Best Western Big Spring Lodge

We stayed here for a night on our way home from our vacation to New Mexico. From the person that checked us in on 3/27 to the person that was in charge of breakfast, everyone was friendly & helpful. The breakfast was good! Our bed was comfy, water pressure good & room was very clean. There were plenty of lights & and plug-ins in our room, which we appreciate. The king bed was a little tall for my short legs, so they provided a step stool at the front desk when I asked if they had any & it was perfect. We went to get some walking in at a Lowe's nearby since we had been on the road most of the day & asked an employee about any good places to eat & she recommended The Oriental House, which was excellent & pretty close to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

The room was not and did not feel really clean when you looked at all of the dust along the baseboards and window sills. Bed and bedding leave a lot to be desired. If you're short like me, you'd best bring a step stool or you won't be able to get up on the bed. It's also rather noisy, as I could hear the guy snoring in the next room and the little dog yipping like it was in my room, and the people talking.

I have stayed here the last 2 years in Dec. and plan on staying here again. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I have family in the area and this is a great location or me.

LOVE this Best Western!! The staff are always friendly!! The room is always clean and the breakfast is always amazing!!! We've been staying here for years. Wouldn't stay anywhere else when we are in the Neosho/Joplin area.

No hot water in showers Alarm clock in empty room next door started beeping for 30 minutes at 6 am. Scrambled eggs and potatoes were cold just 15 minutes after breakfast bar opened. Comfy king size bed. A/c and heater worked fine. Fairly quiet in hallway on ground floor.

Drove across country and needed a pet friendly hotel for nightly stops. Tried 2 other hotel chains that were pet friendly and will never use either again with or without a pet! Best Western was very clean and everything was in working order. Staff was very hospitable! Great breakfast included as well. We will now be looking for a Best Western for ALL our hotels needs!!

I was very pleased with the hotel. The wifi was GREAT and I was able to work 3-4 a day flawlessly. Only disappointed was that I booked a whirlpool room but didn't get a whirlpool tub. The room was very nice though.

Only started one night, but it was pleasant. The bed was awesome in Room 301. Room was clean, spacious and everything worked. The property sits back off the main road, rather secluded, nothing behind it but another road for entry/ exit, and trees. Close to restaurants and Wally World.

AC was broken, staff was very rude, hotel stinks. Ice machine was broken. Would have checked out of this hotel, but there was no availability in town. My daughter was pregnant and on bed rest, needless to say as her mother I was in tears cause there was nothing they would do to move us said all the AC is the same. Stuck it out and left the next morning at 4am. It was cooler outside than our room. Horrible place. I was going to go across the street and buy a box fan, after the desk staff said they didn't have a fan, but walmart was closed!

This hotel is a little better than the average best western . Bed was not super comfortable but was ok . Rooms a bit dated but clean . Lots of tv channels . Hot breakfast was above average . Staff very friendly. Exercise room was nice outdoor pool

there was very nice,sweet,helpful,respectful. The pool area was great,the pool was clean and the food was good. The washer and Dry works great. The fitness room is great. The area is great. Everything about the best western was great

Clean rooms, great staff, nice location. Road into the motel is a little hard to find but nice big parking lot. We would stay there again. They had a severe storm come through early in the morning so there were a lot of tree, branches and leaves lying around. Made golfing interesting.

We were on a road trip and didn't have a room reserved. We came upon this hotel. It was absolutely great. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean - very clean. The facility was well maintained and convenient to where we needed to be. The staff added special touches to the standard BW breakfast which made it really nice after traveling for nearly 2 weeks of the same ole same ole.

After speaking with a neighboring room that had suffered bites, we checked our beds and found bedbugs. When brought to the attention of the General Manager, she was extremely rude. We asked for the room to be comped since our family left the hotel for other accommodations, but she only gave us a partial discount.

The manager kicked me a my crew out of our hotel a hour before check out and also canceled our 2nd night great hotel nice room's horrible service by the manager was very rude and angry towards us and other guests

Checked in after midnight. Front desk staff was sweet and very pleasant. Forgot to offer bottled water, but that's not why the poor rating. We finally crawled into bed and turned the light off. Had just fallen asleep and felt something crawling down my arm! Woke my husband up to turn the light on and see what it was. To our surprise it was a cockroach! We slept with the light on! We saved the now dead bugger in a tissue, but to our surprise, it was missing in the morning! We figured it's buddies came and got it and gave it a proper burial. We reported it at check out to the “Front Desk Manager”, at least that's what her name badge stated. She didn't know what to say: no apology, no service recovery, nothing. As a matter of fact, she just asked if we needed a print out of our bill. We let her know we were all set but she might want to let maintenance know to call an exterminator. Front desk staff needs to be better trained on handling situations like this. We did not make a scene nor pitch a fit. However, let's get this younger generation trained up before making the responsible for taking care of guests on a “management” level. We won't be using that hotel again.

Only a couple of miles off I 49, access is very easy at the Neosho/Seneca exit. Rooms are quiet, very clean and modern, with comfortable beds, microwave and good fridge. Reservation with Cameron was quick and pleasant, as was every other interaction with staff. Breakfast buffet with lots of variety, and even offer a 'grab and go' option. Will definitely stay again.

I specifically booked at Best Western Big Spring Lodge as it was central to a mini Day vacation for the Wife and I.We were very happy with the room and the staff. Breakfast was pretty darn good too. Fried potatoes, sausage links, biscuits and gravy. I ate well that morning. I do not hesitate to recommend this location.

This hotel is not on a main thoroughfare, so we were not bothered by road noise. The clerk at the desk was pleasant and informative. Breakfast was good with many selections. The only problem we had was that the shower curtain was too short and we ended up with water on the bathroom floor.

If you ever need a place to stay in Neosho this should be at the very top of your list. It is easily the best place in the area. Jenn does an excellent job ensuring you stay will be enjoyable. I travel quite a bit and this is always one of the best places i stay.

everything i expected from best western, staff was great, rooms were very clean, breakfast was good and my wife and enjoyed the stay very much. we will always make it our hotel when we are in neosho..

Came down to Missouri to visit extended family and we also stay at the Best Western Big Spring. The people are friendly, the breakfast is fantastic and the rooms are super comfortable. The best nights sleep I've had in a very long time.

Very professional and friendly staff. Easy check in and out. Very clean room and the entire grounds are well maintained. Quite room Everything I needed and close to restaurants. Free breakfast wasn't bad made getting back on the road easy. Would definitely stay here again.

We arrived at 1:00 a.m. on our way home, road weary and past ready for sleep. The front desk attendant was prompt and friendly, thanked us for being BW Honors members, assigned us a clean, quiet, well-appointed room. We slept like rocks, went to breakfast a few minutes before it closed and were happy to find food bar was still plentiful, hot and tasted very good. Even the coffee was drinkable (and we're very picky coffee drinkers).

We stayed one night in this hotel. The staff was very pleasant and enjoyable to interact with. The room was comfortable and very quiet. The beds were very high and for us shorter people it was a climb up into bed. This was the first hotel that has had two luggage racks in the room which was a very nice touch! Usually my sister and I don't both get to use one! Breakfast was pretty standard but adequate. We did have a broken outlet but we advised them of it and hopefully it will be fixed for the next guest. We did use the outdoor pool. The water was warm and it was nice to relax by the pool. Overall we had a nice stay, and I would stay here again.

An hour before check out house keepers continuously came in my room using their key card! I'm sure one saw my husband naked! And after the first time of letting them know they did it two more times. I informed the front desk that I was told the checkout was 11 and she let me know that it is there a policy to come in the room to make sure that we are not gone.

Not many options in Neosho for hotels, but this one was a great choice. Clean and nice. My son "loved the hallways". :) Ice on our floor which was a plus! We did get a chance to enjoy the pool in the evening and it was great. We will be back when we visit the area again.

Was really appreciative of the courtesy and care the staff provided. Had a great night sleep. All staff had terrific attitudes. Would highly recommend this as a stop. Price was also excellent and the breakfast was above our expectations.

Recently I met some friends for a golf day in Neosho MO. The location was central for the four of us. I stayed at the Best Western Neosho MO. The hotel staff and service was perfect and the property and room were exceptional. I would encourage everyone to check this hotel out if your in the area.

quick trip to visit family. We had a nice stay, as usual Best Western was there for us. Breakfast was very good, and the entire staff was professional and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable as always

Rooms and amenities were fine; however.... I booked online for $89/night (government rate). Only after driving HUNDREDS of miles and arriving for check in did I find out that the hotel would not honor my booking. They claim that the online booking isn't supposed to allow the Gov rate for the King Suite. I don't understand why that is MY problem. Instead, they charged me $112/night--a 26% increase. That equates to a breach of contract. --> Fix your internet problems with Corporate--don't take it out on the customer!

Hotel is clean and allows pets, but our whirlpool bathtub that we paid extra for did not work. After half and hour to fill with luke warm water, nothing. Did not offer refund for difference in price either.......

Stayed at the hotel in Jan 2022. Stopped there for business with family then on to family out west. Went to my meeting day of checkout and left my family there to meet me later. They showed up with my daughter in wet hair and she told me what happened. The day of checkout the housecleaner stopped by and said you have 10 minutes to get out or we will charge you a late fee, and was very rude. This was right at 11 am. Asked if my daughter could dry her hair and she said no. My better half then asked if we could get a luggage dolly and she said to hurry up. They went went downstairs to get it and when they got back up there they were locked out of the room. Had to go down and get the key reactivated. They rushed around and got out of there a few minutes later around 11:20. Later we get a bill for a late check out fee and a stolen pillow. Our company uses exclusively during our many stays in the area. I called to talk to the manager to ensure her that no pillow was taken and asked about the fee since we left before noon. The manager, Jennifer, was very rude as well and said that they have to pay the staff "extra" for late checkouts because of Covid. I said I understand but usually hotels let you go a little over the 11:00 am cutoff and there was no pillow taken. She again, was rude and said "late checkout had to be scheduled, sorry". I explained that we stay there often and have a corporate account. Jennifer then said she was sorry and didn't want to lose our business and would call my company directly to speak to someone in management. I told her I was in management. She called her contact at our company who later reported to me how bizare the lady was. All around bad experience and unlike one I've ever experienced at a hotel. This is the nicest hotel in Neosho until the others are completed soon. I suggest you check out other options in Joplin until the new ones are completed. Their business may not suffer immediately but will eventually if they continue with the current personnel.

Great place. Good staff. The breakfast is top notch. Clean and inviting rooms. Fitness room good. Everything sanitized. Enjoyable stay. Well located. Near restaurant Walmart. Not far off major interstate. No noise from sorounding businesses

First they screw up my reservation and keep me standing in the lobby 30 mins...cancel and remake the reservation at same price...signed accepting this rate...changed rate after I checked out...overcharged by almost 20%...hung up on me when I called and complained...refused to listen when told that I could send them screen shots of reservation. There was another couple in the lobby when I arrived going through almost the same problem.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Holiday decor upon entry. Nice clean rooms and they accommodated our booking request. It was great to have breakfast options again. We will return to this location next year.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and updated. The breakfast had a great variety and included soy milk. The wifi signal was strong and allowed me to work from the room for a few hours.

Pretty good BW. Except they don't have late check out and the lady at the desk in the morning was obviously having a bad day. Everything else was good though. The check in was smooth and the check in people were awesome. The bed was comfortable and the room smelled good. There was just no late check out and they sent housekeeping up well before 11, which I've never experienced at another BW. So I'm not sure what the deal was with that.

We had a wedding in Neosho, MO. We stayed over night on Sat. Oct. 2nd. There were 4 of us in our room with a joined room. The rooms were so clean and nice. Getting on the elevator we all said the same thing, HOW CLEAN everything looked and smelled. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast....let me tell you, was one of the BEST I have seen in a motel ever. Thanks to all the staff and the motel for a GREAY STAY !!

I travel a lot for work, and this was the first time I had stayed at this Best Western. I book the room thru the Best Western App, strictly trusting the pictures posted. I was not disappointed, the room was very clean and comfortable and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay here again.

Although the title of this review may seem a little odd in connection with a lodging facility, it is very applicable in this instance. While this Best Western provided my traveling companion and I with clean, comfortable lodging - and a welcomed truly full continental breakfast; a rarity these days - what we really appreciated was the ability to safely walk upon the facility's back entrance roads. Usually similar locations are found directly on main roads unsafe for leisure walking, and while this Best Western is indeed conveniently located directly on U.S. Route 60, the option of walking along the aforementioned back entrance roads ended up being a great attractive feature for us which would definitely lead us along with the facility's other amenities to stay there again in the future.

I have stayed at this hotel several times as it is convenient to family. The room itself was ok, no real complaints there. But the staff... The ladies that work there are horrible. If they spent half the time cleaning rooms as they do complaining about their jobs and the GUESTS, they would be done early every day. This last time my room was on the back side by the pool. They sit out there to smoke and gossip, and make remarks about how they hate the guests. The lady that worked the breakfast area was downright mean to people, yet had a tip jar. It was empty which wasn't a surprise. It was so bad that I actually left the hotel a day early (still paid for it), and went to a different one by Joplin. Never staying here again until they clean house and get rid of the complainers that work there.

Best place to stay in Neosho. Staff was very friendly and helpful in getting rooms for our group together. Rooms were very clean and up to date. The hotel is now serving full breakfast, which was much appreciated.

There was a bit of a snafu checking in for 3 rooms, 2 rooms were reserved on the same day then I added another room about a week later. When checking in, they had only 2 rooms and they were full. I was not happy. Tristan never gave up on getting us the other room, he did find a cancellation in the nick of time before we left for another hotel. I was hard on him in the beginning and he was never rude back to me. He worked his magic and made our experience the best we have had in a long time! Thank you Tristan!!

This was a great stay. Due to covid we are more picky about where we stay with our kids. Staff was friendly. Everything felt clean. Room was great. Whenever we are in town visiting family we always stay here.

You are not a guest at this hotel, you are paying to be barely tolerated by the staff and management. Any complaint will lead to a response similar to this "you can deal with it or check out". There is no hospitality at this hotel. If nothing goes wrong during your stay you may be fine. But if something goes wrong and you inconvenience the staff by registering a legitimate complaint seeking resolution, the resolution will be to have you leave. I travel over 100 nights per year for work and am Hilton Platinum. I stay at this hotel to be close to family when visiting my hometown. I am a veteran and currently a deputy director for a government agency. When the manager was yelling at my 80 year old veteran father I knew that this was a place I wanted to leave and never to return. READ ALL THE REVIEWS AND KNOW BEFORE YOU GO! Stay in Joplin if you can as you are only barely tolerated at this location.

Easy check in. Room was comfortable and everything worked. High beds I had to jump into but so comfy. Was happy it was so clean. Bathroom even smelled clean. Decent breakfast selection that was constantly refilled.

Be sure to ask for email confirmation of reservation especially if expecting a block reservation rate. If they don't send the email, you don't have the reservation. We experienced incompetence by desk staff. On the whole the place is well run, pleasant, and clean. The cleaning staff and food managers do an excellent job.

I stayed at a Best Western in Neosho Missouri. I came home after my stay and on my receipt they wrote "smoked weed in room" I do not even smoke, yet alone WEED! This place is never crowded when I stay here. It's a hotel within range of my sickly Aunts house, she gets chemo and I must rent a hotel room through the process of her treatments. They charge $150 extra for smoking in a room yet I do not even smoke and was charged that amount. I am already gone from this location. If I knew the extra charges I would have never stayed here or I would have went up to the room with the staff to smell the area because they are liars & tryin to suck people out of 150 more! Its a little town so I bet they do this a lot. Watch it. Stay down at the casino, there is one 12 miles from this place, you will have more fun and they do not overcharge you.

This property is absolutely the best option for the area as no IHG properties are available. My only complaint was no staff at the desk at check out, she was outside smoking presumably. Also I was told the fitness center is off limits at check in but when renewing my reservation was told it is in fact open. My take away is staff arent on the same page. No real complaints. All issues were subjective. Staff was plenty friendly and rooms were quiet

Best stay and hotel I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. Clean, friendly, and overall the best. They were prompt on service and never failed to answer any questions a long with ensuring we enjoyed our stay and our needs were met!

Customer service is sloppy. Eating lunch at desks smelling up the lobbies with smell. Housekeeping and staff constant hanging at front desk. I felt like I had to have nerve to interrupt. I had several little spots up and down my shoulder and arms after I woke up. I sleep on that side. I happen to have a check up at my doctor two days later and she said it might be bug bites. I hadn't even mentioned my hotel stay to the doctor. The beds were terrible before in the past and they are still horrible. I had stayed here several times in the past and they had issues with the beds. I ask the clerk if they changed beds and they assured me they had all new beds. The problem is still in this hotel. Gross.

Wasn't up to my expectations. Heat was turned very high when i arrived. I noticed window was open so tried shutting and it wouldn't latch. Locks were busted. I feel the heat was pushed up to hide the fact the window was busted. I reported issue. The girl at the desk did her job well and moved our room. I was excited to see a jet tub in the next room. Went to take bath and the jets were broke. Wouldn't turn on. I ended up checking out early.

Whenever we are visiting the area we stay at the Best Western. It may be 20 miles out of the way but when it comes to the local hotels or other hotel/motel chains nearby it beats them all. Try to get a room facing the back- a lot quieter than facing the road.

We stayed for four nights in this hotel, Room 220. It was clean and everything was great except for the shower. The fixtures in the shower were not attached inside the wall so the shower head and tub fixtures extended from the wall and seemed to almost fall out of the wall. We reported it but nothing was done to repair it while we were there and nothing else was said about it. It is in a good location, convenient to town and to the restaurants, and the hotel sits across from a Denny's which we took advantage of every morning. The “continental breakfast” included a sack lunch with an apple and a granola bar, with all the coffee, water, etc that you can drink. To say the least, this was not our idea of a “continental breakfast” (unless you were in a third world country). I fear the days of good hot breakfasts included with the room are never coming back - COVID is an excuse for poor choices now. I guarantee the prices will not come down to reflect the lesser service either. I still recommend staying here even though the days of excellent service are past.

Hotel staff was incredibly friendly, taking excellent added coronavirus precautions. Quite stay, felt like we were there all alone and felt at home. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Had all your typical hotel appliances not cutting any corners. Bed was perfect, we had the king. I prefer soft, but too soft kills my boyfriends back, this bed was a PERFECT inbetween, comforter was a very comfy thin (clean) blanket instead of those thick bulky ones that seem like they are never really clean. I'd say hands down best hotel in the area hands down.

Staff was very kind and willing to help with anything. Rooms clean and modern. Hot water and good internet. Plenty of channels on the TV for the kids. Grab n go breakfast was good with limited cereal offerings in the lounge.

Had to go to Missouri for my mother's funeral, they were absolutely wonderful & since I had to pick up my mothers 3 Scottie dogs, they waived my pet fee! Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was fantastic!! Very clean & well priced! I would definitely stay here again!!

We had a pleasant stay. The people at check -in were friendly and very helpful. For social distancing and safety, they gave out tickets to get your breakfast bags in the morning. I don't believe there are many hotel options in Neosho, but the stay was pleasant.

20 years ago, rooms were all about price and the room itself; now, rooms are about price, the room, and reliable internet availability. I couldn't even get an access (password) page to come up. I got ZERO work done during my stay. If I hadn't been so tired, I would've changed hotels. The lady at the desk (11-7 shift) is absolutely clueless when it comes to resolving an internet issue. I can't tell if she is ignorant, indifferent, or both.

We stayed here for the speech and debate tournament at Crowder College. It was a great experience. The curtains actually close all the way so we got a good night's sleep. Then, we would have to leave before breakfast was served on Saturday so the staff came in early and got breakfast for us and another team staying there. I can't say enough about these folks. They are the best. Maybe you could send some of your other Best Western staff here to get trained!

My family stayed at this BW for a funeral and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay went well. The staff was professional and courteous. They accommodated a young restless child with cartoons in the lobby. The breakfast was excellent - everything from yogurt and oatmeal to eggs and waffles. I would recommend staying here. Great value, clean and quiet. Also very close to gas station, grocery and eating places.

The room was perfect for my needs - bed and bedding were nice, clean and comfortable. The room and hotel was well maintained. There were no USB plugs in the room and most of the plugs were already in use. There were 2 luggage racks, which was nice. Staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, lots of options and fresh/hot. Other than offering USB in the rooms, I would also recommend the main entry door into the hotel be automatic to make it easier to get in and out with your luggage/bags. Overall a great stay and good location to highway, food and shopping.

We had to leave an Econo Lodge south of Neosho due to noise and were blessed to find this motel. The front desk staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Room and hotel both well maintained. Room was nice. Unfortunately our next door neighbors played the TV loud and talked over it. The only drawback was breakfast. Although the food was good, the attendant was late getting it out and since we were on a tight schedule, we had to work it down.

The purpose of our visit was to attend our 60th H.S. class reunion where several attendees stayes at the Big Spring Lodge. I know that I can't speak for everyone that stayed ad the lodge but we found our stat to be rather enjoyable.

The room was adequate for our needs - beds and bedding were comfortable. The room and hotel was very clean. There were no USB plugs in the room, but plenty of plugs, and no safe in the room. There were 2 luggage racks, which was nice. Water was available in the lonny, which was welcomed after a long day traveling. Staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, and recommended El Charro, a Mexican restaurant t across the (busy) street - easier to drive there!. Very good restaurant. Breakfast was good - "to go" breakfast bags were available. One thing I have learned is to check the price on Trip Advisor, and almost always get a better price when I call the hotel myself to book a room, rather than book online. It's more work, but you can save some money. I also realized on this trip that many hotels give a Military discount (my husband is a Veteran).

The rooms were very nice. Clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was good, nice choices and well-stocked. Friendly staff at the desk and housekeeping. The pool was closed, due to cooler weather. Nice fitness room. Plenty of well-lit parking. Would recommend staying there, if you are in the area.

Nice hotel. Clean, orderly, efficient and friendly check-in. The breakfast was alright as far as hotel breakfasts usually go. There's an ALDI grocery store a short walk away which is great. Now if only that sauna in the workout room worked...

First place I have stayed that was so clean. No hair on bathroom floor from previous guest. Sheets clean and crisp, bed was firm. Check in was fast, had good bath towels and there were plenty to go around. I would recommend this best western to everyone.

We stay at this hotel every time we are in Neosho. It is always clean and comfortable and is convenient to town, without being in the middle of town. The staff is friendly, parking lot and hallways are well lit.

This is a nice little place to stay and the staff was very pleasant also. The breakfast was better than I had anticipated. There was plenty to chose from. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice cordial employees. Check in clerk was very nice and understanding. Very Good breakfast food with a good assortment of breakfast items. Clean room with plenty of towels. Workout room, pool, and other recreation accomodations.

Our family travels from all over the country to get to the home town for our family reunion every two years. It was great to ge able to book rooms beside each other and to have breakfast together and to watch the kids swim and play in the pool before heading out to the farm. Almost like being at home.

Pet policy wasn't written anywhere and wanted to charge me 15 per pet per night once the manager “found out” I had more than 2 pets. Of course the manager Couldn't handle manning up and talking to me and instead went to the front desk attendant (who was super helpful). Word of advice, if you want to call yourself a manager you should be able to be adult

Quick, informative check in. Nice decorated clean room. WiFi good. Excellent breakfast, clean area, attentive attendant. Food was fresh. Never stay at Best Western, will start checking this hotel branch out for further vacations

This is a perfectly fine hotel in an area that doesn't have a lot of lodging options. The rooms are clean and neat. You can tell that the staff works hard to keep things clean. The staff is very friendly. Generous breakfast buffet.

Our stay was very nice. Marsha greeted us on arrival and went above and beyond helping us check in and get ready for our stay. The rooms were clean and service was prompt. We did not eat the breakfast this time, but it was very well stocked and smelled wonderful. The hotel is conveniently located right across from the Walmart!

Over all this hotel is not to bad. It is starting to need a little care. This is our second stay and thing are starting to show its age. Wall Paper coming off wall in bathroom, carpet needed clean. Just needs a refreshing up. Staff and house keeping were very friendly. The breakfast staff was out standing. Breasfast was very average and nothing to write home about. Also not one item changed from day today. Over all would and will stay again as not much to choose from in the area

I have stayed here about four times in the last half year and every time they have been very nice and courteous. I would stat again when passing by. Only 30 minutes to the Bingo hall! A plus for me! I will be back!! Oh and they are pet friendly!!

BW in Neosho is a quality motel. A bit hard to get to the first time as it has no direct access road off the main highway but once you find it the stay is a great experience. Breakfast is how and tasty with a good variety for choice. coffee is hot and fresh tasting. Staff is very professional and friendly and makes you feel very welcome. I highly recommend this motel as the place to stay when in Neosho MO.

If you need to stay in Neosho, then this is the place. Otherwise, keep moving down the highway or sleep in your car if you have to. The hotel is noisy and the rooms are built for short people. That being said, the staff is nice and it is clean and safe. So iff you need to stay in the area, it's not a terrible place to stay; it's just not a place I'd use if I had a choice.

We were doing work in the area and Stayed at the Big Spring Lodge from Wednesday 11/14/18 through Friday 11/16/18.We had 3 rooms on the 3rd floor. Check in was Fast and Friendly by "Marsha", the Front Desk Manager. She also served up breakfast on Thursday morning. The place is clean and the rooms are comfortable. A Hearty Breakfast was ready before 6 am on both mornings. Check out was easy and friendly , by Megan on Friday morning.

We were able to bring our pooch along. Clean property in & out. Quiet even though the proximity of the highway. They are close to bank, Walmart, and several eateries.They complimentary breakfast was loeded with options.Recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the Big Spring Lodge in Neosho. The facility was very well cared for and maintained. A suggestion would be a sign near the turn to make it easier to find, especially after dark. Would recommend this hotel highly

We chose this Best Western because it was in the town we were attending a family wedding and wanted convenience. This Best Western was very nice, very clean, staff was great, and the free morning breakfast was great! Price was reasonable. We had a very nice stay. Will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Neosho, MO. Highly recommend.

This hotel has it all~fresh baked cookies and the friendliest employees! We were greeted by a very cheerful young lady and checking in was not only a breeze, but pleasant. She was baking cookies, so that was all ou could smell ~which was awesome!

Accommodations are some of the best in Neosho. You can find some weeks less expensive than others. Easy to check in. Rooms are always clean. Nice breakfast Mon-Thursday. I don't know what they have on the weekend. The shower is always hot. Plenty of towels, soap, etc...

Spent three nights here and had a wonderful time. Very clean property and a very helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast is great as well. Close to a few eating establishments. Very quite location give it a try.

Neosho is a great town and this hotel and the staff just make it that much better. The hotel was so great we almost didnt leave it to go explore the area. The staff doesnt nearly describe the breakfast well enough it totally blew our minds how good it was! They even offer evening cookies which were out of this world!

While handling a challenging family situation, chose to stay overnight here for a couple of evenings. The staff were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and found good rest while staying here. The breakfast was good and coffee even better. This is the best area to stay in Neosho. Restaurants all around it. Close to shopping too. Clean and well-maintained. Full breakfast included for free. Kids loved the pool. I enjoyed the fitness center. They have a hard-working and pleasant staff.

I travel to Neosho for business a lot other than a nice Lobby this hotel has nothing to offer. The beds are very uncomfortable and the breakfast gets very old after one day. You are better off to stay in a cheaper hotel and buy a good breakfast.

We were traveling US 60 from Apache Junction, AZ to Henderson, KY. Neosho looked like a good place to stop. Typicallly, we like Best Western. This hotel still allows smoking in some rooms. We were supposed to have a nonsmoking room, however, it smelled strongly of smoke. I don't know if it was just the fact that other rooms had smoke, but it was a disappointment. The hotel is not convenient to restaurants. We did get a pizza delivery. It was from Mazzios. Good enough. Staff was friendly and breakfast adaquate.

no i didnt stay at an amish home,i do sometimes but it has to be on my conditions,this home didnt have enough room for me anyway,this motel is very nice and yes i would stay again but it was a bit spendy,all was clean i was very satisfied but my amish friends dont like paying that much,oh well,breakfast great

We stayed here for a wedding. The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Our only problem was our non smoking room was overpowered with the stench of smoke. It was terrible. The hallway smelled a bit like smoke as well. My brother was also staying here and we went to his mom smoking room and there was barely any smoke smell. Overall it was fine, but I was glad to leave since it stunk so bad!

We stayed a full week while working in the area. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and will be back again. I did notice some minor maintenance items that needed attention, but am confident they will be taken care of, as they were maintaining the building during our stay. We had a non-smoking room on the 3rd floor. While we didn't notice a smoke smell in our room, it was noticeable in the hallway. The only item I think they need to improve on is during the breakfast time. While the staff were good at keeping food stocked, I never saw anyone cleaning the tables between uses.

Stayed here while traveling on business. Really nice hotel but experienced some issues with operations: Got all settled in the room, everything unpacked, ready to jump in the shower but actually there was no water. SInk and toilet worked not the shower, so headed down to switch rooms, but found no one attending the front desk. Hollered out, looked around and went back to room to get my cellphone to call the desk hoping the person had a mobile unit. By the time I returned the attendant was there. Switched my room, went up to pack-unpack to new room. Finally got settled (after checking all the utilities, etc). Went down to desk to return the original room keys and again-no one around. Hollered, looked around and then finally left keys at unattended desk to get some rest. Next morning no juice available at juice machine as they couldn't turn on the machine because nobody could find the keys... I would stay again as the morning attendant and breakfast person were awesome, but they really need to attend to the small stuff, especially at night.

It's a little hard to get too but a nice property. If every traveler was treated the way they do here, we would all quit complaining about travel. The front desk staff, breakfast area staff and housekeeping were some of the friendliest I have come across in a long time. The hotel is clean and quite and I will not stay anywhere else but here when I come to Neosho.

The employees were very professional and helpful, the room was VERY clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Really enjoyed stay here. The free breakfast was prepared right on time and very hot and delicious. Parking and security was good also.

This is a long business trip and the service has been excellent. The manager Jennifer has been extremely accommodating. All her staff have been Excellent. Room has been cleaned perfectly. We will stay at best Western often.

We had broken down on the side of the road in our new RV and the hotel did everything possible to make us comfortable while we waited for the RV to be repaired!!!!! Thanks to Kayleigh at the front desk!!!!!

We had a death in our family and needed to do an overnight stay in Neosho MO. I called the manager the day before our stay and she gave me a great rate for four rooms. Small town with great service. The staff was kind. Rooms were nice. Breakfast provided. Grab and Go sacks with water and breakfast bar. If I gave any recommendation, it would be to consider replacing beds. I am sure on their schedule. Beds ok but not rated the best.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this location just south of the highway. The room and common areas were clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were all friendly and efficient and the breakfast spread was varied and well stocked.

We were here about a month+ ago and it was okay. This time was much better, we had a top floor room on the quieter back side. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was greatly improved with sausage, potatoes, good scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy...and all the usual fare too. The staff was lovely and helpful and gave us hot from the oven cookies:) There is a new ALDI store close by for a good walk. Easy access to the hotel and all services close by.

Room was clean and quiet. Spent 2 evenings. Breakfast items offered were hot but limited and lacking the normal bagel or pastry. Room was too bright, curtains did not block the light from the parking lot. Therefore the room was bright all night.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly & accommodating and my room was clean & comfortable. The shower had good hot water with good water pressure. The breakfast was a decent continental breakfast. Other amenities were close by if needed such as dining, shopping and gas.

The first room they gave us was absolutely disgustingly dirty. Dust, food, dead cricket, dirty bedding, stains you could see under the torn mattress cover. I cringed. My family sat out in the lobby to watch TV because it was cleaner out there. After thinking about the room while I was watching TV in the lobby, I thought, there is no way I could sleep in there. I went and took pictures of parts of the room. I then asked the very nice and hard working front desk lady if there was any way that we could get another room that was clean. They didn't have any more rooms with 2 beds, so she offered an executive suite with a King bed and gave us a roll away bed. That room was clean and while old, was very nice and spacious. We got a great nights sleep. The cleaning crew's room was right across the hall from our room so in the morning I was shocked at how many cleaning team members there were when our first room (110) just down the hall was so neglected and had been that way for a while. I hope management can be more vigilant. On a good note, the breakfast was great with several choices. The night time lady at the front desk was by herself, but was working so hard to please guest requests. Very impressed with her!

I had to make a separate reservation to come to this one due to some hotel prices for the weekend. Called them up they helped me out and it was by far one of the best hotels I've been too. The staff and the rooms were amazing for the price.

We stay at this BW every year visiting friends and relatives. The staff goes out of their way to please us, I couldn't be more satisified with my stay. The rooms are nice, the breakfast is good and overall it's always a pleasant stay.

Staff very friendly and helpful, complimentary breakfast had good choices (but I never found the butter), doors and walls solid and thick, but some sound did penetrate from boisterous youngsters (some stomping overhead), parking access good, ADA-equipped bathroom good, not enough functional AC outlets.

My family and I have stayed at this Best Western on numerous occasions. During each stage received excellent customer service from the front desk and hotel personnel. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The pool was clean well kept as was the exercise room. We enjoyed the hot breakfast provided by the staff. Without a doubt we will continue to make this hotel part of our family's future stays.

I like to stay here because it is quiet and comfortable. The staff is excellent and very helpful. The rooms are simple and nice. There is usually a lot of activity since it is close to Joplin, but I like staying here so I don't have to deal with the traffic. Once I am in, the hotel is quiet and I can relax and get a good nights sleep.

We had a good stay at this hotel. It was clean, the staff were friendly, and it was in a good location. If you are on your way to Camp Barnabas then this is a good place to stay. It about 30 minutes from Camp Barnabas. We'll definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this BW many times over the years and have always found it to be outstanding. It is clean and the staff is friendly and is in a good location. The beds are comfortable and the TVs are new and have a good choice of stations.

Stayed at this Best Western for a family event in Neosho. Not much to choose from in the area unless you want to drive to Joplin. Room was older, bed and pillows older too. Breakfast area was really dirty. Staff was friendly however.

We were exhausted and just wanted to stay at a good hotel with the necessities to get sleep, shower and relax. this place fit the bill. Our check in was smooth. We received the room we reserved (King and ground floor). We paid what we expected and got a good nights sleep. As Dennis Weaver would have said "There ya go" Would stay again.

My daughter and I were traveling to Oklahoma for concert but had heard hotels in that city were not as nice so I picked this hotel in Neosho based on reviews and I'm happy I did! It was only 30 minutes from casino where concert was held.

Sometimes you expect things to go bad when you book a hotel. This stay was stress free. Room was perfect, staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was better than expected. 10/10 would stay here again.

Friendly staff and great breakfast and WIFI. Pool looked inviting, but I didn't have time to use it on this trip. I called directly to the hotel to book the room and that worked out great for me. I like the easy pre-check out too.

This hotel is in a very convenient location and the staff is very friendly. The rooms appear clean, even though they could use a remodel.The parking is very convenient. The biggest downside is the tiny breakfast area, which gets easily overcrowded, and doesn't make for a great breakfast experience. I would recommend expanding the breakfast area somehow. Overall a good stay at this hotel.

Only negative was that the bed wasn't as comfortable as other Best Western locations. Pleased with the hot breakfast offer! Will stay here again if in the area & recommend it to others as well. Staff were very friendly!

We were in Neosho to visit family the last week of March 2017, the hotel was very good and the staff is the best ever. We will stay again when we return for another visit. The internet worked very good.

Property was an amazing value. Pet friendly as well. Clean rooms comfy beds friendly staff. Needed an early check in. No problem. Would most definitely recommend for leisure or business travel. Typically don't use this chain but will reconsider in the future

The rooms were better than I expected from such a small town. The staff was awesome. The roads are a little strange until you learn your way around. Then you find the side roads are handy to travel on.

Super staff make this a great experience. Thoughtful and caring staff make a huge difference. It seems that everyone from cleaners to front desk have great attitude. Esther something in the water? Free breakfast, of course. Clean rooms and public areas. Easy exit to highway or nearby Walmart, if you really have to go there :-).

Overall facilities were outstanding. The rooms were very comfortable with no problems with the AC or heating systems. The personnel we talked to were very polite and friendly to us during our stay. The morning breakfast was very tasty and there were plenty of choices to chose from. The other guest that were present were very cooperative in keeping the noise level down to where one would not have known anyone was there.

We've stayed at this best western multiple times and have always had a good stay. My husband and I did want to both run in the fitness room and there was only 1 treadmill. My kids always love the waffles for breakfast. No complaints.

We weren't going to stay in Neosho but decided to at the last minute. We saw the Best Western and decided to see if they had an open room. They did and were we happy! The front desk ladies were wonderful and efficient. The room was clean and quiet. The free breakfast in the morning was one of the best we have had. Could not have been more satisfied.

I stayed for 4 nights. I had to work overnight and sleep during the day. After notifying the staff to not bother me with maid service since I would be sleeping, they would leave a bag on my doorknob daily with clean towels and coffee. This was much appreciated. Very clean room and smelled good also. Great hot and cold breakfast. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel what you would expect to find in a BW. Very friendly check in staff. Maid service was great. Breakfast was just average. Hotel was clean and seamed up to date and the price is right. The only thing I would say is they need to change up the breakfast offerings. Now I assum most just stay one night. But staying three nights and having the same items every morning was disappointing. They also did run out of items as well. We would and will stay at this hotel again.

I've stayed at the Big Spring Lodge every year for the past few years when I've traveled and made it a mid stop. Every time I stay, there has always been something updated to keep this hotel in top shape for guests. Everything from the curtains to the carpet was extremely clean and in good shape. The beds are also very comfortable with nice bedding. I have to commend the staff on being very knowledgeable and friendly. I wasn't sure if I would stay another night due to weather, but they assured me it wouldn't be a problem if I had to. Every one of them went above and beyond what I expected. The breakfast was restaurant quality. From biscuits and gravy to waffles, potatos and sausage, they had just about everything you could want. Coffee, tea, juices and milk were also available to guests. Will definitely return to this Best Western whenever I am in the area.

This is our second time to stay in this hotel. We had a dreadful experience in another hotel in Neosho and we are happy to say that this place is now our go-to spot when we are in the area. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. They feature a mini fridge and a microwave in each room. The breakfast was tasty, and despite a large rush, the attendant kept the supply stocked. The location is just down the road from the highway, so it is very quiet.

Had a very nice stay , floor was wet from ac unit had froze up in the room ,from who as in the there before us , house keeping came right away put a fan on it to dry , will be our only place we stay down that way . from now on.

We travel to MO to visit family every year, and the last 2 years have stayed at the Best Western Big Spring Lodge and we love it! They are so friendly and so accomodating, check in and check out are both a breeze. The breakfast is good, they have several options so you won't go hungry. And every afternoon they have fresh baked cookes. The rooms are clean and the beds comfy, it was another great stay!

Best in Neosho. Less expensive in Joplin, and quality is better in Joplin. But, have to weigh in drive if business is in Newton . Pool is only 3 feet deep. Breakfast pretty good for small Best Western. Room relatively clean, but found pennies on floor (which suggests not vacuumed well.

Great hotel.....very clean and attractive. Rooms are comfy; internet is very slow but tolerable! We stayed here b/c of a family wedding in Joplin, MO. We LOVED the "breakfast on the go" bags.....bottle of water, granola bars (2) and an apple. That was perfect for us trying to get to the wedding and set up the photography equipment. We WILL stay here again!

The appearance and condition of hotel has gone down hill over the past year. The management did not consider the guests, only the paper work was important. Not very friendly at all. The staff was average in their appearance and exchange with guests.

This BW had one of the best breakfasts I've ever had in my many stays with this chain. The room was spotless, everything worked, and the location was unique--on the edge of town, accessible to everything yet almost rural. The price was right, the people were great, but the construction is so poor on the property that every time a door is closed anywhere on the floor, it emits a "BOOM." Beyond annoying, it kept me awake till too late. I really liked it, but I couldn't consider staying here again.unless I brought earplugs.

Hotel was very clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Felt very safe and had a comfortable bed with wonderful pillows! Breakfast was hot with a good selection of food. They even had to go bags for breakfast on the go if needed. Really enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is in a good location, close to anything we need and far enough away to still be a quiet place to stay. The breakfast is always good, coffee is good, rooms are kept clean and everything in good working order.

Place to stay in Neosho area. Well maintained property that i have used every year for at least the last 10 years for a local family reunion. Breakfast provided is excellent. Pool is outdoors and is kept in like new condition. The staff is courteous. Kids like the chocolate chip cookie treat at the end of the day

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. The guest rooms are the cleanest I have encountered anywhere. The staff is always very friendly, helpful, and professional. My only complaint about this hotel is the tiny, almost nursery-sized commodes and toilet seats in the bathrooms. They are very low and quite small.

This is a great stop when passing through the area. Most hotels in Joplin fill up quickly and if you don't make a reservation will find yourself looking late at night. This hotel is a short drive from Joplin and worth the extra mile.

The road leading up to the hotel can lead you to believe the location isn't the best but this place was very clean. I have already recommended this location to coworkers who will be using them in a week or 2.

This Best Western is a very good value with hot breakfast included. The Hotel is always clean and neat and the staff is very friendly and helpful. This hotel is close to all attractions in Neosho and Southwest Missouri and the Eastern Oklahoma Casinos. I have stayed at this Best Western more than once and it consistently is a clean accommodation. The breakfast area is well kept and includes hot food. A nice seating area is available for breakfast and a small nice lounge seating area is available by the front desk. The fitness center is small but has excellent equipment and requires key card entry. Parking is easy and plentiful. The rooms have a refrigerator and small microwave in them-great for travelers. This hotel is a consistent place to stay just on the edge of Highway 60 and 71/49. I recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to the Missouri/Kansas/Oklahoma/ Arkansas border area.

We had great 2 night stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Everyone at the front desk was helpful and the wifi worked good. We were in town for a graduation I would recommend this motel again. It was a little noisy but we were near the entrance and elevator.

We stayed two nights over Easter weekend in a King Suite and were very impressed with the furnishings and the cleanliness. There was more than enough soaps, lotions, and coffees. The breakfast was very good too. No complaints whatsoever! Have stayed here before and will stay again.

We came to Neosho for a funeral. The hotel was a good stay, I enjoyed the beds. We stayed up in the lobby to visit with family, till late. The girl behind the counter was good with this, we made tea and talked for a long time. The breakfast was ok, had the fake egg frisbes tho.

The hotel was clean and staff friendly -a good night's rest and good breakfast with a late check out as I had to work that day as we were heading to a meet and greet in Topeka, Kansas. The day was long as we had a blowout and the storms were moving in fast. They had a room available to meet our request and enogh parking for Truck and tailer. We would definitely revisit if in the area. No resturants in walking distance was the only thing that we look for but we carry road food so we were okay for the evening.

After having stayed in the other two hotels in Neosho, I can definitely say this is the best hotel in town. Everything is clean and orderly, staff are exceptional and friendly, and the breakfast is more than would be expected for this price range.

I have come to rely on the welcoming staff and ability to check in early as a reason to stop here while traveling. This motel has a great staff and quiet atmosphere where I can get a lot of work completed. It is a short drive to Joplin, but choose to stay here instead due to above reasons.

The lady working the breakfast area on Friday & Saturday 3/4, 3/5/2016 Does an exceptional job. She take great pride in her work and pays attention to detail. The rooms were very clean and all of the staff I had contact with were very helpful.

Our son plays baseball at the local community college and have stayed 2x in the last month and will be booking again tomorrow. Quite, clean, easy to get too. Good enough breakfasts, front desk is always cool. Little stiff on the bed 1x but hey it's Neosho, not a 5 star in New York. See no reason to change locations, walls seem fairly well sound proofed b/c I don't hear anything. Maybe there not always full on the weekends we have been there.

This hotel met my expectations. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I will definitely make this part of my trip in the future. I travel extensively and always look for the best place to conduct business as well as a comfortable stay to relax before continuing to my next appointment.

Great place to stay. I stay at this hotel once a month it's a nice hotel for the price and area. Rooms are comfortable, clean and quite. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is okay could use some improvement Greek yogurt, unsweetened oatmeal etc...

Outside of the breakfast my stay was great. I would have preferred a breakfast elsewhere over what I had here....this was the only poor part of the visit. The various staff I came into contact with were some of the best I have ever encountered.

Satisfied with hotel. Room was not cleaned if we left for the day after about 10 a.m. Seemed like there was a very strong smell from a room air freshener that was much too strong and was not pleasant for me as I am sensitive to these aromas. We had a handicapped accessible room as I had a broken arm which made it much easier for me to shower and use the toilet. I appreciated that room.

My wife stayed here while I had a sleep study completed. The hotel was very nice and very clean. It had all the "standard" options including a nice breakfast. It is a pet friendly establishment. She had a nice big room and enjoyed her stay there. The staff were very friendly.

Since there were only two hotels in Neosho, the choice was limited. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was neat and clean. Easy to find. The breakfast was so-so. I'm not one for continental breakfasts, so you would have to be the judge on that.

A nice basic hotel. Staff is friendly... Property is clean and well-maintained. Breakfast should be skipped...go to the Angels Cafe on Neodho Blvd instead! A newer property-quiet and dog friendly. Worth the money.

It was another "we need to find somewhere to stop" night and this was available. Nothing special, just ok. Room was clean, breakfast was marginal but edible. It's just fine if you just need somewhere to stay for a night.

The Best Western Big Spring Lodge in Neosho, MO, was a very nice place to stay. We have stayed there twice in the last three months. Would not have come back the second time if there had been issues the first time. We were in Missouri to attend family weddings.

Got in late, desk clerk got us checked in quickly with no problems. Room was very nice, clean and quiet. The morning staff greeted us when we went to the lobby for breakfast. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Dining area clean. I would stay here again when in this area.

We just spent three nights at this hotel. They are remodeling and it looks great, still missing some furniture for the rooms that is on back order, but large bright rooms with new appliances. Good breakfast served daily with waffles, biscuits and gravy and other pastries and breads. Also have sausage and eggs.

Everything was ok... except the toilet seat had excrement on it. This hotel is the most expensive in the area, it should have a clean bathroom. The staff came and cleaned the toilet but I shouldn't have to ask if I am going to have to get a price reduction for the room. We checked out early.

This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel. What draws me back is the quality of the stay. The rooms are always clean, quite and comfortable. Even on the nights when the hotel was busy, the room was quiet and I slept like a rock. I like that the shower head is high enough that a tall person can actually stand under it without having to hunch over. The complimentary breakfast is good and I've never had to wait for them to bring out more food. The free internet is noticeably slow when the hotel is full but I had a strong signal using my Verizon hot spot which allowed me to still have a good internet connection.

I must start this review by complementing the staff. They are all wonderful, friendly and very competent employees. I especially want to name Chelsea, the night desk clerk. She went over and above to help my elderly mother and I appreciate everything she did for us during our stay. The first night we checked in it became obvious my very short mother could not handle the taller beds. Chelsea got us a roll-away which worked perfectly. She also helped us figure out how to retrieve a phone message since the printed portion on the phone was incorrect. This hotel has a great continental breakfast each morning that is free to guests. The room also had a microwave and fridge which was a definite bonus. The last comment I want to make is how incredible the staff was when the Saturday we checked out was complicated by the fact a local plant had an explosion and a fire and there was no electricity. My mother fell going to the restroom near the lobby and they were so helpful in getting her up and to the couch, taking care of her until I could make my way downstairs. I started out with all our luggage (4 bags total) but a helpful employee found me on the 2nd floor landing and helped me the rest of the way. With everything that happened to us throughout our time in Neosho, I cannot say enough about this hotel and their staff. Bravo and thanks!

Be very careful if you are in room 312 and above. Former smoking rooms that smell terrible. Sheets are going threadbare. Breakfast had no yogurt or fruit. If you don't want bread products you are in trouble. The hotel has great potential but each time I stay there it gets a little worse.

We arrived on Sept. 25 2015. I am a real picky person. Walking into the lobby I was very impressed on how clean the whole place was. The floor was glossy clean. We checked in with the manager and a young man named Alex. They asked if we were there for the reuion. We said no we came for the Volkswagon show. We were given our key and pointed to our room. It was right down the hall. We walked into the room. It was hugh. There was a table with 6 chairs, a small sleeper sofa and a king size bed. The sign by the door said executive suite. I always look over the room before taking in my suitcase. So far I wasn't worried. And I found the room to be great. After breakfast the next morning we checked out. My husband ask about the room we got. They said the manager had upgraded us. I would stay here again. And I would like to see some other room. I really enjoyed this hotel. One of the people there for the reuion said he had had the room we had in the past. He was like us very pleased with this hotel.

I bought a package from Groupon that included free play at Bordertown Casino, Best Western Big Spring Lodge was our motel. Very nice, the room was large and very clean. The staff was very nice. We would recommend staying there.

This hotel is new, clean, and quiet. The parking lot could use more lighting, but the inside is beautiful. The beds are comfy and the breakfast is great. Didn't hear any neighbors which was nice. Check -in and check-out were a breeze. The luggage carts are a bit funky, but they work and don't have the weird wheel issues of the larger carts.
