SureStay by Best Western Falfurrias

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel while visiting family in Falfurrias. Their desk clerk, Junie is exceptional. She always makes sure our stay goes off without a hitch. Rooms are clean and spacious. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

Cleaning crew would take dirty sheets and pillow cases i put on the floor and put them back in the bed as if they changed them, and management was notified and the problem continued to happen. There was bugs and the internet was not strong enough to connect even the tv to. I stayed here for months and the gym stayed closed down. Hot tub does not work either. It is the same two breakfast meals switched on and off it's just a different way of cooking the eggs each time. The only good about staying so much was getting the reward points for free nights at better best westerns. I do not recommend staying here long term.

Came to visit family for the weekend. Previously stayed here a year ago. Room was really clean both times, but this last stay, room was very clean, but had a bit of a nasty smell. Other than that, everything else was great.

This location was excellent and would definitely stay again. I love the customer service and overall cleanliness of the location. Customer service was definitely a priority for the staff which left very satisfied with my stay.

The room was great! The bed could have been a little softer. But, that's just a personal preference. My son was satisfied with his bed. Everything was very clean. Air conditioner worked great! Ceiling fan was a pleasant surprise!

I stay in this SureStay Hotel in Falfurrias at least once a month. My stay is always an enjoyable stay as they make sure all is clean and presentable. Breakfast is alway nice and hot and leaves very little if any to be desired.

SureStay Hotel was the best quality hotel in that area. All the staff were professional, courteous, and made you feel at home. The breakfast was great and meet all my breakfast needs. I would stay there again with pleasure!

I've stayed here before and each time I find the place to be nice and clean. Cold A/C, comfy bed and friendly staff. The rooms are good sized and they have nice Tv's. The continental breakfast is mediocre but not too bad.

very nice clean and secure hotel, for a stay on a family travel, nice and very helpfull front desk service, wall surrended property good for secure parking, complete hot breakfast included, and was very vast. over all very good.

Front desk was very nice and attentive, the room was clean, roomy and had comfy beds/lots of pillows. I expected just a light breakfast offering of muffins, toast, oj and coffee but they had cereal, made-to-order pancakes, biscuits & gravy and sausage patties. It's a nice quiet hotel right across the highway from town, highly recommend!

Driving south, just needed a quick overnight stop with no-frills. A small breakfast was included: Muffins, prepackaged pastries, biscuits & gravy. This filled the bill. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. I would recommend for a quick no-frills overnight.

Good value and amenities for the price (i.e. free Wi-Fi, free parking, on-site laundry facilities, fitness center, etc). Not the best continental breakfast options and the fitness center is the very bare minimum, but it's better than nothing.

The room was comfortable and spacious for the the incredible price. The staff was very kind and helpful got me in to my room in a hurry. Everything worked perfectly wifi was great and the hot breakfast was delicious simple but delicious. Will definitely stay again when I'm back in the area.

My husband & I are retired and travel a lot so we look for comfort, convenience and a good value in our hotel stays. On arrival we were impressed by how neat and well maintained the grounds, parking lot and buildings were. Check in was very friendly. The room itself was spacious, very clean & well maintained. The bed was comfortable and made with good linens. Towels were thick & fluffy. The heating unit was one where you can set a temperature and don't have to guess how far to turn the knob and worked quietly. Power outlets were readily available for charging phones, etc. and the TV was mounted on the wall high enough so contortions were not required to work the remote. We needed to catch up on laundry & found the laundry area clean & well maintained. They had only one of each machine but this didn't appear to be a problem. I would have expected to pay in the $100 range for the room we had so was extremely happy with what we paid. Overall, our stay was comfortable, convenient & a good value. We will stay at this hotel if we are in the area again.

Right from check in with Xochitl, pronounced “Soshe”, I knew this would be a great experience. She was so kind and helpful. She explained the Rewards program in detail and showed me how it worked. She was extremely courteous, professional but very personable. Our room was very clean - no complaints whatsoever. The breakfast was nicely appointed and plenty to eat. Breakfast area was also very clean. Would highly recommend this hotel. Best Western should be proud to have Xochitl as an employee.
