Very Clean facility. Nice helpful staff. quiet. great breakfast options including an omelette bar that is very good. Proof is, we are staying there again in a few weeks. Highly recommend when in Sunnyside.

This is a very nice hotel, complete with pool, hot tub, outdoor space, and great breakfast (even had omelets to order!). I was there with a group of bicyclists, and the staff was very welcoming to all of us.

It is always clean. All the staff is always pleasant and helpful, always working hard; keeping the place in great shape. The rooms are more than adequate when it comes to anything from outlets to showers and sleeping arrangements. No thin walls or stained sheets here. The room temps are great when you walk in. The breakfasts are always nice. Easy access to fueling up your rig and getting back on the freeway. The view is nice . I haven't found anything to complain about, ever.

It was good and relaxing under the circumstances. I do hope that my other set of car keys can be found and returned to me. I recall putting them in one of the dresser drawers under the tv. Thanks in advance for checking one more time......

I really enjoyed my stay! This is actually my second time booking this location an I would highly recommend (: you have a beautiful view outside along w an inside pool an fresh breakfast in the morning!

We stopped on the way through and had a great experience with our family! We loved the pool and got tub, slept great and the breakfast options exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again.

Had to stay im sunnyside for 3 nights and was happy i picked this hotel. The room was nice, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. If I ever stay in sunnyside again I would def stay here again.

This is hands down the best hotel in Sunnyside. The breakfast doesn't disappoint and the pool is great (when it's not under repair). Customer service is great as well. My only complaint is that the pool wasn't working and I didn't get any sort of email ahead of time explaining that, so my kids were left very disappointed.

Stay here at Best Western Plus at Sunnyside, Washington! Staff are welcoming and helpful and there is a great view as you eat breakfast. Breakfast was amazing for all that you could eat! The room facilities, and the bathroom was great too! Staff were helpful in supplying items we accidentally forgot to pack.

This hotel is just off the interstate. Don't let that deter you as it is situated away from the roadway in a location where there is not highway noise to disturb you. The breakfast quality at this hotel is top notch and sits on the edge of a vineyard which is really quite nice. There is an omlette station and plenty of fixings to get your day started on the best possible foot. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is attentive.

Very nice large room with plenty of space. There is a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The room was spotless. The bathroom was nice with the sink just outside of the bathroom door, which is nice if someone is showering, you can still use the sink to wash up at the same time. The water flow in the shower was good with a steady stream.

This stay was for a reunion of classmates 64, 65 and 67 years ago. The only criticism I have is that there should be an elevator closer to the lobby for those who had to go upstairs--the only elevator was at the far end from the lobby.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Great breakfast, Great shower. Very good amenities and great/friendly people. They did everything right. If you are in the area, you should consider this hotel! The location is fantastic if you are visiting wine country with good access to the highway.

We stopped into the hotel without a reservation. We asked for a ground floor room so that we could keep an eye on our motorcycle. The two young women at the desk were very friendly & accommodating & gave us exactly what we were looking for. The room was clean & comfortable, king bed, towels & toiletries. Coffee maker in the room & a delicious hot breakfast, including an omelette bar, in the breakfast room. The view from the breakfast room windows, over the vineyard, is spectacular! Guests can also choose to eat outside on the patio. Absolutely lovely!

The room was great, I had to extend my stay a night and the front desk accommodated me. This hotel is a great place to stay and is close to Dennys if you need to get something to eat. Breakfast is good. I wish they would add bacon or ham, but I know that it is expensive. But, variety is always good.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We will DEFINITELY stay here again!!!! If you want a better price call the hotel directly . I went to have surgery and forgot my walker at home they found me a walker to use for the rest of my stay!!!

I can think of anything negative to say. We come to town almost once per month (2 nights at a time) to visit my granddaughter. We always stay here. It's very nice! The hot breakfast they offer is one of the main reasons we keep coming back. The grounds are nice. The employees are great. Any issue is immediately resolved. If you're coming to Sunnyside you must stay here!

Over night stay to visit my dad. Hotel was nice. Breakfast was the best. Lots of options, even an omelet station. The front desk was not friendly or overly helpful. Most negative was the price. Very expensive for the location.

This was a great hotel. Just off the freeway. Easy to find, quiet, great view and beautiful grounds. The breakfast included made to order omelets. The room was clean and well furnished. Beds were comfortable. There was no between-room noise which impressed me.

This Best Western is a wonderful place to stay. It is ALWAYS clean, friendly, and a comfortable place to be. The breakfast is great and the omelets are amazing. Eva, the omelet maker, is so sweet and amazing! Her customer service is outstanding!!

Our reservations were messed up pretty badly there is only one jetted tub room, That was given to one of my employees instead of the person that booked the stay. To make matters worse the hot tub didn't even work

I have been coming to this hotel for over 10 years. They are always very friendly and the service is wonderful. The setting is beautiful. Hotel is settled right by grapevines that you can walk around if you want.

Pool and jacuzzi wete unavailable for use due to a broken Pool Heater. Lots of unsupervised kids from local basketball tournament were loud and made it unpleasant for the rest of the guests. Disappointed

We stay here when we see our grandkids. It's a special place for our family and we are always welcomed so warmly. The staff do an excellent job, so friendly! The breakfast is an added bonus that we all enjoy! (especially the waffles with the BW heart!)

Great motel to stay at,safe parking, great rooms,great staft the beds were very comfortable and got a good night sleep very and outstanding breakfast great choice of food and force and not or cold drinks.

I would definitely come back to this hotel. I loved looking at this old barn in the morning. The staff here are very helpful during our stay . The breakfast was spot on and the room was cozy for our 3 nights we stayed there.

Everything was good. Beds were comfortable. The staff was nice. Housekeeping asked if we needed anything and they respected our privacy note that was on the door. The checking was easy and then part way through our stay, I needed to extend and they helped us out.

This hotel looks nice on the outside, and the guest rooms are nice. But the sound dampening of the walls is terrible. I should have worn earplugs. I could hear someone's cell phone conversation through the wall. I also think the mattresses and pillows need to be replaced.

After staying in Kennewick, Prosser, and in Sunnyside the last 4 months this has been the best property I have stayed in all categories. I can't see myself staying anywhere else. I'm very picking, critical, and expect to get what I pay for. This place has exceeded my expectations. It seems a little older but it's clean, secure and well managed with a tremendous staff!

Very nice and clean. Well maintained facility. Every staff member we saw was happy and having fun at work, a good sign of a great place. Hot breakfast was wonderful and the selection was delicious. Breakfast area looks out to the vineyard just steps away and the sunset is amazing. Not far from the freeway but you sure couldn't tell, if I hadn't seen it from the window I wouldn't have known. Very highly recommend staying here when you're in the area. I know we will!

Great experience fast check in and out. Room were super clean beds really comfortable. This was an awesome experience that all my family enjoyed while staying here I definitely recommend Best Western.

I came to the area to work, and I always travel with my pets. I made the reservation through the sales manager who knew I was coming for work, and that I had pets. There are no other rentals in the area that are pet friendly, so this was my only option. However I get there, and go to work and then am called at work saying I cannot leave my pets alone at the hotel. It is a 100 degrees outside, so I guess they want you to leave them in your car to die. I can't take them in to work with me. They knew this when I made the reservation, that I had pets and that I was coming for work, so not sure what they thought would happen. I know many people who do stay in hotels in my line of work, with pets, and have no issues. However this hotel said they would call animal control on me if a guest complained about my pets and I couldn't resolve it immediately. However I couldn't even sleep before work, because someone's kid was screaming all day long. Who do they call for that? I had to quit the job I was doing in Sunnyside, because there is no where else to stay, and I'm not risking this place calling animal control on me and taking my pets away. Most frustrating experience ever.

I loved this hotel. Pleasant people at the front desk. Nice looking lobby. My room was neat, clean and orderly. Nice bright lights at the sink and mirror. Some hotel/motels skimp on the lighting of this area. Not here. Comfortable beds and pillows. And the best part was made to order omelets at breakfast. Fantastic.

I reserved 2 rooms, we got there only one room was available, Pat did was possibly to fix the problem, he did a good customer service, morning employees not very nice, they do not do anything to get me a room, but at the night the same guy, Pat got us the other room, he cares and he did not for got about us.

I love the lobby, very nice! The view at sunset is beautiful. The breakfast included is the best of any of the hotels I've stayed at! Great quality for the price! The only annoying thing was the TV remote didn't want to work most of the time.

Amazing view in the lower valley! Rooms are so clean and so big. Definitely recommend booking this hotel for any stay! Their pool was warm and clean, never too busy. We had the pool to ourselves many times. Front desk was super friendly and able to accommodate to guests needs.

This hotel is everything upscale lodging should be and more. We are having some work done to our house and we're in need of alternate lodging. After previewing the website, taking note of the rates I had to decide the most effective way to inform my husband we would not be paying $59 to stay in a Notel Motel. I knew how this would go over as my husband has short arms and long pockets and we constantly debate over what is satisfactory lodging. So I told him it was the only place with a vacancy, we packed up a bag and off we went. It was fresh and clean and beautiful and smelled like heaven. The staff was friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The grounds in the back our small rolling hills covered in beautiful green grass with a gazebo set in the middle. I referred to this as my yard during our stay hoping my husband might take the hint and let me live there. Unfortunately, that never came to fruition and I had to go home. I have nothing bad to say about this place. if you are in Sunnyside and looking for a comfortable and clean place to lay your head, this is it!! Thank you Best Western for restoring my faith in eastern Washington.

This property is well-maintained and extremely clean. The property manager was excellent and the staff was very friendly. The place was cleaned perfectly, breakfast was very good and the 24/7 fresh, hot coffee made all the difference. I have traveled domestically pre Covid and if I am in the area in the future, I would stay again.

Best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Beautiful views, big, clean rooms and a great, accommodating staff for my wedding party. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and enjoy time with my family in their communal spaces after the wedding.

I didn't feel welcome, employees aren't very friendly, breakfast was a joke. Worst BW I've ever stayed at. Pillows too soft, chair in rooms very uncomfortable and small. a toilet in one of our rooms took forever to flush. Pool was cold (my 4 year old son didn't swim in it for long) hot tub was perfect temperature (he joined us there instead).

This was a good stay. The place is nice and borders a vineyard. The breakfast was minimal but good. The do cook to order omelets which was great. I miss the bacon. The room was nice, clean and worked great. The TV has limited channels. I don't care for Spectrum. I would much prefer Dish. Overall a really good stay.

We haven't stayed here in over a year just before COVID hit and I must say that the front desk staff has really went down hill since then. The whole reason We would stay here was because of the friendly staff. We would always arrive late and check in with either Dillon or Claire and they were always friendly and positive towards us. When we checked in this time the front desk girl (didn't catch her name) was outside and kind of rushed us through. We were sad to hear that neither Clare or Dillon worked there anymore. At checkout (I'm not sure if she's new or not because we always checked out with April or Lisa in the mornings)but I didn't care for the girls attitude one bit, Maryjane was rude and had an annoyed attitude towards us when we asked a question. Overall, I honestly don't see us coming back and spending the money to be treated unkindly and with annoyed attitudes. The whole reason we stayed here was because we always felt welcomed and were greeted with smiles (hard to do now because of masks) and asking how we were doing. Now it's just attitude and people not doing their jobs. On a more positive not we do love the renovation! We actually stayed while they were remodeling and had breakfast in the meeting room so to see the finished product was nice! They made it beautiful. Now if they'd just find new staff to match their new design it would be 5 stars!

You'll want to put this place on your bucket list of places to stay in the Yakima Valley! They are conveniently located, offer great breakfasts and the employees are second to none. We have made this our place to stay!

The staff was friendly. The property took all precautions during the time at hand. Ample parking and clean property. The rooms were clean and welcoming. Just off the freeway and gas station close by. I'll definitely stay here when I come through on travels

We have stayed here a few times in the past couple of years (each time we are in town) and it has always been great. The breakfast is wonderful, rooms are very clean, the onsite team is friendly and accomodating..

Well, there isn't really any competition. The other places in town are dirty and ill-maintained. Despite the other guys setting the bar so low, Best Western Grapevine Inn doesn't aim for merely being better than them. They're solidly good. We've stayed many times and it's always very clean. Service is top-notch. The breakfast is solidly above average. We will be back again and again.

The rooms are, well, quite roomy. The hotel is fairly new and in great condition. Loved the morning breakfast with personally prepared omelet -- even during the era Covid. We had the room closet to the freeway, but it was very quiet.

We stay at this BW every time we are in this area 3 or 4 times now. It has been renovated recently and is very clean. All of the staff we interacted with on this 4 day trip were courteous, helpful and friendly, as usual. The COVID safe to-go breakfast is also good. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area or coming to the area for a stay. Thank you.

Check in was extremely easy, friendly staff upon arrival! Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Prices was good for the sizing of the bed and room, wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities that were offered!

Everyone we encountered was very friendly, the hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was great, with an abundance of hot water and fantastic water pressure. They kindly welcomed our dog too!

Great comfort away from home. Stopped overnight traveling with businesses. Spacious rooms, comfy mattress, and plenty of parking for a RV. The price is well worth the value for the rooms. Enjoyed my stay !!

We came with a fairly large group for 4 days.... they let us borrow the meeting room in the evenings to visit together. My daughter had her 11 month son along and the manager went to a local store and bought a pak 'n play for her as they had run out of cribs. The breakfast was exceptional! Pretty much carried everything from scrambled eggs, sausage gravy with biscuits, bacon, warm oatmeal, waffles etc. etc. You also had the option of having a custom made omelette or breakfast burrito made right there on the spot. We had an exceptionally good experience at this motel and would highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

This place was very easy to get comfortable in. Room was nice, bed and pillows are great. WiFi was spotty. Staff is very good and reliable. Poll was nice. Breakfast is enjoyable with a good variety. Omelets are made to order! There was warm soup and hot dogs in the evening. Good value!

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. Everyone was very friendly and kind. We used the pool twice even though temperatures dipped to about 13°F while we were there. The pool was a nice temp and both our kids were able to enjoy it. (They are 4 and almost 2). The breakfast was nice. We were able to find things we could eat. Overall, a very nice stay and we plan to stay again.

The view of the vineyard and the setting sun and Mt. Adams out the window was amazing. Breakfast included made to order omelets. The Room was clean and included a microwave and refrigerator. A nice extra was two luggage stands. The hot tub was a nice size and the water was great. The exercise equipment included a treadmill and stationary bike.

I was part of a small group of High School Reunion classmates staying at the Grapevine Inn for the weekend. Their hospitality was more than we expected. The facilities were perfect for extending our reunion conversations. And, the breakfast can't be beat.

Friendly front desk staff greeted us. The room was clean and comfy. Walking distance to town for shopping and dining. Very quiet for the night. Good selection for hot and cold breakfast. The llamas were an unexpected delight!

The stay in Sunnyside Washgton at Grapevine Best Western was a good one. The people were friendly, the place was nice, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, the view was nice, the grounds were nice, and it was pretty quiet

Unfortunately, the room was overpriced and it lacked cleanliness. The room smelled very musty upon our arrival and one of the hanging towels was dirty. I cannot in good conscience recommend this room to any family or friends. There also appeared to be an unfinished remodel of the first floor which is the floor we stayed at.

A beautiful setting and i can only imagine what the lobby will look like once done remodeling but always worth the stay. The location is convenient and comfortable. We would stay at this location again and have recommend any family friends to stay here too.

Stayed two nights over a weekend. Clean, comfortable and quiet. We were pleasantly surprised by the omelette station at breakfast! They are currently doing some renovation to the breakfast room so it is being served in a conference room. Much less expensive than the hotels in Yakima.

Love this place...the room, the view, the staff, the breakfast, the location. Arrived and grabbed a luggage luggage cart...easy... up the elevator, unload, returned, to a large Canadian Whiskey prepared by my sweet wife, sat and enjoyed the view of GRAPEVINES ...coming down from almost 200 miles of tense driving and then walking to a Chinese Restaurant for a wonderful dinner.

I've stayed at this hotel several times in the past, however I could only give it a 2 this time because they would not give me a military discount this time, no reason was given for not giving me a discount other than it was not offered during this time!!!!

When we pulled up to the hotel, wow, the smell of cow manure was so intense! Inside the hotel, though, we didn't smell it. The friendly staff had our keys ready on our arrival. Excellent! All hotels should do this! Our room was clean but very dimly lit. It was very typical Best Western--extremely average. The bed was comfortable and had all non-feather pillows--great for allergy sufferers. However, the sheets were rough. Each nightstand had a lamp with a power outlet on the base--perfect for two people needing to charge phones and devices at beside. The room had a good size mini-fridge, coffeemaker, microwave, iron, and ironing board. The heading/air conditioning unit was LOUD!...Impossible to sleep with it on. The bathroom had a shower/tub combo with no mold--good job, housekeeping! However, maintenance needs to re-grout or re-caulk the unsightly base of the tub. The shower water pressure was good and the hot water stayed hot, but the soft water left a slimy feeling on the skin. The towels were wonderful! Housekeeping had hog-tied to the towel rack a bag with a multi-speed hairdryer, making it difficult to remove the unit from the bag. The free WiFi worked well. The hotel has a large, free, open-air parking lot. The room was OK for a night, but I might be inclined to first check elsewhere if I'm ever passing through again.

Worst night ever, there was no control over unruly foul mouth guests. We chose to check out at 2am, while it was snowing, and drive 6 hours home. This hotel has gone completely donwn hill, we have stayed here before but will never ber back.

It was so nice I almost want to live there!! Stuff was friendly! Rooms clean! Breakfast served HOT plus the have soup and hotdogs in the evenings for dinner!! Now all that included in with the price of room!!

The staff were all very courteous and bowel was very well kept. They offered soup, hot dogs and cookies for an evening snack and the breakfast was great! They had a staff member on site that made omelettes per request. The rooms were very clean and very spacious. I will definitely stay away this hotel again

One of our favorite hotels to stay in. Only complaint is that the bed was the most uncomfortable mattress we have ever slept on here. We have stayed here multiple times and never had this problem until this last time. Other than that this is the best place to stay

Friendly helpful staff! Quiet rooms, convenient location to I-84 freeway and local shopping. One of the few motels that also offers a light dinner! In this case hot dogs and soup. Nice to have nourishment after a long day on the road.

Everything was great. The food, service and rooms were all great. The indoor pool and spa were nice and clean. Internet was fast, nice big soft bath towels. Nice views. The hotel is addiding on more rooms right now

No comment to leave, my stay was for work related. Slept very well and I recommend this hotel to you who travel thru n need a place to stay. I have always stayed here for the past 5 years I have been coming here.

More of a 31/2 star. This hotel is a perfectly timed stop for our annual travels. Room was quiet and clean but the bed is still not 'great'. The heater/air conditioner had a mind of it own as it ran intermittently on-then off-then immediately back on again; annoyingly loud. Breakfast was good although the 'hot' choices were only luke warm. No one told us that they served soup at dinner time-we might have liked to know that. Not sure what other alternatives there are in Sunnyside but it might be time to look for the alternatives.

Although my neighbors upstairs were pretty loud (the kids running in the hall and room) everything was pretty great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, room was perfect vibes were great. Hotel is right off the exit and is surrounded by gas stations and very close to Walmart.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We were in town for my husbands 56th class reunion. Our breakfast omelet was delightful. The bed and pillow were extremely comfortable. The service was excellent

The room was great. The staff was very helpful. They were full for a second night but found us a room on miles away. They have a great breakfast program. There was good onsite parking. The staff to the person was very friendly and helpful

We needed a conference room for a high-level meeting, and sleeping rooms for the attendees. The hotel outdid itself. They gave us a very easy to use registration link for all our attendees to book the room of their choice. The conference room was setup to my rather persnickety specifications. When I discovered at 9 pm the conference call phone had not been put into the room, they called the General Manager and he came back and set it up for me. Being able to setup all the A/V and electronics the night before the 8 am Board meeting made my life so much easier in the morning. I'm so grateful to everyone on staff who made our stay wonderful. We'll definitely use you again, next time we're in Sunnyside!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very clean and excellent beds! Pool and Spa were clean and warm! Breakfast was excellent and they offer a soup and hotdog snack in the evenings. Air Conditioner was quiet and kept the room very cool during the hot weather.

I travel frequently for work and always seem to find some small (like only 1 coffee in the room) to something large ( room already occupied) wrong with every motel. My recent stay at the Best Western Grapevine Inn was perfect. I would recommend them to anyone traveling along Interstate 82. Clean, friendly, great food; breakfast and evening

This is the best Best Western I have ever stayed at. Our room was spacious, immaculate, and nicely furnished. The staff provides a wonderful hot breakfast with omelets made to order along with the help yourself buffet. We had a "kitchen sink" omelet to rival any restaurant! Wow!

We stopped for a night on our road trip from Arizona to The PNW. Staff was friendly and breakfast was great. The views of the vineyards from the backside of the hotel were lovely. Our kids enjoyed the pool and I took advantage of the fitness center during our one night stay.

I was lucky enough to get a vineyard view. It was wonderful. The room was very clean. There was minor wear on some of the room accommodations but nothing that would be a deal breaker for me to not stay again. All the staff was friendly. During slow times the front desk personnel would have a sign that they were in the kitchen. So I was able to find them if needed. My son also enjoyed the indoor pool, no slide but he loved it. I spent some time in the hot tub. The dining area was my favorite place. They also have outdoor seating for dining and by the pool area. They not only offer a great breakfast but from 5-8 p.m. they have a soup and hotdogs all complimentary. I would recommend staying here.

Very clean rooms and pet friendly. Pool is well maintained & breakfast is more than adequate ! My grandkids always love staying here ! The staff is very helpful and the rooms are clean and well stocked with linens, etc.

A very nice clean hotel, amenities for the whole family, and a budget-friendly price. Breakfast, small pool on site. Fridge and microwave in-room- prefect for impromptu snacks and meals to go! Close to wine country or other Yakima Valley destinations like Toppenish, Zillah and Sunnyside.

I love their made to order omelet bar. Breakfast is from 5am to 10am !! The rooms are clean and the staff are really helpful and nice. The only drawback is that there is only one elevator and it is located on the far end of the building so there is a lot of walking involved if you need a cart for your luggage and are in a room on the other side of the building opposite of the elevator. I would definitely recommend.

My experience at the Best Western Grapevine Inn was simply amazing. I was treated very well not just as a guest but more like family. The ladies at the front desk were outstanding at every turn. The assistant GM Lisa was very helpful and accommodating when I had room changes she is a very sweet young lady and it was a pleasure to have her help. Clair, April, and Darlene were so welcoming of me and helpful with any issues or questions I may have had. The GM Pat parlin was great to interact with and was very polite and professional with any inquiry I made. The sales manager Jr De la mora is one of the most considerate and kind-hearted persons I have had the pleasure of knowing a true asset to that company and I can honestly say a dear friend of mine. The house keeper's do a great job especially the individuals who would clean my room through out my stay there Janet, Oralia, and Erika good job ladies. And last and definitely not least Mary Jane. What can I say about this young lady that I haven't already said to describe the amazing staff at the Best Western Grapevine Inn. Hardworking, exceptional, and who's customer service is absolutely wonderful. When I began my stay I was going through the hardest time I have had in my life. But because of the staff treating me with such care and love I was able to begin healing not just emotionally but also return to my normal self. And for that I can't thank them enough. My life was made better because they were in it and I am eternally grateful I love and miss all of you. Till we meet again I recommend to all my family and friends and all who read this. I will stay here again. I have stayed before and been very satisfied. It 's location is very convenient and easy to get to. I just hope there is not a large group staying and celebrating at the same time we are there!

Squeaky clean new BW, with view of vineyard and Mt. Adams off in the distance. A short walk to a nice Italian bistro. Good service, fresh -made omelettes at breakfast. Now, however trip advisor wants me to enter at least 200 characters. What nonsense!

As with most of the other Best Westerns we've stayed at in the last few years, the staff are always welcoming and make you feel valued. When we arrived they had soup, hotdogs and cookies available in the breakfast room, which was really rather tempting. The bed at this location was a bit softer than some others, which my shoulders and hips really appreciated!! Especially after a long day on the road. The hotel is located just off I-90 but is a little sheltered from the road noise, so felt much more like we were staying at one of the local vineyards than at a typical roadside motel. The custom omelette in the morning was EXCELLENT and the service was very friendly and warm.

Extremely noisy with weekends full of yelling children drowning out the TV in your own room; people moving about in the rooms overhead shake the ceiling; TVs, people talking, water running in nearby rooms clearly audible. Otherwise the no frills rooms are comfortable enough, robe provided, rooms with kitchens/water jet tubs available. Housekeeping is spotty, bugs appear here & there, wifi requires constant repeat log-ins. Construction at one end of the building is annoying. Some may find Christian verse on display inappropriate/unwelcoming. Large, extended-hour, average quality breakfasts with made-to-order omelets. High-ceilinged atrium dining room looks out to grape orchard. Nearby cattle herds can foul the air. One restaurant down the street, otherwise nothing much else is walkable. The hotel should offer recycling.

Busy place, but good breakfast, comfortable bed, hot water and right off freeway. I stay frequently and overall have good service. Occasional noisy neighbor. Clean pool and mostly responsive staff. Newest facility in Sunnyside

The reviews sold me on staying here but the pictures online were mediocre. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was along with the attentive hotel staff, and the breakfast was terrific including custom made omelettes ans biscuits and gravy. The room was spacious and clean and the price was reasonable. We would definitively stay here again!

I was at the Grapevine Inn for 60 days. The service was excellent. I would recommend them to any one needing any extended stay lodging in the area. The one bedroom suites are especially nice, as was the nightly offering of hot soup and cookies

Pleasant setting for a motel, excellent breakfast choices, evenings they offer clam chowder, hot dogs and cookies. The directions to the actual motel site could be improved, altho' you can see the motel sign from the highway it was tricky figuring out the correct roads to take to get to it. Very friendly staff and the breakfast was the best I have had at a Best Western

Staff took the time to make you feel welcome and provide with any help that we needed. Food for breakfast was nice and prepared omelet by order. Evening soups were an added bonus to long days. Community room was decorated beautiful for the holidays and felt so cozy with the fireplace and big windows to see the landscape

Our insurance put us here after our home caught on fire and needed electrical work done before we were able to go back home. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable in getting insurance paperwork done quickly. Breakfast is hot and delicious with eggs, hashbrowns, biscuits, gravy, coffee, juice, pastries, etc, as well as made to order omelettes and fresh made waffles with all the fixings. The rooms are spacious, nice and modern with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Kids love the indoor pool and jacuzzi, also has a gym.Bathroom has built in dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Location is safe, off the freeway and the rooms are pretty sound proof. Nothing bad to say about this place at all!

1 night stay for business, large desk and comfortable chair for working. easy on and off the freeway with large vehicle parking option. Made to order breakfast omelette and waffle station that is a nice break from the standard canned soup sausage gravy and biscuit. Good value for a clean and convenient place to stay for a night.

We were just looking for a place to rest on a long road trip. We were really surprised by how nice this place was given the price. Good sized pool, nicely heated. Beds were very comfortable. Our room was HUGE. We will be back!

I highly recommend ?? enjoyed staying here I hope I could stay longer but I have to go back to work. If I come back to see my family I will definitely stay here again. And I'm hoping next time I stay I'll be able to use the other amenities.

Great night sleep while traveling. The breakfast and Robert, the cook, was awesome! This is a value hotel but the quality was great. The customer service was top notch and that matters! Or business plans changed last minute after we checked out but the manager accommodated us and allowed us a space for business purposes.

I stay at many hotels every week and when I decided to stay at this one I was in for a great surprize because of how quit and nice the rooms are. the staff is great and for food for breakfast was great.

A pretty typical chain Motel experience out in the middle of nowhere, yea, Sunnyside isn't exactly a destination spot, but you can get a descent safe nights stay here. If it's a weekend night, downtown Sunnyside can get a bit sketchy, so the location, a bit out of town, and close to the freeway is a good choice. We got a bit of a discount on the room, and I think the regular prices run close to $140/night? but like most places, that probably varies by night, and season. That was really my only gripe about the Best Western Grapevine, out in the middle of nowhere, paying upwards of 125-150/night is a stretch. We've traveled much of the country, and stayed at many many places , that I would call mid range, the kind of place you stay one or two nights at most. We've had places as good , some better ,throughout the West for $60-$80/night, The best was a resort we got in Sedona Arizona, outrageous views, two bedroom suite with a separate living room, two tvs, jacuzzi tub in the master, etc, price, about the same as we paid to stay here, so you get my drift. so what were the niceties?, well the staff, even though I did't get the impression that they were professionally trained in the hospitality field, , were polite, friendly and helpful. Added bonus, they set up afternoon snacks off the lobby complete with a bbq hotdog bar, not super fancy, simple snacks, , about the quality of most of the roadside continental breakfast's that you encounter, but a nice added bonus none the less. The other thing we liked was the room design they called it a mini suite, there's a half wall that separates the bed from a small sofa and tv space, nice touch. overall, a clean, safe experience on the road, just what your looking for when traveling, just not the price. oh yea, nothing, and I mean nothing is close to this place, if you want to eat, go the the grocery or otherwise, it's a trip by car.

We stayed (again) in late October 2017. The good: friendly staff; quiet and clean room; strong wi-fi; good-sized room with TV (lots of choice of channels), recliner chair, microwave etc.. Very good breakfast with a reasonable choice of food but also with the option of a freshly-made omelette. We both like hotels which do not use plastic cutlery and paper plates and cups etc. This BW uses proper cutlery and (albeit) Melmac coffee cups and dishes. The bad: our bed was too soft and we both awoke with some back soreness; we both prefer firmer mattresses but don't know if this is an option that you can request. Also, some of the tile grout in the bathroom will need to be replaced or cleaned as it has blackened. The ugly: nothing; we would recommend this BW and stay here again. Solid 41/2 stars.

Located conveniently off the interstate. Room was comfortable but dated. The bed was more comfortable than expected. Would stay at this location again when in the area. However, I would advise against using the express check-out. Even with providing email during check-in and calling the next morning, I'm still awaiting an emailed receipt.

We are very happy with this hotel. Though it was for a sad occasion, the loss of a parent, they made us feel special and the note on the room desk truly spoke to us. Our daughter and her family, along with their dog, also stayed and were welcomed with their 3 young children. They enjoyed the hot dogs and cookies, and we all enjoyed the amazing breakfast. The pool was also a perk for the children that had traveled a long way and needed to release energy! We travel often and typically stay at Hilton brands, but we are very happy with this Best Western. We hope to stay again, but for pleasure, not sadness.

Very nice hotel for the price. Very helpful staff who go out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Very nice amenities. Soup, bread, and cookies for evening meal were excellent. Breakfast was even better! Real omelets made to order!

Stayed for one night with with 4 other families. The rooms were nice, clean and the beds very comfortable. The only problem I had was at breakfast we got there late as they were pick up our group had already left so we were trying to get some breakfast and the employee was very upset about us getting there right as she was picking up and seemed very annoyed. We only got breakfast for our children. But other than that it was an excellent stay !

Very nice hotel. The staff are great. Breakfast staff are the best I've had in a long time. Hot breakfast, fresh fruit, breads. Just a great breakfast. Oh yeah, and cooked to order Omelets. Top notch! Very Nice

This is an outstanding Best Western. Cooked to order omelettes outstanding. Chili with hot dogs on arrival. Located in a farming community with a vineyard in the back of the hotel off the very nice breakfast room. Rooms were clean and spacious. Employees we encountered had great attitude and personalities. Location is a little hard to find but it is just off I-82.

Full Continental Breakfast is Delicious! Staff made Omelets, Pancakes & Waffles, Great Coffee & Sausages! Staff is anxious to please & there is a very nice view of the valley out the lounge area! Would definitely stay again when in the area, highly recommend the Best Western+ in Sunnyside WA.

The breakfast and service was wonderful. The Chief was very attentive to my needs, and made sure that I had a wonderful experience. They provide made to order omelets this was one of the best omelets I have had.

It is a pleasant place to stay. The view is excellent and the people was nice. The person above me was loud and could here every step they took. Advice to get the top floor. The Pepsi machine took my credit card and never gave me my Pepsi. She told me that they had no control of the vending machine and I would have to call myself. I think that they should man up and be responsible for what is on their property.

I would expect hotel staff to greet their customers with some enthusiasm and provide as much detail to the customer about their services, like breakfast, internet password etc. The hotel elevator is located at the end of one side of the hotel, making it a very long trek, if you are located at the other end of the hotel... not sure why it is not centrally located within the hotel next to the lobby like most hotels. Rooms are okay. Shampoo and Conditioner dispensers were not working in my bathroom which was also frustrating when you are already in the bathtub and you learn it is not working.

When we look for a place on the road while enjoying the countryside on our motorcycle, we prefer Best Western. This location we have found to be a quiet and convenient stop between big city Seattle and Tri-Cities, or Oregon, or an Idaho trip. Easy in and out with a delightful staff. early breakfast and very clean rooms. Rates are very reasonable and the view of the vineyard is appealing.

Definitely the best motel of our trip! Delicious breakfast omelettes made on request by a friendly staff person. After a long, hot day of driving we were greeted with free soup, hotdog and cookies saving us having to go out again to search for a desired restaurant. Motel is in a beautiful, relaxing setting with outdoor seating on decks looking at a vineyard. Swimming pool was a perfect temperature! Very friendly staff. Even a soap dish in the bathroom was welcomed! If in the area, make this motel your stop!

We loved our stay at the Grapevine Inn. The manager made us custom omelets in the morning and served complimentary soup, cookies and hot dogs in the evening. Pool and hot tub were great. Beautiful location right next to a vinyard. Will always stay here when we visit Sunnyside.

The hotel was very nice. The stay was great the rooms are very clean and comfortable, the staff is very accommodating. It was nice that breakfast was provided each morning and a really nice variety. I would recommend this motel and absolutely stay here again.

Close to the freeway, the Best Western Plus Grapevine Inn is conveniently located in wine country. We stayed two nights. The hotel was clean, the rooms spacious, and the staff pleasant. It's interesting to see a scripture on a large wall in the lobby as well as a prayer sheet in the room, but the Sunnyside community is pretty religious (this doesn't affect anything about the stay at the hotel, by the way). The facility includes an indoor pool (including a lift into the pool for people with physical disabilities), a hot tub, a generously outfitted exercise room, a large lobby and breakfast eating area, as well an an outdoor patio overlooking rows of concord grapes and the surrounds. The Best Western Plus Grapevine Inn was very reasonably priced. The breakfasts provided in the cost of the room are wonderful (we were offered omelettes to order, waffles, scrambled eggs, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, sausage, dry cereals, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, etc. Better than most places that offer breakfast areas. We'd definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

This is a nicely situated place which opens onto an adjacent vineyard on the north side. It is immaculately clean. The comp morning breakfast is exceptional for properties in this price range. Location is excellent for easy freeway access and enjoying wineries in the area. Weakness is wifi. It literally dies in midevening. Use of the lobby guest computer is discouraged, as lights in the area were totally extinguished around 10 PM. If it were not for this frustration, I would rate this property an unequivocal 5.

Found this hotel in my search for a hotel near the Eclipse area that wasn't charging an arm and a leg to stay the night. This fit the bill. This is a reliable place to spend the night if you are on your way between major destinations. Clean and tidy with a good breakfast. The desk staff are above average providing helpful advice on dinner options in the town of Sunnyside. As this was the night before the Eclipse, they started breakfast service at 5:00 AM; they also laid on some soup and snacks the evening before. There is an indoor pool and hot tub, the pool is clean but small and shallow, best for kiddies. There appeared to be a well kitted out fitness facility.

We saw this BW from the Interstate and decided to check it out. We were happy that we did. Clean neat and comfortable. We even got complimentary chicken soup, hot dogs and cokies. We will stay again when we pass through next time.

Everything went very well, this was my Husbands 60th Class reunion. The hotel handle this large group very well, no complaints on my part. The rooms at very nice and the food was good for Breakfast. Dinner room could have been bigger. We all managed and had a good time. Would use this hotel again if need to.

Excellent service at the Great Western in Sunnyside. I worked with Junior for my wedding, and he made sure to really help me out in the best possible way. I was switching things up all the time and he was accommodating about it. During check in, the staff were very friendly, during check out it was the same, and even the people helping out in breakfast were great to chat with. I definitely will come back and stay here!

Everyone at the hotel made us feel welcomed! The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. The lighting was ample in every area of the room. I was glad to see a sanitized tv remote. The floor was well maintained and vacuumed. The decor colors and wall art were up to date. Every detail of the room was attended to.

Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and the breakfast was great. I always look for a hotel that offers breakfast and this hotel meets expectations. The staff makes omelets for guests! Waffles with options of whip cream, strawberry puree and syrup woohooo. Eggs, sausage hash browns and more. So yes, you will have a very good breakfast!

This hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay fun for our family and friends. We came here to cater a wedding, and our hotel was filled with wedding guests and friends. The staff took into consideration our party of people and allowed us to use their beautiful back patio and bbq to host an after party for from the wedding for the hotel guests that attended. We agreed to be respectful with the noise level. It was an awesome stay. I do not recommend the comfort of the beds. WE had to queens and asked for a trundle for our extra children. My husband ended up on the trundle,it was more comfortable than the beds. I recommend purchasing an egg carton pad for traveling, and use on the beds. We will do that next time. The rooms were really clean, and the pool area and patio area were perfect. Air conditioning was awesome in our room.

I travel with my mate her at least once a month. The rooms are very clean. They serve breakfast, and dinner. the staff is very nice. the beds are a little hard but they are nice. and if you are person who sleeps with the AC be sure to bring a blanket. The price is fair for what you get. the rooms are defiantly worth it. I recommend you stay here if you come to the Sunnyside area.

We stayed at this hotel with 7 other families, the hotel knew we were one big group and ensured that breakfast would be ready before 6AM which was when we had to be checking out. The pool area was great for the kids and we were able to enjoy watching the sun go down behind the mountain view out on the little patio area.

I love staying at this hotel when Im in the area for wine tasting. Amenities are great and rooms are clean with comfortable beds and up to date in decor. On my last trip we came cross paths with a couple pests in our room. I let the front desk know. Hopefully they have sprayed the area and the bugs are gone. I understand your in the country and they probably do their best to keep bugs out.

We have stayed at this hotel about once a year for family functions in the area. Always quiet, clean, and amazing. Staff is always helpful! The grounds always on point, never dirty. Always our go to hotel when we in town.

We enjoyed our stay at Grapevine while we were in Sunnyside for a family reunion. We are a large family and many of our family members who live out of the area stayed here a couple of nights, We requested a crib for my granddaughter and it was already in our room when we checked in, which was great because she needed to take her nap! Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and had a good view of the surrounding farms and grape fields. We appreciated the complimentary snacks in the afternoon for hungry children, The large sitting room and outside tables were great for chatting with family members in the evenings. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Used this as our base of operations to attend the Sunnyside Summer Ale Fest. Great location close to the freeway and not too far from the event. Clean rooms and good breakfast choices. Close to the beer and wine choices in Sunnyside and Prosser. Rates reasonable. Parking lot a little small when there are large groups using the hotel as an event center. Will use again when in the area

This is the only hotel we stay at when we go to Sunnyside, WA. We stay there so often they know who we are. Excellent breakfast and evening hot dogs, soup and cookies. Just like being at home away from home.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The view from the of the vineyard and the mountains (Mt. Adams & Rainier) was gorgeous. The highlight for me, a road weary traveler, was the customer service. I'm certain desk clerks are asked certain questions hundreds of times. The staff responded as though it were all fresh. Thanks for the superlative service BW of Sunnyside, WA.

Nice location, nice front desk reception, room was very clean and very comfortable bed! Breakfast was the usual continental breakfast but filled us up for the long drive! Pool was good but only 4ft deep.

We stayed here on a Friday night! Room was clean and the bed was nice and cozy! The breakfast was good and our two year old granddaughter loved running in the pretty lawns there!! All was good!!! Nice employees and everything was clean An tidy

Just an average Best Western hotel. Nothing special - nothing terrible. I stay in 150 plus nights in hotels each year. Close to the interstate. But, it is the nicest hotel in Sunnyside. Restaurants in Sunnyside are average at best.

It's been a while since I've stayed at a Best Western. I was very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and overall quality of the hotel. My room was huge. The hospitality was great. I'll definitely stay at more BWs. Only draw back was the workout room being off the pool. It was like running in a sauna.

Lobby at check in looked very clean and in order. Staff were accommodating and had good service. Breakfast choice was normal and replenished quickly. Room was clean and updated. Only negative I have to say is the beds were not comfortable. Did not look forward to sleeping as I knew we would wake up sore!

Customer service was superb. But the hotel room decor & furniture are so outdated like in the 1920s. Need to improve it, take a lesson from Cle Elum, WA. Overall, good hotel to stay in, very close to Highway and Grandview WA.

Great location for tasting wine in the Prosser area(about a 15 mile drive). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and they had soup, hot dogs and cookies out at 5:00pm. Room was fine except the bed was not comfortable(way to soft).

Great breakfast and dinner at no extra charge. Beautiful views from the hotel. Great service. The only negative comment is that housekeeping was careless. Friendly staff. They offer 24 hours coffee, tea or hit chocolate at lobby, dinner time free soup and hot dogs. Nice indoor pool and gym

Bed was very comfortable. The temperature of the room was adjustable. Wifi worked well and there was a window that opened. Parking was available for trailers. Very nice hotel, will definitely stop here again.

Staff very friendly. I was amazed how quiet it was once inside the room. The beds where firm and comfortable. I have stayed at this hotel before and when I am in the area it is the only hotel I will stay at. There is a lovely vineyard to look at with the Yakima Valley in the distance.

This is our go to spot for Camp Nana! An awesome way to spend time with my grandbabies who live several hours away from Nana! The Waffles are a must and some time in the swimming pool! Kids call this place the Camp Nana hotel.

Overall a nice hotel. The view is great and it has easy on/off to Interstate 82. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast presented well, but needs some help on the quality (the hot items (eggs, sausage, potatoes) were soggy). The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We spent a week at the Best Western Plus Grapevine Inn while new floors were being installed in our home. A spacious mini suite on the second floor with a view of the vineyard and the mountains was so comfortable and relaxing. All of the staff members are very helpful and friendly and will go the extra mile if you need something. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and our bed was really comfortable. A better than average "help yourself" breakfast is served each morning, and a kettle of hot soup, hot dogs and cookies are available in the evening. This is especially nice for people who have driven a long way and are just too tired to go out to a restaurant.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. After a long drive to come out and work in the area, it's nice to relax over soup, hotdog & a cookie they provide without worrying about picking up something to eat. Love the vineyard surroundings and the comfortable look to the lobby & dining area. I always ask to stay there whenever I'm sent to work in Sunnyside.

Enjoyed the size of the room. Its one of the biggest rooms I've ever stayed in. Was very roomy. My kids and grandson were able to jump around and wrestle. My husband was very satisfied this time around with the room.

A big THANK YOU to Junior and his staff for a very smooth visit this weekend for our group of about 30 people. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Best of all was now smoothly our group was handled from our original reservation to checkout.

The Grapevine In was accommodating and welcoming place to stay during my travel. It was quite and restful. I enjoyed the breakfast and the evening snack and drink bar. I enjoy a good cup of tea before I go to bed so it was nice to go in a grab from a good selection and a snack to retreat to my room. The breakfast room was decorated with a homey feel to it, with the room accessories, couch and lounge chairs around the fireplace and views of the vineyards.

We stayed on Oct. 29, 2016. Check-in was quick and pleasant. We were told about the hotdogs/soup/cookies that were on offer at 5 pm but didn't try them out; I'll bet that kids would love them though. The room was good with everything in working order. I, too, noticed that the towels were on the other side of the (small) bathroom but I just threw it on the floor mat until I got out of the shower. Breakfast was very good-scrambled eggs, sausages, grated hash browns, biscuits and gravy, fruit, pastries , cereals etc. etc. Convenient location. Will stay again.

The hotel is located just off I-82 in Sunnyside, WA. Access to the hotel is behind a truck stop/gas station and up a lane, and situated overlooking I-82. Upon arrival and also on checkout, there was only one person working the desk and both times they were occupied on the phone handling reservations for future guests. Wait time on both occasions was approximately 7-10 minutes, with no apology from the desk clerk for keeping me or the other guests waiting. Throughout my stay, the staff were impersonal. No "hello", "have a nice day", or any eye contact. They only responded when I offered a "good morning" or "hello". The front door to the hotel is in the middle of the building, as is the lobby and front desk. There is a stairway leading to the second floor just off the lobby area. What I found to be odd and an inconvenience was that the elevators were located at the very far ends of each side of the building. If your room was on the second floor near the middle of the building, you would have to walk (and tow your luggage) all the way down the hall on the first floor to get to the elevator, then, once on the second floor, walk (and tow your luggage) all the way back to the middle of the building. The room was typical with two queen beds, a small desk, a recliner, microwave and mini fridge. The closet was the size of a broom closet and the luggage rack could not be used in the closet because the door wouldn't close due to the ironing board and iron hanging from the door. The towel rack was above the toilet while the tub/shower was on the opposite side, so one must step out of the shower soaking wet and reach over the toilet to get a towel. The bed was comfy but the pillow cases reeked of chlorine. The view of a vineyard from the room was pleasant, although beyond the vineyard you could see the I-82 highway in the distance. The breakfast room was spacious with windows looking out to the vineyard and there was a fireplace and sitting area on the opposite side of the room. The breakfast itself was mediocre at best with the hot items being precooked (powdered?) eggs, sausage patties or links and biscuits & gravy. The "hot water" in the dispenser was not hot and barely warm. One evening they had watery soup and what seemed to be raw hot dogs in the refrigerator, accompanied with the buns and usual condiments. Between the two major "flag" hotels in this small town, this hotel seemed to be the better one, but it should not be classified as a "PLUS" hotel in the Best Western chain.

We stopped in here for the night on our way south. The hotel is very well appointed and right off the freeway. The spa was nice, and breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and quiet. I would stay here again.

This is our second time staying at this hotel and we will be returning again next October. The rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The vineyard setting is lovely. The breakfast area overlooks the vineyard and is tranquil. At 5:00Pm they provided soup, cookies and hot dogs. You are able to grill them outside. The location is convenient. Close to the highway 84.

The staff at this hotel was extremely helpful, very courteous and very went out of their way to help solve a problem I had made with my reservations for two nights. They solved the problem for me. The breakfast was great and they even offered soup during the evening hour. A first for that. Great place to stay and quite resaonable.

This is a very nice facility. The building is beautiful. It has all the amenities. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The room was well apportioned. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had a plethora of selections and all of them were very good. We would stay at this facility again when we are in the area and would highly recommend it to anyone else.

Good experience overall. Had to do late check in (after midnight) due to work and driving over from the Vancouver, WA area. No problems with that process despite the late hour. Stayed just the one night; check out the next morning went smoothly as well. Breakfast options were decent. Seemed like somewhat limited parking - the lot was pretty full when I got there - but probably sufficient for the number of rooms they have. Overall I would stay again if I needed to be in the area.

This is a wonderful hotel, great location to many places to visit, super nice & helpful staff day & night. They were able to help with directions, and places to eat. The breakfast was very good with many different items to choose from each day

Myself, my three daughters, and two sisters just had a fantastic time at the Best Western. WE used it for a base for a birthday weekend/wine tasting. It is convenient to everything and very clean. We really enjoyed the back patio area next to some really old concord grape vines. We used the pool area, the breakfast was really big and delicious and last night when we got in there was potato soup, hot dogs, and cookies. I would definately stay here again!

Check in was easy and the front desk person was cleaning dishes in the kitchen, but the sign at the counter said "in the kitchen" so I went looking for her. She was working hard at two positions that evening. Kudos for her friendly attitude. I got upgraded to the Kitchen Suite room. It was quite large and a corner room. Very quiet except for people slamming doors and talking loudly in the halls. If I had a longer stay this room would be perfect. The rooms need a major overhaul. Looks like a late 70s remodel. Could have been my grandmas bedroom. They were clean and good for sleeping. So the important parts were covered. Hats off for a good breakfast including wonderful biscuits and gravy. Yum.

Nice, clean, accommodating hotel. Good value for the price. Breakfast was OK but seems to have digressed over the years. The Green Olive Cafe (Italian) at the bottom of the hill is an easy 5 minute walk and the service and food is very good. Hotel and Cafe are right off the freeway and a few miles from the actual town of Sunnyside.

Although this is a business hotel, it made a great stop for us whilst visiting the Washington wine country. It's located outside the center of town and although close to an Interstate, we weren't disturbed by traffic noise. The position next to a vineyard is wonderful and looking out from the breakfast area you could convince yourself you were somewhere in Europe! A substantial breakfast (including hot dishes) was included in the price. We were upgraded to a kitchen suite, with a bedroom, sitting room and well-equiped kitchen area. Beds were comfortable.

Our Harley group comes back to this hotel each fall. We enjoy the surrounding vineyards, the friendly staff, and the value. The staff are always helpful and let us park our Harleys close to the front door, under cover. We love this hotel!

This is a great place to stay when visiting the area. Although I always come for business, I always feel welcomed and relaxed during my down time. It's centrally located from to the wineries, rivers, and casino. Lots to do whether there for business or pleasure.

This property is clean, although a bit dated. The elevator was not working when we stayed there. It has just 2 floors but if you are upstairs and need an elevator, check with hotel before booking. Generous breakfast. Pool was busy but fun for the grandkids.

My friends and I had never toured central WA wineries, and we certainly didn't expect the hotel to be a highlight of the trip. It's located in a working vineyard of old Concord grapevines, feels like a world apart though it's right next to highway 12. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean. Pat, the manager, gave us great tips for wineries to visit and where to find carne asada that melts in your mouth. We will definitely stay here again.

This was my first stay at this property. My wife and I were just traveling around the state to get away for a few days. The hotel is visible from the highway making it easy to find, and the price was a bargain. The property is well kept and clean. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The free breakfast had many choices.

When driving through Central Washington, we found this gem of a place with shopping and dining close by, and yet out of the rush of the city. They welcomed our small dog and it provided a quiet, restful sleep before we traveled on again.

For a typical Best Western this property is above average. Rooms are large and clean. Beds comfortable. Staff courteous and helpful. They have a large breakfast area which we were able to use for happy hour (we had a group of 8 bicycle riders). If you are visiting the wine country, this would be a wonderful choice.

Our group of five close friends came to the area to visit wineries. Our arrival was delayed due to traffic over the pass, but the hotel held our adjoining rooms for us and Pat, the manager, checked us in promptly so we could begin our Friday evening. The rooms were clean, and had everything we needed for comfort. The manager even provided us with wine glasses and helped housekeeping make up the sofa bed. Our only complaint was the breakfast food was disappointing and the coffee pots were slow to be refilled. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here due to the convenient access on and off the freeway. Was nice to stay out of downtown with views of the open land. We had a nice view of farmland and Mt. Adams to the west. The room was typical of a BW Plus, clean and comfortable. Appreciated the recliner and comfortable desk chair in the king room. Took quite awhile for the room to cool off but it did by bed time. Also found the mattress to be quite soft. I realize that is a personal preference item, but since I prefer a firm mattress, it did affect my sleep. The breakfast was typical for a BW Plus.

Sunnyside has very limited hotels to stay at so the Best Western is the quickest on and off the freeway. Check in was good but expected from any traveler. Patio area is pretty hot in the afternoons and evenings as there is no shade. Note that you only have access to basic cable channels on the TV so if you are here for an extended stay you will need some other entertainment when you are relaxing. The internet is very bad, I had to call the front desk a couple times to get them to reset their server connection. It is nearly impossible to do any work if you have to VPN into your company. I would have rated this visit poor but because of the friendly staff trying to do their best I rated average. Owner manger needs to expand cable channels and fix the internet.

I stayed with my crew in the hotel and we enjoyed our sleep and breakfast. The service was efficient and we experienced no issues checking in or out. The staff member I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful concerning frequent stay options.

Nice clean room. The grand-kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. There is a patio with tables for enjoying the view. The breakfast selection was very good. There was even hot dogs in the afternoon. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stay here once a year. The staff is always polite and helpful. The rooms are clean, air conditioner works well, breakfast is plentiful and good, they have complimentary dinner/snack and cookies in the evening, the pool is fun.

So the worst problem that I had is not inside the hotel it was outside. The location of you hotel is just across the freeway from a dairy farm. Not good location scouting if you ask me. So the entire time if you opened a window or went outside you smelled Dairy. I am keeping this as clean as I can because I do believe you understand what smell I was smelling. Other problem that is a minor on compared to the dairy air, was the TV. I do understand these days that bolting the TV down to something is very important to save on loss. But when the desk is in the corner of the room and you have a TV that does not swivel so you can watch it while sitting at the desk or even the couch was a stretch on the neck. I do a lot of traveling and I do a lot of work from my hotel room. So it is nice when I can sit at the desk and turn the TV so I can enjoy TV while I work.

Very nice, newer hotel, with nice views over the countryside and the vineyard next door. Hotel staff were extremely helpful. While we were there one of the guests had lost a ring, and the young lady at the front desk put on surgical gloves and dug through the garbage and found the ring. That's service! Only drawback to this hotel is that there is not a restaurant within walking distance, with the exception of Burger King.

The positives: the room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Small refrigerator and microwave were a plus. Stayed on the back side and had a nice view of a vineyard and Mt. Adams. I would say the breakfast was average. I have had a lot better and I have had a lot worse. I did not try the early evening offer of soup/hot dogs. The negatives: 1) there was little to no connectivity to the Internet. If you are traveling for business and need to work, good luck. We called the front desk the first night and we were told they would contact the manager. Same thing the next night and we called the front desk again. Once again, we were told they would contact the manager. When checking out we mentioned it again and told the employee we had called twice and were told the manager would be contacted but we never heard back from anyone. The response was "I will have the manager call you". We never received that call. 2) The hotel is located near a very large cattle farm and the smell outside was extremely unpleasant.

Comfortable and clean. Quiet. Friendly staff. Decent hot breakfast. Fast and reliable internet. Pool and laundry facilities. Enough free parking. Easy freeway access. Air-conditioner works and is not too noisy.

great location and always nice. I need my points added for these 3 nights. How is this done? I will be very surprised if someone ever will contact me about adding my 3 night stays to my points. Great room and clean. The toilet did not flush correctly, but great shower. Nice view of vineyard and employees are always busy. I have always noticed locals helping themselves to breakfeast and have not stayed at the motel. They bring bags to fill up and drive off. I have noticed this over my 5 night stays.

I stayed here while visiting a customer in town for 2 days. The location is right off the freeway and near a gas station and the large movie theater. It is located on a hill and basically in a vineyard. If you have a book, they have a nice patio where you can enjoy some quiet time with a great view. They have very nice folks working the front desk who were very helpful, including giving me another key card when I left mine in the room. The pool, spa and exercise room were in general good condition, although the TV and AC in the exercise room weren't really working. The room was on the small side, but big enough for one person. The WiFi was good and consistent. The showers had dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body soap. The bathroom itself was on the small side, too. Parking was fine and always lots of space. The breakfast buffet was decent and I didn't go hungry. I did notice that the Charter cable guide was a bit slow to navigate through and sometimes required restarting the TV to get it to work correctly. If you need to shop, Wal-mart is a bit of drive, but not too far. Check out my reviews of El Valle and Snipes for some restaurant ideas in the area. The price was great there, so that was appreciated. I'll be staying here again next time I'm in town.

I love the evening offerings. Many places give you a breakfast, but these folks also have a nice evening reception. Soup, hot dogs and cookies with a drink. When I have to stay in and work, this is sufficient for my evening meal, and the soup is always delicious. Great staff, great place to stay!

Located midway between Yakima, WA and the Tri-Cities (Kennewick, Richland, and Pasco) the Grapevine Inn is deep in wine country. It's actually adjacent to a large vineyard and overlooks Interstate 82. A newer Best Western with an indoor pool, the facility is extremely neat, clean, and attractive. The staff are wonderful and seem to actually appreciate guests. It was a pleasant respite for my wife and I with our 4 children.

We had a great stay there. Staff was very nice and helpful to us. The gentlemen who check us in even helped us carry our bags to our room. The beds were comfortable and clean. The room was very clean. Breakfest was all right not the best I have had at a Best Western. We will stay again for sure.

My wife and I had been putting in a lot of extra time at work at NEEDED a quick get away to recharge our Batteries. We went to the Best Western Plus Grapevine Inn. We were going to check in on Friday and check out Sunday,but we were able to leave late Thursday and leave Sunday. We were so rested by the time we left we were ready to go back to work. What can i say? The rooms are quiet,couldn't hear the neighbors and the hotel was full. The bed was so comfortable, had a GREAT complimentary breakfast. The staff was both very professional and polite but very knowledgeable of great places to eat. The only complaint we had was the coffee could of been stronger. But everyone tastes are different and we understand that. We would HIGHLY recommend this hotel if you need a great place to chill.

Stayed here for 2 days. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Rooms where clean and the view from our room was beautiful. Evening snack/dinner was unexpected but good. They usually have a soup, cookies and coffee. Breakfast was great. They pretty much had all of your normal breakfast items. I even did a load of laundry while there. If we had to go back I would stay here again.

This was a nice hotel with nice, clean rooms! The hot tub was to hot to sit in but was very clean. There is no elevator in this hotel so if you have a back injury or luggage you have to haul up too flights of stairs, I recommend a different hotel unless you can get a ground floor room. The sunrise & sunset were absolutely beautiful!

My daughter had to finish her homework while we were there. She forgot her highlighter and the front desk allowed her to borrow one so she could complete her homework. What a nice gesture that was among others that made for a great stay!

Teaveling for business is a crap shoot. We came into town with a minimum of 7 weeks reservations at a more economical hotel in town and by the time the sun rose on the second day, I was pleading with Junior at The Grapevine Inn to help rescue us. We were offered an excellent rate for the long term stay and after checking in, I felt like we had hit the hotel jackpot. After every weekend we would come back to the hotel, I believe there were about 9 different rooms in total, to a fresh, clean room with a view of the vineyards and really comfortable beds. Wake up to delicous complimentary hot breakfast with so many choices you don't have to have the same one twice. Have freshly brewed coffee on the terrace, surrounded by well groomed flower beds with a view of the rolling hills and mountains. As customary with Best Westerns, cookies were offered each night but they took it a step further and also offered soups and hotdogs for the hungry traveler. Each employee of the hotel expressed genuine interest in us and our comfort. Always happy to see us and always happy to accommodate what needs we may have. This is the hotel that got us hooked on Best Westerns, although 7 of them later (most of them favorable) we've not stayed in a better one. If you're traveling to or through Sunnyside there is no better place to stay.

Our stay at this Best Western was excellent. We did have a couple the hot tub was a little dirty. The breakfast was excellent, looked like there was only 1 gal refilling everything and at times there was low food available .But other than that everything was wonderful!

$120.00ish for the room plus $20 per dog, a bit pricy for the area but the place is immaculate, the people friendly and they offered a night snack of clam chowder, hot dogs and cookies as well as hot breakfast included.

Large, clean rooms with everything well maintained by a friendly staff, who is always trying to feed you! [{;-) I love the place and rate it #3 of all the hotels in Washington State that I have stayed in at any price over decades of traveling. I do love it. NPO/GSA/TE travelers MUST have a PC in hand no matter what arrangements you made upon booking. TE affidavits and tax exempt #s are not recognized and you know the professional and financial risks of that. NO PC issued to you = keep looking no matter what you hear. Can't do it again...

This is a Best Western so don't expect a 5 star resort. It is nice and clean and the breakfast is better than most in this class. The staff are very nice and helpful. I have stayed here many times and it is always nice.

We stayed in late October 2015. Check-in was easy. Staff were all friendly. Strong wi-fi. The king-sized room was large (enough room for a recliner), quiet and very comfortable. Heating/AC unit was a bit loud. It had all the amenities and it even had coffee mugs (but the coffee is still terrible). All rooms are accessed from inside the property which I like; the carpeted floors deaden the sound and there seems to be less parking lot noise. They served hot dogs, soup and cookies from 5-8 pm and breakfast is from 5-10 am. Breakfast items were the standard: eggs, sausage (pellets), biscuits, gravy, cold cereals, hard-boiled eggs, muffins, juices, coffees etc. but certainly enough to get you started for the day and they used real cutlery and melmac-ish plates not the usual plastic cutlery and paper plates. We would definitely stay here again.

I found the suite with sitting area quite comfortable. There was plenty of sitting space for at 5 people and large TV with good cable options. There was a king bed in the room with pillowtop mattress and many very nice pillows. The room seemed very clean and well decorated. Much nicer than any of the other hotels in the area. Conveniently located near several shopping centers and restaurants. I will stay every time I am in the area. This is also one of the few hotels with a pool and Jacuzzi in the area. Breakfast is usually very good with breakfast meats and biscuits and gravy. Coffee is better than most hotels these days.

Have stayed at this hotel several times over the years... It has always been a fairly tidy hotel with nice guest service. Though on this last stay I did find the front desk service to be a bit lacking. The young lady did not seem to know how to enroll me in the advertised/promoted rewards gift card program, also the guest computer was not functioning. Hopefully they were just a little off there game, usually a very nice place to stay. Room was nice, although the wall unit knob did not function properly. I ended up having to unplug the unit... things like this annoy me, as OBVIOUSLY the hotel staff is aware that the ac/heat unit knob is not working. When problems are just brushed aside rather than fixed, that is a problem.

This hotel is in a great location. Close to the highway and downtown. Newly updated, great rooms, breakfast, and service. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the property and the room. Will stay here again!

The hotel is on the top of a hill overlooking a vineyard. The sun rise was lovely while we were having breakfast in the community breakfast room. All staff were helpful and welcoming. I also recommend the Panda Garden for Chinese food. It is reasonable, tasty and we had lots of leftovers for the next day

We've stayed in Best Westerns before, but this one is a little special. First of all there's a grape field behind the hotel, nice touch and the rooms were unexpectedly large and very clean. The breakfast the next morning offered more options than usual including eggs and sausage. The price is reasonable, ask for the lowest rate and use AAA or whatever and its quit e comfortable.

This hotel is always nice and quiet place to stay. It is comfortable and we stayed in a room with a view of the grapevines and had a great view of the sunset! There are walking paths that go on for miles, so it was nice to be able to get out for a nice walk.

Having stayed here previously, we hoped things had not changed....we weren't dissappointed. Easy to find, clean, good breakfast, treats at 5PM in the lobby, comfortable bed and the cleanest bathroom I have experienced in a motel recently. There is no mouldy, patched caulk along the tub/shower seams and the flat surfaces gleam and sparkle as they should. There was an issue with their elevator so stairs were in order but nothing difficult. I observed them changing guests around so that a handicapped guest could be accomodated on the first floor. It was handled descreetelyand very professionally....well done! We had several devices needing recharging and missed not having a "power strip" on the desk. We made do with the available outlets but a strip would be handier.

This hotel is always very comfortable and welcoming. We had a great room looking over the vineyards this time and is was very nice. It is easy to walk to restaurants nearby, and there is a wonderful walking path that goes on for miles.

This hotel in Sunnyside is wonderful. I am amazed at the free breakfasts and the evening food available to guests. There is a great variety and the food is delicious! Though the rooms are a little high priced, the free breakfasts and snacks make up for it. If the food was not available as is, I would probably stay at other hotels. The managers and staff are wonderful. I have stayed at this hotel approximately 8 times and I will continue to stay there when I travel to Sunnyside as long as both the service and hotel remain at the same high quality.
