Dinosaur Internet Reward points not valid it fail to place them to the card. Swimming pool temperture is always cold. Their dryer only works for 30 min .you must unplug it and wait till it cools off. Breakfast is the same the customers had to ask the staff to refill the items. Parking is limited. Too noisy our room on the second floor was next the laundry room. One of the cards to open the room had to be rest several times.

You can understand that hotels get renovated to improve customer experience, right? but you cannot expect to get high rates for a dusty/dirty hotel. It was not only expensive but very old/cheap furniture inside, power outlets exposed... I had the manager providing me with another room as I had to pay in advance when I came in. There are several other options (cheaper, roomier and comfort) for a lower price compared to this awful hotel. I was told that renovation will last until February 2019 so please keep away from here until then

It is worst hotel of entire Latin America no internet no food they served two type of Breakfast one complimentary and second in the restaurant. If you choose room with breakfast then God bless you because this complimentary breakfast is like "Prisioner Food" no hot coffee no fresh fruits . Internet don't work at all in the room in the lobby. Rooms are dirty bathroom smells very bad restaurant staff is very rude they don't bother about guest they are always busy in their's phone .

The front desk was extremely rude would ignore you or just stare and not talk never apologized for all rooms that were not ready for check in all 6 rooms we booked were not ready until after 5 pm which made us late to a family event and they were extremely rude travel to Mexico often and have stayed in worst hotels but was treated with care here they do not care especially the woman who was on the desk on Saturday evening.

Excellent services for the staff but the Internet was very bad , also some room the water for shower is hot extremely hot , can't take a bath . Air condition has problems . They offer help to move around with their own transportation . Very nice person the driver .

the services is good and polite, the room is good also, but around you cannot find store or restaurant, but the rest is ok, you can find transportation free to every where, is nice place to stay, ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Internet would not stay connected due to type of system used. And when connected, was time limited. Unable to make direct dial calls from room Breakfast a disappointment. Could have been better and better choices of food.

Our family pick up this hotel because it is located near the bus terminal stations. I have family get in to Mty from different places of MX. It is convenient for us. It is not in the best conditions, but it the midpoint for all of us. The Staff was very helpful. When check in the reception was very hot, it seems the air-condition was not working properly. I asked if rooms will be the same, they assure me that the rooms have their own window unit. When in the rooms, we found out that the window units were not working properly. We call reception, and gladly they move us to other rooms where the air-condition was working properly. Definitely the amenities need to be updated. But like I mention before for my family is the place to meet when in MTY.

Monterrey is a nice place, but the neighborhood around Ave Colon is not a great place for international visitors. There aren't many restaurants or stores nearby, and security is an issue after dark. It's hard to find much fault with the hotel itself, because the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the price was right. But honestly I'll probably choose a different hotel next time I visit Monterrey.

In general the hotel is not a good hotel amd the service is very unfriendly! Will never stay here again! Very unsafe part of Monterrey! Breakfast is just "fair" and room service is worthless! This is more a hotel for locals that use public transportation which has easy access to public transportation!

I stay at the hotel for a month because of work. Since I arrived the staff was very friendly, they always try to make anything I ask for. When I arrived they don't have rooms for the price the company paid, so, they gave me a Junior Suite without any problem. The food of the restaurant is above excellent, delicious! The bathrooms are very clean and the rooms are very clean too. The only things that I didn't like was that the pool was like a fountain and that the rooms in the first floor in one side have a wall view. And that one side of the hotel is VERY noisy because of the street. And the area of the hotel is not very safety, you can't wak around in the night there. lol. But if you are inside in a good room it's EXCELLENT
