will visit again! thanks for providing good services! breakfast good...room a bit smaller but its very clean and comfortable. near to i-city so it is recommended to buy package from i-city website. not recommended to buy from other website because the price not including breakfast

A comfortable 3 star hotel for those who wish for a short stay Check- in was fast, attended by courteous staff. Room was neat and clean. Comfortable bedding. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Parking is free, easy and ample. Walking distance to I-city amusement park. The only set back is the view from my room. To sum up, happy and satisfied with the short stay.

Booking Best Western i-City through Trip.com was much easier and cheaper compared to other hotel booking platforms at that time. Check-in took some time despite being the only person at the reception counter, but check-out was smooth. Unfortunately, there was no iron provided in the room, so I had to request one from the receptionist. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of i-City Shah Alam, an attraction; however, the area itself is surprisingly quiet.

The room was cozy. It has wifi. It's near the main attraction of I-City areas. You can just walk there. The breakfast is great. There are a big spread of choices. If you come with a big group, they can cater to your pallette.

Been there for training business purpose for our client. The hospitality was good. they take action very fast on our query regarding on aircond not so cold for 2 hours after the meeting started. after that the room was ok. the food so sedappp i can tell you especially for tea break roti jalan n gulai ayam, if i could tapau so nice. lunch not so bad also. everything is good. thanks to the hotel!

I recently went on my first international trip to Malaysia. I visited Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Batu Pahat, Malacca and some other places as well. Among all the hotels that I stayed in, Best Western was personally my favourite hotel. What impressed me most was the polite and courteous behaviour of all the staffs of the hotel. I was at the hotel with 126 classmates. The way the hotel manages guests is really impressive. Our group used to swarm the restaurant during the mornings but, there was never a time when a vessel was empty. The food was also very tasty and there was good variety. The entertainment park and water park is also nearby. There are also shopping malls nearby. Overall it was a really good experience and I will prefer this hotel if I am ever going to Kuala Lumpur again.

Room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Welcome for check in was very nice. We got a beautiful stay and sightseeing from room was marvellous. We also got a complementary international breakfast that admires us.

Not BEST - i don't think we are bringing out team back here again. Sorry about this - the food quality is not at par and the rooms are small making praying (for Moslems) difficult. But the workers are friendly enough.

i stayed for 3 days. room is very nice and clean. food is total out from breakfast to dinner. sorry i had to say this. hope that you improve you quality. also your staff face is annoyed everyone who enter the restaurant.

Not too spacious but worth with the surrounding such as I-city theme park and Sogo Mall. The shower is good. There superfast lift to each level. The aircond need the maintaince regularly. The most important: The foods are delicious too

Hotel is well managed, clean and tidy. Fast tower service available even during middle of the night. Breakfast in the hotel has many choices, highly recommended! If you looking for a short stay at Shah Alam, do consider Best Western.

Food is good, have varieties. Room also clean and comfortable. The staffs at the counter, the meeting room and the dining areas were friendly. Only the foyer a bit cramped when all the groups have their tea break. Definitely will come again.

Great new menu and such for breakfast. Appreciate the changes and efforts. Hoping for a firmer pillow though in the future. Newly refurbished rooms as well. Service is good as always. Could do with an improvement with some kids channels too.

The rooms are great for the price, service was good, the front desk were efficient, buffet has lots of food choices and everyone is very friendly! One of the few hotels that offer a smoking room, which is perfect for me, but there is definitely more floors of rooms with prohibited smoking.

I adore this hotel immensely. We were given 2 complimentary tickets to access the waterpark. The hotel is roomy, exquisite, and immaculate. Since it was our anniversary, we requested a modest decoration, which was arranged prior to our arrival. The staff in charge of the decoration were incredibly amiable and provided excellent service. I love the hotel's proximity to i-city, as it allowed us to conveniently walk there. During our 3D2N stay, we didn't need to use a car at all (highly cost-effective). We also booked a hotel that includes breakfast. The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations with its delectable and plentiful food options I am extremely content and satisfied

Generally this hotel are fairly comfortable for my 3 days 2nights stayed here for attend the course. How ever there is still had a room to grow specially the function or even service to guests. All the ICT service team are poor and tools or equipment's are not functioning good during the course ongoing.

I am very happy stay at the BW i-city Shah Alam selagor cause service their staffs is excellence Service and product is very good. Regarding the room is cleanliness, TV cable is good enough, surrounding area at the hotel near at the shopping center and food court also.

Its good and the room is very comfortable. The brake fast also delicious and a lot of choices.the falsities like car park it many and easy too and the parking also free just shows yo Tiket to receptionist.

The staff are friendly and generous. The front desk staff gave me free tickets to i city water park for all my family members. We just need to walk to the water park. My kids enjoy it so much. I will sure come to stay here again in the future.

Planned to celebrate my daugther's birthday but theres no compliment or any nice gesture at all not even a happy birthday wish. My e-tix for the waterpark were not updated, need to make a call for the issue to be tackled. The only nice thing is the friendliness of the staffs

I love the experience staying with this hotel The receptionist so very very great & friendly They will always help you no matter what The room was clean & safe The hotel was so close to the Icity I can just walked to the waterworld, snowalk, giant ferris wheel, digital light Breakfast was amazing All foods was perfect I got no complain at all❤️

The room was clean & cozy. Customer service was good. Guest name showing at room's TV when I first check-in the room. Thumb up for it!! There were a theme park nearby. I guess it will be good for family stay too. Recommended.

Overall is good, multi-storey carpark a little narrow for 7 seater car to go in and out This place also very close to shopping mall that has many shops and food They also provide free 2 tickets for waterworld entrance

The check in and out process was smooth, room is clean, breakfast spread was good. Little details that made us feel appreciated, they left a mandarin oranges and angpow packets with choco coins on the table.

I booked for the weekend staycation package and enjoyed the services very much. It was a great experience and got to spend my time with the family. Definitely will recommend the hotel to my family members and closed friends.

The staff are friendly and very attentive whenever you need their assistance and all. Felt really comfortable and been taken care off really well, seem that I had stayed in my second home. The room were clean and even the restaurant were great with lot of selection that definitely suit to anyone's palate and very reasonable price point. Best Western will always be my first choice.

Everything is good, the bathroom and room super clean, friendly staff except the aircond was not so cool even already turned on whole night. Variety of food and tasty, got free entrance ticket for 2 pax for waterpark

Got an upgrade upon check in. Check in was very efficient. The room was a good size. However even though there was a kettle and microwave, there was no crockery (only drinking glasses) or cutlery. Breakfast was good especially the traditional Malaysian food. Waterpark access included throughout the stay but the waterpark was a massive disappointment. Not worth going there. Walking distance to i-City mall where there are many places to eat. The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. The hotel osnaging though and could do with an upgrade.

I have to say that with rm299 you'll get room with breakfast and hi tea for 2. Plus some mini bar goodies and not to forget the water theme park passes this is a weekend staycation not to be forgotten.

The room was very well clean but the cupboard was a bit smelly. There one indian reception guy, never smile back to me left me awkwardly smiling at him. The breakfast just so-so. Sambal nasi lemak was very sour. Couldnt eat it. Variety of pastry. The good point is the location of the hotel. A walk distance to the theme park, waterpark.

Service was nice. Staffs were helpful. Walking distance to the icity games. Food was nice. Rooms are very clean. Definitely will choose this hotel for next vacation. Forgot to mention, free parking & waterpark entrance.

Hotel is near to I-City theme park and I-City shopping mall which is walking distant. Very convenient for shopping and food. Theme park is not too bad for kids. for those driving, it has ample parking and it is free.

Room was small and the dustbin dont have plastic to throw the trash.econ leaking.the food in cafe was so so.water heater was difficult to adjust hot n cold water.but it really near to icity n enjoy life with child in night.

I had a wonderful experience dining at the hi tea buffet. The choice of food was above average and the the staff were attentive to our personal needs as both my parents are on walking aid. As a deejay by profession I have been to many buffets and I will recommend and return to this outlet soon.

Didn't have much time to enjoy the stay due to attending daughter's convocation ceremony. Hope to stay again in the future. Traffic to and from the hotel to UiTM campus quite congested due to the LRT construction.

The Hotel very easy to find and the car park was free. The hotel near to the ICT which is very good thing as you can take a walk during night . I love the location whereby it is located inside the theme park. One thing that the room is not sound proof whereby I can hear the people next room. Nevertheless, the room is okay and my family enjoyed the stay.

Room was too small. I think the room is okay for 2 person. The breakfast was nice and have variety of choices. The staff was nice and friendly as well. Near the water park, theme park, and i-city. Overall it was a nice play for a short trip

During made the reservation : fast reply and really helpful After made the payment: my room package entitled Hi-Tea Buffet, fully book suddenly after payment made. During the stay: We like the hotel location and easy parking area. Room is so beautiful with the I-city view. Got free waterpark tickets, my son really enjoy it. Very nice accommodations. Those have a families with children below 13 yrs old, fully recommended. Night view very relaxing with colorful neon from building and theme park. Hotel rate not expensive and breakfast for me delicious.

Friendly and Helpful Staff but room a bit small for double single room Breakfast food plenty of choice and quite good as well. The location just beside the i-city mall and park. package include waterworld but sadly cannot join due to the strict time.

missing item despite that it was reported within the day it was discovered missing and despite google location showed that last location was at the hotel then the unit got battery empty, the missing item was not returned. Apparently housekeeping did not see it which is very unlikely. Defective electric bulb in one of our connecting rooms. Toilets are not that clean. Parking is spacious but the validated ticket was rejected at the exit even if it was not that long to get out of the parking to the exit. Had to go back yo their reception for re-validation.

Staff are friendly and helpful, especially Mr Shah who provided superb service to us. Hotel also provide free shuttle to i-City Mall and back to hotel. Location is walking distance to I-City theme park.

Everything was so good. The staff were so welcoming, from stepping in to stepping out of the hotel. Although we are only staying for a night, the service by Mr. Shah was so professional and he is talking to us with a pleasant voice with a pleasant smile. Other than that, Mr. Shah also informed us to validate our parking ticket for a free parking and ask us to install the icity Apps, for 2 free tickets to the waterpark. In terms of the room, the room was clean and comfortable. Although the room was a bit small from my usual place of stay, but it is worth the price for a late booking. We will definitely stay here again soon.

Great stay for business travelers. Newly refurbished the rooms is a great plus. Breakfast selection is good but need to watch the salt in some of the dishes like the noodles and curry. If dining in for dinner, The Burger is my recommendation.

Good food, great place to stay. Nearby the city of attraction walking distance to i-city and central i-city mall.Overall, I'm satisfied with the facilities and I really love the breakfast food!! Definitely will come again :)

This is my second time here this year and both served by FO Shah. He has a great hospitality, very friendly and even kind enough to give me upgraded room with park view for no extra charge. Kudos to that. Room was spacious and worth my money. Will definitely come back.

Good place to stay with kids, warms greetings and lots of nice place to go at nights,. All items @ room are functioning well. Breakfast are good, . But need to park car far to check in,.. the guard didnt allowed us to park nearest the lobby.

Nearby i-City and just walking from the hotel. Attractive for childrens and adults. Second time have a course lived at this hotel and sightseeing very good. Water Theme Park free for 2 person if you stay at this hotel. Thanks.

Choose this hotel as the themepark just next to it. Cozy bedroom. Clean bathroom with basic toiletries provided. The pillow is comfortable and the room is clean. This hotel location is near to Klang. About 15-20mins time. Parking lots are convenient and link directly to hotel lobby. The only down side was the hair dryer spoiled on my second time usage. Overall it is a not bad choice and will come again in future. It is worth for the money too.

I am very satisfied with my recent stay here. This hotel is not a 5-star hotel, but the interior and service is! Didnt expect much at first, looking at its price. However the experience turns out to be great! The bedroom is spacious with its affordable price, got fridge, water heater and TV as well. Your parking is free too, just get it validated at the reception counter. At night, don't miss your chance to have a stroll at the i-City nearby! Such a wholesome experience staying here, thank you Best Western!

Hotel location is good for family traveller, close to theme park for kids and the hotel have 2 complementary tickets for the waterpark.. the night view very colorful with the neon lights.. for adult there's a shopping mall close by it take less then 10 minutes walking distance..

I spent 2 nights here on business purpose and i must say that everything was excellent. The location near with I-city theme park, plus if use the apps u will get free 2 ticket to enter the i-city theme park. my room not suit those anyone want to bring a family or children, but another room I don't know how big is. Food for breakfast also nice

Hotel room is not comfortable. The food was poor especially the steak. It was as hard as rubber. The access to car Park is very difficult especially the upper Level cat Park. The first impression is very average.

Very nice hotel and all of the staff are friendly. The room is very clean and the toilet also clean. The bed is comfortable. There are spacious parking lot and safety alert. The cafe also have a variaty of food and it delicious

Staffs name Aidil, Hafizul and Amira in Best Western i-City gave me excellent service. I got free room upgrade and I am so happy about that. Anyhow, some amenities like tissue and small/face towel were not in my room, maybe the housekeepers forgot to put it. Besides, mirror in the bathroom was not completely cleaned, I can see some fingerprints on it, and the alarm clock in my room already broken. Batteries for Tv remote should be replaced.

It was amazing to stay at best Western hotel in shah alam i city. My family really enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was very delicious and had number of variety. Activities for kids were just at few minutes of walk. Really satisfied and recommended for couples family or alone too. Staff was cooperative and welcoming.

Kisharn showed such professionalism and kindness with everlasting cheerfulness to all my endless call and questions and changes of mind due to banking problem, due to system migration issue and ever changing weather. Exemplary staff is Kisharn. The icity theme though needs much needed sprucing up and maintenance.

Best Western Hotel is one of the best staycations in Shah Alam especially when you are travelling with kids! It is located in the middle of iCity with super duper easy access to the theme park & water park. Even though I booked last minute, Mr. Amirul was very kind to assist me and the kids just to ensure that we can wrap up our school holidays with joy! Mr. Amirul is always one step ahead in terms of his service rendered to the customer. He's helpful and always try his best. The room is clean and well-maintained. Breakfast experience was good and do expect a variety of menus ranging from continental menus to traditional Malay palates. Will come again!

Convenient for me and my family to attend a family function nearby . Get food at odd times. Reasonable price and quite a variety. Rooms clean. Nice view at night with lights all up. There's an amusement park a stone's throw away if you have kids. A shopping complex is just beside .

Overall great. Clean and spacious room, friendly and helpful staff. Just please consider to open back the access door from level 1 and 2 parking to the hotel lobby to ease customer especially those with small kid.

It was a quick getaway for us as this hotel is the nearest to where I need to send my daughter to continue her degree. Cons There are a few obvious defect especially the laminated floor gaps. Food left over especially under the TV console area. Pros Near the entertainment and foods outlet. Walking distance only. Should try the Nasi Kalut Jitra in the nearby building block (Need to drive you car la) Strong water pressure. Adequate amenities provided. Janice (FO if i got her name correctly) was attentive and superb. The morning DM was excellent too. Overall, it was a clean and a decent place to call it, a night.

Good experience. The breakfast taste good. The snowalk is very near just 3 minute walk from hotel. You can eat your dinner at Central Mall I city, you can use shuttle bus or just walk to there. On the road back to hotel you can enjoy the city light.

The room was ok but the toilet is not leveled resulting in a puddle of water. The movie channel was only available on the first day, the second to the fourth day it was not available in the channel. The service was good and fast. The iftar buffet was also awesome ...l really love the teh tarik.

The staff is very nice and willingly to assist you. A clean guestroom following with a nice and variety choice of buffet breakfast. Although the Hotel rated as 2 or 3 stars , But i can assured you that the assistance ou can get is more than the rating starts.

Best view and most luxurious looking room. Only hard to find parking, please fix this at the google map/ waze to show exact parking spot because it took me 30 minute for me as a first timer. Or can just inform beforehand where exactly to park the car at email/whatsapp etc.

Room size moderate where house keeping is giving good service. Food and beverage could find variety of choices. Staff gave excellent service with greet and smiles. Welcome desk staff were good and helpful. The security guards were friendly and jovial. Please keep up the good service and appreciates everyone contribution. Don't lay off any of them because they are good and difficult to find their replacement. Motivation is important to keep the team work going strong.

helpful staff, nice food and affordable price to stay. Also get extra food from counter when check in. The room a bit small, simple deco but clean. The view at the cafe very amazing, like very much the outside deco and viewing

I went here with my family and it's location is suitable for me with little kids. The staff were very helpful and made us felt welcomed. Walking distance to the mall and the park is really a plus point to this hotel.

I grab the MTT offer from best western hotel and book 6 rooms for 3d2n. i also request for same floor and connecting room and get it as requested. it make my family trip more enjoyful! breakfast is great and dinner is okay enough if you don't want to start your engine. we really spend our 3d2n at i-city and shah alam area. would definitely come again here and hopefully they provide more promo package for us! :D

I went there for a business trip. I was amazed by how the frontdesk staff managed the crowd. I am overwhelming by the service given by them. I chose the hotel because it is near the themepark. My family could enjoy their holidays while i'm doing my work. Surely will come again. Thank you for the good food, good stay. Till we meet again

It was a wonderful birthday staycation for my family! The staff in charged named Jocylyn was very friendly and easy to reach by whatsapp. The receptionist also good and check in process went smooth. I love the breakfast! There were so many choices of foods and the cafe also have a wonderful environment. Parking also not a problem. The theme park and water park just walking distance from the hotel. Sure will come again next time.

The package overall of water park & buffet was awesome. Definitely a repeat. Point for improvement is on room cleanliness. The room floor was sticky & full of dust. Bad for my baby who's in exploring stage.

The food is good. The SOP also good. Need to add more variety of fruits. The service are so good. There are toilet and surau so it is convenient for muslim people. Recommended for small business event.

I was at 5th floor with my 1st son and my wife having a brakefast suddenly I saw one of the hotel staff carrying my 5 years old son which he was sleeping by the time I go down for brakefast. Thanks for that hotel staff because he reconize my son which is he go to hotel lobby by him self looking for me and my wife. It was a nightmare for me and family.

The service and food quality was excellent. The staff were very friendly right from the receptionist to the coffee house staff. The Beef Burgers at The View restaurant is a must-try. Great tasting patties and exceeded our expectations.

M.T.T packages is really worth it of money..it was a really good and reasonable price for the packages. For couples or family stay..it is really a good experience to stay here. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

BAD: Bed cleanliness is very poor. Sharing iron was put on floor at the corridor. Old and rusty iron. Room quite small. GOOD : Staffs are polite and good. Walking distance to Mall and all the tourist spots

My family an I stayed here for 3 nights and experienced terrible service. We experienced an unwelcoming vibe upon arriving — the staff at the front desk attended us with no smile nor greetings, which should be a common etiquette and manners for every hotel staff. Secondly, the check-in process was a complete mess and unorganized. We were told to wait for another half an hour after the check-in time at 2pm despite the early booking and full payment made. I then pointed out to the staff regarding the early booking and full payment I had made to avoid late check-in issues, but no.. All that I received was a “Can you please understand?”, which to me was rude and unprofessional. Well then.. half an hour got dragged to 2 hours 20mins. How is that acceptable!!???!!??! Aside from the horrible front-desk service and unnecessary long-waiting hours, basic essentials like towels were not provided in the room!! I requested for towels from them at 6pm and I am not really sure what took them so long, I had to wait for another 3 hours to get it delivered to my room. And again, no towels and bottled water were provided after housekeeping on the next day. Honestly, we were not satisfied with the staycation at this hotel at all, surely didn't give me a peace of mind, only drives me up the wall with the horrible hospitality. Quite surprised with it being a 4-star rated hotel because to me personally, it was like another typical 3-star hotel services. This experience taught me to be more cautious before placing hotel bookings — to survey hotel reviews carefully and attentively. I hope this review will also give a brief idea on what to expect upon staying at this hotel to everyone who wishes to spend their days here.

The reception was not friendly , the instruction was not clear ,the waterpark ticket could not until we had the front of the waterpark counter to enter but the ticket was still not in the room ,dusty room , the floor still has waste please upgrade the service

Had a splendid stay at best western. Beautiful rooms and a great view. There is also huge water park package that comes with the room. And not forgetting the staffs are friendly and helpful at all times. Freshly cooked breakfast was superb. Room service was fast and the food was awesome. Overall I have a solid stay here. #bestlahhhh

During the stay, overall experience was great. it just the food presentation is below my expectation. It can be improve better in future. Overall MTT package was a great and affordable. The room given was good as well.

The location is convenient. Room is clean. Only draw back is that the reception is lack of staff and slow in process of check in. The restaurant is open for dine in and the food is good. Internet access is moderate and can be improved

No TV channel connection and poor flow rate hot shower, i.e., too hot and too cold. The room rate was not found worth for the value and was disappointed due to the rate was location accessibility was not user friendly and confusing.

The room, the hotel surrounding were very clean and comfortable! I can't remember how many times I checked in this hotel bcs I just love how it is so peaceful staying here even though it's located in a themepark. The staffs especially Mr Aidil, Mr Amirul & Miss Zulaiha were amazing! Thank you for your services (dear management please give them awards!) Breakfast was good! There are so many choices of food. Overall from me, 10/10. Will definitely come again next time.

I had to check in for some personal work purpose. But the reception was full with customers. I thought I had to wait longer. There was this staff, named Kisharn. He saw me queuing up and came to help me with check in procedure. This really saved my time alot as i was in bit tired with my work. He took my details and checked in for me from office. Was a really helpful thing from this staff.

Everyone at the BW was extremely helpful and welcoming especially the receptionist in-charge that served me during my check in , Mr Amirul (for my 1st day and 3rd stay) as well as Mr Kisharn (2nd day stay) . While the overall stay this round was pleasant on the average, the internet connectivity was still rather poor and not improved since given the feedback several times on the bandwidth and quality of network. This also resulted in interrupted online meetings, and the alternative use of mobile data was also not good either in that area. Additionally, while the floor was generally quiet, but the slamming of doors can be heard at intervals - as provided the feedback previously, please look into soundproofing elements for doors especially. Nevertheless, thank you for the general hospitality rendered which I believe can still be further improved particularly of handling tele-conversations at the front desk and dining outlet. Hope to see real improvements esp on the network and soundproofing.

Overall was great!!! Had warm welcome started from receptionist upon check in until check out. This hotel provided MTT package which is we can enjoyed with unlimited movies for free inclusive with MTT package. During pandamic of covid 19, people getting tired working from home, with this package i'm surely that we can released our stress from hectic jobs. Keep and maintain this kind of great service.

Wonderful stay. Helpful Staff especially Belinda in FB Admin & Check in staff who check in me either Amirul or Hakim I totally cant recall sorry his name but a Malay, Young and Gentlemen Guy. Who upgrade my room to higher category. The room Clean and nice, room facilities nice. Got a free movie access. Took 2 rooms. Connecting room. The Ramadhan and Sahur Buffer was extremely outrageous. Staff all helpful and energetic despite month of Holy Ramadhan. Upon Check out, I'm sorry there is a Chinese lady sheeren I think really2 professional doing her work. Can feel her smile even she wearing a mask. Definitely going to come back again and recommend to our families and friends!

Fast check in. Good staff, helpful. Room was ok. Not too small n not too big. Strategic location. Not difficult to find food place. Got shuttle to nearest shopping mall, i-Central City Waterpark theme just 5 mins walk. Overall ok!! Will be back soon.

The hotel is pleasant to stay in. It fits the price offered. I encountered quite a lot of problems like the telephone cable was popping off from its phone handle. The refrigerator took a day to chill my drinks. Other than that. it was a great experience. I hope that the hotel will improve after looking at my review.

We stayed 1 night at the hotel to go to the I-City Park with my family. Booked 2 rooms that connected. The kids room jas a lot of babies cockroaches when we arrived but I think just 1 night so didn't make a big fuss about it, just using tissue to get rid of them and clean with wet wipes sanitizer. But the next morning, there so many of them again and my kids really freak out and we checked out immediately. I took the video and show to the reception and they were very concerned about it and offered is a free lunch, which is nice. The manager came to apologize and they will try to fix it. The stuffs were very friendly & helpful but don't think I will come back.

Bought MAKAN.TONTON.TIDUR Deal. It's only RM229nett for Superior Room, Sahur + Iftar for 2 Adults, 24-hour stay with flexible check-in time & Movies with complimentary Minibar Pack, affordable price compare the other hotel that I survey.

We had stay at this hotel multiple times and the high quality of service & attention to details remain. The staff is amazing & the room have been comfortable & immaculate. Overall this is a great hotel and I would definitely stay here again!!

dirt towel , after request the new one also the same, there some black in on the towel, very disgusting for staying suites room. pillows and bed are comfortable, staff also friendly. just need to improve to double check all the towel.

Internet is not stable. Someday is good. Someday is bad. It will disturb you if you need to work with your computer. Laundry is very late. Example for regular option. If I send on Monday morning , I will get back on Wednesday 6.00 PM. There is no special option to get in the same day. Laundry form mention for special option but reality is not. Food is good. Facilities in room is good except internet. Noise protection is bad. Noisy sound from above of room. Sound from walking and running in room. For the rest items is fine. Feedback for improvement. Bought a package on promo (slightly lower than 40 USD) , came with buffet breakfast, free entry to water world , free mini bar package. Mong Herman was extremely helpful with my concerns and questions. Highly recommended stay in icity. The breakfast buffet's spread is very good and tasty as well. A+++

My 1st trip at here. A very helpful night shift front desk staff, if not mistaken Zainuddin his name. Love how helpful he is on sharing info about the hotel as well the iCity. Also help me with the parking and make myself assured. Save me a lot of time apart from peaking around and googling things. The room is clean and tidy and the staffs don't stingy with their smiles. Somehow, my order at the cafe took about an hour on the evening earlier, although I just order 2 deserts of cakes and 2 drinks. Much better if the cafe supervisor I think based on his attire and gesture, to nicely advise his staffs and find another private place if the anger couldn't be avoid. I understand how stressful the F&B is but to provide a relaxing ambient rather than pitch high his voice will drain more energy. Overall Best Western is a good cozy place. Thank you.

Quite good and affordable. But the room need to be proper cleaning especially the sofa and under the bed. Breakfast with local food and English breakfast which is quite good except the coffee machine.

Book for a Deluxe Room. Received an update from the front desk that my booking was upgraded to I-Suite. Perfect for our first holiday since the Covid-19 pandemic! BEST WESTERN provide hand sanitizer on every floor. Kudos to that! The room was spacious and neat, super comfy bed. Love the rain shower head in the bathroom. ❤️ Movie Madness that offers various movies for RM15 per day. Buffet breakfast totally worth it with just RM25, you can eat more than more than 20 dishes starting from drinks, appetisers, main course, salad bar, breads, noodles, various kinds of egg dishes and desserts. Personally the best breakfast rate in Shah Alam/Selangor. Not forget to mention staff was super friendly. Overall it was very pleasant and satisfying experience for me and my husband, since we are loyal customer to this hotel from 2015.

Price was so affordable. You can get the best room in this hotel for RM250 included dinner and breakfast. Room was so bigger and very comfortable. Plus, get unlimited watching movie. Staff was so politely.

I was staying here for 2 weeks with my family. What can I say is, it is a nice and cozy ambience hotel. Room was very clean and looked new. 1. Bed Was told King size bed but what I get is a miniature bed. Frustrated. Maybe the hotel should go and check other hotels on real king size bed. 2. Breakfast The worse food in a hotel I have ever experienced. Worse taste. Tried nasi goreng, such a blant taste with expensive price. Breakfast was worse. The chef need to be sent to cooking course or hire a better chef! Please educate the team that serve the food. They need to know what they serving instead of saying don't know! We bought the RM500 package for room decoration & in room candle light dinner. We loved everything about it, except for the breakfast preparation was really slow. We chose to have breakfast at the cafe instead of in-room but it was really slow for them to serve the food even though there were not much guests at that moment. Otherwise, it will be a great stay.

Good: - Nice night view for room facing theme park - Great service & hospitality (Amirul Reservation & Jocelyn birthday Deco) - Close to theme park but far from Icity Mall Bad: - Small room - No pool (but they give 2 ticket to Water Wolrd) so ok la.. - Food not so variety - Birthday deco quite pricey (RM80 for 6 ballon & happy birthday banner) but kids happy so ok la.. It was the most pleasant stay ever on last week. The staffs are very nice... Location is in the middle of icity lights... Can have a walk around at night.. Shout out to the staff who helped us with trolley and pack our bags into the car... Just on the check in day my daughter was awake and shock by indian lady at lobby... She talked too loud.. The foood and room is nice. I rrally love the food especially during lunch and dinner. Breakfast, sometimes late refill and customer need to wait for a while. The food served for meeting is okay. But the coffee is not that nice as it's not taste like a coffee at all. Meeting room, on saturday evening, no one came to clean the room and they did not change the water. My room 1411, tv cannot open. No channel. Overall, everytjing is okay and the food is nice, room is clean. Just in terms of for meeting package, hotel can upgrade and improve. Thanks.

This hotel was filthy. Our bathroom was not clean. Floors dirty, hair in floor, hand and walls. The carpets need cleaning. Need to wear shoes to keep your feet clean. Light ,fixtures and Air con were dirty. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms. Lobby was fine. check with short hair girl at lobby ,i had a breakfast she was not explain to me the next day I have to call and recheck ! She never explain on the free parking as well i paid when I went out and next day my wife told that is free when we checkout , should explain upon check in not hassle for guest like us The lobby is a little confusing, to find so , all the exit door closes ! Breakfast staff even so full the staff where wonderful and attentive, good keep up not disappoint

I got 3 kids and requested for connecting rooms. The hotel comes with breakfast and free waterpark entrance thus it perfect for weekend getaway with your children. In fact i extended my stay in this hotel and go to waterpark again. The room quite small just perfect for a couple or small family. They allowed outside food delivery too! Dont worry when you are hungry.

This is my first time staying at Best Western i-City. Room is clean and breakfast served was excellent and met my expectations. The receptionist served me well. I travelled with 2 other colleagues and I got a room upgrade because I requested for 3 rooms queen sized bed, but only 2 rooms met the request. Thank you, I will choose to stay here again if I am travelling to Shah Alam.

Excellent room set up and delicious range of food for breakfast. Easy access to nearby entertainment and shopping outlet. Have tried the Hitea buffet last year and the selection of food is highly satisfactory. Will come back for Hitea soon with a group of friends.

Very comfortable and the location also strategic. Family with kids will benefit most because its easy to walk to water park & theme park. Breakfast was nice except for the crows disturbed people outside cafe.

The room is very clean n comfy. Amenities available are all complete n easy to be used. View from the hotel is amazing especially during the night. Receptionist are all polite and very neat. This is my favourite hotel to stay if I visit KL as many attractions are here. So, it is suitable to bring along kids so they have time to have fun as well as adults. My room was upgraded thank to Ms Aisyah. You are very kind! We arrived quite late at night and so tired. Getting a free room upgrade really made us happy and satisfied :) The room was clean and smell nice,plus it was bigger than previous room that we stayed.

Love this hotel..inside i-city theme park that easier us to rest after enjoyable play at i-city.. Breakfast are spread and delicious. Price is accepatable with complimentary ticket to water park.. We booked 2 rooms during our training at Shah Alam on 12-13 Aug 2020. The rooms was nice, look fresh, new and very comfortable. The view was very nice due to hotel located inside I-City. I will book again this hotel for my next trip and hopefully can get free upgrade and free breakfast.

Very strategic location. Theme park is just in a walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful staff, especially Mr Isa. Connecting rooms are available and suitable for family trip. Every room comes with complimentary water park access

We had a one night stay to enjoy the I city digital lighting , from tawau and were very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding places to visit in I- City Shah Alam Ms Rubinee guided us with clearly . The hotel is very clean throughout, and our room was small fit for 3 of us spacious with everything that we needed. Breakfast was substantial, and suited all tastes. The hotel is quiet, and is situated near to numerous restaurants at mall walking distance and a supermarket, and withiin easy walking distance . We would highly recommend a stay at this hotel. For me is simple, cleanliness of the room especially bed is what important for me to choose a hotel to stay. This hotel able to fulfil all my request and deliver for me, thanks to Jess and Joycelyn for the great service. Keep it up team.

Friendly and efficient staff, especially during mealtimes. Even the Housekeeping staff took the trouble to explain to me how to correctly and safely use the iron she was sending to my room. All in all, great service. Oh! And the food was really good too.

An excellent experience when choosing a Best Western Hotel for a short family vacation. Has all the good facilities in the hotel and also a Water Themepark which suitable for the whole family. The hotel is located inside i City. A friend introduce this hotel to me as its close by to Bukit Raja industrial estate. The rooms are not big but its clean and have just about everything you need for a night or two.

Front Office Staff Named Zanudin was really helpful as i request to make a late check out at 2pm and he is helping around with no charges added. The process during check out was smooth too! Management should compliment him anyway. Definitely will come back for another stay as the hotel service is so good

The top management were very much down-to-earth as I see them frequent in the reception All the receptionists were very friendly and helpful too. It was a great pleasure having a room candle light dinner during the MCO Season. More privacy, relax, no rush, and most important things, we are social distancing with other guests. Thank you to Joycelyn for setting up nice table for us, very soft spoken. And also thank you to Daniel & the view cafe team for the fantastic menu, delicious and marvelous, esp the rib eye steak and oven roasted crusted salmon (both are very affordable). Not forget to the receptionist who are friendly and nice. The suite is very clean, beautifull & overall we are happy with all the services. Definitely we will come again Insha Allah. Oh ye. Very good location, quiet and piece of mind to stay there and relax. I-City Mall is nearby you can do your shopping and abundant food outlets with varieties of food Asian and western and Arab food. Easy transportation via Grab or you can take a stroll walking to the mall.

Been here a few times since 2019. The place is nice. The lobby has a seating area. The superior room is good enough for a few days stay. It's not too big, but not too small either. The facilities are maintained quite well. Everything looked so clean and orderly in my room. The bed was comfy, but I believe the pillows should be replaced. They've become too soft. The hotel's location is great. It's located within iCity, the City of Digital Light. It's also directly connected to the Federal Highway. There's also aplenty of free carparks. You can basically park anywhere within iCity's perimeter. Central iCity shopping mall is located nearby (outside of perimeter). You can stock up almost everything you need for your stay. It's a huge mall. Breakfast has adequate choices and foods were delicious. I especially love their roti canai with super delicious chickpea curry. Staffs at the restaurant were friendly and warm. The check in and check out were fairly quick and efficient. The lady attending to me during check out was very kind and friendly. However, I do have a few concerns. First of all, I am not sure why the rates offered on Best Western's (BW) official website/app are pricier than those being offered on other platforms such as Booking.com and Traveloka. I booked direct and was charged RM225 per night with breakfast, when it was only RM150-RM180 per night with breakfast on other platforms. I find this questionable. Secondly, I am a new Best Western member, and got my Status Match approved recently. My membership was matched to Diamond status which is the second-highest tier of Best Western Rewards. It does sound exclusive. But then I somehow knew that I shouldn't expect for anything. And I was quite right:- There was no mentioning of any perks when I checked in. And as I have been here for so many times previously (as a non-member), I am pretty sure the room I was assigned to was exactly the one I booked for, no upgrade of any sort was given at all. In the end, I feel like I should've just booked my stay through one of other platforms. It would've been cheaper too. Last but not least, the access card system in elevators was not in operation during my recent stay. Anyone can simply access hotel floors. I am not sure I am comfortable with this. Would I stay here again? Definitely yes. It's one of the best hotels in Shah Alam. I actually enjoy soending my time here. It's super good value too. However, please improve on: 1. Rates when booked direct, and 2. Perks entitled by Best Western Rewards members Thank you.

Nestled in the neon surroundings. This hotel definitely a place to watch out. 3 stars hotel but the service goes beyond it. The receptionist are friendly. They greet and they smile. Thank you Syafiq. They are there to assist you during your visits not merely doing their 8-10 hours of shift routine. The room we had is clean and simple. Very practical if your planning to just drop in a while. A wide selection of breakfast, omelette, salads, local cuisine, croissant etc. Would recommend to grab the breakfast together with the room. 5-10 minutes walk to Sogo 10-20 minutes walk to Jakel and Gulati. Well done.

Im very glad to say thank you to my person incharge Mr Isa to setup my very last minute reservation for my anniversary. even the room decoration is a basic deco, but im still happy...thank you for the cake suprise,I didn't expect it.. its delicious cake! thank you best western hotel for a 1 night hospitality. clean room, good ambiance, very nice, polite and helpfully staff. Internet is damn slow. Be mindful. Almost 2 years never improve & any actions is taken. If there's other option in near future with other hotel can offer the competitive rate, I don't think this is the choice for me

Nice hotel. Liked it from the time I stepped in. Friendly staff. Nice food. suggest to have more variety for vegetarian instead of having to cook something separately. And label the dishes as veg/non-veg.

The room was clean and comfortable. The welcome note on the television screen was nice. The venue for business meeting was spacious and the staff were polite and accommodating. There was quite a good selection of various dishes for the breakfast buffet and Saturday lunch buffet.

A very good environment, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Nice view from the room and the room and toilet are clean. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is overall satisfied. There are shops and malls nearby, it's a very good place.

To be honest I booked a room here out of convenience but I was pleasantly surprised as to how it turns out. Checking in was a breeze despite a slight misunderstanding --I booked through an app and paid at the hotel but they charged the amount twice. However, it was ironed out smoothly and I would like to thank Mr Shahid at the front desk for being very helpful (he gave us a map of the area for our convenience). Since the property is inside i-city, you can park anywhere inside and can validate your parking ticket before going out. Experiencing i-city at night is also a breeze because a lot of attractions are just nearby the hotel. Breakfast spread is amazing! Slightly sparse on selection but of wide variety. Definitely better than expected. All in all, definitely happy to be here and highly recommended for people looking for a stay within the area.

Visited The View Cafe, which is located at level 5 of Best Western i-City Shah Alam last week for a dinner. Love their food and drinks, especially the View Cafe Fried Rice and Masam Manis Fizz. Friendly staff and first class service from Steve. Was surprised with the design of the alfresco area and the scenery at night. Definitely will visit here again.

Delicious food and lots of choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We have an annual dinner here, good service, good sales person and a lot of help to get this event smooth. Hotel facilities are also in good condition. The view around the hotel is good. The hotel room is very clean. We love working with the people of Best Western i-City. Easy access to the hotel. I was here last Sunday for the Hi-Tea, the food selection was good and everything was beyond my expectation! The clown was very engaging, not to mentioned all of the friendly staffs, they made my friend and I felt very welcomed. The alfresco and indoor CNY decor were amazing too. The staff are very friendly and great hospitality. I was there for a dinner with my family. They all enjoyed every moment of it and we will definitely revisit the hotel again soon! The ambience is good and the food is 5 star ratings.

Each time I come to Shah Alam, this hotel will be my choice. It's located in the theme park area. Room just nice for 2 pax. Breakfast varieties. Staff friendly and helpful. Been staying here more than 5 times.

My husband book a one night stay at Best Western I-City to celebrate our son's birthday.Around 8~9pm,we were asked to move from the 16th floor to 13th floor because the hotel told us the guest for that room usually will experience electric trip/problem.Then we went to the i-city theme park. Later we realized that we left the praying item at the 16th floor room. We call the reception counter and the officer on duty told us that the room was occupied with a new guest and they will try to help us around 9am the next morning.I was like what is going on here.First you told us the room got problem, but now you told us it has been occupied. This morning, i called the reception counter at 9am and the officer was like she don't have any idea on the problem we faced. Don't you all take note seriously on the customer problem,like jot it down and highlight it to the next day officer on duty? And to add on it, this morning, when we want to have our breakfast at the 5th floor cafe, the officer on duty can't find our new room number. We had to wait for another few minutes for the f&b team to make confirmation with the reception team. Don't you all have communication plan? Everything was fine, room was clean. Breakfast was ok, should add in more different foodstuffs. Fork n spoon should be on the breakfast table with tissue. Receptionist staffs was great...welcomed us with a smile.

If you are looking for a stay cation xthus is not the hotel for you. This is mainly a room to sleep while u enjoy the activities that I city has to offer. It is a very strategic place. Walking distance to some of the attractions. As for breakfast, quite disappointed with the system. There is no line to queue before entering the restaurant, especially when all the tables are full and ppl inside are alrd waiting for other people's tables. So it's a havoc. For a hotel, people shudnt be waiting at other ppls table while they eat or having to fight for a spot. No restaurant should also allow this. Guests should be pointed to a table. Parking is alright, ample multilevel and open air parking spaces. Housekeeping was good. Rooms were a bit small but adequate since most guests will be spending their time outdoors. Good value for money!

Room is tidy and the sight from our room is quite good. However, the rule that requires the customer to have minimum 200 characters respond seems to be quite non-sense. It more or less makes inconvenience to those customers.

We stay at Superior Room. The room was perfect and complete with facilities. Toilet was clean. We got nice view room. The breakfast was delicious. Front desk service very good. He is very helpful, polite and gentle. We plan to come again to i city in January but this time will bring parents and surely stay at Best Western Hotel.

Disappointed with the check in process at first place, had to wait for more then an hour and they still cant get me a room,however an indian girl able to check in us quickly after we voice up our frustration getting delay to check in. I highly recommended her for her good customer service. Good things about this hotel: Free entrance to Water park, many attractions place and shopping mall just across the road. Need to improve: check in process. Always busy and noisy.

I stay at this hotel 3 months ago and i repeat again few days back. The hotel offered better experience, clear explaination by the front office manager. The room is clean, and staff is very friendly. Only one comment or suggestion, to fix the lift access by room card. The room can be access directly from parking bay, without the card access system to activate the lift will expose or loosen the security access.

New shopping mall the I central mall just within 10 min walking distance while local largest pasar malam (night market) is 15 min driving to setia alam where you can get most local signature foods every saturday night

The rate is really affordable, located at strategic place, the hotel management really maintain the cleanliness, breakfast menu taste good, friendly staff. 24 hours stay is really good idea from the hotel Need to improve: reduce bad bathroom odor

Many of deals that internet offers on lodging in shah alam but one hotel that always keep me cant refuse the desire to come back is best western i-city shah alam.I still remember when i took a chance and book bestwestern i-city for the first time, i was pleasantly surpride where The front desk staff was always friendly,service is superb, very responsive and always with a smile! Housekeeping keeps the rooms fresh and clean although im a Night Owls, had no problem with the housekeepinh tidying up the room while im in absence at any time.i had truly enjoyed and satisfield staying here. I dont know how to thank mr herman(him not in photo due he volunteer to be a cameraman tat day) and all front desk staff and others deparment staff as they plan and surprise me celebrate my birthday (26/09/2019) and it was an event i will never forget it and i really appreciate. THANK INTERNET HOOK ME UP WITH THE HOTEL TAT I FEEL LIKE HOME !!

We were all truly enjoyed and satisfied staying in Best Western hotel, Shah Alam. Since we didn't get a chance to stay there for more than a night, here we would love to thank all Best Western staff for treating us with patience and politeness. Although it was on the weekend plus year-end school break, with a lot of people busied checking in the hotel and kids running around the lobby and not to mention the rainy day, we were still being treated with big big smiles from them all especially the front desk staff, Jessic. We could see how much she was trying her best to get things done quickly for not wanting us lining up too long and at the same time maintained her politeness and warm personality. That made our day!♥

At first glance, Best Western looks like another hotel that caters to the corporate crowd but I was surprised at the level of comfort it provides. Our room was homey and bed plush, we had trouble getting out of bed for breakfast! The hotel is also not afraid to embrace technology - we dined on room service by scanning a QR code and placed our order all through the smartphone with our meals arriving less than 30 minutes later. Best Western is definitely the best value-for-money hotel in this part of town because every booking entitled us to 2 adult tickets to Water World i-City which is just a 5 minute walk away!

The best part is the free tickets to water theme park . Foods are goods. Except they changed the original setup. I've preferred the live station outside. Pls do upgrade ur surau facilities though. It's not clean enough

it was a great experience for those bring the family to play over there. with the theme park nearby, i believe it is the suitable places to rest and relax. the lounge's view is facing the light of others building at night makes u want to light up the cigar and enjoying it with the drink.

Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, and I sleep like a log every night throughout my stay. Also parking is a plenty during my stay. Service is good and the staffs are friendly at the restaurant and lobby. Buffet spread is decent for the price. I like the seafood BBQ buffet as the fish (salmon and mackerel), prawns, mussels, etc. are fresh. What stands out is the little things like the snack counter at the lobby and the little sweets at the lift that brings back childhood memories. Gym is also not bad. It is equipped enough for a general workout. The only issue is that it is located in service apartments (shared gym) and the maintenance side of the service apartments is not as good as the hotel. It becomes apparent when one walks past the boundary. Overall my family and I had an enjoyable stay. Will certainly be back again.

Best Western Hotel is my always must have-list of hotel to choose from when i travel to Shah Alam. I felt very comfortable and of course the location that is surrounded by the colorful of lights of the i-City! It's just a minute walk to the I-City theme park. The moment i checked in into this hotel, i saw a bunting promotion at the hotel entrance about the free pass tickets for all Best Western guest to the I-City Water Theme Park for 2 Adults & 2 Children. Meaning to say that, we are entitled for this water theme park!..aha..My kids were so excited and thanks a lot for making this trip are so joyful. Just a suggestions for the arrangement at the cafe when you have an events from different sector for year end programs, please make sure the food for breakfast is in a good arrangements, enough for all the guest and the environment is friendly guest ya...Overall good!..keep it up..!

The hotel staff were wonderful and helpful. The hospitality of the hotel staff make me feel comfortable. Recommended for Family Vacation. Is was a great experience for our 3d2n short staycation with my family and kids in Best Western I-city. The carpark is very convenient just next to the hotel and what I love about the hotel is when i walk in lobby the guard and reception greeted me with the great smile. I got room in 16th floor and is a connecting room and they even prepare baby cot for my boy. So thoughtful :) Hotel room,bathroom, bedsheets is clean. Water for shower is good too. This hotel also provided shuttle to Central I-city and is very convenient for us especially kids. Just request from the hotel reception for the shuttle services. There is a convenience store name KK just 5min walking distance and some cafe, KFC just in case u are a night eater. Along the walkway at night the whole neighborhood turn to a beautiful nightlife is a amusement park for adults and kids to explore. For me is like a childhood memories amusement. The breakfast got lots of variety of food to choose and even have Roti canai station :) For those in house guest of this hotel. Best Western I-city is given free entrance to Waterworld I-city. Remember to show your ID/passport with the hotel room card for the free entrance. Is just 10minute walking distance. I feel like is a real amazing combination for staying, playing and even for working trips. Definitely will come back for my next staycation.

Having excellent experience since beginning -- enquiries, reservation, check in, room service, trolley service, morning wake up call, check out, breakfast food, etc.. All staffs are very polite and humble. The lobby is very clean & neat with some biscuits provided for free for children to munch while waiting either to check in/check out/others. The securities & cleaning staffs are very polite and humble with good attitude. The rooms are great & very clean, with ample space. The beds, sofas etc are in good condition. All facilities in the room are tip top. Great room with great hospitality. The location of the hotel is very strategic with ample parking space - walking distance to the water park & all other dry park games including the snow walk, red carpet, the I-City lights etc. Let me summarize - All are great with excellent hospitality (smiling staffs all the way since beginning). Great place to spend the night with your love ones!!

Wife and I were staying over the night as it was near to our wedding reception restaurant. The staff did well to prep all the rooms for myself and my guest. Phyliis was an amazing person to have helped with all the booking and arrangement. She really deserves much praise and maybe a raise. The only complain I have is the cake they served for us in our bedroom as we checked in. Wife and I both don't like sweets and we had no idea what to do with a whole cake. We appreciate the thought but maybe check with us first if we wanted cake. We would have preferred fruits

Stayed 3 nights for enjoy the themepark. It was fun start on evening till midnight. But during the day u have nothing much to do. The room and staff ate nice and the buffet breakfast was good. And they offer free shuttle to the central mall.

Breakfast at Best Western I-City is very Bad. Waiting half boiled egg almost 30 minutes for 2 continuous day. Check in was good process, the staff was very friendly and soft spoken. The hotel should have a standby shuttle for short distance journey

A hotel good for meetings. Rooms are clean and bed was comfortable. Property was a bit lagging maintenance. But no major set back except quite a distance from KL. The meeting facility was good. Food was not to complain. I especially liked lamb curry.

Hotel is near the theme park, restaurants and new shopping mall, room is spacious and clean. Our room was facing the theme park, so we enjoy the nice sunset and i-city view at night from our room at 17 floors.

I had 1 night in the hotel. The front liner staff very helpful and kind. The more enjoyable moments, we get free entrance tickets to water park. Really recommended for family trip. The foods are variety too.

Room are spacious and like their hospitality. At current, they are offering free water park, QR code meal ordering system and dining in at alfresco makes all you can eat seafood promo worthwhile, with sunset scenery.

As a returning guest, the hotel is still kept in pristine condition from our first experience. Our room was clean and decent with good air-conditioned. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also sufficiently good with lots of choices and the staff were quick in cleaning, servicing and refilling up the dishes. The View Cafe has a lovely view of the cityscape and in the evening, it was a great place to hang out and relax!

I spent 4 nights in Shah Alam. First 3 nights was in another hotel where Service was not a priority and I dreaded going for breakfast that I have already paid for. I checked out of the other hotel after 3 nights and checked in to this hotel instead. All of a sudden I felt welcomed in Shah Alam. This hotel is smaller than the other one but the staff at the front office was excellent, rooms were compact but comfy (I took the smallest room) and the breakfast spread was well thought out. I really should have stayed here instead. Btw, they also have free shuttle service to the big mall nearby so that's another plus.

Best Western I-city at Shah Alam provides a service for celebration of birthday. Super surprised and interesting, they decorate the room with decoration birthday, balloons, they prepare cakes and sing birthday songs. In addition to service, they provide breakfast, delicious and clean breakfast. The best is so close to Water Park I city, entry is free, depending on promotion package best western. The walk to the snow walk and I-city Center is very close. Eating easy, even at night, the restaurant closes at 12pm near the best western hotel. Happy to be able to bring family here. Very recommended!!!

Staffs need more training to be more focus, courteous. Front desk staff was slow when attending to our check-in. They talk so loudly among them. Overall food & room is okay. Hotel is near to themepark, can have a walk nearby. Will consider to visit again.

Stayed for 1 night. Regular sized room, clean, decent bed and shower. Breakfast was kinda good. More choices than expected and for the price of the room. Nice friendly staff at the lobby. Great value, Recommended and will return.

Wonderful arrangement by Best Western team. For my brother's fiancé birthday and their wedding proposal. Delicious food, especially Tiger Prawn Aglio Olio and Satay Burger fusion food. The manager, Zihan greet and serve us well, as we came in big group of 18 paxs with kids and elderly. Food serving a bit slow, but luckily we did out pre order day 1 day earlier, with staff Gyna. Although a bit hazy outdoor, due to bad weather recently. But the environment is just nice. We did the proposal outdoor. Thanks for all the service and treat.

Warm welcome makes me wanna come back for more family staycation. Love the spacious connnecting room and childhood corners to get a munch of my childhood snacks.Good hospitality and friendly staff. Kids have their own kids corner while mummy daddies can enjoy food. Kids love most hanging out at the Alfresco dining area. Awesome!

The chef here is definitely dedicated and one with a real heart. The plating is done with great detail and food is cooked to perfection. Ordered the baked salmon, coffee lamb, tiger prawn pasta and pandan dessert. Salmon was crispy, plating for coffee lamb was wonderful, pasta had good texture and dessert was just awesome. Portions were decent. I love this restaurant sooooo much.

Overall is good. A nice place for family gathering and event. Easy access for variety place and many activities can be done there. The staffs are friendly and very professional. Every staff member with whom I came in contact with during my birthday surprise were really friendly and genuine! Good place to stay if you're planning to go to places around there,i.e: i-city, waterpark,etc..very near and convenient.however no swimming pool if you bring kids to enjoy hotel experience. As i brought 3 small kids, but its our mistake for not really checked thoroughly the facilities.so yeah..

Lots of Ants were seen in the toilet and the room.door. I gotto check frequently to.make sure no.ants crawl into.the bed. In house guests were charged with expensive breakfast. The room I paid was considered expensive for a 3 star hotel, rm171 with no.swimming pool. Should have offered better rate for the breakfast!

Paid for 3 stars but get 5 stars service. The staff write a welcome message every time I check in and they even turn on the air-con before I step into the room. Breakfast also with variety foods. Hotel near is in the I city and near a newly opened shopping mall. Value for money.

Was here a year ago. Rooms are well-maintained and clean. GRAB drivers have no problem getting to this hotel anymore. Easy to get a ride. Central Department Store is now open. This store has everything. You can take a 15 minutes walk or a 5 minutes free bus ride from Best Western. Room water pressure - strong and good. Small problem in the room. When pressing the button for housekeeping, you might also press the Do-not-disturb button. If that happens, your room do not get serviced. Careful on that point. The front desk will anyway get you fresh towels and whatever you need for your evening. Just ask them. Breakfast - good espresso machine. However, some food like fried noodles are not replenish early enough making the balance dry up too fast. Other than that, it is a fairly good breakfast. All-in - a reasonably priced hotel with clean rooms, good showers, good housekeeping, fair breakfast and easy for transportation. Good improvements from 12 months ago.

Clean and well maintained...my room was spacious enough....easy and no fuss check in...This hotel gets the job done.. Breakfast had been tremendously improved since from my last visit. Lunch satisfied. Staffs were friendly as my previous stay. Manager on duty Ms.Rubinee, helpful on our check in, check out and upon our stay in BW. I still remember her even after 2 years, staff with good personality. No swimming pool in this hotel, yet who needs swimming pool when you have water park just 2 min by walk down by the road. Overall, We are satisfied with our stay and glad BW had improved a lot. I have been told new FOM in charge on all the changes. Bravo and looking forward another gateway soon.

Fantastic location and service provided. Breakfast is a fantastic array of dishes. Lunch is very delectable as well. Rooms are well furnished and clean. The view is fantastic at night as well. Exactly at I-city so great facilities available to guest. Only side lacking is a pool.

Very comfortable and superb wifi. I checked in for watching Advengers at Central i-City. It's worth it. It is also near the theme park. No problem for kids to have fun even though there is no swimming pool.

Went to the view cafe at best western i-city at 9pm. Ordered a oven baked salmon and a luxurious burger. The food was amazing. Salmon was huge and my wife said that she couldnt believe that the decoration which was the pea puree could taste so delicious. The burger was solid and prefectly juicy with egg, beef bacon, salad. Will definitely come here again. Thanks to chef Jordan for great food and also manager for hospitality.

I had stayed in the Suite room at Best Western. Room was Huge with all the necessary amenities. Great eye for detail and cleanliness level maintained to high standard. Excellent service with warmth hospitality. Good location for photography and explore local delights around that area. 15 minutes walk to the shopping mall. Buffet Breakfast has a great variety of food but the taste is so-so.

This would be my second time booking at this hotel. Its very convenient in term of location. Also have very excellent service with the 24-hours desk service for check-in and room service for late-night drinks and snacks. The room is clean and comfortable. Not easily located by grab driver who may not know icity well.. However once you check in, it does certainly feel nice and cosy in this compact hotel.. all guest facing staffs are equally friendly too.

Breakfast was ok. I had to move tables twice in the morning 'annoying'. The food offer was average, although the croissants wet was excellent. The hotel is set right on the I city and it's very relaxing to take a walk around. It was great after a longhual flight. Overall the price worth for the location, I would happily come back on another layover,if some reason I had to be in shah alam, malaysia. My husband had a last minute plan of stopping at i-City before returning to Ipoh on the 3rd day of CNY and we got to book a room. Hurray for the kids! We had a little difficulty in finding the entrance to the hotel as we couldn't find any hotel directions from the main road (but that's okay). The room is clean, the beds are comfortable (kudos to Best Western as they clean the floor under the bed too!). I feel clean letting my 1 year old crawling and climbing up and down the floor. The night view from my room is fantastic too. Very easy access to the theme park. But in search of chinese food outside from the hotel and walking distance, we couldn't find any. Definitely a good place to stay with kids for its strategic location.

I have been staying in this hotel for most of my business visits to Shah Alam. The hotel maintains the same good standard, including this visit. My room has a nice view of i-city... but it might be a bit noisy in case there is event or crowded during weekend....Do recommend to stay in this hotel as it is the best hotel in Shah Alam.

The hotel is located at the heart of i-city, shah alam, with lot of attraction nearby. Waterpark, or can i say as mini theme park. There are few eateries and convinience shop within the walking distance as well. However during night, especially weekend, its going to be very crowded with people who want to visit the attraction nearby. In term of service - the check in process is very slow (though i was served by duty manager? - wearing blue blazer instead of red for front service there). It took me around 25 minute to get checked-in. Upon arrival at my floor; the access card is not-usable. Give me another hassle of going down to get them granted access for the card. You might hear people next door noise, or even people at the walkway talking. However, the sleep quality is good.

Located in the heart of i-City so everything in i-City is within walking distance. Fast food and local food is found nearby. Nothing Chinese though. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

My family wanted to experience "countdown" however do not wish to be overcrowded. iCity is a good choice, with excitement, with lots of people & attractions. best of all, we had a good place to relax. we do not wish to be stuck in traffic jams after the countdown. thus, my family took a suite and a deluxe room with connecting doors at Best Western Hotel. The hotel has their own parking lots. no charges if you get your ticket endorsed at the reception. the rooms have ample space for relaxation. the suite also comes with a small pantry equipped with coffee maker, microwave & a mini fridge. when the countdown began, we had beautiful view & a memorable send off for 2018 and a good beginning of 2019. Happy New Year, everyone!!

Small room for a family of 3. Room was smelly and dusty. I wonder they cleaned/vacuumed the room or not. Mattress is quite hard, but since we are exhausted after whole day at theme park, we still had good night sleep. But, hotel's location is just beside theme park. So we just walk back anytime we are exhausted. Wide variety of breakfast.

The hotel really exceeded my expectations. it is very modern & trendy. My room was very spacious, clean and comfy. The restaurant very nice with the best view. Best to kick back and relax. The hotel location was great, kids loved I city par (5 minutes Definitely will consider for our next family short getaway, Minor setback for me was just-no swimming pool in hotel.

HI-All, last tuesday and wednesday, have meeting room 1 at banquet, just two day olny.the meeting roons not issue,great service. your hotel foods were very good meal. i so enjoy/ i just appreciate your hotel staff lechu, he is firstday take care my meeting event.(we have fourd that is responsive and responsible, following through and completing every task given.really excellent work for lechu!.- this is firstday only. and second day other staff take care banquet,i really missing the responsibility the second day. becoz very slow.otherwise everything is very good.

Unfortunately I slept here for just one night on my business trip and had to wake up early to attend customer meeting at IRDKL Mall.The lobby was simple. The rooms not that big, but clean and nicely furnished. The toilette was very clean too. The Indian lady (Kak Rubini) at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with her information even in early morning 5am. Continue your good work kak. My partner feel uncomfortable with the busy environment. Fortunate that we book on Sunday night stay. Saturday I am sure this place will be super busy at night.

Had the opportunity to stay a night at the property on the 12/11. From the time i stepped into the property till the time I stepped out, the service was top notch. From the doorman to the security, along with their front desk and F&B team. I could not find any flaws. Being a hotelier myself, I firmly believe the mostly pleasing five letter word a hotelier could ever offer their guest is "SMILE". And the staffs at Best Western I City were not lacking of it at all. Had a great check-in experience, thanks to the Front Desk Supervisor (Zainuddin) and his staff (Fikri) were all smiles and chatty (something that I personally look forward to in every hotelier). The room was great. Clean and tidy. Though the air-conditioner could have been better, as it took a very longer time for the air in the room get cooler despite being a small scale room. The morning breakfast was okay, I mean with the selection of food for their morning service. It is indeed better than some other hotels surrounding the area. Minor errors; who serves mac&cheese for breakfast and it was very under seasoned or shall I say, was not seasoned at all. The taste was very bland. The breakfast service starts at 0630AM but the egg counter only starts to operate at 0800AM. For a chained branded hotel, that was not acceptable at all. Remember, not all expects to have their breakfast late. But the again the errors were mirrored away by the staffs. As I said earlier, they were all smiles :) Kudos!! Would definitely make another trip there in the very near future. Keep it up team!!

What I can say, if you want to go to I-city this is the best place you can stay. But room too small, breakfast just average , everything is just ok. Hotel is in middle of the town, near to Shah Alam attraction, foods & mall.

We checked in into two deluxe room that is connecting to each other and the room is very spacious and we feel warm and homey from the hotel welcome personalized message. It was indeed fun to discover childhood candy at the room floor and kids get to pet a fish in the room. A very convenient hotel stay walking distance to I-City theme park and alot to discover here at night especially with stunning LED Lights and fun rides. Kids have so much fun at the I-City water world!! Not to forget the hotel offer wide variety of food for breakfast and sumptuous high tea buffet.

*sarawak youth program- best western i-city is a beautiful hotel and location.we staying hotel having meeting youth program at banquet hall.The meeting room facilities were superba.Lunch and breaks were marginally good than breakfast.it was very great. the banquet has as excellent service.we wish thank you all the staff ,and noted person MR.SYAHRILL,FAZLI ,and we would like to share, you have a great staff banquat captain mr LECHU.he was so helpful firstday end of event, during event he is there.take care so much our event.i really thank him./Rooms facing Straits of i-city have good views.Great Hotel with excellent rooms, Overall, We feel very happy and satisfied during all out stay at best western i-city.

One of the affordable and comfortable hotel i have ever been. friendly environment and good services.the buffet breakfast is awesome too. Highly recommend for traveler and also families. Nearby got a variety of restaurant too

from airport to hotel 50 mins drives it is convenient for me to visit my client in Shah ALam, the hotel have restaurant in the fifth floor and night viewis is very nice when sit outside ,drink some beer... the room is clean and service is good

Our morning breakfast at the Viewcafe at 5th level started with a warm and friendly greeting by Restaurant Captain Mr LECHU.M. He was forthcoming in ensuring the food and beverages were to our satisfaction. Not only he was proactive, he took the initiatives to ensure the breakfast for the whole family was enjoyable. Kudos also to waitress Hidayah for readily taking our orders and serving us well. Such qualities in a hotel service staffs is expected for all hotel service staffs to emulate and learn from. We do hope in future that Best Western I City Shah Alam can consider upgrading from a 3 Star to a 4 Star hotel. Please give a serious consideration. Rest assured that I will return to this hotel for our next holiday and recommend my relatives and friends to choose as their preferred hotel accommodation in Shah Alam. One of the best hotel in Shah Alam in terms of location and foods. The hotel offers varities of foods for breakfast. Besides provide common foods for breakfast, the hotel also offers western foods for your breakfast. The location is very close to I-city.

My son and I had a long day and reached this venue after 10 pm. We were greeted with a smile and the much needed checking in was almost instant. We were also assisted tentatively when we ask for the nearest eatery since we know little about the area. Quick gestures like these is absolutely appreciated.

satisfied. nice and helpful front desk. walking distance to theme park. not so crowded during normal weekends. comfortable stay. family friendly. clean and tidy room. travelling with my 2 year old and she enjoys the water park. worth the price

Room was okay and clean. Reception could use a bit more smile and be more welcoming. Walking distance to i-city so this is a great choice for those who are seeking to go there. Overall an okay experience.
