Place is old and a bit rundown. I requested a handicap room front desk told me they didn't get that request and didn't have one available. Internet is slow and TV kept freezing and skipping during shows. Bed was like sleeping on straight wood and sagged in the middle

This hotel is an older hotel but kept very clean. And a great location close to lots of restaurants gas stations shopping. The breakfast is a little bit above average with some fresh fruits and yogurts breads Etc

"Nice big clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast"

This hotel is very close to Offutt AFB which was helpful since we were visiting our Granddaughter who was just stationed here. The hotel was also very close to downtown, the zoo and other attractions. The breakfast was good and the coffee was always hot!

The manager checked us in and out. She is a very pleasant young lady! Our room was spacious and very quiet. Shower was great. Beds were comfortable with 4 pillows each. Nice towels. For some reason, there was no hair dryer. This used to be called Whitehouse Inn and that is what our gps finally found. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked.

Sunny at front desk was very helpful and pleasant to talk to, he made sure all our needs were met especially with a baby(10 months) and infant(2 years) staying with us we would call front desk for different things at different time through out the day and Sunny was accommodating towards all our needs in timely manner. Rooms and bathrooms were super clean.(impressive!! surpassed our expectations)..If i come back to Bellevue i will definitely stay here.

"Waiting out hurricane Dorian"

We had an extended stay here as we waited out hurrican Dorian. Luckly we had reletavives just over the state line that we could visit with. Every one from Danny the GM, to Pam & Sunny who ran the desk and Juana the house keeper were extremely friendly and made our stay worth wild.

Room was very clean and room temp was comfortable. The bed was extremely comfy. Breakfast was of very good quality with many choices to choose from. Had a very pleasant stay and I will stay here again in the future.

"Great for the Price"

This isn't a luxury hotel, but it isn't priced like one either. My room was clean. The staff attentive and friendly. The breakfast was good and you can eat plenty. The only drawback during my stay had nothing to do with the hotel. Across the road (four lane, plus parking lot) are railroad tracks where trains run several times during the night. Nothing like train whistle to wake you from a dead sleep. Thank goodness for ear plugs.

"A great place to stay!!"

Friendly staff. The girl at the front desk was very polite and very welcoming!! They got us in early which is very appreciated. Clean room, no crazy screaming in the halls at night, fast internet, and best of all.. Their breakfast has a ton of variety and is very delicious. "Really enjoyed our stay!"

Our room was quite spacious, everything worked well and the bed was comfortable. We really appreciated the good-sized refrigerator, microwave, and in-room coffee. The sink had a large amount of counter space, which is hard to find in reasonably-priced motels. The complimentary breakfast was excellent: waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage as well as the usual offerings. The staff was very professional and friendly. They sold some food and drink items at the front desk so you didn't have to go out for a snack or a quick meal. We had some great Ben & Jerry's sorbet on a very hot, humid day!

I was driving from Portland, OR to Chicago and this was my favorite hotel I stayed in along the way. It's a cool building. The room was spacious and clean. Staff was super friendly. If I'm ever in the area, I'll definitely be staying here again.

"Dirty sheets and bed bugs"

Stay at this hotel with my daughter and husband. Woke up in the morning to realize I slept and dirty sheets from the previous guest/guests. After realizing that not only were the sheets dirty, I then realized my husband had bites marks all over him. Called front desk and they came and took pictures and gave us bags to put our things in. Management was not on property as all this happened around 6am. I asked that management called me but they didn't until 4days later. I asked them to replace my items i threw away and he told me that wasn't going to happen. After back and forth on the phone I hang up. He called me back and said communications on the phone and via email won't happen between us anymore. So I'm taking it to social media. This hotel is nasty and everything in the room was broken or outdated. Cobwebs all over under the stairs case. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Visiting the area helping my daughter get settled in. Need a place to stay close to the base. Stoped in to see if they had a room. Staff was friendly and welcoming and lobby beautiful and clean. The rate was really high and the staff explained there was an event. Checked in and left to get my daughter moved in to her place. Got back late and went to my room. When I turned on the light the first thing I see, the TV was taped together with tape and the chair in the room was falling apart. I look at the bed and guess what I see?? BUGS! (I took pictures of everything). I called the front desk and they did not seem surprised. Offered to move me to a different room but that was not an option. For $200 a night I was moving hotels. I spent less than 10 mins in the room thank goodness. Stay away.

The owner of this hotel, Danny Patel, is the one of the most unreasonable people I've ever dealt with. I made mistake on my online reservation and called hotel directly to select the correct date. He was belligerent, and said there was nothing he could do to help me change my reservation because I did not book directly with them. I said that I understood there may be additional fees and he proceeded to call me ignorant for not selecting the right dates. He said that he would be keeping my money and there's nothing I could do about it. In his words, he said: "Do you not know how to read?" I have never been this insulted in my life; perhaps it's due to having a Latino last name. I then said this was not good customer service, and I would be posting my reviews on my experience. He said if I did that, he would sue me. He then continued to scream at me before hung up on me abruptly. I have contacted Best Western customer service and if this hotel will not work with me, then I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, and Doug Peterson, the Attorney General of Nebraska to file a formal complaint.

"Manager was arrogant, indifferent, argumentative"

we returned to our room at about 7PM and discovered that it had not been cleaned/refreshed at all, it was just exactly as we had left it at 9:30 that morning. I contacted the manager, Danny Patel, about this situation. I found that he was arrogant, indifferent, and argumentative. He blamed me for leaving the DND sign on the door that day, although I told him that we had removed it at 9:30 AM. He was argumentative and belligerent, and told me that he would not clean/refresh the room, or provide fresh towels, or do anything to correct the situation. He is the focus of my complaint. Does his behavior meet BW standards or expectations for a site manager? It does not meet mine, I am a longstanding, paying customer. At my persistence, he finally allowed us to move into another room for that night. He continued to say that I was being rude, although he and his staff were the cause of our room not being prepared that day. I have severe distaste for the manner in which your manager treated me in this situation. I told him that I would file a complaint directly with BW, and he stated that he did not care if I did.

Horrible place. Icky. Stained towels, broken furniture and shower didn't work properly. If you have issues with mold and mildew, do not stay here. Apparently Best Western is renaming inferior hotels within it's chain something other than Best Western. I know now not to stay at a Best Western unless it is actually a Best Western. Run!

"Worst Hotel experience of my life!"

Worst hotel experience of my life. Had a Priceline reservation for a standard room as I have many times over many years. I asked Sonny at the front desk if we could get a room on the upper floor. He said no, I must take a ground floor handicapped room with a single bed. We were there in the afternoon and hardly any other guests had checked in for the evening. I told him we did not ask for a handicapped room, other hotels work with us for the level we would prefer to be on and I had never heard of a room with a single bed in it. He was inflexible and said we were wrong about everything. He was arrogant and insisted we take what he wanted to give us. I went to my car to retrieve the print-out of our room order and showed him it was for a room to accommodate two guests. He then said the single bed is actually a queen bed. I asked him if he understood why it would have been better for him to say queen bed instead of insisting that our room would only have a single bed?! He still insisted we couldn't have a room on a different floor and had to take a handicapped room. By this time he was arguing as well with the other occupant of my room and my sister who was also there to check in. Sonny said if we didn't like what he said, we could leave. My sister added if we left, she and her husband would leave as well and so would my other two sisters who weren't there yet. We were all in town for a graduation. Sonny said fine but we still had to pay for the rooms. I asked to speak with the manager and Sonny said the manager was on vacation and he, Sonny, was in charge. Sonny continued to tell us how wrong we were and I told him to stop arguing and finish checking us in. I had to say it about five times to get him to start doing his job again. All the while he kept arguing and insisting he was right. No hint of a good customer service attitude in this fellow. So we moved our car to the back of the motel and brought our luggage into the room. We noticed an older middle-aged man and woman now in the area of our room. They were standing in another room with the door open that could view our room. The man was of Indian descent with black dress slacks and a pink colored shirt. I didn't think anything of it then. But some minutes after we were in our room, my sister called and told me a man called her room thinking it was ours and said he was the owner and would call the police to have us removed from the hotel. That shocked me and while still on the phone with my sister, our room phone rang. The man on the phone said he was the owner and he was vacationing in Cabo San Lucas. He said he was a wealthy man and he wanted us out of the motel because we were abusive to his front desk person. I told him how wealthy he was has nothing to do with us and I asked his name. He wouldn't give his name and kept talking over me when I tried to respond. He stated I had no right to speak. I kept stating he needed to call Priceline and tell them what he was doing. He stated he had called the police and we would be forcibly evicted from our room. I still had my sister on my cell phone so she heard the whole bizarre call. We agreed we all wanted to leave after the threats. We packed and took our luggage to our car. We noticed the guy in the dress pants locked the back door after we went out. I walked around the front and up to Sonny at the front desk. I calmly told him we were leaving and to write the name of the hotel owner on a slip of paper, the owner's phone number and for Sonny to write his full name as well. I told him I would need this for Priceline. He did so. And I noticed that man in the dress pants was up front behind the desk area when I walked in the front door. When he saw me, he walked into a back room. At this point I noticed business cards on the front counter and took one. Danny Patel was listed on the card as the general manager, the one who was supposed to be on vacation. And surprise, Sonny wrote on the paper for me, the name of the owner is Danny Patel and the phone number for Danny is the motel number. Patel is a relatively common Indian name and Danny Patel is almost assuredly the older middle-aged man who was in the motel the entire time. So not on vacation at all and not decent enough to face me. So we were the victims of deception. And there is more. When I called Priceline, they said that even though we were intimidated into leaving the motel after checking in, the motel was insisting on keeping the fee for that night because they checked us in. And there is likely more nastiness by the motel to all this. There were multiple graduations and parties going on in the Omaha area that weekend along with a major track meet we were told. Hardly any hotel rooms available anywhere and lots of price gouging going on. It took a wonderful desk clerk at a Fairfield Inn about a dozen phone calls to find a hotel to replace the three hotel rooms we had to vacate due to Danny Patel. What likely happened is Patel tried keeping money from our party while reselling all the rooms we were forced to give up. We made our original reservations long in advance so he would have been able to make a big increase by intimidating us to leave. It's also worth mentioning that the handicapped room we were forced to check into was only called handicapped accessible because they put a chair into a regular high-sided tub. Can that possibly pass ADA requirements? And the room my sister who had checked in was given, had tape holding the TV screen together. Poorly maintained motel only outdone by deceptive, threatening and non-customer friendly personnel. Oh yes, both of us are seniors and two of my sisters who were to check in are seniors. We met a lot of nice people that weekend in the Omaha area but not at the SureStay Plus Hotel in Bellvue.

stay away, these people are horrible. tried checking in, and couldn't get room we booked. argumentative big mouth at front desk. broken beer bottles, tall weeds by our entry door in rear. saw room with taped up television.

This hotel is in Gross disrepair! Very dirty room, stained towels and sheets. Heat didn't work in the room. Blew a circuit with little plugged in. Tv frame was cracked, mold, ashes in cups! Disappointed

We always stay here when we visit our daughter. We have never really been disappointed with the service - the room price is very reasonable, rooms clean and cared for. It is definitely not the Ritz but is a fine place to stay when you are just looking for a place to lay your head. Also we appreciate the pet-friendly option and the hard surface floors for those rooms.

The rooms were clean. The front desk person was very nice. Breakfast was so so. It was the usual waffles, sausage, cereal, biscuits & gravy. The gravy was cold and not much flavor to it. Also, there was no fruit.

I stayed in room 240. I did hid hear others had issues with rooms but my room was alot larger then i was expecting for the value. It had a large table, desk, dresser, closet, fridge, microwave, two queens, ect. Although the bathroom was small with a pedastal sink. My only issue was the internet speed. I stayed for 5 nights so was happy with the room. If you are in bellevue its close to lots of ammenities and the university but you will hear the train. :) Also try stellas its just a few mins away.

Overall it was a great place. Only few issues. One , the room I was assigned to was not even ready when I got there. I went in room and bedding was thrown on the chair and trash not emptied. I reported right away and was given a different room so that took care of that issue. Only other issue was no smoke detector in my room. There were wires but smoke detector itself was gone which is a hazard if there were a fire. Safety 1st! Staff was nice but maybe having someone at desk round clock would be nice instead of ringing bell but just suggestion. Very quiet place. So I will be returning to stay again.

Best value in the metro area hands down. Huge rooms. A+ breakfast. Super clean. Bathrooms were clean and orderly. By far the best place we've stayed at in Omaha for the money. Definitely will be staying there in the future

We had a great stay at SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western. Very clean and comfortable hotel. They allowed us to cancel part of our reservation because of weather conditions being bad for travel back home to WI. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I'm ever in Bellevue, NE again!

This hotel always has clean rooms!! The appearance is not the best but the staff is always helpful. If you need an inexpensive option this is the one to pick. I have never had a problem and for the price you can beat it.

The beds are always new, fresh and comfortable. I'm always hot so love that the air conditioners are better than most hotels I stay in. The rooms are spacious and kept very clean. Love that the bathroom has a separate sink and counter space outside the door so multiple people can get ready at once.

My wife and I stayed the night driving to Texas. The area around the hotel is a bit run down but was a quick drive to the store. The interior of the hotel is okay. I enjoyed reading about all the presidents on the walls. Our room was very large, so large in fact they were able to fit what looked like my grandpas recliner in the room lol. The bed mattress and pillow were very comfortable. Honestly to me that is all that matters. Breakfast was okay. The bathrooms have been updated nicely. My waffle didn't have much flavor and feel apart. The microwave is super strong so 15secs is more than enough to warm a biscuit. I really enjoyed their sausage links. Great value for the price!

Very clean and tidy room with excellent service from the front desk people. I asked if I could park my motorcycle under cover but out of the way near the front door in case of rain overnight and the clerk on duty promptly asked the manager and I was given permission to do so. It meant a lot to me. My only "complaint" was that I was put in the Ronald Reagan room of whom I was not a fan. LOL Good morning breakfast

Came to this hotel with my family, and I had a very positive stay. The manager on duty was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were spick and span, and my overall trip in Omaha was amazing. I definitely recommend this place to anyone making a trip to Nebraska. I will be back here for sure!

This place I used to give five stars as it was a best western (PRESIDENTS INN). It was ran well,was cleaner, friendlier and had higher quality amenities. Now, less of everything and quality ranks more along the lines of a relax inn, or motel 6, thus a 2.5 to maybe a 3 star rating.

Our room was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, and tasty. The decor was very interesting; each room has the name of one of our presidents on the door, with pictures and such on the walls. It was quite interesting to look at. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For the price we paid, it was much better than I expected. We will stay there again.

Needed a place to stay while in Bellevue and decided to try the Surestay out. Was pleasantly surprised for the price that the rooms were well kept and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Made sure to tell me if anything was needed to just let them know. I would stay at this hotel again.

"Zoo Trip"

This was a pretty solid hotel located 10 minutes away from the Omaha Zoo. Rooms were clean, seemed to be maintained, and best of all, the shower didn't feel like an industrial pressure washer. Standard continental breakfast although there was a cool automatic pancake maker we hadn't encountered before. I enjoyed that all the rooms were named for presidents with some info about them both inside and outside the rooms. It was a nice little touch. Going north from the KC area, we totally avoided any Omaha congestion with this pick. If you're in town for the zoo, you probably won't find a more convenient hotel.

Had a great experience at the SureStay in Bellevue, NE. The price was excellent and I feel I received more than I paid for. My room was very nice. It was extremely clean and the housekeeping staff kept it clean throughout my 4 night stay. The desk staff was very courteous and helpful - could not have asked for more. The young lady that worked the evening desk shift was very helpful on the two occasions I had questions or needed extra items. They have a free breakfast which was also good. On one morning I went in for breakfast just a bit before the breakfast bar was scheduled to close. Unfortunately the scrambled eggs and sausage serving pans were empty but the owner's wife came in and offered to make more eggs and sausage for me - which I gratefully accepted. This is typical of the experience I had - great service, very nice room, excellent pricing. I met the owner my last morning there and I am convinced he and his wife are sincerely working to provide great service and value for every customer. I highly recommend this hotel if you are going to be staying in the Bellevue area.

"Family emergency "

My father was put in hospice, and my sister, and both brothers stayed here. The staff are extremely helpful, they had a nice breakfast, and the rooms were very clean. Three weeks after my father was placed in hospice he passed away, and again we all stayed here. There arent words to express the way they went out of there way to make sure that we had all that we need. If i ever go back to Belleville i will definitely stay here.

We had to have some repairs down in our RV so checked in at the Sure Stay. The room was comfortable, with tile floors because we were in a pet friendly room. The Innkeeper, Pritty, was very sweet and accommodating. She did everything she could to make our stay comfortable. The bed was surprisingly the most comfortable bed I've ever had in a motel. Temperature in the room was just right. Housekeeping was exceptionally accommodating. Coffee was good, too. And best of all is that the inn is sandwiched between a Village Inn and The Special, a very good restaurant known for its home-cooked meal. And if you have dogs that need to get out and run, there is a dog park across the street at the car dealership. Can't beat that.

Worst stay ever! Unfriendly staff, noisy, unsafe. Other guests were talking loudly and slamming doors until 3am; we walked through the front door at least 3 times and there was nobody at the front desk and side exits were kept open at night by rugs. My child woke up several times during the night due to the noise on hallway.
