Bed was super comfy, and room was very clean. Refrigerator was very cold!!! Indoor pool was closed, and I got mixed information about it being open. No janitor on duty to deal with accidents on a Saturday night. Staff was very friendly, and breakfast was great with lots of options. Location: The intersection to get on I-40 that is close by is always backed up unless its after 10 p.m. Also, trains go behind hotels, and they are very loud. No whistles, just loud.
We were not able to sleep due to noise from busy highway & bright light shining in from parking lot. The front desk made no effort to move us to a quiet, dark room. We planned to stay & paid for the 3 nights we were going to be in Nashville.. We checked out after the first sleepless night & moved to another hotel. The Best Western did not refund us for the 2 nights we paid for but did not use. We loved our time in Nashville & slept well at other hotel.
Our one night-stay was very pleasant and comfortable and deserving of 4 stars. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, the wifi worked well, and the room was well-appointed with all the typical necessities. I would have liked to have a freezer compartment in the mini fridge. The cleanliness level was good. The service was good. I marked it down one star for trouble with the breakfast. The coffee supply was not replenished in a timely fashion (completely out for20 minutes ) and when the bacon and potatoes ran out, there was no more provided (this was at 8:30am). The music piped into the lobby was pleasant but geared toward customers aged 70-80. I found that interesting and a little surprising.
Absolutely awful experience here. Room was not ready, wasps flying out of the ac unit, ants, and terrible staff that did not fix the situation. When I would ask for the manager, they were never anywhere to be found. No apology was offered, in fact the hotel tried to charge us a late check out fee even though we didn't check out late. This experience was awful!! The staff is the absolute WORST I've ever dealt with, and I'm a nice easy going person. If you're on business, stay away from this place. Staff will just walk in your room in the middle of calls, knock with the do not disturb sign on the door, etc. One more time, HORRIBLE STAFF.
Hotel staff was immediately rude upon checking in, gave me attitude when I only provided a valid Passport as a form of I.D. instead of a Driver's License (I don't have a Driver's License). Blamed me for not informing them of my late arrival (despite me calling and confirming the previous day), and then they used my personal information WITHOUT MY CONSENT to sign me up to Best Western Rewards program. When I tried to complain to a manager, I was first told by staff that they would call the manager for me, only to change their story and say that they were in fact the manager. When I asked to speak to the General Manager or another manager, I was told they were all "on vacation." After calling Best Western Corporate to file a formal complaint, I was assured that the staff's behavior was NOT acceptable, ethical, OR legal due to consumer privacy laws but that there was "nothing really they could do." The staff continued to be rude and unhelpful for the remainder of my stay. I am NEVER staying at Best Western ever again.
Great stay, from check-in to checkout! Rooms are always extra clean and bedding is very comfortable. Front desk receptionist are always friendly and helpful! Breakfast is always hot and plentyful. This is our preferred property to stay at in Nashville!
Nice hotel….definitely recommend! Great rooms, and the breakfast was very good. Everything was like new so we definitely recommend this hotel stay. The location was very good for us as it was right off the freeway and close to food. We travel a lot and this hotel will not disappoint.
Very unhappy with my stay at this particular hotel. On day 2 of the visit, we awoke with no electricity. This was, we found out, an outage confined only to our hotel . There were no backup generators and no staff trying to help guests navigate their way out of the dark hotel. There were handicapped guests on upper floors and we had to alert staff to go help them, in which only 2 were available (no management, no maintenance). When asked about generators, we were told that the operators were "too cheap" to provide these. There were no safety lights in the dark hallways, or stairwells. Just a bad situation over all and would not recommend again. Looks like a great place, but it's evident they're cutting the wrong corners to keep it going.
This was the "best" Best Western ever! Simply the best in every category! Excellent customer service, excellent breakfast, excellent location, excellent staff, clean, safe, on and on. There is a train behind the hotel that ran several times but it didn't bother me because everything else was so good.
Shampoo was missing. They were going to have to charge us for arriving 15 min. early, but as it turned out, the room wasn't ready anyways. They never vacuumed the floor, but the vacuum was next to the door, so we did it. They added a $100 additional fee without telling us what it was for.
Pool was closed every day until after 7pm. Pool closed at 9pm. Was ice cold water. Staff was extremely unhelpful and felt as if you were bothering them. Could barely look up from their phones. I travel often and won't come back here.
I had a great stay at this hotel- everything seemed brand new despite the hotel having been open for a few years. Everything was clean and fresh, staff were fantastic and welcoming. As a female traveler, staying alone, I felt safe and secure at this hotel!
Manager is the worst to deal with. after issues with being charged for a room I had called about 4 times back in feb. I could never get conformation if i had a room. It was part of a large block and only the manager could make the reservations but my info was taken over the phone. I called back because i never had gotten an email. I was told the manager would call back to confirm. I never received an email or a call so I had my husband order a room online once i realized that was an option. Fast forward 4 months and a busy day of travel ball and I never thought to make sure I canceled a room I never thought I actually had confirmation for. The next day i was charged over $400 for the room. I called the front desk when the charge went through and was rudely told I needed to call customer service. I called customer service only to be told i needed to talk with the manager. Over the next few days I attempteted to speak with the manager several times. The first day she said she had to hear from her boss. The end of the second day I was told the manager was in a meeting, I offered to wait. The staff went back to the office where the manager had went 2 more times and an hour later I was then told the manager wasnt there. Although I had sat waiting the entire time. The manager was gone the rest of the weekend. Customer service was very unhelpful as they rely on the general manager to handle the issue and the manager was unwiling to even explain the procedures for a no show, or to take accountability for any part of the issue. Then avoided speaking with me the rest of the week.
The staff was extremely unhelpful when it came to making the stay tolerable. The sliding bathroom door provides no privacy and continued to get stuck, trapping us inside of the bathroom. The shower door was also broken and would continuously come off the tracks and threaten to fall to the ground. A few of the outlets didn't work and the lamp was completely disconnected and unscrewed with no light bulb. Housekeeping was inattentive during our 3 night stay. We had ants EVERYWHERE in our room that we had to deal with ourselves. (Thank you hotel staff). Our window blind came completely off the wall and was not fixed. I had asked to switch rooms twice during our stay and was denied. There were other rooms available and I was not picky about which one we received but I didn't want a room that was falling apart and covered in ants. The pool gave us a chemical rash but no towels. The phone in the pool was disconnected which is very unsafe in emergencies. The only thing decent about this hotel was the breakfast.
We arrived around midnight on our way down to FL. I made some chit chat with the overnight staff and she seemed pleasant. I asked for some extra sheets and she was helpful in ensuring I had the right sheets and amount. The room was large enough and seemed clean. I did use the shower and it met my expectations. The only drawback was that the fold-out couch was broken. I know fold-out couches are not great, but with this one, if you slept on it your head would be lower than your feet. My child ended up sleeping on just the couch, which we put a sheet over. My children thought the breakfast was great. They offered waffles, pastries, bread, yogurt, fruit, sausage, and eggs. We got down to breakfast about 7:00 am and it was packed. They only had one employee trying to replenish the food, replenish the coffee, and keep the tables and trash clean. The coffee had run out while we were down there, but my wife and I were planning to stop elsewhere for coffee anyway as we do not usually expect much from hotel coffee.
The Customer service and location is terrible! I asked for items to be corrected/supplied and it was viewed as a 'chore' by attendants. I couldn't breakup their personal conversation to get help. The staff was rude and non-helpful. The attendants came knocking on the door at 8:47AM with a placard hanging on the door saying 'Do not disturb'. They wouldn't take care of unruly neighbors and had people running all over that hotel being very loud. The staff needs to be changed or the manager needs to be replaced! I would not want my business being handled/represented by these individuals!
This Best Western and General Manager Kenya King saved our vacation. We are from Florida and I had originally reserved a stay at a Marriott Fairfield hotel in Nashville. When we arrived at the Fairfield at 10pm, the desk clerk informed us that they were overbooked and that our reservations had been cancelled. They said they had no accommodations for us. We were exhausted and shocked. Almost all the hotels in town were booked because of something happening in town. After calling many hotels, Mrs. King, with Best Western, was very kind and found us a room. This hotel was much cleaner and much nicer than the Marriott Fairfield hotel that we were originally going to stay at. The complimentary breakfast was very good also. We certainly recommend this hotel.
Room wasn't clean (slippery floor, hair clumps in tub). Asked for issues to be addressed every day of our stay. They never were. I had to go to the desk to get more towels, more tissues and trash bags. On the plus side, breakfast buffet was varied and edible.
The front desk clerk was not trained thoroughly enough to know the information about the hotel and about the rooms provided. Did not know our room had certain amenities and did not know how to handle that had to call the manager. The printer wasn't working, but yet it worked for the next guest, no business cards. Charged for a room That wasn't supposed to be and was not willing to make sure I knew it would not be charged. Check in and desk knowledge was a great failure. The building is four years old or four years refreshed rooms were comfortable. Hotel was clean. Staff needs an overhaul and new training.
This hotel is located in an area that makes it a short drive to explore many different cities and historic places. With plenty of options for entertainment and dining. Nightlife is also close by to Nashville.
I made the mistake of using a 3rd party to reserve the room. Shawny tried to correct my mistake, but to no avail. But she sure did try. The room was very clean. In fact, the entire facility was very clean. The other staff that we spoke to were very friendly. This is a definite do-over next time we are in the area.
Great trip could not have been better. No complaints. Recommending to all family friends to stay there.
My partner's daughter lives in the area which is why we chose this hotel, however the area isnt very walkable, no sidewalks.
The young lady at the front desk was very nice, kind, professional and helpful. Couldn't ask for better! The room was clean, and well furnished. We received "gift bags" as members of Best Western Rewards. Even though we checked in a little later in the evening, we were offered coffee, juice and fruit.
This is a nice and newer Best Western. If you stay here, demand a room on the front side. If you stay in the back, usually the quiet side, bring earplugs. You will be awaken numerous times throughout the night because of trains.
This hotel is in a convenient location off the freeway. I was traveling all over the Nashville area and the hotel felt like it was central to where I was going. The hotel looks like it was remodeled with updated and clean rooms.
The best staff ever. The staff makes this property the best. The property is 2-3 years old and kept very clean. Rooms are comfortable and homey with all the amenities you have at home. Great breakfast. What are you waiting for? Book here!
Very nice place. Kind of in a rough area but nice hotel, Need to pay more attention to there rewards members. Rooms are clean. Lots of parking. Internet was a little spotty. Breakfast was great., i would highly recommend
I would like to the BW for ruining what was supposed to be a long racing/vacation weekend. When we arrived at the hotel my husband checked in was told there were 2 identical reservations. The hotel clerk couldn't/wouldn't cancel one of them because it was after the two day window. I had to call corporate (and look the number up myself) 30 minutes later one of the reservations did get cancelled. However, while waiting to get those taken care of, I noticed in a second story window a BULLET HOLE. When I told corporate, her reply was “well is it the window to your room” I told her it didn't matter, I DID NOT feel safe staying there. I let here know we would talk to the person at the desk and call back if problems. My husband went in, got the woman at the desk who told us the BULLET HOLE was a crack. (BS) my husband stopped 3 older gentleman on there to check in (they were coach bus drivers) and they confirmed it was a BULLET HOLE. At this point, I got corporate back on the phone, and all she could do was make a ticket and call the hotel. She got back on the phone with me and told me the the woman at the front desk was busy. BUT out came that same woman to have a seat out front and light up a smoke. I told the lady from corporate we were going to grab some food and come back. We came back after picking up my son from the race track. He also didn't feel safe after looking at the surroundings and the BULLET HOLE. My son and husband cancelled their obligations at the Fairgrounds Speedway and we turned right back around and head back to Northern Illinois in less than 24 hours. BW corporate nor the hotel in Antioch would refund us. The woman at the front desk was rude and insulted our intelligence by trying to say a perfectly round hole through a hotel window was a SCRATCH and instead of working through the issue with corporate, decided a smoke was more important. When I talked to Corporate a 4th time, all they can do as as notes to the previous ticket. So much for customer service. At least I feel safe know that we did not stay there.
- Received erroneous charge by Best Western on my Credit Card that had nothing to do with my stay, before I even checked in. The hotel staff never found out why nor could they resolve it, so I was forced to dispute the extra, unauthorized charge with my Credit Card Company. - Computer system errors caused extensive check-in delays. - Multiple lights in room were not working, had to have staff fix outlet. - Fake wood floors throughout the studio suite were unimpressive and uninviting when carpeting is the standard. - Shower door continuously opened while showering and would NOT stay closed, leaving the outside floor wet and slippery. - Hallway carpet was equally unappealing and appeared outdated with multiple permanent stains. - Artic white lightbulbs throughout suite were harsh and uninviting. - Kitchenette provided no utensils, glasses, plates or anything usable. - Extremely busy highway and obnoxiously loud trucking noises directly in front of hotel made it almost impossible to sleep restfully (try the back rooms if you can deal with the trains immediately behind the hotel)! - Staff could only provide a barely readable printed final checkout bill due to the office's printer condition. - I had much higher hopes for what I anticipated to be a moderately priced brand-named hotel, so I will NOT be using them again.
This place is not as advertised! The neighborhood is rough, a train line runs right behind the hotel (think, My Cousin Vinnie) and they advertise having a bar, which they do not. Police showed up at the front door, lights flashing, around midnight. When I requested my remaining nights be cancelled, they refused, as it was prepaid. When I told them I would be checking out after the first night, they told me I COULD not check out, they would consider the room still rented to me. When I complained to the attorney general, they TOLD them my room was rented to me the entire time. Maybe that's why they wouldn't let me check out. If considering this hotel......RECONSIDER!!!!
Overall great property, friendly staff. Few not so great issues for myself. No change machine for laundry or credit card option, room had a smell not overbearing just faint weird smell and indoor pool was not heated as website stated.
Had a couple small issues, could've been handled very easily and professionally. Unfortunately, the assistant GM was unable to make any decisions or assist us without calling his GM. She rudely brushed us off and chose one night of profit over retaining a life long customer. Will never return to this best western
Room was very clean and nice. Bed was very comfy. Shower pressure was lacking and some of the wall sockets right next to the bed didn't work, but eh that's not a big deal to me. They are near a highway and a train line. I was right next to the train line on the 4th floor. You CAN sometimes get a rather noisy train going thru. Most of the trains going thru are very quiet tho, thank god. They charge a $25 fee if you try to check in before 3pm, even if there are rooms already ready. So I waited around in the lobby forever to avoid the fee. I don't have a problem with a hotel saying the room isn't ready yet, but charging a fee? SeriousLY? Either the room is ready early when you ask about it or it isn't. Don't fee people for the "privilege" of the room being already ready. Felt very safe at this hotel as a solo female. It's clean, well-kept, and even had a security guard wandering the lobby. I would stay here again, unless I find something less pricey. As a solo female, I'm always weighing price against safety. I don't need "fancy". I just need clean and safe.
If you are looking for a convenient Hotel in the Antioch TN area then look no further. The BW has all the amenities you need for a one night or multiple night stay. Excellent staff, clean and spacious rooms. Comfortable beds and everything you need in the bathroom. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff is always on the top of their game. I will definitely come back.
We stop here on our way home from Florida. The room was very clean and spacious for the 4 of us. The breakfast was amazing and had plenty of option that keep everyone happy and full. The price was very affordable.
Needed a place to stay that was central to spots we wanted to visit. Picked this one based on reviews, location & price. Was not disappointed. The whole hotel was of newer construction, so none of that run down feeling or stuff that just didn't make any sense. Would stay again if I'm ever back in the area.
Very friendly staff and great rooms. Beds were extremely clean. Had the walk in shower. A bit smaller than we thought but water pressure was amazing. Breakfast is fresh and hot. And you can take back to your room if you'd like
I had several issues with the room. The shower door did not close. No one was able to fix the door and there wasn't a room available at the for me to change rooms. There was only one set of towels ( one dry towel, one face towel and one hand towel). When I asked the hotel clerk for more towels he told me that he didn't know where the towels were and I had to wait to the next day for house keeping to give me towels. As a result I had to go to the store to purchase towels for my family and I. The room also did not have enough toilet paper. When I asked for more toilet paper the hotel clerk told me I had to wait for house keeping the next day to get toilet paper. Once again I had to leave the hotel to purchase toilet paper something that should be supplied by the hotel. Prior to checking in to the hotel I changed my reservation. The reservation was not modified correctly and I was billed for extra days that I wasn't there. I did not notice that this was not corrected until I received the charges on my card. I called numerous times about the issues. I also spoke with the manger a couple of times. She did try to help me with the matters but she stated that the general manager would have to be the one to assist me. I called numerous times and left messages for the general manager over the past month and 30 days after my reservation I am just getting a response. Per the general manager, she can't do anything about the days that I was overcharged because the person who was supposed to make the modification didn't change the dates per my request. This is an unjust matter. Hopefully someone will be able to help me.
Room not cleaned, and dirty, Bathroom Floor dirty, ktichen dirty with table ware and pots, and microwave dead bugs in room. pool was very cold. usally I like best western. Sorrt to have post a bad review
Very nice hotel and good location. Rooms, staff and breakfast was very good. Not too far from the airport and not too far from downtown. Very good restaurants close and travel was not difficult. Would defiantly stay again!!!
Wow, big thank you to Andrea at the front desk who was juggling about 40 million things and still managed to be the absolute best part of our trip. Room was very clean, lobby is incredibly nice, pool was clean, exercise equipment was new and not missing anything or showing a sign of bad maintenance. Overall? 10/10 stay but mostly due to the diligence of Andrea when we hit an emergency snag on our trip and had to leave asap. She made it all possible and deserves top tier recognition from not only the local management but from the corporate level. I spent a lot of years traveling weekly and I can tell you good employees are hard to come by, this visit conveyed me from a Holiday Inn lifer. When we visit Nashville, we will be staying here every time.
Everyone here is friendly. This is my second time staying here. The first time I checked in I was checked in by Andrea. She was so sweet and super friendly. I forgot to book the disability room for my autistic daughter, who will only take showers with the retractable shower head. I mentioned in passing and Andrea would not let me leave the front desk until she found me a room with one. I was exhausted and really was not expecting exceptional service, but she went above and beyond for us. The rest of the staff was super friendly as well. Thank you so much!
The room was beautiful. The lighting was perfect. The bathroom was very nice. The flooring was really nice. The breakfast was delicious. I really have no complaints. The only issue was hooking up my Nintendo Switch to the television. It was difficult but possible.
Definitely thankful that the property was new as convenient to local shops and eateries in the area> I was visiting my kids who attend high school in the area and it was also close to them as well. Will definitely be returning - this will likely be my regular stay when I visit them in the furture.
As we were on vacation in Nashville, we chose the BW Plus Executive Nashville Antioch because of it convenient location to Nashville City as well as the historical sites around the Franklin area and the Andrew Jackson Heritige site. All staff we interacted with were pleasant and only too willing to help. The bonus for us was that it was a new facility with no building / room issues. The only negative was the proximity to the freeway but the hotel has good noise insulation and the freeway noise was minimal. We would recommend to hotel to anyone wishing to stay in the Nashville area.
I was only here for 1 night, but I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and stay here again in the future. It's a great value for the price, especially being right outside of downtown Nashville! The room was clean and everything worked as expected. My only complaint is the bathroom door; It's a sliding door, so it doesn't have a true seal. Though this is not a breaking factor.
I was on a business trip and this hotel was clean, up to date, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast bar was amazing. The food was hot, well stocked and had a lot of variety. Would stay again!
I loved this place. Went on business and stayed for two nights. Very professional and friendly staff. The weight room was decent enough to get a quick workout in, and the WIFI was solid enough for my XBOX. Also, the breakfast was solid.
We arrived on 8/27/22. This is unlike any other Best Western we have stayed at. It was new, clean, and modern. The lobby was very inviting with the breakfast area particularly welcoming. I loved the openness and the colors. There was a beautiful gas fireplace on the left and the colors made the breakfast are seem huge! We had a kitchenette in our room which I loved and a huge bathroom with a glassed in shower with a barn door. I also loved the fact that we had a 2 burner stove, fridge, and freezer. There were utensils and dishes. We also had a very comfortable king bed and a desk and lots of outlets for charging phones and laptops. All of the staff we dealt with were courteous and helpful. We had a few minor issues that we reported to Chuck the manager and we were grateful for his concern. We came to Nashville to visit family and really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We plan to stay at this hotel whenever we visit Nashville in the future. Best Western has changed their hotels. They are now more modern and beautiful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
We stay at this hotel every time we drive from Wisconsin to Florida. Close to the highway, yet room was quiet. Very nice room and excellent breakfast. Pool looked nice, but we were too tired to do anything after driving all day. Breakfast was really good with a wide variety of food options. Coffee was especially good.
My husband and I slept well. It was convenient to have an extra sink outside of the restroom. The shower didn't have shelving but it seemed clean and well-maintained, so we set shampoo, etc. on the floor. Updated decor and fixtures. Breakfast was buffet.
Nice property, located centrally, with clean rooms, responsive staff and excellent breakfast service. We came to Decatur to shoot in the JOAD Outdoor Target Nationals and were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. We got good sleep each night, and a very well curated breakfast each morning - all of which an athlete needs. THANK YOU!
When we arrived at hotel we were impressed by friendliness of staff and cleanliness of Hotel When we got to our room we found a very clean well appointed room with everything to our liking. Would definetly stay here again.
Hotel prices skyrocket the closer you get to the city center. I found this little gem to be within 15-20 min. of anywhere in Nashville I needed to go. It is clean with a professional staff. There is a plethora of eateries nearby. The rooms are spacious and you can't beat the price. I have several more trips planned in the area soon and have already booked a room.
The best hotel in Antioch and we stayed at 2 others during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was warm and clean. The breakfast had a lot of options. Staff was AMAZING!! Stay here you will not be sorry!!!
Request room on front of the building. Train track in rear but not to annoying to complain. Rooms are very nice this is a new property very well maintained. Staff was excellent. The lady working at the front desk on the 3rd shift was very helpful. Our 3rd time staying at this property. Great at Stay!
The hotel is new. The Tom's are huge, and the breakfast is amazing. The fitness center and pool are both nice as well. The staff was super friendly; they checked me in quick. The hotel was very clean and sit off the interstate for easy access. Overall outstanding stay.
This hotel stands by itself on a frontage-type road, sandwiched between a rushing freeway in front and railroad tracks in back. Nothing's close by. The pool was closed and they had no license for the lounge which is supposed to vend beer and wine. I woke once hearing train noise at night, and doors slammed loudly throughout our stay. Why then did we like it so much? -- The modern-style room was gleaming clean, especially the shining, perfectly tiled bath. In the evening, the stylish lobby transformed into a busy, lively social scene. We got into conversation with other guests, while a computer alcove drew in the teens and the Final Four played on TV. The breakfast: there's a large open area with many seating spaces, again very stylish. Food choices were very good, including French toast sticks, a waffle iron that made four small waffles simultaneously, sausage gravy and biscuits as well as eggs, yogurt, juice, fruit, etc. (The bad machine coffee, however, must be improved immediately.) The location: the adjacent Bell Road crawls endlessly through suburbs, but jumping on the freeway took us downtown quickly, in about 10 minutes. Conclusion: a surprisingly fun stay.
I do believe this is one of the best hotels in the area! Staff was very nice and friendly. Rooms were clean as it is a new hotel. The pool was closed due to maintenance otherwise we would have stayed longer! Breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast also!
The hotel is nice and clean. The pool was not working. The breakfast was pretty good. The room was good with nice amenities. My problem was that multiple cars got broken into during my stay (mine included). The crooks broke out my driver's window. I ended up having to drive back to Atlanta in the cold. The hotel staff was nice, but I feel like I paid to have my car broken into. I found out later that the hotel has had similar incidents in the past yet they did not increase their security.
**Location, location, location.** This is a long review but might be worth your time. So first of all, I travel to Nashville all the time. Typically I only stay in business class style hotels but recently I stayed in BW on a family vacation and had a really good experience so I decided to stay at this new(er) Antioch BW Plus. I checked in on 3/23/22 at about noon. My plans were to check out on 3/27. As soon as I arrived I noticed an Auto Glass company repairing a customers vehicle that had been broken into earlier that night. Thinking right away, this was a bad sign, I still decided to check in thinking, well, what's the chances vandals would hit this place again so soon! Anyhow, when I walked in I had to wait at the desk for 20 mins (nobody was there) but finally the frontdesk guy came out from the back with a law enforcement officer (that we're reviewing the video camera footage I was told later). The front desk clerk was nice and quick at checking me in. He didn't try to hide the fact that several customers got broken into that night but he said they had really good video of it. That was cool I thought… So the hotel was great, like brand new almost. Everything new and clean. Really good hot breakfast, rooms had nearly everything a traveler would need (fridge with separate freezer, stove top, microwave, sink, all the dishes and utensils, everything). Beds were comfortable and it was just a well thought out room. It was very close to I-24 so some might find it a bit too loud with highway noise but actually for me it made me sleep better (ambient sound type thing). So all good the 1st night I was there but at 4:12am on the 2nd night I was awaken with gunshots so loud I thought it was shot in the next room from me. After taking cover on the floor, I then heard tires squealing out front and realize whatever was happening was going on outside in the front parking lot. After a few minutes I get outside to find out that numerous car windows were smashed out and gun shell casings were everywhere. Luckily my vehicle was fine. Apparently moments before the gunfire, another BW guest heard a car alarm going off, went outside and confronted the punks who were doing it. He claimed to me they shot at him so then he decided to get in his car and chase after them even claiming he “ran over” one of the suspects who shot at him!!! Here was the biggest problem, not necessarily BW or their staff fault, but it took Metro Nashville PD over two hours to show up! That's after several calls to the them. That's after telling the police that 11 cars were broken into, and that supposedly one of the BW guest/victims ran over one of the suspects and there were gun shell casings, and other evidence all in the front parking lot!!! Two hour response time when likely we had a fairly significant criminal event that occurred there! So, nice hotel and I might add, really good lighting outside in the parking lot, but you may want to think Twice before considering this hotel for your safety! Darn shame because I really liked this hotel and would have definitely came back if it wasn't for this incident. I checked out early right away after speaking with the cop. Btw BW Plus staff/managers, my last name is different than what shows on Google. But I was in room 407 if you want to know. Also, after reading other very recent reviews I have more concerns with security at this hotel. After I checked in, I remembered the front desk guy telling me they had 24 hr armed security there now due to recent break-in's so that was another reason I decided to stay there. Reading a Mgr response to a customer survey below that recently got their car broken into he too mentioned the 24 he security but said the Security company had a scheduling error on that particular night and wasn't there…. Well there WAS Not any security again on this event so what's going on with your security BW? You seriously need to look into hiring only Offduty police officers!
This place is not much more than a polished turd. We stayed here because it was close enough to Nashville and was not unreasonable. Well I called the BW call center and they said nothing out of the ordinary about it. This place is very thought to get into and the road into it I not convenient at all. I checked in and they tell me the pool heater is broken but the kids could swim. The water was 40degrees o and the staff told me it was broken for weeks! Finally the one night there were 19 cars broken into and we found out that it had happen before a few times. Nobody said nothing!!! Finally we're we're having breakfast and we are finding spoiled food and the management just lies about it. The kitchen manager must be blind because we saw from inside the case.
Car windows being smashed and broken into. Woke up at 0500 and most likely scared them off but they had already gotten into several vehicles. We were lucky they didn't get to ours yet. Safe was broken. Pool heater broken so kids could not swim. Very then walls and noisy neighbors. Unsafe and will not stay again. One good thing is the front desk employee (Andy?) was fabulous!! (Worked at 0600) She deserves a raise!!
This was our first time staying here. During our stay, our vehicle was involved in a hit and run, then days later our vehicle was vandalized in the string of vandalized vehicles. To soften the blows we were told, the camera doesn't record all angles and the property isn't responsible for damages.
We stayed at this hotel and the staff, property, rooms and breakfast are great- the only downside was that almost every single guest woke up to broken car windows and things missing. We then found out the same thing happened multiple times in the last few weeks and the hotel has done nothing to increase security or at the very least warn guests which is negligent at best when it's happened so frequently.
Major Interstate close in the front of the hotel . A railroad track closer in the back 150 feet. Nice hotel clean etc. but the location is ridiculous. Only stay here if you have no other place available. Sandwiched tightly between railroad tracks and major highway.
The overall stay was great! Only thing keeping it from 5 stars, was the car vandalism and maintenance forgetting to come check an issue in my room until the last day, right before check out. Still good!
Pros: -pleasant check in - given snack bag upon arrival -clean, safe, appealing, lobby - clean room -comfy beds - large selection for breakfast Cons: - this is the biggest con, really - the woman who attended to the breakfast area during our stay on the mornings of March 4-5 was extremely unpleasant. She cursed loudly multiple times in front of my child. She had the waffle station cleaned up now than a half hour before end of breakfast. I was at a station getting food and she literally (did say excuse me) but reached on front of me and moved me out of the way getting things to clean up (before the end of breakfast hours). I also saw 2 small family groups come down before breakfast time was over and she was so unpleasant and was so busy cleaning things up before breakfast time was over that they left with nothing. I spoke to multiple people in the area that were watching her brusque behavior looking incredulously at each other wondering if they were the only ones noticing. Finally she almost knocked my 75 year old mother over with her cart as she was in such a hurry. She chastised coworkers in front of guests. Very very unpleasant and unprofessional. - showers were tepid both mornings - indoor pool unheated -rooms did not feel homey, but barren and sterile, yet stylish and clean, if that makes sense. -somewhat difficult to get to. Watch GPS closely. Not the best area.
Stayed 2 nights for my son's 16th bday. 2 rooms full of teenagers, yet the most rejuvenation I've gotten in a long time. From the decor to the comfort of the beds, I was at peace. The staff was amazing and I will definitely be back!!! They even have a gas firepit and outdoor lounge area...EXTREMELY GOOD VALUE HERE!!!
It was an awesome stay absolutely loved it. Got it through signing up for rewards programs. Something was wrong with my card that I booked with online, and the front desk clerk politely fixed it quickly no problems
We saw the beacon of safety ( Best Western Plus sign) while on the interstate outside of Nashville on awful roads, while on our way to Florida. We'd planned to stay in Georgia that night, but we'd gone 200 treacherous miles in SIX hours that day, from Paducah, KY to Nashville. We gave up and stopped, hoping for an available room. We were in luck! This place is only 7 months old, and still has that "new" smell. It's modern and beautiful. The lady at the front desk was SO accommodating. She told us we probably wouldn't find an open restaurant because of the weather, but there was a little store right next to her, that had some frozen items we could heat up in the microwave in the room. She also opened the breakfast area up, setting out fruit, yogurt, pastries and muffins, so the guests would at least have something to eat. The room was clean, we were able to get food in our bellies, and we avoided death on a snow-covered interstate! What else can I say?
a busy commercial area by interstate 24 area with some road noise, but the upside is lots of restaurants nearby. breakfast area large and well lit. full hot breakfast. clean, fairly new facility. member parking by door
This is such a beautiful hotel! The staff was excellent! They we so helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious! We truly enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely be back! We highly recommend it!
The hotel was very clean. The front desk staff at check In was awesome. My room was comfy. I had a great night's sleep without the all the distractions. It's in a great location. The breakfast was fresh and good.
Simply ….the bed was most uncomfortable. Beds must be one of the priorities when traveling. The bed was lumpy, uneven and stiff. The facility however, appeared clean. Due to covid there were some restrictions around breakfast, so one should check before booking.
We were in a car accident and called last second to see if we could stay the day, not only did he get us a room but he was super kind and made sure we were okay, Chuck the manager was super awesome! I definitely recommend coming here whenever your passing by. The hotel is very clean and super comforting! You won't regret it!
Easy check in, hotel is brand new. Everything was absolutely amazing. Staff assisted with all requests and were very nice. Rooms look exactly like the pictures, they are very spacious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any and everyone.
After reading the great reviews of this property, I booked 3 nights for me and my family. Turns out we had one problem after another with this visit. To start with, there was no tv remote in the room. Had to go to the front desk to request one. The remote we were given turned on the tv, but would not change a channel, or pull up a menu. 2nd visit to the front desk, and we were switched to another room, because the attendant did not know anything about the tv remotes. The second room tv worked, however, we were not able to turn on the tub faucet. Called the front desk, she came up and tried to turn it on, with no success. We were then given access to a 3rd room to use the shower for that day only. Eventually, we were able to get the faucet working in the room we were in, however, when the sink faucet was turned on, it would leak at the handle, enough that it would get the entire countertop wet. Wrapped a towel around it, rather than complain (again). On our return to the room the second day of our visit, we were unable to get into the room because our room keys had been deactivated - so we had to wait in the hotel check in line (which was quite long) to find out what was going on, and have the keys reactivated. (No reason for deactivation - they had just been deactivated.) That same night, while in bed sleeping, we received a phone call from the front desk at 11:45 pm that there were complaints that we were being extremely noisy. I informed the gentleman that we had been sleeping, but that the room next to us was slamming doors, running up and down the hall, etc. He said he would come up and talk to them - that's fine, but why didn't he do that to begin with, rather than wake us up, assuming it was coming from our room? And last, but certainly not least - there are train tracks within 100 feet of the hotel, with trains running all times of the day AND NIGHT. It is quite loud! I rarely write reviews, and usually let things slide - but our stay at this hotel was frustrating. The one good thing I can say is that the woman at the front desk was extremely polite, and tried to help where she could.
This was our first stay at this hotel and we came away impressed! Lots of unique touches, like the thoughtful welcome goody bag that had all our favorites, handwritten thank you note, and cute breakfast menu. I felt like the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Thank you!!
I made a trip to Nashville to visit friends. From the moment I walked in the door until the day I packed my bags, I was treated with the BEST customer service! All of the hotel staff was constantly ready to help in any way needed. Chuck at the front desk was especially friendly! Thank you for making my trip a great one!
The staff is pleasant and willing to assist in whatever you may need to make your stay pleasant. The breakfast bar is well kept, well stocked and most of all fresh with an abundance of choices. The rooms are not only large and clean but newly renovated.
I was throughly impressed with this hotel. It was very clean and I'm a stickler for cleanliness!! The staff was very professional each day. The full breakfast was good. The house keeping ladies are amazing. Will definitely try again.
This hotel had by far the best service I have experienced in a long time. They were so friendly and curtious. The staff was extremely helpful getting us our room and offering great restuarants and attractions in the area. The staff mural was amaizing, everyone was so happy and had such great attitudes. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends. Thank you for the wonderfull hospitality.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were so comfortable and clean. The amenities were fabulous. It was really nice to have a pool to relax in on such hot days. Breakfast was amazing and the employees were quick to help with a smile on their faces.
The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience with the Best Western in Antioch TN.
Easy check-in, very helpful staff. Chuckie was wonderful! He made sure we had everything we needed for our stay! Great room. Very good breakfast, considering the Covid restrictions in place! We will definitely stay here again!
This trip was everything we could have asked for. Due to the pandemic, this was our first big "outing" as a family and it could not have gone better due to the friendly and dependable staff and the manager, Chuckie. We will forever be Best Western Premier vacationers. Thank you guys!!
We had such a great stay here. The manager was super friendly. I think his name was Chuck. He went out of his way to make us feel so welcome. The rooms were super fresh and clean. I've not had this good of an experience at any of the other Best Westerns. We definitely will be coming back to stay.
Assurance that my room would be ready started my trip off on a high note! Chuck Beamon answered the phone in a pleasant voice, he found my reservatin and answered all my questions. I appreciate his attention to details and his kindness. I am here now and am throughly enjoying the clean room and the swimming pool. I plan to return to this Best Western Plus, Antioch, Tennessee.
The rooms are every clean and spacious. There is a desk and chair plus a lounge chair in the rooms. They also offer hot breakfast with a variety of choices. I'd definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you're traveling to Nashville.
Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, everything fresh and brand new. Much better than some of the tired, old 90's decorated hotels in the area. We came in off the road around midnight and needed a respite from a day of driving. This place is a gem.
I recently decides to stay here to with my mother on our yearly Nashville trip. On our second day, we left our room around 10 am to go exploring. We returned around 12 and saw his keeping on our hall and our room door open. We assumed that they were cleaning all the rooms and decided to make our hotel stop quick to get out their way and left the door just like we found it. UNLOCKED. We came back at 4 to find the same thing, door open and unlocked so we left and notated that the housekeeping team was moving extremely slow. Around 9pm we return again to find the room door closed, locked, and no housekeeping done. We called the front desk and explained what happened just so they could say, “that's so weird we don't go in rooms.” LIES! Why was my hotel door unlocked and wide opened. Similarly at checkout we mentioned the incident again and again the front desk receptionist stated, “Due to COVID we aren't allowed in rooms” another lie because that was not stated. Luckily nothing of much value was left in room but PLEASE PLEASE beware.
Nice hotel. Brand new lovely room Service not so great Here for 5 nights. Day 3 now I understand that housekeeping not available every day due to covid but should have been told on check in We are out of tissue, toilet paper, coffee and cups Only had one bath towel to start with. Stopped housekeeping in hallway to ask for more of everything Reported first day that our safe doesn't work but No action yet Our garbage is overflowing With the exception of the lovely young woman who checked us in , everyone else not helpful or friendly
My family and I stopped in at this Best Western in the Nashville, TN area. The hotel looks to be either brand new, or newly renovated. Either way, very clean and neat! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
