Best Western Plus Plaza Hotel & Conference Center

This is my "go to" hotel whenever I travel to this area. It is always clean; the staff are always friendly and helpful and the rooms are always comfortable. The location is great as there is a mall nearby along with plenty of places to eat; a few withing walking distance.

The hotel was in a good location for our stay, but is in need of some updating. Breakfast was in a temporary conference area, so hopefully a sign of remodeling beginning. Definitely needed in guest rooms.

In room jetted tub was great but was looking forward to hot tub and pool. Was not told when when making reservations hotel is under construction. The breakfast was great. They had many options. Bed was kind of hard.

This place is nice. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub will not be working for quite a while since they're going to be remodeling the area. Breakfast east run of the mill prepackaged stuff except for some fresh fruit. Room 326 was nice.

I think the best place to stay in Puyallup when at the Fairgrounds for an event. Staff is superb, well trained and very accommodating. Great breakfasts are included...a bit inconvenient during the remodel but that will end. Bed is very comfortable. I love the jacuzzi tub but I hear they will be removed during the remodel...sad. The suites as currently furnished do not have a good workplace or easy access to plugs for computers and/'or charging; I hope that will be addressed. With all of this, I would not consider staying any place else in Puyallup. The long time manager Josh Gershorn makes sure the property is a destination point.

The hotel was clean, staff was great. Breakfast was great. Rooms were spacious. Water pressure was fantastic. Beds were very firm. Close to restaurants and shopping. For the price I'd definitely stay here again.

I stay at this hotel every time that I visit Puyallup. Friendly staff, close to the freeway, and the bumbs don't appear to squat in this area. That is a pleasant change for Seattle. The rooms are clean, breakfast is good, and pillows are comfortable.

I expect Best Western to adhere to a level of quality and comfort and I do not believe that the South Hill Puyallup location has that currently. The toilet is not secured as it moves when movement occurs. The humidity level is in the 60's in the room. A remodel has begun in the hotel which has a high level of chemical smells at the entrance to the lobby. The heating cooling system is confusing with two thermostats at window and wall. Bathroom is outdated and on can barely make it on the toilet and shut the door. The elevator is extremely small. Friendly staff does keep this review at a 1.5. Very disappointed in the overall modernization of the building and the room.

I always stay at a best western. I am always greeted by my name and a friendly face. The rooms are always clean and if i need something i can always expect to get it. The breakfast is excellent and the hot things are hot and the cold things are cold. The coffee is great.

First class, from check in to check out! Everything you could need in a hotel room is provided, including a Keurig coffee maker! Beautifully appointed rooms. This hotels has all amenities, business center, pool, spa and exercise equipment. Great hot breakfast, and beverage center. Great value, i will always look for a BW Premier Hotel for my stays in the future. Best staff ever!

one night getaway, just needed privacy. room was fairly clean, staff were friendly. plenty options for breakfast. the water in the toilet just ran all night even after jiggling the flusher. dust build up on the tv set. big parking lot. lobby was grand.

Dirty and run down. Don't book here. Extremely outdated bad over priced. It was $250 for a single night in a regular room and it was very gross. Hair on the ceiling, lip stick on the mirror. This makes me never want to stay at a best western again!

This is the hotel we stay at because it is close to relatives in the area. It is easy to get to, our room was very clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a variety to choose from.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The front desk staff made me feel like a rock star and the morning breakfast included with stay YUM!! You can make your own waffles!! Trust me it's a stay for win!!!

We needed a place to stay that was clean and able to handle my wife to do dialysis and this was perfect. Staff was very friendly and great to work with. Will definitely be staying there again next time we are in town.

This hotel is like a geode that you must cut open to see the crystal and colors inside. From outside it looks kind of old. But walk inside and it is wonderful old, like Downton Abbey or a wealthy relative's country estate. The room was immaculate. The bed was comfortable. The treadmill in the workout room worked perfectly. It felt fun to walk through the halls and look at the chandeliers and wallpaper. The lobby where breakfast is served is like a Country estate and there is plenty of room to stretch out and sit and be comfortable and enjoy the muffins and what seems to be home made jam. There is a Denny's right next door in the parking lot as well as a super large mall right down the street with many delicious restaurants nearby. I almost hate to share this secret because I want them to have rooms available when I want one. It sits in the parking lot kind of behind the holiday Express inn, and it is worthy of notice.

Really nice hotel that's organized, pretty, clean, comfortable with good amenities. They have many breakfast foods and the best coffee. Everyone that works there is fantastic, helpful, friendly and good personalities. I stay a few times a year for work and it's perfect.

This was a business trip to Frederickson Washington. I really like to stay at Best Westerns. I like the small company vibe they give off because of being independently owned and operated. The staff was very friendly, and very helpful.

The staff are excellent. Breakfast was fresh and very good quality. Room was comfortable. The staff respond quickly to requests. The business center works great and has a nice laser printer at no charge.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for a day and it was an excellent choice. I can't speak English very well, but thanks to the friendly front desk staff, I was able to stay here for a night. If I have a chance to visit again, I will visit this place again.

It was the wrong experience at hotel. We woke first with no water in the entire hotel for about 6 hours. Couldn't shower, wash hands, or even use bathroom. Was supposed to discount and never saw it on the bill. Shower wasn't clean with random hairs in it. If you love to sleep on cement this is the place for you.

Always enjoy our stay at this hotel. This time we stayed 12 nights in November, 2022. Breakfast was great and the room was quiet.On Thursday night November 17, 2022 a truck started its engine outside our room. We would not be able to sleep because of the noise. We called the front dest and the person on staff took care of it and withing 15 minutes the truck turned off its engine. We got a good night sleep.

I got in about dinner time and was so pleased to see there was a nice restaurant in the hotel. It was so easy and enjoyable. I loved the room and the gym. Next time (next month) I'll check out the pool.

The staff was johnny-on-the-spot ready for any challenge. We never had to wait for anything. Everything was in its place, the breakfast buffet was top notch, always fresh. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Room temp was easily adjustable for the perfect comfort level. The daily room service was adjusted to only what we needed or available for full service if we wanted. Very accommodating, very comfortable, very efficient team, very affordable.

I had issue of the size of the bathrooms. Overall the staff answered every questions especially the changes since Covid. My husband and I had a chance to visit the Bar they had in the hotel and where very satisfied of the menu.

I stayed at this location in order to attend a concert in Tacoma. I liked how it wascentrally located. It was in Puyallup, and it made it very easy to get to restaurants locally and to get back on the freeway to do tourism in both Seattle and Whidbey Island. The event I was attending was in Tacoma and the South Hill Transit Center to access public transit was literally across the parking lot and super easy to use. The check-in was super quick and the lobby was very nice. All of the staff was very helpful. I needed paper copies of something printed out and they did it right at the front desk for me. I love the pool and hot tub hours, as they were open until 11 PM. The breakfast was amazing with so much variety of hot and cold food. I had something different every day for the three days I was there . The room was very nice and clean. Housekeeping was on demand only, but we had no issues with that as we had plenty of supplies in the room and didn't need them. Toiletries were provided in the room. Overall, this was a great stay and if I am in the area again, I will definitely choose to stay here.

would come again----i watched TV and then went to bed.......i was tired and this was a nice time for me to catch up on some much need sleep .i stayed over because our conference programs usually go late into the evening so i felt that i would just get a room with a friend. in the end, the friend did not come as she had covid......and that is my story.

We make a trip to this location annually and usually stay at a different hotel. Our normal hotel was having booking issues so we decided to give this one a try. We are usually happy with Best Westerns but we won't be staying at this one again. First the good- It is a great location, the lobby and pool are really nice. The hot tub was hot and the towels in the pool area were well stocked. Breakfast had a good variety of pre-packaged and hot foods depending on if you wanted to grab something and go or sit down to a hot breakfast. It wasn't a huge selection but enough that almost anyone could find something they like. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The issues we had were all with the rooms. We got 2 rooms. One room smelled so strong like some kind of air freshener you could barely breathe. It seemed that maybe they were covering another smell like cigarette smoke. But it was really unpleasant. The other room had an AC that was almost not working at all. That room got so hot that we went to wal mart right before they closed to get a fan so we could at least have air moving. I noticed in another review someone complained about how small the bathrooms were. I thought that was such a silly complaint. You have no idea until you use them. There is barely room for a tub and toilet. When you sit on the toilet your knees are blocking the door. There wasn't even a place to set your clothes while you shower other than the toilet so you needed to get dressed out in the main room. Also, one room in particular was in pretty bad shape with wall paper peeling off the wall. The last thing is that you hear a lot from the other rooms. We could hear people talking, walking, getting up to use the bathroom, it didn't have very good sound proofing. Judging just by the communal areas I would give it a 5 star rating but the rooms themselves aren't very comfortable. Better air conditioning would help a lot. Not sure what, if anything, could be done about the tiny bathrooms, it was a strange design. Would not choose to stay here again given the other choices locally.

The hotel is a great place and very centrally located. Lots of different eating/food options around the area. Also lots of shopping. The staff is very attentive and helpful! Will stay here again in the future!

This hotel is well maintained. I saw a painter touching up the paint around the inside of the hotel at least 3 days I was there. The rooms were spacious and had a refrigerator and microwave. The food at breakfast was good and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I was there 5 days for a conference. I was pleased with the hotel.

Room rate was over 200$ a night refrigerator and coffee pot was broken food was ruined pool water was gross room had many issues including bedding and that's a big issue for me was told I'd get some points at least for issues but have not received any as of yet

Staff was friendly, our room was very nice & the jetted tub was excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast both mornings of our stay, many options but our favorite was the make your own waffles. Pool and spa were very clean.

Good overall value. Has decent breakfast options. Bathroom was a little small, but how much time do you really spend there? Had a fridge, microwave, table and chair to work on, soft beds, and most important-QUIET!!!!

Had an Amazing stay! Very nice and comfy bed, friendly staff and clean facilities. There were plenty of fresh towels and the linen was clean and soft. Will stay here again. Love that they have truck parking and accept CLC. They are grade A in my book.

We were so excited to be staying here again as our last start was great. Walked into the room, covered with ants along the baseboards. Went to the front desk, Amanda was very unhelpful. Said they had no rooms, they were full because no one in Washington has A/C and it was 100 degrees out. She also said there were no other hotels within 50 miles that had rooms. We got on the phone, within 2 calls found an amazing hotel 15 minutes away.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Efficient AC on a super hot weekend. Bed was comfortable. Yummy breakfast. Great location. We stayed here with a wedding party. It was just a few miles from the venue do very convenient for our purposes.

We have stayed at this hotel for MANY years... but this year... BW KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! The security measures that they put in place for the car show participants was PHENOMINAL! Night time security and dedicated parking for car owners made us sleep very peacefully! The staff was amazing in getting us checked in early and meeting the high demands of our elderly Dad! Thank YOU! We will be back again!!

When I arrived at the hotel and checked in to my room the door was slightly open. I looked to make sure that no one was in the room. The front desk tried to help me but he said it was broken. He offered to let me check out without penalty or I could just deadbolt the door. There was no other available rooms.

We arrived during a time multiple events were occurring. Yet staff was always available and accommodating. They were even able to keep plenty of food and drink during breakfast available for all. They ensured we were comfortable by giving us additional pillows, after we made one off hand comment about how they did not match what we have at home.

We were attending a surprise retirement party with 3 grandchildren. The hotel accommodations met our needs very well. There were plenty of snacks. The pool and fitness center were appreciated by the grandsons as was the onsite restaurant. The full bar was a nice treat as was the gracious front desk staff who met every need for our 5 person family immediately and cheerfully. The customer service was outstanding.

I stayed 3 nights at the hotel the last day before check out I went downstair for breakfast and someone entered our room and stole my money in my purse. I did put the do not disturb sign on.Contact the hotel still no answer

Nice hotel easy access from the highway. Lots of parking. Room was clean and inviting. Staff was very friendly and helpful Was able to suggest restaurants close by to have dinner as their lounge and restaurant wasn't open

Overall, very satisfied. We were looking for a location close to a retirement party venue. It was 8 minutes away by car. Easy hotel to find. Plenty of parking. Nice facility. Friendly, helpful staff. I would stay here again.

Our two night stay included a very friendly and accommodating staff, clean room, which was furnished with TV, closet, ample lighting, Keurig coffee maker, and a desk for business work. Remote for TV was simple, just wish there was a channel guide available. Bathroom was a toilet and shower/tub squeeeezed together in a cramped space. Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board were there if needed. Continental breakfast was better than most hotels with varied breakfast items. Something all hotels should consider: Usually there is only ONE chair to sit and relax. This was the case here, although the chair for the business desk can be used. We have noticed in our adventures usually only ONE chair available. Strongly urge hotels for at least one additional chair. Will return as our stay was enjoyable!

Positives: Amazing pillows, blankets, and good night's sleep! Good sized rooms. Very solid continental breakfast. Okays: Clean. Staff (seems overworked). A handful of walkable restaurants in the area. Negatives: Fox News in the lobby all day. Pool was closed. Bar and restaurant were not operating - I get it, but maybe update your website for booking purposes. Overall: Would go back again, and beg to change the channels, and find out which amenities are actually legit.

I feel as though even since the last time I stayed in October 2021 that the service has yet again gone down hill I understand the issues after Covid and NO EMPLOYEES but the ones you have could certainly “do better” My coffee maker did not work and my toilet is set at “running water” all night I kindly asked for a fix and I kindly asked for a different code maker, one that would work and received neither requests. I feel as though I paid for a PREMIUM HOTEL AND RECEIVED a low end hotel as far as service and quality as well as no breakfast on Saturday as I checkout at 6:25 am with no coffee in my room and downstairs coffee urns x 3 were empty, they just had hot water and ice water and no juice, food out or no food even in the refrigerator/microwave area! The stay pretty much was overpriced for just a bed! Also, once again the pool/hot tub is “not working” I was offered to walk to the Holiday Inn to use there's! I just could not believe any of the issues as I expect much better from Best Western I am extremely shocked and dissatisfied It would be appreciated to have this forwarded to management yet I have to say I am mot sure THEY CARE!

Booked this hotel for the pool...informed at check in that the pool was closed but we were welcome to go over to the Holiday Inn and use their pool for free. Breakfast was a full hot breakfast! Nice surprise after prior years of cold sack breakfasts--we traveler's know what those were like...Staff was nice and cookies, coffee, tea, ice water, and fruits were available. I did not try the wifi, but the TV stations were relevant. We stayed 1 night for Springfest 2022 at Pacific Raceways, this hotel was much nicer than the one we stayed at last year. Much cleaner too for about the same price point. Price is up for debate, to each their own. I probably would stay here again next year for Springfest 2023 but we'll see... Beds were hard but the pillows were nice. xxx love peace and chicken grease

Very nice facility, beds were very firm with plenty of pillows. Found the bathroom to be very tight, very little room between door, toilet and shower. Plenty to view on the TV but couldn't find a guide channel.

Home insurer had put me in that hotel from Dec 15 to 21. I had to get out hotel outright because on 21st at 4:25am a chimp change thief broken in my car that was parked at the hotel. No reimbursement, no, nothing. Front desk, Anthony, was kind enough to call police. Hotel itself- lots noticeable paper wall peels, marble floor cracks, and cracks on outside building, bed mattress are really worn out, lots pillows to choose from, and simple breakfast due to pandemic. Not going to stay at that place again.

Generally speaking the place is quiet and peaceful with decent amenities. They have reasonable food served hot most mornings. The staff is friendly and polite. They are under covid restrictions now which make service harder to do, but they are doing it the best they are able.

Would definitely stay here again. Great location in Puyallup. Next to Dennys, and near shopping centers. Employees all friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and room was very quiet.

Covid may have caused SLIGHT drop in quality of this fine motel. It is still excellent but seemed to be getting a bit tired as if it needed a refurbishing to be 10 star as it has been. I would still rate it a solid 8 star but getting close to where the high cost is not quite matching what I expect to receive. Now this could be to impact of Covid. While breakfast is still way above average, again not QUITE as good as in previous years. Do not mean to damn with faint praise as this is a very nice property. But when you have raised the bar high, your burden is to keep it that high. I see some sagging in the bar.

As highly contagious omicron spreads this is not the place to be if you want to avoid it. Masks are required inside here but forget that lots of people wandering the hotel with no mask. Room is fine. Price is not cheap or a deal. Beds are comfortable. Coffee and breakfast is decent in the lobby. Staff was nice. This hotel should be $150 to $175 a night NOT $240

Hotel is nicely updated. Easy parking, and super clean. Bed was very comfortable. They are pet friendly and have lots of outdoor pet areas. Denny's restaurant is right in the parking lot. I felt safe. Front desk was great. Breakfast is limited but available. Onsite restaurant is closed as well as the pool. Lots of options for dining and shopping nearby.

Feel super welcome to stay at this hotel. Great location near the mall and food to eat. Lobby are so beautiful. Love the train model in the lobby.We mainly came to relax and swim. The breakfast is excellent. The only 2 things we have the issues are the ventilation in the room. Very loud. We found out kind of late so we just try to sleep also jets near the pool is not working but at-least we still can use warm water.

I stayed at Best Western on business. I was gone from my room for 16.5 hours and when I returned the room access card was inoperable. I notified the representative at the front desk and he proceeded to rudely explain to me how he "can't control how the room cards work", which I replied "you can control how you treat your customers". Once I obtained working room access cards, I returned to my room to find it had not been visited by any cleaning staff; thus, the towels were laying on the bathroom floor and had not been replenished. I will mention the representative who checked me out of my room at 0400 in the morning was extremely kind and helpful.

Even though this hotel room seemed to be a little older it is very clean and well taken care of. The grounds are very nice, great place to walk your dogs and the staff is very professional, courteous and caring.

They say they are pet friendly but only if you bring your check book , they charged us $34 including tax for our small dog -he did better than some guests who went through the morning buffet line with no mask

This Best Western was a great place to stay with easy access to the highways, a shopping mall for things we forgot to pack, and reasonably priced for travelers who headed out every morning to explore the area and didn't return until evening.

Hard Beds, Child sized Toilets and the heater made so much noise we had to turn it off,never again for us!! No sleep and so sore from the hard slab of a bed,loud heater then when I went to check out there was no one at the front desk

Loud AC. Room door very insecure. I. Could see when people walked by the room through the large gaps around the door. No TV guide. Room was very loud. Fitness center never cleaned. No hand sanitizer, no sanitation wipes.

Everything here was generally OK. My biggest issue was that after discovering the first night that I could get only just above lukewarm water, even after running the water for a long time (which I hate to do as I am wasting water), I reported this to the front desk staff. I was told that that was just the way the system was and I would just have to accept it. I was on the second floor near the end of the hall. They had already charged me for my six night stay, so I had no choice but to stay. So for six nights I had no real hot water. There was no effort whatsoever to address this. You can take your chances here, my friends on the first floor nearer the center of the property fared better, but I won't be returning .

We are Diamond Elite Members and travel for work and make BW our first choice always. This hotel was OVERPRICED for what they offered. I feel that they did a little price gouging for the large event in town over the weekend. The price clearly did not meet the amenities being offered. Every staff member that we were in contact with were rude and didn't know what the term Customer Service meant. We have stayed at the property for the past 10 years.... I won't be staying here in the future and will take all of friends and family with us. VERY DISAPPOINTED in our stay!

Since they advertise both a pool and a full service restaurant and had neither. Not due to Covid, but pool part on order and restaurant had no staff. I had researched the hotel with both since my husband would be gone with the car all day. I was stuck in the room, chair was too dirty to sit in and even picked up stuff off the carpet. Kept my shoes on and had to do all physical therapy on the bed. Asked for a quiet room and we were the room closest to a noisy road.

Location was next to a goodwill, another hotel and a restaurant right next to a highway. The parking lot had broken glass and needles in it. The room was clean looking to walk in to but once in and looking around you could see it was not clean at all right down to hair in the tub.

Elegant place does not look like you walked into a.hotel that is beautifully decorated love the light fixtures but disappointed that with covid the swimming pool is still closed next time I guess. And both employees were very nice and helped out with my kids being loud and obnoxious thank you!

Our stay was nice, refreshing and the beds were great. We also enjoyed the breakfast. The fitness room was wonderful and had everything I needed for a good workout! The only thing I would have like to have was a bathroom by the fitness room.

I got a suite with jetted tub. The tun had dirt and debris coming out of the jets. The couch was in bad shape too. Waste of my money.The bed was as hard as a rock. The part of town is a high crime area. So much so that they have signs advising you remove all valuables from your car.

Even amidst the pandemic, this team provided professional care and service. While many services couldn't be provided (real breakfast with indoor seating) they strived to meet our needs and make the stay enjoyable.

Every time I stay in Puyallup, WA - this is my only choice. The staff is very friendly and they truly care about every guest and offer a warm welcome. The hotel and lovely clean rooms are always in perfectly clean and beautiful condition. We have visited a lot of hotels over the years and this one is "home" friendly and vacation fantastic. Great place for business too! Exceptionally careful here during covid.

We have not stayed in a hotel since last January out of an abundance of caution due to high risk family. We chose this as a home base when we had to come to town for some family business. Overall an excellent stay that left me feeling safe thanks to their COVID precautions. The room was clean, the staff responsive the few times we interacted and you could tell they were taking great care to remain as clean and safe as a public place can be. We will definitely come back, hopefully after COVID is under control.

The establishment its self is wonderful. How ever the gal at the front desk was not very welcoming and was rather rude. I have stayed at many different hotels and motels and can say that id rather stay at a 2 star hotel that has basic customer service skills than a 5 star hotel with lack there of any day for any travel occasion.

Stayed in a King Suite for two nights. Very clean, comfortable, and excellent service. On the second night, there was a lot of noise coming from the adjoining suite. I couldn't sleep but the night manager of the hotel, Luke was extremely accomodating. He provided me with another room to sleep for the rest of the night, while my husband was sleeping on the suite. Luke deserves a raise. Due to Covid, they are only serving packaged food for breakfast. I missed Waffles but it's better to be safe than sorry. I would highly recommend the hotel.

This was my second time at best western in puyallup , the staff/front desk were very helpful, nice, the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was more of a snack on the go, but still happy about having breakfast included. I just love staying at best western .

The price is awesome for what you get. Clean, safe , and cozy. Its perfect for traveling with family. We travel every so often to Washington to see family . its a great location, close to restaurants and other essentials.

On 9/12 I stayed at this property for a bit of time being a tourist. all was well until I came back to the hotel after having a long day being a tourist, to find no maid service was completed. In speaking with the front desk the attitude was just deal with it. My family purposely stays at this hotel because of the way we are treated. I was given some clean towels toiletries and some coffee. It was stated that they did not have to clean the room as I did not ask them to. As I was scratching my head over this statement, I was told to deal with it. In consulting management the next day, The same thing was mentioned. The management di give me a credit for $58.50. As I travel for a living I stay at a multitude of hotels, I have never been treated like this and will never again. With the pandemic that is going on you might think that any business would take your business. For me it is just to easy to stay elsewhere. Which is exactly what I intend to do. The hotel property in it self is ok, The staff including management needs to review their Guest/ Customer policy.

Super clean, and nice. Best quality best western hotel I've stayed at, and I've stayed at many all over the US. This place had very friendly staff that were able to help me with my luggage since I was alone, and had my infant son with me. It would have been impossible to pack my luggage around without their help.

I booked a room online for $130 and ended up paying $182, which they will not adjust. Would be less angry if it wasn't for the lumpy, uncomfortable beds, scratchy linens, horrible pillows, and teeny tiny bathroom. On top of all that, the hotel is so poorly built that the people walking over me sounded like they were stomping across the room all night. In the halls, doors slammed until at least 2 a.m., and resumed at 5. When the upstairs folks stopped stomping, the toilet flushed, and it sounded like a water main had burst into my room. I don't think I slept AT ALL. And breakfast??? What a joke! Stale bagels and unripe bananas, cold cereal and weak coffee. UGH! This hotel is NOT what I expect from Best Western lite, much less BW PREMIERE! No Premiere to be had here, folks. Save your $ and go elsewhere.

The staff were helpful and the check in was quick.The rooms were very nice. The breakfast was good with Egg and Ham croissant or breakfast burrito. Good fresh coffee. Everything was very clean. Long walk from parking to the room.

Stayed one night in a pet friendly room, which you could certainly tell with a distinct musky odor of animals. Room was fine, bathroom was small, but had a Keurig and met the mark. Cleaning crew needs to step it up though as the smell is a little overwhelming and there was hair over many surfaces, especially in the bathroom. Overall it served it's purpose.

I have stayed here a number of times and I was very impressed with how they handled everything with the Covid-19 restrictions. They did not come into service the rooms but still provided anything we needed. Extra coffee pods, toiletries, towels & linens. They had a great grab & go breakfast. They provided gloves for the guests, trays, paper plates & bowls. It included everything from individual cereal & oatmeal, fresh fruit, bagels, muffins, breakfast sandwiches, milk, yogurt. In addition to juices, coffee & Tea. I was very impressed with how they easily adapted to the situation. There was hand sanitizer and wipes available in the lobby and at the mail entrance.

First of all, Kudos for Best Western for matching the elite status of other hotels chains. The Hotel is located in a great area close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast had a great selection and staff continuously kept it well supplied. The main areas of the hotel look polished. A couple of disappointments. First the bathroom fans are so old that you can hear them on the floors below and above our room please replace them with whisper quiet ones. Some outlet plugs are worn and will no longer hold a plug in. Second, big disappointment: the fixed whirl pool tub with new mild vibration on the bottom is not a replacement for soothing perimeter whirl water jets, it just feels like a bathtub with water flowing into it. Some staff requires more training, I asked about the elite matching after observing a ad on the monitor near the reception desk. I was told there is no membership elite matching so I went online and it was explained throughly that there is. I registered online and within 12 hours I was given a status match.

My friend and I were attending the SewExp in Puyallup Washington. The location of the hotel was perfect; only five minutes easy travel to the fair grounds. Room was clean and comfortable. Heat/cooling easily controled. Beds were comfortable with a verity of pillows which would meet most people's comfort needs.

This hotel was amazing. I loved every single thing about it. The location was great, the staff was wonderful, and the room was super clean. I will definitely be staying here again when I need to come back to Puyallup.

Family of 5 it's hard to please everyone, but you did a great job for the most part. Just wish the breakfast hostess, Lisa, was as accommodating as the rest of the staff. Other than that instance, we would probably stay here again!

Easy to check in and out. Staff was super nice and accommodating, my room was clean and the amenities were all great. I was pleasantly surprised with all the yummy breakfast options too! Not just muffins.. eggs, sausage, fruit, waffle maker, etc. Also, the hotel location was super convenient! I loved the more comfortable and large gathering area in the hotel as well.

I'm sure I have reviewed this hotel before but my opinion remains unchanged. I stay here every chance I get. The hot tub was out of service this time, which was a disappointment, nevertheless there was a whirlpool tub in the room so I can hardly complain too much. This is an upper level hotel and deserves the Premier rating given to it by Best Western.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The lobby is both plush and welcoming. We had the complimentary breakfast and on a busy day they offer snack bags to go. The hotel is within walking distance to a couple restaurants, convince store and a shopping mall with movie theater. I would stay here again, the staff was helpful and personable. They offered help even before we had to ask.

This is our second stay at this location. The front lobby is very welcoming. It is cozy and friendly. Rooms are always clean and housekeeping will provide you with any extras you request. Breakfast is very good. Fruit is fresh, eggs are yummy and bacon or sausage is added.

Very nice Hotel that is very convient to the Fair. The breakfast and cookies are also very good. We didn't try out the lounge but it was very appealing. We loved our stay here and will use again when in Puyallup.

This is my favorite hotel in Puyallup. I stay when I am visiting my son and his family. Service staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is included and quite good. I recommend staying here.

Their website claims that birds are welcome at the hotel's discretion, so I booked my stay here for my visit to adopt a bird from a local parrot rescue. Thankfully, I called to double-check that they indeed allow birds, because I was informed by their front desk person that they do NOT allow birds at all. They ONLY accept dogs under 50 lbs. So make sure you have the right kind of pet before you try to make a reservation here.

Had a fantastic stay. All staff were fantastic and helpful. Lobby was wonderfully decorated. Room was one of the best I have ever stayed in. Stay was so great I almost added another night. Breakfast sausage had a great flavor and omelet prepared for me was amazing.

you wont get it back. I contacted the hotel 3 days in a row after we returned when realized we left clothes hanging in the closet. I was told by the front desk that nothing was logged in. Messages left for house keeping went un-returned

Excellent Hotel & great accommodations !! Best Western Premier is a Pet-Friendly Hotel In Puyallup, Washington State. Centrally located & five minutes near the funeral home we attended. My wife & I have a small Greyhound-Chihuahua mix & we were pre-registered at the hotel. Our room was on the first floor next to the exit door in front of the doggie grassy area. The room was excellent, clean & comfortable. The room had all the accommodation, a mini-fridge, microwave, flat-screen TV, including an ice machine & laundry room next door. Best Western Premier also had an excellent Continental breakfast that went from 7am-10am that included scramble eggs, bacon/sausage,waffles, pastry's, & beverages, etc.. Professional friendly staff, providing excellent service. Plenty of parking & a Denny's Restaurant at walking distance next door! We stayed for two-nights & enjoyed our stay there & I strongly recommend it!!

The hotel is very clean and presentable, the rooms are decorated nicely and the staff is very accommodating, however, they were not willing to correct an issue so I took my business elsewhere for my second night. The walls are very poorly insulated and I was kept up by babies/kids and then a couple having sex. I asked for a discount for my second night due to the poor insulation of the walls and lack of sleep, but was not granted one- only offered extra reward points, but I barely have the option to take trips and travel as a single mom so reward points are not helpful to me so I declined and went to Fairfield Marriot up the road, which was thankfully quieter and ended up costing less.

They provided everything we needed and more. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. They placed us near a back door (only available to residents) so we could take our two small dogs out in the morning without needing to go through the lobby (and get dressed). The lobby was wonderful, beautifully designed and provided a restaurant that made pannini's, pizza and cocktails. Everyday, homemade cookies were available for free, along with three brewed coffee choices and varities of tea. They were the only hotel to provide lemon, which was important for me! The breakfasts were great. Homemade oatmeal (not instant), home made omelets on two mornings, and scrambled eggs, yogurt, juice and apples, every day, were tasty and appreciated. They have great security with cameras. The employees were very accomodating and the bed was quite comfortabe.This was the best hotel we stayed at on our 11 day trip and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I was in Puyallup for work and stayed for almost two months. The staff was always kind and helpful. The onsite Bistro has great food options and great service at the bar. The location was super convenient with the mall and other retail and freeway access near by. The breakfasts were great with fresh waffles, and omelet bar on the weekends. The pool and jacuzzi were a nice temperature, and opened up to the outside when the weather was nice. Overall, I would stay again on my future visits.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was very good and had a lot of variety. Pool area was small and the hot tub jets did not work. had trouble with card keys but staff always fixed the problem right away. Great location, close to shopping and major HI ways.

Teenagers running on 1st and 3rd floors pounding on doors. Police were called, we were all arrested including parent only to have more start up again two hours later. Management knocked on wrong doors looking for their parents. It was horrible. We tried to seek help in the morning but desk couldn't offer us a solution except to say they evicted them.

Thank you for letting me check in early as I needed to be in meetings until late. Customer service was excellent. The in lobby bistro saved me from having to go elsewhere for food, and I was able to have a drink while waiting. Parking was also convenient. Will stay here again.

Stayed overnight after my daughter had drastic oral surgery, the staff was very helpful in accommodating any needs we had. Love staying here, second time after my daughter's surgeries. Will stay here whenever we/I are in Puyallup!!!

We were going to a concert and to the WA State fair and wanted to stay close to there. The BW is awesome!! They are very clean - very personable and are ready to help if you need something!! They have a little bar and bistro- hubby says the fish tacos are yummy!!! Everything was great about this place . We will be staying there again!

First of all would like to mention hotel manager did try to move us. Our stay was for 3 nights and she said she couldn't move us until our last night. She was very apologetic and we appreciated that she at least contacted us. But really who wants to move on their last night!? The mishap? On check-in I informed the clerk all I ever ask for is a quiet area because of my sleep issues. She told me that I had no choice because we reserved through Expedia. It shocked us! First it was our first time using Expedia and dumb us didn't know you can't have any requests. Since we had to leave a credit card on file (ok normal), I always check when checking out and get a copy of our bill to verify nothing was charged to our room. Same clerk told me "you can't have a copy because you aren't allowed to see the differences in room rate; you will have to believe me there are no charges and also check your credit card account". Eat out! The food at breakfast and lounge bar is tasteless It is a typical hotel room with desk, desk chair, and one arm chair.

This hotel deserves the Premier designation. Everything about it is first class, from the coffee in the lobby, to the fruit always available, the drink coupons and the restaurant items available for my wife, plus the pool and hot tub. The place is consistent too. Staff doesn't seem to turnover, always a good sign.

I am a long term rewards member and needed a single night reservation for a family member who has health issues. Next, closest BW was almost an hour drive which was too far given the health circumstances. First, they said there was no availability what so ever. So I called BW 800 number to find out they do have rooms. The second call was when they finally admitted that they won't book my reservation because I only needed 1 night. Really makes me question being a loyal BW customer.

What a lovely hotel! Very nice decor, friendly staff and awesome Bloody Marys in the lounge! The room was just as nice. Big flat screen, super comfy king bed and hot shower. We will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed here several times for conferences. The location provides easy access to points of interest in the area and has lots of parking. The staff is friendly; check-in was smooth and quick, and my room was quiet and clean.

Nice hotel but expensive rooms are clean staff is great breakfast good but $180 a night is too much. location is good right off the freeway close to shopping and a Denny's restaurant is right outside overall grade stay but like I said a little on the expensive side

main problem hotel does not accept cash credit card only that created a problem at check in. the person at check said we can look for another hotel ? kinda rude and not helpful, after driving 15 hour to get there so spent another hour working out credit card payment

I really enjoyed staying here; all of the staff were very friendly, the room was clean and cozy. My partner and I had a stay-cation because we were painting the living room and this was a perfect little get-a-way.

This property is located well in the South Hills and nicely appointed. The bed was too hard for us and the room seemed cramped, but it was a fair value for the price. ($134) The Best Western website was problematic and when I called the property directly they would not honor the BW website price. So, I went back to the website and bothered through the difficulties. I would say that for customer convenience this property was below par for Best Westerns.

Every stay at the South Hill Puyallup Best Western has been top notch. I stay at Best Western most of the time ...and often...and this one is one of my favorites. The staff, the rooms, the breakfast... All are wonderful. Very clean...very welcoming.

Stayed after doing some sight seeing in Gig Harbor and spending some time off with my Grandkids, we enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, clean rooms, well kept up and clean facilities and amenities. Grandkids really enjoyed the indoor pool and great breakfast.

I remember the days when Best Westerns were pretty basic but they've definitely upped their game. The BW Premier Puyallup offers large rooms and a convenient lobby grill serving a decent selection of American favorites. The free breakfast included made-to-order omelettes, fresh fruit, DIY waffles, scrambled eggs and a breakfast meat, cereals, etc. The breakfast pastries looked a little disappointing but I don't need that stuff. Our room was pleasantly spacious and the bed quite comfortable, although the bathroom was tiny. Cozy terry robes are provided. The room was quite clean and the decor pleasant, although nothing remarkable. One of the positives that my wife and I both noticed was how quiet the room was; the hotel is not directly next to the highway (there is neighboring hotel of a competitor brand that is right next to the road). Yes, we would stay here again.

Very nice hotel property with all kinds of shopping and dining options in close proximity. We would gladly stay there again. Breakfast was very good especially with the included custom omelette station.

We stayed here 4 nights. The breakfast is amazing with fresh fruit and many other hot and cold options. FRESH HOT COOKIES in the lobby daily. The rooms are clean and comfortable, very roomy. The shampoo/conditioner is good quality and the hairdryer is much better then most hotel dryer. We enjoyed our stay. All the staff was nice and helpful. I would stay here again. It was quiet, however I do recommend the 3rd floor. You can hear people walking above you on the 2nd floor.. They have parking spaces in the front for Platinum/Diamond Members. Very Nice!

We stay at this hotel just about every week and we cannot speak too highly about the quality of the facility and the helpfulness of the staff. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly and comfortable hotel in Puyallup.

This is a Best Western Premier hotel which happens to be the only Premier rated BW in the State of Washington. I noticed little extras from the Plus rated Best Western hotels. Our room was very well appointed with extras such as shower clothes line, in room safe, Keurig coffee maker, huge closet, ipod alarm clock etc. The complimentary continental breakfast had an extra touch or two including an omelet station. The coffee was also a step up from most hotels. This hotel felt very clean and safe.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was well kept and the rooms were beautiful. Since I was there for a conference, I did not get a chance to try the hotel breakfast. The restaurant/lounge was comfortable, the food was great, and the bartender was friendly and attentive.

Over all this is a really nice property. The lobby has various sitting areas that are comfortable. Have the bar/resturant area in the lobby was nice. The menu,though limited is very good as is the food. The breakfast is great, lots of protien choices, not just carbs. My bed was very firm and uncomfortable.

The room (#201) is a little bit smaller than we're used to at a Best Western, and the adjoining walls are a bit thinner, but our room (as was the rest of the facility) was impeccably clean, the service was friendly, and the parking was plentiful.

Love this hotel and stay in it every year we're in Puyallup. Very convenient location, and lots of food choices nearby, including a Denny's 200 feet away. Lounge and restaurant very nice and relaxing, but house wine more expensive than pint of ale. Room is very nice, clean, comfortable, albeit small. Not a "suite" size for sure. Only complaint: the don't have room-darkening curtains, only a cheap pull-down white roller shade that does not marken the room. A Best Western Premier should have the basic curtains found in even motels that charge by the hour. Make sure you bring your eye mask until they upgrade their curtains.

4 night stay on the 3rd floor on the back of hotel. The place is really clean, the staff was nice and also quick to accommodate any needs I had. It's located off the main drag so it's relatively quiet compared to some other hotels in the area. Breakfast option was convenient and there is a lounge/restaurant that opens at 5 PM. Also convenient if you don't feel like heading out. Pool and hot tub were clean and accessible. DVD's for the kids available at the front desk. Smelled clean, looked clean, slept well, quiet. Would return.

I been staying here for many years now. You are always greeted with with a smile and staff that can't do enough for you. Bar and food available at night with great complementary breakfast. Great variety of rooms to choose from with hot tubs.

Excellent service, very nicely decorated room and exceptional value is how i would describe my experience and recent stay at a Best Western hotel.I will continue coming back and others should give them consideration next time a overnight stay is needed.O gave them 5s for all the categories but only cause they truly deserve it!

This is a superb property with so much to recommend it. I will always stay here when in the wilds of Puyallup, WA. Wonderful suites with killer huge tub with jets. Fabulous breakfasts are included, way above what competition serves. Has a bar right in lovely lobby. Comfortable beds and excellent TV and wi-fi. Suites need a work station. Hot tub in room hard to get into. Better not need breakfast early on Saturdays even if you think this has been arranged. Yes, I had issues this last time, yet i would not think of going anywhere else and I am not masochistic! I think management will take care of the breakfast issue and I hope corporate will send someone who travels for business to put in a work station in the suite "living room"...not requiring a degree in theoretical physics.

First time here at Puyallup, and we have tried out the Premier side of Best Western. Very nice facilities overall, spacious rooms, well laid out overall. Really my only complaint is that the fridge is too small for our stuff on this trip, so we left most out in the cooler overnight. The fireside lounge looked cool, and the meals we saw looked darn good. The breakfast was excellent, and the fresh omelettes cooked to order were awesome. When we come back to the area, this will be high on the list!

I was shocked that I was staying at a Best Western- it was actually like a real luxury hotel. Keurig coffee machines in the rooms with Dillanos Coffee Roasters coffee cups- Housekeeping refills the room with two but they are also available free at the front desk anytime. Also available down in the lobby, are several different Dillanos blends brewed, including different types of baked cookies and fruit 24/7. The complimentary breakfast has so many choices (even small cartons of soy milk and lactose free yogurt :) They also make custom omelets right in front of your eyes- just bring the ingredients you want from the buffet and they whip it up! The dinner menu was great too and the bartender makes delicious drinks. I have to say I was really impressed.

Due to a big windstorm and power outage we needed to find a hotel roo.room locally. We were fortunate enough to find a room at our local Best western. What a beautiful place!! I will definitely keep this place in mind for visiting family and friends!

We had lost power at our home and needed a place to stay, the Best Western staff at check-in and out and housekeeping staff were excellent in making sure our stay was satisfactory. I will recommend this Hotel to all my friends and family.

We needed a place to stay over Christmas when visiting our grown children and their families. We chose this hotel because of it's location. Everything was very clean, and the staff were pleasant and welcoming even though they were working over Christmas. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and quality sausages and even a fresh made to order omelet station. We are frequent travelers and we were impressed.

The hotel was very clean with friendly helpful staff. Pool & hot tub area was clean & relaxing other than you walk thru the bar/restaurant area to get to them. Good food in the restaurant & full bar. Beds were stiff but pillows were nice & plentiful. The room walls sound hollow & water flushing in rooms above was loud & disruptive. Over all good place.

Staff is friendly and quick to accommodate. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Beautiful interior design. It's definitely worthwhile to sign up for the membership/point system for the great deals. This hotel will definitely be my go to spot whenever I am in the area.

This is my favorite hotel in this area. Competitive price, very comfortable rooms, lovely hot tub and a reasonable pool (a little small for swimming laps). The staff is well trained and very pleasant. I will stay here again.

I enjoy all the hotel had to offer. Very nice staff and great compliments options like free cookies, beverages in the evening and of course morning breakfast. The pool was also warm and the kids had a lot of fun!

We have stayed at this hotel twice for events and find the rooms clean and comfortable, the breakfast is good and the bistro is a relaxing place for dinner rather than driving out in the evening. I would certainly stay there again. The staff made us feel that we were valued.

The hotel was nothing special from the outside, but once I was inside, it felt a lot nicer and more professional than other hotels in the area. The staff was friendly and even gave me a card to welcome me since I am a rewards member. The room was smaller than other BWPs I've stayed at, but still very nice and comfortable.

The rooms and the staff were great. I had a King bed/room and it was very comfy with great pillows. I had a great stay at this hotel. The plus was the great breakfast that was all ready by 6:30 which was perfect for me as i had to be at work by 7.

When I stayed at the Best Western Premier in Puyallup the people made my 25 days stay wonderful. The morning staff made sure I was able to take breakfast with me when I could not stay and eat. Great breakfast, eggs, sausage, bacon, French toast, waffles and so much more. The entire staff went out of their way to make sure my stay was relaxing and enjoyable. I will be back for sure!!!

We had reserved 10 rooms for out of town wedding guests, all of the requests that were given , the staff here went out of their way to make sure they were met! Even the hotel bar stayed open later to serve us and our group.

Stayed here while our nearby house was remodeled. We did not realize lodging this nice was so close. This is a great value that exceeded what we needed. The bed did have too much bounce. The complementary breakfast is very good. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. Lots of free parking at the hotel. This is a nice central location for visitors and business. We recommend.

Front desk staff was very welcoming, the room was very clean and comfortable, with good storage in the room for clothing and extras. The lobby lounge is super comfy and the free breakfast was good: it included gluten free items and soy milk for those of us with dietary issues so I was pleasantly surprised! Beautifully maintained grounds, friendly staff. The room was comfortable, but rather crowded. The only chair in the room had to be moved to get into bed... away from the egress of the door. Strange configuration, but overall, comfortable

We have always stayed at this hotel in the past. The check in process this time was an absolute mess. Our keys continued to not work whenever we left our room. The breakfast items were gone 10 mins into the breakfast start and what was available was cold and dried out. The omelette bar looked like it would be amazing, however for a 7am start it wasn't up and running when we left at 8am... Not sure if we will come back.... :(

Hotel was neat and clean. Free breakfast needs help. Ran out of food on both days we stayed there and it was not because there was too many people. Also ordered food from the menu and we were not impressed.

This is simply the best dog hotel I have ever stayed in .. super clean grounds with lots of grass and walking areas , super nice room.. quite large , simple Broast just ok , great locations! close to the south hill with lots of shops and restaurants .

I only stayed for a single night and booked the room at the last minute. Despite this, service was excellent and the room was very comfortable and clean! I know that sometimes using third-party sites to book a room can leave one with some of the worst rooms in the establishment, but that does not seem to be the case here and I'm very glad! The room had a single bed, coffee table, comfortable chair, work chair, desk, television - all of the in-room amenities you would expect to have if you need to work while on the road, which I did! I did check the television and did not see an HDMI port, so no luck for those of us that carry media with us to watch or to work on the larger screen. Everything was very clean and the bathroom was spotless. One comment is that the bathroom was very small - the toilet and shower were behind the door. There is JUST enough room for the bathroom door to open past the toilet. If there is somebody on the toilet, do not open the door! For those traveling (particularly!) with small children that like to burst through doors - be careful! They'll take out your knees while you are in a very compromised position! The internet was fine for my needs - a little bit of streaming video but mostly vpn and email for telecommuting. I really appreciate that they had a bowl of fresh fruit (apples and bananas) down in the lobby along with 24-hour coffee! Thank you! I didn't try the cookies, but I really appreciated the bananas and coffee - it was such a nice little touch. There is a communal area downstairs once the restaurant has closed for the evening. That Lounge Space is quite comfortable and they had the television on mute when I was down there so it was easy to do a little reading in a larger room for a change. I noticed that the business lounge had two or three computers in a little alcove room. It did have a printer, so there was the ability to print a page as necessary. I did not have the need but I do appreciate knowing that it is there if I had needed it. As a solo, female traveller that had to spend an unexpected night in Puyallup, this was a great experience. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and I look forward to coming back on future trips to the PNW!

I have been to many Best Western Hotels, but this one was the best. The Grounds were very clean and well kept, the Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms were nice sized and very clean, the breakfast was great, and fireside lounge was great. We had a couple of orders of the Fish and Chips it was delicious, and very nice cocktails and wine selection, and the bartender was very nice and attentive! I would highly recommend this hotel, and if you are into shopping a mall is very close to it!

From the moment we walked into the long entrance, we were impressed with the freshness of this property. Clean and well appointed, we felt at home. The housekeeping staff was very attentive. The free morning breakfast and the late afternoon bistro were lovely. The pool was small but the exercise room was more than sufficient. We enjoyed our stay here very much. We got excellent value for our money.

We needed a one night stay in Puyallup with our 2 dogs and chose primarily by price. Wow, what a surprise! I honestly can't think of a negative thing to say about this property. Every staff member we met was helpful and friendly. Our room was large, spotless and well appointed. The king bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever experienced. The dogs loved it all as well. The assigned dog walking area was large and we never saw a single poop left behind. I know the staff must be on top of that because not all dog owners are. Highly recommend this place!

One of the nicer Best Western Hotels I've stayed at and I've stayed at a lot. Convenient location near PLU and you don't have to stay in Parkland. Nicest place in the area and lot of good eats in Puyallup.

I stay here several times a year and always enjoy my stay. The hotel is always clean and staff is very friendly. The hotel has a very nice breakfast. The hotel is in a convenient location close to good restaurants and a nice mall (South Hill Mall).

My wife and I came down here for a weekend stay while playing in a softball tournament. We really liked the amenities and service this place had to offer. We were unfortunately given a room next to some unruly, disrespectful guests. These particular guests were removed from the property by local law enforcement due to constant yelling and screaming, weed smoking and belligerence. It took the facility until 3:30 am to remove these terrible guests, making it a rough morning and day. I felt bad for the front desk clerk, as I could tell he was out of sorts and was nervous on how to get the people to shut up or leave. It is unfortunate police had to be called, however given the circumstance, I believe the staff did what they could given who they were dealing with. I would return to this property. It was clean, smelled nice and offered a good breakfast in the morning.

This hotel is conveniently located near the fair grounds and South Hill Mall. It is very clean and has a great pool/hot tub plus a very cool fire seating area outside. They have complimentary fresh cookies in the evenings as well as a bar and bistro. We will certainly be back when back in the area.

I was not sure if I wanted to stay here when I booked. I had never seen this hotel when in the area. The hotel I typically stay in when in the area up'd the price so high my company would not cover. When I walked in the lobby I was very surprised and pleased. Very comfortable and nice. Staff very friendly, room was amazing!

We stayed here a few nights while visiting family in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was typical of similar 'free' hotel breakfasts. The afternoon and evening cookies were a nice touch. This is a family friendly hotel, so yes, there is some hallway noise. I see that as more of a family issue than a hotel issue. Some families had kids quietly walk down the halls, some let the kids behave as if they were in a playground. A sign of the times, I guess. We will stay here again.

We were in town for a funeral, with family spreadout from Seattle, Spanaway, and Graham. This hotel fit the bill. Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and it was nice to have available. Will recommend to future family visitors.

We came here for part of my son's 15th birthday. He asked me to make sure the hotel we stay in has a pool. Upon looking at pictures the pool looked normal sized and adequate to swim. WRONG! When we went to check out the pool my son and the rest of the children were beyond disappointed. They couldn't even jump in.This pool is maybe 12ft.x 12ft. about twice the size of the hot tub and it is 3

Staying here was great. The rooms are clean, the staff are beyond excellent, the lobby smells like fresh baked cookies 24/7. The only downside was the noise. The walls are a bit thin and so you hear the water pipes any time one of the neighbors uses anything, cell phones ringing, doors slamming, etc. We had people honking right outside our window too so, not hotels fault, just inconsiderate people. Will stay here again if we need a room for the night.

Easy Freeway Access. Very clean and nice. Breakfast selection was good. Good size rooms, and pet friendly. Our room was on the bottom floor by the stairs. Avoid it if at all possible. Heard people going up and down the stairs all night.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room and lobby were nice looking and the staff was friendly. Will stay here again if our daughter chooses to attend Pacific Lutheran University. This was our 5th of 7 hotels on a road trip and it was nicer than any of the other hotels we stayed in.

Went lunch and breakfast on several occasions during my vacations just across the Best Western Premier Hotel at Dennis during in Puyallup WA. And visited the lobby from inside which impressed me. Normally I visit Puyallup once a year we visit Puyallup to visit to our daughter and son who lives and work there. Cant say too much but from what I saw it looks superb. Planning to visit Puyallup again this year July 11 to 25 with my wife and grandson and for sure when visiting Dennis we'll show my grandson the hotel. Normally we stay at the Extended Stay America (budget-wise) but hope to able to stay at the premier in the future. Although we have nor stay there yet from what we saw I would highly recommend it.

I stayed here during a business trip and was delighted with the manner in which the staff treated me, treated others, and carried themselves with confidence and professionalism. I appreciated the cleanliness and the relaxed feel I had. I must say that my favorite memory was taking casual time to unwind at the small bistro. Robert was a perfect bartender and listener. Juliya cooked everything I requested with a smile and a genuine sense of caring for my well being. I cannot find fault, I give this Hotel 5 Stars. And I am no stranger to high standards!

Came here to play in poker tournament. I was surprised pulling in and how many places to eat right next to the hotel. Walking in it is has a long hallway and we were immediately greeted by a smiling face (huge plus). We got checked in and with no issues. Our room was on the first floor, which I usually do not like. We stayed in a suite (I recommend). The place is spotless. I assume it is newer. Walking into the room you notice the great decor and great layout. I felt at home right away. Being on the first floor one of the nice things you are close to breakfast. You just walk out of your door and you have fresh coffee and nice selection. My son slept on the pull out couch and I slept in the separate room. The bathroom is amazing. I slept great, while my son said the pull out was uncomfortable (which how many are really comfortable, so plan on using air mattress if you have to use this feature). The shower/sauna tub is great! Workout facility is very good compared to others.

Nice location and nice room. Front desk check in left me feeling like I was bothering the lady. Questions directed at her were met with a blank stare. Breakfast was a joke. A long line of breakfast customers were met by empty containers and a young gentleman with earbuds in sauntering around taking his time filling them. We thought the empty containers were due to a "rush", but the next morning we found no lines and the same lackadaisical attitude. This points to a management problem. Overall, a nice facility, located where we needed to be, but we wont be staying there anymore. Disappointing.

We expressed our concerns on 3 different occasions & nothing was done. At 12:30AM the front desk clerk told us there was nothing he could do but offer us a full refund & we could leave. With 2 small children in the middle of the night & all other hotels were full. We will not being staying here again.

We stay here when we come to Puyallup and have never been disappointed in our stay. Best Western is always our first choice when we travel. We've enjoyed excellent service, clean comfortable and friendly.

loved getting to use the pool, love how the tub in the suite had jets, wifi worked wonderfully, one and only complaint was how uncomfortable the mattress was on the fold-out couch or whatever it's called (when you can remove the cushions and pull it up and there's a mattress), the mattress was very flat towards the middle and made it hard to get comfortable, but I was only there for 2 nights, so it wasn't the end of the world.

I had to take the family & stay at a hotel while house was being painted. Place was very nice looking on the outside & in. Loved the bar inside & that you served food. Room was very nice, really liked the modern look. The Hot Tub sure helped relax the muscles & was impressed with the outdoor fireplaces with seating under a big cover to keep the rain away. Great breakfast, wish i had a bigger appetite in the morning so i could of had a waffle with all the fixin's. If i had to knit pick only flaws were the extremely overpriced snack bar. I'd prefer a vending machine, would be cheaper than paying $5.75 for a 20oz bottle of soda & a candy bar.

This place is fantastic! We always stay here when we can! Reasonably priced,Lots of room, very clean , easy freeway access. Friendly staff! Location is good for many restaurants , a mall and movie theater... right off the main freeway.

Had to leave hotel at 7AM every day for work. Breakfast was advertised as starting at 6:30. Seemed like it was only ready about half the time. Also, where's the biscuits and gravy? This is supposed to be a premier yet I've had better breakfasts at non Premier Best Westerns.

Very nice hotel and reasonably priced. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Nice bar to unwind after a long day of family activity. Clean and very quiet rooms though a little cramped. 24 hour coffee, tea and cookies which were delicious.

Excellent staff and very clean Wonderful quality for the price. Free breakfast was better than average and was changed each day for some variety. Parking was good and overall hotel was very well thought out. Had to leave one day early, but did not have to pay for the 3rd day I had reserved. No hassles and friendly.

We stayed here a total of 14 nights over the holidays. We had a wonderful time. Comfortable, clean, professional staff, wonderful lobby and bistro. the bed was very comfortable, great location. Highly recommend.

Want a wonderful place to stay when traveling thru the Puyallup area! This facility is elegant with a warm ambiance. Fireplaces burning, plenty of seating at or near the Bistro. What a wonderful and relaxing time we had.

the bed was comfortable. The room small, but adequate. I could not see to get it warm though and was cold all night. I did not tell anyone though. Staff was so very nice, warm, and friendly. Very personable. The breakfast was delicious. I loved the whole grain hot oatmeal. It was definitely not instant. I did not use the amenities, such as pool or fitness room.

Bed was excellent, I haven't slept this well in a hotel in a long time. Room was clean and housekeeping was very helpful. Breakfast was always well stocked and fresh. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a good nights sleep and a good start to the day

The facility, the food, the service and the rooms were everything you would want in a hotel stay. The coffee makers, the room layouts, the cleanliness were first rate. When you walk into the hotel you smell a clean, fresh smell. That is only the beginning. I will never stay anywhere else when I'm in the area.

This motel is beautiful and a great value for the location however the beds were very uncomfortable. It is located in a convenient part of town. Pleasant staff to check in and they serve breakfast or you and eat at Denny's which is very close.

Great location ez check ins, very responsive and good natured workers. I am ver satisfied with the rooms, comfortable beds and on great amenities. Will continue to stay here in and love the reward system.

We have stayed at several Best Westerns over the years and a few times at this Best Western in particular. This Best Western in Puyallup has demonstrated the worst customer service of any of them. On one stay, a large barking dog in the room next door, took them over two hours to get it taken care of. On another visit, breakfast item were empty, even the coffee was dry, and staff showed no energy or care to get the customers taken care of.

Excellent location. Nice suite with plenty of room for two adults and a grandchild. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, well maintained. The breakfast area was nicely supplied, although we had to wait for food a couple times, realizing it was the week of Thanksgiving. The bar area could be open more hours a day. Overall, very nice.

Had a pleasant stay. Good breakfast. Nice decor. Make sure you get a room on non street side, because you can hear trains and cars. I had asked for a quiet room away from elevator and street noise, but was but on street side any way. It was not too bad after 11pm but you could still hear the train. Not sure if that would be on both side or not. Other tham that everything else was great.

Very nice hotel with many amenities (pool, hot tub, DVD selection, exercise room) at an excellent value! It's easy access off the freeway and close to a large shopping mall. Our room was very adequate sizewise for a short stay and very nicely decorated. Best of all was the bed...firm and supportive as we like it!

They had nothing left for breakfast food wise when we went down for breakfast. There was no waffle batter, no fruit (well one stray piece of cantaloupe was left), no muffins or pastries, no oatmeal and so forth. It was completely wiped out except cereal and a couple of bagels.

Went to Puyallup for train show. Hotel is easy to get off the highway with plenty of parking. Lobby very nicely done and was greeted quickly by the desk staff. check in was quick and efficient and we were given a very nice room. Very clean and everything worked well. The restaurant is just off the lobby. The menu was not extensive but had great sandwiches. Portions were great and prices very good. Breakfast was the usual offerings at Best Western, waffles, scrambled eggs and bacon. Would return

Stayed here many times and plan to do so in the future. Business brings me to less than attractive Puyallup two to three times a year and I always stay at this BW which has been upgraded to Premier. I take a spacious suite with a fabulous hot tub...that is once an old person can literally climb over the top and get into it! While room needs business amenities like a convenient work station area, it is large and always immaculate...great, unappreciated cleaning staff. One reason to stay is the above average breakfast usually served to accommodate the needs of conventions or trade shows being held at the nearby fairgrounds. This time wires got crossed or some folks did not care and the Saturday breakfast did not take place as promised. I doubt this will happen again. Many guests were inconvenienced and had to go out to breakfast, incurring an unnecessary expense. Clerks on duty later did their best to ameliorate the problem. I will go back there in January as really believe this was a one off experience. Two front desk people deserve the highest praise: Dylan (named after Bob) and Ana. The chart below is useless. Service in ONE instance was horrible, but all the rest was BETTER than excellent. How the heck do you say this on scale that does not allow for nuances?

Beautiful lobby, great breakfast and all the amenities. Very nice rooms with fridge, microwave and K cup coffee. Large bathroom too. Would love to stay here again. Fitness room is equipped well and has a pretty good view while walking on the treadmill. Hot breakfast is delicious with fresh fruit, eggs, bacon and lots of extras. I can't imagine staying in a nicer place in this area.

We only stayed there one night but it was excellent. The room was great, comfortable bed quiet. The pool was nice and well kept. The location is great and we may come back for the State Fair. You can walk to the grounds.

Love this hotel. Pet friendly so our golden retriever can travel with us. Good location, easy to find local restaurants, and other stores. Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable. Breakfast was ok, scrambled eggs, and sausage both mornings. You can cook your own waffles so that is a nice addition.

Always clean well organized and pleasant staff always helpful to help you with anything. Your pets are very welcome. Wonderful breakfast. Good place to stay for the price. Walking for outside restaurant close and very good food at the bistro.

After a long travel day we were surprised and delighted to find this Oasis! The desk staff were so helpful to us, as we were hopelessly lost. When we found the Fireside Bar we had a refreshed take on the day and the bartender and cook ensured a thoroughly enjoyable evening. The room was just fine and nicely updated.

Very friendly helpful staff, we have stayed at this property several times and it has always been great . The hot tub is nice and the grandkids love the pool. Great breakfast very comfy beds rooms are nice. Easy to find close to off ramp . Lots of restaurants and shops close by.

The quality of this hotel blew me away. I have stayed in some nice Best Westerns before, but this was the nicest so far! Highly recommend a visit to this fancy hotel in a most unlikely location! Down right fancy! Even a jetted bathtub!

We're building a home about 20 minutes from this property but currently live in LA. We will be required to stay in this area several times before construction is completed. This will be our go to hotel during this process.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and they usually have a fair breakfast. This visit they had a continental style breakfast that left a lot to be desire. I may have been the first person there as there were only a couple danish to chose from and they appeared old. I was in a hurry to get to an appointment so they may have put more items out later. The room was great and I got a good nights sleep which really counted the most. I think they classify this as a premier hotel as they now have a bistro and bar.

We were totally impressed with the quality of this hotel located in a small town Southeast of Seattle. The room was excellent - high quality furnishings and very comfortable bed. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and extent of the included breakfast! We will definitely stay here again, should our travels bring us to Puyallup.

We stayed at this hotel while visiting family in Puyallup. It is a very nice hotel, and an excellent value. Our room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. Very nice breakfast with a good selection including eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, yogurt and cereal.

This hotel has nice amenities, is conveniently located, very clean but there is one important problem. The beds are hard as rocks. I could have slept on the floor and had the same experience. I asked and they did not have toppers or something to help pad the bed. My hips and shoulders and back hurt the next day. We were supposed to stay three days but moved to the Holiday Inn which had better beds. Too bad. Maybe if you are young and spry it wouldn't affect you but this old person needs a little more comfort.

We had a last minuet trip,they did not have a room with two queens.They were very accommodating to let us put a roll away in the room even there there was barley any room. The Hotel is also a very pet friendly, easy access to two pet areas.

This Hotel was clean, staff were courteous, amenities were nice quality. And...cookies!! A nice addition was the ability to have a glass of wine or cocktail in the evening. Enjoy the Premier Hotels. Close to shopping, restaurants, gas stations and freeway.

The staff was very knowledgeable and communicative. We highly recommend this Best Western. The rooms were large and the beds very comfortable. This property was every bit as good as a Westin, Sheraton, or Marriott.

This hotel has easy access to the freeway. The decor is pleasant and is nicely furnished. Hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. The facilities are well cared for. The parking is arranged for easy access and mobility.

Needed a place not too near, but close to a venue for entertainment and this hotel was perfect! Very nice place, beautiful structure and amenities! There was even a really nice church across the parking lot that we attended in the morning on Sunday... bonus!!!

This was an awesome experience! Super clean and comfortable hotel!! This was the cleanest Best Western I've stayed in. We were here for the Puyallup fair. Everyone we encountered was super friendly and helpful!! The free breakfast had tons of selections. Can't wait to stay again!!

This is a VERY nice hotel in a great location! The staff were very professional, friendly and welcoming. All of the property was very clean and very well-appointed. We stayed in a king room on the 3rd floor. Room very clean and all furnishings were very nice. Loved having lots of light and outlets in the room; also enjoyed the refrigerator (with a freezer), microwave, Keurig coffee maker with a variety of coffees and tea. (I'm a tea drinker and find most hotels do not offer tea as a part of their in-room service, so thank you!) We have stayed at several Best Western properties and this one was one of the nicest and most upscale BW properties at which we have stayed. Lots of ample free parking; parking lot well lighted. GREAT complementary breakfast with many food offerings--scrambled eggs, sausage patties, make-your-own waffles, breads, pastries, yogurt with several topping options, fruit, oatmeal, juices, coffee, tea, etc. Loved having "real" plates and utensils (no paper or plastic--which was a nice treat!) Eating area was very comfortable and roomy. It was very convenient for our visit to the Washington State Fair--was able to just drive a couple of blocks to catch the express fair shuttle bus at the South Hill Mall. Easy and convenient! Would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area! Thanks to everyone at this hotel for providing us a great stay. You've gone the extra mile here and it shows.

This is a fairly new hotel in a very convenient location in Puyallup. The one downside is that the walls, floors and ceilings are very thin, so you get a whole lotta noise from people walking above your room, or those next door. It does have a very nice lobby area, and the staff is good.

Nice hotel ,friendly staff don't stay on main floor if you have no pets! We made that mistake and I have a mild pet allergy , by the second day not feeling very good! We were up graded to a suite because we are diamond members,now in hindsight I wish we hadnt upgraded, beautiful Rooms but stunk of dirty dogs even nose marks on the window ! The bar and food was great ,lovely amenities ,would stay there again only make sure we are not in a pet room! Lovely jacuzzi tubs but very deep and hard to get out because you have to shower in those tubs also!

This hotel is clean, friendly & professional staff and very nice rooms. We love the suites allowing us to have a living room and dining table during our stay. We love the location right off the freeway and easy access to everything around.

This hotel has a nice little bistro for dinners. Has a nice out of the way swimming pool. Everything well maintained. Beds were very comfortable, and rooms very clean. There is a nice Denny's across the parking lot for breakfasts, and a huge mall is within walking distance

We have stayed at this hotel before and have always had a great experience. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean, the bar was comfortable and inviting, and the breakfast tasty.

We always enjoy going to the Washington State Fair. We have found staying at the Best Western Premier Plaza Hotel & Conference Center adds to the fun we have. We like the jacuzzi & pool area. We like the bar/bistro--great drinks! The breakfast has great gluten free options.

Hotel staff was wonderful from the moment I checked in. During our 4 day stay, we had a spill on the bed. We let the front desk staff know what had happened on our way out for the day and everything was all taken care of when we got back to the room in the evening. No hassles, no questions, it was just taken care of. I am a clean freak and was very happy with the cleanliness of the room and all aspects of the hotel. We had a King disabled room. The room size was fine, not too small but yet not a lot of empty space. It was a great stay and would absolutely stay again. If there is anything at all negative that I can say, it's that the room was quite expensive. But, you get what you pay for sometimes.

It was nice clean hotel but will not call it Premier. Slightly far from Seattle but Free Parking, I dont like other hotels which charge their guests to park their cars while sleeping. It was good choice and will do it again.

The Best Western was very very Clean. The staff was very helpful. Free breakfast in the morning and a fresh cookies in the evening! :) Bed was very comfortable and the wifi worked great. I will recommend this Hotel to all my friends and associates. I will stay at this hotel in the future.

Overall stay was Great! We pulled out the sleeper sofa and the bed had crumbs and a few hairs on it. I reported it to the staff and they came to change the bedding. Everything else was nice. The king size bed needs some upgrading to at least a pellow top quality mattress. It was a bit stiff. I'm sure there's a mattress out there that could accommodate all preferences.

The rooms were nice the pool and hot tub were lacking but overall great stay. Staff was helpful for the entire stay. I find best western to be the best of any hotels. I know what to expect when I check in there.

Our overall Stay was good. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Nice that it is pet friendly. The room we had was comfortable. We did not feel cramped. The breakfast is adequate. A lot of choices and options.

We were at this hotel for two evenings in August 2017 and found the hotel to be in very good shape - well maintained and clean. The staff was very friendly. The 2 queen bed bedroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The layout of the bathroom and the vanity area was not to our taste: 1) The bathroom was tiny - just big enough to fit the tub and the toilet. 2)The vanity area was open to the rest of the room - no privacy at all. There were plenty of parking spaces. If in the area again we would use this hotel again even with the the bathroom/vanity arrangement.

Poor hot water, Loud AC unit, Tiny Bathroom, poor service on having breakfeast ready. Staff uses same elevator. Small Swimming Pool. only one Staff Member working the resturaunt. have to walk through resturant to get to pool.

An unexpected jewel, totally unexpected. Nice ahotel all round. Comfortable bed and pleaasant staff. Breakfast was pleasant, the bistro bar very nice. We were there on a weekend so the hotel was quiet except at breakfast when everyone seemed to appear.

As a business traveller, this was an excellent facility - great Internet, accommodating staff, lots of parking, good access to hwys, restaurants, gas stns, convenience stores, desk + addtional seating. Nice to have the small lobby bistro for an inhouse dining experience.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast needs to be improved. The only item that varied daily was the breakfast meat. Staff struggled to keep the food stocked during breakfast. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was a bit awkward to get in to just use the shower. Staff was friendly.

We stayed two nights in a king suite. The room and facilities were very nice, but the staff was aloof and uncaring. Breakfast items were not replenished when depleted even though there were 45 minutes or more remaining for breakfast hours. On checkout, staff did not inquire regarding my satisfaction. They said "here's your receipt" and that was it. Management needs to pay attention to what the staff is doing/not doing and staff needs better training in customer service.

Bldg and grounds have great "curb appeal". Location is good and interior much better than average (i.e. crown molding in suits, marble counter tops, etc). Pool very small and just large enough not to be confused with another hot tube. Breakfast variety and presentation average at best.

Great hotel - stayed 4 nights - nice and clean, friendly professional staff, convenient location, lots of parking, lots of nearby restaurants, breakfast was included and provided lots of options - lemon water available all the time - warm cookies in the evening were a nice treat

Pretty nice place. Went into town for an event so the location was nice. A couple restaurants nearby and a few gas stations. We got the King Suite with the jetted tub. The tub was fun and the bed was comfy!

Nothing bad to say. From the moment I called to inform of a late check-in, to the moment I left, everyone was great. Really nicely redone lobby area. ( i'm assuming, as it looked really updated. ). Nothing more to say really. I'd stay again on my next visit. :)

This is the third year in a row that we have stayed at this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are wonderful and the whole hotel gives off an aura of "it is great to be here". They made us and our pet dog feel very welcome.

Check in process was great easy. Room was spacious as we had our 2 sons used the restaurant and food was great. We got the nachos and wow awesomely made and alot. Pool and hot tub also great. We liked the garage door that was open letting you our to the sitting area where you could lay get some sun. The not so great. On the second day of our stay we realized the breakfast was skimpy there was the usual juices, oatmeal but hot meal was only eggs and bacon. The staff incharge of the breakfast area were not proactive filling the utensils or the items that had run out. Our last day of stay got worse. There was a line of people waiting for utensils that were out, milk was out no plates after waiting for a while we went next door to Denny's and had an amazing breakfast. For a BW Premier there was nothing premier about the breakfast.

Beautiful entry, lush rooms with super comfortable bed with lots of pillows and bathrooms with plush towels in a generous supply. We had an early check-in with no problem for our 3 night, 4 day stay. The breakfast was excellent and the tea and coffee selections were superb. Yay that breakfast lasted until 9:30! Staff was unanimously friendly and accommodating wherever we encountered them. This visit we needed a pet friendly hotel and we were very pleased with the accommodation for our small schnauzer. Our fur baby felt very at home as well, going quickly to our room (on leash of course) and stopping at the right door after an elevator ride. I was not expecting this level of luxury at Best Western. We will definitely be staying here whenever we visit family nearby.

The room was o.k. but the bathroom was way too small try closing the door when using the toilet. Ouch. No bathrooms near the lobby. Traveling arrive and need a bathroom fast.......not close. Rooms a little small. Otherwise o.k. Free Breakfast and Wifi was good Too much entering space for hotel wasted could have used that to make bigger rooms and bathrooms. Not too friendly at the check in or check out. Just o.k. they never go out of their way to tell you to have a nice stay or day.

Front desk staff went out of their way to accommodate an early check in and provide help with arranging a wheelchair for when we returned. Facilities were clean and well kept. Have stayed here before and will stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel, it was great. The staff was friendly and very professional. The beds were too hard for our liking but we were only there for 3 nights. So no big deal. I love hotels that have breakfast that goes past 9:00! This one goes till 9:30.

I have to say that it was a very nice stay everything was wonderful I would recommend my friends and family to it I already have. When we are in the area we will defiantly stay again. The only down side was the restaurant did not have a big enough variety in it

Good hotel near a large shopping center with easy access to freeways, etc, and easy access to downtown Puyallup and local parks. There are several restaurants within walking distance, but you have to walk over a bridge over the freeway to get to them. There is a relatively new Denny's restaurant right across the parking lot that serves good basic breakfast, lunch, and dinners.

Great location and staff. We have stayed here several times as they are also pet friendly. It is always very clean and the staff very friendly. Having shops and restaurants close by is a big plus, as well as easy access to the highways. We will definitely stay again!

Hotel is very clean and rooms very quiet. However, don't plan on eating in the "Bistro" unless you have lots and lots of time and like to be ignored. Had stayed here once before and everything but the "Bistro" was great. Last time service was also slow, but I at least got food.

I got a king suite it was nice I liked the separation of the two rooms. Was small but good for two or 3 people. Decorated nicely. The only problem I had was the shower hot tub combination. Unless your 6 ft tall you have to climb out of the tile shower. It scratches your legs everytime you get in and out of it and on last morning I slipp and hit head on tile wall and fell on tile bath tub rimb trying to get out left a nice nasty bruise. I could have been in real trouble if I would of hit the wall any differently. So my advise is do not get rooms with hot tub they are dangerous. The rest of the hotel is good.

This was a lovely hotel. The interior, exterior very beautiful and clean. Extremely quiet and the housekeeping service was top notch! We stayed 5 nights ;and enjoyed every second of a good night's sleep.

Spent a week here on a combination of work and pleasure. I was very grateful for the comfortable king-room with desk, mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The hotel staff was uniformly respectful and helpful and the housekeeping team is exceptional. My room looked spotless and fresh everyday. A decent breakfast is included and the nightly cookies in the lobby (with coffee or tea) were a nice touch. I did not use the restaurant, but it seemed to usually have customers. Pool was AOK, too. The location worked great as I was Pacific Lutheran University and then did a day-trip to Mt Rainier.

Stayed t this hotel as a reward night and was quite pleased. We were upgraded to a suite with the only draw back being that it was next to the fitness room. The walkers started at 6AM and the lifters at 7AM. This was within the posted times so could not complain. This might explain way the upgrade was made. The entire experience was excellent and even though I was awakened a little earlier than I would have liked there were no real issues. I would stay again.

Great location near Western Washington Fairgrounds, shopping mall center and a variety of restaurants. Friendly and professional staff, great breakfast offering and quiet rooms well furnished for business or pleasure.

After a busy day visiting Mt. Rainier, we pulled up to the Plaza Hotel and were greeted by the most attentive and accommodating staff. The room was extremely clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good as well with scrambled eggs, sausage, assorted breads, muffins, bagels, etc., oatmeal and fruit! I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Stayed here while playing in baseball tournament. Convenient to all amenities needed. Clean, comfy rooms. Staff very helpful and attentive. Nice free breakfast and lobby coffee. Pool! No complaints will stay again when in the area!

This was our first time here and won't be the last! We came in for our daughter's graduation and was pleasantly surprised with the location being very convenient being it was near restaurants and the mall. The hotel was clean, the front desk staff is excellent and the breakfast in the morning was great! We were impressed by the cleanliness of our room and we have no complaints! Parking was also plentiful and free. We will be back!!

Loved my time with family here. We stayed because of proximate to relatives and had a delightful stay. Nice full breakfast in the mornings and a great indoor/outdoor (garage door is open in the summer) pool. Conveniently located right off highway 512.

My Mom and I were in town for a family emergency. The room was fine, quiet and comfortable. The room was clean. The price was high, but we were in need of a quiet room that was clean. The beds were OK. And I will note that we were in town for just over 2 weeks but chose to stay here only 1 night. Breakfast was blah and I'd almost go across the parking lot to Denny's if we were to stay here again. Word of caution, when walking around the beds, be very careful. Part of the metal bed frame was sticking out (had been bent away from the bed) and I didn't realize it until I had gotten too close to it and ended up with a 2 inch gash on the side of my leg. I waited at the front desk for nearly 30 minutes to report this, but there was only 1 person trying to check in a bus load of military personnel. We ended up at WalMart buying first aid supplies to clean the gash.

Hotel exterior is fairly drab but thankfully located on a hill above street traffic level where rooms facing a safe, expansive parking lot are pretty quiet. Hotel entry hall and lobby / lounge has an upscale, pleasant feel w/o being too luxurious or intimidating. TV size and in room lighting options are excellent and room decor attractive. Beds were firm but not too uncomfortable to sleep. However, although the rooms are standard size, the big minus is the bathroom which was surprisingly way too small, impractical and even a bit unnerving. Sink is located in sleeping area which also reduces privacy and comfort. This is a very, very nice hotel that has a major design flaw that might put off some customers, especially larger travelers. (Yes, the bathrooms are really THAT SMALL!! Almost feels as if you're on an airplane.) Breakfast items were standard, but acceptable, and there is an adjacent 24-hour Denny's for those who want more. I would gladly return here at a reasonable price and imagine that there isn't too much better to be found locally. Overall a very pleasant, easy stay at a very nice property. I give it a high rating w/two thumbs up.

Every staff member we encountered was overly-friendly and helpful. The breakfast was satisfying, with a good variety of choices for everyone. We stayed overnight for a volleyball tournament at Lake Tapps and it was the perfect distance to travel for a really nice hotel. The team really enjoyed the pool, too!

We had a king suite/spa, which was clean, quiet and roomy, but rather dated décor. Getting out of the shower/bath is pretty dangerous frankly, so not recommended for the elderly. Eat breakfast elsewhere - badly set up, and the worst scrambled eggs I have ever had in my life! Good value average hotel. Nice staff.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast. The extra came out when our key didn't work for the room. I returned to the desk. The man rekeyed my card. Then, he followed me to the room to be sure it worked. I appreciate that extra effort to be sure the visitor is served well.

Breakfast was hot and fresh with several options. Room exceptionally clean. Pool is small but very clean and my kids enjoyed it. Service was excellent, employees very courteous. Atmosphere of lobby/bar/breakfast area is very warm and inviting.

I recommend this place to everyone. It had great service and amazing look. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was hug. The jacuzzi tub was the best part!! However if you are gluten intolerant or have Celiac disease I recommend bring your own food as they have a very low selection! Overall though this place was amazing!!

This BW Hotel was certainly above average. Very clean and I am picky about such things. We will always stay there when going over to Puyallup Washington. I was impressed with the quality and service and professionalism.

Fitness center doesnt open until 6 am Bummer! One person working in morning was very rude and acted like she couldnt help me because she was busy putting out the breakfast items. Choices on breakast bar are very limited.

This hotel was booked for me. Very pretty lobby that smelled like vanilla. I had a king room and it was very small. It had a fridge, microwave and Keurig coffeemaker. Bathroom is also very small and if you have knee problems, the toilet is much lower than other hotels. I grabbed tacos for dinner at the hotel and they were not good. It is also very noisy- children running throughout the halls and the walls are not well insulated. I probably will not stay here again.

This was a very clean and nice hotel. The breakfast was great and staff were friendly. Also, the hotel and the area felt very safe. This hotel is definitely good for a traveling families. The only draw back was the curtain situation. The curtains don't close (Only for decoration). They have a solid white blind that pulls down. Since I was on the side of the building that the sun hit in the morning, our room was extremely bright. I wish they had heavy-duty drapes that would close and keep out more light. Normally, I don't mind if blinds let through to much light. But on this trip it kept waking all of us up earlier that we wanted to be awake.

Clean facilities , friendly and helpful staff..Restaurant had good food. the morning breakfast was good. could have had more tables to eat at though. Will stay here again and would recommend this to all.

Pet friendly! Tiny rooms, husband kept hitting his head on the shower rod. Small Tiny bathroom. Bed was hard as a rock and uncomfortable. Took the hot water forever. Great staff. Typical Continental style breakfast

Staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had an amazing stay. It's a nice hotel. The rooms are clean, and it was quiet. Awesome that they have elevators, room service and a restaurant on site. The room was clean and the bed was fine - not too hard, not too soft. It's a Best Western Hotel - but I actually really liked it. I will stay here again next time I'm in town.

I stay here often because the rooms are super clean and hotel is well maintained. The staff is friendly and aims to please. Beds and linens are comfortable. Nice fitness room with weights, two treadmills, an eliptical and bike. Unfortunately both treadmills did not work. The night manager and maintenance staff immediately responded to my request for help but neither could fix whatever the problem was. Disappointing. I trust them to resolve quickly. I will continue to stay here.

The hotel was great. We showed up at 230 am because we moved hotels from the red lion which sucked do not go there the one in Tacoma. But the best western was great clean fresh rooms and was very accommodating for my service dog will stay there again.

Bath is very small, otherwise a really nice hotel. Exceptionally nice and helpful staff. Well done complimentary breakfast with hot items (eggs, sausage, waffles, etc). Nice lobby and bar. We did not eat at their restaurant, but it looked nice.

This is a very nice hotel overall. We have stayed here several times and it has always been clean and friendly. The free breakfast is very good, one of the best we have had. So I can only complain about two things, the swimming pool is inadequate as I like to swim laps, but that probably will not bother a lot of people. The big deal is that it is fairly noisy. The plumbing is very noisy and can or should I say will wake you up. We have decided that in the future we will request the 3rd floor to eliminate some of the noise.

We picked this hotel for the location, and using this app, we also got a great price for the room. We were under 2 miles from the Fair Grounds and a very short 1/4 mile drive to a huge mall. The hotel itself is wonderful. Grand entry and lobby, sweet Bistro and bar also in the lobby. Two pools and a great breakfast. The room was very quiet and had great little details showing that a lot of thought was used to make the room so wonderful. Little things like K-Cup coffeemaker, safe microwave with a handy counter light so you do not make coffee in the dark or blast he room in light. Sleep was wonderful. I really liked this stay.

This hotel is a short drive away from the Tacoma Unit Arena and close to restaurants. There are probably some cheaper motels a little closer, but would rather pay a little more and know what I am going to get. Nice room, quiet, and the complimentary breakfast helps to start your day.

Excellent hotel. Comfort level and the staff was extrememly pleasant and helpful. We so enjoyed the comforts of the lobby. It was more akin to an "Inn" experience than an impersonal hotel. The hotel was very clean in all areas and smelled wonderful

I had a good first impression of the room, amenities and breakfast with coffee. I felt that the hotel staff tend to be not as friendly as I've seen at other hotels, and the house keeping job quality was inconsistent everyday. They don't refill/replace missing cups or coffee everyday. The hot water was not hot enough for shower. I really appreciated the comfortable bed and great coffee.

Very nice hotel, reminds you of a higher priced property with modern rooms, conference center and business center. Rooms seem small when you first walk in, but that was no issue due to layout and features.

What I loved is that this hotel was Pet Friendly, I have a dog and the fact I could bring him and there was a place he was accepted was great, especially in an grand setting as this hotel. About the only thing that I did not care for was that the bathrooms were tiny. Other than that the service, breakfast bar, grounds and hotel were impeachable.

great place for taking the grandkids, the pool isn't large but plenty of room to play. they have a free lending DVD library with a large selection of age appropriate movies. will come again when visiting the area to see the grand kids

I stayed for 3 nights - the location is very convenient just off the highway and right next to a shopping mall and several restaurants - mostly fast food chains. There is ample free parking and free wi fi which worked well. The room itself was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean, if not a bit small. The lobby is nicely decorated. There is coffee / tea / cookies / lemon water available 24/7 in the lobby. The lady working at the reception overnight was very friendly and helpful during my late check-in and promptly booked a taxi for me for the following day. One of the ladies at the breakfast area was quite kind as I arrived late for breakfast and she went back to the kitchen and brought me a plate of scrambled eggs. The front desk has DVDs which you can borrow to watch. The only negative was the garbage cans in the room weren't emptied by house-keeping during their daily cleaning. I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area - the service was great, the hotel is clean, and it is affordable.

We stayed here for three days. We had a suit. Which was nice and spacious. The bathtub was jetted and fit two people comfortably. Our bed was NOT comfortable by any means. I found it funny when I went to see what was for breakfast there was a mattress convention in town....I asked a sleep train guy if they could give them some new beds! Breakfast yet again, unappealing. Denny's was next door... But we opted to wait for lunch. The most undesirable thing about our stay was the sound of the toilets flushing and water draining over our heads. From the rooms above..

Best Western innovation of "Premier" is something not to miss. The service when I arrived late in the evening was incredible, the two girls were helpful, professional and graceful. Their crew in the morning was cordial as well, especially the lady in charge of the Breakfast buffet. This hotel it is at the level of a Marriott, beds are orthopedic, bedding is fantastic quality, room are spacious, clean, quiet with a new system of sound proof. Towels are also great quality, and the remote control was processed anti-bacteria. <---love it! Wi-Fi available everywhere in the hotel, and the breakfast have hot items, a great variety of bake goods, plus they have lactose-free yogurt :) Stayed only for a night, but location was fantastic, parking area is friendly and I felt secure and welcome at B W Premier.

This place is great, but they have to do something with their customer service. We felt humiliated at check out. first time staying there and my last one. I never been so humiliated in my life. Even my daughters noticed how bad I was been treated it.

Great place, clean, spacious. Kid friendly. Excellent staff, make you feel at home. Everyone very helpful. We stood for over a week and we were made to feel comfortable. Breakfast was good and great variety.

Everything was so Clean and nice and everyone was very friendly and helpful Super good time I stayed in the area two weeks ago and it was not a good time I paid lots of money and was dissappointed in alot they did not have or offer

This place is great. Everything about it is good. The rooms are awesome and clean. Have a Keurig. Great cable and internet. The breakfast area, bar, and pool areas is so cool. Really neat setup. Bistro is affordable and fun to eat at. The dining area is so pleasant, unlike many hotel dining areas I've ever been at. I only had one problem that would not stop you from staying here, but I want to point out because the hotel CAN fix it and if they do, the place is perfect. So I used a third part to make the reservation. When I checked-in, I said to the young lady, could you put me in a room with two beds. She said let me check, and then gave us a room with two beds. Easy, nice. The next day, i had to buy two more nights from the third party, and went to talk to the front desk about getting a room with two beds again, twice i talked to them, a different woman and a man, each basically telling me it's impossible to get a room type switch when booking through a third party, as if congress would have to pass a new law for it to happen - the man even tried telling me i have to contact the third party to switch bed types, when the third party clearly said in the reservation that if we had any special requests we would have to contact the hotel. In the end, I checked out, and asked a different young lady if she could help, and without batting an eye, she kept me in my original room and changed the other room from a King to two queens WITHOUT congress and without going through the third party. The other two employees lacked some customer service skills, which I think if they fixed, the place was absolutely perfect.

Hotel is very clean from the outside to the room. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is hot and has a little of everything. Bottom floor can be little bit noisy. Lots of parking. close to a major mall and the fairgrounds.

Excellent room, plenty of space, very clean. We have we have our dogs they had plenty of room and a fantastic place to walk them. They have doggie bags and trash can set up in the walk area . Breakfast was presented and tasty. The staff was very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel with a good breakfast buffet. Was not told pool was out of order and hot tub was in pool room but room was so hot using hot tub was impossible. Asked staff to open doors to cool off the room and was told we couldn't so that. NOT ACCEPTABLE - we wanted hotel with pool and hot tub not unusable pool and hot tub. Very disappointed!!!!!

We arrived at the hotel after attending a wedding an hour away. We had received good directions to the hotel, but still missed it as there isn't a ton of signage visible from the highway. Check in was quick and the room was everything we needed it to be....clean with a comfortable bed.

Can't go wrong with this choice. Great lobby restaurant and bar. Pleasant outdoor lounge area with fireplaces. Rooms are very nice. Dog friendly. I will stay here again in the future anytime I am in the area.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and really caring staff. My room was clean and very comfortable. The room attendant was very particular in cleaning the room. It always looked so nice to come home to. I love the k-cup coffee machines in the room. The breakfast was so good and the staff kept everything well stocked. They always had a smile on their face and so nice. The front desk employees are very nice and professional.

We stay in Puyallup several times each year. We have always stayed at another hotel. This time it was booked and this hotel had an available reservation. First stay here. IMPRESSED. Great room, lobby and service. All was excellent here and we liked the feel of the hotel a lot. This has bumped our other hotel (which we like a lot too) as our probable new go to in the Puyallup area. Liked the workout room too. Did not have the breakfast but it looked good.

I liked this hotel not just because of the property but because of the staff. The girl that checked me in was very kind and professional and the girl that was working at the bar was super sweet too, made my stay more welcomed. The quality of the rooms were perfect, nothing to complain about. Also i needed help on how to work the ac..... the maintanace person was to kind and was really nice about showing me how to work it. They all are a keepers. Def coming back to this property.

I wanted to add a review for this place, after spending 4 nights there recently. Spotlessly clean, and extremely accommodating. My only complaint was, that my mattress was a little soft for my Liking. And I didn't ask for a different room. I certainly would not hesitate to return here for another visit. Very nice hotel.

Centrally located hotel, with accommodations to suit all needs both business and/or pleasure. Staff are friendly, and rooms are nice & comfy. The Bistro Bar is a great addition to the hotel, I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Clean and simple, great experience staying for a night there. Wil go back any time. Maybe improve the breakfast quality as it seems just average. The place is 5 minutes drive from downtown where there are great restaurants as well... Or the strip mall across the highway

I wanted to stay here one night. I tried to make reservations on line, but kept getting unavailable indications for the entire two months on the calendar. I finally called Best Western to see if they were open, and was told there is a 3 day minimum stay. It would be nice if they posted that policy where we could see it. Caused a lot of wasted time, plus the time to write this. I didn't know how to rate the 1-5 stars, so I chose average. It may be a great place. I'll never know.

This beautiful hotel was easy to find and is very accessible from the freeway. We found the room set up a little unique. The sink and vanity were in the open area, with the toilet and tub a tight squeeze in the enclosed bathroom. The pool and hot tub were smaller than we expected, but all facilities were very clean. We were satisfied with the breakfast offerings and the staff was friendly and helpful.

My sister and I stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. It was much more comfortable than we expected. The beds were not too soft. They actually offered a wide variety of herbal tea, not just coffee. Definitely a perk for us. The complimentary breakfast was perfect with plenty of variety. The location was convenient for us in our travels to other activities. We certainly did not have any complaints and thoroughly enjoyed having a pleasant place to stay after our daily activities. Would definitely use this place again.

We stayed at this location for 2 nights during a quick family trip to the area. The hotel was quite clean and the complimentary breakfast was neat and tidy and of good quality. The only downside was a small pool that would be quite crowded with 8 or more people in it, however there is a large roll up door that opened up the space to a nice outdoor lounge area where you could watch the kids from. Location was good, close to restaurants and shopping. It was about a 30 minute drive to downtown Tacoma and the Port Defiance Zoo, but we felt it was a fair trade off for the better nightly rates vs the downtown hotels. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was absolutely immaculate. Nothing anywhere- inside, outside or in the room that made me feel as if cleaning and caretaking was not up to par. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast not great, but a Denny's next door. Room a little small, but nicely decorated and up to date. Recommend as a good option for an overnight stay in Puyallup, WA.

This has the makings of the best hotel in the Puyallup area. Well priced, well located, good service, nice room. However, during my three night stay the water temperature of sink and shower never went above moderately warm. Comments to the front desk resulted in a kind, concerned look and "sounds like the boiler is acting up, again." I very much appreciate that rather than rewarding frequent stay guests with a small package of chips or cookies, they hand out a coupon good for a beverage at their bar or convenience store.

I always enjoy staying at this property. If something goes amiss, they're very quick to solve the problem or make amends. My reservation in their computer wasn't the same as what I booked but I had my copy to prove not only WHAT I booked but WHEN I booked it. I asked for 50% off the first night and got it without any hesitation on their part. Other than that, I had a lovely stay; quiet and peaceful. I'll be back in a couple months.

This hotel is a higher level hotel than those Best Western I've ever stayed. But this does not mean that it's expensive. The quality:money ratio is a good bargain. The Denny's next to the hotel is a plus. I usually look for a hotel in the last minute. LESS EXPENSIVE hotel + LESS EXPENSIVE restaurant is improtant for me.

Recently stayed here for my daughter's soccer tournament and it was a great location with an attentive, courteous staff. I would stay there again and recommend it for other parents traveling with their children for sports or other types of activities nearby.

Nice hotel it is where we chose to stay when visiting our family, great rooms, good breakfasts .I like the fact that they change it up each day its not the same sausage and eggs they have put out bacon and ham before which is nice for the people who stay at Best Westerns regularly. Very nice staff, nice pool and hot tub area, nice sitting area outside by the pool also. They have a nice little place to eat and have cocktails also by the lobby. Thanks again.

Rooms are nicely decorated and clean. Bed is comfy. However, you can barely turn around in the room it is so small. The bathroom is like a closet...you have to go right into the bathroom, past the toilet to close the door. It is also very noisy. We could hear the people in the next room talking....every single word. Whenever anybody beside or above us flushed the toilet or used the sink, we couldn't hear the television. For the price, it was disappointing. We stayed in much bigger rooms for a lot less..and they were just as nicely decorated and clean as this was. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Cant say the same for front desk staff unfortunately.

This hotel is lovely. It was clean and very comfortable. The lounge/bar and breakfast area was well designed and gave plenty of room to sit and have breakfast or cocktails in the evening. I really liked the fitness equipment--just free weights and cardio machines--but well kept and enough for a good work out. I didn't use the pool area--mainly because it wasn't very spacious and there were kids in the pool--not so fun when they're not yours. I passed on the pool and spa--but it doesn't mean there was anything wrong with it.

We stay here often and staff are always happy and helpful. Love how willing they are to accommodate you and make you feel so welcome. Highly recommend this Hotel. Location for what we do is perfect. Easy access to freeways, shopping, dining and etc. Coming in to the Lobby in the evening to the smell of the fresh baked cookies is delightful and they are so yummy. Breakfast is fabulous and the staff that run this are outstanding. We stayed there over Valentines day and I had staff prepare our room ahead of our arrival. Kaylena, Aussie and Corin have always been outstanding along with all the other staff.

This is a great Best Western right off the freeway, easy to find and access for our destination. They have a great pool/hot tub area and lovely outdoor seating area with a fireplace. When you arrive you can help yourself to a lovely glass of lemon water and a cookie before bed. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable with windows that open to the outside to allow for wonderful fresh air. A wonderful breakfast is included in the morning with a great variety including make your own waffles.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was wonderful. Check in process and check out process was easy. Would recommend the hotel. The hotel was easy to get to from the airport and location was good if there on a business trip where you will be seeing multiple clients in the surrounding area.

Very small rooms we had a King room you can barely turn around in it. Pool is small and no way to enjoy with so many kids running around. Up and down the hallways as well. Did not rate this very well as It does not stand up to being a Premier which is the top of Best Westerns. I don't think it rates as a plus. Beds were very hard, need new bed protectors the one in our room was torn to threads from being old. Views are of a shopping center parking lot. And I believe they regulate the hot water it seemed to be hot and then went semi hot-warm. Turn it off and back on and it's hot again. Really! The breakfast was a mess very messy and not alot of choices as well as what was there was gone and not replaced. Will not stay here again.

This Best Western was a comfortable place to spend the night. The room was quite small, but it worked well for us. The bed was a good one. Breakfast was fine. There are many hotels in this area, and I am glad we chose this one. The staff members were helpful and welcoming.

We had an issue at check in with our room not being ready when I needed to prepare for a medical procedure and had called ahead. Due to the issue the first nights fee was waived so we appreciated that and the very room itself was clean however had a very strong chemical smell. It was awful to walk in the hallway, people had their doors propped open and the hallway smell was mixed with alcohol, pets, and smoking. We would not stay there again based on that. Also We had to watch very carefully that our 2 year old daughter didn't hit her head on the glass dining table.

This was our second stay at this attractive property. We wouldn't have come back if we had not enjoyed the first stay. All was well this time until our first night, when our upstairs neighbor decided to spend the time between 10 p.m. and midnight-30 doing some kind of exercise routine involving tromping back and forth the length of the room then dropping something heavy on the floor. We complained, of course, and the next night was OK, but the third night, back to the exercises (though not quite as loud). The hotel also checked us out a day early, then called us in the middle of the day to ask why we hadn't taken our belongings. When we got that squared away they made us check BACK IN (all the usual paperwork) for our third night, even though it was part of the original reservation. Worse, since we were "checked out", the didn't make up our room until late in the day. To be fair, the staff and manager went out of their way to try and mitigate these issues, but, well, we were disappointed.

We were quite pleased with the cleanliness, décor, and staff of this hotel over the weekend. The hot tub and pool areas were clean, and the outdoor seating area was a great place to unwind by the propane fire. I had no complaints about the room and was sleeping like a baby on the comfortable bed. I did not use the bar near the lobby but should a cocktail have been on the wish list - it was there in the evenings.

Stayed here before and boy have things changed. Chose it for value and comfort but was very disatisfied. You can't have a beautiful hotel on the ourtside and not want to take care of all of the little things on the inside.

I stay here every couple of months while I visit my sister. The hotel is convenient and comfortable and makes being away from home a pleasure. The free breakfast is great. The rooms have DVD players and you can borrow movies at the front desk. I will be back again and again.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and nice comfortable decor. The company is using Best Western because of corporate rates and proximity to our new store. Nice choice. The bed was comfortable- wish I could have found an iron, but probably need to ask. I'll stay again next week for a few more nights and hopefully use more facilities like the work out room.

The room was excellent room, bed was very comfortable, hotel is relatively quiet and the hotel staff provided great service, but skip the breakfast and go to Denny's next door. The breakfast was a real disappointment.

We love this hotel. We stay here every time were in town. They have a restaurant and full bar. It's like a bistro. Rooms are nice. Elise the bartender is a sweet heart! Thanks for a great time !! Definitely recommend. Full breakfast in the am too.

Very attentive and helpful staff. Hotel, rooms and bathroom really clean. Nice continental breakfast included, plenty of food and good quality. No problems with internet. Nice to have a restaurant and bar in the hotel.

We stay at a lot of hotels and this one was so nicely appointed, with real glasses and glass coffee cups plus a Kerig coffee maker. The pillows were nice, sheets smelled good, in fact the whole room smelled 'clean'. The breakfast was as good as one of the free breakfasts can be, and they have great cookies fresh baked for guests most of the day. Parking was convenient and the location was close enough to everything we needed to get to. Denny's is right next door too. The walls are too thin, and we happened to stay here during a weekend event that involved teenagers. We had a huge issue with an employee that was handled perfectly and they went out of their way to handle it to our satisfaction. Because of this, we will stay here first when coming to this area.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect - the bed was comfortable, breakfast offered all the required elements, the staff was quick and friendly, there was a full bar and even a restaurant with something for everyone. We will absolutely stay there again.

It's a very nice, clean, pleasant hotel. The only thing I would like is to have something besides a coffee cup to drink out of in the room. If you want water, use the coffee cup. If you want coffee use the same cup. If you have some wine or beer use the coffee cup. Cone on, spring for some plastic cups or reusable glasses.

Always our favorite place to stay when visiting the kids and grandkids in Tacoma. This hotel is a little drive maybe 8 miles from Tacoma But well worth it. Love the rooms, front desk personal, hot breakfast and complimentary drink tickets. You won't be disappointed ??

This facility is convenient and I really like the limited access rooms, especially the big bathrooms. This time there was a problem with the hot water one night so that night was cheerfully comp-ed. No arguments.

Easy access to hwy, eateries and the Sate Fairgrounds. Nice area to walk our dogs and very quiet - no traffic noise, Rooms could be a little larger as there wasn't lots of free space between bed/table/chair. Bathroom was tiny.

Clean spacious nicely decorated room perfect for romantic get away or whatever. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I wish the weather had been nicer so we could have set outside by the fire pit. It was a little hard to find the entrance especially on a dark rainy night. Once we located the entrance, it was easy to get to the on ramps the next morning. Close to shopping.

The staff was friendly and courteous and the hotel was clean and well appointed. The pool was warm and my kids loved it. The rooms were comfy and the beds were as well. The free continental breakfast was so delicious! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

This was a gift for a good friend to spend Christmas alone with her kids. They could not have been happier with their stay. The loved the pool, the lobby was beautiful, the breakfasts were great. The kids were very happy with the internet. Was a great stay for them.

Outstanding customer service by the staff, especially from the front desk. Everyone was very gracious and made my stay pleasant. Rooms are nicely furnished and I had absolutely no problems with noise from traffic or other rooms. The hotel's location is very easy to access and convenient to reach Tacoma or Seattle areas.

This is a very high quality nice hotel with a great breakfast a many amenities. The rooms clean, spacious and well appointed but the bathrooms is tiny and cramped and there is only one small sink in the vanity space.

This hotel has a great location if you are visiting the Puyallup or Graham area. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the South Hill Mall. The pricing is great and the staff are very helpful and courteous. We have stayed several times at this hotel and have never been disappointed.

Great hotel. Easy access from highway. Near shopping, food. Lots of thing to see. Great pool and spa. Nice rooms quiet, clean. Very outstanding staff . Breakfast was good we were there on a Fri/sat. stay and they had different meats not just sausage like some of the property's do. That was nice. Will stay again at this location.

We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly and we have also had good luck with Best Western hotels. It was also in a good location for us. It does have a Fireside Bistro but it closed early on our first of night due to being short staffed and only staff member going home sick. We were bummed because we had just driven 8 hours. The breakfast in the am is pretty good. You can make fresh waffles so that was a plus. There was plenty of space to have your dog do their business. It was very sad for me to see that dog owners did not pick up their dog deposits despite the fact the hotel provided bags. It drives me crazy that they are not respectful of others. It is no wonder that we have to pay extra for owners who do not follow the rules!!!

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights during thanksgiving week, and I discovered I got $200 cash stolen from my backpack from my hotel room. When traveling, I always have some petty cash($200)and a backup credit card with me kept separately in an envelope in the hidden pocket of my backpack that I carry all the time EXCEPT for breakfast. I stayed on the 1st floor next to the staircase where lots of guests and STAFFS walking around, and I have preponderance of evidence that a hotel staff entered into my room and stole my $200 cash in a morning while I was out for breakfast. What a horrible stay.

I stayed once before at this hotel and was impressed; it is an excellent value. While on another business trip my collegue was staying here and felt the same way. This is THE choice when traveling past/through Puyallup especially if you are doing business or attending events at the fairgrounds. Extremenly confortable, friendly and safe.

I am always pleased with my stay at this location. The room is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offers great quality and variety. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I visit family in this area, and I have not had a bad experience staying here.

Husband and I spent two nights at this venue. We are from Oregon, so that tax at the end is always just a bit of a whammy! It ended up being about $120.00 per night, which is fine. The venue is exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. There was a gentleman standing around the lobby (an employee) when we arrived who would not stop talking to us, and we were exhausted, so it was a bit challenging to break away from him. The venue itself is very pretty, and quite magnificent for a Best Western, but it is a "Premier" so that must be the word to look for. Decor includes modern chandeliers, heavy and colorful fabrics, comfortable couches. Speaking of which: if you want to keep those couches nice, they should be a "no eating" zone, BW! We saw people move to them when space was short at breakfast. Rooms are comfortable. I suggest that you make "no noise" hours a bit earlier (9 PM) so we older folks don't have to listen to kids going off the rails. All in all, we received the value we expected for what we paid.

This hotel is excellent in comfort, caring staff, cleanliness and amenities. They have a great full on breakfast, that they call Continental, but way more expanded than that. In the evenings they set out some cookies, which is a nice treat.

Booked room to attend Model Train Show at the State Fairgrounds and do some pre Christmas shopping. perfect location as the Fairgrounds was a short direct drive from the hotel. Shopping was even closer, with most major department stores as well as many shops. Most major restaurants were also close by. Hotel staff were very accommodating. Had a large package shipped there which they received and stored for us. Will certainly stay here again. Although hotel is very centrally located, room was extremely quiet.

When we stay at a Hotel it is normally at a Best Western Hotel. However, the Premier Plaza Hotel is a fun and comfortable place to meet with friends too have a couple of cocktails and feel safe. There are so many places in town to go for cocktails, all have their own style and atmosphere. But when the girls want to go someplace safe, quiet and fun for a couple of cocktails and visit we like to sit at the Best Western Hotel Premier Plaza Hotel lounge. It is very comfortable and safe feeling.

Stopped near Seattle for a night at the Best Western and found it to be one of the best hotel experiences we've had in recent years. Very clean, bright and well organized. Would recommend it to anyone.

New remodelled hotel done very well and extremely well managed! I must say that this was one of the best hotel stays my wife and I have ever had! From the moment we entered the hotel entrance we were greeted by a cleaning staff member who immediately stopped what he was doing and welcomed us with a friendly hello, how are you? These friendly staff greetings never ended through the whole weekend stay and included employees walking in the parking lot coming to and from work in the mornings made us feel very welcomed. The repeated offers of assistance in any way was very appreciated. The cleanliness of the hotel was fabulous as was the comfort of our room and amenities. I would stay at this hotel again and recommend to others in a heart beat. The hotel was solid booked the Saturday night with large events but was very quiet in the room and hallways.

We we're just in the area for one day on business and the room suited our needs well. Clean and comfortable and quiet. Everything was in working order. We had no complaints about the room or service. Only thing is they do not accept cash as payment. We do most of our purchasing with cash so it was a hindrance.

If you are in the Puyallup area, stay here! The rooms are nicely appointed, There is a safe, a Kerri coffee machine, a large, flat screen TV, and plenty of drawer space for your clothes. The bed is simply to die for. I'd stay again just for the bed! The staff is helpful and cheerful. The breakfast has everything one would expect, from fresh fruit to oatmeal, waffles, toast, bagels, eggs, bacon or sausage, yogurt and great coffee. You owe it to yourself!

So easy to check in and out. When checking out if you use the express service you do not have to stand in line to check out. Very clean and comfortable. Bed was just the right firmness. TV had many cable options and internet worked very well.

Hotel was clean and well appointed. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. Location was near the business section of Puyallup. Traffic was heavy. Access to the hotel wasn't difficult.

My friend and I traveled down for three nights. was amazing from the get go. The staff were warm and welcoming. found us a vase. Breakfast in the morning were great. The pool and hot tub were clean and pleasant. I wish it had been warming to sit out on the patio. The only thing that got me down was that the lounge was not open longer or had a larger menu. but the service was great.

Room 125 is hopefully the noisiest in the entire hotel. Located in the entryway by the stairs, kitchen, breakfast buffet, and front desk; prepare to be up all night. But it doesn't end there! At 6:00 am every morning they will begin setting out breakfast. This entails vacuuming, setting up the breakfast buffet and a lot of talking. The door is so thin, you can hear them pouring the coffee. If you get room 125, bring your earplugs.

My husband and I stayed here for a Seattle Seahawks game, and were delighted with how easy and affordable it was! It added about 30 minutes to our drive to the game (about 40 minutes total) which seemed a small price to pay for the amount of money we saved over staying downtown. Every time we stay here we are amazed at the great value for such a high-end product. The rooms are spacious and clean and I love the Keurig coffee maker and guest robes! Breakfast is included and served in a beautiful room with lots of tables and tv's. I am delighted to say that I have only ever experienced warm, welcoming staff and will always choose this hotel for all of our Seattle-based activities. I highly recommend it!!!

The lasy at the front desk told me my card was declined. She suggested it was do to having insufficient funds. I explained that was not the case and asked her to run it again. She did and it went through. I felt as if she was assuming I didn't have the money on my card. Her approach could have been better for this issue. Also the picture and sound was off on the TV. We weren't planning on relaxing in the hotel much so it wasn't that big of a deal.

We really enjoyed our stay @ this hotel. Room was really nice and clean, bed was very comfortable and breakfast was very good also. Close to a mall and plenty of places to shop and eat. Highly recommended.

When we come to Tacoma we always stat at this Best Western as it is closest to Pacific Lutheran University where we often have meetings or when homecomings or other events are scheduled. It is always a pleasure since it allows us to bring our small dog with us.

Great place to stay. Not inexpensive but very clean , nice rooms & good breakfast. It's close to expressway but very sound proof rooms. Would go back again. Lobby very nice , also indoor pool and spa. Everything kept up including outdoors. Traffic in Puyallup can be a nightmare but easy to get in & out of hotel. We had a suite with a door dividing the seating area and bedroom. Worked really well for us.

Excellent staff and friendly service. Central to Seattle Tacoma and the Fair grounds are just down the road. Great views of Mt. Rainier and good convenient shopping and dinner options. I would recommend the hotel to Business travelers

This Best Western Premier was a great place to stay. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff was friendly. They were very accommodating as we needed an early check in. I would definitely stay there again.

My boyfriend and I come to Puyallup Best Western to celebrate our anniversary. While we were there we went to see Heart at the fair and the Lemay American's Car Museum. We both are directionally impaired individuals and we had to call several times for driving directions. The front desk was always very helpful and got us to our various destinations.

All the employees were cheerful and helpful from the staff at the desk to the cleaning personnel. When any of them saw us in the hall or lobby we were always asked if there was anything we needed. We were attending an off site seminar and were able to use the beautiful hotel lobby for our study time. It was a relaxing and pleasant setting and the staff was very considerate. I would highly recommend this Best Western hotel.

We booked a king suite and this was a very nice hotel... However, the bed was not very comfortable. It was a very firm bed and when you have joint issues like me, it can make for a very painful night. The free breakfast was OK. They did not have any real cream for the coffee so that was a disappointment for me. I don't like nor can I drink sweetened creamers. I think for what they charge for a room per night they could at least have real half & half or the coffee. But Starbucks was only a few minutes down the road so that worked out OK.

What a terrific hotel! We stayed here for 5 nights and had great rooms - clean and spacious and comfortable with a wonderful smell of clean sheets and towels! The furnishings were perfect - including a comfy stuffed armchair and great desk and desk chair - a separate vanity area with a makeup mirror, a small fridge and Keurig Coffee. We had a wonderful, restful sleep on the beds and the breakfast was delicious, The staff was very friendly and helpful. A perfect experience.

This BW is newly renovated with fabulous suites that include jetted tubs and private bedroom with doors separating the living and dining room. Always clean. Housekeeping does a great job. Pool and fitness room are small but they do the trick. Coctail hour is a bonus. And breakfast is good with protein. There are several hotels I have stayed at here in Puyallup but I choose to come back here time and time again. The staff are very friendly and greet me in the halls. Prices are reasonable compared to others. Give it a try!

I booked a king room but upon check in found out we were upgraded to a King Suite. The room was beautifully furnished the tub had jets, there were french doors to separate the bedroom from the living room. It was very clean and quiet. We loved the room so much we skipped going to the concert we were going to see at the fair. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we just loved staying here. I would book another Best Western Premier in the future and pay full price for the suite.
