Best Western Premier Ashton Suites-Willowbrook

Nice comfy bedding, bigger room, nicer soap however given this is a BW Premier this is not good enough. Would rather have stayed in the BW Plus for another night. Left over food in the fridge (was it ever cleaned?). No toilet role (had to ask at the front desk). Toilet lid wouldn't stay up. We asked for a ground floor room but was told the hotel was full so got put on the 4th floor. Judging by the cars and people in and around the hotel there is no way it was full. They just wanted everyone on a single floor to save the cleaning staff. Small TV. The TVs in BW + are larger. Went down to breakfast at 0840 (it finished at 0900), the hot food burners had already been turned off and contents were sparse and were not being replenished despite 5 people coming down after us. We both asked for an omelette that included cheese. There was no cheese and the omelette was over cooked despite me indicating it was ready to put on my plate. Won't be back

This is my go to hotel when in Houston. I've stayed here five times in the last two years and every time it was a good experience. A newer hotel in a quiet area with a friendly staff. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Their prices are good too. I highly recommend this hotel. And if you're looking for some good Tex-Mex, there is an El Tiempo Cantina at vintage park just up the freeway about four miles.

Pro's: -The rooms were very clean -Beds were very comfortable -Location for us was great CON's: -Staff was unfriendly -Lightning in rooms was very dim -Towels, unacceptable! They were old and worn, had holes in them, could see through them from wear and tear -Only 2 towels in room when 3 people were staying, a hassle to get more towels -Had to ask for sheets and pillow for the 3rd guest for sofa bed, getting the pillow was tough! -No alarm clock in room, requested one and never received one -Requested extra hangers, none ever came, very frustrating to hang up our wedding attire -Sofa bed had crumbs in it when we pulled it out -Sofa bed was all springs, very uncomfortable -Lobby bathrooms were always closed!!!! When asked about this we were told to use our room -Breakfast was very limited, stale, and not worth even going to, waste of money

Great hotel and clean rooms in a quiet part of town. The team was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good but it could use a little better variety and the need to reopen their bar in the lounge

Great customer service and the front desk staff are very friendly. The hotel is clean, and my room was clean. The hotel is quiet, which is a plus when you are trying to work and sleep. The breakfast at this location is not bad, and the hotel is walking distance to restaurants, including a great steak house. I have stayed here before for business trips to Houston, and have no plans to stay anywhere else on future trips.

It was a great experience. We stayed with Best Western first time and surely we going to use in the future when we travel. It's close to mall and lot of restaurant choice near by. Our Room was big and clean and staff was very nice, my family enjoyed stay with them and they offer good hot breakfast which is most important for us.

Great place to stay, easy access to major highways and shopping areas were readily accessible. We really enjoyed out stay and will be reserving rooms at this location again. We plan to make this location our primary Best Western to stay at while we are here in Houston, Texas.

We like this place and also it's near to our business area. We feel safe and they have security in the night time. They have good staff they are very helpful for us. We recommend this place and we use this for our future trip for business.

Everything was great with the exception of the breakfast! It tasted old and microwaved. You can't take food to your room and that was extreme considering how much you pay to stay! The housekeeping ladies balanced everything out! They were amazing! They literally smile while doing their jobs all day! They're the real VIPS in that hotel!

Rooms are clean and spacious. The manager is rude. Hot breakfast is a joke. Rude cleaning lady tries to make some stuff. No bar. Lobby area is always closed outside of breakfast time. Bad smell when you walk into the lobby. No view.

This was a very big disappointment for us. Best Western has been our go to brand but this one is not deserving of that. The beds were like rocks. We had ants invade our bed. I had to e-mail pictures to the front desk to get the room changed! The traffic noise kept us awake. The breakfast was the worst I've ever had at a Best Western. Dry eggs, what tasted like leftover sausage (also dry) , soggy potatoes but the coffee was good. I don't recommend this hotel.

This place is next to a Gentlemen's Club. Not a place for my wife and young daughters. They wanted to charge $7 a night extra for my 15 year old. Even though I had already shared their ages when I booked the room. Management refused to accept the online price. We walked away. The online price should be honored. Stay Away

This place is a hidden gem,kinda off the beaten path but you will be hard pressed to find nicer rooms for less money. The staff is friendly and more than happy to help. I have been many times and almost regret posting this as more people will find out about it.

All staff was friendly and helpful. Someone was always at the front desk to help. Room was clean and a larger than expected. Grounds and lobby were clean and inviting. Comfortable bed. Will definitely stay again.

Average hotel. A no frills place to crash and get breakfast. Rooms outdated, not a USB to be found (just kidding check behind the TV or if the alarm clock has one). Carpet even older. Two cigarette burns on carpet. Shower handle cover broken. Window screen broken & bottom window locking mechanism. Was told "can't take food to go" but we did anyway. Pool outside very small and empty with stagnant water. Construction across street shakes the bed. Slow 3Mbps internet often disconnects. Odd smell in room (construction/paint). Call at 10:50am to check out at 11 (never experienced this, leaves negative last impression). $50 hold in case something happens. Very adiment about if kids or other people will be in room, almost like an investigation guilty until proven innocent the next day. Seems like lots of rules and trying to nickel/dime. That adult store is down the street on the corner, not too close. Not sure why this is a Premier location. Overall decent hotel if you want a reasonable price, don't have kids and don't expect extras. I read the other reviews before deciding to come here. Normally I don't go in depth but decided to see how accurate the reviews were. It's interesting the owner replies defensively, we'll see what we get here. Also the owner "I can't be contacted after 5pm" per one of the reviews.. yeah as owner/GM you have to be available 24/7. If you can't maybe the hotel industry isn't for you.

That is the most rude place I have ever been I have no customer skills and the night stuff lady goes on The couch in the eating room and sleeps snores over the television if you ask her something it a attitude because you are Disturbing her beauty sleep The man worker that work there and his two kids at work with him Christmas day playing with toys in the lobby area he must have been someone because he could do what he and his kids could to I know they have cameras that you can go back and look at and see me my husband we're going outside all night never even have a tobacco products I have stayed at Best western before many times and no one has never said that I smoked in the world no one has ever told me what I did when I say I did and tell me that I was a liar liar wow My deposit was stolen by the front desk saying that I smoked in room when everyone that works there saw me and my husband going outside all night to smoke as in the daytime we went to visit family and was not at hotel rude is a understatement for the way I was talked to after calling for my deposit being stolen the man let me know that he was keeping it and that there was nothing I could do will as soon as the holiday are done am going to make sure the world knows that if they see you going outside they will than steal your money and say that there is nothing you can do I didn't smoke in that building and the money that was stolen I want back all black are not what you may think we are people and if you don't want black peoples in your hotel I can go elsewhere I have stayed at best Western numerous of times I have never had this happen to me this is not the end of it I want my money back I did not smoke and you will not steal my money that I work hard for

Clerk Jigisha charge my kids extra on our 2nd night but refused to serve us breakfast. My 7year old had a glass of orange juice at the front desk she refused him the drink. I call for the manager he refused to see or talk with us. Can someone please look into it.

My check in was quick it only took 5 or 10 minutes max and put me on the floor that I asked for the lobby was very clean and neat reception lady was very polite and courteous fast check in the room smelled clean was the first thing I noticed very pleasant

Not a good hotel, staff were very rude, parking lot was full of trash, but the worst thing was the breakfast. It was THE WORST breakfast in any Best Western hotels I have ever visited!! They gave us one small plate where hot items were cold and disgusting, slice of bread was as dry as if it was left overnight after being toasted. Waffle batter felt like they had added water in it, no oatmeal, no fruits, absolutely horrible experience

Very lovely space with a clean look and smell. Very spacious rooms that were quiet and nice a breakfast area. I just wish I could have slept, but the bed was so hard I was struggling all night. Even tried to use the couch cushions (nice lounge space in the room) but that didn't help. Also, breakfast was only available until 9:00 and they had run out of most of the food by then.

very clean atmosphere bed is very comfortable warning they charge a extra $7 for kids 17 years old wont be back if they continue to charge for kids that's in high school front desk said anyone over the age of 12 is considered a adult

Upon arrival, the outside was in shambles. Weeds growing over the curbs, trash can overflowing, water fountain barely had enough water to make all the features work. Overlook all that and the outside is very nice and clean looking as the hotel is fairly new. Once inside all was well in the lobby/breakfast area; clean, neat and orderly. Checkin was smooth and quick and we proceeded to our room. Elevator and halls were great. Upon entering our room we were greeted with an alarming stench that we couldn't peg down what it smelled like. Fortunately you get accustomed to it within a few minutes and you don't notice it. We would get aggravated with the smell every time we'd get back to the room but I didn't feel like complaining and moving rooms. Once when attempting to go up on the side elevator, the door got stuck and would not open, turned a blind eye to it and just used the main elevator from then on. Swimming pool area is all good. Plenty of area to move around and plenty of tables and chairs. Water burned the eyes a bit, but hey it's a public pool. Note, there is an adult entertainment venue and tavern across the street. There were no incidents or issues because of this, but some may want to be aware.

Manager changed reservation upon check in & charged me for 4 extra adults ($28/day) despite advertising that kids 12 & under stayed free. Service desk called manager several times and despite him being on property he refused to explain why reservation was changed. Chef & housekeeping were great. If it wasn't for management & extra charges, my family and I would have stayed here again.

Great size rooms and great location with shopping and restaurants near by. Very young staff but they handled themselves well. My only beef is the hot breakfast is only waffles and you have to eat it in the lobby. Can't go to your room. And only keurig coffee at this hotel which is brutal.

My a/c broke and I needed somewhere cool to stay and came across this beautiful Best Western Premier hotel. The decor is very modern and the hotel is clean and the rooms are a very nice size I was so impressed I booked an extra night. It's close to restaurants and shopping. All at a decent price.

Hotel staff was friendly, helpful and understanding. Nice lobby, outside pool area Larger Pool so kids liked that. Parking lot was patroled by local police regularly so that was anxiety busterPleanty of Lighting and smaller lot size so felt safer when having to run out to your vehicle! They also had a pretty cool vending area, like a small store with microwavable foods, Ramen Noodles, Ice Cream Bars, Soda, and of course Candy. That was another big winner with the kiddos. We were in the queen suite, ample room for a family of 5, teenagers, enough said! Book ahead of time I did notice for those to were walking in there weren't too many options left, they get filled up quick, thank goodness I reserved ahead of time. Okay so the Galleria Mall of Willowbrook is literally 1-2 city Blocks away! Sooooo needless to say High fives from the crew but what was also nice is that there were other options besides the mall, thrift stores, nice throfts too. Forgot to pack swimsuit, I know, I know. Resturants close by, grocery stores. easy access on and off Interstate. Overall Winner for this Frugal Mammy, Vactions are not Cheap!!! Affordable, comfortable lodging is half the battle. $50 deposit upon arrival, but returned immediatly after checkout. Very fast transaction, other locations took a few days, some I'm still waiting for the funds to return. Didn't plan for deposits at hotels but duely noted for next time. My family will definitely be staying again when down that way again! Thanks Guys!

While the hotel is new, the service was terrible. During check-in, the manager charged us an extra charge to our minor son who was staying in the room with us. Expedia said Best Western should not have charged us extra for a minor child but the manager refused to refund us. Their laundry facilities were broken, but there was no out of order sign. The same rude manager tried to get the washing machine to work and got our clothes wet. He refunded us the coins for the machine and laundry then then we were left with wet dirty clothes. He did not offer to laundry our clothes in the hotel laundry facilities. Breakfast was terrible. A brown bag filled with cheap muffin bites, a granola bar, and green bananas. The worst hospitality I've every had. I will never stay at Best Western brand hotel again. If their premier property is this terrible, I shutter to think what the regular properties are like.

It was nice and clean and we have enjoyed our stay. lot of restaurant and shopping option near by. This was our first time to Houston and we like it. We will stay back if we going to come back to Houston.

This is a fabulous luxury hotel at a budget price. Very spacious rooms, near lots of dining and shopping. Excellent guest service. The only downfall at all was the proximity to the gentleman's club across the street, but if I hadn't drove past it I wouldnt have known it was there.

The property and the room is clean and well maintained. The front desk staff are helpful, friendly and courteous. The location is easy to find and is close to restaurants, gas stations and major streets. Access on and off the freeway is easy. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed provided a good night of sleep. The room rate was quite reasonable.

This hotel is very well lit at night, they had Two off duty police officers on duty all night. We felt very safe and secure in spite of rioting in town. This hotel is fantastic! The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the hotel had every detail we could have asked for at a wonderful price! Keurig coffee makers in every room, as well as in the hotel lobby! The outdoor pool was very clean! The entire hotel was extremely clean and very nice! I have zero complaints and we will return here if ever in the Houston area again!

Enjoyable stay during the pandemic with all the restrictions that are in place by gov. Very comfortable beds and staff is very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to staying again when they are able to have all the "extra" services running again.

The people who run this hotel sure know how to make you feel at home. I would stay here instead of my own house if I had that kinda money. The breakfast is above average as hotels go and they make fresh omelettes to order! YUM!

Business stay for Thanksgiving week. Good staff and comfortable room. Electrical outlets were assessable throughout room regardless of your location. Overall satisfied with my stay and will come back.

I've never had such a terrible customer service experience as I did with this hotel. I was made to feel unwelcome due to the hostility I faced from the front desk staff. It's a shame that businesses feel like they are entitled to treat hard-working people this way as they fear no consequence. This has marred by trip to Houston, and I will avoid staying at Best Westerns from now on. I've never had a negative experience with hotel staff in the many hotels I've frequented throughout the years. We arrived in Houston late last night and a friend reserved a suite at this hotel for us in an act of kindness (a suite with two queen beds). He drove us to the hotel to check us in, provided his identification, signed the paperwork, and took his leave. The girl working at the front desk gave us our keycards (3 of them for the 3 of us). We even asked her if the coffee/tea downstairs was complementary (which she confirmed was) before taking our leave to the room. Bear in mind, it was very late at this time and the girl had checked us in with no issues. Now, come the next day, we head out to explore the city and then arrive at the hotel again. As we're entering, we stop at the lobby to make some coffee, when the girl at the front desk approaches us and makes us feel unwelcome. She asks what room we're staying in a hostile way, as if we just decided to trespass and free-load even though she had seen us leave beforehand. I was traveling with my elderly parents and they felt very uncomfortable by her rude questioning. She then returns and asks me how many "of us" are staying at the hotel. I reply that we are 3 guests in total. She then comes back and tells us that the reservation was only made for one person, so there shouldn't be three of us. I tell her that the three of us had checked in late last night, gotten three keycards, spoken to the girl at the front desk, and weren't informed of any discrepancy with the booking. She doesn't respond after that, and we head upstairs, upset by that encounter. She then calls the room and tells my father to head down to the front desk. He tells her that we're busy at the moment and would be free later. We get ready to leave to an prior engagement, and as we're passing by the lobby, we notice that it's quite busy. We have no time to spare so we decide to speak with them when we return. Some time passes and we return to the hotel to find that they locked us out of our rooms. The girl at the front desk tells us we need to pay for the extra people and refuses to acknowledge her responsibility in matter as she's the one who checked us in without a hitch. We tried to explain that we weren't informed of this during check-in but she refuses to listen to us and insists that unless someone swipes a card for 42 dollars then we won't be able to get back into our room. When we ask to speak to the manager, Modi, she says that she's doing this at his behest but we can do what we want tomorrow. She doesn't even have the basic decency to apologize for the confusion or the mix-up, and just insists that we swipe or not get access to our room (which still has all of our things). My elderly parents were so upset by this and my mother's blood pressure rose. We had no choice but to give her the card to swipe and she finally gave us the new hotel keys. I'm appalled by this utter lack of decency and basic morality. What kind of establishment treats it's paying customers in this way? I urge everyone to avoid this hotel in favor of one that respects its customers and treats them with basic human decency and kindness.

Did not stay at this hotel, it use to be very nice however I don't know if it's under new management or they are hard up for money? however I was charged $32 for free breakfast that my guest and I never woke up early enough to even eat!? When I called about this charge the person on the phone was rude and dismissive and I am yet to hear from management, so wth that being said I will never stay at another best western again and anyone that chooses to stay there triple check your account fraudulent charges.

The complimentary breakfast is excellent. Omelet cooked to order. They need to switch out that incredibly thin bacon. They have at least 3 t.v. s on in the breakfast area. They should turn on the closed caption because the sound is not on.They could use a jacuzzi poolside. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Lobby and main areas are well kept. Breakfast is delish! The bed was great. Plush and a little luxurious. Bathroom was clean, great showerhead. You get a fresh remote for the t.v. which has premium channels included. Keurug coffee in the room and lobby. Pool area was nice. I had no complaints, and that's a rare thing for this very particular lady. Uninviting bathrooms, carpet, and the bedding are my deal breakers. They got 5 starts in all three!

I booked two nights through Hotwire and had an emergency. I left within the first two hours of my stay and wanted to cancel the second night. The first receptionist I spoke to at 2 a.m. said she cancelled the second night and could have refunded me if I would have booked it directly with the hotel. However, the second receptionist, Joe, refused to allow me to check out or give me a refund for the second night. He also was argumentative, defensive and did not treat us professionally. Hotwire tried to get a refund approval but Joe said no and later would not let us talk to the manager. This manager was said to come at 7 a.m. and was impossible to contact. When we called back to talk to the manager we were told by Joe that he would call us "soon" and was very vague about the timing. It is not even about the money at this point but more about the way we were treated during this process. We do not recommend Best Western Premier Ashton Suites-Willowbrook to anyone and do not wish for anyone else to go through this in the future. If there was an option for 0 stars, I would have chosen it.

\\took 2.5 hrs to check in, they would not accept any of my credit cards or debit cards for the deposit[ i had already fully paid for the room in advance. Told me there was problems with my cards, called my bank who made it clear the issue was on the hotels end, but the hotel were not willing to be flexible or take any responsibility for glitches with their machine. Needed cash at the end, so they sent me to the strip club across the street for an atm which would have cost 10$ for withdrawal - since they said no atms are close by without a car. Did not offer to drive me anywhere to an atm, so i walked for about 1km to a gas station for an atm. Walked back and paid the deposit - was not offered any compensation for the issues. At check out they did not return my deposit of $50. Waiting on it to be shipped but have yet to have a reply to my email sent to the address they told me to contact. Overall an absolute mess and really disappointing experience.

Good ambiance and value for money,however pick up and drop to be provided for 5 miles area. Restaurant need to be operational urgently. Pool has lot of chlorine ,need to be controlled properly everyday. More vegetarian b/fast options need to be provided

I stayed on this hotel from July 18th thru July 22nd and experienced the worst customer service ever. No room cleaning. Rude front desk manager with the worst customer service. Don't waste your money on this property. It is no where close to two star rating. Stay away

Convenient to the airport and for my meetings, the location was great. Rooms were spacious and new, and the pool was nice, warm and empty. Breakfast offered a MTO omelette station, and the highlight was really the friendly, helpful and smiling staff.

This is a great location right by the highway! It was very clean and the public areas were pretty. The room was spacious! The omelet station was a great treat for my husband. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in Houston.

Stayed in this city couple of times and first time staying in the Best Western Premier, room was quite spacious very nice and clean gym. Great to for my morning work out before breakfast. Staffs are pretty helpful!

Have stayed here several times when in town to visit my granddaughter. Clean, friendly, and good location. Great price. The breakfast is always appealing and I have never encountered a staff member that was not friendly.

Great hotel to stay at. Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable and the breakfast was great. Outside security person not only watches out for your vehicle but also helps out if you have any issues. Gym is not bad either. The bar was a bit small but your first drink is free and its nicely stocked

I was charged $50 because I removed my makeup with a hand towel! They said they couldn't remove the stain so they charged me $50 on my card!!! I do not recommend this hotel. I'm a very dissatisfied customer.

Great hotel with home stay feeling. Rooms are big and clean. The gym is well equipped with treadmill, cycling machine, weights and pull down. Staffs are very helpful and friendly too. Will visit again soon :)

It has been quite a while since I have been absolutely please with everything. However my recent visit to the Best Western Premier-Ashton was excellent. The front desk clerk (Bri) was respectful, helpful, pleasant, and made my stay there very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this location to others, and I would recommend Bri for an advance of some sort.

This was a wonderful trip we had to Houston for a wedding and this is a amazing place to stay , friendly staff and clean clean rooms. Everything you could ever need in a hotel. the breakfast omelet bar was wonderful. the rooms were real comfortable and the bed was amazing.

Great hotel. Clean and comfortable. I would recommend for sure! The location was great. The decor is modern. The room came with everything we needed. We recommended to our in town friends to have guests stay at that hotel if needed in the future.

The rooms are very nice, the staff is efficient and friendly, the building interior is very nicely appointed, the exterior is well maintained, and the TV service is much broader than I am used to finding. The breakfast is complimentary and the service is over the top with made to order eggs and omelets as well as fresh fruit and every other option that you will find at any establishment, served by staff that make you very comfortable.

Nice location, the room was perfect. Near mall and movie theater and close in interstate. The amenities were nice. Most of the staff was nice and accommodating. As a Diamond Select member I was not recognized or greeted when checking in, only asked if I was checking in. Breakfast food ran out before breakfast was over.

We arrived early for check in on Sunday morning and Sydney was exceptional! There was a mix up with our reservation, but Sydney quickly resolved it. She was terrific! The room is clean and spacious. Only wish the closet was bigger. It is tiny and not accommodating for an extended stay. It's as if the closet was an afterthought. Breakfast is complimentary and has plenty of choices.

Excellent nights stay and breakfast. Would definitely stay again! I lost my I.D. in my car and needed it to utilize my rewards points. The young lady helping me went above and beyond to call her supervisor and then corporate in order to get approval for me to use the I.D. that I did have. Very impressed with the service and the room!

location is great, during check in the guy was fantastic, breakfast is okay, rooms are extremely clean, the view is terrible but was staying for a business matter so that really was no big deal. Overall stay was perfect. I'd recommend staying here.

This Best Western has excellent service and the beds are outstanding. Easy to get a good night sleep. Breakfast is ok better than HI or Hampton but not a full service Breakfast, Excellent staff and very accommodating. I plan on staying there many times in the next year.

This is a very nice hotel. it is close to the mall but not that close where you have trouble getting out to the street. lots of great places to eat and shop in walking distance. even though it is close to the freeway you cant hear the freeway. Breakfast is awsome! I love real bacon and they have real bacon! they also have an omelet bar that is made to order.

Like me, you may have turned up your nose at the Best Western brand. If you are ever in this part of Houston, let me invite you to change your mind. This is undoubtedly the finest three-star hotel of its kind I've ever stayed in. The hotel is nearly brand new, spacious, quiet and friendly. As others have mentioned, the breakfasts are terrific! I stayed here not quite three weeks due to a business obligation and would have stayed longer if they had my room available. As circumstances had it, I had to switch to another hotel across the highway and was highly disappointed.There were a couple of minor annoyances, but they were minor and did not impact my stay at all. When you stay nearly three weeks in a hotel, you tend to pick at little details. But across the board, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone searching in the area. Modern, clean, secure, friendly, and excellent services and amenities make this a terrific choice.

Very clean, friendly staff. Great breakfast provided. The beds were a little hard for my preference, otherwise a very nice place to stay. Price was comparable to surrounding hotels in the area. Lots of restaurant's close by along with a large shopping mall.

I want to say the the Bestwestern Willowbrook has been comfortable and clean I recommend this hotel to the World, the staff is friendly and caring for the last two years 3 weeks each year this has been home

Just visited Houston this past weekend. Spent 3 nights at the hotel. The room was perfect for a family of 5. Breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would visit again if in the area.

Stayed here 6 nights and was sorry to leave. The room is big, comfortable and clean. They have real dishes for breakfast. Claudia makes individual omelets. The orange juice is fresh squeezed. I only like fruit and cereal. Since we were generally the last of the breakfast people, Claudia would replenish the fruit for me. Heads up to other adult cereal eaters. The don't have raisin bran like every other Best Western/Holiday Inn or Choice hotel we have stayed at. When I inquired they said their regulars don't like raisin bran. Fortunately, I carry my favorite cereal with me. If we are ever in this area of Houston again, I would stay here. The area is really far from downtown. We were at a family event in the area and didn't know that the tourist stuff was so far away until we went. That said, everything is could possibly want is a 5 minute drive. There are lots of malls in the area.

The past weekend we had 10 travel softball players at the hotel. There was no hot water for almost 24 hours and the guest laundry was broken with no sign on the door. There was no manager presence at the hotel. There is a lack of leadership at this hotel.

There was a power outage late Friday night and nothing was communicated from the front desk. Then this affected the hot water, so we could not take hot showers the entire next day. Even when it was repaired, the water still was not hot. We were there for softball and the washing machine was not working to wash uniforms. Poor communication from staff on the ongoing issues...power outage, hot water, the washer was broken.

No Hot Water!! Could not talk to a manager asked multiple time to have manager call me. They played it off trying to get us to forget about it. Help kept saying sorry I was busy.. Do not waste your time or money on this hotel.

Very comfortable hotel. Kitchenettes are available, cook to order breakfast is excellent, small bar & grill for a simple meal and drink at night and good service. I am extending my stay while there on business.

The room and bed were extremely comfortable. The bartender was exceptionally friendly and made a fantastic cocktail. Breakfast is top shelf with the omelet station. Great bacon, and fruit were readily replenished.

Super clean, very friendly staff, best breakfast in town, beds too firm for me but the wife & daughter liked them, plenty of space in the room, tv included HBO. Did I mention it had the best breakfast? Seriously.. Texas shaped waffles with a heart shaped BW log, an made to order omelet station :-) and scrambled eggs and eggs with potatoes and cheese. On the second morning, had seasoned potatoes instead of plain hash browns. We haven't seen anything like this anywhere else a breakfast is included. Awesome hotel... we've already booked another stay even though there are lots of options in the Houston area.

My husband and I were visiting Houston last weekend and stayed at this hotel. It appears to be very new as everything was very pretty. We stayed on the 3rd floor. It was very quiet! The front desk representatives were very courteous and friendly! The bed was VERY comfortable. The room was large! The breakfast buffet was excellent - they had HOT plates which was wonderful. The selection of the food was varied and all of it was very hot and very good. Would definitely stay there again!

when I arrived here form south Carolina the hotel staff was very friendly .. Christina Garcia was amazing in getting me transportation , my mail from home delivered here with no problem. rooms were always cleaned to perfection. I'm here for a month1/2 and couldn't be more satisfied with my stay here.

When I made my reservations, 3 days before arrival, everything was fine. When I went to check-in everything went down hill. I was paying for the rooms with travel cards that I received from best western. And the overall problem was, they DID NOT WANT ME TO USE THEM. I spoke with the manager on the phone and she was contradicting what the front desk lady was telling me. I don't know if they were playing " good cop bad cop" or what. The hotel was nice but the front desk service needs a LOT of improvement.

Excellent hotel and location, we have family in Houston and our family always stays here. I'm sad to say this will be our last stay, due to hotel no longer offers complimentary breakfast. Now charging $12.00 and it is not listed online when you book your room..

I've book About 10 rooms at this hotel for family functions and they always enjoyed the stay, until July 22,2017, now they have you to pay $12 dollars for breakfast and you might not eat that much.....PRICE TO HIGH, when it was free with hotel rental.

Very nice hotel. Fairly new facilities. Good price. Stayed a couple of nights while we were having repairs done in our house. We used the fitness room and the swimming pool. I have no complaints. I would definitely stay there again.

We only got to stay one night but the service, spaciousness of the room and comfort of the bed let us know we will be back. We didn't opt for the breakfast but it all looked delicious. I did think that $13.00 for breakfast was a bit high, but I am not familiar with pricing in that area of Houston

My one night in Houston turned into a four night stay, but I must say that I couldn't have been any happier at any other hotel. The staff at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The ladies behind the check in counter were so helpful. Christina got an uber driver for me to get to a nearby mall while my husband was working and she and the other girl were very helpful and informative about local restaurants. Their breakfast was very good and Dressy is the girl that would tend to me in the morning for breakfast. She was a absolute doll. So very sweet and friendly. The hotel is very very clean! I cannot say enough of how well they keep the place clean. Our room was spotless and our bed was so very comfortable. Thank you to these wonderful people who made my stay much more nicer because of their kindness. If I have to go back to Houston, I will definitely stay there. They made me feel like family. Wonderful people!!

Environment was quiet and comfortable. Staff was great. Great stay for such an affordable price! My friends and I had a great time. Literally 2 seconds from the mall! Great location. Complimentary breakfast was the cherry on top.

I am a Hilton Diamond and Lifetime Sheraton Platinum Member and have not stayed at a Best Western in ages. This property was suggested to me by the local manager and upon first visit decided to oblige and stay at this property. To be honest, my expectations were not very high. From the moment we walked in, my opinion changed and I was very pleasantly surprised from that point forward. The property was very neat and clean, the staff went overboard to ensure we were satisfied. I utilized the gym and the bar and found these to be equally impressive. The room was large, smelled very clean, and overly comfortable. This was my first visit to the Houston Market and I can assure you that I will use this property every time I am in the market.

Outstanding hotel and not at all like the Best Westerns of years ago! I was extremely and pleasantly surprised at the quality of décor, cleanliness, comfort of hotel room and lobby area. I thoroughly enjoyed my 3-day stay during a recent business trip. The staff were friendly and welcoming and very hospitable. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The breakfast was great with the omelet station and the make your own texas shaped waffle. Would have loved if they had a microwave to reheat food because it was hard to have you plate of food stay hot because it was cold in the dining area

I really enjoyed this hotel. It has friendly staff, is incredibly clean, and has nice fresh breakfast selections. The decor is really cool, and the TV has a great selection of channels. It's a bit out of the way compared to many Houston destinations, but I found the drive worth it.

Flew in from Mexico and needed a clean quiet hotel for an overnighter. This was a great place to stay, new, pleasant staff, nice room and decent breakfast included. Be advised that it is a $50 cab ride from the airport though and when the literature says shuttle available it is not the same as shuttle included or shuttle free. All in all though it was worth a good night sleep at a decent price.

It is pretty decent hotel. Far from downtown but it was near by my supplier's factory. Very well maintained property with good staff. I found most people here coming here for business trip. I stayed in Queen size room which was pretty large.

I booked my room via bestwestern.com even thought my primary reason for trip was to go to NRG Expo Center my sister-in-law lives 3-miles away from this location & had invited me to dinner after the show. Per the websites photo i choose the 2-room suite (living room & mini-kitchen with separate private bedroom) the direction i received online actually brought me in the back way & I almost passed it up, luckily there was no one behind me when i slammed on the brakes to make sharp turn to the left off of Mills Rd onto Greens Rd. I arrived slightly early about 2:30-pm & walked in, the lady behind the counter greeted me & i said: I know I'm early but wanted to see if i could check in now, i gave her my last name & she started to look it up. I then handed her my: drivers license, master-card, best western rewards card & my aarp card & she smiled oh my, you already know the drill, i replied yes i do, after all I did what your doing for 15-yrs, she replied What ? I replied: I managed a hotel for 15-yrs but now happily retired.(We had a brief talk about what & where at & things but that's private) she gave the room key advised me of the hot breakfast hours & said please enjoy your stay. Once i walked into the room i immediately knew it was wrong: as it was a 1-room studio suite & not the 2-room suite. But ironically the room was still so overwhelming elegant I didn't even bother complaining & enjoyed it. After unpacking i left for my event. Once back at hotel, the bed was so high & comfortable. I took another shower & went to bed. In the morning while putting things into the car, i could smell the aroma of the breakfast bar just calling my name, but i had another home cooked breakfast awaiting for me so i check-out & said thank you. The clerks did not wear name tags so i have no idea of whom to say thank you too. But hands down simply the Best Western Premier I been to yet. Congratulations guys & continued success, if ever back in the area, i will most definitely stay with you folks again. Room #403

Excellent hotel, very clean well kept.. I will definitely stay here again. We stayed here for a family reunion, and couple of family events in the Houston area. The cost of the hotel is reasonable, close to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to freeway.

Stayed here for 5 days. Had an exellent breakfast every morning. Room was large and the bed was just right. Only downside I can mention is the elevators. Sooo slow! And no stairs option.. All In all a good place to stay.

I very much wanted to like this hotel. They covered the basics, for sure - it was very clean, well maintained, and the staff was about as helpful and friendly as they could possibly be. We stayed in the "kitchenette" suites. I'm not sure who did the room design, but they should probably be doing something else for a career. The list of small, but annoying things was almost overwhelming. For instance, the switch for the bathroom light was located OUTSIDE the bathroom, and BEHIND the door. So, to turn on the light in the bathroom, you had to CLOSE the bathroom door, turn on the light, then OPEN the bathroom door, and then go in the bathroom. It was just sort of ridiculous. In a similar vein, the closet was located behind the bathroom door, and had not lighting. So, it was an awkward situation. There was a safe, located ON THE FLOOR in the closet. The only way I could possibly picture using the safe would be to lay on the floor - with the bathroom door closed, and the half closet door open, with a flashlight. It just was not well thought out. The kitchenette had similar issues. If you actually used one of the chairs at the little "bar" area that served as the kitchen table and the only, if mostly dysfunctional, work space, it blocked any and all entrance to the kitchen area. The furniture was all ultra-modern. That translates to "awkward and uncomfortable" in my world. Again, the hotel was super-clean, and the staff was terrific. If you are not as obsessed with functionality, you may have a wonderful stay and not be troubled by any of the silly little things that really started to get on my nerves after a few days in the hotel! :-)

This is a great hotel. Big rooms. Two doubled beds. Lovely breakfast. Great staff. Lovely pool. Near to downtown Houston. Highly recommended. We had a hire car so travel was easy. We came to Houston for a cincert at House if Blues so well situated for this. We got lost a few times which was scary. Hee hee

The hotel is very clean and smells good. Looks very new and the rooms are really very comfortable, space is big and cozy. Food is great but they should have a different variety per week. I have stayed there straight 2 weeks and straight 3 weeks and the food is kinda the same so l get sick of it after a while and have to eat outside. For a 5 day stay, I think food is really amazing. It was really healthy and the service is superb

The hotel was good even the breakfast but I was very disappointed with costumer service. I didn't feel welcomed once I checked in and honestly ruins the nice image of the hotel. Lets just hope this issue changes in the future.

I have been here during a business travel in Houston. The hotel is placed 20 minutes by car to the city centre of Houston. The location is perfect for business travel if you need to stay nearby the area in which the hotel is placed but too far from the centre if you want to just visit Houston. Inside the hotel is quite modern with huge and clean rooms (you can find even an iron and a microwave) a small and no so nice pool (we have not used it because of the weather) and a small but well equiped gym. The breakfast is not so various (too salty food for an European) but it is okay. All the personeel is really kind. Big parking in front of the structure and not far from an area with different restaurants. To sum up a good hotel for business travel in the area not so adapted for leisure or romantic travels.

The people at this new Best Western are great. They go out of their way to take care of me. I normally don't stay at Best Western Hotels but this location has changed my mind. I stay at this location many weeks per year. Marco, Maritza and the rest do a great job.

I stay in a lot of hotels for business and this is by far the most professional hotel staff that I have found in Houston. I love the fact that it is 100% smoke free and there are no animals allowed. I have allergies and that works for me. One thing I would like to see change is the stairwells are not air conditioned so if you are taking the stairs it gets pretty warm. Also I wish the Housekeepers could use a little less stronger cleaning products....more natural products would be great, as the pine scent is to strong. Something citrus might be better. All in all great place to call home!

For a two year old hotel it looks and feels new. Very clean with very large well maintained rooms. The free breakfast with made to order omeletes are excellent. I travel 200 days a year and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in this price range.

One of the best rooms I've seen out there. Very fresh and clean rooms. It looks like they have remodel recently. They have made good choices. I honesty don't know I try other places because Best Western turns out are always the best.

It's a brand new hotel, decorated with lovely colors. The hotel is located in a new area of Houston, with lots of new houses and roads. The staff were very professional. The breakfast was amazing with an omelet station. Great selection of fruit and healthy products. The room was huge and beautifuly decorated with brown and turquoise colors. Also in the room: a real esspresso coffee maker. We had a great time there.

Stayed 8nights for a business trip. Smart hotel, rooms large for this type of hotel, nicely furnished and well laid out. Everything was very clean with nice towels and linen. Breakfast was excellent, looked after by Cresencia and Rosa- thanks ladies.

Stayed overnight after a long day flying in from UK. Easy parking and check in, beautiful rooms clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good and staff were friendly and helpful. No hesitation recommending, was perfect for us to relax and move on the next day, but would have been happy staying longer.

Stayed here for three nights while in town for a relative's graduation festivities. Booked one of their standard suites with two queen beds. We were also traveling with two young children, and there was plenty of space, including a small sitting area with a pull-out sofa, which we didn't need, but it was nice to know more could be accommodated. The price paid for the room and amenities was very good. The property seems fairly new, too. Everything is modern and clean. Comfy beds, too! This property offers a daily hot breakfast ( including an omelet station) and an evening cocktail hour (Monday-Thursday only) but also have alcoholic beverages and light appetizers available for sale at other times. They have an outdoor pool, but if you're in Houston during cooler times, be aware that it isn't heated (or at least it didn't feel heated). We used it, however, and it's very well-maintained. The hotel grounds are also well-maintained, well-lighted, and I believe they have a security patrol during overnight hours and I noticed a good amount of video surveillance cameras around the property. As we were here over a weekend, it was surprisingly quiet in our room, at least. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. As for things to do around the area, there are plenty of restaurants, a movie theater, and shopping within blocks of the hotel (also a "gentleman's" club and adult novelty store if you're interested) and it is right off SH 249 and near FM 1960 and Beltway 8, so access to anywhere in Houston (aside from the endless traffic) should not be a huge issue.

I had the opportunity to stay at the Best Western Premier. It was one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. The rooms are simply gorgeous, the employees are wonderful, friendly and caring. It's a good place to get away from it all for a weekend.

Best Western Ashton Suites remains my favorite place to stay while in Houston!! Not a better place in town for the price!! The staff is always friendly and now they have a small lounge. There are plenty of restaurants close by.

I usually stay at Hampton Inns or Holiday Inn Express. I have stayed at Best Western Plus before, but this is the first time I have stayed at a Best Western Premier. This place is awesome! From the professional staff behind the desk, the awesome Breakfast ladies, to the awesome Breakfast options. I would highly recommend this hotel over and above any other hotels in the area.

We booked this hotel as it was reserved for a wedding. We weren't sure what to expect. However, we were pleasantly surprised. The employees at the front desk were SO very helpful with any questions we had or help that we needed. The rooms were very clean. I think it may be a fairly new property. We enjoyed a very nice complimentary breakfast. There was a waffle maker, pancakes, sausage and bacon, oatmeal and all the fixings, omelet station, fresh fruit salad and cereals.

We were in town for a family wedding. We arrived late and there was no problems with our reservation. The room was great, comfortable, and just what we needed. My family loved it. I would defiantly stay there again if I were in the area.

This is my first time staying @ this location. Everything at first here seem pretty clean. My kids enjoyed staying here. They were hoping a little better weather, so they could use the pool. I do like that they cook you an Omelet anyway you wanted. Real hot breakfast. I like that!

We decide to come to Houston for a weekend trip, and needed a hotel that would allow us to have adjoining rooms. The rooms were very spacious; each room had 2 queens, and a sleeper sofa. We ended up having more space than we needed! Not only were they spacious, but they were also clean. Before coming we spoke with "Maritza" (not sure if correctly spelled) at the front desk, and she was very helpful in giving us information about the hotel. Complimentary breakfast is offered, and it contained: a waffle maker, omelet bar, seasoned potatoes, bagels, raisin toast, eggs, yogurt, etc.) We will definitely stay at this hotel again! :) *It is about a 25-30 min away from the Galleria, but we didn't mind the drive

Very impressed with the hotel.. It's one of the best of the best i stayed at with Best Western... My 3rd time staying here and plan on staying here every chance i get. Rooms are large, clean and quiet. Breakfast was great! Omelet buffet, can't argue with that!.. Everyone i interacted with was extremely friendly. Located off a busy highway yet virtually no noise in bedroom. Close in proximty to local restaurants and businesses.

This was a great hotel: clean, quiet, awesome daily breakfast and friendly staff. The only thing was it was a bit far from the Houston activities - but it some ways it was nice to get out of the hustle and bustle to a quiet and enjoyable hotel.

The hotel is extremely nice & staff is great. The bed had to be one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Plenty of space in the rooms. The amenities are very nice and the breakfast was very very good also.

Good hotel for budget. Internet good. Breakfast Ok. Some food were not warm. Cleanliness good. Have a pool. So good. Location not so good. Doesn't have any near by shops for roaming and location seems to be remote. Exterior needs to have some trees for shadow walking.

Rooms were excellent - large, clean and comfortable. But breakfast is basic and the location is poor as this hotel is fairly isolated from the local amenities. The first morning, kitchen staff failed to arrive on time so there were no hot items or butter. Staff were friendly.

This hotel is close to restaurants and shopping. It is new, clean, and comfortable! The beds were extremely comfortable! All of the staff were helpful, polite, professional, and accommodating! The breakfast from Tuesday to Saturday was exceptional, fully stocked with many choices, and a personal omelette bar. The breakfast lady went above and beyond to make your breakfast experience a good one! I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel if in the Houston area!

I booked this hotel on line when checking Trip Advisor for some of the best Hotels in Houston. They were not wrong! It is new, clean, and comfortable. The staff are extremely polite, professional, and accommodating! The breakfast during my stay from Tuesday to Saturday was plentiful, and the breakfast lady was friendly and cooked personal omelettes for you! The area of this hotel is also a plus, as you are near restaurants, and shopping! I would highly recommend this hotel! One of the Best of Best Western!

Appeared to be a bit of confusion over check in, the lady checking us in, perhaps should have asked about rooms configurations instead of assuming and wanting everyone to provide credit cards? The room was beautiful and very comfy. Along way from downtown though, so if you are there to explore city you will definitely need a ride. Breakfast was good, room was lovely, staff just seemed a little confused and lost?

Loved the hotel, well located infront of Willoowbrook Mall. It was very clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and eager to help and have security at nights..... The breakfast service is the best I've tried in Houston hotels.

I was down here for business, and everything was perfect! I was shuttled to my job and the ride was very pleasant. I love the fact they have free breakfast bags to go early in the morning for those who can't make it to breakfast. I would definitely come back again when I come down to Houston! Everything was clean and smelled brand new. The bed was very comfortable and staff was very nice and accommodating!

I purposely booked here because this hotel was rated #1 in Houston. But I guess my criteria are different than trip advisor's. Something a little on the elegant side, with 24 hr room service, great sound proofing, so you can sleep, and really comfortable beds. I would not stay here again because those details were lacking. However the breakfast was excellent. There were not a lot of guests so it was quiet. #1 in Houston? I don't get it. It's just ok. Yes, it's clean and friendly staff.

Staff greets with smiles & is very helpful. I couldn't ask for a better get away hotel. The rooms are very modern and has everything you could ask for. The breakfast is absolutely fabulous. The best thing is that you can make your own omelet! :)

I spent s night in this hotel about 4 weeks ago. Since then I won't stay anywhere else when I'm in Houston. Brand new hotel with nice beds and rooms! Great breakfast with an omelet station and a small bar at night for those rough days in Houston traffic. It's right across the street from a Brick House Tavern which helps!! You won't go wrong. I stay there 2-3 nights every week.

We were in Houston for a funeral, so our stay was very brief.This hotel has a nice new clean feel . I was impressed with the omlete station at breakfast , the keurig machines in the lobby and our room. The staff that we did come in contact with were very polite and inviting.

We stayed at the Ashton Suites Willowbrook for 4 nights in January. The staff were all very nice and helpful. We'd asked for a room on the top floor (the 4th floor) in a quiet location and got it. In fact, for the first two nights we had the entire 4th floor to ourselves! Even when other guests were put on our floor the 3rd night of our stay, although we saw them out in the hall, we heard no sounds from the neighboring rooms. As others have said, the bed was very comfortable and the room was extremely clean and spacious. We also liked the sitting area with a small couch, chair, and coffee table. We also liked having other chairs in the room (one in the corner and one at the desk). We really appreciated having a refrigerator in the room, as well as a microwave, safe, and a decent-sized closet. The bathroom was also very clean. We do prefer a walk-in shower, rather than a tub with a shower curtain, as this room had, however the shower curtain looked brand new and was spotless. Our only complaint was that there was no place to hang a towel or washcloth in the bathroom, other than on the robe hook on the back of the bathroom door. Strangely, there's a sign in the bathroom that asks guests to hang towels on the towel rack that don't need to be replaced, and to leave towels we want replaced on the floor. When I mentioned to the front desk clerk that there was no towel bar in our bathroom, she checked with maintenance and later told us that the robe hook on the back of the door is where we were supposed to hang towels. However, if you do that, there is no place to hang your robe or PJs when you are taking a shower. And if you hang a wash cloth on the back of the door after using it, it will likely drip a little onto the floor right where you will be stepping. So that is our only complaint about the room - install some towel bars please! Otherwise, you really can't go wrong with this hotel. They have a good breakfast selection that is free with the room. The hotel is very convenient to Bush Intercontinental Airport and also convenient for getting to several highways around the Houston area. It is also very close to several nice restaurants including BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse and the Macaroni Grill, as well as shops, including a mall right across the street.

Have stayed here before and specifically stayed here again. Great hotel in a perfect location for anything in NW Houston. The front desk and breakfast staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. They truly want your stay to be a positive experience. I would highly recommend this Best Western for families, business or pleasure.

Stayed Sunday through Thursday. Awesome new Best Western. Great beds. I normally don't sleep well in Hotels but these 4 nights I did. Great service. I have reservations there again this next week. I stayed in a King Suite and it was spacious. The breakfast bar was the cleanest I've seen in quite some time with plenty of options including an omelet station.

Very Clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room temperature control was excellent. Great place to stay. They do need more channel selections on the TV, especially sport. They need to add the Golf Channel and Tennis Channel to the line up.

It is a good hotel. Nice and clean rooms, good location. The breakfast is included and it's good but we have a bad experience in the area where they prepare omelets the woman told that she received and instruction from manager that no prepare omelets with more than 1 egg and we said that we can pay for extra egg.. the answer was it's not possible. Only take care on these details because it's a good hotel but when service is bad everything turns bad.

We were in Houston for a work business trip. This hotel had great rates and was a Best Western Premier location. Rooms and hotel were very comfortable. One of the best complimentary hot breakfasts I've had at a hotel ever. The restaurant/lounge is not really a thing - just in the breakfast area and able to cook stuff in the back. Overall the staff was really courteous and helpful. If back in Houston area would consider this hotel again.

We had a meeting of around 25 people, all from different parts of the country. We were all very happy with our rooms, the meeting space and provisions for that (white board/projector), the delicious multi-option breakfast (omelets, fruit, etc.) and hotel location. All commented on how quiet the rooms were. It was the perfect hotel for our needs for our meeting.

So nice, new, great modern design, helpful/professional staff. Wonderful huge room! trumps some top of the line downtown hotels by far! The design in rooms and overall was beautiful. Quiet and close to many amenities.

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Premier Ashton Suites in October 2015, The high standard of service and customer care was excellent, the rooms and cleanliness was excellent too, highly recommend it. Fauzia at reception was very helpfull with directions and her local area knowledge.

the free breakfast is actual food served on real plates. The rooms are vast although the doors separating them are paper thin and you can clearly hear the neighbors play the radio, talk and run the shower even though the highway noise is a deafening roar unless you're running the fans or you're on the back side overlooking the huge power plant. The hotel clearly compensates for its dreadful location (although it is next to a sports bar, movie theater and strip club) with food, a free drink every day and cleanliness. Service is spotty--either very good or not so good. Check in excruciatingly slow, clocks downstairs an hour off, only one of the two communal computers hooked up to the printer, a fact you have to discover yourself, and screws in the windows prevent you from opening them--something a janitor can't fix.

Staff was terrific, room was comfortable and quite roomy, bed was comfortable, breakfast was quite good. The evening dinner menu was pretty good, especially the hamburger. And, plenty of other places to eat close by. Things I didn't love: rug design in room, hall and stairs. No office chair at the desk area when working, so not comfortable for that. All in all, I'd stay there again, it was a decent home away from home.

Clean hotel, spacious room, comfortable bed, and professional staff. Complimentary breakfast (or breakfast to go) and a free drink on the house in the lounge during the early evening hours. The breakfast buffet is good but even better is an omelette bar where they will custom create an omelette. Nice extra touch!

The hotel is equipped wit a microwave and fridge and the room has a separate sitting area with a couch. The shuttle can take you to a nearby place within 5 miles for free. The bed was so comfortable, too!

I Highly reccomend this Hotel. Clean Rooms. Outdoor pool. Quiet, and they make Omlettes in the morning with the free breakfast. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Fauzia in particular. There is a small bar in the hotel. Nice gym. The beds are fantastic... the air conditioner is not noisy.

went to texas for a stay and play tourny and picked this hotel, room was nice and clean and the beds w ere very comfortable, the food was hot and fresh and the hotel staff were very nice.would reccomend this hotel to anyone wanting to feel like they are staying at and 4 star hotel

Was told that this was a stay and play and was skeptical but after getting here I was very impressed room are very clean and spacious the food is good the staff was very friendly and accommodating the bathrooms they give you nice amenities it is well located close to a mall and a lot of other places to go do stuff if you have time

I was in town for the Houston Texas festival known as Something Wicked. I stayed with my significant other checking in on a Friday and checking out on a Monday. The hotel itself is very, very clean and almost brand spanking new. If not completely. We did not encounter a problem. Although, the bar/restaurant is closed on Sunday. I will give this advice for families who are looking to stay some where. This is okay as long as you research to make sure there are no adult festivals and such happening at the same time you plan to stay. Some guests that stay at this hotel are loud and obnoxious. The mall is across the highway. Target and Walmart are near. This is a very well put location.

I was expecting a nice room, but was very pleased when I opened the door. The living room was spacious with a functional but comfortable sofa. I would have liked to be able to watch TV from there, but the set is located on the dresser more for watching in bed. The bed was very comfortable with lots of plump pillows. There were black out curtains and sheers so you could control the light levels. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast selection was large. There were a few times in my 4 night stay where they ran out of some items, but there was certainly enough other items to compensate. The OJ was fresh squeezed and the fruit freshly cut and the omelets made to order. I would certainly recommend it and it is easy to get to just off of the Sam Houston Parkway.

Our family was stuck in Houston due to extenuating circumstances and were staying at another hotel. We wanted to check out the Premier option of Best Western. What a total surprise. It was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at (and I travel A LOT). Rooms were fresh and modern. The beds were sooo comfy and they even had cookies for us in the room! Will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

I am so pleased that I chose to stay at the Best Western Premier Ashton Suites. Every person on the staff, from the front desk, to housekeeping, to maintenance to the lobby bar was incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. It was my first time to Houston, so having a welcoming staff really eased any nervousness I felt at being in a new city. Each person I met at the Best Western Ashton suites went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would like to specifically thank Diana and Ennis for their kindness. Ennis, thank you for getting us safely to and from our destination every day - with a smile and a welcome. Diana, your service and company every evening at the Lobby Bar was a pleasure and made the visit less lonely away from my family. I was looking all around the airport area for a room the night before l fly back home. I was only here on business. I really wanted a place that was walking distance to get food and a beer. It was a little high (169.00). Once I walked in a saw why it was high. This place is very nice. I stay in many hotels with my job and I have to say I am impressed. Why: cookies on the bed, quality toiletries, I hear great breakfast, keurig coffee make.....oh and DirecTV!!!! Baller

As soon an you walk in the lobby the décor is awesome which extends into to the room. Very clean, with friendly employees. Breakfast was great as well. Great location, close to the mall and restaurants, yet tucked away in a quite place.

This is a nice hotel! Brightly decorated, Clean rooms, great fitness center and excellent breakfast with cooked to order omelets and higher quality buffet food. Real scrambled eggs, not powdered or carton eggs. Staff was friendly, attentive and helpful.

I've stayed at several hotels in Houston (long term) this is by far the best I've stayed at. All of the staff makes you feel at home. They have a very good complimentary breakfast with lots of items, even eggs to order. I will definitely be stay there again.
