Best Western Plus Hotel Plaza Vizcaya, Durango

Very quite and clean Hotel, Small but very confortable. Excellent service. Parking lot is small and hard to drive but your car could be secure. Breakfast is good with limited oprions to choose. Overall was a good experiense, I will return son.

Staying at the BW Plus Plaza Vizcaya turned out to be a great surprise!, extremely friendly and polite personnel, always ready to assist us, room was clean & comfy, we really enjoyed the included breakfast buffet, great flavour as well as variety (love the coffee!!). In a nutshell, great value Hotel!

We loved the decor of the room and had location to the all the services. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Best Western to any one considering a visit to Copper Canyon. They have local craft beer maker on sight and excellent stone oven pizza. The dining room was amazing and we definitely plan to visit again.

Excellent hotel, no issues other than low water pressure. Very easy to get to the major tourist sites on the public transit system. The staff was very helpful even though my Spanish is limited. The rooms were very clean

Showed up with not reservations and we were upgraded to a suite with a balcony. Quiet part of town. The room was large, hot water was just ok. Continental breakfast was enough but not full of the usual eggs, meat etc. It was enough. Walking distance to all sorts of restaurants, shops etc. This location is a ways from the centro part of town where the Cathedral is but its a quick taxi ride and they are plentiful.

Tried two other newer hotels But did not accept pets ! We were told the place did . Small rooms but a great staff ....They went out of their way to be be helpful. Small rooms but clean . We stayed in the older "motel" portion of the complex . Had a car and parking is secured and was not an issue to find space. Close to a HUGE mall and minutes to Centro . Good value and WONDERFUL staff . From the front desk to the coffee shop to the maids . Best of all was ANIMAL friendly for an extra 10 or $12.00 dollars a night ........Only place We could find that would allow our small dog

The hotel is ok. It is a bit weird to go into a small mall to get to your room. The room was very big, the bed was very cozy, all the furniture was neat and new. There was a small terrace but with no furniture. The room was clean and the location is very good.

We stayed at this hotel on our drive down to Peurto Vallarta. It's a perfect mid way stop. We stayed there 3 days because it had snowed between Durango and Mazatlan and the highways were closed. We also stayed there on our return back home (minus the snow this time). We had great service with a very professional staff. Clean, safe place for travelers, with gated parking area. 2 minutes from downtown, shops etc. We will definitely stay there again on our trip back next winter.

The hotel offers a free continental breakfast but the are only 3 tiny tables with 9 chairs in total besides reception and you dont have more options. Muy mal servicio en el desayuno continental. No recomendable

Nothing special, functional but economical. Free internet, but very slow, many sites blocked. Wouldn't go out of my way to come back! The staff are most friendly and obliging which makes it a pleasant experience.
