Best Western Battlefield Inn

The owner and general manager were in the room next door to me yelling and arguing, after 10p.m. I called the front desk to ask if they could be quiet because I had to work in the morning. The owner called me and said I complain too much. He called the police to make me leave, at 11p.m.!! I had to pack all my things and leave at midnight!! I never made any noise! The owner is rude, unprofessional, hostile, and offended that I complained his yelling next door was loud. He kicked me out because I rightfully complained about his noise. That is unbelievable to me that this was his response. A responsible, professional owner would have simply quieted down, but this hostile jerk kicked me out??!! I want every penny I paid to this place refunded to me! He caused me such anxiety, stress, and hardship, all because HE was loud next door to me. His privilege to have the Best Western name on his building should be revoked!

I made a prepaid reservation at the Best Western in Manassas through Priceline. When I arrived after a long drive, i was closed. There were signs on the doors that it had been closed by the city because it was structurally unsound. I called Priceline to try to straighten it out, and after a hold of 20 minutes I was told by someone who barely spoke English that computers were down and they could do nothing to help me. I was NEVER notified that this motel had closed.

Beware ! The hotel cancelled my reservation 12 hours before I was expected to arrive because the County closed the hotel because of a structural issue!! The hotel offer me no help to find another room on Memorial weekend !! The county closed the Hotel !!!

Good front desk staff, friendly & helpful housekeeping good, good price, light on breakfast selection because of supply chain issues, couple of neighborhood quirks, but overall fair deal, mostly fit my needs

The pillows and Bed were so comfortable the room was very clean. The front desk and cleaning ladies were very pleasant. The breakfast was very good lost of options. Will definitely recommend Best Western to friends and family. We will definitely be staying again.

The hotel has a very nice staff. The rooms are cleaned daily. No traffic noice. Breakfast is at 6 am. The hotel is very convenient to an array of eating places. It has a restaurant onto the hotel Wich is also convenient.

Room was cleaned, Manassas - a great community ... a great place for a visit any time of the year .... nice place ! lots of good restaurants and parks and Civil war (Battlefields) places Abraham Lincoln visited during the Civil War. I like all the Trains which pass through the town. Manassas a suburb of Washington D C ...

In addition to the guests with dogs barking and loud music and weed smoking, you get management that smiles and very pleasantly does nothing. Manager Sharma (maybe the owner) was the worst in this regard. The cops even showed up at 2:00 am with automatic weapons drawn because motorcycles starting up in the parking lot frightened another guest that thought they were gunshots). We wandered in the middle of night because sleep wasn't an option and saw some strange things...a pregnant woman in some sort of distress was pleading with the front desk for a room. Also, a young man on a bike was riding through the parking lot while preaching loudly in a nonsensical way. It was a circus and we had a front row seat!!

A historic hotel with a conveinent location Near many resturants and shopping. It is on the main road of Manassas near I-66. A great value with friendly staff and manager. Like Patton said - I shall return!

On a road trip through Virginia, this was our first night stay. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The TV did not work (remote batteries dead?) That did not matter, as we both did not need to watch TV. The hotel itself is situated in an area with a lot of highway traffic, and I was concerned about noise, but this was not a problem either. The appearance of this facility is SAD! Chipped concrete on the sidewalks and around the pool deck, outside doors that did not work, feral cats all around, with someone feeding them outside one of the rooms. The breakfast was DISGUSTING! The "omelet" was a rubbery disc of something, with cheese in it that had a powdery texture, and the sausage patty was filled with something other than meat! Very limited options on the morning we were there. I also think that this facility is housing some homeless folks as well...

This used to be a very nice place to have events and stay over. The place is aged and dated. It was construction going on when we were there and other guest were rude. Guest threatened to call police because event music and starting of motorcycles.

The rooms were a little dated, but the beds were very comfortable, and the room was clean! They offered food and drink that made evening comfortable. The hours were short, but the food was good! The front desk staff was fantastic and very friendly. Thet catered to any request I had and at every opportunity assisted me.

Great place good manager ,receptionist clean rooms have complementary breakfast I would definitely recommend staying here if there is any rifraft people or trouble the manager throws them out they have a security gaurd very good restaurant in hotel that has room service

Clean, comfortable bed. Felt safe. But entire hotel felt very shabby and run down - broken tiles, peeling wallpaper, etc. In need of major renovations and freshening up. (now typing more words to meet minimum required for review, sorry readers)

I work construction great place to stay with best rates in town. Has breakfast. Lunch buffet. A bar with restaurant out side pool. Community grills in courtyard all I need to enjoy my stay after work . I have stayed her multiple times. If you choose not to eat there there is many restaurants in walking or driving distance of the hotel

Nice room...fridge was leaking though, I can hear everyone coming in and leaving the building...gee I hope little billy got his french toast since he was screaming at the top of his lungs demanding it which also woke up the dog that started barking at 7am.

i have stay there before, and the staff there was great and nice that is why i went back to Best Western Battlefield Inn the people working there are nice. the food in the morning is hot and good. when you check in to the rooms they are clean and smell good.You know how sometimes you can clean a rooms and the room can still smell Not Best Western At Battlefield Inn. if i have to go to a hotel again it would be Best Western Battlefield Inn.

Worst hotel I have stayed in so far in our 5 month road trip. Everything is bare minimum. The place was far from filled and they put a family with noisy kids next to us - with a pass through door. Why do they? The pool was freezing - too cheap to use a little heat. The outer corridor doors did not work. Breakfast was a joke, ran out of eggs at 8:00 for a breakfast the closes at 9:00. And grounds were shabby. Find another place.

Family used the banquet hall.for.a weddi g and we did the complete setup and breakdown. We asked for the staff to assist with removal.of trash and they refused. We had to hide set up trash in hall way and add to event trash at end of night. I had a ha dicap room, the shower was stopped and water overflowed out and when we tried to dial front desk, phone not working. I use cell phone to notify and the night clerk was rude and unprofessional. The saving grace was the mor ing clerk who was apologetic and very helpful. I tried to use sink outside of bathroom and hot water was a trickle.

The facility in Manassas VA. is poorly ran. The rooms smell of smoke. The facility is not well maintained among other things. I am here for a school function (not my booking.) I ask for clean towels two different times. They tried to give me brand new towels that have never been washed. The daytime front desk person told me they are very busy and since I didn't want "new clean towels he couldn't give me any. Try again that evening different front desk employee named Marshall. He proceeds to lie and tell me the towels had been laundered as they clearly had not been. At this point I'm beyond frustrated. I state I have never been to a hotel where getting a clean towel was an issue. He begins to argue with me and goes as far to tell me "I will treat him with respect." To say the tow front desk staff that I dealt with were rude and unprofessional would be a gross understatement.

Very clean rooms, quiet environment. The morning commute in the area can be a little busy so that's off putting but overall happy with my stay. Close to a mall, a couple civil war battle ground tours. Stay was very friendly and informative. Offered to help move my stuff into my room.

Stopped while traveling. Good location. Just stayed one night. Ok value for money. Only had double beds available so it was a tight squeeze for 4. Definitely would have preferred queens but school vacation it's hard to find

Good amenities for the price paid. Interior courtyard is great for safe walking. Washing machine and dryer is of good value. Pets are welcome. There are many places close by where you can dine with a wide prices.

The staff especially Rebecca was awesome, friendly, empathic and professional l. The hotel is very outdated, falling apart and dirty. Mold, cororsion, and water damage was everywhere. We had to switch rooms immediately after checking in. You would be better off sleeping in your car.

I stayed in this BW overnight due to weather/highway winter conditions. This was a huge BW probably built for busloads of kids coming to visit Washington DC in the "before times", but only a few overnight guests appeared to be there. Plenty of parking (free). The room was basic, clean, and warm. Plenty of soap/shampoo amenities and towels. There was a small coffeemaker in the room. There was no coffee or any kind of continental breakfast items in the lobby the next morning (understandable). There were several fast food places within close walking distance. This was a good, decent place to stay on the outskirts of DC when you just need to get off the highway.

Could see through heat/ ac unit. Parking lot dark , found used needles in bed of my truck day of departure. Hood rats wondering around after dark . Muffins n black water for " coffee " Older place run down and NOT for family ! In my opinion.

This hotel is a good value for the price you pay, it is quiet, but there was no public internet machines for several days. Staff was aware of the internet problem. but the problem persisted for several days after the holiday was over.

Basic but good. Standard two-stored motel. Free parking though not sure where is motel parking and where is public parking. Breakfast-to-go is basic but good. Same as the room. Internet connection is good. Not convenient AC sockets.

Do not stay here. Too many things are in disrepair. There are a lot of construction workers on long term stays that oggle and harass female guests. My door did not lock properly and I observed other unlocked doors as well. The shower didn't drain properly and I was told it was because too many people were showering at once. I was unable to schedule housekeeping service for a 3 night stay. There are safer cleaner options in the area. Try the Comfort Suites.

The pool was murky and gross. The walkways were trashy (example orange peelings were left on our walkway from Thursday to Monday). The staff was rude and uncaring. When we complained our room smelled like pot they basically said it wasn't their problem. The safe in our room would not open/work. Card key doors to the outside/parking lot did not actually close or lock. Nice proximity to the shopping area but otherwise not a good place to stay.

Lobby was small and nice, but the rest was very worn down. Our bathroom door didn't close and the bathroom fan/light made a noise so horrible we showered in the dark. They do not service the rooms unless requested. I was sick in bed one day and threw up into a bag, but some of it got on the bed. I asked for new sheets but the (rude) employee said that I should have made the request before 11 and housekeeping had gone home. (I didn't get sick until well after 11). So I had to sleep on it. Cigarette butts all over, no elevator (I was carrying over 100 pounds), shady extended-stay guests. The restaurant, however, was DELICIOUS!!!!

Significant accessibility problems, air conditioning was the loudest appliance I've ever heard, but the beds were VERY nice and firm. Super supportive, got great sleep other than the ac noise, not a lot of movement transfer.

Where do I start? I had to stay here for a convention and this was the host hotel. The staff was rude and didn't care to help anybody and seems like we were a nuisance to them. Not to mention they don't have a elevator and the pool was disgusting and cloudy. The landscaping was hideous which goes to show they don't care about their appearance. And we never once got room service that tidied up our beds or gave us fresh towels or new shampoo bottles. They just didn't bother. I never will come here ever again.

The place was pretty run down and needs a serious all over scrub. The pool needed way more chlorine for the summer time. The staff seemed very confused any time you asked a question and there was no water pressure

The room itself was ok, but in need of a very good cleaning! My daughter walked across the floor and her feet were black!! Cob webs all over the room. The bathroom seemed clean, but the hot water was lacking and the sink and tub took hours to drain! There were homeless people sleeping on the grounds and it seemed everyone was smoking pot...made our room smell like a skunk attacked it!

When you think of The Lucy Show, Andy Griffith and Dick Van Dyke, you normally think of the period of time around the early 1960's, which is about the time this property was built. And, to make matters worse, I think some of the furniture in the rooms of this place also came from that period of time. The air conditioner, even though turned down to 60 degrees, managed to poke out air that was about 75 degrees and it was so noisy, you could not sleep. There also were no wash cloths in the room and the entry mechanism did not work properly. I believe this was a waste of time and money and I could have probably slept better in the 18-wheeler truck that I drive for a living.

We just needed a night of rest after flying in to town. The reviews mostly said positive things. First thing you notice is that it is an old hotel painted to appear new. The area where you'd drive up to and check in was roped off as the ceiling collapsed. The pool is being serviced and is not usable and unsightly. The non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke smell. Then there's the yapping dog next door. That was the first 5 minutes. Asked to change rooms. Next room not smell but on corner first floor. Walls are thin. Too late to change hotels. I took a shower, for the hot water, turned the knob to the right not left like most faucets. Then the tub drained very slowly. I tried to go to sleep.We heard flushing of toilets, walking above us, running outside, screaming of profanity, loud music much of the night. Also sounded like someone was next door trying to force their way into the next room while screaming foul language. I got scared. I put my ear plugs in and tried to sleep and hoped no one came into our room. Then the alarm clock in the room goes off at midnight. Startled us. I quickly unplugged it. At some point we finally slept but we can't wait to leave this horrible place! Don't let other reviews fool you, never stay here! This place was the biggest mistake of my travels. Oh and one more thing the cloth chair was filthy. Something dripped and solidified on it. I didn't want to put my luggage on it. See picture. Also there was an old air conditioner full of paint chips. Luckily did not need to use it.

If you're just looking for a quiet place to stay, you're fine here. If on business - pay a little more and get one with decent internet service. Food in the area is easy, so is shopping. The room is clean. Despite all the advertising, there is NO breakfast - coffee and water is IT in the lobby.

Check in and out were quick and efficient. Room was clean and as promised. The included hot breakfast was nonexistent. There was no attempt to compensate with pastries and fruit or even a notice on the door acknowledging the inconvenience. Added expense and stop were unappreciated.

Rooms had hard wood floors. Overall not a bad place to stay a night. The AC unit was on the floor that is next to their desk. It wasn't the best placement. I could only cool the one side of the room. The door lead to a courtyard and in the courtyard is the pool. I felt pretty safe.

My room was clean, but I had to call security during the night due to loud music, screams, doors slamming and people running past my room...very scary place to stay. The exterior is old and run down and very unattractive. I could not recommend this facility to an individual or a family.

I stayed at the Best Western Battlefield Inn as they were the host of a large music event called Midwinter Meltdown. The ballroom served as a great place for the live music as well as the included meals. The Inn also provides a good and free breakfast.

All was very well tks for asking it's was about my 8th time there I will be back soon. This is my second one I'm filling out. I did one last wk.” sorry but asking for 200 characters are a bit much. When I have already did this. Now I feel like I'm have to come up with things to write to get to the 200 characters.

Best place to stay in the area! I travel a lot for work and always enjoy my stays here . Staff members are very helpful and cleanliness is a top priority at this hotel . I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Pretty good value. Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Far from the best breakfast I've had, however.. I was able to use point for this stay so I was somewhat forgiving. There is a nice pool which, of course, was not open the to the season but on a hot day, would have been nice.

Mold all over bathroom tethered curtains in most rooms as you walk through the courtyard fan in bathroom goes off and on all night upside bed was ok. Our room was right by a parking lot entrance which that door hung and did not close had to yank in closed not real secure. Did not really see any staff so can't comment on that when we arrived a notice on the front columns that building was unsafe something about a car hitting it should have ran then but we pre paid no refund

I would definitely recommend Best Western Battlefield, for stays near the Manassas and surrounding areas. The location is extremely convenient with plenty of restaurants and shopping in close proximity. The rooms are comfortable and fully equipped. They also have plenty of parking and a nice outdoor space.

Price for the room was excellent. Hotel is clean but dated. If I had to take a guess it was built in the 70's. It appeared the hotel exterior has recently been painted. The room was a non smoking but it smelled as if someone had smoked in it. The room was clean. For the price I would go back if staying for a night or 2, if I was on vacation for any length of time I would probably have chosen a different hotel.

Great hotel! Very clean room, comfortable beds, nice breakfast and Very friendly and helpful staffs. Plenty of dinning and entertainment options in the local area. We really enjoyed our stay with this hotel.

It took 30 minutes to check in to our room on 9/6/19. The air conditioner was extremely loud -- when it started up, it sounded like a propeller jet and then rattled loudly after that. Also, the toilet ran. One night, 9/7/19, there was a VERY loud party in the restaurant, and it was very disturbing. We called the manager to ask how long it would go on & they said until midnight or 1:00. We said that it was very disturbing and not really fair to hotel guests. No apology was offered. Our key cards got unprogrammed once during our visit as well. Furthermore, the breakfast times seemed very early; on weekdays, it was only available until 9:00, and on weekends, 9:30. On the upside, the breakfast was decent -- the waffle batter in particular was quite good & just the right consistency, which is unusual, and they had shakers of cinnamon & sugar to put on it. The coffee was also better than what many lower end hotels offer. There are lots of other hotels in the area. I would suggest at staying in one of those.

I hosted an All White Party in Sept in the upstairs Ballroom and the place was Simply Beautiful, The Staff especially the Events Coordinator Srijana Pudasaini, she was wonderful from start to finish...They were always on hand at a moments notice from start to finish. I could call her after hours, if needed..We blocked off Rooms at the Hotel and all the Guest loved the rooms. There is nothing I would complain about...I would HIGHLY recommend them to host any event. Great location right off the highway, and easy to find.

hotel looks iffy on the exterior but room 172 was clean and the courtyard is nice and has a pool, green space, and an area with barbecue grills and seating - a good place to hang out with friends. The dog walking area was narrow. The first room I had smelled smoky even though it was supposed to be non-smoking - probably from the vent - and the key lock didn't work well. The new room was fine though. I'd recommend Best Western to upgrade the locks and clean the vents. The manager and all other staff were nice as well as helpful.

Hotel is a bit worn but clean and in a good location. Close to the concert venue, Bull Run, and numerous restaurants and shopping. Booked for the Pool only to be told it was closed for both my stays there as was the onsite restaurant bar. Morning complimentary breakfast was good

This place is a dive. My sons went on a Civil War historical trip and stayed at this hotel. They each came back with dozens of bedbug bites. Manager said he had an exterminator in the room and didn't find anything. Sure, buddy. This was the ONLY hotel at which they stayed. Further more, the advertised pool, which would have been a great resource on a hot August day, was closed. It had not been treated for weeks and was completely overridden with green algae. This is a hard pass. I've never left a bad review before but this place is legitimately a public health risk. I've included a picture of my son's back just so you have an idea what two nights in a room “without bedbugs” looks like.

great place to stay close to DC! Sharma and his staff go all out to insure your stay is memorable. The motel is an older motel but is well kept, clean, and has many amenities. You will not be disappointed with your stay in Manassas!

Our room was clean and comfortable. The AC System worked great, the beds were comfortable with nice linens and soft pillows. Our room was quiet, we had plenty of nice towels and the bathroom was large. The one thing that I thought was odd was that the free breakfast ends at 9 am.

Very accommodating and willing to help. Very welcoming at front desk and a bar and food inside motel if you dont want to go anywhere. Room are kept clean and cleaned daily and very well maintained. And no issues with people bothering you vehicles

I reserved a king bed room. When my husband and I got to our room we discovered our room had 2double beds and that the AC wasn't working. I called to the front desk and informed them that I had requested a king room and that the AC wasn't working. I was informed that they were out of king rooms but would move to another room with working AC but it would be a handicap room. We moved to another room with double beds to discover that tv didn't work. We were told to unplug and plug back in and it should work. At this time we were already frustrated enough and were ready to leave make a 2hr trip back home at 3am. The young working the front desk did everything she could to help and informed us she would be giving us a full refund. On top of all of this we decided to walk over to restaurant to get something to eat. While there was a guy who stated he worked there and the bartenders confirmed he did needs to be fired!! The guy told my husband numerous times he wanted to F*** me which made me extremely uncomfortable and my husband asked him numerous times to walk away. It go to the extreme where we the bartenders ask him to stop and yelled F*** you to them and they at that point kicked him out.

Always very clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Pool is great. Stay here multiple times month and always have ape sent time. Beds are comfortable and room dark. breakfast is good and hot. Always look forward to staying here when I have to be in a hotel for work.

The room had a bad odor, bugs were present. Room was not clean. Staff did not know much. Had to check out and move to another hotel. Beds we uncomfortable and small. Very small rooms no where to move around.

Reception team extremely helpful. Manager not available when requested to speak with him, although we could call his mobile phone if we wanted at a cost to ourselves from our English mobiles... err no thanks. We had a leak in our roof after a rain storm. Reception arranged a change of room very quickly. New room the toilet broke at 3am which my husband fixed. A biker group had prearranged a party weekend at the hotel which we were not informed about. The bikers were great and so we're the bikes...lots of Harleys etc however not at 2-3am when the were coming and going, not good for a full nights sleep. Neither was the outside pool party with a live band. The band themselves were good, but would've been nice to be informed. Wouldn't stay there again. We were offered a discount on our stay for our noise issues etc which we accepted. Only gave service a Very Good cos of the reception team. If the manager was available service could've been excellent.

Had I not been extremely exhausted , driving over 5 hours calling on business accounts and not paid before looking at room , hotel in general . Would have never stayed at this hotel . My room was in the far back at the end of outside isle ( this due to later finding the majority of the workers employees here are Hispanic & live here!) employees have all the rooms close to lobby, dogs barking in room 3 rooms most of night, birds chirping in trees ALL night, room was so dated , thought I had entered the twilight zone of a flipping crack house on Bourbon street New Orleans, ( never been in one of course) seen on TV only , but this place certainly fits the bill. Majority of guests who stay here are construction workers, not a place for family & business travelers. Runnnnnn Forest runnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn.

I booked three rooms. In two of the rooms the safe did not function. All three rooms had a strong musty smell. In one room, the shower did not work, (No water). The building was definately in a state of repair. Doors to exit the room areas were blocked off.

We have used Battlefield Inn for Rolling Thunder for the past 8 years. We absolutely love this hotel and the staff. They are the best!! The rooms are clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for the best price and comfort. Thank you Battlefield Inn Best western for taking great care of all of us bikers!!

The hotel is very easy to find just off major highways. It is close to restaurants and concert venues. The room was very comfortable and quiet. I had a peaceful stay and restful night. The restaurant offers fruit, danish, a variety of cereal, eggs and waffles for breakfast.

This hotel is an excellent value with a great location. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The daily breakfast is scrambled eggs with sausage, a waffle maker, plus fruits, drinks cereal, etc. The location is just off the interstate in a great area for restaurants, etc., and is within 5 minutes of the Bull Run Battlefield. Access to rooms is from parking areas around the hotel, with access doors leading to each set of rooms. There is a second floor, but those rooms are accessible only by outside stairs - not awful, but the first floor is easier.

Easy to get to and plenty of fast food chains around hotel. Within walking distance to Burger king. Literally across parking lot. Check was easy and Pain free. Rooms are decent size, very clean and everything works. Comfortable bed.

We had high hopes for this hotel after staying in a really nice Best Western in Titusville Fla. The people at the desk were very accommodating. The room was not up to par--the bathroom was clean but the tub was very dirty--The heater/AC did not work at all--only a fan. Overall the rest of the room was just ok--not an appealing place to stay. It was pet friendly which is why we chose this place but will not stay here in the future.

We stayed at this hotel from November 14 till 15 in room 249. We got a bottle of water and 2 snacks when we showed our member card. We were lucky; on Wednesday the restaurant/bar next to the hotel offers a free dining to the guests. It was a buffet so you could make your own tacos. The breakfast was all right and it is served in the restaurant/bar next to the hotel We told the person at the front desk that the backdoor between the parking and the rooms (the closest to room 145) does not lock. They were not aware of this. They did not solve the problem right away, although this is a security issue. The room is nicely styled, but the quality of the TV is poor.

As a frequent visitor to the Best Western in Manassas I feel this hotel has the best location and atmosphere. The staff are always very nice and helpful. For the price the rooms are in good condition. This hotel also has a bar/lounge to chill in after a long day.

Beautiful, solid Best Western Hotel. Perfect location if you visit an event at Jiffy Lube Live Bristow VA.Good price/performance ratio and very friendly staff at the front desk. Probably the most important thing for us..... The room was absolutely clean and beautifully prepared.We felt completely at home in this house. Free parking available.

I stayed at this hotel on 10/22/18 and have no complaints about the hotel. We used the self service laundry which worked perfect and loved the variety of breakfast food at the restaurant located next door. The room was clean and well stocked with amenities needed for our one night stay. Bed linens were clean and the bed was very comfortable. For less that $100 a night you won't find a better hotel. I would stay here again.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Battlefield Inn, in Virginia, this past weekend. The staff is very efficient and the hotel had everything one could want. The bed was to die for! It was too cool to enjoy the large pool but we will be back! If you want a nice hotel to just relax, this is the one!

The breakfast buffet was good. I wouldn't bother to write a review of this motel but I have never seen a motel floor this dirty. It is laminate flooring and there was visible grit and dirt, so much so you could see everywhere you stepped. Everything else was clean. I think maybe the person cleaning this room just forgot to clean the floor. I used two wet towels to mop the worst up. I would not put my bare feet on the floor. For this reason, I will never use this motel again.

Excellent hotel, would recommend anyone to stay there if needing lodging in that area. Staff was very friendly and helpful at check in and check out. Breakfast was great. I hope to stay there again when my work sends me back to that area.

The hotel is very nice. Good beds, Good breakfast, Clean. We had a few problems with the room during our 7 night stay but the front desk took care of them and made us feel like we mattered to them. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a good value.

I stayed here to attend to some business in Manassas. The bar downstairs is very nice and the room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning unit is just a cheap window unit built into a box and boy is it loud. I had to keep it running because it was like 88 degrees outside. It is so loud it's hard to have a phone conversation in the room. I wish I could stay here again in the future but will probably try another hotel next time I'm in Manassas

Great hotel! Great bar! We stayed here after concert at Jiffy Lube. We will definitely use this as our go-to hotel when going to concerts. The staff was very friendly. Live music in the bar after concert.

I'm not sure what the other reviewers loved so much about this place but I found it average at best. This older styled motel is conveniently located off I-66 which is why I chose to stay there. The motel sits back from the road with a Shell station and a Burger King (under construction) out front. There are gas stations, shopping and restaurants nearby. The front entrance is somewhat torn up and there are several work trucks with trailers parked in the lot because of the aforementioned construction. The motel is designed around a central courtyard with pool. All guest rooms are on the sides and the back. The front has the lobby, a large restaurant-bar and party rooms. If you're staying on a weekend I would inquire about any on-premises activities because we could clearly hear the live band outside in the courtyard. However we could not hear the noise once inside our room which was on the back side. But, I'm guessing those guests staying on the side rooms may not have gotten a good nights sleep because of the proximity of their rooms to the front of the motel. There is a pool (no lifeguard) which i didn't use but it looked inviting and several guests on Saturday were taking advantage of the beautiful weather and the clear water. There are several tables with umbrellas around the pool and a cabana at each end with picnic tables and charcoal grills for cooking. A nice touch. Entry to the rooms and courtyard o is by a pass card from the parking lot. Lighting in the parking area is exceptionally poor. There are no luggage carts and the sidewalk areas leading to the rooms is in need of cosmetic repair. All rooms exit to the outside (no hallways). Our room was a good sized one-bed space with a vanity and a bath/shower, sink and commode separated from the vanity by a door. The room has imitation-wood vinyl flooring and beige painted walls. Housekeeping did a fine job keeping the room clean. Amenities include TV, m'wave and fridge. Lighting is very good at the vanity and adequate in the rest of the room. There are three good-sized mirrors. The walls are a bit thin and you can clearly hear water running in the walls but we did not hear our neighbors talking. The bed was comfortable but the four pillows provided were small and poorly padded. Bring your own. Breakfast is better than average motel fare with scrambled or hard boiled eggs, sausage, fresh fruit and juice, waffles and cereals, breads and coffee. The front desk personnel are friendly but some aren't very efficient about taking care of customers' requests. The price for a night's stay varies with the day of the week. We paid an average of $98 for two nights. I won't stay here again. There are too many other places in the area with good reviews and similar or slightly higher room rates.

This is a very large Best Western and has a restaurant on the property which is a bonus. Our room was nice and clean and we did like the double walk in shower. The breakfast room is quite large and will accommodate quite a few people. A great variety of offerings and everything was fresh and tasty. I appreciated the dried cranberries, nuts, etc that were offered for the yogurt. The only down side was patrons in the restaurant/bar came outside to the central area where the pool is located and were shouting and calling around each other, slamming doors etc. I am guessing this wouldn't be an issue on week nights.

Mr Kamal was very helpful and friendly. The room was all clean and stocked . The restaurant and the bar service was a plus features which I was not expecting. the choice of food and drink was adequate. Definitely a place to stay during weekend as they play live music !!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Best Western hotel, exterior makes you skeptical added with construction at the front. Once you get to lobby, its something different. Clean, quite and nice courtyard. I loved the upgraded room with laminated floor, way better than filthy carpets most other hotels have. Staffs were polite and professional and breakfast was good. TV was not quite in par. All snowy pictures, but didnt affect my stay.

Excellent rooms, there was a goodie bag with a light snack provided by the hotel in our room, everything was clean and tidy. We were waited on by excellent staff who ensured that everyone in our group was comfortable. Check out was streamlined, which was amazing since we had reserved 12 rooms.

Located just off interstate 66, in house restaurant and bar with friendly staff and full menu, full breakfast, courtyard with pavilions and in-ground pool. Rooms are very clean and up to date with mini fridge, safe, cable with 100+ channels

Stayed for 2 nights. One of the double beds had two very defined stains on the bed. The bathroom toilet was dirty. The bed was not comfortable. Unless they take care of some things there I would not stay there again.

Exterior little worn down but great interior. Very clean room, beds were comfortable, everything perfect for our need. Staffs were courteous and very friendly. We enjoyed our stay, n btw breakfast bar was nice too.

If you just need a room, this is a good value. However the place is worn out from use over decades and to cover up the fact, literally everything to include sidewalks are all painted a beige color. The breakfast and service were above average. Since every room has access from common walkways, it is a bit noisy from normal activity outside.

Here's the best bit - king size bed was extremely comfortable but the extremely loud air conditioning/heater ruined my stay. It was like having a truck in the same room. Avoid rm125. Other than that this motel type hotel was as expected. The beer in there bar was ok but the food was uninspired. Also when I order an appetiser I don't expect my main dish to arrive 5 mins later. I don't like watching it go cold in front of me.

This hotel quickly became my hotel because of wonderful services. Professional staffs, clean and comfortable rooms and breakfast in the morning makes me to feel like home. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone passing by.

We stayed at the Best Western as we were moving the next day to Tennessee. Hard to stay in a house with no furniture. I chose this hotel because we like Best Western and the value cannot be beat. The hotel room was very clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. They also accepted pets which was important. Breakfast selection was exceptional. Staff were friendly. May stay there again when our house gets sold.

We stayed here on an overnight trip during the recent winter storm. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The staff could not have been nicer. In addition, our daughter left her laptop computer in her room and we didn't discover it was missing until late the next day. We called the hotel and fortunately the cleaning staff had found the computer. They held it for our pickup on our way back through town. Thanks Best Western Battlefield Inn!

I traveled during the Christmas holiday. The Staff was very friendly. They made sure guests were comfortable and assisted them with any needs and concerns. I was glad I'd stayed here and not in another hotel where there were issues with the stay. Best Western thank you and have a great year. Looking forward for the next stay.

Great location and value to folks passing through or staying a few days to enjoy Washington DC and surrounding area. The hotel was quiet and provided a restful experience during our down time. However, compared to other Best Westerns the breakfast bar had a lot to desire. It was minimalist on variety and some breads were stale. Even though the breakfast lacked...I still would stay at this hotel.

Stayed at BW in Manassas for the first time. will become my hotel very time I visit that area. Clean,comfortable, food was great and staff very helpful and friendly. All at a great value. Don't forget to eat and have a drink at Addy's.

I have stayed at a lot of motels but i honestly have to say Best Western was the best.the staff and the manager are 110%professional they will go out of there way to help you anyway they can its quite clean rooms you feel very safe the hot breakfast every morning is great! The food and spirits at the restaurant is very good they have live entertainment and free dinner every wed that is very good.if your traveling and you really want to relax and not have to leave the motel or you got to try Best Western they also have the best room service

Spacious room with very comfortable bed, microwave and refrigerator. Staffs were very friendly and accommodating and attentive. Very good complementary breakfast. To a negative note, cable service was not on par. Overall it was a pleasant stay

The room was very nice, clean & comfortable. Breakfast was amazing in variety & presentation. Staff is wonderful. BUT if you plan to use the internet for anything, find a different place to stay. No internet in this day and age is not acceptable & lowers the value of this hotel from excellent value to average or poor.

Everything and everyone here is absolutely terrific. The beds are amazingly comfortable. The rooms have plenty of space and are clean. You have a large selection of restaurants in the area and places to shop also.

Sadly, the quality of cleanliness varies at this hotel per stay. They seem to have trouble with working key passes as well. The staff appears genuine in their concern and efforts to repair the issue per each stay.

The rooms are newly updated and clean. Floor in my room was tile- no carpet. TV is a little fuzzy though. Hotel has exterior doors to interior court yard but has badged entry areas for guests for increased security. It is close to restaurants and amenities and the battlefield is only about 1 mile away. Convenient to I-66 and Washington, DC. Breakfast is very good. Hotel has a large bar/lounge area.

Stayed here at the end of a business trip on the way home. It was a very nice hotel, very clean, staff was extremely friendly, nice breakfast. Only glitch we had was the TV would not come on initially, but I called the front desk who had us unplug the TV and plug it back in a few minutes. They called a few minutes later to make sure it was working correctly. We appreciated their concern. The bed was very comfortable, the room was extremely clean and well decorated and updated. Would definitely stay here again.

If you plan to stay on the weekend and enjoy live music, this is a very fun place to enjoy music and relax in the hotel afterward. It's a very lively lounge with good music (not sure if they have country music every weekend but the band we heard was quite good). Hotel room was very clean, really liked to dark wood tile floor (seems more clean than carpet). I also liked the fact that there were plenty of exterior places to smoke.

The interior of room and the staff were the only reason this hotel got an average score. It was clean and newly remodeled inside. The exterior of building and hallways leading to rooms were old, filthy, and creepy. I wouldn't feel safe if I had to stay in the room alone. I almost didn't get the bed that I reserved weeks prior to my event because the people hadn't checked out yet and they couldn't clean it. I checked in at 4pm and check-in is 3pm. checkout for the others was 11am. Why wasn't y room ready by 4pm? They gave me someone else's room because they were checking in later. It was close to jiffy Lube but I wont return to this hotel again in the future unless major exterior renovations are made.

Greetings AR the door was nice. Front desk was very polite and friendly professional. First thing I spotted was a empty coffee pot and by the time I was checked in the staff replaced with a dull fresh pot. Had a problem with the first room door (was not working) after the checked it out . apologized and offered me another to asking if it was OK. With there great friendly aditude it would be rude to complain. It felt really sincere in having problems and trying to help. Got to the new room and it was identical to what I reserved. Very clean older hotel but doesn't feel old. The in-house bar/restaurant was very big portions and tasted great for the price. Same location on the full breakfast. Just as good. Will I stay again I say yes. Great hotel and staff

Ended up getting concert tickets to Jiffy Lube Live last minute and booked this hotel for our stay, since we live so far away.The room was clean and the beds were SO COMFY!! I had a great night's sleep!! I felt like not only was the bed comfortable, the pillow and even the blanket was comfortable as well. Clean and comfortable room, can't ask for much more.

My daughter in law and I drove up for a concert at the Jiffy Lube Amphitheatre. The hotel was in the perfect location and very easy to get to. Hotel staff was professional and very helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast area is very large and food was good for a continental breakfast ( nice selection). I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will defiantly be staying again.

This was a horrible hotel. The rooms stunk, the bathroom was filthy and the tub was black. I will never ever ever recommend this hotel to anyone. When we called the front desk to ask for a shower mat they stated they didn't have one. Very gross hotel.

We attended a concert at Jiffy Lube and it would seem this BW was in an ideal location. Has a nice pool which 2x now I never got to experience. Breakfast was as good as you can expect at this economical price. Best part...the comfortable beds and pillows. I love a good night's sleep. I shouldn't forget there is a frig and little freezer and a microwave. When one is traveling these items are always helpful.

Old and outdated. I felt like we stayed at a Motel 6. The outdoor entrances, the steps, and the look of the hotel in general is not up to par with the quality we come to expect from a Best Western/Hilton hotel. The rooms felt extremely small. The price we paid for this room is 3 times what I would expect for this caliber. Would not stay here again or recommend to anyone else.

The staff I encountered were very friendly, the property overall was nicely landscaped, the room amenities/furniture were great and the breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. Five main things really ruined my experience however. Assuming they could be addressed for future guests, I would stay here again. 1- Every time we'd enter/exit the room, people were smoking (cigarettes and marijuana) all over the property. 2- The bathroom in our room smelled so strongly of cat spray, we had to keep the door shut and hold our breathe while using the restroom. Everything appeared very clean though so I can't understand how housekeeping missed that noxious odor. 3- The tables and high chair in the breakfast area were filthy. Sticky to the touch, with layers of food and dirt on them. 4- A wake-up call was somehow scheduled for our room even though I had not requested one, waking all of us up at 5:50a. 5- People (not sure if they were guests or just attending the party taking place at the restaurant on-site) were outside the room, fighting and yelling through the night.

Room with clean and comfortable beds, refrigerator and microwave. Safe was there if u wanna use. Nicely maintained courtyard surrounds refreshing swimming pool. All staffs were friendly and welcoming. Complementary breakfast was good and enough. On a negative note, there is room to improve TV service, was really snowy, lines moving up and down. Overall enjoyed our stay, and would choose to come back in future.

This was one of the best stay in northern Virginia visit. Staffs were amazing. Check in and checkout was smooth. The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable and everything was in reach. One minus though, had no exercise room. Breakfast was good and in overall we were highly satisfied. Will definitely choose for stay in future.

Exterior of building needs some updates but interior is updated and clean. Pool is great, breakfast buffet was plentiful, Gilleys was a blast had bands weekend we stayed. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

My wife and I stayed here 4 nights in July and I was back in Manassas on business this time. We were treated very well and the breakfast buffet was always fresh and plentiful - a great start to the day! The beds were excellent and the rooms fresh & clean. It is a great place to stay!

I was not expecting this hotel to be this nice. Pool and courtyard were well-kept. The rooms were beautiful, nice laminate floors, great amenities, etc. The beds were very comfortable Staff was welcoming and friendly.

We stayed here for a Rod Stewart concert at Jiffy Lube Live (about 15 minutes away), and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice our visit was. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful with details and directions to the show, and they provide free dinner (baked ziti, green beans, salad and rolls) to guests on Wednesdays! Also, the Happy Hour drinks in Addy's were dirt cheap ($1.75 domestic beers). They also provide a complimentary full, hot breakfast. (The waffle maker was, unfortunately, broken the morning we were there). Our room wasn't spacious, but there were two double beds, two sinks, a microwave, refrigerator (the door needed repair) and a new bedside lamp with two charging outlets. It was clean, comfortable and, at just over $100, a good deal for the area. The property itself is a nice layout with courtyards surrounding a central swimming pool and grassy area. The are two pavilions with picnic tables and gas grills for guest's use. Once you use your keycard to enter a courtyard from the free surface parking lot, the entire property is secure. The lobby is fairly small, but has a nice sitting area with fireplace, and the bar/restaurant/breakfast area is spaciousness enough to have a small stage. Other reviews have mentioned a number of construction workers staying here, and that is true. However, everyone we encountered was friendly, and we never heard them leaving in the morning. As this hotel is located right off of I-66, it is convenient to travelers. While there are some signs of wear, there are also signs of management paying attention and making corrections.

I stay here everytime I have to work in the area. It's very nice and clean. The staff is friendly as well and very helpful. I have stayed here multiple times and haven't had any sort of problem. I recommend this hotel.

Hotel was great. Since the last time I was there, I noticed that the hotel was upgraded when I arrived. It was confirmed by the front desk. A job well done. I needed a hotel room because my family had a lot of other relatives staying in the house. I like quietness.

First rate hotel with a caring staff. I had a problem with the TV remote. I was moved to a better room with a working remote. Breakfast was served in the attached lounge and was very good. Excellent service.

My wife and I recently visited the Washington, D.C. area and chose to stay in Manassas, VA because of our desire to use it as a "hub" for spending a day at Monticello, a day at Mt. Vernon/Alexandria and a day in the District itself. Clearly, the location served that purpose. The hotel is an older, two-story property where the rooms surround a common area where the outdoor pool is located. Clearly, it was re-branded from a prior life as part of a different chain (e.g., Holiday Inn?). However, just as clearly, the current owner/operator pays exceptional attention to the appearance and maintenance of the property, rooms and common areas. The room was very clean and attractive. The common areas, including the landscaping and the pool area, were exceptionally well maintained. It is readily apparent that the owner/operator takes great pride in his/her property. While the wireless internet service in the room was fast and strong, the television service appeared to be analog at best, complete with lines moving up the screen as the picture refreshed. Families traveling with children should know that the entry to the room is from an outside walkway as well that the Inn appears to commit/reserve a portion of its rooms for commercial accounts (i.e., lodging for itinerant construction crews/workers). Allowing for and incorporating all of the above, a "best value" experience for the appropriate traveler.

I came to town to see Dead & Co. play at Jiffy Lube Live. I've been coming with my Son for 12 years or so, we may do it several times a season and we always stay here. Nice place to rest your head, very friendly staff. Looking forward to my next stay in a few weeks.

Hotel was very accommodating, hosting pool party the day of the concert. The rooms are clean and the floors are laminate making it easy to clean spills. Hotel staff is friendly. Skip the sliders in the lounge, but the burgers were decent.

I arrived with a migraine headache and didn't know whether I was coming or going. To compound matters, a noisy group was in the lobby during my check in. The front desk was FABULOUS to me. I really appreciate how great they were to me when I wasn't feeling well

I stayed in this hotel some time ago and while the stay was OK, the décor needed updating. This time I found the staff incredibly friendly, the room was clean, newly re-decorated, large and very comfortable. It is the hidden gem in the area that has a lot of overpriced hotels which are not nearly as nice. Don't be put off by the exterior, it is new inside and the restaurant/bar is full of friendly staff and guests. The breakfast is also a small step above most of the other comparable hotels. Highly recommended.

Great service,nice rooms. Addy's the restaurant and bar attached to the hotel is great. The band that night Luke Lucas and New Brew were great. The bartenders were great. If you are looking for a reasonable priced place to see a band this is it and you dont have to drive to your room.

you figure it out...... 3 nights, 4 MOVES problem after problem, if there was not a true reason to complain, it was OK, and just OK Management made it right in the end and compensated me for the horrible experience my daughter and I experienced

My husband and I were traveling across the US to our new base. We stayed at this hotel, that kind of looks like a motel. The rooms were large and updated inside. They had a large parking lot, it made it easy to park our '26 uhaul truck. I liked the restaurant/ bar attached to the hotel. The food was great. Breakfast was descent compared to other hotels. My biggest complaint was the smell in our room. It's non smoking, however, it was clear the person who stayed there the night before did smoke in the room.

Luckily I paid less than $100 for this room. We needed a rest stop for a few hours during an overnight trip. The front staff member was very courteous, even at 2:00am in the morning. I think her name was Veronica/Valerie? I wish I could remember, she was super nice. Our room was dismal. Old, tired beds and furnishings. Holes in the credenza, probably from an older TV that may have been bolted into the furniture. This location reminds me of an old style motel. Perhaps it was at one point and Best Western took over? The beds weren't very comfortable. The bathroom was clean but needs a serious remodel. The bath/shower tile was chipped all around the base inside the tub. We did not use the shower at all. All the room entry ways are outward facing into the parking lot or courtyard. Again, in the style of an old motel. Beware of the noise from the parking lot; road; and crazy people staying in other rooms.

Key problems repeatedly all 4 nights of my stay, even after I moved myself from one room to another because of key problem. Hotel said they were having a problems with a lot of keys in hotel. I didn't talk to anyone else though that had the problem and there were several people there that were attending the same event as me. Probably would not stay at this hotel again.

This is an older hotel but the staff works very hard to make sure everything runs smoothly and having it look as well as possible. The GM goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need and that you are happy. She is available to the guests and her staff. I always stay here when I go back to visit because she makes it worth it

Where to start? This place is a real dump - and I was shocked when I saw a "Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence" in the front desk! I moved from one room to another and I finally settled for the one with the least problems. In this last one, the handle sheared off of the shower faucet, the air conditioner sounded like a jet engine and had to be maintained at 68 degrees or it will shut off. The TV had a rolling line going through it and the carpet was filthy. The maintenance "engineer" came over several times, shook his head and nothing got done. Please stay away from this hovel.

The Hotel was an excellent location. It had a restaurant and a bar. They also had bands on Thursday and Friday night. It was close to the venue for Farm Aid, close to restaurants, gas stations and stores.

Upon check in the front desk was very accommodating. Our check in went smoothly. I would recommend this hotel. The rooms were clean. The courtyard was maintained nicely. Breakfast was very good. We didn't use the pool but it was very clean. They also had a nice spot to barbecue and they supplied the propane as well. I would like to give Melody a great big hug to her for being so helpful.

We were looking for something convenient to the highway, clean, basic, and pet-friendly for a one night stay on the way to a longer trip. We got what we expected. The room was very basic, but beds were comfortable. The bathroom left a little to be desired. There seemed to be a lot of mildew on the shower surround (nothing bleach and a scrub brush couldn't cure) and a hole in the shower curtain. The hotel itself is showing its age and is in need of repair/updating. The inner courtyard was a pleasant surprise. The desk staff needs to better monitor it, though. At 5 am I was out walking my dog and there was a large, loud group of 20 somethings - they looked kind of thuggish and were rapping with a lot of profanity. It made me a little uneasy walking through there. Minimally the hotel staff should have told them tone it down and clean it up. The keys to the room were kind of annoying, as it was very difficult to get the door open. The morning breakfast was about what you would expect for a hotel complimentary breakfast. The breakfast area had enough space and was kept clean. The only negative there was the large, open trash barrel near where the food was. Kind of gross. Should have been something with a lid. Room 108 Date of Stay September 17, 2016 I was for the most part let down. First the hotel layout is a motel in reverse.. with all the rooms facing in, but still had that cheap motel look large glass window... was like a maze to locate the room. Room- Dirty with what appeared to "sock lint" all over the floor, wooden chair next to bed, shaky and felt ready to fall apart. Bed smelt musty. Bathroom: Door would not close all the way. Tub mat and drain just nasty, you had to pull the drain out of the tub so the water would drain away. Shower knob, EXTREAMLY TIGHT you had to pull real hard to get the thing to even turn on, its evidenced by the cracked tile around the handle where other people have tried to turn It on. Mattress and pillows, needs updating. Walls paper thin we got to listen to a drunk next door argue with someone, and I mean all night. They also had a cooler outside their door, I assume beer. They left the bolt latch open on the door so it would not close all the way, when the door was shut it bounced against the latch, all night long. This place reinforced my decisions to stay at nicer property's.

Appreciate the nice pool being open later than usual for those 80 degree nights when only a dip will refresh the soul! Sharma & Claudia are great hosts. I have to come here for business, so the quiet and cleanliness is important.

This hotel was clean, but dated. The beds were breaking, the bathroom had enamel chipped off every where, the AC was really old and did not cool properly we stayed warm all night. The hotel was previously a smoking allowed, now it is not ,but out of the three rooms we rented 2 smelled of stale smoke which left our luggage and clothes smelling. The property was clean. I felt like I slept at an angle all night. Clean is all I can say good about this hotel

We were looking for a nice place near Warrenton but didn't want to spend a fortune cause we needed to stay 2 nights. I was apprehensive after reading the reviews but because we like Best Westerns I made the reservation. We were pleasantly surprised...thank goodness! What are people looking for! For the area, it was a good price and it is a clean property. Yes the outside of the hotel needs renovation BUT seriously everything was painted, very clean and you could tell they kept up with trying to maintain it. Our room was very clean, the furniture wasn't abused. The WiFi was very good considering the size of the complex. Breakfast was the usual, but well staffed and plentiful.

When booking we saw they were renovating their rooms so at check in we asked for a renovated room. We were given 137, the main living area had new wood tile flooring, two chairs and deck with an office chair and amble storage space. There were two outlets on the desk lamp which are perfect for charging phones or laptops. The linen was fresh and clean and there were three pillows on each full size bed. The galley and bathroom had new large ceramic tiles. The unstock dorm size refrigerator which left more than enough space for food and drink. There were two sinks, one in the galley and another in the bathroom. The sliding bathroom door was nice but could use an update. Because of the second sink in the bathroom, the toilet was too close to the wall. The shower walls were clean but worn in some spots. The in room air conditioning unit worked well and kept us cool in the 105 heat. It was a little noisy but did not keep us from sleeping.

Awesome hotel, with plenty of great amenities for families. It actually gave me a resort like feel. There were activities planned for the guests and a grill by the pool. This was my husband and I date weekend; however, after staying I vowed to come back with the kids. They would thoroughly enjoy staying there and participating in the activities.

The entire hotel needs strong renovation. There are neat and clean on the hotel grounds, and the pool and pool area is very clean and well maintained. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Quiet rooms with noisy air conditioning.

I stayed here overnight. My room and I think all of the other rooms are outside rooms. We parked close to our room and it was an easy walk. This Best Western is located close to I-66. The main road close to the Best Western looks like a main strip with everything that anyone would need. There was a standard size fridge and microwave. I don't remember anything different about the breakfast from other complimentary breakfasts. I remember that the outside door located next to the parking lot which separates the hotels rooms from the parking lot had a sign that stated that it would be closed at 11pm. It was after 11pm and it was not closed nor the bigger doors beside it. My mother tried to close the one door during daylight but couldn't. I think this is a good place for a night or two.

I had a very pleasant stay overall at Best Western Battlefield Inn, In Manassas, Virginia. Excellent accommodations. The staff is very courteous, friendly and helpful. Don't miss the very nice pool in the inner courtyard. I wasn't aware of it my first trip and missed swimming in it.

We have stayed here in the past always have good results have 7 rooms this stay all of my men had good things to say about the hotel no complaints we will be back .

The hotel is in a great location close to Battlefield Park and Jiffy Lube Live concert venue. The front desk were very friendly and pleasant at check in. The grounds and pool area were very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is a gem at a great price.

A friend and I stayed here for one night because we went to a concert at Jiffy Lube Live. It is more a motel feel with room doors directly accessible from the outside and not through hotel hallways. The beds were clean and comfortable. The furniture, rooms, and appliances could get an upgrade though. It was 100 degrees outside and I am not sure that the air conditioner in the unit could cool the room enough. We had issues sleeping because it was quite warm at times. We didn't use the pool or any facilities at the hotel but the pool and Pavilion with grills looked nice. We paid less than $100 and we are satisfied and will return to this hotel next time we are in town for another concert.

I have been to Nokesville virginia on business 10 times in the past 8 years and every time I go I stay at this hotel. It takes dogs which is a must for me. Clean, comfortable rooms with wifi . Also offers an on site restaurant and bar. I also appreciate the hot breakfast

We stayed two nights and when we are back in that area, we will stay there again. The room was nice and was very clean. The front desk manager was very nice and accommodating. They are motor cycle friendly too. We were allowed to park our Harley inside the court yard outside of our room. They have a very nice restaurant on site and the food is very good.

Bad. Would not stay here again. Even if the church group wasn't there just didn't have a good day. Room smelled like some and the TV wasn't working. Tub had stains. I needed a place of rest for one night and woke up at 1am to hear noise outside and next to my room. Called the front desk and it didn't stop. Also my TV wasn't working

The home away from home !!! like always gets same room. they are now making new floor and all new look of the property . All the management Team and THE desk Team are the BEST. location and free food on Wednesday . best breakfast, and live music on Friday and Saturday is make so relax.

I love the openness of this motor- court style motel. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included. They have a nice pool in the center of the motel that we enjoy very much. We will always stay at this hotel when we are in the area.

I stayed in June when we traveled to the area for a concert at Jiffy lube. It is an older style property with no interior corridors. When I checked in, I was asked if I wanted a ground or 2nd level. I chose 2nd and was given a nice corner room with no guests staying on the other side so it was wonderfully quiet. Check in was quick and there were no mixups in my reservation. Even though there are not interior hallways to access the rooms, the exterior stairway can only be entered with a key. I felt very safe. The room was very clean and had a small fridge and microwave. There is a large sink and vanity outside the bathroom as well as a smaller sink in the actual bathroom. The bar is full service and the breakfast was free and available by 6am. The pool was small but looked maintained. It is a perfect place for an overnight stop. It is right off if the interstate and is close to many restaurants. It was also only a 10 minute drive to be concert venue (and an easy drive at that). I would definitely stay here again if traveling in the area.

Whenever we come to town to visit family we will stay no where else. If your looking for a five star Brand new hotel this is not the place for you. however if you are looking for a nice hotel with the most amazing hospitality that we have ever experienced before this is the place for you. Our room was in need of some updating however it was very clean and upon meeting the G.M who seemed to really care about her property explained that as soon as it slowed down and they could get into the rooms they would be adding all new furniture and new tubs and wood floors they were hoping to get everything completed by end of January. So we are excited to return again next year and we hope to see the same caring team because they really do know how to take care of their guest.

Had my flight cancelled out of IAD and all the hotels in the area were sold out. I was lucky to find this Best Western had one room available. The front desk team was super friendly. The rooms, however, were quite old, run down, and dirty. Had a few roaches in my bathroom during the night. I didn't really care as long as I got a room, however, given a choice I wouldn't stay here more than one night. I will admit the hotel pool looked inviting for families.

What I like best about this hotel is the location. I come to town when Jiffy Lube has a show I like. When I get off the interstate I fill up at the corner Shell station then straight out of there lot is the Best Western. Across the street are several places to eat with in a short walk, Bob Evans is where we go mostly. The hotel has a pool and a place to BBQ but I don't use that. Ive been coming here for 10 years and haven't broke tradition i'll stay the next time i'm in town. Thanks for the hospitality.

Spent the night here on a visit to the Manassas Battlefield. Room was clean and comfortable, however the only room left when we arrived was a Smoking room. I didn't think it who be much of an issue, but the smell of cigarette smoke permeated everything. When we left it was even in our clothes...and no one was smoking while we were there! That being said, not a bad place for the money.

If you are interested in the National Park of Manassas this is a great location with many eateries nearby. Very good accommodations and the pool delightful. Very good breakfast and really nice and helpful staff.

Room is not worth the price I paid. I Would recommend you not pay over $60 to $70 a night. The night staff overcharged me for a room but, said they would reduce at checkout the next morning, which they didn't do. I only stayed at this location for the rewards program, but after this, I probably will not use Best Western again.

Our HOG chapter stays here each year when we attend Rolling Thunder. This was my first time at this hotel and I was VERY IMPRESSED. The entire staff was VERY welcoming and accomodating. They provided a buffet for us one evening which was very much appreciated. We also ate one evening in the restaurant/bar...it was great as well. The hotel is conveniently located to restaurants, gas stations, etc. It was a GREAT experiece and our group WILL RETURN!!!

This hotel has an extremely friendly staff that always makes for a welcoming experience. Manager and restaurant staff are very accommodating, Arrived on a Friday night and there was a loud crowd in the restaurant/lounge but it quieted down fairly soon.

First of all, there is no elevator, so consequently for folks who have a lot of luggage, this is a major inconvenience. Second, trying to regulate the thermostat in the summer, is extremely hard to do. They offered us a free dinner, and the food was absolutely terrible. We will never stay in this hotel again, and would not recommend it to someone else.

Sharma makes this feel like home away from home. It is especially convenient to bicycle to close by restaurants, movie theater, and place of business. I will be coming back each week for the next few months.

The Best Western battlefield Inn in Manassas Virginia took a bucket list tri'p and made it a superior experience. Their treatment of us during Rolling Thunder 2016 was nothing short of stellar. The staff was accommodating and helpful, the room was spectacular and I will be staying here again every year that I participate in this event

Hotel in ideal location for our conference. Clean rooms, great staff, comfortable beds. Breakfast has all you would want, including waffles. The breakfast area becomes a restaurant bar after 5:00 pm and serves good food at reasonable prices. Plenty of parking, covered picnic areas with a barbecue available for use. The pool wasn't in use during our visit. Over all nice place.

This hotel was very clean and breakfast is a plus. Very professional staff. The hotel have a very clean pool area. I wish this hotel had a workout room. The next time my family and I are travelling in the area for tours attactions. The hotel is close DC and caves.

Visited for a friends wedding. The hotel is convenient to the freeway and Dulles International. Breakfast was okay, bar was fun on a Friday night. Interestingly, the hotel had the best wifi I've seen at a hotel in a long time. Decent place for a quick stay.

There are so many things in this location , nice food live music and best food and Bar. Every Wednesday Free Dinner for in house guest really appreciate and breakfast is the BEST . Nice BED . Good Internet . all Great .

I was very impressed with this Best Western. My first time staying at a Best Western and I will be staying there as my hotel of choice going forward. I had outstanding customer service at the front desk. When a staff member really enjoys making customers happy and enjoys his job you can really feel it. I felt like a special guest and my experience on checking in made my day - as I had just had a terrible customer service experience at the Residence Inn Marriott down the street just prior. I would like to make note too of Best Western's very friendly pet policy, I had my dog with me, and they really took care of me. The pet fee was extremely reasonable, $10, and it was clear they had a welcoming attitude to the owner and their pet. The room was very nice, with classy decor, nice smell in the air, detail with amenities and the room felt clean and well attended to. The bed was very comfortable and very nicely made up. The breakfast was laid out very nicely, with a large selection of things to eat - really impressive, especially for this price range.

we stay here regular basis always very good. we feel like 2nd home. nice free food on Wednesday and free breakfast . awesome staff. And great Bed and all Area /picnic spot and Hoarse shoes place . this is a great location and rooms are going to be replace looks new and good !!!

Went on vacation to DC, stayed here. Everyone at the hotel went above and beyond to make the stay even better. Rooms are updated and very clean. My only complaint is that the keycard didn't always work and made it a hassle sometimes getting in room. Will stay here again if ever to DC

Have stayed at this hotel many times for both business and pleasure, and have always found it to be clean and well-cared-for, with an awesome staff that always goes out of their way to please the customer.

This is about what you would expect for the modest price. I should have been more thorough in my search, as I do not like rooms that open directly to the outside, and I like hotels to have a fitness center, which they do not. For these reasons I will stay somewhere else if I need to be in the area again. The free breakfast is ok, and there was a microwave, fridge and coffee maker in the room, which was spacious.

wonderful. rooms are comfortable and quite. Location to restaurants and other businesses was perfect. access to interstate easy off , easy on. The layout of the motel is more like a resort . Easy access to any service the motel offers.

I've been to this hotel several times over the years. The rooms are all updated with great beds and super clean. Each room has a microwave and fridge. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Pretty close to DC without paying DC prices. Lots of restaurants around the area, right off interstate 66. Great pool area outside!

Hello, I have had a flood at my apartment on 4-6-2015, and spent 27 days from that day till 5-5-2015 at the Best western, and on December 1st. i brought my family back. We spent over 2 weeks so far this month, and have not gotten our correct amount of points.Otherwise we have been enjoying your fantastic hotel.

room very clean, and cleaned daily . Ligt fiixtures need maintenance, why do they go off when you sit beside a lamp? Food is OK at the breakfast but could be much better. Served sausage every day , bacon would be nice every other day.

I brought my husband here for a night away for his birthday. We have stayed here in the past and I don't think we would choose anywhere else (you cannot beat the price of the rooms and the customer service experience). We have never had a bad experience.

Our company has this hotel on the list of favorites. We travel in and out of DC from here the location is perfect, plenty of good restaurants in the area including the hotel. All our employees stay here when working in the area It is safe, clean and friendly. Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, Staples just to name a few stores available close by to help with business.

Great location for where we wanted to go. Old hotel with some upgrades. A place where there was a very heavy construction guests. Kind of funky in general. Yard well maintained but plain. Nice staff and good bar meal.

The hotel was a little old, however, it was very clean, the staff was great, and I enjoyed the restaurant/bar. It was also priced competitively, which gave it a great value for the cost; as well as being convenient to the airport (20 minutes) and right off the interstate. Also, there were a number of restaurants in the immediate area if you didn't want to eat at the hotel. I'll be travelling in the area again in 3 months and will return.

This is one of the better Best Western Inns that we have stayed. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were perfect for our three night stay. The hotel is conveniently located to the Manasas Battlefield and even a nearby winery.

Very clean and quiet ! Free Dinner on Wednesday nights if you stay 2 nights and We got a $25 gift card. Beds were very comfortable and nice sheets. TV was new and very clear. Very roomy and clean. We will be back if in the area.

I stayed on October 5 one night room 235. I would say this a nice hotel. Ady's restaurant seems full of people on Monday night that gives nice impression. Front desk very friendly. One thing about the bathroom there is no side wall handicap bar. Hotel breakfast was awesome. Thank you Karim

We have stayed at this Best Western 3 times for business travel and we can't say enough about the awesome staff and overall "good" feeling we get when we stay. They have excellent management, housekeeping and overall staff. Some of the rooms have been renovated with laminated wood floors and updated furniture so we would recommend that you request an updated room. This Best Western has a terrific outdoor swimming pool with horseshoe pits and barbeque pavilions that guests make use of along with a restaurant and bar. If you are looking to have fun where you are staying at a decent rate, this is the hotel for you.

We stayed here on our way home from a trip to upstate New York. We had a slow and leisurely trip that took a week to arrive home. We stayed in Best Westerns all the way to Florida because we felt at home with each location. Planning to only stay at Best Westerns on all future trips. They may not be exactly the same but all have the same concept of pleasing their guests.

This hotel rents to construction workers who stay up all hours of the night drinking outside their rooms. This is not a family friendly hotel and would not stay there again. No security response to deal with the problem.

My Husband and I originally booked at the Days Inn right behind The Best Western Inn, We did not last 5 minutes at the Days Inn! VERY SKECTHY AND DIRTY! So we decided to drive to the closet hotel which is Best Western and it was THE best choice we made, with no reservations luckily they had rooms left, The front desk staff welcomed us as soon as we walked in with big smiles. Great thing about this hotel we get to choose if we want a smoking room or non smoking and if we would like a ground floor or second floor. As soon as we got to our rooms, rooms were clean , beds were comfy and we definitly slept well which is a BIG PLUS for myself and husband. Next time we are in town i'll remember to book at the Best Western Battlefeild inn and not the Days Inn.
