The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean. The breakfast was the best complementary breakfast I have ever had at a hotel, with lots of food choices. I would love to come back and stay again, great hotel.

Friendly , helpful staff. Wonderful spacious room. Decent continental breakfast. I had a relative in the hospital across the street so the able to go back to hotel to rest after long days at the hospital. Will stay here again. Thank you

Went to this hotel for a conference. This hotel has everything you need within itl: restaurant, gym and even a trail around a koi pond in the back. The surrounding area seemed safe enough to walk around after dark for a little exercise or to find a restaurant in town.

Beautiful quiet serene hotel with lush garden koi pond and waterfalls a must for a relaxing nite off from driving , a chef in the restaurant creates high end delicious plates with top chef flare . Spacious rooms with tons of comfortable furnishings endless amenities at your disposal staff is always available for you

This was one of the best hotel experiences our family has ever had! The staff are all extremely friendly and make you feel like you're staying with family. We upgraded to a suite and it was well worth it. It had one of the nicest showers we've every used. The breakfast is awesome, so many options! The bar made great cocktails and the food is top notch. The garden and koi pond are beautiful. What a gem!

I like to occasionally do some small getaways for both leisure and to work remotely in a different environment. I've stayed at the Boulder Falls in three or four times now and it's always a pleasant experience. I appreciate the breakfast spread and the cookies they put out in the evening. I love the heated pool, and the garden is tranquil and beautiful. Staff is always pleasant and accommodating. Definitely worth staying here if you get the chance.

We enjoyed being at the Boulder Falls BW. For the money, it was a great experience. Since it is a BW Premier it has a resort feel. Since it was cold outside, the hot tub could have been a degree or two higher, but it was reasonable.

Very nice and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and fresh beds are amazing, and the breakfast is amazing. So good.we enjoyed our stay very much. Hot tub is out side witch was actually nice too.very hot.

We always stay at a Best Western when traveling with our furbabies. This hotel is definitely the best one we've stayed in. Room was bigger than the typical BW rooms, very clean, and with a spacious bathroom. Full breakfast was delicious with a good variety to choose from. Front desk and restaurant staff were all wonderful! We also loved the Japanese garden!

Staying at the Premier Best Western was the ideal location in Lebanon, Oregon. Not only this hotel provides safety, but also, this hotel has a lot to offer in terms of complimentary amenities. The Japanese boutique garden provides a calm and safe environment for hotel guests to stay.

I always try to stay here when I am visiting in the area. It's the nicest place around for sure... but there are some things to be desired... The restaurant bar is open again, but not very late during the week. There are NO tv's in the hotel except in your room so if you're trying to to miss your favorite team play, its going to be there or go find a bar. I really wish they would open and promote the upstairs bar again, so much lost business, entertainment, and potential. It really makes me sad to think about it. The dining experience is great, but more upscale than I usually participate in. It's just a little too formal for me. I prefer a fun atmosphere, and this has a feel of being stuffy. But I think that's what their going for. You know the saying... read the room. Well, read the town... ALL other restaurants and bars are several steps down in that local area. Keep the great service but loosen up on the "all in" formality a little and bring in some entertainment.

Everything about this hotel was great! Beautiful Japanese garden walking trail with waterfall & pond. Lots of coy you can purchase food for at front counter and feed! Breakfast & dinner were great! This was by far the nicest Best Western we stayed at. Price is very reasonable for what you get at this hotel. The rooms were fresh, clean and well kept! The bed super comfortable! Friendly staff!

Check-in: The lobby is large and there is a very comfortable circular couch to sit on and wait for check-in. I needed to sit to chat with the front desk staff and check-in, so I was able to do that from the couch. I had thought I requested an ADA room, but apparently hadn't. When I requested one and the closest possible to the entry and/or elevator the front desk staff was helpful. One was available luckily. Parking: There is plenty of parking around the exterior of the hotel, primarily at the north end of the hotel and some spots along the front side (west facing). The few handicapped spaces available are near the entrance to the lobby, but a bit of a distance away and across from the entry doors. If you use mobility assistive devices the distance is probably a non-issue. For me, without those, it was a bit difficult. Room: Looked modern, new, and very clean. The door to the room was very heavy and hard to hold open while trying to carry bags inside (even for my very healthy/fit older teenage son). I'd watch little ones carefully around the room doors. They close quickly and hard if you are not actively holding them open. There was a nice bench to sit on or place luggage. We had a bed and a sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper was pretty standard and uncomfortable, but I needed to use it as hotel beds are all much too high to climb onto easily (for me, at 5'3"). As a sofa it was good, sleeping was difficult as the bar is easily felt when laying on the thin mattress. My son said the bed was very comfortable though. The A/C fan unit under the window worked well once we realized the controls on it don't work and you need to locate the thermostat on the room wall to control it. Same for the TV - initially it says there is no signal and to choose an input ... you just need to press the channel buttons up or down numerous times until it gets to a channel that works. ADA Bathroom: Very clean and new. There was a shower stool in there for use if needed, which is so helpful to avoid having to pack and carry one. The shower/tub combo had a fixed showerhead and a handheld showerhead. Room Service: From the 1847 Bar & Grill inside the hotel. Service was prompt & friendly, and the dessert was delicious. We asked for utensils for the food we brought in from another local restaurant and some drinks to supplement our meal. I had a special chevre cheesecake with toasted hazelnut topping. The cheesecake was tasty, on the light and fluffy side, with good tang from the chevre. The crust was a bit soggy from whatever syrup it was topped with. I was not a fan of the topping and thought it would be great without it or maybe some olallieberries instead (personal preference though). Just to give you an idea of the price, as I couldn't find these items on their menu or the fees listed - it was $2.50 per soft drink, $9 for the cheesecake slice, and $2.52 for the room service fee (18%) = $16.52. I was happy to pay that for the convenience. This is a nice hotel near the Osteopathic Medical School. It's a few minutes away from the I-5 but a great price for a quality hotel. We picked up takeout for dinner from the Growler Cafe and it was really good food. Sandwiches and salads with great flavor, quality ingredients, and house-made salad dressings.

I can't say enough about this BWP and the crew. If you are able to pay the extra for the executive suite - do it! The room is clean, the shower is amazing, the bed is comfortable, there are two sinks in the bathroom, and plenty of space to spread out. We're in the middle of a heat wave and fires and the staff are focused on taking care of their guests - not their revenue. Nothing has right on this trip for me, and this staffed turned my frown upside down. Now, with one of the best night's sleep I've had in a long while, I feel ready to get back into the mess. A recently brand new BW and it did not disappoint. It was really nice, more than what I expected. The salt water pool was an added bonus. We will definitely stay again in the future and will recommend to family and friends.

During a recent road trip, we stayed in 5 different BW motels. This was far and away the best, some of them I wondered why the PLUS label... And this was the least expensive of them all. The staff is very friendly, the setting very lovely with a small Japanese pond with a path around it, the rooms and bed very comfortable with 'real' glassware and mugs. Yes, it is a few miles off the freeway, but very worth it. Consider traveling over hwy20 over the mountains, it's a very scenic drive.

We stay here one or two days a month during our family visits because we love it. Everything is clean and well-kept. The staff is nice. They are pet friendly. The garden behind the hotel is awesome and so inviting. We usually are alone while walking around the pond and enjoying one of the several private sitting areas. This is NOTHING like a Best Western, it's on par with high-end brands, not budget ones. They are usually full on the weekends so book early.

This was my second stay at BW Boulder Inn in Lebanon, Oregon. Lebanon is an about 10 mile detour off I-5 and well worth the extra miles and time. While the hotel offers several extra features and superior service, its best feature is the lush (Japanese type) garden right in back of the hotel. If available, request a garden view room. If one isn't available you can still get a nice garden view from the restaurant. “1847 Bar and Grill”. Make time to walk through the garden. The meandering path isn't very long. There are many spots where you can sit for a while and take in the surroundings. The main path is wide and even enough to get through by wheelchair. It does go uphill a bit, so keep that in mind. See photos. All in all this hotel is handicap friendly. The rooms are thoughtfully laid out. They're both practical and pleasant to look at. The hotel and our room was clean and all staff well trained. Breakfast is included. It's available in the restaurant with the great garden view. There's outdoor seating if you're a hearty soul. I've stayed in quite a few motels/hotels in Oregon. This one is hands down my favorite!

We have stayed at this BW Premier six times and have always been pleased with rooms and excellent service. Be sure and reserve a garden view room as the Japanese garden is very large and tranquil Lovely park like setting. The lobby is restful and there is always coffee and an assortment of teas and you can sit in front of the fireplace and chat with friends The only disappointment was that the restaurant is closed two nights a week and there is not a comparable quality restaurant in Lebanon

Beautiful property, relaxing, clean and great staff. The restaurant serves amazing food so dining in is a great option!! The gardens were a pleasant surprise and much bigger than one would think would be associated with a hotel. Great stay!!

This was a hidden gem! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and well appointed. It overlooked a beautiful Japanese garden with a koi pond. We will definitely be returning!

The hotel looked brand new. Rooms were beautiful and clean, the staff was very friendly, and the continental breakfast was the best we've ever had at a hotel. Highly recommended! We'll be staying here again.

Our Christmas destination for two years now. Our daughter and her family live in Lebanon and we used to stay at another place but the smoking got to be too much. She worked at this hotel and told us how great it was and we should try it. It's also Pet Friendly and our little dog is welcome. We enjoy our stay so much we won't consider anywhere else.

This Best Western Premier Hotel in Lebanon, OR, is outstanding in staff, accommodations, beautiful grounds, cleanliness, amenities, and value. Supportive of military is greatly appreciated. Excellent restaurant in hotel. This hotel provides a full service hot breakfast included in your stay. 5 stars! Also, the location of this hotel is minutes away from Santiam Train, which is a joy to ride, esp. during holidays.

This hotel is an excellent choice for your stay in Lebanon. We took the family on a Candy Cane train excursion on Santiam. This hotel property is excellent in every way. The rooms were all modern and well equipped The staff couldn't have been any more accomodating .We all enjoyed our dinners at the restaurant. The food there is outstanding. We had the rock fish, tri tips,pork chop special and other entrees and everyone was pleased with their food. Attentive wait staff. The hot breakfast was so yummy. You fill out a sheet indicating what you like and they fix it for you off the buffet bar. You get nice size servings and definitely don't go away hungry. Very impressed. I took our grandson on a walk through the beautiful gardens with koi fish and waterfalls. We couldn't purchase fish food during the winter months as they feed on pond but we still enjoyed the beautiful koi fish. What a plus. We hope to return to this property in the spring or summer months. The overall experience is a 5 plus. Highly recommend this property.

Hotel is very new and nice! Lots of amenities in the clean room (toiletries, lots of pillows, etc). Staff were extremely nice and helpful throughout the stay. Price was very reasonable! The restaurant seems really high class.

First time traveling with my two Shelties. Short trip. The stay was easy and went so well. The Hotel is nice. The staff was wonderful. Anytime I need to stay in Lebanon Oregon, this is the only Hotel I will be staying at.

Loved the room and the entire facility. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. Rate included a full breakfast daily. It was too cold to walk outside, but there was a pond and trail an beautiful landscaping. Really had a wonderful stay.

Super clean and quiet hotel. There is an onsite bar and restaurant. Great food at a reasonable price and great service. It was a little hard to find at first, but you will not be disappointed with the hotel. Nice big rooms and a well kept hotel and grounds.

I represented Aggregate Resources Industries to a recent Seminar hosted at the Boulder Falls Inn. The front office staff went above and beyond (including loaning a charger I had forgotten) to make my stay trouble free and relaxing. Staff was knowledgeable, the property is beautiful and clean. Also a must to check out the coy pond !

When staying in the mid Willamette valley, even if I have meetings in Corvallis, I choose to stay at Boulder Falls. Staff are friendly, the garden is peaceful, the amenities on site top tier. 1847, the on-site restaurant is high quality dining and room service is fantastic.

We have stayed here every year since it opened in 2015. Never disappoints. Always have dinner at the restaurant, great menu, good food. Even though it is 11 miles off the freeway, it is still a great location.

It was such a surprise when walking in to see the delightful garden view. And the rest of the stay was just as pleasathan nt. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. We could check in early because of the smoke in area. It all was very clean, the room was great with super bedding. The dinner was a little high reaching, I'd go for simple food next time. The breakfast was certainly a cut above most other hotel fare

Highly recommend Boulder Falls Inn! It was convenient to the freeway and a number of close-by locations for business or personal travel. The hotel is in a beautiful setting with a beautiful garden, staff who are polite and helpful, a breakfast that is excellent and the facility that is quiet.

Our stay was absolutely too short. We loved our stay from check in to check out. The staff here is top notch friendly. The room is great. The garden with the koi fish pond is beautiful. The pool and hot tub area is an absolute must. Everything is provided for ( towels) etc. the room has shampoos and soaps etc. they serve cookies in the evenings and have a tea, hot chocolate, coffee bar at all times next to the stunning fire place in the lobby. The lobby itself is stunning. Breakfast is held in the restaurant and the staff there was so friendly and the food was great. I had scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage and potatoes with a English muffin. I made a fun English muffin sandwich. The saddest part of this trip was honestly leaving. I already can't wait to come back. To put into perspective I had an accident and had major surgery and am finally on the road to recovery. I was able to choose where I wanted to go and I chose here right away. It doesn't disappoint. I was happy and relaxed the entire time and I already want to go back. Ask the front desk about the koi fish. They might just have koi fish food which is a treat to feed the fish.

We were in town visiting family and stayed here for the first time. We had eating at the 1847 in house restaurant before and were always impressed with it. The hotel is fairly new, so it was very nice and decorated and furnished very well. Staff was nice. The continental breakfast is the standard fare, but staff had to get the food for you. The rooms are a good size and had a mini-fridge ( which didn't get very cold and had no freezer ), a microwave and a combo-lock safe in a drawer. Beds seemed like foam, but were actually comfy. My sticking point was our neighbors. They had a small child that liked to scream in the morning, and their t.v. was on all night ( yes even at 2:30 ). I could hear all this in the night silence. It wasn't jarring and I could go to sleep with no problem, but it makes me wonder how good the insulation is with louder neighbors. This is certainly not an issue and we would come again. Would recommend.

There is no security or cameras in the parking lot. They will tell you there is cameras all the way around the building but what they won't tell you is they only point at the building. Got my truck windows smashed out and all security wanted to do was make excuses and argue with me.

The rooms were very clean, beautifully decorated and everything worked...lights, internet, t.v. etc. The morning breakfast was outstanding: fill out a menu and the food is served by staff while you watch. And there was a great variety- fruit, eggs, bacon, cereals etc. The best I've had in a hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a nice restaurant on the premise for dinner. Room rates have incleased lately all over Oregon. This hotel was a much better value for all of the nice quality.

The property is quiet and comfortable. The zen garden just outside the hotel was a great experience. There's a short trip around a pond with koi and a heron. There's seating areas around the pond that allow for quiet reflection or just a respite. There's a restaurant and lounge but it isn't open 7 days a week so check ahead.

Excellent staff to guest ratios provide Best Western Premier Boulder Falls Inn visitors with great service. All staff are friendly and express over and over how much they love what they do. They will go out of their way to make your stay outstanding. Great accommodations and amenities too!

This was our first time staying with a Premier Best Western and it was incredibly good. The rooms are so comfortable and very quiet. No noise from neighboring rooms or above us, sleep was amazing. The bathroom had double sinks and the large walk-in shower had more features than a waterpark. The gardens outside were absolutely beautiful and made for a pleasant stroll each evening.

I've stayed at this hotel several times and it has always been consistent in quality. Front desk people are congenial with customers and very efficient. The breakfast left a little to be desired as far as service. You wouldn't have the previous comment, if you had let me submit my review with 150 words.

Everything from the front desk attendant to the room were top notch. My granddaughter enjoyed the cookie at check in, I enjoyed the hot coffee/tea/cocoa bar in the lobby. The hotel is beautiful and they have a nice outdoor seating area. We only had the complimentary breakfast in the restaurant onsite but it was delicious and we enjoyed eating breakfast on the outdoor patio. They have beautiful grounds to walk around and a pretty lobby. Our room was so big and the bed was really comfortable. Nothing bad to say at all about this BW.

This stay was great! The hotel is clean and comfortable and staff are very welcoming. We had three kiddos on this trip and the garden trail, pond, and outdoor pool were excellent out-of-the-room instant entertainment

Very clean, well appointed room with a Kuerig coffee maker, refrigerator and small microwave. I kept a small food supply for packing lunches for hiking. I had a wonderful evening meal at on site restaurant, probably the best restaurant in this small town. Buffet Breakfast served by staff. Fast service and good variety. Hiking trails nearby and town well maintained and good for walks.

The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable! Got really great sleep the entire stay. We ate at the 1847 Bar & Grill, food was delicious! Definitely recommend the duck tostada. They served a huge breakfast, so never had to worry about being hungry.

This hotel is not as it advertises. It is right next to a huge apartment complex and is not romantic in the least bit. HUGELY OVERPRICED. $300 room should have been $80-$100. The only thing going for this hotel is the bed. At least the sheets were clean.

We had a 5 star experience at this hotel. Very maintaintaind and clean. I was traveling for work and brought along my adult daughter. We enjoyed a great meal in the restaurant and walked the beautifully landscaped grounds. There were hundreds of huge koi in the pond and quaint areas to sit and visit. It was the best of both worlds. Highly recommend.

Our room was spacious, clean and quiet and all of the staff members we had contact with were friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and had a delicious meal. Overall a really nice stay at this hotel.

Great hotel, breakfast was top-notch, staff were friendly and helpful, rooms are big, and the attached restaurant has the best burgers in town. As someone who spends a lot of time in hotels for work, I would highly recommend a stay at this location.

The breakfast is served for you once you select what you want! Super staff! Small town Lebanon is a very neat old town! Close to other city's for shopping!

This hotel looked to be fairly new construction. The decor throughout the building was very nice and looked like a really high end place . Room was great . Restaurant was very nice ! Highly recommend!

From the friendly greeting upon arrival to the fresh cookies offered as an afternoon treat, our overnight stay at BW Boulder Falls Inn was excellent. We chose this location to be off the I5. The room was super clean, quiet and well appointed. Next time we'd like to try the in house restaurant. If we are ever in the area again, we will choose Best Western Boulder Falls Inn.

Apologizes if this posts twice. Here are a few highlights of our experience. -Front desk staff made rude and condescending comments on a variety of topics. Then would laugh if you asked an additional question. -Room was dirty from the desk to the bed. -We had a plastic sheet for a comforter -Elevator broke and we got stranded inside…not once but twice. Literally the elevator dropped in between floors before the emergency system was activated. -Poor quality food -Complimentary toiletries old and dried out. -Charged an additional $94 dollars which I had to challenge at the front desk. -The pictures are inaccurate. I contacted the manger and corporate over this experience. I DO NOT recommend. Sleeping in our vehicle would have been more enjoyable.

I stay in Lebanon to see my family. I love this hotel. The price is reasonable and they allow pets. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfy. I finally got to experience the breakfast that they have in the morning and it was good. I enjoy walking around the Zen garden. I am a satisfied customer and will be back again.

the best staff and facility any where in the world! Love this place. This place goes way out of their way to provide you great service. You don't see this type of service anywhere today traveling. Every other hotel chain should pattern their operations after this place!

As a customer of BW for many years, discovering the Boulder Falls Hotel in Lebanon has been an even greater reason for us to stay with BW. A beautiful facility with roomy, comfortable and clean rooms, outstanding restaurant and lounge service and food and gorgeous Japanese Gardens to stroll through right outside, this location is exceptional in every way. Although Lebanon may be a little off the beaten path, it is well worth the few miles to the variety of events in Corvallis and provides the serene small town atmosphere that is not as hectic as the bigger city. You'll not be disappointed in any way with choosing Boulder Falls. Be sure to ask for Carl in the 1847 Restaurant for exceptional service.

Great service and price for a great Best Western Premier property. We stay here when we go to Beavers sports games at OSU. Better than any properties in Corvallis. In fact the football team stayed here the night before we arrived. Best buffet breakfast set up I've seen. They welcomed my little Dachshund too!

The staff appeared to do the best they could with what they had but a "slow" system made check in take forever. The restaurant and room service that were supposed to be available was closed. The linens were thread bare and far from premium. The mattress was old, soft and well worn.

This motel is a newer property, clean, everything works. The bed was comfortable. There's a restaurant on site, overlooking a Japanese style garden. The garden itself is a little gem, utterly glorious this time of year. Multilevel small waterfalls empty out into a smaller and then larger lake. You can walk a path through the garden, slightly uphill, rest on benches or in gazebos. Great photo ops! The restaurant could do with some improvement. While my halibut was cooked just right, it was too salty, and all food was one color. Service was excellent. Hotel staff was very nice and professional.

This is a Premiere property and it truly looks like one. The Japanese garden is worth the visit. A leisurely stroll after breakfast was a great way to end our stay. We've been here before and ate in the restaurant. This time we went out except for Breakfast. Problems? 1. No cups or glasses in the room, had to fetch them from downstairs. 2. Double occupancy room but only 1 robe. 3. The breakfast was cold, all of it. 4. The hot tub jet were some kind of crazy, nothing like we've ever seen. 5. Ice only on every other floor

The staff and food were excellent, and room was clean and rather large, really enjoyed the size of the tub. Would have liked a firmer mattress, as I felt mine was a bit soft. Bottled water in the room would have been nice.

My parents and grandparents lived in this area for many years. They would be shocked to see such a nice hotel here in this small town. It was really top notch. I wish I would have had time to stay longer and enjpy the pool and hot tube, a lovely outdoor space even in October. The outdoor patio and park-like garden was lovely. Too bad outside fire pit was out of order.

I will be staying here again in the future. The best Best Western I've stayed at. The 1847 bar and grill was great too. Everything about the king suite with fireplace and view of garden was over the top Beautiful!

BWPBFI has all of that, and it's a pleasure to stay in a hotel that takes pride in customer service and providing intentional comfort with quality towels, good pillows (no small square ones here!), clean rooms, queen sized beds (instead of doubles) and enough room to move between the bed and the wall to get to the bathroom, which is not a cubicle, as they are in most other hotels. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I urge other hotels to use this hotel as an example of what travelers are looking for. Bravo, Best Western Premier!

We were looking for an interesting stay away from the interstate and we found it at this hotel. The facility is higher quality than expected and the rooms are very large, nicely furnished and quiet. And the town has an attractive uptown business district with small local businesses. On the outskirts is a modern business, education, residential development. We enjoyed excellent beers at a local micro brewery. What is not to like?

Very clean. Beautiful garden walk with pond off of the outside dining patio. Great doggy area. Mostly fenced. Very accommodating with pets. Rooms were good. Food from in house restaurant was great. Breakfast was amazing. Toasted croissants so flakey....yummm. Hailey, I hope I spelled that right, was very kind. Our dogs barked when we left them desperate for food as it was a holiday the onsite restaurant was closed. She called to let us know the dogs were vocal with strange noises etc. We hurried back and everything was fine after that. I would def stay there again and highly recommend. They also had a nice gym set up and computer room. Did not use those but it's there for convenience.

Always a pleasant stay at this hotel and it is the only place to stay if you visit Lebanon-nothing else can compare. This hotel is beautiful on the inside and outside. The restaurant's food 1847) is delicious. The staff is professional and always available if you need anything.

Our Whole Family Stayed Here, From Check in to check out , the Experience was amazing. We were traveling with small children and a Pet. The Grounds are amazing, Nice for a small child to explore. Several Beautiful sitting areas. Breakfast was the best complimentary I have had. Fresh cookies at check in. Beautiful Garden, Semi Heated Pool, nice hot tub, Dont forget to buy some fish food to feed the Koi Fish, I Will Definitely Stay Here Again when visiting.

Probably one of the nicest places to stay you could find. The facility, room, and dining experience rivals 5 star hotels that are priced considerably higher. Had we not stopped here in route to our destination we would have extended our srtay.

Ive stayed at this establishment several times and ive never had any problems. the staff is always kind and helpful. the rooms are nice. the beds are super comfy. its a beautifully made hotel and very welcoming.

First time to stay here on family visit. My flight was early that morning so I called about 12 noon, and was told that my room is already ready for me which was very nice although I didn't get to check in earlier as I had to make some stops on the way. As soon as I arrive at the front desk, the lady who helped me was very quick in checking me in. My room was clean overall, carpet I could see needed some cleaning soon. Breakfast was awesome - bacon was super - and practiced food safety, no self serve but they will serve you. Outside Japanese garden is pretty, nice walk after that breakfast. Pond needs cleaning though, kinda sad for the koi in there... Overall, my stay was superb and the rating to this hotel should be 3.9!!

Was not expecting this nice of a hotel in Lebanon, OR! The rooms are comfortable and quiet, we were on the top (3rd floor) and on the side not facing the hospital. Did not hear any sirens nor hallway noise at all! The rooms are clean and pleasant decor. Internet was adequate and had in room coffee/tea. The grounds are beautiful! There is a large pond with a lovely walking path, several sitting areas with waterfalls throughout. Very well maintained and peaceful. The restaurant provided excellent food and great service, it will be nice when they are able to start serving breakfast (still grab and go items currently). Manager says breakfast service will restart in August. Definitely would stay here again if I have a need to stay in Lebanon, OR.

The grounds, layout, and rooms of this nearly new hotel are very, very nice. The restaurant food was very good; we had to eat earlish to beat the crowd on a Friday night - worth it! The waterfalls and pond are surrounded by a carefully curated Japanese garden, one of the most remarkable I've ever seen. The rooms fell lush and spacious, and parking was plentiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although I wasn't on business for this trip, I saw a conference room that was exceptional and they had a business center that looked large.

Lovely, large room with a great mattress. Very clean with pleasant staff. Squeaky clean. Many restaurants nearby. Restaurant in the hotel had great reviews but unfortunately we did not think the food was good. However, the wait staff was apologetic and discounted the rib eye which was tough and stringy.

This hotel is really top notch, with spacious, comfortable, attractive and functional rooms. The gardens and koi pond are amazing. Very convenient having an excellent restaurant right at the hotel. Way better than we were expecting, especially for the price. We have stayed at about hundred hotels and paid far more and this is the best one yet.

Beautiful and clean. Friendly, attentive staff. My only disappointment was not having a kitchenette as I was/am here for two months. The food at the restaurant is okay and I love, love, love the koi pond out back.

The room, staff and accommodations are all top notch. It was a bit pricey but it is the best motel in the Lebanon area. The signage to get to the motel from the main road could be improved but once you find it there is easy quick access to main road. Very near to the hospital and Veterans center.

The rooms are clean and modern. The hotel has amazing decor. The Japanese garden is a nice walk and well thought out. It is fun to watch the coy, they follow you around the pond too. Overall great stay and would make it a point to come to this location if in the area.

Visiting to attend a wedding in Lebanon OR. Astonished to find top class lodgings, beautifully appointed spacious room, clean and modern, professional and courteous staff. Surprised also to find a large Japanese garden and peaceful Koi pond on the grounds. Restaurant serves excellent food you'd find in an urban setting. High marks!

We had a nice experience at the hotel. From check in to check out. It was great. Not much workers . Only seen at the front desk. Because of covid breakfast was OK. Just a sandwich and fruits with a drink. The jacuzzi and pool was open and great time to relax.

A beautifully landscaped koi pond behind the hotel encircled by a nice walking path provides ample seating for you and your pets. There is plenty of green space out front. The rooms are quite large and the front desk attendants were very friendly and helpful. We did not eat at the restaurant as it was Monday and closed, but we found a great drive-thru fish place within a 5 minute drive that was good.

I had to take care of family business and needed some place for a night. The trip was stressful. My stay was relaxing with a great dinner, comfortable bed, and very nice staff helping me. It made the trip much better.

Really loved staying at this location, is not our first & won't be our last I am sure. From their beautiful garden area, to the wonderful onsite restaurant i give this place 5 stars. Everyone at this location is courteous, helpful, friendly & professional. Pool & spa area is also wonderful & watched as they tested & treated the water daily. Thank you all for being the best.

This is our second time in Lebanon and at this Best Western. It won't be our last. Everyone is so nice, Kathy at the front desk, the wait staff at the restaurant. You can't go wrong here. Covid measures in place and the room was spotless.

The town is very small and we weren't expecting much as we just needed one night on our way home. This hotel is phenomenal and you won't believe it's a Best Western. The property is new and the rooms resemble a Hilton/Marriott. Very comfortable bed, quiet and clean. Onsite restaurant is a bit pricey for the hotel, but delicious and has a full bar. HIGHLY recommend this gem of a hotel.

We found this hotel close to the Lebanon Veteran's home. It is a beautiful hotel with amazing garden. The restaurant staff provided great service and the menu had a good variety of choices. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Rooms nicely decorated and offered a solid interior connection. We recommend staying here!

The microwave was dirty. It had spilled cheese on the spinning thing where u put the food at. The fridge never worked so it ruined our food. Double charged my card made me overdraft. Not very happy at all

We love staying here! This hotel is always so clean and has wonderful staff. There restaurant is great too! My girls love the pool and I love the outdoor hot tub. The rooms are comfortable. We can never leave without walking the trail and watching the koi fish in the pond. We have always had a pleasant stay at Boulder falls.

This is an exceptionally nice Best Western (we are members and have stayed at many of their locations) and well worth a visit! Every public area of the property (outside, lobby, restaurant/bar, pool/spa) were very clean and well kept along with greeat eye appeal. The rooms are also modern, well appointed, and comfortable. We were only there for one night and did have problems on our stay but the staff tried to be helpful about it. When we checked into our room we put our leftovers from lunch in the room fridge but when we returned to our room later that evening after dinner we found out that the fridge was not operating correctly and had been leaking water all over food while we were gone and ruined our nice lunch leftovers. We reported the incident to the front desk who offered to send someone up to look at it and also to store the leftovers we now had with us from dinner (we appreciatede it but still a big time waster when you only have one evening to enjoy together). Since we didn't want to wait around for someone to show up and look at the fridge (we want to have a dring at their bar and then go enjoy the pool/spa area) we thought we would put our valuables in the safe and go downstairs. Unfortunately the safe had zero power going to the control panel and was inoperable. That left us with burning up more of our limited time trying to find an alternative place to safely store our valuables while we weren't in the room. I suggest moving forward that the add to the housekeeping checklist the task of at least checking the safe controls to make sure it at lwast turns on. Those problems aside everything else about this property was top notch so maybe we just were the unlucky ones who got a room with a couple defective items. My overall opinion as a frequent traveler would be to recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

Our stay was flawless, everyone wore masks and it was clean. I would have liked bottled water in our room though. Also, there needs to be a sign on the main road indicating which street to turn on, its hard to find otherwise.

We love coming here for the weekend. The restaurant is always outstanding. The rooms are well appointed and always fresh. The staff is always eager to help any way they can. This is one of our favorite go to hotels and look forward to going back!

This is our go to hotel when visiting the area. The staff is attentive and the rooms are modern and comfortable. The restaurant is top notch with excellent food and service. The local area also provides much to do including Oregon State University and some wonderful local waterfalls.

The pool was a big disappointment as it looked so cozy and inviting in the nighttime web photos. In the daylight it was sad and located next to a vacant lot and the parking lot. False advertising. I did enjoy the artwork on the hallway and room walls.

my wife and I took a night iff from hustle and bustle choosing to spend a few days away from Portland. Our reception reception by a friendly and professional young woman (Sep 2), to Nate, host at 1847 restaurant) and Emma, our server made our experience especially nice, The room was clean and very comfortable. The food was prepared with a tasty and delicate touch with a good variety of food choices. This is the best of the Best Western experiences we have had. kudos to a management team that knows the value of professional hospitality in managing a beautiful property and great staff. We will be back.

We loved this BW. We wish all the BW were this special. The staff was great and this Beat Western hotel was the beat we have ever stayed in. Recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for business or pleasure.

The pool and hot tub were great. We loved the garden. And the property felt very upscale. For the price, a fantastic value. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel; which I would rate a 7 out of 10; mostly because I didn't like where we were sat. But that is not uncommon during this pandemic; so I can't hold that against them. But the meal was fairly good and we had a nice experience.

The room was clean and up to date. I felt comfortable in the room. Very good accommodations. The front desk gentleman was kind enough to allow me to check in a little earlier than 3 which helped me out a bunch so I could get ready for the wedding at 4. I would give it 5 star except for the noisy A/C which was necessary due to 100* temps that day....by the end of my evening I finally shoved the chair against it and it stopped rattling so much (3 am). I wanted to tell the front desk at check out but due to covid and having the breakfast stuff behind the counter I didn't want to wait in line to check out.

We spent a night here on the last leg of our trip around Oregon. The rooms were very nice, very comfortable bed and nice sitting area. The bathroom was small and cramped. Customer service was very good as we had a rescheduled airline flight and had to shorten our stay... no problem.

My family and I went south from the Portland metro area for a break from home isolation. We were pleasantly surprised by how upscale the hotel was -- not the typical Best Western that I have known. Very well appointed. The grounds are beautiful, including a Japanese healing garden by the famous designer Kurisu. The salt water pool was especially nice. We ordered room service (the salad and burger were tasty, the fish and chips not so much). The internet was a bit slow for streaming movies, but everything else worked well. The beds were very comfortable and soft. The hotel was very clean. The staff and the patrons all wore PPE and observed social distancing. The hotel was fully booked but yet it did not feel crowded in the least.

Best Western apparently has a new policy that early check ins are available for $25. Therefore, one who doesn't pay the fee, must wait until check in time. You are told, "Your room is not ready yet." While that might possibly be true, it still feels like I'm being lied to. You rent a room for less than 24 hours, but they will not let you check in a few minutes early? Also, for a premier property, their breakfast was minimal, even though they had an actual restaurant downstairs. The best they had was a Jimmie Dean breakfast sandwich that you took back to your room and microwaved. I know that COVID-19 has an impact, but it was inconsistent across properties.

We haven't stayed at a BW in years, and this hotel is amazing. Professional staff, spacious room was immaculate with very comfortable bed and quality linens, nice bath products and ample coffee supplies including half and half and vanilla creamers as well and outdoor pool. We had dinner in the restaurant 1847 which was very good and has a lovely ambiance with views of Japanese garden. We will definitely be looking for this caliber of BW as we travel!

Stayed here for two nights while in town to see my grandchildren. Beautiful facility with spacious and clean rooms. On site restaurant and bar were excellent and offered room service which was awesome in this time of Covid.

We live locally but like to get away from time to time. We stayed for our anniversary and it was wonderful! Beautiful gardens, lovely room and fantastic restaurant! Staff was very helpful and friendly :)

My wife and I had planed a couple day stay at the BW in Hood River for later int he week. Our youngest son who attends OSU decided to go with us so we traveled down to Lebanon an day early with our only thought to enjoy the pool and restaurant. Neither disappointed us and we had a great stay. The staff is excellent and treats the property like it is a resort with the service they provide. The only thing that I wish they provided was a pool menu and delivery... I think many would pay for this service. They value was awesome and we will be back again.

Beautiful hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. My experince with this hotel has always been great! There in house resturant has great food, friendly service and awesome drinks. I diffently recommend staying here even if it just for a night to get away.

The hotel was beautiful. The room was great. It meet all of our needs and some. We didn't get to enjoy the 1847 restaurant but the menu looked amazing. Wish we would have stayed longer to check it out. Will definitely be returning

Took my family to stay here for a wedding and their customer service was amazing! I called day before to ask for early check in to get ready for wedding, they were happy to accommodate and our room was available by 10am. YAY! The pool is amazing and salt water! Perfect temp, perfect weather. It was our favorite experience there, had to drag my kiddos outta the pool, they didn't want to leave. The room looked and smelt super clean. You could tell they are using heavy duty products to sanitize, but not overwhelming. We didn't get to try the restaurant but their menu sounded delicious! Their continental breakfast was handed out by the front desk person. There was some good options but nothing fresh, everything is pre-packaged. Keurig in the room, coffee pods were ok, I was pleasantly surprised by the tea pods and coffee/tea condiments offered in the rooms. I will bring my own kpods next time. Also, rooms have microwave, mini fridge, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, and plenty of towels and bathroom toiletries. Only problems I found was no plastic bags in all the waist baskets in the room (easy mistake and fixed by staff) and the access to our rooms was a bit of a walk to and from the elevators. We did find a back entrance near the pool but 3 flights of stairs with luggage and kids in tow was kind of a hassle but we got our steps in for the week! Also, the curtains on the windows do not close all the way. I didn't feel my privacy was compromised but that morning sun was vicious this morning! LOL The beds are super soft, too soft for my liking but very comfy and plenty of pillows (4 on each queen bed). With all that said, we would definitely stay there again.

Incredible room and amazing customer service. I was so surprised on how classy and clean the room was. I thought I was at the Waldorf Astoria. The whole experience with the staff and the hotel and room was surprising in a good way.

Our kids are building a house here, and we needed a place to stay. Loved our stay and we will be back! The pool and hot tub were great, coffee in room was very easy. Rooms are spectacular. Great value!

I loved everything about this hotel, from the property, to the room, to the restaurant! One of the better hotels I have stayed at in a long time. The room was HUGE!! Loved all the little amenities that were in the room. Overall the room was nice and quiet and the bed was cozy. If I return to the area again this will be my go to hotel.

With one small tweak, I'd give this hotel a 100%. A light and bright lobby, fireplace, friendly front desk clerk, fresh cookies, and a coffee and tea bar greeted us as we blew inside from the blustery cold outside. Our room was immaculate and quiet. The hot breakfast buffet was complete with everything one could need, inc. the best bacon I've had at a hotel breakfast buffet and also fresh pineapple and strawberries. Here's the one small tweak needed: the shower faucet requires a mechanical engineer to figure out! It took two of us about 10 minutes to decipher. We almost had to call the front desk. I recommend to management that instructions be printed and posted somewhere. I'm still giving them a 5 star rating and would stay here again.

Overall a very nice Best Western. We are Diamond Select members and have probably stayed at least 12 nights in the last year at Boulder Falls Lebano,n OR and the one in Sisters OR At Boulder Falls, the last 2 times they stuck us in room 311 closest to the laundry and elevators. This last time I noticed one of the plus on the bedside lamp doesnt work, and the heater needed a tweak or something... heater worked and then would shut off. The room was cold. They were very nice and immediately gave us a key to another room down the hall. Why not just put us down the hall in the first place. Room 311 needs attention. Don't use 311 as a default if you have additional same type of room down the hall. That's all we ask.

Fantastic environment, excellent staff, and a very professional clean and nice place to stay. Restaurant was amazing, many choices, incredible food, knowledgeable staff, and just a very nice atmosphere.

This hotel is in an excellent location and the restaurant is exceptional. The staff goes above and beyond and is extremely friendly. The room decor is very tasteful and the bed was very comfortable. Will definitely return.

Perhaps this just suggests I have a preconceived opinion about the Best Western brand, but from the appearance of the hotel to the restaurant to the amazing staff, my whole experience felt more like that of a boutique hotel than a national "economy" brand. My room was perfect for my needs, the staff was knowledgeable, friendly and professional, and all of my meals were full of delicious options. I travel for a living, spending more than 100 nights a year in hotels with top tier status at both Marriott and Hilton, yet this was one of my better experiences in the last few years. I would not have chosen a Best Western if there was a convenient option for Marriott or Hilton, and what a mistake that would've been on my part. Well done.

New construction, locally made furniture in the room, craft cocktails, and the best steak that a hotel has ever served me. Beds were amazing!!! Every staff member I encountered was polite and courteous, and were very easy to talk to. The worst part of my stay was when I had to leave!

This is an excellent BW property. The property was very well kept and rooms were very clean and well appointed. The restaurant was outstanding. We recommend the Tenderloin Medallions. The bar was also a fun place for a great drink and friendly banter with the bartender. This property sets the standard for what all BW locations should aspire to be.

This is a surprisingly good hotel for the money. The beds could be better and the noise from the event center are the only flaws. Everything else was fantastic and I'd probably stay here again in the future.

We could hear the people in the next room ALL NIGHT and ALL MORNING! Thinnest walls ever. The poor guy had a bad cold and he coughed and cleared his throat all night, keeping us awake. I finally had to go to the front desk for ear plugs around 12:30 in the morning. In the morning we could hear them talking. Worse than a "cheap" motel. I'm a Platinum member and have stayed at many BW, this is one of the worst. Turned on the TV to drown out the noise and we could still hear them. The room was stuffy, so I went to open a window, but the windows don't open - so you have to have a fan blowing all night. BW went to a one-size-fits-all pillow that is way too firm and will leave you with a sore neck. I will try to post a picture of the "garden view"- It was a parking lot! There was one bathrobe for us to share. In the fitness center there were two treadmills, both were broken. Look at my reviews, I'm not a complainer. The great reviews and great pictures got us here, but what a disappointment. The restaurant, however, was great. Breakfast was fresh and the folk were friendly in the restaurant.

We love to stay here! The garden is absolutely beautiful and such a great place to take a walk before you head out for the day or at the end of your day! So peaceful and quiet; smells so good too. The staff is great. The breakfast is great also.

Had the best beds of any other hotel I've stayed at. Rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean. I also loved the new key card they had, they were so easy to use. Everyone so helpful and was able to answer all our questions we had.

Overall a very nice stay. Great food and wait staff. I was there for a seminar at the Osteopathic School so this was the only restaurant near by. While not inexpensive, it offered plenty of options and was delicious. The free breakfast, however, was not anything too special...the usual spread but did include scrambled eggs and bacon. Only complaint was noise from adjacent room late at night.

We love the hotel and have always felt welcome every time we stay , the front desk helped with our reservation as it was on 2 bookings.We were moved on the second night to a room with a great view of the gardens .Great customer service

We had a wonderful time at Best Western Premier Boulder Falls Inn. We had a very nice suite with fireplace in the bedroom. The living room area was very nice with sitting area, TV, and so forth. We had a fabulous dinner at the restaurant. I loved the exercise room, the swimming pool area, and also walking in the Japanese Garden. The staff is super nice. This is an amazing Best Western to stay at.

This property and their staff are a cut above. Clean, good amenities, great restaurant, top quality staff. Highly recommend - easily best hotel in the Lebanon/Albany/Corvallis area. The restaurant really is that good - not a typical hotel restaurant.

This is my second stay for a total of 4 nights. If I have any business in the central Willamette Valley this will always be my go-to place. It is well worth the 15 minute drive off I—5. I travel with a Dog and they go out of their way to make us welcome. The hotel is located in an area of medical school buildings with extensive walking paths. It is so nice to get up in the morning and take a long walk in an area I feel safe. I suggested a friend book a room here this trip and it is now her favorite.

This was my second stay at this property as my family made their way to nearby Silver Falls State Park and I can still say that this is by far one of the best of the best. The hotel feels like a 4 star hotel in the middle of a small town. As a BW Diamond elite member, I appreciated the upgrade to the suite since my wife and kids were with me for this particular stay. The kids particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub as well as having the extra tv in the room. As a foodie myself, I will say that I really enjoyed the expansive free breakfast buffet in the morning. The only thing keeping me from giving this a perfect rating was the fact that we had issues with the tv remote (supposedly needed to be re-programmed by front desk staff) and the sofa in the suite wasn't a sofa bed. Most sofas that I've seen in suite rooms at other hotels are sofa beds so I assumed this would be the same--something to keep in mind if that's important to you. With that said, this remains a solid property and I plan to return soon!

Stayed here for a conference (this was the second time). The staff was superb, the facilities are great. Check-in was fast, the breakfast buffet was complete and the quality was first rate. I look forward to next year's conference at the same place.

Extremely comfortable bed with an array of different types of pillows. (I had brought my own, but didn't need to.) Best breakfast offered by any hotel I've stayed at. The bacon and sausages are truly unique! Room service food available 24/7. I stay here every time I'm in the area. If your an AVA Volkswalker, there is even a walking club box here if you want to get in a 10K to work-off that breakfast!

My husband and I Stayed at the hotel on our wedding night and it was beautiful! Breakfast was good and the garden was gorgeous. Shout out to Susan at the front desk! Susan was so helpful and so sweet! She made sure everything was set up perfect for our stay and constantly had a smile on her face. We would definitely stay here again just because of her!

Our extending family have stayed at Boulder many times because it is beautiful, great friendly accommodating staff, very nice big rooms, all the amenities, restaurant/bar with great menu, complimentary breakfast, seating area with fireplace and the right price. This is the best hotel that I've stayed in for the money. Customer service is outstanding and the restaurant is top notch. The check in was super quick and the check out was just as easy. the staff was super nice and accommodating even when I wanted to ck out a day early and they let me do it at 1 pm on top of it!.

For a Best Western and a room at the rate I paid, I was shocked. I felt like I was staying in a 5 star hotel. A huge kudos goes to the management and staff of this hotel, especially the restaurant and bar staff.

This is a beautiful property with all the amenities you could ask for. Very well run and situated close to business, healthcare, and even close enough to OSU to make it a good option for Beavers games.

Well designed facility. Nicely appointed rooms. The staff was garcious and professional. The weakness is the location; it is near OSU and has a great garden, but not convenient to anything else. Worth a stay if you have business in the area.

The hotel might be a 10 minute drive from I-5, but it is well worth the extra few minutes travel. The hotel is very , clean, friendly/helpful staff, convenient business room for printing, etc.; beautiful garden with a koi pond to enjoy either a evening or early morning stroll, delicious breakfast with many selections. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler without hesitation. .

I have stayed here multiple times. Staff is always amazingly helpful and friendly! If I have a request or concern it is handled promptly and with courtesty. I love that they are pet friendly!! I don't bring my dogs every time, but they are always welcome. Front desk staff is great! Rooms are well appointed and very clean. Really enjoy staying here!

We ended up staying here because it was the only place that had a room available in the Salem vicinity. We were on our way to the coast to stay at a Best Western in Lincoln City but this property was so beautiful and the amenities were amazing the pool unbelievable that we ended up canceling our reservation on the coast and we spent the whole weekend here. We strolled through the gardens and waterfalls, fed the koi, sat and relaxed in the sun by the pool. I appreciated that breakfast went until 11 as we very rarely get to sleep in and relax before breakfast. The breakfast was good the bed was awesome everything was clean and beautiful. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was very good. I hesitate to recommend this hotel because if the word gets out we may never get a room there again.lol

The area, employees, restaurant and room was great. Check in and out was a breeze. Everything was clean, neat and tidy on my stay there. All the employees were nice and very friendly. My overall stay was great.

This best western was very lovely to stay at! Clean and the staff was very friendly. I came in at like 2 AM but the front desk staff was so kind and welcoming! Also the only hotel breakfast I had ever been to that specifically labeled and catered towards my gluten-free food needs. I would highly recommend!

This is the nicest Best Western I've ever experienced. The suite was huge, a really comfy bed, even a fireplace in our room! Be sure to stroll through the Japanese garden right behind the hotel. The bar was a great place for a nightcap with some friends. Breakfast is included, limited options at the breakfast buffet.

Was treated very well by staff. Robin at the front desk is always exceptional. Professional and thoughtful. Sergio in the kitchen helps me at breakfast with my dietary restrictions. Always with a smile. Rooms always meticulously clean. Finally walked the path by the Koi pond and was surprised how serene and beautiful it is.

I attended my class reunion which was held at the Boulder Falls Best Western. The hotel is very upscale. It has a great restaurant and breakfast is outstanding. They also have an event center next door which is great for the guests.

We really enjoyed the Best Western Premier Boulder Falls. Great room and great breakfast. Great customer service also. We had our reunion in the convention center and it was great. Plenty of room for us.

I just had the good fortune to stay at the Best Western Premier Boulder Falls Inn; Lebanon, Oregon. I had no idea such a beautiful little "pearl" was hidden in that area. The surrounding buildings are a mix of residential and commercial, with a heavy presence of medical buildings. As such, it is a perfect spot for walking! The hotel is really well maintained, clean and spacious. The food (and beverage) in the restaurant was really good. There is beautiful Japanese garden and KOI pond right outside the doors, a place to take a glass of wine for a little down/zen time. If you need any meeting space, there is a well run conference center right next door! Whether you are just visitng the area or need a hotel/conference center, you can't go wrong at this facility! Very impressive.

We stayed just one night on our way to Ashland, Oregon from the greater Seattle area, but it was excellent. Pros: The Koi pond next door was a nice diversion. The bed and pillows in the room were perfect. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the bartenders didn't skimp when making the drinks. Slept like a baby. Cons: Kind of in the middle of nowhere. Looking forward to staying here another night on our way back home.

My family had 24 rooms for the weekend to celebrate a wedding. Very beautiful property, great breakfast. We had the rehearsal dinner on the 2nd floor and it was wonderful. Our room was clean and new. Only complaints are the in-room safe didn't work and after telling staff, they still didn't fix it. Bed & pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

This Hotel is a very nice hotel with nice amenities, but the daily rates are Pricey !!! The room was very nice and the only complaint I had about the room was that the satellite TV reception was in and out at times. This hotel also has an adequate workout room and a nice swimming pool and spa, although the pool and spa our located outside.

This was a beautiful hotel. When checking in I was a little weary because of the price, but the room was so nice! Fireplace and waterfall showers made our newly wed night one to remember. We felt like royalty.

I stayed at this hotel for only one night as I was passing through Northern Oregon on my way to Olympia, Washington. I had specifically chosen this hotel due to the fantastic ratings and the beautiful pictures on TripAdvisor. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone passing through or in the area for a specific event. I actually met two other couples who had stayed at this hotel numerous times and kept coming back because they loved it so much. The lobby is beautiful, the restaurant is terrific, the room is clean and well air-conditioned, the grounds are beautiful, and the staff is absolutely fantastic! It's not so much a destination type of lodging, as the area doesn't have a lot to offer, but it's obvious that this hotel could certainly go for at least double the price each night if it were in the city. It really is quite a gem!

Room was super clean, huge plus! Staff friendly and helpful. The negative was the restaurant. Prices seems a little high, food bland even though over seasoned. It's almost like they tried to “gourmet “ everything, too over the top. Not enough variety on menu items options, having some “simple” food options, some vegetarian options would be good. But the extremely friendly waitress made overall experience a positive one.

This is a very nice hotel to find in a small town. It's brand new, nice design with a beautiful garden and Koi pond at the back of the hotel. The complimentary breakfast buffet is well stocked and the food comparable to others in the same class. The only problem is that the walls are paper thin (really, really thin) so you can hear pretty much everything that goes on in adjoining rooms. A nice touch is the availability of a laundry on site that is convenient for long stay guests. The staff is very responsive to needs and do everything possible to make your stay a comfortable one. I would certainly recommend it to anyone traveling in this region of Oregon!

We have stayed here in the past, and this trip met our prior expectations and then some. Restaurant in the facility has a patio and pets are permitted to join their humans for dinner. Nice pet area and I must commend the other guests as the area was extremely clean.

This is a really nice place to stay. Wish we could have been there one night. Staff - great. Room - pretty good. I can't wait until we get done with this fad for duvets as I find them too hot. Breakfast - typical and mostly healthy choices. The fruit selection though - You have the BEST strawberries in the US right now in your area and we served melon from who knows where! Really liked eating in a restaurant setting without a TV and with real silverware. Eco sensitive - glad to see the multi use dispenser for shampoo and conditioner, but that means you don't have to give us little plastic bottles! Outdoor pool and hot tub - comfortable and generous. Thanks for the great stay.

This was the best hotel of our trip to Oregon, the best BW ever. Polite staff, clean and very comfy rooms, good food for breakfast, nice restaurant, beautiful setting. Just delightful. I recommend it.

This hotel is clean, nicely decorated. All staffs, and I mean ALL , are very nice. From front desk, restaurant, etc, they are all nice. It seems like they are happy with their job, this hotel is probably treating them nicely.

All the facility was great. Wonderful staff and great breakfast buffet. We have stayed several times in the past 6 months. This was the first time the weather cooperated so I could check out the botanical garden under construction. Beautiful, I was able to do a short slideshow/video but no place to post here. Have to see to appreciate :)

The hotel is quite new ,and the personnel are friendly and helpful. Our spacious room was on the third floor - quiet, beautifully appointed, and very clean. There was a good sized closet, ironing board, and good quality iron. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and adequate for our needs. Only one problem occurred: the container for the hair conditioner was slowly leaking conditioner into the tub, making it very slippery. We let the front desk people know about the problem, and we hope that has been corrected by now. The wedding was held outside near a pond that is surrounded by a colourful garden. It made a stunning backdrop for the wedding party. Really a refined place to hold an event like a wedding. Thank you, Best Western, for a very pleasant stay.

This hotel has nice finishes and a quiet location. There is much to like, but...personally, I don't like being met by pit bulls in the hallway or getting off the elevator. Once, a man had 2 pit bulls on leashes that were lunging towards me and he could barely hold them back. Another time a barking dog in the room adjacent to mine caused me to pack and move rooms. I have had too many negative dog experiences to stay here again. I will look for no pet hotels.

This location has a beautiful Japanese garden which is in full bloom right now, excellent food, great breakfast buffet and most of all employees who provide excellent customer service. This is our first choice when doing business or just visiting in the area.

In short, an excellent hotel! Everything about the place is first class, the rooms, the service, the restaurant, the staff. This place is clearly one of the crown jewels in the BW chain. It's a few miles off the I-5 which is a plus. Lebanon is a nice little town removed from the honky tonk nature of the freeway areas and well worth seeing. Will definitely stay there again!

We arrived for an early check-in so we could prepare for my sister's birthday party in Lebanon, OR. We have stayed at this hotel several times before. Kathy and Robin, at the check-in counter, were wonderful. We mentioned that my wife has severe pet allergies, so we needed smoke-free and pet-free king room. After informing us that such a room was not immediately available, Kathy upgraded us to a beautiful king suite on the 3rd floor overlooking the Japanese garden and waterfall (no additional charge). The restaurant serves incredible cuisine, and the serving staff are very attentive. Everything was fresh and clean, and the freshly baked guest cookies at the counter are excellent. The interior and exterior are both beautiful. Staff also are extremely friendly and helpful.

Room: KUDOS to housekeeping all day long! Large! So clean and smells amazing! THE CHAIR: There is a chair at the desk that is so comfortable and ergonomically friendly that I requested to purchase it. Unfortunately they don't sell it and the manufacturer does not make it anymore :( so PLEASE TAKE ADVANTAGE! It's probably the greatest work chair I've ever sat in! THE RESTAURANT: Breakfast, Lunch, Happy Hour, Dinner- all outstanding!! The bartender Coop is the man! The servers I met: Sarah, Carol, Rich and Alexis were beyond friendly and accommodating making EVERYTHING on the menu sound mouthwatering! This is 5 star service! A MUST STAY! This is my second stay at this hotel. It is truly first class in every way. I had never stayed at a Best Western Plus before last year but I realized what I had been missing. This hotel also has a very nice restaurant/bar where I enjoyed a nice dinner. Room was superb with a very soft bed and other things such as a refrigerator and microwave. Also, I must say how friendly and helpful the front desk was. They made me feel very welcome both in checking in and checking out. Thank you and I'll see you again on my next trip this way!

I generally find issues with places we stay whether they are 3 or 4 stars. Either maintenance or cleaning never meet my standards. The Boulder Falls Inn in little Lebanon Oregon is as good as it gets! I have stayed in numerous hotels in nearby Salem and Eugene, but none come close to this place. A lovely place to stay, no matter what your reason for being in the area.

Seems to be a new hotel with nice amenities like a Japanese garden to walk thru. Friendly staff and short drive to Oregon state university. Restaurant was reasonably priced and had a nice menu selection. Breakfast was comparable to other hotels. Usual fare, scrambled eggs, bacon, waffle maker. Pastries were a little dry but ok. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed in at Best Western Premier Boulder Falls Inn, in Lebanon, OR. It's beautifully furnished and staff are beyond helpful and most courteous. The room was beautifully decorated. Comforts of the room included clean white robes hanging in the closet, a variety of teas and coffees & a Keurig coffee maker, as well as chocolate kisses on each bed, which were very comfortable. The room appeared clean, and the bedding certainly was that, but as a person with many allergies, I feel the upholstered chair in the room, as well as the carpet, truly need to be steam cleaned. Upon sitting in the chair, I choked up immediately, and had to sit on the bed instead. And, as an elderly person, a grab bar to hold onto when getting INTO the shower, would have been greatly appreciated, as well as a bath mat to use inside the shower. The grab bar was placed on the far wall, down low, and wasn't much use in that position. The bottom of the tub has some skid proof lines, but they weren't adequate to keep the shower from becoming slippery once soap was used. I had to be extremely careful not to fall down in the shower.

What a lovely hotel right across from Western University. The room was clean and comfy and the restaurant surprisingly good for both dinner and breakfast (which was included). We were there when there was an event at the university, so there was a long wait for the restaurant and the hotel seemed pretty full. Be sure to make a reservation.

We've stayed twice now for business. Its a great property, with professional staff and a wonderful restaurant. The Japanese garden was quite unexpected...Wow! It's beautiful...a great place for a walk.

My Grand Court, Order of the Amaranth held their yearly Grand Court at this hotel just this past week and weekend. I can't say enough about the friendliness and caring of the staff. Their desire to assist us and accommodate any of our requests was above and beyond. The meals were delicious, the rooms spacious and beautifully appointed. Although cold and rainy this time, their Japanese garden is a delight to walk through and ease your mind.. We will be back next year and are so excited to return. This was a learning curve for both us and the hotel as we had never been here before. With a little give and take this was a most enjoyable stay from everyone I talked to about this. Thank You again Boulder Falls for helping to make this a very successful meeting.

A quiet location on the edge of town. Nicely appointed rooms with comfy beds! Hotel has a very nice restaurant on site and a nice bar with an outdoor deck. The restaurant has great food and service! Have not been disappointed yet. This was the 3rd stay

Love this place. We have stayed here in 2017 and 2019. It's still the nicest hotel, best service, friendliest staff that we stayed on this 17 day trip. I love the facility. Modern and contemporary, clean and comfortable. Pet friendly too! Nice outdoor walking areas that are quiet, not next to a freeway.

Almost painfully clean, quiet, with attentive staff and well received amenities, the Boulder Falls Inn is always one of the bright spots in my West Coast travels. The restaurant is really excellent; and of course the breakfast buffet is quite good (the eggs are a bit overcooked for my taste- but nothing is *perfect,* right? All in all it's a lovely place to stay and I look forward to my next trip.

I have been staying here 2-4 times a year for the past 3 or 4 years. Always great and friendly service from the all the staff. The front desk is always very welcoming. Nice, clean rooms. I always get a great nights sleep. The breakfast on the weekends is the best! The eggs are so good, yum!

Room was great wife thought it was to cold for pool and hot tub but had great dinner at 1847 we will be back loved the koi pond and the garden paths at night lights were fun to walk in an have a nice chilly stroll

Room was very nice. Location was perfect. Front desk is always exceptional. John helped me when I called and was there when I arrived. The morning breakfast people are very accommodating I have special dietary needs and cannot eat certain things .I found out that Bobbi has been promoted. She was always very helpful and pleasant. Sorry I didn't get to see her but happy for her. She deserves her promotion. I cannot have dairy or soy or gluten. So I bring some of my own New Balance butter and bread. My only complaint is the quality of the Cosmopolitans in the bar. Need a new recipe.

This is one of the best and affordable hotels I've stayed in for a while. Granted I'm used to Hawaii's prices so maybe that's why it's so cheap to me, but this hotel really is a gem. It has an amazing outdoor Japanese koi garden, a great bar, and my room even had a fireplace. It was perfect for warming up from the cold! Nothing but great service as well the entire time. I arrived at 11am which was before check in time, I spoke with guest services and within 30 minutes was given a beautiful clean room! Thank you for a great stay!

This Best Western was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the relaxing environment of the pond and walking area next door. Even though it was January and chilly the heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi were warm enough to enjoy.

Quiet and restful and CLEAN!!!!. We were treated with a cheerful and respectful attitude at every turn, The only complaint I would have was the thinness on the toilet paper, but I love the towels and since I keep coming back, that should tell you that I have had no reason not to keep on stayinf at what I consider to be the best hotel in the entire area. I plan to stay there again in the near future.

The staff were excellent with customer care and accommodation. Room was as requested, handicap accessible. Our Medical Assist 4 legged family member was welcomed and we were checked in very quickly. It was located right across the highway from the local hospital which was a great advantage for me, due to my medical conditions. This allowed a comfortable visit with our family with a comfortable place to rest that gave me access to medical help should I need it. Wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Always a fantastic place to stop on our driving trips between WA and CA. It is by far the Best Best Western we've ever stayed at and will continue to go there. The "1847" restaurant and bar is located right in the hotel and is a 5 star restaurant as well. Very highly recommended!!!!

We got a good rate--just after New Years. Place is nice. Hotel gym is nothing special (though you can pay $5 to workout at the large gym across the street). Breakfast also nothing special--just standard BW fare; that was disappointing as I would have thought this Premier property might offer an omlette bar or at least biscuits and gravy to go with the scrambled eggs and bacon. Also, took a long time for the room to heat up--was freezing with AC when we walked in; none of their room windows open to the outside--so everything is climate controlled. Don't like that--as fresh air is a nice option to have.

Staff were very friendly. From maintenance who helped me get luggage rack to my room without being asked , beautiful facility and amazing Japanese garden. Excellent food at 1847 restaurant. We had a wonderful 51st anniversary.

Stayed 3 nights at this beautiful hotel. Lovely grounds, great breakfast, nice amenities in the truly comfy room. The shower had wonderful water pressure which is a big deal in my book. The wine list in the 1847 restaurant is truly remarkable. All this at a great price. It's a gem!

About 10 minutes off of I-5 but worth the drive. New and beautiful hotel. Great staff, great restaurant on site (1847), great outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Decent breakfast buffet in the morning. Kids wanted to stay an extra night!

I had a great time! The folks at the Front Desk were wonderful, being helpful and available. Pet friendly for my family's dogs. The Deluxe King was perfect for me, with a comfy bed, spacious and clean room, as well as bathroom. The food was EXCELLENT!!! YUM!!! I highly recommend this establishment and look forward to my next visit.

We loved our stay, had a nice view and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all really friendly and responded to our needs quickly. The gardens are beautiful. Definitely check out the pool. It's warm and salt water.

Everyone provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend a suite. From Chris at the front desk to greet us and check us in, to Sheri who made sure we had everything for breakfast to our servers at the bar and restaurant (especially Cristo). Good food, good conversation and excellent customer service. They continue to exceed our expectations. Holiday decorations and a fresh floral arrangement in the entry way were outstanding.

Really nice hotel in a weird place. We live 35 minutes away and I needed to give my wife a break from the busy holiday rush. It's very quiet and the service is as good as it gets. We had a brief conversation with a large group of house keeping staff in the elevator and they were all great. The restaurant although typically overpriced did serve very good food and once again the service was great. It took us a while to figure out the shower in the king suite but laughed about it later, all good. They have pump stations in the shower but one was empty. It's ok though cause they provide little bottles as well. Just had to exit the shower to get it. The tv in the bedroom area was actually too small for the space and area as you can see from the pic. Overall great 4 stars. If I could have picked 4.575 I would have. Not quite a 5 but really close.

Great place to stay if you are in the area, Be sure to book on the Best Western website to get the best rate and room. My wife booked on Hotwire and ended up paying a booking fee plus was not able to use the rewards points for the stay.

I've stayed here a few times now, and every time the hotel ambiance and appearance, service including the breakfast bar IN the restaurant (which is also amazingly good) and staff are exceptional! If you can, get the guest suite that has the wonderful shower!!

We stay at the Boulder Falls hotel when visiting family, several times a year. I have no complaints, not one! Everything is always wonderful. The hotel and restaurant staff are great and the rooms, hotel property and restaurant are higher end and the Japanese garden are an extra treat. The second floor bar and patio are especially convenient. The restaurant and bars offer great menus and we've become family with the staff at breakfast. They've watched my grandson grow over the years and always remember him and our family. It is a diamond in an area without many choices. I'm looking forward to our next visit early next year.

Have stayed at this hotel three times over the past 2-3 years. The restaurant is very good, the room is spacious, the Japanese garden on the grounds is lovely (particularly in the fall) and the outdoor swimming pool and spa a refreshing change. Only drawback is that if you are a light sleeper, the ventilation system will likely awake you many times during the night, even if you turn the fan to OFF.

Starts with great, friendly, helpful people at check it and gets even better throughout your stay. Breakfast brunch is included and includes unbelievable free food and lots of food choices. Fresh cookies, clean hot tub and outside pool.

Wow! What an amazing motel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the restaurant has excellent food with decent prices. The absolute best was the Japanese garden, and had the weather been nicer, I would have enjoyed the serene spaces even more.

This is the best place to stay in regards to price and quality of service. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful in every way. The continental breakfast was more like paid for buffet with many options including fresh made waffles, great coffee , fresh food , real plates, silverware, and cloth napkins.

We enjoy Best Westerns not because they are fancy but because they are clean and consistently so with decent breakfasts considering the breakfast is pre-prepared. And since breakfast is comped with the room - what do you want? This particular Best Western, however, is far and above the others. First of all, it's pretty new and very well maintained. Though off the beaten path it is in a very safe area. Added bonus - the Japanese Garden. My wife and kids enjoyed a walk through and also enjoyed seeing the fish in the koi pond. Pretty amazing. Super friendly staff, well appointed rooms, clean, modern - all good. Additionally there is a bar in the hotel with a pretty decent selection. Service at the bar, too, was great. We'd return next time we are through the area.

Any effort spent in finding out the name of the staff members who help you will be well worth that effort. They are extremely helpful and friendly. Although I traveled solo, I met with family there and visited my cousin in an Oregon Veterans Home.

On my way south on I-5, I took the short side trip to Lebanon for the over night stay and the 1847 Bar and Grill Restaurant I'd seen in Wine Spectator. My dinner was very memorable and fabulous and I was further delighted by the friendliness of the waitstaff and other hotel staff, the beautiful Asian style garden and the plush, clean and cozy room. Highly Recommended.

What a beautiful high end hotel. Hotel is relatively new with great clean oversized rooms and hallways that wide open and bright. They have an adjacent garden with a walking path. Even a pool with rainbow koi. Lovely to look out your window and see something peaceful and green. They provide the standard hotel breakfast free but with a nice twist. You have china plates and cloth napkins, so you feel a bit more pampered. They have a heated salt water pool and hot tube. We used the restaurant and Hector did a great job. Food was good and prices reasonable. Only downer is that it is 12 miles off of I 5. We had family in Salem so the drive was about a half hour. But the quality of the stay and the reasonable price made this fact a minor inconvenience. Front staff was friendly and helpful and they had cookies all day. A really great experience.

Beautiful new hotel with a lovely Japanese garden and koi pond. Rooms are large, clean and modern. The restaurant has great food and service. The (included) breakfast was one of the best I've ever encountered, with eggs, bacon, and fresh fruit. I highly recommend this hotel if you need accommodations in the area.

Boulder Falls Inn is always top-notch in welcoming staff, cleanliness, and overall upscale accomodations. We highly recommend this Inn if you are staying anywhere near Lebanon, Oregon. You will not be disappointed, we have stayed here several times and every time has been a joy.

Reserved rooms for conference. Conference next to hotel. Check in easy. Steps to conference made it quite easy to attend and go back and forth for rooms and conference. Breakfast great. Checkout was a breeze. Handed me my bill and we were out of there.

Beautiful Hotel, Great Bar & Restaurant has Great Bacon Mac & Cheese appetizer that is a great as a meal with a salad! Beds and rooms are nice. Love to walk around the "creek & falls", just wish the walkway went all the way around...kind of poor planning. They have a conference center & pool that I have not used. What a beautiful hotel. We've stayed it lots of hotels over the years and for the price this one is right up there. The staff was all great. The landscaping and gardens were beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable, what more could you ask for? And oh yes, there is a restaurant on site. So, breakfast was in this beautiful restaurant. Even had outdoor seating! Fantastic stay!

What an amazing hotel. It is very new, and everything looks and feels it - it's great. Staff were all awesome in the hotel and restaurant as well. To top it off, they have a massive garden and pond out back with a nice gravel trail and many places to sit. You can even buy food to feed the massive fish in the pond - SO cool. Loved everything about this hotel and would stay again; it's now a 'go to' when in the area.

Surprised to fine a Premier Best Western hotel in a small city like Lebanon. The hotel was Very Very Good. Would stay her again if in the area. We enjoyed the Japanese Garden. Great area to walk around in after being in the car all day. We had a good dinner in the restaurant.

I was very pleasantly surprised on arriving at the Boulder Falls Inn (a BW Premier property). It felt like an upscale hotel, very clean and modern. I would echo what previous writers have said: beautiful gardens, impeccable accommodations and service. The lady at reception in the morning was especially helpful with directions to a beautiful lake and falls on my way to Bend. Breakfast was good and served in their restaurant - very nice ambiance. I would definitely enjoy staying here again and hope to do so! An excellent choice!

Stayed here for a night on our way south from Portland and REALLY liked the rooms. Very clean, great bed and nicely appointed. Would EASILY stay here again. It is a bit off the I-5 Hwy ( I think 5 miles) but a straight shot with almost no lights so very fast to get to.

Boulder Inn is perfect experience if you need overnight stay in this area of Oregon! Clean, comfortable with modest rates. The food is gourmet quality at reasonable prices. Have stayed her numerous times and have never been disappointed!

Very nice facility inside and out. Reasonably priced for the services that are offered. Maybe a little hard to find if you're "not from around here" I missed the turn twice, but that's not unusual for me. Be sure to try the restaurant our server was a delight. The menu covers most all tastes and the wine list complimented the menu well. All in all quite a pleasant stay.

We stayed for our anniversary and had a very pleasant stay. Room was comfortable and spacious. The restaurant was very very good. Friendly staff and very clean. The Japanese garden was a let down, but other than that, we enjoyed ourselves.

This hotel was light and airy everywhere I went. The lobby was large and welcoming. My room was bigger than I expected and very, very comfortable. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I loved the warm cookies when I checked in.

New, spacious, gorgeous Koi Pond surrounded by a large Japanese-style garden and walking path with multiple benches. We had a King Suite room which worked well. Our shower had 5 shower heads! Two-sink vanity. Staff was exceptionally accommodating. Book early. We got last suite and there were only 2 other rooms available. It was even sold out on a Sunday night.

My Mom and I stayed here for two nights while we explored the Corvallis area, following the Sisters Quilt Show week. It's a great place to stop on the way back from Sisters. The property is in a very quiet location, but convenient to everything in the area. We had a very enjoyable stay, and the restaurant and breakfast bar were great too.

Just spent 3 nights and the lobby, property and room was premium. A few more touches would make a big difference- Help with luggage - came with my wife and our grandson, hands were full and we had to negotiate our bags on our own - a little help would have made a big difference, Restaurant - Buffet breakfast had a standard variety - nothing special. Service was around but nothing special. Came in for late dinner on a weekend and they were out of Prime Rib - a pretty big calling card to be out of. Opted for steak which was over cooked, which the server explained was the required corporate minimum temp, disappointing it was served before I got a chance to make a change. BTW it came without the special sides that made it my choice - the server tried hard but it was too late to get something else. The appetizers were tasty and my son and his wife enjoyed the soup and salads - the Wine Spectator Award caught my eye but the wine list was not as deep as I expected. Maybe very good for Lebanon but more attention to details would make it good anywhere.

Great place to stay! Didn't know anything about the property with local water polo tournament close by and were very pleased with this hotel. Restaurant has a great menu and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

This hotel is somewhat new (2015) and very clean, friendly, beautiful! We had a great experience. We brought our Golden Retriever and this hotel is very dog friendly with towels near the door in case dog needs a paw wipe. They also have beautiful grounds for the dogs to walk with supplied bags/ trash. All areas were kept clean. The Japanese Gardens with waterfall and sitting areas added to a lovely experience. We walked there several times, discovered the koi, alcoves, and met other guests. The staff were all friendly and most helpful. We enjoyed the morning breakfast and found that this was very reasonably priced, especially with all the amenities. We enjoyed the use of the pool and jacuzzi as well as lobby refreshments...lemon water, coffee, tea, cookies which were always available. I would stay at this hotel again, just for the experience.

I stayed here for a conference in May. Everything was close by and easy to access. The food was good, and service was great. Loved the pond and gardens, rooms were very comfortable, I would gladly stay there again.

The hotel is situated across from Western University medical school. For families visiting it is ideally placed. The entire staff is outgoing and friendly. Rooms are very clean and modern. The restaurant offers a wide variety and service is excellent.

I always feel like royalty while staying here. Such a beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. Love this hotel. It's the only one I will stay at while in Lebanon. Delicious food, and you can't go wrong with a relaxing dip in the pool or hot tub!! The beds are so comfy... like sleeping on a cloud and I had to buy the pillows. Looking forward to my next stay!!

Beautiful proprerty overlooking a pond and gardens. The hotel and gardens are peaceful. The hotel is located among Samaritan clinics, apartment complexes and Veterans buildings. It blends in with the surrounding buildings so it can be a little difficult to see.

we were going to Lebanon, OR to visit with family and needed a nice place to stay. Boulder Falls Inn exceeded our expectations! It was so very nice, comfortable and even luxurious feeling! we also ate in the restaurant downstairs and it was super good! the staff were very friendly, both the hotel staff and the waitpersons in the restaurant! we will be sure to stay there again next time we are going through Lebanon, OR!

First experience with BW Premier and it was very favorable. Very spacious and well appointed property. Was nice to have restaurant on site. They had a gorgeous koi pond and Japanese gardens with walking path around Koi pond.

We choose this hotel from a list , when planning our drive from The Redwood Forest to Seattle. What a lovely choice! Beautiful property with clean , fresh rooms and a really nice restaurant and lounge. Enjoyed our one night stay. At dinner , hubby had prime rib and my son had a Thai shrimp appetizer that we could have licked the plate .. it was so tasty. There is a beautiful fresh breakfast buffet ... free ! If you have to stop in this area ... stay here ... you WILL NOT be disappointed .

Wonderful Staff, food and bar tenders. The food for the conference could have been better coordinated with the wait staff, but over all very well done and I'm looking forward to our next conference at this location.

We stayed here for two nights and were completely blown away. This place is in my top 5 stays. The staff is top notch, the hotel and rooms are CLEAN and the beds are comfortable. The restaurant and bar are cozy with great food and drinks. I live too close to Lebanon to have this be a regular place to stay but I might just have to come back for an overnighter for the heck of it!

They all were so amazing the house keeping staff did an outstanding job with the cleanliness and upkeep of the whole appearance of everything. Guest services was fantastic as well so friendly, helpful and very likeable!! Breakfast was amazing and so many choices and so tasty!!

Everything about this hotel is first rate. I highly recommend this facility for a vacation, business, meetings, or whatever you need. I have stayed here twice, and it is a very nice place. The room (king bed) was very roomy, with a couch, desk, fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and nice shower! The staff was cordial and very professional. It has a nice pool and better than average fitness center. The convention center next door is great for a convention or meeting of several hundred people. The restaurant and bar did not disappoint. The food is great and the service wonderful.

This hotel and restaurant were wonderful. The Japanese garden on the hotel grounds made a lovely view from our room, and a pleasant walk before dinner. It is so nice to be able to stay at a hotel with an exceptional restaurant. We don't have to drive around looking for places to eat. The menu was very well balanced, from seafood to prime rib, and the food was delicious!!!

An absolutely fantastic Hotel just minutes away from the I-5 in Lebanon, Oregon. We spent three nights here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Free breakfast was a nice bonus - nothing too fancy, but nice fresh fruit, some juices, cereals, pastries, eggs, bacon, etc. This saves you both time and money! Clean, modern amenities (the shower in the fireplace room was amazing!) and a wonderful Japanese themed Garden together with friendly staff made for an amazing visit. Would highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again. FYI my outside pictures don't do the place justice as it was overcast and my camera doesn't compensate well for that. The garden was beautiful and serene. We used this hotel as a 'staging grounds' for other adventures on the coast and in the forests; it was perfect for our trip! Oh, almost forgot ... Because I'm forgetful - I managed to leave behind my wall-charger for my laptop. One quick phone call and it was on it's way home and received very shortly thereafter - just incredible service!

Wow! The reviews are truly spot on for this place. Clean, modern, super friendly/helpful staff, incredible buffet breakfast, and pet friendly. This is one of the nicest chain hotels we've ever stayed at; better than most Hilton, Doubletree, La Quinta, Red Lion, etc hotels (even when freshly renovated). The only semi-negative is it's location; there's not much nearby so too few people will get to enjoy this fabulous stay. Hopefully other Best Western's will follow suit. For pet owners, they have poo bags, a nice potty area, and rain towels, even beds and homemade treats! They provide a great printed guideline as well. 100% recommended with ZERO reservations.

We decided to stay here on the spur of the moment after planning a hike at Silver Falls. We were so pleasantly surprised. The rooms, amenities, staff, and food were all exceptional. The on-site Japanese Garden is worth spending time in; it is very peaceful and so incredibly well-designed. I can see holding a function there in warmer weather. We had a lovely dinner in the 1847 Restaurant. The all-inclusive "continental" breakfast was exceptional for a "free" meal. (I am sure it helps having a restaurant on-site.) We did not make use of the pool (it was too cold), but the area is set up nicely. Our room was well-appointed and the toiletries were lovely; i don't usually bring the hand/body lotion home, but I did this time. It was so quiet in our room and the staff was very friendly making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

Great new hotel close enough to OSU with reasonable pricing and a terrific breakfast buffet, especially for your growing college student. Great on-site restaurant/bar. Clean and modern rooms. And of course, great staff. Yes, it is a 20-25 min drive from OSU, but if the Hilton at OSU is full or prices @ $250, great alternative.

It is like coming home when I stay at The Boulder Inn in Lebanon. I have family in the area, and we all enjoy the restaurant, pool and wonderful pond / gardens that this hotel features. The staff is super accommodating and goes out of their way to welcome me.

We live in the San Francisco Bay Area, but one of our kids is up in Seattle, so we frequently drive up there to visit. Generally, we've stayed with friends in Oregon somewhere to break up the trip, but since none of them were in town this week, we opted for a hotel. WHAT A FIND! This is no ordinary, run of the mill Best Western, although the reasonable price indicates it is. We may never visit our friends again!:) This place is out in the middle of nowhere, but it doesn't matter. You feel like you are at a little resort. There is a lovely Japanese garden in back of the hotel which adds to the peace and quiet and tranquility of the place. I've been wracking my brain trying to come up with something to complain about, and I guess the only things I could come up with are that the windows don't open (I like fresh air) and that the lighting in the bathroom is a little dark. Other than that, everything checks off. The bed was comfy, the towels were fluffy, the room was spacious and lovely, there was ample storage space. There were real coffee cups and real creamer, glass drinking glasses, a safe, a fridge and a huge closet. They provided robes, a thermostat-controlled heating/cooling system, plenty of towels, plenty of plugs for electronics (with TWO bedside tables) and FOUR plugs in the bathroom. They even had my favorite (and oft-forgotten) feature: a place to hang handtowels near the sink! Every employee we encountered was extremely friendly and personable and welcoming. The facilities were clean and thoughtful. The fitness room went above and beyond most hotel ones, and the hot tub in the pool area was actually hot. There's a large business center and the lobby has a fireplace, piano and comfy couches to sit in overlooking the tranquil gardens. We ate dinner at the on-site restaurant and it was delicious. In the morning, there is a free breakfast with hot items. Not just your usual motel "weird eggs" and dry muffins, but REALLY good eggs, real fresh fruit, and delicious scones, along with the requisite waffle maker with toppings, oatmeal, cereal, juice, yogurt and breads. I never write reviews while I am still sitting in the hotel, but I am this time, so I can make sure I don't forget. I could stay a few more days and be perfectly happy. This one's a winner, folks!

Overall, I cannot complain about the Best Western in Lebanon. Everyone was extremely friendly. I originally wanted to stay at the hotel for a romantic getaway with a now ex-girlfriend. However, unfortunately, that did not work out. My dad went on the vacation with me instead. The hotel had no problem switching the room for me from a romantic room to a more practical room for father and son. I also left my camera in the hotel room, and the staff had no problem retrieving the camera for me. The only downside was the rain. It made it impossible to enjoy the beautiful Japanese garden in the back. However, it is Oregon in March; therefore, what does done expect.

If you visit Lebanon, OR, you likely have something to do with Western University or the Samaritan Healthcare System. If so, this hotel puts you on campus an easy stroll from everything. Friendly staff, new building, well-designed rooms, great WiFi, and a VERY comfortable bed. Add the unexpected fluffy robes—very nice touch. I just wish all the locals had not built up unreasonable expectations on the breakfast. The breakfast is perfectly good for this type of hotel, but oatmeal, scrambled eggs, and waffle makers are not unexpected. Perfectly fine. Wonderful hotel in an out-of-the-way place.

The staff was very helpful, the breakfast buffet was extremely impressive and extensive, the work out facilities were awesome. The best hotel I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed at many over the country.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Nicer than the Hilton we stayed in Portland. We stayed for three nights while visiting family in Sweet Home. The room was amazing, the bar and food options great. The staff was very friendly. Lebanon has a little jewel in their midst.

Very lovely hotel adjacent a large medical campus. Very possibly the finest Best Western I have visited. The building is gorgeous and my room was so nice, I thought I was the first guest there. Very comfortable bed and ultra clean bathroom. The squeaky clean bathrobes were a very nice feature. My room looked out onto a Japanese style garden that was beautiful, especially at night, when it was lighted.

My family of three stayed here for a week over Christmas and have no complaints with the staff or property. The room was comfortable, modern, and well kept. The staff was very friendly and accommodating both at the desk, and at the restaurant/bar. My only nitpicky complaint about the hotel itself is that the breakfast options were static, the same everyday without the typical rotation that most hotels seem to offer. The selection was good and it was better prepared than most, but staying here for a week breakfast got a bit boring. The one last thing to keep in mind is that this hotel is not particularly convenient and you'll travel a bit to find a store or outside restaurant to visit. Nothing the hotel can control, but something to keep in mind when deciding where to stay.

Awesome stay! People, Atmosphere, Vibes in general were so inviting!!! Best Hotel in this area by far!!! I had an enjoyable laid back get away and leaving was the only part that was hard. I will definitely be coming back.

My wife & I stumbled onto this Best Western premier location about 1 year ago and fell in love with the place. The location is nice & peaceful. The hotel staff are great, and the hotel itself is beautiful - great decor inside & out. My wife has a special fondness for the small nature path surrounding a water feature with lots of koi (she especially love the fish). We highly recommend staying & relaxing - lots of grocery or restaurant options 5-20 minutes away.

Although categorized as an “Inn” this seems more like a 3 or 4 star hotel. Exceptional complimentary breakfast! Just didn't like that pets were welcome at the hotel because they keep barking and the walls are quite thin. Super friendly staff. Just wish there were other entertainment and restaurants within walking distance. This Inn is located within a family neighbourhood and within close proximity to schools and residential homes.

Targeted Boulder Falls for a business customer and supplier appreciation event. The group included spouses. Overall input from all involved was that they enjoyed the venue. Modern, very clean, pleasant and helpful staff, quality beds, and nice restaurant and bar. Great value and quality for the price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for lodging or considering a location for a meeting type function.

Unexpected, but lovely. Beautiful hotel, that allows dogs, heated pool, Jacuzzi, and lounge area. Good food and excellent service with a pretty Japanese garden to walk around in. Excellent value and nice enough that I would consider it as a destination in itself.

Very upscale Best Western, nice staff and good services. The upstairs lounge and deck were a great way to end the business day. The proximity to the small town of Lebanon was great. Everything was very clean and great cookies upon check in.

Excellent facility. Well trained staff. Good quality. Restaurant needs help. Wine selections are poor, staff is unfamiliar with them. Fried chicken was disappointing, scallops were great. Everything else was ok. ( Ate there three nights) Lounge is very nice, conducive to conversation, diverse, interesting and tending staff attentive.

We have stayed at several Best Western, but this was our first at a Premier and we can certainly see why it is a Premier. completely ignored for 25 min. we told the hostess and 2 other waitresses and they just let us walk out. I called and told the staff, they acknowledged their mistake, blamed it on the new guy. offered a complementary weekend and meal. we will except their offer. And hopefully they will use it as a learning experience.

The garden is just one of the many highlights of a great place to stay. Really enjoyed our visit. Staff was very helpful when i needed them . Breakfast was fresh and hot. And will be returning again. Make sure to see the beautiful garden at night as well as daytime.

From the first minute to the last, our stay at the Boulder Falls Inn was a memorable experience -- one which we intend to repeat. Let's start at the front desk. I made a mistake in our booking, which could have left us with no place to stay on Thanksgiving eve. The staff were truly sensitive and solved the problem in two minutes while we stood pie-faced with no idea what to do. Then the room, spacious with a view of the Japanese Garden, and amenities way above the standard for a mid-price hotel. And the service, and the hot-tub open in the November air, and the 24-hour fitness room (small but professionally equipped), and the complimentary breakfast buffet. In the morning, we discovered the General Manager manning the front desk on Thanksgiving Day so that staff could be home with families. Don't be put off by the rather sparse-looking surroundings as you approach. The hotel is less than two years old, and part of a growing campus with a medical center, two medical colleges, the new VA hospital and newly-built housing. If the sculpted 'Boulder Falls' Japanese garden is any indication, before long the whole site will be beautiful. People already are booking into the hotel when visiting the larger towns and mountains nearby.

Lebanon Oregon is not exactly a destination city perhaps but a stay here makes the stop worthwhile. Very nice new property with an excellent restaurant and a Japanese Gardens park made an overnight stop on a holiday weekend into a resort experience.

If you're planning a stay in Lebanon, don't waste your time looking at other places, stay here. The service was stellar, the hotel still looks brand new and the restaurant was top notch. There wasn't one thing that stood out as best because everything stood out. Great, quality stay at a great rate, what more could you ask for?

The heaters are very noisy, They rumble to life like a giant refrigerator, so companies can save a buck on heat. I woke up each time it came on and could also hear neighboring heaters coming on. Other than that, nice hotel, nice dining.

this hotel has excellent staff, is quite and the beds are very comfortable. The restaurant is convenient and has a good selection of different food items with competitive prices. The hot breakfast has a wide range of items, including soy milk.

Sons wedding brought a large number of out of town guests to the Lebanon, OR area. All stayed at the Boulder Falls Inn. The grounds are lovely and the rooms clean and well appointed - bed was very comfortable. Restaurant and lounge close at 11PM so if you are looking for a gathering space that you expect to go longer, you will need to find another location.

This is by far the most impressive BEST Western that i have ever stayed in. Amazing Hotel, big rooms, fantastic staff and reasonably priced for the quality that you get. Staff went out of their way to get me my room at 11:30am, many hours before my estimated arrival time.

This place is well worth the drive off the freeway. Friendly staff, great food and bar and the best rooms. And always quiet. Has a fantastic breakfast. Check in is fast with no hassles. Beats staying anywhere else in the area.

This hotel is so nice. The food and drinks are very good. I would be a regular at the restaurant if I lived in town. Creative drink menu with quality ingredients. Soups are homemade, burgers are excellent.

Lebanon OR. is a short trip off the road well worth it. A quiet town set close to some beautiful midday hikes. Beats the roar of highway noise and Unique in the Koi pond with pathway refreshes the road weary soul. Many Hotels I ignore those Breakfasts. However the Boulder has a real staff who care to cook and prepare Fresh food in a restaurant treating everyone special. Smell that fresh COFFEE!

We have enjoyed our stay at B&W in Lebanon, OR. I cannot think of any negative at all worth mentioning. Fantastic property, wide halls, 1st class restaurant, nice breakfast buffet. We had a regular guest room w/ 2 queen beds - the room was spacious, the beds most comfortable and pillows were top notch. Would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area - it is handy to Albany, Sweet Home and all the surrounding area.

Everyone was so friendly. The hotel was clean and well kept. I've worked in the hotel industry so I know what to keep an eye out for and everything exceeded expectations! I love that I got to feed the fish as well. The other guests in the hotel were extremely nice as well. I'm looking to just to go stay in the hotel again. It was so beautiful.

Truly a gem hidden in somewhat off-the-beaten-track city of Lebanon. Fantastic service and staff. Someone is certainly doing their job in hiring and training. The associated restaurant, 1847, is also excellent and well-staffed. Great meeting facility immediately adjacent. Recommended.

I stayed here to attend graduation ceremony in Corvallis. Hotel is most upscale in Corvallis region (and I toured most all of them). Beautiful grounds, accommodations. Front desk staff was professional and helpful. Complimentary full, healthy, varietal buffet breakfast. This is not your stereotype Best Western hotel, it is Premier level. Hotel had business class feel to it. Although it was approximately 15-20 minute drive to Corvallis, it was a very easy drive and well worth the short commute.

Outstanding in every aspect. The place was immaculate, the staff friendly. The room was great, the bed was outstanding, breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was quite quick to pick up dishes. I will probably get a room at BW from here on out. I usually don't pay that much for a room, but the quality was clear vs the price.

New and clean facilities, that includes a very nice Japanese garden in the back. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The complimentary full breakfast is quite good. A much much better experience than expected. Would definitely stay here again.

I attended a conference at this property and the experience was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and great amenities. The grounds around the property were stunning during this time of year with the leaves changing color. There is a nice walking path around the pond and water falls with areas to sit and enjoy the view.

Stayed at Boulder Falls in Lebanon for a business conference and they staff went above and beyond to make our stay awesome. They were very helpful and friendly and the rooms and grounds were beautiful. You won't be disappointed in your stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We won a romance package stay in the King Executive suite with a fireplace. The staff at check in were very nice and did everything they could to make the stay perfect. The lobby was beautiful and everything was super clean. The suite was fabulous. Modern décor with beautiful wood furniture. Dinner was great and at a decent price. The shower was something to behold. All in all, we had a lovely evening and overnight stay.

Upon our arrival it was wonderful to smell and be offered an assortment of freshly baked cookies as we checked in. Always inviting! Our room was near the pool on the bottom floor. My husband and I enjoy swiming and using the warm jacuzzi spa. We loved the room filled with extra white towels and nice thick white bath robes to wrap up and snuggle in. The amenities of a fridge were descretly placed behind clever furniture doors on the big dresser I think below the big TV. The maids always left little chocolate candies on the freshly made up beds when we had returned to our room. One of the nicest things about the rooms was the big long counter in the bathroom for all our "necessities". Our room was also close to the lovely gym so we could get some excercise whenever. And the Breakfast was absolutely divine! It was a huge spread of a complete balanced meal for several different diets. The hotel went all out to make us feel welcome. And the inspiring garden of fish and flora was just amazing, so peaceful and quiet. This was one of the tops if not the top hotel we have ever stayed in in the USA. We will always plan to stay here in Lebanon when we travel to Oregon. God bless the management and staff. Although I've been a platinum card holder for years, this was my first stay in a Premier level Best Western and WOW what an outstanding place to stay. At bit difficult to find and needs some signage because GPS does not have the street if your car is more than a couple of years old, it is well worth the search. The service was top notch and the facility very impressive and comfortable.

facilities were clean (like new); garden and rooms well maintained. Very professional and friendly staff. Service at the bar/restaurant was excellent as were food choices. Room was spacious and very quiet even though there were large numbers at the hotel.

We called at 3pm to let them know we were at a wedding and would be late. We had 2 rooms with our 4 kids and confirmed that our rooms would be near each other. They were courteous and helpful even asked about the wedding during our check-in that night. We all slept soundly. Breakfast was above average hotels with delicious fresh eggs, bacon and sausage. I wanted to spend time hanging out by the fireplace in their comfy chairs. This is a wonderful hotel.

Check in was awesome, room was lovely, dinner was absolutely fabulous. . .went to go to bed and the sheets had obviously been "used". SO GROSS. Apparently no more King Suites available for us to change to.. Housekeeping (Amanda) came up and agreed with our findings...obviously...extremely apologetic and promptly changed everything..she was great. Best Western Premier...really???? This is your best???

This Best Western is truly a Premier. We've stayed at a couple of other "premier" Best Westerns but wondered what made them a premier. We had no doubt what makes the Boulder Falls Inn a Premier. First class all the way. The place is beautiful and all the employees were very friendly and helpful. . I left the laptop cord and charger on the desk in our room. I noticed it the next night and called. I was told they had it. I asked if they could send it to me and they said yes. The next day I received an email from to say it had been sent and included a tracking number. We will definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

Staying here is like a dream! the staff goes out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for their guests and is always willing to do more. Out of my 6-7 times staying here, I have never had a problem. The breakfast is delicious and has quite the variety. The room will make you feel at ease and is hard to leave in the morning. With my bad back and hips, the bed was perfect. Views of the Zen Garden are beautiful and draw in to walk through (there's even fish you can feed if you ask). The internet is never slow and TV options are great. The restaurant downstairs has a delicious menu and the bartenders make drinks that are perfect for any occasion. This is the highlight of my business trips every year!

This hotel is located in a very quiet area. It has a beautiful Japanese Garden adjacent, which is wonderful to view from a window, but also to walk through. The restaurant is superb with many excellent choices for dinner. The staff is very helpful when choosing a local wine to go with dinner. Breakfast was lovely as well. Overall we enjoyed the stay and will be back!

This hotel is probably one of the best places we have ever stayed. The rooms were nice and the beds were like heaven. Very comfortable bed covers and 4 great fluffy pillows per queen bed. Breakfast, included with stay, left nothing to be desired, they had everything. The restaurant also has really good food on their regular menu for lunch and dinner. They have a big walk through garden with a waterfall that is beautiful. And last but not least, the staff were very friendly. They even baked chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon for the guests. I will definitely be back.

We loved staying here!! After a long day of hiking we were tired and hungry. Not only is this hotel super cute, clean, and new, but the grounds behind the hotel are so pretty!! The leaves were turning for fall and we felt like we were at a high end resort. Also they have a bar and restaurant on site which was a huge plus. We didn't have to leave once we arrived. The food was awesome and so was the wine. I definitely recommend staying here.

It's off the beaten path, but just where we need it -- close to the Veteran's Home there in Lebanon. Such a nice facility and wonderful helpful staff, comfortable and spacious rooms. This visit was to see family that live at the Veteran's Home and to attend a Memorial Service for the spouse of the Veteran.

Excellent value here for the price, the girl at the front desk was nice and smiling !, the pictures of this hotel drew us here and did not disappoint, everything was nice, very clean, every staff member was nice, the grounds were exceptional ! At check out I was asked what they could have done to make my stay better, but there wasn't anything, very comfortable bad also, we had our best night's sleep here.

The complimentary breakfast is outstanding at this hotel. It has a great selection of items. We especially love the ginger scones. Likewise, the staff is always helpful and cheerful. We always stay here when we are in the area.

So the place looks like Brand New. The rooms are spotless. Beds are almost as good as my own. Breakfast was super good. Not the average microwave stuff....They have a really garden area with a pond out back for one to relax by. I almost forgot....Babygrand piano in lobby, I wanted to jam, but just didn't make it happen.

I have stayed at probably a dozen hotels over the last 5 years and this one was probably my favorite. Great staff, great food, great drinks, and a great experience overall. The indoor and outdoor seating areas for the restaurant and lounge were very nice. The craftsmanship of the rooms was high quality and you could tell a lot of work went into making it a very nice hotel.

This is a beautiful, new hotel in Lebanon. We ended up there because everything was booked in Corvallis. Next time in the area, we will definitely stay here. The staff was very helpful at check-in and check-out. The rooms are well-appointed. The hotel is set back from the highway so there is no road noise.

This is excellent hotel with quality service, comfortable beds and very good breakfast! I highly recommend and look forward to each visit! We have stayed several times while visiting family or attending OSU Football games. We have been pleased with each visit.

Very nice hotel. This Best Western is on par with nice Marriott properties. Highly recommend staying there when in the area. Service was good and liked the wide hallways, soap dispensers in the shower and most of all plug ins for your USB devices located by the TV - this should be standard in all hotels!

A wonderful resort hotel in the heart of the Willamette valley, this hotel has the absolute best breakfast I have ever experienced. The dining area/ restaurant overlooks an amazing gem of a Japanese garden complete with Koi and paths for strolling.

We have stayed at this Best Western several times. Always a great experience. It is a little drive off of the highway, but well worth the additional few minutes driving time. The location is very quiet which is important to us. The outside dining area, pool and spa are very nice.

When friends (who live in Mexico) suggested we meet up at a Best Western hotel in Lebanon, Oregon we thought - where? Living in Australia, we looked up the area and found this little dot on a map and thought, hmm, this will be interesting. From Australia, Lebanon looks like it is in the middle of nowhere. Interesting and absolutely wonderful it was! The hotel is relatively new and is very upscale. Those travelling with Pets are welcome here - even welcome towels at the front entrance for your fur baby. The beds in the rooms are made to order and the pillows are so wonderful, you can purchase one at the front desk reception for only $15! Had we not been from overseas, I would have brought a few home with me. This hotel was impressive for a number of reasons - as I said, comfortable bed, pillows and linens, but also oversize, fluffy bath towels - and more than one per person. Free wifi which allowed being connected to more than one device at a time. Extra USB slots for charging devices, and in room safe. It also had the standard fridge, microwave, but also nice glass - glasses for water or whatever beverage you wish. (We stayed at many other hotels, Best Westerns included, during our month long holiday which only had paper cups in the room and the price for the room was much higher). The bathroom had adequate mirrors and lighting. (A lot of hotels have very dim lighting in our experience). Hairdryer is available and shampoo, conditioner and body wash is available in the on-wall containers in the shower. Breakfast was much more than a 'buffet' breakfast. Full variety of freshly cooked hot food, plus fresh fruit, sweet items, juices, teas and coffee. The grounds are beautiful with a large koi pond out the back where the convention center is. A vending machine is available to dispense food for these very well-fed koi. The staff were all very friendly. I wish all the hotels we stayed at were of this quality for the price. Would definitely return again.

This was a beautiful place to stay and staff was amazing. Had a Koi pond and 2 restaurant choices as well. Nice pool and hot tub too. We went to music fest and it was not far from Brownsville and both towns have a little something to offer as well.

This was a surprisingly pleasant hotel. I would not have expected to find such a high-quality hotel in a place like Lebanon, Oregon. Although they have yet to install electric vehicle chargers, making this property a bit inconvenient for Tesla drivers, the overall experience was spectacular. Everything about the room, the grounds, and the staff exceeded expectations. The included breakfast buffet was better than expected. The grounds and garden and koi pond were lovely. If they would add a few Tesla Destination Chargers, this place would be perfect.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times since it opened for everything from large family events to a great stop over on a road trip and the service only gets better.. Food is excellent at dinner and breakfast. Super comfy bed!

Everything was great except our room didn't get a clean-up. We did put a DD sign before 10 am because we were still in the room. But after we left the room, we put away the sign and hoped housekeeping could clean up. We came back around 9 pm and found out the room was still messy. And I called housekeeping, and someone quickly showed up at our door. We were tired so we just asked for changing towels. The person told me he would tell his manager and let the manager come and explain to me. But no one showed up till we checked-out.

Loved the grounds beautiful pond and creek. Dog walk area. Staff very helpful and super nice. Rooms are well appointed. Beds are so comfortable slept like a bear. Breakfast was the best. We actually used the beautiful lobby area. We will be back.

This Best Western is truly the best. There is an amazing Koi pond with surrounding boulders and gardens complete with benches tucked away in peaceful corners created by the water features and landscaping. The staff (especially Kathy but really everyone) was extremely friendly, funny, pleasant, helpful... all you could want. The restaurant was 5 star - I'd go there just for a meal. The breakfast was delicious and served in the back of the very comfortable restaurant with seating that allowed you to look out over the Koi pond area. The beds were luxuriously appointed with comfortable pillows and bedding. Stay here - you'll love it!

The room alone as I walked in and seen the king bed I knew right away that my weekend was going to be great. The staff are so friendly and on top of any questions that was asked, also the price for the room was really good for a weekend that had an event going on. The breakfast buffet was the best and not cold they had everything that anyone would want for breakfast.

Although there was not much for us to do in the town itself, we stayed here to make a quick visit to OSU in Corvallis and this place had a room available. We were pleased with the hotel from start to finish. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, pool was wonderful, grounds are nice, and the breakfast was delicious! The on site restaurant was good and be sure to walk around the gardens in the back of the hotel. A tranquil and unexpected bonus.

We drove quite a distance to get to the Boulder Inn. It was worth the drive because it was beautiful and the staff was excellent, the restaurant included free breakfast and there was a nice bar on two floors. The bed was so comfortable and the rooms were clean and the hotel was new. The only problem for me was it was in an odd place and it's right next to an Urgent Care and a Hospital is across the street. For me, I was expecting a bit more in regards to the location. The Garden was beautiful but it is right by the street side which was disappointing. I was extremely happy because the staff worked well with me when I informed them that I was hoping to be closer to wineries but all the wineries in the area were closed on Monday. They credited my room for the second night and we were able to stay elsewhere. That would never happen anywhere else. Altogether, we had a beautiful night and a great memory at this hotel.

The hotel and the restaurant were wonderful, but the ponds/garden adjacent to the hotel were spectacular. I spent every extra moment of my time walking the paths in the garden. I fed the koi and enjoyed the tranquility of the waterfalls and ponds.

Best Western has certainly upgraded their options; I would put this premier brand up against the nicer Marriott and IHG brands. This place is slightly off I-5 if you are traveling through, as my wife and I were with our two standard poodles, well worth it though. Beautiful new facilities, Japanese gardens, nice pool, good restaurant and location near a small and functional farm town combine to make this place a great value as well as very pleasant.

This is the best hotel I've stayed in for many years. Most comfortable bed ever. Restaurant was comparable to a 5 star. Will definitely make this my hotel of choice when traveling I-5 through Oregon. Japanese Garden and Coy Fish were a bonus, a walk thru was very relaxing.

Had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful hotel for a convention ( thank goodness there was a price break as otherwise the resort is a little "spendy". The front desk people were very friendly and efficient the whole weekend we were there. The complimentary breakfast was excellent - a very good selection of food for all tastes - and plenty of room in the restaurant inside and a patio outside too. The gardens are delightful and make for a quiet getaway from the hotel itself. Bring your swim suits too as there is an outdoor heated saltwater pool and hot tub to enjoy. Very comfortable beds and pillows and just about every amenity available in the room too. The only negative thing to say is that the main foyer, restaurant and hallways were extremely cold - we were told that management had no way to regulate the system as that was done from another nearby building! The conference room was also quite chilly. I agree with another reviewer that the GPS does not find the address of the hotel, but if you find Samaritan Hospital the hotel is behind it off Hwy 20. We are looking forward to returning for another convention in 2018

This hotel was awesome. The staff was wonderful and so welcoming even down to the dishwasher who asked us if everything was okay with our breakfast. The breakfast was amazing. My husband had a convention so all of us ladies got to play and have fun and the men joined us in the evening. The restaurant, bar, and meeting room was awesome and the conference center next door made it so convenient. The pool was fun and the peaceful gardens with the pond and coy fish made it feel like a resort. Felt like I truly got away and so relaxing.
