Best Western Milford Inn

I stayed at this hotel due to the snow i was traveling to NY and the weather was very bad i have spend one night with this best western hotel was nice and clean there was no problem with my stay i also enjoyed breakfast.

It was dirty, run down, mold, black dirt in the corners of the bathroom. Tied to speak to manager, but every time I went to the front desk no one was there. The garbages at the front door was over flowing. I felt unsafe as no one was ever at the front desk. When I reached out to Expedia while at the Hotel, they told me management wouldn't do anything for me. When I reached out upon my return still nothing, I will never again stay at a Best Western again because of this experience.

One of the best hotel I have stayed in after the COVID. I have arrived at the hotel at 10am and checking in time was , 3 pm there was no issue getting in the room early thank you so much for that. My rooms was clean and Smalling fresh bathroom was spotless. I head no time to use gym but breakfast was so good also the leady working in the breakfast was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel smells, needs updating, staff always hiding in office and not wearing any branding or name badge. Took 10 minutes to come out to check us in. Watching tv in office. Vending machines barely have items, snacks at front counter very slim pickings. Took away breakfast buffet before time was up even though people were still eating. Hallways dirty. Rooms were clean, but worn down. Large group of people were either living there or long term, but they were sitting in hallways and staff did nothing. Couldn't even walk by them. They had outdoor baby ride-ons in the hallway. Common areas floors were sticky. Ice machine does not work on 2nd floor. The one time I saw a worker he asked housekeeping to vacuum and they literally said no. Amazon delivered boxes and staff left them at front desk for a long time. Lazy help. Lights always off in common areas

I had one of the worst experiences in this hotel. Beware that this hotel is being used to house refugees and homeless. Not that I don't support this. However, there was nothing for them to do and they were wondering the halls and the kids were noisy. They also took much of the breakfast food even though they were provided 3 meals a day for free. Also, I never slept at all on day 2 of our stay due to loud noisy guest next door. I called the front desk complaining several times and nothing changed. The front desk said they were confronted multiple times and wouldn't stop. The police should have been called.

Hotel is good I am staying here from last 7 days I am here for my work it's easy for me to stay here and because I am woking in town for 2weeks. rooms are clean and big also wifi has a good speed all staff are very nice.

I went for one night and woke up to itchy bites. Confirmed as Bed Bug bites by doctor. Manager refused to solve my dissatisfaction at the front desk. Does not care about customer service, only money.

One of the great hotel I have ever stayed in from last 5 years evening was great my room was clean and good also the hotel public area was nice and breakfast was very pleasant and food was hot and cold.

There are upgrades in progress here, which will make it better than just "more-than-adequate". Retail outlets of all types and food outlets are only a short distance away, as is access to nearby Interstates. A convenient almost-central point to both Worcester and Boston areas. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Friendly hospitable staff was accommodating but did not offer water or snacks at check in. However the breakfast staff was very polite and went out of her way to ensure I was attended to. She was very nice

Bugs crawling out of the overflow hole in the sink. Tub filthy. Front desk attendant was gruff. Bed uncomfortable. Never again will we stay at this location. Have stayed at other Best Westerns with no issue.

Air conditioning shut off while sleeping so it became too hot to sleep. Front desk staff did not respond to calls. Front desk staff appeared bothered by questions at checkout. Breakfast mediocre and not run during times listed on the website.

Me and my family was visiting my farther and mother in milford and we have stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. the place is clean and comfort all staff were very helpful and friendly we loved the waffles in the breakfast in the morning the food was awesome our rooms was clean and spotless fresh smell.

We have stayed at Best Western hotels and know they are not luxury but they are usually clean. I wrote to Best Western and told them they should be ashamed to have this one in their name. It was dirty and very poorly run. The guy most often at the front desk was not even pleasant. We had to call him from the back room to come out to the desk. The garbage can outside the front door was always overflowing, the shower curtain was on backwards and there was something smeared on the headboard of the bed. These were just a few of the things that were bad. When we checked in, they did not have our reservation. The miserable guy was going to turn us away. I called AAA that we booked through and asked them to speak to him. He said he did have a room available! He was just going to let us leave. I now wish we had. Thank goodness our stay was short or I would have looked elsewhere and changed. Stay at the Holiday Inn Express across the street instead!

Hotel location was very convenient for me it was very easy from hwy. It was my first time staying at this hotel my experience was nice room was clean and spotless breakfast was good coffee was available 24/7

Hotel was ease to locket for i-495 hwy. me and my wife spend four nights in the hotel the room was very comfort and clean bathroom was big and nice they also have breakfast in the morning coffee is 20/7 available.!

Most of the accommodations were average and the hotel is in a good location. The cleanliness, however, was awful. The entire hotel needs to be cleaned and updated. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Since this was a late check-in, I was happy that we had no issues with the room. We were all exhausted when we arrived-turned on the a/c and turned down the lights and slept well. Breakfast options in the morning were plentiful.

It was my first time staying at the Best Western Hotels. it was a great experience with best western i love and enjoyed this hotel in Milford MA. our room was big clean and comfortable. hotel also have gym and hot breakfast that we liked most.

The rooms that we had were clean and neat. Breakfast was good. I had to go up to the 2nd floor to get a luggage cart since it was the only one at the hotel and it wasn't put back. The only complaint I have is that the lobby and hallways all smelled like someone had just finished smoking weed. I ended up with a headache from the odor.

We was staying at this Best Western for my friend wedding night we spent few nights at this hotel our stay so very comfortable no complaints everything was perfect rooms was nice and clean wifi was working good and breakfast was great.

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Sheets and pillow cases were extremely soft. Water was hot throughout showers. The fridge was cold and worked well. The A/C in the room worked great. Television speakers was great and the TV had lots of channels. The staff was beyond helpful and courteous, especially Sam. Breakfast was fresh and consistently maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

i was traveling to Milford to see my son and i have stayed on this hotel. check in was so ease and fast WIFI speed was great also they also have hot buffet breakfast that was awesome i really enjoyed my stay.

It was terrific. From the night clerk who welcomed me at 1am, to the large, spotless room with comfy beds, large tv, and updated bathroom, to Vicky's lovely breakfast - included with stay - hot, delicious, and even included fresh Belgian waffles, to Sam the manager fixing the rate as I had trouble with my booking on-line, and even safe, convenient parking. Very surprised at how nice this hotel is, I stayed just as a stop over on my way home from Paul McCartney's fab. concert. One more thing - the air quality was just like home - I never like the air in hotel rooms - this was great. It was also very quiet even thought the hotel was pretty much sold out.

This hotel is amazing. It had a big renovation when it was changed into a Best Western. The renovation was very much needed, it looked very bad before it got renovated, and it desperately needed one, and they got it down, and it's now very nice. However, the only complaints i have about it is that there is no swimming pool, and if you want to host a meeting here, you won't be able to as there is no meeting rooms. Overall, if you are looking for a good place to spend the night, this is a great place. Definitely will be here again.

We was traveling from NY to visit my family and celebrate my father 50 birthday we stayed at this best western room was clean and hotel is on great location easy from highway that also offers hot breakfast it was nice stay.

staff was friendly and hotel was super clean and comfy! Room was a fantastic size and bed was comfortable! the bathroom was way bigger than expected and nicely updated. Rooms were airy and QUIET! I barely heard when anyone was in the hallway which if you stay in hotels often is a big deal. Close to many places as well.

checking time was 3pm and Sam check me in at 1pm wait no extra charge thank you. hotel was so clean and nice easy from Highway. my room was two queens beds nice and big room. Wifi was in good speed thank you.

Me and my wife was traveling from New York to Milford Ma for weeding and we have chose this best western to stay for one night let me tell you there was no problem to checking inn early and it was late night weeding so we ask for late check out and there was no problem. the leady was in breakfast i believed her name is Vicki she was so friendly our room was spotless and it was very clean. Thanks' to Sam!!

Our stay was pleasant but I needed to ask for new towels and soap a couple times. Room was not cleaned daily. Breakfast was good but lacked variety from day to day. Internet connection was not the best but acceptable Lobby computers and printer worked OK. Overall stay was good.

Run down is an understatement. Linens were stained.. Had holes... The first room we got had a horrible smell, nasty walls.. We requested a second room which we were given with no issue. This room was no better. Cobwebs all over.. Spiders.. Mold in the bathroom. The room smelled like mold. The 2nd day we were there they never cleaned our room. The 3rd morning we were there my husband had a big green mold spot on his Bagel (wish I had thought to take a picture). Staff was pleasant but that's the only positive I've got. We will never stay again and I'll be writing corporate

We head 2 days off from work and decided to stay at this best western. the moment we walk in to the hotel we felt so welcome all staff was very friendly. Breakfast in the morning was also nice. rooms are big and clean. it was a great stay.

Could be better. Elevator safety certificate expired almost a year before my stay. The safety warnings/instructions were worn off and couldn't read them if there was an emergency. Room next door had loud kids and an even louder dad. If the hotel isn't full they shouldn't put people next to room with kids. If it was full then obviously that's not possible. Toilet was stained, looked horrible like calcium or rust buildup. Carpet had a big awful stain in it. Also their pillows are a joke. Instead of bed pillows you get 6 or 7 throw pillows

I would never stay at this establishment again. The room was dirty with a thick layer of dust and mold growing in the shower and shower curtain. The drawers were sticky and had crumbs in them. Along with dirty towels that had holes in them.

The shower was disgusting so didn't use it. Thankfully only there for 1 night.The room had an odor. The pillows were square which we found very odd. My husband fluffed them out some and the were rectangular pillows but formed into squares so they looked the right size of pillow, heightwise. There was a concert or something going on in town so no other rooms available. Management gave $50 off. Whoopie. Definitely not enough to want to ever stay again.

Our room had a huge Crack, ceiling to floor in the wall. Couldn't converse with housekeepers, none spoke or understood English but spoke amongst themselves more than worked. The only bright spot was the manager Vickey, a true professional. She's gold to this place. Without her it would have been a total loss of stay.

My last stay at this Best Western. I've stayed here, and put others up here, when I come into town for work. Always known it to be clean and great service since the renovations a few years ago. However, I believe this has since changed. The room smelled like someone was just smoking in it right before I walked in. It was disgusting. Service was meh checking in. Simple question, I was thirsty, so I asked “do you have water?” and the answer was “no”. I found some around the corner and at the vending machines, but why not just say that?

This hotel is extremely outdated and very sparsely furnished. The desk clerk had no personality. We were extremely disappointed in this Best Western. The bed covering had stains on it, as did the mattress. There was no hairdryer. When we called the front desk to inquire why, they told us they are always getting stolen and they can't bolt it down. If you don't like a hard mattress, you won't like the beds either. Recommend.....stay elsewhere.

The hotel is professional, perfect location and good rooms. Checking in and out was fast and easy. All the staff was friendly and they were very helpful. Great experience, all things were perfect. Rooms were cleaned deeply. Staff was following safety precautions.

My goodness. Let me tell y'all a tale of a Best Western hotel in Milford. DAY 1: THE TRAGEDY BEGINS - Hotel staff said I did not have a reservation even though I literally did for a solid couple days beforehand. - Staff gave me a key to a room that was ALREADY BEING USED. Bottles everywhere, looked like housekeeping had not been there in a month. DISGUSTING. - When I finally get to my room, the mattresses are rock-solid along with uncomfortable pillows. Shower is dirty and unkempt. Killer view of a literal DUMPSTER outside the window. DAY 2: HERE WE GO AGAIN - Get back to the hotel at about 3:30pm. Thankfully housekeeping has been here but now the remote is missing?? Call the front desk they take an age to get me another remote. DAY 3: THE FIRES OF PANDEMONIUM - Staff member starts cooking popcorn in a microwave at 5:30 AM!!!! Luck just has it that a fire starts as a result of it, engulfing the entire front lobby in smoke. Residents not even forced to evacuate even through a LITERAL FIRE. Some people seen SMOKING (including STAFF MEMBERS) near front entrance where FIREEE is located. I will gladly be packing my bags and heading to Double Tree tonight because this has been a disaster. I am flabbergasted at this sevice. MOTELS have better service than this dumpster-fire. MOTELS!!

Overall 5/5 Value 5/5 Location 5/5 Wifi 5/5 Pros: check-in guy friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was clean, well laid out, with modern decor. The bathroom also had a modern feel to it. Water was hot. Wifi good in room 112. Plenty of parking. Location good. They still have daily maid service - first I've seen of it in the summer of covid. Everything worked and the place had no fatal flaws. Rates were very good. Cons: no microwave in the room, although one is available in the breakfast area. Limited bathroom counter space. No grab and go breakfast. The rooms (116 and 112) I was in felt slightly small. In the first room I was in, the fan wouldn't shut off. The second room had a number of dead yellowjackets around the window sill, and live yellowjackets after several days. The public areas weren't particularly clean. Exiting the parking lot, it's blind to the left. The problem with the property is the exterior appearance. The property is not landscaped - between this and litter in the parking lot, the property looks dreary and almost rundown. I would stay there again, as long as the rate was good. General to Best Western: I made a reservation online. When my plans changed, I wanted to cancel the reservation. There was a glitch in their system and I had trouble logging in, but after several tries I was able to and I successfully canceled the reservation. Then I went to make a new reservation with the new dates, and the system had a glitch where it wouldn't allow me to complete the reservation. I tried logging out and back in, closing the browser, etc., but nothing worked. Finally I called BW customer service and booked on the phone. Then, I started getting automated emails from Best Western every hour asking me if I wanted to finish my reservation. Best Western needs to address these issues. I was ready to book with one of their competitors.

The facility desperately needs some maintenance/updating. Staff was very nice. Air conditioning was GREAT. Water pressure sucked. I'm not sure that I'd stay here again. There was a funky smell in the side entrance.

If you are around Milford, this is the best place to stay. The hotel is equipped very well with safety measures & precaution. The housekeeping does a great job in cleaning and sanitising the rooms. I was offered high speed internet & express check out & that was a huge time saver. My midnight check In was taken care with utmost care, they made sure i reach the hotel safe. To sum up it was a great & safe experience.

Terrible customer service from both corporate Best Western and the hotel management team specifically, Sam. The owner of the property Lisa was also not helpful at all after several phone conversations with her. The hotel was not even close to 50% occupied and they piled people in rooms next to each other (that is pure dumb). Smoking was allowed inside the hotel as well as noise as the manager knew about it but did nothing to prevent it. I stayed for 2 weeks at a rate close to $75/night and housekeeping did not come to the room once. No one called to check in and ask if anything was needed. Two weeks same sheets, no towels, no toilet paper the list goes on!!! There was no one working on Easter Sunday at all I'm not sure how they remained open. Halfway through the stay they decided to close down from 11pm-7am each night by putting a notice under my room door (saying that someone might be sleeping there and they might answer the phone or they might not as was in my case, they said don't forget to bring your keys because no one will be there to let you know that is great for safety let me tell you). I've stayed at plenty hotels and this was overall one of worst experiences ever. Turns out I called after hours for a noise complaint and no one picked up. Big safety issues, black mold in the bathroom and on the shower curtain I finally pulled the shower curtain down and put in the hallway for the maid to take, hotel room stunk terrible for the two weeks, window was broken, tiles falling off in the bathroom, paint chipping off the walls, hair leftover from the previous guest in the bathtub, someone else's pills on the floor gross would not stay there again if they offered it to me for free. This hotel should be shut down! DO NOT STAY HERE ALERT there are so many other great hotels nearby (that I could see out my hotel window wishing I selected one of those). Corporate Best Western management team I spoke with Alex and they provided me with terrible customer service could not help me with any of my issues they said it was up to Sam (the manager at Milford property). There were no discounts offered for my stay, they didn't provide water, cookies, breakfast, coffee, tea, a muffin nothing zippo over two weeks over 1,000 paid to them!!!!!!!!!!! Go Elsewhere! Staff has a hard time speaking english as well so it made things that much more difficult.

Always a great stay. Despite the virus not being able to have a hot breakfast the guest service was still very spectacular. Fast and speedy check in, room was clean and comfortable. My boyfriend and I always enjoy ourselves when staying here. Definitely recommend

Kind people and very pleasant and happy to be around. Went above and beyond to help me even when I locked myself out of my bedroom they were very quick to help me get back in. All around a pleasant resting stay.

This hotel is one of the cleanest I have stayed at. Everything worked in the room. The rooms were quiet no real noise in the hall or from neighboring rooms. There is a Fridays around the corner for a meal that is in walking distance or a short drive. I like this hotel and of the several in the area that I have stayed in but this is my first choice when staying in the Milford area.

Hotel was very clean. Lobby was recently updated and decorated very nicely. Room was spacious and very clean. We had breakfast and my entire family ate here!! Waffle station was a huge hit with my young kids! Enjoyed having a hot breakfast before heading out vs typical cereal, granola bar type continental breakfast . Will be staying here again on our next trip!

No problem checking in early i was 3 hours early and my room was ready. thank's to sam. this hotel is very clean from lobby to rooms. the best think i like that they offer 24hr coffee. wifi was in good speed and Hot breakfast really helps out in morning. It was very good stay.

The place is fine if you don't mind staying in an ashtray. The hallway is clogged with smoke from tobacco smokers and marijuana smokers. Smoke seems to billow out of most doors on the first floor. It is absolutely outrageous that people are allowed to get away with smoking indoors and exposing other people to such a health hazard. The management should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this assault on the senses. Non-smokers, people who value their lungs, and people with respiratory problems should avoid this place like the plague!

This is great value for an overnight stay in this area. Great breakfast recently remodeled hotel. Comfortable quiet rooms no noisy neighbors. Breakfast was great set up well modern clean area. Overall a I was pleased with my experience there.

Vicki kept the breakfast full even a few minutes before the end of the breakfast time. The food was fresh with a nice variety and tasted good. She was friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was very clean. We would definitely use this motel again

I'll just start by saying the staff here are great. They were all very attentive, responsive and helpful. I stayed here on two separate occasions, both times for 4 days. The first time I stayed there the entire block lost power resulting in the fire alarm going off early in the morning. Not much the hotel could do. Aside from that issue I was very happy with my first stay here. The second period I stayed here an extremely obnoxious family had about 4 rooms on the floor - basically the type that lack decency and an awareness for other people. Their children were screaming, riding bikes in the hallway, running up and down the hall all night, slamming their doors, banging on doors, and throwing their trash in the hall. This occurred each night until about 10pm. The staff immediately confronted them when asked. But the noise still continued subsequent to this and even when other guests confronted them. I would have preferred them to be kicked out. Other than that the hotel is pretty good if you need a few nights here. Very minimal breakfast - but it gets the job done. The location is alright, a 5 minute drive to downtown Milford where you have better options for food. If I have to stay in this area again, I will choose a different hotel.

We stayed at this hotel from September 24 till 28 in room 230. The room has a strange odor when you enter it. The floor between the bed and the window makes an annoying noise when you walk on it. The breakfast is good although the coffee is not strong enough for our taste.

The room was small. The bath door wouldn't stay open, so when you were at the sink it would bump into you. Some items were out at the breakfast bar but eventually were refilled. Coffee was Okay. Room service was later in the afternoon, but we were at the end of the hall, which was kind of noisy with the exit door across the hall. Those are the negatives. But it was clean, the staff was friendly and checkout was quick. The other hotels nearby were a little more expensive and a free hot breakfast is a plus. There is also a refrigerator in the room and the TV worked.

We checked in without a reservation by a friendly young man. It was quick and easy! He supplied menus to takeout places and was very helpful! Breakfast was delicious and they offered many different things!

I stayed here for close to 4 weeks . Everything was spot on the entire time . Breakfast every morning , clean comfortable rooms and very friendly staff . I would definetly recommend Best Western Milford .

Hotel is clean. Good breakfast. Reasonable rates. Slept good. Easy on and off the highway. Stayed four nights, so you know it had to be a good place to stay or I would have left. Has all the things you want in a hotel.

I had an emergency situation, and the staff was very helpful and understanding, and very accommodating. The hotel is very nice, and the room was in good working order. The water pressure would be the only thing that really needed work.

After a red eye from the west coast and a 90 Minute Drive to the hotel, it was fantastic that the front desk staff accommodated our early check in request. We needed the sleep! Thank you so much for this simple courtesy that made a difference. The hotel was recently renovated, clean and comfortable with a modest breakfast.

The wife and I stayed here for a night while driving through New England. The front desk lady was extremely unfriendly. Acted as if we were bothering her. The hotel looks like it was recently renovated, not done very well. I've never heard a toilet flush as loudly as this one did. None of the doors closed. The room was clean, bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was decent, coffee was basically just warm water. All these things didn't affect the great night of sleep we got. Although if ever in the area again, I'd stay across the parking lot at the Courtyard.

Very nice hotel for staff room and breakfast. I am so glad that I have choose this hotel check in was so easy and fast. Room was clean and fresh WiFi speed was good and the breakfast was outstanding I will definitely come back.

We checked in as Seniors and Best Western members and we were given what must be the noisiest room in the inn. An entry door just outside our room has been slamming shut incessantly. The room was also freezing and while it was the hottest day of the year so far the room is too small for the temp setting. I don't believe it can have a thermostat. The bed has 18" square, very hard pillows that are very uncomfortable. We won't be staying in Milford again on our travels. After this experience, I think we'll stay home.

Found this little gem on TripAdvisor- very clean, quiet and well maintained. Only two stories so it's a very manageable hotel if you don't want to walk forever! Breakfast was standard but fine. Close to Wrentham Outlets. Good value!

This hotel was amazing as always. This is our second year staying here when we come up from NY to see a concert at Gillette. The hotel is always clean and the rooms are great. Sam was a big help this time. I called him two days prior about possibly checking in early and he took care of us. He remembered me when I arrived and had my room for me. Was Excellent service on his part.

Property was clean, easy check in, nice room. We were attending a show at Gillette and for that purpose it worked well. Two concerns, one was the room door did not properly close itself and we found it too easy to leave the room open/unlocked. You really had to give it a pull! An aside, I saw several room doors in the same state (open/unsecured) Same issue? Other minor issue was Housekeeping trying to enter more than 2 hours before checkout with DND tag clearly hanging on the doorknob. Just a knock, boom open. Luckily we had the deadbolt on. Breakfast looked good but we didn't stop in to try it. Easy on/off of 495

I would stay here again, everything was very clean and all of the staff that I interacted with were really nice and helpful people. I didn't care for the breakfast because of frozen eegs and frozen omelets.

Last week I had 4 night stay and wanted early checkout after 3 nights. Well, when went to check out, receptionist was not able to print receipt, she said that need to talk with manager first - manager was not available? So how do I check out then. I left my email address and phone number. Past week I've talked with manager 4 times, I still want my receipt. He can't provide it, telling me that 2!! email addresses what he double-check and spelled me over phone are not valid, but he's perfectly fine to charge 4 nights!! Room had lot of spider nets, paint chipping from walls, some wires hanging under carpets, tiles falling from side entrance..

Recently renovated, nicely decorated, good amenities, well-appointed workout room (could use a bench by the multi-purpose weight machine), excellent breakfast. Also, please get rid of those tiny square pillows.

This Best western is awesome! Everyone was very friendly and helpful from check in to checking out. Chris, front desk clerk,and breakfast host vicki was very helpful to us. We will definitely be coming back to stay.

This is a nice convenient well located hotel 1/4 mile from the highway. There are several restaurant's in the area with in a mile from the hotel. The Hotel is neat and clean and quiet. A good place for a good nights sleep. Good price for the area.

The rooms were clean and up to date. They have a full breakfast available from 6-9:30 am. It's not just a danish, coffee and juice breakfast. They have a full breakfast there. For me a big plus having something available right there at the hotel. I've been to this hotel three nights so far, have an upcoming trip for three nights and then a post operative trip planned to stay there as well. If I didn't like, I definitely wouldn't have come back.

I traveled here for work, and this hotel was lovely and comfortable. The room was a little suite, with kitchenette, seating & TV area, separate room with very large double bed & TV, and a bathroom. The breakfast buffet was well stocked. I did not have dinner here. The bar shuts at 9pm so the foyer is very quite. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. It made for a nice comfortably quite stay

I was presently surprised. It had been newly remodeled. The clerk was a sweetheart, the gym was excellent and they seemed like they had a really decent breakfast. The beds were a bit hard but nothing that I couldn't deal with for sure. Very clean and excess able to 495

I had to travel up to Milford from New York because I had to attend some important business meetings and I was up in area for a few days. Whenever I travel for business or pleasure I always stay at a Best Western because they really treat you well and have excellent service. When I arrived all of the staff was very friendly and took care of everything I needed or wanted with a genuine smile. This place is impeccable clean and no kidding you could eat off the floors. This place was very quiet and no noise at all. I could see from the customers they had in this place everyone was professional and nice and there was no low life or scum hanging around at all.

I had good memory with this hotel for two nights from Jan 03, 04, 2019. It is quite new and clean hotel and was very quiet night to enjoy good sleep. Hotel is well located near Wrentham premium shopping mall very easily accessible. All staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in near future stay around.

At about 1:30am, a man from the room next door was banning on their hotel room door for about a half our before the female opened the door. The couple had a screaming match of 4 hrs. And got physical. Police were called, but the issue progressed until we finally left at 5am. Not worth the time because we got no sleep and were scared.

We stay here every year. With so many hotels to chose from we chose the BW Milford for the staff and clean well appointed rooms. We will be back next year! This year we had over 6 rooms booked. Hopefully more next year as our family grows. Thank you Sumit and Staff Steve

Everything was amazing. From the Check-in to the room, breakfast and all amenities was a super service. All staff is very friendly, communicative and very helpful. I enjoyed every minute of my stay!!!

Stayed 1 night and compared with other Best Westerns we've stayed at, this one is one of the nicer properties. Very clean, seems new, nice amenities and friendly and fast service. Breakfast was good and location was very convenient off of 495. I recommend this Inn. A little pricey but everything in the area is so relatively speaking, it was ok.

I was able to make a last minute reservation after a change in travel plans. The hotel is easy to find off of I-495. The manager, Vickie, checked me in and when I asked where I could get a good dinner, recommended a Mexican restaurant, Acapulto's That was a great recommendation and will be the subject of another review. The room was a good size, spotless, and very comfortable. The bathroom was also spotless. Hats off to the cleaning staff. The free breakfast was very good. Lots of selections, and the dining area was clean and spacious. Next time I am in the area, I'll book there again!

The room was small, the a/c unit smelled funny - thank God I travel with Febreze! The fridge was a good size as was the TV. The double beds were just that but not very comfy. The bathroom is very small and the tub wouldn't drain and the toilet was clogged! Had to get maintenance in and they fixed it while we were out and left a very nice note that they had been there and fixed them. The buffet was ok, nothing exciting. No safe in the room :-( A few restaurants nearby - PREZO GRILLE AND BAR was really good and very friendly staff.

If you are planning on going to Gillette Stadium for concerts of Beyonce and Jay-Z.(like we have) this hotel is a great option for you. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and professional, and room is clean and has all you need. Breakfast is pretty good too! I'm picky about where I stay and I never leave this hotel not happy.

I recently stayed here for a anniversary/vacation in MA with my family. Could not have picked a better location. Not only was the price very affordable but it also was nice enough to look and feel high end. I worked with Vickie and Victoria throughout the whole stay and you will not find staff and attention like I found with them anywhere else. I had by far the best experience in a hotel here than anywhere else I've been. These two need to be recognized to the highest level. Will for sure stay here again if we are in the area.

We stayed here for Patriots first game of the season since everything was sold out. The experience was terrific. The staff went out of their way to make our stay excellent and the location is quite convenient. Breakfast was outstanding.It has everything you need and is very comfortable. It's a quiet location.

I have stayed at this hotel before and it seems to get better every time. I was here for a family wedding. The room was clean and comfortable and even though the hotel was full my room was very quite. The staff was both professional and freindly and very helpful.The breakfast was great a wide variety of dishes to choose from and was delicious. The hotel is located near many shops, restaurants and accessible to many roads which can bring you to Boston, Cape Cod and Rhode Island. I will stay here again the next time I'am in Milford.

I was a part of a large group of cyclists that recently stayed at the Best Western Milford Inn. We had 6 rooms for our 1st stop in a 3-day bike ride from Topsfield, MA to Newtown CT to raise awareness of gun violence prevention. The staff, especially Vickie, were fabulous to us. We were able to bring in our own food for dinner and prepared it and ate it in the common breakfast area. Vickie was gracious and very accommodating to our needs. The hotel has recently been renovated and was neat and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

My adult daughter and I stayed here for two nights. (Went to Kenny Chesney concert at Gillette Stadium). Easy access to main roads. The rooms were spotless! Shower had great pressure. Microwave and fridge in room, no freezer (didn't need one but it's good to know). Air conditioner ran quiet. Beds were very comfy. Curtains closed properly so the morning light didn't wake us. Plenty of space to move around even with two queen beds in the room. Staff are friendly. Breakfasts were hot, fresh and tasty. Nice area to relax and/or watch tv in the lobby as well as a computer station to use. Free WiFi. Breakfast area is well maintained and kept clean. Plenty of parking both front and back. Two floors. Hotel has elevators as well as luggage carts that are easy to maneuver. I travel A LOT. This is a very nice hotel. I would recommend it.

Overall very clean and updated. The breakfast area was larger than most and offers more room for everyone. The hotel staff was great. Overall hotel room was clean. The air conditioner was blowing cold but didn't really keep the room cool.

I am the Best western Diamond. i always get that respect from all best western Hotels The service was top notch. Very clean, reasonable rates and breakfast included. I was traveling for business and found the location to be very convenient. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well. The staff went out of their way to be helpful.

Just returned from a wonderful 3 1/2 week vacation and this was the worst place that I stayed. Upon check in, I asked the rep if my room was away from the elevator. His reply was "yes". WRONG! I came off of the elevator and my room was right there, well across from it. My newly renovated room was dirty. My room was very noisy, hallway traffic, elevator traffic and just people who don't have the courtesy of being quiet after 11pm. The dirty floor probably would have been more comfortable than my bed. The bathroom was dirty as well. Honestly, I'm not sure that housekeeping even cleaned my room prior to me getting checked in. The bed was made, but that was it. I used the guest laundry facilities and they were absolutely filthy too. There was debris all over the floor. There was electrical tape on the floor and on the washing machine. There was lint residue all over the floor. And breakfast, don't eat here. I've never seen anything quite like this setup. You'd be better to eat out for breakfast. As a Diamond Member, I half way expected to at least get a bottle of water at check in. The young man who checked me in didn't even acknowledge that I was a Diamond Member. He did say, though, that the owner of the property was very pleased with the renovation that recently took place. Hmmm, not sure why he'd bring that up. So, the next time I'm in the area, I won't be staying here. I will just go up the road to the Holiday Inn Express. Sure, that will cost a few more dollars, but will be well worth the money spent after it's all said and done. I've written to BW Corporate and I've been waiting for a reply for almost 3 weeks now.

Loved our stay. We were part of group that Stayed for the wedding of our niece nearby. Check in was smooth despite the number of people all checking in at the same time. Our accommodations were clean and modern. The staff was very helpful and professional. The buffet breakfast was incredible! Good food in a clean manner. Very attentive in refilling /restocking.

We stayed at this beautiful best western in Milford about 4 days. Wonderful staff, nice hotel rooms and excellent breakfast. King room were very spacious and comfortable. Hotel is close to many shopping and dinning options. We will definitely come back here.

We were on a long motor trip from Florida and were stopping to see cousins in Milford. Not happy with the La Quinta where we used to stay, we looked around for another motel and opted on Best Western for 2 nights. We arrived a bit early but our room was ready and they were very accommodating and friendly at the desk. The room was good sized and clean as well as quiet. We quickly moderated the temperature and the A/C unit quietly made us more comfortable. The shower was a nice walk in style ( as asked for) with plenty of towels. The king size bed was comfortable and the flat screen TV large enough to be seen easily. We spent 2 nights here departing early in the AM of our second morning for Maine.... the breakfast was satisfactory both mornings with a nice choice for anyone including a Gluten Free breakfast roll for my wife... that made her happy. Will be sure to remember this as a place to stay on our next visit to Milford.Our total for the 2 nights, including taxes, was $214.

I stayed two nights at the Best Western in Milford Ma on a business trip. Overall the hotel is OK, not great. Check in was quick and friendly and the staff was friendly as well. It is located on a very busy road so if your room is on the front side there is a lot of traffic noise. Overall the hotel is in good condition and tastefully decorated. The let down for me was a lack of cleanliness in my room/bathroom and my room door that did not shut tight against the seal allowing noise and light into the room. It isn't expensive to stay there all things considered so I suppose there is a degree of "you get what you pay for". If I travel to Milford again on business, I will look elseware for accomodations and absorbe the cost difference for my client.

Check in was quick and friendly, I was welcome as a Best Western rewards member. As it was long drive to Milford, I appreciate that there was a 24/7 coffee station in the lobby and some fresh fruit and cookies. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. WiFi was in good speed. My room was clean and comfy, great workstation. Breakfast with a waffle maker nice food and free breakfast. Overall a very nice stay.

Very comfortable hotel, I was ther before check in time when I get there My room was ready and they let me check in early without any additional charges check in was very helpful and easy. My room was nice and clean. Breakfast was very delicious.There are some walking distance of a few nice restaurants which is great. I definitely recommend this hotel.

My husband and I were looking forward to our stay here based upon the reviews that we read. We were not impressed. It does look like they went through some renovations. When we checked in after a long day of traveling, the staff did not make us feel welcomed. The room itself was clean and it was quiet but the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The curtains did not close all the way. The air conditioner unit never shut off when it hit the set temperature. We even used the fitness center. The machines were decent. To work the television, you had to get off the machine and point the remote at the cable box located behind and under the tv. My husband figured it out because of the mirrors that were behind the tv. We could not get a good rest so we left early in the morning and missed the breakfast.

Being there for 5 nights, Staff were professional and friendly. I was on 2nd floor facing Maine Road . Could not hear traffic at all. Room was huge and got a great night's sleep. Very clean in all areas, rooms well appointed and a full array of breakfast options (in a very large area). we requested a quiet room anywhere. The GM that worked on our reservations a week earlier made it a point to put us on the 2nd floor. It was an excellent choice that we appreciated.

Room 117 was close to the check in desk. It had a walk-in shower with a large shower chair which could be slid onto from a wheelchair. Decent water pressure and toiletries provided. Very adequate breakfast including hot sausage patties and eggs. I would have liked some fresh fruit, but the yogurt surficed. Attentive staff making sure items were refreshed and plentiful.

I had a late check-in and Vicky was the best! She was warm and welcoming after my long drive. She even gave me a free bottle of water since I was so thirsty and worn out. The next morning, I had an very early journey to travel to a meeting and she had eggs ready for me earlier then expected. I appreciated the special service. It made my business stay very pleasant. The room was clean and everything was great! Nice area with easy off the highway access.

We stayed 3 nights at this location which was very convenient to Boston, Marlboro and Sturbridge. We loved that it was quiet and clean and provided a good breakfast and a decent fitness room. Breakfast included eggs, waffles, sausage, potatoes, various breads, juices, yogurt, cereal and fruit. We would definately stay here again.

Best Western Milford Inn is a great representation of the Best Western brand. I know many of them are being remodeled now, just as this one recently was... It looks great & new & is very clean. Vickie is absolutely awesome!! She was so friendly & helpful & made sure we were very content & satisfied during our stay!! I stayed there with my husband for 3 nights so I could run the Boston Marathon. Vickie was interested in talking to me about the race before & after & was supportive. She was also super helpful about the fitness center & then especially the breakfast. She kept everything hot & fresh & made us some to go. By the way, the breakfast at this hotel is fantastic! Waffle maker, eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, smoothies, juices, great coffee (always hot, ready), muffins, bagels... all complimentary!! We'll definitely be back next year for our Boston Marathon stay!! Thanks to Vickie & the rest of the staff!!

Overall satisfied with our stay and would likely stay again if in the area. It was clean and well maintained. Great hotel in that price range and only a quick drive to the Wrentham Outlets. Breakfast was included and there was a good variety of food options. Only complaint would be the fairly significant amount of ants we found in our room, which particularly stood out to us being on the second floor.

We visit Milford MA frequently to visit family. This was our first experience with this newly renovated hotel which provides all the necessities. Breakfast is nicely varied, rooms are modern and clean, internet is free and works well. Cost was very reasonable. Will be returning.

The hotel for the price was great for our stay this past Boston Marathon 2018. I was thrilled with how close to the start line/shuttle drop it was. It is all newly renovated and decorated stylish. We were especially happy with the breakfast buffet, and Vicky who oversees it. She was smiling, kind to everyone going out her way making sure we had what we needed. My children loved the make your own waffle bar, and I loved the potatoes!

Rooms were great and the people were friendly. Chris was a fantastic host more then eager to help out. It was my first time here in Milford for work and made the experience wonderful. Will definitely be staying here every time I come back.

Staff here was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Room was comfortable with good bed and pillows. Bathroom was clean and modern. We stayed on second floor. Breakfast is pretty good and the attendant does a nice job of keeping the eating area tidy and clean. My friend won guest of the day which was a nice lift after a long work day. Would stay here again.

Tucked on the Industrial section of Milford across from the Lowe's, a the rooms are CLEAN, quiet and very comfortable. Spacious, ours had a full tub and a variety of pillows of different firmness. The hotel decor could use a bit of color, but the lobby's modernistic feel works and the breakfast buffet offered real scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage rounds, yogurt and a sugar free Strawberry Kiwi water that accommodates the diabetics. The usual juices, muffins, toast, waffles, etc were available with the addition of chocolate chips for the waffles. Missed having strawberry or blueberry topping for same, but otherwise an excellent buffet! Polite, useful staff make this a definite recommended stop and shopping's only two exits down on Exit 18.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The staff was A+, professional, Friendly and very helpful without being intrusive. The breakfast was always tasty and fresh, the room beautifully decorated, very clean. The bed was very comfortable and at night there was never any noise. Everything about the hotel was great. The value for your money was incredible I have paid much more at other establishments and not received the the comfort or overall friendliness as is provided by Best Western. Keep up the great work.

We stayed here during Patriots Game. Location is about 20 minute from stadium. The hotel is newly renovated. Excellent customer service, clean rooms and Affordable rates. The beds were super comfortable and complimentary breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We will definitely come back here. Great Stay.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this hotel clean, quiet and reasonably priced. The room was neat and clean. The furniture, TV, fixtures, and linens were all new and the queen sized bed was new and very comfortable. I found the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. Two computers and a printer are available for use in the lobby. There was a good variety of items for breakfast: yogurt, cereal, fruit, breads, muffins, waffles, good coffee, and even sausage and eggs. I often have trouble sleeping on the road due to noise but there was none here and I slept well. It's very easy to get on and off the highway, and there are many shops and restaurants in the area including Target, Applebee's, Ninety Nine, Friday's. A positive experience all around.

This was a last minute decision to stay here. I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and very comfortable with no noise. A Friday's restaurant is just around the corner. Breakfast was much better than expected and easy to get to from the highway.

Hotel staff were all very helpfull when needed. I often have a hard time sleeping, but I had no problem here. I had a very relaxing experience here. I felt very secure as well. I enjoyed the nice breakfast every morning and Vicky was so helpfull.

The remodel looks great. The attention to detail is much better than our last visit .The men at front desk were great. Tony helped us to find transport to airport when our plans changed. The breakfast was nicely presented the flavor syrups for the coffee was a nice touch

Our stay in this newly remodeled hotel was terrific. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was nice. What more would anyone want? Take into consideration the previous bad reviews were during the construction remodel and give this place a chance. Will definitely stay here again!!!

When we pulled up, we couldn't find the hotel, just a large building with no signage. We drove around the construction debris looking for the hotel. Finally finding a review online noting that the entrance was through the back, due to the entire hotel being under construction. I called every hotel within 20 minutes drive, begging them for a cancellation or a broom closet; none had any to spare. Once inside, we found the front desk by following printed signs taped to the walls. Treading over exposed carpet padding, down hallways draped in plastic sheeting. The dejected kid behind the counter seemed surprised we had booked for 3 whole days. He let us know that we could have breakfast in room 104. Thankfully, I don't have a sense of smell. My husband reported that the entire place stank of paint, carpeting, carpet glue, and drywall. I could however taste the drywall dust. The next morning, at 10am, I went to the front desk to check out, 1 night was enough for us. The lady there seemed shocked that I had not enjoyed my stay. "Whatever was wrong?" she asked. I spread my arms wide and pirouetted. She seemed unamused at my flowery, yet civil, display of dissatisfaction. I informed her that, no, we would not be staying. She informed me that was fine, they would be charging me for all 3 days unless Expedia contacted them directly. I pointed out that they had run my card, not Expedia. She countered with something about royalties charged. I countered with, "You can work that out with them. I expect to not be charged for days I do not spend here." I left, unable to take much more construction zone or the intractable woman I contacted Expedia and they quickly understood my problem and called the hotel. The hotel didn't answer the phone. They didn't answer the phone 8 times. A week later, after being charge for all three nights, I contacted Expedia again. They contacted the hotel. The hotel picked up the phone this time. And stood by their decision to charge me for days I did not spend in their hotel. I told them, "please charge me for the night I did stay. But you can't really justify charging me for a room I was not in, and that I informed you I would not be in. A room you in all likelihood rented to another unfortunate traveller." They felt they could, and refused to refund.

We needed a place to crash before a medical appointment in Boston. This motel is undergoing renovation, indeed it looks like a construction site which is not the reason for the review. Signs to entrance would have been helpful, as well as a sign identifying the hotel as the hotel. Agree with the comment about security--I have stayed in hotels undergoing major renovation before--they had the desk right inside the temporary entrance. At this Inn, anyone could have been wandering the halls as the desk was nowhere nearby. Check-in was very slow--we arrived late, so not sure if we woke up the attendant or he was new to their software. Two computers and nearly 10 minutes later we were checked in. We are not fussy at all about where we stay--we just need it to be clean. While it is true that the rooms have already been updated (including new, comfortable pillowtop mattresses), we found crusted material on the brown top cover (very visible--can't believe it was left this way) and stains on the white duvet. The duvet was made up so that only a few stains were visible on the edge, but when I pulled it back the underside was stained ALL OVER. GROSS!!! If this is not enough, the construction is not of high quality....doors don't fit frame, you can see the locking mechanisms and light comes in from the hallway, the wall paper and drywall doesn't reach the edges of the bathroom door frames, and while there was a shiny new rain-style showerhead, the shower curtain was covered with mold. Towels, the two we had for the three of us, were clean but very old. We did not try to use the advertised WI-FI. Breakfast was set up in an unused guest room--we grabbed a piece of fruit/juice, so can't comment on that. While check-out clerk was pleasant enough, I am not sure this Inn will be able to pull it together, even after renovations are complete.
