    « Thanks for a great stay! »

Great motel with great staff. Clean and very comfy. Quiet location yet easy to locate and close to everything. The lovely manager made me breakfast even though I'd forgotten to order night before! Will be back!

    « Very Good Motel »

Have stayed here quite a few times and have always enjoyed it. Very nice clean rooms and the owners have always been helpful and friendly. Am planning to stay here again after xmas when we are travelling through

    « A good value stay »

Everything you expect in a value for money motel. Spacious, well appointed room including kitchenette; and friendly staff. Easy walking distance to golf club. We would recommend to anyone looking for well appointed basics in a stopover.

    « Excellent stay »

Room pre-heated before arrival - excellent in the middle of the winter. Breakfast - placed in room before arrival. Excellent. I have been staying here for years because the owner cares for the customers overall first impression when you walk into the room late at night tired from a 300 km drive from Melbourne.

« Well Worth The Money »

I stay here whenever I'm in Corowa. Price is good, breakfast excellent (check out the mushroom surprise). Staff very helpful and friendly. This Motel has everything you need for a short or long stay, A+

    « Great »

Neat clean tidy and large spacious rooms and bathrooms. I could not fault anything. Immaculate manicured cottage gardens. Breakfast are generous and always welcomed by lovely happy go lucky owners they also a Friendly little dog. Pool and bbq area beautifully kept. Very large spacious area and ease of parking. We were in a large group of work colleagues for conference with coach and some other droves private cars. Great location to cbd. Nothing was a problem. Owners go extra mile to help with enquiries, concerns or needs. It was like being at home.

    « Comfortable Corowa »

This is simply the best place to rest up when in the area, the room is large & very well appointed, the amenities are clean & with a small kitchen (sink, toaster, kettle, cutlery, fridge) you can stay for longer if needed. The property also has a nice pool area that is perfect for kicking back with a refresher. Evening meals are only a short distance down main street, but you can get breakfast either in room or in the courtyard, either is great.

« Comfortable well appointed rooms. »

We stayed a few days during the course of moving house and found the management to be so friendly and accommodating. It was the most comfortable stay we have had for quite some time, and although there was one night on the weekend when reasonably full, where some rude and inconsiderate customers created excessive noise well into the wee hours.. the time we spent there overall can only be described as excellent with most guests departing early being considerate and quiet in not slamming doors and revving engines. A refreshing change and while close to a road the room relatively quiet. Breakfast was served on time and the food was lovely and hot, well cooked and presented. The bed most comfortable, air- conditioner whisper quiet, room spacious, shower hot and bathroom spacious, vanity with ample bench space and all accoutrements, well presented and finished and the towels large and soft. Plus a spare for us ladies??? Was also nice to have enclosed shower, rather than those awful shower curtains as seems to be reappearing in motels!! Although, I do often wonder by builders don't include a decent sized shower shelf in motels so everything doesn't have to rest on the floor although no fault of management. Tea making facilities and quality products.Loved the shortbread biscuits to accompany a real cuppa, which are much nicer. Lovely motel. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Jeff and team!

    « just right »

Clean, spacious room with a lovely bathroom. No its not a 5 star luxury hotel--its a wonderful Aussie motel with a clean nice bed, a kettle, fridge, small table, comfy chair...Just what we were looking for. Not dated as some said so must have been upgraded recently.

    « Defining disappointment »

Booked to stay here for a dear friends wedding. room booking was a 'newly renovated king suite' some 3.5 months in advance. Room provided was an accessible-access, never renovated room which had the basics but lacked any form of amenity beyond that you get from the most simple of lodgings (think 2-stars, if you're generous) Not surprisingly my partner and I didn't want to prolong our stay here, and departed settling our one night stay, along with a late check-out fee, some $190. Then the real problems began. The proprietor then proceeds to charge a further $340, and dispute his entitlement to do so, one of his staff process a refund, and then the proprietor processes a further $340 arguing on a circular basis that we didnt turn up and fulfil the booking, yet had a fully settled receipt!! Needless to say it didnt take long before we escalated these unauthorised charges to our credit card provider for appropriate resolution - as the proprietor was a prime example of why you dont argue with fools. Buyer beware when dealing with Best Western Heritage Motor Inn in Corowa.

« Excelant value for money and great location »

During a 3½ week driving tour of Australia this was one of the greatest value for money stops. The facilities and serice were excelant. A barbeque area adjacent to the pool area meant we could barbeque Breakfast and dinner and almost feel at home with the relaxed atmosphere and lovely staff. I highly recomen´d this as a stop over also if you want to visti good local vineyards in the area. Even Brown Brothers in King Valley is only 60 minutes away!

    « Disappointing »

As far as the average hotel goes, the Heritage (why heritage is not apparent in this relatively modern building) has the basic ingredients about right. Good shower, reasonable bed. Scratch a little deeper and you get very slow WiFi, AC that struggles to get below 23°C...cracked tiles and mould in the bathroom and no soap. Room service breakfast is nice to get...but for a little extra effort they could serve orange juice rather than orange water. Nice location, friendly enough...has a pool but for all that only worth 3 stars.

« Excellent hotel and hospitality »

We stayed here over the Labour Day long weekend and had a great time. Geoff is a very friendly and obliging host who makes you feel very welcome. The hotel has been renovated and is very well looked after. The grounds and pool are immaculate; perfect for having breakfast in the gardens. The hotel is a very short walk to town. Geoff looked after us and our 9 month old to make sure we were as comfortable as possible, even having a beer and a chat with us one night while the little one slept inside the room! Having seen some of the other hotels in town, I'd recommend the Best Western Heritage Motor Inn

    « Fantastic service with a smile »

The most helpful owner & staff with a special mention to Kristy who always had a smile on her face while explaining the many sites of Corowa. The service was better than some 5 & 6 star resorts that I have visited. The rooms & grounds are pristine with plenty of room for large groups around the pool. Great location with a lovely walk to the main sites in town. All Saints Winery were happy to pick us up & return after dinner in there beautiful courtesy bus. I would recommend to all my friends & will now give other Best Westerns a chance after this perfect stay.

« Great clean and friendly »

Location is good, within walking distance to Corowa township and RSL(can catch the courtesy bus on the way home late at night) after a good night at the RSL. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Swimming pool is clean and the garden is very well maintained.

« Be Careful When Booking Direct With This Motel »

I rang in June to book for A Day on the Green in November. I spoke with someone who was looking after things while the owner was away for the weekend. She told me she was new and unsure of things and the other lady was out at the moment. She gave me prices, I told her we would be out most of the time while there and basic $149 would be fine and made a booking. I rang back next day just to satisfy myself that it was all ok because she didn't seem confident and was told sorry we are only taking 2 night minimum stays WELL if I have I have to. We had a great time at ADOTGreen. You can imagine my surprise when I checked out and was charged $249 A NIGHT when I rang to speak with owner I was told that there was no way I would have been told $149. The room you stayed has never been that price. ( I didn't choose the room over the phone I only chose the price.) Just Be Aware. They already had my credit card details

    « Wedding Weekend »

The motel room was ready, clean and large enough to spread out. We had a double shower and a spa. The grounds were lovely. Sitting under the trees, with the roses in bloom. The pool was very clean and very welcome with the summer heat. Management could not do enough to assist us. Breakfast was lovely both mornings we ordered. Large portions and tasty. Walking distance into the main street, and to the markets, and other attractions in this area.

« Ned Kelly's, instead of the Heritage »

This was a nice motel with a very welcoming lady on reception. However, it was a case of huge over charging. Due to the concert on the green we had to stay and pay for two nights- it was worth about $100 a night-it was clean and basic-most essentials and pretty comfortable-normally I would be happy, but the bill was terrible-it was about 250-60 a night-so over $500 for two nights-breakfast was separate-I cannot remember the exact amount, but my husband did not know the price and when I went to pay it, I was shocked! There was no bath and the shower was burning hot and hard to adjust-a light was out-the air conditioner was not great-hardly a new unit and not effective. As well as that, although we ordered breakfast prior to the visit-they were going to re book our room as we were late-although we had pre-warned them!

« Great place to stay »

Stayed at the Best Western Heritage Motor Inn whilst attending a wedding in the area.Everything was great. The room was clean and spacious with anything we needed. Motel has a great layout with the pool and outdoor area which was great to sit in the shade to escape the hot weather. Management was very help full as well

« quiet location very friendly welcome »

Away from the main road but short walk to shops Quiet location very clean room (12) bathroom adequate for one at a time. Soundproofing good Small pool on site Note streets are a little confusing here look out of signs on main road - worth the trip

« Relaxing place.. Good for family... »

My family went there for a weekend, just to relax and let the kids swim in the pool. The staff who i think is also the owner, i forgot his name but he is very good, very helpful and friendly. The pool is good because they use salt instead of chlorine in cleaning it. The pool is always clean. The room we stayed at has 2 double beds which are very comfortable. The toilet/bathroom is well maintained.

    « Excellent »

my husband and I stayed 2 nights at this delightful motel. It was quiet, spotlessly clean, bright and contemporary. We had a beautiful cooked breakfast delivered to our room hot and right on time. Would most definitely recommend this place

« Great hotel and great staff! »

Great hotel. Very clean and the staff are exceptionally friendly. The rooms are a good size, and the beds are comfy too. Travelled as part of a birthday wine tour weekend which took up most of the weekend so we were unable to try the room service breakfast but the menu items looked good, and very affordable. Wish we had time to use the pool, very clean and the surrounding lawn and BBQ area was great for our large group to be able hang out. If you are travelling to Corowa or Rutherglen I would definitely recommend you stay here. We will go back for sure.

« Spacious, comfortable and well located motel »

Freindly reception, good size room with kitchen area. Comfortable bed and couch. Short walk into town. Free wi-fi a bonus. Only stayed one night but would have been happy to stay more. Everything we needed.

« Good value for money »

Lovely host. Facilities include a pool although it's been way too cool to use. Clean room with everything you need. I would recommend as the best option in corowa. New bedding and linen, self catering options with stove top and oven in room 18.

    « Clean, cosy,convenient »

Best Western Corowa is always a great place to stay. Clean, warm, convenient to the main street to walk for a meal, plenty of parking. The beds are wonderful, and spa very relaxing. Good base for the wineries as well.

    « Comfortable and clean »

We stayed for two nights and found the roo comfortable and clean. It was a good size kitchen but I would have liked a microwave oven and the fridge was too small. The bed, shower and hearing made for a comfy stay and I would stay here again.

    « Winery walkabout weekend »

Very comfortable room, lovely electric blanket welcomed us when we arrived late, which was much appreciated. Downside is thin walls and roadside position, but would stay again for its convenience to the winery area and the regional bus which got us from a to b. A short stroll gets you into town where there are a small selection of pubs and restaurants.
