Clean and quiet rooms. Staff was friendly and attentive. Off highway 84 and conveniently located near a stripes and McDonald's. Every time we come to Sudan, we stay here. Reasonable rates as well. Definitely a great place to stay for the night!

Good location - easy off and on to highway. Not much room for parking for U-Haul w/car trailer. No restaurants within walking distance. Nice, clean room and average hotel breakfast. Would stay here again.

Quite, clean and well maintained Best Western with very friendly, courteous, professional manager and staff. Comfortable room and beds. I was very pleased with my overnight stay, check-in and checkout.

I checked in to this hotel. Entering my room it was average until I was about to go to bed. The mattress was old and uncomfortable and there were yellowish/orange stains on my pillow cases. I called the front desk about the stains and was told it was from the chemicals housekeeping used....but I never felt comfortable about that answer. The only thing above average was the hot breakfast but I will never stay here again.

On the positive side, the large room and big bath were clean, the shower refreshing, and the bed quite comfortable. The front desk clerk managed to get me into a room once she broke away from her cell phone and we overcame the language barrier. On the other hand, the ice machine produced cubes blackened by what I assume was mold. Disgusting. This may be the best Littlefield has to offer; next time I'll drive on into New Mexico.

They will overcharge you if you do not have reservation and they only have a couple of rooms left. They charges us $200 + tax a night, and then sent us to a reg room when they said it was a king suite. We had to go back down and wait for a manager and mover to another room. Will never stay there again.

We stayed at Best Western for two nights. We were in town for a reunion. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and polite. They handled any issues swiftly and appropriately. We really enjoyed our stay and will always stay here when we come to town.

Desk clerk ask us for money was very rude guest had pets and loud shower did not work feared for my property. Unknown male hanging out with desk clerk outside had to check on my property frequently left as soon as possible

Room and staff were great, party in adjacent room not so much. Would recommend this place. Just wish I could have gotten more sleep which was so badly needed for my road trip. Staff very friendly and I know it wasn't their fault.

Room had dead bugs in the bathroom and other areas. Staff rude if you requested any assistance. Not enough breakfast for guest. Ran out 30 minutes prior to the end of breakfast. Bed in room was hard. Hotel was noisy. Guest yelling in hallway and staff did nothing.

I called back on February 23 2022 to reserve rooms for our family reunion. Due to Covid we were unable to have our 2020 family reunion. Last week I was notified by a few of my family members that the hotel stated that the didn't have any rooms under my name. I called the hotel and spoke to the manager and he basically called me a liar and that he didn't see any information. I offered to show him the family reunion letter that I had sent out in March. But he still refused to honor the rate. Some of my family members have in fact gotten rooms with the quoted rate. But I guess after he realized that someone had given me that rate he changed it & offered the rooms at 130.00 a night plus taxes which is around 160.00 a night. Thanks Best Western Covid ruined our family reunion and now so are you trying to ruining it! In closed are pictures of the call log and the information that I put out on Facebook.

The room was clean, all appliances worked, plenty of clean towels, and it was quiet! The staff was helpful and friendly. Check out was a breeze. The breakfast room was neat and plenty of food present.

This hotel is good for a one night stay if in the area. Rooms in Lubbock were full because of a graduation from Texas Tech. Front desk staff were friendly and worked with us getting best price as we are Best Western reward members. Hotel is clean and rooms spacious. Price is moderate. Lots of workers stay here that are working in the area. Doors to rooms are very heavy and they do slam loudly if you are not careful. I give this hotel a good rating.

They have the best waffles ever. Natasha checked us in and was very polite and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They have a cappuccino on demand coffee maker that had a hot cup of coffee in about 30 seconds. If back in Littlefield again will stay here again.

Our stay was fine until I left a Tempur- pedic type pillow there. I called the front desk and they said the owner is the one who ships stuff back. I told the front desk to use my credit card number and charge me the shipping. It's been 2 weeks and that jerk STILL hasn't shipped my pillow, nor has he communicated with me in any way to let me know when the heck he will freaking ship my stuff. I have called the front desk 3 times now. God forbid you leave anything at that hotel cuz you will never get it back.

Booking directly with Stephan at the property led me to know my room would be exactly as I requested. It was! Pet friendly. Clean and abundant breakfast. If patrons would not slam doors and entry doors, it would be very quiet. Away from any road noise. Great property. Highly recommend

The rooms were clean and spacious enough to fit all 4 of us. We didn't feel cramped in. The room has a large bathroom. It also had a microwave and coffee machine. They offer a hot breakfast. It was nice and quiet. I slept like a baby. Overall we had a good stay.

Some of my family traveled through Littlefield years ago and remembered it as a dumpy little town. What a wonderful surprise to us when we pulled into this hotel! It seemed quite new! Decor was great, everything was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. We had a great stay!

We decided to make a last minute trip to visit family. We ended up staying here and we absolutely return here on our next trip. We where we'll taken care of, the rooms are clean, and the staff is very knowledgeable and very customer service oriented.

Within an unassuming facade, some of the nicest people await you to provide a restful travel experience. Staff greet you with a genuine smile on their faces, as they are willing to make your stay a pleasant one. They treat you like family. Perfect.

This hotel has a very friendly staff, comfortable quiet rooms and a delicious breakfast with a great variety of items to eat and drink. It also has an extremely convenient location, but is still very peaceful.

Hotel appears nice it is clean to a point. Dusty on room chair rails under the seat. Mattress was squeaky and tended to slope down at your head making you feel your feet were higher than your head it also was very bouncy "cheap" They did not stock breakfast supplies like they should. Price was out of line for this hotel not worth what you pay!!!

We stay in many hotels and this by far was the best!!!!! They were like family away from home!! EVERYONE was so nice. The front desk, cleaning crew to the wonderful lady in the breakfast area. Wish we could pick up this hotel and staff and take them with us on the road!! When we come back, I look forward to staying here! Oh and breakfast is Awesome!!!

An extremely friendly and accommodating staff at Best Western Littlefield goes out of their way to provide a home away from home. I travel to this part of the country several times a year and have never been disappointed

The lady that was working the breakfast area went out of here way to make sure the service was perfect.If and when I am in the little field area Best Western this is where I will be staying. Great service at there other locations I have stayed at also.

Often in small towns there are few, if any, options to stay overnight. This location is very nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful. If in the area I would stay here without hesitation. It was close to the area I wanted to visit, so was a perfect choice.

We decided not to stay in Lubbock this time and found the Littlefield Best Western to be a great choice. The beds were comfortable, the service great. The grounds were immaculate. Plan to make this a regular stop on our travels in the area.

This Best Western was a delightful place for our two night stay. We were made to feel very welcomed by Josh who checked us in. He made sure we were totally satisfied with our room. The rooms were clean and breakfast was outstanding. There were many family members staying there and we all were so pleased with the welcome and the care we received.

Love this Hotel abd staff! They are very accommodating! I always stay here 2 times a year when visiting a family member. The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean. The breakfast is very good and fresh.

We stayed here on our way home from Santa Fe because the reviews were fairly good. We did not have a good experience and will not stay here again! All of the staff we encountered were friendly and courteous, but the overall atmosphere was not professional. Our room was across from the elevator and was the first room past the front desk. Loud talking from staff and guests using the elevator could be clearly heard inside our room. A group of 3 men, who may have included friends of staff, were smoking, drinking beer, and talking loud until after 10:00 p.m. outside the front entrance right in front of our window. There was no fresh brewed coffee in the breakfast bar. Only a push button coffee machine and no decaf at all. However, there was a selection of organic herbal teas. When we went to the front desk to check out, 5 staff members including the desk clerk were sitting around a table in the breakfast area visiting and talking. He had to get up and walk to the desk to check us out. The location is near dairy farms! We did not notice any odor when when we checked in, but in the morning the wind had shifted and the odor was overwhelming! We couldn't get our things loaded in the car fast enough. On the positive side, I would like to say that the room was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Everything in the room worked fine, plenty of hot water, furnishings were nice. If this is all you are looking for you will probably enjoy your stay. Just make sure they don't put you in a room near the elevator and front desk!

Nice enough property. The bed was comfortable and we did get a good nights sleep. Refrigerator and microwave worked fine. Breakfast not great, no meaty sellection and eggs were cold. We ended up eating cereal and toast.

Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was first rate. Reviews I read before booking indicated the walls were thin. I took my ear plugs just in case but they were not needed. Either my neighbors were very quiet or the reviews were exaggerated.

Overall good stay. Clean, quiet, helpful staff, very fast internet, awesome water pressure in the shower! A bit dark on the decor but overall a great stay. Only downsides was there was no microwave in the breakfast area so I had to ask the breakfast staff to heat up my food (sandwiches with meat are served cold), and the fact that the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and there is nothing to do or eat in the small town (but that's not really Best Western's fault).

This hotel was very nice inside and outside. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Littlefield vicinity. It is also pet friendly. Great location also.

A decent hotel with a caring staff. It was clear that the staff wanted our stay to be comfortable. It was clean and had a nice pool. The walls are a little thin, so there is some noise issue. It was also a bit expensive for the location.

Great water pressure Super clean bedding Well apportioned room for the middle of nowhere. It literally is in the middle of nowhere, Littlefield, Texas. Breakfast or lunch at Stripes/Loradoe Taco Company is awesome. PS Be on the lookout for horn toads.

We took a short stop in Littlefield on our way to Santa Fe, NM. We found the hotel very clean, staff very friendly and check in very fast. Room was nice size and clean. Had their hot breakfast the next morning. Plenty of items to choose from.

We are mom and pop hotel people...most of the time. But the BW was our pick for this visit. The front staff was very friendly and helpful....best part of our visit. The hotel its self was clean but its ran down and needs some renovations in the rooms.They had several windows covered because of a hail storm that had done a ton of damage (that didnt bother us at all) Overall i would i would visit again!

Clean room, soft fluffy pillows, reading chair, spacious bathroom. Thermostat to control heating/air. Friendly & helpful staff. Variety of breakfast items. Fitness center, plenty of parking. Fridge and microwave in room was a plus. Free wifi and cable on flat-screen TV.

We stayed at the Best Western hotel in Littlefield Texas, on the way back from our Christmas vacation in Colorado. We were extremely satisfied with the room, the helpfulness of the staff, and the check-in and check-out process. Nice hotel for such a small town. It was a nice rest on a long roadtrip. Not fancy but clean and modern. Friendly small-town Texas staff. I prefer staying in small towns along the way as they have fewer crime and break-ins but often you don't get this nice of a place.

The Best Western in Litttlefield, Texas, is a wonderful stopping off place. Absolutely no need to push on to the next larger stop. Comfortable, helpful, courteous and thoughtful. Thank you so much! Very nice stop while traveling. Comfortable and clean and good place to relax before getting back on the road. Have not had any problems while staying here and will be back when in the area. Arrived late in evening but staff was ready and I was in my room quickly.

Traveling with a large dog sometimes is difficult, with room odors and just comming and going for walks, but we had no issues here and the room was exceptionally clean and large enough, for the three of us. We had a great stay.

We had had a very long drive in pouring rain during the day, so to arrive here at this wonderfully comfortable and quite oasis and be greeted with a warm and friendly smile was just what we needed. The hotel is just off the road and was so quiet and comfortable that we overslept the next morning!!

This place is clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is super nice and helpful. There is free wifi in the rooms and a nice business center. Also outdoor pool and small gym. I enjoyed the location as well, Will definitely stay here again.

The clerk was very nice and helpful. It was quiet and the bed really slept well. The room was clean and large. The breakfast was below par in my opinion. The eating area didn't have a microwave for heating anything. There was no milk for cereal. The waffles, however, were wonderful. The coffee was good and hot and strong. There was plenty of seating. Overall, it was a really good place to stay and we'd stay there again.

Needed a room for one night as we hotel hopped across Texas doing work in one town then off to another. This is your typical Best Western. The beds are comfortable. The AC works. The shower water is hot. That is about all i need at a hotel. Most of the time we check in soon after work. Go out to eat. come back to the room . Get up the next morning. Seldom are amenities used as we simply need a place to lay our heads.

Quiet. Clean. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Not hectic like Lubbock places. Easy to get to. Will stay here again in the future. Have stayed here several times in the past. Walking distance to Subway

The employees, the great full breakfast, the accommodations, just everything is awesome about this Best Western! The beds and pillows are so cozy and comfortable. The rooms are clean and well stocked. The air conditioning blows really cold air and they even have thermostats in each room instead of just the a/c controls.

The breakfast being minimal quality like many Best Western. The room door did not lock without using the dead bolt. the Internet was good response. The air conditioning was noisy and did not keep the humanity adjusted so this west Texas room was so dry to cause nose bleeds.

Got rooms with boarded up windows and offered no discount. Toilet plugged up and told my relative to use the one in lobby and later when maintenance comes they will check out. Boarded up window and can't use toilet no discount of another room offered

Small 2 story hotel... Rooms were clean, beds were comfy... Staff went above and beyond to help when needed... very informative. Breakfast was hot and good.. wonderful TX shaped waffles. Pool was great...

We were pleased with our experience at the Littlefield Best Western. It was quite comfortable and clean. Price was reasonable and as quoted. I would stay here again if we pass through this area Sometimes we have had poor luck at BW's, so we rarely stay at one, but this one was fine!

As always, Best Western is a great hotel. The Littlefield Best Western has some of the nicest and most-helpful folks you can find. Even though the hotel had recently suffered damage from one of the worst storms in the town's history, they had everything in ship shape and immaculate. Very nice, very comfortable stay.

All was clean and working. Bed was comfortable and the hot tub was hot. The breakfast was the usual items but had boiled eggs and even that was better than the liquid egg substitute that most places scramble.

Excellent in every area but the breakfast was awful. The eggs were not cooked all the way, and the sausage was overcooked. The pastries were dry and my hubby had to go to McDonald's...Which was disappointing to have to pay for breakfast, when it was to accompany the room price.

My family and I stayed there during a recent family illness, the hotel is quiet, clean, rooms are excellent, comfy beds, great internet, and the staff is AMAZING! They always had a smile on their face and eager to accommodate every request! I highly recommend this hotel!!!

I always stay here on business when heading west. Much better than the bustle of Lubbock. Decent places in town to eat, this hotel is always clean and the staff friendly. This is a decent value for your dollar.

Spent the weekend in Littlefield for a baseball tournament. This is a nice, clean hotel. Breakfast was really good and a great selection. Staff was was very nice and the service couldn't have been better.

We have stayed here three times. Better than staying in Lubbock. Clean and quiet. Good breakfast choices. Safe place to park truck and trailer hauling a classic car. I would recommend this place and will stay here again in the future. There is a Subway within walking distance for a close meal.

Had reserved a room with a king bed, but was told that a king bed was not guaranteed and that a king room was not available. Only after a lengthy discussion was a king room made available. Breakfast was only adequate.

Weary travelers and we needed to stop on our way from East Texas to Santa Fe. We booked our hotel online and anticipated an older hotel. Much to our surprise this little Best Western was newer and in great shape. The staff was so welcoming. Breakfast was typical yet well stocked and fresh. Highly recommend for anyone needing a stop in Littlefield.

Best in littlefield area. I was too far from Lubbock and chose to stay here. Staff was great, rooms were very nice and clean. Newly renovated. Breakfast was not as good as expected. Just waffles and bacon and the rest were pastries and yogurt. Besides that, I was very pleased.

Good service, good breakfast, with good location, good price. Will return every year for our annual event. Granola at breakfast was excellent! Would have been nice to have coffee in the lobby for more than just breakfast.

We planned to drive straight through to home but both of us were exhausted. When my husband saw the motel, he immediately turned in. We were greeted by a very clean and comfortable room. The bed was so comfortable with plenty of pillows. A steamy shower and a good breakfast in the lobby sent us on our way the next morning. I highly recommend this motel.

We showed up at midnight. 14 of us stopped here last night, and we got 7 double rooms. The lady at the front desk got us in pretty quick. Wifi was good, the room pretty comfortable, and breakfast was warm at around 8 am when we left. Standard fruit, yoghurt, eggs, sausage, cereal, juice, coffee.

This location was nice . Price for room was high for weekday. Breakfast and Staff were very nice and made you feel at home . This location is out near the highway. and is a nice place to stay at . Just consider the price if on a budget.

My mother, daughter and I stayed in this hotel while we were in town for my niece's high school graduation. There's not a lot of options in Littlefield, unless you want to stay in Lubbock and drive approximately 1/2 hour each way, but this hotel is fairly new and nice! They had a full breakfast available each morning and the staff is friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable place to stay. Good bed and clean room. Friendly staff. The property is in excellent condition. Great AC! If you need to come to the Littlefield, Texas area...this is the place to stay.

This was just a stop on our trip Mesa Verde via Santa Fe, NM. This Best Western was average when compared to other Best Western's we have stayed at on our travels but a welcomes place to rest for the night after a long day on the road.

Hotel was just north of Lubbock and wonderful. Bed was perfect and gave me a peaceful night sleep - staff was friend - food close by. Free breakfast bar and very very clean. I'd stay here again! Only 2 floors and king beds suites with hotubs or sitting areas. This hotel stay was better than I expected with a fridge, microwave and hair dryer. No complaints at all.,

I stay here whenever I am in Littlefield. Clean and comfortable. In my opinion it is priced about $10 too high so I hit the "value for the price paid" a little. But it is the only place I will stay in Littlefield.

The check-in clerk and housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, very clean and well kept. The outdoor swimming pool was sparkling, and again, very clean, as was the fitness room (could use more machines) and the breakfast area. Breakfast buffet included eggs, sausage and gravy, and make your own waffles, plus muffins, sweet rolls, yogurt. Maybe need a new waffle maker , as it did not seem to completely cook the waffle. Will stay here again!

The room, bathroom, breakfast area, fitness room (limited selection of machines) and outdoor swimming pool (small but sparkling) were all immaculately clean. The waffle iron was not working properly at the complimentary breakfast, but that was the only problem. Great place to stay.

price is to high for Littlefield ,TX I didn't expect to pay that much for a very small town, but it is a beautiful hotel and vey clean easy to find and was convenient, internet was very slow I was disappointed.

Twice this has been a haven in bad weather for our family. Nice clean hotel. Quiet! Would recommend when you are passing thru. Friendly staff at the desk and the breakfast bar. Great directions to the hotel sent by email confirmation. Just a few blocks off the highway makes for a quiet stay.

The staff at this hotel are incredible. They're so accommodating to your needs. The hotel is very clean with very comfortable rooms. The breakfast is an actual hot breakfast not just some muffins. Everything was fresh and yummy. If you're traveling thru Littlefield there's no question that you'll be comfortable here.

Loved staying there when go visit our family in Anton,Littlefield and Lubbock. Rooms are nice and comfortable. We are at home when we stay at Best Western.Just love it. Awesome Awesome. Highly recommended to stay there. Love it.

The hotel appears to be fairly new, but it is already showing the wear and tear. A chair in our room had the upholstery ripped on the arm and the room did not appear to be in tip top shape, but was not bad by any means. The size of the room was fine and the bathroom was large. The room was clean and the bed slept well too. We were on the front of the hotel and the road noise was terrible. Also, every time the automatic sliding front door opened and closed we heard it - sounded like a loud roll of thunder each time. They have free wifi but it did not work very well. The free breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly.

When I called I was lost and Jonathan got on the computer checked where I was on Google maps and direct me safely to the hotel. Hotel is a great breakfast a nice pool and is very peaceful. The rooms are clean the beds are soft and the price isn't too bad I highly recommend this hotel

My daughter and I were traveling from Austin to Southern California and found this hotel by accident. It turned out to be one of the best places I have stayed. The grounds were impeccable, the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was spotless. The bed was extremely comfortable and in the morning the breakfast was excellent. The swimming pool was clean and the pool deck spotless. I recommend this hotel to anyone who would like a relaxing, comfortable stay on their travels.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times because its on a route we travel. Its a clean room with a comfortable bed. quiet area even thought right off the highway. The breakfast is not very good. I like good coffee and this is undrinkable. The waffle was ok and juice was fine but I didn't eat anything else. We like having a refrigerator and a microwave. Its a good place to stay instead of Lubbock.

The welcoming staff member was friendly and courteous. The hot tub temperature was lower than body heat. Insects and leaves had not been removed from the pool or hot tub for more than a day. The staff member on duty at breakfast appeared as though they wished they were in another world. I would rate this facility right down there with America's Best Motels in value! The cost charged was extremely high for the location and service provided. I will not stay at this facility again unless the rate is cut by 50%

Clean comfortable well-kept hotel. Called ahead same day for reservation. Room rate slightly high for the area but overall a good value for this hotel. I did not notice competitive hotels in the town. Conveniently located on US385. Very noice accommodations and very good breakfast.

The staff is friendly, the breakfast is free and as far as I could tell this is the best place to stay in town. I didn't go to the pool but there is one and there's also a gym. It is limited but I was able to get a little exercise.
