"I really don't have any complaints..."

Other than the size of the pillows (too small for my comfort). The hotel was very clean, and surprisingly smelled really good compared to most. You can tell that the management takes pride in their establishment. Our room was exceptional. The king size bed was super comfy, roomy and equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee station. It was very quiet. We slept like babies!

We stayed here along with my son Augustana college hockey team ..Very nice stay ..all went well ...breakfast was good ..rooms nice ..all around good stay ...good mexican restaurant across the street with easy access to I-75

We stayed with this hotel for one night on our way to Florida but it was very reasonable, the services offered was great and room were nice and clean. I love the breakfast in the morning which has plenty of choice and everyone was very friendly and kind.

"Overnight Stop"

We stopped on our way north. The hotel is easy on/off of I-75. The rooms and lobby are clean and maintained. There are a few restaurants close, but none are an easy walk due to traffic. Breakfast had an adequate selection of items. I found the bed a little soft, but others may not.

Great staff and amazing services during our stay. Hotel has well maintained outdoor pool and landscaping. Exterior pool door entry had some issue with lock but it was not major. Rooms were very clean and bathroom had enough plenty of towels.

"no way"

the smell of mid eastern food is overwhelming. In the course of a 4 night stay they neglected to have maid service on my room twice. I was out of the room from 9:30 until 4PM each of those days. This had been my hotel of choice until the management changed within the last few years.

"Exceeded expectations"

I choose this hotel for it's location, price, and the fact that it had an elevator. The lobby was very welcoming. All of the people working the desk during my stay were pleasant and professional. The room had everything I could possibly need- fridge, coffee maker, microwave. The breakfast offered hot and cold options and I was thrilled to find Greek yogurt as one of the choices. The rooms upstairs were quiet. I could hear radios and TV's while in the hallway but not a peep made it through the walls of my room. Comfy bed and two excellent nights' sleep. There were also a lot of outlets in the room- the table lamps all had outlets for charging phones, laptops, etc. Very convenient-- often I have to unplug something to find space to charge my phone, or am left with charging it next to the sink. Minor issues: The comforters on the beds were very worn and one had a burn hole in it. The sink took forever to drain. The hair dryer malfunctioned and started burning. I brought it down to the front desk and they found a replacement for me right away.

"Nice"

Decent hotel. We went there to be close to Trader's World Flea Market. The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. Only complaint was that there is only one I've machine in the hotel, so we had to go downstairs and to the opposite side of the building to get ice.

"Good Value and clean rooms"

I stayed with my family at this hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Location was decent and hotel was was attractive. In the evening they offer the fresh popcorn. My younger one loves it. Coffee was available all day long at breakfast area. Front desk staff was very helpful and kind.

Location was perfect for our needs and Premium outlet were across the freeway. Few options for the restaurant. It is older hotel but they maintain it very well. It is clean and very friendly staff. Love the hotel

"Best hotel in town"

This hotel is very clean and comfy. We stayed with this hotel while going back to home. Hotel has really good breakfast selection. Front desk people were very helpful. Wifi was good but get disconnect more often. Hotel advise me to call their help desk and they resolved my issue.

"School Group Events"

We stayed here because we wanted to be with our kids group and this is the hotel they got and it's closer to our rehearsals venue, im sure we could have stayed somewhere better and nicer for the price we paid. Room was ok nothing special about it, only has 2 floors and when you step out from the elevator there's that strong bleach or chlorine smell that's so strong. Bathroom walls are wallpaper, shower curtain smells musty, sheets and comforter are old definitely can use some new ones, (the sheets are fresh and clean though) it supposed to be white but since it's kinda wore out so not so white anymore. Bed creaks when you lay down, same thing when you toss and turn in the middle of night. Walls are thin, we heard alarm clock going off from next door. Free Breakfast contains cereals, bagels, muffins, bacon, eggs, waffles, biscuits wt gravy, yogurt and fruits! Breakfast area is clean and a gas station is walking distance right next door on the other side of the building is McDonald. The front desk were friendly and helpful.

"Rooms clean, but a little small"

Motel overall was very good. Clean, quiet, good service. The rooms are on the small side which makes it hard to move in the room. Restroom also on the small side. Would not recommend the rooms if you have small children. Just too small. Did have two chairs in room, which to many motels do not have. Breakfast was ok, but a little on the not many choices side.

A fine place to spend your nights, half-way between Cincinnati and Dayton, with easy access to the Miami Valley Casino just a mile away and the Liberty Place shops just south off I-75. Plenty of nearby restaurants to satisfy your appetite.

"Great hotel near to I-75"

I stayed with this hotel going back to CA. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. They accept the coupon price which is nice. Breakfast ran out quickly but they restocked quickly. Weather was nice but pool was closed, they mentioned me before check in.

"Bad mistake"

Went cheap over a know better room never again. Best Western has went way down hill Dirty sofa bed sheets could stand up by themselves. Not enough towels for all guest. Manager was a real jerk form start to end.

"Port in a storm"

Had driven many miles in driving rain and bad traffic so when we saw the BW sign we were very happy. It was just off the main route and close to several amenities, dining, gas etc. It was in a quiet area so we were able to get some sleep before heading out again the next day

"BEDBUGS!"

We got checked in, and they told me my card didn't go threw. Pulled up my bank app on my phone and showed them charge was pending. THEN the key cards were not activated so we had to have the front desk do it again. Then the toilet did NOT want to flush. When we tried to take a bath the hot water would not turn on, it only ran with the shower on, and we had a child that needed a bath. Then I woke up at 3am to find myself COVERED in bed bug bites. I am allergic to them so we had to go to the hospital to get a epipen. They stated they would refund our money, that has yet to fall off my bank card.

"Service was the Best Part"

This hotel is a little tricky to access off I-75 as it is near several very busy intersections with lots of competing lanes. You can see it, but how do you get to it! However, once there, this is an excellent choice for an overnight stay. John at the front desk was most efficient and accommodating, finding a room for us on the first floor, even without a reservation. Thanks, John. We liked the interior corridors, so easy access to the main hall, outside doors and breakfast room. Breakfast (6-9am) included some hot and cold items - eggs, waffles, pancakes, sausage, yogurt and sweets, plus lots of cereal choices. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, certainly important when making a recommendation. There were a myriad of channel choices on TV, and lots of good traveler amenities in the room, including a coffeemaker, microwave and fridge. The bathroom fan and light work together, so could be a little noisy. We loved the soft water in the shower. Gas pumps are on one side of the hotel and a McDonald's on the other, plus lots of food and shopping choices across the other side of the interstate where there is a large mall. Great stay - would pick it again.

"Will choose different hotel in the future"

Room had not been thoroughly cleaned--there was trash alongside the bed. Mattresses seemed like they were old as they were very soft. The furniture and furnishings (drapes, etc.) were outdated. The hotel did not appear to be in a very good area.

This is an excellent hotel. Looks brand new. Extremely clean. Very nice big rooms with microwave and fridge. Nice comfy bed. I didnt get up for the breakfast so I can't comment about that. They allow dogs for $10 per night. I don't have a bad thing to say.

"Nice Hotel but a lot of Road Noise"

I spent a few nights at this property and it is a nicely equipped property. The rooms are nice and clean. May recommend a higher numbered room on the north side for a quieter room. I had the opposite and it was noisy.

Great location, rooms nice beautiful t the best part was friendly staff. The motel was fully booked being NYE but you couldn't tell it by the helpfulness of staff. Had a small dog & was given room close to an exit door which was very helpful.

"Nice for the price"

My wife and I stayed there for New Year's Eve. We had dinner and visited the nearby casino. We arrived back at the hotel around 1:00AM. Went into our room and next door was a dog that had to greet us with a bark or five. LOL. No big deal. We laid down and the heater in our room sounded like a fan was loose and was driving us crazy. So I decided to turn it completely off and every five minutes it still kicked on for about 30 seconds. It was to big a hassle to move rooms at 2:00 in the morning. So we got back up at 6:00, had breakfast, which was good, and headed home. Got home and went to bed.

Room was very nice, Showing a little wear in the bathroom. Bed was very comfy squeaked a little when you would moved. I didn't like the fan in the bathroom, Was way to noisy and it turned on with the light. Breakfast was great , Scrambled eggs and cheese with bacon. Big selection of items. I will stay here again. There was more good than bad.

Basic place to stay. Comfortable, clean, very friendly staff, good (not great) breakfast. Good value ($20 cheaper than nearby similars). Internet worked but not secure. Small well equipped fitness room. Easy access to Interstate.

"Good stay"

The BF and I decided to stay in the area for the night to take advantage of shopping and the casino. The hotel itself isn't as big as I thought it would be, but the rooms were bigger than I imagined. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Grateful for the phone call making sure everything was good in the room. The only thing during our stay was hearing others in the hall. You don't hear what's going on in rooms around you, but loud people with no respect for others may be disturbing - not under management control.

"Not bad"

We were visiting friends in Monroe and stayed the night at the hotel. Staff was very friendly and the hotel lobby looked clean. The room was spacious along with the bathroom but our bed was was not very comfortable and it squeaked every time you changed positions. Breakfast in the AM had a decent selection but it ended at 9 so we had to be sure to get there before it closed.

Staff was great. About twenty five minutes from Kings Island. The breakfast was okay. A lot to choose from. Beds were great. Could not get the heat to stay on in one of our rooms. Tv channel selection was good. MCD right next door. Location was close to highway.

"Totally amazed with my stay at this BW"

I booked my room over the phone cause I didn't plan on stopping in Monroe for the night. At 12am the staff on the phone was extremely helpful and got me a room at an amazing price. I've never stayed at a BW but was amazed.The staff was very friendly,room/facility was VERY clean,the bed was the most comfortable that I've experienced on the road to date,and after a long day on the road the high power hot shower was extremely needed...I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for BW's from now on.

"ok Hotel but just so so Breakfast Offerings"

We spent the night here on our way South. Stayed here before so knew it was clean. Room was clean but can't understand why it is a nonsmoking hotel but there were cigarette burns in the bed spread. Odd. Room was ok. Bed ok. Breakfast was kinda blah. Eggs not so good. Biscuits were hard. So oatmeal was the option. Nice courteous check in and out.

I've stayed there a few times before and they are always friendly and asking if I need anything. This was a last minute trip and reservations for 2 rooms made on the way there. They were great and put us side by side and it didn't fase them that we didn't get there till almost 1am. If I get back to that area again I'll be staying there again.

Monroe Inn is really great place to spend a night. We were happy with their service offered during the stay. We choose this hotel because it was pet friendly as well. Breakfast place was not that crowded although it was weekend. Lady at the breakfast offered me gluten free bread as well.

Everything was great and we had a very pleasant stay with Best Western Monroe. Beds were comfortable and coffee machine in the room had really good taste. Front desk person brought the towels to our room since we needed more...Breakfast was good. We didn't get a chance to use the pool during our stay....

"Smoke"

I requested a non-smoking room and had to initial next to the statement that we would not smoke in the room or would be charged. The room stunk like a very old ashtray and the bathroom smelled like someone had smoked in it very recently. Couldn't leave the bathroom light on all night because the fan was really loud. Beds were terrible.

I really like the hotel room and amenities offered from best western hotel. This hotel located very close to I-75 intrastate and very convenience. Plenty of parking space. Room were clean and Outdoor pool has really good seating area. Breakfast was good with bacon and egg.

"Just what we wanted"

We were looking for a hotel by I-75, close to Monroe, Hamilton, and Fairfield. We have had great experiences with Best Western many times before, and this stay continued in that tradition. Plus, the price was very reasonable. I have 4 criteria for hotels: safe, good location, clean, and reasonable price. We got all 4 at this hotel!

"A very good stay"

While this isn't really a 5 star motel, it is very nice and in every way an excellent place to stay. Our room was spacious with lots of places to set luggage - bench, coffee table, sofa. It had a desk with two plugs to recharge devices, night stands with lights and clocks on each side of the bed, a large armoire with plenty of space to hang clothes. The mirror over the desks is much appreciated as it affords place for hairstyling and makeup while the bathroom is in use. Plenty of towels, good shower, roomy bath. In short, this was one of those hotels that met everyone of my favorite criteria for a good room. The breakfast was better than average: hard boiled eggs, fried eggs and bacon, waffles (and a very nice attendant who offered to make a waffle for me!) and the usual yogurt and breads. Plus, a nice selection of fresh fruit (not just the usual apples). Coffee was good, too - a bonus! Parking was convenient. And the location great for getting on and off the freeway and getting to places to eat. Staff was friendly and helpful. No problems there at all. You really can't go wrong saying here.

"Good for price"

Overall satisfied with the hotel. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. I needed to stay for a single night and booked late, when I arrived I was informed that I had reserved a smoking room, the staff member allowed me to go see the room first and offered to refund my money if I wasn't satisfied with the room.

Have only stayed 4 days thus faw but seems like I am gonna enjoy staying here. Great location,. quite rooms and lots of eating places nearby. Oh and casino is just right up the street. exit 29 off of 75 so you are within 30 minutes of the reds and Bengal's stadiums

"Best hotel in the area"

Hotel was very clean, and calm. Breakfast was more than satisfactory and lots to choose from such as cereals, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuit and gravy. The location was very close to several eateries, and premium outlets. It was also easy to access the interstate. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

Short drive from the kings island. Rooms were clean and included a small refrigerator and microwave. Front desk workers and Manager were so nice and helpful. Nice pool and work out room. Lots of parking. Located within 2 mile distance of many restaurants. Breakfast was very nicely kept, and food was good. We will definitely use this hotel on our next stay.

Hotel very clean. We had a room on the second floor. The rooms are nice. The rooms have been updated. Every thing new. The outside pool is a plus. Outside pools are hard to find. Breakfast had lots of variety to choose from. Interstate just down the road.

Stayed here while on business trip to Honda facility (UGN). Checked in around 6pm and checked out at 4am. While I was getting ready to leave. I decided to make coffee for myself. When I checked the coffee machine. I found a roach. If I could upload the pictures I would. I told kid while I was checking out and he didn't care. When he gave me my receipt he didn't even apologize or anything. He just handed my receipt to me. I travel for my company and I never stay at Best westerns and this is why. I'm a platnuim status with IHG. I never had a issue with them like this.

Easy and fast route to Linder Tennis. This location is a good representation of how older BW's have been refurnished and made to be comfortable, safe and clean. There is the plus of breakfast and 24 hour coffee and tea, internet and access to a printer. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

This was a great location next to interstate and shared the parking lot with McDonald's. Unfortunately upon checkin we were given a room key to an occupied room. This was cleared up and our room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again if in the area.

This was a fine place to stay in Cincinnati. Very comfortable room with all the convenience. Staff members were very helpful and accommodating. They help us to find the parking since we arrived late night. Next day morning breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Love their waffles with toppings.

Everything was clean, fresh decor, helpful staff typical of the better of these. They tried to put me in a SMOKING room when I arrived...I never get one of these and refused it...they came up with a "last minute cancellation" after telling them I was leaving......

"Just a nice vanilla Best Western"

This is a nice, relatively generic Best Western. The room as very clean and well maintained, although a little dated, but nothing wrong with that. Location was right off I-75, with really good access. Breakfest was a little sub par for BW, but adequate. The pool was really nice. The only problem we had was the chain in the toilet tank broke the day before we left. The front desk said they could do nothing until after the weekend, but they would allow us to move to another room. Too much of a pain, so we had to manually pull up the flapper. The manager gave us 1,000 reward points for our hassle.

Very nice and clean hotel. Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff was nice and extremely helpful. We wanted check in early on arrival date and they did that without any extra charges. Breakfast was good and had plenty of choices. Overall very comfortable stay.

We stayed here for college graduation. It's about 25 miles to Miami U. Booked our stay here due to high ratings. Nothing fancy but a solid hotel available for overnight accommodations. Staff was very nice and polite. The room, however, smelled like urine and the sheets had a gritty, dirty feel to them. We asked for new sheets the following morning and was promptly addressed. Overall, an okay hotel. Best Western can do better, even at this price range.

"Favorite stop over"

This is the second time staying here and honestly one of my favorite hotels to stay at. Best breakfast bar, friendly staff and clean rooms. The hot breakfast bar has eggs,bacon,and waffles. Also cereal and yogurt,toast and bagels Easy access and convenient location near outlet mall is a plus. Always a stop over when traveling this way.

On arrival found the hotel lobby clean and staff very helpful. Room was very clean, beds comfortable. Front desk impressed/surprised us with a call to make sure everything in our room was satisfactory - wow, rarely do we get a call like that! Later, we Had a small issue with the air conditioner so we called the front desk and they were up in secs to rectify - a matter of changing batteries. Breakfast had a good assortment of item. Will absolutely stay here again!

Very satisfied with the room, breakfast and rooms. Hotel located very close to freeway and near to casino. Front desk staff was very helpful to guide us for the dinner. Internet speed was great, it was trouble to log in but their internet support team helps me on the phone. Will be back again...

Everything was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Very welcoming and pleasant experience. I was visiting my friends and family in the town. Breakfast was delicious and waffles option was great. They don't have sugar free syrup for that, but it was manageable.

Overly expensive, dirty,noisy,wouldn't recommend staying there . Staff untidy especially the desk clerk. Will be avoiding that place,also didn't give us our bill,said it had been Emailed to us,I repeated the address to her several times to make sure they had it correctly.

The hotel in monroe is very clean and a great value. The breakfast menu was very well planned.various choices for yogurt. Quiet area and centralized. Mall and restaurants were near by. I rate it 5 star for this hotel.

"Screwed up reservation . . . and crumbs"

Reservation was for 2 Queen beds. Ended up with one King. Thought it was OK since there was a pull out. But the pull out had food crumbs. Very disappointing trip. And no other rooms available. Seems like we were bumped by a group.

"Bad choice for us"

First, the people were lovely in this hotel. However, the room was small and had a foul odor. The bathroom was dirty and the floor was damaged. The fitness center equipment was broken and not usable. And the air conditioner was both noisy. We won't go back again.

I stayed there for business trip and it was pleasant experience. Loved the morning breakfast. I was amazed by variety they are offering and WIFI was winner. "Not so good.."

This hotel was nice on the outside and the lobby area, but when we got to our room it appeared that the bathroom had not been completely cleaned [ pretty gross ]. But after a long day on the road, I was too tired to go change rooms so we put up with it. Overall, the place was quiet and comfortable with a pretty good breakfast. I will not stay here again, even with a coupon.

"Welcome stop after many traffic slow downs."

Monroe Best Western right off I-75 was a welcome sight after all the traffic incidents that slowed us down. Our room was fine, just a little cramped with two queen beds in a small room. It was fine for two tired travelers. GPS took us beyond our turn, but we found you anyway!! The triangle bathroom was a new angle for my husband and me. Hot breakfast at Best Western is one of the reasons we try to make Best Western our stop for the night. Very helpful hostess, she was busy while we were there. Great coffee, thanks!

"Great room with average price"

For decent hotels in this area seems to be around 100 bucks so this hotel has a good average price for the area and room seems extra clean! Also has modern furniture and feel. The bed is pretty firm, a little firmer than I prefer but isn't horrible. It's a good option for this town.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Maria at front desk/breakfast room. We would definitely return if we are in the area again. One downside to this hotel is that there is considerable road noise.

Booked through Hotels.com late at night for somewhere to sleep. Saw that it had good ratings and the price was right. Got there and the property was extremely dated. Hoped for the best when it came to the room but it did not impress. Dated furnishings, a stale smell, and the bedding was not wonderful. The bathroom was not great and the toilet looked like it had dirt in it every time it was flushed. Did not sleep at all but husband was so tired he managed to get some sleep. Probably the worst place we've ever stayed. The only good thing was the location near the highway and outlet mall. Does not live up to the Best Western standards I've experienced elsewhere.

We made reservations at the Best Western because it was close to Traders World and right off the Interstate. However, before the night was over, we both agreed we should've just drove the 3 hrs back home. The lobby was very inviting and Check in was easy. We were placed in room 210 & thankfully they had an elevator. We got to the room and proceeded to put our things away when I noticed something on the floor near the window. I thought surely it can't be, but sure enough, upon closer inspection, it was a dog turd! I called the front desk and was asked if I wanted to change rooms. Of course I did! So we head back downstairs and to his credit, Raj did apologize several times. But there was no offer of a discount, which upset my husband. This time we were given room 212. We looked over everything and it seemed fine. The heating/cooling in this room was controlled by a wall thermostat. There's a sign in the room talking about green energy and it says that the room is controlled by that but when you are in the room you control the temperature. Well we fought with that thermometer all night! We'd turn it down and it would change the setting and the heat would start. Finally at 4am I just turned the darn thing off! They do serve breakfast but we missed it as its only served until 9am. It would be nice on the weekends to serve until 10. Upon checkout the lady asked me about the stay and I let her know our issues and how disappointed we were in their faculty. She did offer me a small discount, which was appreciated. Although I will say that I won't be staying there again on future trips. Pros: close to flea markets and interstate, firm king beds, fridge in room, large bathroom and great water pressure, free Wi-Fi. Cons: temperature control, breakfast not served long enough, attention to cleaning lacking, rooms on West side get lot of semi noise from gas station across the street, lack of area eating places (McDonald's right next door & other fast food type places on other side of interstate, but the sit down restaurants are up the road at next exit)

This was a good value for the location and the events that were going on in the area. We did Kings Island and the Cincinnati Zoo. Good location to get to everything. They had pancakes at their breakfast bar. There is a Mcdonald's next door and several restaurants in close proximity.

My husband and I, along with our 11 year old cat, were relocating several states away from our home. One of the thing I was most anxious about was traveling and staying over night in a hotel with our cat. The Best Western Monroe Inn put all of those fears to rest and we had a great experience. We got a good rate for the room and the pet fee was $10.00. Our room was clean and well taken care of. It did not smell like other animals, nor did it smell like a former smoking room. The staff at the hotel was great. The front desk had good recommendations for places that would deliver to the hotel and the breakfast was great - hot food and good selections. Thanks for a great stay and making one of the steps on our move low stress.

We checked in on Friday, and I had mentioned both at phone booking and in person I would be paying cash upon leaving. Upon inspection of the room, I noticed not only was housekeeping a tad shotty, but one of the two beds had stains on the sheets. I asked housekeeping may I have a change which they accommodated by giving me the sheets...Although the one lady, front desk lady, followed me to my room and offered, I told her I would change it myself. She voluntarily said she would discount my charges. Well upon checkout, the man at the front desk asks me for my room number, to which I gave. money in hand, and asked If he needed my AAA card. He said yes, and with CASH in hand (and absolutely no patrons in the area as a possible distraction) I laid, my card down and awaited the total so that I could pay. He prints up a sheet and when I ask for the total, it is far more than originally quoted before the AAA discount. I asked how much did the discount take off and was handing him the cash when he informed me that not only did he already run my credit card, BUT did not apply the AAA card, nor was there any note reflecting a discount for the bedding situation, AND he could not reverse the charges because a manager needed to do that. He informed me that I should have told them at check in that I was paying by cash, which I told him that I had done this 2x. He just shrugged his shoulders and said he couldn't wake the manager to assist me. Because I was on a time schedule and being disgusted by the ineptness of this situation, I called upon arriving at my final destination and left my information with another clerk who said she'd have the manager contact me. I have called again and it sounds like the inept clerk from my checkout was there shielding the calls from his manager because he would not permit me to speak with the manager, not divulge the manager's complete name, just "Claude." I have yet to hear from "Claude." I have placed a call to corporate and am awaiting a suitable response;however, due to this and knowing that there are actually better or equal properties within this price range for a quick low expectation stay, I would NOT go back to THIS Best Western. And I am quite tolerant and reasonable.

Descent price, good hospitality, good, clean room with amenities but noisy. Heard highway traffic all night, and the walls felt paper thin. I Wouldn't recommend this hotel for light sleepers like myself, however my husband slept like a baby!

The hotel appearance was very nice. The room was adequate. The lighting in the bathroom could have been a little brighter. We had a problem with the sheets on one of the beds. There were hairs on it when we turned down the covers. We do not know if housekeeping changed the sheets that morning or if the hairs were from the prior guest. The breakfast was adequate, hot and cold items. The beds were comfortable. It was not noisy.

Stayed here before and it was excellent, so I was expecting the same. The room this time was in good condition and comfortable, but the amenities were incomplete, as to soap and body lotion and towels. The included breakfast was edible, but not really very tasty. The staff was courteous, however.

There were a few hiccups, but the overall stay was pleasant and no reason for me not to recommend or stay at the hotel in the future. We have stayed at the property before and would use it again due to it's great location, right off I-75. Front desk staff were courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean but a little dated. Towels are limited and we had to ask for extras. Breakfast offerings are limited and compared to other BW not as good. But we managed to find something before hitting the road again.

We stopped in here on our way back home from Florida and were quite pleased with the room. The staff needs some training in hospitality as they were pretty blasé about checking us in. The hot breakfast was basic, it's a good thing there is a MacDonald's next door. This hotel is somewhat isolated with not too many restaurants nearby and with a Quick Stop truck stop across the street it was a touch noisy. Also, noise from the I75 can be heard. But it is close to the Premium Outlet Mall.

After a long drive,I was looking for a hotel with easy highway access and good service. The service at this Best Western was awful. When arriving at hotel the clerk looked as if we were robbing her. She looked terrified. I think it was because she got caught playing on her laptop. After I was yelled at because of not stating I was paid Iin full prior to arrival (I told her I was checking in) I had to walk to brochure display to get away from the situation. She had difficulty with the computer system and lacked customer service skills. After waiting too long for a key I told her have a good night. She never greeted us or responded with a good night. The next day, I was told manager would call me. It never came. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was standard. The coffee was fresh and tasteful. I did like having the refrigerator in room.

Not to mention everyone i came into contact with at the desk, housekeeping, and especially the young lady working in the breakfast room who did an excellent job keeping the food laid out fresh and clean, clean tables, hot coffee, ham eggs, pancakes, cereal, eggs folded over with cheese, very quiet and nice. I had a very nice nights sleep. I live an hour and a half and stay for business. This is the place to stay in this area. The only thing that I would suggest is possibly one more valet cart. That is it. I will only stay at this hotel when in the area. I am very hard to please because in my business i pride myself on the customer service i give. And i rarely find the same service as i give. I did here. Whoever is invested in this property should know their investment is in very good hands with Claude and his staff, Thank you.

VERY disappointed in room condition. Linens dirty and spotted (ewww) Carpeting dirty with candy wrappers and M&M's on floor. Lampshade and drapes were stained and torn. Entire front of Heating/AC unit was disgustingly filthy. Very disappointing as my husband and I don't get opportunity to take time for a getaway weekend very often. On duty clerk was nice enough...(didn't understand why others checking in received complimentary "goody bag" and we didn't.) Breakfast was sufficient and location was convenient to casino. Contacted Best Western corporate office via email to provide concerns and never received any response.

Super disappointed as this is ranked the #1 hotel in Monroe out of 4 hotels - only reason we booked it and it was cheaper than the #2 hotel where we are use to staying. This ranking is a joke. The place REEKED of smoke. I complained to the front desk and they stated that is 5 smoking rooms. I said really because both floors and even behind the counter smells like smoke. I believe the front desk staff was smoking behind the desk as well. The breakfast was not fresh and not many options. Only positive thing I can say is that the rooms were fairly nice - bed was comfortable and internet moved at a decent speed.

We pulled over late on our first night to Florida. I found the room a little expensive for the road, and a Best Western which is usually a little better priced. The room was for the most part clean. There was a stain on the bedskirt that was brought to the hotels attention, so hopefully that will be rectified. The rest of the room was clean. The shower was awesome, love a good shower. Overall we had a good stay and would probably stay again if need. Would try though to get a better rate.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The room was roomy and very clean. The area around the desk was clean. The staff were excellent and very knowledgeable on things around the area. Very comfortable bed too! Breakfast was very nice and even included pancakes! Nice touch! Close to outlet mall, Trader World, and Casino!

I suggest to stay in this hotel . The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was very good and I liked the coffee most. The rooms were large enough and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend to stay in this hotel. It was great experience.

Want a great place to stop for the night if you are traveling I75. Best Western Monroe is between Dayton and Cincinnati right off I75. The price was great, the staff were very friendly and most important dog friendly - only $10.00/night. The room had a fridge, microwave and was quite large. MacDonald's is across from the hotel and Chipolty is down the street. The Breakfast was a little lacking with hot food but it was quick and got you going. Would stay there again.

I really enjoy my stay. I stayed for one night at this location. Wifi is working good. Enjoyed hot continental breakfast in the morning. with pancakes and eggs. Staff at the hotel is extremely helpful. Best hotel to stay in the town.

This was a very nice hotel for no more than what it cost. We were on our way back home and just wanted a place to rest for the night. The had a nice room that has a sofa witch was nice for relaxing and the bed was wonderful. I would recommend it for anyone who is just wanting a nice place to rest.

"Hotel was good for price, but BEWARE"

Had it not been for the fact that no fewer than FIVE families from our soccer club who stayed at this hotel had their credit card numbers used within two weeks of staying here, I would have given this hotel. 4 or 5 star. Nice rooms, but buyer beware of getting your card number stolen. We've contacted the hotel, they deny any wrongdoing, but the only connection in common with using their cards the families had was THIS hotel. Not saying the staff did it, could be their system is compromised, but this did happen.

"Can't ask for more..."

Had to go out of town for a funeral, so we booked a room here. Booked a 2 Queen Bed, smoking room, and that's what we got when we arrived (see it can be done Hawthorne/Wyndham). Outside of building almost doesn't look like a hotel, one multi floor concrete building, but the inside was exactly as seen in the pictures. It was clean, we got a very good rate, the staff was very friendly. The next time we need to book a room, we will look to Best Western because of our experience here. Sorry Wyndham.

If you are coming to the outlet mall to shop or just passing by on I-71 this hotel is a great option. In it's price range one of the better motels we have stayed in. Great people, very accommodating. Great bang for the buck!

"Comfortable Bed"

Stopped on way back from Gatlinburg. Traffic around Cincinnati was brutal and long. Easy on and off the Interstate.Small property. Mac Donalds next door. Hustler porn place across the road. Didn't go to either one. Beds were very comfortable. A hot tub and pool would have been nice after a long day on the road. No hot tub and the outside pool was closed for the season. Cold wet day so it would have been out of the question anyway. The pancake machine at breakfast made the smallest pancakes we have ever seen come out of one of these. The biscuits and gravy was good. Enough edible food to get us back on the road.The property was quiet and clean. Staff were very friendly, wifi worked well.

Very nice clean rooms. Very Comfortable beds . Nice décor in the rooms. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast, Lots of choices. Very reasonably priced rooms. Easy to get to from the interstate. Will definitely stay here again.

"Bad breakfast, no working telephone, dirty shower curtain, bad remote"

Whoever gave this hotel a certificate of excellence was crazy!!! The breakfast was lame (finely chopped ham pieces with some frozen egg product, stale bread the first day). When I wanted to order a pizza I discovered that the telephone didn't work because it lacked connecting cords so I had to use my own cell. The TV remote channel up button didn't work. The bathroom shower curtain had a disgusting layer of mildew. Overall, a family operated hotel trying to cut costs by skimping on the service

We are senior citizens in town for a wedding. We got here and were allowed to check in early. The room was spotless. The clerk and maids friendly. Trying to conserve money we still enjoy good clean hotels.

"Close to I-75"

This hotel is located right off of I-75, which is very convenient. There was not very much at this exit except Trader's World and Premium Outlets. The next exit, Middletown had much more shopping and restaurants to choose from. From the outside, we were concerned about the interior of the hotel. Brittany, the front desk clerk had exceptional customer service skills. After a long day on the road, my husband arrived in a bad mood. Brittany was courteous and very helpful, and very friendly. She resolved his concerns quickly. The hotel was clean, and very nicely decorated. The room was smaller than expected, but very nice. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The breakfast was typical free continental breakfast, but only served from 6:00 to 9:00. We had to set our alarm for 7:00, but then waited in our room for an hour after breakfast to visit the mall. Our favorite part of our stay was the swimming pool. Although located outside, it was heated and very warm at 9:30 pm. Very nice stay, great customer service with a smile is a great find.

"Not a bad place to stop by"

Overall, the hotel stay was good. The wifi was a bit spotty at times, but everything else was nice. Breakfast was nothing too special, just your generic continental. Room was clean and comfortable. It's worth considering if you're visiting Cincinnati or are passing through on a road trip.

"Easy access to the I 75"

Stayed in this hotel while travelling from Atlanta to Toronto. This is an excellent place to spend the night while making a long road trip. Easy access from the highway, easy to get back on. Close to fast food and gas stations. Very Clean Friendly Staff Nice Rooms
