After a very long trip.moving ftom Florida to Michigan, we were blessed to have David checknus in. He was professionally efficient and friendly. The hotel was clean, comfortable and even breakfast was well presented.
This property is next to some buildings you would label projects. They were clean buildings though. It is not one building but the office is a separate building from most of the rooms so you have to go outside to get coffee and breakfast. People were nice.

It is unfortunate for our TripAdvisor readers that the information you published was false. We are thrilled, however, to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us and are proud to be ranked #2 of 12 local hotels on the Tripadvisor site.
We stopped in for two nights and had two rooms. The rooms were clean and we have zero complaints about them. You're within walking distance of a few restaurants. We don't like to have our room cleaned while we are staying there but we do sometimes need additional things like the coffee, shampoo, or towels. The staff went beyond and made sure we had the amenities we needed. This is definitely a place I would stay again. Also, we had driven all night and they knew we needed early check in. They hustled on that to get us in ASAP & the two of us that had driven were very appreciative.
This hotel appeared ok until we opened the door to the room. It smelled like there was a sewer issue. We were told the hotel was full due to storm and holiday weekend. We did purchase air freshener and stayed as we didn't have other options. The next issue was I killed what appeared to be a roach in the bathroom. I thought ok just one bug maybe it came in with the door open. As the sun went down more bugs started to appear. I would have called the front desk however the cord to the phone was missing. Needless to say I drove up front and the front desk did move the room. We made it through the night but the next morning full grown roaches were crawling up the headboard and on the bed. That was the end of our stay at this location of best western. We checked out and will not be staying at this location again. We did have family staying at the hotel as well, they stayed in the building closer to the front door and did not experience a problem, so possibly the bug issue is in that last building. I have to add that I am also a travel agent and have never experienced staying at any hotel location that had roaches. This hotel was basic no frills and if they get the bug Issue and the smell however it did only smell in the 1 room under control it wouldn't be a bad stay and the cost was very reasonable. Best Western get the bugs under control!!!
The hotel was great. The staff were great. I reserved a king bed and ended up with 2 queens. That was a downfall. But it wasn't a major one. The room was clean and affordable so I really can't complain. I would stay here again.
Stayed for a single night a room for myself and one of my guys that came to work the job site with me. Rooms were nice and clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Could not expect better! Thank you
Having arrived very late at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta international airport, we had booked Best Western Southlake Inn relatively close to the airport. It was a perfect choice as we, in our rented car, got 25 minutes away from the airport and thus ready for the next day's drive towards Savannah. The motel was, like all other Best Western motels, of a fine standard.
Enjoyed my stay here. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was good too. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. Can't beat the price and quality! Will come back when stopping through Atlanta.
I had a great stay at this hotel during my visit to Atlanta. The hotel had clean rooms and some of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. The pool is larger than most hotel pools and the hotel is in a quiet location right off the highway. It is close to downtown and the airport which was a big help since I had an early flight. The staff was pleasant and helpful and I will be staying at this hotel again during my next trip to Atlanta.
This hotel is located on Jonesboro road about 10 miles from the airport. I extended my stay for more night for business reason and I really appreciate the customer service. I just didn't like the breakfast; not many choices and the space is very narrow to eat breakfast
Needed a place to stop for the night on our way to Florida. Didn't need to be the Ritz but it needed to not be gross. I don't love outside door motels but reviews were good and they were right. Everything was SUPER clean, breakfast was good, staff was friendly. I'd definitely stay there again on the way through. Appears to have been remodeled recently but didn't have that "ok you tried but it still looks junky" vibe at all.
I could not tell from the photos that they were all exterior rooms like a motel, not a hotel. The pool was fun and went to 10 feet deep. The staff was ok, but I think they were just so busy. The main desk and breakfast building is completely separate from the building with the rooms.
The hotel seemed a good value for the base price of $80.99, but the addition of nearly $19 in taxes was steep. I did not realize the hotel was set up with outdoor stairs to the rooms, but it wasn't too much trouble. The customer service, however, was excellent, if not outstanding. In fact, the hotel followed my special requests to be away from vending machines and other things that could result in excessive noise outside my room which, by the way, was clean and welcoming. It was also nice that there was a Cracker Barrel restaurant next door, since I arrived in the evening and could go over to the restaurant and get takeout to bring back to the hotel.
I hate to write a review like this, but after seeing a previous review on bedbugs, this review is warranted. I was bit over 6 times thoughout the night. At 4am, I pulled back the sheets and found a bed bug. I lifted the matress up and found the next one. I caught both and brought them to the front desk. The rep their lacked an understanding to the seriousness of the issue and didnt even apologize. She tried to offer me another but no room was available. At the end, she asked me if I wanted to keep the same room. No way was that the right answer. I did get a refund through hotels.com once the hotel manager arrived. Bed bugs are serious issue and can cost you lots of money if you bring them home. Additionally, if you are allergic to the bites, they are itchy and painful. The hotel needs to address before they let anyone stay in the affected room or rooms (another hotel guest asked me why I was upset and said that he had been bitten as well, but could not find anything). If it was fornthe bed bugs, I would have said this was an average hotel. Third building, bottom floor was my room. If you plan to stay here, you should confirm that they have fumigated and put bedbug covers on all there mattreses.

Out of an abundance of caution, however, we are having the room professionally treated. We are also having the two insects you brought to the desk examined to better understand what they are and how they may have slipped into your room. I'm sorry my staff did not respond to your liking but was glad to see your full refund was processed. I stay at this Best Western 4 or 5 times a year for 4 or 5 nights at a stay and it is consistently and dependably great. Friendly staff, clean, they are ready to help with anything and everything you might need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Thanks Dianne
The hotel staff was wonderful- very friendly and very accommodating! The room was clean and so were the grounds of the hotel. The outside area looks a little dated but is clearly well cared for. It is close to downtown and allows dogs without an outrageous fee.
The front clerk double charged me and tried to do a reversal. This placed a double hold on my bank account over the memorial day weekend. I am back home in VA and damn if Best Western has collected the correct room charged and is STILL holding the same additional amount from my account. I was assured while there by the BW manager who made the error the extra charge would fall off the next business night which was Tuesday,. Lies. Supposedly BW reversals take 5 to 7 business days to process meanwhile holding my funds hostage. Insead admitting she made a mistake she kept wanting to show me how she put in the reversal. She took no accountability for the process that I am still feeling the affect from. What was suppose to be a fun relaxing vacation became a somber and stressful nightmare.

Dear valued guest, Our hotel, like all hotels, obtain authorizations for charges place on bank cards, including security deposits. When customers elect to use a debit card, the removal of the authorization for the unused portion is up to your bank, not our hotel and unfortunately it is not a quick process at some banks. We certainly wish this was not the case. Our recommendation is to always use a credit card and not a debit card when securing a room at any hotel. Thank you for your review.
The hotel staff is wonderful - very accommodating and helpful. The room was clean, internet speed fast, and super close to the airport. We arrived really early and our rooms were not ready. However, the staff gave us their card and we called an hour later and we were able to get in one of the rooms to drop our luggage before heading into Atlanta.
The room was clean and quiet. The furniture was a little dated and the TV was a too small to cover the double room. the staff was nice and friendly. The tub liner was raising up from the tub. It's convenient to restaurants and shopping.
Good place for a stopover on the way north from Florida. South of Atlanta and only 10 minutes from the airport, it's a good location. Very clean and pet friendly. The rooms sit perpendicular to the street and down a hill. A bit remote for me, but not unsafe. I'm just a Nervous Nelly! Quiet also and several people had dogs - no real problem. All of the staff, including the maintenance people, said Hello and were congenial.
Always like staying here with our pet. We get the first floor and back up our car to door for easy unload Breakfast is always great.Cracker Barrel is close for dinner.Easy on and easy off from highway.
Old buildings remodeled nicely. Clean and comfortable. No elevator to second floor. Decent motel breakfast with faux eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, yogurt, juice, hard boiled eggs, coffee and waffles. Many restaurants nearby. Would stay there again. VERY close to Atlanta.
We arrived late and left early so it felt a bit pricey for our short stay. Breakfast was ok, simple, basic food. Staff were very friendly, room was clean, bathroom was very basic. The bed was comfortable and we were grateful to have a fridge and microwave. Internet was stable. There are steps only to get to the 2nd level. A ramp or lift would be nice. Quiet area away from the Interstate but easy on/off route.
Hotel is always quiet and clean... It sits literally right behind an IHop and cracker barrel, so food is convenient and I-75 is a breeze to get on for your travels to ATL or down south. I always enjoy a peaceful rest at this location
For Northbound Snowbirds coming out of South Florida and fighting the traffic on I-75, this Bestwestern just South of Atlanta just off I-75 is a welcoming site to stop and unwind and recharge for tomorrow's travel.
We checked in at about 9 PM. The woman at the desk scanned my wife's drivers license and neglected to return it to her. We checked out the next morning and when we arrived in Indiana, my wife realized she did not have her drivers license. We called the hotel and were told that the front desk had called our room to tell us that drivers license was in the office. They did not call the room; we were in the room the entire evening. They had our cell phone numbers and they did not call our cell phones. They had our home phone number and they did not call our home phone. They knew what room we were staying in and they did not knock on our door. They neglected to return the license the next morning when we checked out. I called the hotel and demanded that the license be sent by overnight mail to our home address. The woman said she was not authorized and we would have to call back at 7 AM the next morning and talk to the manager. I called customer service and was assured that the license would be sent by overnight mail and all I needed to do was confirm the address with the manager the next morning. When I called the manager the next morning I was advised that she was not in; it was her vacation day but she was expected in the afternoon for a meeting. When I received a call from the manager later that afternoon she advised that the license had been placed in the regular mail. You decide.

Dear guest, I apologize for the mixup with your wife's drivers license. After attempting to contact you in your room our staff should have done a better job following up. Please accept my apologies. Our Trip Advisor ranking of #2 out of 12 local hotels comes from great service and clean comfortable accommodations, not from dropping the ball as we apparently did here. I hope you will give us another chance in the future.
Room and outside areas very clean and orderly. Staff were professional, courteous, and receptive to needs. Several places to eat within walking distance or close by. Just off the interstate and accessible to downtown.
The hotel was clean, quite, and had a nice breakfast. Check in was very easy. The room met our needs for the night as we traveled through the area. Cracker Barrel is walking distance for dinner or a quick shopping trip!
This wasn't the best Best Western we have stayed in. We requested downstairs room due to health issues had to climb stairs. The rooms are very small and need to be upgraded. The staff was amazing. Very pleasant and friendly. Especially Annie our housekeeper. She was fantastic.

Hotel is very dated! Front desk staff was rude. She was interested in doing something else besides checking us in. Printer didn't work in business center. Internet was slow. Didn't eat breakfast so can't give any comments on that.

We stayed at the hotel on a Friday night, our daughter had a choir engagement the following morning. We got to the hotel, which is easy to find, about 6 p.m. The check in was kind of busy, but still only took a few minutes to check in. We had to give a $100 deposit at check in even though there was nothing to spend it on at the property. The room was on the second floor, of a two story building. The hotel was probably built in the 70's, but has been well maintained. It looks as if the place was recently painted and the rooms had obviously been updated with comfortable queen beds. Remember, this is a older hotel, the rooms are typical size of that era, small. There is not a lot of room for extra people or stuff. No sleeper sofa in the room. If you plan on more than four people in the room, get two rooms. The room was very clean, cleaner than the Athens, GA BW we stayed at a few weeks prior and at 1/3 the cost. The bathroom equally clean, but again a bit cramped as it is a older structure. The room still had a mini fridge, microwave and desk for computer. The bathroom sink is in the living area and not the bathroom. The hotel is not the closed in closed hall way type, it is open. Each room opens to the outdoor walk way, you either have parking lot view or building views. I like this style hotel as it makes for a more refreshing stay, I don't like stuffy closed hotels with no outside air available in the rooms. Over all the hotel was a great value for the money spent. There were four of us, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. It is not the Conrad in Punta Del Este, but is a very good value for the dollars spent. I gave it four stars out of five, taking cost into account as the over all deciding factor. The only complaint is there was no where to sit and relax outside. They need to utilize the beautiful pool area for sitting even when the pool is closed.
Staff was professional, courteous, efficient & friendly. Grounds were very clean. Rooms were on the smaller side but very clean & had everything we needed. Price was right!! Breakfast was delicious compared to other places we stayed.
My wife and I stayed overnight for Church the next morning. The location is a little but tough to get to unless you know where you are going. older style hotel, but we felt safe, if not secluded. i did prop a chair against the door, but we slept well, the breakfast buffet was above average, and the staff was very firendly. Good stay eventhough we had saint's fans for neighbors.
Can not recommend this facility for European business travellers. Small rooms, older style, need an outdoor walk to get to the breakfast and reception. Private holiday travellerrs would enjoy the independing room entrances from outdoor. Car can be parked close to the room door.
The ladies at the desk were wonderful. It is adjacent to several restaurants. Mall close by. Rooms very sound proof. Slept great in the beds. Need 1 more blanket in the winter time. Breakfast on the weekend is nice

We stayed at this Best Western on our travels to Fla. We found it very pleasant, clean and really good price. The rooms are nice and the breakfast was really good-loved the local stone ground grits! Also, Sam the maintenance guy helped us with a car issue and was so friendly and helpful. Thanks all for a nice visit.
The hotel itself is older, but the room was nice, looked clean, no odors noted. The pillows were a little hard but able to tenderize a little after a few punches lol. The pressure of the shower was awesome. Breakfast was ok, cheese omeletes, mini-walfles, sausage, breads, yogurts, grits (didnt like those at all though), juices, coffees etc. Staff very pleasant. Nothing to do at the hotel but lots of restaurants/shops near by. Its a good hotel for a quick getaway.
This is a MOTEL NOT A HOTEL! Old, musty, rooms, rusty fixtures. The refrigerator and microwave in the room were not clean. Hair from another guest were in the bed!! If we hadn't been traveling for hours I would have demanded my money back!! (Booked thru a 3rd party!)

I was in Atlanta for an audition and this hotel was more than accommodating with all of my needs. The staff was very friendly, and my room was very clean, which is a priority for me. I was even able to practice in the hotel, which is not always the case, but because the staff was so friendly, it was not a problem. There was no noise throughout the entire night, and I slept like a king on a very comfortable bed. I will certainly be back upon my next venture to Atlanta. Highly recommend!
Best hotel staff I have ever encountered! The rooms were neat and clean and the shower had great water pressure. Woke up to an amazing hot breakfast spread. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Would return!
I would definitely recommend this place for an easy stay in the metro Atlanta area. Rooms are clean, staff is wonderful and friendly, pool is relaxing! Will come back! I am delighted with my stay indeed!
Although I have stayed here several times, I will no longer stay at this location again. I had my car broken into along with several others and I understand random acts of violence can happen anywhere and anytime but the apathy and lack of concern from management and ownership combined with the fact that I no longer feel safe will keep me from returning.

In town doing a show Dec 5th - 9th. My car was broken into (shattered my driver's side window) on Friday night. That was not the worse part. That was the beginning of it. Is was rainy and cold. The police were on location when I went out to my car. 4 vehicles we robbed. No cameras, night employee saw nothing, and Managment was not available. I asked for the manager to contact me and she never did. On Sunday morning I went back to the office and did catch Ms, Davis, the front desk manager, and she was rude, disconcerned and was not willing to do anything to ease our stay. When I told her Safelite Could not come out until Monday she informed me I would have to pay for another night. I paid (had no real choice). On Monday I went into the office and yes, Ms. Davis was there. I told her that Safelite could not come out until 3 or as late as 5pm. She again informed me I would have to pay for another day. I didn't know what to say at this point. I just checked out and left. I drove 5 hours in the rain and cold with a busted driver's window. I will never stay at that Best Western again and I think a lot of the dealers that saw how she was will not either. There is more to running a hotel than clean rooms and cold breakfast. Safety, security, hospitality, being nice, taking care of the guest, working within-guideline to make my stay comfortable, and just simply being understanding. I am a Platinum Rewards Member and I have invested a lot of time and money into Best Western's all over the southeast. I never stay anywhere else when Best Western is an option. But I will never stay at Southlake again and I would not suggest it to anyone.
I had a awesome stay at this hotel it was very clean and very close to shopping.The hotel had a few construction workers but it was quiet.The hotel had a good breakfast also.It was close enough to walk to stores.
The room was large, very nice, fridge, and microwave. TV could have been a bit bitter, and the cable channels were limited. I was put on the 2nd floor, stairs were a pain. The location is great if you are wanting to hang out in the south east part of metro Atlanta. I wanted to stay an extra night, and the extra night was very expensive. The first person and 2nd also in the lobby/reception area were very nice, the last person - not so much.
So my husband has been transferred from AZ to ATL. He left on 9/20/18 so we ended up having Tuesday the same week off so I flew in to spend sometime together and only had less the 24 hours. The young lady working 10/22 in the evening was amazing, funny and had a great personality. She is definitely in the great career field working with people I hope they know what a gem they have. Well husband and I got to our room and needed to shower after flying all day. So we showered and the heater was not needed. We left and went to dinner. Well when we got back I was cold so my husband turned on the heater in a matter of 5 seconds it started to smoke and the fire alarm went off. Husband shut it off and I called to the desk and she was so apologetic and said that she will move use. But they only had a queen. Which we had to take and he is such a pain to sleep in a bed that little as he moves a lot. But she did what she could. At check out noticed it was the hotel manager who was working the desk. She told me to wait as she was on her cell phone (on speaker) and when I brought up the heater situation I was told it happens. I was shocked. What if I turned it on before we left for dinner? For all we know it could have caused a fire and put many in jeopardy. I am going back to Atlanta two more times before I move with our daughter as we are still looking at buying a home and just based on the first young lady I would stay, however due to the manager I would not. I love Beat Western every time I travel they are my first hotel I got to I am just a few points away from platinum and that's after using 16,000 for my baf experience on 10/22. I hope I don't have anymore bad experience because I can spend more and take my business else where. Because my trip I did at the beginning of October to LA and my stay in China Town was great and the room was over $300 for one night. So I do have options
The room was old but clean. The hotel does not provide a baby bed but the king size bed worked out for us (for one night). The included breakfast is a good deal. It was a quiet place even though the big highway is just around the corner.
This is a no frills or extras motel. It was clean and that's all I could ask for. I did request a no smoking room but it smelled like smoke as soon as I walked in and the funny thing was there was a car tree air freshener in the air conditioner. I guess to “mask” the smell. Also there is an extra $100 hold for incidental they ask for at check in, which is something I didn't know ahead of time.
Wonderful stay! Clean room. Nice staff. Great quality for the price. Would definately recommend! Didn't have a chance to try the breakfast. Best Western is always guranteed quality. That's why I love them!
While this is probably an older BW property, it is extremely well maintained. The staff is execellent - lots of smiling faces. I just need a comfy bed, warm shower and good internet connection - check, check and check. And a hot breakfast to boot! Great job!

The room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet on the property. Parking was very easy. Breakfast was nice in the morning but the eggs could have been better. But, overall, was a very pleasant stay. Would definitely stay there again.
When we returned to the hotel after dinner, it was just before 10:00 p.m, 9:54 to be exact. We were sitting in the car listening to the last half of a song then were going in to bed. A man came up to the car and said the music was too loud and that he was trying to sleep. We closed the car doors to finish the song, turned off the music and went into the room. A security guard came by the room and asked if everything was okay. We said yes we were getting ready for bed. A few minutes later there were several police cars outside and the police said we were being evicted. He said he didn't see the reason since we had already turned off the music and gone into the room. It was just then 10:00 p.m. The officer in charge allowed my wife to go to the office to find out why we were being thrown out. The office worker said it was the owners decision and could not be changed but did not give her any reason. The police officer said that someone told the office that we had a gun. We did not have a gun and I offered to let him search the room and car; but, he refused. He just said we had to hurry up and go. We believe that we were profiled and discriminated against by this hotel because of the motorcycle. My wife called and spoke with the manager the next day and was told that the people complaining were regulars and that their business was more important to them than ours. They refused to refund out money. We were embarrassed and humiliated by this incident. A call to the corporate office had exactly the same lack of help. We were told that the manager's decision was final and could not offer any explanation as to why we were treated this way. Another problem with this fiasco was that the officer did not allow me to change into my boots and long pants before forcing me to ride the motorcycle to another hotel. I have a huge burn on my right leg that is getting infected.

Dear Guest, I have owned this hotel since 2001 and take great pride in making sure that our customers enjoy a quiet night in very nice accomodations. When drunk and disorderly conduct by our guests occur in the parking lot and when one of my employees is threatened with violence by a guest then, yes, I will respond by removing the offending guests from the property. It is unfortunate that you chose to broadcast an inaccurate story on TripAdvisor because their readers deserve to know the truth in reviews. We are ranked #2 of 12 local hotels because we consistently provide a quality hotel experience to our guests and we will do whatever is necessary to ensure our guests have a peaceful, undisturbed and restful night of sleep. In addition, I have a motorcycle endorsement on my license and love to ride. Motorcyclists are always welcome at our hotel.
It has been quite a while since I stayed at a motel I could pull right up in front of my first floor room door. Room was clean and comfortable. In room refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. After spending about 6 hours at Cellairis Amphitheater, we were worn out and ready to get some sleep. Bed slept great. Woke up refreshed. Everything in room worked like it should and the A/C was perfect. Only slight complaint was breakfast attendant wasn't real friendly and seemed aggravated when we pointed out the orange juice was out. Breakfast area gets crowded easily. Other than that, everything was perfect. We didnt use the pool but it looked well maintained. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
Stayed at the BW Southlake Inn over Labor Day Weekend 2018, which was a busy time for the hotel (and every hotel). Unfortunately that means loud guests, emphasized by the Southlake Inn having outdoor corridors so guests can congregate on the balconies and be heard across the property. The hotel is in Morrow, south of the airport, and is very convenient for getting to/from ATL for your flights. Unfortunately it is rather inconvenient to downtown Atlanta without a car, so a rental is a must for Atlanta visits that stay here. Other than that, the experience was great! Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, breakfast was great, the pool was a nice place to relax after sightseeing downtown Atlanta, and the rooms were clean. One note on the rooms - if soft mattresses aren't for you, look elsewhere - the mattress was practically a sponge. Recommendations: Install an electric vehicle charging station for guests!
This hotel is dated & like a motel, with it's office at the front entrance. separated from the rooms. BUT it is clean, has good WIFI in rooms, room are good size & good breakfast. It does has a section called business center; right across from the front desk in the lobby. There is no privacy at all, if you are using the computer. I decided to do it in room & just have it printed from the printer in lobby. However the printer is so dated that it can not print. I have to send the file to the front desk clerk's personal email address & have it printed. Very unreal & inefficient for a business traveler. The printer looked so Antique, that it has a shape of 8 track deck(I don't even think the younger generation seen a 8 track deck before). The worst part is business center is not open until 6AM for security reason.BTW If you need printing service, there is a Office depot close by, but you need to drive there.
Best Westwrn never fails our expectations. Great room. Great property. Lots of space for the dogs if you have pets. RoomWell maintained. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. TV reception need to be updated to digital or HD versus analog.

Free breakfast, convenient location, clean, quiet and great staff. Stay here at least once a year. Always good. We will be coming back. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms and linens. You can walk to IHop or other restaurants.
Friendly staff, clean rooms and accessible lobby. My only 3 gripes are that breakfast ends at 9 a.m. on weekdays. It would be nice til 9:30, but I'm sure they have their reasons. The other is that there is no keyboard to use when trying to send a few emails and documents. Instead, they have a large touch screen monitor which is very hard to maneuver let alone to type. Rather, to hunt and peck. The other is that the printer connected to the monitor didn't work during an 11 day period I was there. Each time, the staff member kindly said it doesn't work and that I should send the docs to her via email. A small detail, but then again so much for private and confidential!
If you want to have a motel for a few hours with your boy friend this motel is for you. Not for family. They come knocking on your door before time waking everyone up this is an outside motel not hotel I really think it was a motel at one time they need to update this place and make it better for customers, the beds need to be changed they don't have cable only antenna tv. No cable not at all.

Dear valued guest, Unfortunately, if you don't place a do not disturb on the door knob, we do knock after 10 am so that we may ready the rooms for the 3 pm check in time of arriving guests. Our hotel was completely renovated with all new furnishings last year and our pictures do show that. We do have cable TV with over 75 channels. We are ranked number 2 of twelve hotels in our area and that would be difficult without cable TV or if we were not a family oriented hotel. I'm sorry you did not enjoy your stay and hope you will give us another try.
Friendly staff and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good, typical hotel stuff with eggs, waffles, biscuits & gravy, cereal and fruit. This property is right off the highway which was perfect since we were driving thru to Florida and needed a convenient location and a good night's sleep.

Passing through from Illinois on our way to Savanaha on a family vacation with my boyfriend and our daughter. Decided to stop at 1am to rest and take our time. Bad idea. Checked in and while getting our stuff from our truck I was robbed at gun point by 2 guys. Bruised up my arm pretty good. Broke my purse to take it along with my phone from my hand. I lost everything. Come to find out from police, the security cameras do not work.. can't say much about the room given we did not stay long. Left a pair of shoes in the room after showering. Calle to tell them. Nice enough to hold them till we came back a few days later. Manager was glad to get rid of them given she said over and over I'm tired of looking at them in my office. Best western customer service did inform me a week later that my boyfriends credit card was refunded our stay. Manager nor owner bothered to call and tell us. Should not have cameras outside for false security if they do not work

Dear valued guest, We are saddened by your alleged experience at our hotel. I believe our staff did their best to help you during that experience. Our manager did indeed call and speak to you so I'm not sure why you write otherwise in your review. Also, all cameras in our desk area are fully functional and again not sure why info to the contrary would be published. We just don't have parking lot cameras located where you parked, as we indicated to you when we phoned you. I have owned this hotel since 2001 and your alledged experience is the first and only of its kind. I hope the authorities are able to successfully recover your items. Again we apologize you experienced this and hope you will try us again.
For a fifty year old hotel you would think it was just built. It was like new and you could tell the entire staff had great work ethics. The breakfast served as a courtesy to all the guests was the best I have ever had. My hat is off to everyone that works at this location.
Lady at the front desk was friendly and knew the area. She was a former airline attendant. Pool is large, clean and fantastic. Other travelers in the area knew the back roads so I didn't get caught in traffic and of course. Peach Yogurt.
This place is nice easy to find and quiet. Mattresses and pillows are excellent There is next door a tourist center providing all documentation and offering coffee at walking distance. One night before driving to Savannah
This BW location was best situated for what my wife and I had to do, and the room rate was within our budget. The facility is sprawling(a long way to go to get breakfast), however, the tasty breakfast variety is worth the walk. The evening staff tended to be a little more aggressive in their response to questions about rate policies than the morning staff. The rooms were clean, neat and comfortable. Once the room's ac was adjusted, the stuffiness was dispelled and the room's freshness became noticeable. This is a Motel/Inn, not a Hotel/Inn; no elevators to the Second level so, if you have problems with climbing stairs get this addressed on sign-in. Also there are Units that are
Had a good stay, room was clean. The Beds where comfortable, exactly what we needed after being on bikes for 8 hours. Hot breakfast in the morning was welcomed and greatly appreciated. Thank You for everything.
I have had to stay at this motel 4 times since May 30. The people that work here are pleasant. The rooms are always very comfortable and clean. The breakfast in the morning is amazing!! Every time I go to Atlanta for my Doctor appointment this is my home for a night. :) They will continue to get my business. Not to mention there are some great eating places right next door to them. The IHOP and Cracker Barrel on one side of the motel, Krystal on the other. All within walking distance.
Great bed, solid wi-fi and clean. It actually appears to be a well run place. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. The neighborhood looked a little sketchy by day, but not as bad as many others -- certainly not by the airport. It cost us a LOT to travel there by cab from the airport. Cheaper by Uber!! Less than half.
I have stayed at this property several times. Each time, it seems, there is something new in the room. Is time it was new lighting over the sink. Also, the rooms, I've stayed have been clean with comfortable beds. The last few times, I stayed in the first building from the lobby. There is a microwave and refrigerator in each room. A breakfast is available, but I usually go to the IHOP because I don't get up in time for the included one.
We pulled down for the night here. There was not a king, just two queens available. Lucky, because one bed sagged to the middle, but the other was OK. The parking lot was surprisingly well lit. We were a bit worried as the office has heavy lock provisions and we saw a couple of what we considered "shady characters," but had no problems. There also was a tour bus that apparently had a load of younger, enthusiastic teens. They were in another building and were not loud enough for us to hear. The place was clean, and we left before their breakfast so we cannot comment about it. It was easy to get to off the expressway so that was a plus.
We have stayed here before and didn't hesitate to stay again. The rooms are clean, and comfortable, no issues at all. What we were a bit disappointed with was the service in the breakfast area. Both times we have been there we have had to sit and wait and wait for things to be replenished. This time there was no coffee, no sausage or scrambled eggs and when someone asked the woman in charge she acted like we were imposing on her. The area was also not kept clean, we had to wash our table before we could sit down to eat...and the rugs were horribly littered with grass and food, I think they probably need more than one person running the area because it has been really really busy each time we have stayed here.
We booked through the United vacation package. There is free parking, the rooms were clean, housekeeping available, two queen beds, microwave, small refrigerator, free WiFi, self service laundry available (washers were $1.50 and dryers $1.25 quarters only), drink machine in the laundry room (which takes quarters, dollars and credit card), the staff were very nice and housekeeping did a excellent job. We had no complaints whatsoever. There is a pool however we did not use it. Highly recommend this place if your passing through Morrow. Really close to the 75 freeway.
Poor customer service. Short and full of attitude. Pool hours are 10am to 10pm. Pool not opened on our first day here until 4pm due to having to be shocked (a 2 hour process according to the staff). What happened to the first half of the day? Wish I would have checked out the reviews before coming- seems like pool issues are a constant thing. I'm already highly doubting that the pool will be open on time tomorrow, or any of the rest of my days here for that matter. As you can tell, pool time is important to us especially when it's mid June, 95 degrees and we're on vacation. Also, when I called customer care they in turn called the front desk and the attendant flat out lied about how thorough she was in explaining the pool situation. I'll update about the rest of my time here after, but at this point I'd highly recommend any other hotel before this one.

Dear valued guest, I apologize for the inconvenience of having the pool closed mid day for a couple of hours. A pool is a dynamic environment that can change rapidly. We test the pool water several times a day to ensure a safe, pleasurable experience for all of our guests. Unfortunately, the behavior of our guests in the pool, many of which are children, is out of our control. If we must close the pool to remedy a problem, that is what we do. You may be interested to know that a pool is heavily regulated by state and county boards of health and we would be in violation of the law to not close the pool in these situations. We desire each guest to have an enjoyable and safe experience in a sparkling clean pool. 99% of the time this happens without interruption. I hope you enjoy the rest of your vacation and will appreciate a clean and safe swimming pool.
This is a very clean and quite place to stay just off I-75 South. We enjoyed the pool. We both have trouble walking and climbing stairs so we were given a room on ground level near the pool. There is a Cracker Barrel on the back side of the property.
We stayed for an overnight trip here for the weekend, and were pleasantly surprised by how nice everything was. The rooms smelled nice although maybe a little dated, and the staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was amazing, they have eggs, sausage, waffles, danishes, oatmill, grits, cereal, fresh fruit, toast, and different types of yogurt.
rooms are clean, could use simple updates, great location close to several restaurants. rooms are a tad bit small, but perfect for a quick overnighter while traveling a long distance. Bring y9ur own pillow if staying more than 1 night--they have those small pillows
There where alot of nats in the room flying around that made eating pizza kinda annoying. Other than that the staff was very friendly , it was quite,and the bed was very comfortable.The property is also close to eateries such as Crackle Barrel , Ihop, and Krystals which are all with in a 5 min walk. There are also places to shop within 3 miles of the hotel, Southlake mall, Burlington, DTLR outlet, Rainbow,Marshall's,TJ Maxx, furniture stores.
A great overnight stay, room was clean breakfast bar was good, quiet, nearby restaurants and a mall close by. Outside was kept clean and well cut spacious parking. Front desk clerks were very friendly as well as the maids. I definitely would stay there again.
It was clean and close to our tournament location. We were told the pool would be open for our boys to play in after their games. After check-in we were told that the pool was closed. When we questioned, we were told that there was nothing they could do. Well, they could have told us before we checked in so we could have gone elsewhere.
Our flight was cancelled at 130am and none of the hotels around the Atlanta airport had availability so we called around and by chance happened to call Best Western and they gladly accommodated us at such a late hour. It is about a 18 min drive from the airport. The check in ladies were so nice and set us up with late check out (noon) and gave us toothbrushes and toothpaste. The beds were very comfortable and the room very clean. The continental breakfast was well stocked and tasty with typical items (waffles, sausage, eggs, bagels, cereal, yogurt, etc). The price was fantastic! If ever stuck in atlanta again we would stay here!
Room was extremely clean. Pool was still closed for the season, even though the temperature was in the 80's. During check in, the gentleman checking in before us was charged a $100 security fee, he was told it would be removed when he checked out...if they had not cleaned the room, how would they know at check out if any damage had been done? I was not charged this fee, nor was it mentioned to us. However, our reservation was made under my husbands name, but guaranteed with my credit card. They refused to accept my credit card. They said this was on their check in policies, but neither the security fee or strange credit card rule was on my reservation print out.
This property was an all around good stay. Front desk was kind and courteous, room was very clean. Worked hard to help us as we were broke down. They managed to find us a room upon learning we were stuck and telling us they were sold out. Mellonie and Cydney excellent people to deal with. Also next to Cracker Barrel and several other places to eat

No roof to the cafeteria, so if it rained, there would be inconvenience. Service staff are all friendly and kind. Building looks old. Wifi connectivity is so so. Breakfast seems poorer than other Best Western I stayed before.
Needed a nice room to catch a 600 flight. Very accessible to 75 on the way to the airport. Clean, nice staff. Left to early to try the breakfast. Internet worked well. My mother is ill in south Ga. and will use this hotel again
We had a late arrival because of traffic. Our room was very clean and quiet! The Hostess that made our reservation was courteous and personable. She was very accommodating to make sure we had a non-smoking room.
The room smelled so nice when we first stepped in and thats a big plus for me. Also i loved the little towel basket with the toiletries inside, it was a nice touch. You could tell they put time into making the room special.
This was a nice and quiet stop just south of Atlanta on the way to Florida. The facility was clean and very quiet, especially considering that the hotel is just off of I-75. There is not a whole lot to offer in the area, but there are some nearby shops and a mall for any of your on the road necessities.
This hotel was very clean and quiet. The property is well maintained and the staff very professional and helpful. The parking lot is well lit at night. We enjoyed the many options at the breakfast bar. Overall a great stay. We stayed here in order to visit the Georgia Aquarium nearby. Good location.
Very nice comfortable place to stay...the staff and amenities were impeccable. This is my 2nd time travelling through Ga and I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and other business associates.
Very Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Staff is excellent and very helpful. Great location plenty shopping choices nearby. Well lit property at night and quiet. Breakfast bar area was clean and fully stocked. We enjoyed our stay.
The motel looks older with outdoor entries and no elevator to the second floor. Once I got to the room, I was pleasantly surprised. It was big, clean, and quiet. The staff was friendly. The only negatives were that the front desk woke me up asking if I owned the red truck in the parking lot (note that they ask for make/model/color at check-in, so it would have taken almost no effort to know that I did not). They also have a lot of smoking rooms making for fewer choices for non-smokers (yes, I am writing this in 2018!).
The BW Southland is a well-cared for and well-situated hotel. The room is nicely decorated, very clean with a comfortable bed. Being located just outside Atlanta and very near I-75 makes it a good stay for a night or longer. Although we were only there for one night, we would definitely consider this hotel if we were visiting this area in the future. The front desk people were very friendly at check-in and check-out. The rate was reasonable. There are good restaurant choices nearby. For these reasons, we would recommend this hotel.
We stay at motels 40+ times per year. The staff at Morrow BW was truly remarkable--beyond all reasonable expectation. Lots of real smiles, helpful, professional, very competent. Just a real positive experience all the way.
Traveling is stressful and it's nice to find a place to stay that is clean, comfortable and provides a good breakfast to start the next day. It's also nice to be able to walk over to Cracker Barrel for dinner the night you arrive and not have to get back in the car.
Although this Best Western is the old style park near your room with outside entrance and no elevator for second floor, it is very clean and well kept inside. All the staff are very nice and professional. The bed sounds are comfortable and the shower is nice. Microwave and mini fridge in room. Excellent value for price! Near I-75 and plenty of places to eat, Costco, mall nearby.
We just stopped in for the night. Nice staff there that helped us quickly check in for the night. Nice clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast. We will definitely stop off again on our next trip to Florida.
I felt the extreme need to write about this hotel! It's was absolutely wonderful! The staff was very pleasant and helped in any and all requests! Breakfast each morning consisted of coffee, tea, juices, milk, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, waffles, assorted Danish, assorted bagels, toast, cereals, fresh fruits, and more. The hotel room was clean, had a nice mini refrigerator, microwave, ironing board and iron, bathroom was clean and the housekeeping staff made sure it was done daily to perfection! When a request was made it got fulfilled immediately! This establishment is convieniently located near I-75 in Jonesboro Road (GA 54), and has the following restaurants within walking distance. Crackerbarrel, IHOP, Krystal . There are grocery stores nearby, and anlarge mall a short 5 minute drive away. This hotel is pet friendly at an additional $10.00 a day charge. Just make sure your dog is carefully maintained and doesn't damage the room! At check out, it was quick and efficently done. If passing through Atlanta and needing a place to stay or going to another dog show at the Atlanta Expo Center, this IS the place to stay! I give it Five Stars!!
Good clean rooms, the breakfast was good and substantial we were pleased with our stay. We gave stayed here before on previous trips and will be happy to stay here again on our next trip through the area.
We ate a girl scout troop traveling to Savannah, just stop for one night. Clean rooms, very friendly staff ! Was surprised at the value of the breakfast...eggs,sausage,omelets,waffles & continental, well worth the stay for the price !
Nice stop to stay in the Atlanta area. Clean rooms. Helpful Staff. Easy trip to downtown Atlanta. Right off the highway with many suburban-type dining and shopping nearby. Breakfast is ok at this price point. We will stay there again! Recommend!
Hotel was extremely clean. Breakfast was great with a large variety to choose from. Very comfortable pillows. Liked the fact that breakfast was until 10 am vs. the early 9 am cut off time that most hotels offer. I would totally stay at this hotel again.
Professional and courteous staff, updated and clean room, quiet location with easy access to I-75, breakfast had an excellent variety of good quality items, WiFi was easy to connect and good speed. I'll stop again!
Clean, presentable room with good accommodations. Two queen beds worked for us. Had internet , in room refrig/microwave. Included continental breakfast. They could use more room for breakfast, and a better layout so that people aren't on top of one another.
The line at checkin was long. I stayed here in December. The blanket on the bed was paper thin. The bedding was really low quality. The rooms are very, very small!!! There is ZERO chance that I would stay here again!
I was told I could not pay with cash at check-in because of all the times they've been robbed including other businesses nearby. Not the way to greet your guest. If this is such a problem, why isn't there security on site to protect both your guest and your employees. Ownership is more concerned with profits than safety. I will not stay here again.
Every year I drive south to Florida and stop in the Atlanta. I always struggle finding a decent hotel at a decent price. This year I did well. The hotel was easy to find and had plenty of amenities near by. Lighted parking so I felt secure. The rooms were clean, mine even smelled clean. Decent beds, plenty of Hot water. Breakfast was more than I expected for the price of the hotel. Kara was working the kitchen area. Everything was full and hot. Kudos to her. If your needs are similar to me, don't pass this place up
The staff was excellent and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and plenty of choices. Parking lot had more lights than a football stadium so I felt very safe and felt the vehicle was safe.
We had planned ahead of time to stop here on a trip southward. Got in late and woke up early. It was close enough to the airport to hear some planes though. Not too bad, as the air conditioner helped mask some of the sound. When we got to breakfast, they had a lot of great hot options.
I was treated like a part of the family! The customer service was off the charts, my room was lovely and peaceful! Everything you need is right there at your disposal. The bed was super comfortable! Loved it!
Cecilia did a tremendous job as the manager. Very friendly and helpful. The housekeepers were fantastic too. The night auditor was really good too. In fact, all hotel employees that we met were friendly and helpful. We loved our room, very roomy and clean. Easy location to access. Great hotel!!
Not an upscale place, for sure.... but reasonable given the price and location. The hotel is pretty well worn and doors don't match to door frames, locks on doors are old and furniture is well past replacement date. It is pretty clean and quiet. Breakfast offering is one of the better ones I've encountered, so a plus for that. There is a Cracker Barrel and an IHop within an easy walk at the rear of the property, but other than those two restaurants, not a lot of choices in the immediate area.
This hotel is dirty, smelly, tubs do not drain, toilets do not flush. I was booked for a week through expedia, When I left after 1 night because of the terrible conditions, they still charged me for 2 nights. The staff was rude, not helpful at all. This place should be avoided! There was broken glass in hallways and the entire place smelled of urine.
Enjoyed my stay at the best Western in Southlake inn. Breakfast option could included more was a bit limited. The location was in the heart of everything. Didn't have to travel to far to find food, shopping etc.
I have stayed at this Best Western probably 5 different times over the last 2 years - anytime I am in the area to visit family, I typically stay here. The rooms are consistently quiet, and clean. The wifi is reliable (I have worked from the motel room here and never had an issue). The cooked breakfast items can be hit or miss in my experience, but it's nice that it is included, so you can always grab a yogurt, cereal, some fruit, etc. quickly if the cooked foods don't appeal to you. It's close to IHOP, Cracker Barrel, and to Cook Out if you want to eat nearby.
This is a quality hotel for the value (with discounts) compared to other similar hotels. The rooms are clean, the beds are excellent and breakfast is great. It's conveniently located for travelers north and south on I-75. It's also convenient to a shopping mall and Walmart. It's a good stopping point for us traveling to and from north Florida.
They charged me way over my confirmation price. My e-mail receipt came way after I departed. Staff could not help. I stayed there for the value, but did not get any value. Manager called me later to say it would be credited to my account. Still waiting, and honestly they should have taken my reservation confirmation in my hand I tried to give them . Then it could have been fixed at check in.
The facility was well kept. The staff was very helpful for all of our needs. They also were helpful in making recommendations in local attractions and eating establishments. The hotel was a reasonable distance from most attractions and shopping facilities.
Nice clean quaint room. Nicely appointed and clean breakfast area with many choices for the size of the area. Helpful front desk staff. Only downfall to the stay was lack of decent local dining within the hotel area was worker knocking on door at 9am looking to empty trash.
Reception at check in was very friendly and helpful. Room was super clean,quiet and comfy! We travel south quite often to see our grandchildren and would definitely stay at this location again. Five stars!
It's always a pleasure for me to stay here. Stayed here a few other times in the past. My only complaint this time, was the shower head was loose, and water wouldn't shut off all the way. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and great location. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.
We had an excellent stay at the Best Western hotel, in Morrow, Atlanta, GA. The staff were very friendly and informative. The room was very clean and recently modernized. The breakfast was very good and was presented very well and the dining room was very clean and modern. We had no complaints at all and would return here or consider another Best Western in our travels.
This hotel was very clean. It is located in a great area with plenty of places to eat. There is access to the interstate. The hotel state were very friendly and helpful. The express checkout was great.
Very clean room with up-to-date appliances and electronics. A little small...but I was able to easily transform room into a date nite/anniversary evening until we left town for our original location (reservations elsewhere). Plenty of lighting(for security purposes) and secluded location. Staff was friendly and cleaned room spotless.
The property is more sprawling than most which makes it a bit less "busy" around your room. Clean, quiet, and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and hot. All in all, a nice stay with no surprises. Would book again.
Our car was broken into and it was practically in front of the office. We were parked directly in front of our room#103, which is in eyesight of the office and was brightly lit. I feel that the desk clerk should have been aware of what was going on in the immediate area.

I think our Trip Advisor readers deserve to know that you inquired to our housekeeping Dept about the possibility of having left these items in your room, chose not to file a police report, your windows were not broken, the locks on your vehicle were not tampered with, your internal vehicle alarm was never activated and our video surveillance of the area showed no one disturbing your vehicle. I think it best that we approach this unfortunate situation from the position of innocent until proven guilty and not the other way around. I always come because of the staff and cleanliness of rooms. For the price and the fact that it is a motel, I have greatly appreciated how well I was taken care of and felt like family. I would recommend this place to anyone.
The area is changing , and not for the better. no matter where you go , all the people are in security cages. This is a transition hotel and people like to have coffee before the leave but the lobby is not open until 6am , not even for coffee. It wasn't always like this.
Best Western Southlake Inn, Morrow, GEORGIA: The hotel manager (Ms Melanie) was extremely rude, impolite and unprofessional. my family and small kids/infant were driving from the hurricane struck area of Florida to Atlanta (georgia), and despite that she was not at all helpful. She was very rude to other people waiting in the lobby trying to get a room. most of the travelers were from florida and had driven for 18-24 hours on a crowned and jammed freeway to reach Atlanta. This behavior tarnishes the image of best western. My reservation, for reasons unknown, was split into 2 reservations without my knowledge and then I was charged twice on my credit cards for 4-5 hours stay at the hotel. this is totally unacceptable to exploit travels struck by natural disasters. I have put this on my social media accounts and most people are condemning her behavior and best western hotels reputation. this tarnishes the image of best western chains. I am never ever booking my stay in any of the best western locations and will never recommend any of my friend and family on social media to do so, until stern action is taken against that manager. This particular Best Western is very different from most other hotels in general. It has been going through major upgrades and improvements for the past several years and the staff is always super. The staff is obviously held to a higher standard of customer service and performance based on my experience in being a regular monthly guest there for the past few years. I always enjoy the stay and everyone is always very welcoming in going out of their way to make me and other guests feel like we're part of the family.
Hotel is always clean, quite exceptional service & value for the cost! Any issue I have ever had here has been handled in a timely and satisfactory manor. This is an older hotel but has been remodeled inside and out very nicely. Don't stay around the corner for more, you will enjoy this location just the same and for less money!

This is a very good value near the airport in Atlanta. I stay here frequently for business, and the area is quiet, the hotel is next door to a Cracker Barrel and the cleaning crew has always been good. A lot of dog owners stay here. I love dogs, so it's cool for me, but if you don't, keep this in mind.
Love the updated look after renovations--staff very helpful with my request for a certain room area (I have breathing problems so location of room is important --accessible room already booked) Staff friendly & smiling--have stayed at this location many times and will continue to do so.
I chose this location due to its low price and close proximity to where I had business to conduct. With somewhat low expectations, I was quite pleasantly surprised to find this Best Western to be spotlessly clean and quiet, and the staff exuded true 'Southern Charm'. This motel was a great value and I will definitely stay at this location when in the area again, without hesitation.
Clean and wonderful staff, the breakfast was great. I will say the pool was so nice to get into after a hard day. Beds were comfortable the location of the hotel is perfect close to restaurants and to Hwy 75 and 85.
The hotel itself is fine....nice clean rooms, beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was more than adequate and the breakfast area was clean and inviting. My objection was with the check in clerk, very difficult to deal with.. She was reluctant to allow my service dog to accompany me, and then questioned why my wife had made the reservations for me!!! Not a nice welcome to the property
The hotel is very nice! Excellent location near all major shopping and restaurants. Although it was missing the fitness center had a wonderful pool that replaced my fitness center workout. The rooms were very comfortable, bedding very nice and refrigerator and microwave. Very clean. Great tasty breakfast.

After a 15 hour drive good customer service is much more recognizable and that's exactly what we were welcomed with during our stay. Lawanda at the front desk is an absolute angel. She always had a smile on her face and made our stay much more enjoyable.
While taking our daughter to college we stopped here for the night. The price was decent but I guess you get what you pay for. The hotel was located next to a sketchy apartment complex. The room smelled of mold and the air conditioner didn't work very good. It wasn't a very restful night. We had the breakfast the next morning and it was pretty decent.
Don't stay here unless price is your only concern. Walked in room immediately was overpowered by a sickeningly sweet deodorizer smell. It's not in a good location and I didn't feel safe at all - a woman was yelling in housing project across the parking lot and trains going by are loud. We left and went elsewhere. We couldn't believe it was a Best Western!!
I stayed here for 1 night and everything was great. The ladies in the front desk were nice, the location is great with plenty of places to eat and shop and the room was perfect. I will definitely stay here again.
A terrific stay that started out poorly. Booking.com goofed on our reservation. The hotel had no available rooms, yet we arrived with a confirmation at 11 pm... with a dog. I was really worried about our chances of finding a room. Never fear! The desk staff gave us a room that was cancelled while we were trying to find another hotel. The front desk staff were outstanding both the night of arrival and the morning of check out. I appreciate good staff who know their job and are empowered to solve problems. Seriously impressive employees! Our room was *very* clean. I travel a ton for both work and leisure, and this place ranks in the top 10 for cleanliness. The mini-fridge was meticulous, as was the bathroom. While the room was a tad small by new hotel standards, the good design of the space made it quite comfortable for 4 people and a dog. ----UPDATE--- Had such a great experience here, we decided to stop over for a night on our return trip (again, with the dog!). We had a different room that was a tad musty smelling on arrival, but was fine after we left the the AC running for about 10 minutes. Again, a very clean room. Bonus: there was a nice grassy lawn just outside our door that allowed us a chance to exercise our pup. Terrific swimming pool is quite large by hotel standards and has a lovely deck. Very clean. Also had a handicap lift. Breakfast is VERY good if you get there at least 30 min before closing. Be sure to try the excellent local yellow grits (add a bit of butter plus some salt/pepper for tastebud perfection!). Standard stuff like boiled eggs, yogurt, toast/bagels and cereal, but they also have turkey sausage and scrambled eggs, waffles, as well as some fresh fruit.
Room was clesn, staff was nice, breakfast was good. Peaceful quiet stay. The room was located right by the higway which made it very convenient and was only 4 miles away from where i was going. Also, I love the soap!
The hotel is conveniently located not far off I-75 and outside the majority of Atlanta traffic. The buildings further from the front desk are much quieter if you want a good night's sleep. This is not a destination hotel; eating establishments and other conveniences are scarce in the area.
I enjoyed my stay at the BW. I have stayed at this hotel a few years ago and I was satisfied, just like this stay. I would recommend anyone to this hotel without thinking twice. The only probably I encountered was the tub not being cleaned that well, which wasn't a big deal because I always clean the bathroom with cleaning supplies at any hotel I stay in.
After riding 8 hours on our motorcycle's we (4) couples and (1) single person stopped at the Best Western Southlake Inn at 6437 Jonesboro Rd. GA 30260. and attempted to rent 5 rooms. We were told that they had rooms, but they don't rent room's to anyone riding a motorcycle because the previous weekend they had several unruly people riding motorcycles stay there. I looked around to see if there was going to be a guy come out and say I was getting "punked" but the clerk stated the manager was serious about not renting rooms to motorcycle riders. I have been a Law Enforcement Officer for 29 plus years and I have never heard such a blatant display of discrimination. I have been a rewards member for the past 8 plus years I guess that's how they treat their rewards members.

Finding it was not a problem, close to the interstate. Check-in was a little slow, but they had a lot of people all at once, not their fault. Parking was good. The outdoor pool looked good, but we did not swim. The room was very nice, clean, comfortable queen beds, lots of good TV choices, strong wifi, nice bathroom again clean. The only drawback, the breakfast was good and hot, but was served in a tiny room without enough places to eat.
Average room, lobby separate from main buildings did not like the setup , to small to enjoy breakfast. Poor parking arrangements, slept well room was clean. Wife used the hot tub she enjoyed that. Overall stay was fine for the price.

We enjoyed the stay it is a very nice place . We were traveling home from family vacation & having a nice accommodation to rest after a long day of driving was just the right thing. The room was clean & very comfortable.
My stay was good. Only thing was the front desk was rude when asked for additional towels that housekeeping forgot to leave. Seen housekeeping and she was happy to replace so she made up for the front office stank attitude.
The Motel was in good order and everything was clean. My only complaint would be that the WiFi network was up and running, but there was no internet connection. Other than that everything else was as expected.

We stayed two days at BW Southlake Inn. The room was sufficient in size for 2 adults and one 12-year old. The bathroom was small but adequate. The breakfast consisted of the normal hot breakfasts that most hotels serve, although this one had grits, which I had not seen at any hotel previously. Kudos to the staff at BW Southlake Inn for making sure there was grits and biscuits and gravy available. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
This is a great place to stay near Atlanta. Stayed several times and it has always been clean. Mini fridge and microwave were included with our room. Beds are comfortable. IHOP and Cracker Barrel are with in walking distance.
An older property in need of updating. The HVAC is outdated and noisy along with being hard to regulate. The breakfast is adequate if you only want pastries, yogurt, fruit and coffee or juice. The hot breakfast isn't palatable at all. We actually went elsewhere to eat
Everything was clean and open. The night lady greeted us and was very kind. The room was cool when we entered, we had pets and the bed was low enough for the dogs to jump in. Sleep was good and comfortable, and they provide military discount. Thanks!
I was visiting in order to do some research at the Georgia State Archives, which is just a couple of miles away next to the Federal Archives. I highly recommend this location for other genealogy researchers looking for a pleasant and reasonably priced hotel!
Hotel is okay. Not fantastic but okay if you need a place to stay for a night or two. It is close to several restaurants and close to the Interstate. I would stay here again but only for one night. The pool looked nice although I didn't use it.
I stayed at Best Western Southlake for one night. The room was clean. That is what we look for the cleanliness of a hotel. I accidentally left a pair of nikes in the room. I called back about 2 hours after leaving to tell them I left the shoes. The clerk stated the housekeeping manager striped the room and found nothing. So I go search my car and realize I still did not have them and I KNOW they were in our room. So I just go back to the hotel to let them know I can go look or they can but I know the shoes are there. The housekeeper manager was in he lobby and said she was not going back to the room because she knows they aren't there. I looked like really lady?!?! So I told her look I know the shoes are there, did you look under the bed? She told me no. I told her well you didn't search the room then because that is exactly where the shoes are. She radios a housekeeper to go back to the room. And low and behold the shoes are there. I was so aggravated about it because of the POOR customer service the MANAGER provided. It was a very simple request to look, but she made me feel as if I was asking something ridiculous!! The new owners need to provide customer service training for their management team.

I booked this room on my way up to Chicago from Tampa. The price was good when we searched for hotels that weren't too far from the highway. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The room had a microwave and a fridge.
This hotel clean , quiet and well located near the Atlanta International airport. The staff upon check-in was very helpful. Free breakfast in the morning was better than most of the mid priced hotels where I have stayed. The parking area is large so if you have an RV or Trailer it could be parked on site.

We were bit surprised when we pulled in to the property...it had outdoor entry to each of the rooms. Typically we prefer inside entry for safety purposes, and past poor experiences with "motel-like" accommodations. We were pleasantly surprised when entering the room. It was nicely updated with a quite modern feel. We were also surprised to find a jet tub, although only two of the six jets worked (the only negative on the room). Only other negative was the turkey sausage and quite cheap bag eggs at breakfast. Don't get me wrong...most breakfast's are bag eggs, but these were pretty bad. Otherwise, real nice experience overall.
My stay was excellent the front desk lady Anne she is wonderful. I wish all hotels had front desk people like that. Breakfast was good so many choices and the entire hotel was very clean a and well maintained.
Excellent Hotel for the money with Free Morning Breakfast, Pool, Fast Internet and great location for access to restaurants, Walmart, Home Depot, Movie Theater, Banks and quick connect to I75. Staff is friendly and competent. Rooms have refrigerator, microwave and wifi. Beds are comfortable and the in-room coffee is Dark Roast.
We stayed here on the way to Daytona Beach and on the way back. No regrets. This hotel is in a great location with food and fuel close by. The hotel staff were friendly and professional. We had no problems at all and will stay here again if we return to the far south.
This was one part of my motor cycle road trip. I had planned on May 13, 2017 to ride that day until I got tired and then find a motel. The clerk said that they had only one room available. Smoking, King, Bottom floor. I am a non smoker, but I told her, "You had me at 'Bottom floor'" A pluss that I did not take advantage of is that there is an I-Hop and a Cracker Barrel within walking distance of the Motel.
This hotel was much better than we expected. Very clean, nice furnishings, breakfast and wifi were perfect. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Never disappointed with Best Western and the price is in our budget. Only drawback was location and lack of restaurants in walkable area.
The room was clean and with my Best Western Rewards Card it was well worth the price. A hot breakfast was included with biscuits, gravy, eggs and waffles to name a few items. We plan to stay again on our return trip home.
Older hotel with good updates to rooms. I asked for late checkout that wasn't possible and maid woke us up around 0830, not happy. Was not told about $10 gift card either. Also the pillows were small, like pillows for decorative shams not sleeping.

The first room we were given, smelled like mildew. My wife and I quickly figured out that is was the bedding that smelled so bad. It was like they were put on wet. The second room we were given didn't smell much better. My wife and I were not comfortable stay there, so we promptly left to stay at a different hotel in the area. I do not recommend staying at this hotel for any reason.

Room was not serviced and the manager was very rude and defended as though it was no fault of theirs. I also got locked out and had to go to lobby to get new key. No proper response or explanation for this either.

Best BW I've ever stayed in! Actually, this is the be best motel I've stayed in, period. Very clean rooms and a nice laundry room. Friendly staff. Best value for the buck. I would stay there again. Highly recommended!
This was my second visit returning north from Florida. Great location south of Atlanta - you can avoid Atlanta traffic by leaving early in the morning. Reception staff were very friendly and the breakfast room attendant was particularly helpful. The renovated room was great and breakfast was above average. It is worthwhile to note that people with mobility issues who request a ground floor room should be clear when booking. Some of the ground floor rooms are accessed by stairs. I experienced one issue - they were unable to input my $10 travel card discount promotion. I telephoned BW customer service when I got home but nothing was done. I then contacted Mellonie, the manager at the hotel, directly who had everything straightened out in short order ! I will definitely stay here again on my next return trip.
My stay at your location was my first. I was impressed from check-in to checkout. The room was clean and comfy. Definitely a home away from home. The campus grounds were good and well manicured. It was a great experience.
The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to be top knoch. Everyday they greeted us with a smile and asked if there was anything that they could get us. The breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts I've ever had.

From check-in to check-out it was a great experience. The service great, room quiet, clean, beds comfortable, wifi great, and the breakfast with Elaine as Host was a 10! The breakfast had scrambeled eggs, sausage, yogurt, toast, milk, juice, cereal, boiled eggs, and fruit.
My stay went well. Confortable beds and quiet surrounding. The breakfast foods were good except for the grits. They were kind of coarse. I will be staying at this Best Western again for times that I have to travel to theAtlanta area .

First, check in was a nightmare,[RUDE RECEPTIONIST] , i requested no smoking room, they gave me two different rooms and both stink. Finally, i went back to try a third room, when i opened room # 110, IT LLOKS LIKE A METH LAB , mattress all over, a heathing unit connected in the bathroom, and off course a nasty strange smell...i was not gonna put my family thru that after a 5 hour drive, so we decided to cancel, and move to a near by hotel.. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, IM A LOYAL BW CUSTUMER ...

We travel with a pet so we like the ease of just backing up your car to our hotel door and unloading. We asked for a first floor no problem. Person in charge of breakfast was very nice but the space is tight not much room to eat.
Great location, beautiful perimeter, excellent staff, and service, no complaints, it truly was a Good Best Western get away, convenient laundry service, good breakfast, close to restaurants, and the mall, along with several mini malls , right off I-75 highway,
Great stop location for Florida Snowbirds Northbound on the spring return trip. After the day of driving to arrive here in late afternoon without hitting the Atlanta rush hour is a great place to kick back and unwind. Was weekend travelling so the next morning drive across Atlanta was piece of cake.

Nice place with great staff. Breakfast buffet was good but a little crowded. Rooms are probably ready for an update. Very quiet and peaceful with no disturbances. Would stay again on our way back to Florida.
We stayed at this location on our way home from Florida on March 31,2017. The location is perfect and easy to get to off the interstate. The room was extremely clean and quiet. All employees were caring and pleasant and very neat in appearance. The breakfast was excellent and the two ladies who were working in the breakfast area went above our expectations. We will certainly stay at this location again.
good location for travellers.......right off the interstate I75.......nice restaurant next door......walking distance so no need to get back in the car after having driven all day!!.........easy fill up @ gas station next morning (diagonally across from hotel) and then back on I75!!
A nice surprise. The hotel seems to have been renovated recently. It was very clean and the decor was very appealing. The breakfast was far better than expected with a wide variety of both hot and cold foods. We would stay here again!
The manager and staff were very friendly, helpful with area history and places to eat. Rooms clean. Frig and microwave both worked in our room. Easy access to internet. Will stay here again when passing through.
What makes this hotel stand out is the caring attitude of the staff and that includes everyone. The rooms are very clean as well. I have never had a bad stay here and this is my "go to" place when I am in the area. Have tried two others in the area before finding and settling in with the Best Western and this is by far the best experience because of the staff.
Great location and price! Clean room and nice staff members. We checked in and out at a very busy time. The breakfast was minimal could offer more vegan selections and also tea. Quiet area with lots of restaurant options around.
I've stayed here over the past 15 years. The room I previously paid $45.99 for is now $93.00. I was forced to stay upstairs and was charged $63.00. This property is close to 50 years old and is in a less than desirable location. The only reason I have stayed here is because of its proximity to my work location and familiarity of the surrounding areas. I will not be back until the prices for downstairs rooms become reasonable. Also, too many vehicles are being broken into at this location.
Rooms are average, staff is terrible as is the service. Staff comes first, customers can wait. Staff sprawled out asleep in the lobby . . . real turn off!!! Not likely to ever stay there again. Gone downhill since last year!!
Older place being upgraded. Young lady (Rose?) was very nice and courteous. Room was clean, just dated. Breakfast area was OK. Not much choice. TV reception was poor, but they changed the cable right away and problem solved which was especially important because we wanted to watch the world series. All of the staff were receptive and friendy. I wish them all best in the future
Room was dusty, light was not working in bathroom. I became sick due to dust allergy. Decided to shorten my trip and requested for a refund - Rude front desk refused. I stayed in this hotel more than 6 time, I will think twice before coming back.
went to the Dog Show in Atlanta and this was a great "pet friendly" place to stay nearby. Rooms were great and staff helpful. Open nature of hotel property was perfect for people and pets. Highly recommended
pretty basic, noting special, rooms further down the lane from the lobby. Staff was helpful in directing us to places to eat and directions of travel and areas not to stay in for future, however we felt a little uneasy in this part of town-would not recommend staying here again.

Great place to stay, Staff is very nice. Breakfast is great, but if they run out of something that is it, they do not replace anymore. Also interent their wifi was down the whole morning, the owner needs to work on that, because at night it worked great.
The outside might give the appearance that it's slightly run down, but the rooms were pleasant and clean. The breakfast was pretty basic, but this is a budget hotel so I was happy with what was offered.
In Atlanta each month and this hotel is convenient and close to a wide variety of restaurants and easy access to interstates and airport .Hotel staff very friendly and always willing to help with questions. Nice pool always clean and in a relative quiet setting.
Very friendly staff overall, always doing all they can to make for a great stay. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Good channels with HBO. Good restaurants within walking distance which include an I-Hop, Cracker Barrel, and a very good Vietnamese Pho restaurant close by. Taco Bell and The Cookout for fast food.
It isn't anything fancy, but it gets the job done. It does have a slightly run down vibe in the outside, but the rooms are fine, and I noticed new furniture being delivered to many rooms while I was there. A good selection of breakfast items too.
The staff from front desk to cleaning is what makes this hotel special. Very welcoming and caring! I have stayed at two other hotels in the area (Drury and Hampton) and this hotel wins hands down for the price, cleanliness of room and again the welcoming and caring staff. You cannot go wrong with this one.
This property was close to where I was going, easy to get to, right off Interstate, next door to two restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff, property in good shape. Would definitely stay there again, good value for the cost.
I stayed at this location on Sunday and Monday. First let me be honest and say the room was clean. There are plenty of restaurants around the area plus a mall. However, customer service I give a zero. The front desk Personnel are not friendly whatsoever and they give you or don't offer you any information about the area. More importantly, August is the hottest month of the year. When you want a refrigerator in your room and they offer that you will have a working refrigerator in your room they should make sure that that refrigerator does work. I let the front desk know and they act as if it didn't matter to them. When it came to having a peaceful night's rest I did not get that on Sunday night. Someone was blasting their music at 2 o'clock in the morning in the parking lot. Then again at 5 a.m. in the morning. I put a do not disturb sign on my door. The housekeeper purposely rolled her car back and forth in front of my door at 9 o'clock in the morning. This was very loud and disturbing. Then at 10:45 a.m. the front desk called me and asked me actually told me check out time is 11 a.m. so I couldn't understand why they called me at 10:45 a.m. and told me that check out was 11 a.m. being so inconsiderate did not say good morning or anything. So when I open my door to put my clothes in my car and my bags I noticed the housekeeper was next door. Again customer service is a 0. I was very tired I didn't get any rest and very upset that I did not have a working refrigerator. Hotel staff that act like they didn't care and they worked as if it didn't matter if you were happy or not. This is not the way to treat any guest staying at your hotel. But more importantly never never never wake up gassed up by Rolling the housekeeping cart in front of their door back and forth to get their attention to make sure that they wake up to check out. The objective was and now I see if they were trying to get me to leave at 9 o'clock in the morning so they can hurry up and clean their rooms. This was totally wrong and I lost sleep in conjunction with loud music housekeeping and simply all-around was upset not having a refrigerator and just bad customer service.
Although we had comfortable beds, the room was outdated and somewhat dirty. the bathroom was very small & didn't have a vent. The shower seemed dirty. There were bugs in the light fixtures. The AC was difficult to adjust to a comfortable level. We didn't know the area so we weren't sure of the safety of the motel, especially since rooms have exterior entrances. We had a stranger know on our door late at night. He finally left.
When we arrived, the desk chair was broken, but they quickly exchanged it for another. The quarters were cramped. We needed more electrical outlets to plug in phones and computers. Breakfast was pretty much all carbs except some pieces of fruit and hard-boiled eggs. The bathroom floor got wet and had some staining between the tiles. Location was excellent with a number of places to eat and a Walmart nearby. It was quiet and clean.
Hotel were average, but breakfast selection was good. I would have preferred to be a in a safer area. The rooms were clean but needed renovation. The staff was nice and helpful. I would stay at Best Western again, but probably not this location.
No surprises,average Best Western.This one is pet friendly, easy off and on to I 75 in Ga. About 10-15 miles south of Atlanta so rates are better. We had arrived early on a Sunday afternoon, around 1pm and no rooms were ready yet as they had a full house on Saturday night. The check in lady, Mellonie said she would have a room ready within the hour and she did.
As far as Best Western's go this hotel was ok. For some reason BW's in the south are not as polished as the ones in the north east. That said, it was clean and easy on and off I75 in Georgia. We had arrived early, 1PM, the hotel had been full the night before so no room was ready. The check in lady said she would have us a room ready within an hour. She did and it was much appreciated.
This is a very nice pet-friendly hotel, about 15 miles south of Atlanta. Located in a nice area with plenty of restaurants nearby. Beautiful rooms are very clean, and the grounds are kept up nicely. I highly recommend this Best Western to anyone who needs a nice pet friendly room near Atlanta!
Check in was easy. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to the city Visitor Center, IHOP, Cracker Barrel, Waffle House and gas stations about a 2 minute walk. Walmart, Wendy's, and The Cookout were just a little bit further approximately a 10 walk. Convenient to bus stop to get to ATL airport. Check out was 11 am. One can be at airport in about a hour, $2.50 for bus, then get off at East Point station go downstairs for rail which airport is 2 stops away. $3.50 for rail inclusive of paper loadable ticket. Taxi was about $35+ from airport, higher depending on traffic. Fresh air....I will make a point to stay her again, convenient to I-75. Slower pace environment. Mall is a short distance away.
Nice hotel with a good price.. Clean.. spacious rooms. 2 Queen beds microwave and little fridge. No musty odors. We were 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Breakfast included. WI FI working my son connected the laptop to work and exam smoothly. Free parking.. 2 restaurants at walking distance.. IHOP and Cracker Barrel... 18 miles from Atlanta...
We had two issues, non-working keycard & cigarette smoke. Had difficulty getting keycard to activate door lock but once it did room had heavy odor of cig smoke. Called front desk, they resolved both issues immediately with new room & functioning keycard. Pillows small & soft. We bring our own. Breakfast was adequate & filling.
Average hotel. Great spread at breakfast. Beds are comfortable and good pillows. Room was clean and bathroom as well. It is an older property so a little worn in some areas. The grounds were well kept and staff is very friendly. Right off 75, so easy access. Tons of shopping and restaurants in the area. Fair price.

I've stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and for good reason. The room was clean and smelled nice, the beds were very comfortable and there is 24 hour service which is great when you are on the road. The bathroom could use an update but it was just the place I needed after a long say if driving. I will be staying here again and again.
The continental breakfast is terrible and then you have to eat it in a very small area. You would be better off going to your nearest restaurant than wasting time here. The maids half clean your room, so be careful to dirty anything during your stay.
Had never been in this particular area prior to my stay. One of my employees had stayed here in the previous weeks and recommended it to me. I was very impressed with the staff and how courteous they were when I arrived. The room was quiet, clean and had everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again.
We stayed at this hotel for about 5 nights when recently attended a meditation rrtreat nearby. We chose this hotel due to its closed proximity to the retreat location. The check in & check out was a breeze and especially would like to mention about the service offered by all employees from the front desk, dining room staff and housekeeping. The rooms were cozy clean and beds well made . The breakfast was good but nothing out of the ordinary . I will stay here again if visiting the south Atlanta regions . Overall a ?????? on all categories ( location, service and appearance ) FYI: the hotel has a great pool even though due to our schedule wasn't able to enjoy it.
Not a terrible place but definitely not a place I would stay again, or recommend to friends. Pretty rough looking groups of people sitting and standing around outside till very late, and dozens of motorcycles running up and down in the parking lots until 2 in the morning. Almost looked like a local hangout. Very run down, and not very clean. Not trying to be a trouble maker, nor am I a prima dona, but I will not be taking my family there again.
The check in and check out process were prompt and courteous. The pool was small but usable and clean. The room was great, especially after driving for 10 hours that day. The breakfast selection was good, though it could have included more. I was very surprised when they told me the rate was $79.99. I expected it to be much higher. For the price, it was perfect. We were not there more than 12 hours so it was just what we needed.
This is run down hotel with a good location. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly but the rooms need some serious upgrades. The exterior of the hotel could also use some upgrades. I paid $91 when really this is a hotel that should cost $50-65.
We had been traveling for almost 2 weeks when we had the opportunity to stay at the Southlake Inn located in Morrow, Ga. The room was exceptionally clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. There was excessive shower noise from the adjacent rooms but that ended after the other guests had completed their showers. Unfortunately, we did not find a "desirable" place to eat dinner within a 6 mile radius of the motel. We did not feel comfortable in places where we were the only Caucasian folks within sight, but then, this was the Atlanta area of Georgia.
Booked online directly through BW system for King bed room. Upon arrival, we were informed they were full and did not have our room available. They had a Jacuzzi king or 2 queens. Of course the Jacuzzi would be more money, but the 2 queens would be the same. We had been on the road for 14 hours, so took the 2 queens. It was not the same price -- it was more than my confirmed room should have been. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I saw my credit card statement. The lady at the desk acted like it was my fault that they didn't have the room. She told me that I should have called to confirm the availability. Why should one have to CALL when given a confirmation number. She told me that the BW reservation system makes this kind of mistake all of the time. Making me think twice about ever staying at a BW again. The room was dirty. Supplies left in the room were the bare minimum. One tiny bottle of Pantene and one tiny bar of soap. I was very glad that I packed extra supplies. Only one ice machine was working and was producing ice very slowly (likely from over use). This hotel has 2 buildings. I would not have wanted to be in the back building (where the ice machine was located) if traveling alone. The breakfast was all cold foods except for the make your own waffles. I would pass on this place. And if going to a Best Western, call to confirm before arrival.
We're women truck drivers so we're picky. We made a last minute reservation at the BW and walked into a clean, well maintained lobby. Greeted by 2 friendly smiles and wonderful sense of humor, Vivian and Aubrey. After a long day the laughter was what I needed at the time. After walking out of the lobby I went to the room before even going to the truck. As I expected, perfect! Everything clean and updated. Air condition blowing so I didn't have to come in and sweat a hour waiting to cool off a big, spacious room!! My visit at BW Southland was almost perfect. My only complaint was the next morning the house keeper was knocking every 15 minutes. I'm guessing she didn't have many rooms that day and wanted to go home. Understandable, but annoying. Also, normally we stay at a Wyndham Hotel where a late checkout is no problem, and the desk clerk whom name I won't mention, considering she was anything like Vivian and Aubrey, wouldn't allow us a late check out. Although I didn't like the fact of not being able to check out late, I'll definitely go again if I don't need a late checkout. This hotel is a great place for families, couples or business, you won't be disappointed!
When we arrived our reservation was not in the system. I had booked directly with Best Western so not sure why that happened. Luckily there was a room available. We were on our way to Orlando so this was just an overnight stay to break up the drive. Rooms had been updated but still looked like they needed some more work. We were in a non-smoking room but still could smell smoke. Would not have stayed for more than one night. Morning staff was very friendly at checkout.
Thank you for making our trip a success. I had not seen my godson in almost 3 years and we had a great time. He enjoyed the pool and I truly enjoyed the comfortable bed. I will definitely visit again next time I come to the Atlanta area
The workers very helpful. Bed comfortable. Room clean. A comfortable chair for both of us would be nice. We like to put up our feet and read after a long day of driving. Breakfast a little disappointing. Price good, but not up to normal Best Western standards.
I booked this hotel on Hotwire which I usually have good luck. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was told I was getting a smoking room, I stated I did not want a smoking room nor did I request one. The attendant informed me that since I had booked from a third party I had to have the smoking room unless I wanted to pay more money to get a non-smoking room. Not pleased at the attitude at all!
For a great value on the road check this out! From the friendly and professional staff, to the very clean and comfortable rooms I was impressed. Yes the architecture is dated (Retro and fun in my opinion), but for the price you won't find a better value! Perfect for that one night on the road when you just want a nice room and a great breakfast before heading back out.
My family and I booked one night for our 4 day vacation. We arrived at the hotel around 4pm the same day I booked. Everything went great during the check-in (Thursday), and the first night.so, my family and I decided to book another (Friday) night the same way on-line. My husband went down stairs to the front desk to check-in again. We had no problems, they automatically keep us in the same room. It was quick and smooth. So, I wanted to stay one more night. I did what i normally do, as far as on-line making reservations. My husband went to the front desk Friday night to see if we could go ahead and check-in for Saturday. The late night front desk lady was LAWONDA, which she had been at the desk every night we called or went to the desk late. Miss. Lawonda was a sweet and very helpful, patient lady.. So, she said we couldn't check-in until the next morning. Which I didn't think was a problem, b/c we haven't had any problems so far. The next morning (Saturday) my family and I went to the front desk to have breakfast and check-in for that night. I when I was approached by a new lady I have not seen so far since we've been there. SUESANNA, she first claimed she couldn't find my reservation, I gave her my full name and my husbands.Then she claimed she couldn't get in touch with the people she needed to call to confirmed our reservations. I stood at the desk for at least 45 mins or more. While my family was sitting in the dinning area waiting on me to have breakfast together.. Suesanna was getting loud with me, and I was simply asking her if we needed to go and pack or whats the next step!! but I told her either way I want our refund back b/c we see it clearly that the payment went through the night before like the other night with no problems. And I was not leaving without a full refund. She (Suesanna) had the nerve to say :I'm doing you all a favor by keeping you in the same room and not putting you in another room".. I was so pissed, then she says "everything is fine, just go to your room, Ill call you when they answer for your reservations" Then when we went back to our room, my husband had to leave right after to get use some satisfying breakfast from Krystal's. Because the hotel didn't have a full breakfast like the past BW's we have been to all over USA. So that was another let down. No meat, no eggs, no grits,only cereal, and bread. Not filling at all. If more the one other hotels have full breakfast, this should have one also. But getting back to the story, House keeping opened the door while I was changing back into my gown. She apologized. She showed my that on her chart the put us in as checked-out. And mind you we just left the desk. So she gave us more towels and emptied our trash. This was about 9am, check-out is not until 11am. which we were told that we didn't have to by Suesanna. We received a call from Suesanna @10:30am that everything was fine and we have no worries. Meaning our payment and reservations was received. So we rested until 4pm with no other calls no knocks on the door... So, we are thinking everything is straightened out. My family and I left the room around 5pm to have dinner and view a movie. We returned around 12am Sunday to get some sleep. We stopped at the front desk before going onto our room, to ask for more towels. Miss. Lawonda was there. She asked me what room I was in, I told here 213. She said they locked you out of your room. The morning staff listed you were spouse to be checked-out. I said not again!!! Miss. Lawonda called the manager at home they told me what hey received, and why they thought we were checking-out. And I told them what happen earlier that day.. So, basically Suesanna didnt look at our names in order to check us in the correct way. And Suesanna didn't have to even create all the problems and drama she did. Miss. Lawonda re-checked us inn for Saturday night and gave us new keys and apologized for all the mess. I was just ready to go right then and there. I went straight to the room and started packing. At first I was to tired , my mind was set to just go to the room and get our children ready for bed and go to sleep. But after that I had a burst of energy to just pack and stay up until it was time to go... And the bathroom sink was always stooped up..
Compared with other hotels like Quality Inn or Comfort Inn, Best Western is cheaper but not giving the comfort the other hotels give you. For a litle higher price you get much more comfort and better rooms with other hotels.
Overall an excellent value. Clean comfortable rooms, very good breakfast. Quiet and restful experience. I stay at this motel on every trip to the Atlanta area Easy access off of Rte. 75. Good dining choices in the immediate vicinity of the motel.
Very limited parking. Was very hard to find a spot due to all of the oversized vehicles. Apparently buildings are under a much needed renovation. Even though dated rooms. It was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and courteous.
Was a walk-in after driving 13 hours. I am a Best Western member, and was told they don't accept cash, just credit cards. Never heard of that, even 5 star hotels accept cash with a deposit. Anyway went to the Hampton Inn up the street and paid my security deposit and room cost and had a wonderful time!
My previous 3 stays at this hotel were all superior. This stay was no exception. The location is convenient to the IHOP and Cracker Barrel restaurants. Being close to the International Airport Terminal was a big plus.

Great location to Atlanta attractions. Seems like a nice part of town. Lots of local stores and restaurants in the area some within walking distance. Location outside the horrific Atlanta traffic, which is good. Rooms are laid out very convenient. The breakfast was not very good. Our second morning we opted for Waffle House which was almost next door.
Everything was good. Great value for the money. Just 15 miles from Downtown and Aquarium. Right on highway exit and easy to locate. Breakfast was good and staff was polite. The room was clean and beds were nice and clean. We stayed for 2 nights and staff cleaned the room when we were out without us asking to do it. Great service. Only 1 thing which I felt little low: I reached at 3 PM on 28 May 2016 and at 5 PM I made a call to ask for a soap. The Lady on the call told me that they don't provide any service on the day of check-in but she will send extra soap anyway this time. I felt little bad. It was unnecessary to say that on the face of a person. I felt as if I was refused literally and almost thought of saying thanks and to not send any soap to my room. But the lady was polite. I am not complaining about her.
The hospitality at check-in was so wonderful after a very long hard day on the road that it was the bright spot of the day. The place is beautiful, great rooms, nice parking, a outstanding breakfast bar, good food, and a room rate that can not be beat. If you in the area please stay here.
My husband likes his eggs and bacon or sausage and was a little disappointed that it wasn't available. Also biscuits and gravy would have been an added bonus. The room was pleasant except I felt the carpets could use a shampooing. Everything else was clean and tidy. The room was arranged so the bed was away from the air conditioner which was nice and quiet. This arrangement was ideal for sleeping. Most rooms come with two bathe towels and I asked for another which I immediately got. Over all our visit was very pleasant and we would stay here again.
Conveniently located close to freeway. Fast checked in and out .Friendly and nice staff. Room is roomy with nice furniture. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is clean with all toiletries. Free and fast Wifi. Breakfast included self-made waffle, pastries, fruits, yogurt...Parking is easy to find. Good Vietnamese restaurants are closed by. LOL Would definitely recommend to everyone.
Easy on/off from interstate and close enough to Atlanta to avoid major traffic backups if you leave early enough (before 6 a.m.) Comfortable beds and pillows. Internet worked ok and was quiet and comfortable and safe. Would be nice to offer fruit or something for guests who need to hit the road early but there was coffee.
This Best Western was awesome, clean, very comfortable! The cafe is wonderful food, but a little pricier!. The staff goes above to make you happy and the environment feels luxury and very safe, but convenient to everything.
Unattractive in appearance, a mid 1980's facility with many years of constant use as evidenced by the chipped metal entry doors and tired but clean bath. Overall, and this is what counts, it is clean and well-maintained and succeeds in spite of its issues. Small rooms by today's standards, but nicely equipped with microwave, coffee maker and supplies, iron and board, fridge, 32 inch flat screen non-HD TV. The lumpy bed in #122 has sprung at least one spring by its sound and should be replaced but likely won't be. Although the bath is small it does have a powerful stream from the shower, and overall the place succeeds, but barely.
I will not stay here again and would not recommend this place. The sheets, towels and bathroom fixtures were clean but the floor and surface tops needed a good vacuum/cleaning. Base boards were very dusty.
Very friendly staff, convenient location for an overnight stop. The facilities a bit outdated, the refrigerator was so loud that we had to wake up during the night and unplug it. A continental breakfast is available, but we did not bother.
I always stay at this property when I attend an event in the area. It's always clean, staff are professional, courteous and helpful. This is a great pet friendly property with a little greenspace if you need to walk a dog. IHOP and Cracker Barrel are within a short walk, which is great, and Cracker Barrel does to-go orders so I did not leave my pet unattended for long. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.
Great place for a quick layover. Everything are clean and works. There are close by Costco and Vietnamese restaurant also I-Hop and Cracker Barrel are right behind the hotel just walk across the parking lot
The great reviews are accurate. Clean rooms, very comfortable. Quiet location. Very helpful staff, except when we asked for any area restaurants to check out all they could suggest was fast food, so we relied on Yelp. Would definitely stay there again and it was a great value.
This was a nice clean hotel. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice. The rooms were clean and so was the grounds. I have not complaints about this hotel other then I like my sick in my restroom.
We've stayed at this location before. Front desk staff are very helpful & welcoming. Even more so, the breakfast room girl who was courteous and just great!! Breakfast offerings are good and we can be in for a quick meal and back on the road quickly. The room was clean however the decor is dated and in need of a renovation. Too bad it was a cool stay since they have a great pool area.
We booked this motel based on AAA ratings. The room was clean, the beds soft, and the water was hot! The continental breakfast was well stocked, everything fresh. The only issue was you could sometimes hear other guests walking above. If that bothers you, ask for a second floor room.
Just wanted a place to rest for a few hours on the way to Florida. The two ladies that checked us in were fabulous, super friendly, quick and helpful. That is the positive. Mattresses were comfortable and extra pillows were a plus. Air worked and was cold, cold, cold...which in a hotel of this type was a wonderful surprise. Pets...traveling with our size dogs (50 lbs+), we are limited to only a few hotel brands. Yes they accept pets, what they did not tell me on the phone earlier in the day, was the $10 per pet charge per pet. Traveling with two dogs, I know some charge a fee, but normally they tell you about the charge when you call to inquire. Rooms...they are what they are. An old hotel doing its best to still make money. The rooms are one step above a dive. Sheets were spotless, bathroom was bare and basic. Everything is old, I did see stains on the bed skirt and chairs. I wouldn't go bare foot, definitely a wear your shoes kind of place. With all that said..If your limited in your choices, it's fine for the night. I would just try other hotels, with a better rating, before choosing this one.
This Best Western's Patricia Lopez must be the most conscientious "maid" ever. I've never, in 15 years of staying at motels all across America and Canada, stayed at a motel where the staff cleans the bathroom air duct vents. Kudos to Patricia Lopez. Also, in many motel bathroom floors the grout on the bathroom floor mysteriously changes color. You know what I mean. Not where Patricia Lopez works. The grout was as clean around the toilet as by the bathtub. If I could have stayed at this Best Western on my return drive, it would have been a pleasure to do so. While I couldn't park directly in front of my motel style door, I could park very close. The hotel was off the main drag, and down a hill, so it was quiet, and I felt that a ground floor room was going to be safe in case of tornadoes. The Morrow Best Western is well worth driving past the Quality Inn and other motel delights.
We were headed down to Florida for a memorial and to take care of family business. Morrow was our halfway point for the night. Our card was charged the correct price at check-in but once we were back home, a new charge was sent through for two nights, DOUBLE THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT. We're still waiting for this to be corrected. We won't ever stay here again.
Room was clean and quite. One night stay before heading to Atlanta airport the next morning, easy drive to the airport. Only problem was the wifi did not connect to the internet to check on flight status.
I stayed at Best Western Southlake Inn in January for two days. The places was filthy and run down and needed lots of work. I had been advised when I checked out to get ahold of someone, but I had used my points for a free stay and decided to shrug it off because it was the last couple days of my vacation. I come home to a credit card charge of $100 unsure of what it could possibly be I called the establishment. First I talk with Suzanna who had found the charge and put me on hold so her manager could explain. I waited and waited until she finally came back and asked if her manager could call me right back. I thought it was weird she couldn't explain it to me but decided to wait until they called to see what they had to say. At this point 2 hours had gone by so I decided to call back myself and talk to manager. Suzanna then told me she was sorry but there was no manager or supervisor of any sort available that day. Feeling lied to I explained who I was and the purpose of my call and she apologized because she unfortunately was the only one there. I then asked if she could explain the charges to me, I am told that there was cigarettes smoked in the room. I am currently 8 months pregnant at that point I was 6 months pregnant and NOT A SMOKER I was appalled. I asked how that could have even been determined she said the housekeepers had even taken pictures of ashes in the room. I then asked if they could be sent to me I was going to dispute the charges. She insisted she didn't know how to do such a thing and I would have to wait until tomorrow morning when her manager Melanie came in, I hung up feel lied too and very unimpressed of the lack there of knowledge of her job. Melanie did call me the next morning once again claiming I had smoked cigarettes in the room. I tried to to explain how that was impossible because neither me or my fiance smoke cigarettes and I was pregnant but everytime I tried to talk she would talk over me. I told her Suzanna told me there were pictures of ashes in the room, and Melanie told me there were no pictures and no one idea how i got thay information but they weren't taking the charges off. I was furious I'm pregnant and not a smoker so I asked for the general mangers information or her boss and she hung up on me. I called back again because I wanted someone higher up than her and was told it was just her and the general manager was the owner who didn't have an email she could give me or anywhere I could leave I'm a voicemail but was assured she would pass the information along if he ever came in, and again hung up on. I have never been so disrespected in customer service from anyone before. Let a alone a a manger, how frightening to have someone running your hotel and front desk. It was filthy they are rude. And won't bat an eye about stealing from people. I don't recommend this place to anyone and best western should not let them carry there name.
We have always had a good experience when staying in Morrow,GA . It is in a good area to stop . Restaurants and shopping are close buy, along with fuel!It has very good access on and off the interstate.
Spend the night for an early flight out of Atlanta, price was much better than prices in the city. Hotel is not fancy but is clean. That is the only thing I cared about when staying one night for a few hours.
It is a nice hotel with friendly staff. Especially Melanie. You should have joining rooms. It would be easier for some families. I think they should include small sample size toothpaste or even lotion along with their soap. Otherwise than that it was indeed a pleasure to stay there.
I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights. I have to say I was very disappointed! When we first walked in the latch lock was broken and falling off the wall. I had to take a picture of it to make sure we would not get charged for it! I also noticed that the paint was chipped and the shower water pressure hurt my skin. I would not stay at this hotel. The staff however was very nice. Breakfast could have been better
We were very glad we chose this particular hotel to stay at on our way to Florida. It was nice and clean. The staff was friendly, courteous, and accommodating. They all seemed genuinely interested in our comfort and making sure we enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet all night also, which to me is extremely important.
I have stayed in better I have stayed in worse. It was a room with a bed at a decent price and served its purpose. The room needs work (chipped paint, stains places) the linens were clean. The walls are thin and we could hear everything. Breakfast selection was just ok. Could use more tables. Staff was welcoming and nice
Very clean. Excellent staff. Excellent price. Would definitely recommend staying at this location. Only thing that could be improved was the breakfast. Can't complain for the price but a few more items on the menu would have been nice.
This is the second year I have stayed at this Best Western when attending the dog shows in Atlanta. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they keep the grounds and rooms clean. yes, there is a pet fee but the room rates are so reasonable it is still less than many other in the area even with the fees added. Check-in and check out were quick and efficient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Great value for the area.
A bit run-down on the outside, but who really cares? The room is a bit rundown, and lacking in some amenities, but it does have a mini-fridge and microwave, so that's a plus. Breakfast wasn't very good, but if you love carbs and more carbs, it's not bad. My main problem here was the housecleaning staff... or really, one very rude and inconsiderate woman in particular. If I was in the same situation again and needed a quick stopover in Atlanta, I would consider this again. One recommendation: there is a GREAT Vietnamese place with Pho, etc, just around the corner. Quite yummy!
This hotel is reasonably priced,CLEAN;attentive and personable staff,and as accommodating as it gets.They truly bend over backwards to please.I travel with my 93 year old mother and they have always tried to get a first floor room for us. STAY HERE and NOWHERE ELSE. Period!!!!!
The front desk was helpful. A great price. Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Tv was great. Small bathroom. A simple but nice breakfast included. Appears to be dingy from the outside, but the room and fixtures were up to date. I'd easily stay there again.
Enjoyed my stay, and the staff helped out a lot. The rooms were clean and I will be coming back soon. Great location, close to mid-town. I REALLY enjoyed the first floor rooms. Next time, I will bring my puppy.
This hotel was great - renovated interiors, clean rooms, courteous staff. Breakfast had fewer choices than some other BWs, but food quality was good. Also, location is excellent if you are headed, since it is just past the Atlanta traffic congestion.
The room was very quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable and shower was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate. It is pet friendly ($10 per pet) and rates are good but taxes are outrageous. Taxes were $16 on a $72 charge.
The front desk clerk didn't greet me upon walking through the door I had to greet her first in order to be spoken to also didn't give clear instructions as to how I could find my room or what time breakfast started the breakfast clerk was really rude and short she kind of hovered around it was really uncomfortable the breakfast its self wasn't worth getting out of bed for stale bread and a waffle and a hard boiled egg not as up to date as other best westerns the orange juice was watery and the apple juice taste like syrup no coffee lids or sleeves so I wasn't able to take a cup to go it was just a really bad experience I do not recommend
1. Motel like appearance. 2. House keeping is not good. Had to change room because of a bad smell. 3. The interiors need a make over. 4. Breakfast options are very limited and the breakfast room is congested. Avoid peak times, go early or late.
After staying at several other pet friendly motels in the past few months that I would never use again, I had become skeptical of finding one where as a woman traveling alone with my pup would feel safe as well as when you opened the door you didn't immediately know you wouldn't rebook there again. Luckily that isn't the case at this motel. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable which is all I ask. You would never know the motel allowed pets as I smelled nothing bad in my room. The room also had a microwave and refrigerator which was a plus. It's location is just south of the airport so the next morning I was already past the heavy traffic in Atlanta. Wouldn't hesitate to book this motel again.

The bed was very comfortable with clean linen and the hot tub in the room was very useful and helps to relax me after a day's work and meetings. The breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful and very professional. The hotel is in great location close to the mall and a variety of restaurants
We were taking a 3 day vacation to Atlanta and thought we could save a few bucks and stay on the outskirts of town. Big mistake, the hotel is so outdated, no vending of snacks you have to go to the counter. They didn't clean our room! The counter lady gave me a hard time when I asked for more towels! The WiFi kept dropping and was slow! Over all a huge fail, should have went to a Marriott or Hilton!!
I stopped here with family on the way to Florida for vacation. It is the old exterior door type of facility but was clean and updated and relatively quiet overall. There are several places to eat at the exit and the hotel is right off the highway which made for a easy on and off for the trip. One thing to be aware of is that there is a train track right across the highway which was quite the surprise as we stepped out of the car with the engine blowing the horn! The staff was friendly for check-in and I used the express check out the next morning. I would recommend this for an overnight stay but not for an extended stay.
Yes, though the exterior may seem interesting, the room is clean and quite comfortable. We both really enjoyed our stay. There is complimentary continental breakfast which was good. There is ample parking and is located very close to the highway exits. Overall, we would recommend this place to anybody who does not mind staying a little bit on the outskirts of Atlanta.
Darlene at the front desk was amazing. She has exceeded my expectations. I had a horrible night elsewhere and her friendly face and very helpful attitude was by far amazing. Thank you for being so kind!
Traveling to Michigan and due to I-75 being closed for five hours unexpectedly I didn't get as far as I wanted to go on my first day. Finding a safe, clean hotel that is pet friendly without a reservation is touch and go. So thankful to stumble upon this Best Western! I was exhausted and my two dogs were sick of the car. The property is right next to a Cracker Barrel restaurant literally within walking distance. Other eating options are very close. I ended up ordering pizza. Rooms are clean and accessed via outside entrance. Nice selection of cable channels. Free wi fi with good reception. Bed was comfortable with great pillows! Bathroom was clean and toilet/shower are separate from sink/vanity area. Mini fridge and hair dryer are also in room which is a nice plus. All buildings are two story. Vending machines on property. Staff very friendly and helpful. I believe they offer a free breakfast before 10 or 11am though I didn't partake in it. I thought the price was a little high for a best western but overall I was quite satisfied with my stay and would recommend to anyone.
The room was adequate and comfortable. Clean. We were disappointed in the quality of the breakfast. Our second day we went somewhere else to eat. Just a typical hotel. If you want to stay at a convenient location this would be the place.
The location is close to I-75 but just a little difficult to get to. There are several nice restaurants nearby. There is a laundry on site and that's where you go to get ice. It's not centrally located and you need to use your room card to get access. However, that wasn't working for me. The light turned green but the door wouldn't unlock.
We stopped here on our way to FL, from IL and were very pleased with the neat and clean room. We were up on the second floor, and the room as very quiet during the night. We thought the breakfast was fine and will stop here again.
After a day of traffic jams and congestion on our way to Florida, we saw this hotel in our Next Exit book. I called, made reservations, and hoped for the best. The desk clerk was friendly, the lobby was clean and well-lit and she told us all about their breakfast offerings. The pet friendly places we stayed at before were usually lacking carpet or many amenities at all. Here we walked into a spotless room with beautiful carpeting, a king sized bed with luxurious sheets and pillows, a large flat-screen TV, a fridge, microwave and complimentary coffee. Our dog usually sniffs around smelling previous dogs in the room. She didn't do that here...she just went under the desk and fell asleep. Extremely clean room, dressing area, and bathroom! We stayed in a corner room that opened out to a clean, well-lit dog walk, and the night was quiet and peaceful. This will be our stop on our way to Florida from now on!
This hotel was selected by location, we wanted to be south of Atlanta so we could drive through easily early in the morning. It is a large complex with 3 separate buildings, and a large parking lot. Our room was in unit 3 and we could park outside our door. The room was clean and neat and everything worked. We were told that breakfast was at 6 am, however the info in the room said 7 am on weekends, when we checked out at 6:10, breakfast was available, so we did eat. It is an older hotel, but we would stay there again.
This is our 3 time staying at this hotel! It has all you need! The staff are awesome and very helpful! Melanie was at the front desk when we arrived we were greeted with good old southern hospitality!! Highly recommend this hotel if you want something affordable and comfortable!
The staff here is great. They took care of me promptly and after a long day that was much appreciated. The room was OK but the housekeeping needs improvement. Several fast food places close by so that's handy. Not sure if I'll stay here again.
I had made my reservations for vacation on-line. When we stopped in Georgia the young lady that checked us out in the am was so helpful. She helped me signed up for Best Western reward program because I was not sure if I had done it right on-line. I really appreciated her patience with me
This was a wonderful place to stay. Like the trees and foilage around. Rooms are very well kept and cleaned. All personell are so nice and courteous. If you are planning a trip and need a place to stay, please don't pass this one up..The beds are wonderful, very comfortable..Breakfast is great, you know, a great continental breakfast.
My family stayed here one night while on our way to Florida. We arrived around 2 in the morning, and the staff was still upbeat and cheery. I didn't realize the rooms were accessible from the outside, but that didn't bother me. The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. They had a wide selection for breakfast that was very well put together and was delicious.
What a wonderful surprise after a long day of travel! Beautiful room, new beds, pillow assortment, exceptionally clean and well appointed room. The bed was so comfortable that I forgot I was in a hotel. Check in and out in the morning with Darlene was both professional and friendly. This is a rather odd layout for a Best Western, set up in several buildings. There is no elevator but many ground floor rooms if needed. Plenty of parking, easy access from freeways and to the airport. I cannot say how wonderfully comfortable the beds were for a great night's sleep. The only think I cannot offer any information about is the breakfast as we had to leave to get someone to the airport at 5 am. Especially for a very reasonable price, I couldn't have asked for a more airport convenient or comfortable place to stay.
Our two night stay went off without a hitch. Friendly, efficient and fast check in was welcome after a 12 hr drive. Clean, comfortable room in rear of building was quiet, and you can't hear nearby interstate. Comfortable beds, and super convenient location for areas south of city. We would stay here again.
Good staff take care to insure clean, safe stay at very reasonable prices. Convenient to restaurants and shopping, easy access to highways. Good parking . I use this hotel 4 to 6 times a year for about ten years , reliable service

Not bad at all for the price you pay. Surprisingly comfortable and clean. Wifi strong. Flat screen tv. In room coffee and fridge. AC pretty quiet. Customer service good. Bedding very nice. Perfect for a stop on the go. All you need around, and right off the 75 exit; Yet in a quiet area.
This was just an overnight stay on our trip south. We could have spent less money but Best Western has very nice rooms for a few dollars more. Pets are allowed but no mention of a fee until I asked. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Our room was nice and quiet and parking in front of the room was very convenient.
i stayed at this location on route to Utilla, Bay Islands. The bed was very comfortable and shower Ok. Breakfast was acceptable , continental with cook your own waffles! was good.Would stay here again.
Pros: Clean room Comfortable beds Excellent water pressure in shower Friendly staff Great location, right off I-75 Cons: Lights in room flickered on/off the entire time they were on Hot water faucet in tub difficult to control, which could have been very dangerous if my kids had showered There was a nearby train that blared its horn going through the town in the middle of the night, so light sleepers beware. Overall, I still consider it a good value for the money and would probably stay here again for a quick night's sleep on the way to Orlando.
Very nice room. Lobby wasn't that great but the room was nice for the price. I will stay there again. I had the room with a king bed and jetted whirlpool tub for less than $100. Great Price, Great Location. I enjoyed my stay.
We stayed here as a sleep stop on our way to take our daughter to college in Tennessee. We were extremely pleased with the location which seemed like a safe environment. The lady on duty at midnight was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. We were able to check out quickly and get back on the road. This hotel will be on our list when we make trips to TN as a stop over and rest.
