Best Western Cambridge Inn

This is an average Best Western with basic rooms, showers only in basic rooms and a regular breakfast for Best Westerns. The room that we had on the back side of the hotel was quiet. I didn't understand why there was trash sitting outside the doors of many rooms ant any time of day unless it was expected from a number of long stay workers. The attendants that we met were pleasant.

Shalynn was absolutely amazing !!! Super friendly and great at her job!!!! Definitely deserves a raise, room was nice and clean! Breakfast could have been better but nothing to complain about !!!! Thank you Shalynn for making the stay!!!!

This is a basic place to sleep, and not much more. The room was clean, if a little outdated. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, with a sign that said out of order. Breakfast was also a little bland. Lower price, but you get what you pay for, I guess.

Staff were all friendly and clearly happy in their workplace. Hotel was fresh, very clean, and comfortable. Definitely a place to stay for a night or extended stay. Breakfast was fresh but not an extensive menu. Only thing missing was the pool being temporarily closed, hope that gets fixed soon.

This is what you would expect from a BW. There are others that are not up to speed. Lobby was nice, ice machine s were there but only one worked. There were enough outside restaurants to choose from to make a decision to say there. Hotel was understaffed. Would hope more were on duty for restaurant and lobby, but obviously they were double booked. Had to wait to checkout as lobby staff serviced kitchen.

Great hotel. Appeared as if brand new building and decor. Clean quiet. Reasonable rate too. Good windows in breakfast room which i appreciate. Walkable to restaurants. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast and 24 hour coffee/tea. I plan to stay here again

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and have been satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. the location is convenient off the highway and is near several restaurants and other shopping. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

Was on a work trip ended up staying because of memorial weekend and was pleasantly surprised with how nice and quiet it was even though there was kids around would definitely stay again

The dirties hotel I've ever stayed in. The bathroom also looks like to was broke and then poorly repaired. Do not recommend for anyone.

I left a brand new phone charger in my room. Within hours of checking out I contacted management… She said she would handle it… She Never got back in contacted with back. I text her two times over the next week . I got no response. For as quickly as I contacted management, I should've had been returned my phone charger. The rooms were nice but ethics of housekeeping and management sticks .

There are other choices very nearby so I would choose another hotel next time. The breakfast options were terrible- there was two very mealy apples and some curdled looking waffle batter. There was some eggs and sausage we did not try. No bagels, muffins, pastries. Water machine was not working. They did make orange juice after we asked. We stayed 3 nights. Room was fine. Location fine- right next to Cracker Barrell and Tractor Supply off the freeway. Could hear people talking in parking lot and next door room. They had my reservation wrong so I am not confident I am going to be billed correctly; there was no one around at check out. The clerks we did interact with were friendly.

First room we were in had blood in shower. Front desk quickly gave us another room. That room had hair and dirt in shower. We cleaned it ourself as to Noone on staff to clean. Manager was notified later and quickly rectified the situation. Front staff, breakfast attendant and manager were awesome. Overall stay was nice, just housekeeping issues. Thought being a suite was little smaller than other suites we stayed in, but other than shower issues, was clean and comfortable.

Lamps were unplugged. Looked like there were outlets at top left side of the headboard, but in trying to insert plugs, they had been painted over and couldn't insert plugs. Pushed the bed back to find out if there were workable outlets. The outlet did work, but the wire of plug that was inserted was bent because the bed had been pushed against it and eventually it could cause a fire. Reported to management and they were going to take care of it. Young woman at desk was very helpful and handled guests checking in very patiently and professionally.

This hotel has recently remodeled the rooms. They are quiet and restful. You can walk to the Cracker Barrel or drive to several other restaurants close by. It's an oasis in the interstate desert. We stayed here on our return trip because the staff was so nice and friendly when we were checking out. They run a fine facility. And the door keys work every time.

We were having car troubles and had to book this hotel last minute. Ellie was able to check us in early so I didn't have to wait on the road with my kids. The staff was so accommodating and helpful throughout the whole stay and we were able to check out late to accommodate the mechanics. It was by far the best experience we could have had in the situation. I am so grateful they took care of our family and a huge thank to Ellie for being so amazing!

Very poor breakfast. Last weekend no orange juice, and this weekend the single caffeinated coffee dispenser broke multiple times. Fake eggs, no bacon, no fruit or Greek yogurt left guests with a carbs only breakfast. We brought our own carb free syrup and creamer because the hotel had none. We brought our own ice because last time we stayed all the ice dispensers were all broken. Some staff are great, but we saw others who looked like druggies. One girl nearly propositioned my significant other. We've traveled a bit, and nearly every other hotel has been better. Our guess is that whoever is running this particular Best Western is cutting too many corners or just doesn't care. This place has a very convenient location, but you can do better.

After driving for hours through a terrible storm, our family group (including 5 children and 2 85-year-olds) arrived very late, nearly midnight, to this hotel expecting to be able to rest. We booked three rooms, one of which had not been cleaned. The staff were very apologetic, explained that there was a mix-up with housekeeping, and that they might need to put a few of our group into a hotel next door since they were out of rooms. They ended up giving us a room with a king-sized bed, though that meant someone ended up on the floor. They said they would comp the one room for us and now the manager will not return our calls. This is unacceptable since the error was theirs, and now the management continues to waste our time as we try to track down getting the money returned for our poor experience. We will not be booking at a Best Western again.

Winery was close by excellent view of city. Awesome Catholic. Church close by very convenient Hotel breakfast great lots of variety. Great coffee Great location to interstate. Only a mile or so off highway

When we went to check in and got our room the bed wasnt made, bathroom was clean but had no towels or bath mat. Went down to front desk, given another room, went up and it wasnt the suite we booked. Went back down to front desk. Told her we will take originalroom, wanted to shower and change then go to dinner and they can clean the room then which they did. Lady at front desk was very nice and apologetic. Room was in good shape as was the rest of the hotel. Pool area smelled moldy and the pool was freezing. The breakfast was really disappointing. First morning there was minimal options, juice machine broken, dlsecond morning there was basically only cereal and no milk and a couple bagels, everything else was gone, even the coffee. Very disappointing.

Very clean motel. Breakfast was excellent and dining area roomy and clean. TV in dining area was not on. Remote for the TV in the weight/exercise room was missing. Front desk turned it on manually but I could not change channels. The swimming g pool was clean and the water an acceptable temperature for active swimming. Room rate was $20/room less than the Comfort Inn next door. Toilet seat was loose and shower valve switching from tub to shower is funky. Other than that it was a great place to stay and I will return.
