SureStay by Best Western Wells

I 100% recommend staying at the Hampton Inn by Loves gas station than this dump. The front desk lady at night seemed kind of cool for it being 12:30AM when my fiancé and I checked in. Our room was gross though.. There was a weird smell we noticed right as we walked in. The mini split fan sounded like it was going fly out of the unit when trying to cool the place. The shower drain was clogged and wouldn't drain so when I took a shower after my fiancé her shower water was chilling at my feet which I personally wasn't a fan of. Also, there was a lot of sketchy activity going on outside which made us feel the need to bring all our items inside from the car. I know that sounds lazy but we didn't want to have to move everything again in the morning when leaving because all we were trying to do is sleep than hit the road again. 10/10 would not recommend this dump to anyone, not even my enemies.

This is an older hotel that BW has tried to update. Plumbing and building is old. Beds and bedding are comfortable. It can be noisy, thin walls. Breakfast very limited. Staff is super friendly. Ok for one night when traveling.

Poor experience. Room outdated and needed a deep cleaning. Rear door of hotel inaccessible and propped open by guests with rocks to allow access. Ice maker broken. Air conditioner in room not synched to temperature setting.

I have been traveling for almost 21 days which included a flight and then road trip. 19 of those days included hotel stays. My grandniece used the restroom and noticed no bar soap. I went to the desk. "I'm sorry we ran out and our supply won't arrive until later this week." My sister had soap in her van, so we had some for our use. Then when we were deciding on who showers next, we saw there was one set of towels. I was able to get them from the desk clerk. If four people are in a room, why aren't there 4 sets of towels. My grandnieces and sister aren't picky for breakfast, but there was little for them to eat. I am diabetic and can't eat carb heavy foods, so I had to go without breakfast. I was very disappointed with this hotel.

This motel is in serious need of remodeling. It was shabby with imbedded filth. The room smelled stale and dirty. Best Western should be embarrassed. There was a large old cobweb above the sink. The tub finish was worn and chipped. There were dark mildew stains around the tub. The free breakfast had a few inferior options.

This was just an okay hotel. Needed something just to sleep at and this was one of the cheaper options in the are that wasn't sold out. For a Best Western property it is on the low scale. Room was clean but had an odd smell mixed of musty and not sure what else. Was a little scared of what we would get based on reviews but not any worse than some motels we've stayed at. Bed was comfortable, which was stated in other reviews as not. Area is a little noisy due to truck stop across the street but mostly quiet at night. Walls and floors kind of them. Heard people once they woke up in the morning. Breakfast was only toast, cereal, oatmeal and yogurt so just quick breakfast, nothing fancy. Only poles as the fruit selection. There is NO elevator for the second floor so beware. Second floor extremely hot but our room cooled off fast. Bathroom tub had residue and hairs left in it. Could have been cleaned better. I wiped it down with Lysol wipes. Only 1 wash cloth for 2 of us to use.. Room just felt dated and worn. Could use a remodel in the near future, especially since there are not a lot of options for lodging in this town.

Bathroom very dirty. Beds sloppily made/linens worn & stained. Breakfast scant and unappetizing. They even re-use the little envelopes the room keys come in--ours was worn & torn and had two other room numbers written on it and scratched off--tacky!

No frills pet friendly hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The building is old, but the room was comfortable. I stay at best western hotels because I think they have the best beds and pillows for the prices. This property met that expectation. They also treated my dogs well :)

Used Expedia for one of my rooms. The hotel insisted I use alternate source of payment. My recipe reflected the room was paid. I even showed were my credit card was charged. Staff said well that's an Expedia problem and walked off.

We chose this hotel since it was a best western. It's been around awhile but was doable. Desk clerk was very nice. Location was near the highway and near the Iron Skillet. At first, we thought the beds were well worn as they sunk down, but once we laid down, the bed molded to our bodies. We slept comfortably. Although the toilet flushed with a lot of water, the toilet paper didn't always go down with the first flush. I'd suggest the ceilings be dusted as the heater fan has left dust balls clinging to the ceiling. Also, we were in a double Queen bed room and there was only one wash cloth and one hand towel and two bath towels. There were enough outlets to charge our devices and the internet was good.

We were just travelling through Wells, Nevada and needed a place to overnight. The front seat girl was friendly and helpful. The price was good…$60 The room was clean and equipped. The only issue was “breakfast”. It is very limited and by the time we got there the cereal was gone, no bowls, and no condiment for toast. Considering the motel was not very full I would have expected more. Overall it was a positive stay and I would recommend it to anyone. good location right off the highway and a casino across the street.

I've stayed in high end hotels and these beds were just a comfortable as the expensive stays. The couch was less comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. This was our second stay with the previous being four days earlier. We came back because the first night was also good.

Pulled in on a freezing cold snowy evening. Autumn checked us in, she was amazing. The room was well appointed but very cold. We cranked up the heat and within the hour it was toasty. Amber brought us extra blankets and towels and helped us figure out the TV. She couldn't do enough for us. The price was amazing, we have stayed at other BW's with comparable rooms for more than double the price we paid. Water pressure was great. The sink vanity countertop was large and was in the main room. Shower and toilet were in their own room. Room had a mini fridge and micro. The partially thawed ice pack I put in the little freeze compartment was rock solid frozen when I emptied it out the next morning. Lamp by the bed had outlets. No elevator. Breakfast was just cold cereal, sliced bread, and oatmeal. There were mini yogurts and apples, and a juice machine. Nothing else, not even the packaged mini pastries that usually go with the continental breakfasts.

Reserved a room for two nights, when I got there, was told motel was sold and they did not have my reservation. they let me have a room, but now I got charged twice, once by OYO Motel and again by Rest In. Cover your butt, they are crooks!!!

This hotel is now called the Rest Inn. It is a dive. Our reservation was booked weeks in advance but on the day of arrival we recieved an email saying our rooms (2) were cancelled due to being overbooked. When we arrived at the hotel we were told that the booking company had messed up but that a few rooms had opened up and for $40 more than what we had originally booked we could get rooms. The sign outside still said vacancy and the posted room rates were much lower than we were quoted but at this point we were willing to settle just to have a place to stay after a long day on motorcycles. The place is in much dissaray. The front lobby area had several old A/C unit stacked in it, the hallways were full of used bedding from the night before and the rooms were dirty and unkept. No breakfast either. I would not recommend staying here.

My experience at Rest Inn was great. Such a great price, and a nice and quiet motel. The staff is so kind and helpful. The location was easy to access. Will definitely be coming back next time I take a trip across I-80.

My husband and I are truck drivers and broke down here. We walked across the street expecting a run down dirty place and it was not.. it was quiet, clean,comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We were stuck for 3 days and the staff was very helpful and very nice. It's definitely worth the price.

We drove 1000 miles and just needed a place to stay. This worked. When you pull up you'll think you made the mistake of your life. But the room was fine. Very outdated but clean. Carpet clean, bed sheets clean, bathroom and countertops clean . We stayed in room 120. Very quiet. They have soft water. For just a place to sleep it was fine.
