I specifically booked a room with a hot tub since we're traveling with a dog, and every hotel I've ever been to has a policy you cannot leave dogs unattended in the room. Upon check in, they told me we couldn't have the room with a hot tub because of the dog. It was a liability? Front desk clerk actually suggested giving a room near the pool so we could still go get in that hot tub and leave the dog in the room. I was kinda flabbergasted at that point that's what they would prefer, especially since I know there's no way I can actually do that because my dog WILL cry. I ended up saying whatever, as long as I get a refund for the difference in rooms. I paid for a hot tub suite. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND ME because I booked via Expedia. Expedia also would not refund me. This is also the only place I've ever had charge me a pet deposit even though I had ESA paperwork.
During a two week excursion of staying in motels, we spent our last night at the Bronco Inn. Of all the places we stayed, this one was by far the cleanest and friendliest. Ritzville is located in an ideal location for us to travel anywhere to the Coast, so we've stayed here before. We have never been disappointed with the value we receive at Best Western. I can heartily recommend a stay at the Bronco.
Great early American decor. Most areas were very clean except the bath tub. Lots of breakfast choices, very attentive breakfast staff always checking to keep items stocked and the area clean. Warm cookies at night. A very good buy. Our TV/remote did not work. We did not report it as we arrived late. When checking out, we were asked if everything was good and we mentioned the TV. We were told had we reported it, it would have been corrected immediately. Nice size rooms, comfy beds and pillows. When reserving a room, be sure to ask for a room on the non interstate side. We are light sleepers and trucks woke us up during the night. Will definitely stay here again.
The facility is clean at modern. But, if you are offended by open exposure to Christianity, choose someplace else. There's an open Bible in every room with a reference to the “prayer for the traveler“, Christian music in the breakfast room, and other references to Jesus in the facility. Hard to believe that Best Western allows the promotion of a specific religion in its hotels.
Warm and welcoming like a family home. I stayed here during September and the public areas were decorated with fall decor. So beautiful! Friendly staff, great breakfast. Exceptionally clean. Will certainly stay here again when I travel thru this area.
This was an excellent place to stay. Local owner, well run. Everything appeared new and well-cared for. We had a room with king bed, microwave, and refrigerator. Breakfast was very good. It really seemed as if the owners and staff worked hard at providing good service. Would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.
The room was exceptionally nice. The beds were comfortable and the traveler prayer was a nice touch! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Only one suggestion—need a bigger breakfast room. There was no where to sit, I had to take my breakfast to my room.
This place was excellent! Spotlessly clean, carefully decorated, comfortable rooms, nice pool and hot tub area. we had a very nice breakfast with a great selection of choices. Pet accommodations were reasonable. We will definitely stay here again!
Clean, comfortable, affordable place to stay. Breakfast is one of the best for hotel- provided. Beds were firm and comfy. Very close and accessible to freeway. A little bit of highway noise. We had a time crunch so didn't use the fitness room or pool/hot tub.
The room is clean and the decorations are feel like home. The bed is comfy and I have a fresh morning next day. The breakfast items are all good with lots of selections. The staffs are nice and helpful. The table in the room with a Bible opened has a card of a traveler prayer on it. That's out of my expectations! PTL! Also, they offer cookies and milk at 7 pm too! SUPERB!
What a delightful oasis for us after a long day of travel. The check-in staff were great I reserved for the wrong day and even though they could not put us in an accessible room as requested, we were given a great replacement. That meant a lot to us. It has a delightful decor, is very clean and quiet ( even though it right next to I5. Room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast had a lot of variety and everything was quickly available. Staff kept tables clean as people rotated through. We did not leave for dinner, but there were fast food places next door and other dining close by. It is definitely on our list of places to stay on our way.
Best BW EVER! Been staying here over the last 20 years and never disappointed with the stay....EXTREMELY CLEAN, FRIENDLY, MAINTAINED, AWESOME BREAKFAST BAR AND STAFF CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLUS FREE COOKIES IN THE EVENING FOR SNACKING! Highly recommend this location... should be the GOLD STANDARD for the industry!
The room was extremely clean. This building is well built & insulated, so the sound level is unusually low, for a hotel. The breakfast was great. Front desk staff quickly explained their unusually available amenities, without us having to ask. For example, the pool is available 24 hours a day!
Room looked spotless, but found a small bug crawling on the wall. Most of the employees we met were cheerful & courteous, except the morning clerk at check out - no greetings no smiles, but a glare when I blurted out the wrong room number at first.
Clean, friendly, welcoming, kind. Breakfast had 2 kind of sausage - how amazing is that?! They're true Americans, with a heart for our country and it shows. The decor is perfect and the spirit of the place is like welcoming and caring
Complimentary breakfast is one of the best I've had. Freeway noise caused me to have one of the worst sleep experiences ever. I wish I would have thought to pack a white noise machine! My room was on the east side of building facing an on-ramp and I-90. Try to get a room on the west side of building, facing away from I-90, if you plan to stay here. Great hotel but a very noisy location.
First you are greeted by a caring and friendly staff member. The room was nicer than I expected and very clean. If you encounter a staff member in the hall they greet you and are smiling. In the morning you will encounter a wonderful breakfast where a wide variety of food is offered. All of the offerings were filled/full. The eggs are not watery and the meat is not old and hard. The lady who took care of the breakfast area was exceptional! It was THE BEST in hotel breakfast we have ever had. Check out is as good as check in and we heard praise for the hotel by the people in front of us. When we gave praise you could see the person appreciated it and didn't take it for granted. If we go through Ritzville again we will be staying at this hotel beyond a shadow of a doubt!
The Bronco Inn in Ritzville, WA is always clean, staff is friendly and breakfast is amazing! The hotel is pet friendly and kid friendly. Pool area is always clean and in working order, fitness room has everything for a good workout and they have laundry facilities as well if you need an extended stay. Warm cookies and milk every night at 7pm!
I would stay at the BS Bronco Inn again in a heartbeat! It has a beautiful western/americana motif throughout. Just a lovely place!
Nice and clean, just don't take a room on the freeway side of the hotel. We changed over to the west side and it was much better.
We like the Bronco Inn. It's very clean, the staff are courteous and fun. The owner, Amy, works as hard as anyone and she is approachable and friendly.
the friendly staff are just the beginning. evening cookies with milk, a large nicely stocked breakfast in the morning both above and beyond what you would expect for the price. Clean, comfortable rooms, with lots of charging options USB and plug locations. Functional small gym, plus pool and hot tub are well maintained. a very comfortable spot to stop.
Aside from this hotel being well kept, very clean and staffed with pleasant staff, the positive atmosphere presented is well above most other hotels. When we entered our room we were greeted with a Bible open to Psalms and a comforting printed message with scripture. When we entered the dining room, we were greeted with a patriotic display including an American flag. Great job Best Western...Thank You.
We arrived at the hotel just after 10PM for a funeral the next day. The PROMINENT display of the ‘Appeal To Heaven' (Lone Pine) flag along with copies of Dutch Sheet's book made me feel utterly unwelcome. I did not see the display until my husband was already in bed, as he wasn't feeling well, when I went to get ice. I could not have felt more unwelcome, excluded or disgusted. I was so angry that I was unable to sleep. We had planned to spend an additional night but decided to cut our trip short. The entire ‘God Bless America', Americana decor, complete with biblical verses strewn throughout the hotel and a bible left open to Psalms with a copy of ‘The Traveler's Prayer' in our room was somewhat off putting but the absolute promotion of extreme Christian Nationalism was completely unacceptable. Christian Nationalism, whose doctrine is exclusion, disrespect and hate is personally offensive to me. As a woman, a non-Christian, an ally to diversity and a stanch supporter of Pro-Choice, I will NEVER stay here again.
The Best Western Bronco in Ritzville is an excellent Motel. Very clean great rooms friendly staff, outstanding breakfast and at a reasonable price. You can tell the owners take pride in their place. If I even bo that way again I would choose this place
Friendly staff, clean room, restful night, soothing hot tub and delicious breakfast was all muh needed after a long drive. Highly recommend this hotel.
We like staying at the Bronco Inn in Ritzville if in the area. We come for the Lind Combine Demo in June and also stay if it is possible when passing thru the area.
very clean and friendly front desk lady. free breakfast okay and the service gentleman works very diligently.
Superb stay. Beds comfortable, quiet heater=peaceful sleep. Incredible breakfast=not just the usual...fried eggs, ham, 2 kinds of sausage, 5 types of bread, including gluten free! Comfotable, welcoming lobby. Not modern but certainly new and fresh, and inviting! Stay here, instead of noisy, city places, if you can. Really impressive
This is a nice Best Western hotel. It's right next to the freeway access. The theme is super patriotic, and religious as well. The decor is made up of tributes to the U,S,, with small flags on each table in the breakfast area, and Americana decor throughout. In the room I was in, the Gideon Bible was open, and had a Scripture-based greeting, drawing from the Hebrew Scriptures, about welcoming travelers. I got the impression this is most likely true for every room. I am merely commenting about the decor; no personal take on it. Housekeeping was excellent, the staff friendly, the bed comfortable, and it was quiet. It's also dog friendly.
We have stayed at the Best Western Plus Bronco Inn several times while on a long driving trip and it has been a great experience every time. Kind staff, very clean/quiet room/hotel and a short walk to a delicious Mexican restaurant. A great respite after a long car ride. Bronco Inn will continue to be our stop off for rest.
This hotel is exceptionally well run. The rooms are large and always clean. It is reliably pet friendly and the staff are well trained and helpful. Instead of staying in Spokane, we stay here when in the area. It never disappoints.
The Bronco Inn Best Western in Ritzville is the cleanest most bestest and professional hotel I have ever stayed. And I used to live in hotels 300 nights a year for 30 years. The owners take pride in making sure everything is done exactly the way it should be done in a hotel. From cleanliness, to lighting, to breakfast, to the pool/hot tub area to how neat everything is placed.
I don't normally do these reviews but I gotta tell ya, I have to on this one! This was such a great place to stay and the reason I say that is because these owners are not afraid to show their love for God! The decor was very faith based, patriotic, and done up very nice! When we checked into our room we found the hotel bible laying open with a nice laminated faith based greeting on it. It's awesome to see how these owners have a love for God and how they want to show that love to others! The stay itself was great!! Clean room and a very good breakfast with many options to choose from. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!!
We live in Boise, ID. My sister & family live in east of Vancouver, B.C., Canada. Ritzville, WA was a great meeting place to meet and exchange Mom for her visit with them. We 5 with 1 small dog were pleasantly surprised and/or amazed when we drove up to this hotel. It's beautiful & well maintained inside & outside. The staff is very friendly and make certain their guests are comfy & well taken care of. The dining & serving areas were easy access, very clean, bright & cheerful. The staff members were very friendly, available at all times, they kept the flow of food going. The fruit was fresh & plentiful; same goes for the other breakfast selections. There are 2 flavors of waffle mixes plus 2 waffle irons that you could make 1 large waffle or 4 small waffles. There were 3 selections of eggs: hard boiled, scrambled & fried eggs plus yummy potatoes, etc. and a large variety of condiments. I heard the coffee was excellent. Breakfast was an amazing. We had 2 rooms: 1 king & 2 queen beds; all beds were like sleeping on a cloud. Food & lodging, staff and service, etc. is a Top Shelf Experience! Keep up the great work! Thank you!
I have travelled a lot in my life, and all over the world. Currently, I am traveling from Port Angeles, WA to Butte, MT frequently. This hotel is where I try to stay because it is the best value I have found anywhere. You might find ‘fancier” accommodations in a city, but I don't''think think you will ever find a cleaner, friendlier, or more comfortable place to stay. You are “one-of-the-family” at the Bronco Inn, often complete with warm cookies when you arrive. HIghly Recommend!!!!
This is the best hotel we have stayed in, and we travel extensively, staying in many brands. It is a very friendly, clean, and welcoming property at a very reasonable price. It was comfortable, quiet and offered many amenities.
Wasn't able to confirm the bed dimensions, but when I saw the free books in the lobby by a minor Christian nationalist author, I forgot about the beds and realized this Best Western-branded property is apparently owned by someone who really wants to share their politics. Great employees, though--I wish them the best at that workplace.
3 hours into my 9 hour trip I got very tired and needed a place to stay. As usual Best Western was there for me again and this time my dog too. Guy at front desk was great and it was just the room I needed. Could've have planned that ufb8d wanted to. Can always count on Best Western and the Bronco Inn was a blessing. I recommend it all and I'll be staying there again in the future. No services or accommodations used but I could tell they would have been awesome as well. Don't mess around with any other, head to the Bronco!
I highly recommend this hotel! The rooms and bathroom are spacious, new and clean! The breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel! It was sooo good and re-stocked continuously. So many good options to choose from! The cooking staff was so nice and went out of their way to help us have a good experience! I highly recommend this place for sure! It's a great value!
Very neat and clean hotel and room. One of the best breakfasts we experienced on our three week trip. Informed us of the fires and what routes would be the best for us to circumvent the smoke and fire areas and still reach our nest destination on our trip.
This place is wonderful. Best stay and experience at a Best western ever! I love the Bible open on the table when I arrived with a traveler's prayer and mints on the bed. The 24 hour Pool and hot tub was perfect since I had been drivingall day. The breakfast is so good it's hard to decide what to put on your plate. The lobby and common areas a welcoming and nicely decorated. And the Staff are all equally amazing! I have stayed twice and this is now my go-to when traveling to and from Seattle!
I always stay here on the trip from Montana to Oregon and I always have a very good experience. The rooms are nice and clean and have very comfortable beds. My daughter loves the 24 hour pool and hot tub and the noon check out. The breakfast is excellent with a ton of options. Overall, great hotel!
Property like new and staff was great at a good price. The room was spacious and clean. Checking in was quick and easy and friendly. Breakfast was served with a pride of quality and service. I will definitely stay here again.
I had stayed here in the past. When I decided to go skydiving with a friend that lives in the area I took this as an opportunity to bring my mom so she could relax and enjoy this wonderful place as well. She is just as pleased with her experience at the Bronco Inn as I am.
If traveling through Washington on I90, I highly recommend staying here! One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had, and I have stayed at all levels from budget to luxury. All staff was very friendly, rooms were up to date and very clean, and the free breakfast had lots of variety and kept well stocked. The hotel theming was very thoughtful, detailed, and 'homey'. Great family location!
The breakfast was so good and the options for gluten free were awesome. The eggs and meat options were so great. Staff friendly and helpful. Dining room great. And the decorations on point! The hotel and rooms were so clean!
Easy access from the hwy. Attentive, Friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms, Great breakfast with a lot of choices that were always available. Fun patriotic decor. Best nights sleep that I had for our whole vacation.
As my granddaughter & I were traveling from Portland, OR to Missoula, MT, I looked for a place to stay and found this amazing hotel in a small town!! The staff were very friendly. The hotel was decorated beautifully. The room was spacious, very clean and so comfortable! The small table had a Bible open to Psalms 119 with a laminated bookmark that had The Traveler's Prayer and Psalms 139 printed on it!! This room was comforting and comfortable! The full breakfast was very good too! I will definitely stay here again on another trip and I highly recommend it!
All the staff were warm and friendly! Pool was clean, warm and even had pool noodles and balls. Hot tub was hot and in great working order. Breakfast was great with a lot to choose from. Rooms were very clean and fresh.
Great sunsets over a grain field and barn. Fun down town with metal work, historical train depot and great interesting drug store. This is our third or fourth time to stay here - always a remarkable stay. Love the Bible being out with the "Traveler's Prayer". Wonderful decor. Very patriotic!
We always find our stay here at the Bronco Inn to be a great experience! We had the King Suite with the jet tub this time and really enjoyed the room. Also had a great breakfast, great selection and presentation!
This hotel exceeded my expectations. Clean! Friendly! Happy workers! Great food! Very comfortable beds! Just a few steps and you are at Starbucks, Subway, gas and little store. I normally don't leave reviews so STAY here!
Was welcomed by very friendly staff and a free snack. The first thing I saw when I opened the room was a very clean room and an Open Bible with a prayer verse on it. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great. The young lady that was filling the food in the morning was very very sweet. The man that checked us out was very friendly as well. Well worth the money.
Stayed here during a winter storm. Found the comfort we needed. Warm friendly staff, cozy Christmas lights and sitting areas, comfy bed, clean room, delicious breakfast. Will definitely stay here again!
Bronco in is located in the quaint, little town of Ritzville. It is close to amenities, even a Starbucks. Even though it was close to the highway, the noise was not a problem. Please note that if you have pet allergies, to make a request for a non-pet room which is usually about the 3rd floor. Breakfast was the traditional Best Western fare. When I stay at a Best Western, I know I will be having pancakes or waffles--I look forward to this. If you are short in stature as I am, please either bring a stool or request one when you make your reservations.
I stayed in the 'new wing' back by the Tesla charging station. Positives: The staff are terrific, friendly, caring, professional. The hotel is really clean, the breakfast is great - there are many options, the bed & pillows were very comfortable, wifi worked great, lots of options to charge devices in the room, energy saving lighting, mostly use compostable plates/cups, decent coffee in the room. There's a taco place & a Starbucks next door & a gas station/convenience store across the street. Negative: The walls are thin. There's literally a shrine to Christian religious freedom that was weird & off-putting at the entrance to the breakfast area. I don't know of anywhere in the US where Christians don't have religious freedom so it was super weird. I would probably stay here again because it's so clean & nice.
What a delightful stay! The breakfast was awesome.. sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, 2 types of waffles made from scratch, fresh sliced oranges plus yogurt, bagels, toast. Coffee is delicious.Guest laundry, $1.75 a load in a beautiful Maytag washer.
We practically crawled into this pleasant, comfortable lodging after a long, exhausting drive with a major wrong turn and a big backtrack. Driving what seemed like forever through what felt like the middle of nowhere, on a colorless stretch of interstate highway, we saw an exit for Ritzville and took it. At first sight, it was not much of a town. But it was where we needed it. Somewhat to our surprise, we saw what looked to be a pretty nice Best Western in the distance. When we got closer, we noted quite a large number of cars in the parking lot, and decided immediately, "This is IT!" We got a nice room in this establishment, which that had a homey "feel" to it, with its country- style decorations here and there, but also with wonderful of collection of train photos by a local artist named Brian Bothun. This was once a thriving railroad town, and Mr. Bothun's photos help to remind everyone of the great days when railroads connected a patchwork of small towns just like this one. We are glad that the owners of this hotel have chosen to display his work, and we never had known about it if we hadn't stayed here. Recommended.
This is a lovely can clean hotel with super friendly staff and a nice breakfast. Pretty decent dog relief area with bags and trashcans. The only down side is it's a pitstop on the interstate and right beside the onramp so you do have interstate noise. It did not prevent us from sleeping but it was noticeable when the tv was off.
Bronco Inn in Ritzville, WA is a wonderful stop SW of Spokane. This was my second time to visit and this time was just to return to hotel and explore the city. Ritzville downtown has some very interesting metal works, train depot (open), old farming equipment mostly labelled, but missed out on the previous Doctor's house being opened and phone number did not seem to work.
We have been traveling for a couple months and are normally Marriott people. We decided to stay here as it was along our route. From the moment we pulled up we were impressed. The exterior was very well kept, clean and maintained. When we went in, we were greeted by Terry, who was in uniform and wearing a name tag. The lobby was really clean and organized, the floor clean and tidy. When we went to our room, the whole experience was impressive. All carpet was in great shape and clean. The walls, doors, hallways all impeccable. Our room was spotless, well appointed and already cool on a hot day. The mini fridge was large, the television worked great and best of all, the bed was incredibly comfortable, soft sheets and nice linens. Breakfast the next morning was fantastic, the women who worked it very communicative and friendly. I will switch loyalties if all Best Western's are like this one!!
This is the coziest hotel I've been in awhile! Love it's style! We felt like we were part of the family. We enjoyed clean pool and hot tub, hearty breakfast and were ready to continue our road trip! Highly recommend if you are looking for place to spend the night. We were in the king suite, and it was the best! Hoping to stay again next time for sure!
I have stayed at the Bronco Inn several times over the years & it always feels like I'm home. The friendly atmosphere combined with a well-maintained facility never disappoints. If you are passing through the Ritzville area & looking for a place to stay this is the go-to place.
I loved this hotel. The minute I stepped through the door I felt welcomed. The decor was really nice. The staff was so friendly and made me feel like an individual and not a number. The included breakfast was the best I have had. Very good quality. The room was so clean and comfortable I had a great night's rest. We didnt want to stop in Spokane for the night. Traveling the few extra miles past Spokane to get to this hotel to spend the night was sooo worth it. I loved my stay there.
Well, it is nice. Very nice in fact. They care about making a good impression, and you see it everywhere. We were in what must have been a new unit. The bathroom was spacious and very well appointed. Bed comfortable and nicely made up. Proper respect to housekeeping here. Breakfast was fine, especially the "egg patties." Dining room tricked out with family photos memorabilia. Staff there were friendly and bustling The downside? It's as close as you can legally get to a freeway on ramp. Bring ear plugs.
We are elite members of several hotel chains because we stay in hotels so much. This is one of the best hotels in this price range and, quite frankly, even compared to many higher priced hotels. They were even serving hollandaise sauce at breakfast. Every employee was friendly and helpful. The place was clean - even the bathroom in the lobby.
We had a very clean, comfortable room. The staff were exceptionally nice. The pool is open 24 hours a day and the fitness room looked very nice (although we didn't use it). It is a very convenient stopover if you are on a long drive and need to stay overnight along the route.
Nice room at a reasonable rate , good breakfast ,, fast internet - Everything was good until we got up and went to make coffee - In room pot and carrier for the coffee were from different machines , so a full cup of water got you about a 1/2 cup of barely coffee flavored liquid! Undrinkable! We had to go to the lobby for coffee after dumping out what we made in room .. Room 100 was the offending room with mismatched coffee maker and carrier ..
VERY friendly staff. Very clean and well decorated hotel; cozy lobby area. Dogs loved it, too! Very comfortable beds and clean room. Would definitely stay again if the occasion calls for it! Love the grounds - easy access and great decor!
Fantastic stay. The whole staff was amazing !! From the phone call to make the reservation to check out !!! Top notch hotel. The complimentary breakfast was great, had real eggs. Warm milk and cookies for evening snack was great. Complimentary bike was supplies.
This hotel accommodated everything we asked for & more. We were on a long trip w/our daughter's family (including a 1 & 3 year old) to see family in Montana. We were able to check in early (for the kids' naps), get adjoining rooms & bring the dog. The pool was the perfect place for the kids. Breakfast had a good selection, even gluten free toast. The employees were all friendly & helpful but Walter at the front desk was really nice, especially helpful and answered all of our questions throughout our stay.
This Best Western was actually CLEAN. The furnishings were up to date and functional. Staff was outstanding and service oriented. This Best Western is a shining example of what hospitality and quality accommodations should be. Highest recommendation for your stay.
I wish I could give it ten stars. Ask for the West Wing. Everything from the staff to the cleanliness was a 10 out of 10. I drive cross country twice a year and this hotel was BY FAR the nicest place I had stayed AND cheaper than the other 4 nights of travel! Also, I travel with my dog and they were very accommodating to him. There's not much food nearby but the Mexican restaurant was good.
We had a very nice stay here, even with an unforseen side trip to the Rural Medical center nearby! (Excellent review for the care I received there, too). The beds were very comfortable, the AC was perfect on a 107 degree day, and the insulation was so good that we didn't hear any noise from other rooms, and that kept our dog happy and quiet. Direct TV was nice and breakfast was tasty.
I was shocked when I found out this place was not new! Excellent condition and extremely clean! Stayed in a double queen room that was quite large. Swimming pool was indoor and very clean! Outstanding breakfast also! Fitness center has the machines i used and is accessible 24 hours! I have nothing negative to say whatsoever!!
Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and pool that is open 24 hours a day!! The breakfast choices were wonderful, the dining room had a nice homey feeling. The decor was unlike any hotel I've stayed in. If ever I need to stay in this area again, I will be staying here!!
We like to stay at this convenient, well decorated, clean, motel on our several trips to visit family. The price is not too high. The breakfast provides several options. We usually arrive late into the night and appreciate the all night pool.
Front staff were cheerful and friendly. Acknowleged member status and offered complimentary water and choice of treat. Accomodated my request for a 1st floor, close to the lobby entrance for my limited walking ability. We were right across from the pool (room 105). Enjoyed the pool and hot tub (24 hour access) just before bed. Room was spotless and bed had mints on it to enjoy. Nice little Traverlers prayer included in bible. The hotel was homey and spotless. Will stay again when traveling. Easy access on and off the highway.
Recently stayed at the Best Western Bronco Inn and discovered a hidden gem. Flew into the Spokane airport very late and needed a room for a short stay before travelling home. Typically stay at the Mariott, Hilton or Holiday Inn Express chains but didn't want to spend $200 to rest my head for a short time. We decided to travel a short distance and stay in Ritzville at the Bronco Inn. It was much cheaper and cleaner and better quality on many levels that the usual chains. Great breakfast, very comfortable bed, linens and toiletries were of great quality. It made me realize I have been sucked in to believing the big chain hotels (Mariott, Hilton, HI Express) are the only show in town. The staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The parking was adequate, and the hotel location was perfect for quick access to the Interstate and had gas and fast food nearby. I will definitely reconsider my hotel options in the future and will absolutely stay at the Bronco Inn again in the future.
This is a very clean hotel and the staff was excellent. They provide a wide variety of breakfast options and food was fresh. Beds were super comfortable. Location was excellent for getting on/off freeway on a cross country trip.
Everything about our stay was wonderful! The hotel is very clean in common areas, pool/spa, and the in room as well. Super helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast was well stocked, had great variety, very clean, and delicious!
Staff was very nice, pool area was good and had floaties and balls for guests to use which was nice for the kids. breakfast was good had a lot of options… except the waffle mix seemed a bit runny and flavorless which was a tad disappointing I would stay here again the hotel is right off the exit but we couldn't hear freeway noise at all
Friendliest staff I have ever experience. They go WAY above and beyond to keep you happy. I Highly recommend this property. Business travel can become quite grueling at times. These people have a way of making you feel like you're back at home. Smiling, happy, friendly staff!!!!
Great surprise on a long trip home. Stopped for a quick night and truly enjoyed this location. Check in was pleasant room was clean pool was open a/c was cold comfortable furniture Great breakfast and my dogs were welcome!! I couldn't ask for much more and we will be back.
The Bronco Inn has quite a homey atmosphere created by seasonal decorations. The breakfast was quite good, even though they ran out of fries egg. The pool is open 24x7. There is also a Tesla supercharger on the premises, handy if you are travelling with a Tesla! Rooms very large, a little bit of train and road noise can be heard.
Staffs are friendly and location was what I want to stay at, on the way of trip as nothing decent hotels around the area except best western. I've used best western over 40times last few months for my work travel. This one was most clean, and having great experience with them. I'm highly recommended!
Traveled for a quick trip to see family and knew of this location. Came a little bit out of Wyoming, crossed Montana, Idaho panhandle and into Washington. We wanted to go further but I knew this was the best place to stay for the night. I have stayed here before so I knew it was it was clean and secure. The front desk personal was very kind and professional. I will stay here again.
This is such a cut above any other best western I've stayed at. The rooms are just beautiful, the staff will do anything to make sure you enjoy your stay, they all have such wonderful attitudes. The breakfast is amazing. I always make sure I stay here when I'm passing through.
The hotel is located just around east of I-90 in Ritzville. The ambiance was different as it manifested what a Bronco hotel is. The staff are nice and breakfast was superb. The room is even better....!
This hotel is one of the best! You can tell the staff really cares about you having a comfortable stay. Property and building well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay when visiting Ritzville Washington.
This staff has it right. They are friendly, professional, helpful, available and interested in providing good service. The atmosphere is inviting and cozy as opposed to sterile and bland. We were gong to stay in Spokane until our friend suggested the Bronco Inn. We are sure glad she gave us the suggestion.
From the minute we walked in the door we felt welcome and at ease. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly, and food was very good. We appreciated the decor and special touches that made us feel at home.
Rooms were sparkling clean and new. Beds were very comfortable and the staff friendly. Easy check in, nice because it was almost midnight and the gentleman at the counter was very helpful in finding my rewards.
Exceptional property and hotel team. Ritzville is convenient place to stop between Spokane and the Columbia Gorge. It's worth pulling off here for your overnight stay during that long i-90 travel stretch. Have stayed at lots of Best Western properties. This property was by far the best run and most enjoyable.
All the employees we encountered were cheerful, friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was great! Loved the fresh baked cookies in the evening. This hotel has many touches that contribute to a homey feeling.
Spotless hotel. Breakfast was very good, variety of items to choose from. Staff is awesome. Great location and value. Highly recommend. This is our favorite Best Western that we have stayed at. Will be back.
Haven't stayed at a Best Western for years, but this hotel was top notch. Very clean and very comfortable. Perfect stop between Montana and Washington. Back rooms do have a little noise from highway but runs are large and beds are comfy.
Great breakfast, love the indoor pool and jacuzzi, plus great location. We stayed two nights and the pool was open 24 hours. The staff were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I felt that the ways they tried to be environmentally conscious were especially nice. Only thing I would add is a recycling bin.
perfect! it is worth to drive long ways just to spend the night there. the staff is outstanding, friendly, helpful and always right there. it is hard to find a really nice hotel that clean and with these little things that makes it special.
What a great Hotel! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the hot breakfast was outstanding. We enjoyed the very clean, modern and comfortable rooms. It felt like they genuinely cared about our comfort, unlike many hotels we have stayed at during this pandemic. We will definitely stay here again!!
A very well maintained property. Our room was very clean. Breakfast area was very nice with the decor. The place has a very nice charming decor. Excellent choice of having the Christmas tree display. Lots of parking available for truckers.
This was a great value for the location and the property. Comparing to other hotels, this is a perfect place to stay without compromise while doing a long road trip on I 90. I would definitely stay there again!
While driving I-90 late at night, I decided to find a hotel room and rest rather than continue driving. Exited the freeway and found this Best Western hotel. Went in, got a room and was happy with my decision. Spacious clean room with a big comfortable bed.
Since I'm a business traveler I recognize hotels hotel was very comfortable for me with breakfast prepared daily With warm cookies waiting every evening after work and portal staff I have no complaints whatsoever about this hotel everything was really clean and quiet and front desk personnel were very welcoming even to bring a smile to my face after a busy workday
Wonderful hotel, beautifully decorated, feels like your walking into someone's home. Staff are very attentive, breakfast was good. You could tell the employees they loved their jobs. I wish all Best Western's were like this one!
Nice clean hotel in convenient location for travelers. Stayed in the “new wing” which had up to date features and decor. The staff were friendly and helpful. Two convenience stores within easy walking distance. Everything in the room worked properly. Quiet until everyone hit the road in the morning, then heard a bit of road noise. I would stay here again.
This little haven is a find. If your route takes you past the Bronco Inn, stay there!....It is located in Ritzville, WA, just off of Interstate 90. They have great breakfasts, friendly staff, clean facilities, & plenty of parking.
From the minute you arrive, friendliness and welcoming! The breakfast is so much better than others, food is fresh, extras like fancy creams for your coffee, hollandaise to make Benedict's, two flavors of waffle batter along with fresh fruit and whipped cream. The ladies at breakfast are amazing! So friendly and excited to help you! Best experience for a hotel! And the travelers prayer lying on the open Bible in the room was very refreshing and special.
Very clean and quiet—excellent breakfast selection and very friendly and helpful employees. While we've always been pleased with our stays at the Best Western's, this location was exceptional for all the reasons listed above or here in the review.
This is a very comfortable hotel. Its clean the staff is helpful and you can get a good nights sleep. This is a very small town so be sure to get there early enough to get a meal somewhere not much choice.
This establishment exceeded my expectations! Better than some other Best Westerns I have stayed in recently. Very clean, decorated tastefully, attentive friendly staff! Wonderful stocked full breakfast with staff on hand to help, if needed. Coffee all hours, warm cookies upon arrival. Bed was comfortable and no loud noises. Pool and hot tub clean, with towels at poolside. Even a treat for our dog!
I was very displeased that, despite a mask mandate for all indoor public places, no one was wearing a mask in this hotel. I chose this hotel because the chain claims they are doing extra cleaning/care because of the pandemic. If you can't even obey a mask mandate, why should I believe that you are cleaning? Also, I resent having to put my key in a slot in order to get electricity/heat and a/c. Ridiculous. I wouldn't stay here again. When I checked in, I asked the desk clerk for a recommendation for dinner. She recommended a restaurant that, when I called as soon as I got to the room, had already closed. At check out, the person at the desk was having a personal conversation so I got to wait before I could hand it my key. I never received an emailed receipt as I requested.
Hotel was very clean. However, not all staff were wearing masks. If this doesn't bother you, I would highly recommend this hotel. If not wearing masks is an issue for you, look elsewhere. There is also a lot of freeway noise, but location is perfect. In non-covid times, I would definitely stay here again.
Biggest breakfast I have had a hotel ever Pool And hot tub were clean and refreshing Friendly front desk and jovial breakfast attendent Great value and an enjoyable clean quiet atmosphere We got in late and we're still able to use the hot tub to relax before bed
The Ritzville WA Best Western is an exceptional hotel. Many rooms are new, all are in great condition. The location is close to I-90, but quiet. The staff are amazing every time, facilities are kept in great shape, and breakfast is hearty and delicious. Well worth skipping Spokane and driving west a bit farther.
Very pleasant experience from the moment we walked thru the front doors. Warm reception, easy to check in, visited about the amenities and asked if we had any special requests. Definitely we'll be staying here again the next time we travel though.
When making my run to Spokane, I can't wait to finish and get to the Bronco Inn for a good night's sleep and a nice breakfast before continuing on my way. I stay there whenever I make this trip. THANKS
Best Western is literally the best value for your money when you need a place to stay. The quality of the rooms are great. The breakfast is very filling and satisfying. The staff is very accommodating.
I have stayed at this hotel several times on trips from Montana to Washington. It is clean, pleasant, friendly, and patriotic. The decor is red, white, and blue and the service shows pride in America. I know this will dissuade some from staying, but I trust it will encourage many others. Ritzville feels like the middle of nowhere, and this hotel presents a warm welcome after a long drive through a lot of agricultural land. I will stay again.
The hotel was 5 star quality for a 2-3 star hotel. The rooms were immaculate. The staff was friendly and they all made you feel they all were happy and enjoyed serving you. The breakfast was hot with several choices. My wife enjoyed the hot tub, clean sheets and already supplied xtra pillows with mints. Excellent stay highly recommend the Bronco Inn!
This is a newer best western. We were heading to Seattle and staying overnight was a good option. A bonus it has a Tesla supercharger on site. A small amount of road noise was not an issue. Dinner options nearby are limited.
If you're looking for a good place to stay on your way along I-90 or if you have an event in the vicinity, I would highly recommend the Best Western Bronco Inn. The property was big enough but not overwhelming, very clean, all the amenities - fitness center, pool, lounge area with tv. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hot breakfast was great. I love the ability to make your own breakfast sandwich! Gas stations, Starbucks, fast food, a few local diners all within walking distance or a short drive. No highway noise. Absolutely worth the price. Highly recommended.
Great place to stay after a long days drive. Easy access from the interstate. Great staff and comfortable accommodations, milk and cookies in the evening and hot breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub!
I have been staying at the Bronco Inn for the past 10 years and all I can say is these guys just get better with age! ! ! The staff is friendly and very helpful, the facility is always well kept and it is easy to call the "Bronco Inn" home away from home. . .
Very good wifi. For the $140 I spent on my room, I expected a nicer breakfast. The hot items were limited and the cold items were underwhelming. Other than those things, the room was fine. There is a fitness room with a treadmill but I didn't use it.
We have been traveling across the country and this is one of the nicest places we have stayed. We needed an accessible shower, and they had that. The staff was very efficient and accommodating, The place was clean and the bed was great. It was also quiet. It was a great stay!
I have stayed at this Best Western many times over the years, and always would give it 4 or 5 star reviews for a motel in this class. This was not a good stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. But front desk clerk was not wearing a mask, nor were the house cleaners. Only the breakfast staff were properly wearing a mask, at all times. And, they did a great job serving a very good grab and go breakfast. I would probably avoid staying here in the future, and aim for Moses Lake, Tri-Cities, or stop in Spokane next time I am heading west out of Montana. Also, the suite was seriously over priced for being so outdated! The wall paper was hideous. Thank goodness it was just one night.
Ended up stopping here due to a dust storm but I would choose this hotel any time in the future as well. The room was very clean. We called first but then booked online, the staff on the phone and in person were super friendly and helpful.
We were heading home when a wind storm rolled into i90. We were forced off the freeway. We got the king suite with jacuzzi tub.... heavenly..The beds are so comfy.... plus.. I must say the best part was the christian note left on our table in the open bible. Truly meant so much to us bring strong Christians. Thank you for not only a great hotel.. but being a light to this world.. it's so very needed. Blessings.
We look forward to staying at the Bronco Inn every year on our way to Montana! Our boys have nicknamed it the Horse Hotel because of the gorgeous statues in front. The welcoming feel of the lobby always makes us feel like we are home. There are decorations for holidays, and cookies in the evening. The staff are so friendly and quick to get us checked-in and comfortable. The pool is always our highlight. Our boys love to be in it for hours, and it is always at a perfect temperature. While we miss being able to sit in the breakfast room, the breakfast is still top notch. Freshly made egg sandwiches and quesadillas, oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit and more go well with their juice and coffee. We can't wait to get back!
I have stayed at many Best Westerns and Sure Stays. This is probably the best I ever encountered. There is no detail they have not thought of. Staff is always pleasant and rooms very clean and well appointed.
Great hotel to stop and stay at friendly staff very clean I want to stay out of Spokane I don't trust the cleanliness right now with covid in town this location is perfect I will continue to stay here
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only complaint if i were to nitpick is that the pillows were a little too fat for our liking. Our room felt so clean though so thats all i truly care about. We will definitely stay here again.
We like staying at BW but they aren't always available in more remote places or in our price range. We were very happy with the price and the quality of this location. Room was roomy and clean. They made a great take away breakfast sandwich.
We were impressed the moment we walked through the door. The lobby was spotless and the check-in clerk was amazing! She checked us in quickly and gave very clear information about breakfast service and where everything was. We asked her what the town was known for and she was really enthusiastic about Ritzville. The chamber of commerce should hire her!!! Our room was exceptionally clean and spacious. We appreciated having a fridge and coffee maker in the room. We were impressed again with the breakfast server. Another friendly and enthusiastic employee. Because of Covid, breakfast was served in a bag to take back to your room, but it had many well cooked options.
I have stayed in a lot of Best Westerns and this one by far is the nicest! Everything was perfect. And im very picky. I have driven past this hotel for over 30 years and never stayed. Im definitely staying there again
Driving from Eugene on our way to Montana this is a great stop for the night. We have done this several times over the years. Very clean rooms and lobby. As a lot of BW during the Virus no longer had the breakfast buffet and now give you a bagged breakfast. But this place gives you a great Bagged meal by letting you order a breakfast sandwich. So getting something hot and substantial sure beats a cold pastry or sawdust protein bar. Even though Ritzville is only about an hour from Spokane but staying here is cheaper and you avoid the traffic mess in Spokane. Great place to stay and nice staff and excellent beds.
What's impressed me at the Best Western motels is the comfort of their beds. That's essential at our age. Everything just seems "easier" to use there. I wish I had found Best Western years ago. Thank you!
Very friendly employees, very clean rooms and a decent selection for breakfast and an atmosphere that leaves you feeling glad you stayed. It sits right off of I90 and yet I have never heard the traffic. I have stayed here at least 5 times and have never had an issue with anything. The pool is big enough for all my grandchildren that sometimes travel with me. I can feel good about recommending this hotel.
Wow! Probably nicest BW hotel I've stayed at! Super clean and great smelling! Beds were do comfortable. Awesome staff. Great selection of tv channels. Pool was clean. Perfect temp. Pool noodles and balls offered which my son loved. Amazing property!
This hotel was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and met our needs very quickly. They have great security measures in place and that was great. Didn't know they had a pool but other than that I felt it meet our needs
Everything was fine at this hotel. There is not a lot to choose from, but it was very clean, the staff were very curtious and it is conveniently located. Be sure to bring ear plugs as the train goes right through the middle of town and blows it's horn at all crossings!! Other than that - it was great!
Just a one night stay after 9 hrs driving. room was clean, spacious, good TV, bed was comfortable, shower had good water pressure. Breakfast was great, good variety of food. Hotel in general was clean. staff was very nice and accommodating.
The Best Western Bronco In is my standard lay over when traveling from Spokane to Portland for work. It's clean, well run and convenient for me. They have large truck sized parking and offer a commercial driver discount. Friendly and helpful staff, plus a decent breakfast.
Great stay. Comfortable and reliable standards in a place without a lot of options. The staff was friendly and helpful while also efficient. The breakfast was hot and as good as a hotel breakfast gets.
This hotel is located right off the highway so it's easy to find. Has gas stations to walk to Incase you might need something you forgot, although check with the hotel first because they might have it. Great breakfast in the mornings. Great services! 24hour pool/spa. Great place to stay.
I loved this hotel. The convenience of the location and the staff is always on top of everything. Friendly, helpful and the cookies are super! We have stayed here many times and we have not been disappointed!
Great location with an outstanding breakfast!! Friendly staff. Our second stay, and will be staying again on our next vacation. The price of the rooms are well within range of most other Best Westerns, and we have stayed at our share.
Traveling back and forth from Montana to Washington can be a long drive, so when we need to stop for the night this is the place we stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good but it would be better if it was served for another hour.
Nice place: clean, quiet, etc. But the smell! So foul. I thought it would clear after opening the windows and airing the place out. It never did. I should have asked for another room from the start, but I did'n't. I won't make that mistake again. It was on the first floor. I suppose it was a "pet friendly room." I expected a chance to say something when I checked out, but the man who attended to me at checkout (I think he was the manager) never asked how I liked my room, so I figured I'd tell you all instead.
This motel really is the best. Amy the manager/owner does an amazing job making this place a stop of choice. The staff is friendly and professional. We so appreciate the Americana decor honoring our country. The rooms look out over wheat fields and a barn. It really feels like home not a stuffy non personable place. It is super clean , full breakfast and spotless indoor pool and hot tub. Make this your overnight stop. You will be glad you did
About a 40 minute drive from EWU. With everything local booked, we ventured out. It shortened our drive from Seattle. Totally worth it! Best hotel! So cute! Best breakfast bar! Puppy friendly! Couldn't even tell we were in a “pet room”. Well kept grass area for pets! Tesla charging! Room for large trucks! So clean! Pool! Cookies and milk in the evenings. Walking distance to good food! Amazing staff! Steve was awesome! They really have thought of everything! New favorite home away from home!
This was a one night stop on our way to Palouse Falls. Friendly staff, comfortable room with working air conditioner, and above average breakfast operations for those who had special dietary issues.Ask for gluten free bread as they have in their freezer. They also offered almond milk. These extra options were noticed and appreciated. Served warm cookies and milk at 7 pm for those who can enjoy them. Elevator to second floor was slow but then we were in no hurry.
Easy on, easy off interstate. Nice pleasant staff. Excellent breakfast choices. Could hear occasional noises from above. Ask for the third floor to prevent this. Staff recommended a terrific Mexican restaurant which was a short drive to the down town area. Pleasant small town. Little to no traffic as you would expect in a town this size. Several sitting areas to gather in hotel outside of your room. Beds were a little to firm for me but my friends loved them.
The hotel is very nice and clean with friendly staff. It is just a bit too close to the highway makes it a bit noisy. We stayed here on the last night of a three week vacation on our way home, this definitely was one of the better places at cost lower than some of the other places we stayed at. I definitely recommend this hotel
This is a really nice hotel. The decor is cute and patriotic. There is a big parking lot where we were able to park our truck & camper. They also feature a Tesla charging station. Check in was quick & easy. Steven at the front desk is a gem! It was within walking distance of a couple restaurants & gas stations. The room we had was large, spotless and smelled very clean. Lots of pillows on the bed to choose from, plenty of towels in the bathroom. Breakfast was great with lots of options for everyone. It's right off Highway 90 and I thought road noise would be an issue, but I didn't hear a thing.
We often travel from Oregon to North Idaho and end up staying in the Tri-Cities. We had a late wedding and wanted to West of Spokane before heading back to Oregon the next day. What a great decision. The young lady that checked us in at 10:30 had an awesome attitude. She not only represented the hotel well but is a great ambassador for the small town of Ritzville. The décor of the hotel plays homage to farming in the area. From top to bottom this was as clean of hotel that I have stayed including many 4 and 5 stars. The rooms were bright and relaxing, my only complaint is that they need to update the lamps or clock to something with a USB ports for charging devices. In the morning we planned to only stop by the breakfast area for coffee, when we looked a the food and how clean and organized we decided to eat. I am usually pretty leery of continental breakfast and my experience if you don't get there in the first hour it looks like a war zone. Not here, whoever was maintaining it was doing a great job! Finally when we walked outside, looking to the East was the view of a awesome old gray barn that reminded you that your were in rural America and not just some freeway hotel.
We were very pleasantly surprised at this hotel. It is very much in a rural area (farming community). We thought it would be run down but we needed a place for one night. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very acceptable. The room was very nice and clean. My wife was happy. And that's what counts. She said that even though we probably won't be in this area again, she would stay at this hotel again. Should you choose to stay here, you won't be disappointed.
This hotel is clean and mostly quiet. It is very close to a couple of quick stop shop places where you can get snacks and drinks, but restaurants are a little further away. The evening cookies were fun. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Since we were there on a Sunday night, the place wasn't busy. I would stay here again.
I stay at this hotel any time I'm coming through town:They have a good truck parking and good rate for trucks.Their breakfast is one of the best I've had at any hotel.Their service is always excellent and rooms are clean and very comfortable
We have only stayed at this hotel twice, comming and going from Puyalup WA. Both stays were great, the breckfast was excellent and the staff were frendly, helpfull and courtious. Especially Rosie who checked us in the first time.
This location might not be for everyone as it is 50 miles away from Spokane, but I appreciated the peaceful wide open surroundings. This was what I needed and this hotel was clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed an excellent meal at Boxwood Cafe in town. I sound like an ad for Ritzville, but really, check out the town. One of my favorite small town experience in the area. You cannot see it from the highway, so you do not realize it is there.
Pleasantly surprised by this gem. It's right off of 395, and we were sure it'd be noisy, but pleasantly surprised that it was not. The room was clean, and even had mints left for guests on each bed. Breakfast was good, and the staff were great.
Stayed here on numerous occasions....this hotel is clean, quiet and staff are friendly. Do not let proximity to highway fool you....it is QUIET. It has plug in stations for electric car charging, a pool, gyrm and a breakfast area. There is a dog walk area at the rear of the facility and poop bags are supplied. The pet area is clean and well maintained. Price is not in the "budget" category but it is reasonable. PS- if you are a motorcyclist, your scoot is safe here with loads of parking that allows you to see your bike/car/truck from your room. Fast food including Mexican/McDonalds/Starbucks and 2 gas stations all within a 3 minute walk (and I walk slow) Would highly recommend.
The hotel is very attractive with homie touches. All the staff was very helpful ,the morning desk clerk helped us ith directions on a large map in the lobby area. Could not ask for a better breakfast with numerous options available. Great place to stay.
We really loved the decor & "feel" of this hotel. I think it is one of the cutest hotels I have stayed in. In addition, the staff were helpful & the breakfast was very good. I just wish it was located in an area we travel through more often.
a warm respite after a day's drive through rain storms in the mountains of Montana. good staff with kind, helping manners, the room choice was an excellent suggestion, the breakfast was loaded with options. in all, a figurative welcome mat for a weary traveler.
This Best Western should be a training center for all their other hotels. We travel a lot and this is the best Best Western we've ever stayed at. Period! The hotel is meticulously maintained. It's clean and well kept. Nothing is in a state of disrepair. The decor is the absolute best I've seen. It has a feeling of being home or visiting with dear friends. LOVED IT! The staff were all excellent. They were all professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful. Best Western should be keeping an eye on this hotel, it's the best in their chain. Kudos to the owner and all the staff, you've nailed it.
The Bronco Inn has clean comfortable roomy rooms with a large bath and a long vanity. I was able to spread all of my toiletries out on one side of the sink, and my spouse spread all of hers out on the other side of the vanity. Although I drive an internal combustion engin vehicle, I noticed that there were a hand full of Tesla charging stations in one corner of the parking lot. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Good selection of fruits and pastries, waffles, biscuits & gravy, and a choice of scrambled eggs - with or without cheese.
We stay here usually once a year and there is a reason, we enjoy it. Their breakfast is wonderful. The Decor of the entire building makes it special. Everything is always very clean and works as it should.
We weren't sure what to expect when we rolled in since it's one of about 3 hotels anywhere in the area but we found a nice little gem here. It was quiet, clean and well maintained. The beds we're comfortable, the parking was great including truck parking. There were several restaurants nearby. Nice place and I'm sure we will be back.
This is undoubtedly one of the nicest motels we have visited. The rooms very well maintained and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were excellent. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. We will be staying at this motel anytime we are in the area.
Was in Ritzville for graduation. The facility was clean, the staff was courteous and the breakfast had great variety, both hot and cold. I would recommend the Bronco Inn and will be staying there in the future.
Our room was very clean! Staff was super helpful and friendly! Breakfast was great! Pool was very clean! My grandson loved his waffles int he morning and his pool time in the evening! We were there for a State Track Meet in Cheny which was only 40min away. It was great to come "home: every evening!
This BW boasts friendly staff, good breakfast, tasty afternoon cookies, and extremely comfortable bed. We love to stay on our way thru Ritzville. We highly recommend the hotel for overnight stays or longer vacations.
When ever I am in Ritzville, WA for business, I always stay at the Bronco Inn. Easy truck parking, reasonable price and convenient location makes it ideal while hauling freight between Portland, Or and Spokane, Wa.
This is my third or fourth stay here. I come back because of the consistency, Clean and always friendly good employees. Why do I need to write so many words, My stays are short and not a lot of thought needs to go into a review, At least a good one.
Came to Ritzville to visit family with my 4 kids ages 1 to 9 years old. The staff, pool and breakfast was amazing! All employees had smiles on their face and asking how we are doing. The hotel was all decorated for Easter and my kids loved it!
Comfy room.. Pillows .. Great pool and hot tub. BUT the best part ... On the morning of Feb 20, I was told by the front desk lady " drive safe out there". I told her where I was headed, and it turned out she lived there. She told me to follow her to the town, as she knew a better way to travel the snowy roads. Hometown hospitality, above and beyond what you would expect from a hotel ! I never got her name, she knows who she is and I hope management knows how lucky they are to have someone like her!!!!!! Thank you sooooo much!
Great stop. Happy I passed on Spokane. Was traveling to hood River and Spokane wasn't feeling comfortable so I pressed on tired and boom Ritzville. Great location great facility. Service was fantastic and the property was incredible. Highly recommend if your traveling west.
The customer service was fast friendly and informative. The room was very clean and I could adjust the darkness level to suit me. I like it pitch black, but it was easily adjustable. Breakfast was typical for Best Western. No road noise from I-90 which was very close by.
Had no reso but we stopped anyway. No Problems getting pet friendly room on arrival. Friendly staff and better breakfast than all others we've stayed at. Well decorated common areas and room had plenty of pillows.
Always stay here because of the quality service. very clean rooms, price and the best breakfast options. Breakfast always hot and very good with many choices to select. Will always stay here while in the are, as we have in the past ten years.
b th well appointed property. decor is charming. very nice to have pool and fitness open 24 hours.. the dining room is inviting and comfortable . easy access for on and off interstate 90. Friendly and. clean.
Went to the Apple cup, needed a place to sleep and was not expecting much. The exterior of the building is a bit dated, but the rooms were good sized, beds were great, and I found the staff to be excellent. They also have a pool open 24 hours a day (wish I had known that before I got there!). Breakfast was typical Best Western fair, but the staff did a great job of keeping it full of food. I was very pleasantly surprised and would absolutely stay here again
This is going to be long winded but let me first start by saying they have one hell of a scam going. In speaking with an employee outside its clear they do this often. This hotel has a recreational marijuana dispensary right outside its side door. Im not exaggerating when i say less than 10 steps from hotel door to pot shop door. The entire hotel smells of cannabis! On day 3 we step outside for about 15 minutes to grab Starbucks. Right after we come back in the manager knocks on our door to ask if we are smoking cannabis. We explain we are not and she proceeds to tell us their employees entered out room which had a do not disturb tag on it while we were at Starbucks and it smells like cannabis. Meanwhile you can see the dispensary from my window with strong hints coming right through with my window open. The hotel proceeded to charge me a smoking fee yet i have video of management in my room telling me there is no issues and its perfect and unable to show me a single ash that would be present if i were smoking in the room. Also do not stay during a holiday and expect a quiet stay as the owner of the hotel treats it as her home. Kids running up and down the halls. Board games up and down the halls to where you need to step over them. Dirty paper plates from their dinner just laying on the floors. Really isn't fair to customers who pay to stay there.
The BW hotels offer a great room at a great price with free breakfast, hotels are updated, and the breakfast has lots more delicious items to choose from. I will definitely stay at BW hotels more often now.
When the power went out about noon, and wasn't due to be back on until 1:30AM, in our little town we decided to stay at the Best Western in Ritzville, WA. It was very quite and relaxing. They have the best pillows! The free breakfast has a large assortment of food. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
This is a wonderful hotel - the quality of the facilities and friendly staff are the best! Super clean, quiet, great bedding and towels with special attention to detail in decor. The pool / hot tub / gym area working great as expected. Breakfast options and dining area superb with staff ensuring your needs are met. Thank you for a great stay <3
We love staying here anytime we are on our way through! Service is always friendly, rooms are always clean and well maintained, and beds are always comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub! Management seems to think of everything to make the guests feel welcome and provided for!
We have always been pleased with the service, location and quality of the facility. Especially with large parking area for our travel trailer. The room is well kept, pool and hot tub were nice to use after a long hot day of driving.
This hotel is conveniently located near freeway, food and coffee options and has a friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious and everything (except internet) was in working order. There were bedside lamps, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was a good size, and there was a comfortable chair to use. Breakfast was the usual fare, but adequate. There is a pool and work out room.
Great hotel! Friendly, super clean, nice big rooms, comfy beds and super quiet. Breakfast was your typical American fare, nothing special. But coffee was good! We would stay here again and we recommend it!
We had a great stay here on our way through to the Oregon Coast. The room was great and my kids loved the pool. The staff was very helpful in changing the original booking. The breakfast was amazing. Lots of options for even the picky eaters in your family.
Stayed here with my family on a trip from Oregon to Glacier National Park as Ritzville is about half way in-between and we left late afternoon so we needed a good mid way stopping point. The hotel is right off the interstate and easy to get to. It's also right by a gas station and a Taco Del Mar which was convenient. The hotel has cookies in the lobby, as well as a small pool and hot tub which my kids used and liked. The breakfast is excellent. They had eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, ham, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, etc. We would definitely stay here again if passing through and needed a quick overnight stay.
If you want a good stopping place between Spokane and Tri-cities, the Bronco Inn is the one. We've stayed there many times and the service is always excellent; lovely rooms, tasty breakfast, quiet sleep in comfy beds. One of our favorite stops!
We were traveling for a family emergency, but no worries with the hotel. We received a warm welcome. I have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. The rooms are clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious. I'm sure I will be back!
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I liked the pool and spa were open 24 hours a day. Breakfast is typical fare. Staff was very nice and helpful. If you are in the area and need a place to stay you will be happy with this choice.
The hotel was just fine. Clean, comfortable and a place where you have everything you need. We were traveling with dogs. Perfect place to stop between the Olympic Peninsula and SW Montana. The hotel gave us a first floor room close to an exit door, which is helpful when you have dogs along. Plenty of space available for walking dogs, too.
Very great place to stay if you find yourself between Spokane and Seattle on I-90. Very clean and friendly. Rooms and breakfast are excellent. Had a great stay. Close to restaurants. Hot tub was a blessing after 12 hours of driving.
The Bronco Inn may be the nicest dog friendly Best Western we have ever stayed at. Always clean, friendly and at at reasonable price, and we have stayed there a dozen time or more. The Bronco Inn serves a decent breakfast with differndet egg dishes, waffles, and fresh fruit.
The Best Western Bronco Inn was very clean and looked up to date and fresh. There were all of the right amenities in the room including soaps, fridge microwave, etc. The free breakfast was good and I was impressed to see that someone was actually making fresh eggs. It also has a 24hour pool and fitness room. Although very close to the highway, it did not bother me at all but then again I live in a city. The hotel walking distance to all of the food choices in Ritzville. Everyone who worked there and that I dealt with were extremely polite and professional and helpful. I would have given this 5* without a doubt except for two things. First, the internet login to use the hotel wifi did not work in my room. I tried using the correct password many times but it failed with a invalid password error. However it did work in the lobby and so I suspect that there is some misconfiguration in their wifi equipment. When I tried to explain to the agent at checkout, he was uninterested and told me some BS about their internet provider. The second and more serious issue for me was the fact that a bible was left out on the desk in the room and I guess opened to today's bible reading. Perhaps some might find comfort in this however I am deeply offended by the sanctimony. Leave that crap in the drawer and not in my face. Not everyone cares about Jesus and you should be respectful of those people.
This is a lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. The front desk was very helpful and courteous. Eating places are within walking distance. Very good breakfast with lots of choices. We especially appreciated the Traveler's Prayer in the room as this was one of the first stops on our trip into the US. We were grateful we were able to take the prayer with us, we were inspired by it through the rest of our trip. Thank you for a great stay.
If you are traveling to the west on 90 this is useful stop right next to the highway. Be ready for highway views and sounds. We had troubles with wifi but it could be caused by the higher number of customers. Interior design was neat, clean and comfortable and breakfast was good! I like eco friendly move to refill hygene stuff in the shower!
Once again, we stopped here for the night - going out and coming back. The place has always been good and things haven't changed. Clean, nice rooms; great staff; pet friendly; good eating options nearby.
I stayed here while went to the Palouse Falls State Park, which is an-hour drive away. Its location is excellent, just at I-90 and State highway 261. There are gas stations and Starbucks, Subway, McDonald right next to it. The breakfast was better than most other BWs. There were hot scrambled eggs, potatoes, fresh fruits, etc. By the way, I like the décor of the dining room.
This is hands down the best Best Western my husband and I have ever stayed at. Reasonable rates. Super friendly and helpful staff. Nice room with a super breakfast. Then we met the owner. She was bussing tables at breakfast and visiting with clients. Amazing. Will definitely plan to stay any time I am within an hour driving distance. It is that good
This is one of my favorite places to stay when I'm in the northwest. The rooms are well furnished with a comfortable bed, chairs etc. I am always pleased with the cleanliness of the room and especially the bathrooms. Some places I've stayed the bathrooms are questionable whether you want to stay or just pack the bag and check out. The staff is always friendly and accomodating. The breakfast is always excellent with a great choice of items available and looks very inviting. The pool and exercise room are also in very good condition. I believe this hotel is one of the best values and I really look forward to coming up in this part of the country
Out in the middle of eastern Washington is this motel, a nice place to stay on our way to Idaho or Montana. Clean, good breakfast, decent rooms, no problems anywhere. I would recommend this motel to anyone traveling I-90.
Great place for the traveling soccer team to overnight. Lots of breakfast options hot and cold, WiFi, and 24hr pool (which was nice with traffic delaying our arrival). Only slight downside was the bed was a little hard for me, but that's a personal thing.
Would have gave this a 5 except for the banging noise. Not sure where it was coming from we stayed in room 202 so maybe the sandwiched room between 1st and 3 rd floors. eventually noise stopped but sound proofing not so good. Other than that really nice, clean, comfortable rooms, lobby, decent breakfast no complaints. So It may have just been a one off bad noisy night.
Wow! What a quaint, clean place in the middle of nowhere! We were in route to Montana and scheduled a stop at the Best Western in Ritzville to break up the trip. This hotel was a breath of fresh air! Country, homey feel, loaded with modern convinced! Wi-Fi, pool, fitness area, great breakfast! The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were amazing! Great pillow selection and crisp, clean linens! Yes! We had an adjoining room with the kids and it was very nice to have that feature. The hotel was very quiet, even though it is close to the freeway. We did hear an occasional train, but it only added to the ambiance! Definitely will stay here again! Certainly beats the day race of Spokane an hour farther up the road! We got going the next morning and arrived in Montana refreshed and ready for the rest of our vacation!
A perfect spot in the middle of the state. Rooms are clean and nicely furnished, staff is very helpful. The breakfast was very tasty and nicely presented. Enjoyed The common area for dining and relaxing . the fireplace .And setting in the lobby was inviting in a cold day
The room was so clean, the front desk, Walter I think his name was, was so helpful, breakfast was great, cookies and milk at night was nice. The bed was so comfortable. All and all I was VERY pleased. The room was peace full, never heard a thing. Shower was great after a day of traveling.
staff was very nice, but essentially told me they could not help with very poor internet connection. Indicated it was an ongoing problem. The room had no easily accessible charging outlets. Had to crawl under the desk. I expected better from a Best Western.
Aside from an average and unoriginal continental breakfast this is an excellent motel. Rooms a large, clean, and nicely decorated. Our two queen room had two comfortable chairs and plenty of room for three of us to move around. The pool is also very nice, much larger than the oversized hot tubs most new national chain hotels call a pool.
This is a great place to stay! Very clean and quite with beds that are very comfortable, and television actually works! They have a fantastic breakfast that is like going to a restaurant. Blah blah blah blah
Beds were very comfortable. The room very clean and a good sized. Fresh baked cookies at night were mighty tasty. Easy access off the freeway but no road noise. During the night all was quite inside the hotel.
We have stayed here several times now on our trip back and forth from Washington to Montana. It has never disappointed us. Clean, comfortable, nice breakfast and nice staff. The lobby is always decorated for the seasons and it's a cozy place to sit by the fire and most likely cookies. It just has a real "homey" feel to it and it's refreshing to find a Bible in the room with the Traveler's prayer next to it. Highly recommend it.
Nice place to stay. I was surprised how comfortable the bed was. Nice decor. Friendly staff. Very easy to get into and out of with freeway off ramp right next to the motel. Large commercial truck parking lot.
Nice staff, clean rooms with a pretty nice continental breakfast. You can hear the interstate fairly well here, there are quite a few semi trucks traveling through this area. Just your average motel. Starbuck is close by though.
Absolutely love staying at this hotel. It's our half way stop on our way home to Montana and back. We wouldnt stay anywhere else. Safe, Secure, Clean, Comfortable and staff is always very well informed and friendly. We have been stopping here for many years now.
This is by far the best staying experiences we have ever encountered. This hotel was impeccably decorated - more homey and inviting than any other hotel we've stayed at. Our children have already asked "when can we go back". The breakfast was excellent and again the homey feel with a living room style where you could sit & eat on a sofa & watch the morning news if you chose to. It was a perfect stay. Thank You so very much!!!
This is a great spot to stop. it seems to be about halfway on our trip to Seattle from Northern MT. The hotel itself is always clean & has a friendly staff. The 24 hour pool is always clean, though, and the hot tub is good for relaxing. It also has a decently equipped gym. Breakfast isn't extraordinary & doesn't have a huge selection of healthy options so we usually opt for an English muffin with peanut butter & honey. It is located right next to a Starbucks & Taco Del Mar, with a Love's/Hardee's across the interstate. I would recommend this spot for a resting point! My only reason for not giving it a higher value rating is that we have stayed in some other very nice hotels which have 2 bed suites with a better dinner & breakfast for less money, but for the area, it is a comfortable hotel.
I have stayed here several times over the last 4 years there are other choices close by but a I always come back to B.W. the staff is great. The food is way better than most comp. breakfast , room is always clean and the bed is awesome.
Was very satisfied with my experience with the Bronco inn and it's staff. Very convenient location, especially parking for semi truck's which I drive. The staff was very helpful checking me in and out.
Fresh cookies at the front desk, a pool and jacuzzi open ALL NIGHT, and pleasant staff all around. This was the best last-minute, randomly picked hotel I've been in for some time. The fog on I-90 was solid, the roads were slick, and no one was paying attention in the dark. We opted to pull off in Ritzville and were anything but disappointed. The room was spotless, the pool/jacuzzi area was immaculate, and the sausage gravy at breakfast was perfect (although we wish there was more of it)! As an added convenience, there's a gas station right by the hotel. Take a bow, Bronco Inn.
- Very nice, well kept hotel, easy access off of the freeway. - Staff was efficient and friendly. - Rooms were very clean with environmentally friendly dispensers in the shower with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. - Great breakfast manned by two people. Eggs, sausage, waffles, juice, bakery, toast, coffee, etc. One item that was nice to see was that they had almond milk along with whole and 2%. - Nice touch with the Almond milk. - They have 4 Tesla supercharges in the parking lot which is really handy if you have a Tesla. Thank you for reading my review!
This establishment is clean, very good looking and most of all the employees are friendly and quick at doing their jobs. The breakfast is hot and tasty with a large variety of items. I travel here a lot during the summer and always enjoy my stay.
Very easy check-in and very receptive. Cookies and coffee when you walk and check-in. Great way to start. The room was very nice and clean and roomie.. Breakfast the next morning was very good for a motel. Easy check out in the morning. Will be staying here in the future when traveling I-90.
Stayed here one night on the way from Yellowstone to Seattle. It was a great stop off for one night. The staff and room were great and although near the interstate quite quiet. The included breakfast was very enjoyable.
Great night sleep in a clean and comfortable bed. The breakfast was delish! The staff was friendly and helpful, they made me feel welcome. Location is easy to find right off the highway. Close by restaurant and gas station made this hotel convenient while traveling. We look forward to staying again next year.
The décor of this hotel was dated, but so very welcoming and comfortable that one didn't mind. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. They even had a small watered strip for walking our dog. Must admit that was a pleasant addition especially after all the dry weedy areas we had been at before. Breakfast was above average.
No problems , good sleep , AV had a fan on setting so noises in the outside world don't bother you - Breakfast was a little too late for us to partake of , but we had coffee and a couple danish .. Good room at a good price!
No problems , no surprises Best Western stay , Good hotel on the way to Spokane - Breakfast was a little late for our liking , we were in Idaho by 6 o'clock , but we were able to grab coffee and some danish ..
Excellent service and great room. 2nd time we've stayed there and will always choose this hotel when we are in the area. The staff is friendly and everything is how we would hope when we arrive. They have a great continental breakfast as well.
The room was clean with lots of space, it also had a great breakfast selection. I chose this hotel based on the fact that it had a charging station for my car. Easy access off highway. Located in a quiet area.
This is a very comfortable and restful motel. The staff are helpful and the breakfast is great. Everything about this establishment is good, we can't say enough good things about it. It's peaceful and clean, has a nice indoor pool and fitness facility.
This was a very clean and comfortable stay. The desk clerk was friendly and efficient. The room was large with a very comfortable bed. Internet worked well. The breakfast had extras like a bowl of strawberries that could be added to cereal or waffles. There was cottage cheese along with string cheese.
We decided to make this our first stop on a recent road trip. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful. There are a couple fast food restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!
Safe, clean, and well maintained place, with friendly and helpful staff. My kids like the pool. It's about halfway between my parents' house and my house, so we've been staying here for years. Just got a puppy, and was happy to find out that they take dogs too.
This was a quiet, clean motel with a friendly and efficient desk clerk. Our room was large and very comfortable, including a comfortable bed. The pool and hot tub were nice. The breakfast was exceptionally good. The was egg patties, scrambled eggs with cheese, hash brown was shredded, biscuits and gravy, ham, sausage and hard cooked eggs. There were slices of cheese to add to whatever you wanted it on. There was a variety of pastries, and breads, fruits and cereals.
Well managed! The 3 C's a traveler looks for: clean, comfortable and convenient. Easy parking, good room, good TV variety, great breakfast. Some fast food nearby, and gas. (And a "Grass Station" with Mexican right next store.)
Although there is a legal recreational marijuana store next door, do not bring it into your room or you will lose your damage deposit for all of your rooms. Doesn't matter that you didn't smoke it in the room, just having it in your room is enough.
Easy on and off the freeway. This hotel is very quiet even though it is located right by the freeway. Comfortable bed with down comforter. . Full breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage or ham, fresh fruit, pastries and much more.
While planning a three-week road trip I perused Tripadvisor reviews for hotels before making reservations. The time paid off as our family was pleased with all of the places we stayed. Yet the Bronco Inn in Ritzville managed to stand out above the rest. Friendly and professional staff. Great pool and hot tub. Very clean facility. Exceptionally comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of items to choose from. The rates are reasonable, too. One of the most inexpensive places we stayed. This hotel is as good as it gets.
Clean room and surrounding lobby area. Good customer service and friendly staff. Comfortable bed with big tv and wide selection of channels. Internet was a bit slow but hotel was busy during the stay.
This was our last stop home off a 16 day trip through multiple National Parks. Made our rez on short-notice and arrive very late. Check in (and check-out) was very quick and professional. Room was very comfortable, spacious. Excellent hot breakfast included. Staff very helpful and caring.
If you need a place to stay for a night between Seattle and Spokane, I suggest the Bronco Inn in Ritzville. Clean, professional, includes a breakfast buffet, good coffee. Before you leave Ritzville, stretch your legs a little with a walk through the historic downtown. We've stayed here a couple of times, I am kind of picky about hotels, and I will stay again.
Friendly staff, well kept hotel with 24hr pool, great breakfast, fast Wifi. This is a great 1/2 way stop on my monthly trip to Montana. Starbucks is next door and there are a couple late night restaurants near the hotel. Staff is friendly, rooms are very clean and comfortable. You cannot go wrong here.
If you gotta stay in Ritzville this is the place to be. They do not have much to pick from in this little town. pretty much everything was just OK. The rooms the breakfast and the Hotel... If you don't like road noise don't get a room facing I-90 They have two gas stations Subway Star Bucks Del Taco and Carl's JR and a LOVES gas station near.
We stayed here for one night in August 2017 and loved everything about it. It is close to places to eat and very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and gracious. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was great!
Wonderful experience. We stayed here with our entire family. Nice large room, fantastic breakfast, and a good indoor pool/hot tub. I liked that pool was open 24 hours. The staff was very helpful, and especially impressive during breakfast, which was a fine meal. They were cooking real scrambled eggs all morning! Multiple employees continued to check the breakfast service to make sure everything was working perfectly. And all of this for a very reasonable price. I will stay here again for sure.
Only hotel chain in Ritzville, so not many choices. The good: Great breakfast, 24 hour pool, clean room, & friendly staff. The Bad: low water pressure, very loud road noise all night, & a little over priced. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.
When driving to and from the Seattle area from my home, I make a point of staying at the Bronco Inn whenever feasible. It is within about 50 miles of western Spokane and the costs are significantly lower for more desirable lodging.
This location I choose to stay for my convince easy access, fair price, nice and quit. Parking open and enough room, luxury rooms. Now I choose In future I stay only best western. This location I love pool, breakfasts, internet and quietness
Great stay. Great service, pool, hot tub and fitness center. The breakfast was excellent. Very clean and quiet. Easy access to/from interstate. Several restaurants are close by as well. I would highly recommend your stay at this motel.
This was our last night of 18 ONE-night stays on our motorcycle as we traveled ACROSS Canada and returned to Oregon via the States. WHAT A DELIGHTFUL finish to our journey. From friendly the front desk staff, immaculate room, pool, and complete decor. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Quiet location even though you are near the free-way on-ramp. Even the "vending" room is decorated. There is a master volume control on the TV remote so you don't have to hear your neighbors TV. The pool was soooo clean - how refreshing! Cookies and milk at 7:00 p.m......night night! Complete full hot breakfast with everything you can think of. Ham, sausage, scrambled eggs with cheese or egg patties. Oranges were already sliced and in a bowl. On this trip we sadly paid MORE than we did here for a marginal room. If needed I would stay here again in a heartbeat. YIKES you guys rock all around. Thank You!
This is a first rate hotel! The check in and check out agents were friendly, helpful, professional, and prompt. The rooms were very clean. The decor is superb. The breakfast is the best I have ever seen. It was fun to see the staff helping others with their waffles/pancakes.
Ritzville was a good location for my family to stop for the night during a road trip. This hotel was unique, the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. The staff was knowledgeable of gluten free items offered for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!
We often travel through Ritzville on our travels to and from to Montana. This is the first time we've stayed overnight and are glad we did. We will continue to remember this hotel and plan to use it as our regular stopover. Great experience.
Hardworking, friendly, efficient, professional, and caring staff; very clean, comfortable, and well appointed room; warm cookies and milk in the evening; delicious breakfast. A very nice stay. Thank you.
We've found this hotel to be the best value and is a great place to stay. There's food within walking distance, both fast and sit down. The staff was great and there's great selection for the morning breakfast.
Our stay was a one night stay traveling thru town. The experience was clean, friendly and the breakfast was decent. Our arrival was late and the person behind the desk was very friendly and helpful. The next morning I had a question and although the person behind the desk did not have the answer he did give me some ideas.
The best hotel stay we have ever had, the employees are so nice, the room was great and the breakfast was out of this world! I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone passing through this area! We were on our way from Seattle to Missoula, MT
Good hotel, we were on our way home and didn't want to stay in Spokane due to past experience with vehicle break-in's, so we chose this hotel. Staff was great and bed was comfortable and no road noise with the AC running. I would definitely stay here again.
Our car would not start after visiting the nearby Circle K gas station. We had no choice but to stay the night. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and welcoming feel of the hotel. The beds were great, AC was cold, and rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was great with many different options. The kids enjoyed the pool before the tow truck came. The staff was very accommodating from check in to check out. If looking for a place to stay in Ritzville I would not hesitate to stay again.
Check in was prompt and courteous. The room was comfortable and clean. However, there are a couple of aspects of the stay that deserve comment. First, the wifi was slow and shaky. Second, the location is rural so that the only food in the immediate area was fast food. Third, if it were to offend that a Bible is placed open to Psalms on a table in the room with a paper containing the Travelers Prayer as a sort of bookmark, this is not the property for you. I do not say that the property is unfriendly to non-Christians, I just found it odd.
This is our second stay at this Best Western. We have always found BW to be a fantastic hotel chain, with great breakfast, very reasonable prices, and beautiful accommodations. We particularly like the fact that this BW is Christian based.
The level of service and variety of breakfast options were superb. This was the best value compared to other places on our trip. Overall, we've had the best experiences at Best Western and Bronco Inn had warm and welcoming decor and exterior grounds. Wish we had had time to take advantage of the indoor pool! We will stay in Ritzville again.
Made reservations about 15 minutes in advance when the weather went to crap and we didn't want to keep driving. The room was incredibly clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast had more choices than any hotel I have stayed in. all this, and they gave a Military discount.
This BW is pretty new and definitely the nicest place to find in Ritzville. I am very pleased BW chose to put a hotel here as Ritzville is a good halfway point between Missoula and home for us. We've utilized this hotel a couple of times and have not been disappointed. Very clean spaces, friendly staff.
We have stayed at this particular BW several times over the past five years and have had a pleasant stay each time. Beware that they do shut down the pool area for cleaning and both times it was around the end of February or March.
The staff were attentive and responsive. The evening cookies were good, but the milk was a classy touch. The hot tub was one of the hottest ever, wonderful for stretching and sore muscles. The eggs were tasty and hot, which doesn't always happen in buffet breakfasts. The exotic creamers were a fun touch. The bed and room were fine. I especially appreciated the eco sensitivity for shampoo and conditioners to be from a bulk dispensary. Time to ditch the plastic silverware. Good stay.
Comfortable place to stay, especially for the price. Good breakfast with several options. We stayed here instead of in Spokane. The evening desk clerk was helpful and made sure we got credit for our stay.
We stopped on our way to Seattle and were happy from the moment we walked in. Nice lobby, friendly staff. Modern, clean, comfortable bed, well-appointed room. Great Value! we'll be back. BRW, its right off the exit.
We had three separate stays at this motel over the course of our three week visit to the USA (which must speak volumes), and found each of them well up to standard. The staff were pleasant, our room was both spacious and comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed they freshly made cookies on offer during the late afternoon. On our first visit, because of poor signage, we did find ourselves diverted back onto the interstate, but otherwise a pleasant stay.
For a place that some may consider the middle of nowhere, Ritzville has a gem of a hotel for the road warrior. Clean, comfortable and convenient, this is a great place to rest up for the night. I've only given 3 stars for location as it is just a touch too close to the interstate for my liking. A truck stop nearby and proximity to the interstate on ramp results in a fair bit of truck noise all night. Either ask for a room facing the opposite direction, or just running the fan all night will fix this problem. The bed and pillows were a touch uncomfortable for me, but nothing oppressive. Rooms are of a generous size (as are the bathrooms) and have been kept up extremely well. Pool and exercise room is open 24 hours. We didn't use these facilities so can't comment on them but the hours will certainly suit everyone. The breakfast that's included is just a notch above what you'd normally get for a "free" meal. Hot food that includes fresh cooked eggs and potatoes (not some pre processed patties). Lots of choices and a nice country type atmosphere in the sitting area. Friendly and helpful staff. Not a bad choice if travelling through the area.
We were traveling from the Portland, Oregon area to Minnesota so a long road trip. We left on a Friday afternoon and decided to stop in the area for the night. We chose this hotel based on the reviews and previous experiences with Best Western. We were not disappointed. The hotel was excellent - it was clean and the rooms were nicely setup with plenty of room. The bed was comfortable, had plenty of sitting areas and a microwave and refrigerator. The areas around the lobby and eating area were nicely setup. Staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was good. In addition to the regular continental breakfast type items and cereals, they made eggs and potatoes - not just pre-made eggs like some hotels do. They also had hard-boiled eggs. The hotel staff were very attentive at breakfast checking to bring in fresh eggs and potatoes so there was always plenty of food. Additionally, they were checking to make sure there was space for everyone to sit and opened up an additional area. Often on these trips we stay somewhere just to get a few hours of sleep, but here we were able to relax in the evening and have a nice breakfast before we left. We will definitely make this our place to stay for our road trips.
We love this hotel and everyone that makes it a restful, clean and nice place to stop in the middle of our long trip. Stay here once and you'll keep coming back. Breakfast is great there. Always meet very nice folks too. Oh... and warm cookies at 7:00
Rooms were nice and clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good, they actually cook real eggs! Swim toys were provided in the pool area. The decor in the hotel was this awesome, modern/ vintage/ homelike style. We had a nice stay.
This was a pretty ordinary Best Western. Clean, quiet, and ordinary. The staff was super nice and friendly though and the guy at the front desk made me smile and recommended a nice place for dinner. I had a first floor room and a good night sleep
I volunteer to conduct an annual Breeding Bird Survey for the US Geological Survey, which starts at 4:30 a.m. about 10 miles from here. The Best Western is the best motel in town; it is clean, comfortable, and convenient. Although the Hot Breakfast isn't ready at 3:30 a.m., the staff cheerfully made up a "Grab & Go" Bag for me, and I grabbed some yogurt & a bagel with cream cheese. And coffee! I am always treated well here, and would recommend the place to any and all travelers to Adams County!
The BW in Ritzville was a gem of a find! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the décor made me feel like I was at home with grandma and the breakfast the BEST with a great variety of foods to choose from.
This hotel excels in the area of hospitality. We really felt like their special guests. The room was clean and comfortable. There were even mints on the bed and notes from the staff showing concern about our comfort and rest during our stay. Every staff member that we had contact with went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were being met. We have stayed in a lot of hotels, but this one stands out.
Stayed here after a long day drive. Was happy to find such a nice, clean hotel with such a helpful staff. Ventured into the old downtown for dinner and was amazed by the quality of the food and the friendliness of everyone we met. We returned the next morning to do more touring of the town. When we pass this area again will stay a few days.
I have stayed at this hotel several time over the years on our adventures East from the Seattle area. It is a perfect distance from Seattle that you can make on a Friday evening, about 4 hours. We have always been treated very well by the friendly staff. The rooms are clean and adequate. Nice included breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub. Even a Tesla charging station if you need such a thing. There's also a Starbucks and a Taco Del Mar next door if your feeling homesick for Seattle.
This motel is a good location if you are driving from Montana or Idaho to or from Seattle. We left the city about 6:30 p.m. and arrived by 10 p.m. We were lucky to snag the last room, plan to make reservations in the weekends and during busy travel times. We got the Honeymoon Suite which had a king bed and a large jetted tub. We didn't use the tub. The pool is 24 hour, we used it. They have a nice breakfast, eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles and the standards.
Booked a room at the Bronco Inn so I would have a place to stay overnight that was close the Palouse Falls (about an hour drive). The check in was easy and the room was clean and quiet. You could hear some doors open and close in the hallway, but it was otherwise quiet. The food selection nearby is somewhat limited, but there is definitely enough to satisfy most people during a short stay. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Overall, this is a great place for a stay in the area. And don't miss Palouse Falls for sunrise and sunset photos. An amazing place!
Excellent service. Great price. When I come back through and have to stay somewhere I will stay at this hotel. It is close to good coffee and decent restaurants. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.
This hotel is located in Ritzville, a small town, but it was a fully modern and clean location. Staff were friendly and helpful, the pool was nice, not too cold, the room a reasonable size, the bed and pillows fine. Nothing really stood out, but it was quite comfortable without being remarkable. A good place to stay..
This best western was such a pleasant surprise find on our long drive! Rooms were So clean and beds So crisp and comfortable! We were met by a friendly staff member who made our check in a breeze! Superb! Thank you!
We needed lodging for one night while on the road and the Bronco Inn was a great option. Friendly, clean, wonderful full breakfast, and convenient. Even though it is close to I-90, our room was quiet. With the AAA rate it was decently priced for a quick stopover. Would stay there again.
We had a great overnight stay! Staff were great. Rooms were clean & quiet. There was no highway noise. Breakfast was very good featuring such things as waffles, eggs & sausage. We highly recommend this hotel.
Nine of us stayed at this Hotel in Ritzville, WA. We race Pro 4 cars at the speedway in Spokane and stay at the Bronco Inn after the races are over. Great accommodations, super breakfasts, and great staff will keep us coming back to this hotel.
Very surprised that a small town would have a Best Western in it but it does. All the staff we came in contact with were very nice and efficient in getting us checked in and out. When we checked in the staff member even told us about places near by where we had been exploring to check out while we were in the area that we weren't aware of. The breakfast that they served was great, it included a nice variety of things to choose from so no matter what your choice of breakfast might be in the morning you'll more than likely find something to your liking.
Have come to always book this hotel in Ritzville on any trips thru state of Washington. Hotel is very clean and comfortable, conveniently located to restaurants and gas stations, easy access from highway and staff are very pleasant, professional and accommodating. Beds are comfortable and room décor is pleasant and convenient.
This is a fantastic hotel. Super clean, great pool and spa, excellent service, modern comfortable rooms. Make sure you take time out to visit downtown Ritzville to see some great Victorian architecture and have a tasting at the Distillery.
Everyone who works at the Best Western Bronco Inn was very kind and helpful. They found me the best deal for my stay, checking in was quick and efficient-they gave me everything I needed, and the breakfast was fabulous. They even had the fixings to make breakfast sandwiches. My room was on the highway side, but the traffic didn't bother me, it was more like white noise.
This was the best motel we stayed this 7 day trip. It was easy access to both town and the freeway. The cookies and milk were a great treat in the evening. The breakfast was really good. We had hash browns which was a first out of 7 motels.
Enjoyed the attention to décor and presentation details. Room, breakfast, staff all excellent. Clean. great breakfast, and breakfast room was superior in design. Business center excellent too. Room was great, also bed very comfortable.
The rooms were very nice and clean and the hotel was in very good condition, looking almost like a new hotel. The Free breakfast was good with a nice variety of items. I prefer a firmer bed and these were a little soft.
Very nicely appointed and clean. Pool area a pleasant place to spend some on a sunny afternoon even though I didn't swim. The sun was coming in the windows and lawn chairs were comfortable! Great bedding. Hotel feels like home. A very pleasant stay.
The Bronco Inn is located within the confines of the "Great Floods" caused by the collapse of the ice dam at Lake Missoula some 15,000 years ago. From Ritzville U can drive in any direction and find evidence of this great geologic event. Also, the Bronco Inn is very well run and a great stop.
We chose to stay in this hotel overnight on the way up from Portland to a PNW Robotics competition in Chaney. We arrived late at night , the lobby was nicely decorated for Easter, the check-in clerk was courteous, the room was clean and very spacious. We did experience some trouble logging into the internet, and the speed was nowhere near the "high speed" we expected. The next morning, we took advantage of the free breakfast. The staff was very busy keeping everything well stocked. The selection of food was very good for a hotel breakfast., lots of choices and the coffee was good. We had trouble getting back into our room with the key card and it took two times back to the reception desk to get it working. The receptionist did accompany us back to the room the second time with her entry key to make sure we were able to enter the room. Except for a few hiccups, our overnight stay was very pleasant. We would stay here again.
I have used this hotel multiple times since it was built. It has always been a positive experience. The location is good in respect to access to the Interstate but is a little bit rural for maybe the average traveler. Has the basic amenities (fuel, snack, restaurant) close by and the food at the steak house is great. Also I could not hear the Interstate traffic so that is good also.I would recommend this hotel for anybody.
Love the stay here. This hotel is newer and is equipped with all the amenities including a fridge, microwave and hair dryer. The bed was super comfortable and we really enjoyed the stay. Have to give a shout out to the breakfast. It was above average.
Preferring a quieter stay out of Spokane, I liked the reviews for this Best Western. I knew my car would be close by for loading and unloading and they had a very reasonable pet fee. Good choice! Room was large with desk, micro and quiet fridge. There was DirectTV with plenty of channels and a heated tile floor in the bathroom. Nice extras one doesn't expect. Every staff member I encountered during my 2 stays (I was back on my return leg) from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast staff couldn't have been nicer or more professional.
This is one of the best Best Westerns have ever stayed at. The staff is very good. Of note are Shawn (sp?) at the front desk and the people doing the breakfast. Plus, good parking, nice rooms, great breakfast, places to eat close. Much better to stay here than in Moses Lake or Spokane - quieter and less crowded.
great place to stay. The rooms are excellent. The young lady doing the breakfast was the best I've seen at her job, friendly and on top of her job. The rest of the staff did whatever it took to make it a super stay. Easy on and off the freeway. We will stay there again!!!!!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and breakfast were up to Best Western standards. We had good parking for our car and motorcycle trailer. The price was a good value for two queen beds. All was clean.
Nice place to stay..big rooms, clean, quiet, pleasant staff, decent choices provided at breakfast. There were restaurants close for dinner. Our room had a nice view of the surrounding farmland. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
For over forty years I have stayed with Best Western for business a well as pleasure. The Ritzville, WA was by far the cleanest and most efficient motel/hotel I have stayed with this century. To coin a quaint cliché, "you felt at home".
I like this place; will stay again, but feel compelled to ask if anyone else has had the sprinklers water their car (and the water spots are hard/difficult to remove). Management denied wrong-doing, but I think they should at least offer to pay for the water-spot removal. I've scrubbed the spots at the gas station across the street from the hotel, then again at car washes before going through the wash. Spots won't come off. Management made lame excuses about time of day and wind warnings, but that wasn't accurate. Sprinklers should water the lawn, not windshields and paint on cars. Otherwise, the hotel is very nice :)
Very happy with the service and hospitality. The breakfast is always very good and we can always trust the quality of our stay. I would highly recommend any traveler to stay at the Bronco when in or near Ritzville.
We pulled up TripAdvisor when we arrived in Ritzville. Best Western is the only chain. We checked out a copy locals. One had poor reviews and was only $29 less than BW. The other motel office was closed at 6 p.m. So, we decided to check out the Best Western. First of all, they gave us the senior rate and the price was the same as we could have booked on line. For the extra $29 over the off brand hotels, we had a very nice place to stay. The motel itself was absolutely very nice. Courteous staff. Very clean and roomy room. Cookies in the evening. The breakfast. Not a fan of these motel breakfasts. Was a little better than average and nicely staffed with two friendly kitchen people. Good coffee. Internet was fine but not spectacular. Like so many nice motels, I am always a little irritated by the lack of adequate wall plugs in the electronic age.
appreciated the staff recognizing our need to arrive late and had the reservation ready for us. Other thatn the first key did not work in the lock we had a great stay. The breakfast was ok and the help was appreciated.
This was again a wonderful stay at the Bronco Inn. I am always impressed with the welcoming, homey atmosphere. The rooms are very clean, the staff is very helpful, and the breakfast is very good. I will return!!
This is a very comfortable, cozy, home feeling Best Western. If you ever just need a quick trip to get away then we recommend this hour trip from Spokane. The hotel is clean and has nice decorations. Easy to find from the freeway and a beautiful sunset.
We had a comfortable stay-great beds, very nice hot breakfast with lots of options, nice indoor hot tub and pool and very helpful, caring staff. This will be a regular stop for us when we travel from our home to the west coast.
While on vacation, we try to keep our "on-the-road" time to about 5-6 hours, so Ritzville, WA was our planned stopping point today. The Best Western Plus was conveniently located from I-90 but not so close where you hear Inter-state traffic. A big plus is they have laundry facilities, which we were happy to see and use. Room was clean and efficient but the closet was a bit small for hanging clothes. Overall, good location, value and has Telsa charging ports.
This hotel is in a good location right off the freeway. There are a few restaurants/fast food places nearby for meals. There is a nice grass area outside for pets that was very handy. The included breakfast was excellent, one of the best we've had at a hotel. We'd stay here again.
We were greeted warmly, our room was very good, as was the pool and breakfast. Ritzville is a very rural area, with few distractions for the traveler, and thus the quality of the accommodation is important.
My husband and I decided to drive from central Ohio to Portland Oregon and up to Seattle and back for our summer vacation. We didn't have any designated spots set to stay overnight, we just drove till we didn't feel like driving anymore and tried to find a hotel close. When I called to check availability they were very friendly and when we got there the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and relaxing and the beds were VERY comfortable. I would definitely recommend them and I would stay here again.
This was a last minute stay and we were very happy with the appearance of the outside and inside of this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The value was good. Convenient location to the highway. We would definitely recommend the hotel to others and stay again if in the area.
One of nicer Best Westerns we have stayed at; a pleasant surprise in a small rural area with limited choices. Clean property, comfortable room & bed, homey breakfast room with a nice selection of food; free wi-fi. Only there one night and did not check out pool. Desk staff was welcoming and efficient. Right off the interstate means convenient location, with some unavoidable traffic noise. That was not a problem for us, however. Good value. Would stay here again and highly recommend as a good choice in Ritzville.
This is a great hotel. It is clean, comfortable and inviting. There is a little road noise if sleeping with the window open, but that doesn't bother me. I like this hotel and stay here when our travels take us this direction.
The BW is a good value hotel that allows pets but they do not have an efficient policy dealing with pet stays. Requesting guest to call the front desk in the morning to have staff come inspect their room for pet messes. If there is a mess they pay the pet fee.
The hotel was very nice. The two queen size bed room was large and clean. The bedding was very comfortable. There was a good selection of food for breakfast. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Would recommend making a reservation. People were being turned away due to no rooms available.
We found Bronco Inn is an excellent place to stay. Warm and welcoming reception, supurb cleanliness, beautiful Americana decorating! Quiet and comfortable room and comfy beds Every needed amenitiy is available. We did not eat breakfast but the presentation was good. Hot bacon, eggs, bicuits gravy, cold cereal bagels. We were very satisfied. Will choose the Bronco Inn again!
Stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The indoor pool and hot tub were immaculate. Beds comfy and room a decent size. Breakfasts better than comparable places that offer free breakfast.. Staff professional and friendly.
All staff seemed to go out of their way to be helpful. Appreciated the 'Travelers Prayer' and scripture that was left out in the guest room. Wish there were more hotels that recognized their purpose in providing warm accommodations for travelers. One of the best Best Western hotels our family has stayed at. Top notch accommodations and staff. Very nice. Keep up the good work. Will highly recommend hotel and will stay there again. Thanks much.
we had a very nice stay last year at Best Western Plus Bronco Inn, Ritzville. Coming back from a trip to the Oregon coast and a 50 class reunion we stayed again this year and enjoyed another wonderful evening and great breakfast. Thank you
This is one of the best place with great service for families near to Palouse falls. They have great service, courteous staff, nice location near to every thing. Clean rooms and Clean pool. Their breakfast is also exceptional and a great value for your money.
Very nicest Best Western I have stayed at in my Western US travels. Clean, friendly and comfortable. Great value. Easy to get to off I 90. Loved the Bible and Travelers Prayer on my table when entering the room. Beautiful extra touch. Highly recommend this establishment.
Far away out on the amercan prarie - far away from everything you find this very nice hotel. Staff friendly and they are professional. Great breakfast. Why not 5 ... it needs a place to dine nice in the evenig ... and all the christmas stuff does not fit in, when temperatures ar close to ninty! great indoor pool!
This a real nice place. Room are very clea. Staff professional and pleasant. The libby area is very inviting. Breakfast is netter that I normally experience in these just off the highway places. To make it even better there is a starnucls right next door.
Reasonable sized room, flat screen TV, air con, good block-out curtains, quiet room, comfy bed, reasonable water preesure in shower, good hot/cold breakfast. Room very clean with a good price tag. Take awayfood and fuel next door
Our family drove from the midwest to the west coast for a vacation this summer, staying in several hotels (all about the same level - Best Western, Comfort Inn, Shilo, etc.) in each direction, and this was by far the best in terms of cleanliness, courtesy of staff, and breakfast accomodations. We found the rooms to be spacious and well appointed, and were well taken care of from checkin to checkout.
Have stayed here numerous times and is always, neat, clean, and staff always friendly. It sits near the interstate so rooms on west side of building are the quietest. Nice work out room and nice breakfast . They have fresh hot cookies in the afternoon. it is a little ways from the down town area, but if you get a chance take a drive through the downtown commercial district they have a neat array of iron sculptures. Hotel is near C-stores, restaurants, and fueling stations. Easy access on and off the interstate.
Nice hotel, surprisingly quiet for being next to the freeway. I have no complaints at all - once we got our room! A 50 minute wait (sorry Ritzville, not much to do) was the last thing we expected after driving all day. I understand if rooms are not ready due to housekeeping issues. However, with a reservation in hand, I'm told that the last clean room was given to the walk in guest right ahead of me in line. What's the point of a reservation if they don't actually reserve the first clean rooms for those of us who plan ahead?? The front desk said that's just the way they do things. Things like this make me reconsider my routine of always choosing Best Western.
This BW location has a fantastic staff and is well decorated and kept clean. While this may not be a destination hotel for recreation, since it is in the smaller country town of Ritzville, WA if you are in need of hotel accommodations while traveling this is the place to book! Very clean rooms, very hospitable owners and well decorated! Patriotic theme display in foyer area and we found all staff members we communicated with to be very friendly, helpful, and courteous! The breakfast was the usual BW experience however very well presented and prepared. We were there while a larger group was there and even then well taken care of and we didn't hear any noise the whole night. We were assigned to a room on the freeway side of the building and did not hear the traffic - so the building is well insulated! We will return to this location when staying in the area.
Enjoyed our stay here. The two gentlemen at the Front desk were awesome and very accomidating. We needed a W\\C accessible room and a rollaway bed. Both were beyond our needs. Breakfast was beyond expectations with many choices of cereal, eggs, waffles, fruit and more than usual Fare. The very best was an open Bible and Travelers Pray on the table in the room. We felt so safe and Welcome. Thank you!!!!
Happy with front desk. Friendly and professional. Explained everything in good detail. Rooms and bathroom very clean. Good Breakfast in the morning. Everything stocked very well. I would suggest that as a stop over for trips. Gas stations and quick food close by and coffee stops. Friendly people at each of the places we stopped.
This our 3rd time staying here. The staff is amazing. Rooms are clean, quiet (and we were right across from the breakfast room), beds are top notch. My son and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Easy freeway access, too. Just remember breakfast is over by 9am. (I think it should be 10)Also pet friendly. Shawn at the front desk was so nice and accommodating. This is, for sure, where we stay from here on out. We travel to Montana at least twice a year. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! A+
This Inn shines! The small town touch goes a long way too perfect their warmth. Right off the road. Supremely clean. A better than best version of the Best Western Breakfast. The rooms project a feeling of comfort, safety, home grown caring. right living,. Reserve early they fill up weeks ahead.. even for Best Western members!!!
We've stayed here before and we'll stay here again. We found the staff to be very professional and courteous. We had two rooms this time and the staff did great placing our rooms right next to each other. Found the breakfast to be great! Food hot and plentiful. Had our choice of bacon or sausage. Plenty of cereals and yogurts too!
The hotel rooms were very clean, the beds were exceptioanlly comfortable, staff were very friendly and polite and helpful. The front desk staff gave numerous recomendations went ask fr local resturaunts to eat at.
I can't say enough about this great hotel. Clean and very comfortable rooms! The pool area (my daughter was with me for 2 of the 5x I stayed). was clean and fun, they even had pool toys. Nice breakfast area, they keep it well stocked. I'm a truck driver so I give my "trucker review". This is a great place for trucks to park, their's always several trucks parked there and easy to pull in, turn around and back into. They also have a truck driver rate, ask for it if you're driving there in your rig!
Out of all the places my family stays throughout the year the Bronco Inn in Ritzville, WA is top notch there is no place better. Always immaculately clean and inviting. Friendly staff and helpful. Feel welcome from check in to check out. I wish I could take the Inn on the road with us.
As a former road warrior, I've spent a lot of nights in Best Western motels. This one is exemplary in every category! I couldn't find a thing to criticize! Before even going in, I was impressed with the immaculately kept property. Inside, there was a friendly, hospitable welcome from Steven. The lobby has comfortable arm chairs and a couch in front of a real fireplace. Our room was in excellent shape - two mints on the bed and a printed welcome prayer card from the staff. Breakfast next morning was something to behold! I've never seen such a large selection - even almond milk - truly something for everyone! Considering it's location, the Bronco was an absolutely delightful surprise!
On a trip between south central Montana to the Seattle area we found this hotel to be a very good stopping point. The arrival process set the tone for the balance of our stay. Rick, the Front Office receptionist was most professional and welcoming. The room was bright and comfortable and most importantly clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good and the two attendants were very attentive to the food line and to the guests as well. All the staff was professionally uniformed and knowledgeable of the area and its features. Our plan is to stay there again on our way home.
We have stayed here a few times over the past years as a midway stopover from Seattle to Missoula. The hotel appears "worn" in appearance and needs to be rejuvenating. The breakfast was not good at all. It is obvious that management made cost cutting measures. The eggs were flat thin oval shaped "things" and sausages were floppy and tasteless. I think we will stay at Moses Lake next time.
This hotel was a great value for the money. It was clean and quiet and the breakfast was great. Very family friendly and safe. The pool was nice and included toys for the kids, but the hot tub was a little tricky to figure out.
The Best Western Plus Bronco Inn at Ritzville, Wa is a favorite hotel of ours. The Pity is we seldom have reason to go to Ritzville or pass that way. This was our second time in about two years to stay there and both times it was wonderful all the way around.
Just passing through and needed a place to sleep. Exceeded expectations in all ways. Newer building. Larger than average rooms. Comfortable bed. Substantial breakfast that included a variety of hot items (eggs, bacon, fries and more). Would stay again.
After being on a hard long journey, this was a pleasant surprise of very nice accommodations and Great value. I would highly recommend this place. Great and comfy bed mad for a great night sleep. We arrived in a rain storm, on a motorcycle, and late at night. Staff and Room were ready and waiting. Will stay here again.
Great stopover on return trip to Seattle from Jackson, Wyoming. This Best Western is very convenient to i 90 and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Ask for a room in the back to decrease highway noise.
We aways stay here over the years when we go to Eastern Washington. The stay is always very pleasant and great staff. This time we had a room facing the freeway. That would be my only complaint and suggestion is to request a room on the opposite side which is very quiet.
We were rather surprised when we turned off to Ritzville (the hotel is located at exit 221, which we overshot and ended up driving back through the town) as it was deserted. The area is very much a working town and full of farms. The hotel seemed modern and was apparently 14 years old and had won various awards. A very nice young chap called Shawn greeted us on Monday evening. He made us feel very welcome explaining the facilities and when we asked about restaurants he was about to provide us with a map to which he added directions. We also asked about hotels in Seattle, upon leaving for dinner, as we had had no luck booking them online. He offered to check and provided us with a phone number for the main call centre of the Best Western brand. Shawn's customer service was excellent! All staff that we met through out the stay were polite and asked how we were. The room was adequate with to queens beds, a desk and chairs. Everything was clean, including the remote for the TV which was in its own littler pouch. Air conditioning was provided and remained constant and consistent. Breakfast was served from 06:00 to 09:00 and consisted of both a continental and hot food. Both were good. The only thing that was missing in my opinion was some fresh fruit salad. Other hotel amenities included free wifi, a fitness centre and a nice swimming pool with a decent depth and floats and toys. This was most relaxing after a long day! Overall an excellent hotel with great service. Worth stopping here if you need to break a journey.
This hotel has been refurbished with new rugs in Halls and beds with comfort tops, the bathrooms are still dated but clean. Good size room, front desk was friendly and helpful. Worst thing about this is there are no restaurants worth eating at within the area. In fact we had a hard time for finding any restaurants, the town closes up and rolls up the carpet about 4pm.
great place to stay. good staff. nice rooms decent breakfast. no problems. would use this motel anytime we're near there. would recommend to others. easy access to freeway but not too close to be annoying. everything worked good. restaurant access decent
I come over to Ritzville once a year to volunteer for the US Geological Survey's "Breeding Bird Survey". The Bronco Inn is 10 miles from where I need to start counting at 4:26 a.m. The staff remember me, have a clean, comfortable room, and provide me with a couple extra coffee packages so that I can fill my Stanley Thermos before I leave. I've used the fitness room in previous years, and enjoyed the pool & hot tub; this year I arrived late enough that I went straight to sleep.
Not a bad hotel. Make sure you ask for a room on the west side of hotel. The noise from the interstate in the morning and evening is loud. You would think a room on the third floor would have a shower that would drain. It drained slow but not bad. Room was clean. Young guy that work the front desk at night is awesome. Best of luck
This Best Western is an oasis in the dessert. Price per room does not reflect the wonderful experience of the staff and facility. The room was very quiet and comfortable. To bad there were no Frosted Flakes in the breakfast area!!! The breakfast was excellent, fresh and a good variety of breakfast items.
We were travelling from Edmonds to Missoula and this was a great mid point stopover. We had a double queen room on the second floor right next to the elevator which was clean, nice, no bad smell like some hotels, comfortable beds, spacious and clean bathroom, front desk fellow was frienfly efficient and gave us a good recommendation for dinner. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Price was very reasonable too!
Great place to stay. We were only there one night, but would stay there again. Very nice room--king bed with lots of room for our pack-and-play. The front desk people were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was your usual eggs, sausage, bacon, etc. The attendants were very attentive at keeping the food bins full. The indoor pool is open 24 hours so you can get in a swim no matter what time you arrive. We really liked staying here. The hotel is right off the freeway so easy to find. It is about an hour outside of Spokane.
This hotel was perfect for what we needed - a place to sleep and rest. The room we stayed in was a King suite, equipped with a King-size bed, a soft chair, plenty of space, a mini-frig, a microwave and a flat-screen TV. It felt almost as if we were staying in someone's home, like a bed and breakfast, as opposed to a standard hotel room. The pillows were amazing - our favorite feature from the room. (That and its location to the freeway - very close). The pillow were soft but not too soft, yet slightly firm, just enough to support a tired head. We'd definitely stay here again.
I have stayed in this hotel many times on my way to and from work. The hotel is well run, very clean, good service, great amenities and can truly be a home a home away from home. The breakfast is always well presented, comfortable lobby and conversational areas, nice size rooms, comfortable beds, fitness area and indoor pool! My only suggestion is to ask for a room away from the freeway, as the highway noise can be a bit bothersome.
the Best Western Plus in Ritzville WA was one of the best experiences I have had. It was extremely clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. the complimentary breakfast in the morning was tasty and had a lot to offer. I highly recommend this place!
This motel is very clean, good breakfast and close to the Interstate. The staff werre very helpfull in helping us find a car wash to wash all the bugs off. Free WiFi and a very quite evening. Overall I'd recommend it.
We had a wonderful stay. Very clean and inviting like you were at home and there was milk and cookies in the main area. Awesome pool and hot tub that is open 24 hours. The Breakfast very filling with lots of choices. Great staff. A Home away from home!
After driving a long day it was nice to stay at a clean and comfortable place. The bed was awesome and the room was very clean. Coffee was good as was the breakfast selection. We will definitely stay again.
Best Western has mastered the basics of a medium priced freeway motel - nice clean room with a king bed, good Wi-Fi, good free breakfast and all of the other amenities we have come to expect. This property is a good example. We extended our stay for a day and will return next month.
Very kind, clean room, air condition works very well, TV is new, and most of all I really enjoyed hot breakfast. They have everything and it is free. I absolutely will come back this place again. In addition, bathroom is not small at all. Very spacious.
I will definitely stay here again. Excellent rooms, staff, breakfast and location. Great restaurant nearby. Our whole family stayed here and they accommodated the rooms for us so we could be near each other.
We moved my son from PA to Seattle driving cross country, and stayed one night at the Bronco Inn. Place was clean, comfortable and had a family atmosphere to it. You could tell the staff cared about the facility. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks Bronco Inn
I've stayed in a number of Best Westerns; they fit the bill for our current style of family vacations. This property is well run. Well cared for and clean, clean, clean. They even had toys in the pool to help tire out our six year old.
You will not find a better hotel than Bronco Inn. The staff is excellent, the rooms are wonderfully decorated, clean and comfortable. The management will bend over backwards to make sure your stay is a positive one!
Great place along the open stretch of I-90 where you need a break after a long day of driving... We stayed at Triple Play Resort the night prior and found the Bronco Inn exceeded the Triple Play in every way...
We were very pleased with the Best Western Plus Bronco Inn. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There had been a reservation error made by us but Rick at the front desk managed to work it out. Amy in the breakfast room was very friendly and efficient. The service we received was an absolute pleasure. Our room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. While all rooms were fairly quiet, if available, request a room away from the interstate.
We checked in and were offered our choice of 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor, husband jokingly said lets go for the view so we will take the 3rd floor. Clerk then said he didn't have any 3rd floor rooms available so we settled for the 2nd floor. Got up to the room opened the drapes and what did we see? the roof line of the pool, so no view after all. Oh well we weren't there for the view anyway. The room itself was rather large and clean. There was a bible already opened up to a passage which I though was odd, but it didn't bother us. Room had a microwave and fridge. The wifi once I got the code figured out worked quite well and only dropped us 1x. The TV was satellite and I could not find a channel guide any where so we had to flip through the channels individually. The bathroom counter was large. Yay. We had a king size bed so there were end tables on each side of the bed, as a matter of fact the bed was so comfortable neither husband nor I wanted to get out of it, then we realized breakfast was almost over. Breakfast was great except for the fact that there was no "lite" yogurt or skim milk. Eggs, bacon and hash browns along with fresh fruit and waffles and the usual bread products. Although there wasn't much of the hot foods they did keep filling them up and they were actually warm. Just in case though they did have a microwave. They did have cookies and milk at night too. There was plenty of parking and if for some reason the hotel lot is full there was a huge dirt lot right next door for larger vehicles and if you happen to have an electric car they even had hook ups for that. Hotel did have a pool and jacuzzi however they were under renovation so did not get to use them. I did know that when I booked the hotel thanks to it being advertised on the Best Western web site. A small fitness room and laundry was also on premise. Other than the skim milk and lite yogurt my only other issues were when the guests in the room next to and up above us turned on their water (shower, bathtub) it was so loud almost thought that we had turned on the water in our room. Of course there were kids running in the room up above ours and running down the hall and yelling, but this wasn't the hotel's fault. When we checked out there was no one at the front desk and it took me a few seconds to see there was a bell to ring. After ringing the bell 2 employees came out and I think one of them was actually a housekeeper. She was trying to log in and by the time she had logged in the gentleman had already printed our receipt out. Anyway it was nice to see them helping each other out and being crossed trained at the front desk. Hotel is decorated with lots of quits, pictures, an old stove (in the breakfast room) etc stuff you would kind of find on a farm.
On way back home from NCAA Basketball tournament, wanted place to stay. I chose this BW property, because I knew it was clean and a good value. I recommend it to anyone looking to stay between Seattle and Spokane. Good value and clean.
I have spent more time than usual in motels during the past year, and the Best Western in Ritzville was one of the most welcoming, and comfortable places I have stayed. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast excellent, the staff at the front desk really kind. I highly recommend this motel.
This hotel has a lovely country theme, quilts, furniture, pictures, etc. Staff (especially the breakfast lady) were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. A really good place to stay on our road trip.
I have traveled the NW on business for the last 25+ years and I have yet to find a hotel that matches up to this location. BW is my hotel of choice and this location is always my stay when going from MT to OR, OR to MT each month. I would recommend it to anyone on the road.
For a truly welcoming, clean stay, try this best western! WE were travelling through to Seattle and stayed the night, and were greeting with the friendly staff. The breakfast is excellent. What a lovely hotel.
i would stay here again great staff and loved the room would stay here again in the future and tell our friends about it was surprised to see such a great place to stay in a small town easy access from the freeway
This hotel has the most comfortable beds & is very quiet even next to the interstate. One of the nicest hotels for the price all the way around. We have stayed here more than one time and prefer it over hotels in this town. The staff is friendly and the decor makes me feel like I am at home.
The hotel is pleasant to stay in. The employees are courteous and very helpful. Eating establishments are nearby within walking distance. Breakfast was very good and in top breakfasts available for hotels. I would definitely stay at this property again.
Nice stay at Best Western in a part of Washington State that doesn't have many nice hotels. Dinner at Ritzville Roadhouse nice too. Our dog enjoyed the quiet and Animal Planet on tv....don't get that at home!
Ritzville is a nice little town also being the oldest town in the state of Washington. There are not a lot of places to eat within walking distance unless interested in fast food. The motel itself is very nice and up to date, the internet was really slow..
We call it the "chocolate chip cookie inn" because a tray of cookies and jug of milk greets us on arrival. Rooms are large, airy with lots of space, and very clean. A full cooked breakfast is included in the price, which makes it excellent value. There's a pool and hot tub. We always enjoy our stays.
Short notice for reservations, and no problem having to change dates due to roads being closed in the pass's. Will stay again if occasion arises. We had a great weekend. Everything was perfect, the room, pool and the decorations in the lunchroom and hallways. Ron & Laurie
Everything was clean and comfortable. The lobby was a delight to walk into, the sound of Christmas music greeted us, the lobby fireplace had a fire burning, there was a Christmas tree and Christmas stockings. Additionally, we appreciated the pool which was open 24 hours, the very comfortable bed, and excellent staff - professional and nice.
Our original destination for the night was the BW in Liberty Lake, but because of the Spokane black out we had to drive another hour and a half to Ritzville. This was a surprisingly good hotel, quiet and restful, and a lot of room to walk the dog.
Clean rooms, good beds, fridge, microwave and at reasonable price and one of the best breakfast buffets I have encountered at a U.S. Motel. For me good beds is paramount as am there to get a good sleep while traveling. We have stay at the Inn, in different rooms, on several occasions traveling to Oregon.
Friendly Staff. Excellent Rooms. Great Beds, Very clean, really a nice place. Great breakfast. They have everything you could want for breakfast. Very professional staff. Rooms have Fridge and Microwave. Direct TV but the thing that will impress you is how clean it is. Due to allergies we always need rooms that have not allowed animals in them.
Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Warm cookies in the evening and great breakfast in the morning! The room was clean and comfortable. Lots of places to eat surrounding the hotel. I would recommend this to anyone going through Ritzville.
This hotel is charming, but the in room heaters make so much racket that it's hard to sleep...the one in the next room ran all night and was disturbing. The staff was wonderful and the place was charming, but honestly the in room units are horrible. I stay a lot in Best Western and other properties and this is the first time I've seen a quality facility have this kind of inferior in room heating.
The front desk staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious....A great stop on highway395 Breakfast was good. They have have fresh baked cookies on a plate in the lobby which was a very nice touch.
Our experience was delightful. It began with the reservation process, I made the reservation directly with the hotel, and continued through check out. Rooms were large, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast actually included eggs, bacon and sausage, as well as the usual cereal, fruit and fresh homemade waffles.
I was chaperoning a group of soccer boys; they loved the hotel and accommodated them superbly. Pool was great, rooms very spacious and they gave us adjoining queen/king rooms for our 6; could have adjoined rooms for up to 8 people. Microwaves and large fridge in all rooms. Breakfast was excellent for hungry, athletic teenage boys. Perfect stopover location from western Washington to eastern Washington.
Our room exceeded our expectations. The hotel and room were very clean and breakfast was very good. An excellent place to stop for the night if you're traveling on hwy 395 in Eastern Washington. The only downside is that there is not much around to have dinner.
All front desk personnel efficient and extremely helpful. Room was quite and bed was great. Location was easy to get to and leave after checkout. Breakfast was good and plentiful. A great experience after 6 days on the road in various motels.
Driving I-90 late at night and getting tired to the point I knew it best to stop, so when I saw what appeared to be a newer Best Western, I pulled off for a few hours of sleep. However, between the noise of the trucks and vehicles sounding like they were going right through my room (did you not use insulation in your construction) and a refrigerator and air conditioning that rattled, bumped, squeeled...well suffice it to say that at 4am I gave up and just hit the road again. What a waste of money
I had a pleasant restful stay. The hotel and room was clean and nicely decorated. All services provided were excellent. Staff was friendly and welcoming. They took the extra step to inform me of the dining places in the area.
We had driven after a long day and got to Best Western at Ritzville. It was clean, quiet and we were very happy with our stay. Clean rooms and a great night's sleep. Plus, breakfast was awesome. Thank you!
The hotel has very clean rooms with friendly staff. The lobby and grounds are well maintained. The continental breakfast area is very roomy with a large screen t.v. centrally located for everyone to view. The breakfasts have a large varitey of healthy choices. The beds are comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.
This was a great place to stay, very clean, comfortable, and a great breakfast. The location was great for us and the people were very helpful. The bed was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was quiet and worked well.
Feels like the comfort of home when you are away from home- always a wonderful nights sleep and I love the Americana décor. I used to have to do a lot of layover stays at hotels when I drove hazmat tanker for The Linde Group and the Best Western Bronco Inn in Ritzville, WA was one of my favorite places to stay.
The BW in Ritzville was clean and comfortable. The rooms are large and so is the lounge area- larger than most hotels. The continental breakfast in the mornings offer all the usual fare. If you are on highway 395 and cannot drive any further to Spokane or Kennewick, the Best Western in Ritzville would be just fine and dandy.
We stay here every year coming back from a trade show. The room is spacious, bed is great, all very clean. Water is soft, even ! Breakfast is really good...plenty of protein options. Small suggestions: coffee was weak and a bit bitter. And management should supply food service gloves for servers/cooks who have a really awful cold. Last night on a trip and I so don't want to bring home her respiratory infection ! But for that, this is a great overnight.
When we walked into the lobby, I was immediately struck by the homey, comfortable space. That feeling permeated everywhere we went in the hotel. In addition to tables and chairs, the breakfast room had several antiques and some comfortable furniture facing a large TV. Even the ice-machine room was adorably decorated. Of course, our room was cute and comfortable as well. And while many hotels have Gideon Bibles in a drawer, we found one setting out open to a Psalm and a Traveler's Prayer card on top. I was touched. In addition, the staff was very friendly.
Very dog friendly, dog friendly grass, nice staff, quite hotel despite being by Interstate 90, very clean rooms, very clean overall, great hot breakfast, spacious rooms, good hot tub and pool, I'm going to stay here again!! A++ Worth every penny!!
This was the best hotel we stayed at of the 6 nights we were on the road. Not one bad thing about this hotel. Hotel employees were the most helpful... from breakfast service to maintenance employee helping us with our key card.
