Best Western Bazarell Inn

I rented a king size bed. I did say something about the full size bed that I received and I was told that was a king. I know what a king is I have a few of them at my home. Friendly staff, very good staff service, nice pool and outside surroundings. No elevators so don't take much luggage. Rooms, well my room very small, no ice machine, no microwave. I'm glad it was just a night but I'm sure I won't stay again unless there is no other choice.

Have stayed at this location a few times when I first started traveling to Montemorelos, but now I rather drive to Monterrey and get a better property for same or lower price. The hotel is not bad but can improve certain areas as it is getting outdated. I know they have a new section recently built but I can only imagine the price being as if it is a resort. There are not many hotels in the area so if you really have to stay in the area then yea this would be your best choice.

The overall experience was great. Beautiful outside area, and a very welcoming and friendly staff. The restaurant is a bit pricey but the food was delicious. The rooms were clean and it was indeed close to a highway. We will for sure be coming back.

The hotel itself is very nice considering the area. My wife and I could have stayed in a luxury hotel in Monterey for the price we paid here but because of the distance and family there, we decided to stay here. The overall experience was very good. The internet service is very slow and not available in the tower section of their building. If you go to their restaurant, expect the service to be extremely slow. For toast and juice it took almost 45 min. even though I kept telling the waiter about it. Rooms are clean but they need attention to detail. There was hair in the shower which they cleaned promptly. They had a room chair that was completely stained.

This is the only hotel in town & very close to the nearby highway. The staff is very friendly & accommodating. Staff at the restaurant is not fluent in English , so get your Spanish friend help you out.

I would say the overall experience was really good. The staff was friendly and ready to help. The most difficult thing there was of course the language barrier, coming from English speaking Canada. I'm certainly not blaming the hotel for that. We made good use of the Google translate app. In this regard, I would say the greatest bonus for us was Cynthia, who we found out has only been there a week. What a coincidence! She speaks English. Wow, was she ever helpful, always with a smile. "Whatever you need" she would tell me. To the management: keep her as long as you can. She will be an asset to you. The pool was certainly a bonus feature, especially when it was 36 plus. The cleaning staff was efficient and very good at cleaning up our room. The restaurant had a variety of Mexican dishes we enjoyed. The only downfall I could say about the restaurant was how long it took to get our meal when we ordered to take it out to the pool area. Once it took over 30 minutes. The other time it took over 45 minutes. That needs some work. The hotel as a whole was looked after very well. We had a wedding reception in the tower of the hotel. Very nice facilities. Great view of the surrounding areas. Another thing we enjoyed was the quietness because it just on the outskirts of the city. But if you need something, Oxxo is just a few minute walk there and back. Once again, thanks to the staff for us having a pleasant stay.

Over all I would say it's a great hotel. It Has a restaurant inside and it had good food. I would recommend the sparkling lemonade. The whole hotel is smoke free, there is no elevator in the main building, but there is in the new building. The pool was great, even though it rained 2 days that I was there. The rooms were great, my bed was so comfortable, the room and bathroom were very clean overall. The staff was very helpful, if you need a cab just call the front desk and they will call them for you and its cheaper then if you call. The only thing was that they were changing to a new computer system so it took longer to check in because they hadn't transferred everything over.

In a place as small as Montemorelos is, I thought I never could find a nice place to stay. However this hotel is very nice and clean and affordable too. The restaurant is good including many options to choose from mexican and local cuisine. Service is very fine too. I recomend it widely.

for a family visiting Montemorelos. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were attentive. The restaurant is pleasant and up to the task but there are really good options nearby if you will enjoy the local food. The only negative was that the shower would not drain quick enough for the next person without waiting for quite a while. Overall a very good value and one of the best options for the area.
