We were pretty dissapointed with this room but we tired to make the best of it because we felt like we had no other option, but we were too scared to even sit on the couch in our room. We also were a little surprised to see employees smoking out front when there was a no smoking within 100 feet sign. They also tried to charge us 180$ for one night when we had already paid for our reservations and they were $98 a night. The pool was also right next to the lobby in the open which is pretty strange

Host physically threatened and cussed us. Pool closed by health dept. Body fluid stains on furniture. Reservation was not met with appropriate room type. Stained leaky ceiling. Drug deals going on in front parking lot and front door. Vagrants on premises. Memorial weekend and handicapped but put on third floor in wrong room and told to leave if we didn't like it. Was told to take it up with day manager next day.

"Noisy, noisy no sleep."

The bed was very comfortable but it was hard to sleep with all the noise coming from the restaurant passed midnight. Sleeping in was impossible with the noise starting back up in the early morning. A/C was noisy too.

I don't normally write bad reviews but there wasn't a good thing about our stay. I spent a little extra thinking it was the better hotel in the area. My husband parked the car and discovered pot smokers in the parking lot. The staff was not very friendly. We didn't even have a comforter just an extra sheet. We found a baggie with white substance when trying to work the TV. Could of been anything but why wasn't it thrown away during cleaning. There was bad weather and radar indicated tornadoes just south of us so I asked the staff what to do in the event of severe storms she said they would go to the freezer in the kitchen. I then asked if they would alert the people staying or if it was up to us to know and she said “it's never happened” well that's reassuring. We were on the third floor and could hear kids and adults screaming at the pool downstairs until 10pm when it closed. The baseboards, corners of the rooms, and around the mirror were all dirty (those are the little things that make the room feel clean) An unidentifiable smear on the setting chair. I didn't investigate too close. Ashes flicked on the edge of the window where previous stayers smoked in the room. MOLD in the shower!!! I felt dirtier leaving the shower. At 2 am we were woken by a clash and something scattering under our door. When we got up at six we discovered It WAS GLASS!! a staff member said she would send up housekeeping but we left before she got there (20 minutes). There was no apology for the glass only that somehow tempered glass got upstairs. YEAH AND THROWN AT OUR DOOR!! She also didn't comment when I mentioned the cleanliness of the room. Previous reviews had stated this but I usually give a place the benefit of the doubt. Will never go back.

The. Mattresses on the bed where not comfortable and I ask front desk at lest 3 or 4 times for blankets and pillows for the pull out bed and they kept telling me they was gonna bring them never did they said sorry there was a shift change when I called to complain and they still never brought them

the customer service was horrible check in is at 3pm and they didn't have rooms clean for another half and hr and breakfast was gross well what they had anyway was. The front desk staff was rude. and so was the breakfast attendant. The room was average and the water in the bathroom was either boiling hot or really cold.

Our room had a glass wall overlooking the pool/bar area it was extremely noisy until midnight and starting again at 6:00 in the morning. I went down and complained and the desk clerk was going to refund my money in full, but the very rude general manager said no. She said she would refund half, but at check out that had not been done. Another nice desk clerk did refund half. But we got basically no sleep at all. The manager's comment was “It was built in 1975, that's just how it is.” No apology or anything.

The hotel had a sign posted under construction. Well nothing was under construction! When you walk in front door smokers all over front and when walk through front door overwhelming smell of fragrance to compensate for the smoke smell. This place is a dirty place, my room had blood on the shades. Horrible staff! The bartender had no clue on what she was doing and waited forever for my drinks. Front desk was rude and liked to talk about other guests in front of you. Do not stay at this hotel!

No hot water. Tv didn't work. Shower needed some good scrubbing. Cockroach ran across the floor. The pool water was green and unappealing. They were doing updating in some areas. One good thing: the beds were comfortable.

The hotel was dirty. The pools were disgusting. The staff was rude except the front desk receptionist whom was there with her infant child and unable to be of much assistance. There were clearly prostitutes hangibg around for all the truckers. The maintenance of this place is awful. I will never suggest this place to anyone.

We selected this hotel prior to flying out at the Kansas City airport based upon an affordable rate. When we got to our room, we noticed a dirty used washcloth hanging from the shower curtain rod. On our way out to go to dinner, I stopped by the front desk and advised the female front desk clerk of the issue with the dirty washcloth and told her that we expected it to be removed while we were at dinner. I advised her that if the dirty rag was removed from our bathroom, I would not report it but, if it was not, I would be blogging about it. When we returned an hour and a half later, the dirty washrag was still in its place. Obviously, the cleanliness of the room and our satisfaction was not a priority for them.

well one the maids don't clean the rooms. hair in the tubs toilets still have pee in em. floors are dirty. all the rooms on the first floor back side smell bad. the sewer water is coming out of the ground in the back of the hotel and nothing is getting done. i have no choice but to stay there cause of work. the breakfast is gross. the hotel i do not recommend period. go across the street. i wish i could.

We were familiar with this hotel and it's amenities when staying a few years ago before best Western plus took over so we knew basically to expect. Great amenities with pool and hot tub, arcade, pool ,table and plums restaurant and bar. They now have bands on the weekends. One reason we were staying there was a band we know was booked that night.unfortunately their gig was cancelled but Rick Keys the owner apologized and made sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. He gave us a free drink and made sure we were happy. We ended up getting a very nice room and enjoyed the amenities. The staff made sure we were satisfied and very accommodating. We had a free full breakfast in the morning which was very good.a very delightful experience and I would highly recommend it for couples and kids.

The two main things I value in a hotel room are the bedding and the shower. The mattress was good but the sheets were uncomfortable, and the shower was never warm during a two-day stay. The staff was friendly and the hotel was mostly clean, but the quality of the experience did not live up to what I paid.

There was no hot water and it seems this is a running theme for this location. Yes, it's older and yes it's a little difficult to get to, but there should be no reason to not have have hot water. BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED WITH YOUR STAY AND NO TELLS YOU!

This hotel needs some major work and attention to cleanliness. The age of the property and outdated design (the entrance feels like you're going in the back due to the layout and location of stairs etc) only explain some of the problems. The location is decent and right off 435 so easy to get to a number of KC attractions. Staff was pleasant as well and the beds were comfortable. Beyond that, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The hot water only, kind of, worked for one of the three nights. The hallways smell like smoke and desperately need to be vacuumed. There was trash piled on top of cans in the hallway that were there for multiple days. Mold like stains in our room's bathroom as well as crumbs in sheets and dirt/dust everywhere. Thankfully we brought disinfectant spray of our own. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for something else. Come on Best Western, you can do better.

The shower was dirty and did not drain. We had no hot water for the entire weekend. The kids loved the pool and we were right above it so that was nice. Since we were far from home, the fridge and microwave did come in handy!

Our room was very spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. Our only complaint would be the low water pressure and Luke warm water shower we had to take. Otherwise our stay was very enjoyable. The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and very friendly.

I was very pleased with the hotel.The hotel was going through renovation, and they noted that but the room was clean and big. The bathroom was clean , fresh towels. The pool and jacuzzi area was awesome. Well kept and clean. I will definitley stay there again, when Im in Kansas. Loved it

Hotel and grounds were filthy. Grounds and hotel was filthy. Extremely noisy heater and rattly fan in ceiling all night. Low water pressure and no hot water. Worst hotel experience in years....pass on this place.

We are Best Western members and they took over Sure Stay 15 months ago we were told. Best Western better actually visit this place because they are dragging down their reputation! Yes, I know they are still remodeling but just walking in the place is odd. They have a really ugly bubble wall, then 2 big wall pillars you go around to find check in which is in a peculiar place and very small. First impressions you know. I know not everyone uses the staircase but it was filthy! Our room was on the 3rd floor and no carpet but an uneven flooring. Tub with a cracked area. Crappy breakfast. So disappointed! We had another Sure Stay booked near Denver so we checked it out on this site and saw bad reviews there too so we cancelled!

"Hot tub and pool only perks"

Dont stay in a king room our bed was so uncomfortable the dbl queens were a little bit better the breakfast is terrible dont pay money for that everything was hard fake or stale they had friendly staff however you want to sleep in good luck the whole hotel is sureounding pool and hot tub and the kids are loud in morning or people eating breakfast the location was good for what we wanted but wont be staying there again its gone down hill over the couple years weve stayed there and the parking seems a bit ridiculous on friday and Saturday nights theres a tacobell right night door that you can walk to so that was nice

I adore the fluffy white comforter, soft bed, large bathroom, pool and hot tub is excellent. Really soft pillows, reading light and kureg coffee maker were unexpected extras I enjoyed. Also the tile floors in the rooms are wonderful!

"What are you thinking Best Western"

Best Western has spent a lot of time, effort and money to rebuild their brand. Most regular best Westerns which we stay in frequently when on motorcycle rides with friends is not doing their brand any favors by associating their name with this low brand and very poor quality hotel. Mold all over bathroom shower walls. I called down to ask if they could send so.eone up to clean it they said all they had to send was the shuttle guy and he probably would not do a very good job. Someone had apparently had a pet in The room because there was a final hair all over the sofa. Floor was filthy...was an imitation tile and obviously had not been cleaned recently. Vents were all disgusting but that is common in hotels. The young man who checked us in and worked desk at night clearly did not want to be bothered by being of any assistance. Will never go back and will definitely rethink staying at any Best Western again. Best Western pay attention trust me this is not the kind of image you want to put out there for your brand. I understand it is supposed to be lower end but can you at least keep it decent. It was bad. I would recommend staying somewhere else. Many choices in the neighborhood. Also if you plan on going to restaurant and or bar know that choices are extremely limited and service is extremely slow. We opted for another option. Room 362. 2.22.19

The hotel lobby is really cool I enjoyed the restaurant/bar and the pool as well the only thing terrible about this place is the rooms. The bathroom was disgusting... the shower leaked brown watery stuff and the floors of the bathroom were disgusting. The walls of the bathroom were gross and I'm pretty sure there was some mold

Floors were sticking to our shoes and stuff all over the floors! There was hair all over the "clean" sheets. Horrible odor in the room we sprayed our own spray with. We had no choice to stay. They also left us at the casino for 90 min waiting for a ride!!

"Perfect for a getaway"

We came for the Chiefs playoff game, and after driving 15 hours in a snow storm, we were so happy to finally make it to this hotel. The beds were comfortable, breakfast was reasonable and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The shower/shower curtain could have been a little cleaner, but it wasn't anything terrible. Would definitely stay again.

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are nice. The bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. Plenty of parking. The hotel has a bar and restaurant. The bar doesn't have her good selection of beer. I got some food and it was cold. The hotel I would recommend but stay away from the restaurant

Got in about 10pm- noticed it was about 60 degrees in the room- turned up the heat- noticed it wasn't getting any warmer- air vent blowing COLD air. Turned the heat off and on- no heat. Called the front desk to report- lady said the guy who had stayed there the night before had said the same thing and their maintenance guy had fixed it. NO! IT WAS NOT FIXED! So we asked for another room- they had no vacancies (CHiefs were playing the next day.) So we asked for someone to get us some blankets- we had to go get them ourselves. Lady was sorry and said to talk with manager in the morning We did- and asked for a refund- she said she could give us $25 off. Not acceptable! We froze all night, didn't sleep and woke up to a 50 degree room! Since we booked it through Hotel Planner- she said she couldn't refund our money - we have to go through them. Wife took a shower and noticed hair and debris coming up from the tub drain- disgusting. Horrible experience.

we had never stayed at a surestay plus and were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. all the rooms look over a huge courtyard comprised of a huge indoor pool and hot tub area, the front desk and a large restaurant/bar area. the rooms are spacious and the restaurant had good food, that makes everything very convenient. highly recommend this hotel. great value for the money

The hotel it self is very clean and modern looking inside. The staff where wonderful about helping us when requested. The hotel phone in the room would not work so the front desk staff let me use her personal cell phone! amazing customer service! the breakfast was very good and a large selection of hot food not just cereal

We stayed at the sure stay for the Kansas City Chiefs game. It was in an easy location to find, close (but not too close) to the stadium. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was great. They let us check in early and we received free hot breakfast buffet. The pool was warm and the area clean. All in all I'd give them 4.5 stars. A shuttle service up the stadium would have made this a 5 star stay! ;)

We just stayed here and you can tell they are remodeling this hotel. The main area is nice with the pool and check in. We didn't get a chance to check out the bar or the breakfast buffet but the hotel area was nice. They also have a free shuttle that runs 24 hours to anywhere within 5 miles but we didn't get to utilize that as well but still very nice service to offer. Our room was very outdated and could've used more of a deep clean but we have 2 dogs that joined us on our trip and we are just always grateful for places that allow us to travel with them. We would stay here again.

We were there for the Chiefs game. The hotel was well situated and we were 10 minutes from the stadium as well as downtown. Convenient location. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful with all of our questions. Newly renovated rooms were nice. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety, both hot and cold options. Only critiques we have was that the pool area/hot tub close at 10 and the laminate flooring in our room was quite dirty. Would definitely stay there again.

I love this hotel! We stayed here a few months ago when visiting Worlds of Fun that I decided to stay again for the Taylor Swift concert over the weekend. The first time we stayed here there was still a lot of renovations going on, but it looks like the renovations are almost complete now. I wish now that I actually took pictures of the room and the lobby area because it looks nothing like the previous run down photos other people have posted. Each room has new beds, new fold out couches, new furniture, new flat screens. They have USB outlets to connect your phone (which was helpful since I forgot my wall adapter). The floors are wooden inside the room and the hallway carpeting is new. We were greeted by a nice color changing bubbly water tank thing (pictured) which was cool. The people at the front desk were very helpful and polite and so was the bartender (drinks are not overpriced like most hotels are). If you have kids that love to swim, this is perfect for you. Most hotels make you sit in their enclosed sauna of a pool room. Since the pool is in an open space, parents can comfortably watch their kids without sweating because it's so hot in there. The pool area has nice lounging furniture, lit up trees and a hot tub. They also have a game room outside the pool which we didn't use, but that's another nice perk. The only mishap we had is that we booked 2 separate reservations on Priceline and they didn't connect the reservations - so we had 2 people walk into our room the next day trying to clean it. Also - the breakfast thing is confusing. Upon check-in, we were simply told that breakfast is from 7-10am. The next morning I go down to get breakfast and a lady approaches me and says I have to pay for it. I was under the impression that breakfast was included since I saw a lot of other people come down and help themselves without paying. I had to go back upstairs to get my card so I could pay $4.95. Then my breakfast was interrupted because I needed to go back behind the bar to enter in my PIN on my card. That's not very ideal for customers. I feel like guests should be told upon check in that breakfast is NOT included, and that if they want to include it, they could pay the $4.95 now and receive a ticket of some sort so that's all you have to give to them when you come down. I'm not trying to be rude by the eggs could use some work - they were chewy and tasted like rubber (not that I have tasted rubber before). They just didn't taste "good". All in all though I give this hotel an excellent review and we definitely will be back on our next adventure to Kansas City!

We were looking for an inexpensive hotel with indoor pool for a one night family friendly getaway. This place was clean, nice beds, clean pool, staff friendly, had video games, waffle house taco bell and quick trip in walking distance. Would come again!

"Park and fly"

We stayed overnight before flying out of KCI and parked for 13 days. Parking area was clean and well-lit. Rate was super reasonable compared to other parking and the room was very comfortable. Front desk staff did spend a lot of time chatting with guests and each other while leaving others waiting.

"Nice Hotel"

Stayed here when we went to see a football game. Room was clean, no issues. Did have a storm knocked power off, the breakfast next morning was basic cereal, fruit due to power being off and not being restored until close to morning staff didnt have enough time to prepare hot breakfast, Staff did great holding it all together. Would stay here again.

I completely and totally understand renovations and remodeling and this review is NOT about this. This was an experience and NOT a good one!!! When I booked my room online, I requested a first floor room. Again, when I check in, I requested a first floor room. I was told by the front desk person that it would be much quieter on the top floor – NOT TRUE!!! Not very accommodating to their guests. Upon arriving in my room, it appears to have been recently remodeled. If so, it was done by very inexperienced remodelers or an amateur. The ceiling in my room was extremely discolored and shows signs of having had several water (or something) leaks. The lounge did serve cold beer (a plus). However, when my food arrived, it was barely warm and actually had VERY LITTLE flavor – NEVER AGAIN. At least I only needed to stay here for one night. There are not any electrical outlets in the desk area to plug in a laptop or any other device. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through this area. In other words STAY AWAY and find another hotel. I am very displeased that this property can even present itself as being affiliated with Best Western. And Best Western should be ashamed, as well……. I would not, could not, and will not recommend this hotel to any traveler!!! DO NOT offer me an answer that you are sorry that you did not meet my expectations….. You should apologize to yourselves for meeting YOUR expections.

Stayed for a week in Shawnee KS at a different hotel and it was quite nice. Was looking to book one more night at a more cost-effective establishment. I didn't need the amenities, just a clean and comfortable room, preferably close to the airport. I glanced over the pics on the website and the booking app then drove by the hotel prior to booking. It appeared to meet my criteria so I booked. Upon walking into the facility, it had a strong musty smell in the lobby. It wasn't a deal-breaker but it put a negative feel on the stay from the beginning. The lobby has clearly been renovated recently, but it was a quick and dirty job. Paint was not done professionally in my opinion, the vents weren't replaced, just painted over (tacky), and the sub par reno job was even more evident in the hallways. Room was renovated and done so consistent with quality of the lobby. It was, however, very clean and the decor was satisfactory. I didn't require much service but the interaction I received from the staff was pleasant. They were all very welcoming and professional. Price was very moderate so there was good value there but I'd much rather spend $15-20 more next time for a step up in quality. Overall not a bad experience, just felt like I was in a lower grade hotel that had just been given a makeover. Equate it to getting a used car and someone slapping a Maaco paint job on the body without fixing the dents or dings, without removing fenders or hood, without painting door jams, and without taping off or covering windows prior to spraying. And of course, not doing any engine work on the car. ;) If found in that area again, I would pass on staying at that hotel.

"Floor around the pool dangerous "

We stayed here June 25th-27th. The staff was great! This review has nothing to do with them. The flooring around the pool is extremely dangerous. It is painted with a glossy finish. It makes walking on it with or with out shoes difficult. I went to turn on the hot tub and fell. There are signs that say wet floors but even while walking very carefully I still fell and scrapped up my arm. They really need to change the flooring before some one gets even more hurt.

We stayed at this location because our normal was booked that Saturday night. The only problem I had was their remodeling: our room did not have any hangers, iron or ironing board put back in the room from remodeling. Mirror frame in bathroom had white finger prints in several places from the painters who had painted the room. Their photos on the internet show each bed has four pillows but when we got there the beds only had two pillows each, I went to the desk and ask for a couple more pillows and the clerk said they only have two per bed but she would see what she could find for me. She did come up with two more pillows plus she sent me three pillowcases and five pillow protectors, which I left the extras folded up on the table by the TV.

"Looking for a place with a pool and hot tub"

Coming to Missouri for work but we arrive a day and a half early. So I look for a place that always has a pool and hot tub. My son always wants a pool to swim. We pull into N. Kansas City and this is in of the very 1st one to pop ups on the search. Looking through photos and the photos home conversation confirmed the pool and hot tub was functional, I booked right here. This property was under renovation. You could not tell. For the price it was well worth it. The entire hotel was nice. Even our room was better than average. Nice fulfilling breakfast in the morning too. Hot or cold and eggs made to your liking. This overall was a great experience. Will return to this location if I come back to Kansas City.

Stayed in this hotel on a trip. It was easy access from the freeway. They are remodeling and the room had me flooring, bedding, furniture, and tile. The ice maker didn't work on our floor but I'm thinking they haven't gotten that far and our daughters room had a microwave and thermostat that didn't work. The staff were very friendly and accommodating! The breakfast had a large variety to choose from. It was a good value!

The hotel is behind Taco Bell. It is nice when you walk in, it looks like it was updated recently. The pool, eatery area, and checkin is in the middle and the rooms surround them. There was a wing under construction attached to the floor we were on. The room was nice and roomy. The bathrooms ceiling was low- I'm taller than average, so the mirror and the ceiling were more noticeable. We paid for breakfast which was great. It was a buffet of hot and cold items. You are served drinks by servers and they clear your trash away.

The hotel was under renovation. Our room was not yet updated. Our room was old, dirty, smelly and damp. The beds are old, lumpy and the most uncomfortable bed in any hotel I have stayed at. The hotel has a musty smell as soon as you enter.

"trapped in elevator"

We stayed at this hotel since it was close to the airport and had a very early shuttle. Hotel is being remodeled, by amateurs. I have been in the construction business 55+ years and know shoddy work when I see it. The first stay was OK but internet service was very poor. Talked to the front desk, they said they were having problems with it and having trouble resolving the issues. We returned a couple of weeks later because they had a shuttle that ran until midnight, we arrived at 11:30. Called for shuttle and it picked us up within 20 minutes. When we arrived we checked in and proceeded to the elevator pressed the button nothing happened, pressed it again nothing happened. I walked back to the desk and told them we had a problem with the elevator. The lady at the desk walked to the elevator with us and tried to get it to work, no luck. She took us to another elevator that was being used for the remodel, very poor condition and dirty. When we arrived at our room it was spacious and clean. We had been traveling for 20 hours by the time we laid our heads down on the pillows. The next morning I got up to brush my teeth, turned on the cold water and hot water come out of the spout, move the selector handle to the hot water side and cold water came out. One of their amateur plumbers, handyman had the line reversed. We went down the the lobby to eat breakfast only to find some dry cereal, milk, coffee a few bagels and muffins, no eggs or meat. My wife decided on a toasted bagel and I had a muffin. When my wife went to put jelly on her bagel she could not get the jelly out of the container, it was so old it had solidified. She went to the desk and showed the person working their the jelly, their comment "it must be old". We through the remainder of the food away and proceed to the elevator, the one that didn't work the night before, pressed the button door opened pressed the floor button and we were at our flood. We took all of our luggage to the elevator door so we would only have to make one trip down. Pressed the call button and elevator door opened, I guess it was still there from when we got off. loaded luggage into the elevator pressed the lobby button door closed and we DID NOT MOVE, pressed the door open button nothing. After about a minute or so my wife said we went down a floor, I ask how could we the elevator didn't run. She told me to look at the floor indicator sign sure enough we we on 4. Then I could hear the hydraulic cylinder bleeding of and letting us down very very slowly. Got to the lobby floor, door did not open pressed door open button and the elevator took off to the seventh floor. Door did not open at seven, pressed call button nothing, pressed another button nothing, called the front desk with my cell phone no answer. Hung up called front desk again this time someone answered. Told them we were stuck in the elevator they said they would send the maintenance man to the roof to fix the problem, maintenance man to fix the problem I ask. Told them on the second phone call they had ten minutes to get us out or I was calling 911. Finally the elevator stopped at the lobby floor for the second time, doors did not open again. Told my wife don't press any buttons. Called the front desk again and told them the doors would not open, they said they were working on it. I told them get someone down to the elevator and open the doors manually or I would call 911. Within a couple of minutes two men opened the door some how and we got of and out of the building. Our location is located 20 miles away from MCI and our shuttle doesn't travel to the airport. Is it possible that your review may have been intended for another hotel in the area? "Fun Slide & Great Staff"

The best parts were the staff, especially the bar tender, and the water slide. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower had plenty of pressure and worked well. That's where the good stuff ends. The bathroom door was so tight my five year old couldn't open it on her own. The fancy electronics under the television fell out of their wooden storage area when I tried to unplug a usb cord. I discovered the clock radio unplugged in the corner after waking up and wondering what time it was. While the waterslide was in great shape, the rest of the small pool had chipped sides and everything except the steps to the waterslide felt slippery. My daughter slipped twice just walking and I slipped once climbing out using the ladder. The water was also very cloudy, but the temperature felt good. Breakfast was just like almost every other Best Western except there were no waffles.

"Won't stay again"

To start with this is no longer a Ramada. It is now a SureStay Plus by Best Western. Cleanliness is the most important thing, and this place doesn't cut it. Found a peanut M&M and something else on the floor. Bathroom fan was disgustingly dirty and didn't work (photo provided). Remodeling is being done, but they have a long way to go. Very old property. Walls are thin, no sprinklers in the room, tiles missing in bathroom by the tub - which was peeling. On the positive side: beds were comfortable and the free breakfast buffet was good.

"One of the worse hotel stays ever!"

Thin walls, stains on ceiling, locks dont working, not enough hot water, over worked staff, messes everywhere. The only good thing about the place was that some staff were kind and helpful. We stayed for three nights as part of a team, but wouldn't have stayed one if it was up to us.
