Best Western Plus Hotel Executive Residency Austin, Austin

The staff and room were very nice! The room had a stovetop and a freezer, which were definitely nice to have. Everything was clean and the bathroom is a good size. The bed was really comfortable and the breakfast we got to try was tasty as well. Overall we had a very nice experience and will stay again when we're in the area.

Nice bright entrance and breakfast area. Clean and bright rooms and washrooms. Heating system quieter than most.close to highway 35 and restaurants. Drinks and light snacks available in the lobby. We would recommend it.

I gave my credit card to the young man behind the counter. I told him I wanted my room charged to that card. After I walked off the charge posted to a different credit card that I had used to hold the room. I went back and told him that I had posted to the wrong card. He read the last four digits of the credit card I gave him and said that was the credit card he put it on. I showed him the charge on the other card that came up on my phone. He then started talking to another customer and that customer was very displeased. He asked for a refund so he could go to another place and stay. At that point I decided it was probably easier just to leave it on the wrong card and not make any more complications. The next morning we went down to breakfast and there was a sticky note that said out of milk eggs and biscuits. The orange and apple juice dispensers were filled with water. Not a good way to start the day.

The service is not very good. And the rooms are roach infested. Don't stay at this dump. It looks nice on the surface but walking into the bathroom and seeing that you have several 6 legged freeloader staying with you will definitely send you running

This used to be my favorite hotel to stay at while in Austin however after my previous stay, I will be staying elsewhere. The check-in process was terrible, guests were loud/noisy, and I was overcharged for my stay. 1) The check-in process was terribly slow. I had made my reservation online in advance and had checked-in online before arriving. When I arrived, I had to wait about 20 minutes just to receive my key. In addition, the lobby at the time had NO WORKING A/C. 2) When I arrived to my room it was clean and comfortable as usual however during my stay, I had to listen to the guests above run around at ALL HOURS of the day and night. 3) After checking out, I then noticed that I was OVERCHARGED for my stay as they had changed the room rate WITHOUT NOTICE. 4) When I finally arrived home in Seattle, I realized that I had left behind something in the room that was supposed to be a Mother's Day gift. I made several attempts at calling the hotel to ask about however I was told to leave a message and they would call back. They DIDN'T call back.

It was okay…. The location being next to the highway was kind of bad but okay overall. Busy but not dangerous (neighborhood wise). If I had to visit again I'd probably visit the location again. It's okay

My biggest concern while at this location was safety. Additional issues - loud, horrible odor, no action taken by office staff when concerns were raised, smoke alarm tampered with, limited breakfast options.

When traveling to Austin this is my preferred hotel. The staff are courteous and attentive and under direction of a customer driven General Manager. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Beds are very comfortable. The lobby is a great space to work, take calls or just converse with friends. The pool is very nice and wonderful during hot TX summers. My only suggestion is that the TV's could be updated to allow streaming.

Hotel was great place to stay . MELISSA L . was very helpful to us with places to go and things to do...Great job Melissa...Rooms are clean too, breakfast is good also !!! The hotel is in a great location ...

Staff at check-in were very excellent at providing me with water at check-in and recognizing me being a loyal Best Western Rewards Member. Breakfast was perfect and very delicious and will have to come back in the near future.

They allowed us to book a same-day reservation despite the fact that there was ongoing work on the hot water system that meant there would be no hot water and possibly no water at all. They did not notify us of the issues until the moment we were about the head up to our room and they just handed us a letter that said there wouldn't be hot water. The person who checked us in didn't even say anything - just handed us the letter. When I read the letter and started to ask questions, he said hopefully the water would be back soon, he wasn't able to handle any refunds or cancellations, and we would have to speak with a manager in the morning. We were traveling with young children and at this point we just needed to get them to bed. I tried to speak with a manager in the morning, but the front desk was unmanned and I wasn't able to find anyone. The basic functions of a hotel are to provide a safe, clean place to sleep and bathe. Under no circumstances should they have allowed us to make a reservation when they couldn't provide a hot shower. I reached out via phone to customer service and the hotel and am still awaiting a reply.

This hotel was very clean and the room was nice however...I think the used cardboard to build the walls. I could hear the guy in the room next to us talking, sneezing and burping. Then around 11pm I could hear a child in another room yelling and could hear every word clear as day. I kid you not, this is honestly the loudest hotel I have ever stayed at. If you're not a light sleeper you should be ok and if you enjoy eavesdropping then you'll enjoy your stay. The breakfast was good. The website still says grab and go so I called before reserving and they did confirm they had their standard hot breakfast.

This was a horrible stay from beginning to end. I was there one night prior to a tour at UT. The online location tool said it was .3 miles to UT. It was actually over a 30 minute drive. I could probably overlook that, if it wasn't for the rest. The in/out of the hotel is extremely difficult. It took over 20 minutes to drive down the road less than a mile for dinner. The closest dining available. It's also next door to some really sketchy businesses. It looked like a drug deal going down at one point. Lock your vehicle well! Still, that wasn't the worst. Staff is horribly rude and I'm not even sure they knew how to do their job. I had pre-registered my check-in and at that point a hold/charge was put on my card. I did NOT have a prepaid reservation. No biggie still, except I had $40 in gift cards. They refused to honor the gift cards, directly from BW and gave a huge runaround about it, including lies from the manager. I was refused the Internet code too, because they didn't have time? There were three employees, three computers, and three guests. Yet, only one computer was usable, I guess, and none of the employees wanted to work. The room itself was awful. The bed sagged in the center. There was no water pressure. So, not only did I get crappy sleep, I couldn't even get a decent shower.

Steer clear - this place was soul sucking. -Booked a suite for 12 nights. Stayed for 6. -Internet is super slow - could not do a video conference call without it crashing. Couldn't even watch a video on youtube. - Staff doesn't want to be there - there was only one helpful front staffer (lady, may have been the manager). Rest of the staff didn't really care and were on their phones. - Front lobby TV is super loud. No way to work out there if you needed to. - No hot water in the shower. When we reported it, they told us to run the water for 10 minutes so it could heat up. It eventually did, but we had to waste a ton of water to shower. -When we arrived to our room, the dishwasher had not been run and there was mold in the dishes. -Printer at the business center didn't work - staff didn't know how to fix it. -Saw 4 crickets and 1 roach in the room. -Room was not supported by central air - only window units... which made the room humid and the air stale. Could not open windows for air circulation. -Suite was on the first floor - could not open blinds as someone could see directly into our room. So lighting was dark and depressing. -Very limited cutlery in the suite (with kitchen) - only 2 forks. Hotel had no other forks on the property (not even plastic). -Couch in the suite was upholstered with plastic - and felt sticky to sit on. -Only one of the grills outside worked. -No hair dryer in room -We asked the room to be cleaned - left the property for 3 days and then came back - and the room hadn't been cleaned. Only positive - the bed was actually incredibly comfortable.

The Hotel was very nice, hotel room is super clean and big. The people over there was really helpful and super great, my family and I loved the place, we will definitely go there again. I can not imagine how easy was to ask for a place to work in during the working hours and the team over there was really willing to help .

Stay away from this particular location. There are other Best Westerns in town. Use them. I have had many years of excellent service from other Best Westerns. This one might need to change its name to Motel 6.

Horrible service from beginning to end. Walked in and to ladies at the front counter just continued there conversation as if we were not there. Our room (207) had a booger on 1 wall, stains on the carpet and blood behind the head board. We did get another room right away (209) and the carpets were stained, the sheets had a very dirty feel to them, and our bathroom towels were dirty (pubic hair and dirt). The breakfast was packaged muffins, fruit, and drinks. If you ever have stayed in a Best Western plus, you know they go all out. I am military and travel quite often, this has been the worst stay at a hotel this year!! The location is also not the best but I can work around that. The walls were thin and could hear a lot, nothing like trying to go to bed and you can hear your neighbors getting it on! Overall would not recommend this hotel!

I rate this hotel a 4.5 Beautiful lobby. Beautiful rooms nice staff. The hotel is locate in a great location not to far from down town. They could hire some more staff to clean room, but my stay was ok I was only there for business. I would definitely stay again.

This was one of the newer looking best westerns that we have stayed in. High ceilings and large rooms. Spacious lobby for just waiting or reading or breakfast. Right off the freeway. Worth checking out.

This is a lovely, new hotel. The front desk clerk was particularly kind to me knowing that I would need to sleep a little later than most travelers since I arrived around 4:00 AM, and placed me where there would be the least amount of early morning noise. The room was immaculate, the bed very comfy, and the soaps are essential oil blends - delightful!

They have bed bugs. I got ate up and they tried to play dumb at the front desk. I have the bug on video and i showed them all my bites and they said they had no idea what it was. The room wasn't dirty, but it wasn't clean either.

This is a first rate BW hotel. The lobby area is bright, modern, clean and well appointed. The front desk attendant was very pleasant and helpful. The king room was also impeccably decorated with ample size, a nice desk and easy chair with ottoman. Bed, pillows and linens were very comfortable. The room had a cooktop, small fridge, pots and silver and plates for an extended stay. The bath featured a very clean stand-up shower with sliders and mirror with built-in makeup light. My room was on 2nd floor and my view was limited and obscured by a building facade. A large cabinet door continously vibrated making a constant noise until I opened it. Oddly, when standing in the middle of the room's floor, my feet felt a continual, nonstop tremor and vibration. Although the noise from I35 was diminished because I was near the back of the hotel, there was a continuous hum from the traffic - something almost impossible to avoid in hotels abutting the interstate. I arrived for breakfast at 6.30 am. There was one paper bag sitting on the breakfast counter. As I made a cup of coffee, another guest grabbed that bag. I asked the attendant for a grab and go breakfast and learned that was the last one he had. At 6.30 am? Understocked. All in all, a great looking hotel - but it may need better oversight and management of the details.

My friend and I only stayed one night at the property and spent very little time at the hotel or in the room. Positive things I can contribute are the staff were friendly, check in was fast, the room and lobby were immaculate regarding cleanliness, comfortable beds, quality in-room coffee, microwave and refrigerator (room with kitchenette). My only complaints are there was no hot breakfast which I'm being charged for in my rate and the water pressure in the shower sucks. Not sure if it's the shower head or water supply pressure, but it was awful. This property needs to get back to normal as soon as possible. The pandemic is over. Restaurants are open and several other BW properties have hot breakfast available again. Get with it! If your leadership needs guidance have them call the Best Western Plus Desoto in Olive Branch, MS. This property knows how to operate.

This is a cute hotel to stay in if you're visiting Austin! It was very clean, the rooms were nice, check-in was easy, price was good, and the ceilings are surprisingly tall. It is a little far (20 mins) from downtown, but that wasn't a problem for us. It's not the Best Western, it's the Better Western. :)

I've been to a lot of hotels for parties but this one here in (AUSTIN) round rock Texas was the best ever from the staff and the manager I love this place I would recommend this place to anyone great !!

Hotel was right off the highway, great location foe our family trip. It was very clean, lobby was nice, modern decor and employees were polite! Doors remained locked after 11:pm for security purposes and we felt very safe. Slept very well and had a comfy stay.

Staff was helpful with last minute reservations. Rooms were clean and extra towels were at the front desk in the evening after house keeping had left for the day. Roads and parking lot were covered with ice but ok to drive on.

the customer service is fatal, the woman who is pregnant has a bad character to talk to people, she should not even work I hope they will remove her soon, she does not solve anything and she only answers what she wants, the room was never cleaned while we were there.

Love this place and it never seems to disappointment me. Staff is second to none, facility itself is spotless, ample parking that is well lit, all exterior doors are locked 24/7 except for the front entrance unless you have a room key (keeps out the riff raff).

The water pressure was way too low. Hard to rinse shampoo out of hair with a trickle of water. Hotel is beautiful and staff was extremely courteous. Request for blankets was fulfilled without delay. We loved the double set of blinds that included one room darkening set.

This hotel is a relatively new one and is still fresh and clean and apparently following all the guidelines to help prevent spread of the virus. The only disappointment we experienced us with the poor quality of the in room coffee and the lack of coffee provided in the lobby and the meager sack breakfast provided in lieu of a hot breakfast that could be done with a little creativity and use of hotel staff to serve. (Check with BW on Oklahoma City to see a good model)

Only 3 issues: 1. An apple and a water isn't a breakfast. 2. No shampoo or body wash in shower. 3. Requested late checkout for 1pm the night before. Left early morning and arrived back at hotel at 11:45am and I was locked out of my room. Other than that room was relitvly quite clean and comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and professional.

The hotel was one of the host hotels for the soccer tournament that we played in for the weekend. They did a great job of accommodating us and breakfast was set up well. Great hotel and staff, over all.

Great stay. New hotel. So Clean. Very friendly staff. Love that is what pet friendly. Overall great experience. My daugher lives in Pflugerville, so we will be back. My only criticism would be our room had 2 double beds, but only one chair. Needed more seating. Maybe a small couch. Also, a microwave would have been great. Thanks.

We just had our wedding 2 days ago and the team here is amazing!! I can't even begin to explain how grateful I am for everything they did! We had over 20 rooms reserved for our wedding and they handled everything so well! The hotel was not serving breakfast so we decided to reserve the meeting room and provide breakfast for our family. David the sales manager made the reservation go so smoothly and him and his staff even went above and beyond to make us feel so comfortable! Forever grateful to him and his staff.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone i had blood on the couch on the walls in my room dead bugs on window seal and floor dirty brown spots on my floor an aunt smell the room was very dusty the stove was grease the shower was dirty they moved me to another room across the hall and it was blood all over the wall by the toilet itsa pandemic going on and the is what they represent these hotel is TRASH oh and did I say they moved me froms king suite to a junior because its wasn't clean and still tried to charge me the king price for the junior they gave me a free night when they should have gave a free stay and it was my birthday

This has to be the most well taken care of hotel in Austin! The property, inside and out, is clean. From the driveway by the entrance to the parking spots in the rear of the hotel, clean. Lobby area, clean. Elevators, clean. Guest room, perfect. The beds here make the 4 star big guys downtown seem like dorms. At first I thought it was so clean because it's a new property. Here a year later and, if anything, it looks even more nice having 'grown' into it's landscaping and such. Staff here make it my favorite place to stay in all of the Austin area. If you've never thought about staying at a Best Western, give them a chance and choose this property. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Room was very nice and spacious. WiFi worked great without hiccups.Nice location. Central to anything you would need during your stay. Staff was pleasant. They actually walked me around to show me where the fitness center was and the business center. Informed me of the guest laundry and the store they had with various sweets.

This was an awesome hotel for a $100! The common space was large and clean! The staff was awesome. The room was a good size. It had shades on the windows you could pull down which would block out all the sun! You could sleep in without the light in your eyes! It was a comfortable bed too. The only thing there was no microwave in the room and the shower pressure was not great just good! I would stay here again.

The hotel was fantastic. Our room was nice and clean. The breakfast was good also. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel. If I had to go back to Austin for a weekend getaway I would stay there again.

This hotel was amazing! Room was clean and felt new, staff was great, breakfast was good! Check in was quick and easy. One bad thing, i used booking.com to book our hotel, when checked in no issues, quick and easy. But our room was suppose to be a king bed with sleeper sofa. When we got to the room, no sleeper sofa, just a king bed. Went downstairs to advise, they notified me that the hotel does not offer sleeper sofa in any rooms and accommodations could not be done, since we used a 3rd party booking and not direct website. (a small bummer) but staff was great, pool was great and even had a tv poolside. My son loved the yogurt bar and the fresh fruit to add at breakfast. Washer was down, but did offer to launder my sons football uniform for free.

Awesome place to stay and very clean ! The breakfast spread that was offered was amazing! They had it all from fresh fruit to hot sausages, waffles , eggs. Will be staying here from now on when we have tournaments in the Round Rock area. It was also located to so many nice places to eat or even if you are looking for a quick bite KFC is literally less than 2 minutes away.

very nice hotel. Staff friendly and the cleaning staff are very nice and friendly. Lovely lobby and the location sits back off the freeway, so no noise. Well lit parking lot. Had a frig, but would have liked a microwave to heat coffee, etc.

We had a great experiance, clean, quiet, Comfortable room, hot breakfast, Quick check inn. This hotel is in between Round rock and down town Austin. Pleanty of restaurents and entertainment arround. This hotel still looks new and has modern amnites.

A great hotel to stay while in the north Austin area. This is a brand new property, you can still smell the newness. Great hotel and comfy bed...haven't still in a Best Western in years. The only disappointing thing was the breakfast...the choices were very limited. However the build your own yogurt bar was great!

Clean and beautiful very friendly staff. Check in/out very efficient. Staff was knowledgeable and quick to offer suggestions on restaurants and entertainment. It was a great feeling walking into a hotel and being able to smell cleanliness as well as see it.

Very nice property, the staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was fresh and met expectations however, the pet odor in the rooms were overwhelming and there was an issue with the hot water pressure. The staff was able to sort out my issues and handled them very professionally.

I actually booked a different hotel for my business travel, but was bumped to this one because of overbooking. When I arrived there was a small issue with Expedia, but the front desk agent was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Shower/bathroom was immaculate. The only gripe I have is the bed was extremely hard, but that wouldn't stop me from returning or recommending.

Don't be put off by the front desk she wasn't super friendly but the rooms are super nice! The bed was super comfy and the room was clean! The bathroom was very pretty I liked the shower! The toilet was inconvenient lol but that's just where they put it but that's ok! It was a great stay!

We were quite surprised by the bright, modern interior of this Best Western. It has been many years since my husband and I had stayed at a Best Western. We aren't sure if all Best Westerns are undergoing this massive renovation, but this Location was very nice. The room was also very tastefully redone. Hotel was nice and clean. Most staff was friendly. One staff person was too busy playing games on her phone to find reservations. She rebooked one of the couples in our party who ended up being billed twice for the same room. They do need a sign near the entrance. It was difficult to find the hotel late in the evening.

I stayed three nights here and slept incredibly well. The bed was firm but not rock hard. There was plenty of space for me to spread out and the work table was perfect for my computer. I opted to go to my favorite area donut shop for breakfast most mornings. The hotel is a bit tricky to find driving on the frontage road.

Very impressive new hotel. Modern decor, great shower, comfy beds, awesome breakfast. Highly recommend. We stayed here for our UT tour. It took only 15 minutes to get to UT the next morning. Friendly staff, free parking, awesome free soap, shampoo, conditioner.

I really enjoyed it. I am a frequent business traveler and this is the first review I have ever posted about a hotel, ever. The rooms were very modern and beautiful, great TV, shower, wifi and a really nice bed. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and accommodating. It was blessedly quiet! When I travel, I always stay as close to the client as possible. This was my first trip to this client, and it turned out there was another hotel within walking distance of the client, but I will continue to book my trips here. You don't know me, random reader, but I assure you this is a big deal.

I and my family were satisfied with hotel room, breakfast, staff, location, etc. Very new, good hotel!! A kind staff give us good, silent room. If there is a problem, It is other guest. In midnight, It sound loudly in one car that parked in lot.

I know this hotel is new. but we were very comfortable specially with our dog. The room was very large and we had plenty of space. The check in process was flawless and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I would stay there again.

Nice looking hotel from outside. We had a king sized bedroom suite that had its separate kitchen, bathroom, and living area. It's a nice layout and can fit several people. The sofa in the living area is also a bed. The sofa itself is another story. It's made of the cheapest pleather out there and quite uncomfortable to sit on. No couch pillows are provided adding to the discomfort. The bedroom is a nice size, with a bed, TV, and chair with foot rest. The bed was uncomfortable for all of us. We had a hard time sleeping well. The kitchen is great if you want to cook (although one of the burners was already missing the knobs). Utensils, cups, and dining ware are provided which is quite helpful. A nice sized refrigerator is also available (it kept our drinks very cold). The hotel is quite new and it was disappointing to see that some things already look like it was an older hotel. There were dings on walls, doors, windows. Drawer in kitchen could not open without opening dishwasher door too. Shower walls and tile were cracking and look like they had been patched up poorly. Counter of bathroom looked dirty due to some stains. AC vents were full of dirt and had not been dusted. All these small things make a new hotel look old, dirty, and not the best place to stay at when this is far for the truth. At check in the person that helped us was very short and didn't even smile. I can barely hear her when she was checking me in and explaining room location. Checkout was much better, easy to do, and attendant was much more pleasant. I would stay here again if I was in the area, but it is not the closest to Downtown Austin. If you want to be closer to downtown without paying the downtown prices, I recommend you look for a hotel in the south side instead.

Customer service was great! I called them directly and was able to get a better deal that anything being offered online. Breakfast was so good! Very clean, and very quiet! Loved it! Already booked my stay with them for November :D

This recently-opened hotel is beautiful, clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Full breakfast from 7-10 allowed me to sleep in late. Free wifi helped me get alot of business done while there. Couldn't figure out how to work the TV remote control, so I missed my husband! haha The A/C was a God-send. I'm a local resident and needed a couple of nights to myself. But for travelers, this is right off IH-35; however, the noise from the freeway was almost non-existent.

We stayed at this location to be close to UT Austin. It is brand spanking new. The rooms are huge with high ceilings. This hotel should be given four stars. It's that nice, and has free parking. The hotel is within driving distance to some restaurants. The included breakfast was fine. They had fresh blueberries, strawberries, and pineapples which was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: hotel still smelled new. It is nicely decorated, all areas are very clean, bed is comfortable, staff is nice, and breakfast was good. Location was quiet. Cons: location (no restaurants or shops walking distance), and TV didn't have any commercial- free movie channels or anyway to connect your device.Also, bathroom didn't have a fan so if you cant sleep w/o a white noise, make sure to bring your own.

I was happy with my stay at the Best Wesetrn Plus Executive Residency Austin. The place is new and nicely laid out. I was able to book the reservation pretty late in the evening. I was impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. My room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. I also appreciated the fresh, hot coffee that was available too since I was checking in late. There was plenty of parking and the premises was well lit. This was a plus since I was traveling alone. The location is great because the highway is so easily accessible and you can get to places easily. I have worked in the hotel industry and expect a high level of service and this was accomplished. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Excellent hotel overall. Check in and Check out were seamless. Nothing like the smell and feel of a brand new hotel! Easy access to I-35 South. Staff was great and accommodating. Breakfast was very good too. Interesting that the tax rate was very low, which surprised me. In some cities room taxes and additional fees can add up very quickly to the base rate. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This best western is brand new. Clean, and well-laid out, with good parking in front and back. Good working elevators and facilities. Breakfast area is clean, tidy, and clever. Staff was friendly and on point at the desk. And the hotel felt safe, the entry way is on a closed loop of of the highway. All of these are pluses.

It was definitely better than anticipated for a last min stay while my friend worked overnight. I only stayed for a few hours, but slept like a baby! I work at the Four Seasons currently and also have worked at the Ritz-Carlton, so my expectations are high. I can definitely say that it was worth the price! The cleanliness and comfort of the hotel gave an amazing experience. There was no dust in the smallest nook and crannies. Staff were excellent and the cost to stay was extremely affordable. I cannot imagine myself staying at any other hotel in the future. Of all the fun activities I did during my travel, what really stood out was how truly amazing the hotel experience was. My parents travel a lot and make sure to stay at a Best Western Plus which is why it was recommended to me. Thank the Lord they did!

We stay in Best Western hotels all over this country, because most are pet-friendly. We have NEVER stayed in one nicer than this one in Austin. The lobby was impressive, with new modern/contemporary furnishings. Check-in was fast and easy (Thank You, Raven!). The room was gorgeous. But the bathroom...WOW. I don't always shower if we are staying just one night, but I just HAD to try out that shower! It was awesome. If I'm ever in Austin again, this is where I'll be staying.

Best Western provided a comfortable room with a spacious bathroom and in room amenities. I love having a refrigerator in the room for leftovers from restaurants. The convenience of the microwave, sink, and stove are great additions especially for reheating your food and keeping the area clean. The rooms and lobby have a simple decor.

Unfortunately I'm not able to write a good review after my experience here. The stay as such was average. But what makes it bad is the communication with the staff/management. During my stay they were OK - but once I left and had some issues that needed to be solved, they no longer respond. They make promises they don't keep. Now want to charge me to get a brand new pair of shoes I forgot at their premises - But both on the phone and on email it was promised they would send the shoes to another address. It's been over a month and this is still not resolved. They keep making promises that management will contact me but nothing happens... Overall very very poor customer service.

Are usually never stayed in a hotel in Austin since my family is from there but when I got to the best Western I asked Raven for a specific accommodation and got nothing less. And Kimberly was definitely my morning saver I woke up a tad late for breakfast, but since there was plenty left I was able to feed us before we headed to the lake. Also Jeremy night shift was also very helpful. Thank you guys

First time to stay in a Best Western PLUS. Beautiful motel, Room was the nicest we have stayed in in years. We thought it should have cost more than what we paid. Only problem was the water was barely warm enough for a shower, probably because everyone was showering just before 10:00 pm.

This hotel has such a beautiful interior and exterior. The lobby is decorated so chic and modern. I was greeting immediately and felt comfortable. My room was clean and excellent. I needed a few toiletries that I forgot and they were brought up to my room without any problems. I would highly recommend

The hotel was beautiful inside and out. The staff were very friendly and welcoming . The room itself felt very luxurious. The absolute only issue we had was with the water pressure/temperature of the shower. It took ages for the water to heat up. When it did finally heat up, it did so very abruptly and was scalding.

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and met expectations. The shower was a different story. If you like a cold shower to get you going, you are in luck! The temperature finally went from cold to tepid at best. Also, rooms on the first floor experience quite a bit of noise from hallway traffic and road noise. We had two rooms, the one on the fourth floor was nice and quiet, but the room on the first floor was very noisy and the TV from the neighbor's room was on all night with the volume of the shows clearly heard from the room next door (maybe walls are thin?)

The place is beautiful. The staff was so friendly. This is the place to stay in Austin!! The location is randomly placed but worth it is, minutes from downtown and minutes from Round Rock shopping. I will stay here again!!

Beautiful Hotel, very modern, clean and new. Friendly staff, great fitness center. Can't say enough when you can enjoy a brand new hotel. Only one issue. There is apparently zero soundproofing in and between rooms. My own voice echoed around the room constantly and the television was unwatchable unless the mute was on. And then there were the neighboring guests. I heard an entire hour long phone conversation going with the guest to the left side of my room, and later that evening when I returned from the fitness center I was serenaded by the couple on right side of my room in their attempts to have quiet sex. Even with my headphones in, they were not successful. Luckily everything quieted down by bedtime. In the morning I was awaken by my neighbors alarm clock, and enjoyed listening to him or her's bodily functions on the toilet before I got up my self. If you decide to stay at this very nice hotel and are not completely deaf, I would strongly recommend a good set of earplugs and no sense of personal dignity.
