Best Western Plus Flathead Lake Inn and Suites

This was our first time traveling with a pet, and it was a success. Pet rooms are at the far end of the hotel with easy access to a large grassy field with waste bags provided. Request ground floor if you don't want to climb stairs with your pet! (There is an elevator but it's not close to the pet rooms.) Nice common area in the lobby; decent hot buffet breakfast in a sunny dining room was also appreciated. Friendly desk crew. Picky spouse thought the bed too soft.

Our stays here have always been special, its very clean, quiet, and comfortable. On our most recent stay Jordan at the front desk went out of his way to accommodate us, even when we ran into a situation Jordan was able to handle it with the utmost compassion and professionalism. The authenticity of his concern to rectify the situation was felt and much appreciated. And this is why we will keep coming back.

Had to stay because of the weather. *Ended up making our trip a little better. Would stay again. Restaurant was great. Hoping we return again in the future. This review requires I type 200 characters.

On a foggy and drizzly day in the Flathead Valley, we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, Christmas decorations, comfortable bed, and full breakfast: a great way to brighten up the winter doldrums. !

This is an older hotel. After a fast and friendly check-in, we went to a well lit room with two comfortable chairs, plenty of storage space, a microwave, and a mini-fridge with an iced-over freezer. The bed sagged in the middle. There was a small, well lit sink area outside of the small toilet/shower room. The sink had very little counter space. The shower head was good. We had a better-than-average breakfast with hot items.

Best Western Plus Flathead Inn & Suites is located seven miles south Kalispell which was a good location after spending the day in Glacier National Park. There aren't many dining options, so we asked the young man at the front desk. He suggested Harbor Grill in Summers, which was 6 miles away. We took him up on the suggestion and were not disappointed. Everything was great from checking in, cleanliness of the room, safeness of the area, and the staff. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again, if/when in the area

We arrived running behind schedule. Check in was quick & easy. Staff was very friendly & helpful. The room was clean. Dining area was clean & staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good & just what we needed before getting back on the road.

I intentionally selected this hotel because we stayed here a year ago and had a pleasant stay. It a really pretty area and a great place to launch from fro trips into Glacier NP. The breakfast was good, and typical of most BW hotels

Very nice hotel. Pricey for the location as it is out of Kalispell and not close to any dining options. The hot tub and pool were nice. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was very nice.

Really enjoyed the stay! Everyone there were so nice and willing to answer all our questions. Clean room and we fixed to stay an extra night and they made room for us! Breakfast was really good and hot! A must stay if you are Going to Glacier!!

Beautiful Hotel located in between Kalispell and Lakeside where we had many wonderful dining options. The location allows for quick and easy access to Glacier National Park as well. We felt very comfortable staying there and were very satisfied with the wonderful staff there.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kalispell at the Best Western Plus. Derek was great during our check-in and made our experience even more special the next two days. We had plenty of parking to accommodate our parties 4 trucks and trailers. The safe and secure neighborhood was great and reassuring when you travel with motorcycles. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Only issue was the poor wifi connection. Very good breakfast room and overall room quality was typical of a BW Plus. Be prepared to drive back into Kalispell for dinner.. This takes about 10 minutes at the most.

The motel is impressive. The morning breakfast is great the view from the breakfast room is second to none. I love the Flathead Valley watching the sun rise over the mountains comforts the soul. The proximity to Bigfork and Summers is great. I look forward to another trip to the Flathead Valley and will definitely look to stay again.

This hotel is wonderful. Whether your traveling for business of pleasure, all of your needs will be met. The team that works there is professional and kind and the amenities leave you feeling like you don't need to be anywhere else.

Our stay had us waking up at 5:40am from another guest closing their door. The hotel room doors in this hotel do not keep in/out noise. I can hear people from other rooms. The hotel is 1.5 miles from the northern end of Flathead Lake, 8 miles from Downtown Kalispell, and 44 miles from Apgar entrance of Glacier National Park. I am not sure why the hotel charged $312 + taxes for a room based on the distance to these destinations. The hotel, to me, acts more like a motel on US93. One positive note on the hotel is that the facade looks nice. I usually like Best Western hotels, but I can't recommend this one.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Best Western Flathead. We were greeted warmly and the front desk woman was so friendly and smiling and helpful. Our room was great and clean and the housekeeping staff were so helpful and smiling. The General Manager was always around and helping wherever needed. Just awesome people. Sheila in the kitchen area was a joy and the breakfast was just perfect with eggs, bacon, sausage and oatmeal and waffles and everything!! Thank you!!

The highway noise was loud all night long The front desk person was very uneducated For a $700 a night Canadian room I expected more This hotel was nowhere near any restaurants or amenities There was no hot tub or pool at this facility and it was miles away from any restaurants or amenities Is the shampoo, conditioner and body wash was poor to say the least I reserve the presidential suite and the ice machine and elevator doors were right outside of our door. We heard the ice machine and elevator doors throughout the day and night.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel for 6 nights. We were in Montana for a music festival held outside of Whitefish. The hotel was an easy drive to Whitefish, Columbia Falls, Glacier National Park, Kalispell and Flathead Lake. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We ate breakfast at the hotel 5 mornings and the food was good and the staff was very accommodating. We are East Coast early risers and one morning the staff let us in the breakfast room early to enjoy coffee and watch the sunrise on the outside porch. Parking was easy. We would recommend this lodging option to anyone looking in this general area of Montana.

The hotel was quiet and peaceful during our stay. The front desk was extremely helpful concerning where to eat and what to do outside the normal vacation activities. The art work all about the hotel interior was stunning. The hotel interior casual seating areas were beautifully decorated and comfortable. I can't wait to go back!!

Everything was great.Breakfast was nicely prepared and clean. Shower was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was right at the intersection to go to Big Fork and Kalispell and next to huge convenience store.

Stayed a few Best Western and Best Western plus all excellent. All-round would quite happily stop at more and more often. This was a road trip across the USA and Canada with more than 3000 miles three weeks

We foolishly checked into a lower priced motel. Checked out of it at 11:00 pm because of problems. We called here and Rachel said She had a room for Us. The difference was amazing, Safe and ULTRA comfortable! I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. So well worth the price We ended up staying 3 nights instead of one!!

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 10 years or so and never had a problem. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is very good. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure that your stay as happy as possible. Although the hotel is a little out of Kalispell it is a vey easy drive into town. An excellent place to stay.

Tammy at the front desk was very friendly, referred dinner places for us. Fabulous employee for your business! Best hotel breakfast ever - meat, potatoes, eggs, hot and cold cereal, waffles, I could go on and on. Bed was comfortable, being by ice machine was a little noisy but when I wondered down to the lobby I felt better after a complimentary latte!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good value. The breakfast room is spacious and has large windows. The breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options. Everything was very clean. I would definitely stay again.

You're seriously not want to stay at any other hotel other than this one! The staff is so nice and so inviting. Breakfast is incredible. The pool in the hot tub are amazing. The suites are awesome. Beds are super comfortable. Great Internet.

This hotel is very nice, staff is great, location is also great and is the best place to stay in the valley. The area is quiet and not far from anything in the valley. Local venders have the best food in the area also.

We have stayed here several times as it is close to our family. The price is much better than other hotels we've stayed at recently. I didn't use the pool this time because we only stayed one night but it's a good one for swimming laps. The rooms and bathroom are a little small but very clean and comfortable.

Visiting from out of town for work and decided to stay here due to location. Entire facility was very clean from the room to the breakfast area and hallways. Front desk girls were super friendly and accommodating. The Breakfast area was super clean and stocked and the attendant there was very pleasant and hard working. I would recommend a stay here to anyone.

When traveling we check BW locations first. We have stayed at many BW's over the years including several BW Premier locations. They are great - Flagg Lake is the BEST. Breakfas was excellent - again best ever.

I was very impressed with the professional staff, beautiful and clean hotel, and free pet friendly rooms. I typically avoid best westerns because I have found them dirty in the past, but this hotel has exceeded my expectations. Cleanest best western I've ever stayed in. I was also extremely impressed with the pet friendly rooms at no extra charge (unless you cause damage). This made the trip much more enjoyable for both me and my dog. I will DEFINITELY be coming back. This will be my preferred Kalispell hotel

Stayed for three days. Did not want to leave. The staff was friendly and competent. The room was clean as were the fitness center and pool. Breakfast was included and was better than many breakfasts I have paid for. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a little out of town but very clean and a great breakfast. Staff was helpful. Hotel is a little pricey but all the nice hotels in the area were similar price. Would definately stay there again.

Property is really nice and has a unique layout. But title is misleading. Its not really at the lake. Its in limbo between Flathead Lake and Kalispell. Situated a stones throw from a stoplight, we heard alot of road noise from some heavy duty local hot rods!

Great Value for the Area. Really Clean and wonderful Staff. Great breakfast. Location near Flathead lake is great to get to multiple towns in and around Kalispell. Pretty short and beautiful drive to get to Glacier National Park. Very close to plenty of restaurants and bars. If you prefer a great hotel instead of an AirBNB, would highly recommend.

Two weeks postpartum, I was in desperate need of a nice relaxing bath (our house only has the tiny kid-sized tub). So we stayed in a suite the night before our newborn photoshoot. Dad and the toddler went to the pool (loved it and the pool toys provided), baby napped (hallway was quiet and calm) and I was finally able to make use of a bath bomb that I'd been saving. The next morning we all got up and had the wonderful hot breakfast, packing up and checking out.

We stay in this hotel every time we visit the Kalispell area. In fact it has been our favorite place to stay in all of our travels. The rooms are clean, the staff is excellent! Chris is exceptionally helpful every time we stay there. He goes above and beyond to make our stay a good one. I highly recommend if you are visiting the Kalispell area, try this hotel. It's just a short drive to town but well worth it!

The room was clean and large. The breakfast offered a lot of items. There is a pool for the kids to enjoy. The employees were nice and seemed to 'enjoy their job.' The price is high, but compared to other motels in the area during this time of the year, our charge was reasonable.

I mentioned to Chris at the front desk that I was proposing to my girlfriend in Glacier National Park and he and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience feel special. We stayed in the Glacier suite, which was absolutely beautiful. The hotel was super nice and updated. Definitely recommend!

This Best Western has by far the most amazing group of service minded staff in all of the West! Our breakfast was epic every morning, we were greeted and thanked for our business, and anything we needed they responded immediately! I realize that it's summer rate season and EVERY PLACE is expensive, and this Best Western was the BEST OF THE BEST FOR THE MONEY!

This is the second time I have stayed here 4 years apart. It was just as nice this time as it was the first time. I will stay here again in the future. Clean room, great breakfast, friendly People. Thanks

Cleanest room on our trip. We even saw someone sweeping the parking lot. Excellently maintained with important details like a nice variety of types of sleeping pillows, great showerhead, spacious rooms, enough plug ins, quiet, and EXCELLENT breakfast! This is a beautiful property that also has a game room and a ball room. Classic.

I stayed at this location for the last 8 nights. That may seem like a long time to stay at a hotel but it felt so comfortable and cozy. The staff is so kind & helpful! They referred to me by name & always made me feel welcome. The rooms were beautiful. The breakfast was one of the best out of all the hotels I've stayed at. Many options. Super clean area and the views from the breakfast room were to die for. I would 100000% recommend this hotel for your Montana visit. Close to Flathead lake. Short drive into Kalispell and not too far from Glacier National Park.

Great value accommodation. We have been here a few times over the years and always enjoy our stay. The rooms are nicely appointed and very clean. There are some lovely views and a great breakfast included, in a dining room with its own superb vista. Decor is Montana elegant throughout. However, the most wonderful aspect of this hotel is the people who work here: a group of the most courteous and helpful hotel workers you will ever meet. All go out of their way to solve problems, not fob you off. They are exceptionally polite and take responsibility to help guests. A really pleasurable break in one of the greatest parts of the World. Did not expect the overall stay to be the best we have ever had! Rooms and bed was great, clean and very private. Just what we needed for a relaxing night away. The staff when checking in was so polite and very helpful to get us the best price for our room. The morning staff for breakfast were also professional and polite, making sure there was plenty of food and being very clean.

This hotel was clean and provided my son, his children and me a good place to hang out and have fun or a long weekend. The kids love the pool and hot tub and the pool table.We would stay busy during the day doing things outside and around town and crash back here with take out food and go to the pool etc. The staff all around were friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful hotel, great location near Flathead lake. The rooms are very clean & comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They had many gluten free options for breakfast which for someone with Celiac was a great bonus so I could eat with my family and enjoy the food.

Fantastic Staff, wonderfully clean, and Best Breakfast. I wish I could have stayed a week. The location is good with close access to BigFork, Kalispell and Flathead lake. We look forward to staying here again in the near future.

Although it's several miles outside of Kalispell, this Best Western was excellent. Excellent condition of hotel and rooms. Very friendly and courteous service. Excellent hot breakfast. Nice views of the mountains. Convenient to next door gas station and market, which had good selection of hot food, salads, etc.

The rooms were very nice. We upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi tub and fire place. The view from the room was ok. Didn't use the jacuzzi, but the fireplace and room were extremely comfortable. The view from the breakfast area is spectacular with the ability to see all the way to Glacier and a panorama of the whole mountain range. The bathrooms were a tad small but very clean. Overall great place to stay!

What a lovely establishment with friendly and extremely helpful staff! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely book again. Very clean and comfortable. I am one of those that always has to bring her own pillows and that was completely unnecessary! They have provided a variety of pillows to ensure you will get your best sleep possible

This location was very clean, the staff was very helpful and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious. Would stay here again, quick drive to reach restaurants, bingo, and activities. Parking lot had great lighting and was thankful for a great place to stay

Hotel is very clean, pleasant, quiet and has all the amenities. Staff friendly and helpful. For a place to have a bite to eat.... Julia, the receptionist recommended Dels Pub in Somers, MT close by. Food and atmosphere delightful...chicken wings were the best. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great breakfast (eggs, potatoes, cereal, oatmeal, pastries, yogurt, gluten-free items), nice room with fridge and microwave. Would give it 5 stars except for small cramped bathroom, and not a lot of room on sink counter. Would stay here again!

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast bar options were a pleasant surprise. You could tell they took an effort to keep the breakfast items fresh and they weren't just sitting there overcooking in the serving dishes. Would definitely stay here again. Also, conveniently located for access to all destinations in the valley.

I've stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years and have never had a bad experience. Rooms are always clean and the staff is always friendly and pleasant to deal with. Definitely my go to hotel when I'm in the area for work.

The room was fantastically clean, and the staff were friendly and nice to talk to. I was happy with my experience, even though the hotel was probably understaffed. Check in was easy. The breakfast room had the best view, and the attendant was very nice. They all gave 100%!

Always travel with dog and normally use BW because it boasts of pet accommodation. But this motel is difficult for dogs, and TERRIBLE for dog owners. Pet area at rear of hotel, accessed by walking 50 yards outside in cold or down central hallway. But after exiting, the only access back in is a single door which puts you into a stairwell with steep stairs of narrow tread, on which our 24" high dog fell twice. Must use stairs because cannot access elevator because of locked first floor door. Other amenities fine, but will never stay here again.

The hotel is very clean and the staff was wonderful. Check in took a few minutes and the host was professional yet funny snd engaging. The hotel could use a bit of updating, e.g. carpeting, linen, all I. All a very nice stay.

Overall accommodations and cleanliness met expectations. Hotel was a great value. Front desk employees very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast great and rooms quiet. I am a cleaning Nazi, cleanliness of dining, serving and common areas inviting and clean, meeting my expectations. Attendants were helpful and friendly. One small cleaning concern in the room, but overall everything clean, pillows and beds very comfortable! This will be our go to hotel for the area. This hotel won't disappoint!

The Best Western Flathead Lakes is in a very convenient location for visiting the Flathead Lake area. Our room was clean, and appointed with everything we needed, including internet. The staff was excellent. There's a hot buffet breakfast included with more options (and better taste) than most others I've had.

We stayed there with our two cock-s-poos and were very satisfied with the motel and the service. The staff was very helpful addressing our concerns about getting to Glacier Natn Park, and where to go once we got there. The facility and room were in excellent condition, breakfast, and excercise room were first rate. Higfhly recommended.

We stayed here for a night while we were visiting Glacier. It's on the south of Kalispell so it ends up being about an hour drive to get to Glacier from here, but it's a pleasant enough drive. Good clean hotel, nicely decorated rooms. They seem to keep it updated and well maintained. Bed and pillows were comfortable. I'd stay here again.

The hotel was nice, however it was over priced and the dinner menu was limited and everything was 10.00. Also no room service is provided. The breakfast however was better than most hotels, and the morning staff were very nice!

We stayed here two nights during our trip to Glacier National Park. The room was nice and comfortable, but this was the only place during our summer travels which didn't appear to be taking any COVID precautions. The web-based checkin didn't work, there was no acrylic shield at check-in, no employees were wearing masks, and there were no signs at elevators or breakfast asking for the simple courtesies that could reduce the spreading the virus. As a result we looked up the COVID rates in Flathead county and they were high, making us uncomfortable the whole time in the hotel. There is also another Best Western Plus in Kalispell. This Flathead Lake property has a Kalispell address which my Garmin didn't find, and seems to be south of the city, but is conveniently located at the intersection of 82 and 93. It was quite expensive but I realize the season there is short.

Simply delightful! We made last minute reservations when our accommodations in Missoula turned sour. Best choice we made on this trip! From the reservation, to check in, to accommodations, to breakfast it was delightful! The beds and pillows are super comfy. I meant to check what exactly they were, they were that good! I will definitely stay again!

When they say Big Sky Country, the Best Western Plus we stayed at did a BIG job at hospitality. From check in to Breakfast and beyond, they were spot on. We travel with our small dog and they made her feel welcome too. Can't wait to go there again.

We stayed here for two nights for a quick trip to Glacier National Park and Flathead Lake. The hotel was clean, from the lobby to our room. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was roomy. Breakfast was good with hot and cold options. The hotel staff was so friendly, always willing to provide a suggestion or answer a question. We really enjoyed the coffee and cookies in the lobby. The hotel is just outside of the busier parts of town, but it's a quick drive in for dining. It's not too far from Glacier NP- easy drive there and back. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and quiet place to rest your head, this is it.

Clean… very helpful staff… room and total facility is 5 star plus …. Can't wait to stay there again… little farther away from Glacier National Park but it was worth the extra 30 minutes to get there. Access to Flathead Lake was a great plus

We had an exceptionally great experience at this hotel. My boyfriend and I arrived at our reserved hotel after booking based on pictures we had seen online. Much to our dismay, it was not at all like the pictures. We quickly tried to find accommodations elsewhere. Luckily, we came across the BEST hotel front desk employee we could have. Julie was extremely helpful in giving us advice about how to handle our situation with the original hotel and was also able to make reservations for us at her hotel (the Best Western Plus) for our entire stay. We arrived at the hotel and were highly impressed with the overall environment. We would like to thank Julie for going above and beyond to help us out after an extremely long day of travel and unpleasant experience at our first hotel. We were very pleased with our stay at the Best Western Plus and definitely plan to stay there on future traveling adventures! In addition to that, any staff member we encountered was so nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also excellent--several options and very yummy. Thank you, BW Plus, for such a positive experience!

We booked our visit with this Best Western Plus on fairly short notice and we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very quiet for being at a highway intersection, very clean and nicely appointed as far as decor and exterior landscaping. The complimentary breakfast was good and fresh. The ladies caring for the breakfast room were friendly, accommodating and constantly cleaning and keeping food restocked. Comfortable rooms. linens and good water pressure in the shower! I am usually a hardcore Hilton loyal member, but I would highly recommend this Best Western and stay again next trip to Montana when we visit family.

The check in staff were exceptional and very welcoming to the area and answered every question we had. The room was super clean and had a lot of room. The breakfast was amazing and it was nice and quiet

All staff were kind, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent - above and beyond. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean. The carpets could stand to be replaced and there is an odor of musty stale cigarettes throughout. The indoor pool was absolutely freezing and the hot tub pretty icky dirty. The ambient lighting and esthetics is beautiful. Overly priced ($484/night) but a decent stay.

Julie checked us in at the front and was amazing. The computer system went down and everything was backed up and she had a line of people trying to check in. She was patient, and called someone for help while we entertained ourselves and acted silly. She was apologetic. I was grateful she was nice. The room was amazing. Very high class.

Motel was clean and orderly, a nice facility. The front desk people were kind and positive. Could not ask for more. Great location for anyone who wants to explore Kalispell and Flathead lake. Will be staying here on our next trip to the area, no question.

Definitely would go back and stay again. The view is nice, liked the fact it is right next to a gas station. We had late check out nd the staff was very awesome about it. The internet took a min to get onto but once it did it was good

The person at desk said they would clean it when I leave. So for 5 days there was no cleaning. He said it was because of Covid. I had to leave the TV on to block out all the noise from the other rooms. There was shower water running, talking in the next rooms loud talking in the hallway.

We came up to see a friend who bought land in Polson. We were right in the middle from him and Glacier National Park. Pool was open(indoor non heated, hot tub was working) and full breakfast was being served. Overall, great trip.

noisey with a party in the conference room and guests noisy in the hallway after the party(2:30 to 3:30). constantly barking dog (2am to 7 am). uncomfortable mattress. no place to park with the party going on.

Best breakfast around and I really like the real silverware available for breakfast. Covid rules didn't allow the use of silverware but hopefully soon. Great beds and 24 hour hot tub and pool. I love the chair in the room for watching TV.

We stay with Best Western because they allow pets and we have a chihuahua. This hotel is away from the downtown so it is quieter, but close enough to get wherever we wanted to go. Very clean, beautiful lobby , and a great breakfast. The room was clean and quiet, everything we needed. No complaints, I would recommend this hotel and we will stay here again

The room was unclean! Hair in the bathroom, shower drain was clogged. Blood spots on the bathroom towel, and both queen beds on the sheeting and comforter. I also found unidentifiable pills in the floor.

The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed in and room with a fire place and a jacuzzi tub which made it even better. This is the quietest hotel I have ever experienced. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was extremely great considering most places have done away with it because if Covid.

Not a single staff member wearing a mask. Yet, a maskless gloveless employee had to retrieve and plate my breakfast items. I felt less safe than with that option then if I had at least been allowed to handle my own food.

This hotel is very clean, housekeeping does a great job. The breakfast area is clean and well organized, with a person serving you. Joanne in the breakfast area became a new friend, She went above and WAY beyond, remembering what we liked and preparing our plates after the first day. We have a son with special needs and she made sure he had the foods he enjoyed and things that were easy for him to chew. This hotel has a huge indoor pool and spa area. A wonderful break from the snow outside. The decor is beautiful with a cozy seating area by a stunning fireplace. We were able to bring our son in from the cold and warm him up right away by the fire.

I have stayed in a few different hotels during the Covid pandemic. This was by far the best. The hot tub and pool were open AND they offered a free hot breakfast. The hotel is beautiful and affordable.

We live in Somers but like to get away for little mini vacations once in a while and the Presidential Suite at the Best Western is a wonderful room. It has a little living room, a jacuzzi tub, fireplace and really nice finishes. The morning breakfast is also really nice, with different options every day, from biscuits and gravy to corned beef hash with potatoes, eggs, sausage or bacon, oatmeal, waffles, etc. Highly recommended. Wonderful for a couples mini vacation.

I was very happy with my stay at Best Western Flathead Lake. I love that it is just off hwy 93 and you can leave and enter with a light onto the hwy. Skyler and his Mom who both manage took great care of my wife and I. the Computer room is excellent, the pool and hot tub warm and excellent. The room is very clean and has plenty of plug ins to charge electronics, furniture in good condition, great desk to do business, great shower, and fridge. Great working Pod Coffee machine in the room. I got a ride to the airport from Billy and was reasonable price, better than Uber. I will definitely stay there again when I visit my family.

This is the most wonderful place to stay! So comfortable and the staff so friendly. The rooms are super clean and comfortable, and the full breakfast is great! We have stayed here 2 out of our 3 trips this year to the valley, and we won't stay anywhere else! It is located in a perfect spot with easy access to any part of the valley.

Spent two nights here after a poor experience at a hotel in West Glacier. Clean, comfortable and nice sized room. Desk staff worked with us for a nice discount (anniversary) and made good restaurant recommendations. Hot breakfast during Covid crisis was particularly nice.

Yes the rooms are nice for a Best Western BUT... here is the truth: it's located right on a noisy / busy highway and even the rooms in the ‘back' experience the road noise. The walls are cheap and cardboard thin. As long as you don't need sleep, you'll be fine. Unless you're desperate, I'd stay anywhere but here. It's also kinda in the middle of nowhere... they say 6 miles from restaurants in Bigfork... it's more like 11 and good luck with an UBER or whatever if you want to avoid drinking and driving. Seriously look at other options. Stay here if NOTHING else available.

Stayed two nights. First off, not close to any restaurants- you have to drive 10 min or so. The cleanliness was ok- not great! The lobby was playing Christian rock and had lord signs, kinda weird for a hotel. The pool was open which was nice. They also had breakfast. I think from the pictures and reviews I was a little disappointed. It was pretty loud and not as clean as expected. Not sure I would stay again.

I am in that area several times a year and this was the first time staying at this hotel. I stayed there particularly, as it was rated well and it was centrally located for my needs and the nightly charge was on a par with many of the other hotels. When I checked in it appeared to be fine. It actually went downhill from there. The hotel advertises that it had a bar and lounge so that if I needed to have a snack later in the afternoon or early evening that option was available. As it turned out, that option wasn't available; the bar and lounge were closed totally. After a very long flight, I didn't there till late,I was a little on the hungry side. No food on the plane. I went upstairs to my room and went to bed. I left first thing in the morning to go to breakfast with family. I was out all day and didn't return to the hotel until late. To my surprise when I walked in the room the bed was not made, there were towels in the bathroom still from my showers the night before and then the morning, the garbage was not emptied. I went downstairs to ask WHY? I was told that I would have had to ask for all of that. Never never never before have I ever had to ask to have clean towels, garbage emptied and sinks and bathrooms wiped out. They try to convince me that it was Covid 19 that made them do that. WHAT? Not emptying garbage, taking out wet towels from two days and that wiping out the bathroom or the sinks? That's mighty unsanitary as far as I'm concerned. I was there for five days not once was the bed made or the sheets or pillowcases changed. Again I would never stay there!

Was a nice newer hotel in a good location for rafting and Glacier Park. Breakfast was good. Clean and comfy bed in a top floor room. Staff was very friendly. On the road to North Dakota was nice to have a great place to stay along the way.

I've stayed in MANY hotels in my life (both business and personal) and I have to say this hotel was the ABSOLUTE best hotel. The rooms were beautiful and clean, the overall hotel was EXCEPTIONAL, the STAFF was TOP NOTCH!!, the food was good (my ONLY complaint would be "hot" breakfast was cold, could've used a food warmer/candle). The staff (front desk, breakfast staff, and the cleaning staff) were ALL 5 star level. Everyone was SO kind and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy...I've never experienced an ENTIRE staff as kind as this one. Thank you for making our stay the best EVER!!!!!

This was a really nice place we stayed on our way from Whitefish down to Yellowstone. I think it's family-owned or seems to be. The staff is great, friendly and prompt. The housekeepers are all really sweet and attentive. The rooms are big, hard floored and clean. We travel with our dog and I appreciated the floors could be sanitized instead of funky carpet. There is an awesome big grassy area adjacent to the hotel which is awesome to walk the dog in the morning. Its very centrally located and easy to get to the lake and area businesses. We rented kayaks from Paddleboard Outfitters and explored. We also took lots of day drives around to Bigfork and had burgers at Burgertown. A solid choice in the area and I definitely would stop there again.

First off the facilities are very well kept and clean. Our room looked very clean and didn't have any issues there. The pool and hot tub also are kept very clean and well maintained. They had plenty of pool towels which is nice since we didn't bring any down from our room. The breakfast buffet was really good considering some hotel free breakfasts are below standard. Even during this COVID pandemic they did a great job of serving people a hot breakfast. Customer service was great. We had to shorten our stay by one night and they were very accommodating and easy to work with. I will definitely stay there again when I visit the area.

We keep coming back because the stay is consistently good. The hotel must be well built because a number of lively people were staying, and we heard nothing. Beds are comfortable, water pressure is good, room coffee (Keurigs!) is great. Having traveled four days to get to Kalispell, it's nice to be fairly sure that everything's going to work well.

the best western was an excellent place to stay and only added to a wonderful trip which included a wedding, adventure trips to Glacier Park and visiting friends. will return next year for another relaxing stay

Staff was excellent....Cory at the Front desk went above and beyond - Our stay was very enjoyable! We had a lot of questions about the area and Cory at the front Desk navigated us around the area, giving us maps and excellent recommendations

The property was spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever had at a hotel. There's a huge, plush lawn for dogs. It's not a dinky pet area. Breakfast was a high end experience.

We had a wonderful experience at the Best western. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Its by Glacier National Park and the mountains were beautiful. A great place to relax and enjoy a good rest. Quiet area and doggie friendly.

Even during this madness and strain that Covid has undoubtedly put on the Hotel and Resort industry, the staff here did not once let that sort of strain and frustration show. They were professional and eager to help. Even when they were running a skeleton crew and individuals were having to work longer hours or more shifts, they still provided the best of service. If they are this professional in the worst of times, there is no doubt they'll provide the best service when things go back to normal. It was a refreshing escape from the Covid Chaos Mindset.

My sister ,my daughter and I were traveling during this crisis, We had no choice at this time. We were so grateful to find this Best western plus open for limited access. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The best part was how we were treated by the manager. He was very friendly, had great customer service and always had a smile. He made us feel welcome and at ease. Even though everything was closed, our stay was great. Our housekeeper was friendly as well. All of our needs were met while following CDC guidelines. I will definitely stay here again, after this health crisis is over. You cannot go wrong with your stay here and the price was reasonable. Enjoy!

The room we stayed in, the glacier suite was a beautiful room, very clean, quiet, and lots of little perks for a night away! The bed was comfortable the fire place added a romantic touch and the jetted tub didn't disappoint!

Impressive entrance and lobby. We loved the entrance alcove. Very clean rooms. Good food if you don't want to venture far, limited menu. We visited in the winter so super quiet. What we expect from a Best Western hotel. The breakfast room is exceptional for view and standard quality items.

My husband and I were very pleased with our night's stay at this Best Western. The parking lot and area in general feel safe and secure. The exterior is attractive with cute led trees by the entrance. The decor is warm and in line with the Glacier N.P. theme. When we arrived in the evening, there were fresh beverages and warm cookies. The desk attendants are friendly and attentive. There was a planned power and water outage for later that night and a short glitch with the elevator in the morning, but they did everything possible to make up for it so we didn't mind. The room was very clean and tidy with plenty of pillows and storage and plugins for today's devices, hairdryer, iron, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, and quality toiletries. The only thing is the tv volume is set, so some channels (like the one with the movie we were trying to watch) were too low for us to hear, especially with the heater running. But we did enjoy a quiet stay! Breakfast was terrific. There is a good variety, fresh, clean, at the right temperatures, and well laid out with everything to take it to go or dine comfortably there. There are also many other amenities we didn't use but apparently wifi, besides the usual ice and vending machines, a snack bar with things like ice cream and a bar, fitness center, and laundry. I think there is also a conference center, computer room, and according to man in shorts a hot tub (not sure if that includes a pool). There could have been more, but it was beyond what we needed for one night. Oh, and besides a wonderful staff all doing their jobs well, the best part might have been waking up, drawing back the curtains, and seeing a clear sky morning with deer in the neighboring woods!

very clean and quiet good location for activites in the valley. staff where pleasant nice pool and hot area was very clean. the restaunt was minamal the lounge was minamal could do with a better selection on the menue if this is your place to dine but there are so many good places to eat with in a 10 minute drive they do not need to increase ther menue

We received an upgrade to a beautiful large room with a sitting area and fireplace. There was also a huge balcony with a mountain view. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. A very comfortable stay. We will not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a group of 13 and 14 year old hockey players and families at this hotel this past weekend. We had a great experience, the staff was amazing, and very patient with our very large group. Thank you for everything!

Included a hot breakfast with eggs sausage and hash browns along with the other usual items. Hotel Remodeled 7 years ago and is in great shape. Hot tub and pool were very clean. Rooms were in nice shape and comfortable.

Incredible property, nicely appointed and very clean. Best hotel I have stayed at in last 2 years. They bring hospitality to a whole new realm. Relly great stay with tremendous staff. Wold highly recommend to anyone looking for a great experience.

My husband and I decided to stay here for a couple of nights before heading to Seattle. We enjoyed a nice walk along a bike path (across the highway) to a historical town. We were hoping to get a view of the lake but there was no public access from the townsite. Closest access is along a busy highway, up and then down a hill. Would not be practical for a young family. We were disappointed because the description stated that the lake was close by. It was not. In fact the area around the hotel is NOT attractive. No complaints about the decor of the hotel itself. The 2 young men that checked us in were not very efficient. No recognition of my Platinum status... the evening staff and check out staff were way better. The breakfast room was large with plenty of tables. Food was average as with most locations. The ladies in the breakfast area were very friendly and helpful. We splurged and reserved a King Suite with fireplace, 2 comfortable large chairs and big screen TV. It was nice but overpriced for the time of year. Not likely to stay here again. I'll stick to the one in Whitefish.

Stayed here overnight on our way to AZ. We are gold members so got an upgrade room. The room was very large with king bed, fireplace and big screen tv. Staff was very efficient and helpful. Ordered pizza from the in hotel restaurant. Was very good not like normal bar food.

Good experience although this 1975 motel is showing its age. Bar and restaurant was exceptional for a motel - staff was outstanding. Would certainly stay here again. Tip - book ahead as the motels in the area are packed.

Always our place to stay in Montana. The staff is professional and very friendly. The rooms are nice and clean.Feels like visiting good friends. We don't mind driving the little distance from downtown Kalispell. It is rewording to us to know the place and the people here in the hotel. Thank you very much.

Excellent hotel, clean comfortable and the staff are exceptional. You can't go wrong staying here. Even though it is a little outside of Kalispell it is well worth the few minutes drive into town. Haven't found another hotel that compares.

We received a free room upgrade on checking in. Our room featured a large semi private balcony (shared with only one other room), a fireplace, Jacuzzi, very comfortable bedding, easy wifi and a nice tv. It's an easy, non-congested drive to the western entrance of Glacier National Park. An easy recommendation.

Finally earned a free night with Best Western Flathead Lake Inn and it was definitely worthwhile. The hotel is conveniently located near the Flathead Lake and Glacier National Park. It was an easy drive to these attraction.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights for a conference. It was a perfect stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was great. The wifi worked fantastically. Very clean. The hotel was attractive and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. Many hot items including biscuits and gravy (no hotel I rate gets a 5 without biscuits and gravy). It is located 7 miles from Kalispell, but very near Flathead Lake.

The rooms were very clean with a beautiful view from the window. Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, we especially liked the eggs, waffles and yogurt bar. Very clean and all kinds of options. Didn't leave hungry! Thanks for the nice stay.

Breakfast area had breathtaking views and a variety of hot food. Not the same old menu like the hundreds of other hotels. A great way to relax before a long road trip. We also appreciated having a bar and dining option right in the hotel! Who wants to drive another 6 miles to get a hot meal. Camele , our hostess and server was very bubbly and attentive .

Very cozy atmosphere. Less than ten minutes south of town. Room was very clean. Bathrooms a little small, but the sink is outside and that works. The hotel was full, but quiet. Front desk staff was excellent. Very helpful and super friendly. Breakfast was great. The ladies working it had everything fresh and hot. Not a drip or piece of trash could be seen. Even has an outdoors eating option. The hot foods varied from day to day. Better breakfast than many resturants. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very good hotel. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Rooms clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly. Location a ways from anything. Would stay here again. We got 2 nights on reward points so have used BW in the past.

We would love to give this place a better rating. The breakfast was better than most. Even had a fresh organic yogurt dispenser that my wife said was the best yogurt she has ever eaten and she eats a lot of it. Like the location away from the city. Some might not like it because it is about 10 min away from restaurants. What we didn't like. The wooden floor construction makes the halls very loud. You can here everyone walking down the hall like they were in your room. Add to that, the doors are undercut about an inch, allowing every sound in the hall to enter your room. If they would put padding under the carpet and sweeps on the doors, it would be a far more enjoyable experience. Maybe we appreciate quiet more than most.

The staff is exceptional, very quick to accommodate our requests. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Great variety. The property was clean and well taken care of. Proximity to west entrance to Glacier National Park was our major reason for booking here.

Located off the highway between Kallispell and Missoula, Hotel has a lounge bar but equipment failure made us look elsewhere , fortunately the Gas station next door had great burgers and mini pizzas, We were in transit so it worked out well to be breaking our journey here.

We stayed here so we would have access to Glacier International Airport, Glacier National Park and the Flathead Valley. Rooms were clean and spacious. Best of all, this was the best free hotel breakfast ever! Thanks for the hospitality!!

We stayed in the cabin at the Best Western in Kalispell. well worth the money. Traveling with adult children and there was plenty of space for everyone. Very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything you would need.

Not up to Best Western standards. Hotel is a bit worn and needs an upgrade, a lot of noise from outside the room, very average breakfast, not a great location compared to what the agent said, and way, way over priced for what we got. would not recommend this place to anyone as we found much better in the immediate area that we moved to after 2 nights

The hotel looks great on the outside and their lobby is nice with a fireplace and seating with comfy chairs. The free morning breakfast has a lot of good things to chose from. Everything from toast, bacon, eggs,muffins waffles, you name it. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great stay and will stay again.

The folks who work at this hotel are outstanding in providing friendly, helpful service. They made us feel comfortable and welcoming. I definitely will stay at this property whenever I am in the Kalispell area.

We stayed one night on our way to Helena from California. The room was perfectly clean with a comfortable bed and linens. The exercise room had three machines and two of them did not work. Friendly staff

We were greeted cordially by Amanda at check in who informed us we had our room upgraded! I have never had this happen before. The room was absolutely beautiful! It had a wonderful fireplace which we didn't use as it was summer. 2 really nice leather chairs and an ottoman, a desk. It was perfect. Wish we could have stayed more than one night. Bathroom was large and the sink was outside bathroom door with an oversized vanity with coffee maker and refrigerator. Maybe a microwave. Can't remember. Breakfast was to die for! My husband had some of everything! Location was great for us as we were heading to Glacier the next day.

We are a Christian Tour Ministry and just spent two wonderful nights in this family owned and run BW Plus. It was better than some of the BE Premiers we have stayed in. All of the family work there and you can't tell which employees are family and which ones aren't, because service is fantastic. Breakfast is the best, especially their special oatmeal. We had a wonderful catered supper the first night. Great people, great hotel, clean, large rooms, great pool. Would definitely come back!

I stayed here 1 night. My 2nd floor room was very clean and quiet. Two younger guys at the front desk, Mateo and ?, were friendly and informative when they checked me in. The free breakfast was on par with what most hotels offer, which is to say nothing spectacular, yet not bad either. I'd stay here again.

We stay at BW almost exclusively, so I feel fairly confident saying this one is quite nice. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The pool area was also clean and well maintained. The brightest spot in our visit was the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast room staff were very warm and professional, but the food options were awesome! Our picky kids all ate well and my husband really enjoyed the cheesy potatoes and breakfast burrito. I loved all the coffee creamer options. It was just a very pleasant breakfast in a long line of mediocre breakfast buffet experiences on our road trip. Great place!

Please allow guests with disabled children to eat in their rooms. Nice property, fun pool area for kids, front desk staff was very nice. The hotel is in 3xcellent shape, the rooms are beautiful and have a great view. The pet are is a huge fenced open field, with doggy bags provided.

Stayed here this past July. The hotel has a nice and welcoming lobby, but this is clearly an older hotel. Just one elevator and long hallways. The room was nice and clean, but poorly laid out. The bathroom is the smallest hotel bathroom I have ever seen. But, its functional... Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent, but the bacon was super thin and greasy. Maple cinnamon rolls were good. The one day we stayed there was an unfortunate waffle incident (RIP waffle), that resulted in the fire alarm going off awakening us around 8am. Had it been earlier I would have been annoyed, but this was an honest mistake not really the hotel's fault. Pool and hot tub open 24/7 which is nice, but hot tub is surrounded by walls... They could at least out some pictures up to keep your eyes interested.

The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming, and if you like to be where it is quiet this is the place to be. The restaurant there has a limited menu but the food was great too. It only a half hour drive to the entrance to Glacier National Park and the "Highway to the sun.

We were on a two week road trip and we stayed here while we hiked Glacier. After a long day hiking this place was great to come back to. The staff was amazing and the breakfast gals who worked in the morning were great. It does have washers and dryers which was nice since we got quite dirty throughout the day. It was great to get back on the road with clean clothes. Fabulous property.

We stayed here as the hotel of choice for a family wedding. The hotel is great. The staff was super. The price was very high. There was a block for wedding guests and I'm not sure there was any discounted rate. I know this is a tourist location, but it's still pretty much in the middle of nowhere. Because of the price, I would not stay at this location again.

Best Western Plus in Kalispell is a great place to stay! It's lovely inside and out. Conveniently located. The staff are very friendly. Wonderful breakfast included with your room. My daughter and I were traveling together and we felt very safe and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you're in the Kalispell area and need a place to stay. Thank you!

Just not a great place for the price, traveling to Montana we hoped for a cozy country chic experience at the least, Rooms are pretty old school, morning breakfast Id suggest going to town, staff okay, ,just overpriced for what you get

Quiet A/C, nice bath fixtures and furniture, sink outside toilet. Breakfast good except for ghastly gray sausage patties. We would stay again, but it's a little farther from GNP as we would have liked.

Very clean hotel, staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with a large selection. We had a problem with our remote batteries and she solved it immediately. Nice to have enough pillows to watch TV in bed and the free afternoon cookies in the lobby are amazing.Totally impressed with this hotel!

I really wanted to love this place, but I couldn't. Our experience was okay, room clean, breakfast really needs some work - can you add anything fresh? Strange note in our room about loving Jesus - honestly, can you guys just keep it in church? When we had a happy hour drink and asked about food (that was on the menu we were provided) she said "I only have a microwave and a toaster oven, but can try"....eek. We checked out 1 day early just because we wanted to be in Big Fork - closer to the Flathead Lake park. In all fairness though, the service was very good and very responsive staff - really appreciate that!!!

My husband and I just recently stayed here for a long weekend. We had not yet been to the Flathead lake area. It was excellent. Our room, the executive suite, was clean, comfortable and the hotel was in excellent location to Kalispell, Whitefish and the entire Flathead lake region. We will definitely be going back.

This is a great choice for folks looking at playing around Flathead Lake. The facilties feel new, and the staff is great. The hotel is situated right at the north end of Flathead Lake, between Kalisspell and Somers. The pool is large enough to swim laps, and there is a decent hot tub. The fitness room is a little small, but most folks are probably here to get out and enjoy the Montana water, air and mountains. There is plenty of good restaurants, coffee, etc nearby.

Clean well maintained hotel with a great breakfast and friendly staff. The indoor pool was enjoyed by all. I wish there were more hotels like this one for the price. The attached restaurant was convenient after traveling with 5 kids, to not need to go to “one more stop”.

Just wanted to let the Property know that we had a GREAT TIME there! You all treated us like Royalty and we never had a bad day. From Jessica who greeted us every morning in the hallway, sometimes Mid-Day asking if we needed anything with a smile on her face to High Fives in passing! To the Front Desk that took care any situation that arose from where to place extra flowers, to making sure the right amount was taken from multiple rooms booked! We had a 4 night return stay at the Best Western Inn and Suites Flathead lake and it was as great a stay as our 7 night stay last Christmas. We also have an 8 night stay planned for Sept. Great hotel. Fantastic owners and staff. Very clean and meticulously maintained. Very comfortable. It has quickly become pur favorite Hotel. We highly recommend to anyone staying in the area. First time in Kalispell so went for travelers choice. Good call, got upgraded to King suite complete with robes. as hotel was very quiet, Night and day staff were two young, friendly, helpful men. Issues with T.V. handled quickly and efficiently. Would stay here again.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. We were here for a couple of days. We love this place. the food is good. A few minutes to the beaches to do canoeing or go boating at the lake. There is a golf course 10 minutes away. It is a quiet place not too far from the best of both (business and leisure)world. and the

Drove through Kalispell from North to south thinking we'd get a hotel on the way out of town. Places were scarce and we found this Best Western. So glad. Great staff and very clean, well kept hotel that would be glad to recommend.

Great accommodation, rooms,beds and pillows were wonderful. Breakfast was most delightful with a great selection of food to choose from. Great service by the staff by going above and beyond to satisfy our needs. Impressed by the decor and cleanliness as well as the view from the hotel. Would !00% recommend anyone to stay there.

My brother and I stayed here while we were running. Spartan race. Checkin was super fast and friendly, which we appreciated after having been on traveling for 10 hours. The concierge pointed us to the many amenities: a business room (which I used for internet and printing), a pool and jacuzzi (which my brother and I relaxed in post race), free cookies (which were delicious) and the breakfast room — which unfortunately we weren't able to partake in given our schedule. The entire place was immaculately kept, super clean with lots of wood flooring and trim, a very warm aesthetic that I liked. The room was great, plenty of room for us, plenty of hot water for showers, plenty of towels and pillows. We had an early morning checkout and noticed on our way out that breakfast to-go bags had been placed out for Spartans to take! Finally, the service was really excellent. There was always someone on hand at the desk available to answer questions, always very friendly and helpful. This of course was the icing on the cake, my brother and I felt very comfortable and welcome for our short stay, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Yes- I'm a germaphobe. I travel a lot and always wipe down every surface with Clorox wipes before unpacking. This room was IMMACULATE. Oh and there's more! The staff takes great pride in their property from the front desk to the breakfast bar attendant to the super helpful housekeepers. Did I mention the GIANT hot tub in a separate alcove away from the pool?!? This was my first time here but I will be in Kalispell quite often and I will surely stay here each time! Thank you! My wife and I have chosen this place to stay whenever we visit Montana. Our first visits go back to the time of White Oaks. Now the name changed to the BW Plus Flathead Lake inn & Suits. Under this new name and management, this hotel is always above average. Thank you.

Our family stayed here two knights while in the Kalispell area. We loved the hotel. There is a relaxing front lobby with fireplace plus coffee and cookies in the afternoon. There are three or four flavors of cookies, but the snickerdoodle is soooo good. It is perhaps the best cookie I have ever eaten and needless to say I had a few. The room was nice, clean, and quiet. The sink counter is separate from the toilet / tub area which is sometimes nice, but the counter is on the small side. Lots of space in the room for all our baby gear and the microwave was handy. The other great feature of this hotel are the pools. The main swimming pool is very large and great for those who want to actually get in some laps. It is the longest pool I've seen outside of resort hotels. There is also a good size hot tub. And the best news for me was that the pool area was open 24 hours a day. Breakfast was included with our room and it was pretty good. Eggs, sausage, cereals, oat meal, a very tasty yoghurt, and a few other items. The selection of hot foods is limited but they will make you an omelet to order. Overall, we were very happy with our breakfasts. The hotel is less than five minutes down the highway from the city and fairly close to Flathead Lake. Overall, we were quite happy with out stay and would go back there again.

Fantastic hotel, great amenities, pool, exercise, and fantastic breakfast with a great new omelet station. The location is ideally suited for trips around the area; from trips to Flathead Lake, Kalispell, Bigfork, and points beyond. We stay in this Best Western Plus everytime we visit (1-2 times per year) and it is always consistently great.

My wife and I took our kids and Grandkids to Blacktail Mountain skiing and got two rooms at this hotel. We rented the family room and another small room across the hall. The family room blew us away! What a great room for a large group. The other room was great as well. The Hotel is modern, very clean and very well designed, probably one of the top 2 hotels we have ever stayed in. The crowning glory of this place is its employees. Every one of them was top notch from the front desk to the ladies that prepare the fantastic breakfast buffet each morning.Kudos to the management for staffing this place with the best all round crew I have ever seen. I managed people for 40 years for a large corporation and I know quality people when I interact with them. We will be back soon!

From the moment we walked in the entrance to the Best Western...the interior decor was warm and inviting and the personnel we encountered were all very pleasant and accommodating....The food (breakfast) was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. We would definitely recommend the Best Western Plus Flathead Lake Inn and Suites as a great place to come to relax and enjoy yourself.

Every time I arrive from the beginning to the end of my stay the staff go above and beyond to make sure my stay is perfect, clean rooms and amenities, great restaurant and delivery options from surrounding restaurants as well, beautiful location and scenic views, love this place!

The staff is super friendly, very accommodating! Good breakfast and AMAZING 24-hour hot tub and pool. Definitely enjoyed our stay. Check in was fast and easy and they were very understanding of our need for a late check-out. Very pleased with the overall experience. I give the location a 4 only because it was a little ways outside of Kalispell but way worth it!!

The hotel is amazing. The rooms were awesome and very clean. The hotel's location in the Flathead Valley is in a perfect location. The amenities at the hotel are wonderful and also clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

Pleasantly surprised at remodeled rooms. Our room was was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I like such as, coffee maker with coffee, small refrigerator, tub and shower. Breakfast was included and had more selections than I expected. There was also coffee and cookies set up in the lobby! In the evening there is a limited bar/restaurant off the lobby, which we didn't use, but looked very nice. A nice option if you don't have time to go out. Pool and hot tub - couldn't have asked for a better spot after skiing at Blacktail. Will DEFINITELY go back!

This hotel, located just outside of Kalispell near Flathead Lake is easy to access and extremely reasonable in cost. The facilities were clean, the service quick and friendly, and the breakfast as good as any other Bestwestern I have stayed at. Definitely worth the cost. I will stay here again.

As a BW Rewards member, I used my points to stay here for free while we were in town to pick up a new camper. We were four hours from our hometown and the roads were awful, so we decided to stay the night. It was a little farther form town than I would have liked, but only a few minutes still. The hotel and our room was beautiful. Access to the pool and spa was 24 hours and it was very nice. Breakfast was delicious and there was a great variety of foods to pick from. Friendly service as well.

On line reservations were easy. Check in was smooth. Rooms are in great consition-clean, comfortable bed and great pillows. Even had enough hangers and two luggage racks. Great lounge, nice breakfast room and complimentary breakfast.

An exceptional hotel the staff go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Why would you want to stay anywhere else when you visit Kalispell? Although a short distance outside of town it's well worth the drive for the beautiful scenery.

We have been here twice now and we love coming here and will continue to make it a yearly trip. The owner and staff are absolutely wonderful. Attentive to our needs and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We felt so comfortable there it was like being at home, and I have never felt that staying at any other hotel. Rooms are clean, the housekeeping did an amazing job, had an attention to detail I have never seen at another hotel. Breakfast options are wonderful also. So glad we found this place because we will be staying again and again.

My husband and I were so very happy with our experience at your hotel. We stayed for 7 nights over Christmas 2018. We have stayed at all-inclusive hotels that didn't give us the same hospitality. An example of that was the first night, it snowed and the owner Scott was out in the parking lot blowing the snow off of everyone's vehicles. All the staff were very friendly and very helpful. We really enjoyed the location, it is centrally located between Kalispell, Big Fork and Flathead lake. Our room was impeccably clean and the bed was very comfortable. We are already looking forward to our next stay. We recommend this hotel to everyone staying in this area.

I travel for work constantly. This is one of my favorite stays. Very nice, clean hotel. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is great with good views from breakfast room. Great location for working in the flathead area.

We use BWs a lot and have, in the past, felt that BW gives out the “Plus” too easily. But, this place is the epitome of what a BW Plus should be. Great rooms; great and friendly staff; awesome breakfast prepared daily by Hilda and Sam. True, one has to drive to a restaurant, but the Bistro has beer and wine and limited fare if you are too tired to go anywhere else - in other words, you don't have to go out. Nice exercise room adds to the quality. BW should use them as an example!

Over the past 3 months we have stayed at 3 different hotels. Best Western was far and away the best hotel we stayed at. Room was super nice, quiet and bonus! A Keurig coffee maker with Tulleys coffee. To make the stay even better, the free breakfast was excellent with another bonus...GF options with Gluten free bagles... this means alot to the GF world. The evenings there is a large area where you can relax for dinner and a glass of your favorite wine or beer. The staff could not be friendlier. Genuinely nice people. In fact, we were a few miles down the road when they called to let us know we left a few items behind. You can't beat the price. Don't even hesitate to stay here. You will love it.

This hotel was the best stay my husband and I have ever had. We turned our “one night stop” into three nights! The staff is extraordinary in every department. Cleanliness is top notch.Beds and pillows were awesome. Breakfast was as good as any restaurant, special woman in there too serving fresh baked cinnamon rolls to your table. Pool and spa is open 24 hours. The drive to west Glacier was beautiful and enjoyable and not too far. The town was only 6 miles away and fun to shop. We felt this whole area was like the “Bible belt” of Montana. Pricing was low compared to its value!

The "restaurant" food is microwaved frozen food and still $12 plus a plate. The rooms are very nice and clean and the outside is beautiful. There are keurigs in each room which is great and they have plenty of beverage options.

The rooms were very clean and quiet. Breakfast was more than adequate, nothing special but hit the spot. The front desk staff were very helpful in recommending excellent places to eat. It was a bit far for going to the National Park several days in a row, but a great location for doing things around the Flathead Lake area. Gas station with attached liquor store is next door if that is something one would need. To summarize I would stay again if in the neighborhood.

The room was clean, updated and spacious for our family of four. The breakfast each morning was different and delicious. The staff was diligent about keeping it stocked for guests. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Flathead area. Flathead lake is about a mile or so away from the hotel. The view of the mountains is spectacular!

My husband and I stayed here for one night in late September. He had stayed here before a few years ago and loved it. Now I understand why. Family owned and run, they go above and beyond with their customer service. Very friendly and caring. And I'm quite picky and look for details being in the tourism business myself. The place is extremely clean. The room was roomy and laid out well, bed was very comfortable. I had to do a small load of laundry which can be eyebrow raising to use public shared equipment. The washer and dryers were like new. Very clean, the laundry room was well kept. We had breakfast in the morning and it was very good with lots of options. I'm a hard one to please and I simply cannot find anything to criticize at this place. We were visiting friends south of there for the remainder of our trip and recommended it to them which they ended up doing a week after we left for a trip north. The location is very good. Only a few miles to Flathead Lake and two great breweries and only about 20 miles at the most to Whitefish. We will be back in this area and will stay here again when not staying with friends. I highly recommend this place.

Stayed here one night traveling through. Nice reception - very friendly and helpful with dining recommendations (Tamarack Ale House). The room was large, clean, quiet and well appointed with TV, fridge and microwave. For us it was a great location right off US 93 so easy on and easy off plus gas station adjacent. There was a very good buffet breakfast available from 6:30am - hot and cold food with something for everyone. Eggs, bacon, yogurt, fruit etc. Would stay here again if ever in the area.

Our room was very spacious, beautiful, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was quite good - much better than most we had on our 22 day road trip! The customer service was outstanding - Meg at the front desk is a gem. Will highly recommend to friends and family traveling to this area!

Room was excellent, lots of space, the usual big comfy beds, the decor was in fine fettle and the bathroom was a nice size with lots of shower pressure and nice shampoo etc. Breakfast was okay but not outstanding, they need to have a rethink about their coffee, not great at all.

Perfect for our weekend get away. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was filling, hot and always topped up. Rooms are clean and comfy. Didn't think it was too far out of Kalispell. Only took a couple of minutes to drive into town. Will stay again.

Having stayed at Best Westerns for over 30 years, I'd rank this one in the top 5. The "Plus" rating is well deserved. Super clean and comfy room, excellent indoor pool, and many really nice little perks....starting with the greeting at the front desk. Not overly impressive from the road, eyebrows are raised when walking into the warm lobby area. Superb breakfast in a room with a great view of the eastern sky. Large room with a nice variety of quality items. Cookies in the lobby and the daily local newspaper is a nice touch for us older folks - and the Manager Scott, the front desk personnel, and the housekeeping staff are most accommodating.

Loved everything about this hotel. Our room was great, bed and linens good, staff excellent. We did have to go quite a ways to get to West side of Glacier, as we thought the hotel was closer than it was. Flathead Lake is nearby though.

All staff I met were pleasant and helpful. Very nice decor, beautiful pictures on walls, great breakfast, cookies set out in lobby, pool table and more. Clean, comfortable. Large pool and hot tub. Jets temporarily not working.

Called 6 days in advance to cancel since hotel was not at the airport As advertised...was not allowed to cancel so room is on my charge and not at all happy at their attitudeThis was not a happy ending

My daughter and I enjoyed our 3-day stay in the hotel. The Staffs are warm and friendly . The breakfast buffet was delicious. It is about 40-45 minutes from Glacier National Park and about 20 minutes from Glacier international Airport. We would stay here again next time we visit Glacier NP.

The room was nicely appointed, comfortable beds. Really nice pool and hot tub. Very friendly staff. Great choices at Breakfast. Hotel was full and it was extremely quiet. Pet friendly too. Kuerig with coffee and tea in the room and lobby with fresh cookies and fruit. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area. Pricing on the hotel website was much better than any booking sites too.

If you are looking for a clean friendly well priced hotel in Kalispell you will not go wrong choosing this one .The staff, from the front desk to the breakfast ladies to the housekeeping staff, who keep the hotel in tip top condition, made our stay exceptional. The breakfast has a good variety of well prepared food. Our room was comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean. Although the hotel is a short distance from Kalispelll town centre it is well worth the drive. We are looking forward to our next trip.

This was an amazing Best Western and honored our Rewards status to upgrade us to a fabulous room with large balcony, double sinks and a jacuzzi tub! Hotel equals a 5 star hotel and star were amazing! The hotel was immaculate and staff were always seen cleaning use areas. The Hub 406 lounge was awesome. Great place to relax and have a drink after a day of hiking. We highly recommend this hotel for a stay near Flathead Lake and Glacier Nat'l Park!!!

we got upgrade to a king suite instead of king room for being a rewards member. Knock out room with fireplace huge kitchen area beautfiul decor...2 tvs and 2 AC units. only thing that could of been better was a makeup/shaving mirror. Very picky there tho great stay

This hotel was really really nice. The outside looks inviting and the hotel lobby is really nice. They have warm cookies at 3 p.m. which was really nice after a long day of travel. Rooms were very clean and updated. We were extremely happy!

We enjoyed our stay here and it was a nice room with all the amenities you would want. The highlight was the staff and their friendliness. The location is very close to Flathead Lake but it is kind of awkward and there isn't anywhere to walk to a nearby as it is off of the highway. The breakfast was fairly basic, but it had all the basics such as coffee, cereal, etc. I wouldn't say that I was wowed by the place for the price. With the price they charge, the breakfast could've been better and the hot tub and the Jets weren't very strong. Overall compared to the prices and quality of the other hotels we thought this was the best value for money that we could find in the area. I wouldn't say that it was amazing by any means but I don't really have any complaints either. I would book this if you want something reliably decent with a location close to the lake.

For an expensive property, very poorly designed. The bathroom containing tub & toilet is far too small, like on an airplane. The sink area is far too small for any toiletries. The water temperature in the shower violently fluctuates between hot and cold, will not hold a steady temperature in a non rush hour. This makes the entire stay uncomfortable and I would not stay there again.

I continue to be impressed with Best Western. Recently updated (or new) rooms with wonderful decor and furnishings PLUS plenty of plugs for electronics. The ladies who create breakfast each morning take great pride in serving the guest, something you don't see much anymore. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, a bit pricey due to the season but I would stay there again no problem. Only issue was we had requested a late check out due to an appointment in town so we wouldn't have to sit in the car while waiting but that did not get passed on to housekeeping so consequently we had 2 different people knocking on the door while we were getting ready to leave. Minor but a bit frustrating

Stayed here for 2 days on motorcycle trip. close to Glacier Park and other great roads. clean rooms,next to gas station. easy off on to highway. very good breakfast and the dinner was very good. kelly the host/waitress was awesome

We were in Kalispell for a family emergency, but the staff and our stay made us feel relaxed and happy! Very nice staff and hotel! Bed was very comfortable, I slept well. Breakfast had varying options and was delicious!

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Flathead Lake Inn for 4 days while we explored the area, mainly Glacier National Park. The hotel is well located close to Bigfork, Kalispell, Whitefish, and Glacier National Park. It took us approximately 45 mins to get to the West Entrance in the morning. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, breakfast was good, and each evening we watched a deer in the woods just outside our window. There is also a gas station right next door which we found to be very convenient. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay here again. We are becoming fans of Best Western Hotels.

This is our second time staying at this awesome hotel!! The best bed and pillows! So comfy and quiet. Great breakfast Highly recommend this hotel if you are cursing around the flathead valley. Little out of the way but worth the extra little drive.

Great location if you are interested in going to Flathead Lake. Views from hotel are great. Staff are awesome. They have oversized parking. The hotel allowed me to drop my trailer so I could drive my truck around town. The rooms are nice. The room had a fridge, microwave and a kuerig coffee maker. The hotel has an indoor pool, gym, laundry room, business room and a huge bar/banquet area. The breakfast is very good. I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in this hotel three times and is by far our favorite. The staff is super friendly, our rooms have been very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Every time we travel to Kalispell, this is our first choice.

Excellent setting, not in congested area. Very clean hotel. It was so nice to have salt & pepper shakers at the breakfast that were spotless along with a nice wide selection for breakfast. The staff was very friendly. Enjoyed having the Christian atmosphere displayed with plaques of Bible verses in the lobby as well as having Bibles available in the guest rooms.

We stayed here for 1 night during our week-long road trip. Check in was a breeze. Lobby is very nice! Enjoyed a bottle of wine and some tasty entrees in the bistro, which was a nice way to end the day. Bed was SUPER COMFY! One of our fav BW that we've stayed at so far, looking forward to staying again next time we're in Montana!

Absolutely no complaints...exceptionally friendly staff (we talked a little hockey), clean room, free Wi-Fi, free breakfast...what more could you want. Located just north of the Flathead, west of Bigfork, south of Kalispell...perfect. If I was to try and find fault with this establishment it would be that the entrance to the rooms are narrow...there you have it...

After spending the day in Glacier NP sightseeing and hiking we were ready for a good night's sleep. Very nice room, comfortable bed, cookies and excellent breakfast. None of the powdered eggs or pre-packaged microwaveable food. You have real china (not paper plates) nice coffee mugs, silverware to have eggs, ham, hash browns and coffee. Apples, bananas, pastries, bagels, toast, yogurt, oatmeal, waffles and cereal.

We just spent a week travelling in the NW USA and made a stop just south of Kalipell, MN at the BW Plus Flathead Lake Inn. It is one of the nicest, most complete and well managed hotels I have stayed in. We will definitely be back.

After long hours in the car, the friendliness, cleanliness and welcoming staff helped us relax and enjoy! The sunset was beautiful, the "living room" in the lobby (with fireplace) a great place for us to enjoy time with our friends, play cards, with very enjoyable music. Quiet room, great breakfast, friendliness from everyone we encountered. We would stay there again in a heart beat!!! One of the most welcoming hotels on our several week road trip. At check out, the staff were easy to talk to, told us about the area, and sent us happily on our way. A great find for this beautiful Montana area being close to many great places to adventure and discover. Thankful for this positive atmosphere to stay in. Keep up the great work!!!

Clean comfortable room, staff very helpful and friendly throughout a six week stay. Visit was in the off-season; hotel is full for special events in the area. Even when hotel was full, room was mostly quiet. Housekeeping staff is wonderful! Breakfast choices are a good variety, fresh,and there's a great view of the mountains from the dining room. Free local newspaper is a plus. Staff has suggestions for local attractions; on-site laundry clean and spacious. Have had uneven experiences with Best Western properties in the past, but this was a good experience all around.

We are traveling from Tucson, Az to Jasper National Park, Canada with plans to camp the entire way. After a difficult day with some unexpected delays we decided to stay at your hotel for 1 night, but when we awoke in the morning we had a dead battery! The front desk clerk Meg was a tremendous help. Going out of her way to let us use her own car to jump start our truck! Thanks Meg! Your kindness is much appreciated! Oh.. and the breakfast was fantastic too!

This Best Western is located in a great location - beautiful mountain views very close to Flathead Lake. It is incredibly convenient to Kalispell, Whitefish and Glacier National Park. The daily hot breakfast was extensive and served with great friendliness. We stayed for 5 nights in the presidential suite, and used all the amenities that it offered. The in room Jacuzzi tub was oversized and very clean. The gas fireplace perfect for cool mornings in June, the AC worked great when it got up to the upper 80s, the wet bar with mini fridge made in room drinks easy, and the balcony overlooking the mountains was a great spot for a very early sunrise! The comfortable bedding and complimentary bottled water were both refreshing. If I had to look for anything negative, I would only state that mosquitos/bugs outside are bad at night. Screening in the balcony would be great! Thanks for a great stay - we hope to be back again next year.

We really enjoyed our stay here, great location and friendly staff. Our room was larger than expected and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping it clean throughout our stay. This is the only place I have been provided with "Bear Repellent" at check-in! A thoughtful front desk person asked where we would be visiting during our stay and when she found out that we would be on a photographic trek she pulled up the repellent and loaned it to us for the duration of our stay. We we find ourselves in this area again we will stay here again.

Very nice hotel with decent rooms and great breakfast. During my most recent stay the coffee urn tan dry. A very busy Kitchen manager Donna Ledmons advised us the a new pot was brewing but would be a few minutes. Donna the disappeared only to return a couple minutes later with two cups of coffee. I found out she'd went down stairs to the lobby to get this coffee rather than having us wait for the brewing pot, something she did of her own accord. That's an example of the kinds of things that make a hotel special she'd even had taken the time to socialize with us and made me feel right at home. Thanks Donna, you're a welcoming soul.

Our stay at this beautiful Best Western was amazing!!! We were greeted by Meg at the desk. She was very friendly and answered any questions we had.She gave great recommendations. The hotel decor is so beautiful and relaxing with the Montana rustic modern look. They have a lil area of water, coffee and tea station along with fresh baked cookies. We loved playing checkers at the cute crafted checkers table in the lobby. The bar was nice to enjoy a selection of food & beverages choices. You can also order food from local restaurants. The waitress was great and friendly. Breckfast is amazing! It is a huge 5 star buffet with a variety of food for everyone. Scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon or bisuits and gravy. Delicious huckleberry jelly. From breads, waffles, cereal, yogurt and juice station. Along with coffee and tea. Breckfast staff was friendly and kept the food full and warm. Beautiful breakfast room with great views. Rooms were very clean and roomy. Great Pool and hot tub area. Custodian staff were friendly. Plus a convenient laundry facility. Location is great! From Glacier NP to Cute town of Big Fork. And beautiful Flathead Lake.

We really enjoy staying here at Best Western Flathead Lake in Montana. It has clean comfortable rooms, with nicely done decor. The breakfast is just right and the location is perfect. Easy access and close to anywhere you want to go. The prices are always reasonable but ask for discounts!!

Spent 4 days at this great Best Western while exploring Glacier NP, Whitefish, and Flathead Lake. Would highly recommend the hotel, it's staff, and central location. Our family really enjoyed the gray nights sleep, the superb breakfast, and the pool and hot tub. Lovely experience!

Staying here was a last minute decision as we were just travelling through. It was the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in! We didn't want to leave in morning! The only thing I suggest, is be sure to get dinner somewhere before you arrive as the restaurant is not great and it is a little bit out of town. However, breakfast in the morning was fantastic!

Stayed here for 5 days; easy access to Whitefish, Glacier East & West access, Big Forks & Big Arm on Flathead Lake. Great views from the hotel, standard BW breakfast, large eating room, functional pool and hot tub. Fresh baked cookies when we came in and apples in a fruit basket at the front. Restaurant on site and have relations with other restaurants that deliver for free. Beautiful sitting area in the front of hotel and banquet room. Small area of snacks, ice cream and drinks for purchase. Office equipment looked helpful, however, I was not here for business. Overall great price with loyalty and extended stay discounts!

I had to provide accommodations for a large group on a business trip and opted for the Best Western. From the start the staff was very friendly, professional and made even some of the more impossible request possible. The entire group of 50 people was happy and we all had a pleasant stay which made for a very successful business trip. From the manager to the individual staff members, Nicole and Donna we had a great stay. Thank you again !! Definitely would stay there again!

I can guarantee that this is the nicest Best Western Plus that you have ever stayed at. My wife and I were impressed with everything. Our room was undated and very clean, really comfortable bed, friendly staff, very nice pool, and perfectly located near Flathead Lake. Grab a glass of wine at the restaurant before you head to bed.

We had such a great stay during our horrible move, we moved from out of state and our escrow was not closing on time. The staff was so understanding they put us up for 7 days with our two kids and our dog. We got so cozy we didn't want to leave. The breakfast and views were so comforting. Thank you so much for making things so much better for us we appreciate the hospitality and kindness!

Beautiful lobby with professional staff to greet you at the front desk. Upgraded room was provided without even asking for it. The mountain view from the breakfast room was breathtaking. Breakfast food was quite delicious and homemade with local products. The entire staff was "Montana nice"! Very clean, updated rooms. I would definitely stay here again!

Stumbled upon this hotel when traveling in the area & were glad we decided to stay. The staff was very friendly & helpful & the room we were assigned was very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast in the morning as well. Will definitely stay here if in the area again.

Upon entering the hotel and seeing the lovely sitting area with the warmth from the fireplace it definitely set the tone for the rest of our stay. Our hotel room was spacious and clean and we slept very well. It had all the amenities we needed and more. The next morning we were once again amazed when we entered the breakfast room... lots of windows and what a view... of course it was snowing! This room was big and the choice of food even bigger!

This place is great! I travel for business pretty often and this place always exceeds my expectations. Great room and great staff. Add to that a beautiful setting and a million things to do and see? Epic.

This place is fantastic! The view from the breakfast area is spectacular and the service from everyone is top notch! Would stay here again and again! There is an indoor pool, great fitness center, and spa with jacuzzi! It is close to Kalispell, Bigfork, and Flathead Lake - not to mention Glacier National Park and a plethora of ski/snowboard/snowmobile options within an hour! Montana is heaven!

The Best Western Flathead Lake Inn and Suites was fantastic. We enjoyed the friendly staff, comfortable room and beds and wonderful breakfast. My favorite was the Huckleberry Blintzs. We had great views of the Rocky Mountains every morning as the sun was coming up in the breakfast room and tasty cookies to greet us as we came in at night. Just a wonderful overall trip to Kalispell. Thanks

I love the staff here. Both times my husband and I have stayed here exceeded expectations. The staff is super personable, efficient, polite, and professional. They go out of their way as a business and as individuals to make your stay memorable and pleasant. We stayed in the presidential suite thanks to an affordable upgrade and generous employees. Loved the room..I could go on..but you should just see for yourself! We are locals but this won't be the last time we do a weekend staycation here! Thanks BW!

The staff was great to work with as we were pulling a loaded trailer and needed special parking considerations. They were accommodating and worked to make our stay enjoyable. As a rewards member, we were able to upgrade to a nicer room at the same great rate as our original room. The rooms were clean, the facility very well kept and it was probably the best continental breakfast we have ever had! Real food for real people - it was very much appreciated!!

I cannot say enough about my stay: spectacular staff, awesome inside/outside décor, micro/fridge in the room, best breakfast with vast items & great quality, 24 hour access to pool/hot tub/fitness/laundry/amenities, free steady wifi, lots of tv channels, clean comfy rooms, good water pressure in the shower, I could go on & on. But again, the staff were my favorite- amazing bunch of folks!!!

This hotel has very nice clean rooms, with great views, and very friendly helpful staff. The location is ideal as well being very close to flathead lake, and not too far from Whitefish or Glacier National Park

Nicole at the Front Desk Rocks!!! She always acknowledges me, knows the room style I like and makes sure I have extra coffee and creamer to work from my Junior Suite. Great asset for Best Western! A little out of town, but it's just 10 minutes up the highway.

We recently spent six days in Kalispell looking for relocation sites. As we typically do now, we selected this Best Western which is about 10 miles from the city center, but at the junction of US 93 and the road to Big Fork. We received the handicapped room we requested, which was small compared to other BW rooms of this type. However, we were close to the breakfast room and lobby which was beneficial. Everything went well during our stay and we would stay here again should we return in the summer.

Very clean and up to date mountain modern hotel. Nice and friendly staff comfortable rooms excellent place to stay with an amazing breakfast spread. Definitely will stay again. Price was fair and they have a great location!

Our room was clean and quiet. Hotel was in a great location; really close to downtown Kalispell. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Pool and hot tub were also great. And who can beat warm cookies..

They have the best hotel continental breakfast I've had. They use real eggs and the food is made fresh daily. The rooms are nice and clean. Great hotel for a few day stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

We spent two nights in the off season, and had a great experience. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, from the reservation clerk to the front desk, to the breakfast room staff, to housekeeping. Would absolutely stay again, and recommend to all.

Honestly one of the best places I have ever stayed. Impeccably clean, quiet and the decor is beautiful. From the moment you walk in the door you feel at home. I stayed in one of the suites and they thought of everything when it came to this room. I'm very clean so when I stay somewhere I have found myself checking every inch for cleanliness. This building is CLEAN!!!!! Front desk staff was exceptional ( Scott) I believe he was the GM or owner and the lady who worked in the restaurant was very imformative and sweet. Only issue I has was with a lady named NIcole (sp?) she was rude on the phone more than once and when I saw her on one of the days during the stay she looked me up and doen, glared and looked away. It felt very awkward,no "hello", no "Good Morning." Anways I just want to say I will be back. Breakfast area was set up nicely with many foods to choose from, beautiful pool and hot tub area with amazing bathrooms to change in, fitness center just perfect. If you have never been to this part of the country, you need to visit and spend the night here. It is a beautiful area. Thank you for an amazing stay, with amazing staff. I also love the fact that you have tip envelopes in the room for the housekeepers, that is a nice touch!!! Everyone should tip them!

Nice hotel, in a easy accessible from south Kalispell or Bigfork. Excellent complimentary breakfast, nicely equipped rooms. The only issue is this hotel is located a few miles south of Kalispell. Very friendly staff and would highly recommend.

Very comfy hotel with super friendly reception staff, in particular Nicole and her awesome dog Count Chocular ?? she was super helpful and very knowledgeable of the local area, she showed a genuine interest in our enjoyment and trip in general she made the stay really great. Basic breakfast available and not restaurant for evening meals but a bar open for a short time in the evening. Quite a way out from the town but good place for a base to explore the local areas

From the moment I called them to make our reservation they did everything in their power to make our stay pleasant. We were there for a funeral and they took care of everything from getting me distilled water for my CPAP, making sure we were near family,gave me verbal directions to their location, telling us their amenities (WONDERFUL BIG breakfast!), and taking care of us when weather threatened our return flight. Nicolle was especially helpful. Everyone had a positive attitude, spoke pleasantly to all guests. Best place we've stayed at in years!

We stayed here for 3 nights and the staff were exceptional from check in to departure. Everything was exceptionally clean from the rooms to the pool and hot tub areas. In fact this is probably the cleanest hotel I've visited in a while. The rooms and common areas are all very modern. The beds were very comfy and each room has a flat screen TV, a mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and complimentary bottled water each day. The modern fitness center is small but fit our needs for a quick workout before hitting the pool and jacuzzi. There are also several comfy areas off the lobby with couches and chairs, and a large reception lounge where beer and wine and snacks are served nightly. We were part of a large group and there was plenty of room for everyone to get together. I'd definitely recommend this place as family friendly and group friendly. We really enjoyed the hot breakfasts. They always had fresh eggs and fruit, and served something unique each day, like cheese blintzes or homemade country oatmeal. The staff was fantastic and very friendly and ready to help. In fact they were even kind enough to hold our bags and let us use the lounge when our departure was delayed due to a canceled flight. (They didn't have to do that but it made our trip SO much easier.)

This is a wonderful hotel with very upscale, modern contemporary furnishings. It is 3 stories with an elevator. Our room was relatively small but very comfortable with all the usual amenities, It had an HD flat screen TV with HD reception, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, 2 luggage racks, Keurig single serve coffee maker (and a variety of K-cups), hair dryer, and electric outlets on both sides of the bed. The breakfast was above the usual fare. I highly recommend this hotel.

Kudos to front desk staff including Meg, who took our initial phone inquiry and later checked us in. We also dined in, and received excellent service from Kelly on a very quiet night. She even offered to order take out from nearby restaurants! Finally, the hotel welcome our dog and gave us a very comfortable, dog-friendly room (which isn't always the case at other hotels...) When we checked out the next morning, we also received excellent service from the desk staff. Highly recommend, for comfort, care and location!

the rooms here are nice. The breakfast could use some work. they have a 24 hour hot tub and pool. Which is a nice way to relax after driving all day. They have a nice lounge to sit in and have a few beers.

This hotel was really great- awesome breakfast, friendly employees, nice pool and hot tub. The beds were SO comfortable! They do a delish free hot breakfast and gave us discounted ski passes for Blacktail. We have two large dogs, and they were comfy and welcomed here too, so we will definitely stay here again. I wish more hotels were as nice as this one. It's hard to find such a clean and new hotel with very reasonable rates. Staff was super nice. Highly recommend!

I come here for business on a routine basis. This is the only place I stay while in the Kalispell/Big Fork area. Amazing staff, Great Breakfast and amazing views from the the dining area. I love that I can order my food into the hotel too.

We made an unexpected trip to Kalispell this past week and selected this hotel only because it was convenient. Were we in for a surprise. We ended up spending two nights here. The first night we were greeted by Meg. Her charming personality and pride in her work won us over. She invited us to take advantage of the 24 hour hot tub and pool and to not miss out on the homemade breakfast bar. We took her advice. We didn't use the pool, but the hot tub was a wonderful luxury to the end of a stressful day. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable and the decor of the hotel, cozy and relaxing. The topper of the stay was breakfast, Donna makes everything from scratch! The two mornings we were there we had breakfast burritos one day and biscuits and gravy the next. Both equally delicious, and better than you'd get at a restaurant! The staff is friendly and accommodating and strive to make sure your stay is perfect. You won't be disappointed.

This is probably the nicest place to stay on the north end of the Flathead valley. The staff from the front desk to the housekeeping are top shelf. The restaurant is very good with a limited but very tasty menu and the staff again was excellent. The shower was amazing, (my wife and I wish we would have noticed what brand and model the shower head was so we could put one into our own home.) The rooms are very nicely done with fantastic furniture and the attention to detail outstanding. (Whoever was the interior decorator did an amazing job.) The rooms were also very quiet and the bed excellent. I will stay at this hotel anytime I am in the Flathead Valley and give it my highest rating of any hotel I have stayed in the valley.

While traveling on Christmas Eve, my wife and I needed to make an unplanned overnight stay in Kalispell. We decided on Best Western as it is our hotel of choice while traveling. I did mention to Aryal, the hotel registration manager that I have severe arthritis in my back, and if possible , could she offer the most comfortable bed available. I was gifted with an incredible act of kindness when Aryal upgraded our room to a master suite with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in while traveling. There was no up charge applied to my stay.

We were greated with superb Customer Service, that continued thru out our stay. Room was beautiful, clean and fresh, with awesome view of the Rocky Mts. We were transfered to a pet accomadating room because I recieved my Christmas Present early and had a new puppy. Everyone from Manager to deck clerks were excellent in meeting our needs. We felt we were part of their family as they celebrated Christmas with us and we with them. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub areas, that were very clean and safe. Well organized, walking surfaces were non-slippery, temperatures were theraputic and comfortable plenty of clean towels. My husband and myself have back and neck issues, which were helped majorly by the hot tub. Our over all experience was terrific and we plan to come to back to this Best Western/Flathead Lake Inn & Suites. WE would highly recommend this as a awesome place to stay.

The room was newly remodeled and clean. Staff was excellent -friendly and helpful! The lobby has a home feel to it. Clean pool and hot tub!! Breakfast is the best full breakfast we had during trip! Definitely will stay here again!

Pros: easy drive to Glacier Park and great brewery in Lakeside; very clean; great laundry room on site, fresh baked cookies. Some of the staff. Cons: any room facing the gas station. On-site dining. Some of the staff when our room key didn't work multiple times AT CHECK-IN then giving us a room that was already occupied (scared the heck out of those folks in the room)! Summer room prices different every day.

Always feel pampered when we come to Best Western Flathead. Staff is friendly, rooms are spotless and location is perfect. We have family in Bigfork . The pool is also a big draw for us. Breakfast is perfect.

This is a great place to stay when in Kalispell. I stay there every time I'm in town. I would highly recommend this Best Western it is close to the lake and to Kalispell main strip for shopping. The winter rate is a lot cheaper than the summer rate but you run into that everywhere in Kalispell.

Stayed here for a night on the way through and will return here, clean rooms with newer decor and great staff. Short distance to the airport and within an hour of the BIg Mountain but a much better price.

We stayed multiple different nights with my Service K-9. The staff is very friendly, fun & helpful, everything was an amazing, 10+, very clean & comfortable. We Highly Recommended! They truly take pride in their work these employees. They had little touches they did to make the stay more amazing! The breakfast was very nicely done. Fresh banana break and carrot loaf. Plus some special crapes, that were fresh she walked around and served us as it was quite due to this time of year! Great place to stay!

I had to get a different room because the bathroom on the first was not clean then the pillows were unclean. After 8 hour drive, I was too tired to ask for a change. I went to the front desk next morning and the lady had the audacity to tell me they only change them for 3-day stays but since I asked.... jeeze

This Hotel is absolutely beautiful, from the Lobby to the Lounge with pool table, to the room. I would definitely stay here over and over again. I wish the lady keeping the breakfast would have told me she was about to replenish the breakfast buffet as she stood next to me watching me make a plate of old, cold food, which was not very appetizing, but as I was taking my reluctant bites, she refilled all the food with fresh. I went and dumped my plate and made a new plate and the food was awesome. I would've said something if it was me. Other than that little hiccup, (maybe she was new and shy talking to people) Our Stay was absolutely amazing. Its a beautiful hotel and the hot tub is large and open 24 hours, YEAH

this hotel is locared just outside Kalispell, Mt and near Flathead Lake i just stopped here after arriving on a late flight into GPI airport on my way to my house in Trout Creek,Mt. Seems new, great lobby lounge, very clean and comfortable. Room was quiet abd cozy Nothing spectacular but very comfortable Reasonable rates, great breakfast.. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough about my stay at BW Flathead Lake & Inn. When I first arrived I was greeted by the front desk very professionally and even asked if I would like to order some food from a nearby restaurant or from there restaurant. She then called the lady that was doing the ordering and she came up and asked us for our order so we could have our dinner delivered by the time we got settled in. Everyone that I came in contact with that worked at this hotel was beyond professional courteous and just made me feel right at home. The rooms were very spacious clean and very nice. Breakfast is by far The best breakfast I have ever had at any hotel that I've stayed at. This is coming from someone that travels all year long and stays at many hotels all over United States. My experience at this hotel is by far the best experience I've ever had at any best Western or any other hotel. Thank you to all the staff that made my stay very pleasant one and for making me feel right at home

This hotel was so nice and quiet, had an extra special breakfast buffet and family owned and operated. Not too far from the lake if you go for fishing. There is a great brewery within a few miles that serves wonderful food.

We needed a convenient and reasonable stop over on the way down from BC to Utah after crossing the border. Reception staff were very friendly , informative about the area and welcoming. Nice room , all conveniences , and a good nights sleep. We ate out at a locally recommended restaurant as in house basic good food available but limited for what we were looking for. Overslept re breakfast time but they were so accommodating and made sure we had a proper breakfast to travel on! Very kind. Typical best western high standard of looking after their guests !

In the midst of a short vacation,I had to find a place to hole up for a day to finish a business report and this was perfect. Very clean and comfortable, imposing furniture, a big double lounge chair in my room that was just what I needed to curl up and write. If I had had more time, the indoor pool area, as well as the laundry, would be most welcome. The hotel is located very near the gorgeous Flathead Lake, but you can't actually see it from the rooms. Very friendly woman at the desk who helped me find just the right room to get my work done. Only problem was that a man in the next room was on the phone with a very loud voice for a very long time. I suspect it wouldn't have been audible in most of the rooms, but mine had a door that could have allowed for a double room (but it was locked). I'm wondering if that door could have gotten more sound insulation. But still . . . next time I'm near Kalispell, this is where I would want to stay.

Great Room and Amenities. The location is perfect for enjoying the features that Montana has to offer. Plus it avoids the hustle and bustle of downtown Kalispell, while being close for shopping and travel to Hungry Horse and Glacier National Park.

When traveling through or just visiting Montana, we prefer to stay here.The stay at this place is always nice. The noticeable difference this time was a really good quality of the breakfast menu both mornings we stayed. Thank you. We were never disappointed and hope we'll return again soon.

Stayed one night at this hotel. It is located off of a major roadway and next to a gas station that caters to truckers. The noise from traffic lasted all night into the morning. The beds were not comfortable and the breakfast was not good.

This is a high end hotel with many amenities and their summer prices reflect this. However in the off season it is a bargain! With no restaurant on site the nearest options are 5 miles south or 10 miles north in Kalispell, but the free breakfast is very good and the fresh cookies at check in are a nice touch.

This is our third time staying here and each time has been wonderful! Our visits usually last a week to two weeks. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel like you are family. Everything from their AMAZING breakfast, to cookies and fruit waiting in the lobby for you in the afternoon. Looking forward to returning!!!

Our stay was great. We stayed for 10 nights. Our room was cleaned nicely everyday. The breakfast selection was great. The beds were comfortable.The lobby was appealing and welcoming. I will stay there again.

Hands down the nicest Best Western I have ever stayed at and I travel the U.S. for work. My only complaint is that it is located outside of Kalispell and no one will deliver that far away. It's about 15 minutes out of the city but in a beautiful location.

This is a great place to stay and we highly recommend it! The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. They are pet friendly and they have a huge grass area for dogs, which is very nice.

Excellent stay as always. Made our twice yearly visit to the Best Western for some relaxing time away from the big city. The hotel gave us just that oportuntiy. We stayed in the Presidential suite and it is a great place to unwind. Lucily it was warm enough to sit on the deck and enjoy the viiews of the mountains. I also took advantage of the in- room jacuzzi. Left the hotel feeling relaxed and happy. Looking forward to the next visit.

We enjoyed our stay. Came to town for a wedding. Most of the wedding guests stayed at this location. Very friendly staff, clean, comfortable, updated rooms. 24hour pool, hot tub, and business center. The onsite bistro was great. Serving beer and wine as well as some food. If their menu didn't satisfy your craving, the staff will order out for you from local restaurants. All and all a great stay! Would definitely recommend staying here!

This is one of the best if not the best motels we have stayed at in 44 years. Friendly & fun staff, neat & clean rooms & public areas. Though a little way from Kalispell proper access to activities in the area is easy.

Great spot to stay and highly recommend this place for location between Big Mountain Ski Resore and Lake Flathead. Good price and clean spot. They also allow dogs in certain rooms..Put this one on your list if you are going to Glacier National Park..

The hotel is less than an hour away from Glacier Park. Nice hotel with good amenities. Very good service at the desk and in the lounge. The restaurant only serves light meals. Large breakfast selection with newspaper and TV.

Great place to stay. The rooms were very clean and the beds extremely comfortable. The breakfast is a large variety of items like yogurt, eggs, fruit, and cereals and was delicious. There is plenty of space for parking and it is close to a gas station. The room was quiet and allowed for a good night sleep.

Excellent motel- excellent service and staff. Beautful spot. Even cater to pets with a grassy spot. Good breakfast with a good selection of food. Beds comfortable and warm. Lobby very comfortable makes you ant to sit down and stay.

Overall great experience. The pre arrival check-in was new for me but great. Hotel staff very friendly and accomodating. Love the location, a little secluded but easy access to wherever we wanted to go. Breakfast was great, just lacking in gluten free option on that particular day. staff is amazing and the hotel is top notch. I stay here about 4 times a year and every visit is first class, the rooms are always immaculate. the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and the added bar is nice to grab some good food and drink without having to leave the hotel.

I was very happy with my stay here. I also stayed here in June 2017 for 1 night and was also happy with everything. I totally recommend staying here if you are in this area. The pet friendly room was awesome.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Flathead Lake Inn and Suites in August while visiting Glacier National Park. It was in an excellent location being half way in between Flathead Lake and Kalispell. It is a lovely hotel and has an excellent breakfast and a very friendly staff. Would highly recommend it if you are in the area.

The Flathead Lake Inn was a tranquil ending to a great day exploring Northwestern Montana. Besides the quiet location and relaxing atmosphere, the lounge was perhaps the most outstanding feature - being able to order in almost anything we wanted from a variety of local restaurants was truly a superb ending to our day.

My Wife and I were in Montana dropping off my son at YWAM. We needed a place to stay for 4-5 days. We ran across this gem of a hotel and could not have been happier that we found it. The staff is amazing and their attention to detail is bar none. P. S. You also have to meet The hotel mascot Count Chocula. Lol. He is awesome. The rooms are very clean and spacious and well equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. The owners are also usually around and love to chat with guests and help any way possible. This hotel is definitely a keeper for us as we visit our son in the future.

Wonderful stay at this Best Western. Recently renovated, pretty, clean. Comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast. All employees kind and knowledgeable. Breakfast the best and varied I have ever experienced. Breakfast room staff friendly, attentive and worked hard to keep food filled and room clean. Great value for cost.

This Best Western hotel charged us a 250$ cleaning fee for smoking in the room. This is a complete lie. We will be fighting this all the way. No one at any time EVER smoked anything in or on any of the premises to this place. They basically called all of us liars to our face. We travel regularly, and have NEVER been treated like this. Sad and completely disgusting for a hotel chain. Check your invoices once you arrived home. The hotel was VERY slow when we were there, and sure this is a way to offset loss. Sad, and completely wrong.

This hotel has nice rooms and a very pleasant and well-stocked breakfast area that is nice to sit in. The lobby is also very nice and fresh fruit is waiting for you when you check in. It's also pet-friendly, and has a large grassy area to take your dog onto away from the highway.

Very positive as to cleanliness. Beds comfy. I would call the hotel pet tolerant rather than pet friendly. We were placed on 3rd floor which caused us to walk up and down stairs to pet area (age 70+). Pets are NOT to be left unattended in room so presents a problem for eating during hot weather.

As the title says it all, beware bogus charges, the manager charged us a smoking fee when nobody on the trip smoked at all in the room. One front desk clerk was basically rude ever time she waited on us.

We made reservations months in advance for this road trip. This was the most disappointing Best Western - in attitude and room location. Being right by the stairway, as well as the ice machine, made it noisy. When asked if we could please have a location away from both, the gentleman at the desk was clearly annoyed (overworked) and said he couldn't help us. Bottom line is that we eventually did get moved on the second night, so it turned out ok. But maybe a person needs to specifically request to be away from those two noisy areas....

Best Western Plus Flathead Lake Inn and Suites was a wonderful place to rest after spending time at Glacier National Park. The room was well furnished and it was quiet, allowing for good rest. The breakfast room, conveniently located away from the lobby area, had plenty of seating...and the food choices were over the top! There were many selections each day, and it was different every day. What a great way to start the day with a good hearty breakfast! The motel is only about 5 miles from some beautiful lake views, including a spot for swimming, boating, and dining at the dock.

Enjoyed all the hotel had to offer. Very friendly and helpful staff. Used pool. Laundry Maps and van to downtown. Convenient location and spotless hotel The breakfast was on par with other hotels plain and adequate I did enjoy that they rotated the breakfast selection

Hotel is located outside of town and not on or very near to Flathead Lake- Check in efficient- clean large room - terrific breakfast which varied each day - laundry on site - a bit far from Glacier National Park but close to Big Fork which has shops and restaurants on Flathead Lake - All in all a good place

We stayed at a few hotels and camped during a week long trip to Glacier National Park. This was the best hotel in regards to staff and service. A bonus was being able to use the hot tub after a midnight check in. Very nice, friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast crew was outstanding.

We stayed here our last night in Montana and were pleased there was a cafe/lounge right in the hotel so we did not have to get back in the car. Room was large and very comfortable. Everything was new in appearance. Breakfast had plentiful choices. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Room was just as explained on the website. Perfect spot with handy access to Kalispell (just up the highway) and Flathead Lake. Glacier is just a short drive away. Breakfast buffet is on the 2nd floor and has outdoor setting if you like. The staff at front desk and all the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful and always acknowledged guests. Highly recommend. Our room was right across the hall from the guest laundry room and ice and we were surprised at how quite it was.

Great service. Daily cookies!!! Yummy. Definitely the place to stay! Easy to get to Glacier National Park from there. Nearby Flathead Lake is beautiful. The entire staff is top notch. Would definitely stay here again should we return to the area.

This place was great very accomadating clean, breakfeast was great very friendly It was very nice loved the 2nd story to eat breakfeast they updated it so it is nice in that way. my sister said she slept well in her room which she usally dose not.

Our stay here was excellent. It provided a great middle ground for adventures around Flat head Lake, & to the North in Kalispell. The room was in fantastic shape & the cleaning staff did a fantastic job each day. We also really appreciated the hours on the pool area. With the pool being open 24 hours there was no need to rush back to the hotel to use it before closing time. We could utilize the pool & spa at our leisure. The hotel also had fantastic parking. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area.

Hotel seemed quite new and was very clean. Beds were GREAT! More comfortable than my bed at home. Breakfast was very nice - the norm you see nowadays. Staff was very friendly. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Phone was out, this was our only problem as we wanted to report noise in the room above.

The hotel was very nice and clean, the staff was exceptional helpful and accommodating, we recommend staying here. We were a large group with motorcycles and they let us clean our bikes and put them under cover each evening

We had originally booked for 2 night's but a change in plans caused us to have to leave on the second morning. Totally expecting to have to pay for the second night because of the last minute change, How surprised we were to not only be told we would not be charged but also being asked if everything was ok and if there was anything they could do to help. What can I say, Beautiful location, Excellent staff and hotel. I would recommend this stop to anyone visiting Kalispell.

An automobile malfunction caused us to need a hotel room at the last minute on a Friday night in July - peak season. After dealing with getting car towed, etc., it was an extreme pleasure to land at the BW Flathead Lake Inn. Personnel was professional and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have a little bistro on the property, and we were able to get a light bite late in the evening, when we sure didn't want to venture out. Our room was immaculate and quiet, and the breakfast was sumptuous and delicious. They willingly granted our request for a late checkout. I can't thank everyone enough for the excellent service - it was a great experience!

This hotel is nice and quiet and the staff is very friendly. They recommended a great tavern for dinner and the food was excellent. All employees were friendly. The breakfast was better than a 5 star hotel in Seattle where I stayed the weekend prior. Nice secluded area but only a few miles to the town.

We have stayed at many hotels. We have stayed in extremely pricey hotels and the Best Western Plus Flathead Lake Inn and Suites is by far the best hotel! It is a 5 star hotel at 3 star hotel price. The cleanness hotel in the state!

It might be a little spendy, but its a nice place to stay. Its quiet, secure and you get one of the best breakfasts I have ever had at a hotel. If available, I highly suggest staying here. The internet was fast (since I work remote) and had no complaints really. Customer service was great, no problems there. Would return again... Keep up the good work!

A one night stay in this hotel turned into an unexpected 5 night stay due to our car breaking down. The staff was amazing and was able to somehow always able to find a room for us last minute. The breakfast is amazing and a 24 hr pool and hot tub! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. I'm also going to give a shout out to Scott the general manager he went above and beyond for my husband and I to help restore our 1st year anniversary vacation.

They contacted me the day before reference an early check-in. I made a request for adjoining rooms and they immediately got back to me and confirmed my request. The hotel was clean and the staff greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. The rooms were well appointed. The breakfast each morning had a good selection and was kept fresh. The rooms were quiet and you could not hear any road noise. The proximity to the lake and Glacier park was excellent. You were away from crowds but a short distance from everything.

Hotel was very nice. Clean. Quiet. Comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent breakfast. Very nice staff. Would stay again. Hot tub and pool were nice. Plenty of towels. Husband and son enjoyed pool table.

We stayed here for a night between Glacier and Helena. The location is between Kalispell and Flathead Lake. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and service was great. We ate dinner here which seems to still be evolving but the food was good and the beer was cold. The service was some of the friendliest and most helpful I have ever experienced. Breakfast that morning was ok, most of the specialties weren't labeled so it was a guessing game and they were out of coffee except for the Keurig which took a while to brew. There is a good variety of options to chose from and was better quality than what you usually find at a hotel breakfast.

My family and I were looking for a short stay hotel near Kalispell and this hotel was located right near Somers where we needed to be the following morning and was also very clean, well run, and a had a great breakfast. You can't go wrong staying here.

The Best Western Plus Flathead Lake Inn and Suites was an outstanding stay as we were en route to Banff National Park, Alberta. The overall stay met our needs with a very clean room and very friendly staff. The overall appearance was appealing and complemented the beauty of the Kalispell region. The room was very well appointed and the bed very comfortable. All the amenities one would expect were available. Would highly recommend this Best Western.

Excellent service and easy to bring your pet as they have a nice lawn for them to run on. Outside of Kalispell so it was quiet. All the staff were very friendly, rooms were very nice. Great stay, never a disappointment

After two weeks in lodges near Glacier NP, it was a relief to stay in a modern hotel with plenty of space and all the amenities. Our party was only here one night, in two double-queen rooms. The rooms were relatively spacious, with comfortable beds and all modern conveniences, including thermostatically controlled A/C. After requesting the quietest rooms available, we were placed on the third floor facing away from the highway, which was very quiet. We had a very short night, since we had to leave at 3:15am for the airport. Definitely recommended, and we'll stay here again the next time we visit Glacier NP.

Very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again in the future. We couldn't find any vacancies in the area and Best Western had one room available and offered it to us at a discounted price. We were very pleased with the hotel, our room and the friendly staff.

Just really enjoyed the fully remodeled hotel. Nice design and nice amenities. Great location. Lobby was comfortable and the room was nicely designed. Breakfast was well laid out and with excellent selections. Made and enjoyable business trip.

I did enjoy the area but was disappointed that for over $200.00 a night I didn't have a refrigerator in the room. The staff did offer to keep stuff in their refrigerator but inconvenient. The staff is amazing and very helpful

This hotel was fabulous! great breakfast and staff. The location is perfect for vacation in the mountains. It was a little expensive during our time period due to a horse auction, but otherwise a better price.

I use this hotel frequently and always look forward to returning. The location, generous parking, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. During a recent stay, the room I'd reserved was not ready when I arrived, so an upgraded room was made available.

Very nice property with wonderfully friendly staff. Cannot fault the hotel as one of our road trip stops. Often gets criticised for the Christian music and some bible references in the lobby but this was a plus for us!!! and much appreciated. You would have to be very easily offended if this annoyed you as the music is very much in the background. If you need to stop in Kalispell I would highly recommend this hotel everything you could possibly need from this type of property. Thanks again to the wonderful staff.

We stayed here for a couple of nights before leaving for home. It was a lovely hotel, very clean and the staff was great. The restaurant food was limited but had menus of other places that would deliver and they would place your order. Very accommodating and the bartender went out of her way to make sure you were taken care of. It was on a busy highway but at night there was very little traffic to disturb your sleep. Loved our stay there and would go back if we go back to that area. It was close to a lot of sites so makes for a good place to sight see from.

I was in Montana to attend a wedding in Big Arm on Flathead Lake. This hotel was close to the wedding venue (only 30 min). My room was clean and the service was great. Glad to have the nice breakfast so handy. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. The front desk clerk even found me a hair salon.

Nice clean hotel with pleasant and unique interior spaces, though views from the hotel especially in the direction of Flathead Lake, are at best limited. Considering price charged for overnight stay, was disappointed in the location. Could not access Flathead Lake via State Parks because Parks were full - someone had to leave before another vehicle was allowed in. The public beach area at the north end was overflowing with vehicles and discourteous people probably aggravated by the overcrowded conditions and parking area limitations.

Good place to stop for the night. Clean friendly comfortable. Convenient. Oatmeal was delicious. And here are a few more characters to make the review acceptable. Clearly that wasn't enough so here is some more

Kellie in the motel's bistro is awesome and so is Michael at the front desk. They both are so willing to help and answer questions. You can have food delivered from restaurants and enjoy a beverage in the bistro.

Seems we look for BW when we travel now and glad we stayed here. Good setting and very nice folks. We had our breakfast there and enjoyed not only the food but all the other folks traveling. Our room was clean and comfortable. Great bed, slept thru the night. Nice view of the area from our window. Would stay there again.

While not as conveniently located for us (further from the airport and from Glacier NP) and not the most cost effective hotel for a night's stay, it turned out to be a good choice. The BW placed us in an area nearer to the flathead, but within sight of the lake. Not a big deal and we knew that going in, but the name might suggest it is nearer to the lake than it is. A short drive and you're in a small town on the lake. A slightly longer drive along the west shore and another town with a Montana State Park not much further down the road. The room we in good repair. Everything was functional. Comfortable bed. Everything I would expect from BW. Breakfast was ok. They seem to do some breakfast specials each day of the week with Sunday morning being the chef's choice. On this Sunday morning that seemed to entail a couple varieties of scrambled eggs, but nothing special from my perspective... just another standard hotel breakfast. Overall? A hotel I'd be willing to stay in again depending on where we want to be in relation to the airport, Glacier or the Flathead.

We were so impressed by the friendly staff, clean room and modern facilities at the Best Western Falthead. We were warmly greeted by Josh and Anita. Great breakfast with different hot items daily. Way above average hotel fare! This is a gem only 6 miles south of Kalispell. Did not go to Kalispell much. Well worth exploring Bigfork while there. Hiked Jewel Basin, beach day at Wayfarer, and loved the musical at the Bigfork Summer Playhouse all close by. This is great value for your money and a pleasant stay to boot.

Quality accommodations, excellent amenities, very good breakfast selection. Hotel location was perfect, well within reach of city selections yet far enough away to afford peace and quiet. I would recommend this as a five star hotel.

Very nice hotel to stay at while in the area. Very nice bar area. Our bartender/hostess was awesome. The room was clean and large. The staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast we unbelievable. Had so much to choose from. The only thing we didnt like was the air conditioner. It was old and probably needs to be upgraded. Kinda worked but really didnt ever get cold.Also it would shut off and back on so much. Not sure what was going on with it. Besides that it was a great stay. Wifi was good. I would recommend. Located right next to a gas station. Very convenient.

We stayed in the hotel, with a full contingency of family and friends, to celebrate our granddaughter's wedding. The hotel staff were welcoming, accommodating, and helpful.We stay in numerous hotels each year, never have we had a nicer stay. The wonderful Montana weather beckoned us outdoors, it would have been nice if there had been picnic tables and benches available.

This hotel is close to the lake, mountains, and fun!! They always have a friendly staff and good breakfast. The rooms are clean and the my view of the mountain was nice. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay near Flathead Lake!

Nice hotel and room. Good breakfast every morning for the 3 days I was there. Had a mini suite with King bed, spacious and clean. Could hear people waking up and down the hallway though. Convenient location between Kalispell and Somers if you want to spend lots of time in Kalispell and at Flathead Lake. Approximately an hour from Glacier National Park. The in hotel restaurant, Hub 406, was a bit of a disappointment. Ordered a pepperoni pizza. Wasn't heated all the way through, tasted like a microwave pizza with cheese put on top.

Had a great experience in the Flathead Lake Inn in Kalispell Montana. Rooms were nice. Beds were very comfortable. Had a good nights rest. Had a great breakfast the next morning. Management and other personnel were very pleasant and very helpful. I suggest staying at the best Western anytime of the year.

Very nice place with a great breakfast. We also had to catch an early flight home so we were given a Grab And Go bag since we had to miss the wonderful breakfast. Breakfast crew very good and front desk helpful.

Nice hotel with the expected services and facilities but only an indoor pool which was closed for cleaning when we arrived. The nearby highway is very busy and as the hotel is at the bottom of a hill, acceleration and deceleration of vehicles is very noticeable. A lost reservation took a while to find but worked out in the end. The hotel is located quite a ways out from Kalispel which may be an issue for some visitors. They should have a rating between average and VG which would better describe the facility

We are Best Western rewards members and have stayed in quite a few other chains as well. This hotel is in my top five favorites. Very comfortable beds, pool and jacuzzi were perfectly maintained, excellent staff and such lovely grounds. I highly recommend making this your choice when in the area!

this hotel was in a perfect location for my classes at Bigfork, not far from Glacier National park, easy to find and near the Flathead lake. it was easy to get to from the airport also. The Kalispell town was easy to get around and only a few minutes away. the view from the room was of the hills and trees which is the most wonderful part of Montana.

The lobby, rooms and exterior were all very nicely decorated The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well presented with actual ironstone plates, not paper plates and REAL utensils! A little pricey for a Best Western, but overall, I was very impressed.

The hotel looked new and the front desk staff was quite friendly. The Lounge Bar was just what I needed, serving food, wine and beer. It saved me from having to go and search for a restaurant. Price was reasonable, rooms neat and tidy. The only negative I'd have to say is that the internet was a little slow.

This motel was great Very clean staff was friendly. If you have pets this is the place to stay at back of hotel they have a nice area you can take your pets to play nod don't their business Breakfast was amazing. They had a roll stuffed with cream cheese and top with huckleberry jam. This was wonderful will stay here again. Big shout out to Michael. He was the person to check us in he was really good

This was a nice hotel! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! The staff was great, the hotel was clean! The beds were comfortable! I thought it was a little closer to Kalispell though, but it's in a good location because you can get to several little towns from it very quickly!

We had to make a rush trip to Kalispell and of course; we chose Best Western. I had stayed at the facility before but a few years ago now. Was pleasantly surprised by the reno that they had done. It is very chic and super clean. The bed was wonderful as usual and the breakfast was great. Best of all was the kind staff that served us and made us feel at home at a very trying time. The hotel is a bit out of town but inspite of it being close to a highway it was super quiet. You will see us again!

This is a clean updated hotel in a good area even though it is out of town. Staff are very friendly and breakfast is great. The Lounge is a good place to gather with friends or family. Prices are comparable to other hotels in the area.

After 2 days of about 11 hours each returning from Phoenix we decided to see if the BW Flathead Lake had any vacancy. We were pleased to find that not only did they have the type of room we wanted, but we were upgraded to a suite based on our Best Western Rewards status. As the hotel is a few miles south of Kalispell we didn't want to drive any further to get dinner, so we decided to eat at the bar/lounge in the hotel. The food selection is adequate, but if a wider selection is required they have 2 outside restaurants that will deliver to the bar/lounge for a small fee. All staff were friendly and helpful.

This BW is a rode side motor inn. It is right on the main highway . It's 7-10 miles to any place to eat with your family . Sorry , don't take my children into bars . The only property next to this motel is a mini mart The only food they have is finger food and frozen like pizzas that are in the bar in the evening The description on the best western site is deceiving. They try to make it look like a resort It's a motel that sits next to a mini mart with no family friendly food other than the breakfast Look at the Hampton Inn or the Hilton Garden Inn . They are 7-8 miles into the town of Kalispell . There is food all around those properties . To the motel : please be honest and forthright Thank you

Hotel has been remodeled in the past few years and is in great shape. The room was super clean, the bed super comfortable. The doors close firmly but gently behind you, so you aren't disturbed by neighbors entering and leaving their room. Soundproofing seems good as well. Loved the 24-hour fitness center and pool, which is long enough for abbreviated laps (it's maybe 40 feet long but clearly a lap pool). There are Keurig coffee makers in the rooms, but an even bigger surprise was the EXCELLENT brewed coffee at breakfast! The breakfast bar is complete and impeccably maintained. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. To a person they were friendly, engaging and helpful. When I return to Kalispell, I will stay again.

This is a place to stay when you want peacefulness and to relax weather for leisure or business. They have a pool and they also have a Bistro now. Their Breakfast set up was a good one and they made sure it was full at all times

The facade at the front of the hotel is inviting and beautiful with the large beams, iron work and stone. We were warmly greeted by Scott upon our arrival. I asked for a quiet room as this hotel is faces a highway (and you just never know how quiet the rooms will be). Scott was happy to move our room just a bit further down the hall to be sure. Our room was a double queen but they also have some spacious, grand suites here. The room, which looks toward a stand of pines, was impeccably clean and included a sweet note written by the housekeeper. Towels are fluffy and there are higher end toiletries. The room is very tastefully decorated and includes a refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. This hotel has a ballroom, large bistro and bar which is open in the evening. They also offer cold water in a dispenser and coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby as well as sundry items for purchase. There is a big indoor pool, exercise room, as well as a business center. As other reviewers have stated, the breakfast area is large and comfortable with indoor and outdoor seating and is open from 6:30 to 9:30. This Best Western offers the best complimentary breakfast I have seen with huge variety of offerings including several gluten free items. Kudos to the gals setting this up and keeping it stocked during the hours they are open. Everyone we encountered, from front desk staff to housekeeping were happy, respectful, kind folks. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to you, the traveler.

Nicolle and CJ were great. Hotel was clean and comfy. There were several great views, everything was up to date, clean and comfy. We enjoyed our overall stay and would recommend, nice pool area open 24 hours which was wonderful, I didn't understand why this place wasn't sold out, it was a great rate for a best western plus, we would definitely come back. Nice breakfast area indoor and outdoor seating with hot and cold breakfast options and you have a nice view of the mountains while you eat. I would recommend this hotel to friends, family, and you!

I was here just for one night as I had a few things to do in Kalispell. I wanted to stay a bit outside of Kalispell and the Best Western looked like it might be quieter than some of the other hotels I was looking at. Check-in was fast and friendly and my room was clean with lots of modern updates. I had a bit of a view of the mountains from my window and the room stayed nice and cool, which was a welcome respite from a hot afternoon in the car. Breakfast, as other reviewers have indicated, was excellent. Today was a biscuit, sausages and gravy day and the gravy was one of the best I've ever had for a hotel or diner breakfast. There were also lots of other options and the breakfast room was spacious. My only minor complaint is that the hallway floor is quite loud.

Don't be fooled like we were, this hotel is not on the lake. However, excellent renovated hotel with amazing staff, Josh at the front desk was very nice and helpful, also CJ was awesome and made sure that our stay was enjoyable. We stayed in the presidential suite on the second night which has a jacuzzi tube, king bed, semi private deck and a view of the mountains but the fireplace doesn't work in the room, which they know about. If it's available, pay the upgrade fee. It's worth it. At this best western, if you are a diamond select and you use points during the night of your stay they don't upgrade your room without charging you, just an FYI. Very clean rooms, can be a little noisy if you leave the windows open because it's off the highway, but good centralized location. The housekeeper on the third floor was super friendly and attentive I wish I got her name! The breakfast is identical to the other best western plus hotels, overall good quality linens, bath products, and lodge like decorations. I would definitely come back and stay in the presidential suite again lol!

Overnight for 2 nights to sightsee in the area. We found the hotel very peaceful and relaxing as we were exhausted after a full day of driving. Slept like a log on the top floor then woke up to a great hot breakfast of eggs scrambled with cheese and sausage. The kitchen is large enough to do all the fixins for chicken Caesar salad. Would recommend this BW to anyone.

This was our last stay on our way home and it capped off a great 2 week vacation. The lady at check-in was very friendly and helpful and actually gave us a choice of rooms which we don't get very often. The room was very clean and comfortable with excellent internet, a mini fridge and microwave. There was a great free breakfast and a pub on site but we didn't have an opportunity to visit. The location is excellent and we will visit again to spend more time to enjoy the area.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. It is conveniently located to every place we needed to go. The amenities were more than expected. The entire hotel was clean, neat and welcoming. The staff from the hotel owner, front desk, housekeeping, breakfast crew, maintenance crew, event planner, gals in the lounge were all very friendly and treated us as if they have known us for years. We booked 30 rooms and they hosted my son and his new wife's' wedding reception. They wanted it to be perfect as did we and they made sure it was. Everything was excellent and the thing I liked best was the entire staff making this the best week ever and the thing I liked least is that none of them actually got to be guests at this most wonderful occasion. If I were to complain about anything, it would be because I am too difficult to please and I would never be happy with anything. Truly can not say enough wonderful things about this place. Make your destination!

Excellent overnight on our road trip west. Friendly staff; great room & delicious breakfast with a view! Dined at Tamarack alehouse in Lakeside - best staff recommendation. Food, service and local brew were delicious.

Stayed here for the Bigfork Spartan race, and I was very pleased... super service, great hot tub and pool, nice room. A bit expensive, but generally worth the extra $$$, especially if you want to be closer to the Bigfork area.

The breakfast was great the two days that we were there. It was simple, but still really good. The view from the breakfast lounge is also amazing. Looking out over Flathead Lake. The people there knew the area and were very good to offer recommendations.

The kids loved that the pool was open 24 hours since we checked in rather late. Breakfast was fantastic and the gal working in there was very friendly. Comfy beds, the Keurig in the room was great, too.

I stopped here after getting off the airport in Kalispell around 1am. I was too tired to travel home and they were so accommodating and kind so early in the morning! I was well rested and had a decent breakfast in the morning before I headed on my journey.

Inexpensive, clean and extremely friendly staff. Spent the weekend at the hotel. Great location! Close to, but not within walking distance, to many great restaurants! There is one in the hotel too, we just didn't get to it! Convenient store close and a great walking trail. Close to the lake!

Had a great time at this hotel Easter weekend. A friend and I stayed for 4 days and 3 night and had a blast. Proximity to town is an issue if you want to have alcohol. Cabs/uber around $25-$35 each way

One of the cleanest rooms and the nicest staff that I have encountered. Gracious hosts signed me in, spoke of the amenities and gave me local information on the restaurants and activities. I was directed to the handcart to transport my luggage from my vehicle to my room. I was given the lowdown on the evening activities regarding the restaurant and bar and the pool and hot-tub times. When I went there, things were as specified and the area was clean and well lighted. All signs were accurate as to the conditions and warnings.

It was my birthday and I was treating myself to a room. Had the opportunity to use the pool and spa (which I had all to myself), and then lounged in my very clean room till party time. Awoke in time to a well spread out breakfast and then on my way, back to the old life.

The entire staff was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, very clean, and well decorated. Breakfast was delicious, with many different options. I especially liked that there were deer outside the room window each day. All around, this was a great hotel and I'd love to come back in the future!
