"Needs remodeling and better maintenance and kitchen breakfast staff"
Maintenance man did not fix toilet. He blamed me for not pressing the handle down far enough. I'm a senior citizen so I believe I've used enough toilets to know when there is a problem! Breakfast was under par for a Best Western Plus hotel. The 4 days I was there, No meats, eggs or fruits! Only offered waffles, sugary cereal and sugary yogurt.
"Bugs in Room and Water Damage"
Worst hotel experience. Multiple bugs on nightstand in room. Swapped rooms and still bugs in other room. First room had water damage on ceilings too. Windows for skyline views were covered in grime. Outdoor pool is NOT heated so was cold. Breakfast paphlet in room states 5 to 6 am but is actually 7 to 9am so stayed to nights and never got a chance at breakfast. Water pressure in showers was low. Would not recommend!
"Has potential but needs pest control"
Beautiful hotel, but… roaches were crawling on the bed, bathroom, fridge, everywhere…cleaning staff just gave us a bottle with pink cleaning liquid after asking them to clean the room and to put something to get rid of the roaches. There is no full breakfast, but a bag with water, a muffin and a yogurt. Property is centrally located and rooms are good and lobby is decent. It's a shame they don't attend to these important issues!
"Nothing bad, front desk is always nice and place is kept up and clean price is better than the other comparable places."
Price is decent for what you get. It's actually as clean as the Hilton's and way cleaner than Holiday Inn but about equal to the Holiday Inn Express but a better price. The Showers could be cleaner but over all it's sanitary and at least no bugs. It's almost as clean as Hilton and for a little cheaper price can't complain. Breakfast is more of a sacked snack with a bottle water, muffin and yogurt. But it's something, better than nothing. I don't even care about that since they at Least spend The money to professionally exterminate to make sure there's no critters, I haven't seen one bug, thank God!!! Bc I'll tell you the Sonesta Westchase and Baymont Westchase have roaches and Hilton Garden Inn Westchase have had ants before. So no bugs is a winner in my book.
"Great deal and friendly staff"
First off great location, new hotel, clean. Friendly staff and helpful. Love the fact that the night auditor was able to check us in so late I had a bad experience at another hotel where they had already ran their audit and it was not even 1 o'clock A.M. and because of this she was not able to check us in so we ended up cancelling and went to another hotel - but no complaints about this location. Very friendly night auditor : )
"Worst I have ever had!!!"
I had the worst experience at this hotel. There are dug addicts loitering outside I almost got robbed at the gas station. I was put into a room with a whole In the ceiling as well as water stains on the roof. The smell was the worst it was mildew and rot. I complained and they switched me to another room. This one the heater nor ac worked. The staff is always in the back room on there phones and they handed out a paper bag for breakfast with an activia yogurt and two small muffins. My kids were highly disappointed. This was the worst experiance of my life will never be back. I could have gone anywhere else for the price I paid!!!!!

"Bad smells and broken equipment"
Birthday trip for my daughter. The room smelled bad because of lack of cleaning and dirty/ wet A/C filter. Also the shower had minimal pressure and a clogged shower head. The carpet had stains and the noise in the halls was loud all night. Also smaller like weed throughout hotel. Not family oriented!

"Rude and inconsiderate staff, broken amenities, sketchy vibe"
Front desk staff was extremely rude and made it seem like it was an inconvenience to ask for additional towels as our double queen room booked for 5 guests came with only TWO towels. The front desk staff sat in the back room with her shoes off and ignored our calls for help until she finally reluctantly came to the desk and handed us another two towels as she rolled her eyes eyes. The lobby had a couple loitering around who were obviously under the influence and my young brothers became frightened by the sketchy atmosphere the hotel created. When you enter, the strong smell of cat urine seems to permeate the building. I am so utterly disappointed as I've stayed at plenty of Best Western hotels and have never been treated like such an inconvenience to hotel staff. The experience was such a negative one that it tainted what was supposed to be a much needed family vacation. Another reviewer mentions that this is NOT a Best Western and I 100% agree. I've literally stayed at numerous Motel 6 and Super 8 motels that were of higher quality, cleaner, and offered a great visitor experience. I will never risk booking at another Best Western again after this disappointing experience. Please beware that this hotel does not offer the expected Best Western experience and I would not recommend it to anyone.

"Do not stay here."
The ac do not work. They hardly cool the room. When you complain they make you talk to someone on the phone, the owner I think. And she does not help or do anything about it. We stayed with family and were hot all night. Things are broken and damaged in the room. Does not look like 3 star hotel at all. They do not offer hot breakfast either.

"Terrible - Do not stay here!"
This place is terrible! When we first got there, the bathroom was locked from the inside. I called for assistance and was told they couldn't send anyone up but I could come down and get something to unlock it. If that had been the worst of it, it wouldn't have been a big deal, but this was only the beginning. It didn't look like the bathroom had been cleaned since the last guest. There was trash in the trash can and the sink was dirty. The tile is cracked and the little thing that holds the toilet paper was hanging on by a nail. Even worse, the AC did not work. Once again, we called the front desk to see if someone could fix it or if we could change rooms. We were told there was nobody available to look at it until the next morning and they were apparently sold out --- which didn't make a lot of sense because it seemed pretty much empty. It's July in Houston, so no AC means we won't stay. We just left and took our losses. They should be giving us a refund, but instead they charged the card TWICE....not just authorized it, but actually charged the card twice! DO NOT STAY HERE!
"Sketchy - No Breakfast"
When I travel I usually stay with BW but this time was not a good experience. I thought this would be a safe hotel but to my surprise it was not. I asked for a handicapped room on first floor. I was put on 3rd, also NO HOT BREAKFAST, It was advertised hot breakfast. People were parked in handicapped parking with no tag. It seemed like an area that drug deals were being done. I drove to back side of building being there was no parking in the front and the door was locked. Guest relations said the lock it at 8:00. I asked her where do people park, it's not safe! There was all kinds of shadiness going on outside and I was not about to walk around hotel. I finally got a parking spot after 20 min. someone pulled out. Carpet in room was nasty with stains. Positive, the bed was clean and comfortable. Won't be staying again!

"Horrible Experience"
DO NOT BOOK!!!We got there they made us pay cash after I had already given them my card( First red flag) We checked out 2 days earlier because whites was horrible my money was not returned although they said it would. Room was dirty, foul smell. White towels were dirty and not replaced. Noice and fights outside all night. There were drunk people coming in and out of the hotel that did not stay there harassing guest. Prostitution outside hotel staff allowed to stay there outside woundering around not safe at all. Before I booked I asked if there's was full breakfast I was told yes. There was a grab bag with water in it. And coffeee. Hotel employee said you get what you get.

"Awesome and friendly staff"
The property looked well upkeeped and everything looked fresh and renovated. Plenty of room in the lobby and the parking lot was convenient to old off and load up all my belongings without any major efforts. Covid protocols are still in place for staff, making the stay a lot more saver.
"Leisure"
The customer service is bad, they charge $50 Dollars deposit when us not listed on the website, the fitness center weights were not available, the 2 Computers at the main lobby were not working properly

"Mediocre at best."
Time to stop using Corona as an excuse to not serve your guests hot breakfast. A yogurt cup and coffee isn't breakfast. Please do better like other Best Westerns who have adapted to do better for their guests! Bring your own linen. Towels were FULL of hair. Was disappointed in that.

"Motel Atmosphere"
Outdated property. Low water pressure. Rude woman at front counter in the mornings. Walls paper thin. Hard to sleep from all the walking and talking from other guest. Awful plac to stay. Asked can I have an iron she said he was sending and hung up in my face. They rn out o breakfast an hour before time to stop serving and she told myself and pther guest that they weren't putti g anything else out because its over in the nexthour anyways. Rooms are very out dated. You would think you're Bewarestaying in a Motel rather thana Best Western Plus. I teavel for Businessso I stay in the Best WesternHotels 5 days a week. Ive been doing that for the last six months and my stay at that particular property was by far my worst guest experiencein all my years of staying in a Hotel!!!!! I can't name not one good thing about that property. Well the Exterior of the building looks good. They put a face lift on a out dated unclean property. The lady that's at yeh front desk made me wait for my cash deposit for at least 30min. She Ignores me and continued to do other things while I wait and I told her I'm running late for work. She stayed I can have a set until she calls someone to got check my room on the third floor be9she give me back my deposit. She made sure she took her time doing it. I had o call the corporate office standing at the front desk. Se then hurried the process up just a little. I'm sure she is probably a relative of the property owner or GM because she wasn't concerned at all about being reported. You can hear people walking and talking all night. Walls are super thin and floors are old and hollow. I literally heard every step the people above me took and the entire pillow talk conversation of the people n the room next to me. Awful!!!

"The most unhelpful staff I've dealt with in long while."
I reserved 2 rooms here for a weekend. When I needed to make changes to the reservation I called the front desk and they were most unhelpful. Their first sentence was “if you booked with Expedia…” Well I didn't book with Expedia, I booked directly through the Best Western website as I am a Diamond Select member with BW and stay about 150 nights per year. So the guy working the front desk directed me to call back after 11am when the manager would be there, but he couldn't help me. Well apparently the manager never came in that day or I was never able to speak to her so when 2 of my guests arrived later that night I told them to just cancel the 2nd room on the reservation since it was no longer needed. My guests called me and said the front desk told them, “If you booked through Expedia you have to go through Expedia to cancel.” Not only had I not booked through Expedia, I've never booked through Expedia. It's hotel staffs like this that make me want to use a different hotel chain altogether.

"Satisfactory"
Good and clean place to spend quality time and relaxing vacation. Smart and friendly staff that are willing to assist. This place is worth the value for your money and I will definitely recommend this place to anyone that loves excellence.
"POOR SERVICE NO REMORSE"
From the moment I called to verify the reservation and the room I would be staying in I was treated poorly, then when I arrived at the hotel the room was not up to par. There were big roaches in the room the room had no towels and I slept in a chair. I immediately went to speak to the manager as soon as I was able to she showed no remorse. Then she was completely unethical about a refund due to the dissatisfaction I did take photos of the room and I have emailed them to my attorney. We will be in communication.

"Great hotel, but don't expect a Best Western Breakfast"
Hotel room was great, clean, and cold. Would've given a 5-star rating except that breakfast was a brown bag (yogurt, sm. danish, & a bottle of H2O). HORRIBLE, compared to other brown bags at BWs, post the lifting of most Covid restrictions.

"Uninviting reception area"

"Recent Stay at the Best Western Plus Westheimer-Westchase Inn & Suites - 1st Week of September 2021"
Property is relatively new, well-cared for and appears to be in very clean condition inside-out. Hotel appears to have had special wall sound insulation and coupled with "well-behave" guests in nearby rooms that kept noise levels to bare minimums / almost next to none - during our nearly a week of stay. There was no in-room safe nor any hair dryer, but the Internet access was super-easy with very good connection speed. There is a small swimming pool and exercise room that we didn't use. Breakfast was provided in take-away bags due to COVID-19 - was adequate and reasonable. Car parking was not a problem for us during this period of time. Staffs were friendly, courteous and did their job well. Overall this was a great value hotel stay for our needs.
"Not the best"
False advertising breakfast. Front desk even stated "I know we advertise breakfast, but we don't have anything." This hotel did not offer anything not even fruit. Check in was SLOW. The hotel is going down, furniture looks extremely worn. Towels are choice hotel towels, not best western. No coffee in rooms. Housekeepers used a pillow case and broom stick to mop floor. Side door doesn't open from outside. Parking was horrible and blocking front entrance. Not the safest place on the block. The hotel next door had shady looking people outside all night, which didn't make us feel safe. My family had several rooms and there was something wrong with every room: room entrance door didn't close without slamming it, AC didn't work, lighting in room is horrible, one room was dirty at check in, the list goes on. I've worked at hotels before and stayed at a lot of different hotels and this is not one I would stay at again.
"It's just ok hotel"
Breakfast not included in this location, they have to update their website, our towels were picked up by the housekeepers around 10am and replaced at 4pm, we didn't have towels all day , I just wonder why they did that???? Tried to call the front desk bet 8am-9am to ask for toilet paper, no answer, over all , I am disappointed,
"Weekend stay"
Clean hotel, comfortable bed, great AC, friendly staff. We would stay there again. Unrelated to hotel: Tripadvisor REQUIRES my review to be 200 characters? I think that's ridiculous! As a consumer, I would rather read a brief, honest review.
"Get Away Vacation"
This hotel can't be trusted. It does not deliver what it promises and they will misrepresent the charges on your credit card. They do not have enough parking to accommodate its guest. They advertise a breakfast that they have no intention on serving.
"Quick Houston Trip"
Needed a convenient location for a post-covid girls shopping trip. Was convenient to many retail and thrift stores. very nice neighborhood with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Was able to navigate around Houston without getting on freeways.
"Great time in Houston, Tx"
Excellent service, terrific prices, and fantastic staff. Had one noise issue coming from upstairs guests and the staff corrected this as soon as I reported the incident. Fantastic!! Did not get to do any swimming but it was really nice to sit by the poolside and enjoy the ambience.
"Terrible. AVOID IF POSSIBLE"
Waited for a room from 9:40am-3pm. No early check in available which is understandable. What is not understandable is how I say tell me the total before you swipe my card and instead you swipe it twice. Then issue me a key to my rooms and both are not clean. No sheets. No nothing. The room had been stripped for the housekeeper. I've worked in housekeeping for years so this is very unacceptable. On top of that my room keys didn't even work. There were also 2 other people with the same complaint. I want my money back!
"Awful."
Poor service hidden fees, this is a franchise so anything goes and nothing anyone will do about it. &150 a night for this hotel that didn't even allow me to sleep in without and extra 50 dollars they randomly request after booking the room on line.. Beware the sight doesn't disclose this. By the way I called to see if I could cancel or change the reservation because I only had 5 hours before checkout but I drove from Dallas so I needed this place I waited for the guy to check me in as he walked right by me as I walked in. Long story short don't waste your money or time here. There is a holiday inn directly across from this hole that handle this much more professional less expensive and I guarantee a stress free stay and a smooth transaction
"Beware if you have service animals or if you appreciate professional service."
Front desk clerk tried to refuse service to us because we have a service dog. After talking this over with the clerk, he threw the paperwork across the counter to me and said "Whatever...just sign the damn papers." He continued to be incredibly rude and disrespectful during the check-in process. I took my cards in order to go somewhere else to stay. However, the clerk charged my card AFTER I left which tied up too much of our money for us to have enough available to go somewhere else. They cancelled the charge but it would not process back to our account in time. My husband had appointments at MD Anderson (we live 4 hours away) and had to stay somewhere so we were stuck staying at this place afterall.
"Road Trip"
First time in Houston we had a blast. Everything was wonderful. Hotel was exceptional, the staff was wonderful. Would definitely return for another stay. Would definitely recommend to family and friends
"Friendly staff and clean rooms, convenient location"
Checked in on Wednesday evening for 3 nights and was very happy with my stay. The rooms were clean and staff was very personable. The complimentary breakfast was a delight and noticed the hotel was taking extra precautions with the Coronavirus going on. Would recommend staying here if you are in houston.
"Sonia IS THE WORST"
I had the worst experience during my stay. There was a huge leak in one of my rooms, mold in the room and they didn't offer to move me. I had to beg to move me. After that I was given an attitude the entire time of my stay and Sonia was the worst person ever. I was told that if I didn't like it I should move to a different hotel and take my business somewhere else. And they didn't want to offer me a refund so I had to stay.

"Wanted to love it, but the security made me wary"
Good hotel with nice suite and great breakfast. I love Best Western, but then I noticed the door slid past the upper door stop with marks on the door and the upper door stop bent back. I was shocked because it appeared the door had been kicked open and not repaired. Normally, I would report it, but we were only there for 1 night and we were all very tired. Other than that, everything was good.

"Not the best, but not the worst"
Stayed here for 6 nights while in Houston on business. I definitely was not impressed. The entire 4th floor SMELLED of sewage issues! Housekeeping was mediocre: still found strands of hair on the bathroom floor daily, and they didn't leave enough toilet paper when it ran low. The phone in my room didn't work. Then, when I tried to use my cell phone to call the front desk, no one answered. I called for 45 minutes before someone felt like answering the phone. Also, when I first arrived at the hotel, I asked to be shown a room first, before placing the reservation. However, front desk staff said she couldn't leave the desk to show me a room. Finally I convinced her to just show me something close by on the first floor and she tried to show me a room that was being renovated and we couldn't even get into the room. Parking was also very bad. No plans to stay at this hotel again.

"Houston Best Western"
The room was clean, satisfactory. Prices are good. A slew of food establishments within blocks. Houston traffic and their drivers are the pits. Access to the freeways is just OK. A fairly quiet neighborhood.

"Acceptable, but not Extraordinary."
Room cleanliness was lovely on arrival but housekeeping came at 8:30am and when we asked to please return later they did not, so we basically went 3 days without any cleanup or new towels. Front desk reception at night was very clueless and difficult to communicate with. The hotel needs longer blinds for the windows, the moon/sunlight is brutal and beams into the room under the curtains. Hotel staff all around seems like no one wants to be there and pretty much avoids eye contact and any interaction with guests so they don't have to do any more work than necessary. Free Wi-Fi was suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper bad and nothing would load on LTE or connected to the Wi-Fi, so we resorted to setting up our own hot spot. This is a minute detail, but we chose BW over Holiday Inn across the street because my partner and I read on previous reviews that they serve biscuits, gravy, and bacon at the continental breakfast but sadly they did not during our stay, and we waited around an hour at 8:30am to see if anything would get changed out, but they did not. I think our stay would have been 10/10 if the room had been cleaned and we got biscuits and gravy!

"Convenient, clean, but no grab bars in shower"
This location Is convenient to the Westchase and Eldridge Corridor areas of Houston. I stay here several times a year. It's clean and comfortable. They provide a decent breakfast. There are no grab bars in the shower, though. I am a senior with mobility issues, so this is a small problem for me.

"Not Up to Par"
Looks good on the outside, the lobby is nicely appointed. Got in to our room which had a persistent odor of a dirty diaper. When we entered the bathroom for the first time the toilet seat was up and there was a drop of urine on the toilet rim. There was no extra toilet paper in the room. and no laundry bags. When we asked about them we were offered trash can liners. The breakfast was not impressive. One packet of oatmeal available, an empty chafing dish, and styrofoam everywhere - plates, bowls, cups. Even had plastic silverware for serving utensils. When we asked what was missing for the empty chafing dish, we were told tortillas to make breakfast burritos. The employee claimed to have been really busy. Mind you there was one other couple in the breakfast area. A few minutes later she brought one tortilla to our table, it wasn't even warm. Lots of paper, computer generated signage throughout the hotel, seemed very cheap and tacky.

"HELD HOSTAGE with no way out!!!"
My reservation was mishandled (requested a roll in shower room, but one was not available), so I had to wait about 3 hours before I was placed in one. When the ventilation wasn't working the house keeper attempted to help, but the evening front desk person was non-responsive and rude. I was told that a repair person was not on duty and that nothing would be done to address the issue until Monday! I checked in on a Friday! They refused to give me a name of a manager and said I could leave. As a senior citizen, disabled and visiting without a car I had no way to move. There was a hotel next door, but I am too disabled to even move there. I was stuck and they offered me nothing to compensate for the inconvenience I experienced. I was there for a meeting so the conference folks arranged for the hotel. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast because I was not told that one was available. I will NEVER stay at a BW property again. If you need to pay for a completely terrible weekend please stay here! The overall service in this place is a joke!

"Our three day visit to Houston"
We have travelled all over the world, and stayed at many Best Western properties, but found this one to be a cut above the rest. We had a King Bed Suite and you could not ask for more, the bed was like sleeping in heaven. The rooms where well serviced and immaculately cleaned. Would recommend this property to everyone. The only fault we found was the breakfast and its lack of choice, very limited. But overall 5 star for us.

"Good Westchase Location And A Good Bargain, But Could Be Better"
On my latest Houston trip, this new building off of Westheimer looked good on the website, and so, I decided to make this my place for the excursion. Check-in went well with Sonia up front and did very well. She actually had upgraded my room selection to a suite, without changing the charge. That was a really good deal. Room was fantastic, with all the amenities at my disposal. Decent shower with a good shower message choice. Be careful in this shower, however; it was real slick and I couldn't do a lot of moving around while in it. Bed was pretty nice and I got good sleep both nights. And although I had initial trouble getting the alarm clock set, the attendant downstairs was willing to step in and help. Their location in the Westchase area is very good, not far from the West Sam Houston Tollway, and with hundreds of restaurants within a five-mile radius. The price for my stay was worth it, even for points. What brings this rating down, however, were two things: In the workout room, there is no stationary bike. It had the other trappings, but not the bike. That part disappointed me. In the lobby, the TV was tuned to CNN (Seriously???) the entire time I was there, even while the hometown Astros were playing. It remained only on that channel, and I really don't know why. They need to change the channel, preferably to something more reasonable and friendlier for guests (a local station, perhaps, just to give it a local feel). Overall, the service and room made for a good experience. If they can just change those few things I mentioned, then I'll definitely be back sooner rather than later.

"Good Hotel"
The first room we were given had an awful odor and no satellite signal on the tv and was given another room very quickly with no problems. The hot breakfast was great. I would recommend this hotel. Thanks
"Great place at a good price"
Nice hotel at a good price with super attentive staff. The hotel is nice. The staff are friendly and attentive and truly care about your experience. The breakfast was fresh, well stocked and tasty. I would stay here again.
"great hotel"
Staff was excellent, not only helpful but very friendly; breakfast was very good; room was quiet and spacious; price was reasonable; location was ideal for shopping, restaurants, sights, nearby highways; good value.
"Based on reviews, expected better"
The hotel is clearly new, well located with a varied and tasty breakfast. However, I was surprised by a few things: despite the hotel being new, we had problems in our bathroom that were never resolved even after requesting maintenance. One day of our stay, our room was not finished after cleaning. More minor: I found it odd that there was no complementary water bottle in the room as one would find in most new hotels - apparently Wednesdays are a free happy hour, where free beer and wine are presented, but a single bottle of water must be purchased. Overall, the stay was decent, but we would likely stay elsewhere on our next visit.

"Smelly room and disappointng breakfast"
The room wasn't dirty but it smelled funny. I had to clean the entire content of my luggage upon arriving home as the smell had attached itself to every piece of clothing that has been in that room. The breakfast is for some reason served on all styrofoam one-use plates, cups and cutlery. Extremely disappointing as it shows complete disregard to the environment. Unbelievable that any hotel operates like this in 2019. Also. All the breakfast options were high sugar options. The pancake blend you use is inedible. Also, for anyone who wants to have their bagels with anything else than butter, jam or scrambled eggs, there are no options. The first night of my stay I was woken up at 1.30am by another guest trying to unlock the door to the room I was staying in. The other guest's key had my room number on it and was standing there luggage in hand ready to check in to my room. Very uncomfortable situation to be woken up to as a woman traveling alone. The reception picked up the phone 1 out of 4 times I called. The rooms don't have a safe. The rooms are poorly insolated and have microwaves. One of the evenings my room smelled like I was staying in a soup kitchen as the hotel guest next door was cooking.

"Good hotel let down by some staff"
Computer issues at the hotel really caused us undue stress and concern and the lady we dealt with, Crystal, was incompetant and unhelpful. On check-in, 4 April, our card was swiped. Days 3 and 4 our card had to be swiped again due to computer problems. Following day after check-in our room was not made up. Enquired to be told this was normal and it would be made up the next day, it wasn't. Went down to desk to report it but nothing could be done as cleaning staff had left. They gave us clean towels and toiletries. Room was made up on the following days. On checkout, 10 April, we were told they couldn't give us an invoice due to printer problems and they would email it to us. The following day, we were now in Austin, we checked our card statement to find we had been charged almost double what we were meant to be charged. Phoned the hotel and spoke to a lady who said we had checked in on 6 April, 2 days later than we had actually checked in, and said something about being charged a no show. She couldn't work it out and would get Crystal to phone us the next day. No call from Crystal, we had to phone her. She said "that was the charge and we had to get our bank to release the money". We phoned Customer Service to see if they could get to the bottom of it. This lady, also Crystal, managed to sort things out, but we never heard back from Crystal at the hotel. The hotel room and breakfast were both good. We would like to report back direct to BW but the survey has closed.

"Not up to PLUS standards"
We usually stay at Best Western Plus hotels and have stayed at this location previous but this time it seemed several issues were not up to their normal standard. The bath was not really clean, especially the shower. The room itself was rush cleaned since we caught the maid on the phone and she took her time getting off it before finishing the effort while we stood at the door.

"Nice hotel!"
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. I checked in on 3/20/19 and checked out 3/24/19. Overall I liked the hotel Crystal was very helpful in assisting me in my stay needs. I really enjoyed the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. I would definitely consider staying here again.

"Not meeting expectations..."
This had to be among one of the worst hotel stays our family has had in a long while. The free breakfast was late according to posted times and it was not comparable to other Best Western Plus hotels. The hot water took 20 minutes to heat up before we were able to shower. The bathroom tub was dirty and was not clean even after our request was made know to management.

"A great hotel for a great price!"
Clean room and bath, comfy bed, super breakfast (with eggs and sausage patties and gravy with biscuits), and it's off the main road so you don't get the traffic sounds drifting through the window. Very friendly staff! A+
"Poor Service and unclean room"
Room was not clean. Urine and feces in the toilet. Had to sleep on the couch since late check in. No one attempted to contact.e clean the room after reporting the issue. Took pictures of the room if needed
"Worth it"
Sharon was amazing in helping me check in. The hotel was always clean and I really liked the modern touch. It was open and airy. Housekeeping was spot on, I never ran out of towels. The only reason they didn't get a 5 star from me was because the room had a slight smell. it wasn't too bad, but still noticeable to me. Smelled like water.
"great stay at BW Houston"
Clean and nice room. Especially enjoyed a breakfast in the monring before I move to customer meeting. Checked in & out time was fast and very kind. I really enjoyed at Best Western Houston. I would recommend you to visit here.
"Very comfortable"
The room was nicely appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was roomy and had a nice walk-in shower. The towels were above average in quality for a motel. Good flatscreen TV. Breakfast was tasty and had a good variety. This place exceeded my expectations.
"Nice staff, but needs maintenance"
I stay here all the time. I love the staff. They are always super friendly and helpful. However, the place needs a serious facelift and cleaning. The rooms sometimes smell like whatever cleaner they use to hide the awful smells produced by the previous guest, and there is a lot of damage and age that needs to be addressed. The price is pretty good. If the place would be overhauled, I would give it five stars.
"Not good"
We choose the hotel as it was advertised as a "new" hotel. Extremely misleading the hotel is not new, it smells as dog urine, and poop all over. According to the front desk they changed the hotel name that is why is considered a "new" hotel. The first room they gave us when we opened the room it smelled so so bad like wet dog, urine ...it was truly disturbing. We rented 2 other rooms, we had to purchase cleaning supplies lot of lysol to mask the bad nasty odors. Additionally it was raining when you come in to the hotel the front door the roof was leaking and the floor was all wet. Front desk there was towels on the floor not sure if they were covering wet floors. Truly do not recommended hotel at all. If you are going to accept pets, you need to ensure that cleanliness is above and beyond standards. Additionally would recommend hard surfaces flooring vs carpet for easy cleaning and maintenance. Note to management shame on YOU

"For a funeral"
The stay was really nice. Rooms are clean, staff very friendly and accommodating. Only thing on check out no receipt and thought I received an e-mail of receipt but not one sent to e-mail. Overall very satisfied with the stay. Well lite parking area, and security. loved the colors and relaxing atmosphere of the lobby area. It was very welcoming to us on entering.
"Nice Houston Overnight"
Stayed overnight on the way home from a road trip. This was a nice and modern looking property. Wasn't aware it was previously a Country Inn. The rates were very good. Hot breakfast included, not just continental. The room had many convenient outlets for recharging electronics, a plus. And also a small refrigerator and microwave. The shower was modern but had a couple of issues. The half-panel glass can allow water to splash out. A steamy bathroom too. Also, the shower pan was creaky when stepping around. The location was good and easy to navigate around. The property is a very good value and will be on our list for the future.
"Clean & new "
Hotel was very clean, nice, & new. I'm super picky about hotels and was very pleased with our stay. They offered breakfast but we didn't have time to stay and eat. Would definitely stay at this location again. Great price, great service, great facility.
"A Night in Houston"
You seldom go wrong with Quality Inn. This place is located about a block from Wilcrest & Westheimer Rd, in the "Westchase" area, on Hayes St. It's so close to loads of food places on Westheimer and a shopping center. The lobby is nice and the area used for the breakfast is quite spacious. They served eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals and other standard breakfast food. It was good. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom area with a shower. A good night in Houston.
"Great value"
One of the best value hotels I have stayed in. large, super clean room, desk with good lighting. Large comfy bed, and a good complimentary breakfast. Fridge in the room to keep the leftovers of large meals from the many nearby restaurants
