Best Western Premier I-95 Savannah Airport/ Pooler West

Front desk staff member Tina is awesome and great at her job. When an issue arises, she jumps on it and emends the issue. If she does not know what's going on she will make calls if need be to get to the bottom of it and make sure that you're taken care of.

I made a mistake in putting in the date I would be staying at the Best Western Premier Airport / Pooler while making my reservation. I showed up and was told by Heather I did not have a reservation. Frustration was setting in after a long day of work and travel. Heather went out of her way to correct my mistake and made sure the mistake would not cost me any additional money. Heather involved her supervisor Tina who checked the next morning making sure my account was correct. As for the hotel itself, it was great. Clean room, super comfortable king size bed. Wont stay anywhere else on my Savannah travels. A big thank you to Heather and Tina - this is what great service is all about!

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the best we have ever had at a hotel stay. We enjoyed the lounge for a cocktail. All staff we encountered were very friendly and engaging.

Hotel is very clean. Easy to find off the highway. Room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was great!! Waffles, very good scrambled eggs & sausage. The fresh fruit and Greek yogurt was a surprise and really good. Second time here & we will be back again

System ignored thermostat setting at 74, wandered on its own from 78 to 71. Fan had only one speed somewhere near tropical storm force, too strong and too noisy. Coffee maker didn't work. Won't stay there again.

We were pleasently surprised by the decor and openness as you walk into the hotel. It looked clean and fresh and did represent how the rest of the hotel looked. Loved the French toast sticks and egg casserole which was something different for a change. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Only heard one plane the whole night.

The Best Western Premiere is our go to for Savannah when we want budget friendly but a nice clean hotel. Only 10-15 min from downtown area. Parking and breakfast is free. Full breakfast.. not continental... and pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel and rooms are very clean. Front desk staff is very pleasant. Full service bar as well with great drinks. I would stay again and I recommend this hotel to others

Very nice full breakfast was proviced. The excersie room was very good. Was pleasantly suprised there was a bar and resturant I wasnt aware of in the property description. Very personable bartender. Room was excellent and spacious complete with couch and chair in the sitting area

On the evening of 27 July, 2023 we checked in to the Savanna Airport-Pooler hotel, and found insects & blood on the sheets when we pulled the covers back. We immediately packed and left the room, and went to the front to get our refund and leave the hotel for another. We were informed that we couldn't be refunded that night, or even get a receipt of our charge. We asked that the manager be contacted which she was, and she informed her clerk that she would make the refund in the morning when she got in. Four days later the full charge was charged to my card, and I had to formally dispute the charge through my bank. *Side note… the signage said “Brand New Best Western” But it was just a refurbed Old Holiday Inn.

Clean and great for over night stay! The room was clean and comfortable. Not a far drive to downtown. We stopped for a one night stay on our way to Florida. We drove to downtown to explore and it was a easy drive. The breakfast was good and the lady that worked the breakfast was very nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

The breakfast is first rate. Plenty of hot and cold food items-scrambled eggs, sausage, French toast, cereal, fruit. Room beds were comfortable and clean. There is an exercise room as well as computers in the lobby.

Spacious clean room with excellent customer service and delicious breakfast. Tina, greeted us as we entered and checked us in expeditiously. Enjoyed the pool and patio with family. Also, having a pantry to purchase snacks was welcoming and convenient.

Entrance was clean and bright. Lady at the front desk was very Professional and helpful. The Room was very clean and looked like a new building with new rooms no carpeting. Breakfast had a good amount to choose from and the staff was very attentive refilling the food. I would recommend this Place.

Highly recommend this hotel. Staff let me check the rooms available and gave me a choice of view for my preference. Clean and friendly, rates at a good price, breakfast included and restaurant on site for evening orders.

Nancy was amazing. She took care of us for dinner and when we came for breakfast she was there again. She is very kind and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that everything was to our liking. Thank you Nancy!

The location was great, being right off of 95. The overall experience at this hotel was very good. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and a the breakfast was great. The pool was very inviting and warm which was great for this time of year. We will definitely be staying here again.

The customer service at this hotel was great. I was there for an event and stayed the night. The room was clean and well-appointed. The food prepared by Ms. Esterline and her staff for the party was outstanding. The bartender and the customer service staff specifically Ms. Akilah, Ms. Shireas and Ms. Nancy were exceptional. Everyone I encountered was professional, friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

My wife and I along with 8 other couples had an unfortunate experience at a nearby hotel as we were unable to check-in due to not a single staff member being on duty. That's right, not a one in the entire hotel!!! After numerous calls , 1 1/2 hours of wasted time and getting the local police involved we left and landed at this hotel. Blessing in disguise I guess you could say. The hotel was impeccably kept, great bar / restaurant and the staff was amazing. Charisse and Rochelle at the front desk were AWESOME! We explained what happened they were very understanding and accommodating. We were having an issue with our reward app and Charisse went above and beyond to rectify that too. I can't say enough about the great service we received. Thank You Charisse and Rochelle! We appreciate both of you! Keep up the great work!

Room 302 had a very dirty vinyl floor that felt like oil was spilled which made it slippery. A tissue wiped over it was black! The toilet had a mold ring in the bowl. Tooth paste splatters were on the vanity mirror. Other mirror in room had what looked like coffee splatters all over. In front of our door in the hallway were a bunch of chips or cookie crumbs. When we opened the blind in the morning, the window sills were filthy. The bedding was clean. The staff listened to our complaint and was apologetic, but the room was not cleaned better when we came back. No more Best Western for us. Once and never again.

We've stayed at the Best Western Premier 3 times within the last 3 years. They really need new cleaning staff. When you pay $200+ a night you expect at least a clean room. Each time we've stayed it has gotten worse. The smell this time was enough for me. I am not sure if it was the restaurant downstairs or if someone was cooking in their room but the smell of fried food was overwhelming. We only had lotion, a facial bar and mask for toiletries upon check in. I went downstairs and was able to get two bars of soap and a bottle of conditioner but no shampoo was to be found apparently. After getting back to our room I realized we only had two towels and there were three of us. Instead of going back down to the lobby I used a hand towel to dry off my 6 year old. The toilet was disgusting and wobbling like it was not secured to the floor. There were tortillas left in the refrigerator, not that the cleaning crew is actually cleaning the fridge or underneath of it. The beds were clean so we decided to go ahead and sleep and get up early and leave first thing in the morning. There is no way we'd ever return to this hotel after this stay and I would not recommend it for the price. The only positives I have is that the front desk clerk was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Very close to the airport and only 20 minutes from downtown Savannah. Staff was super friendly and helpful and the biscuits and gravy at breakfast Saturday were amazing. Rooms were well maintained, clean, and area was not very loud. Good quality sleep was had :)

All and I mean all staff (Specifically Tina) extremely friendly and helpful. Modern amenities. Work out equipment kept me on track. Best continental breakfast ive ever had in a hotel! Bacon, cheese grits and bread pudding?! Yes....please! Cons The room looked really clean...until I looked under the bed before I left. Gross, I told housekeeping. The way they run this place, I bet it will never happen again. Lastly, an extra blanket in the room would be great. Runs really cold.

In early Sept. 2022, my high school class held its 45th class reunion at Best Western Premier - I-95 Pooler. We had a block of rooms reserved and had several classmates stay at the hotel for the weekend of reunion activities. Everything was handled with the most courtesy and professionalism from beginning to end. The rooms were immaculate, the breakfast was hearty and filling, with several delicious hot and cold options. The social room we held the reception Meet and Greet was the perfect size for our event. The staff made sure that the tables were set up as requested, and they checked in on the event to insure that everything was going as planned. Thanks to the staff and the beautiful facility, we had a reunion that all of the classmates are still talking about, and saying it was by far the best ever. I want to say a huge thank you to Mr. Mathew Gaines, General Manager, and his amazing and awesome staff in making the class reunion a very, very memorable event. I would also like to thank Ms. Sheren Hinton for her assistance in making this event such an awesome experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all of my family and friends. I have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel on several occasions, and each time the service and hospitality is always consistent and top notch.

The accommodations were very decent with spacious, updated, clean and comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff. I want to say that great thinking went into interior design decisions like easy to adjust lighting and thermostat, blackout shades, sitting and working areas, and the best detail of all; NO CARPET! Everything was well thought out with the guest-user in mind. I got stuck at the airport late at night and I called twelve hotels and I didn't want to go to any of them until I called Best Western Premier. I was able to speak to someone who was knowledgeable, professional, kind, caring and interested in helping me get settled for the night and that person was Charise Carter. She was helpful at every opportunity and made me feel valued and important. If she's not head of hospitality, she should be. I was appreciative to have a cool, dark, QUIET, room with a very comfy bed and a great shower to get a few hours sleep until I had to be back at the airport. It was a great room for a great price as well. The only reason I didn't give BW Premier the highest rating was because of the limited food choice in the restaurant. There weren't any healthy, vegan or organic items on the menu, an none in the vending machines. The only tip of the hat to health was a bowl of fresh apples & bananas and some herbal tea bags. But other than that I was very satisfied that I found Charise and Best Western Premier in Pooler. She really made a difference. Thank you Charise!

Our church rented a meeting room from the Best Western Premier in Pooler for nearly two years during the Covid challenge. BWP was a great partner and we loved meeting there. They have our highest recommendation for a group that needs a rental space.

Our family used this Best Western Premier hotel for our family reunion in August 2022. Our Coordinator Sheren assisted us in the planning process. She was extremely helpful in organizing all of our dinner/lunch events as well as setting up some of our reservations. Sherice (Front Desk) also assisted in a lot of our room reservations and was a great mediator in the event of issues with our rooms our changes in our reservations. She was very courteous, mild mannered and maintained a professional demeanor any time we interacted with her over the phone or in person. My suite was really nice. My bed was super comfortable and I slept very well while I was there. The complimentary breakfast is one of the best I have had. They had bacon, sausage, sausage gravy, grits, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, biscuits, danishes, fresh fruit, cereal, milk, coffee & tea. Our family had a dinner & lunch event scheduled at the hotel during the reunion. The cooks and kitchen staff did not disappoint. Our menu included 3 meats, 3 sides, salad and an awesome dessert. Everyone that attended the reunion spoke very highly of the quality of the food and how well it was prepared. Our compliments to the chef—Ms Easterline! On the evening of our dinner, available staff assisted as we served our family members. If we needed anything, or if the staff as much as heard us talking to each other about needing gloves, hand sanitizer, or whatever it was, they located it and brought it to us. They were super helpful! For this reason I must give a shout out of THANKS to each staff member that assisted and helped us serve or set up the food on Friday evening and Saturday afternoon: - Nancy – assisted with the Banquet Room & kept food on the line both days - Sherice (in the kitchen) – maintained the breakfast line daily and kept an eye out for everything to go smoothly during our Friday night event - Carmelita - Angelia - Myla - Stanley - Ieshia - Easterline I hope I didn't miss anyone. I know someone else prepared the yellow rice which was very tasty. Our brunch of sandwiches, salads, chips & cookies was also great! The lunch meats & cheese were good quality and the salads were fresh. Thanks to ALL of you our Family Reunion of 2022 was a wonderful, memorable success!!!

Everything was superlative!!: the hospitality crew, the incredible breakfast buffet, room quality and cleanliness, laminate room floors vs. carpeting, easy to access location off of I-95, airplanes arriving/departing soundlessly from the near-by Savannah Airport , beautiful deer grazing the grass along the buffet windows as we grazed on the superb breakfast...Great room rate, very wallet friendly! Tina Customer service was real nice and sweet she help me a lot but everything she also recommend me restaurants places to go in the movie theater very helpful and she told me about the workout gym and the pool thanks to her I had a lot of fun she needs to be the manager

First off, I met a guest in the elevator who was complaining about the A/C not working right in his room. Late that night, I had the same issues with our A/C. It was either too cold or not cold at all. I was up every hour trying to regulate the room temp. When I was checking out, the front desk person "TINA" made us wait while she spoke to a housekeeping staffer about the status of room cleanings. Tina totally ignored us until she was good and ready and then treated us rudely and could not get rid of us fast enough. I am a Platinum member with BW. It's getting to the point that every time we stay at a Best Western, we experience a maintenance issue or unprofessional staff. My advice is to try other hotel chains that want and appreciate your business. I have a few more reward points to use and then it's bye bye best Western.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in July 2022. The desk staff was very professional and friendly. The rooms were very clean and stocked sufficiently with towels, etc. Great experience! I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends!!

I stay at this hotel everytime I'm in Savannah and never experience any problems. Great staff, Clean rooms, and a good location that is close to other attraction in Savannah. I look forward to staying here again

I am a General Manager at a Best Western in Western North Carolina. I checked in at 10PM after driving from my home in WNC. Check in was fine, but when we got to our room I had to use the restroom and noticed that we only had one bath towel, 2 wash cloths, 2 hand towels. (not to mention the used wash cloth that housekeeping left on the shower rod). when I went to wash my hands I noticed that the soap dish had residue on it, I looked in the mirror to see that it was filthy with the toothpaste and God only knows what else from the previous guests, I grabbed for the hand towel to dry my hands, I noticed a hair on the washcloth. I called the Front Desk and they called me back and told me they would need to move me. We moved across the hall and again noticed the mirror was not cleaned in the restroom and a long hair in the toilet. My husband pointed out the trash left on the table by the pullout sleeper sofa. I would like to see this hotel thrive but in the direction of the housekeeping team you will not keep loyal guests.

Overpriced-trashy. No AC in the halls/elevator, room not completely clean, staff didn't clean the room, replenish towels/washcloths/toilet paper during stay. Reported AirPods were left and cannot get call back. I would never stay here again.

Do not ever stay at this hotel. Worst experience in a hotel I have ever had. AC did not work the entire time, bugs were crawling around, icemaker didn't work, noise in the parking lot was off the chain until 3 AM. General manager was aware and did not do anything to make things right. We had 12 families traveling with us and they all felt the same way. Stay away!

Female manager had a very bad attitude with me and my family she acted like she did not want to fix broken items 3 times the the door broke in our hands and got locked in room no working phones and they have ass cleaned the rooms keep asking for toilet paper and towels also we had to take our own trash out daily I will never bring my family back their I spent over 800.00 for that motel with poor services. Don't waste your money.

Don't waste your money. I'd like to know what is " premier " about this place. Other than the prices, of course. The dinner menu had 5 items at ridiculously high prices. 6 chicken tenders for $17.00! The t.v. in the room had 4 channels, and two of those are the same PBS station. The breakfast was free, but basic, and the front desk associate was sweet. The only reason for the 1 star. There is a Sleep Inn next door, and a LA Quinta across the street. Please go to either of those.

I was there only 1 night to rest up then continue to my destination. The room was very clean. Especially liked that it was updated and there was no carpet. Breakfast was great and good complimentary coffee. Staff was great. She helped me with my next destination Will stay there on my next vacation!!!

Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming during check in. I became bothered the next morning around 9:30am when I heard a knock on the door. I responded and looked out of the peep hole and saw a man wearing khakis, a blue top walking away. A few minutes later it happened again but this time the knock was louder and someone was using a key to open the door to my room. I said "can I help you?" The person, wearing a hoodie, didn't respond, closed the door and walked away. I was very irritated because not only did it happen twice but why was an employee opening the door to my room, and why was there no response? What if I wasn't dressed, or what if I was still sleeping? I called the front desk (not using the phone from the room because it didn't work) and asked what was going on and why was the staff trying to enter the room. The receptionist said "I think they were seeing if you were still in the room but I'll tell them to stop." At this point I made no indication I had checked out. It was only 9:30am and check out is 11am, I paid for that room until 11am so I don't feel like any of this should have happened.

Breakfast variety was good and plentiful but food was lukewarm. Coffee better than most hotels. Air conditioning didn't work and was stuck at 76F. Some floor tiles in room were loose and popping up. I'd say the remodeling job was poorly done.

We had to unplug the the microwave prior to using. The only working button were Express 1 and Stop/Cancel. There was a clog in the tub so when you showered the tub filled with water. Also, the tub and shower walls were DIRTY! There were spots and drip stains all over. The floors were extremely dusty. It was clear the entire floor is not being cleaned!

We entered the premier Best Western in Savannah and were greeted with an odiferous weed smell. We Paid $200 for 1 night. Upon inspection we found blood on the mattress pad and a top comforter. The floor was not cleaned prior to our arrival. There was also a lady of the night across the hall with multiple males that we could loudly hear. I had my children with me and there were no other rooms available. I used to live in this area and this was disgusting.

Bed was comfortable, good breakfast, however, toilet was clogged when we got to our room, took 2 1/2 hr. before someone came to fix, hot tub did not work, piil way to cold, pior lighting in pool area, no clean towels by pool, one bedside light not working, microwave rotating tray not working.

I will never stay here again. It is lipstick on a pig. Not sure how old this is but it seems to be poorly maintained and while somewhat refreshed, it just seems old, thermostat on wall did not control hvac unit, had to use remote. Toilet barely flushed. Corroded exposed pipes. -- with all signs of decay poorly veneered over. TV is a disaster. About 10 channels of the same infomercial, tcm, MTV, and FOX News. That is it! They claim to have an airport shuttle but don't have it available. Check in was a disaster. Slow, disorganized.

I don't know what classified it as Premier except it had a Keurig coffeemaker and large tv {which didn't broadcast many stations} The breakfast was better than most hotels in this price range. If you want a view of the woods instead of the parking lot ask for even number rooms.

We were on a group HOG ride and being a BW reward member I stayed with several others @ BW. Hotel was clean and motorcycle parking great. Room was nice and everything worked. Breakfast was a bit of a let down and if not a rewards member an extra charge.

The hotel is in a great location, easy access to the highways, restaurants, and gas stations. The rooms are a nice size and the customer service was awesome! We will definitely be staying here again for our upcoming visits.

Friendly professional staff, clean room, nice TV, fridge and coffee service in-room. Your large window overlooks woods - nice after driving 1-95 for hours. I stopped at the Tanger Outlet before grabbing Chipotle for dinner in my room!

The hallway was visibly dirty. The room was tidy but not deeply clean. Needed a vacuum. And a better wipe down of bathroom fixtures. Blanket wasn't fresh - just stuffed into a drawer. No hair dryer. Understand staffing issues. But asking fewer staff to handle all rooms results in poor guest experience. We have typically appreciated Best Western but won't be so likely to choose a BW in the future.

We have a construction crew that travels throughout SC and GA. The Best Western Premier is by far one of their favorite places to stay. The rooms are clean, the staff is extremely helpful, and they love having the restaurant to enjoy a nice meal after working hard all day.

because the floors had sparkle things on it. The Air Conditioner/ Heater had Mold in it. I informed the desk person and the maintenance man about the mold. He said he's trying to catch up on things since the renovation. The cleaning staff left a 1/2 can of Monster on the bathroom counter.

We stay at this property about 4-6 times per year to meet up with some out of town friends. This hotel is amazingly clean. The staff is always cheerful and helpful. There is a pool and hot tub which are really nice. Would definitely recommend this property!

Walking In the door you see that you made the right choice. The front desk is always kind and helpful. Once you get in the room. You can rest easy with no worries of noise of your next door families. The rooms are very clean and nice.

First Holiday trip for family gathering since the start of pandemic and we chose Best Western from past experiences for both business and personal trips. Found just what we expected and will continue to use their services!

My husband and I stayed here on November 20-21st after visiting our oldest daughter in Florida. This was the perfect hotel to stop overnight on our way back to Virginia. Our room was very clean and quiet, and we slept very well. We will definitely stay here again when are traveling to Florida.

Have not stayed in in a Best Western for years, and trust me it will be a lot of years again before I stay in another one. While checking in there must have been 20 plus construction workers checking in at the same time. Many covered with dust and dirt. The bedding and bath were clean, but the floor was filthy. The chair in the room was soiled. The refrigerator had so much frost in the freezer that the door to the freezer has been removed. Now the restaurant, paper plates, plastic silverware, and paper and plastic cup! FOOD???? We skipped the free breakfast, I would suggest staying elsewhere!

Hey we visited there for 6 days with a group of 12. We were greeted by Cedrick at the front seat where it all begin. The hotel looked just like pics online. I was so impressed by cleanliness and smell in waiting area. All the staff were friendly as they passed by and greeted us with warm smiles. Tabatha was great. Very resourceful and helpful. She made sure we were well taken care of. Matthew went over and above to accommodate our large party after we had some mishaps happen with tickets for our returning flights. Sherry helped to transport us by shuttle from airport and to other places that we needed to go. The breakfast and service was amazing as we looked forward to going there every morning! I must say they have some pretty amazing cooks. We needed to stay an extra day and our flight wasn't leaving until 4. We had no where to go and my in laws had little kids. Shannon made sure that we could get a late check out and needless to say that meant a lot. We were able to get some extra rest and again it was helpful for the littlest. I didn't get all the names but Jarred, Carmelita, Aiurra were friendly... helpful. Hospitality exceeded expectations. Service was Amazing in every way... Rooms and cleanliness was 10 and smelled so fresh. We will for sure be staying on our next trip in Jan. And if you're looking for a place in Pooler... the his would be the place. Hotel location, amenities, cleanliness and service are fine but the hotel does not have well-insulated walls so you can hear sounds from the adjacent rooms. Breakfast selection consisted of mostly high calorie, high cholesteral choices and lacked healthy foods.

They had a very loud party and the smoke machine cause the fire alarm to go off and I called and complained about the music and they did nothing. The breakfast was $10.99 for nothing special and the pool was ice cold. I would not recommend this hotel ever

I'm not really sure what I expected but the level of service from front desk staff to housekeeping and all those between was top notch. Our room was very clean and spacious and provided just what we needed for a weekend getaway. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel so I'm unable to speak on that but I was pleasantly surprised to learn that breakfast was being served. All in all, we had a wonderful time in the area and were quite pleased with accommodations. SN: I was also privileged to meet a fellow Aggie from NCA&TSU who was the manager on duty when we arrived. #Aggie Pride

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Friendly service (from front desk to housekeeping to restaurant servers), and the room was very clean. And the yummy hot breakfast was a plus, with social distancing and health & safely protocols in place.

I absolutely love this hotel. Very clean and the staff was very friendly. Mrs Sherry was very nice and greeted us every day in the lobby told us about different places we could possibly visit. I would very much recommend this hotel to anyone looking to travel to Savannah. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Thank you again Mrs Sherry I will definitely be back very soon.

Lipstick renovation only our room needed deep clean ...at least wipe down the top of air conditioner and tighten shower head. No staff to be found anywhere except to collect $10.99 for standard breakfast. Towels mismatched?? Stay at other BW,bypass this one.

Two nights stay 170 a room and they want me to pay 11.00 per person for breakfst...RIP off. There are room much cheaper with better services for the price I paid, I think they could have done better for my dollar.

The floors were dirty. Everything looked dated and dirty. All ice machines were broken. Would not let the kids swim based on what the rest of the hotel looked like. Free breakfast was not worth the price.

Stayed here on a spur of the moment trip to Savannah. Such a beautiful hotel. Check in was quick and being a rewards member, they had a little gift for me! Breakfast was great. The room was clean, bed was comfy. The only negative was the water pressure. I don't know about the other floors but the fourth floor pressure was terrible! Other than that, it was great!

Tabatha was the most helpful in getting my family and I settled for our stay. She went above and beyond in service and answered every question we had. I would 100% recommend her service at this hotel!

I recently stayed at the your location in Pooler Georgia. The room was very nice and large. I especially enjoyed the Breakfast the next morning. We were not served your standard Breakfast. The Breakfast offer a wide variety of choices and the hot food was hot. The entire staff were very friendly and professional. I recommend this hotel for its great amenities and great service.

everything was clean, staff was amazing, Breakfast was a delicious hot breakfast. The hostess Tinese J was the best, she makes sure everyone is taken care of, goes above and beyond, she is a gem. My husband and I travel a lot to visit our grandkids, we will set this hotel as our future destination for each time we visit them. Great place to stop in-between FL and TN. Thank you very much Tinese J, for making our past two stops very pleasurable. :-)

While on our way back from Florida, we were looking for a hotel to take a break from driving. When looking at area hotels, this appeared to be the newer and nicer of the ones available. Then we began reading the reviews. We almost did not stay here because of some of the negative reviews. There must be some really picky people out there, because this hotel was immaculate. The floors in the rooms are luxary vinyl tile and that is awesome! No dirty carpet to walk on! ALL staff were very friendly and wanting to assure our stay was great. Like other reviews, it was noted that the water pressure was low. However, this is a hotel and not your home. Could they use more front desk help? Yes, but so could every other business right now. Tinese was great and worked very diligently to get everyone in line checked in, while making them feel valued. Do not let other bad reviews make you overlook this hotel. CLEAN, modern, and all around great!

We had a cancelled flight and needed to stay somewhere for 2 nights. We got to know the staff while we were there and Aaliyah (she is a great employee!), Sherry and Larry really helped to make our stay a pleasant one. The rooms seem to be recently renovated and the beds were comfortable. The shower water pressure was pretty low and the shower drain was very slow but these were minor inconveniences. The water was nice and hot. This is a good spot to stop for one or two nights. The staff definitely made us feel at home while we were there.

always wanted to stay at a Premier Hotel .This past week was great and they even haave reservied parking foe Eliete members ! The people working are very nice and the service was great . Due to some restrections Breakfast was good but sometimes slow due to the line. The modern look is not one I would pick but it works here ,and the block out shade was great .

We booked this hotel due to the close proximity to the Interstate as we were passing through on a long road trip and needed a good nights sleep. This hotel looked upscale and the suite would be large enough to accommodate our family of 5. I was shocked when they only supplied 4 pillows and were unconcerned and dismissive about not having anymore as they'd already given them out to other guests. How does this happen when there are 5 people on the reservation? I offered solutions such as borrowing from an unoccupied room or from another BW property. Or if you were really trying to ensure the customer experience, send someone to the closest retail establishment and purchase a few and seek reimbursement. Also, the water pressure was nonexistent. The breakfast was great although they ran out of coffee and water in the carafes. I get that these are first world problems. However, I paid a large sum of money to stay here ($250+) for a king bed and foldout couch when I would've been better off booking two rooms at another hotel.

When we went in to the hotel it was about 3:15p and we were told check in was at 3:30p so we thought no problem I am sure they will let us check in. We were told to come back at 4p that it was not ready. We were a little upset but I said lets just go look around and come back. Miss Tabitha was the lady that greeted us and she was very overwhelmed running the whole place by her self with the phone ringing off the hook and people lining up to check in. We came back and Miss Tabitha handled everything with grace and got us checked in and recommended some food choices for us. The stay was ok but noisy. The water pressure was not good at all. The bed was very comfortable. The sheets that we were given to shower with had blood stains and it was gross. The AC needs to be updated. The placed smelled like pot when we were leaving the next morning. The breakfast was good but the lady that made our plate acted like we were bothering her and rude. If it was not for Miss Tabitha we would not have enjoyed this business trip much. Thank you Miss Tabitha for kindness! God Bless you!

First the good: the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the maintenance staff. The bed was very comfortable with a nice big screen TV. Unfortunately, here is the bad: we got into our room and closed the door, and the handle fell off. We had difficulty getting back out of the room. Maintenance was there promptly but we had already been switched to a different room. With profuse apologies, we were switched to another room. Guess what? The handle was coming off of the door. Cleanliness was good except for hair in the tub. Ice machine on our floor was out of order. Is this the new post-COVID standard? Maintenance was dispatched, door was fixed, and the maintenance man offered recommendations for nearby restaurants. He even offered to pay for our meal. Classy. Bottom line, adequate accommodations for one night.

Lobby looks nice. Room was ok, clean but bathtub was damaged. Carpets in hall were dirty and the hallway had an unpleasant smell. Breakfast tasted fine but the woman serving it was not very pleasant. She seemed angry about serving guests. Overall the stay was ok.

Loved the ducked off location. Visit was great and i'll definitely stay again. Could use more parking especially when workers stay there with big trucks! The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly!

This is one of the nicest hotels we stayed in during our trip to Florida. We have stayed at several Best Western hotels in the past and this is certainly the nicest hotel we have stayed. I will always book this hotel during my travels.

After a long 12hr drive we landed at this hotel with no expectations. We were greeted by Tinese who was extremely personable and welcoming. The room was spotless and in great shape. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spotless. The only knock I have is the ice machine wasn't working. A trip to the lobby solved that. Great place I'll be back!

Good location to freeway. Comfortable bed but housekeeoing needs help. The shower drain in the tub was in desperate need of cleaning. There were no tissues in the tissue box holder or anywhere in the room. There were 2 bath towels but only 1 wash cloth. There was a dead bud in the bathroom sink. The room needed an air freshener of some sort to deal with a musty odor.

Mixed review. The good: bed was comfortable, HVAC worked well when it worked, plenty of water pressure, the room itself was clean, plenty of outlets and usb ports, breakfast was great (given covid precautions >> hot buffet was served by a server as we lined up, but the food was great [scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, grits]). The bad: the charges were posted on our credit card before we even showed up (which I sort of understand given we were past the "free cancellation" deadline, but no other hotel has ever done that and the charges were well above the contracted rate and were posted multiple times; it eventually all worked out, but it was unusual and concerning); check-in was easy but despite the signs saying that masks were required, the clerk did not have one on nor in his reach; at our room, the door was already ajar, got inside and couldn't close the door. Turns out Maintenance had informed the desk that that room's door needed repair but we were assigned that room anyway. After a futile attempt by Maintenance to fix the door, we were assigned a new room (also, while waiting for the door to be fixed, I fixed the pull cords to the blinds in that room). We also noticed that the magnetic seal to the mini-fridge was coming apart. In the new room, things appeared ok, but I had to open the hot water valve in the sink, and the HVAC quit in the early a.m. and would not re-start. The ugly: the hallway carpets had not been vacuumed in a while. Overall, ok, maybe it was just a bad day for the hotel, but we weren't impressed. Food was great, Maintenance tried, but something's not working.

I booked through and paid through Expedia, however when I returned home the hotel had changed me again. Ok no big deal just call and get it refunded. NOPE! No one I talked to says the have the ability to refund and I need a manager, well I am going on a week of call after call and messages there is never a manager in. Oh Tabitha will be in after 1, then oh nope she is on vacation what the Hell people. Tabitha call me back!! You are a poor manager if this is how you run your Hotel.

This hotel was really nice. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. The room was quite and clean. Was a nice place to recharge after spending the day in Savannah. I would stay here again without hesitation.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel and the hotel itself was terrible. Where do I even start? Don't say this hotel is “brand new”. It certainly isn't. You took over a Holiday Inn. The lobby looks hip and fresh, but that's about it. This was one of my least favorite Best Westerns ever. First, there was a mistake with our reservation. We were put down for 142 nights instead of 1. How bad was that, you ask? You also charged our card accordingly. We got an alert at 1:23 AM that an $8,984.90 charge at Best Western was declined due to insufficient credit. Our credit limit is fine, but an $8,984.90 error makes things a little complicated. We also had to switch rooms twice. We had issues with the air conditioning, the toilet, the bed wasn't clean, and the towel rack was falling apart. I also had some issues with points and the credit card holds. I do have to say this though, Sherry and Jamie were terrific. Despite everything that we experienced, they were both superstars in making things right with us. Both of them deserve recognition for going above and beyond to correct the issues we had. We will never stay here again, but thank you both for at least making us leave happy

I was in room 336. Upon stepping off the elevator onto the 3rd floor, there's a placard on the wall pointing rooms 300 - 311 this way, and rooms 312 - 335 this way. I was very confused by went down the hall to thankfully find a room 336. My food delivery person later called me, also very confused by this. Half folded dirty towels in the bathroom. Housekeeping didn't clean much from previous person. Coffee station wasn't replenished, only had decaf and no sugar or creamer. For $175/ night they provide you with a Sunbeam hair dryer, which is sold in every Family Dollar. Took 30 minutes to get my very short hair partially dry. Checkout is at 12. I only booked 1 night, yet housekeeping was banging my door down at 9. Scared me right out of my sleep. I left feeling very ripped off. Nightly rate needs to be lowered by $100.

ery nice 2 night stay to visit a friend on our way to Jacksonville. Very clean with ample parking space for our truck and motorcycle carrier. My husband enjoyed breakfast alone because the bed was sooooo comfy, i just wanted to sleep. The employees were outstanding! Alicrua and Tabatha were especially helpful and pleasant. The cleaning staff and supervisor, as well. I was pleasantly surprised that the cleaning supervisor was just as helpful with a towel exchange. Thank you for making our trip a pleasant success!

Facility was exceptionally nice, absolutely no complaints about the property at all. The associate working the front desk both days was amazing. She could not have been more friendly, polite, and helpful.

So disappointed! Made a reservation based on the great reviews. Very pleasant staff and very nice lobby area. As soon as we got to the room, I used Clorox wipes everywhere - as I have done during the pandemic. You never know how well a room was really cleaned. Then I discovered that the answer this time was NOT WELL. The debris on the carpet told me the room had not been vacuumed after the last guest (or more). The clothes left in the closet told me no one checked the closet after the last guest. The supply basket for the coffee maker had one k-cup and nothing else - NO CUPS, creamer, sugar, etc., so that wasn't checked after the last guest. 1/4 roll of toilet paper with no extra backup roll. And the grossest part was the gunk that covered the cosmetic mirror. Obviously hadn't been cleaned for who-knows how long. With this in mind, how do I know if the sheets were actually changed? Ewww...

We have stayed here many times, and it is always a great experience. The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms were clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will be returning to this hotel.

We found this hotel on Trip Advisor and have stayed there several times. It's location is very convenient if you're traveling along I95. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The pillows and towels are plush for a mid-range hotel. The breakfast is the best it can be with Covid restrictions. They offer eggs, sausage, bacon, grits, etc. and it's served to you by an employee observing Covid protocols. Check in is very efficient. We will definitely stay there again.

This motel has a Premier Rating. Staff was excellent. Hot breakfast serve to you, excellent. Room (216) was not cleaned properly. Dirty tissues on bathroom floor. laminate flooring needs good cleaning. We are Elite members and always stay at BW and very seldom have an issue with cleanliness.

I've stayed here at BWP, 4 times since 8/20 and now, each trip was awesome the staff from front-desk to housekeeping go out of the way to welcome you. The rooms very comfortable, even when I traveled with my grandkids 6 & 8 yrs old. We were close to the attraction in Savannah and malls They offer Hot breakfast and they figured out how COVID safe. Not like other hotels offering breakfast but instead hand you a to go box. The locals are very friendly, we went to CVS and a care rep took the time to set my CVS app that had frozen. If you are driving down I-95 it's easy access on & off or your traveling to Hinesville or Savannah area it's a great place to stay. Grace, Miami Fl

I checked into this Interstate Hotel for a quick overnight stop while traveling. I was shocked when I entered the bathroom. It was obviously unclean, even to a low standard. There was some type of black grease streaked on the bathroom floor. When I wiped it up, the toilet paper piece I used was nearly black with dirt, crumbs and pubic hair. The bathroom floors were filthy. The bed covers were stained and there was a blood like spot at the entry of the room. That was what I saw in 3 minutes. I quickly left the room and requested a different room. When I showed the front desk attendant the photos, she had no reaction, only stared blankly at me. The second room also had a dirty bathroom... not quite as bad. A very poor experience.

This hotel was so accommodating and helpful when we were left stranded because another hotel overbooked itself. Amazing, friendly staff, super comfortable beds and pillows! Tinese Jackson was so chipper and kind when we came down to checkout! I would definitely stay here again.

Great stopping point on trip from VA to FL. MOST comfortable bed I've ever slept in! The cleanliness and contemporary decor was wonderful. Such a clean and nice place, I'll be stopping there again on the way home!

Clean and sanitized hotel with full hot service breakfast options! Stayed here on our way to Florida. We will definitely return and recommend to others! Large room and very friendly staff. Bottom line is: Stay here!

First room was so dirty got second room still dirty. Floors not cleaned, hand prints on mirrors tooth paste splatter on mirror, hair I. Shower not mine. Are real shame we love BW. Been recently updated but no cleaned properly especially during a pandemic. You would think attention to detail during this time.

We stopped for an overnight. Easy off on from the highway. We usually stay at moderately priced hotels around +/- $100. Some were good some not so good. What I'm most impressed about this hotel was a King Suite for $78 in a modern, clean fabulous hotel! Maybe it's just a sign of the times regarding the price, but I was really impressed with the decor, from the outside, to the lobby to the room. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because when we checked in and went up to our room and went in, the room obviously had not been made, which was unfortunate because I really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars. As travelers know, it's really aggravating when either your key card doesn't work or your room wasn't cleaned up and you have to lug your bags back down to the lobby and wait in line to get it resolved. Just an FYI for those of who this may be an issue, there are NO first floor rooms. The first floor looks to be made up of Conference rooms, a big beautiful lobby and a big breakfast area. Regarding the breakfast, as others have said it was above and beyond standard fare. Because of COVID restrictions, there was a server making up your plate from a choice of hot items such as grits, eggs, ham, sausage links, homemade home fry potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles as well as other cold offerings. Again kudos to this Best Western Premier in Pooler Georgia. When we travel I often chose Best Western and didn't even know there was a Premier option, mainly because we haven't traveled lately or because it's new. Either way, two thumbs up for this location. Safe travels everyone!

The hotel is beautiful from the lobby to the rooms. Stayed 2 different times within 3 days. Beds are super comfy, towels are plush. They are following CDC guidelines. They still have complimentary breakfast, they have someone who dishes up your choices for you. They operate a restaurant in the evening with a limited menu which was really nice after a long drive. Tabatha and all her staffers very welcoming and helpful. I will always stay here when in the Savanah area.

Every aspect of this hotel was fantastic. I want to emphasize that this hotel is a Best Western Premium category. The decor is gorgeous. It is much more high end than a typical Best Western, yet the rate was not any higher. From now on I will seek out one of the 140 Premium Best Westerns. Fabulous bed. Extra spacious room with extra long desk and suitcase table. Located off of I 95 yet no traffic. Because it is called an airport hotel, I anticipated some airplane noise. But I heard zero noise.

I call ahead of time to see if I could check in early because my truck was in the repair shop and they had no where for me to wait, and Tabatha said I could come and check in early. Once I arrived to the hotel I could tell Tabatha was smiling although she had a mask on. I gave her my name and she had my room key card and paperwork already prepared. No matter what questions I had Tabatha answered them with a small. The management and staff are awesome and I will always come back. Thanks Anthony

I must admit, I was a little skeptical because I've never experienced a Best Western before but this hotel modeled one of the finer Hilton brands! Very clean, exceptional service and everyone was attentive to our needs! Hotel staff seemed to take the necessary measures to keep everyone safe during the pandemic. This will definitely be our "go-to" hotel for Savannah. It is about a 5 minute drive from the Tanger Outlet but away from the crazy traffic and 20 mins from Downtown Savannah - it is a hidden gem!

We decided to stay at the new Best Western Premier while traveling to Florida and it was the best decision that we have made so far on our trip. The hotel was very clean, the staff was amazing, and the breakfast was exceptional. We will be back soon!

We stayed only one night, but we hated to leave. This place was amazing. We had a comfortable room and we even slept later than normal, which is quite rare! The staff was courteous and efficient. The only problem we had was we could not get the television schedule to display. We found a movie without it.

The hotel was extremely clean, from the exterior to our room. It was also very quiet and peaceful. The staff was courteous. Check-in and check-out was a swift process. The hotel is located directly off of I-95, which was convenient and easy to find. I really enjoyed my stay. When I return to the area, I will be staying at this hotel again!

First time visiting a Best Western Premier. Lobby was clean and inviting. Staff was welcoming and professional. Room was inviting. Loved the vinyl plank flooring through out. WiFi was excellent, television channel selection good. Had a great nights sleep. Shower was good. Breakfast was good. Due to Covid it had to be served. Glad we tried a Best Western Premier. Location was excellent... off I 95 close to eateries and gas. Will definitely consider stopping here again

This is one of the nicest Best Westerns we have stayed in over the time we have been traveling after retiring. We use Best Westerns to travel to and from travel destinations we book through our vacation club.

While in training for a week down in Savannah, I stayed at this hotel. My stay during my time was quiet and my room was in pristine condition during my entire stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful whenever I had requests or questions. I was also about to speak to the manager Matthew who was able to provide extra confidence about safety measures in place at the hotel in reference to the current pandemic. First class!

This could be a great hotel with a little guidance. We spent the weekend here had 2 rooms. They were obviously short staffed in housekeeping. Rooms were half cleaned. In one room it smelled of smoke and dirty towels left in room shower curtain was dirty had toothpaste all over it and mildew at the bottom and when we went to the desk they said they would send someone to clean it better well that never happened. The next day we requested service again and never received it. Batteries went dead in door and sat down in lobby for over an hour to get back in the room. 2nd room the floors were not swept and there were stains on the sheets. Top spreads were covered in hair. The TV didn't work and upon looking found that the wires had been spliced and duct taped into the TV leaving a static picture and no volume Freezers were not cleaned with a busted drink still in it. A/c in hallways or elevators were not working. No one knew how to fix the problems. At check out I asked if my rewards number was on my rooms so I could get credit and she didn't not know how to do that. This could be a great hotel if they get some kind of management to hire some housekeepers and train their staff properly. There are so many options in this area people won't return if these issues continue. Please management fix these issues and have a great hotel so people want to stay without so many problems

This is an upscale Best Western, beautifully decorated and a good breakfast. The accommodations are large and clean. It is convenient to the I95 interstate and close to many good restaurants. We had a king size bed with a mattress that had seen better days. The price was nearly twice what we had paid in St. George, but an entirely different venue. The personnel were mostly friendly, the exception being the breakfast server who had a bad attitude. Overall, it's a fairly impressive hotel

Price gouging (triple priced) the snacks they offer. A bag of $.50 popcorn was $3.50 a bag. A pack $1.00 Oreo cookies maybe $1.50 was $3.50 also. They should be ashamed. Such a small thing can make you feel taken advantage of. They should fix this fo eff future guest.

I must say, I'm very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness, especially during a pandemic. I chose a BWP hotel because I wanted the extra comfort and premium linen. Never would I imagine such a disregard for room cleaning. In all fairness, the issue is with the cleaning personnel. Our first room (228), 2 Queen suite had sticky floors and a sticky countertop by the fridge. Unfortunately for me, I discovered the sticky floors with my bare feet. As we had not brought any luggage in the room yet, the front desk offered a new room as there was no one to clean the room. Our second room (309), also a 2 Queen Suite had much cleaner floors, however, upon pulling back the covers/pillows, there was a dark, short, curly hair. There was another one in the tub. The bathroom countertop was gritty to the touch. The full length mirror also had drippings of some sort at the bottom. Luckily I had cleaning supplies in my vehicle because we are traveling during a pandemic and I can depend upon no one but myself. Last area of concern is the elevators. The floors are filthy and it is evident there is zero enhanced cleaning happening in the elevators with metal surfaces. On to the good part. After spending the last 3 nights at a condo in Panama City with the absolute worst mattresses ever, this BWP delivered on the much need comfortable beds. The pillows are luscious and sheets so soft that you just want to make snow angel legs under the covers. Dirty martini at the bar was on point.

Clean rooms, great staff, right off the interstate. Breakfast and parking provided. A few fast food restaurants within walking distance. Historic Savannah is just a short drive away. Definitely will stay here again when in the area.

Quiet and Clean - Friendly Staff. Large room with large screen TV. Hot breakfast served to order. Lots of resturaunts close by. Great motel for family vacations - close proximity to Savannah - right off the Interstate.

The hotel was very clean and located in a good spot off the interstate. Convenient shopping and food. Located about 10-15 minutes from downtown Savannah depending on traffic. They also had a very nice patio area that we used eveynight and meet some nice people to talk and have a few drinks with.

Tabitha was wonderful when we checked in and everyone else that we interacted with were wonderful! The amenities were great. The gym had new equipment and included a treadmill, stationary bike, and elliptical machine, free weights and balance balls. The pool was nice and a decent size. The breakfast was cooked on site and was delicious. Much better than the packaged breakfast at other hotel chains. I will definitely be back again!

I recently lost my Grandmother during the pandemic. Jamie H. showed myself and my family a level of compassion and customer service that was completely unexpected from a stranger. I truly appreciate her kind words and service at our time of bereavement. Thank you so much. I am forever grateful and loyal to this place.

Jamie H. was extremely accommodating to all my family needs.....she was extremely understanding to what out family was goin thru and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied as a unit. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Savannah/Pooler area! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Tabitha was the best! She was welcoming, responsive, and professional. I was so impressed with the hotel's beautiful decor and attention to detail regarding cleanliness. Great value for the amenities available. The rooms are spacious and well designed. We will be back!

Loved the front desk crew and the staff in the restaurant, especially Unece. She was amazing! The rooms are nice and spacious, and seem to be very clean. We had breakfast and the food and coffee was great.

Every guest told us how well they slept on the beds and they were impressed with the rooms and the service. Also Ms. Dell Goldwire was extremely helpful to us in setting up meeting room & conference room at a economical price. We would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to use it again when we have out of town guests.
