Best Western Real Tula Express

We had a team of 7 adults and children and the stay here was excellent. The staff provided us with great hospitality and the breakfast was very delicious. The rooms were very clean and they had great heating and cooling for the room. We would definitely recommend a stay at this Best Western Tula hotel.

Excellent place to stay, comfortable, quiet, good breakfast, would stay there again! The employees were friendly and helpful. Taxis at the end of the block and very close to the bus station. Many restaurants nearby. Pharmacy and bakeries also nearby.

This place was very Well situated for walking to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was free but not great, however there are many restaurants at good prices Within walking distance. Parking was offsite but less than a block away and free. Excellent and helpful staff. The Archaeological ruins nearby Are amazing and rival any pyramids anywhere

The archeological ruins nearby are incredible & rival any other in Mexico. The hotel is nice and great location for walking to stores , Restaurants and services. Very beautiful and well-maintained city, extremely peaceful place.

The location is great since it is close to major touristic sites such as the cathedral and Tula's downtown. The rooms were well equipped and the design of the hotel was very comfortable. The breakfast service was great, the omelet and the beans with chorizo were delicious! The best option for business trips in Tula.

Very good stay at Best Western Tula. Small but very clean rooms, everything working fine. Excellent service. Breakfast is good quality and flavor, but very limited options. Great location, walking distance to all points of interest in Tula downtown.

Stayed there for three nights during a business trip to Mexico. Hotel is located downtown on a busy street. Sometimes a bit loud but if you stay in a room on a higher floor it is ok. Rooms are spaceous and clean, everything necessary is there. On my first night the aircon failed and they delivered some fans in exchange. From second night on AC was ok again. Breakfast is very good and WIFI fast and relyable. There are some good places for food within walking distance. People are friendly and always ready to help. I would definitely recommend the place..

So when you arrive, your wife starts yelling at you that you always choose the cheapest hotels and why can't you for once in the trip sleep in a decent place. Yeah, this place is downtown Tula and does not look like much from outside. But once you enter, you suddenly are in a ... Best western! No more, no less. Yes enjoy a good night of sleep before visiting the Atlantes. G'night.

The hotel's lobby looks a bit weird but the room was clean and modern although small. They have a parking lot behind the hotel which is fenced and locked for the night, you have to ask the front desk to let you out if you leave early in the morning or late at night. Breakfast was so-so. Wi-fi signal was good.

We chose this hotel on TripAdvisor because they advertised Parking. We were traveling through Mexico with a pickup truck full of personal belongings. We reserved the room through Booking.com and paid in advance. The hotel was located on a busy street in mid-city. When I inquired at the desk about parking, the desk attendant said "we don't have any" but the pointed to the street where one space was blocked by traffic cones. I said that we wanted to cancel the reservation since parking on the street was not safe and he said I would get a full refund through Booking. However, after submitting the request for a refund, the hotel now says that they will not refund my money.

Stayed one night, the receptionists were very friendly and professional. I was surprised by the comfortable bed and rooms. Even though the room is quite small, it was perfect for resting after a day of driving.

Nice hotel close to the downtown square. The room we were in was nothing special, i bit on the small side. A buffet breakfast was included in the rate. 800 pesos for 2 people king bed when we stayed..

Tula, Mexico has limited hotels in the area and even more limited brand named hotels. The hotel is centrally located and room rates are very reasonably priced. The rooms are clean, but very small and outdated. The bathrooms come complete with a sign warning that "the water is not suitable for human consumption". Breakfast is included in the room price, and basically consists of coffee / tea, juice and eggs made to your request. We arrived a little late for breakfast but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are not air conditioned or heated. Temperatures get cold at night in Tula, so be sure to request a portable heater, which worked fine. Overall, it is basic accommodation at a good price, with limited other options.I would stay there again.
