My room was recently updated and was VERY clean. The included breakfast consisted of a good selection of cold and hot items. I would definitely recommend staying here! I will be staying here again in the future.

This hotel is unique. The staff are very polite and the rooms are clean. Breakfast is individually made to your specific likings. The rooms have robes and are very clean. It was easy to check in and even easier to check out.

Room booked for two nights, night prior to wedding for hubby and wedding night for us. King junior suite. He left the room to get married and we got back that evening to an NOT cleaned room and unmade bed. The staff knew it was our wedding night. Disappoints you on your wedding night to have to think about towels on the floor and an unmade bed.

Good evening, We do deeply apologize that we didn't get to your room, I am not sure the cleaning staff new it was your wedding night, that again i am sorry for. But due to shortage of staff the last week, we were not able to get to the rooms for stayovers. We try our best to try and get to everyone, unfortunately sometimes we fall short. Best Hotel I have stayed at. This BW in this area exceeded what I was expecting. Breakfast was amazing and the omlette bar was a 11 out of 10. The staff was very accommodating when we had to change our schedule at the last minute due to a medical emergency.

Great location, great service, clean, modern and welcoming.. one of the best hotels in Timmins, I strongly recommend visiting and staying there when you are in town .. you will never regret it .. rooms are specious, clean and best service. Can't ask for more

Clean rooms Great staff who are caring understanding and helpful. The restaurant supplies no utensils and the hotel was able to supply so we didn't have to eat with our fingers. Awesome size of rooms Awesome breakfast The pool is perfect The workout facility is awesome You won't be disappointed

Nice start to our family vacation. We really enjoyed the heated pool. It is a great hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast staff were very helpful and outgoing. I always enjoy staying at this hotel.

Cleanest hotel I have stayed in. Excellent breakfast included (omelettes & pancakes were made to order). Clean, fresh, and modern rooms. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the hotel is quiet. I love the omelette bar, you get to choose what you want in your omelette and they even had fresh fruit in a cup. I cannot ask for anything healthier than that.

Great hotel, quite new at three years old as of this review, I'm told. Conveniently located. Friendly staff, also fantastic food at the onsite dining room. (I had the salmon). I would definitely stay here again,.

Had a one night get a way. The hotel is spotless, the service is amazing and the breakfast choices tops it all! I have been in the business of service guests for 25 years and both the interior and exterior of this building has amazing detail.

Nicest hotel in town. Rooms are clean and updated. Beds are comfortable. Television channels are good. Walk-in shower is roomy and water flow is good. Best breakfast bar I have had in Canada. Gym is compact but has good equipment

We were traveling with a rather large group. The front desk handled our arrival expertly as well as our departure. The front desk staff and really any staff we interacted with were excellent. Our room was impeccably clean. It was a worry free stay. Much appreciated.

Spotless and very polite staff, the food was excellent rooms were cool and spotless. Tim is right next door if that is what you like. I enjoyed the breakfast at the Hotel so no Tim for me. The rooms are very comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights and had breakfast and dinner there.

Such friendly and helpful staff! The breakfast is amazing! The freshly cooked omelets made to order are delicious and the dinner menu has something for everyone. The lobby and dining room are open and inviting with lovely decor.

I stayed at this hotel for a business meeting and I could not have asked for a better experience!! The staff was great, the conference room was just the perfect size and the food was delicious. The service was personalize to our group and we really appreciated the little details. The room was perfect with a king size bed, nice bedding and pillows, and no carpet! It was very quiet too! I didn't use the pool or gym, but they looked amzing. The breakfast was personalized as I could get omelets, scrambled eggs and other regular breakfast items. I would definitely go back!

How do you give four thumbs up when you only have two? If you're planning on visiting Timmins, this is the place to stay. The accommodations, staff and food are top notch! The hot breakfast is made in front of you while you engage in a friendly and welcoming conversation with the chefs creating your culinary delight! I've stayed in hotels in numerous locations and this establishment is by far the best! I highly recommend you check out this “Premier” hotel on your next visit to Timmins.

If you are looking for a fantastic place to stay the this is the place for you. It is close to all amenities, very clean and comfortable rooms. We booked this hotel for a business conference over two days and we could not have asked for a better experience!! The staff was awesome and very helpful, the conference room was great, the food was delicious and the cleanliness was on point. The staff took the time to personalize their service to our group and we really appreciated the little details that came out of that awesome service. We had 2 hockey tournaments in Timmins, this year. The hotel staff understood our needs as a travelling hockey team, and they we're able to accommodate them. They were very courteous and they were able to make our stay very enjoyable. We can't say the same for the first hotel we stayed at. Thank you for your hospitality.

Stayed at the Timmins Hampton in December. Stayed here in March. The Timmins Best Western puts the Hampton in Timmins to shame. They accommodated our hockey team in the best possible fashion. Our experience was next level! Highly recommended! Tell them what you require and they will deliver.

Fantastic new hotel, friendly staff, good restaurant / bar on site. They also prepare fresh omelettes along with a great assortment of breakfast items. The location is pretty decent as well with a Tim Hortons right outside the building.

When looking for a place to stay in Timmins, there are a number of options to select from. I absolutely recommend this Best Western location over any other hotels. The rooms are a great size, very modern and clean. The beds are comfy, there is high-speed wifi, and great lighting in the bathrooms. The hot breakfast is unmatched - the chef will make you an omlete on site, plus there are tons of freshly baked goods, on top of your standard breakfast. The fitness room has a great selection and is also completely clean. My favourite part of staying at this location is the staff - every single person is so friendly, helpful and efficient, it keeps us going back every time.

nice and new building but a little bit far from the city Downtown, The breakfast is good and hot, almost the only hotel in area which has the hot breakfast. Rooms are clean and spacious, but the internet connection is not strong enough for busy times

The rooms are new, wonderful floor instead of carpet, comfortable beds, friendly personable staff and a refreshing pool! Our stay in Timmins exceeded expectations! Our stay at this hotel was perfect. We were very pleased with the service, comfort, cleanliness, and overall decor of the hotel. We were there on business but this hotel made it feel like a mini vacation. Very well located between airport and town. Would highly recommend.

i am a NP working in medical field for the last 25 years , i have travel canada provinces to provinces north to south, east and west. This hotel is the best so far i have ever been, in term lodging bust mostly on how are feeling and treated as a guest far away from your familly. I felt home when i was not. My flight was cancelled because of weather up north, offered a suit at a minimal price, given salt balt. The manager extremely well manered , nice, heart warming. My wife and I visited Timmins to watch a Timmins Rock hockey game. We were impressed by the BW Premier Northwood Hotel when we arrived. The lobby is quire spacious. The desk clerk was friendly. Our room with 2 queen beds was quite large, very clean and quite comfortable. After the game we had a couple of drinks in the hotel bar/lounge. It was a quiet night in the bar, but we enjoyed our conversation with the attentive bartender and the only other patron. Saturday morning we enjoyed an excellent breakfast in the dining area. The made to order omelettes were the best we have had in a hotel in many years. The Chef as very personable. We highly recommend the Northwood Hotel. It is close to the airport and centrally located in downtown Timmins so surrounding services are close at hand.

Sometimes, you just need to get away to catch up on necessary paper work. Great fan of Best Western, this location is beautiful with excellent customer service. I got so much done in one evening, I stayed another night. Oh and the sleep was the best!

Definitely a must stay if you're in the Timmins area. Hotel staff and hotel amenities were all top notch. I travel every week for buisness and this hotel is top of my list for places to stay. Highly recommended

We had an excellent stay. When we first go there the room wasn't clean yet so we had to wait 20 minutes for our room. We understood because of job shortages. The tall man at the front desk brought us ice, he told us because of covid the ice wasn't out for the public to have access to but he would bring up ice as we needed it. We also brought our ps4 console and the very helpful front desk guy brought us a remote for the tv so we could change the input.

Management needs re-training or needs to find a job, needs customer service training, no compassion or empathy and truely doesn't understand someone with hidden disabilities, made fun of me and talked to me like I was a no one. Very disappointed with the service I received and I won't be returning.

The room was comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast offered a good variety of food which was well-prepared. Being offered a latte or cappuccino and having it brought to our table was a little treat we really enjoyed. The breakfast room is bright and spacious which made for a nice leisurely breakfast.

Excellent, nice new facility, great staff. Probably the best by far in the area. No issues, very clean, comfortable, staff go out of their way to help. It's like a premium hotel you would find in Toronto or any other big city.

I would highly recommend that you experience the highest quality of customer hospitality at this beautiful hotel. It has all the amenities you could ask for. The staff are excellent and do everything in their power to ensure you have the greatest experience. It is close to all amenities. It has a pool, lounge, restaurant, 24 hour coffee. The rooms are spacious , large comfortable beds and you feel so relaxed. There are rooms with a Jacuzzi as well for total relaxation. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as I do every month.

The hotel is quite new, and is nicely appointed. There is a lounge and restaurant, and service and food was excellent! Loved the room, had the king suite, highly recommended. Overall a nice enjoyable stay would definately return!

Great stay at the Best Western Premier in Timmins. Was just stopping in overnight and needed a good quality quiet room. Was very happy to find a mini fridge, microwave in the rooms. I asked the staff for a kettle in the room, and this was there when I arrived. Very chic for Timmins, exceeded my expectations. Check-in and check-out was super fast and easy. They even accommodated my request for a late check-in and check-out. Highly recommend, and will only be staying here when I fly into Timmins.

We checked in, and there was a housekeeping issue with our room. The front desk staff were very polite in sending help. JOHN from maintenance came and solved the problem. His work and attitude was excellent! We were not sure if we were going to leave the hotel and get another room, but his behavior made us decide to stay.

Recently stayed there during a business trim to Timmins. Rooms were clean. Laminate flooring though out the room. Mini fridge. Staff at the front desk was very friendly and genuine. There is an on site restaurant that I did eat at. The food there was ok but a bit pricy.

We got to the hotel at 9:30pm on a Friday night. It was a big red flag--seeing several families rush out of the elevators, luggage and angry faces in hand, vacating the hotel to go somewhere else at 9:30pm on a Friday night. One group urged us not to check in as there was a deafening party going on in the hotel; we should have listened. After I asked the front desk what was happening, I was assured the party was confined to the main floor and wouldn't be a problem. I guess she didn't realise that that she had put us in a room that was directly in the middle of where all the party goers were staying for the night. Starting at 1am, when the highly intoxicated revellers came staggering back to their rooms, my family (with young kids) were treated to a non-stop "concert" of screaming, yelling, glassware breaking, and partying in the hallway. Three times we asked them to take the party out of the hallway and yet it continued. We finally called the front desk to report it but no action was taken and the party continued. You know what's galling about the whole thing? WE had to sign a waiver upon check in, accepting that we could be kicked out of the hotel for excessive noise. What an absolute insult that is. Apparently drunken hallway parties at 2am is not excessive. As it neared 3am, one party animal began to vomit violently and that ended the festivities. Had I known that's all it would take for the chaos to end, I would have walked out there myself and tried to hurl. As a result of this gong show, my family got 4 hours of sleep and thereby ruined the entire day of our vacation due to cranky kids. FWIW, one staff member indicated that this sort of thing happens every weekend so probably best to avoid Fri-Sun. It is an otherwise lovely hotel/staff but will be our last BW experience. Problems/issues are ok--I accept that stuff happens--but it is how a hotel handles the situation that matters and this team really blew it.

Good afternoon Suzanne, First let me say we are so deeply sorry, that you and your family had such a bad experience. Truly our greatest regret is to have a guest walk out upset and disappointed in their stay. The frustrations of having to deal with other guest noise in a hotel can be very upsetting. We are also deeply sorry that you were misinformed of the weekends being like this. We don't normally have functions on weekends but because we offer this option as a premier property it will happen on occasion. With that being said the ones we have had in the past there as never been an issue. We try our best to please all our guest and we try our best to make sure that when you stay it is a wonderful experience, we failed you and your family with this. The wavier that we have our guest sign is normally carried out and when not we do evict and have evicted. We are sorry the event carried onto to the floors and in the hallways outside of your room. We did call and inform them of the complaints on 2 occasions and shortly there after they went to their own rooms. It is never a good feeling to leave a hotel with a bad experience, I would love to have you come back and join us again, I can promise you that this was a one off and it normally is one of the best stays you will experience in any hotel. We were blown by the attentive service, clean, new and modern facilities and the delicious hot breakfast, even during COVID. Our toddler loved the pool and the little gifts he got from the front desk. This was one of our best hotel stays in a long time. My wife wants to travel up to Timmins from Ottawa every year just to experience this hotel. She said it felt like a retreat!! ☺️

From the moment I walked in, every single staff member made me feel like gold! The desk staff, the breakfast crew, the evening servers ... unbelievably amazing! My room was so nice & comfortable! If travelling to Timmins, this is an excellent choice for your stay. Hot breakfast included with a variety of options. Covid restrictions did not allow for use of the pool or gym. Dining options were restricted to Monday - Fridayi in room. Friendly efficient staff that enjoy their work. A pleasure to have stayed there for a week's business.

Such a treat to find this little gem while traveling on business. It has a swanky big city downtown feel with outstanding customer service. Nice clean modern rooms and a complementary maid to order breakfast that rivals any high end hotel. Cant wait to come back!

Great Hotel. Is a new facility which is very clean with great staff. If you want friendly service and great service this is one of the best in Timmins. Price is reasonable, Rooms are clean, Hotel is quiet. Great Breakfast and Bar service in the evening.

Everything about my stay here was fantastic! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quite large. Everything is like new here. I was traveling with my dog and they made us both feel welcome - passing cookies to her quite often as we came in the front entrance. The breakfast included an omlette bar which was great too. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I love staying at the Best Western in Timmins. Not only is it a beautiful hotel, what sets it apart is the wonderful omelette bar. It makes me feel a little like I feel when in the Caribbean and get to enjoy the omelette bar every morning. The rooms are very well appointed, and we can bring our Shih Tzu Lady. We look forward to returning when COVID restrictions are lifted to be able to enjoy the hotel even more. I only have good things to say about this hotel.

Great place to stay. Very safe with the current situation with COVID-19. Service from all great. Rooms clean and inviting. Restaurant staff always going above a beyond to help. Front staff very helpful. Restaurant does not have a large menu but plenty of options, portions good and taste is great. Always stay here if rooms available.

Not having been out since COVID lead me to be cautious. The Hotel was great. Staff were great and everything was supper clean and modern. I was able to relax. The food was excellent. I would be happy to stay over again if need be.

Last minute getaway for relaxation purposes. The jetted jacuzzi was a great start to our evening of relaxion. Followed by fluffy white housecoats in front of the fireplace. Watching the hockey game on the big screen while enjoying a few bevies. Best Western on Airport road is our new go to place when we need to recharge.

Title review says it all. Easy location, Tim Hortons right next door. Beautiful hotel and rooms. Great atmosphere, comfortable beds, VERY clean. For someone who travels a lot for work, this stay was just like home.

I had the opportunity to stay at the hotel during the summer and the staff has the best Covid-19 protocols than any other hotel I have stayed in. This week, I returned to Timmins for a quick business meeting and once again they went beyond expectations to keep all their guests safe. Even with the lockdown, their restaurant was closed, they delivered a lovely continental breakfast directly to my room. You will not find a better hotel anywhere. Michael

Brand new, enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great they had gluten and dairy free options! Love that the rooms have no carpet, definitely cleaner this way. Water pressure in the shower was amazing , usually in a hotel it's very poor.

A beautiful new squeaky-clean hotel operated by friendly staff. I wish I could have spent more time there to make use of the pool and explore Timmins in general. A huge bonus- probably the best breakfast I've had at a Hotel. No Covid 19 apple and water bottle at this place. A made-to-order hot breakfast as well as cereals, fruits, specialty coffees, muffins, juices-you name it. I'll be back.

I have been stay at BW Premiere since it opened. The facility is fantastic and you won't find a better staffed hotel in Timmins. The food is fantastic, the rooms are spacious and such a joy to interact with the staff. There is a pool bar and dining room. Close to all amenities and close to airport

So clean and the rooms are large and beds are comfortable. Breakfast was great. Due to covid it was not buffet style but you could order an omelette and the staff whip it up right there. Highly recommend staying here.

Very nice, brand new hotel, very close to Timmins airport. Rooms are extremely clean. The hotel staff are very friendly, I stayed one night and I highly recommend this hotel. Room service was good too.

This was the hotel we liked most in during our trip in northern Ontario. It's brand new so everything is modern, clean and comfortable. Very good facilities when so many hotels have cut back, particularly a made to order hot breakfast with complementary cappuccino, latte, etc. The pool and fitness centre are open and you book for an hour so it's only you/your family. Friendly staff. Great job by Best Western.

What an awesome place. The friendliest staff, cleanliness bar none, and prime rib made for a wedding I attended was melt in your mouth! Assistance to me as the photographer at the wedding was unparalleled. The staff bent over backwards to make this a memorable occasion. Came to Timmins for a wedding. This hotel is fantastic. The staff are wonderful and uber attentive. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was scratch made centred on an omelette bar with bacon, potatoes etc. We had a prime rib dinner for the wedding. The meal itself was exceptional and the prime rib was the best I ever ate. The chef is brilliant. I can't say enough about this place and highly recommend it for anyone coming to Timmins.

We were traveling with our dog, and out of the 7 Hotels we stayed at this trip. This was by far the best hotel we stayed at. Clean, comfortable, and the nicest staff made our stay number 1. When we come back this way, I will reserve a room in advance knowing what to expect.

This hotel stay was truly incrediable. All staff went above and beyond to welcome us and make us feel comfortable. The room was large and beautifully decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable giving us a good nights sleep. Hotel was spotless and their precautions regarding COVID were top notch. The hot breakfast was an incrediable bonus and very delicious. It saved us time on our 8 hour journey home.

The hotel rooms are very modern and beautiful. This hotel is next door to Tim Hortons. We stayed in a suite with jacuzzi and the room was spacious and up to date. We stayed for our wedding. The guys gathered and stayed the first night, while the second night was for the bride and groom. Our room was cleaned and the bed wasn't remade. The wheely cart to transport your luggage was full of spider webs. The water temperature wasn't very hot for the jacuzzi.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was super clean and smelled good. I saw the staff wiping and disinfecting which was awesome. The staff was also very nice and friendly. I only stayed here for one night as a stop over on my trip around Ontario but I would stay here again in a heartbeat ❤️

Easy access, lots of parking, easy movement within hotel, breakfast great (eggs personally cooked), breakfast area large enough for Covid, rooms spacious, good tv and wifi, staff friendly. Only one elevator was working when I was there, a problem in Covid times in a multi story hotel. I hope they will get other elevator working. I was disappointed that many people were not masked, these I believe were guests, perhaps more reminders to wear masks is required. Would come back

Great place to stay, rooms are sized well, you won't feel the cramped. Very clean, staff is very nice and friendly. I stayed for 3 nights, once the house keeping forgot to make my bed. N they sell shaving toiletries that was a shock to me, the general manager gave it to me a complimentary, but it was a shock cuz I travel internationally and regular sized aerosol can are not allowed on flights hence it is quite common for me to get these at the hotel during my trips. Well other than that top noch service and experience. Breakfast is a bit on the limited side but I believe it's because of covid, once we are out of it its a bang on 5 star location.

The rooms were spotless and I had a great sleep, the mattresses are amazing! Food in the hotel restaurant was very tasty. You can use the pool which was great and they booked a time for you to go with no one else there due to the Covid situation. They really thought things out.

We stayed at the recently opened Best Western in Timmins. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows are great. Nice in door outdoor lounge area with bar area for evening pub style food or beverages. Great breakfast with omelettes, bacon etc. Best hotel in Timmins.

The staff complied with covid procedures that made us feel safe to stay there and looking forward to the next visit. The hotel was very clean and tidy from driving into the parking lot all the way to the room.

A beautiful hotel that is pet friendly and serves a delicious breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised they had an omelette bar, a service that no other hotel in Timmins offers. Chef Edita is great! We have enjoyed staying at the Hampton Inn in the past, but they are not pet friendly so we have to make arrangements for our pet to be boarded if we stay there, less than ideal for us. I slept so well in the room. The bed was super comfortable, lots of pillows. Nice size television. No carpets in the rooms, very clean. Appropriate COVID-19 safety precautions are in place. They have a lovely patio to enjoy your breakfast or a nice light meal/drinks, a real bonus in COVID-19 times. I was able to enjoy the pool. We have stayed in many other hotels in Timmins and this one is the best. It may be a bit pricey, but it is well worth it. Thank you to the manager Cauleen who took out reservation and checked on us on our departure. This hotel is doing all the right things.

Wife had to go to Timmins for work so I accompanied her. Hotel was the best Best Western I have stayed in. It is beautiful with warm, friendly, and service-oriented staff. The wife and I had had a long day and we both fell in love with the bed and the pillows and had a wonderful night's rest. As we were in the midst of Covid19, the hotel and staff had gone the extra mile in not only ensuring the rooms were clean but went to extra lengths to make us secure in the fact. We were given a nice brown bag breakfast (in lieu of the normal breakfast due to the virus) anreven the remotes were sanitized and packaged to ensure cleanliness. Well definitely stay there next time we are back in Timmins.

I had the great pleasure of returning to my hometown with my wife ( business trip) This was my wife's first visit to Timmins and this hotel was recommended to us. What a great surprise to find such quality and class of service that truly reflects northern Ontario hospitality. From the reception/checkin to the room's cleanliness and decor, social distancing breakfast to a local beer.... everything was above par. My wife and I have been in the hospitality business as as consultant for many years and this hotel has to rate as one of the tops we have stayed in for its category. This place delivers on its promises and exceeds the expectation. I truly recommend this hotel and look forward to a return visit soon. PS: a special thanks to the owner and hotel manager for above and beyond detail to service.

Very nice rooms. Full hot breakfast. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are large, with fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Very clean also. The pool was nice. I only wish there was a hot tub. A very large thank you to the cleaning lady, Natalie, I think who had to clean up vomit from our little guy who wad sick. She did it with a smile and friendly conversation.

Stayed here just after it opened. Beautiful room, excellent breakfast, Tim Horton next door. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. One of closest hotels to airport. Very much enjoyed my stay. Since it was winter would suggest small carpet at room door to leave dirty boots as not to dirty beautiful new laminate flooring.

Very spacious rooms. Lots of free parking. Great location close To airport and sports complex. Great free breakfast. Excellent views from the 6th floor. Brand new hotel with very good food, a bar and good service.
