I would rate our overall experience as a 9.5. The carpet in room was old but everything else good. The adjoining restaurant was excellent. I rated sleep quality lower only because I do not like the new shorter, square pillows that BW has changed to. Bed was very comfortable.

I'll always stay at a Best Western Hotel. The rooms were very clean and nice. Property was clean outside. Even the people whom stayed next to use came out the next morning and was very friendly. This stay was our first time being in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

My stay was very pleasant with great staff and service, the City Cafe was great with enormous portions. It was located right off of interstate 75 which caused easy access to the highway. The point reward system and. Other reward benefits also make it worth while staying with BW

This was just a one night stay and the hotel proved to tick virtually all the boxes with the exception of a tv that didn't work and a toaster in the morning that should be condemned to the bin and replaced with a new one immediately! Lovely clean room and bathroom with lots of nice fresh towels and loads of hot water.. Staff very friendly and location great for our trip down to Atlanta. MInor complaints but they did stop me giving this hotel 5 stars. That said, please don't hesitate to use this Best Western because I would definitely stay here again.

Horrible experience! Upon arrival was told my reservation was cancelled, which was inaccurate. Did not receive the King sized room we booked, instead was put in a double. Was charged THREE times for the one room. Told we'd have to wait 3-15 days for a refund. When trying to explain to the receptionist Tracy, she laughed and apologized. I don't think being charged 3 times for one stay is funny . Also the tub and bathroom sink barely drained. Would NOT recommend and DEFINITELY will not return. Will never stay at another Best Western.

This is an older hotel but was very clean with excellent service. We had a long day driving and appreciated the access to the room. The attached restaurant was excellent. It was reasonably priced and we could not have asked for better service.

The best western in Chattanooga was very accommodating. We had everything we needed and the employees were super nice..I was very shocked to check in to find that we had 3 beds in our room. We will definitely be visiting again

"Worst stay ever."

If you want to get sleep I wouldn't recommend staying here. We were on the road all day and decided to stop to get some rest before driving the rest of the way. Nobody could get any sleep. Between the paper thin walls and hearing our neighbors who were up all night in and out slamming their door and laughing loudly, somebody continuously beeping their car lock button all night, people out in the parking lot revving their engines like it was a car show, police in the parking lot searching somebody, probably due to the strong smell of weed throughout the walkway area, and ambulance, fire trucks, and police sirens racing by ALL night. All the noise and on top of that the bathroom floor being filthy made for a really unpleasant stay. This was clearly a party hotel. Waste of money.

This motel was selected as it was area we wanted to be in on our trip to Chattanooga. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And I mean helpful and friendly. Room was little out dated and not enough seating but staff quickly solved the problem although the chair they brought was uncomfortable the solved the problem. Restaurant that was attached was good. With quick service. Over all I would stay here again

"Nice quick place to stay"

We were travel as a group of 4 adults and needed a quick place for the night. We found this location near the interstate and was pleased with the establishment. No free breakfast here, but you get a discount on the attached diner. The room was nice and clean.

"Not for a business traveler"

The overall appearance of this hotel is dingy and unkempt. The lobby, in the pictures on the website, appears to be moderate in size and nice enough to meet a potential business representative. WRONG!If remodeled, it was poorly done. The attached City Cafe will give you large portions of and charge you a large price. Howver the quality is very lacking. Hope you don't mind sleeping on crackling plastic.

"Thin walls, loud neighbors"

We were not a huge fan of this place. The check-in lady was very nice, but the room was not ideal. Stains on the bedsheets, the shower wouldn't drain, the walls are VERY thin. There is a truck stop directly beside the hotel, so the noise is pretty loud. I'm not usually one to complain, but we were just not too happy here, we actually went to a different hotel the next night.

"Overpriced"

Carpets need to be replaced in rooms. Towels were threadbare. Bathroom door needed to be painted. There is soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower. Barely got anything out of them. There is a restaurant adjacent to the hotel that is open 24 hours. Food was good. 10% discount if you show your room key. Room is overpriced for what you get.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very attentive. The City Café was a definite plus. Only got a 4 because of noise from the highway and the parking. I was able to park by my room but I consider myself lucky. I would stay there again.

"Agree with others...clean, comfortable and loud"

On two busy highways. Café attached to hotel has just about any food you would want with huge portions, especially dinner. Room was a little dated, especially the bathroom. Suggest asking for room away from roadway. Large place where you can park in front of your room if you like that sort of thing. Convenient to I-75 just 7 miles north of I-24 split.

"Clean, comfortable, average."

This hotel is an average property. It is clean, conveniently located next to the highway. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Stayed in a room with 3 double beds which would be great for a family with multiple children. Air conditioner struggle to keep room cool but it was not bad enough to complain. Overall, a decent property at a decent price.

Me and my wife stayed for our honeymoon. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is very courteous and was helpful with all our requests. We will definitely come back for another visit. Also give the City Cafe a try that is located in the hotel.

"Clean but loud"

We had a room on the second floor facing the road. It was clean but we barely slept due to all the road noise. Even over the AC unit we could hear every single car and motorcycle going by thanks to the massive single pane window facing the street. If you stay here see if they have any rooms available not facing the road.

Motel needs updated. Carpets were stained. You could see light around the door. Seemed very busy when we were there. Bathroom floors were not very clean. There were dead wasps in the corners. Restaurant was awesome.

Our first ugly surprise was no elevator. One of our party was handicapped and it was a struggle to get to our room on the second floor. The carpet in the stairwell was nasty beyond belief. But the negatives stop there. Our rooms were clean and colorful. Now for the positives: the attached restaurant was clean and friendly and the breakfast was really nice. The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean, and decor colorful. I left something in the room and when I tried to call about it I was put on hold immediately three times, cut off twice and just not answered twice. This was 6-9 PM so there is no excuse. 7 calls and no contact is ridiculous. It isn't paradise, but if I had to, I would stay here again.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was quiet and the staff were great. The breakfast was wonderful also and staff at breakfast were great. Very caring and considerate. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would go back again.

We were looking for a pet friendly hotel while traveling from FL to MN. Typically Best Western's are very nice. Maybe because we got a pet friendly room, it was dated and it was a challenge closing the door on the bathroom portion that had a tub and toilet because it was so small. Very noisy with traffic on two sides and a gas station in the back. It was nice to pull up to your door and bring stuff in, and the restaurant had good food and reception was excellent. But not enough reasons to stay here again going through Chattanooga.

"We love this hotel and restaurant!"

The hotel is clean, freshly remodeled, quiet, and comfortable. The City Diner attached to it is worth the stop. This is our third stop in Chattanooga over the last couple years, and we look forward to staying here, and dining at City Diner. We have now stayed in multiple areas of the hotel, makes no difference, all of the rooms have been clean and comfortable. The lobby is real nice, the staff is friendly and helpful. The price is a value in the area, and you get a discount at the diner by showing your room key. We are always just passing through when we stop, but we look forward to the stop each time.

"Mini Vacation with the family"

We enjoyed our stay very much! The hotel staff was always very friendly and courteous! Rooms were clean and the pool area was a big hit! We will definitely stay again. We stayed in the 3 bed family suite and it was plenty of room for all of us. We highly recommend you eat at least once at the City Cafe located in the hotel lobby. Very delicious!

Best Western has succeeded in updating their brand for the 21st century. Their check in and check out process is smooth and streamlined. It takes no time. It's wonderful. The room decor is updated and modern. Love the rewards program. Will only stay at Best Westerns the next time I have the opportunity to travel.

Jimmy greeted us with a smile and right away made us feel welcomed, but not pressured. The lobby was clean and tidy. We had supper at the City Cafe Diner. Great portions, friendly service, great quality, very tasty, fair prices, and AMAZING DESSERTS! This is not a greasy spoon diner. A huge menu and we were not disappointed. The drain in the tub didn't drain well and the bathroom walls could use some TLC, but we would definitely stay here again if in the area. I wish the hotel was closer to the 24/75 interchange, but it wasn't too far east. Very comfortable beds, clean and soft towels, and a cold fridge. Would have liked a luggage rack/stand in the room.

I was there last August during the first weekend and there was some loud and obnoxious group there to attend a wrestling event. The group was rude, loud, and many were obviously under the influence of something. Would not stay here again knowing the hotel welcomes this clientele.

We've been to Chattanooga a few years ago and remembered this Best Western because it is close to the Interstate and has a wonderful restaurant called City Cafe there. Once again we were not disappointed. The room was clean and the bed and pillows comfortable for a good nights sleep. The bathroom is a little small but who needs a huge bathroom anyhow? The staff was friendly and accommodating. This is our go to hotel when in the area and have told our friends and family about it. The City Cafe has great food and a great value. The desserts are huge and close to 35 pies and cakes to choose from. Fair warning, if you want breakfast on Sunday walk down early because a lot of local people eat there also.

We have stayed here before and once again, we had a great stay. Desk staff is very friendly and made check in and out very easy. They made sure we had the quiet, ground floor room we'd requested. The microwave and fridge are very useful and although the hotel does not provide breakfast the attached restaurant is very good and reasonable.

A functional, reasonably priced overnight while travelling home from Florida.No breakfast provided but there is a restaurant on site. had a good breakfast for$20. I would recommend this hotel for travellers looking for quick on/off from I 75.

Not impressed with anything about my stay. Average room, in my opinion was not worth the cost. Stayed there in the past and it has gone downhill. Ate breakfast at the cafe and it was terrible. The food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. Will not stay there again.

We really appreciated the kind and considerate staff. Jimmy at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with answering any questions that I had for him. The restaurant built into the hotel was a pleasant change from the continental breakfast. "Clean, dog friendly, no breakfast, easy on wallet."

I booked at hotel website..best price. Asked for first floor room. Arrived around 10pm. The friendly Clerk had my keys ready! Check in took under a minute. Room was updated, clean and well appointed. Bathroom clean too. I found the bed uncomfortable, but that's probably just me. Heater works great! NO free breakfast here and potty places for the dog are few. I would stay here agin.

"Older, but comfortable - no free breakfast"

We stayed at the Best Western Heritage while making a return trip from Florida. We did not use any amenities other than the room and the 24-hr diner for breakfast. The rooms were old, but the bathrooms and beds had been updated. We slept comfortably, and the cost was reasonable. I felt that ads and other Trip Advisor comments were misleading, however, in that a free breakfast, now common at many Best Westerns was not offered. Instead, we were given a 10% discount at the diner attached to the hotel.

We stopped at the hotel on our way to Florida. Nice place. We got a room with 3 double beds! Very unusual for hotel rooms. The room was nice and clean. No breakfast is included. 10% discount at the attached restaurant. Room beside us had the tv loud. We reported it to the front desk, but nothing was done.

We chose this motel for an overnight to Chattanooga because of a recommendation to go to The City Diner Cafe, the restaurant inside the motel. It was delicious as we were told, and the staff was great. The motel itself was also nice. We had a nice room which was quite roomy and comfortable. We would stay there again.

My wife and I went on a week long trip on a spur of the moment decision last week and stayed at friends houses most of the time except for 3 nights. We stayed at Best Western all of the 3 nights. Best Western has the best value for the money spent. Sure I could complain about little things like most people do but all in all it was a great experience and I won't stay anywhere else if there is a Best Western close to where I am going.

"Just what we were looking for"

We were traveling with our dog and were put in a very convenient room on the ground floor next to a large expanse of grass. The room was spacious, clean, and beds very comfortable. Especially nice bed linen. The location, 6 miles east of city center, was a bit far from our main interests, the riverfront and Lookout Mountain but we found a couple restaurants nearby we were glad to visit. Having the City Grill next to the lobby was an extra bonus.

"Average BW with Exceptional Restaurant"

The Best Western front desk staff was very friendly and helpful (correcting a reservation problem from the BW phone system and alleviating traveler stress!). It is conveniently located to highways and pet-friendly (motel-style with outside room access), too. The rooms are a little worn, carpets soiled and smelly, (which is why I gave it 3 stars). BUT, the best part is the 24-hr attached diner-style restaurant!!! The dessert choices are phenomenal (see pics). Extensive menu, fresh food, clean kitchen (I peeked), fair prices. Spanikopita/spinach pie and salad were delicious; caramel and sampler cakes make the whole stay worth it - a destination/tradition in itself!

The hotel staff is courteous, friendly, explained everything about the hotel. The rooms were very clean and tidy and updated and the first floor rooms jetted tubs were relaxing. The hot breakfast was tasty with a variety to choose from. I was overall taken back by the whole experience, I definitely will be returning to this location. Room was very clean and the king bed was very comfortable. Had a late dinner at the restaurant, was good, got a lot, fast service. Front desk was friendly and very helpful. Location was great. Was right off the highway and a gas station right across the street, which made our morning easy as well.

Nov. 24, 2017 was our first stay at Best Western Heritage Inn in Chattanooga, but it will not be our last, The price was unbeatable. The service was excellent. The parking was perfect, and the room was marvellous! I love the City Cafe, where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with large portions at a very reasonable price. One of the best hotel experiences we have had in our many travels. We were simply overwhelmed.

My husband and I decided to travel to nearby Chattanooga back in April and booked a two night stay here based on seeing in Trip Advisor that it was a best value. I should have looked closer to realize that it wasn't in downtown Chattanooga. That was my first mistake. Instead it was about a 20-25 minute drive beyond Chattanooga to get there. My heart sunk upon driving up to the hotel because I knew that this wasn't the place I'd envisioned for us to stay. It was pretty close off the interstate in not so great a place to stay, in my opinion, and would have been loud as it was a drive up to the door style hotel. They were going through a remodel - desperately needed I might add! We had booked a king room, but when we looked at the room, it was tiny! Yes, it had a king bed but that was all that could be said for it. My husband ended up talking to the manager, and to their credit, they did let us out of the reservation without charging us anything. They told us that if they couldn't rent the room they'd charge us a one night stay, but apparently they did rent it because we weren't charged. Thankfully! They didn't have a restaurant but used one that was on the property, which nothing wrong with that, but it didn't look like any place I'd want to eat. Maybe the food was ok but the menu was so vast, it was overwhelming to read! Anyway, we ended up going back towards town that night, and even though we still weren't in downtown, it was a much nicer place to stay.

"Stay away"

This hotel had roaches in my room! One ran out from INSIDE the bed, under the covers!!! I checked in, then immediately checked out once I saw this. I was told that I needed to talk to a manager in the morning in order to get credited for the room. I called in the morning and was told that the managers do not work on weekends. I talked to Lisa and she assured that I would get my refund on my credit card and apologized for the room. I did receive a credit, but it took a week to post on my card.

Great restaurant - open 24 hours a day. attached to hotel, food is plentiful and well priced. Be sure to have a piece (slab) of cake for dessert. Rooms were clean, pool was secluded, location of hotel is right at a traffic light, leading to some traffic noise even if your room is in the back.

This is a good value. The room was clean, comfortable and fairly spacious. The staff were professional, courteous and helpful. However, no breakfast on site. There is a 24 hour restaurant on the property. The food is overpriced. Ex: cup of coffee $2.15. Thankfully, a few miles down the interstate there is a Waffle House. Over all a good place to stay just done expect breakfast. The restaurant may offer a discount to BW guests, but if they do I could not find mention of it on the menu.

I never do reviews on social media, however my experience at this hotel compels me to do so after filling out their satisfaction survey (they asked for this). This hotel was by far the worst hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. The room was downright terrible. The carpet was icky, smelled like they were farming mold, and the lovely tub had an exquisite film of funk lining it. We checked out that night. Tracy the manager of the location was a professional at customer dissatisfaction. Unyielding in her pursuit to make excuses to keep my money, it will be the last Best Western ever gets from me. Book with this hotel at your own risk.

Motel style layout. We had a suite room which was very roomy and comfortable. The unheated outdoor pool catches the sun & was very welcome even near the end of September. Although has restaurant onsite no breakfast is hidden cost making the room rate a bit in the high side.

We stayed going to and from Ohio. The rooms were spotless and the staff was excellent. They were understanding of our service dog. The price was the best in the area. The attached restaurant is excellent and there is a 10% discount.

The hotel offered no complimentary hot break or any breakfast though the charged the same price as other nearby hotels that do provide complimentary hot breakfast. I was not informed until check in which really upset me. All they offer was a discount at a restaurant, former Denny's, that clerks claim is owned by the company.

Great hotel stay. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Full service restaurant with extensive menu instead of a quick breakfast but a discount was offered to hotel guests. Friendly and efficient check in and check out. I definitely would stop there again if I was in the area.

We stayed here two nights with our two small children. We had a good room at the far end with a seperate bedroom. We loved the outdoor pool for our late afternoon swim. The diner was great for breakfast, and dinner was easily found a mile down the road.

I was staying in Chattanooga to visit my brother in the hospital who had evacuated from his home in Florida. I was very unfamiliar with the area. Jimmy and Lisa were very helpful in comforting me and in helping me find my way around the area. I couldn't have asked for more hospitality! The room and grounds were very clean and comfortable.Everyone treated me with the utmost respect. Thank you Best Western and the Chattanooga staff for a very pleasant stay.

Stayed here for a couple of days in September. Location is OK - about 20 minutes from downtown. Room is about what we expected but the bathroom was tiny and had just a toilet and a shower - the hand basin was outside in the bedroom. Not hugely hygienic! Beds are comfy, a/c works well as does the free WiFi. Car park is free and fills with trucks and vans mid evening so I guess the place is used buy working drivers. The pool is, in effect, in the car park so is not very private. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The adjoining cafe/diner is pretty good with reasonable prices. Good shopping mall within 5 minutes.

In the evacuation of Hurricane Irma this was in my escape route. The room was no problem. The location of the hotel was in a congested area and very difficult to enter property and parking was cramped. It was filled with evacuees, such as myself. Hotel was styled like a horrible Days Inn I stayed at one time. There was a 24 hr cafe at this property which was great.

After driving 17 hours from Delray Beach,Fl. we luckily found The Heritage Inn Best Western at 2:a.m. The room was very nice with double beds, a microwave and refrig. We were told we could only stay 2 nights. We then went to Nashville and returned two days later for another 2 day stay. As a world traveler, I must say this hotel has the nicest staff I ever came across. Tracey at the front desk is a Diamond in the Rough. She is so wonderful,helpful, and friendly that I bought her flowers at the end of my stay. What a lucky person the owner is to have such a great employee.. The Greek restaurant alongside the hotel is another plus. Great food and open 24 hours. All in all under the circumstances it made a hurricane stay much moe pleasant. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

"Dingy outdoor hotel"

Trucks constantly passing the place blowing horns, the room wasn't nearly as nice as a Hampton or equivalent hotel I have ever slept in. The bathroom was so small it didn't have a sink and mirror inside, and the bathroom door would not close/lock due to faulty knob.

Great value, but our room was close to the 24 hour diner that is part of this hotel. So after midnight we heard more and more people shouting, slamming car doors, etc. This motel needs more attention to soundproofing, with double glazed windows, etc.

Leisure stay. Met a very upbeat and courteous check in staff. All three of our days there were smoothly run days, rooms cleaned while we were gone, done well. Comfortable beds. Good coffee in room. No breakfast included, but nice diner with huge portions next door. Priced right, fairly. We would stay there again. We looked for a clean, quiet, fairly priced room to return to after our day's activities. We got that.

This hotel, directly on I-75, was a great option for our travels between Ohio and Florida. Although continental breakfast was not offered, the price for a clean, updated room was excellent. We did not choose to dine at the on-site restaurant. The pool area was very clean, though it would have been nice to have the towels by the pool itself and not in the lobby.

This facility was very easy to access from the interstate and to return to the interstate upon leaving. There is a 24 hour restaurant on site that serves excellent food. I did not venture to the surrounding area to comment on shopping and other facilities nearby. This was a good comfortable stay and a great value.

We stopped here for our reservation in the Jacuzzi room after a long days drive heading home. It was our anniversary and we were both looking forward to a relaxing time in the tub. As usual it was clean, had plenty of hot water, and the jets gave the relaxing massage that we needed. This room is well worth what they charge for it. It is a spacious room on the end right at the top of the handicapped ramp. Unloading the car was easy. The room was inviting, clean, had plenty of towels, etc., and had a nice flat screened TV if we wanted to watch. The bed is very comfortable. This was not our first time here and we really enjoy this room, and will probably be back-- as much for the wonderful staff that checked us in and out as the room. To make it even better, the prices are very reasonable. It pays to be a Rewards Member here. It is a two star hotel that treated us as if it were a five star hotel. To make it even nicer, even though it was an end room on the back side of a busy highway, we never heard any road noise. And we actually like having the doors open to the outside.

We were given a room on the street side and the traffic noise was horrible. Loud traffic all night. The room was on the older side, the tv stand was all chipped on the bottom. No elevator, inside stairs were nasty and smelled like smoke. Walkways were nasty, filled with trash.

We stayed here because it was much more reasonable that our other usual chain choice. I was delighted with the quality of the room and its amenities. Although there was lots of coffee in the room, no tea was available either there or at the desk. Our room was also a bit noisy, and when I mentioned this at checkout the clerk suggested that I request a quiet room next time. Personnel were great and vey helpful. The attached restaurant provided a satisfactory alternative the usual hotel breakfasts. We would definitely choose this hotel next time we visit Chattanooga.

Hotel was within driving distance about 15 minutes from attractions. Restaurants and shopping 5 minutes away. Restaurant on site was good. Would stay again if in the area. Staff was friendly. It was very late and upon first arriving, the room looked nice at first glance. It was almost 2 am so my kids were already sleeping and we carried them to bed. I pulled back my sheets to find hair, crumbs, dried boogers, and what looked like dead worms all over the sheet! It was obvious that the beds were not stripped and sheets were not cleaned. I was so exhausted that I went to the attendant and got a blanket so I could sleep on top of the bed. I requested a refund and he was very polite and told me that his manager would take care of me in the morning. I could have gotten a much better hotel for the $100 price I paid. The manager did reimburse me fully.

"Very great for the price"

This hotel stay was a very pleasant experience. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and cracked jokes with our two sons. We were very impressed with the room quality, considering we got the room (2 adults, 2 children) for 82$ w/ tax. The beds were very nice quality, along with the bathroom. The only issue was the traffic outside made it a little hard to sleep. The room was actually larger than expected, with a pretty good mini-fridge, and a large microwave which was surprising. Watching the TV wasn't an issue, the smaller 32-inch TV size was not a problem. Wifi access was pretty good. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The place was robbed a couple of weeks before our stay. Vagabonds sleeping on the hood of their cars and begging for money in the parking lot. All of which were allowed to remain on the property after being reported. Mold in the room and the mattress's were not fit to sleep on. Staff observed entering into guest room to use the restroom. This is an outside room hotel, close to the highway. IT IS VERY NOISY AND HARD TO GET SLEEP. YOU HEAR EVERYTHING OUTSIDE.....EVERYTHING! (Especially by the pool). The rooms are clean when you arrive, but the maids did not clean our room the very next day. They simply pulled the blankets up and didn't even straighten the pillows. Coffee was still in coffee pot, dust and trash still on counters and table. Not vacuumed or dusted, took away dirty washcloth and towels, but did not replace all of them. It was not cleaned. The restaurant was good enough, and nice that it was open 24 hours, but free breakfast would have been better because it got expensive. The staff was nice at check-in, and the room was nicely decorated!

1st time in Chattanooga and we picked a great place to stay. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The place was busy but the rooms are quite. Staff was very helpful with telling me things to do and answered my questions. Pool was nice and clean. Restaurant had everything you could think of. This was our 2nd stay. The price is great. Half of some hotels that rank lower than this hotel on TripAdvisor. 24 hrs on site restaurant is plus. The dinner has everything on the menu. We had dinner and breakfast and they took 10% off with our room key card. The room was clean as last time. Towels were soft not like some other hotels we stayed. Great location right off exit l 75. We would definitely come back again.

My family and I stayed here odor an over night trip .. Everything was great till late at night when I guess the Night life really Cranked up .. Our room was right at a busy Red light and intersection.. Sirens and Car horns kept waking my family up during the night . If you plan on staying for a while ask for a room on the pool side so you are not next to the high way.

DeWayne and I booked a package in Chattanooga and our hotel happened to be the Best Western Heritage Inn. We were on the ground floor right next to a restaurant. I could just roll him out of our room and we were there. The Best Western is worn, but the beds were comfortable. There was noise at night due to facing the street and the restaurant, but with the air conditioner going it was not a problem. Be sure and request a handicapped accessible room if you need one, the room was fine, he could get to the bathroom fine, but the bathtub was too high to put his leg over to get in to take a shower. The reception area was clean and the staff went out of their way to be nice to us.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Herritage Inn.The staff was awesome and very friendly!They have an outdoor salt water pool that was very clean and nice.They have a City Café restaurant in the hotel.If you have never eaten there,I definitely recommend you try it.It is open 24 hrs. a day! First time staying at this hotel...convenient location to all areas of Chattanooga. City cafe is a part of the hotel and you get a discount if you are staying here which is incredibly convenient. The room was average. Appliances (microwave and fridge) found in room were dated. Power outlets were temperamental. Staff was very friendly and would resolve problems quickly and without hesitation. Overall it was a decent hotel to stay in-with decent pricing, didn't have a "wow" factor but would stay again.

I've stayed here several times, and come here because the location is convenient. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are fairly clean, but the doors are not very sound proof so I find it noisy especially rooms facing the road. The restaurant has good food, and the portions are large, but I would prefer a continental breakfast for sake of time.

The front desk guy was friendly. The parking lot is a bit tight. It had a diner instead of free breakfast. It did offer a discount on food. It seemed older. It was ok for a night. I would not stay in this area or choose this hotel if I were there a week.

It sits on a corner of 2 busy streets and is very noisy. The air conditioner in the room did not work efficiently. Put it on 65 for it to stay somewhat cool in the room. Again, there should not be a minimum number of characters for a review.

Bathroom was not clean. Pubic hair all over the shower and footprints on the bathroom floor and garbage in the trash can. Do to softball tournaments of more than 300 teams and the country fest going on in Nashville there were no rooms to be found anywhere. The hotel exterior appearance is very old and outdated. If traveling through the area make sure you have a blanket and pillow so you don't have to stay here.

Im very picky when it comes to hotels and there beds. Best Western has the best, comfy beds. I love to travel and would definitely recommend Best Western. Every time I have stayed at their hotel, I am greeted and always get to choose the area that I want my room to be (of course if its available).

The room was perfect for our family size. The pool was nice and clean. The staff was very kind of professional. The restaurant was wonderful. The bed slept very well. The only complaint I have. Is the carpets need a good cleaning in the room and in the stairs leading down to where the pool is.

Stayed at this hotel for an overnight trip to see the aquarium. The room was clean, updated, comfortable bed and pillows, and the pool area was clean as well with plenty of pool towels. Jimmy, who checked us in, was outstanding! Great customer service skills, personable and friendly, and patient, as I had to have two new sets of keys made!. There is a cafe in the hotel and you receive 10% off for being a guest. The food was good with large portions. There is a bustling town located nearby if you need anything and there is a gas station by the hotel. The hotel is located not far from downtown Chattanooga. I will be returning if I am ever in the area again and need a room!

My husband and I were very happy with our overnight stay . We found all employees helpful,friendly and eager to please. Room was updated with new carpet and bedspreads. The beds were very comfortable that afforded a great nights sleep. Bathroom was updated with new shower. It is a pet friendly property, only certain rooms are designated for pets It has no free breakfast but has City Cafe next door that is open 24 hours. They have a extended menu with everything a person could want and is very affordable. You can get 10 percent off by letting them know you are staying at the Best Western. There would be only two minor things that we would say that happened. On arriving our key would not open the door , so they put us in the room next door. The bathroom sink drain was draining slowly. Upon leaving we brought this to their attention and they immediately sent someone to fix the problem. We would stay here again because it is very reasonably priced.

We're road warriors - we rarely fly and have chosen to travel by car for the last 20 years or so. That being said, we stay in a lot of motels and frequently without reservations. The only rooms we booked in advance were 4 nights in AL and 2 nights in TN. In TN we chose the Best Western Heritage Inn based on our travel experiences in the past at other Best Westerns. We generally like them ok so that this would at least fit an average or better than average property. I realize that some are just licensing the name. This particularly location has exterior corridors which is actually one of our preferred features when making a long road trip. The building itself is quite old and frankly, quite run down. The interior of our room was painted brick, the heating / cooling unit very loud, I think it was a disabled room, as it only had a walk in shower (which is fine by me as I am somewhat disabled). My husband, however, is not --- so the fact that the hand held shower head which is on a slider bar could not be height adjusted to stay in place was less than ideal... While all the components were there --- king bed, micro, fridge, coffee maker, dresser, tv, desk, arm chair and hassock - the room was very cramped. If I was working at the desk, and my husband wanted to go to the fridge, I either had to move to let him pass by the end of the bed or he crawled over the bed to get there.. If they planned the furniture placement a bit better they flow would have improved. I read the reviews on here regarding which side of the hotel to stay on and thought I had booked on the side OPPOSITE the City Diner which wound up about 3 doors down from us.. That contributed to the noise level.. A word about City Diner --- it's the best thing this Best Western has to offer in my opinion. We ate there for dinner and breakfast... it was great.. I would not choose to stay at Best Western Heritage again.

After being told no room at the Motel 6 at midnight, Best Western had rooms for us that were comfortable and quiet. I got a good night sleep. No shampoo in the room, and the wi-fi wouldn't connect to my tablet, but I slept well.

Did not have reservations, but vacancies were to be had. The hotel staff was swift and efficient with the check in process and yet very friendly and nice while working. Went to the associated City Cafe and the service there was exceptional with very goof food. A great stay for us.

This hotel is located about 15-20 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Nearby attractions aren't much (besides a used book & music business which is very large and worth your time). The rooms are old and dated. It is a "motel-style" set-up with doors that are outside. Good hot water and decent pressure in the small bathrooms. WI-FI is spotty and poor download speed. Staff seem friendly though staff (grounds and housekeeping) smoke outside your room in-between jobs. One perk is there is a diner located inside the hotel/motel that is rated high on tripadvisor - "City Cafe Diner" and its open 24-hours with excellent breakfast, and crazy looking desserts! We would not choose this location again, but it got us through while on a budget.

Room was not in bad condition and the area was convenient. I thought the price a touch high, but overall I was satisfied with my service and experience. It was Tuesday night. Eight days later, I noticed several small, itchy bumps on my body. With each passing day, more bumps appeared. I quickly consulted a physician and was diagnosed with Scabies, a skin mite. I stayed in no other hotels, came into contact with no animals, and had no interactions with infected individuals during my trip or after. Quite the coincidence.

Hotel was clean. Service was friendly and time appropriate. Recommend for a quick over night stay. Hotel was a little noisy with traffic. Overall, the hotel was a good place for a quick stay. I wouldn't spend a week or so there. Pool was being remodeled so it was not open. Bathroom was nice. Restaurant on site is delicious, highly recommend it.

We checked in at 1 am. The guy at the front desk was FaceTimeing some girl. There was no room key. He had to unloc our door for us. The room smelt like cigarettes, perfume and urine. There were hairs on the towels. Stains on the bed sheets. The room was completely dirty and not at all what I would have expected.

Lets start with the good: Our room was spacious, modern and clean, staff were friendly and breakfast (which is not included, but you get a 10% discount if you are a motel guest) was tasty and convenient. The bad: Road noise was clearly audible the whole night (there is quite some traffic) and the mattresses were saggy, one almost drowned in them, which does not help your back in the morning. Overall, it was satisfactory for one night.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, in the last 2 years. Both times only stayed one night but was a great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. It is on a busy intersection but I didn't think the outside noise carried into the rooms, unless it was sirens. The little diner is a plus and has good food. The only downside to the diner, is the patrons take up the hotel parking, in front of the rooms. Maybe putting up signs for hotel parking only would help. Just a suggestion, since we couldn't ever get a spot close to our room. I would like to find out what brand of mattresses they use, because they are the most comfortable hotel beds ever, and I'd like to purchase one for home if possible!!!!

"Noise, noise, noise"

I requested a quiet room when I booked the hotel. When we checked in we were again told it was the case. Well, we were facing a major road and had motorcycles driving by at 2:30 AM and a bunch of loud kids right outside at 4;30 AM. When I checked out in the morning the front desk receptionist informed that what did I expect. We were right across the street from a motorcycle dealership. Open at 2:30 AM??? Anyway, she should have offered some type of compensation just for goodwill. Forgetaboutit. Otherwise, the room was basic. There were two out of three shower dispensers that didn't work. The restaurant on the other hand was quite good and the staff was friendly.

The staff was really friendly and helpful on both morning and night shifts. The room was comfortable, clean and equipped with everything we needed. There is a city cafe attached to the property that stays open 24 hours a day and that was also handy. If you don't have to stay in downtown Chattanooga, this is your best bet and you will save a ton of money for the same or better. Next trip to Chatt for us will include staying here again.

We arrived exhausted in Chattanooga. We were so pleased to have a nice meal at the diner and slept great in the very comfortable king size bed. It was clean and quiet. The staff were very attentive. We travel with our dog. There was plenty of grass to walk him. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we will definitely stop on our way back home in the spring. Good job!

"A reasonable choice outside of downtown."

This hotel has had friendly staff, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms have been up to date- clean, and comfortable. With that said, the biggest plus, has GOT to be City Cafe open 24hrs in the hotel. the have at least 3? locations now. WIDE menu. tabula on a pita with southern slaw, a fried catfish finger, topped with coleslaw on a bunch with 7 layer chocolate cake on top, with a shrimp chimichanga with refried beams on the side....yeah...they got that... a suggestion though. the most noisy rooms are on the restaurant side, facing the busier street that corner. so avoid them if you can...in the 130-150 range, and 230-250 top floor. those can be noisy with a 24hr restaurant next door to you, and the parking for such in front of your wing of rooms... otherwise, visit, enjoy, have fun...this place IS one of the best deals in Chattanooga, with one 9f the top diners in the Southeast right on site

"Wow! What a gem!"

I was pleasantly surprised when we were treated like royalty when we used our Rewards Points to book this room. This is an older hotel with the doors facing outside, and with my disabilities it was very important that I get a room on the first floor. Jimmy helped me through the reservation process on the web, and then upgraded our room. It couldn't have been better. Our room was on the corner of the hotel closest to the truck stop facing the pool area, right at the top of the handicap ramp. Since the hotel has the old style outside doors, your first impression may not match the quality of the rooms. The hotel advertises that they have just remodeled the rooms and they obviously had. We were greeted with a clean and "warm" place to spend the evening before going on a riverboat cruise the next morning. The bed was as comfortable as 4-5 star hotels. The bath area had plenty of counter space, PLENTY of hot water with good pressure, and the bathtub even had a grab rail. There were plenty of soft towels for us to use and their soaps etc. were good quality. The bulk dispensers on the wall were handy. Our room was right beside a truck stop and the passageway for all of the vehicles going from the front to the back of the hotel. There is a busy highway out front and the hotel is very close to the Interstate. We did not hear any noise from any of that or other guests at any time during our stay. Downtown is only about 15-20 minutes away with several ways to get there if the interstate gets clogged. We appreciated that the entire hotel is non-smoking which contributes to the inviting and clean smelling rooms. Our did NOT have a heavy Fabreeze smell to it, just clean. One of the nicest features is the City Diner (rated separately) that is located on the front side of the hotel next to the check-in desk. Although we've eaten there sever times while passing through, it was the first time we've stayed here. Guests of the hotel receive a 10% discount for everything except beveredges and desserts. This place has an extensive menu and the food has always been excellent each of the several times we've eaten there (it is a favorite of ours when we go through Chatanooga). We throughly enjoyed one of the best pieces of cheesecake and coffee when we first arrived. Except for a minor drainage problem which I feel certain was fixed before the next guest, the jetted tub was WONDERFUL! It was sparkling clean, had plenty of hot water and filled quickly. It also has an abundance of jets to sooth a weary back after hours of driving. Even though it does not have a hand rail it was easy to enter and exit the tub. It is well worth the slight amount extra they charge for the room. The hotel was thoughtful enough to put a second exhaust fan so that both the toilet area and hot tub area have an exhaust. This keeps the room from becoming too humid when the tub is running. The switch is in the toilet/tub room. The two ladies who checked us out the next morning were an absolute delight. We would absolutely recommend this hotel for travelers, especially one of the hot tub rooms for someone what wants a guiet relaxing, even romantic, stay. It was one of the nicest Best Western's we've ever stayed in -- and yes, we highly recommend it.

"Our Anniversary Trip"

We drove by this location a few times. It was mapquest directions not the hotels fault. Our room was clean and located on corner downstairs. Had a heartshaped hottub, king bed, full bath, small tv with many cable channels, plenty of clean towels, single coffee maker, and more. There is a cafe inside this location which is one of the reasons we booked this hotel. I have stayed at many Best Westerns through the years and couple of the reasons is because they allows dogs (we did not have our with us this time) and they serve free breakfast. At this location they did not give free breakfast because of the cafe. You only got a 10% discount on some of the food. No drinks, no desserts, only meals. 2 coffees and 2 slices of cake cost us $20. Not worth it would rather have free breakfast for that price. We paid about $90 a night which is not bad. Only problem we had was on our last day at the hotel, a bus full of jerks parked right outside our room woke us up at 6:00am. I was not a happy person. Although I do not feel it is the hotels responsibility to keep their adult guest under control, I was rather upset when the lady at the front desk says the people are going on a trip and their excited, but no consideration was given to my husband and myself who are paying customers. Don't know if I would stay at this location again. Although the hot tub worked great, the price was kind of expensive for what they offered. Cafe is a joke, got better food and prices at the Speedway right behind the hotel, not the best location or people hanging around it. If we had known this information before I have booked the room, I think we might have picked another place.

Great service; very nice rooms: very comfortable king size bed in our room; courteous and helpful staff. The southern charm is very evident everywhere. The City Cafe and Diner, which is attached to the hotel, has really good food with exceptionally large servings at very reasonable prices. They also offer a 10% discount to anyone staying in the hotel. What more can a traveler ask?

We stayed the night on our way back from Florida. Booked while on the road. I believe you get what you pay for. With that said room is very basic, clean but not fancy. Terribly loud since very close to the road. The rate I was charged the next day was not what I was quoted on the fun using the tripadvisor pricing that the hotel said they would match. Evening service was fine but next morning service by front desk manager was terrible. She told me there was no one to complain to. So I will not book here again.

Right off the highway 75 south. You can take the back roads to the mall. Plenty of things to do nearby. Very clean, beds are very comfy, internet is good, and staff is very helpful and friendly. City cafe is on the premises and has delicious cakes. Trust me it was worth the money per slice! One slice fed 4 people! So good! The wings are delicious too! We went to the dam and road up to lookout man, ruby falls, and rock city! A beautiful drive!

This hotel is very clean,small, decor somewhat updated, small bathroom, parking can be full at peak times. Friendly staff. Dinner attached is great food with very large portion, but can split with no charge, deserts to die for EXCELLENT. but moderaete price for what you get. friendly staff there. If you want to catch a little breakfast go to McDonalds. Would stay there again, weekends are very busy.

It's not a fancy-schmancy spot with hot tubs and mints on the pillow or anything, but it's clean, and comfortable, and a great bargain. Comparatively inexpensive but still neat and clean with very friendly, professional staff. The 24 hour diner seems to be very popular (and has great gyros!) and the location is quiet and comfortable and easy to find off the highway. I was extremely satisfied. I've stayed in super-sketchy hotels for the same price, so it was wonderful to find an upstanding little bargain that was perfect for my needs while working in Chattanooga.

I honestly don't know how so many people gave this place good reviews. Maybe they stayed in a room around back. We stayed in room 250 which someone else reviewed yesterday. He generously gave it 2 stars. I booked as non refundable so I guess you get a good price for the worst room and they get your money, too bad for you. There were no other rooms. The room is on 2nd floor right next to the 24 hour diner. Car doors were slamming all night and people were screaming. There was also a lot of road noise. There were a number of rooms together on the second level occupied by traveling workmen who were hanging outside drinking and commenting to passersby making us feel unsafe. There was no one at the desk to complain to either, just a sign-will be right back. The actual room needs an overhaul as it looks like the baseboards haven't been dusted for a long, long time. I'm am uncertain if the sheets were clean because they were not crisp and did not smell fresh. I slept in my clothes to avoid touching them. The bathroom door looked like it had been broken in and instructions are written on the back of the door advising how to close the latch as it no longer lines up with the strike. We slept a few hours and ran out of there in the morning like the place was on fire. I am surprised this is affiliated with Best Western (as the door sticker states) as it is not up to any decent hotel standard. BW should send someone out to check on how their franchisee is sullying their good name by running such rundown place. This is place is rough and I cannot say how sorry I was to book in advance. It was an eleventh hour change of plans and somehow only great reviews popped up on my phone when I was looking for a place to crash. If you are looking for an overnight stop, try one exit south of this place. There are many hotels at that exit that look so much better.

So disappointed in our stay. We stayed in room 250 and it was a disaster to say the least. Biggest complain is noise. So loud! The ceiling looks like it leaked and the bathroom door watched notched around toilet.

"Worst experience ever! "

We reserved a room through Travelocity on our way through Chattanooga on a family vacation. When we arrived, we waited 15 minutes at the front desk for anyone to show up to help us. There was no one at the front desk. After we checked in, we went to our room which was facing the main road. We had to weave through people and clouds of smoke as there were tons of people on the balcony above us and all around our rooms just hanging out, drinking and smoking. It did not feel safe at all. We tried to make the best of it and set up to try to deal with all of the noise that we could hear while in our room but then our room started smelling heavily of smoke. We have a special needs toddler with lung issues so this was our last straw. My husband went to the front desk to see what could be done. The employee said that the hotel was full and there were no more rooms. He said that he had already asked them not to smoke in the rooms and there wasn't anything he could do. We checked out and handed in our keys. He told us that we had to receive a refund through Travelocity since that is how we booked. Travelocity contacted the hotel manager who lied to them and said that we just left without checking out. They refused to process our refund. Travelocity finally refunded us after many conversations and then I checked my bank account and the Best Western charged us also even though we already paid through Travelocity. I am still working to try to get the other refund directly from Best Western. Do not stay here! This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my many years of traveling.

"Use Caution When Booking Pet Room"

We booked a pet-friendly room via Expedia (Standard Room, 1 King Bed, Accessible, Bathtub (Pet Friendly) - Web Special). We checked into the hotel and were amazed by the room – clean, smelled wonderful. Unfortunately after we unloaded our car and left the hotel we received a phone call from the clerk at the front desk informing us that we would have to change rooms because we did not inform them at check-in that we had a pet with us. We were frustrated, but turned around, retrieved (most) of our items from the original room, and changed rooms. After we left the hotel for the 2nd time, we realized we had left something in the original room and called the front desk and requested they retrieve the item, and was told “no problem”. When we returned to the hotel hours later we checked to see if our item had been placed in our room (as requested) or if it was at the front desk (it was not). When we spoke with the evening clerk, we were informed that all of the issues we were having with the hotel were our fault and that we were lucky the hotel was able to accommodate us and our pet since they didn't have us down for a pet room (even though we requested a pet room). We asked for the contact information for a manager and were told that we would have to find them in the hotel the next morning. When we checked out, we were given the same response from the Front Desk Manager – basically the hotel refused to take responsibility for anything that went wrong during our hotel stay and blamed everything on Expedia and us for not informing them about our dog during the check-in process. Other than the original clerk from check-in, the rest of the hotel staff was rude and escalated the situation for their dissatisfied guests with every encounter. The second room was a major decline after seeing the original room – stained furniture, trash on the floor, leaky faucet in the bathroom, no soap in the bathroom, etc. Hotel was loud (next to a truck stop, trains in the distance all night). Overall, next time I will pay less than I did for this room and stay at another pet friendly hotel in the area.

Boy, was this room a "breath of fresh air" after some that we stayed in over a week's time. Great price when booked through Trip Advisor. Very pleasant and helpful desk clerk. Clean, fresh smelling, cozy room with comfortable mattress, everything we needed and a shower head to die for!!! Even the pillows were great! Will definitely stay here, again, and the meal at the restaurant the night before was excellent!!!!!!

This was not the first time I have stayed here and went back because the previous time I was given an upgrade for my room. This time I was given extra points for staying there. The hotel isn't very fancy but the rooms were clean and had been updated. The idea that the staff understands that the little things are what make the difference in the experience I appreciated that. Very nice hotel. Not far from downtown Chattanooga, Staff were excellent. Made you they appreciated your business. Restaurant food was good. Great location. The rooms were very nice and appreciate the pet friendly availability. Good value for the money. Very convenient to the interstates with plenty of shopping nearby. Somewhat noisy area but, most hotels close to the interstate usually are. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Spent the night during a trip from TX to NC. Easy to locate just off of the Intestate. The onsite 24 hr diner had great food with a huge selection. The diner is not operated by BW. The downside is that there is no coffee in lobby for the late night or early morning non-sleepers.

We stayed four nights. It is an older type motel with outside room access rather than interior corridors but the condition and cleanliness of the place is marvelous and the rates are great! I would take this motel over many of the other places around. Room is comfortable, clean, and the area feels safe. There is a 24/7 hour Metro Cafe on the property that serves big portions of good food with a wide breath of selections. The cakes and pies are a point of interest and everyone should try one. We had a king size room with coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, a desk, cosy chair with foot rest piece. Plenty of outlets. Bathtub had shampoo, conditioner, and body soap dispensers which take a lot of pushing to get out the copious quantities I like to use. The outside pool was open (first week of October but it was 86° outside) and was crystal clear. There is a conference room for many 15 - 20? I just stuck my head in so you will probably need to call for exact number. If you stay on the first floor you can pull your car up directly to your door and unload without a cart. A superamerica gas station is directly next door but not handicap accessible unless you drive since there is little gentle grass hill between the properties. The superamerica is a truck stop location with places lots of places to park a large rig in the back of the gas station. There is only one easy entrance to the motel. The cafe and main lobby entrance are almost at the light and difficult to maneuver around. Cross posted on hotels.com.

Overall very happy. Property was easy to find and get too. Had a good café and gas station a cross the street and behind the hotel. Clean and had a very big room. I was surprisingly pleased with this room after reading the reviews before booking. The staff was friendly, the rooms were cleaning. Furniture is aged, but good for the value. The bed was super comfortable, the bathrooms are remodeled with great water pressure, and the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel are in self serve pump canisters in the shower. There was quite a bit of street noise, but the ac helps drown that out at night. Overall nice for the price, enjoyed our stay.

Don't expect much, you get what you pay for. 10 minutes from the center of Chattanooga, so we couldn't complain. Couldn't hear anything from rooms near us, slept comfortably, decent free breakfast in the morning!

Planned a road trip through Kentucky and Tennessee it was amazing. From the Louisville Slugger Museum to the Lookout Mt. (which is actually in Georgia) we had a great time. Stayed at a few Best Western Hotels and they were amazing as well. Had a blast with my family. The BW Heritage Inn in Chattanooga was Awesome!!! Great service. Staff was great. Room was clean, bright, plenty of towels. Restaurant on-site was an added treat.

Our family has stayed at this hotel many times as the rooms have always been clean (although they did always give us headaches due to the overuse of "air fresheners"). It is attached to a nice restaurant that serves large portions at a decent price (the local police are frequent customers). However, the last time we attempted (after a 13 hour drive) we were informed that the owner has decided to not allow cats, despite the statement still on the hotels home page that "pets are always welcome". I suddenly had to find new accommodations... not a pleasant experience late at night with a small child and a pet in the car.

Stopped overnight on the way to the Smokies. Would love to have explored Chattanooga further. Spacious room and comfortable. Luckily we had a room that was poolside and not the noisier roadside. City Diner that is attached does great food but be warned, they are massive portions!

The room is adequate and had all we needed. It was clean and comfortable. I think the biggest issue aside from having outdoor rooms was the thin walls and noise from the highway. I booked 2 rooms at this hotel at the very last minute - about 5 hours before I needed them. I was able to book on my phone, through Priceline. I called the front desk to ensure they had all that they needed and they were friendly and efficient. They even helped to arrange so the other car group could check in before the cardholder got there.The rooms were clean, the beds comfy, the staff friendly and efficient.

While on our way to Ohio from Florida for a wedding, we cam across this lovely hotel as our half way place to rest. The front desk person Jimmy was absolutely fabulous. He took care of every need that we had. Room was very clean and the pool was refreshing. A great plus was the diner attached to the hotel which had wonderful food. Would stay here again! All of the staff was wonderful and accommodating. My kids didn't want to leave...said they wanted to live there because it was so nice!

"Negative Consequences for planning ahead"

My husband is currently deployed in the Air Force. My 3 children and I had the opportunity to meet up with family on the weekend of Aug. 26th and 27th. My sister in law made arrangements for our family to stay in 3 rooms that would be very close together if not adjoining. She made the reservations 6 weeks in advance and was assured there would be detailed notes with the reservation about how important it was to keep our rooms close together so our family that is separated defending our country would be united with our extended family. When my sister in law arrived to check in she was treated with total disrespect and our rooms were as far apart as you could possibly get. She was completely brushed off and the fact that the notes were in the system meant absolutely nothing. There was a softball tournament going on and other guests arrived at 2pm to check in instead of the normal 4pm check in time. I'm not sure if these guests had reservations or not, but we DID have reservations that were very specific. If the softball guests had reservations and their room was not ready they should have been told the check in time is 4pm and that they would do their best to get their room ready, but that they would have to wait. Our reservation held with credit card info should have been more than enough to hold our rooms for a few hours. It was 6pm when my sister in law was trying to get checked in. We were getting together to celebrate my son's 13th birthday to make it super special since he wouldn't have his dad there for this milestone birthday as well as to celebrate a very important award being received by my brother in law who is a veteran (also married to a veteran) both have been deployed several times. Being a military family we have learned to find the silver linning, but this was a case where we planned ahead and were very specific in our request, we provided credit card info to hold our spot, and not only did this establishment go back on their word to reserve the specified rooms they were incredibly rude and unwilling to even attempt to rectify the mistake that was made. It's very disheartening to be treated in such a way when we did everything we needed to and were treated as if the error was ours. I will NEVER stay here again and I can NOT recommend this to any friends of which many travel often. I would tell anyone looking for hotel accommodations in the Chattanooga to keep looking. This is not the type of business I would support.

"the rooms stink"

We ask for a king or queen size bed, they gave us 2 beds, the rooms stunk (like smoke- even though it was a non smoking) and because I am allergic to tobacco we asked for the right room, one bed and no smoke smell, the lady was very nice and moved us to a different room, which smelled like smoke but not as bad. Also the it s in a very busy location, didnt care for the noise, the pool is in the parking lot...

On 7/11/16 I set up hotel accommodations for three rooms to be near one another on 8/26/16. I spoke with a helpful employee over the phone who assisted me in reserving the rooms that we connected and next door to one another. While checking in, I was notified that he "couldn't quite get our rooms together" as it was a busy weekend. I explained that I reserved the rooms six weeks ago to be near one another, although did not have to be side-by-side. He said he got the rooms as close to one another as he could. It turns out that it wasn't even possible for him to get the rooms further apart. Two of our rooms were on one extreme side from the third room. He stated that another quest decided to lengthen their stay by a few days so he changed our room. He stated that they did not have to call me to inform me of this change nor did they have to offer me another room type that would be closure to the other rooms. I inquired if there were any other rooms I could be relocated to. He stated that the morning manager Stacey is the person who moved our previous reservation. I advised that even though I reserved a triple room I was willing to take a different room in order to be by the other guest. He stated that he was too busy to look at the four open rooms to see if he could relocate me closer. He stated that there was a softball tournament that weekend and other guests showed up early and checked in at 2 rather than 4. He stated that at 4 PM he had to check in over 40 rooms by himself. He stated that even though this was 6 PM and no-one was in line to check-in, he was too busy to check to see if I could move into 1 of the 4 remaining open rooms. He further that that he could not accommodate me or my guests, or compensate us over the issue. He stated that he was willing to "release you from your obligation to seek a room somewhere else." He did not offer to release the other two rooms as well. He talked extensively about how good food at the dinner, although failed to give us general check-in information such as the password for the Internet or pool times. This person raised his voice at me when I asked again to please move me to any of the four rooms that were open, as my guests included military veterans and families of currently deployed service members who preferred to room close to one another. Again, he refused to even check his computer - even though no-one else was in the room. He stated to me, "people are checked into their rooms. I cannot throw them out just because you want to be moved" I responded by stating, "Sir, I am asking about the four rooms you said that you had open. May I change my room to one of them" to which he responded by saying "no". Another customer walked up to the counter. This employee told the other customer that I was done and then the employee proceeded to help him instead of checking the computer for me. Several times during our verbal exchange, this employee blamed the manager and stated that he was "just too busy". This employee focused on his workload and trying to endorse the restaurant, although failed to meet the needs of the customer including giving us the wifi password information. The other military families were very upset over our room placements being so far apart. On Saturday night, the children were in the pool during the open pool times. This same employee came over and yelled at the children that they had to be out in twenty minutes. There were numerous adults present, who he could have calmly talked to. After he left the children asked us what they did wrong to be yell at. Besides this one person, everything else about our stay was enjoyable. Watching the softball players sit around with open containers of liquor and beer while smoking and playing cards, it's a wonder as to why the children were yelled at while the softball players' behavior went unmarked upon. To this day I have a very sour taste in my mouth when I think of this interaction. I didn't expect anyone to be kicked out of a room they were currently in, although I did expect a hotel to honor the reservation to the best of their ability. That employee stated that because other guests checked in at 2 PM, our room changed several times until it ended up at the other side of the hotel. It seems that we should have been given an opportunity to change room types as we expressed several times that our location was more important than our room type. As much as I enjoy Best Western as a chain, I would not stay at this hotel again nor would I recommend it to anyone. The purpose of our stay was to provide support to currently deployed families and veterans, this hotel could have been a great aspect in that support.

"Older building that is well maintained and clean, bonus great Cafe!"

The location is right off the interstate and easy to find. They have a big parking lot and a lot of rooms. The building is two story, no elevator. You can tell the building is older but it has been upgraded and maintained well. The room was big, had comfortable beds and pillows and was very clean. The room had all the usual amenities such as microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer and so forth. Check in and check out were quick and efficient. Staff were friendly. They do not offer any type of breakfast as part of the hotel stay but there is a great cafe on site. We ate there twice, they have a great menu and prices were reasonable plus they are open 24 hours a day. The pool is small and is right along the parking area. There is nice landscaping around the building. I would certainly stay here again and plan to eat here whenever I am anywhere near this area!

"Great place to stay with pets"

Really enjoyed staying here. They are great for pets, the rooms have doors to outside, so we can take our animals out without disturbing anyone or worry about running into people. Rooms are nice and clean, and the on site restaurant has the most amazing desserts! It was reasonably priced, and I would definitely stop back again!

When you are traveling and just need a clean place to stay this hotel will fill the bill. Most of the time when traveling one doesn't want luxury, luxury. I simply want a very clean and comfortable room where I can sleep without worrying about beg bugs and having to slip my shoes on every time I walk on the floor. This is one of those places. The free breakfast was ok and gets you off to a good start.

Sure the Best Western Inn in Chattanooga, TN has comfortable beds with all of the usually amenities, but the Cafe really took the CAKE!! They had a huge selection of food, and killer desserts. We're going back soon!!

Awful one night stay. After a long driving day follows by another long driving day, we decided to stop at Best Western Heritage Inn in Chattanooga. We left disappointed. Bed sheets were dirty and obviously not changed from previous guests. The housekeeper just made the bed and thought was enough to welcome new guests. I have reasons to believe the same happened with the towels, they weren't looking fresh in any way, and had dark and yellow spots on them. As a couple, we were given a room with two full size bed. Our experience was a bad one.

This hotel is decent and most rooms are like a motel as rooms are accessed from the outside. So you might call a motel. Prices were very reasonable, and hotel was clean enough. It has standard sized rooms and beds were a little soft and on the small side. Pools was nice but not large. I was on a softball tournament and so we always need a lot of ice, especially in hot southern heat, but the Ice machine was broken. My biggest problem was that I booked the reservation directly with the hotel. I even received a reservation number. When I got there, they didn't have my reservation. Fortunately they had a couple rooms left, but they charged me a rate $20 a night higher than when I pre-booked the hotel. I gave them the reservation number, and they still didn't honor my original rate. Staff kept saying, to get that rate you had to reserve in advance. She acted like I was lying to her and treated me not the best lets say. Note the person checking in before me had a lot of trouble with their reservation. I think they have some system issues. Also I was aware of the $50 stay two time promotional deal when I first called. I even asked the desk when making the reservation to enter the offer. They didn't inform me nor tell me that I had to register first with Best Western rewards to get the offer. So even though I stayed again at another Best Western, I wasn't able to get this $50 offer. Little disappointed by the hotels lack of knowledge on the promotion. Restaurant attached to the hotel was good and had the largest selection of pies I've ever seen.

"Our 5th Visit"

This is our halfway point when traveling to Florida with our two dogs. The hotel is clean and beds are decent. Room and pet fees are low compared to others in the area. A/C makes a low white noise that allows for a decent night's sleep. There is a reasonable priced diner attached to the hotel. We just completed our fifth stay over three years and plan on returning the next time we travel to Florida in December. I always travel with my own pillow and accidentally left it behind on this visit and they were kind enough to call me about it.

We were just passing through Chattanooga and staying here was very convenient. Easy access from the Interstate, yet the rooms were very quiet. Although, we didn't eat there, having a 24 hour restaurant on premises is handy.

Great hotel. About 15 min from Tennessee aquarium and other museums. Friendly staff. Would have been a 5 rating but we had a room that was connected to another room that we were not using and they were smoking in it and it came through the door into our room and stunk up our room! It's supposed to be a non smoking hotel. Nice room though, clean. Pool was a decent size, not huge but it was decent. Love the café on site. Awesome food!

I always stay at Best Western! Upon arriving later than expected, Jimmy at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The room was beautiful and the pool was amazing. Attached to an amazing diner as well! The beds were very soft and the shower was nice and hot.

Stayed here passing through on the way to Kansas. Contrary to the negative reviews, this is not a bad hotel. The room was clean, the carpet was either new or recently had a very good deep cleaning and the bathroom/sink area was totally updated. The bed was quite comfortable too. Our room was in front of the pool and it was a clean and attractive area. Yes, it's an old building and not fancy but good enough for our one night stay. Hotel was full of couples and families, saw maybe two trucks. I would stay here again. There is no free breakfast but there is a diner connected to the hotel and that's pretty convenient if you choose to eat there.

Chattanooga and this hotel is always on my list of rest stops when traveling from Florida to Ohio/Michigan. Hotel room had no issues or complaints which is strange because most rooms under $100 a night there's usually something! I will continue to stay here on any future trips!

Kind staff and very friendly. This motel must have recently been converted from an ABC motel. The owners are diligently attempting to upgrade to BW standards and I commend them for taking on this monumental task. Much work needs to be done. My room's bathroom was very small, yet modernly updated to its potential. AC is not appropriately secured to the wall, hence, I could see and hear all the noise of guests and/or staff outside my room. Thankfully I did not have to endure their second hand smoke as I was upwind. Great if you have children as they run up and down into the late hours of the evening having "fun". Late arriving guests, while you are sleeping. signal their arrival with their car anti-theft, And unfortunately, directly outside my door. I did request a quiet room, and if this was the quietest room they have, I could not stay there again. Breakfast is not free, but a merely 10% off. That, to me, is an insult. Would rather have no discount rather than to be offended. As I Diamond member I received no free gift nor a room upgrade. Bed was oh so very soft, too bad for the noise. I don't believe there is any type of sound proofing whatsoever. No bugs, except a spider, no big deal, for me anyway.

I would normally give this type of hotel 4 stars. The room was clean upon arrival. A/C worked well however the unit had a small leak. After my daughter used the shower she was standing by the tv towel drying her hair when the shower curtain rod fell! It could not be fixed as the whole bracket thing fell out from the tile. We told the hotel upon checkout but was still charged full price. My husband and I, both were unable to take a shower due to that. Thankfully we were just making the drive home to Texas the next day. This is the reason I only rated it 3 stars.

My husband was traveling back home from Michigan, and we took a chance on this hotel because it was Best Western. He loved it! He didn't want to leave the next morning, but he wanted to get home to me! SO, we will surely put this hotel on our list of places to stay when we go back up north to Michigan.

sketchy people, sketchy location. Semi-trucks parked overnight in the lot with loud generators going. I don't think I've been more miserable in a hotel before. If I weren't so tired from all day driving, I'd check out early. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. The next exit south on I-75 seemed nicer with newer hotel choices. I wish we'd gone there.

They had ants and would not move us to another room. We had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. The front desk was no help at all and acted like they did not care. I have stayed at other Best Westerns but this one was the worst. They also have limited parking so you better not go out because you will not have a place to park.

WOW!!!! What a pleasant surprise! The hotel was great, room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, everything worked, and we slept very well. Pool was clean and open!!! The front desk staff were WONDERFUL!!!! The restaurant was just AWESOME!!! Will definitely stay here again when we're in the area!!!! P.S. My only additional input would be to move the "smoker's tubes" and allowable smoking areas farther away from the rooms.

"Dog Friendly"

If you are traveling with Fido, this is he place to stay. Nice clean rooms, great staff and restaurant on site. Great swimming pool. Two story, no elevator. Lots of area to walk your dog. Great location. 15 minutes to downtown, 25 minutes to Lookout Mtn. You won't be disappointed and the price can't be beat!

I called to see if they were pet friendly and reserve a room if so. The wonderful young lady who answered was awesome!! yes they are pet friendly and when we arrived she knew who I was and called me by name. The room was clean and comfortable. I was concerned about the room being on the traffic side but once we entered the room you could not hear anything from outside.

Great place to rest after a long ride in the car. The City Diner, which is connected to the Best Western has anything and everything you could imagine on their menu. The desserts are unbelievable! Great value for the money and right off the 75 interstate going north towards Knoxville.

Hotel is newly renovated. The rooms were decorated nicely, spacious and spotless clean. Beds were soft and comfy. Bathroom was very nice and also spotless. Pool was clear and inviting, they even had a handicap hoist for getting in and out. New patio furnishings were also very clean. This hotel also offers rooms [ a triple] that I have not seen in many other hotels for a very reasonable rate. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The attached 24/7 restaurant had good food at decent prices that were plentiful [most meals could be shared by 2 and beware the kids meals are huge so you could probably split them between 2 or 3 kids depending on age and appetite] and you get a 10% discount with your stay. Hotel is away from city congestion but close enough to get to all the sights you want to see. Despite what some reviews may say, the area was clean and safe, we were there with my elderly mom and three young kids and never once felt unsafe. There was no noise during that nights that was anything but normal hotel noise but it does get noisy early in the a.m. as trucks and travelers get going. I would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Stayed here one night. Front desk personnel were friendly and welcoming. Room was sub-par. Stains on bed skirt and carpet was dirty. Not sure if there is a hospital nearby or fire station but listened to enough sirens all night thinking I was back in the loop of Chicago. Restaurant food is edible but look elsewhere. Lots of construction workers staying overnight drinking beer on the balcony. Cancelled my Best Western rewards membership based on this. Think twice if your bringing a family.

This Best Western seemed more of a truck stop/construction stopover type of hotel. 24 Hour Diner was very good. Very busy parking lot. Staff was very nice. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. All Rooms are non-smoking so there were many people smoking on the outside balcony.

The staff was very friendly, the room were very clean and they have a restaurant attached to the hotel that is open 24/7 and the food is awesome and the cakes and pies are out of this world! The hotel in in a very good location, easy access from interstate. We were there for a Softball tournament at the Summit and the hotel is 4.5 miles from the park. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

Very convenient to interstate and out of the congested traffic areas of Chattanooga. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. However, my overriding impression of the room was that it was dirty and ill-maintained. The property tended to be noisy and someone knocked on our door twice in the early morning hours (12:30 and 1:30 AM) I do not recommend.

Traveling through Chattanooga on way back from Washington D.C. The staff at this hotel were helpful and courteous. The room was clean and had amenities that were on web site. The only disappointment was that this hotel does not participate in the continental breakfast like most of the Best Westerns I have stayed at previously.

I sure thought I had read the website thoroughly but I sure didn't see anywhere that this was a MOTEL not a hotel. I must admit driving in I wanted to turn around and run. Girl in the room beside us had wheeled her desk chair out the door and was sitting there on her cell phone. Loud music and loud people but thank god for an app on my iPad to drown out the noise. The room wasn't bad and it was clean so for the price it was decent. Surroundings leave a lot to be desired when you see a police car permanently parked in the drive up check in ??

The lady at the front desk was very accommodating to us considering we did not have reservations. She was quick to find us a nice room and was very friendly.The room was clean and in good shape. The hotel staff seems a little noisy in the morning while we were trying to sleep though. The housekeepers basically stood outside the room watching us carry stuff out so they could begin cleaning the room though. Overall, I was pleased with the stay.

I only saw a staff member at check in and check out. Although rooms were clean and well maintained the hotel parking lot and surrounding area were not the safest. Little was done to prevent loitering from non residents.

Great location. Hotel has been newly renovated and had a lovely shower,Rooms were clean and comfortable. Beds could have been a bit more comfortable..Pool was very nice and welcoming after long day on the road... We were rolling through Chattanooga for the Day Out with Thomas event, before heading to the Smoky Mountains. We love the City Cafe DIner and wanted to make sure we ate there. We remembered there was a hotel attached, so we decided to book it. The price was ok and the room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. You do not get a continental breakfast, but they do give a discount for breakfast in the diner. We enjoyed our stay here. Make sure and request a room on the quiet side of the hotel away from the highway. We couldn't hear any street noise on that side. The check in process was easy and the front desk staff was super friendly and answered all my questions. Somethings that might deter you...Parking is very tight, the rooms have external entry

This is an older hotel that has been repainted and is in decent shape. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There is plenty of parking for oversize vehicles. It is in a quiet area right off the highway and not too far from shopping and dining. There is no complimentary breakfast, but you do get a discount in the restaurant. No guest laundry.

First time using Trip Advisor to reserve a room while in the car traveling. Very pleased with the ease and of the hotel! Very clean, courteous staff, and nice reataurant nearby, but if road noise bothers you, ask for a room in back of hotel.

very nice. great Wi-Fi. great employees. small swimming pool. got a 10% discount on a papa johns pizza. you can get a good breakfast sandwich next door at the speedway gas station. every thing in good working order. I would give this best western motel an 8 out of 10. but I would stay their again.

We have stayed three or four times at The Best Western Heritage Inn, with the last being in 2012. At that time the rooms were looking a little tired and the review to the company reflected it at the time. Since then they have been remodeled and there was no complaints with the renovated room. Since my wife and I both own laptops their wifi signal was one of the strongest we had encountered, including hotels that were much more expensive. The staff was very friendly, we were prompt in getting into the room, and we had been given all the adequate information we needed. At $72 a night this was good value.

We stayed here for one night while passing through Chattanooga. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous both at check in and check out. We had a room right beside the pool but it was still quiet and we were not bothered by it.

We were just passing through for the night and found the staff extremely helpful. It was definitely an older part of town and an older hotel but was newly remodeled and was extremely clean in appearance. The City Cafe that was attached was excellent and the desserts were the bomb.

Not bad for passing through. This was the mid-way stop from Michigan to Florida and just needed a place to crash. Everyone is friendly. To bad we didn't know that if you eat at the restaurant - to tell them you are staying in the hotel to get 10% off your bill. Maybe next time.

Trips to the northeast to take our daughter to and from college frequently take us through Chattanooga. We are grateful to have discovered the Heritage Inn as the value you get for a restful night's sleep and outstanding customer service from all staff is a blessing. The in-hotel City Cafe Diner is one of my most favorite Diners in the country. You can't go wrong for dinner, lunch or breakfast!

Our room was not very clean appearing; the carpeting was old and smelly, and the bathroom looked more like a storage room with a filthy shower that would have spread water all over the floor had we used it. The toilet was also way to high for our use and made us both very uncomfortable when we used it. The desk clerk was very courteous and helpful, but she had little to work with in regards to the rest of the hotel. No free breakfast, but did have a 10% discount in restaurant attached to it which had very good food and lots of it. As for the room it was probably the worse I've stayed in since a stay in North Phoenix at a Motel 6 there back in 2006. The bed was okay, but even it seemed to need replacing. The hotel needs a complete renovation, and is a disgrace to the Best Western chain.

The front desk with very helpful, we had a room to fit four adults and one child, the room had three nice size beds, there was a little bit of a mold issue above the shower, but after reading all of the other reviews I think that those that did the reviews over reacted. We had plenty of room and had a great stay.

My husband and I stayed at Heritage Inn on a mini vacation. We looked around online and found this place for $57 plus tax. The room was very clean and the granite counter tops in the bathroom are a great touch. I was suprised how comfortable the beds are. We felt right at home. It would be perfect if it was closer to downtown. The commute isn't bad, it is about 20 minutes away from attractions. I would definitely stay there again.

Their website boasts that they have an outdoor pool. What they don't say is that the pool is closed most of the year. There are no workout facilities and no breakfast included ... all amenities that I find at similar priced motels. The bathroom was extremely small. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the internet worked well.

This place is so noisy. Yeah, it calmed down by 10 pm but sirens at 5:30 replace any need for an alarm clock. The diner there is good, but you can drive there from a quiter location. Everything else was fairly average, expected for a Best Western.

We regularly use Best Western when traveling but this was our first time at BW Heritage Inn. We liked it so much on our way to visit Ohio that we changed reservations at a different BW for our trip home. Great staff, comfortable beds and rooms, terrific restaurant right next door.

As we walk to the lobby to checking, who in about 10 minutes just for the general manager to come and check us in, after that, we went to our room to find it smelled like mold, and that the pool was full of mold and cloudy green. As we were assigned a new room, it is OK and will not be coming back. We are going to the days inn!

This appears to be an older property but it' s apparent that they are making an effort to update the rooms. The first room we were given had several minor problems but the efficient staff quickly reassigned us, and the room we ended up in was newly updated and very nice. They even gave us a discount for our inconvenience. They don't provide breakfast but you do get a 10% discount at the adjacent City Cafe, which was nice with friendly staff, good service, and an amazing array of cakes. The exterior of the motel leaves a lot to be desired. The building is jammed up against the street on two sides, with limited and challenging access to the parking lot and the main lobby. Behind the motel is a massive parking lot, where it's easier to find a spot than along the two streets even if it means a trek to your room. One of the exterior stairwells to our room was roped off, apparently because of safety issues - not encouraging. The motel apparently attracts laborers who like to party with their doors open and hang out on the sidewalks and walkways after work, sometimes blocking access to people trying to walk through. This was something you'd expect to find at a $40 fleabag motel, not one charging over $70 per night. The general feeling of the exterior was that it was seedy and not well maintained. As a result, I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Great location and hotel for an overnight while on a road trip. Clean and convenient and really very quiet. Can't say much for the diner that's on site, but it's not their restaurant. If you are looking for a hotel on the road when traveling from here to there, this is a good choice at a good price.

This hotel is an older hotel, but is very nicely updated. We have stayed here on several different occasions and have never had anything but a pleasant stay! I would recommend the Best Western Heritage to all my friends. It's a great location if you're wanting to sight see in Chattanooga without having to stay in the city. The City Café that adjoins the hotel has awesome food, as well.

This is by far the best place to stay in Chattanooga! The prices are reasonable, the rooms are clean and spacious, the service is outstanding! Also the bathroom was clean as mine at home. I always shower at hotels, but I was able to take a relaxing bubble bath the tube was so clean! I will be making this my pit stop from now on!

The hotel has had a major upgrade to rooms and lobby of hotel and told me about their plans for changes to the exterior. Staff was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to connect with me and encourage me to return to the hotel again. They responded very quickly to a minor repair that needed to be made. City Limits Restaurant that is attached had excellent food and service. Nice job Best Western. We will stay here again.

We stop at this hotel every year on our way to Florida. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. Although there is no free breakfast at the hotel there is a restaurant attached to the hotel which is very good and reasonable. You get a percentage off your meal if you stay at the hotel.

Our room was clean and comfortable with an ac unit that was temperature adjustable which is a huge plus. No free breakfast but a nice size fridge and microwave so that we were able to eat in our room with no issues. The on site restaurant was great for dinner.

Front desk folks were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant inside has good food and large portions. My family of four traveled used this hotel as a lay over for our trip to the Florida. The beds are only full sized to sleep arrangements were a little tight. Other than that it was good for the money. Also, the pool is not open year round.

Here you go: Pros: -easy access from I-75 -friendly staff -our room was clean (although somewhat dated) -A/C worked well Cons: -Overpriced (we paid $90 for 2 double beds + $15 in tax) for what you get (although we found most area hotels with decent ratings to be overpriced too) -Exterior doors -Funky parking (tight lot and hard to navigate) that is shared with the attached diner - this makes for more congestion -No breakfast (although they offered 25% off a breakfast in the attached diner) If we had to stay in Chattanooga again on short notice, we would stay here again (mainly because other similarly priced hotels had lower ratings).

This was an outdated hotel that needs updates. The carpet needs cleaned. The staff was nice. The shower was updated and the bed was comfortable. Free wifi. There was no free breakfast and no elevator. There is a diner attached to the hotel but we did not eat there because we seen a waitress taking a break outside and she was picking her nose and wiping it on her apron.

We had a great time here stayed six nights its close to Jekyll island which is ten minutes down the road we went there four days and had fun miniature ? and laid out on the Beach.We swam at the hotel but it was a bit to cold to swim long.

Very good value for cost of room. Very clean room and the bed was extremely comfortable. Parking was a little tight, but found a space. Even though no free breakfast there is a 24 hour diner in the lobby which offers a 10% discount to hotel guests. Breakfast here was great!!!

"Great motel, lousy noise problems"

This is a very nice property with a fantastic 24-hour diner on property, however, with room doors opening to the outdoors the noise from the street (motorcycles and sirens), airplanes (in an apparent flight path from local airport) and late arriving guests and late night diner patrons, make sleeping a real challenge for the road weary traveler. If you decide to stay here, request (I say demand) a room on the backside so at least the street noise gets a little muted. When you go to the diner, get the cake (ANY cake) FIRST - you can always eat healthy food later!

The hotel has a restaurant connected that offers a discount to hotel guests. The rooms were clean and bathrooms updated (but on the smaller side). Close to Hamilton place and restaurants. Not a bad ride to downtown.

We really enjoyed our stay at this motel. You read reviews and never know what to expect. I'm cheap, my wife is picky. We were both happy :) The room (109) is recently remodeled, the beds were very comfortable and the linens were clean and not cheap. We booked on Orbitz for a Saturday through Tuesday and paid about $70 per night. I would definitely book here again. The staff was very friendly. I definitely recommend eating at the attached restaurant, City Cafe. If you show your room key when you order, you get 10% off all but desserts and drinks. The menu is huge. It's much like a Denny's. Cons: There was some road noise, mainly semis going to the gas station next door. They weren't too loud and it wouldn't deter me from booking again. It *might* be quieter on the side with the pool that faces the gas station. The bathroom is small and the toilet is strangely tiny. On the plus side, the bathroom remodel was nicely done. It is a little far from Lookout Mountain, about 25 minutes. Not bad, not great. Recommendation to motel: Please put a TV channel guide in the room :)

More of a motel than a hotel. Room entrances were outside as opposed to inside. Street side was quite noisy. Hotel price for a motel experience. The ice machine on our side of the building was not in working order.

If you stay here get a room that is away from road. The noise seem to be extremely loud from the vehicles. People in next room were loud until after 3:00 am. The staff was helpful and good. Rooms are clean. Try to avoid rooms next door to wedding parties.

"Good deal"

I really liked the decor and the furniture provided at this location. The bathroom was clean and the shower/tub was beautiful. There are dispensers provided in the shower to grab bodywash, shampoo, and conditioner, if you didn't bring your own. The mirror and sink outside the bathroom was great for putting on makeup with its vanity like and studio-like lighting. The style of the inn is like a motel more than a hotel which I wasn't expecting. I probably didn't read the description carefully. The only thing I don't like is that the walls seem a little too thin. I could hear our neighbors. Unless it was because the suite door was in our room. I don't like the feel of a motel, but the room compensated for it. Overall, the place was great.

"Quite Room"

We were concerned our room would not be quite as there was a truck stop next door. Never heard the trucks - slept very well. This location did not offer free breakfast, but did offer a discount at the restaurant. We did not use the restaurant as we really just wanted coffee and something quick in order to get on the road.

"Enjoyable"

I always read the reviews and based on their comments I chose this hotel hoping I could trust it. The clerk asked if we had a pet since the room assigned was a pet room. My husband said no and we'd preferred a different room. She did not hesitate and gave us a different room #116 and we were very pleased with our entire stay. The room was clean and comfortable and we had no reservations about the use of the bathroom, carpet, curtains, etc. It is in a great location just off the 75 expressway. She highly recommended City Cafe Diner on the premises. It was just as she said plenty of good food. We ended up eating every meal there and not only was the food great but the staff was excellent. This was our third vacation to Chattanooga and we were there for a church leadership conference at Abbas House. We are so glad we chose this hotel and all the staff were pleasant and professional. They were attentive to their jobs making sure the hotel's appearance was appealing inside and outside. I highly recommend this hotel!

Pre-booked this motel as my destination for half way mark heading to Florida for March Break with my son and his friend. It was exactly as I had hoped for. Very easy to find. It's a budget motel. Clean rooms, free Wi-Fi, decent shower. Pillows were little too big for my liking. The A/C unit was a little loud, but it drained out any outside noise. The only thing I did not like about the room (#141) was that ours faced the main road, yet surprisingly it was not too noisy. They do not have breakfast included but do have an adjacent little restaurant and you get 10% off if you show your room key/open 24hrs. For the price paid, it was great. Saved $50 because they don't include continental breakfast like some of the others. (We also went to McKay's just up the street. Fantastic used book store....we spent over an hour inside. That stop alone was worth it. We plan on stopping by on the way back home.)

The rooms were just ok. The bedding and towels as well as the bathroom were clean. The microwave and fridge were not clean and we had a few more issues such as a missing shower curtain. From the moment I phoned the hotel, Jimmy was a gem to deal with. He was efficient and friendly. We followed his recommendation to visit the on site cafe and it was good as well. Called the hotel to see about rates and the man I spoke with was rude and didn't seem to care about customer service. Then we get into the lobby and the woman working was also rude, ultimately denying us service. Do not go here. Hotel might be decent but the customer service is no good.

There are two good things to say about this hotel: 1) the adjacent restaurant, City Café Diner, is second-to-none, and as guests at the hotel, you get 10% off when you pay your bill, and 2) Jimmy at the front desk was welcoming and efficient. He made me think that I had made a grandest choice to book the hotel sight-unseen for the night. However, first impressions are not always accurate, and good people are made to look insincere when they count on others to follow-through. Our TV clicker did not work, and my husband went to see if he could get new batteries. Apparently someone else is in charge of that, was supposed to call the room, then come and replace the damaged clicker altogether. Neither happened. That wouldn't have been a deal breaker, but stay tuned. We asked for an early morning wake-up call. None came. Imagine if we had a plane to catch?? We had said during check-in that we would be leaving early, and wanted to know if there was express check-out available. Jimmy told us that it was a 24 hour operation, and someone would be there. However, no one was there at 4 am!! I waited, waited, waited to turn in the key, to talk about the "non-call", and get a copy of my receipt. After 10 minutes, we had to be on our way, and I left a note with my email with the request to get a copy of the billing, which the manager did forward the same day. The noise made it near impossible to sleep. Granted, we requested a first floor rom, and were given one right next to the restaurant, right beside the walkway to the back of the building, and facing the parking lot and the roads (it's at a corner!) with all their traffic. It was not so much the freeway noise, but the traffic noise from all vehicles that access the road off the exit. Beside the hotel was a monstrous gas/diesel station that accommodated fleets of trucks at a time, so engines and air brakes were a constant noise mere feet from our door. People from the restaurant had to walk past our room or cross the parking area in front of our room, and all the general chatter was louder than ever. It's not like they were partying, just loud. We heard police sirens, fire truck blares, beeps of car doors locking and unlocking, the whole gamut. If you weren't aware, there is outside access to rooms, so it is like the old motor inns. Perhaps some of the areas of the 2-storey hotel has quiet rooms, but ours was not one of them. As well, parking was nearly impossible in the late afternoon, as all the restaurant clients and workers took up spaces that may have been for hotel guests. Lots of room at 4 in the morning when we left! There is no breakfast included with the booking, as is the case with many Best Western hotels. Most other conveniences are what we would come to expect. It would do for an overnighter without the other issues, if you could sleep! You can tell that there has been a remodeling of the hotel... great bathtub, curtain, tub surround and shower with pump toiletries, but the toilet had the wrong tank lid that looked like it was going to fall off, and the toilet had trouble flushing. The in-use toilet paper roll was scrunched like it had fallen in the toilet, and had been left out to dry. The furnishings were updated. Perhaps because this was a handicapped room (I saw that was the case on my receipt), the bed had a little crunching sound, as the mattress cover was the kind that was waterproof. I was planning to book this hotel again (good mid-distance on our drive to Florida), but that won't happen.

"Good Highway Stop Over"

Room was large and clean, and the staff was friendly. This was a very good value. An excellent restaurant is attached and there were some wonderful desserts. There was a little difficulty finding the location through my GPS so I'm guessing the road was recently updated a bit, but it was very close to the highway.

"Close to freeway"

A little over priced but not to bad. Close to the freeway and a nice little restaurant for a quick bite to eat. The bed was pretty comfy for a hotel. There is not a lot of parking near the lobby and the place was hopping the night I stayed there. The staff is very friendly.

We had the AAA rate, so I can't complain about the price. But the strong smell of deodorizer in the room was a big turn-off. The staff are truly friendly and helpful, which is a plus. The diner attached gives huge portions. thank goodness for the fridge in the room for boxed left overs.

We frequently drive between Maryland and Louisiana with our 2 small dogs. Chattanooga is the halfway point. We found this Best Western by searching for pet friendly hotels. We've stayed here 3 times so far and have reservations for our 4th stay next month. The pet friendly rooms have 2 double beds, a microwave and refrigerator. That's helpful, because if you eat (or get take-out) from their restaurant, the City Café Diner, chances are you will have leftovers! The food is excellent, with several Greek specialties. The restaurant is open 24 hours. We've only had take-out because we don't want to leave the dogs alone in the room. Breakfast is HUGE. Front desk staff at the Best Western are friendly and efficient. If you are traveling with pets that are easily started by noise, my suggestion is to request a room on the Lee Highway side of the motel...it's a bit quieter and our dogs did better in those rooms. We look forward to our stays here and won't stay anywhere else in the Chattanooga area.

First off, the place seems to have been recently remodeled. They use a room air freshener that is really nice. The unit was clean and the furnishings were modern and appealing. Although the bedding was updated, the mattress was not. It was not very comfortable. As with many companies in the industry they have gone to the eco friendly dispensers for soap (body wash), shampoo, and conditioner. Unfortunately the body wash dispenser in our unit was completely empty. Had to climb out and retrieve hand soap from the sink area. I don't recall going to a Best Western in the past that had external doors for access to each unit. I prefer internal access for safety sake. Although the area seemed relatively safe there was a lot of traffic and road noise. This facility does not offer breakfast but is connected to a 24 hour diner/cafe. We ate dinner there and found it to be adequate but nothing special. Perhaps breakfast would have been better. The desk clerk/manager was friendly and personable and that was appreciated.

We planned our stop in Chattanooga as it was half way to our final destination. This was a great place to stop. It is easy to access off the highway. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. It is your average motel, exactly as expected. The City Cafe Diner attached to the hotel was great as well. After a long drive we didn't want to look around for a restaurant. The food was delicious (hard to choose from their massive menu) and the staff again was very friendly. Overall had a great stay!

We stayed in 4 different Best Westerns over an 8 day period. This one was the worst--hands down. The hotel appears to be an older one not built for Best Western. Renovations have been made (e.g. granite surrounds in the bath) to update the rooms. The hotel is located right on Lee highway and there was traffic noise all night. As the guest checking in before me put it, you have to violate at least 3 traffic laws to get from the interstate to the hotel parking lot. The biggest negative was that no breakfast was provided. We expect this from all Best Westerns. We were offered a 10% discount at the diner next door instead of a breakfast which did not alleviate our disappointment. We paid more for our room here without breakfast than at any of the other BW we stayed at on this trip. On the plus side the room was clean and the staff was friendly.

We stopped here on our northbound and southbound trip on I75. It's right off the freeway, pet friendly, affordable and has a 24 hour restaurant with delicious food. What's not to like?? Since we were only there overnight I don't know what else is in the area but for an easy overnight this is the place. The staff is very friendly also.

This location had an strange layout but everything was neat and clean. The value was exceptional and the staff phenomenal. The only drawback was the restaurant was under remodel when breakfast time came. It was open for dinner the night before but I must admit, the desert bar looked incredible but the dinner we chose completely lacked in flavor.

The room was clean and has been remodeled recently. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is no free breakfast, but a nearby restaurant offers a 10% discount if you show your room key. We didn't try the restaurant as we were in a hurry to get going. The rooms open to the outside (not an interior hallway). Our sleep was disturbed by emergency vehicles several times in the night.

The room looked beautiful and the beds were comfy and soft.....until the lights went out. I woke up with a BEDBUG crawling around where my legs were. Bites on both legs. I was in room 219. I can't sleep like I use to after this episode.

The staff were very friendly. There isn't complimentary breakfast; however, there is a restaurant connected that was highly recommended by everyone that gives a 10% discount for hotel guests. The food was absolutely fantastic, as well as the service. As for the hotel... it's in a convenient location, right off the interstate and a main highway, which also means that there is a LOT of noise. We had to turn on the constant fan which helped some. It was very difficult to sleep. The quality was not worth the quantity, and I would definitely recommend spending ten dollars more a night for a better hotel.

The Best Western was very well situated near I-75 and I-24. It had all the conveniences we expect today. Beds were fine, bathroom was a bit small but very clean. We weren't disturbed during the night though the hotel was busy. Hotel doesn't have breakfast itself but a nice 24-hour restaurant is on the property and it was very good. Excellent customer service, good price. I'd stay again.

I stayed here twice over Thanksgiving break, on the drive to Florida and on the way back. The first stop we had a room right on the highway side, and it was so noisy that I barely slept even with earplugs in. We had our dogs with us and the constant foot traffic outside our door was upsetting for them and us. The second stay we asked for a room on the back side away from the road, but it was not any quieter. This seems to be a popular place for parties as I was awakened both stays by really loud music around 3am. During the first stay the bed seemed to be new and the room was surprisingly clean. Due to noise issues, we tried to book something else for the way home, but as it was Thanksgiving there was nothing else available. The second stay was not restful and a waste of time. The bed during that second stay was so old and mushy that if you were to lay on one side you rolled into the center. The carpet had blood stains. On the bright side, the attached 24 hour diner is decent. There's unfortunately not much else for food or drink nearby unless you count the gas station or liquor store.

This hotel is the best and for a great price. There is a 24 hr restaurant and a gas station right next door. close to the highway. 15-20 mins away from downtown. I went with friends on a day trip to do some activities downtown. The hotel staff was professional and friendly. Really made us feel welcomed. The rooms was really clean and of great value.

This is a renovated hotel located near the Interstate and busy streets. I chose it because of location and price. The renovation was good and the room was fine. I had some reservations concerning the vehicle noise which was no problem at night. The adjacent truck stop was a bit noisy in the early morning, but I was leaving early anyway. The main thing I remember is the friendly and helpful staff and the amazing 24/7 restaurant adjacent to the hotel. A small café, it has a menu of 400 items (including a monster dessert menu with 35 different cakes, 15 cheesecakes, and numerous pies and other goodies), efficient service, reasonable prices, huge helpings, and good quality food. Breakfast is not include d at the hotel, but a 10% discount is given to hotel guests

On 12/06/2015 we stopped at this Best Western. The room was great. Very large and seemed like everything was brand new. Wish I could remember the young Lady's name that checked us in, she was one of the nicest people you could meet. They don't serve breakfast but have a restaurant attached to the hotel and you get 10% off your bill. The restaurant ( I think the name was City Café) had excellent food. If I would have known how big the portions were we could have split one meal because there is no way you could finish it all by your self. The room was super clean and the beds were queen size. One of the most comfortable rooms I ever stayed in. Got a great nights sleep.

"Good value for the money"

I've stayed at this hotel several times for various reasons and have been satisfied with my stays overall. Clean rooms, comfy beds, free wireless Internet and useful appliances like a microwave and fridge makes it a good deal. Not as thrilled with personal grooming products on the last stay, but that's personal preference. Others may see nothing wrong with them. I still recommend it for anyone needing lodging in the area.

We stayed here over night while traveling to go on a cruise. The rooms were very clean the staff was very friendly. This hotel has a restaurant in the hotel. A word of advice when you place an order at this restaurant your eyes will do a double take at how large the portions on your plate are. You will not go a way hungry from this place.

Upon arrival from Ohio, my boyfriend had an allergic reaction (to what, we're still unsure) and rushed to the emergency room, conveniently located less than 15 minutes away. When we got back to the hotel, we requested to switch rooms which they promptly arranged. Just in case the reaction was caused by the first room, they immediately deep cleaned it before they allowed other guests to stay. The shower was nice, they use organic shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The beds were extremely comfortable and the cable tv was enjoyable. This is a pet friendly hotel, but it lacked the grass space to take your dog and offered no waste disposal amenities. There is a pool in the summertime and a 24 hour, very popular diner attached, which you will receive a 10% discount ONLY if you alert the cashier on time...and 25% off Papa Johns. There is a liquor store within walking distance and less than 10 minutes down the road a brand new shopping complex with every store a woman could want, food, and grocery. I will likely visit Chattanooga again.

"Train weekend"

This hotel is excellent! Not only is the hotel wonderful and very convenient to everything to do in Chattanooga, but the City Café Restaurant that is connected to the hotel is totally awesome. Great food and friendly service. The hotel has just been remodeled and it is very nice. Easily accessible from I75.

"Traffic traffic"

The room is an avg room. First thing i noticed was the amount of traffic just 15ft from the room. Luckily i had ear plugs. Second the parking is horrible here. I would park in the back but it looked sketchy there. Third the tv is full of channels with no real channels so you have to keep hitting the up/down button before you find one and no where is there a channel guide in the room. Fourth the shower was great but lacked the courtesy shampoo that's promised, but they supply some at the desk. Did notice that some of the conditioner product had leaked in the tub. Like i said it's avg but the traffic kept me from having a good sleep and the parking really sucks. I say keep moving

"BED BUGS!!! DIRTY FILTHY SMELLY ROOMS! nasty!"

our softball team stayed here last week and 5 of the 10 rooms we booked had BEDS BUGS!!! I am sure all the others ones did too. The rooms smelled of strong urine and musty. The mirror was disgusting with SPIT all over it.... room was NEVER cleaned before our stay. All the sheets had pee stains as well. NEVER EVER will stay at another Best western any where in the USA.

When I heard about I got on this right away with the bug company and closed the rooms down and I went to housekeeping taking care of that problem about the rooms being dirty and smelly. I hate leaving negative reviews but I just can't figure out why so many people gave this hotel 4s or 5s. It is located right off the freeway on a main intersection. The traffic noise was just terrible. We were unlucky enough to have rooms facing the main roads. IF YOU WANT TO STAY AT THIS LOCATION CALL & ASK FOR ROOMS FACING THE BACK PARKING LOT. The hotel desk staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. The heater/air conditioner unit did not work in my room. I did not bother calling the desk because I was exhausted & already ready for bed when I realized it didn't function. Luckily it was neither hot or cold during my stay which was just overnight. Hotel is fine but the location is just really bad. I would have cancelled my reservations if I had been staying longer than a day.

We stayed at this hotel on 11/02/15. I booked online after reading the great reviews. The rate was great! Upon entering the hotel for check-in, I was cheerfully greeted by Jimmy. He was a pro at checking me in & I was shown where I could park & my room location. When we entered our room we were surprised how updated it was & how clean & fresh it was. Everything from the bath area to the comfortable bed impressed us. I'm a very picky person when it comes to cleanliness. I was not disappointed at all. The room was also quiet. When we checked out, I was again greeted cheerfully & everything was handled in a professional & pleasant manner. I will come & stay here again.

"Good Place for the Price!"

Was a good place for the price. Room was clean and everyone we talked too was very friendly. Due to location I didn't give it 5 stars -on corner of 2 four lane highways and beside a truck stop so lots of traffic. The hotel is pet friendly which was good for us as we never get too take our other baby with us on trips. Pro and Con would be the City Diner that is attached to the Hotel - no Coffee or Breakfast with room but City Diner is right there and has a very diverse menu and great food!

We stopped overnight on a family trip. I searched hotels online and this was considerably less expensive than nearby hotels (less than half of some). The staff was super-friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Adorable cafe just off the lobby. What a pleasant surprise this was!

The room was well-appointed and neat beyond required deco. The only negative was the subtle staleness of odor of the room. It seemed that too much air-freshener had been used for too long. A good airing out would cure the problem, such as it is. I wasn't bothered, just noticed it.

"Declining accommodation?"

We have been staying at this hotel for 5 years coming back and forth from Canada to Florida. We book our room in advance so it won't matter what time we arrive . This is the first time we have had to go back to the desk THREE times, first room was musty and on the busy side of the hotel, second room had an overwhelming odour of dog urine (front desk argued with me telling me that wasn't possible their cleaning staff was quite competent) third time she said I could check out or take this room.

We were coming back from Florida on a family vacation and spent the night here. Very good value and clean hotel. Nothing fancy or new but very clean and had a good nights sleep. They do not offer a breakfast but give a discount at the restaurant attached on the property of 10% off. Thought that was a bit cheap.

"Better than our last hotel stay...."

After checking into the hotel, we arrived to our room only to find that it had not been cleaned. The housing keeping staff got to it as quickly as they could, but the room wasn't cleaned as thoroughly as it should have been. We ran out of bath soap from the shower dispenser. It was never refilled. But overall, the hotel was comfortable.

It was a nice hotel for the price. It was clean and quite altough there was construction. It was close to the downtown area and attractions. There was no free breakfast. They offer 10% the dinner in the hotel. We did not eat there. We enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was finer than my stay at the Sax on the loop in Chicago. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any and all needs. The attached restaurant was VERY good with price quality and portion. The grounds were very clean and the parking lot was well lit for security. We will be back on our trips as our official halfway point....

Nice place to stop for the night while passing through or taking in some of the local events. Easy access to the highway. Great value....for the money...the room was very clean. This hotel does not do a free breakfast, but has a nice 24 hour restaurant attached that gives guest a 10% discount.

"Expect Pubic hairs and Prostitutes"

Pretty disgusting joint. Pulled off to sleep for the night while traveling. I had pubic hairs in my bed, prostitutes banging on my door at 2am (No, I am not Sen. David Vitter calling for Wendy), no soap in the bathroom, neon lights from the gas station next door will make you feel like you're sleeping at a 70's disco club and the curtains could not close the whole way for you to block the light out. In short, very cultural experience, not the experience I was going for.... If you want sleep, not the place.

"Nice place to stay"

I booked this room for my teenage son and myself when we went to go see the new grandbaby. Parking was easy. Good location for getting on and off interstate. We had an issue with our heater. Called the front desk and within 10 minutes a very nice maintenance man was there. He took a look at it, gave me the potential options and was back within 10 minutes with a new unit. It took him maybe 15 minutes to swap them out. All of the staff that I dealt with were very nice. I will stay here again!

"Exceptional quality for a great price."

In every respect the Best Western Heritage was a good experience. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The refrigerator was larger than normal and the shower and beds were outstanding. We had to be moved once at the beginning because of a dysfunctional AC unit. The second room was perfect. The hotel staff were also excellent. The price is great for the value. Would recommend this property to anyone.

At first glance the hotel looks dated. I prefer indoor halls to a door to the parking lot. However the room was impeccably clean and the bed and linens very comfortable. The gem however was the restaurant. Our waitress was having an off night but we over looked that for the quality and value of the food.

We booked this hotel primarily because we had dogs. The pet friendly room we were given was neat and clean, without any odors of any kind. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Would recommend to fellow travelers. Right off 75, has a good restaurant attached and a gas station right next door.

"Cheap and good"

I booked the room online and got it for $55 a night. It wasn't anything fancy but appeared clean and was fairly quiet. I stayed 3 nights with no problems. There are a Porsche and an Infiniti dealership across the road so it didn't appear to be in a bad part of town. It didn't appear to be a flop house or drug motel either. There is a diner attached to the lobby so there is not a continental breakfast. There is also a nice gas station and Wendy's very close. The front desk staff was friendly and everything went very smooth. I would recommend if you are looking for a cheap, clean, basic motel.

The Little city cafe was nice, and the staff friendly, but in the mornings I dont have time for all that crap, I just want a bowl of cereal maybe a waffle, and my coffee and to be on my way. We use this hotel each time we travel from home to visit our family in Indiana. It is a midpoint of the journey and has all the features we need: an easy off/on interstate location, great restaurant; nearby fuel.

Very nice hotel, Would much rather of had the cotinental breakfast than to have to use t he onsite restaurant, not pleased with it at all. Staff VERY helpful, friendly, available.The outdoor pool was on the small side, not of much use to us.
