Best Western Plus Coweta's 1st Hotel

Everything was great. We was in town for a graveside service on Saturday. My Mom was being put to rest by her husband my Dad. We had to have a place to stay and it was wonderful. The people were great.

Whenever we visit our twin grandchildren in Coweta we stay at this hotel location since it opened. It has never disappointed us. We always have a pleasant checkin experience, a clean room with everything functioning and an easy checkout, all at an affordable price.

Extremely helpful! We had multiple family member joining at different times and asked for adjoining rooms. Not only was the staff able to give us adjoining rooms, but they also worked with our odd schedule. Rcena was helpful at the desk, Alexis was there in training and was also spotted helping with breakfast. Christy was so easy to work with over the phone with our odd requests.

This is a nice little motel in a nice little town. The fitness center is quant and clean. The pool nice and clean. The parking is safe. The only downside is the long-term guests out front smoking and hanging around.

Clean, friendly and more reasonable rates than Tulsa and location worked for us. Breakfast was typical BW, a little light on the refills of some items. We ate at a nice restaurant in nearby town (1843 on Broadway has something for everyone). Recommend.

Loved the bathroom lighting for shaving as it was so much better then past hotels. Very comfortable stay. Everyone on staff pitched in to help at breakfast as tree trimming crew stayed here after big wind storm in Tulsa. Got to spend time talking to 2 employees that were helped greatly y the owner. Loved their stories and the human kindness of the owner. Definitely if in OK again will stay here.

This place is absolutely horrible! We had a room booked with a confirmation number and everything and we show up that night and find out they had canceled our reservation that afternoon and given our room to someone else! Our family was left with no room and nowhere to go! We ended up sleeping in our van with our little kids! Don't bank on having them honor your reservation when you show up to this place!

This location was great, Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff was fantastic and made this trip a great experience. They go above and beyond to ensure your comfortable and satisfied with your stay. I will definetly stay here again in the future.

I love the staff here. They are so friendly, helpful and cheerful. I loved the hot breakfast and it was always fully stocked. The hotel is well maintained and very presentable. I will definitely come back here if I'm in the area. The staff really cares about the customers and go above and beyond!

We stayed here on the way to Tulsa. The room was quiet, well kept, comfortable, and stocked with a mini fridge and microwave. Staff was friendly and accommodating of our 1am check-in. There were some loose hairs on the comforter/sheets that didn't belong to me or my friend which was a little ick. But overall the room was tidy and, most importantly, free of any bugs. The breakfast was surprisingly good and had a nice variety. I think this is the best bang for your buck in the area and I would return if I ever need to travel to Tulsa again.

I've stayed at this hotel more than 100 nights this year and have never had a complaint. Mitch and the rest of the gang know how to run a hotel. Room is always clean and everyone is always friendly. Feels like home

Nice quiet place in a smallish town that is a suburb of Tulsa. The BW's in Tulsa are run down and dirty. The place is a gem, but they have raised their rates. The staff are very helpful. The breakfast is pretty normal.

Traveling through the area, my daughter and I needed a place to say for one night. So glad we found this comfortable and super clean hotel! The staff was very helpful and polite! Breakfast was adequate.

This hotel is my favorite hotel and the only one I ever stay at in this area! The staff, breakfast, room, emenities, everything is absolutely amazing! There's no hotel I could recommend more! I love this hotel and you will too!

Nice smallish hotel with friendly staff. My room (302) was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also, the price when compared to some other name-brand hotels in the Tulsa/Broken Arrow area was very competitive. Will definitely stay here again.

Very clean fresh towels breakfast was good it was in a nice area with many options for food and supplies for our work..we work out of town quite a lot and this is one of the better Bestwesterns we have stayed at

Staff at the Best Western are friendly and helpful. Rooms, and overall is clean and inviting. We don't eat breakfast there but looks good. We stay a few nights when going and have been staying there whenever in Coweta.

The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable. The rooms are comfortable with beds and linens being high quality. While we have never eaten breakfast there it always looks and smells really good. And if that's not enough then let me say the employees are nothing less than amazing.

We stay here often. The staff are personal and helpful. Breakfast is good, coffee great. Quiet and cumfy. There is a great Mexican restaurant next door. Just south is a steak house with great steaks, Sports Page Steak House and an awesome barbecue place north on 51 called Lukes. You have to go to Bramble in Tulsa for their deep fried cinnamon rolls.

Very good staff and customer service. Nice, new hotel. Full breakfast bar was great. Rooms are nice and clean. Only downside is the rooms are not very sound proof. We slept very little at night due to all the very loud and contiuous noise generated by "our neighbors next door & above us" through much of the night. Would recommend requesting the top floor.

Had a great time it's like a working vacation where. Everyone at the hotel made me feel at home needed to know where to go eat they had great ideas For great places to go the food there was awesome Dawson my best place I like is the Mexican restaurant next door very good food.

Cheap is an understatement for the way this property is cared for. I would stay anywhere else if available and able to afford. We have this place a chance because of the reviews, but won't be visiting again

Positive trip experience. Clean room, great service. Modern desk stand with convenient outlets. Next to an Arby's for food at many hours of the day. Internet was fast and usable. Elevator a tad on the slow side, but staircase was not far away.

Mitch is always amazing and goes above and beyond for our family. We stay at this location a lot so it's a second home for our family. We love the call when we get to our room always double checking if the room is good. Thank you Mitch!

When visiting friends in Tulsa, OK, we have stayed in Motels in Tulsa. NEVER really happy with any of our Motel stayes at different Motels there. Our friends moved outside of Tulsa to Broken Arrow. In my searches I found the Best Western in Coweta, a small town a few miles from Broken Arrow. We did not do reservations, we just stopped there. The Motel looks like it is only about a year old and I was surprised to find that it was 6 years old. IT LOOKS BRAND NEW, INSIDE AND OUT. The personnel were very friendly and very efficient. The room was great and the morning breakfast area was really nice. They had full breakfasts ( eggs, sausages, biscuits, etc.) and the food was very good. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL WHEN YOU ARE IN THE AREA. We will definitely stay there again, our next visit.

My husband and I have stayed at Best Western Plus Coweta's 1st Hotel three times now, and they never disappoint. Mitch is always there and is always welcoming us with a friendly smile and is super professional. If every hotel has a Mitch there to greet you, you're already in good hands.

Evn taking into account how hotels have suffered over the Covid situation, we have travelled several times recently to other hotels. I would give this hotel a mediocre review. The staff was always friending and helpful, but insofar as the facility, the beds were hard, both televisions in the workout room did not work (a staff checked them), the breakfast was mediocre at best and very limited, and the printer on the business center was nonfunctioning (I emailed the counter who printed our boarding passes). However, the room and common areas were clean and well ventilated. The price was reasonable for the accommodations. I understand that this hotel shines over the local competition.

The individuals working here go above and beyond to insure a positive experience. A special shout out to Mitch who works extra hard to accommodate all guest. Overall facility was clean, quiet area, felt safe in the environment.

Will never stay here again got overcharged by $50 and told there was nothing they could do about it. Room was smelly and toilet didn't work. Will not stay here again I will choose to spend my money elsewhere next time.

Door handle to pool area missing. This means you had to reach into a hoe in a metal door to access the pool. Dining area used as a storage closet. There was a wire rack being used to store paper goods and old fixtures in the dining area.

We choose this hotel due to location no pricing. I usually try to get BW plus hotels and this one is a good one. We stayed in a two queen room and the beds filled the room and left little extra space, but that was ok. The towels were large and fluffy. They featured a full hot breakfast with biscuits and gravy, sausages, pre cooked eggs and other cold items. The coffee and juices were good. Limited fruit available. Sweets, prepackaged and granola bars available also. Friendly welcoming staff and easy checkout.

The Coweta, OK Best Western Plus Hotel was not only beautiful, but the warm greeting and over the top friendliness of Mitch and Sarah was absolutely the best we have received! We are doing the Route 66 road trip and have stayed at Best Western hotels along the way. Mitch gave us a room upgrade and recommended a great place to eat. The entire place was impeccably clean, bed was great, soft sheets and large, softl towels. Full breakfast and the pool is open until 10PM. Mitch and Sarah obviously work very hard with all the responsibilities they have and do a great job! If you are anywhere near Tulsa, look up the Best Western Plus in Coweta, OK. Thanks again Mitch and Sarah! You could write a book on customer service!

Mitch and his front desk team are great! He had us checked in quickly and was quick and efficient when ever we requested anything. Nice quiet hotel away from the noise of Tulsa. yet close enough to restaurants and attractions for a quick drive.

Myself and my grandchildren stayed at this hotel and we were extremely pleased with the rate and the accommodations. Very clean and the staff was very friendly. We used the pool and it was clean and well maintained. Overall our stay was wonderful. Would highly recommend.

No hot breakfast is available yet, due to the COVID, but they did have hot coffee and a brown bag to go with water, fruit bar, banana and a muffin. Plenty of convenient places to to eat, some within walking distance.

I am Marine Vet. as Mitch and wife not only help me get the military discount but also help me locate eating places in town.With eating place inside was shut-down because of cover-19 Mitch even made me a cup hot tea as it was very cold checking-in. Never had hotel staff do that.My visit was sad do to a funeral but customer service was outstanding*** Note: if a company takes care of its staff, the employee will take care of its customers*

My family tested positive for Covid but I was negative and immunocompromised. So, I had to be away from them on Christmas. I spent 7 days there and the staff was amazing! Mitch, Megan and Rania were all so helpful and kind and amazing! Being away from my family was incredibly difficult, but they made it a little easier. They checked on me and made sure I had everything. I can't say enough about the staff and all they did for me during this trying time. The hotel was so clean and all social distancing was followed. I would recommend this hotel many times over! I appreciate Mitch and Megan so much for all they did to make my stay bearable during Christmas!

I had a pleasant experience working with Mitch. I drive a big rig for a living and he had guided me where I can park and was quite pleased they accept CLC. His personality was excellent, even asked how my room was. The room was quite nice and very clean. I would certainly stay here once again.

Great rooms and Mitch had me checked in super quick! Arby's and sonic are next door. Looks very new and everything I've seen is very clean throughout inside and outside. Don't hesitate to stay here...

If you are doing a staycation go on into broken arrow. This hotel does not give advertised amenities! It is clean but if you are taking family and planning to have breakfast and pool it is under expectation. No breakfast at all grab bag is water apple and muffin! Pool is limited!

The staff(Mitch & Reena) was very attentive to all my needs and provided excellant customer service. I had a special request and was completely satisfied with how it was handled at this Best Western Hotel.

Our High School volleyball team stayed at this hotel along with parents and grandparents. Together we occupied twelve rooms. Everyone thought it was a wonderful place to stay. They were very accommodating and we all enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay at this hotel when we come back for next years tournament.

We live full time in our motorhome. We had an issue with our motorhome and it had to go into the shop for repair. We were told the part had to be ordered and it would be 2 weeks or more before it would come in. We became desperate to find a place that would let us stay long term and bring a cat. After several calls we were excited that the Coweta Best Western was able to take us immediately and our cat was permitted. We stayed 17 days and we were treated as family. We especially liked the free washer and dryer that was available to guests. Thanks to all of their employees that help make our stay stress free.

The hotel is clean, beautiful and the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful. I'd recommend this Best Western to anyone. The pool and fitness center weren't open while I was there, but it looked beautiful. Great Hotel!

The accommodations were just right and the location was quiet. But the most impressive part of our stay was the friendliness of the staff. They were very helpful and kind. They made us feel welcome and we look forward to returning. Highly recommend a stay here if you are in the Tulsa area!

I had to stay in an emergency situation and was alone and I'm in a wheelchair. I called ahead to ask if someone could please help get me and my overnight bag into the hotel. They went above and beyond to help me! The desk clerk on duty when I arrived came out and got my wheelchair out and took me in to check in. Then she got me everything I'd need and moved furniture to make the room more wheelchair friendly. Later that evening I had an issue with water getting out of the shower on to the floor and surrounding my wheelchair. I called the front desk and explained my situation to the next lady on shift and she came to help me. She already knew I might need help because the lady that helped me at check in told her about me and that I might need help. In the morning she came to take me down to breakfast, and even put my socks and shoes on for me because my injuries don't allow my body to bend that far. When it was time to check out the next shift desk clerk and a lady from housekeeping came to help me. They took me to my van and put my wheelchair and bag in for me. Every single employee that helped me went above and beyond their job to make things easy and comfortable to me. Excellent hotel and excellent service! Good breakfast too with a variety of items. If you're ever in need of a place to stay and in the area, they have my recommendation!!

Room was quiet and spacious. Nice size refrigerator and the TV is very large. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the Mexican restaurant across the parking lot. That was really handy. Also not too far from a grocery store and a Walmart.

Nice and comfortable stay. The. Name threw me off as it states Cowetas first hotel...I was like YIKES this place is old but it was just the opposite! The hotel is new and this is the towns first hotel. Cleaning personnel were very friendly and wanted to make sure our stay was excellent.

The staff was horrible! They were rude, condescending, and acted like caddy children rather than adults. I will never stay there again. They were totally unprofessional and treat is all like we were a burden rather than paying guests. No, I didn't call asking for things, or complaining about things. They witnessed one of my children fall at the pool and immediately began trying to get rid of us and making things look like our fault. Child is fine and we never even brought the issue to their attention.

If you are out between Tulsa and Muskogee and need a place to stay this place is great. Awesome rooms, nice décor and nice size. All the employees were very nice and helpful. Close to some very good restaurants and all the little towns around.

Overnight business trip. Easy to find location. Check in smooth and effortless. Rooms clean. WiFi as expected for small town but still serviceable. Breakfast hot and fresh with large selection to choose from. Check out quick and effortless. Only issue was AC in meeting room would not effectively cool the room. Price higher than expected for location.

The hotel is new and has been well maintained. It is a good value in the Tulsa area. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. It is a great location particularly if you are heading for trhe turnpike to go to eastern Oklahoma or Arkansas.

Doing a craft fair in a nearby town. Nice hotel and staff. The indoor pool is just what we needed after a hot day. The breakfast was well stocked and filling. No smoking and no nearby liquor store though.

Our son lives in Coweta, so we travel down here regularily! Every Visit has been PERFECT! Good Breakfast, Great Staff, and the hotel looks brand new, still!! Restaurants and taverns are close enough to walk!

Friendly receptionist but my room was not cleaned when asked and I had to sleep on soiled sheets. I was not compensated points or anything else because of this situation and so I decided to move two different chain of hotels

The lady at the Best Western Plus in Muskogee, OK called this location to see if they had two rooms since they were all booked up. They got us all set up over the phone and were waiting with a smile when we arrived 20 minutes later. The lady in Coweta was super nice as well. The hotel was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and my family enjoyed the hot complimentary breakfast. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to all travelers in the area.

Nice room and super comfortable bed. Stayed 5 nights and cant remember when I slept better. Miss Reena is a breath of fresh air and so helpful that I will come and stay again if I am in the area. My room had a sofa and was nice sized. Refigerator and micro wave in the room. Huge flat screen tv. Amenities and breakfast are great.

In a room next to the room with a jacuzzi. Extremely inconvenient because the valves were located in my room. They entered my room on a Saturday night waking me up, early Sunday and Monday morning, over 18 times over a three day and 3 hour period.

My mother and I spent 4 nights at the Best Western in Coweta and were very pleased with our accommodations. The hotel is located just off of highway 51, so convenient access into Coweta and a short drive up the highway to Broken Arrow or Tulsa. The lobby was clean and nicely decorated, with water and coffee service always available. There are nice sitting areas in the lobby, including tables for breakfast service. One great perk was an indoor pool. I was visiting family and their little ones enjoyed a swim one evening during our visit. The pool is heated and fully enclosed, so can be used year-round. There are a couple of tables and lounge chairs around the pool, along with towels, safety rings and it was very clean and nicely maintained. We booked a 2 queen room on the second floor. The bedding and pillows were so comfortable - we slept like babies! The room was clean and included an iron/ironing board, nice size television, microwave, mini-fridge (larger than we expected...good size!), a single-cup coffee brewing station and a desk area great for business travel or for having an in-room meal. There was an upholstered chair and bench as optional seating. The bathroom included basic toiletries and a hair dryer, with plenty of towels for 2 people. Hot water was plentiful and water pressure was great! To a person, every staff member was friendly, helpful and approachable. One recommendation: the height of the beds presented a challenge for my mom. She is about 5'3" and in her 70's and found it challenging to get into the bed. We wondered if the accessible rooms have lower bed heights, but perhaps a foldable step stool in-room or at the front desk for those of us who are height/age challenged. ;) Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

Hotel was nice and clean very organized, staff was kind and helpful. I will stay here every time I come thru. Great feeling in the lobby and breakfast area. Very modern look. Also has clean indoor pool area and conference rooms.

I was in Coweta for a family wedding and stayed a night here. It's got really great rooms and lobby, everything is very clean and luxurious. Nice big TV, fast WiFi. Service is very good as well. Thanks!

The beds were comfortable, the front desk staff were pleasant and fast, but the condition of the pool caused me to doubt the cleanliness of the entire property. The entire pool area smelled like a combination of sweat and wet dog. The water was very cloudy and had clumps of black, curly hair floating in it. I actually was struggling not to gag from the odor. I'm concerned it may have been a health hazard.

The owner is very accommodating and the staff was wonderful! I would stay here again! We had a group stay here for a soccer tournament and we had an early game. The owner was there and had breakfast ready for us at 6 am on Saturday even though breakfast was not suppose to start until 7 on weekends! She was great!

The hotel was a perfect place to stay for a wedding. The rooms were comfortable, friendly staff, and a nice breakfast. My husband and I loved the comfortable bed with great sheets and pillows. We travel alot, so it makes a big difference. We have become new fans of Best Western Plus!

This is a fabulous hotel. Very clean. Staff was exceptional. The hotel is new and has a beautiful modern decor. Great complimentary breakfast. Located right off Highway 51. Also suggest Senor Salsa for a wonderful place to eat.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. This was a good value in a location that has long needed a hotel. It has a pool, a breakfast buffet, and the the rooms were fairly large. I think it's particularly a good option for families.

Whenever we come to visit family in the area, it is so nice to have a friendly/clean/comfortable place to lay our heads at night. The rooms are nicely decorated, lots of pillows, well lit bathroom, TV and internet work well. Staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast cannot be beat with many hot and cold choices and ample seating! There is an indoor pool, but we did not use it. The parking lot is well lit and just next door is an Arby's in case you need a quick meal or late night ice cream run! Very excited to have an upscale lodging in Coweta!

Best Western has turned out to be our most frequent choice when traveling and Coweta's tops them all. Being fairly new, we expected everything to look sharp and we were not disappointed. Top notch service provided us with a great experience. Reena was the perfect welcomer, making our checking go smoothly and feeling good about service there. Our electronic room key didnt work but I think I was the culprit keeping it next to my cell phone but Reena quickly responded and got us new keys and even insisted on helping carry some of our handbags into the room for us. Everything was clean and as should be. refrigerator in the room, tv, beds very comfortable.Very roomy. Breakfast was excellent. Yogurt, sausage patty, didn't try the eggs. but the did have a sort of healthy flax belgian waffle batter so I tried that and it was delicious with sugar free syrup. Wife said her biscuit and gravy was very good. We had fun with the fireplace in the lobby with its artificial fire from the coals appearing to send heated flames upward. Decided to take a picture and ended up with glowing hands and face, definitely a Kodak moment. All in all a great choice for a place to stay.

Upon arriving, we were greeted by Reena, the owner. She made us feel so welcome from the start. Beds & pillows were comfy, rooms were spacious, breakfast was tasty (must try Becky's omelettes)! Thank you for a wonderful stay!! If we are ever back in the area, we know where we will be staying!

This was our second stay in this hotel; both stays were very pleasant. The staff here is super friendly & helpful. I'm unsure if hotel is newer, or if it has been renovated, but it smells new! The rooms are clean and welcoming, and all the desired conveniences are available. We have family in the area, and were somewhat apprehensive about type of lodging that would be available. Very happy to have found this place!

New hotel.with clean, comfortable rooms, beds, and pillows. Very friendly staff, close to restaurants and gas stations, and safe! Good free breakfast with omelets offered on certain days, prepared to order (I stayed on a day where this wasn't offered but I thought it was a nice touch.). This will be the go to when I'm in the area.

I highly recommend best Western in Coweta Oklahoma. We stayed for Thanksgiving and this was our first time to stay at the hotel, we have family in town. The service, the front desk, the breakfast, the room staff, the maintenance guy everyone there was pleasant helpful and great service to us. The hotel itself is clean and has great accommodations for family and if you plan to stay for a while. I highly recommend.

The Best Western was wonderful. The staff made our stay the best. This is our second visit and will stay here again. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcomed us. They not act as if we a disruption to their day.

Have stayed in no better hotel overall than this facility. Hotel staff was the key to a most pleasant stay. During our stay clean was the order of the day. We have never been treated better at any hotel in any location. If you are anywhere near coweta Oklahoma stop and stay at Coweta's First Hotel.

We were completely satisfied with our visit. The breakfast was one of the better ones we have had. It seemed new and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful when we were trying to find a place to eat.

This hotel has the most amazing staff. Becky and Kristy Are so friendly and always had a smile. Becky made fresh omelets every morning. This hotel gives you more bang for your buck. Very clean and affordable.

I've stayed in this hotel twice within the last couple years. Once when it was brand new in 2015, and again in Sept 2017. The owner (Rena) is a wonderful host who runs her hotel very professionally. Even though the hotel is the only one in Coweta, its cleanliness, services and professional staff are better than most hotels I've stayed in. This stay, the front desk attendant, Biena (sp?) was exceptionally welcoming. I felt right at home the whole visit.

The staff was very friendly and greeted our party with beautiful smiles. At breakfast, I heard an offer to make an omelet to order. How often do you see that? The room was very good, clean and well maintained. I can easily recommend a stay here to anyone.

From the moment I walked into the hotel I was greeted by Bina, with hospitality beyond belief. I had, had a long day of traveling and was weary from the road, but she totally understood and accommodated me. I was scheduled for a standard room but because of certain issues beyond their control, She assisted me in upgrading me to suite Room. Which I was highly impressed. I am a Hilton member traveler and never thought I would stay at a Best Western. But after this experience, I have to say that this hotel takes no back step from Hilton/ Hampton Inn Whatsoever, in fact I would prefer over the Hilton based on Price, amenities or hospitality! next trip

The check-in was very good. The clerk over the phone went out of her way to get us a room for the wedding at the wedding discount. The when we checked in the clerk was very nice and helpful. The room was very nice, clean, smelled good and actual felt clean. All the staff we encountered was very friendly and engaged in conversation with us each time. The breakfast was great, fresh and plenty of food. The breakfast closed at 10:00 and at 9:45 they refilled all the food. That was amazing. Great experience and would definitely stay again.

When I first came to look at the Hotel before booking my stay over a month before my stay, I was met by a very nice, friendly person at the front desk named Monica Bingley. I learned she was the head housekeeper and just working the front desk to fill in for someone. She was polite and courteous and showed me around the hotel and explained all about the services it offered. She went above and beyond by taking me outdoors to show me where I could exercise my service dog after someone came to take over the front desk duties. Since I had to be on a solid surface while he was on grass she showed me how I could go to the east side of the parking lot to exercise him in the grassy area beyond it and let him take care of business. It also had a pretty little wetlands in it. Monica was the reason I booked my stay at this hotel. During my stay Monica and Becky Davis from housekeeping were friendly, polite and always gave excellent service keeping my room clean and well stocked with towels etc. Becky also makes excellent, made to order omelets when the breakfast buffet is open. Other workers where Christy, front desk supervisor and housekeeping, Ken , front desk, Bina, front desk, and Reena, night manager, all were friendly, polite and helpful. Reena solved any problem that arose quickly and professionally. Therefore, I can say due entirely to your excellent staff I rated my stay as excellent and would recommend this hotel to others.

I was very pleased with this hotel. From the very beginning I felt at home. The two girls at the front desk named Beena and Christy were absolutely AMAZING. They went above and beyond.. I have never had such friendly service.

We have stayed at this hotel twice due to electrical and then plumbing issues at home. They are always friendly and helpful. The room is clean and the king size bed we had was very comfortable. They have a nice pool and they serve breakfast which is very good.

Very friendly staff. We needed an extra hour to have time to get ready for a family funeral. Reena was very accommodating. We were able to keep our room as needed without any hassle or extra charges..

Reena went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. All of the staff was outstanding!!! These are the cleanest and the most well kept rooms that I have ever been at.

This is a nice hotel and will likely stay here again when visiting the area. The staff was nice and helpful and we experienced no problems during our stay, The area was safe and convenient being just off the highway and there were some restaurants nearby

My wife and I stayed here on 5/26/17 on our way from Mississippi to the west coast. This was a very comfortable hotel and the stuff was polite and friendly. We would definetely stay here again. Everything was clean.

Staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 nights and didn't want our room cleaned however, housekeeping made sure we had extra towels and trash bags. Front desk staff was. Eye friendly and helpful.

Room was spacious and very clean. There isn't another hotel in Coweta so they really don't have to be on their toes but you would think they had a half-dozen competitors within shouting distance! The mattress was extremely comfortable--Tough to find for a couple of 60 year olds! The breakfast buffet was above average with food for everyone's diet. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The after-hours snack area is a great touch. We will definitely stay there again the next time thru.

We have stayed here several times since they opened and we always enjoy how clean, friendly and convenient this hotel is. If you are looking for an affordable, nice place, with great breakfast and a pool, this is it!

I have used the hotel two years in a row for my son's birthday. It is very reasonable to rent a hotel room and their meeting room. We hooked up our Xbox so the boys could play on the giant projector screen. We bring in our own food. The indoor pool is also available for use. The staff are very friendly. The free breakfast is very satisfying.

The Hotel was very nice and clean. The check-in staff was friendly and efficient. High Speed internet worked without issue and was easy to connect to. Our only complaint is that the bed was very uncomfortable and the bedding texture was very rough.

Very wonderful to be accepted and greeted with kindness at the front desk by Kristi. Made my partner and I welcomed. The room was upgraded to a King Suite and we loved how quite and peaceful it felt to be together. Very clean and tidy, still smells new and well maintained in our suite. Wish every hotel was as nice as Coweta's 1st Hotel. Enjoyed it as a couple and will definitely be back for much more needed rest.

We stayed the night at the hotel for a short spring break get a way. The rooms were nice and clean the service was excelent! The breakfast had plenty of choices and was yummy! Kristi Roberts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We will defiantly be back!!

I stay at Best Western in Coweta Ok in December of 2016 for 6 nights..I was greeted with the most friendliest front desk clerk.. She was absolutely wonderful.. . I was checked in and in my room within 10 mins. Breakfast was outstanding! Rooms were very clean.. Would highly recommend staying in this hotel.

I have family that live in that area. So for cleanses and Comfort and good service. I get a lot of use out of the swimming pool while I'm there as well. That is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in .

I hope Best Western knows what an asset they have in their manager Reena. From reservation to check out she was on the job and working . . . we saw her at the desk, in the breakfast room and helping out cleaning rooms so that the maids could get home for their Thanksgiving dinners. Other than that, the hotel is top notch--clean, new, modern, good breakfast, nice bedding and pillows. Due to the fact that it was Thanksgiving week, there were many families in the hotel and we were surrounded by children that were running and screeching in their rooms, plus the usual noisy Friday night late comers which disturbed our sleep. Obviously there is nothing that can be done about that. All in all, it was a great stay. Well done BW . . .we will be back!!

Our extended family members have stayed here since it first opened. It is consistently one of the nicest hotels we stay in. The location is great, close to Broken Arrow and Tulsa. The staff welcomes you like family (family that is happy to see you??). The owners and staff members work hard to maintain a high level of quality customer service. We look forward to staying here every time we visit our Oklahoma family.

Booked this on a spur of the moment, last minute trip. Recently bulit, it still has the "new" feeling to the lobby and the rooms, and everything is very nice. Front desk was very helpful upon check-in. Kudos to Reena, the Day Manager. Made sure our room was clean, and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Staff was also helpful in telling us where the good places to eat were located (but thats a separate review). The location is a few miles from Tulsa, but there are a lot of places to dine around the area. You might miss it coming from the NW, as it kind of "hides" behind the Arby's and Sonic. Breakfast in the morning at the self serve bar included cereal, waffles, juice, sausage, bacon, eggs, biscuits, and gravy. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to spend the night.

This was the first time I've ever stayed @ a hotel in this small town. I have stayed @ many Best Westerns over the years & this location is hands down the BEST Best Western I've EVER stayed in. The mattress was hands down the MOST comfortable mattress I've EVER slept on as was the pillows. My stay was only two days, but we had to send some of our employees up there for work & they stayed for 30 days. They too said it was the best sleep they had in years. They also loved the morning breakfast that's part of your stay. And they loved that they had washer/dryers on the premises to do their laundry weekly. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The lady who was working the front desk the day I checked in (I believe her name was Marissa) was the friendliest, kindest woman I've ever met. I truly felt like I was staying @ a resort @ $1500 per night & not at a hotel chain for less then $200 per night!

We always try to stay at Best Western when we have to book a room, because I do not have to bother with reading the reviews, I know that Best Western is always clean and comfortable. This stay was no different. The only thing that wasn't quite up to the par was the breakfast, it wasn't very warm, and all of us guest had to constantly wait on food, the staff was pretty slow about refilling, I could tell other guest was growing impatient.

A wonderful place to stay with a caring and helpful staff. The rooms were big and roomy. The bed and the pillows were extremely comfortable. All the employees were so very nice and made you feel at home.

My stay at the Best Western was magnificent. The room was amazing. The theatre was lovely. The management and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great area for restaurants. I plan to stay there again next time we come to Coweta.

We needed to check in extremely early and there was only a small fee to do that. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. Nice dining area for breakfast and to meet with family.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel and this last stay was for 5 nights. I would have to give this hotel a 5 star rating. The continental breakfast was great with many selections to choose from! No need to take the family to a local restaurant for breakfast. Unless you are finicky picky, you wont go away hungry. The staff was superlative in helpfulness. The room AC was cold enough to snow even though it was 100+ outside (ok the snow thing is a slight exaggeration but it was cold when we needed it!). Rooms are nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. If you are staying anywhere near Coweta, OK you wont go wrong on this hotel!

I called the hotel and got a quote of $90 plus tax for double room. .. we arrive and get to the room to find its flooded. So thankfully the hotel had another room they could put up in. They upgraded us to the king suite... but then charged my charged $125. Yes, $35 increase, but not my fault the first room was flooded. Hotel is too pricey for the town, drive to Tulsa and save!

Our first stay in this still looking new "Coweta's 1st Hotel" for this visit. After a four night stay my observations are fabulous King bed and bedding, nice big flat screen with a bunch of cable channels, big room with easy temp adjustment, coffee, hairdryer, iron, microwave and fridge. Free washer/dryer use just buy the $4 detergent. Limited parking was full Friday night. Decent hot breakfast standard fare. Arbys, Sonic, & good Mexican food a short walk from the lobby.

The Best Western Plus in Coweta, OK was wonderful. The hotel had great curb appeal. It was very clean and inviting. The staff was very nice and attentive. The breakfast was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The front desk clerk was congenial, friendly, efficient, and helpful in every way during check in and all during our stay. The lady leading the cleaning staff was equally as helpful. The facility and room were exceptionally neat and clean. The decor was pleasant and current in style. The beds were extremely comfortable so we slept easily. Overall, wonderful experience. Staff very friendly and professional. They made us feel very welcome and addressed any concerns immediately. It would be great if the hotel would place a sign outside and some type of billboard along the route......we drove right pass the hotel.

A Blessing for this area! Beautiful home away from home! Many years of travel and I've never experienced the "you are at home" feeling that I've received here. The staff are just simply Amazing! Kristy(maybe spelled wrong) and Marisa(maybe spelled wrong) are absolutely a Blessing! The breakfast is just "Awe!" Really? Biscuits and gravy and the eggs....well you just have to try them and you will see they are not "typical" Continental breakfast eggs. Don't want to listen to Tulsa traffic.... Driving a few miles is more than worth it!

Love this new hotel, the staff went above and beyond. Nice room, good breakfast and nice pool. The only thing we missed was having a hot tub. We often go to Coweta to visit family and we will be back!

I held my son's birthday party at the hotel. They were able to swim prior to enjoying the theater room we rented that night. The boys loved playing Xbox on the giant projection screen. All the staff was informative and provided great customer service. The hotel was very clean and quiet. My only complaint was the pool was too cold for my son to enjoy. The staff even checked the pool temp (it was 82) and said that was what it was supposed to be. It was a tad chilly for me and the other boys, but we were able to get used to it.

By far one of the nicest and cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Great beds, all the tv channels worked and were crystal clear. Very nice bathrooms and showers. Great amenities and very reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend this hotel; and if I'm ever back that way again, I'll definitely be staying here.

The hotel is beautiful with a really cool color scheme. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. There are several restaurants close by and Tulsa is only thirty minutes away. The only negative thing is that it was noisy. We could hear the people next door messing around in their room (wrestling maybe) and talking loudly. Also, if someone in the hall shut their door, you could hear the slam. It was pretty full when we were there so maybe if you go when it's not so busy the noise wouldn't be a problem.

My husband and I visited Coweta to see our daughter and her family for a week. This is a great place to stay!! It is very clean and the staff was so friendly. Every request was answered quickly and with a smile!!

Was in town attending a wedding and the drive was too long for a day trip. Had the opportunity to stay at this Best Western with my bestie! The hotel is incredibly beautifully remodeled. Both the interior and exterior are cleanly, modernly designed, very beautiful and picturesque. For a Best Western the rooms were fabulous! We had a slight issue in our room and the staff quickly moved us to another. We had a slight issue in that room and the staff was quick to act! The staff was so incredibly friendly and accommodating. To make up for everything, they let us watch a movie on their theater room for free! We needed an extra hour for checkout due to my ride not being able to pick me up until noon and there was no problem. The breakfast was an average hot breakfast for the hotel chain. I will happily stay at this Best Western the next time I'm in Coweta! If you're in Coweta, book with them!

This is a new motel. The rooms are very clean well decorated. The internet worked well and was easy to connect to. Everything in the rooms worked properly. The staff was great. They were friendly, attentive, and ready to assist. The Breakfast was typically what you find in most motels but it was fresh and well stocked.

This is a great hotel with all the goodies in Coweta, OK. We needed a place to stay during a social function and this hotel was less than 100 per night with free breakfast. If you're going to Coweta, OK, this is the hotel to stay at. Its close, near everything, and very reasonably priced. Brand new too!

The exterior looked wonderful, the lobby is beautiful, but when we arrived at the room the floor had not been vacuumed or the bathroom dusted and wiped down. Very disappointing! We had a room with two beds and our daughter called unexpectedly to stay with us. They were very rude and charged extra for her to stay. We have stayed at other hotel chains and are charged by the room type, not the number of people in the room. A room with two beds sleeps up to 4...I guess that is not the case at this hotel...again, very disappointing.

The rooms were nice clean and comfortable. The amenities were in good order. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Indoor swimming pool was clean and warm. The breakfast bar of hot foods was an excellent way to start the day.

My group occupied 6 rooms. The service was above reproach. Breakfast was at or above expectations. Building still smells new. We used all the "extras" except the pool and theater. Would stay here again, and plan to for next year's activity which brought my group to town. Rooms were clean: Even the suites we occupied we well furnished and the staff made sure we got extra bedding.

Just a one night stay while overnighting in the Broken Arrow area. The property seemed nearle brand new to me. Room was top notch. Staff was superb. Breakfast above average. I would recommend to anyone.

This hotel is in my hometown and I had a friend from the OKC area come to visit for an extended weekend. We were treated SO well! First of all the rooms and facilities were beautiful and SPOTLESS! The breakfast was more than ample, and VERY good! We had another girlfriend come on Saturday night to have some snacks and play games. Our room didn't have a table to accommodate a board game, but we were allowed to take a couple of small tables in the corner of the breakfast area to discreetly set up our snack table (which we offered up to share with others that came through that evening....even the front desk attendant) and another table nearby for our game. The only glitch during our stay was on our first night. We had just changed into our pajamas and were heading for bed, when we realized that a fairly significant leak had begun in our bathroom under the sink. We called the desk, and before we knew it, we had someone at our door with a luggage carrier to get us moved down the hall. Start-to-finish, we were moved within 10 minutes. The most sincere of apologies were made, were accepted, and we were off to bed. By the way, the beds were WONDERFUL! They were the perfect combination of not too soft, not too hard,....they were just right! I, we, were so very pleased with our stay. I told each staff member we met that this was an establishment to be proud of! We had a tremendous stay!

This brand new hotel was equal to many of the higher priced places we have stayed in over the years in the nearby area. Coweta is only a short distance from Broken Arrow and Tulsa and if you are needing a place to stay in this area, we highly recommend this hotel. It is also conveniently located on Highway 51 making it easy to navigate to the surrounding area. We found the staff to be exceptionally friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The room was very clean, the bathroom was well lit, and the in-room flat screen TV was nice with free HBO and the refrigerator was a bonus. The breakfast area is very nice and well-stocked. A unique feature that we have not seen previously is the pseudo-fireplace at the entrance. We travel to this area at least three times a year to visit family and will continue to stay at this Best Western in Coweta.

I had a month-long stay due to a plumbing disaster at home. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The staff is superior in courtesy, friendliness, and helpfulness. The hotel is immaculately clean.

The hotel staff went above and beyond. We are in Tulsa for the local marathon and weren't able to attend the normal breakfast time, so one of the hotel staff gave us breakfast the night before so we could have a nice breakfast before our race. The room was very clean and had a good sized tv.

We had a wonderful stay at the Coweta Best Western while visiting our grandchildren. The hotel is clean with great staff. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool and fitness area was very good. Breakfast was excellent.

This was our first trip to Coweta and I was amazed at the outstanding accomodations, service and amenities offered at this hotel. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated courteously. Great lounging area in lobby, business center was easily accessible, full breakfast was delicious! We arrived at dinnertime and went right across the street for an amazing Mexican meal and returned to a delightful and beautifully-decorated hotel room. I will return some day!

We've stayed three times at BW Coweta since they've opened last month for more than one night each time. The entire staff has been courteous, understanding, helpful, and always has a smile on their faces, and each one looks you in the eye for a conversation. This says a lot to me about sincerity in providing professional service with excellence. From what I've seen, everyone treated equally here, same smile, same courtesy and same small-town comfort. Very clean, very easy to get to yet not right off the highway (no traffic noise to fall asleep to), lots of shopping within 10 miles (very easy to get to, no turnpike fees), two fast food restaurants within walking distance (right in front of the hotel, actually). We will stay here again when visiting!

My room was very clean and spacious liked have free WiFi and a USB plug on my bed side clock. Loved the fireplace its a must see, I've never seen one like it. Breakfast bar was great love the make your own waffle. Indoor pool was warm with the changing color light in it so cool night swimming.
