« Nice Hotel at Reasonable Cost »

I've stayed at this hotel many times over the past 10+ years and have enjoyed my stay each time. The staff is friendly and courteous and very helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The heating/cooling system is quiet and efficient. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The included breakfast is okay, but rather basic with not a lot of options, so is not a high point of this hotel. It is located close to the Indy Airport and it is easy to access Interstate 465 from hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone if they're looking for a nice place to sleep at a reasonable cost.

« looking for differant Hotel »

I have stayed here a number of times over the past 5-6 years and it was getting bad but they started to do improvements it got a little better but then they stopped repairing and replacing things and it has lost its apeal to me and friends that meet In Indy we are looking elseware to stay.

    « Stay »

Needed cleaning but every thing else OK for money charged. Was a special rate thank goodness. No overhang to unload car in rain . Coffee was good and hot. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of everything. Sometimes not enough to go around.

    « Beds uncomfortable »

Hotel looks like it has been recently upgraded. Check-in staff was nice. Found a live bug in bottom dresser drawer - it was not a roach, thank goodness. Checked for bedbugs - didn't find any. Did see a dead spider in the corner when I moved the shower curtain. I left the spider there on purpose to see if the cleaner would remove it when they cleaned the room the next morning - they didn't. The spider was still there when we left. Room was nice, two tv's, couch, desk and chair, small sink, coffee maker, microwave, magnifying make-up mirror, hair dryer, and hotel queen size bed that was hard as a rock, we even checked to make sure it wasn't two box springs - still not sure that it wasn't. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast - cold cereal, biscuits & gravy, waffles, various breads, coffee and juice, potatoes, ham and eggs. We decided to check out a day early and evening hotel staff told us we couldn't - checked with the morning staff and they said we could, so we did. Wifi connection was not very good - kept loosing signal.

    « nice hotel »

« Way Back from Ohio to Arizona »

We were very fortunate because we got an extra large room with two TVs. This made it a whole lot easier for each one of us to watch the programs we liked best. I also enjoyed the fact that you have WiFi.

    « One night stay »

Both the evening and morning staff were VERY rude and VERY Unfriendly. Neither wearing a name badge so you didn't know who you were being severed by. Was 1 minute late for the breakfast, saw the employee THROWING away all of the unused eggs, potatoes, etc. into the trash can. Was rudely totaled in from of the other people eating that "I was too late". I have never been so embarrassed in my life.

« Good Accommodations and Service »

Was in Indianapolis for a business meeting. Hotel is close to the airport and major interstates so getting around is not a problem. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and appropriately stocked. The breakfast has basic hot and cold items but if you want something more there is a Bob Evans Restaurant across the parking lot.

    « Started off shaky »

When we first checked in our a/c in our room wasn't working and it was 90 outside. The front desk checked it and said it would cool off in 15 minutes(?) but we had a game to get to so we left and were gone for 2 1/2 hours and it was even hotter when we got back. There was a new person at the front desk and she took care of us immediately and changed us to another room which was great. The breakfast buffet was okay but they ran out of syrup and they had to run to the store and get some.

    « Needs Improvement »

Updated hotel, old thin towels, made them vacuum, brought clean sheets for the sofa as was in a suite. The hair in the shower in the morning about did us in. All items for breakfast that were to be "hot" were all "cold".

    « BW Indianapolis Airport »

We booked this hotel on the phone, in the car on our way back home across the country. We were surprised and greatly pleased to see that they gave us a suite for a better price than most of the hotels we had stayed in on our vacation. Our children loved the opportunity to spread out and I loved the clean room and good breakfast.

« Been coming to Indy for a few years, wish i found this place sooner »

I have been staying at other Best Westerns in the Area and although they were all nice. I like that there is no pool, My spouse comes here from Southern Missouri for eye care and the chlorine irritates him. No kids running around wet. Bob Evans right across the street and enough food left over for a midnight snack for about $12 a person, and that was with an appetizer and dessert! I have already used the Lobby computer and printed out some forms I needed for our trip. The room is LARGE, this is the second all suite best western I have stayed in and the room is a lot larger here than Country Suites across town. I like the kitchen feel of the wet bar, also the cabinets give it that home feel. We are in room 117 so we didn't have to walk along ways, its a Thursday night so it doesn't seem like they are overly booked up, I haven't seen any other people coming in and out although there are several cars in the parking lot. Very quite, there must not be anyone near our room. Two televisions and sleeping areas allow us to separate as we don't watch the same things or sleep on the same schedule. I book thru Best for the rewards. Internet is supper speedy. So far so good, the bed is a bit hard, but I just traveled 600 miles to get here and I don't feel that I can knock anything off for that as it could just be my achy body. Clean rooms, hallways. Will book here again. Thanks Best Western Airport Suites.

    « Very welcoming »

I stay t a lot of Best Westerns and the outside appearance was great. I had a king sized room and the décor looked pretty new and the room was extremely clean. I would defiantly recommend. The was comfortable and very quiet. I can't usually say that about too many places but this one I would give them an A!!

    « hotel stay »

Went to this hotel to see granddaughter in volleyball olympics. Very friendly staff. Very helpful. Each room is a suite. Hotel is close to airport and short Uber ride to downtown and convention center. There is a Bob Evans across the street for meals. Hotel is comfortable and clean.

    « Look elsewhere »

Made reservation and informed there is a cancellation fee if I cancel with 1 month of my stay. They even repeated the date to ensure I did not mistake for 1 day like other hotels. Facility was not the cleanest and room had a light cigarette smell. While weekday rates weren't too bad, weekend rates were way too expensive for the quality of room here. Hotel staff were friendly and breakfast was okay.

    « Great service~! »

The check in clerk was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. He even put me and my elderly cousin on the first floor and we did not have to ask. Good Service!! I will be back. My husband stays at this hotel as well and he is always happy.

    « family visit »

Hotel wery clean and staff was very helpful with directions to our meeting site and area resturants Would definitely stay here again when in this area I would have brought my own pillow but hotel pillow was ok.

    « In for the Indy 500 »

Other than the bed being too hard this was a decent place to stay. They did have an ice chest with water and sodas and snacks available for free. It was overpriced in my eyes but the town was sold out . Every day we would have to ask for more towels but the hotel was full.

« We would have been better off somewhere else »

We were in Indianapolis to see our daughter compete. There were three of us and I had a hard time finding a hotel with two beds. In retrospect, we would have been more comfortable at another hotel with a King Size bed and a pull-out sofabed. The beds here were very uncomfortable. Our beds did not get made. The coffee was not good.

« Will not stay here again »

The hotel wanted to charge me $30 for a 2 hour early check-in and they did not have proper bedding available for the couch pull out bed. I would have given this hotel an average rating but those two issues would cause me to not stay at this Best Western ever again, and the way that the Best Western customer service discredited this issue has me questioning whether I will stay at any Best Western property.

    « Good value »

I accidentally booked this hotel because of Best Western's confusing website. I immediately called Best Western to cancel the room but it was too late. I've done this before and I never had a problem canceling it since I just made it moments before but this hotel would not cancel it. Indianapolis was about 50 miles further down the road so we went to it anyway. The room turned out to be one of the better rooms I stayed in at a best Western. The main thing I liked was that there was a sink in the room itself and a sink in the bathroom. I hate it when hotels only have sinks in the bathroom. Most only have one sink at all. Everything else was up to Best Western standards and I was satisfied despite the rocky start and the extra distance I had to travel.

    « Definitely not a Marriott »

Nicole was great resolving an issue. Check in was easy, however, the receptionist later that night needed to be called (not sure what movie she was watching behind the wall, but she didn't hear the front door open and close). The bed was fine, couch had sex stains in my room, and the breakfast was cold and lacking food. Thanks for the cereal though; just missing the milk! We just needed the place for a few hours of sleep; will not be back.

    « Average Hotel »

Hotel is a short drive from the airport and downtown. Rooms are large but furnishings are basic. Price is relatively cheap, so you get what you pay for. I was in town for a convention and needed a place for only one night. Fit the bill, but would not be quick to return.

    « No frills hotel »

Stayed for two nights. 4 miles from airport and abt 5 miles from convention centre. Room were clean large and just the basic stuff. No frills or extras. I guess you cannot expect lot of things for the tariff I paid. Less than $75. Though the same kind of room would be $100+ in the city. No bottled water. Dispenser also did not work so had to bring from outside. No big deal! Owners manage the reception in morning. Nice guy. Even helped me get back my phone charger after check out Without hesitation. Overall nice hotel but could become better if they had more customers.

    « Pleasantly surprised »

Attended a refresher training and stayed overnight to avoid extra early travel to arrive alert and on time. I had received suggested hotels that did not accept my employers form of payment, plus some on the list just were not appealing. Left it up to our fiscal officer and she found this hotel. It was just off the highway opposite of the Courtyard (no longer there) where I stayed for the initial training. I didn't know the rooms were suites until arriving. That is the extent of my remembrance of this hotel. I can't recall anything about the breakfast. I do remember the elevator being quite loud and scary.

    « Very poor quality »

Nothing would entice me to give this hotel a stronger recommendation. I made my reservations using my credit card to lock it in since I we would be late checking in due to attending a wedding that evening. Upon checking in we were given room 204 and when we got to the room we discovered it was exactly as I had reserved, a suite with 2 full beds, with a few exceptions. One, the heat would not come on and the temperature on the thermostat read 61. After waiting approximately 45 minutes, I went to the desk and informed the agent that the heat was totally inoperative. After checking. she informed me that she did not have any other rooms with 2 full beds or a king bed and she then offered us a another room with one queen bed. I informed her that her offer was not acceptable. I went back to the room and my wife and myself slept in the beds, using our covers to the fullest extent to keep warm. The next morning, we saw that the breakfast was not as excellent as was advertised. We went next door and ate at Bob Evans. Upon checking out. my wife furnished the clerk at the desk with a list of room deficiencies, to include inoperative lights and the main problem of no heat. The clerk reminded me that the evening clerk had offered me a room with a single queen bed, to which I informed him that was not acceptable. He then said that he would take $10.00 off of our bill. How generous. I will ensure that I never stay at this location again and I will definitely advise anyone who asks me about it to not stay there themselves.

    « Great Value »

This hotel was super cheap. The guy at the front desk was really helpful and chill; we asked him what a hoosier is and he gave us a superb answer. My friend and I stay in a 2 queen bed suite. The room was meh but this was just a stop along our road trip. The room was clean. The mattress spring could be felt but it wasnt so uncomfortable that it disrupted my sleep. The hotel is near a huge shopping center (Walmart, Best Buy, Target, etc.) so that was nice. If we were spending more than one night in Indy we probably would've stay somewhere else. I'm giving this hotel a 4 rather than a 3 simply because of how cheap it was.

    « great location »

We really like this hotel, one of the things we like is a separate seating area to watch TV. My husband wakes up during the night and with having a separate area to watch TV my sleep is not interrupted. This was a pleasant surprise the first time we stayed there and because of that we decided to stay there again! The service was just as excellent the second time as it was the first time we stayed there.

« Not up to standards »

I do not consider this Best Western up to standards. Although there was no major problem, there were several problems that would make me stay away from this place next trip. The staff never spoke to me except at check in/out. Breakfast was bad. Coffee was not hot two mornings. The room air conditioning was very noisy. There was another loud noise coming from somewhere else periodically. I didn't mention these problems to the staff. They were not concerned with me and never asked me how things were during my 5 night stay.

    « Comfortable »

I stayed here because of location for my business trip. It was a very nice place and convenient to everything I needed. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for value, comfort and convenience.

    « nice hotel »

rooms are very clean, staff go out of there way, breakfast is hot and good, lots of remolden had been done to this hotel looks really good, came her for business and was greated outside by Nicole, very nice property.

    « Excellent »

I have had to travel to this area on business and found this hotel located right near the meeting location. I found that staff friendly and had excellent service as well as great comfort during my stay. I will be using this hotel again when in the area.

« happy to stay here »

Was happy to stay here Had all the amenities I needed for a very comfortable stay. Close to airport , breakfast, clean room , comfortable good quality mattress , friendly and helpful staff and the best was a Bob Evans to eat at. Great for those on business trips!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL OR HOTEL CHAIN!!!!!I reserved 3 rooms at this location today (12/3/2015). Within 5 minutes of making my reservation, I realized the check in date was wrong. It showed 12/6/2015 instead of 12/05/2015. I immediately called the 1-800 on the reservation to make the correction. They informed me there were no rooms available on the 5th. I said I need to cancel my reservation then. After several attempts and the agent contacting the hotel directly, they agreed to cancel the reservation but they were still going to charge me a $75 cancellation fee. Are you kidding, the check in date is 3 days away!!!! I hung up with the agent and called the hotel directly. The ?front desk manager? Nicole was extremely rude and refused to cancel the reservation without charging the $75 fee. I then asked for her supervisor to which she said she was in charge. I asked for a district or regional manager to speak with or their contact information in which she refused and told me to call the 1-800 number. I then called the 1-800 number, again! They explained that all the hotels are independently owned and I would have to obtain that information from the hotel itself. That is impossible considering she already denied me that information. This isn't someone I would want to run my business!!!!!!!

    « Always Pleasant Stay »

We visit my sister once or twice a year and always stay at this hotel. The staff is great and the rooms are always clean and quiet. We don't even look at other hotels in the area because this one is so nice.

    « Bad Smell »

I and my best friend went to Indianapolis for a Bands of America Competition, to see our daughters perform. This hotel was dirty, the food smelled so bad we didn't even want to try it. We had NO towels in our room. No phone to call and get some. When we called from our cell phones. We had to go get our own towel.

« I will never go back. I recommend you stay away from this place. »

The property is not maintained. When we entered the room, the climate control was turned off. The room was freezing. The shower head, which is attached to a long hose, could not be mounted at the top of the shower. The plastic piece that would have held it was destroyed. All of the fittings leaked everywhere. We told the front desk the next morning and they advised they would attempt to get it fixed. We left early and did not get back until late. The "cleaning" service half made one of the two beds. The other bed was untouched. None of the towels were replaced. The shower was not fixed. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. There is wifi kind of. If you are doing business and need a stable connection, this is not for you. It is like somebody bought the hotel and cut every corner possible to save a dime. And the worst part is my spare cell phone was stolen. Not misplaced, but stolen. It was stored in a zipped duffel bag. It was clear somebody had rummaged through it. The only thing that was missing was the phone. I told the front desk. To the ladies credit, she assured me that there were cameras on all floors and that the manager/owner would check it the next morning. If she is reading this I need to apologize to her. I was tired after a long day and was upset at the state of our room and the theft of my phone. I do not believe she could have controlled any of these things and I apologize for the tone I took. We checked out the next morning. A different lady was at the front desk. She was rude. She informed me that they only had cameras on the first floor and check in areas. The other two floors did not have cameras. She all but accused me of lying about my stolen phone. She said the cleaning staff had worked there for over 12 years and she had never had a report of stolen items before. She also informed me that the manager/owner would not be in until the following day. She told me the manager/owner would call me. That never happened. I have reported the phone stolen so at least the thief will not get any use out of it. I, along with friends, came to this hotel because we were attending the band competition at the Lucas Oil Stadium. The stadium was 15 minutes away and the price seemed good. The stolen phone was a 3 week old LG G4. This trip cost me a lot more than it should have. Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel. You wont be happy after the stay. And you, like me, might end up paying a few times over what its worth.

    « Many irate customers »

I chose this location because it seemed to be central to locations I wanted to visit. The hotel was ideal for that as it was right off the interstate. I was in town to see the Bands of American competition. However, we couldn't get NBC on the TV and the room phone would not call the front desk. We have to go to the front desk daily so they could "reset" something so we could get that channel. Fridge wouldn't keep water cold. There was much ice built up. I defrosted overnight but it still didn't keep things cold. There were a couple of irate guests at the front desk that made me very uncomfortable.

« Worst Best Western I have ever been to »

Service was poor, Breakfast was poor, Check in & out poor. I has to pick up garbage left on the floor. I would never go back to this location. I would sleep in the car before I would return. I left my shoes on all the time because I was concerned about cleanliness, or lack of it. The location fit into our travel plans,, so I can say this was the only thing good about it.

    « Mixed Review »

I have mixed feelings on this hotel. First off we will go with the good. The rooms are great. Very roomy. More amenities than I expected to find. But bed was very uncomfortable. Unless you like a rock hard mattress. What I was told to be a hotel about 5 minutes from airport is actually at least 15. The biggest gripe I have is the check-in clerk tried charging me a much higher rate than I was quoted. I even had my confirmation in hand. I booked it because of the rate I was quoted and was not going to pay the extra $18. I mean that's why you call for rates prior to checking there are no surprises. He finally gave me the room at the rate I had been given but it was very frustrating. Doubtful I would stay here again

    « Bed Bugs »

Our room had bugs! My daughter found them in her bed around midnight. After another room was cleaned we were moved. I was told we would get a discount. It was o ly 25%. This didn't even make a dent in the inconvenience we had nor the fact there was a bed bug on her pillow! I am very disappointed. Do not stay here!

« great hotel great price for location »

very nice staff, nice warm great breakfast, the rooms are very clean has 2 tvs, sofa sleeper nice clean bathrooms.housekeeping did a great job in cleaning the rooms smelled nice and fresh.parking lot very clean nice flowers and bushes.

« Cold breakfast, small beds, damage and indifference »

One night stay for funeral. Stayed in Best Western in Hannibal Missouri earlier in year and had pleasant experience so was willing to pay a little more than other hotels in area. Big mistake. Super 8 would have been better. Room had damaged toilet, stained ceilings and stained couch. Some kind of brownish stain on bathroom sink top. Previous guest hair found on shower curtain. Pillows flat and useless. We booked a room with "two double beds" because another family member might have came with us, but turned out to be just my wife and me. Advertising these beds as a double was laughable. We almost had to sleep apart. Had to lie on my side and right against my wife and then I kept feeling like I was going to fall out of the bed. I guess if I was 5 foot and only weighed 150 pounds it might have been okay. Breakfast was horrid. Egg hockey pucks were brown and dried out for sitting in hot pan all morning and was thrown in the same pan as the hash-browns. Sausage-microwave links, and there were five cold pieces left in pan. Biscuits sitting out and at room temperature. No attempt to heat them up. Gravy was scraping the bottom and had a cold layered crust built on top for not having been stirred. Breakfast attendant was out smoking in front of the building and made no attempt to service or speak to my wife and myself. When three other couples came down she came running in and said "just a moment! I got to microwave some more sausage!" Wow...what service! Lady behind the counter at check in came out with an irritated look on her face, helped us but did not make us feel welcomed, like we annoyed her for just being there. Morning attendant was fake-nice but sighed heavy and rolled her eyes when the phone rang. Great image of helpfulness! In the future I would not stay at this property and am reconsidering Best Western as a whole. Never had a bad experience at Holiday Inn and had better experience at cheaper hotel chains. This place might be worth 40 bucks a night. You are paying for the Best Western logo I think...nothing more.

« Location Great But Hotel Just Average »

I recently stayed in the BWAirport Suites for a few days while attending to some family business. Upon checkin, my room request was honored....a king on a high floor in a quiet area. However, when I entered the room, the top door lock was broken. I tried using the deadbolt, and that would not close. It was out of line with the door jamb. I went to phone the front desk and the phone was out of order. I packed up my things and schlepped down to the front desk where I was given a choice of only one other king room available but it was on the first floor. The room was clean but sparse. That evening I went to take a shower and there was no shampoo or conditioner. I had to visit the front desk again for the items. I was given them, but when I returned to my room it turned out the front desk person gave me shampoo and lotion, not conditioner. The hotel was just average. There was a faint odor of something as you walked through the front doors of the lobby. Im not sure if it was smoke or mildew or a combination of the two. The hotel was ok for what I was in Indianapolis for however I would never stay there again. The arrangement of the bed and the night stands was so close I was afraid I was going to hit my head on the corner of the night stand. I prefer a more spacious room and something that screams of cleanliness and safety.

« Nice Place and great staff »

Staff is very friendly. upkeep is very nice. Staff was at-tentative. Layout was simple. They have a great recommendation for a pizza place delivery. Internet worked great. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

    « Pleasant Surprise! »

My room was a nice suite which had a living room and bedroom. Wasn't expecting all that but did appreciate it. Breakfast featured a lot of items, as well as hot items. Would definitely stay here again

    « toprated hotel »

this hoel is all studio suites hotel have 2 lcdtv wetbar microwave fridge sleepersofa really enjoy my stay has livingroom and bedroom good price for suites hotel like this break fast awsome like hamptoninn eggs sausage ham waffle yogart really enjoy my stay going to stay agin when im this area

« Good Value for Money »

Although the outside of this property is not very appealing, this is an all suite hotel. The suites have two rooms, a living room and bedroom with a small kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, sink and counter/cabinets) in between the two rooms. There is a flat screen in each room and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is the average hotel fare and the towels are a little on the thin side. However, that being said it is a very good value for the money. We were out all day and really only slept there so it worked well for us.
