My stay at this Best Western was outstanding and so was the staff. They was kind and often was asking are their anything else they can help you with. I would recommend this hotel.Both clerks was had great customer service.

Other than the lighting being dim in the rooms it was super clean they smelled really good . The housekeepers didn't bug us at check out the next morning when we woke up late we told them we needed 30 more mins and they said okay and didn't bother us I loved that. The environment was just fun the pool the fitness room it the staff was the best part

Overall this hotel is decent. The housekeeping needs more work. It's OK, no bugs or anything like that. Some stays I have no issues. Others the entire room has not been cleaned as I think it should. Microwave dirty, desk has some sticky residue or the table between beds still has crumbs. Shower and sheets have been good.

Did not know about this BW brand of hotel, but it was a nice stay. Clean, friendly, amenities were spot on (especially during COVID times). I used the treadmill in the workout room, and was pleasantly surprised to see that it was a upgraded model and fairly newer than what most hotels have. The pool was clean but could not use because of rain. I will stay again if in the area.

This was my second visit to this hotel. Very good hotel for the price. Rooms were very clean, staff was great, everyone was very nice and helpful. Great Pool and Hot Tub area with a gazebo and grills. Really enjoyed my visits, would recommend this hotel if in the Leesville La area!!

A true gem of a hotel. Very warm and professional reception upon arrival from Hazel and Delisa. We felt right at home immediately. Our room was very clean, quiet and spacious. The doors lead out into a corridor which is a plus. Landscaping is immaculate. Parking is convenient and plentiful. Very convenient location to Fort Polk (8 miles). Great Cajun restaurant next door. As a COVID-19 precaution, this site prepares a delicious balanced breakfast “to-go.” The breakfast burritos and hot coffee were my favorites. I honestly can't say enough good things about this location. We joined their rewards program which was thoroughly explained to us by Hazel. Best Western has earned our loyalty as we will stay here each time we visit Leesville/Ft. Polk.

The staff was great the hotel was nice and clean. I had no problems when staying there. Was able to take advantage of early check in. I will stay at this hotel every time I come to town. I already have booked my next stay.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean. I was nice to have the beds made every day. Due to COVID they did not have hot breakfast but they did have a to go breakfast every day. I would stay here again

We had a good night stay - a bit on the edge of most of the commercial area but hotel was nice and was in the process of being remodeled. We had to work to find ice but everything else was nice. Person at the front desk was very friendly and helped directed us to great local places to eat.

I stayed here when I was visiting nearby family. The staff was very friendly and my check in was quick. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. The fridge was a bit too cold as it froze my milk and yogurt, but I didn't check the settings before I put stuff in. The bed was particularly comfy, soft pillow top, with firm inner springs. I slept great. I tried to look at what brand the mattress was, but it was completely wrapped in a mattress cover so I couldn't see any label. The free breakfast was better than most hotel offerings with scrambled eggs, sausage patties and links, biscuits and gravy, plus cereal, yogurt, toasts and muffins etc. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay in Leesville.

Room was very good for the price. Bed was a little hard. Tap water smelled terrible but wasn't the hotels fault. Hotel felt bad about and they provide free bottles of water for their guests. Breakfast was good and better than expected for continental breakfast.

I have stayed at this hotel over 100 nights this year. It is a clean place with wonderful staff that makes you feel at home, when away from home. The hotel is on the end of town so when you are going to work you dont have to sit in all the traffic lights. Restaraunts are close enough by to go and eat. I would recommend this hotel when needing a place to stay in the area.

The only problem we had was at breakfast the staff was talking about other staff near us. They knew we were there and could hear them. It was really unprofessional. I talked to them and let them know it was unprofessional and they apologized.

We stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed this Sure Stay Best Western! The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked very well and the water pressure was excellent! The room was very clean and well appointed! We ate breakfast both mornings and there was plenty of variety with plenty of every item! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful! We will stay here again!

Very clean inside and out never Friendly staff quick and easy check in and out. Rooms are clean beds comfortable bathroom and showers all clean. Not the newest Hotel but also not the oldest I stay here when ever I'm in Leesville never had any issues.

The Sure Stay Hotel was clean and well taken care of. The Staff was friendly and helpful.The location was perfect for my trip. The breakfast had a nice selection of items and tasty. I will plan on staying here whenever I am back in the area.

This is our third time to stay at this hotel. I would absolutely suggest it. The rooms are clean and basic at a great price. The only reason I'm giving 4 out of five is the housekeeping staff. Lobby staff was phenomenal but we were woken up ALL three mornings by housekeeping talking (loudly) outside our room. That's the only negative to this hotel. Otherwise great and we didn't have that issue the other two times.

Customer service was on point!! Everyone who worked there was polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good for a hotel. Eggs sausage biscuit gravy fruit yogurt array of breads cereal juices and coffee. My 4 year old loves the pool. It was older but kept clean. Our rooms were clean and bed comfortable. The carpet left your feet black but other than that perfect stay.

I was on a stressful emergency trip to see family in failing health. I knew this hotel from previous stays and staying there totally eliminated any stress over accommodations. The staff is friendly and courteous. The breakfast isn't lavish but its just what you need.

Great house keeping and front office staff. The breakfast was also pretty good especially when considering that we were able to save money instead of having to spend additional money on another meal. Not to mention the amount of time saved as well.

Clean, except for BED BUGS! They were everywhere; behind pics above the beds behind headboards on the wall, chairs, pillow cases, sheets, even one on the hair dryer! Staff even admitted "this has been a problem they have been dealing with for some time." When came time for the owner to make it right, he said what needed to to get us out of his lobby away from other guests, but proved to be all a lie!! Didn't even refund the full price of the room.

very clean pleasant room and the employees were extremely nice i believe this is the nicest motel we have ever stayed in. we travel extensively and if i go thru Leesville, la. again this is where we will stay !! did i mention a good hot breakfast included in your stay. thank you surestay for a pleasant night !!!!!!!!!!!!!

The room and bathroom very clean, laundry, lobby, and nice pool area. The staff and management very courteous and professional. I guess that is Louisiana Hospitality. It is a convenient location away from the hustle and bustle. If I am in Leesville again I will make it a point to stay at this First Class Property.

Went in for a business meeting, the Front desk service was exceptional. Very hopitiable, fantastic personalities. Every month we come for our business meetings it is nothing except expectational service everytime. Very pleased with their level of professional and fantastic service, and hospitality consistently through out each visit

Great Experience. Really great staff. Meeting room experience was really good as well. Had everything we needed. We always get treated right when our company use this hotel for our meetings. Would recommend to anyone.

Not sure where to start. As a group of Lions Camp members that make the trip up here at least three times a year or more, this is our first time under the new name "Sure Stay". Making the reservation two months in advance and requesting the same rooms we always get didn't work this time. So we get one room and the shower doesn't work, tub plumbing problems but they put you in the room anyway. Another room had an air condition that didn't work properly. Request a non smoking room, forget it. they hand you a can of spray. Mind you, know one was there all week until Friday night so they had many empty rooms to full-fill our request. One ice maker was broken and stayed broken all week. Most of the TV channels were not working and the breakfast bar left a lot to be desired. Down right nasty. They need to take a hard look at their maintenance priority. We left with a lot of pissed off Lions Camp members. I'm sure some didn't have the problems we experienced but you would think a little more attention to return customers would be on their radar. Not to be on this trip.

This was my second time staying at the Best Western in Leesville, LA. I come up there once a year for my son's parents' night at camp. Last year there was a mix up with the room I booked, but they did their best to accommodate. This year, service and stay was exceptional.

Very nice room for the value. Very nice staff, great price. Breakfast could be a little better, could use a waffle maker like other hotels or some fresh fruit nothing we ate on it. Coffee was good, But close to places to eat. Room was clean, bed comfy.

Very nice room and clean. Everything was in working order and staff was friendly and courteous. The courtyard was a very nice feature, as was the swimming pool and pool area. Manager was very accommodating.

This is a great little hotel! It's not a 5 star hotel but the staff here is! The rooms are up to date, clean, quite and comfortable. It has a very nice pool and hot tub in the courtyard. The only reason for not giving this 5 stars is that the AC was off when we entered the room and it had a slight musty odor. After running the AC for a couple of hours that was no longer noticable. Breakfast is a good avg. complimentary style. IThe internet service is above average.

This may not look like a shining 5 star hotel from the outside but the care and professional attitude of the staff is excellent! The only reasons for not giving this an Excellent rating is that the room ac was not left on even to circulate the air, thus giving it a slightly musty oder that went away after running the ac for a couple of hours. The room was well kept and up to date. The internet service was very good. A very nice pool with hot tub was located in the courtyard. Breakfast was ok~ avg.
