Top Notch from Check in and Leaving. Great staff and very clean. Over the top with making you feel welcome ! When checking in there were treats , pop and water on ice and sleepy time tea! Do Not Leave without having Breakfast with Norma! She's the Queen of Breakfast and you won't leave hungry! Can't wait to be passing thru again to stop. Thank you for a welcoming stay Staff!

Gross, bugs, pubes, stains, and a freaking tooth. Never again, never never again. There was a roach and a rat hole behind the bed. Will not return wish i could give zero stars, towels were dirty, there was fecal matter in the top of toilet. And the couch was crusty from god knows what.

Incredible staff. Let us check in a little early after a horrendous experience with an AirBnB and just so dang sweet. Nora stayed a little late past breakfast close to make sure our bellies were full! Don't think twice. Book your stay here. You won't be disappointed.

Super clean, quiet and great staff. Outstanding breakfast with a superb variety of food. (Waffles made to order, great biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, bacon, yogurt, fruit, etc.). Allows dogs for a small fee, but no hassle. This one gets my highest recommendation for the category of property.

This Best Western exceeded our expectations! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was made-to-order with delicious waffles. The front desk employee and breakfast cook were exceptionally courteous and kind.

The Best Western looks more like a motel than a hotel and has a front door entrance to the parking lot to the room. But the room is clean and nicely furnished with comfortable bed. The toilet is a low toilet but I think it had grab bars. There was no hair conditioner as they do not provide that.

I stay here every time I have business in town. The staff if always friendly and helpful. The women running the breakfast does a nice job in Spoiling us and makes us waffles. The rooms are clean and I love the tray they have in the rooms to use for laptop or TV tray.

The shower wasn't very clean and the ceiling looked moldy. Overall was not as nice as many of the best westerns we've stayed in but okay for a quick overnight stay during travel. Could use some updates.

Excellent breakfast and kind staff. Despite being along the main road it was pretty quiet. I really enjoyed the variety of waffles they would make in the morning. If you enjoy hiking there are a number of trails close by that you can hike. Also a couple of museums to check out. There are plenty of restaurants nearby along with a Walmart about ten minutes north of you prefer to stay in. The room was very clean and the area well taken care of. I'll be staying here next time I'm in town for business.

This is our second time coming to Gospelfest and staying at the best Western in Camden. There is nothing I can think about to complain at this hotel. Their breakfast was wonderful and the employees there were very nice. When I walked in, they offered us soft drinks and gave us warm chocolate chip cookies. When I checked out, they gave me a small happy that had candy in it. There was also bottled water waiting for us in the refrigerator. we would definitely stay there again if we're in that area. It's about 30 minutes from Loretta Lynn's Ranch.

Helpful staff. Handicap room was convenient to the lobby. Breakfast was above expectations. While our visit was to attend a funeral, I understand the area has a number of local interests. I recommend the catfish and bbq at local restaurants.

We had a truly delightful 4-day stay at the Best Western Home Place Inn! Not only was our room spacious, spotless and comfortable, but all the staff were welcoming, attentive and kind. And it's very obvious that great care has been taken to maintain every aspect of this beautiful property – the buildings, the landscaping, the amazing pool, as well as the warm inviting breakfast dining area. And speaking of breakfast, it was plentiful with all the basics, plus much more, hot coffee available 24/7 and the friendliest hostess. We would definitely return in a heartbeat!

Had to stay overnight for work and I'm always worried about where I'll end up staying in small towns, but this place excelled in every area. The room was very clean, everything in working order, great breakfast and the customer service was top notch. Very friendly people who even made exceptions for the large truck I was driving for work.

The hotel and dining staff were very friendly and accommodating. One of the best waffles I've ever had. The area was clean and very organized. The receptionist was so sweet and helpful with all my questions. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Everyone was very friendly and continued to attend to any need we had. I have stayed in Best Westerns in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge & Chattanooga. This is the best kept property I have encountered. Rooms & bed are clean & comfortable. Staff is very attentive to guests. I feel very safe & secure staying here.

Best Western in Camden Tennessee is clean, organized and the staff is super friendly! We really enjoyed our breakfast and how Serafina welcomed us to the cafeteria and she keeps that place spotless and offered if we would like waffles: pecan, chocolate, banana or plain… is been ages since we feel that someone cares that you came to this establishment and it was a good feeling.

Had a great stay! Everything met or exceed expectations! Breakfast was great.. best hotel breakfast I've ever had.. so many choices! Hotel was very clean! Super friendly staff! The little extras of fresh baked cookies and soft drinks at check in, as well as the little jelly beans in the room was so greatly appreciated!! To say I was impressed would be an understatement!

Very clean room, amazing breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. My children loved swimming in the pool and the pool area was very well maintained. The outside of the hotel was also very well maintained.

The hotel appears to be well maintained and cared for. The entire facility was clean and tidy. I did not use the pool, but the pool and pool areas appeared well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. Breakfast was considerably good.

We stayed here overnight on our way to Nashville . The room was ok but the cleanliness was lacking. The chair at the desk was so stained I was afraid to sit on it. The desk staff was curt and not very friendly or welcoming . It was my first and last visit to a Best Western. (They did have GOOD coffee- Thank you for that!)

Small town, was in for a memorial service. Check in was easy, friendly and welcoming. Staff was all friendly even with not so friendly guests. They went beyond the expected to make everyone comfortable and were very tolerant with younger guests as well. Would highly recommend.

This is literally in the middle of nowhere and for 130+ a night that's a bit much! First there was a dead stink bug on the heater by the window. Soon as u draw the curtains back his dead ass was there. I have a habit of Lysoling my rooms and I'm glad I did. The whirlpool was dirty beyond belief. When I sprayed the tub with Lysol cleaner it turned completely gray showing old dirt! The bed was comfortable. There was a white man below me who kept watching me and my son. Like creepy he must hang black ppl watching. Looking over walls and all. It got to the point I had to walk pass my room so he wouldn't notice where I was at. It was bad enough he knew my car. The staff is great, very nice and courteous

We were able to get into our rooms early and staff was very friendly and pleasant. Breakfast each day was tasty and was fulfilling and once again was hosted by a friendly person. Per friendly which was a positive as we weee traveling with our dog. Hotel was also local to a number of restaurants

Overall Excellent. Would recommend it to others. Great location and wonderful and attentive staff. I enjoy staying there on my trips. Clean, nice decor, quiet and relaxing with nice amenities. I don't have anything else to stay other than I think it's a nice town, nice location, close to things that I am traveling to. Parking is good and hotel is pet friendly for sure.

Everything about the experience was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable. As a female traveling alone I felt very safe. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone.

After staying 3 weeks at a local brand new Hampton and having an awful experience with customer service, I chose to stay at this hotel. I LOVED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The ladies at the front desk are amazing. I will be going back.

Hotels are hotels, you sleep there, possibly eat and drink there. The staff is what has made this Best Western the best. Everyone goes out of there way to say hi and ask if you are comfortable, the breakfast was good but the coffee machine is the example I use to show the difference. The coffee machine creamers and sugars are always perfectly aligned and that to me shows attention to detail.

Coming home to my room at the Best Western in Camden was exactly what I needed after a long drive and then a long day of business meetings. Everything I needed was there, including warm chocolate chip cookies! Refreshing pool, the perfect pillows to choose from, and crispy bacon at breakfast made a simple business trip more of a mini-vacation!

Placement of Patrons could have been more strategic in my opinion, Adults with no kids should be located away from Rooms with kids. Very noisy via bathrooms air vents you can hear everything going on in other peoples rooms.

We had to stay very last minute for a funeral. The hotel was so nice and clean. We had a kind size bedroom. We had a hot tub in the room and the bathroom was very spacious. Breakfast had a lot of choices and nice and fresh. We would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are clean & comfortable. Staff is friendly & accommodating. I Always enjoy the breakfast! Especially since they started including bacon some days. Was so glad they had opened up the breakfast again on this last trip.

Overall room and grounds were acceptable. Room is on verge of needing complete renovation. Carpet worn and stained. Mold on bathroom ceiling, towel rack rusted. Acceptable for the what's available in this area.

I've stayed in this Best Western twice in the past three months and I love it. Reminds me of vacationing with my family as a child. Staff are incredibly friendly and the bagged breakfasts during the pandemic are easily the best I've seen.

I stayed here one night on business because it was the closest to the office I had to be in (in a neighboring town.) The front desk lady was very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I had a pleasant stay. The room was very clean, smelled nice, and was comfortable. Nice soft towels and hot shower with plenty of pressure. You do enter the rooms from outside, which is not usually my preference as a woman traveling alone, but the parking area was well lit and kept up well, and I heard very little noise outside the room overnight. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

Overall, this is a great place to stay as long as the rate is below $100 before taxes. The whole property is nonsmoking, however my room clearly used to be a smoking room. As someone who has asthma, I was forced to stay in my room as little as possible. If you are desperate to have a room that is a true nonsmoking room, be sure to ask for this before booking your stay/completing check in. I unfortunately couldn't change my room due to the hotel being completely booked during my stay.

The staff was super friendly. I was offered warm cookies and soda at check in. Check in and out was really fast. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and updated. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed June 8th-12 2020 in a whirlpool suite. Two days after returning home I started getting bumps all over my arms and legs, after itching and feeling like they were on fire I went to walk in only to find out I have bed bug bites. When I called the hotel the woman I talked to on the phone said”we try to make sure we get every room but now and then we miss rooms”. How lucky we got one of those rooms......not.

I thought it was a bit pricey for location. But it was clean, had a pool & staff was very courteous. Wasn't fond of the grab n go breakfast but that couldn't be avoided, due to COVID-19. The bed was comfortable and there wasn't any noise to keep you awake. Overall it was a good stay.

Everything was great recommend it for anyone coming through or just want to get away and just be alone with their gf fiancé or wife or the other way around boy friend fiancé or husband n or to have a night away from everyone n or everything

The room was not that bad. The cleanliness could have been better considering the whole corona virus issue. I brought my own cleaning supplies so I let it pass. I booked my reservation directly through Best Western. I did not use an outside agency. Check out time on my email confirmation was 12:00. I was told by the front desk clerk that check out was 11:00, and she refused to even look at my confirmation email.

The Best Western Home Place In in Camden is a super cool place to stay. The best part of the stay was Joanne's hospitality. She baked me fresh cookies and the waffles are homemade and oh so good. If ever in Camden, I would recommend you stay here and I would also stay here again.

I was so tired by the time I finally got to this hotel that is about 20 miles off the main route, that I took a room for the night even though it is ridiculously overpriced. I had just come from a 2 night stay at the Best Western in Hot Springs, Arkansas, where I had a great room at a fair price and a town that had a lot of things to do. Like I said, this place way off the hwy is in a place where there is nothing to do, dry county, drafty door on room and did I mention the price? I had to go to a laundromat because the overpriced motel laundry was out of order. Staff was friendly enough but breakfast included does not justify the price. That's pretty standard. There was nothing about this location that made it worth $111. Converted to Cdn was $150 night.

This hotel is a good one. On the outside it look to be older, but once you cross that door, you can tell the staff cares about their work. I would stay here again and I would definitely recommend it to others!

I travel to the area frequently and the staff remembers me. Great people. Good accomodations and wonderful breakfast set up. the rooms are recently renovated and have both a microwave and mini fridge. While the bathroom vanity lighting is lacking, the rest of the room is nicely lit. I do wish they had walk in showers instead of tubs. But still a nice place to stay.

In town for one night for funeral and decided to stay instead of driving back and forth. What a pleasant surprise the room was wonderful and the breakfast was great prolly one of the better hotels we have been in . I haven't been disappointed with best western yet as a rewards member is really working out for my family

We stay at this hotel 1-2 times a year to visit family. It is always clean and the staff is always more than accommodating. Breakfast is included in the stay and my husband never misses it! The location is perfect and for a small town. The hotel is always well-maintained and so quiet! You will not be disappointed!

I've never had a bad experience at Best Western. In fact they have gone out of their way to help me get a room more than once.The staff has always be polite and actually seem to care about your stay and how you are doing. I highly recommend

This hotel was awesome in such a small area. The service was great, the location is a little far from the highway, but is relatively close to stores and gas stations and other places that may be needed during your stay. It was easy to find. The property was clean. The staff was polite and accomodating. The rooms were clean, appealing to the eye, and updated. There was a smell of paint when you first walked in, but once the air unit was turned on, the smell subsided. The room has a "mini" fridge even but it's the taller mini fridge which was very helpful to us with the items in our cooler.

Clean,Comfy,Friendly,CLEAN. Every one was friendly and helpful. You can even do your laundry before you leave to travel with all fresh clothes. Breakfast was hot and fresh. there was something for everyone at breakfast. just as good if not better the a restaurant as you can grab seconds if still hungry and they even have a grab & go if your in a hurry and don't want to sit down. We will positively be staying here again next time in town.

Our family had an unexpected pass of a family member, several came in from various states. Breakfast was like sitting in your grandma's kitchen on a Sunday morning. Very delicious, we were very pleased. Staff was EXTREMELY accommodating and VERY friendly. We plan on using this Best Wester for many more stays.

From the moment I walked into the lobby the staff were polite, professional and made me feel welcome. The property was well maintained, the rooms were clean and large enough to spread out and relax. A definite pleasurable experience.

This hotel and staff are wonderful. I would highly recommend this Best Western. The rooms are top drawer and the breakfast was excellent. This hotel is top notch. All of the staff are exceptionally friendly and respectful. The breakfast is good and internet is fast. This is the only place we stay when we come to Camden, TN. The rooms are very clean and the beds are amazing.

Debbie, our hostess, for the evening was very accommodating, Fresh chocolate chip cookies and soft beverages upon our arrival. Our room was clean and cool. It had been 98 degrees outside, Check in and check out was very speedy. Will stay here again..

Turned on the air conditioner, we were in the room 15 minutes. 2 roaches came out of the air unit. Went down to get a refund, clerk said yes. Never got it. Talked to manager, he said no refund because we pulled the bedding back and started he shower, that the room was used. not a very good experience. We will never go back to that Hotel again. I hope up people read this and heed the bug warning.

This is a newly renovated 40 room facility. The rooms are extra large,ours had a king bed. The biggest selling point is the bathroom, quite large, very large (thirsty) bath towels, and grab bars in the shower at waist height AND at chest height. This bath should be a template for all BW facilities. Lobby is well appointed, and the breakfast was filling. If your travels require an overnight in Camden, this is the place.

I took advantage of the fact that this motel offered a student discount for anyone taking a class at Tactical Response. It is an excellent facility. They meet all the standard stuff like a nice clean bed and hot shower. But the best part is the breakfast. We're talking real sausage and bacon, not that cereal and fruit kind. Nice place to go after a little day of training.

My mom and I were flying blind picking a place to stay in Camden. We were coming out from CA to have an appt with Dr. Ken Berry. The Best Western was great! Friendly, helpful staff, clean (and cute!) room... overall a very pleasant stay.

I would highly recommend staying here, the staff was wonderful and could not ask for anything better. i would in need of the washer and dryer, and the wonderful lady at the desk offered to finish drying my pants so i could go to bed and wake up with clean clothes.

We had a wonderful stay. My husband took a class with tactical response. It was close to his class. We enjoyed the pool. Breakfast every morning was delicious and the fresh chocolate chip cookies when we arrived were a special treat! The hotel is close and Convenient to gas and food. This was our third stay at the Best Western in Camden TN in the past 8 months. We enjoy our weekends in Camden and our accommodations at Best Western. The rooms are always clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast is great, and the staff is outstanding!

We spent 3 nights there for a special event. I can't say enough about this motel. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Debbie, the hotel clerk. She greets you, like you just arrived at her home. I would return,for that reason alone. There are more though. This motel and grounds is exceptionally clean and well kept. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast is wonderful. Wide variety. Sausage,eggs,Hash Browns,Biscuits, Gravy, Waffles, Pancakes, Bagel Bar, Cereals, both hot and cold, fruit, yogart, choice of juice, coffee. Served on restaurant plates, not paper. Check in and out is short and sweet. The whole staff is very nice. Rates are more than reasonable. Will definitely be back again.

Camden We stayed at the Best Western in Camden for business. It is not a new property but it has a new feel. The rooms are nice and clean. The people who work here are very courteous and helpful. They have a very nice breakfast—with homemade Belgian waffles. Overall a nice stay. Would recommend this hotel and also would also stay here if we were in the area again.

I came to town for a funeral and booked a room here. The staff was wonderfu! They were welcoming and kind which is in stark contrast to other guests and the local population. As a person of color I found other guests stared at me and my sister in an aggressive way. Unfortunately, I guess that's what you get in rural TN.

My husband and I ALWAYS stay here whenever we travel with our fellow seniors. This place certainly is #1 with cleanliness, friendliness, hometown courtesy, front desk expertise, meals, JUST EVERYTHING. Joanna and Sharon greeted us warmly and efficiently checked us in. Joanna acknowledged that it was nice to see us again. Sharon stated that if we need anything at all to let her know. Penny is also a friend after so many years and always has pleasant greetings for us and takes care of our reservations. Debbie wished us a safe trip as we left and checked out in the morning. She asked if we had breakfast because they cooked everything fresh and opened up early just for us travelers. It doesn't get any better than this. We were in a hurry and didn't have breakfast but they have delicious home cooked items served in a beautiful little area with soda, coffee, tea, water and juices. We were in Room 118, which was newly renovated and tastefully decorated. Microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Immaculately clean bathroom with a separate vanity area. Lots of seating. Great bedding. Good a/c unit. Very safe. Conveniently located with lots of nearby restaurants (Smathers is excellent), Dollar General across the street and a Walmart store down the road. This is a must place to stay! It doesn't get any better than this.

Stayed Sat night after a full day of hard lessons . Slept great and woke up to very friendly checkout and breakfast staff . Went to the second day of class refreshed . Not having to worry about anything at the hotel is a welcome break from the stresses of this type of class . Being so close is also nice , you can see the hotel from the school , so you can sleep in a bit .

The staff at every level of service at this property seems to be prideful in their work And very helpful. The only issue In my opinion is the bathroom vents communicate, therefore the smells whatever they maybe (smoking) will enter your bathroom. This is a no smoking room property, but does have designated areas for such. However not all do as requested. I would enforce the room cleaning fee more often when this does accur. Other than this it is 10 across the board. Thank you!!

This Best Western is convenient located and very clean. The front desk staff were very helpful. Rooms had adequate furnishings and the bed was very comfortable. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone that needs to stay in the area.

Great overall place to stay with newly remodled rooms, breakfast was fantastic with cook preparing most any style waffle you would like. If you need a room in this area there are less expensive rooms and also 50% of the quality.

I was very impressed with both the facilities and staff at the Best Western in Camden, TN. The lobby and rooms were up-to-date and clean. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly as was the breakfast server. The free breakfast was hot and delicious! I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We stayed here for one night on the way to an equipment auction. Check in was amazing. They had warm chocolate chip cookies for us, cold soft drinks or coffee. All of the rooms are newly remodeled and ours was large and comfortable with plenty of pillows and towels. Breakfast was great too. The young man in the breakfast area did a great job of making sure everyone was taken care of and made us a Belgian waffle with pecans. There was plenty of good coffee and several other hot and cold breakfast choices. Well done, Best Western. You wowed us.

Family reunion, friendly staff at check in. Poor parking, pool took up the parking area. Pool should be in back to allow easy access to parking and rooms. Outside appearance could be greatly improved. Beds to high for average person and were not comfortable. Floors lack decent carpet and were very dirty.

Excellent overnight stay with immaculately clean rooms and better than excellent staff. My husband and I always stay here when we travel with Coffee Break Tours. We were in Room 116 a favorite of ours way in the back on the first floor with parking right outside the door. The room was beautifully appointed and newly renovated. Very spacious. Excellent bedding, a/c, lots of lights, extremely comfortable. Staff pretty much lays out the red carpeting for us. Makes an effort to have breakfast ready for us travelers before the usual breakfast time. Hot food, freshly made waffles, sausages, biscuits, fruit, cereals, bottled water, coffee, variety of teas and juices. Complimentary toiletries if needed. Friendly, friendly people. Love this place. Already booked a room for our next tour in March. THANKS GUYS!

This hotel was amazing. The staff was wonderful, and very helpful.The breakfast was delicious. Location was perfect. Close to restaurants and convenience stores. We loved our stay and will be staying for future travels.

Neat, clean and modern rooms. Wonderful bathrooms with large whirlpool tub. Extremely nice staff. Warm cookies at check in were nice. I really like that they have a fridge and microwave in each room. Will definitely stay again.

I stayed for a work week for a job. I always came back to a clean room, plenty of linens and toiletries, and a smiling face at the front desk. The breakfast was amazing. Waffles are so good and you can get pecan, chocolate chip, and more. This place is a rare gem with all staff members being friendly and helpful AND it's clean! (Where else have you been where the staff learns who you are and accommodates you by knowing your wants?)

Have to stay in Camden several times a year for work and this hotel always has a good breakfast and the staff is very nice. Parking lot can be a little tight. The rooms are a little dated but its pretty clean and comfortable.

Visiting friends, we stayed at the motel on a weekend. Young families splashed in the outdoor pool for hours. Bonnie was friendly and helpful; she had her boss wheel in the refrigerator, which we did use. She also asked about Brooklyn, Iowa, because she has been following the Mollie Tibbetts case. The king-sized bed was excellent—commodious—I slept well. The whirlpool in the bathroom had one jet working, my husband reported. Fearing the tile floor would be slippery when wet, I covered the steps up to the shower with a towel. The motel was less luxe than the Marriott in Chesterfield, but it was cozy. For breakfast one day, my husband had the savory biscuits and gravy and I took the scrambled eggs, link sausage, and a cinnamon roll and a pecan waffle—there were four other kinds of waffles to select, including chocolate chip. The following day I ate the yummy biscuits and gravy with two thin sausage patties, and Scout had scrambled eggs and link sausage and a roll, orange juice and coffee. The food was excellent and the two attendants, male and female, were both kind. We left satisfied with our stay.

The staff were all very nice and helpful, it is newly remodled, breakfast was delicious, but the beds are terribly hard. Anyone with any health issues will have a awful time sleeping. I hurt from my head to my toes after trying to sleep. Soft comfortable beds would be nice.

Easy access to the highway, excellent reception eventhough I arrived at 30 minutes past midnight from Nashville. Breakfast , do not miss it and go for the freshly baked waffles and cinnamon buns witht he eggs and sausages or sausages patties, , juices ,coffee, teas, bread, baggles for an included breakfast, this was awesome and the personnel was so FRIENDLY. Amazing stay

My stay at this Best Western was very enjoyable. All of the Staff were polite and went out of there way to help me with a booking of rooms issue. The rooms are very clean and the appearance was nice. Pool was clean. Highly recommend this place.

I stayed at this hotel while I was transferred for my job. The staff treated me like family. The rooms were always clean. Check in and check out was always easy. Even though they didn't have bacon on their continental breakfast, it was always very good. The continental breakfast had cereal, eggs, sausage, biscuits, etc. The staff was very helpful and friendly especially Bonnie, JoAnn, and Debbie. Thank you for making my stay a pleasant one.

My husband and I stayed overnight on our way to Door County, Wisconsin. This is ALWAYS our place to stay when traveling. Penny and Bonnie are EXCEPTIONAL staff and make sure that we get the very best service. We were in Room 118, tucked away near the back of the hotel. It was recently newly decorated. Immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. Great bedding with King bed, cherry wood bed, cabinets, desk, dresser, etc. Great a/c. Lots of lamps, refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV, coffee maker, separate granite vanity area. Super clean bath. Easy access to ice machine, snack machine, washer and dryer. Very close to Walmart and fast food restaurants. Mexican, Oriental, pizza, subs, and Southern foods. The breakfast area is nice and clean and the breakfast variety is awesome. Biscuits, gravy, sausage, home made waffles, bagels, coffee, tea, juice, milk, bottled water, yogurt, cereal. Friendly and efficient breakfast server. Hard worker. This is really the very best place to stay in Camden. Very quiet and very safe.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean, with comfortable beds. The breakfast was awesome! Even though they were doing remodeling and updates while we were there, this was still a nice and quite place to stay. Would definitely stay here again!!

This was my third recent experience with a Best Western and all visits have exceeded my expectations. Clean lodging and friendly, helpful staff. This little town also has an excellent restaurant with tasty and healthy fare.

This place and workers are more than fantastic!! They meet all your needs and the rooms are very clean. Debbie cooks a mean chocolate chip waffle at breakfast!!! We'll be back in 30 days for a family reunion.

Breakfast was great. Room was clean and updated. You will get a bit of road noise sometimes but overall great stay. I had a bit of a problem during checkout (I thought I got later checkout; however didn't). Checkout clerk let me back in my room (I got locked out) and told me to hurry because housekeeping was coming. That was my only issue.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. The staff is friendly, helpful and above all cheerful! Room was clean and well appointed. The bed was perfect. Little surprising things like a lap table to use to hold my computer or tablet while I was in bed watching TV.

You won't be sorry! Great staff, clean rooms. Breakfast was super. Able to get fresh made pancakes. The bed was extremely comfortable and I got a great night's sleep. Camden is a really nice town and this Best Western reflects positively on the town.

Helpful, friendly front desk staff during check in and check out, good price, nice remodeled rooms, decent breakfast, and hot cookies and coffee around the clock. Also pleased to see power outlets on columns outside for charging boat batteries. Will stay here again

My parents live in a little town nearby and are no longer able to host us on our visits due to health challenges. Staying at the Home Place Inn is the next best thing! The staff makes you feel like family, the rooms are neat and clean, and the breakfast is excellent. This place has a special hold on my boys when we visit (probably the warm cookies and chocolate chip waffles). I'm so thankful my Dad recommended this hotel. Our first stay was in one of the older rooms (Nov 2017) and our second stay was in a renovated one (Feb 2018). The updates are attractive and comfortable. On the 2nd stay, there was a problem with our heating unit, but the on-duty staff attended to it immediately and we had a comfortable night's sleep. If you are looking for lodging in the area, make this your first choice for accommodations!

The hotel was clean, and the staff was very professional and accommodating. The rooms were clean and everything was in good working order. However, the rooms could be updated from the value standpoint. Overall I had a pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable place to stay. The breakfast hostess was WONDERFUL! ! Usually breakfast hostesses hide in the backroom, not here! She waited on us. Conversed with us. I have traveled a lot and have NEVER experienced this level of service. Also, we were given a warm cookie and bottle of water when we checked in. AND there were complementary bottles of water in the room! WOW! This was a great place to stay!

Had a wonderful 4-day stay at this motel. Free breakfast service is excellent, with sausage, eggs, coffer, juices, cereals, fruits, and bread products all available and prepared well. The free Internet service works well. The staff is very friendly and willing to do anything to make your stay a good one. Reasonable room rates, and plenty of parking close to the rooms. The hotel is located on "the main drag" in Camden, close to many stores and eateries, as well as the local Walmart. Craig's Pizza, perhaps one of the best pizza joints in the South, is located less than a mile away! I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Camden area for any reason.

Everything about our stay was wonderful, the room, the staff, the waffles: all wonderful. My husband's stepmother recommended this place and we're very glad she did! :) I haven't been to a hotel before with such courteous staff, and we will stay here again when we come back to Camden!

Room was spacious and nicely appointed. Beds were comfortable, and in conversations with management found them to be new and a part of ongoing room renovations. they are passionate about delivering excellent experience.

I have stayed here numerous times for business purposes. The staff is always courteous and helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The business is family owned and operated. I feel safe when I stay here. I will continue to stay here when working in the area.

Management is poor. Asks for reviews and then gets mad when you give one. So be careful what you say if you don't want a nasty response. Just look at what they wrote to the person who wrote the last review. Unbelievable. Staying in Weatherly for my upcoming stay.

Unfortunately this hotel is the only game in town and they know it. They are always polite but the hotel is in serious need of updating and someone needs to check to see that the maid is actually cleaning the room and changing the sheets. This is a $60 dollar a night motel, not a $125 a night HOTEL.

The ladies I dealt with were so kind and thoughtful. I was offered a frosty beverage when I arrived and amazed when I learned real eggs were on the breakfast menu. Orange juice was not sour like most hotels and the porkies were not toffu.

We had to stay one night for my son's college competition. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff was super friendly. The breakfast was an added bonus, especially the waffles. Would stay again if passing through the area.

We spent the night at the Best Western Home Place Inn. We were very pleased with the entire experience from check in to departure. The room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated that there was a refrigerator in the room with 2 complimentary bottles of water. Breakfast in the morning was outstanding. They even had gluten free bread. Overall the room is priced fairly and the stay was great. We will stay again when we return to visit family.

Hotel and staff were great. I do wish that the front door to the lobby was wheelchair/walker friendly. No problem with the ramps to either the lobby or the handicap room. Don't use hotels.com to book reservations. You could end up paying double.

Everyone was so nice and friendly and was very helpful. Rochelle made breakfast a great experience. Bonnie and Debbie were very helpful also. I would recommend this facility. Usually I do not give this high of ratings to hotels but this facility deserves it.

Have been here over a week on business and getting more satisfied by the day. Breakfast starts at 6AM which is great for working folk. Probably the best " free hotel breakfast " I have ever had. Other reviews detailed the choices. Breakfast staff are outstanding. Greet you with a good morning and " can I make you a waffle"? Only thing keeping me from a 5/5 is absence of an elevator. Shlepping suitcases, groceries, and a tired body at day's end up steps is a chore. Still - this is the place for you in Camden.

Visiting family in area and picked the property at random. While the property is older it is well maintained and the beds were super comfortable. Triple sheeting always leaves a good impression. Breakfast was terrific and the staff were extremely friendly.

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel, the breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Weill definitely stay there the next time we're in the area. The only downside to this hotel is all the rooms enter from outside but everything else was very good.

Can't say enough about my stay at this facility in Camden Tenn. Service was great the room was great, very clean and everything worked, shower, sink, a/c unit and you just can't get a better breakfast anywhere. The people made me feel like a member of the family,,,a younger sibling being taken care of by an older, which I am sure I was older than anyone there. It was nothing,,,Nothing short of a wonderful visit.

We were part of the evacuation from Hurricane Irma in FL. We decided to visit family in Camden, TN on our return home and stayed at the BW. I'm so glad we chose this hotel. The employees are wonderful!! Every employee we encountered went out of their way to make us comfortable. Breakfast was abundant, service was top notch. The beds were firm (which I prefer). Our room had a slight musty odor and the lamp between the beds wouldnt come on but I have no other complaints about this hotel. I'd definitely recommend staying here! It was a nice, relaxing break from the turmoil we had been through evacuating Florida.

Not too many choices for this area, so choose this one. It was a great find, super friendly, very nice appointed clean rooms and wonderful breakfast, the girl who worked the kitchen area was terrific, as were the hotel staff. My husband lost a computer stick and one of the housekeepers remembered after cleaning our room that she had possibly seen it but thought it was a clip of some kind, threw it away. She helped my husband retrieve it from the garbage bin about 10 minutes before it was to be picked up. Her name was Vhanna, we cannot thank you enough. We had gone back to the hotel about 30 minutes after checking out when my husband realized it was gone. They were most helpful and willing to help us in anyway. Will stay again when we are in the area. Highly recommend!!!

Its an older building and we had an issue with ac but the staff bent over backwards to make it right and put us in a different room as quickly as they could. They were great!! They also make you waffles for breakfast and they are delicious!! We will be back

This hotel is very friendly. The breakfast was the bomb. Order the waffles. Overall the place is clean. We were in a non smoking room that clearly smelled like a smokers. The pool looks nice but the water felt like 100 degrees. Price is a,little high for what u get but you ain't got much to choose from here.

We chose the Best Western while attending the "Fighting Pistol" class taught by Tactical Response. I highly recommend staying there if you ever are attending any of the training classes in Camden. The service and friendliness of the hotel staff were excellent, and everyone was very courteous and helpful. I wouldn't expect this type of "help" in a hotel in most urban cities.

Very good rooms with all the amenities one could expect. They even had jelly beans in the room! The staff is above average and the price is reasonable. The breakfast was only average, but not bad at all. What really sets this hotel apart from others is the staff. They really go out of their way to make sure your stay is a good one.

Toilet stopped up after one use. No help from desk other than checking to see if they had drano. Had to use lobby bathroom taking 2 kids going back and forth! Was told hotel was full, so I'm just suppose to go without a toilet???!!! How about calling maintenance??!! Your a hotel, doesn't matter if you have to call after hours! Stuff happens, you need happy customers! And a stopped up toilet doesn't make a customer happy when I pay $115 for the night! And yes we tried fixing it ourselves. No luck!

Employees were very friendly. The breakfast hostess made the best waffles. She asked if we wanted waffles without us having to ask her first. And she kept the breakfast area very clean at all times. The desk clerk greeted us with a smile each morning.

From the moment you walk in, to the moment you exit they know what you came for and what to expect. Oh yeah, the breakfast its actually cooked on-site. When I am back in that area there's no question as to where I will be staying.

Hotel was fine everything was good except hvac and check out. Was rechecked in and charged around 11am after we left at 830am. Have made several calls and no manager will call back. This is a scam that I did not see coming. Its to bad because it is a well kept hotel. This was just a flat out screw job.

We chose this hotel for the convenience of location near New Johnsonville. The service was excellent, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well serviced. Breakfast was well presented and adequate. The dining staff was excellent in their service and very accomodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Our electrical contractor crew was in the area working. I placed them at this hotel and they were very pleased. The guys usually do not comment on a hotel but they were so impressed with the quality of the breakfast and the lady that prepared the food. "Best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel". Ben and Cody worked with me during the reservation process and were very friendly and helpful. The owner of the company was on this crew as well and told me that I had hit a home run by choosing this location!!

I have stayed in many hotels over the years, this one is the friendlist, most helpful I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. All the ladies (Sorry, forget names) we encountered were so hosptialble, morning and evening shift. The night shift lady, even called to check on me because she thought I was coming right back to my room and I didn't , she was worried about me!!! If you are near Camden, stay here.

Great service and accommodation. The pool was clean and guests were friendly. Breakfast offered was great, a variety to choose from and the waffles were awesome. We will stay again if traveling through this area. The only issue we had was the bed was too hard for us.

About what you expect for a decent clean small town Best Western. The room was clean. The bed was confortable and the shower met my requirements. I turned the A/C on full blast and the room was comfortable. I never could get the room cold. They have a sweetheart that runs the free hot breakfast. She'll custom make a great waffle for you.

We stayed at Home Place Inn before and after meeting an overseas tour leaving from Camden. The rooms were clean and comfortable; the staff members were pleasant and accommodating. An outstanding feature was the delicious full breakfast including eggs and sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal and fruit, and made-to-order waffles with either pecans or blueberries. Debra, the breakfast attendant, deserves special mention for her efficiency and friendliness.

It was a great stay and the service was outstanding.!! Our room was very nice and was very clean and comfortable. They had an outdoor pool and our room had a jacuzzi tub and a stand up shower. The lady that worked tje breakfast area was excellent and the check in and out experience was veey easy.

This is one of the nicest properties we have stayed in nationwide. The room was large with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and excellent coffee. The room was immaculate and comfortable with manicured grounds and a sparkling, blue pool! We were treated like honored guests by the extremely professional staff who remembered our names. To top it off, the free, homemade breakfast included pecan waffles with mounds of pecans. This small town, country hotel rivals any Hilton or Marriott service.

There are really no other places worth looking at in this area. The motecl is baisc--nothing fancy-- but it is clean, comfortable, and friendly at a reasonable price. The beds are very comfortable. They have a nice easy chair in the room and free internet service. They also serve a nice complimentary breakfast: waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, buscuits, gravey, cereal, yogurt, bagels, muffins, apples, and bananas plus orage juice, apple juice, and coffee. I can easily recommend it.

There weren't a lot of places to choose from in the area, but this one had good online customer reviews--very happy I made this choice. It isn't fancy, but a very nice surprise. The staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable. Internet access was included which was nice. Great complimentary breakfast--eggs, sausage, buscuits, gravy, belgian waffles--all very fresh and good. Also OJ, apple juice, fruit, cereal, and bagles, and coffee.

My husband and I travel frequently with Coffee Break Tours, a Mom and Pop Motorcoach Company out of Camden and ALWAYS stay here at the Best Western. These folks are incredible. The rooms are immaculately clean, safe and very affordable. Normally, we do not stay at Best Westerns but this is outstanding. Penny booked our reservation and knows we are with Reid (Coffee Break Tours) and provides excellent service. Upon check-in Lynn and Bonnie provided us with truly southern hospitality and made sure we got a great room, easy check-in and checkout services and anything our little hearts desired. I think we are friends now. Breakfast was delicious, home made fresh and hot. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, a variety of breads, bagels, etc., drinks, coffee, tea, juice, milk, etc. We left a tip for our server but he stated that he would leave it for the clean up lady because she has to clean up after him. How nice! What a gentleman! This is why it is called a "Home Place". Complimentary water in the room with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Wonderful and comfortable bedding. Great a/c. Spacious vanity area with separate bath. Nice and quiet. Will certainly be back over and over again. Even if you are not fond of Best Westerns, try this place out. You will not be disappointed. Closeby restaurants and a Walmart 3 minutes away.

We usually take our camper and stay at sister's but had 7 people and needed little more room. We felt price was high but enjoyed our stay and excellent breakfast. Carpet was dirty..would suggest to remove it and have cushioned vinyl which could be cleaned easier by maid service.

We found a very warm welcome here, clean rooms, plenty of towels, and the nicest staff we've ever encountered. We had a quiet night and found a charming breakfast nook with a smiling hostess offering to whip up chocolate cup waffles. Lovely. Despite being an older facility, it is well cared for and is reminiscent of family run local hotels I visited throughout my childhood.

People were very friendly. Are Honda motorcycle group stay there and it was clean and the staff was very friendly. They had courtesy waters. They had a very good breakfast which included fresh waffles and eggs and sausage.

I attended a funeral this week and stayed at the Best Western in Camden. It was an ideal place to stay. I discovered the long distance calling did not work. I called the manager and he said the computer accounting was out for long distance calls. He then came to my room and gave me a $10 calling card at no charge. The staff asked you if you would like a waffle at breakfast and would prepare it for you. This was a clean moderately priced and efficiently managed property

We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions as my parents live nearby. The hotel is always busy, very clean, very well maintained and always looks very nice. The rooms are very spacious and well set up. The most recent stay included new air conditioning units and new alarm clocks that included Ipod, Mp3 & USB ports. The breakfast is always a treat--ask for the waffles! Highly recommend this hotel. For such a small populated area, this is one of the nicest hotels you will find.

The room was clean, breakfast was ok but have some extra cash if you stay here since they will hold your money for weeks. We stayed here on the night between 9th and 10th of July and had prepaid for two rooms. When we checked in they charged us again for one of the rooms. We were informed that the money would be released as soon as we checked out. Since that was on a Friday we would have the money on Monday 13th. Todays date is July 22nd and we still haven't seen that money. We have been in contact with the customer support but they haven't been helpful at all. They only tell us that this is a common thing to do and we will just have to wait. So again, have some extra cash on your account before staying here.

Wonderfully friendly people. Always stay here when staying in Camden, TN. The staff is very friendly. The parking is ample. The breakfast is good. After a hard day of training at Tactical Response it's always nice to have a cool or warm room (depending on the time of year) to come back to and relax.
