough plugs to plug in items to do business on. The internet connections is sporadic a lot of times forcing us to purchase a wireless high gain antenna to get a good connection to do business. The breakfast is good if someone isn't diabetic, too many carbs and high calorie foods and no sugar free syrup. Management doesn't cater to those special needs. The room walls are literally paper thin, you can hear people in rooms next to you and you can hear people above you if you are lucky enough to stay on the lower floor. We had people banging on the windows or screaming outside the door and our dogs would bark. There was no sheer curtain on window so we could open up the main curtain to get some sunlight. Management is rude and when we asked if we could request a certain room, now remember we have stayed here for several years on business, we were rudely told absolutely not. We have what is considered service animals and the manager was rude. We offered to show them the paper work on them and only then did the manager back down. They don't seem to care about their long time customers and for this case alone, we are looking at staying somewhere else that is friendlier and has better room conditions. Time will tell if or when we will be coming back.

There is so many NOT so great things to say about this place, the front door sticks and you have to push real hard to get it to open into your room, the rooms were somewhat outdated, still had what we needed with fridge and micro, the towels were rough, the amenities were scarce with 2 bars of soap and a small bottle of shampoo, BUT the bed was comfortable so that helped at night when we got back and at least could sleep...that is until someone runs up the metal stairs (NO ELEVATORS) and the employees are outside screaming back and forth on their walkie talkies! The grounds are nice but the paint job on all the outside door entrances were in bad shape. It was nice for the first night when we arrived tired to have a SUBWAY right on the property, but the morning breakfast left much to be desired....the lady that was "suppose" to be keeping it stocked would put out 2 yogurts at a time, the first morning NO FRUIT at all, the second morning there was 1 APPLE out, I grabbed it like it was gold! We asked for eggs and she said they were out?! The other guests were making waffles and she sat across the room yelling at them with instructions "SIR, SIR" instead of getting up and helping and that happened several days in a row. ALSO, there are signs posted that says something like if you take food to your room you will be charged! Seems very, very stingy and selfish and not a great way to run a business. If this would have been a one night stay it may have been okay, but since we were all there for multiple nights, I would not return. Staff was not mean, but they were NOT nice either!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I can not sleep in a regular bed, laying flat, but my room has a recliner chair and I slept great in it. Pool was not in use so I don't know if there's a lot of noise at that time but I room was very quiet, very clean and the price was great.

Lawn care started at 8:30 AM on a Saturday. This shows a complete lack of concern or care for the customers quality of stay. It is certainly easy for management to specify no morning lawn care when contracting for these services. In addition, the hand towel rack was broken and the diverter valve in the shower was barely functional resulting in low pressure for the shower. Only one drinking glass and one coffee cup was provided for a room capable of sleeping four people,

Property is well maintained. Rooms are big and nice with comfortable beds. Easy location for on/off highway acces. They have a full Subway in hotel. They furnished free breakfast and have laundry and outdoor pool.
