    « Great Value for decent accommodations »

    A very economical price was the greatest reason for picking this hotel along with decent reviews. Room was fine but there was an odd smell in the hallway. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was average or a little below what we are used to but price made up for that. Location was away from Tunica resorts and nicely quiet and easily accessible from highway.

    « Spring break 2018 »

    In the middle of nowhere but open fields. Good for truckers, people on the road who want to get some shut eye, might be ideal for Casino fanatics but not for family and teenagers. largest city with attractions is 30 miles north in Memphis, TN. Staff is friendly.

    I chose the best western because of the reviews on trip advisor. And after staying 2 nights at the hotel I can honestly say the reviews from trip advisor are correct . The best western is nice and clean and the employee are very friendly

    « First time stay »

    This was the first time I had chosen to stay at a Best Western. I was pretty amazed at how well everything looked and was handled. My room was accidentally reserved as a smoking instead of nonsmoking, the guy that checked us in said that he had an alternate room he could put us in, but was not an accessible room. We said ok and took it. The room was still pretty accessible. The wheelchair fit in the door to not only the room, but the bathroom door. Thanks to a grab bar in the bathtub my husband was able to take a shower. They kept an eye out and as soon as a nonsmoking accessible room became available they let us know and we were able to move into it no issue. The breakfast offerings were pretty good it not only had the usual continental breakfast offerings but also had scrambled eggs, patty and link sausage and waffles. Will definitely make it a hotel I will try to stay at in future trips.

    « ACCEPTABLE OVERNIGHT STAY »

    This was just an overnight stay on our way - and it was certainly a good value. While not in the casino area itself, it was a short drive. We found it to be less satisfactory than the usual we expect at a Best Western. However, it was certainly acceptable for a one-night stay. A nice room with a king bed and a sofa, but it needs an update and was not as clean as we are accustomed to. The toilet tended to run on noisily, and the WIFI was spotty. However, the night was comfy and quiet and the complimentary breakfast was good. So, all in all a decent stay at a very nice price - especially on a Friday night.

    « Close but away from the hustle and bustle of a casino hotel »

    The property is currently being remodeled, but not in an intrusive way for a pleasant stay. I stayed there while passing through a few years ago, and thought the property was decent (and I am a VERY loyal Best Western client). It will be even better in a few months, so don't let the remodeling scare you away. The breakfast area will soon be awesome; the food was very good; the staff exceptional. Stay there!

    « Just what you need for an overnight »

    This Best Western did everything right. We needed a one night stop and it provided a clean, spacious room with refrigerator and microwave, and a hot breakfast with plenty of choices in a lobby area with ample seating. It is not a "five star" resort in the traditional sense but deserves five stars as a hotel that delivers what an on-the-road lodging should.

    « On our way to Florida »

    This was our third stay at a Best Western on our way south to Florida. The quality of this Best Western is definitely not equal to the other two! We had to wait for someone to help us at the desk, and they had a smoking room reserved when we had paid for a non smoking, but they gave us a non smoking room. The room was a king room, and was clean and nicely decorated. No fitness room, an outdoor pool, which wouldn't be available till Memorial Day. The morning breakfast was very good and had all the items there website published. My only concern with this place is the insecure access to the building. There is no room key required to get direct access from parking lot right into main hallway on ground floor!

    « Great Price for a Nice Stay »

    The room was clean, the breakfast was hot and a nice selection. The 24 hour coffee bar was VERY nice!! Scrambled eggs, juice, muffins, sausage, breads, a nice variety. We did enjoy our stay. The only downside of our stay was wintery weather that kept knocking the TV out. Overall we would recomend if you needed a place to stay in the area.

    « Nice budget friendly hotel less than 45 min from Memphis downtown »

    Stayed here to hit Graceland the next day, seemed to be a safer area than near the Memphis Airport for a good price. This place is pretty far out but close to the casinos and we visited one for a little bit after asking the pleasant front desk person for advice (thanks for recommending the Hollywood one, it was worth a quick visit!!) Room was spacious, modern and clean. Walls seemed thin I could hear the next door person coughing, nothing a my white noise phone app could not cure. They are currently (end of Jan 2018) going through renovations so the lobby is a bit of a mess and the breakfast is over in a temp location. It was good and included eggs, sausage, pastries, fruit, cereal, bagels, yogurt, coffee, and juice. Would stay again if in the Memphis area!

    clean and quiet hotel. comfortable bed. very reasonable price when you take into consideration that the nearby casino hotels are charging $150 - $300 a night. Did not interact with staff other than check in and check out.

    Great facilities for handicapped. Plan to remodel one of our bathrooms with a shower like the one in our room. The bed was great. The room was warm,roomy and had all necessary equipment. We would recommend this motel to anyone traveling.

    Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy and staff made you feel very welcomed. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel is close to casinos and far enough that it very peaceful and quiet.

    « Wasn't so pleased »

    I was surprised to see a stale and smelly food left over by previous guests in the microwave in room #200 that I was checked into. More so, when the hotel staff claimed they prepared the room before my arrival. Shouldn't the cleaning of microwaves in the rooms be part of the house cleaning?

    best hotel for weekend stay in tunica best prices and great staff breakfast had plenty of choices room was very clean and had a nice couch for relaxing table with plenty of outlets for tablet or computer wifi wifi worked just fine location is nice no casino smoke and noise very quiet at night check in was fast and our request for a ground floor room was no problem waffles for breakfast were really good

    « Improperly charge for room »

    Booked room at a specific rate and was later charged $10 more. Called for early check-in and was told $10-$15 extra charge. Was later charged $22 for check-in about 2 hours early. TV remote barely worked, room, TV and décor very outdated. Eggs and sausage were not good, ate cold cereal.

    This is a very good place to stay while in Tunica without having to pay the high prices of the casino. The staff is very friendly and helpful with all the question that I had.     Awesome Staff and nice rooms for a value price. I was greeted warmly when I arrived. Room was clean and very spacious. Check in and out was effortless. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It's a great place to go in you live in the surrounding area and is just wanting to getaway.

    « watch for bedbugs »

    the rooms are very nice and front desk clerk nice but bed bugs was in the lobby chair it was reported but chair was not removed while I was there and checked out the next day because it was still there

    « Generally Adequate »

    The hotel presents well enough from the outside but underwhelms a bit upon entry. The mats and entry way are a bit shabby and generally foreshadowed the overall experience. The carpeting in the hotel both in the hallways and in the room appeared tired and in need of update. The bed was generally comfortable but also felt like it had seen a few too many customers. The room did appear clean. The shower drain did not work well and filled during showers. The water was extremely soft - although this may be out of the control of the local hotel. Key card did not work and we had to be physically allowed into the room by the night desk person. Staff were friendly and generally helpful. Would stay again but this property does not fare well against other similarly priced Best Western properties that we have stayed in.

    « Nice, but Under Remodeling Construction... »

    Good place to spend the night. A ways from a place to dine. Staff was very helpful if you had questions, getting you checked in, etc. Breakfast area under construction so there wern't a lot of places to sit, and they didn't want you leaving the breakfast area with food... understandable. Breakfast did suck! The usual powdered eggs and processed sausage. Cereal... same ole same ole. Just a place to stay. Worked for one night.

    « Good alternative to casinos »

    The Best Western is a nice place to stay if you want to avoid the casinos. Room was spacious and in good condition. Breakfast was the usual selection on breads, (do it yourself) waffles, eggs, sausage, coffee and juices. The only inconvenience was finding a place to eat dinner. Besides a couple of fast food joints and the casinos there s nothing near the hotel. The closest town is 10 miles away.

    « CAUTION »

    Best Western corporate office gave me cancelation # 75102587266 the day BEFORE for reservations at Best Western Tunica. But BW Tunica still charged my AmEx card $118.96, and they would not refund the money despite having a cancelation number. I actually had to get AmEx to do a chargeback to get my money refunded. I don't know about you, but I personally consider it to be fraud/theft when a hotel charges you for a reservation you didn't use and you have been given an official cancelation number. (Hotels only give cancelation numbers for reservations that have been properly canceled.) I would be very careful about making reservations at BW Tunica. It's obvious they'll charge you even if you have a cancelation number. What else will they charge you for and not refund the money? Î I especially want to warn people using a debt card for Best Western Tunica. It would have been a nightmare trying to get my money back. Thankfully AmEx is very quick to defend their cardholders with incorrect charges.

    « OK for market »

    Room was OK considering depressed market. FF&E is due for an upgrade. Would have liked another meat option for breakfast other than sausage. Room quality is on par with half of the casinos so if you want to avoid that in-your-face atmosphere this is a good choice.

    The front desk people were great! Very friendly and nice. The room was clean and what you would expect for a Best Western. Breakfast was very good, eggs, sausages, waffles, toast, different juices and coffee. The hostess for breakfast was very nice and friendly. would stay again.

    « Irma evacuee »

    Stayed for multiple days due to hurricane Irma and the staff was very helpful in helping us find what we needed. Had a king room and was spacious with a sofa instead of a chair. Breakfast was waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage along with danishes, cereal and yogurt. I would stay here again.

    The hotel has friendly and helpful staff! The hotel has a good breakfast selection for guests to choose from and the lobby area is well maintained. The rooms are clean, modern, and in good condition. The rooms come with a microwave and fridge which is a plus. Also, they have a working ice machine and laundry room. Overall a nice place to stay.

    « Great Clean Friendly Quiet Place »

    This place was very friendly especially Nikki! This place was clean and smelled very good. This hotel is quiet and peaceful with a really nice country atmosphere. This hotel is a real jewel in the area with surprisingly quick and easy straightshot access into Memphis with very little traffic. I highly recommend this hotel as a real value!

    « Nice place »

    This was a nice place, bed was comfortable and staff was helpful. Breakfast was ok need mustard and biscuit so I can make a sausage biscuit. Did not use pool. The air conditioner in room worked great.

    Bed was very firm. Shower head was broken. Orange juice tasted like water. Other than that the stay was nice. The hotel staff was very friendly. Check un was easy with a reservation. It was Not really worth the cost though.

    Hotel appeared to be very clean and it was quiet. The only problem was a clogged bathtub drain which I'm not sure was addressed cause it was still draining real, real slow after reporting. Was offered another room if they couldn't repair but know one said if they repaired or not. Other then the drain thing it was good stay.

    Room was great, clean and comfy. Breakfast was good value, enjoyed everything. The people working there are very polite and helpful. I would say there again for sure. The beds were very comfy., the room was close enough to make a short drive to the casinos.

    The room we got with a military discount was fabulous and the best deal around!!. Connie at the front desk was very friendly and helpful (and I even caught her helping out in the breakfast area the next morning). Katrina did a fantastic job of keeping the breakfast area clean and the food plentiful and fresh. Facility is exceptionally clean. The outdoor pool was nice (wish it were indoors for the bad days, but!). So great stay!!

    Everything about this hotel was great. There was an issue with the type of room that I booked online and upon arrival was given a different type. Nikki, who was so awesome, immediately contacted the general manager who gave her permission to make things right. She was super friendly and very sympathetic with the situation. Although being stuck in the middle of trying to remedy a guest issue and follow the rule of management, she went out of her way to find a solution. I was very pleased with the hotel overall and will definitely return. Thanks Nikki, you helped me kick off my birthday weekend on a positive note!

    Came to Tunica for company golf tournament. Hotel was close to course and convenient to highway. Not impressed by the casino hotels and their associated high costs. The room was not big but it was comfortable, clean and the breakfast was good. Biggest negative was no TV guide to tell what was on or coming up on the channels.

    Husband and I were in Tunica for a nigght of casino fun. Stayed over night here and was very pleased with great service and a very clean king room. Breakfast was good, eggs could have tasted better. Simple breakfast with sausage, yogurts bagels and waffles. Very close to the casino we played at (Horseshoe) would recommend.

    Great hotel! Not in the center of the Casino strip, but still located close enough to easily access everything nearby without the exorbitant expense of some casino hotel rooms. The room was clean and large and everything was in working order, the staff was helpful and friendly, and I would definitely stay here again.

    My family of 5 stayed at the Tunica Best Western for 3 nights. The pool was clean and well kept. Breakfast was delicious with many options such as eggs, sausage, cereals, yogurt and waffles. The hotel was well maintained and clean. Fantastic customer service!

    I had a short stay, it was a clean place to get a few hours sleep . I never had any problem with any of the best western hotels. I'm a longtime member and will remain one i'm sure a long time. It's hard to tell it when you get a good service. I do recommend best Western.

    We were in town for the casinos. We stayed at Best Western as we couldn't get a casino room on a holiday weekend. We'd seen positive reviews about Best Western and decided to give it a try. The hotel was very clean, from lobby to room and it was raining yet the floors were spotless. The clerk at the front desk was super friendly and efficient. The room was clean ad well-equipped and breakfast was good, with several options.. Made our entire experience painless (wish I could say the same about the casinos, lol). We'll definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

    Good hotel for the price, cleanliness and friendly staff. Elevator was broken and we were on 3rd floor with heavy suitcases. A tour full of foreigners took over the breakfast area even putting suitcases on the tables so others could not use them. Couldn't get near the food.

    We stayed at this hotel from May 14th till 17th in room 312. The room was alright, except the toilet leaked. We told three different persons on the front desk, every morning an other person that our toilet leaked. They did not repaired it. The always suggested we move to an other room, but we did not want to pack our suitcases and unpack in an other room. The same three persons were told that the ice machine on the third floor did not work. We got three times the same response: they are aware of it. The floor in the hallway of the elevator was dirty for three days and this on each level. Every morning we asked if there was any yogurt. They always apologized and told us that, because the hotel was full during the weekend, they ran out of yogurt. My response was that it takes only 10 minutes to drive to family dollar to get some. When we checked out we spoke we the manager. At least she told us she was the manager. I told her that they do not match the Best Western standard.She proposed to double my reward points. I checked my rewards but they only compensated 500 points. We are Best Western Platinum members and stay every year several times at hotels. So we have seen some during our stay in the States. My suggestion is to avoid this place, they cut corners every where. The only good thing was the price.

    I recently checked into Best Western on the strip. It was Saturday April 22, 2017. I was there with my boyfriend for B'day. Checked in bout 4pm. Stayed at the Casino til maybe 2&3am. Showered, got in bed & within minutes we were biten. Pulled the cover back & a couple bedbugs were crawling around. Thats when we realized that the bed had been covered with 4-5 mattress pads. I guess that was for protection. Packed up & went to front desk & told them what happened. Not only were they NOT SHOCKED, they didn't even try to go check it out.Sad part is it looks very Nice & Clean... Never going back

    The place was clean the service was great I only had one complaint. The wall jacks and telephone did not work in my room I did not have light on one side so that I could see and the clock did not work nor did the telephone. But overall everything else was good.

    « Clean Hotel Reasonably Priced »

    It was obvious that this hotel had recently been updated as the furniture had no scuffs or dents on it, and it even smelled like a newly remodeled hotel. It is VERY conveniently located near the casinos and the golf course, and it was almost half the price. I have stayed in both now, and I would choose this Best Western over the Gold Strike hotel. Hard to beat the convenience of just riding the elevator to the casino, but if you are willing to drive 5 minutes to save half the money on your hotel, this one is worth it. People were very friendly and the wi-fi and breakfast were both good. I would definitely stay here again.

    « Comfortable,quiet,and no crazy resort fee! »

    Looking online i was shocked to find casino hotel prices at the same or lower than this listing, however, I soon realized that the casino hotels also tacked on a "resort fee" between $15 and $30 (sometimes for amenities you shouldn't have to pay for: wifi, pool, excercise room.) So I was very happy to book this hotel at a reasonable price. Overall it was a pleasant experience: the check in at front desk wasn't necessarily hospitable but was efficient (and if i have to choose between the two I'm fine with the later), the room was a nice quiet location on the first floor, the breakfast was exactly what we've come to expect from "warm continental" and was consistently maintained throughout the breakfast serving. The bathtub was huge, so if you have kids or decide to take a nice soaking bath you won't feel like a beached whale. The grounds, facilities and decor were well maintained and looked fresh and up to date. Two things probably deserve attention: the microfridge was unpluged when we got into the room (this is the second Best Western I have found this in so I'm not sure if it is a power saving effort or if it gets unplugged for housekeeping) but it required us to move the credenza that houses the chest of drawers, microfridge, microwave, and tv just to plug it in (not an easy feat- so if you use this make sure you check it before placing anything inside, you might have to enlist help moving it), the second item was that the fitted sheet seemed too small for the king sized bed and kept springing up from the corners and enveloping us during the night. This gave us two options: getting out of bed several times to redress the bed or forget it and sleep partially on the sheet and partially on the mattress cover. Which in itself is a small grievance until you see my picture of the mattress cover... Still, these were minor enough not to discourage me from rating it 4...I'd stay here again!

    Beautiful property.Minutes to the casinos and nearby Memphis is only a half an hour away. Clean and comfortable with a very nice breakfast. Close to the attractions yet peaceful and very comfortable when you need to relax.

    Stayed one night. Not bad when you just need a place to sleep. Bed, pillows, and pull out couch seemed a bit worn. Again 1 night just to sleep versus driving was fair for price. Did not have the breakfast fare. Left early before sunlight so as not to change my rating.

I booked the hotel and called the hotel before I confirmed my reservation about two specific needed request. The employees that booked my reservation was new and meant no harm in her lack of knowledge about the hotel. Upon our arrival we received our key and went to our room. It was not accessible and it did not have a roll in Shower or a sleeper sofa. Both things I specified I needed before I made my reservation. They did change my room to the first floor and an accessible room right by the lobby. It did not have a sleeper sofa but did have a roll in shower. Before I did receive the room change I had to explain my disability to the front desk which is absurd. I have a spinal cord injury and I am hemiplegic. I cannot get into a bathtub so that was my complaint number 1. I had to stay here from Wednesday night until Sunday! So it was a necessity to take a bath. The front desk man was rude because I was upset that neither of my request had been honored. I never got loud or belligerent in any way. I asked for the managers name as I wanted to discuss the issue with him. I ran into the manager in the lobby coming back to the hotel the next day and upon introducing myself, he informed me that he knew all about the situation and truly seemed in a hurry and though he may have felt that he knew all about it. I had a right, in my opinion to tell him my side of story. He informed me that he would review the cameras that had audio and video. I was aware that they have cameras because the gentlemen the night before informed of that when I asked for the manager's info. The positive point is that they are a team whether one is right or wrong they are going to protect each other. The next day the girl that made my reservation apologized and truly I do not hold her responsible. I do understand that mistakes happen. I would have been ok with the mistakes that happened if when I brought them to their attention their attitude woukd have been that of hospitality. The gentleman that was working the night of our arrival did try and locate a roll away bed for our room for Friday night when my additional guest would be arriving. This is a very tight fit for a roll away bed. We were expecting a sleeper sofa. The manager said they do not provide roll away beds but their website should be updated because it says they do. Fast forward to Friday as I have tried to keep to myself, I was in my room most of the day and wanted housekeeping to tidy my room before my guest arrived. Well needless to say it was 2 before he came back to clean my room because I was in the shower earlier when they came by and I asked for 10 minutes. He came back after an hour or so, but totally unprepared to clean my room. He picked up the dirty towels, emptied the garbage because I asked, and told me he didn't have his cleaning supplies. So he threw towels in the bathroom didn't clean didn't make the bed replace the coffee or toilet paper. The room needed toilet paper so I tried to catch him in the hallway but instead got the front desk clerks attention and she said she would bring some. She did and I explained that housekeeping did not clean and she made excuses for him but there are none, but at least they have that team thing going for them but definitely not the customer service thing in any category. I have never felt more miserable at a hotel! I will definitely NOT stay here again and wouldn't recommend it. I hope I can survive until Sunday! I haven't tried the breakfast but it looked decent our first morning here. The lobby tables were dirty in the eating area all day Thursday but I have just tried to stay in my room because it is just an uncomfortable situation and being right by the lobby in the first room and all the employees are aware of the situation. There are dead crickets in my room on the floor and I pray the sheets and comforter were changed before we got here. I am just very unhappy about the entire experience of which I paid for! I hate to give bad reviews and the manager asked me to be sure and give them a good review on trip advisor but it only got worse not better so I just couldn't help but be honest. This was just my experience.

I admit they relayed the wrong information concerning the room type, but the fact is none of our handicapped rooms come with a sofa on the basis of, we want more room in the guest room just in case of wheel chair accessibility. That miscommunication we take full responsibility for. The manager was extremely nice to you, not to mention one of the staff you didn't even come in contact with went over and beyond and went and purchased you a roll-a-way bed to make your company's stay just as pleasant. We were never aware of the "crickets" you saw and your room did get cleaned after you asked, it just was not as soon as you thought. We want to make a guest stay here at the property feel as warm as home. Please do not hesitate to stay with us again.

    We stayed here on the first night of a two week trip, and were pleased with the entire experience. Tonya was on duty when we checked in and was most helpful. Our first room had not been cleaned because the owner of the motel had been staying there and had not notified anyone when he left earlier that day. Tonya immediately got us to a ready room and got the cleaning staff to service the other room. The room was clean, well stocked and the bed was comfortable. Tonya also recommended The Hollywood Cafe a locally owned cafe mentioned by John Grisham in some of his books. Great Food. The motel is not a glitzy as the casino's but a better value.

    First night stay as soon as we walked into the room horrible odor and the coat hanger next to the mirror was on the floor. they charged me 32,000 points for 1 night stay. on the second day i went to book again for that night i looked my points was not there i called the hotel and they said i had only been charged once. I then called customer care and they called the property and told them of their mistake and since I was needing another night and the points were missing i couldn't stay in memphis that night i asked since they had already charged me for a 2nd night could we just stay there so I had to drive the hour back to mississippi to stay at their location. On the 2nd night the room #231 the tub stopper was missing which made it difficult to give my 2 year old a bath we had to stuff a washcloth in the hole and then the tv remote didn't work and it wasn't the batteries bc the light was blinking on the remote. The staff was so nice and welcoming but the rooms need a lot of work.

    Stayed 1 night with my 81 year old father. Later that day they accused me of taking towels with me when I left. They charged my credit card $69 for the towels. I did not take the towels. Don't stay here!

    Great staff..food good but not great..great location..quiet.. Met a group of about fifteen golfers who were in town for some relaxation and a bunch of golfing..told me they stay here whenever possible..works for me as there is a beautiful golf course right up the street..wish I were there to play golf but only business this trip..will return in the near future and will have my golf clubs next time...Five star no but definitely a strong four thanks to STAFF...

    This hotel was available at a good price and close to the casinos. The breakfast was good, but seemed liked everyone was waiting on the waffle maker. Pool was outdoor and small, but was enough for the kids to play in. Seemed like a safe area.

    Tunica, MS was our stop on the way to Tennessee for the long Labor Day weekend. Tunica itself is desolte, and it was obvious upon arrival we'd chosen the best of the small splattering of hotels. I do not usually stay at Best Western brand hotels. The first room had stains in the sheets, so we requested a new room. The front desk assistant and all staff encountered were very nice and courteous. Breakfast was basic eggs and sausage with a waffle maker and yogurt. If I somehow landed in Tunica again I would probably stay again.

    We loved staying here when we go to the Casinos. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They read and listen to customers review because they final have Yogurt on the breakfast line!!!!!!!!!!!! Hurry!!!!!!!!!! Cary is the best clerk, they all are but he really helped us out on a reservation problem we had. And he has seen Dolly Parton in concert nearly 400 times. They treat you like they see you all the time. Comfortable feeling while traveling!!!!!!!!!!!!

    There were bugs in the bed!!! The front desk clerk said maybe I had a pet room... I have since been told they were bed bugs. I emailed the owner & have yet to hear back. The front desk staff was nice at check in even though the computer wasn't working & they didn't have my reservation.

    Good service! I like to stay here when I have an early flight out of Memphis, TN. It is right off of Highway 61 and the staff are friendly, accommodating and remember me from past visits. The free internet service works well. If you don't have a computer, there is one in the lobby that is available to use. The rooms are average size but they have good lightening and the bed is comfortable.

    We were very pleased with this hotel. We booked online, therefore, the price was very reasonable. We were greeted upon walking in and given a room quickly. We were informed of hotel amenities which included a hot breakfast, free wifi, pool, and given complimentary water. Coffee was available in the lobby. We were also given suggestions for good dining places. We were traveling on a motorcycle on a rainy day and were allowed to park our bike under the awning at the entrance. Only one restaurant close but several casinos a few miles away. Wifi was available and accessible although signal was not real strong.

    Hotel is in great location. The lobby was very clean and we were greeted upon walking in. Check in was smooth since I paid online. The room was ok, beds weren't very comfortable, there were hairs in both of the beds. Water pressure in shower was not good, water did not get very hot either. We also missed breakfast so I don't have an opinion on that. Overall it was an okay place for one night.

    The hotel itself is great and clean nice friendly staff. The person who checked us out was very customer service friendly, the only complaint I would have would have to be on the disturbing pink hair desk lady that checked us in I was shocked to see such a nice hotel with someone unkept as she was when I entered my first impression was this might not be the place to stay she ended up being nice but the hair has to go not a professional color.

    « Sleepless weekend »

    The first room we had the refrigerator made noise, the toilet ran and the elevator made a very loud hum, we requested a new room and was moved to the 3rd floor . In the new room all the mirrors were smeared as if wiped with a dirty cloth. The noise from the elevator was no better and woke us up all night as people came back to their rooms. The one thing that really ticked me off was the wifi, I had work I needed to do over the course of the weekend and I was unable to connect! I know it was not my computer as I was able to pick up the wifi signal from the Days Inn 2 blocks away and connect anywhere else we went, I even turned off my firewall. I could not use the computer in the lobby as I had to connect to my computer at home. Calls to the 800 number did not solve the problem and the only thing they told me a the desk was it had to be my computer because theirs was working. My wife was very upset as this was our anniversary and we were not able to make our planned stops on Sunday as I needed to get home to finish my work. Priceline had you at an 8+ rating but this was NOT an 8+ experience. Call to the hotel has not been returned. Breakfast was good. If booking this hotel ask for a room as far away from the elevator as you can.

    Stayed here three nights while we played golf. In the evenings checked out the local casino and the restaurants in them. Hotel very clean, great beds, nice furnishings, free Wi-Fi, nice hot breakfast and very nice staff. Everything you might want and the price was good.

    We have stayed at this hotel before (had been about six years) and since the last time this was so much better. Even the fold out couch was comfortable, the breakfast was good in the morning also. We only stayed one night, on our way home but it was a well rested night.

    The Best Western was just down the road from our event at the Paul Battle Exposition Center which made it very convenient when we attended a recent AQHA horse show in March 2016.     this hotel was very close to the area we needed to be and also the casino's for the adults. there was a mixup with our room type but was quickly corrected.breakfast was good, plentiful and fresh. the only disappointment was the pool was outside so we could use it in February. the front desk was great. especially the young lady in training, beautiful smile.

    My wife and I stayed 4 nights while showing our horse at a Gypsy Horse show, The hotel is very clean and well kept. Breakfast was minimal, but all fresh and coffee was much better that Holiday Inn coffee. The bed was very comfortable. We would definatelt stay there again.

    My boyfriend and I visited some of the Tunica Casinos on Valentine's day. We stayed the night at the Bestwestern. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel was convenient to all the casinos. I will definitely stay there again.

    Very clean, quiet, comfortable, had refrigerator, microwave, couch. There was coffee and tea in the lobby with flavored creamers. Full hot breakfast with all choices including waffles. We had friends meet us in the lobby, had coffee and visited before going to the casinos.

    « Last stop before home »

    We found BW hotels a great value for our money. We have not traveled by car for a long time. i regret noy looking up BW before we started this trip. It was our pleasure to stay in your chain. We had one small issue in Biloxi. How to start the shower. It was quite simple just pull the drain down from the nosell. We had never seen this arangement before!

    « Would not stay here again. »

    Just a bad hotel over all and very unclean. They say newly remodeled but it looks old, dirty and dark. I'd stay at a casino hotel verses staying here in a dirty remote field. The heater unit did not work right and the only saving grace was the check in girl. She was helpful and seemed to care, the check out lady was rude and did not say a word to me during check out.

    Nice motel. Needed a place to stay while traveling. Very welcoming motel. Breakfast had all the hot items most Best Westerns have but sausage was limp and not browned. Other breakfast items were OK. It was a little more expensive than the casino motels but stayed at Best Western because of promotion to get points.

    loved the staff. this place is amazing! Tonya is lways amazing when Im intown. I see why they have kept her around so long. The renovation is beautiful and they have added more to their breakfast. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Tunica! Just ask for Tonya and she will make sure you "feel like you're home.

    The Best Western Tunica Resort was exactly as advertised. I got a nice room with nice amenities for the price advertised with no hidden fees or conditions. I also got a good night's sleep. I will definitely use Best Western again!

    « Forget the Casino's »

    Great experience overall!! The front desk employee was extremely nice ( 1 AM ) . The lobby was clean and fresh coffee aroma made it feel inviting. The room was very clean and cozy. Just what we needed for our spur of the moment trip to Tunica. The free breakfast the next morning was great and delicious. The rate for our room was fantastic . Much better than the $150 rates the Casino's wanted to charge us..even after spending the day gambling there. We did not make reservations in advance not knowing how long we would stay. This overnight stay was perfect!

    « If you're handicapped don't stay here.... »

    The handicapped rooms are on the second floor and while we were there the elevators were not working. We had to be moved to a non-handicapped room on the first floor. Not good. Plus, after we got home, we had an outbreak of bedbugs in our house. I can't help but think this is where we got them.

    « Not fancy - Good Value for the Price »

    I was satisfied with the room; it had a microwave and refrigerator and the bed was very comfortable. Tonya, who checked us in, was very accommodating to our needs in ensuring we got a room close to an entrance and quiet. She also gave us the location of a good little cafe to eat. This was a medical trip so I was interested in a close location to the medical clinic and easy access to rooms due to my husband's mobility problems. The free breakfast was good also.

    « Clean, Comfortable, Convenient, and a Good Value »

    I recently stayed a couple of days at the Gold Strike but was unable to get a reservation for Saturday. I decided to reserve my third night at the Best Western Tunica Resort and was not disappointed. I was given a king room that was very clean and quiet. It had a microwave, refrigerator, a comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, free Wi-Fi (that worked well), and a friendly staff. The free breakfast included eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, fruit and waffles. It exceeded what I would expect for a property in this price range. I would definitely stay here again.

    « Convenience, Value, Excellent Room »

    Room was larger than expected for the value price. Beds were comfortable. Wifi was reliable. Ditto on other reviews comments on cleanliness and good staff. Easy to find - just a few yards off the main highway, and close enough to be at Casino's in 5-10 min. Much more attractive & desirable location for an overnight stay for me than being surrounded by neon!

    « Great upgrades »

    We were in town to attend The Oak Ridge Boys concert at the Horseshoe Casino. I am glad that I chose this Best Western - we enjoyed our overnight stay very much. The upgrades are wonderful and our room was very neat and clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast on the morning we were to leave. Overall this was a very good experience and we will be back.

    When I arrived on a Wednesday night, the handicap room I had booked did not seem to be available. I had booked and needed a handicap room on the first floor. To complicate matters, the motel elevators were out of order (and remained so four days later)The reception desk staff person reviewed all the available rooms in the system, got me into an appropriate room, not only as to type of room, but also location to the lobby area considering my specific disability. My room was clean, comfortable, quiet and restful. If I stayed there again, I would want the same room. Great Job!! Next, on the following Friday, a member of my travel group had an accident, which put my departure date, even how I would get home in question. I called Best Western and the (different) desk staff person not only took care of the immediate need, but she was there when I finally got in that night. She was reassuring, saying go rest, she had made notations of my situation to pass on to the morning staff, and room and rates were assured. Great Job!! The breakfast items were presented well, kept stocked, and the seating area kept clean. My only minus items were: not having the type of room I needed when I arrived (but this was handled very well), the lack of elevator (I witnessed many guests of all ages having to go up-downstairs with luggage, and some almost mis-steps) and the lack of available staff to help me with my disability re: bags/luggage nor to help others given the disadvantage of the out of order elevator(s). Mind you, every staff person I came in contact with was considerate and helpful when approached.

    Guest service was greeting, prompt and personable. Even though we had issues with Frig and microwave it was a simple power issue that was Promptly taken care of in minutes. They also experience an elevator outage that was (I believe ) an Ottis Elevator Company miss hap.The elevator company should have express ordered what ever they needed to solve their clients need and opinion DID NOT. It was out the duration of our stay.

    « Great night ...great breakfast! »

    My family and I stayed on a Saturday night, spur of the moment trip. The rate was a little too much but the room and the tub was worth it in the end. I got a great night sleep. The breakfast was good...eggs, bacon,sausage, waffles, muffins, toast..etc. The service and the people were sweet!!

    The room was clean which is the most important feature of any hotel. I skipped the breakfast so I cannot tell if it is decent or not. This is a good hotel for the price. I was staying one night and the room was clean and hotel quiet.

    « Sulfur Water »

    Great place, except the sulfur in the water. Cleanest room we have seen in a long time. Good location and easy to find. The sulfur caused my wife to break out all over her body since she took a shower and didn't know the water was like that until she was in it. The water could be filtered and remove the offensive sulfur from the water. Breakfast was good, but nothing special. Service was average, nothing stands out.

    The staff were nice the over all appearance of the hotel was good Some of the rooms need a good cleaning and inspection for broken items, the breakfast need to be upgraded watery eggs and paper bacon not enough fruit to choose from only apples

    Comfortable and clean room, much more than we were expecting. Lots of choices for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool could have been cleaner, but was nice for an outdoor pool. Would stay again.
