Best Western Hotel Orlando East Inn & Suites, Orlando

The staff at Best Western Suites & Inn on East Colonial drive far exceeded my expectations in every way. Bernice and Connie were so sweet and accommodating to our every need. They even happily moved our room from the second floor to the first floor the day we checked in without any fuss. The facility was clean and well taken care of. The staff and maintenance team were so respectful and helpful. The amenities such as the internet was working well for the work I had to do, and the breakfast had everything in stock, waffles too! I will definitely be staying here again very soon.

I had a hard time picking a hotel in Florida based on the terrible reviews they all had. I stumbled upon best western, which also had terrible reviews but took a chance on it. I don't know why all those other reviews were so terrible. The room was perfect, the service was great and the breakfast was the best part. Had no troubles with the room or the stay. 10/10 recommend

Lots of noise. Barking dogs at 4 am. I guess that is to be expected when pets are allowed. Loud talking during the night on the parking lot. People going in and out, reminiscent of drug dealing. Free breakfast was pretty good, better on the second day. Staff friendly and efficient. I have stayed here before but probably won't come back.

Very good! Service was nice and people were friendly! The pool is great for kids and on hot days. Complimentary breakfast is also well served and good. The stay was good and enjoyed the time spent while in vacation.

This place is an absolute dump. DO NOT a stay here. The room smells awful. The sink is broken. The air doesn't work. The outside feels like you're walking through the ghetto. The room is dirty and disgusting. The shower head isn't adjustable. The bathroom door doesn't lock. Stains on the chair.

Our room was FILTHY! I have never stayed at a room as dirty as this one! We either kept our shoes on the entire time or walked on towels to get around the hotel room because the floor was so dirty! I didn't complain because I asked for a room closer to the lobby so I figured we were going to move anyway. The first time I asked, the woman was very pleasant and called the next day with a new room number. We started to move our stuff and I realized it only had 1 bed instead of 2. I went to the desk to tell them and the older gentleman was extremely rude. His response was that there was no way I would get a room on the first floor and that nothing was available closer. He did say he would write down my request but I never heard back from him. I didn't bother to ask again since he was so rude the first time. Then when my husband ran into housekeeping he asked if we could get some more towels for our room (since we had to use them to walk around the dirty floor) she instructed him that he would have to go to the laundry room and get them himself! There was also a lot of drinking/drugs and shady activity going on outside the rooms in the back where we were staying (another reason I wanted to move closer to the lobby) Continental breakfast was a joke. Dry cereal, frozen breakfast sandwich or toast. You couldn't beat the price but I guess you get what you pay for. I just assumed all Best Western hotels had a specific standard that was met at all of their chains but this did not feel like a Best Western at all. It is definitely dragging down your business name! One positive note: there was a woman there with black hair to her shoulders that stocked the breakfast and she was extremely sweet! Talked to us every day. Asked how we were doing and gave us recommendations on local restaurant. Her and the other woman with dark hair (not Bernice) and the pool guy were the only positive things about this hotel.

We did web Save Time At Check-In Pre-Register using Bestwestern portal and informed we would arrive between 12 to 2 pm and arrived actually by 2.35 PM ET. They told rooms not available till 3 PM and when i told we did pre-register they were like "What is that? WE DONT KNOW that and it is some 3rd party portal". I was like WHAT THE !!! We drove 9 hours non-stop from NC to FLORIDA only to be made wait for 15 mins for checkin even after we did pre-register. Very ill informed and non-customer friendly staff. The hotel room floors were sticky and the room smelled like some restroom phenyl solution was sprayed as room freshener.

They couldn't find our reservation , our check in agent was however gracious kind and did all he could to fix the problem. Most importantly the hotel was clean staff friendly. Would recommend . The pool was a bit Luke warm but again it was clean

This is not a hotel. The front desk does not answer the phone- which i had to call because we never got clean towels in the 4 nights we stayed; the room floors are dirty (just looking at the soul of my feet)- the hotel seems more focus on low income housing and not turist/visitors. which is fine but they should not sell it as a hotel to us visitors. We tried to get a room on the first floor bc my sister has a bad hip and knee and they could not even try to accommodate- though there seemed to be several empty rooms there. There is smoking going all around the rooms no area free of smoking. We will send a letter to Best Western headquarters seeking an apology and redress. They should NOT be advertising this place as a hotel. Hallways dirty. We paid a nightly rate of 199 so not cheap. At least clean towels to the room and clean floors? O

The hot water went out while I was there. Stayed off several hours due to repairs. I know things happen but I was not informed of the inconvenience. I was not informed when the problem was fixed either. Parking lot was nasty, trash was everywhere. There was people smoking, playing loud music and fighting all hours of the night. The floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in some time. The AC leaked all over the floor. You could tell there was water damage on the ceiling as well as the floor. The laminate floor was buckling and the ceiling had a big, yellow swell. There was a spot of blood on my sheets. It looked like it was washed and the stain didn't come out but why would anyone use it again. Housekeeping never came by and offered towels or any extra amenities. When we arrived housekeeping had left bottles of cleaning products and trash in our trash cans. The room smelt musty and there were water bugs/small roaches all over the room. We should have left immediately but there were no other hotels with availability close to where my husband was working at the time. We bought bug spray and had to keep putting down towels in front of the AC for over a week. This was by far the worst Best Western I have ever stayed in.

I've stayed at Best Westerns throughout the country. I know not to expect top of the line amenities, but I have come to expect a clean, well kept and neatly painted/ cared for stay. We were not impressed with our room on any of these expectations. Furthermore, the rating would have been higher—we were able to sleep for a couple of hours there—but instead of just being charged the agreed on $110, my card was then charged $1200 more over the next several days. We left the room in the condition we found it. I have called several times to try to fix this issue and have been told by staff that they cannot help me. I have left messages for a manager to call me back and have heard nothing. The corporate site states that they cannot help with charges from an individual branch and says I need to take it up with the specific place I stayed. In short, I highly do not recommend this place. I'd have let it go if it was just a not great environment… but the financial side of things adds an additional red flag to the location.

We needed a stopover for one night so we didn't want to pay a lot for amenities that we wouldn't use. The price for this hotel was very good but the reviews were bad. We gave it a try anyway and were very pleased. The room appeared to have been remodeled recently. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. There was not smell as noted in other reviews. Overall, a good experience.

Was able to secure an overnight stay. This is an older beach area hotel. in a tourist center. While that does not excuse the dank smell in rooms it explains that the infrastructure is in need of some upgrades for this site. The staff was friendly but sadly at the price I paid - and as a BW rewards member they could have done far better.

I wish I can give ZERO starts to this hotel. Everything is dirty, old and damage. AC does not work properly (first night it wasn't working at all), smell terrible like humidity, food is terrible, service is pathetic and the lobby smells like marihuana. Not secure and guest are smoking and drinking alcohol in the stairs. Definitely not recommend

Very friendly accommodating staff. Breakfast was delicious the women preparing it worked nonstop each morning. I definitely appreciated everything. I will definitely stay here Again when I am I the area

This is the stuffiest, smelliest, mustiest Best Western I have ever been in. We actually had to ask for a room change at first, and the second room, a king suite, was better but not by much. We bought a bottle of febreeze to tough it out. I actually dreaded going back to the room each night. It would have been nice to open a window for fresh air, but they are locked off. Breakfast was good but not attended well. There was noise due to the freeway, but that was expected. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating but even they can't fix smell. I can say the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The bed was on wheels though so be carefully leaning back on the headboard to watch TV. It will roll out from under you. This hotel is also a very long, tolls everywhere, 30 minutes drive from DisneyWorld, Daytona, and the Space Center, so it was not the best location for our planned events. As a long time Best Western Platinum member, this motel (not hotel) was a big disappointment and I can't recommend it in good conscious.

Lobby bathroom was disgusting. Hotel is run down. The room doors looked like they had all been kicked in and had holes big enough that daylight was shining through. Room smelled like mold. The wall in the bathroom was moldy and gross. Water smelled disgisting. Beds were extremely saggy. We checked out 10 minutes after arriving. We didn't have a safe feeling being at this hotel... very sketchy.

First room assigned was noisy, but then was moved to a quieter room. This is a motel priced as a hotel. Facility is clean and well kept. Staff is polite and helpfullBreakfast is average, nothing special.

Our family stayed at BW Orlando East for 1 night and we stayed in the King suite. We absolutely loved how large the room was and how updated the ro was. Beautiful tiles comfy sofa and extremely clean room and bathroom! We enjoyed a wonderful night and the wonderful hot breakfast they offered in the morning! We had an amazing stay!

The breakfast area was sticky and was lacking food replenishment. Since there was no carpeting (tile throughout), I heard lots of road noise. Also the couple in the next room came in around 3 am. Their talking and other noise did not stop until 6 am. Would have called the front desk but the phone was broken. After complaining, no one was put in that same room. Had a better nights sleep then. Just a bad experience all around.

The staff were very friendly and breakfast was good Price wasn't too expensive and rooms were clean The room itself was good and I have no complains The pool was clean The front desk looked nice and the lobby had pretty nice furniture and comfortable seats to sit around and hang out

The room are good overall but the roach problem does not make it pleasant to be in the room you have to be look ever where and having everything closed tight so you try not to bring any roaches back home with you .

This is a good location on the East side of Orlando and on way to the east coast. Room was comfortable and clean. Easy access to 417 and OK breakfast for a.m. departure. Personnel were friendly and check in a breeze. There is a pool as well when travel is in the hot months.

it was good and seemed clean other than the 3 bugs i saw in the room. 2 behind the tv on top of the dresser and 1 on the bed. probably more that we didnt spot but… yeah. the staff at the front were kind and helpful though

Had an amazing time, Check in and check out Bernice was amazing during my stay. Kemanual was welcoming as well so was Baz. Make sure you ask for them! they will make you feel welcomed! I did had an issue that occur but Bernice was quick to resolve the issue and accommodated me and my wife.

It's in a sketchy part of town. The exterior is dirty/gross. I have no doubt many drug deals have gone down in the back parking lot. The interior had a fresh remodel but was done pretty sloppy. They forgot the ceiling (eww), missed several areas where the old paid was visible, the corners and cracks needed to be filled before they tried to paint, and the tile/baseboard job (especially in the bathroom) was the worst ever. There were holes big enough for cockroaches to come in and out at leisure. We were able to kill 2 of them.

This property is in serious need of renovation or at least a thorough deep cleaning and repainting. My room was dingy, dark, and smelled like mildew. It seemed to have been cleaned quickly and minimally, with no attention paid to things like corners, window sills, the mini-fridge, or the bathroom light fixture (which was filled with bug carcasses). The floor was very dirty. I was there Friday night - Sunday morning and received no housekeeping service on Saturday. The hair dryer was broken. The outlet near the bathroom sink/mirror had now power.. The door didn't fit the door frame tightly and seemed less than secure. I chose this property based on location and because it was pet friendly. Fortunately, I was there a short time and really only needed to be in the room to sleep.

After reading some of the reviews, I wasn't too sure what to think. However, after staying 3 nights there, I was happy I booked a room after all. The room we had appeared to have been recently renovated, with new floors, beds, and paint (I think whomever painted though should have done a better job in some spots, like where the wall meets the tile and removing door knobs, outlet covers, etc.) Bottom line... I booked a room in an area that had limited hotel options from where I needed to be, and also because, like many others probably did/do, the price was good. Yes, there are some things they could improve upon, but the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was only 15 minutes or so from the airport. I'd go back. As for the negative reviews and comments I read online before booking, here are my thoughts: "small pool" (it's an outdoor hotel pool for splashing around and cooling off, not the US Olympic Trials pool. I was even able to do a few modified "laps" of actual swimming) "it's near a highway" (as was obvious from the map, so shouldn't have been a surprise. Ask for a room away from the highway. Note: I was on the highway side, heard some cars, but slept well) "they didn't make my bed" (The front desk staff let me know upon check in that, for environmental and cost savings measures, they offer housekeeping upon request. Make your own bed! The room was is great condition when I arrived) "the breakfast was limited" (People! We're coming out of a worldwide pandemic. Get real! I ate breakfast 3 days in a row there. They had scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, HUGE oranges, apples, bananas, bagels, cereal, etc.)

Room had mold and mildew. Floor was slippery from humidity. Moldy smell to the room. Mirror fell off the wall from the moisture while sleeping. Scared the hell out of us. Mold found behind the mirror. Glass left on the floor until we left the room. Absolutely atrocious. Came home and all of my clothes are damp in my bag and have that nasty smell.

All in all the hotel wasn't bad it was very clean inside which is the most important to me close enough to attractions , the area wasn't bad either I wouldn't stay for much more than a night or two and the gentlemen that checked me in wasn't the most inviting but again not to big of a deal for me at all

This is my third day trying to contact the manager of the hotel for a refund due to a system mistake. They collected my money WHEN I NEVER CHECKED IN. It is incredible. BAD, BAD, BAD customer service !

I can't believe I paid the price I paid for the place. It was absolutely gross. There was bugs everywhere. I wore a brand new pair of white socks, within like 3 hours the bottom of my socks were absolutely gross!! The water pressure in the shower sucked. I will not go back to this hotel.

I would rate this place a 0 if I could. Thank God we were there for just a few days. Supposedly, this hotel "deep cleans" due to covid... not so much. There was food left in our fridge, hair in the sink, garbage in the coffee pot. They give you a tiny trash can. The bed had hair on the pillows and looks like no one swept or cleaned the floor. We went to the pool-that was the best part of the hotel. We will not stay there again. Just an FYI they take an additional deposit along with the payment at the time of arrival. Still waiting on my refund. Probably won't get the gift cards either that was a promotion at the time of our stay. Lesson learned: Stay on Disney's property if you are going to Disney world. Staying off property isn't worth it. Especially at a crap motel.... I got what I paid for......

Booked through booking.com. they had no record of the booking upon arrival. They were able to still give me a room and ensured the price I was given through booking.com would be honored. It was not. It was nearly $250 more. Key card reader did not work and after many attempts to resolve, they had to move me to a different room. The 3 hrs to check in and have working key cards in hand made me late for for the event I was in town for.

My first time staying in the Best western. At this location the staff is unfriendly, if you ask something they don't response nicely like they don't want to be there. If you want your room clean you need to call or tell them, they didn't told me that when I check in and when I told them they said you need to ask us, I tell them that nobody when I check in let me know and they said: Oh sorry but yes you need to call us. I ask them for the next day to clean my room they put me on the list but nobody clean it anyways. In my whole stay nobody came to clean it and not even to bring clean towels. A lot of weird people around, a lot of smokers too. Overall is a loud and dirty place, not for a family or to have a good vacation time.

it was horiable if my job ever sends me back to orlando i will never stay there again the staff was very rude and the location was not a good spot for the hotel i personally think that the hotel needs to be close all the drugs addiction

The front desk took forever to unlock the door to the lobby upon checking in and then he didn't even greet us when we walked in....I mean I know it was late around 11pm but common curtsey is to greet guest. Had issues with getting in the room mind you we had all our luggage and walked up the stairs to the room and couldn't get in, my boyfriend went down and got another set of keys and they still didn't work. Front desk clerk took awhile after me calling to come up and said that he was moving us to another room on the 1st floor. On top of it all there was cops patrolling the area too which made me uncomfortable and the door to the room was unstable as if someone had their door busted open from previous stay.

Todd at the front desk is amazing. He goes out of his way to take care of everything I need. The entire staff and management make me feel like family. Rooms have been remodeled. They are friendly even the maintenance guys want to help me with my bags. I feel very welcomed when I go.

Great staff, rooms, and pricing. I love that they accept pets up to 80lbs. It makes traveling much easier for my family. The rooms are spacious and the beds are so comfy. Definitely won't be disappointed if you book this location.

The majority of the staff were not wearing masks when they should have been (inside, with other people in the area) The room decor was updated and the room was clean. Breakfast was a prepared bag with little variety from day to day and no choice of what was in the bag. Such as a choice of fruit or muffin with water.

My experience with Todd, one of the staff members was excellent. He went above and beyond to deal with a challenging situation. He made my stay at the hotel a pleasant one, even though it didn't start that way. It is due to his persistence and pleasant personality that things ended up well!

I stayed one night for a business trip and the room looked very nice. I could see that if I had needed to stay for additional days the space was nice and would have been accommodating. You could tell the room had been remodeled and there was nail polish spilled on the night stand and it was a little dirty behind the refrigerator but over all it was clean and was a pleasant stay. It smelled fine, and was spacious.

Gentleman named Todd checked me in. Very professional, polite and made a crazy day of driving much more pleasant. kudos to Todd. I'll now stay there again in a couple weeks. my decision to stay again is based on the clean room and Todd. Best Western has a real keeper in that gentleman.

The room was clean. Recently updated room. More importantly, Todd from the front desk was able to accommodate some requests with me being a diamond member and get us checked in smoothly. Excellent customer service!

There have been alot of renovations going on at this location. It looks great. Definitely needed and update. The staff is amazing. I had no issues or anything to complain about. It was a wonderful experience.

I stay here all the time, the receptionists at the front desk are always so inviting and accommodating! Especially Todd, Marissa and Bernice! The rooms are remodeled nice flooring no carpet and the beds are extra comfortable. Love this place!

The hotel is doing some really nice upgrades to the rooms. I stayed in a 2 bed suite that had a separate living room area that was nice. Fresh paint and new furniture was a plus. I would stay again for sure.

Terrible the hotel staff was rude upon arrival.. they never asked in the 4 days we were there if we needed anything. I asked one of the house keepers for 1 towel and she was very very RUDE I stay always at best western but I will never stay here again!!!

I really recommend this hotel, was my best experience, their costumer service was amazing, and i like the new renovations that they start to do. i went with my family, and i can say this was a good choice.

We had a issue with the day sales team member and house keeping coming to our room per their policy you have to request they clean your room before 11am, so we placed a service call for 9:30am sunday the 24th. When we returned that afternoon at 12:30pm the room was not cleaned and per the day crew they were sorry but it would take another hour if we wanted. Me and my wife took the kids to eat and went to the walmart down the street and we returned at 2:30pm house keeping had just got to our room. I then went to the office for the second time the day crew member and Todd Johnson the night sales team member was there, i explained my situation that it was now 5 hours later and house keeping was just now cleaning my room and we had to leave twice because their policy and then when we got there my family had to wait for the house keping team for over 40mins more outside the room. When i went to the office the day crew member pushed the responsibility of on the night team member which was Todd Johnson and he went above and beyond to help us fix the problem. I totally recommond this hotel, the rooms are nice and the night staff is very helpful I also recommand they hire more people like Todd Johnson.

The staff are very friendly, clean room, good breakfast food. The location was great. But because is next to a busy highway is not so quite. We had a great time! We stayed at this property to visit my parents close to the are and we will continue to come back here.

I had two rooms and the TV didn't work in either of them. I tried to call the office to report the problem and the phone was not plugged in and the cord was missing. There was also a drunk employee wandering around after hours. Lastly, I saw a roach in the restroom. The location was great though.

Should they charge less and post pictures that do not buff up reality I would have given a 5 star. Cordial staff; clean room and comfortable pillows and mattress. Unfortunately the whole building needs a mold check; ice machine has a permanent leak; sign of water damage in floors; furniture needs more that TLC; rust on fridge door; etc... Not what you would expect at booking!!

I love this hotel. In a great area, No illegal activity whatsoever. The check in receptionist, Todd was so sweet and loving. He pronounced my name right on the first try which is hard for allot of people!!!! (Tayacia) We we're gifted goody bags with a bottled water, lays chips and a granola bar. We got a check up phone call from the clerk telling us to enjoy our stay. Oh yeah and he gave us an option of having an upstairs or downstairs room. It was my birthday so I partied all night and slept until checkout so I didn't get a chance to make it to the breakfast serving, I'm sure that was delicious! To sum it all up, I will always choose this hotel to Stay whenever I come to Orlando from now on out ❣️❣️ Thank you Best Western for playing a big role on the excitement and enjoyment of my 25th birthday.

Was very clean and the staff was very helpful and courteous will recommend for you to stay not expensive very nice reliable and the breakfast is great bacon eggs a real cooked breakfast if you want a late checkout they will let you get it. I will be visiting them again

I usually go to this best western 3-4 times a week for work and Todd is amazing and always gets me the rooms I want with easy access to the front parking lot, I like parking in front of my rooms it's much easier for me. Todd always knows what. I go there because of his customer service. Again, he is amazing and is truly an asset to your company.

This hotel is actually more of a motel in a shady area of town. Our room was not ready at 3pm for check in. The staff asked for 20 minutes to quickly clean our room which I felt was too quick to do a thorough job. The room smelled like mildew. There were shady characters hanging around the balconies that overlooked the pool. The pool is not heated. My kids swam for about 10 minutes and wanted to go hide in the room. On further research and reading reviews, other guests found bedbugs and roaches. My husband and I checked and didn't “see” anything but all things combined we did not want to sleep there. We checked out immediately and found a new place to stay.

Older property though pretty well maintained. Room was basic but clean with usual amenities. Cramped tub and toliet room with sink counter at back of main room. Excellent Internet in the room we had. Breakfast choices were standard although the service areas were a little tight. Adequate seating. Coffee from the powdered coffee machine was awful. Staff was friendly & helpful. Busy 10-15 minute drive to a good non-fast food restaurant for dinner. Right at the FL 417 (Toll) interchange for access to the theme parks though a bit of a drive. Would rate "Average" if the room rate had been higher

Room was clean. Grounds smell of weed and cat pee. Grass has been replaced with cigarette butts. Rooms were clean and everything in the room worked. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was varied and good.

Other than that it was okay but the ac was horrible it felt like a motel instead of a hotel every night me and my friends had to wake up amd kill them it crazy that we had to pay for this but we just wont go to that place again

I found this hotel and was pleased with most stuff. I will just mention a couple things, the bed, well I had a king size, and if you wanted to stay on one side without rolling to the middle, you would have to be like Fred and Ethel Mertz and tie yourself to the edge. Then at 3AM, I don't know what the heck was going on, heard like someone banging on one of the doors in a nearby room. Otherwise it was fine. Looks like parking for a big rig if not too many there already.

Affordable hotel near downtown Orlando. Quiet room, kitchen, swimming pool. Breakfast American. Sweet and unhealthy. No rye bread, no cold cuts, no fish. Dr. Phillips Center is nearby, 15 minutes. Colonial Drive also has many menswear store.

We had our air bnb cancel due to a water pipe breaking and we were able to get right in! Not stupid clean, but pretty clean. Staff was accommodating and friendly. They even called our room to make sure everything was acceptable. Beds were comfy and there were tons of extra pillows. The selection at the included breakfast buffet was impressive, but the quality could be improved, but at this price we were all pretty pleased.

They have all tile rooms,it is none smoking of course but there is designated smoking areas. Our cleaning lady Ms. Carmen was very kind,professional,sweet woman left the room spotless. And took very well care of us and our needs when it came to our room.They allow pets up to 80lbs the best western website says and it's a $20.00 charge per day. They have washing machines and dryers but they don't work so don't waste your money there.6 miles down the road is a 24hr laundry place. They do not have night time security at the hotel or the laundry.it is located about 30 min from the disney parks but you avoid head aches and traffic from the tourist that stay near Disney so it is worth the drive. They have a pool that also has a contraption for people with disabilities. Oh and you get free complimentary breakfast from 6am to 9 am because the lady with the red hair or wig takes the plates of food away while people are still serving since 9:30 is the cut off time for breakfast but she stops it at 9.other than that great place.

This is an economical choice. Breakfast and staff good. WiFi did not work in room but very well in lobby. Ran out of hot water by 9 AM. Fridge had a vibration that made noise while compressor running. These are all facility issues. Staff would not be able to address them except maybe fridge for future guests. Very convenient from airport if heading toward Daytona along I-4.

We arrived our shower curtain was very dirty, you could see hair everywhere, outdated...ceiling has stains , water wouldn't get hot and have a strong smell. BW is usually great and good prices but avoid this location if you can.

Hotel is in Colonial dr. It was close to my family house. Plenty of parking and pet friendly. The service in my experience was poor, ( i moved from a carpet room to a tile room after a second day request and thw hotel was almost empty, the towels were dirty and hairy, so was the bed. Make sure you check the bed and towels as soon as you get in. Cause they do not have anyone working past 9 pm to help you with those issues. The floor was tile so i clean it myself with a towel. Cause they do not clean. Positive the rooms arw nice, tile rooms do not smell as much as the carpet rooms. You do not hear any exterior noise while inside the room. Go have breakfast before 8 am so food dint run out.

I am a regular customer usually visiting once a month. I come to take a weekend to rest away from my home situation with a lot of noise. This particular weekend I had just gotten out of the hospital 2 weeks earlier after breaking my ankle. I started to not feel well. I called asking for later check out. Not only was I given late check out but Todd from the front desk brought me some hot tea personally to help make me feel better. Every staff member waited on me hand and foot helping with my bags since I was on crutches. I ended up being so sick I was in the hospital again for a few days. Todd has always gone way behind his duties to make me feel welcomed and a very satisfied customer.

Seidy Saldana at the front desk went above and beyond. She is definitely an asset to your company. Amy at the breakfast buffet was awesome as well. We are definitely going to make this our new place to stay when we are in Orlando.

Great location and welcoming facility. Take note though it is right along a busy highway and you may want to request an interior side room for a quieter night! Breakfast options were varied from day to day!

Out of the way scary place. Under construction dirty do not recommend it specially if you are a solo traveler. Did not like the stay. Very dirty and dark and gloomy. I wanted to leave, but had family party.

This is the best hotel to stay at when visiting Orlando! Great location if you are visiting UCF or Valencia students! Right next to 417 so it's a quick drive on the highway to theme parks or beaches! The staff is so nice, the pool is fun, and there is a free continental breakfast! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Orlando, and I would definitely come back here! Outstanding service so far on this trip. The room and bathroom are kept in emasculate condition and breakfast is really well done. The staff has being very helpful and courteous. I would stay here again while in central Florida.

This is a motel style hotel located roughly halfway between the two international Orlando airports (Orlando and Sanford). It's pretty basic and the rooms are tired. The location is just on the side of a highway. So basically not somewhere to stay for more than a night or so. However, for a stop over stay it ticks all the boxes: - inexpensive rates - firm comfy beds - really good free hot breakfast - excellent in fact! - free parking - clean pool if you fancy a refreshing dip

Our room was newly remodeled with a nice hardflooring. What was also nice was that all the linens - sheet, towels and hand towels did not have any stains and were freshly laundered. AC worked great (a must here in Orlando). Lobby area is well kept and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with waffles, cereals, scrabbled eggs, bacon, yougurt, bagels, and all the ammenities. Access was very good and the grounds were quite. Room had nice TV, refridgerator and microwave. Nice stay and I would book here again.

Bedroom floor was filthy and super loud outside of room. You can hear everything. Breakfast was excellent because of lots of options. Staff was friendly and attentive as well. For the price we paid it wasn't that bad of a stay.

Stayed here for quite a few nights visiting my fiancee. Have traveled and stayed at many hotels and was quite impressed with this Best Western. Accommodations were very nice & rooms were large with nice furniture. All the staff were so friendly & Todd was great when he patiently helped the other employee learn how to re-key my room key (don't put it near your cell phone). All the housekeeping/breakfast/maintenance staff were so friendly & helpful. Very nice atmosphere! Pool looked clean & inviting but I'm a beach person. :)

Property was well maintained & rooms were very clean & in excellent condition. All the staff were very friendly & helpful. The breakfast was always great & they had different items daily. The manager, Bernice, was very friendly & professional. Housekeeping & breakfast staff were all so friendly & seem to love their job in accommodating the guests. Great location near stores & Turnpike.

Nothing special. The exterior was well lit at night but some maintenance repairs could be in order. No insulation, could see the sunlight coming in the side of the doors in the AM. Could hear people talking outside room. The door lock looked like it had been nearly pulled off. The A/C was cold but extremely noisy. Beds were comfortable enough and the room seemed clean. The tile floors were not my favorite to walk barefoot on. Shower was OK but did have some water temperature issues. The hotel was convenient to where I needed to stay. Would probably look for alternate place next time. Breakfast was typical but did feel the scrambled eggs at least tasted like eggs.

I would pay double the price next time to not settle for this hotel and stay here again. Misleading pictures and the place is half under construction and crawling with unsafe conditions. Ants were all over the bathroom and counter. Could not even place a single item on the counter. Provided bars of soap for sink and shower, but no soap dish or place to leave it.

If you are looking for a placed to relax and enjoy and away from home I will recommend staying here . The placed is quite and the breakfast is great. I couldn't ask for more. My friends also enjoy it.

Much better than i expected. Room was clean amd refurbished? Staff was nice. It's old but they are making an effort to keep it nice. Very convenient location.we would stay there again. Tbe price wasy decent as well.

Old hotel, the doors had seven layers of paint. Our room has such a strong odor that we had to move the next day. I thought the air conditioning being on would help. I actually felt sick from the smell. Thankfully, Margie at the front desk, came to smell for herself. She said she would not have been able to sleep in there and was helpful in moving us. Most of the air conditioners had condensation that you could see in the outside hallway. The room we were in did not. My guess is that the condensation was going under the carpeting with led to the horrible smell. The room also had the smoke detector off of the wall. Our second room was just a little musty but bearable. The TV didn't work in the second room. When I was at the desk I heard another lady complain to them that her shower had no water. I will never stay at a Best Western after this experience. I did feel bad for the staff. They were all very friendly and tried to help, which is why I gave two rating instead of a one.

I stayed there for 3 nights. On the last night on Saturday some guys decided to do a party in the room. The hotel walls was shaking, I called reception and the guy said he could not hear anything. Music stoped around 3 am. Never again. They also have some people that leave there for a long time! Some weird people around. Just stay away. Better hotel by UCF. . Same price.

We inadvertently booked the wrong day and when we called them about it they said there was nothing they could do about it so we lost our money. BAD POLICY! I won't book another room at a Best Western EVER.

After checking in used bathroom , found two roaches on floor. Bed also had a dead bug on it. Two doors down , long term residents left there door open, they were passed out in the room. 9:30 at night.

Room was smelly had ants and roaches. They turned off the water without letting guest know. Got drinks out of machine and they were warm. The breakfast eggs and bacon were not covered. Had to give a $50 deposit because of paying with cash just to get it back when checking out.

The staff here was hands down the best that I have had the pleasure in dealing with! Everyone one here treated you as if you were family and made the stay that much more enjoyable, Especially Ms. Bernice, she went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I were happy and comftorable the entire stay. I booked my reservation through snap travel. Worst mistake of my life. Got to the hotel. The card number snap travel. Sent to pay for the room declined. Todd one of the front desk staff. Was very patient and accommodating. He gave us 3 goodie bags. With snacks and water in them. He sat on hold with snap travel for and hour. Just to make sure we got our room. He was generous enough to upgrade our standard room. For a double queen. with a pullout sofa first floor poolside. what more could we ask for. I was so mad when I got there. Especially since I had been waiting that long. with a 11 month old and 6 year old. So what started as a disaster. Turned out to be great. Thank you Todd for your patience. When I was not lol. And so generous to my family.

Staffs were awesome, Thalia at the front desk was really helpful . I didn't had any problems with my stay. the breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I've had in any hotel and Housekeeping did a great job cleaning my room. I would totally recommend this best western hotel.

Nasty place to live in for a night. I had to go out and purchase cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and bedroom. The room are over priced and unsanitary. never again will I stay at a Best W again tb

The outside and lobby did not look too bad, it is when you go to the rooms and notice the rags and towels in the walkways collecting puddles of water under the air conditioners that you start to worry. When you get into the room, it looks like they took an old beat up room sprayed some texture on the walls and repainted it. what a mess. I slipped down the stairs because they painted the walkways and stairs with patio and garage paint that is peeling up and forgot to put anti slip on the stairs . stay away. there are far better places for the price.

We love this location just because is close to friends and family and about 20-30 no utes to the parks. Also 1hr or less to Cocoa beach and Daytona beach our favorite spots. We didn't realize across the street is Olympia Greek restaurant and don't judge the book by his cover for such a great charming very reasonable restaurant not forgetting if you like Puerto Rican food Lechonera will endulge your palate. Also Wal-Mart and 20 min drive Alafaya trail with mall, regal cinema and many chain restaurants and LA Fitness. Clean pool at hotel, coffee during lobby hours and great hot breakfast.last and not least friendly staff and great housekeeping service eager to help

I had cockroaches in my room. I told the front desk and he said he was sorry and he would let someone know but didn't offer a manager or a solution. This is gross. Didn't want to take my luggage in my house after so unpacked on my patio.

Luckily we only booked this hotel as a fairly cheap one night stay until we flew back to UK the next day. Upon arrival staff were friendly and let us check in early (about the only good thing). When entering the room there was a FOUL mouldy smell, my boyfriend has asthma so not great. All the ceilings were discoloured from mould. Pool is fine and serves its purpose. I found a cockroach in the bathroom and lots of little ants crawling round the sink! The bathroom is very dull and dark with lighting. The sheets/pillows had a ‘damp' feeling to them (hence the smell I'm guessing). Barely slept due to the thought of insects and the awful smell. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. Avoid at all costs. This place needs a MASSIVE revamp.

Room was old and had mildew smell. Parking lot did not feel safe, gentleman walking aruond taking pictures of cars and hotel. Staff was very friendly, but very old hotel. Breakfast was good, fresh food items.

The hotel does not appear at all like it does online. As soon as we pulled in I wanted to turn around but had booked multiple rooms for out of town guests meeting in the nearby area. The reservation was not honored correctly, rooms had foul odor, carpet was soaking wet, and we found cockroaches in multiple rooms. It is not a safe hotel or area.

My husband and I have stayed here for over 18 years. Last year, 2018, it was unpleasant. I requested a room right off the pool. They put us in a room that had a vast amount of black mold. My husband has COPD and of course we couldn't stay in that room. They were not willing to work with us...they wanted to put us in the back on the parking lot side. We decided to leave. This August we are going back....hopefully they have fixed the problem.

Overall the hotel is well kept. Rooms clean but are showing some mileage to them. Nice pool area and a decent free breakfast in the morning. Was nice to be just seconds from the highway. Management should do something about the grassy area where they've got a couple large trucks being stored; one of them is a refrigerator truck that is hooked up to power to apparently keep perishables fresh. As a dog hotel, it would have been nice to take my dog for a walk here. However, there was so much mud and tire tracks in the grass that we mostly avoided it. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. If the grass area wasn't so torn up and muddy and the rooms had a fresh upgrading, this would be a 5-dot review.

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff aren't friendly and not Willing to make accommodations. The air conditioner unit you can see outdoors. The room smelled like cigarettes and carpet is staled and has stains all over them. The lightning in the bathroom is very dark. The tile is away from the tub. The tub does not drain. I observed a male employee throw a yellow bucket of dirty cleaning water over the balcony into the flowers and greenery. All the greenery and flowers are dead in area. My two children slept in the bed and rolled in the middle due to a dip.

Drove to Orlando for my daughters orientation for UCF. This was not the cheapest option but it had good reviews. No issues checking in. The room seemed dirty. The bathroom had a roach but it was too late to go find another hotel. The next morning my mother said she didn't sleep because the sheets smelled dirty. Also it seems like people live in the hotel. In the morning we were going to have the free breakfast but it seems like many people that are not hotel "guests" were also having free breakfast. We left and went to McDonalds. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.

Checking staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool area. Location is close to a few nice places. Wonderful staff members. Would stay at this hotel again ! !

Came to the hotel at 10pm June 8th with my wife and another couple, who have a 5 month old baby. Upon arrival they did not have the room type I asked for (Suite Double Queen). They gave me a suite king room that had the following issues: Blood on the sheets, roaches, and to their knowledge (which didn't make sense why they gave me that room in the first place?) half the room was crippled and didn't have power. The side with the wall lamps, TV, and fridge all off. The maintenance lady quickly realized that,that room was suppose to be out of order and was not to be put for resale. I went down and spoke to Todd for a second time about issues (first being the wrong room type), he end up giving us 2 rooms for the trouble. At 3am in the morning the couple that was with us inform me that the room they got had roaches and other insects flying across the room and crawling on the walls. One of the insects managed to land on the baby. Luckily, nothing happen to baby health wise. The room we stayed in smelled of smoke, as if it was a cigar shop. We woke up again at around 8am to inform the front desk we were leaving, the young lady that morning stated she will issue a FULL REFUND. But, to our luck I was still charged $50 for the room(s) that pretty much kept us up all night. Do yourself the favor and avoid this Best Western. The Best Westerns closer to the universal studios area of Orlando is 10x better. Now I realize why this Best Western is at the bottom of the list when it comes to all the other Best Westerns listed in that area. And to the GM of that property "thanks" for the very generic apology VIA e-mail.

The staff goes out of their way to accommodate any and all requests. (and they do it cheerfully). We will definitely stay here again. The pool area is really nice and very clean. As I always say " Try it, You'll Like it".

We spent one night at this hotel. The room was fine, beds comfortable and it got quiet later in the evening. The receptionist was very nice as was the lobby area. The hotel is located in a section of Orlando that isn't particularly nice. It was hard to go west on Colonial Dr. You can only turn east out of the parking lot and have to go to the next light and make a U turn. Colonial is a very busy street and sometimes it is difficult to get out of the parking lot. We would likely stay elsewhere if we need to spend the night in that part of Orlando again.

It is billed as non-smoking but beware people smoke everywhere on the property. You cannot walk without walking through someone cigarette smoke. There were intoxicated people at the pool that we're not guests of the hotel. Apparently this happens quite often. We had to get 10 different room keys in order for them to get one to work. The staff seemed annoyed at having to do so. The breakfast was horrible stale under cooked sausage and the breakfast staff was very unpleasant.The electricity went out the first night for a while and the desk clerk to seem clueless as to how to handle that. We will never stay at this hotel again

After my crew and I were on the road for 9 hours checking in our rooms was a breeze and Todd and Joselyn made us feel very welcome and took great care of us during our stay. I will recommend this hotel and it's staff to all of my friends.

It's an old hotel and there's no disguising it. The freeway is loud. The old A/C is loud. Some guests were pretty loud. BUT, the room was clean, the service was efficient. The breakfast was OK for this kind of situatiion, but the people attending the food were very nice. Looked and found no evidence of any unwanted insects. Orlando is expensive-I just needed a place to sleep. This place combines affordability with acceptability.

The exterior needs a lot of work. First impression is a lasting one. If I was a person that judge books by its cover I would have turned around at the driveway, which I almost did. The room itself was pretty clean and looks much better than what I had in my head. Not the Best Western I'm accustomed to staying but it was a 6 hour flight delay so wasn't bad. I would only recommend this hotel if you looking for a quick nap or visit. Not convenient to dining or any family related activities. Close to the airport and highway. Wasn't worth the price AT ALL!

Saw 2 roaches, my feet were black from walking barefoot in room. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable!!! Would stay again if needed. Great location near stores and restaurants. Workers very nice!

Staying here right now, in town for 2 nights for a Concert in the Amway. I arrived wednesday around 6:00. Room 109. The toilet DOESNT WORK. Went to front desk, they said maintenance guy would fix it. Left to eato to Disney Springs, arrived at midnight, the toilet still doent work. Morning of Thursday, called to front desk, again notify the toilet issue. They said maintenance guy will come and fix it. Left to Sea World. Arrive at 5:30pm, toilet still the same and not even room service made the room. Call again but now a bit uncomfortable. I said I was going to a concert and that I will come back very late and I need it my toilet fix. Arrived at 12midnight and toilet still broken. Went again to front desk but at midnight nothing could be done, only a room change that I didnt took because my 12 year old daughter was very tiree to grab all things, pack and move to the second floor. Very mad with this situation. I will NOT stay here again. I DO NOT recommend. To bad Best Western.

i had booked a room at another hotel and it was unacceptable. went over to this BW just hoping they had an opening. Todd and Joselyn where very helpful with great attitudes, we had some laughs and i feel that i was taken care of; room was clean and service was great! thank you!

It been couples years now i have been every week here, staff are nice and friendly especially Todd and Melissa Room are clean ,i haven't had any problems since my first time book at this place, Breakfast was great,i enjoyed to stay here.thanks

I had to move to this hotel during my stay in Orlando for one night. The reason being I could not extend my stay at the Best Western Orlando Convention Center. The old man at the check was not receptive or accommodating. I only decided to stay for that night because I was running out of options. He ended up giving me a room at the back of the hotel, which was not safe. After seeing the room I have to come back to get him to change the room. This hotel also did not have a gym as communicated to me by the check in staff.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights while visiting family. Check in was fairly simple. The room was clean. The part to turn the water on in the shower was broken, but maintenance was quick to respond and fix it. Breakfast was hot and decent. Swimming pool was clean.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was very courteous especially Jocelyn she was nice enough to make sure that my stay at the hotel was pleasant. She checked and provide the best room for us. Thank you! Thank you! and Thank you again Dr ND

This is by far the worst Best Western we've ever stayed at. Located extremely close to the interstate and was very noisy, the air conditioner couldn't drown out the outside noise. The worst finishing work I've ever seen, plaster looked like it was done by a three year old. The faucet in sink was didn't fit properly and you couldn't get hand under it to wash hands. The space between bathroom door and shower room was a tight squeeze! Floors looked like they hadn't been mopped in a decade! Lighting was poor as well. Water temperature was hard to control. Ceilings looked like they had been patched multiple times. Breakfast bar should be closed down by the Board of Health. Waffle machines and pancake machines hadn't been cleaned batter cups were being reused as well as syrup cups. Really feel like they should refund our Best Western points, we have never experienced anything like this before. In fact we stayed the next night in a Best Western in Port St Lucie that was a delight and we used the same number of points for this disgusting experience. If it hadn't been so late and we were tired we would've left!

TODD!!! is the MAN!!! He is so friendly, confident and get's the job done! He cares about his guest for the time we check in to the time we check out. I an visiting because I am moving to the area soon.. Just because of him, when I do move and need a weekend getaway. I WILL ALWAYS STAY HERE!

My husband and I stayed here two nights - I booked this particular Best Western because: 1) it was near the Orlando airport which we were flying out of and 2) I was able to use my Best Western rewards points for the first night (free) and therefore only paid for the second night. I regretted my decision. The hotel is situated along a major highway and at the interchange for an even bigger major (toll) highway, which means there is always loud traffic noise. The AC was loud and difficult to use to drown out the traffic noise. We couldn't sleep at all. I could not turn the shower faucet on, or change the temperature once my husband started the water. You must be VERY STRONG to pull that shower knob! The toilet did not flush well. There were lots of loud construction projects going on outside the hotel near the highway with grinding and chipping construction machines. The breakfast situation the first morning was pitiful - there was only one bagel remaining, all other food was gone, waffle machines were not working, and that was because no one was working there. the woman called out sick and they did not get a replacement until later in the morning. The second morning this was rectified. There was also no one answering the phone at the front desk when we called three-four times the first evening. It also took three separate tries with three different staff members to figure out the proper paperwork for checking in and out due to my rewards points situation.

The Best Western rewards program offers travel cards which I redeemed for my stay. The instructions say to present the card at check in. I presented the card at check in and was told I couldn't use it. The clerk didn't even attempt to assist me with the problem or ask a manager. They dump the dumpster at 5 am on Saturday morning so I hope you weren't plan on sleeping in if you are in earshot of that. They allow pets so the yappy, dog down stairs barked every time someone breathed near the door and it peed on the sidewalk in front of the room. The breakfast area was tiny, smaller than your average kitchen and difficult to maneuver through with so many guests. It's not there fault but they are 40+ minutes from Disney or Universal. All in all it was the worst experience I have ever had at a Best Western and I will not choose this location again. On the bright side if you travel for work they seem to cater to this and have a lot next door that seems to be for larger vehicles, line trucks and that sort of thing. The beds were nice and the rooms were clean.

Assigned room that was not made up at 4:30 in the afternoon, front desk and housekeeping at odds. New room assignment and trip back to desk to get key cards to work. Went out and returned and key cards not working another trip to desk. After going to sleep, guest trying to enter room as they were assigned same room. Staf is friendly and very sincere in correcting issues but seems that they occur on a regular basis by other guest at desk.

Accommodations covered all basic and necessary needs, and free breakfast. Our room wasn't ready. No elevators. Electronic Lock key was problematic. Should have better cleaning smell, but no sign of dirt, critters, or lack of maintenance. Goody bag was a good idea.

Todd at the front desk was very helpful with finding restaurants and was very courteous. Very pleasant. Have stayed at many best westerns and this was by far superior. Room was clean and the bed was large and comfortable.

I have been going to the best western for over two years now and I love how clean all the rooms are.Todd at the front desk is very professional and accommodating. If you have any questions about the rooms he is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. I love coming there and having him greet me. We checked inn at this Best Western on East of colonial Dr., Orlando on Dec/2018, and checked out same night. Smelly room! but the worst nightmare was the infestation of mites, red bugs, fleas, and thick coming on the pillows and mattress attacking us. Disgusting!!!

Top of the line, clean, and extremely helpful and best hotel ive stayed inn. Todd and his team have been a blessing for me. I stayed the week for business when I checked in todd at the front desk was very professional and helpful .I stayed in one of the new remodeled rooms it was all tile no old nasty rugs what a great idea .

I stay there weekly and all is pretty good there as far as cleanliness and service I'm happy with it. I like the price and location is kind of in a urban area. The doors are very far spaced , I looked out from inside and could feel the air and see outside also the air conditioning was similar. Not every room was as much but it was what made my stay not so pleasant. Other then that beautiful place.

Service at the front desk was good. Location of the hotel wasn't, nor was the moldy smell that developed after turning on the air conditioner. Not worth the price considering pricing of other options nearby. Would not stay again.

This hotel was FULL of loud & unsavory characters, we were actually wondering if it was some type of long term government housing. The room had an odor of mustiness & disinfectant. It was so bad we decided to drive 3 hours to get home rather than spend the night. HORRIBLE!

I travel frequently and this is the first time ever I have canceled my second night at a hotel regardless of the condition. I did my homework and the reviews were good when I booked my stay. On the pro side I have to say the room was clean, the bed comfortable, the staff was great, and the breakfast was nice. On the con side this motel sits on the corner of a six lane busy road and the interstate. Loud doesn't even describe this situation. The carpet and furnishings are very outdated. This motel also appears to be a home to most who stay here. They must have a weekly or monthly rate. There is no smoking in the rooms, therefore, everyone stands along the walkways smoking and socializing. After sleeping approximately 30 minutes I was awaken by the drunk and disorderly party carrying on outside my door. The entire night different people were coming in and out of their rooms to visit or scream or laugh. I finally called the desk at 2 am. They chased them back in there rooms for 10 minutes and then they came out screaming about how mad they were. I'm not opposed to a good time but it does not belong in front of a hotel I paid $105 a night. This motel is not for those who actually need to sleep. Avoid!!!!!!

Tried 3 different rooms, a/c no good, door handle comes off in hand, room smells like urine on entry, then vomit as you approach bathroom. Place is in complete disrepair. Not worth half of the $121.00 they want. RUN AWAY, DON'T EVEN STOP, SLEEP ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD INSTEAD. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!

lobby was clean and the person that check us in was very professional and nice . had to locate the room. didn't know that it hotel was that close to the interstate. my friend stated that he did not sleep will due to traffic

I travel extensively and spend 50-100 nights a year in hotels. This BW was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had which surprised me because I've generally had great experiences with BW. Check-in and check-out were fine, and the front desk staff was congenial. The internet was ok, the TV worked, and the room was reasonably clean. I liked that there were soap dispensers in the shower and sink area - less wasteful than the typical little bottles that get partially used and then discarded. The problems were: 1. Our room smelled very heavily of cleaning fluids. 2. The mattresses on both beds were saggy and uncomfortable. 3. The cleaning staff only did part of the job of cleaning up our room. They made our beds after the first night, removed trash, and removed used towels, but that was it. They didn't give us replacement towels or replacement water cups -- I had to go to the front office to get them. 4. Breakfast had a wide assortment of items including eggs, meat, waffles, pancakes, cereals, baked goods, fruit, etc. However, the area was a mess. It was so crowded on Saturday that I went to the back conference room (which was open) to eat, but it was so dirty and smelly that I went back to the dining area and stood up to eat. I even tried to find another hotel for my 2nd night stay, but every other hotel in the area was fully booked.

staff very help full. breakfast was good. room was very clean. I went to the race track which was easy on and off from this location, will be coming back soon. checking in was quick, did not have to wait long at all

Check in was quick, but we didn't care for the persons gruff attitude. The room was first floors, as requested (one guest in a wheelchair). Room had 2 queen beds, both with several pillows. Plenty of space, not tight by any means. Comfortable. The bathroom was a little tight. Sink/vanity separate from tub/toilet. Clean. Towels clean. WiFi work fine. TV was decent size for the room and had an okay line up. Need to know: 2 floors - no elevator Guest laundry - broke down entire stay Truck/trailer parking - muddy and easy to get stuck in Permit parking for overnight guest Fridge only in room - no microwave Accepts mail - no charge to guest Quiet! We would consider staying again if in the area.

Hotel was apparently undergoing renovations, lots of painting going on. Rooms are okay but little lighting. Pool is decent and breakfast was okay as well. Location is a little tricky as you can only turn right out of the parking lot and traffic on Colonial is very heavy.

I came for a meeting and after the pool area was a great relaxing place to read, and drink my coffee in the morning, the staff is very welcoming and the breakfast was amazing it's worth the money, I will be back

Smelled gross, worst best western I have ever stayed in, I am a diamond member so I am pretty loyal to them. i am done this was the worst. I will use the hotel apps form now on. the quality of the hotels are going down this is just the worst. .

My husband booked this hotel for UCF Parents Weekend because our regular one had no vacancy. It has the feel of a cheap, sleazy motel but we paid well over $150/night. People were constantly smoking outside their rooms, on the stairs (we had to squeeze by) and talking very loudly late at night outside. Our dog kept barking because of the noise and waking us up. Our room was literally right next to the highway. It's far from UCF, especially with traffic. There is nothing near it to eat & the area is not good at all. The bed was broken on one side making it slant down drastically when getting on or off. It was clean and spacious but that's all. I would Never stay here again.

I have stayed in this hotel before, during a hurricane. The service was excellent. Last week I had the occasion to have to check into this hotel because my air conditioning system had broken down. I had spoken to the gentleman named Todd. I told him I needed a room for my wife , myself, and my two dogs for an indefinite period of time. Todd could tell by my voice on the phone that I was extremely upset and aggravated. He was very kind and he spoke to me in a very calm and soothing tones and was successful in calming me down. He told me not to worry and he will take care of everything and I should take my time and he would check into the room and make sure the air conditioner was turned down low by the time I arrived. As for the rest of my stay, anytime I needed anything Todd is quick to take care of it. He also expressed a genuine interest in my air conditioner situation at home during my stay whenever I saw him. You cannot teach people these skills. They have to have genuine caring four people. Todd Is one of these people. Best Western is fortunate to have him in their employ. This is a gentleman that the company should be grooming for higher positions. He is someone that other employees can definitely learn a lot from. I booked a stay here in April in preparation for my graduation at Full Sail University in May. The staff were very accommodating, the room was very clean and nice, and best of all, peaceful and quiet. This would be my second time being in Florida and I intend on returning to this establishment when I take another getaway.

The room was very, very clean. I believe they were sold out for UCF graduation. The water pressure in the shower was not good but good enough to get clean. The rooms and baths have been remodeled. The bath is another case of flash remodel but it was spotlessly clean. The Breakfast area is cramped and was not handling the crowd well. The food was typical of these types of breakfasts. Waffles, strange egg products, bacon, coffe, juice. The rod noise on the rooms facing 417 or Colonial is pretty loud. I would suggest asking for one on the back of the property. Staff was friendly and functional.

I really enjoyed my stay, it was comfortable and the rooms was clean, the staff was friendly and was accommodating. The pool area was nice, I would definitely be coming back. The location was great. Near major interstate and restaurants.

We had a great experience with the hospitality and kindness of Roslin who noticed we needed a solution to finding a place that would accommodate an extended stay in a time that spring break was going on and near the graduation of UCF as you might expect this was a time when the hotels in Orlando were all inflated because of the influx of visitors to the greater Orlando area. Without even being asked she recognized a need and offered to do the best she could to help my wife and I out. We ended up staying there a little more than a month and we can't say enough good about the staff. Shawn who is part of the maintenance staff was great and just a funny guy to be around,the cleaning staff is also very easy going and work very hard. We will always remember Roslyn and the wonderful breakfasts she had prepared each morning. Some of these people really should be among the management of this establishment. We were there long enough to see some things we didn't enjoy about the general area but if you are just passing through you would never notice that this is on the edge of a lower income part of town. We would recommend trying the Puerto Rican food truck that sets up most nights just to the left of the property, being from Miami we really had never tried mofongo but man was it a good first experience. Can't really say that William the manager is the most professional person we have ever dealt with but thank goodness he has been blessed with so many great staff members who outshine just about any hospitality staff we have ever seen.

Stayed here for one night. It's a motel to say the least. The rooms smell moldy & feel damp. Not really sure if I would call it clean either. The pool was right outside our door and there were people out there being loud even after pool hours listed it as closed. The front desk staff was hard to reach. Called a few times from our room and got no answer. On the bright side, it's a decent location. & they have free breakfast. But I wouldn't stay again or recommend it.

This is a solid no frills hotel. Rooms are clean and updated. TV and small fridge with a single cup kerig coffee maker are nice. Staff is very nice. The breakfast was included but was average at best. Also avoid nearby Denny's it is decidedly subpar.

Price per night is not worth it. Had to call front desk because entry door was so difficult to open. Apparently there is a “trick” to be able to access. Room not cleaned or beds made after returned to hotel. Breakfast was decent. Employees pressure washing facilities at noon. Was stuck in my room because the employee was washing the outer walls, windows and doors. When I finally was able to get out I got sprayed right in the face with cleaning water. Will not be returning or recommending this facility.

My stay was extremely pleasant & the customer service was excellent. Todd at the front desk was helpful, delightful & professional! Every time I stay there He is very welcoming & accommodating. Clean rooms and great breakfast. Will definitely stay at this Hotel again!

Needs better maintenance. Half the outlets in the room would not work. Additionally, the shower would not turn on. We called the front desk anda nice young lady came to see if she could get it to turn on either. She stated it was too early for maintenance to arrive (it was 8:00 am) but she would sent someone once they arrive. After an hour, we called the front desk again and another employee came. Apparently, the shower does work but you have to pull extremely hard to get it to pull out and start the water. It was so difficult to start that my 5' - 8

I'm more then happy with my stay here the general manager William has been more then helful to my family and we are very greatful Every employee here is very polite and very professional and hard working they make sure there guest are happy and satisfied with there stay here they are very attentive and alter of things they are very clean and organized and I'm more then happy with my stay here this is the best hotel I have been and I'm looking forward to stay here again in the future and reviving the same service thank William, Jocelyn, Anna,Deja,Damris,Todd and kamaule Sincerely Jonathan

Upon Arrival I initially had some concerns of the quality of the hotel. As soon as I entered the front door, I was greeted by a Mr. Todd who immediately dispelled all of my concerns. I will recommend this hotel to family and friends as long as Mr Todd will be greeting them as well. He keeps this place immaculate and went over protocols in a thorough yet friendly manner. Outstanding customer service.

It was a clean room. It had a king bed and a pullout sleeper. WE chose to stay at the hotel because it was close to UCF and we were attending my child's freshman orientation. We started the day great because of the breakfast and good coffee.

The overall experience from check-in to breakfast and check-out was better than expected. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast had a large variety and was very good. Room was also very good, clean and spacious.

We were in Orlando on our way to Daytona to attend the Daytona 500. It was a nice hotel, clean and the staff was very pleasant. It is in an older part of town so there were not too many restaurants close by.

Great visit and excellent service. Especially enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the fantastic service from Jocelyn ! Easy check in and check out. Restaurants nearby for both quick and sit down meals. Will be back.

I'm staying in Best Western in room 247 one of your employees name Todd rented me the room on the 9th your employee Todd was very nice and very professional this is gonna be the hotel that my family and I will stay in for now on being that you are cordious and professional and kid people like Todd thank you so much we are more then happy with our stay we are a family that is staying here for an apartment to be available to us??

Nice clean hotel, great free breakfast and great staff. Only complaint is beds aren't super great they are ok. But for just some place to sleep overnight can't beat it. Would stay again, lots of restaurants in area too.

Breakfast is always great because of all the choices, you'll never be dissatisfied, especially the biscuits and gravy. Staff is always kind and polite, and quick to fix anything that you're dissatisfied with. Very clean rooms and quick room service.

Hotel claims to be close to the University however it is actually quite a distance away and it is not convenient going back and forth. Area seems not to be the safest area and doors to motel rooms didn't seem secure enough.

i was exhausted and very anxious to get to my room shower relax and sleep. i wanna say her name was Damaris did a super job getting checked in quickly and meeting all my needs what a nice girl a true asset to best western.

Deja at the front desk was very respectful and helpful and Thomas and Joel the maintenance men where helpful as well I just love the staff!! I loved my visit at best western I will for sure come back!

I was very happy with my stay overall. I was in town from Lake City, FL with my daughter so we could check out UCF. This place was clean, offered a great hot breakfast! The Front Desk Manager, Dena was friendly and professional and William the Manager made us feel special and welcomed.

The staff was great, William, Dena, Kaysha and Luis went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. Rooms were clean and tidy. I would recommend this location. Convenient to food, shopping and entertainment as well.

I stopped in on business, my flight was delayed by several hours and decided to call it a night. From the moment I made a call and asked if they had any rooms available I was treated warmly and with kindness. The rooms were clean, it was surprisingly quiet. The beds were comfortable and I was able to get a good nights sleep and a hearty breakfast before my flight back. I dealt with William and Joel upon my exit and both cared enough to make sure I was rested and well treated! I travel a lot with my company and will DEFINITELY make sure I am booked here every trip to Orlando! GREAT JOB STAFF!

The General Manager William was amazing and super attentive to our needs! Dena I think the front end manager was also super helpful and caring! Hotel was nice. Very quiet and noise restricting. Also the front desk staff was informative of neighboring stuff to do with our family. Super helpful! Will be back!!!

This hotel was ghetto! Gross pool, staff was rude and rooms were out dated and scary!! I will never stay here again! The staff over xhargedmeby $50. I could not get my bill corrected with out the hotel clerk getting upset.

The hotel was very accommodating during spring break in helping us find 2 adjacent rooms and gave us a great rate. It was a great hotel, great staff, clean, professional, great breakfast & great location to the three colleges & Disney. Most importantly we were able to come it at night, take a shower, and sleep without any outside noises bothering us. We appreciate the service by all the staff for accommodating us. Gina/Amy went above their duties & were a delight to see every morning. We will be back to stay with this hotel every time we visit the kids (young adults) at college. Thanks!!!

Everyone was so friendly! Joel Baez help me and my friends bring our luggage up. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone! The pool was amazing and super clean! Oh and free breakfast !!

My stay Here was exactly what I expected for the price . Me and my wife had a weekend gateaway and it was perfect ! Joel Baez the Chief engineer was very helpful with my luggage , he also recommended a few restaurants in the area . I will totally recommend it for an affordable, well kept room.

Really one of the nicer inns around. Nice interior design, friendly staff, good breakfast. Affordable for families - we are a family of four, and as opposed to many hotels, there is actually enough space for us and the luggage :). Special kudos to Gina who helped us get the day started.

We stayed at this location because it was the most conveniently located Best Western for our needs on this trip. It wasn't the best Best Western I ever stayed at but it was adequate for what we needed it for. The service was good, it was clean although the rooms need to be updated and it did smell musty when we first went in. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was decent. The breakfast staff was excellent. There's not another Best Western near the location we need to be at in Orlando so we will stay at this hotel again next time we need to be there.

I have to thank Todd who corrected an online booking event. I had been notified at the last minute for a business trip I was required to attend. My husband booked this hotel. When I arrived, much to my surprise, I found that the booking date was for the previous night. Therefore, I missed my booking date. However, Todd was able to rectify the entire situation...refunded my missed confirmation, and found me a room for the night. Thank you, Todd, for such great customer service.

10 minutes from UCF. Attentive staff, good prices and decent variety breakfast. Best price I found on that side of town. For some reason, the signage was down but once we found it, the hotel was fine in comparison to others in that category. Seems popular with work crews but no issues. If you're looking for an upscale experience, you'll need to pay 40-50% more.

Pros: Free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, free parking (normal vehicles), outdoor pool, larger mini-fridge, small microwave, one cup coffee maker and lots of outlets. Cons: truck parking (it's on a non-paved deep sand/dirt lot. You can't get a tractor trailer in there. You might not find any parking or worse, you might be blocked in). The room doors are very light, feels like someone can push it in. The furniture needs upgrading (plastic cushions ). Window drapes cover airconditoner . You can hear the traffic and people from inside your room.

2 night stay at this hotel while we visited the Kennedy Space Center for the Falcon Heavy launch. The check-in process went smoothly and staff friendly. The room was spacious and clean, although a little dated. We had trouble getting into the room before realizing the door handle needed to be pushed up rather than down. Confusing. The breakfast bar was clean and well stocked. It provided a nice variety of breakfast items to start the day. The location on Highway 50 provided an easy drive to Kennedy.

No complaints, we will keep coming back. Specially the breakfasts are the best. Rooms are very clean and beds are very comfortables. Have to drive a little longer to the parks, but it is much affordable.

Best Western Hotels seem to be aging. Service is good, breakfast is good. Housecleaning does a good job. Beds are comfortable. Carpets are old, bathroom grout needs thorough cleaning. Plaster and Sheetrock often damaged and not repaired correctly. Orlando hotel appeared shabby. Not a great neighborhood yet no room safes. Towel bar falling off the wall. Tv adequate, beds clean and comfortable. Room color not appealing green. It would have been nice if hotel personnel would walk through grounds at night to quiet loud guests. Pool appeared clean though unused. Breakfast was very good. Breakfast area very nice. Personnel kept it clean and replenished. Coffee good.

Just stayed one night not a bad room just to get some sleep, Front desk very professorial and Quick check in and out processes. Overall a good experience. Not the flashest room or hotel but for a night its worth that.

I saying in this hotel for New Years Eve. The hotel was very expensive. When I got there to check in, The employee didn't even explained me the breakfast hours. When I got to the room, the room smell like humid. Under the bed was really dirty like it was never vacuum. The only positive thing was that the customer service during breakfast was very polite and has food at all times.

The room had a disgusting smell, it was overall dirty, bed and pillows were lumpy and the price was too high for this type of room. Even the towels were rough and needed to be replaced. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. I was very sorry I chose this hotel.

The staff made this Christmas vacation one of the best I remember. Literally saved my life. Cannot thank them enough. Clean, great breakfast, helpful and friendly professional staff. In a word, excellent!

Great value, the room was clean and had everything necessary. Breakfast was great and the staff was very professional and helpful. I was traveling with my elderly, disabled mother and the staff was very helpful in bringing her food to the room. Highly recommend it.

Been here for over a week the breakfast is wonderful, staff is awesome, and beds are very very comfortable! I have to give a shout out to Yariana Ramas for maintaining my room every day it looks brand new!!! Everything clean from bed to shower there's nothing better than that after working all day thank you guys!!!!

The staff was really friendly especially during check in and at breakfast. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. My room appeared clean and upgraded. It was also spacious. Location was really convenient.

I loved the place and the people from front desk they are awesome. They made my check-in and check-out fast and easy. I would recommend it to everyone to go there. All around very nice and clean. Rooms are clean and comfortable beds (This is a plus for me)

Service and location are the best assets of the hotel. Anything I need it, it was delivered in few minutes. They even prepare my waffle for me, and took it to my table, very friendly attendants. Easy to go in and out, perfect for my needs.

Close to where we needed to be good breakfast, staff was great price was ok internet a little jumpy and had to ask for wash cloths bath fan stopped working but otherwise good stay would stay again.Lots of places to eat close.

It just wasn't good, made me feel The smell was so bad we left the door open to air out the place till we went to sleep. The room was #103 and faced the highway and you could hear the trucks in the room with the door closed

i was very satisfied with this hotel. i stayed only for one night on my way to Tampa. I secured a great deal from one of the online websites.The staff was very courteous. within my first 30 minutes of being in my room. the main desk called to see if my room was neat, organized and well maintained. i should add that the convenience of having the hotel located near a major highway made getting to downtown Orlando and Tampa an easy commute.

The lady at the check-in was polite, fast, and professional. The maintenance staff (Joel and the other guy) were friendly, hard workers and fast at resolving issues. Overall the staff was customer service oriented, they gave the extra mile and always in a friendly and professional.

Very disappointed in this property. the area itself is a little sketchy. When we checked into our room, it was located on the backside of the building, all the room doors were open and the TV was blaring with the fan unit on full blast. the room itself was musty and did not give a "clean" vibe to it. Employees were huddled outside smoking (they should have a designated smoking area). I picked this property in part because it offered a fitness center, or so it advertised, when I arrived I was simply told there was not one. no further explanation given.

Nice outside but the workers here prove excellence in the smallest task. I can't thank Crystal and the other ladies enough for all their hard work. Great attitudes and pleasant environment. The only thing I would change is the breakfast burrito lol :)

This hotel is not very convenient to UCF, and was well below my expectations. It is extremely noisy with paper thin walls. Check out the options provided by Holiday Inn Express, Springhill Suites and others closer to UCF. The staff was friendly and professional, but the property just doesn't cut it.

Visiting my son at UCF, happened to be over the Homecoming Football Game weekend, so it was hard to find accommodations. I did manage to book this reservation, and selected it primarily due to its proximity to his apartment. There was a lot of construction in the parking lot and the area is rather industrial. Check in took a while due to a larger group checking in. The room was nice and clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was a bit of a madhouse-due to the volume of people, especially families with children. They ran out of eggs and bacon, so there was a wait to refill the containers. Then, nowhere for me to eat, so I had to take my food to my room. All in all, it was an "OK" value for the amount paid. I would probably stay again, more for its proximity to my son's home. I have stayed in other establishments closer to campus that were a little more expensive but provided a bit more quality.

My son attends UCF and the hotel I normally use was under repair due to Hurricane Irma so my reservation was cancelled. I found this hotel online. When First checking in I was leery because the entrance to the room were from outside. When checking in, the young lady was very nice but her boss must've had a bad day because she kept correcting her, nitpicking, in a non professional manner; this made me even more leery. This next morning, at breakfast, I heard Todd laugh. He had the most infectious, bellowing laugh and it made my morning. When I spoke to him he was professional and very vibrant, his colleagues seemed to love him too. I realized, for the price, the property was just older and not too bad. I judged it the first night based on my first impression at check-in. The breakfast was good, the rooms clean and spacious and it was my impression at check-in that kept my view of the property skewed. Thank you Todd!

Second year I have stayed at this hotel. I have business in the area and it is convenient for me. Morning free breakfast is very good, hot, fresh and a large selection. Typical motel setting with free parking. Bed was very comfortable. I wasn't happy with the cleanliness this visit. My white socks were pretty dirty after walking around in the room. On check out I told them of 2 issues I felt needed to be resolved. They made a note of that. 2nd day, I returned to my room at 10 p.m. and housekeeping didn't freshen my room. Upon checkout I told the Front Desk, and they said, If you have a Do Not Disturb sign on your door at 9 a.m., they by-pass your room and don't come back. When I told them I removed the sign at 10:15 a.m. when I went to work for the day, Front Desk basically said, that's their policy. I find that policy totally inconsiderate. Next time in the area, I will seek another hotel.

Arrived late, went to the check in desk and the person who handled it was courteous and extremely polite. Parked near my room entrance and when i opened the door the smell coming from inside the room just punched me in the face. It was a mix between old smoke odor and humidity, so strong that i decided to leave my bag in the car. It felt so humid inside the room that also the carpet, bed sheets and towels felt like that. When i went to use the restroom i found to live roaches roaming around. I had to sleep over the sheets. They offer free breakfast but i decided to to have breakfast somewhere else just in case... I stayed Sep 4, 2017 - Sep 5, 2017, Itinerary # 7293103520268, Confirmation # 606604709. I knew that i was not booking a 5 star hotel but for $82.12 i thought that i was going to get at least a modest, plain, nice room, comparing the price with other similar hotels in the area.

This hotel was a blessing to our family. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast amazing. The staff was kind, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and my 20 year old didn't want to leave .. he came up talking about how wonderful the breakfast staff was, particularly Amy.. if a 20 year old mentions it .. you know you need to stay at this hotel!

Staff was not very helpful and rooms not clean etc. Problem with leak and tv not having channels spoke with staff still not helpful there is no elevator in this hotel but its 2 storied. When I asked for a room on the ground level due disability was denied said there were no ground level rooms and no one to help with luggage but found someone when the leak occurred and the door lock didn't work properly. Not pleased with this stay at all.

Unfortunately because you checked in during night audit shift after 11pm, there was no one available to help you with your luggage. Maintenance leaves at 10pm. We are a two- story property with a set amount of rooms on each floor and check in time is at 3pm, we are unable to guarantee a room number or floor without being previously notified of your request. I do apologize that we were not able to accommodate you the first night of your stay, but according to your reservation information when you informed us of the leak the next morning, someone was available to check the room for you, thus we were able to move you to the first floor for the remainder of your stay. I wish that before you checked out you would have informed us of your concerns so that we would have been better able to accommodate you and we hope that one day you will choose to stay with us again.

Very clean rooms , spotless . Super breakfast and very friendly staff. Close to University of Central Florida and shopping centers.We are always staying here when we take our son to and from school.Overall , our experiences at this hotel have been very pleasant and I recommend that you stay here.

Toilet and A/C did not work, and staff could not care less! Musty smelling towels and dirty bathrooms. Front desk personnel had no desire to assist a paying customer. This is a reflection on managements desire to delight their customers.

After another hotel lost my reservation for college move-in day, the staff at BW had 2 options for me that literally saved me from driving an extra 15 miles! Check-in was fast, express check-out was super and the interiors were beautiful. I had an indie facing room, so traffic was not an issue.

We enjoyed our stay, will defiantly stay here again. We had a room that over looked the pool, which was wonderful. My family enjoyed swimming and lounging around the pool. Breakfast attendant Amy is a sweet heart, we enjoyed seeing her smile each morning. Todd at the desk corrected our discomfort easily and fast so that we could get to our room. Many restaurants to choose from. We eat at Chili's and Golden Coral, both places were great.

Check in was very pleasant and about the only positive thing that I could say about our stay The clerk was very nice and professional. He allowed us a one hour late check out and express checkout. The rate of the hotel was what I considered average for a suite at a Best western or Holiday Inn that is not in a prime location. We were on the first floor which was nice because my father in law is 87 and my husband has an injury and I'm disabled. we parked as close to the room and went ahead to the room. Much to our surprise the room was small. Had no microwave. not enough blankets on the bed considering it was like antarctica in the room> I tried to adjust the temperature however the Auto on the AC was not working and the temperature regulator read one thing and the AC ran super cold. I told housekeeping the next morning but nothing was done. I requested 2 warm blankets and they were given to us but they did not keep us warm enough. There was also a weird smell in the room and the room was not vacuumed when they came to clean it. The bathroom was also cleaned very quickly which raised the question, "How well did the bathroom get cleaned?" The road was a bit noisy and so were some drunk guest. The establishment was more like a motel than a hotel. We were quite disappointed. I also never received my receipt by email as I was told by the clerk when I checked in.

I will say that all of our suites come with microwaves and are located on the inner part of the hotel so you are unable to drive and park in front of them, making me think that maybe this was not a suite. I wish that the front desk had been notified of your concerns with the room instead of the housekeepers; given some of them do not speak English very well. However, that is no excuse and I do apologize and hope that one day you will choose to give us another chance.

Older hotel but very clean. comfortable beds, breakfast was great. our room was very clean. pretty convenient to restaurants and UCF. Hotel was under a little renovations (painting and taring of the parking lot) but this did not interfere at all.

Upon entering my room I thought I had stepped back in time. The furniture looked like a motel from the 60's. The carpet was so filthy I actually had to walk on towels. I awoke in the middle of the night switched on lights and found German cockroaches dancing on the walls.

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. As this is not an excuse, we have recently underwent an ownership change and are aware of the dated décor. We do have a plan in place to start a renovation as soon as we can. Also, we have contacted pest control to come back out.

Stayed here because we had a weekend getaway to Sea World for a weekend. It's convenient to the interstate and breakfast was okay, but that's where good ends. I'm not sure what was going on but my boyfriend put a chair under the door knob because of people raising their voices outside and some shady characters walking around. Website says there is a hot tub but looks as though it's been cemented in so there is no hot tub now. I booked online and read over the fine print and even went back through and showed the front desk agent my confirmation and NO WHERE on any website or confirmation does it state a $50 deposit will be taken from your CC after they have taken a copy of your ID and CC. They won't allow you to stay with out this deposit. I explained I had not accounted for that and just put on my card what I would need for the hotel and Sea World, but they took the $50 and the additional $200 for two nights and held it. What kind of place takes a additional amount like that if your credit card is on file? Bad business practice. Be prepared to see roaches in your room and maybe a spider or two. Reported to front desk but nothing was ever done and room was never serviced after two nights....Stay elsewhere if you can.

the room & hotel served its purpose... wasn't looking for the Ritz or the Waldorf, just needed a room for the night & early morning. the bed was w/o bugs, the shower was hot & the toilet worked... no complaints.

I enjoyed my stay. Pool well maintained and breakfast was good, bugs were comfortable and staff was friendly. Nice location easy 30 minute drive to Buena Vista and other attractions. There are several restaurant in a close driving distance. It is right off the turnpike but you can get around the area without getting on it.

The location of this hotel seems random as there really isnt any other hotels near it. It is right off the toll road and a very busy route 50, but this also makes things convenient since you can get to mostly anything within 10-15 min. Check in was slow and the clerk didnt know how to use my Best Western gift cards. Rooms are all outfacing as its an older property. Rooms themselves are nice. LOTS of room inside with updated carpet, paint, bedding etc... TV channel selection was average, wifi was slow most of the time. Shower pressure was mehh, plenty of hot water, though the hot water often smelled like burning hair. Room AC worked well, with the constant fan button as an option to dull any noise (which was minimal). I slept great with a comfy bed and decent pillows. There does seem to be some people who live here, and we did see 1 truck with 4 flat tires after a night, but we assumed there was probably some ill intent with that personal specifically. We also noticed a lot of bottles and cans just around and the trash always full. There is no traffic light at the property, but you just go right and make a U turn. There is a 7-11 and a Wawa close by, though food options can be a 10-15 min drive, esp past 10pm. Check out was fairly smooth, though they did knock on my door at 10:59am asking if I was checking out. When I told them I was just about to finish packing and i'll be out in 5 min, she thought I wanted to stay 5 more days...

I wish I had been notified of your concerns before your check out date because we would have been able to investigate this for you, sometimes it could be an allergy to the detergent we use. However, I am glad that the agent was able to move you to another room which was better for the remainder of your stay.

Room was comfortable and clean. Shower was unpredictable - water was very hot and then very cold . Nice Pool & breakfast was a plus for a family . Staff accommodating and friendly. No Elevators so stairs and heavy luggage a challenge.

Overall, we'd recommend this BW to stay at. It was convenient to where we wanted to go. It was very clean overall. The staff is very nice to work with. There is a drainage problem after a good rain. No Closed Captions on the TV.

Son attending College at UCF, he actually is the one that found this HOME AWAY FROM HOME for my family and I when we come to visit. The price is right, the accommodations are clean and relaxing, and they have an early breakfast that consists of everything you could think of. My family especially enjoys making their own Belgium Waffles. :) :) The pool was very relaxing also. :) OVERALL...I would certainly recommend this location to all my family and friends. We plan to keep coming here to stay whenever visiting my son. :) :)

Convenient location near most Universities and schools in Winter Park. Access to all main roads right at the exit of the Hotel. Very clean with excellent WIFI, desktop and printer free of charge, very good breakfast, laundry service clean and convenient with dryer, ice machine and several vending machines, very nice and clean swimming pool, very friendly staff with a smile and very helpful. The room had a coffee maker, a microwave and a fridge and a TV all in perfect conditions, very clean rooms and spacious.

The Hotel location was perfect with access to all main roads right at the exit. The room had coffee machine, microwave, fridge, TV all in perfect condition. when i check in , I was surprise when they charge me a $50.00 deposit in case i used the phone in the room. It did not matter that i had present a credit card when i check in. The clerk mention i will get a credit when i check out. I check out and did not see a credit in my statement. i question the clerk,that was the same one when i check in. He told it will take few weeks to received it. Then in the room the a/c was some kind timer that keep the a/c turning on and off during the whole night. Everything else was good.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback you experienced during your most recent stay. Upon check-in we authorize credit card for room and tax plus an additional $50 for incidentals. The $50 is released upon check-out long as no incidentals are applied, but depending on your banking institution; debit cards may take up to 5-7 business days before releasing. All ac units are set on auto mode which will cause the ac to turn on and off, anytime the room gets cool it shuts off for a short period and then turns back on to cool room. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope this does not detour you from giving us a second chance.

I really dislike the hotel. Doesnt look clean at all. Also front desk scan my id and credit card for record purposes. Dont know why they do still doing this practice. Imi dont know why they still keep that practice and only god knows where are those copies now. I call my credit card told them that chare is authorized but reques a new card due to the fact that i dont know where those copies ended or who is going to use it. Dont know why do this after I submitted my CC info thru the website. Bathroom was ok, look decent at most I guest and pool look decent. Also The area did not inspire to much confidence. I saw some people that dont give me a good vibe around hotel. I didnt see any security around. I will not stay here again. Theres no way I would pick a BW hotel that look like this.

I do apologize our hotel was not to your liking. I can assure you there is no fraudulent activity, far as copies being made, they are shredded and disposed of after audit. Most of our frequent guest are construction workers due to location convenience of their job site and they never cause any problems. We understand your perception of the location of our property, although looks can be deceiving this is a pretty safe area. I hope that in the future you would be willing to give us another chance.

I booked this from home not knowing about the neighborhood or the hotel. After driving 13 hours with my children, I arrived and realized that I did not feel safe staying there. The staff reacted by overcharging me after they were angry that I went to another hotel. What a terrible experience.

Hotel was nice and clean but a little dated. The rooms were good, beds were very comfortable but the a/c was very loud when it kicked on. It woke me up several times. The pool was nice and clean and the breakfast was great. Close to the colleges and the price wasn't bad for what you got.

It's an older hotel, so the outside does not look very appealing ... motel style with all doors facing the outside. The room was nice and clean, great beds, mini fridge, working TV. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was continental style, with a lot of variety and hot foods. It was very good.

Stayed two nights. Very easy to get to hotel -- right off main road. Noticed broken window frame in lobby during check-in, which made me wonder how room would be. Turned-out room was very clean and all was in order. (Had a problem with TV that was prompted fixed.) Lobby had high-ceiling that added to ambience during breakfast. Sitting breakfast area filled quickly (sat on lobby couch while table opened up) and food area was small and a bit cramped. But they had waffles with strawberry batter... interesting... and sausage, egg-patties, biscuits, along with other expected items -- very satisfied with breakfast selection and hotel staff keeping it stocked. Was hoping to use outdoor pool, but did not have time... it seemed a bit small, but was clean and well kept; other guests were enjoying it the night we arrived. Price was initially a little high for a Best Western, but reasonable with Expedia discount.

Enjoyed the three night stay and the breakfast. We will be staying again soon and I look forward to the excellent service and value. Close to everything we wanted to do and easy to get around. Travel every month and always enjoy the Best Western people and the value for the money. Thanks again, Howard with A-1 sales and services.

Hotel's rooms are very spacious. The staff was super friendly. good location. The only thing that was a light bit negative is that I had a suite becuase I knew I would need the pull out couch. There were no blankets or pillows left for the pull out bed. It was clean and had sheets. The suite was very spacious and affordable.

The staff of the hotel was extremely helpful and friendly. However, although the room was large and comfortable, the carpet smelled dirty, a mixture of humidity and cigarettes (People smoke right outside the door). The curtains needed fixing (ripped), the smoke alarm was hanging from the wall, and it seems that the carpet was not clean or needed replacement. All these made it very difficult to sleep. Will not pick again.

On the surface nothing special, but the rooms are clean, the beds and pillows wonderful, the high speed internet excellent, the service friendly, the breakfast bar GREAT, the grounds and pool beautiful and sparkling clean. Other than the slightly outdated bed / window coverings, this is a seriously good value and only 17 minutes from the airport. We will definitely be back.

The management and staff here at the Best Western East Inn & Suites apologize for the failure in communicating on our security deposit. Every hotel in the country authorizes an addition $50 to $100 over the actual hotel bill. Now most hotel brands do not inform you of this authorization, but some do. This authorization is used for any additional charges that a guest may occur. If there is no additional charges this authorization is released upon when the guest checks out.

Highly recommended. We stayed for one night but the room was an excellent conditions really nice . I wish I could get some kind of deals via email because we are planning to keep using best Western hotels .

I didn't even check in. My card was charged and i never even stayed in the room. Worse hotel ever. It's stupid that they don't refund your money when you don't stay at the hotel. Definitely will not recommend to othrs.

It was okay location terrible. Was there because UCF suggested this hotel for an orientation we had to do. Was very disappointed when I pulled in. But made a reservation so what could I do. Would NOT recommend this to anyone

We enjoyed our stay. Everyone was friendly and the premises were clean and bug free. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the good weather. I wouldn't mind staying there again if I'm in the location.

Great location, comfortable bed and ill own, full breakfast free, free parking, no resort fee, only a $50 refunded at check out security hold on credit card at check in, clean, check that your windows lock, some rooms have microwave, all seem to have fridge. Pool side us noisy til 10pm, can here people talking in outdoor hallway and they can here you inside (tested it), staff are amazing, no elevator that I saw. Most vending machines are Pepsi products but the one at the bottom of stairs by breakfast entry has coke products. Full breakfast was very nice. Turning left, into or out of the property requires a U turn on Colonisl (busy road). Nothing to eat within walking distance. Walmart to right on Colonial just a 5 minute drive. UCF an easy and short 10 minute drive. For under $100 it's worth it. Not sure that I would choose if I was a single female traveling alone.

nice clean hotel, good value for the money, its not a fancy place but its clean and the staff is good. Breakfast is very good and it has both fresh and cooked dishes. I have stayed in the suites as well as the individual rooms, but I still like the suites better.

the hotel was in a prime location to the highway, restaurants and ucf school which is the main reason for the stay. I was looking for apartments while in Orlando. Breakfast was excellent and the bed was comfortable. Shower worked well and it had a large refrigerator in the room. The hotel had a pool but we did not have time to use it. There was a mall with lots of stores and restaurants about 10 minutes away

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here at this Best Western. We stayed for 3 nights for Star Wars Celebration at the OCCC. It had everything your typical hotel room usually has, mini fridge, coffee maker, little table for you to eat at, and the television rotated on its stand, so I was able to angle it towards me while the girlfriend was asleep. Now, this hotel is about 30 minutes away from International Drive (45 if traffic is heavy) so you will have to travel a bit to get to some of the amusement areas of Orlando, but if you have Sunpass or Epass, and traffic is light, you can get there in like 15 minutes. The only issue I had with this hotel (which isn't really their fault but I want other travelers to be aware) was our room was near the highway so it was very noisy, even at night. What really made me enjoy my stay was the breakfast. Variety of bagels and eggs, pancakes, waffles, fruits, biscuits, really all it was missing was hash browns! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

The hotel needs some renovations. The carpet smells musty and old. There was some sort of construction or project happening around the area and the men working on it were staying at the hotel. This meant that there tools, trailers and equipment took up half of the parking lot.

The service was great. I checked in around 9 pm give or take. They got me a room quickly and got me a room on the first floor as requested. The room was immaculate. The continental breakfast was great as well.

Great value hotel for a UCF tour. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Of course, there are more luxurious hotels available, but this one was welcoming and comfortable, plus it's a swift 10 mins to UCF.

The staff was wonderful from the front desk and breakfast staff to the housekeeping and maintanance. The facility was clean, even the pool, which we frequently visited in floridas 80 degree weather in December. The food was delicious and plentiful.

Typical low end hotel. Screaming drunks in the parking lot, shady people hanging out and sirens were the highlights. Every sound can be heard from inside the rooms. Pay more and go elsewhere. The staff was fine and rooms clean.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at your hotel except for one thing: bed sheets and linen. I noticed that the linen were not replaced with new sheets. At first I tried to ignore it but then when I was getting ready to sleep that was when I felt something itchy on my left leg and when I checked it, I noticed some red small dots on my skin. It started to itch the moment I sat on the bed. And also, I watched your housekeeping staff how she cleaned the room: she did not vacuum the floor, did not change the bed sheets and not really properly cleaned the whole room.

More than enough for our porpose. Bit smelly though. Well located. Easy parking. Were comprehwnsive with our anticipated departure. Helpful with an early check in. DId not hace Food so cant conment about it

I had a great stay with Best Western. My room was clean & access close to my car. and my family.The people at the desk were kind and patient. and One Person from Housekeeping Dept. named Ana was so professional and I high recommend her. Breakfast super good.

I had to move out of my apartment, for three days, while they tented the buildings for termites. I also needed a place that I could bring my cat along. This hotel was very accommodating. They gave me an excellent price and worked with me so I could check out late, as I could not get back into my apartment till after 5pm. It was a Godsend, as I would have had to drive around for hours with a freaked out cat, while waiting to get back in my apartment. I would recommend a stay here because they bent over backwards for me

We usually stay at this hotel when we visit my daughter who lives in Orlando, but this experience was not the best. They put us in a room that was directly next to the housekeeping room. We were woken up very early every morning to loud chit chat and banging noise, coming from that room. It woke us up both mornings we were staying there. Also, I don't appreciated being in a room where the refrigerator is IN THE BATHROOM! UGH! We were there October 26th to October 28th, 2016......Not sure if we will stay there again! YOU SHOULD NOT ALLOW PEOPLE TO STAY IN ROOM 145........THEY WILL NOT LIKE IT!

The room was clean and well decorated. All of the employees at the facility were very friendly. The Breakfast was wonderful - much more than expected - eggs, bacon, waffles, pastries, bagels, yogurt, fruit, various juices - just about anything you associate with breakfast! They have a microwave in the lobby available 24 hours a day along with coffee. The pool is not heated but does have a lift for people with disabilities. Check-in was a little slow but it could have been that we were on a tight deadline to get somewhere and I just felt like it was slower than normal.

Hotel was clean. Check in was painless. Breakfast had a good variety and tasty. Had a huge block of rooms for a sporting event and grateful that hotel opened breakfast early to accommodate the athletes and their schedules.

Staff was very friendly, the breakfast was real good there was a lot to choose from, room was clean, bathroom was clean the only thing that was wrong in my room #227 is , the shower needs more water pressure, it took me twice as long to take a shower due to how slow the water was flowing.but over all I was very satisfied with my stay.

There was a problem with our payment of the room.Marlena,at the front desk,did a superior job in rectifying the problem.The breakfast staff were friendly and excellent at doing their job. The rooms were clean and fresh. This is also a dog friendly hotel and in a perfect location for our visit to the area. The Greek restaurant across the street is worth a visit.

The staff is great, especially the front desk personnel. The breakfast was very good and the personnel made sure you had what you needed.The rooms are newly remodeled .I have stay there for over several months . I would recommend staying at this best western.

Each member of the hotel staff went above the call of duty to ensure that I was comfortable from the check-in process to the moment that I was checking out.. The rooms were clean and comfortable as well as spacious.

We asked to be in a quiet area of the hotel because we only had a few hours to sleep. Receptionist assured us it was quiet. Well starting a 5am we heard nothing but noise. Ice machine was constant because of the construction workers who frequent this hotel and the maid carts were loud continuously. Run away, far away.

It would have been nice if you could have notified the desk at the time of the noise complaint so we could have moved your room. Once you notified me at checkout I was very apologetic and tried to reason with you and offered half off of your stay for the inconvenience which was credit back to your card. Again I truly apologize and hope that one day you give us a second chance.

We were lucky to get a room here at the last minute. We were in Winter Park to visit our son and this location was perfect. The room was very comfortable. The hotel and its pool were very clean. Breakfast was ample and check in and out were very efficient. We will stay here every time we come to visit for the convenience, cost, and quality!

We evacuated for hurricane Mathew and brought our small dog and cat with us. There were a lot of other evacuees with their dogs and/or cats and the hotel was full. The hotel staff was very patient and efficient handling all the people waiting to check in. The room was nice, it was clean, comfortable and everything worked. Breakfast was also good, and plentiful.

Nice rooms and comfortable beds plus free breakfast including biscuits and gravy and strawberry waffles as well as regular. Plus they had raspberry sauce for the waffles which was very good. Overall it was a nice hotel and I highly recommend it to others.

Room was basic...hotel was more of a motel style. There was a strong smell of a chemical...maybe insecticide. Did not like that the windows faced the corridor which means that the curtains had to be closed all of the time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best part of our stay was an excellent breakfast.

This hotel is in a great location, easy on/off to local highway. Less than 30 mins away from Disney attractions and only 15 mins away from local colleges. Great Continental breakfast layout. Coffee was always fresh.

I choose this hotel based on location as it said it was 0..41 miles from the Amway Centre where we were taking in a concert. This was not so. Much further than expected. On a good note, the staff were very friendly, breakfast was more than continental as it had hot eggs and lots of various items. No compliments on that end. The only recommendation I would like to see made was a gap on the bottom of the outside door. For me, that was huge as I HATE bugs. NO BUGS TO BE SEEN!!! Would I return?????? YES!!!!

Everyone was extra nice and understanding. Joel Baez who doe maintance was on top of small problem. Very friendly and never made me feel uncomfortable. The cleaning staff , front desk help and breakfast staff were very helpful. Free breakfast was excellent also. As single lady i feel very safe here.

The hotel is adequate and the room was comfortable and clean. The staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast is continental and about what you would expect with prefab eggs and biscuits but it tasted good and was a good start to the day.

Best front desk in the business that I encounter in my 300+ nights out for business yearly . Always a smile & a welcome regardless of how slammed they get sometimes..Todd is always has a great smile on his face! I just don't see that a lot at busy property's These days.general manager is a hands on guy , don't see that at a lot of places these days !

We travel to the Orlando area at least once a month We book at this hotel every time. Rates are very reasonable and the rooms are clean. The staff is extremely accommodating, from the front desk (thank you Todd and Milinda), to the breakfast staff. Everyone greets you with a smile and they go out of their way to help you. It may not be a Luxury hotel , but the staff definitely makes you feel like it is! It is close to the Universities and shopping. It is only about 20 minutes from Universal Studios, and the rates are great for families. Family friendly,especially the free breakfast which ranges from eggs and bacon to cereals, waffles and much more. Highly recommend.

We had ended our Orlando vacation with staying at this Best Western due to the convenience of it next to the 417 Toll Road going to the Sanford Airport. The room was nice, clean and spacious. The king bed was very comfortable, and clean. No complaints there. The A/C worked perfectly. You could hear some exterior noise being close to the highway, but not enough to keep yo from getting a good night sleep. The breakfast was very welcoming and plentiful. They had a good selection of breakfast items on the menu. If you left feeling hungry, it wasn't because of them not having enough food on hand. The breakfast staff were very friendly. The hotel appeared to very well kept, the lobby was very nice. The pool area was quaint and inviting. We would definitely return for another stay if ever in the area.

I had business in the area, and stayed at the Best Western Orlando East hotel. My room was remodeled, clean and very comfortable. The free breakfast was very good. Assortment of cereal, breads, coffee, tea, fresh cooked bacon and plain omelet. Microwave with instructions to make your own breakfast sandwich and to add shredded cheese. Dining area was in the lobby, quiet, clean, and comfortable with the TV on. I only stayed one night, so I didn't use any other amenities. There isn't anything in walking distance, but a very short car ride has every fast food place you can imagine as well as CVS and other small stores. My room was quiet, until morning traffic started. If you're a very light sleeper, keep that in mind. My room faced Highway 417, but perhaps the opposite end of the building might be better. I will definitely stay at this Best Western next time when I am in the area.

Service was great. The room was great! Staff was very attentive to their guest. They really make their guest feel at home from the courtesy call once you settle to ensure everything is going great to all the staff you encounter. Very satisfied.

As with other reviews, in spite of the freeway noise the hotel is above par, on the older side but extremely well maintained. A small but clean pool... a fitness room would be a plus. The neon sign claims that the staff are friendly - that is true - it also states that the hotel provides a continental breakfast. For some hotels that would be a few muffins, cold cereal and packet of bagels.... not so here. Cheese omelettes, bacon and hash browns as well as biscuits and gravy, lots of fruit and greek yogurt, and of course the obligatory muffins and bagels. This, in my estimation is not a continental breakfast but a great well balanced meal with lots of options. Would we stay there again?... in a heart beat!!! Thank you for being a part of our weekend getaway. Location very central for out Annie Russell theater trip, dinner in Winter Park, Global Energy 10K at Festival park and Cirque du Soleil at the Amway.

Instead of having a fitness room, we did just put into action a new "Fitness-in-a-bag" system. We do not have the fitness room, but we offer this instead, so that guest may still be able to exercise in the comfort of their rooms with some of the fitness gear provided in the bag. We hope that you do choose to stay with us again soon.

This hotel's location was very convenient to the event I was attending, but the area is not beautiful or interesting in any way. The hotel, however, was a very pleasant surprise. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, the water hot. The furniture, lighting, and carpet looked new. A fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a table with TWO chairs made having a meal in the room not only possible but comfortable. The bathroom lighting was warm so makeup didn't look scary. There was even a full length mirror. Add electrical outlets on the lamp bases and free wi-fi, and I'd say this hotel has thought of everything to make a stay easy and comfortable. Front desk, housekeeping, and food service staff were very professional, gracious, and welcoming. At the complimentary breakfast buffet, we were even offered coffee refills tableside, a nice touch not expected when the coffee cups are paper! And the hotel is pet-friendly!

I am currently a resident of Louisiana, and I am enrolled in graduate school at Asbury Theological Seminary in Orlando, Florida / Wilmore, Kentucky (2 campuses). I have been coming to Orlando about 4 - 6 times a year for on-campus classes, and I have always stayed at this particular Best Western on East Colonial Drive. This hotel has been perfect for my commute and the accommodations are exactly what I need. The staff are not only friendly but very helpful, and this has been consistent for the last year or two that I have been coming. With this particular visit, the hotel had recently upgraded their internet services but since my computer is aging I was having trouble getting it to work properly. One of the maintenance techs Joel Baez helped me troubleshoot it for a good 30 minutes before we threw in the towel on the wireless and he provided me with an ethernet cable. We do apologize for the increase in price, but we it was necessary since we have renovated our property. Friday morning we were awoken by landscapers at 7:00 am. Now we are on vacation it would have been nice if they started a little later. Also, our second night our room was not made up or clean towels when we arrived back at 11pm. When we asked why at the front desk we were told because we had the Do not disturb sign on our door still at 10am. However someone was in our room because our air conditioner was shut off. The front desk staff both at night and the next morning basically did not care because we booked through Expedia and not them. The staff for the continental breakfast were so sweet polite and helpful. I enjoyed seeing them every morning. Our last night all we heard all night was a dog barking. Again the staff said Well people sneak dogs in. And then pretty much shrugged there shoulder in a not caring action. I will definitely not stay here again when I visit my daughter at school.

We had a great stay. The hotel staff members were all polite and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious (we had a king suite) and we couldn't beat the price. Location was good for visiting daughter @ UCF, convenient to campus and the Central Florida Greenway(417). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and booked reservations @ check out for our next trip down to visit our daughter @ UCF

The location is not bad, rooms are nice and kept amazingly clean ! The Breakfast is wonderful one of the best in the area ! the service and the staff is very kind helpful and polite . Hotel is nice and clean staff is very friendly rooms are very clean and big. Micro and ref. In room .we came here on business and parking is OK. Not really a lot of food near here. But what matters to us is friendly staff and size of the room . The breakfast is really nice also great coffee there was eggs and sausage, they had sausage graveyard and biscuits . The sink was didn't work great and Joel maintained guy came right in and fix it give him a 10 .

My family was undecided on where to stay, this was the perfect choice by far! Friendly staff, rooms were nice & the front desk lady was very helpful not only with services but places to visit as a tourist.

Things didn't start too good. The person at the front desk gave us our key, it was raining. We got to the room and the key didn't work. I returned to the front desk and the recepcionist tried to reconfigure it again. I went back to the room and AGAIN it didn't work, all this getting myself wet with the rain. Back to the front desk, the person incharge of the hotel's maintenance, Joel, was really nice and asked the recepcionist to give us a good room for the inconvenient. He gave us room 247, which was apparently a bigger room but it had an awful sound on the wall behind the beds. Apparently, next to the room there's a maintenence room where I don't know what they do but you feel really strong bumps into the wall and as if the room was shaking. That was REALLY disturbing. Breakfast was very nice, small but with very nice options. People at the front desk are not nice as the waitress or maintenance staff. Rooms are dark, you need to have lights on all the time. Bathrooms are ok. Beds are really nice. Floor around the hotel is really slippery and when it rains, you have to walk very slow. The wifi connection was good. An overall normal experience.

I am definitely coming back to this hotel! The staff members were very friendly and helpful with directions to various restaurants during my stay. My room was immaculate, no stains on the carpet and my room smell fresh. The bathroom was very clean and they were plenty of extra towels. The price wasn't so bad either.

I love this hotel. It is very peaceful. Nice property! The breakfast was great! The staff really went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable!! I will definitely stay here again! We were on vacation for 4th of July weekend and did not want to pay the outrageous prices for hotels during the holiday. This hotel was great after a long day at Disney this hotel was awesome and away from the busy city. It is a bit of a drive from the parks,but it's worth it!

Visiting family in East Orlando, this Best Western was close by, easy to find. My room is very nice, comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff here is very friendly, helpful and they actually smile. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful, not just a bagel and muffin breakfast. Sausage, sausage & gravy, omelets, waffles, french toast sticks, biscuits, toast, bagels..etc, cinnamon rolls, cereal, juice and coffee. Was very nice to be able to eat in the lobby or take it up to my room. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very "no frills" hotel that is clean and conveniently located near the Asbury Orlando campus. It's near the 417 expressway and right on Colonial which both see lots of traffic, but if you can stand traffic sounds or use earplugs in your sleep, you're good to go! It's got tasty breakfast, clean rooms, clean bedding and is always just what I need to have a reasonably priced room near my school! The staff know me on sight and are warm and welcoming each time they see me! They recently upgraded the bathroom fixtures and got new carpet in the rooms. Most of the beds are comfy and there is never a problem with the wifi or hot water running out. I stay here a lot. I will keep staying as long as I am in school!

First and foremost the rooms are super clean and beds are very comfy. Our first assigned room had a strong cigarette smell when air conditioner was running. They gladly switched our room and this one had no cigarette smell. The hotel is on a busy street with the highway adjacent to it so you can hear cars from you room (if facing the highway). Then our lovely neighbors were talking outside our door most of the night. We were right in front of the stairs and they put a chair and talked most of the night into the early morning. I don't feel what I was charged for the night is justified. The hotel is non- smoking rooms so what people do is congregate outside puffing away the smoke gets into the ac units since they are in front of the room. So the smoke ends up in the room. The hotel is smoke free "rooms" - hotel is pet friendly didn't hear any dogs crying so that was a plus.

We first wanted to apologize for the smell in the room, and I'm very glad our front desk staff was able to accommodate you by assigning a different room. We know that sometimes other guests can be loud, and we always encourage our guests to let us know of any problem that may be occurring so that we may fix that problem. We arrived late so when we entered our room and it was obvious that it was a nonsmoking room we were too tired to complain. We thought we would get used to it but after spending one night that was all we could stand. It wasn't just the smell, it was very damp. The A/C worked, it was cool but it didn't take the humidity out of the room. We all awoke to a headache and all paper products in the room were wet. We were refunded the two unused nights and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Too bad the pool looked very nice and the grounds were well kept, loved the location.

I have never stayed at this hotel because of a few reviews that I have previously read even though it is close to were I have meetings. But it was great. Clean, very comfortable bed. The only real lacking was a microwave in the room. I asked to be in a room away from the highway and interstate. I was put in a side room by the interstate. I could not really hear the traffic but occasionally could hear other guests doors slamming. The front desk afternoon lady is ok but could use a little training in people skills. The rest of the staff was great. I will be staying here more.

I have stayed here 4x over the 1 1/2 years. I stay here for the convenient location to my destination. Not sure if it is under new management or not, but I have certainly noticed some improvements to the rooms and the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast is always good and the pool is kept clean. Now, if they can just add some weather strip around the doors to the rooms...too much heat and light come in.

We walked in on a Friday night to book a room after selling our home in Orlando and needing a place to stay for one night before moving on to our new city & state. Sharlene treated us like royalty! After learning of why we were staying she offered to upgrade our room with the understanding it wouldn't be ready for a couple more hours - no worries since we were going to celebrate with friends at a local restaurant. Upon our return several hours later Todd was there to assist as well and checked us in quickly with a big smile and great sense of humor. Sharlene appeared and provided gift bags with water & a snack which was an additionally sweet gesture. The room was clean and adequate space for our stay and the continental breakfast was amazing! Many choices and all was very fresh accompanied by another great member of the staff to ensure we had everything we needed! They all made an emotional time much better with their friendly smiles, positive attitudes and great sense of humors. We would stay there again when in town to visit friends in that area and recommend to others for sure - great job!!!

I cannot begin to say enough positive things about this hotel. From the moment we walked through the front door, being greeted by the agents at the front desk to the employees at this hotel............have all done an outstanding job at making us feel comfortable, welcomed, safe and happy. They are friendly and go above and beyond to ensure your stay here is the BEST! We were surprised and upgraded to a suite at exceptional rates. I would recommend staying here. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly and VERY helpful. However, there was construction on my side of the building from 5am until I left around 10am. I was NOT warned about it and I woke up several times due to the banging and doors being slammed. I only stayed one night, so I told them when I left, but if I had stayed longer, I would have requested a room move.

Roach in the room but the staff said its just a bug not a roach, like that made it any better. Big hole in the bathroom wall were this bug/roach came out of. Wonder what other rodent will come out of the wall.

Room was very clean. A little musty when we opened the door but that went away as soon as we put on the A/C. The grounds were immaculate. I have never seen a house keeping crew work so hard. Very good hot breakfast. Pool was clean. Easy access to Toll Rd 417 which is within 20 minutes from the Orlando action. We stayed because we were taking my daughter to UCF. Approximately 4 miles from the UCF campus. Would I stay again, absolutely! Keep up the hard work!

Needed a room for one night in Orlando. This Best Western is an older type two story motel. No elevator and my assigned room was on 2nd floor. Couldn't carry suitcase up so Todd the very helpful desk clerk gavd me a courtesy upgrade to king mini suite on 1st fl. Lovely room. Very clean and comfy with usual Best Western amenities. Room has a king bed with small divider wall to a small living room area with pull out sofa. Entry door beings you to thdt area then the sleeping area at the middle of the room. There is a coffee maker in room with nice selection. Complimentary breakfast had fruit, cereal, waffle maker. Nice choices. Would recommend to anyone. Location is just off the 417 in a nice area a few miles from the shopping on Colonial Drive.

Don't stay.......smell of the rooms is awful couldn't sleep due to the smell plus a garbage truck at 4:30 am. We had two rooms and mine was in the back........this is a place that you just don't feel safe and it was $115 bucks!

We went here for a staycation. It was nice and quiet. The pool looked very nice although we did not use it. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Suite isn't really a suite - there is just a couch in the one room. Best Western never fails!

Air conditioner barely worked and my visit was early June and very hot. The sheets were stained and had a funny smokey smell. The carpet had a funny smell as well. I will not be going back to this location even I frequent that area.

I would not recommend unless they upgrade their sleeping rooms. The staff was great and really accommodating but the smell in the room was musty and old and even saw small ants. The area was very nice and was able to get where we needed to go. Very out dated.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. Sinjin at the front desk was very helpful. He printed a map for us and made it much easier to get to our business destination. Breakfast each morning is fresh and fully stocked thanks to Gretchen and Rebecca. Rebecca was a very warm and friendly hostess who made breakfast fun. She is a rare gem !!! While the rooms aren't fancy, they were clean and quiet and everything worked. I would stay at this hotel again if I am in the area.

Todd @ the front desk was very professional. & Rebecca spoiled the clients like a mother hen. These two employees are really asset to that place where they work. I will definitely, recommend that Best Western Orlando East inn & suites. Overall everyone was very nice. The only thing that was lacked over there was an excercise room.

The breakfast staff at this hotel was the best we have ever encountered. Rebecca was amazing. She was so friendly and attentive. She really made you feel welcome! The room was fine except we arrived very late the first night and we were assigned a room that had obviously been smoked in before even though it was not designated a smoking room. We asked to be moved the next day to a non-smoking room which was much better. All in all a great place to stay for the money.

A good hotel close to Orlando Airport. A shuttle service is available to the airport on the Hour. Very comfortable rooms with wi -fi and tea/coffee making facilities. The room itself was of a good size as was the bathroom and was well fitted out and clean. Breakfast was included in the price and had a good choice of items on offer. Staff at the Hotel were pleasant helpful and efficient. All in all a great place to stay for Orlando attractions and the airport.

Reliable Best Western experience; clean comfortable rooms; friendly helpful staff; good breakfast to start the day. This is my dozenth or so stay at this Best Western and it gets better every time I stay. The hotel has been working on a program to upgrade the rooms and improve the landscaping and pool area - and it shows! Bathrooms have been remodeled, furnishings have been replaced and the hotel is looking good. I choose a double queen suite because there is also a pull-out sofa bed for the grandchildren. It works very well for us. Location is perfect for UCF, Waterford, Avalon Park, and East Orlando in general. I'll be back!

Rebecca the breakfast server at this hotel is very friendly, my husband and I was surprised of how bubbly someone can be so early in the morning. She constantly was asking everyone if they were ok and if she can get anything for them. She also came to our table making sure we were enjoying our breakfast. Rebecca kept refilling as the product go low. Rebecca is a great asset to your company because she's a great customer service person.

We got in late and the hotel staff we extremely friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was nice with fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, and a lot more. The pool was clean and nice. Ten minutes to the Airport and was centrally located for theme parks.

Our room was spacious & clean & . We were in Orlando for an Odyessy of the Mind Competition at UCF for our grandchildren & only stayed 2 nights. The staff was especially gracious & helpful. One of the maintenance staff even helped me carry my suitcase to our room. The Breakfast buffet was one of the best we've had. Rebecca was so pleasant & attentive. Mary made made my waffle & brought it to our table, when there was a line for the waffle maker. None of the staff would accept tips.

Originally we had booked a room at a no-name hotel for the weekend. Boy was that a mistake. While the price was pretty cheap the old adage "you get what you pay for" couldn't have been more applicable here. Within an hour we demanded (and got) our money back due to non working outlets, a dangerous hair dryer (we were told they didn't have any more), used water bottles under the bed and ew, a dead spider under the comforter in the bed and furniture that they picked up at a flea market. I could go on but I won't. Luckily I was able to hit up Travelocity at the last minute and find the last available room at the Best Western Orlando East Inn & Suites for slightly more than the price of the other hotel. To go from the single worst hotel experience to the best was a godsend. The staff was above and beyond friendly and positive. From the desk clerk to the breakfast buffet attendees to even the maintenance man who helped carry our bags to our room. To a fault all the workers there refused to accept tips saying that "they were more than happy to help". The room was clean had all the amenities you'd expect like free WiFi, an HD TV with HBO, complimentary coffee, to even a good size mini fridge that you could stock. The maid service was prompt and did a great job with the room. The breakfast buffet was fully stocked, even later in the morning, and had all you could ask for to start the day. For the price you couldn't go wrong. All in all it was the most pleasant experience my family has had at a hotel and can't recommend the Best Western Orlando East Inn & Suites enough.

This is a no-frills hotel, but perfectly met our needs for our recent long-weekend. We went between UCF (15min away) and Disney (35min away) so it functioned as a perfect location. There were tons of restaurants, gas stations, and fast food places along the same road. A Walmart Neighborhood Market (grocery store for those of you who don't know) was about 10min down the road, too. The front desk staff was pleasant and check-in was easy. The $25 deposit was credited to my account immediately after checkout, too. Our room was clean and up-to-date. The towels were nice. Water pressure in the shower was also great. The mini fridge was really cold and the microwave was functional. My kids did take time to enjoy the pool, and they really liked it. It was clean and just the right temperature. Overall it was a great stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Tidy rooms. Spacious, well kept and clean. Price was very reasonable and it included a fantastic breakfast. Great location. Staff was courteous and efficient. There were workers present performing room upgrades and maintenance but they were hardly noticeable although the scale of the renovations seemed to be substantial.

when I check-in to BW, reception said I don't have a reservation. After I shown him reservation paper, he found reservation. The waffle toaster was not functional in the morning; I waited ten minutes.

The hotel is in a very good location. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping did a good job cleaning the room daily. The breakfast bar has a variety of foods to include waffles, eggs, bacon, breads, muffins, etc. The coffee is always ready 24/7.

We needed a hotel close, but not right next to the airport for a late arrival and an early departure out of Orlando airport. This hotel was about a 15-20 drive (easy access both ways). We arrived at about 2:30 in the morning to a very friendly and hospitable hotel representative, who got us checked in efficiently. The hotel is small, with outer door access to rooms. That is, there are no inside hallways. So, you park close to your room and enter from an exterior door. The rooms are decent size and clean. We had one on the first floor for the first night's stay and one on the second floor for the second night's stay. I preferred the second floor myself, only because it was a little more secluded at the end of the building. Beds were clean. Bathrooms were clean. Room comes with a refrigerator, coffee maker, blow dryer, and sample size shampoos/soaps—everything you need really with extras at the front desk if you need them (razors, etc.). The continental breakfast was good, with a variety and the staff working the breakfast shift were very nice and accommodating. We only booked one night at beginning of travel, since I wanted to be sure it was a decent place to stay (booked blind, without recommendation for the first night). After staying the first night, we booked a second night for our return trip. Note: We weren't staying in Orlando for the duration, which is why we only needed first and last night's stay. Also, there was some construction going on the first morning, very early. You may want to inquire about that if you need to get a late sleep in the morning. It looks like they'll be doing remodel for a little bit longer. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. The only downside was being woken up by the construction. Pool was lovely too. Small and outdoors, but decent size. I didn't have a chance to use it, but it looked nice and clean. Ask where vending machines are if you use those. They were a little difficult to find.

The staff was great and helpful. Easy check-in and the room was nice. Only issue was the bathroom smelled like someone smoked in it when fan was running. Used hotel during competition at University of Central Florida.

It was a Business Trip and the stay was good, without any problems. The reception and lobby people were helpful. I felt welcomed by the team, and kudos. As a whole, the experience was nice. One complaint is that wi-fi didn't work as expected.

We had a great time at this hotel! It was clean, accommodating and had a great continental breakfast!! All of the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The location was just a 45 minute drive to a great beach, and only a 30 minute drive to I Drive and Universal!!

They seem to be remodeling this place! Just didn't care for the breakfast food and tiny bathroom for a 2 Queen bed suite. Very narrow room. Some of the staff wasnt as friendly as other places we stayed.

The property and the rooms were very good for our needs. I had several issues with the staff at the front desk during our stay. Some things that I would communicate would not get passed along. One associate in particular, Todd, was very rude and unhelpful. Multiple times when I would ask a question he would just shake his head no, never offering alternative solutions or explanations. I had 3 rooms for 3 weeks and wanted to extend another 3 weeks for 4 rooms. The 4th room was going to be for my children to spend time with me, so I requested that room be side by side with my own. Again, Todd offered no assistance. That is when I checked out of all rooms and moved our stay to another hotel. Our company stays dozens of nights all over the country at Best Western locations. I am also a current rewards member. I will not stay at that location again.

Place looked old and run down from the curb. Inside, the lobby was small, poorly lit, seemed dirty and unkempt. Behind front desk, door was open to back room which looked like an unfinished storage area. MW oven on table in lobby was small, and door was left open, I waited for a while to be waited on by the desk attendant, who seemed disinterested and occupied with other people who walked in, one after me. I was alone and Felt so uncomfortable, I left and went to another hotel.

This is an old hotel. You can tell it has been updated somewhat but it still looks old and just doesn't feel clean. There was a sign in the lobby saying they were doing renovations when we stayed last week. The room was okay. The beds were comfortable. Did not use shower as there was hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor which grosses me out. That evening we decided to go out and as we opened the door to leave; the whole entire door handle came off. We called the front desk and maintenance was there in less than five minutes and then it took him another 5 minutes or so to fix it. That was great and wonderful and everything HOWEVER the maintenence guy said he could not fix the outside knob. The outside knob was so wiggly it seemed like it was just going to fall off. We didn't feel comfortable with just leaving all of our stuff in the room with door handle like that so we took it with us. Not to sure about the people hanging out around the hotel and pool area. My husband and I and our 11 year old daughter felt very uncomfortable the entire time. The next morning we tried their breakfast which was terrible. Everything we ate was cold. Trying to actually get breakfast was another problem in itself. There were 5 people trying to make breakfast along with two of their breakfast workers all squeezed in a little tiny cubby hole in the wall. The setup sucks. No, we would not stay again.

I recently stayed here for 3 weeks because of work, the rooms are very clean, the hotel has just been remodeled and the service is great. Dena ( the manager) went out of her way to help my stay be painless and enjoyable, Dena and her team are AMAZING!!!!! Thank you sooooooooo much!!!!!! Santiago E.

After calling ahead to try to make a reservation at this hotel we were told that check-in time would not be until 3. We were totally chill with this. They said we would be getting the last non-smoking room. Upon arriving at the hotel hours early we expected a wait. We checked in periodically to see if the room was available for an early check-in. They had said we would be in one room, but 4 hours later we were given a different room. If this second room had been ready, why were we not given it to begin with? We had sat in the lobby for hours playing on phones and just chatting. They saw us waiting and offered us water once. We spoke with the manager about our issues and he was completely disinterested. We finally got in our room to find that the shower was broken, the hot water was not working, the internet did not work, the carpet was pulling away from the wall, and the paint was peeling.

This was a clean hotel but it did need updates. The breakfast was good. The bed was not very comfortable and I wouldn't stay again for that reason only. It was a lot of money to pay for a bed that was this uncomfortable. It was good enough for a one night stay.

Besides the renovations taking place for future Customer Hospitality, the Staffing at the Best Western at 8750 E. Colonial Dr. is a sure sign of Production is a Reflection of Leadership. All staffing treats their Customer's as A-1 and VP category. From General MGR Stuart Bloomburg and Front Office Mgr. Dena' Jones, not to mention the front desk and House keeping staff, all treating their customer's with a family and friendly atmosphere. This Hotel is very Comforting. Not to forget the Hot Breakfast served every morning. A++++ service.

Every employee was excellent from lobby to food service to maintenance. Received phone call after getting into room to make sure everything was fine which I had not experienced in other hotels. The walls are paper thin, I could hear everything from the rooms beside me and from outside. Someone knocked on the door next to ours at 2AM and from there on I was woken up every hour on the hour from something. The maid carts walking by at 8am sounded like earthquakes and the maids were yelling into their walkie-talkies at 8am with them turned up so loud. It was a terrible experience then when I was checking out the man next to me told the receptionist he had roaches in his room so I guess I got lucky. This is a 50$ a night hotel, not 125$!!! Beware

We stayed for a night at this hotel, and after check in, we arrived to nice and clean rooms. The best part was how amazing the breakfast was. We haven't gotten a free breakfast as abundant and great tasting with such an amazing service in a long time!!

This appeared to be an older hotel. Our room smelled a little musty but was ok. The threshold of the door did not meet allowing two small openings under the door where small bugs or critters could enter the room. It appeared to have only one stair case for the entire two floors for both front and back rooms and we did not encounter an elevator. Located near the freeway with easy access. The pool area was very nice and even had a handy cap chair for easy access for those who are handy-capped. A nice pick-nik area complete with a grill was also very nice.

We do have four staircases, two on each side of the hotel but, I do apologize that we couldn't help make your stay more enjoyable. I hope that you will give us another chance.

The location is next to a toll road that drives directly to the airport, the price is good for the location, there are plenty of places to eat nearby, and the free breakfast is great. The issues I had were small, but multiple. The staff manager, or any manager staff never reached out to me during my stay, even though I had multiple concerns. That to me is a tell tale sign of larger issues. I spent two weeks here and could not leave because my official travel listed this hotel as the first and best option. I had bugs in my room almost everyday. The staff did come and spray, but that only created less bugs and dead bugs. Trash was left in my sink by the cleaning staff and when I called the front desk, the response was more disbelief than immediate response and compensation. Again, the manager never reached out to me about my issues (cockroaches, trash, broken electrical outlets)

We were going to Orlando because of illness in the family, Todd was so nice He made sure all are needs were taken care of, gave use directions lists of restaurants in the area. the room was clean and quiet, i had use of free WiFi, the breakfast each morning when hot an lost of variety.

Rooms were clean and nice! The outside was a little mediocre but really the rooms were great. Lots of pillows and soft bed. The breakfast was exceptional. Hot and delicious. There is mini fridges and a bible in the drawer :-)

Hotel could use some renovation, but it was convenient for my purpose. The staff was friendly and the room was as clean as you would expect a hotel room to be. 2 major needs: the toilet seats need to be upgraded to larger size and the hot water needs to be regulated better. I had to take my showers in phases as I waited for scalding water to subside every 30 seconds or so.

This place was great. The room was clean and tidy. The bed/pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was one of the better I have had, the inclusion of croissants and french toast sticks made it better than most hotels I've stayed in. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a good sized refrigerator in the room and the pool looked nice (too bad it was raining.) The location is close to a wide variety of restaurants and the UCF campus. The only drawbacks I found was that the WiFi could be improved and the room could use a microwave, there is a microwave in the lobby but I prefer the convenience of one in the room.,

This hotel was an excellent choice as the location was near Orlando Sanford International Airport just a hop and skip away. The hotel looks nice and is very clean. The staff go over and beyond to help you with anything you need. Kept up nicely for appearances and very clean. Only had a minor problem with maintaining the shower temp and it wasn't that bad. Breakfast was awesome! They have a fantastic staff! Everyone very helpful and friendly, great location to Orlando Sanford International Airport.

After booking on hotels.com and getting my confirmation it seemed the only room left was a smoking room. I was afraid it would be like a giant ashtray, but it was not. Smelled ok, clean, comfy bed, great pillows. Not the Four Seasons - but for the price point it was just fine.

Short Staffed - Was the only one in the lobby, waited 15 minutes for the only staff member who was on the phone trying to find a reservation in the system to cancel it for someone who "just made it". The caller should have been referred to the online or national call in reservation system. The hotel was sold out - perhaps Management should have thought to have more than one person on staff until midnight perhaps? Dirty Bed Linens - Once in my room, was disgusted to find that one of the beds obviously had not been changed with new sheets. - Luckily it was a double queen room and the other "appeared" clean. The green bed covers were filthy and torn. Will not be staying at a Best Western again. Told the agent at the front desk who apologized and removed a nominal amount off the check. Travelling on business - so that really doesn't make much of a difference to me. Noisy Air Conditioning - When the under-the-window air handler came on, it sounded like an Chevy Suburban on at fast idle.

Good place to stay in Orlando. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Had a bit of a musty smell but not overpowering. Staff was attentive and helpful. Didn't try the breakfast but it was offered. Lots of restaurant choices nearby.

The staff was very nice, but one of the beds in the room I was staying in was messed up. If you sat on the edge of the bed, it would start to go off balance, so you couldn't just sit on the edge. The other thing that bothered me was that my initial deposit, which was only $25, was not returned to my bank account for almost 3 weeks. That is way too long to credit someone's account. Everything else was fine with the stay.

We visit Orlando every year to visit friends. We always stay at this Best Western. Rooms are well appointed, clean and neat. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Great breakfast. Would recommend this for others in the future.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well kept. It looked like recently modernized. There were a couple of issues that I advised the hotel management about for which I am sure they will quickly take care of . This hotel is closed by our sons lodging and we will be sure to go back again.

Not that far from outlet, universal and food. About 30 minutters from the hotel. Good beds, but a very noisy refrigerator. The breakfast was okay and the personel was kind and helpfull.. Would book it again.

I booked through hotels.com for a pet friendly suite. When I arrived I had been downgraded from a suite to a room without reimbursement and told the pet was $50. instead of the $20 I was quoted. The staff made no effort to correct the errors upon check-in and only the next morning at check-out did they reimburse the extra $30. pet fee after I showed them the costs clearly made available in the room. I suggest you go to travelzoo.com to find a great rate on a much finer, well located hotel in Orlando.

Thank you for your most recent stay and the feedback you have provided. I do apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused. Hotels.com is aware that our suites are not pet friendly rooms. Pets are only allowed in standard pet rooms. Our pet policy contract did change as of Jan 1, 2016 and pet fee was increased to $50 per Management. However, we made an error on our end by not updating the change of pet fee on room directory. Again we truly apologies and a credit was issued to your folio.

The Service was very Good no complaints regarding customer service.In reality theres really no complaints. Only thing is that this hotel ( MOTEL) is BY FAR overdue for refurbish if in doubt stay the night and you will confirm that's it very outdated.

The facility is very well located right off the interstate. While it's not the Four Seasons, it seemed to be clean and well kept. However, I have 2 quibbles. 1-Our housekeeper didn't speak a word of English, and didn't seem interested in finding a translator. 2-Our toilet made a flushing noise every 10 minutes or so in the middle of the night. This time management didn't seem interested in fixing it.

This best western was pretty good. Clean room and did not experience any problems. We were on this trip for business and one night for social. The staff was friendly and Curtious. Breakfast was par for the course

Great staff, nice breakfast. Thank you to Todd and staff for making our stay wonderful! My children enjoyed the outdoor pool, and the suite is one big room but enough space if you are staying for a couple of days.

Hotel is located in an area of Orlando with not a lot of other options but this facility offered everything I needed at a great price. Terrific pool and lobby areas as well as the room. Great internet reception in the room along with a comfortable bed and bath. Very quiet room, nicely landscaped grounds.

spent 4 nites at the best western...the people were awesome and the room was very clean...the bkft was good and they didn't rush you to finish eating or put the food away if you were a few minutes late....i spilled coffee on my bed and asked if they would mind changing the sheets and they did so as soon as they cleaned the room....the only bad thing was the distance to the parks and the tolls each way were $7...and that added up...but the pool was nice and everything was maintained well.....the desk personnel were great so helpful...

Hotel is in a great location. Quiet and the hotel was sold out. We were there over New Years Eve and not a sound. Many of the guests were University if Michigan fans who were there for the bowl game on New Years Day. Would stay their again.

We stayed for one night, and thank god for that. The room was really humid and the carpet on the floor seemed really old and unclean. It smelled like mold and I woke up in the night because of the A/C randomly firing up. Do not stay if you like cleanliness and silence.

New manager is committed to upgrades and repairs. Staff are now friendly and responsive. Rooms have working amenities and security features work. Very pleased to have given the property another try and will return. With additional planned facility improvements, I expect to give an Excellent rating next time.

Well, where do I start. Our experience started with checking into the hotel. My mother had booked this room for us for the Christmas holiday. We arrived to try to check in and they said they needed an authorization form and a copy of the credit card and photo ID of the person who booked the room. We did not have that information. I had to call my mom and have her drive over here and meet us to give them all the information. Come to find out the room was never paid for, her credit card that she entered on the website was just holding the room. So what is the point providing a credit card if it's not going to be charged and paid in full? Upon arrival it had seemed that they had just prayed Febreeze to cover the musky pungent smell of the damn carpet. As the night went on the smell of urine became more evident. Not a very clean room and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone i know.

I had to travel for a few days, and this hotel was perfect for our needs. The bedroom was good, very comfortables beds, and good choice for breakfast and by the way near from highways to can go in and out easily

Room was very clean. Staff friendly. Even called room to see if everything was ok. New TV. WiFi worked. Refrig in room is always a plus. One of the better breakfasts offered in motels. Definitely would stay there again when in area. Nice looking pool too but didn't use it.

Fine for one or two night stay. Room smelled a little musty other than that it was fine Continental breakfast was nice with plenty of options. It was a little chilly when we were there but the pool and pool area were very clean. Had a little problem with the T.V. but they were right there to fix it.

The hotel was very clean, great breakfast and friendly staff. My only complaint would be the noise from the maintenance and cleaning crew, but I blame that on the location of my room. I was in the room next to the laundry and the breeze way where the ice machine and the staff gathered. I'm sure they would have given me another room if I had asked, but I figured it was only a couple days so decided to deal with the noise. Overall great stay.

The room, at $85 a night was what you get. Did not like that it faced the highway, did not like the pillows but the staff were really nice and the room was easily accessible. Breakfast was good too. Worth the price!

No surprises here. Just a good, clean Best Western with a tasty breakfast. Traffic on this road was crazy with lots of construction. Restaurants are located to the WEST and fairly handy. No restaurant on site but Red Lobster about 1 mile.

I love the cleanliness of the room and the friendly staff and even better for the price! I will make sure to check with Best Western in Orlando East for my next trip next month for sure! Oh and did I say it was so easy to get to, right off the freeway!

No reservations, just stopped because our destination was Full Sail University for my son to start college....for a motel type atmosphere, it was amazing! Brandon and his associate were VERY polite and accommodating. The room was very clean and surprisingly quiet, given that it was on a pretty busy thoroughfare. I feel it was an excellent price for a room this day in age AND they said that when family come to visit my son in college, if he shows his school ID the family will get a percentage off their already low rate!....you can't beat that service! Great work, guys!

I have stayed here a couple of times while visiting my child. For the most part it is a decent hotel, a few miles from the campus and a reasonable rate. This time however, I was a little disappointed in my room. There was a filthy towel on my counter and hair on the wall in my shower. As I said, been there a few other times so all in all, a decent place ... but this stay was less than average.

If you are looking for a clean, customer friendly, well located, family friendly hotel to stay near UCF this is the place for you. The beds are very comfy, the rooms clean, the FREE breakfast quite yummy and free Wi-Fi. It's a great value and I will certainly be back again.

I was greeted by the smiling face of Todd, who could tell that I was clearly confused as to where I was. Todd was helpful, patient and extremely affable despite my late check in and lack of knowledge of the hotel. I was later directed to Kemuel, after Todd was off shift, and the hospitality was just as on point! I'll be happy to stay here again as the rooms were clean, the hotel was well kept and the staff was spectacular!! Mahalo!!

Wonderful that it was pet friendly. Cleanliness of room was not up to par, it felt as if room was not cleaned thoroughly. Bathroom felt cramped. But overall, a good place to stay. A change of the sheets and masking/getting rid of animal smell would've been ideal

There are many hotels and motels in orlando, For our budget best western in east orlando was the best. We will be staying there in the future. Good clean rooms and best service. The General Manger is very responsive and accomodating rather than in a closet

This hotel is amazing. I stayed here because it's very close to UCF. I didn't think Best Westerns were all that nice, but this one is classy. The bed was very comfortable and the pool is beautiful! The customer service is great and very friendly. It's in a perfect location right off of the 417 so you can avoid all of the traffic on east colonial. However, it's still very quiet and private at the same time. It's almost a steal to stay here with an awesome rate and more than perfect accommodations. I was truly impressed and grateful to have found this hotel!
