Building is falling down-tarps covering roof-horrible front desk clerks-breakfast buffet was disgusting. You can stay next door for less and it's clean, newer and better service. Don't pay for early check in as it's not allowed even though it's an option when booking on their website.

Rooms fairly renovated and nice. However I am handicapped and was never told no elevators. Most of hotel smelled like weed (including 2nd floor and distant from event downstairs on other side of hotel.) Toilet was so close to ground practically kindergarten. Brand new refrigerator but telephone in room NOT WORKING and wires hanging out of wall (used cell phone to call front desk and room service) so no wakeup calls. Our original rooms were given to other people and I almost got billed for their occupancy on my credit card. Meanwhile replacement rooms only booked until Sunday (original reservation was until Monday,) so we got locked out and had to pack + check out on ZERO notice, including 3 children + dog. Additionally things we heard about Management's treatment of event promoter, staff and wedding arrangements completely unsatisfactory. Does NOT meet Best Western standards. Will never stay in this hotel again.

The veiling was leaking water and at one point fell in on us during our convention. My room smelled, the front desk staff was rude, The breakfast was good (and it was free) but I feel I would rather stay elsewhere should I find myself in the area again.

Business trip, paid for by business. Very nice room, good breakfast, great customer service. Everyone was friendly and professional. Would definitely stay again, for business or leisure. Download the app to earn points and save money whenever possible!

The front desk staff was super quick! The girl who checked me in was very friendly and knowledgeable. Bed was kind of uncomfortable but the room was large and updated. Linens clean. Not very much noise.

Upon check in we were greeted in a friendly efficient manner. Our room was quite large and superficially clean. I did mention at checkout room needed a deep clean. Bathroom was spotless. We stayed in room 209, my only comment is that in such a large room it would have been very nice to have a comfortable side chair. We would definitely stay again.

Great breakfast provided in their dining room. Choice of hot foods and cold, coffee, juice, etc. Rooms were upgraded with new flooring, paint and bathroom countertops. Smooth check in at front desk, very personable and friendly. However, hotel can use upgrades with hallway carpeting and toilets and tubs.

At surestay the rooms are clean the staff's very courteous especially the front desk when I am there I feel at home it is also quiet when you are relaxing in the room are at the pool side breakfast always on time always leave breakfast feeling full and satisfied love it there and I will definitely be back there soon

Well maintained with great amenities! Including a hot breakfast buffet, onsite swimming pool, microwave, fridge, business center, internet, onsite computer, optional wake calls, and a nearby grocery market just a footstep away!

Great and very pleasant stay! Enjoyed breakfast food, clean rooms, nice and pleasant staff, nice open summer pool. Rooms ante big and modern, TVs are new and all furniture is new and rooms and sheets are very clean and comfortable.

Too much to list, but hardly slept due to all the issues. Sleeping was the main purpose of staying there. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! Room not well cleaned. Bad odors in room. Dismal water pressure. Stay somewhere else…

Although I only stayed one night with my Chihuahua I was so impressed with the design and quality this Best Western offers their guests. They have a ballroom for catered receptions and an outdoor gazebo. The po is located outdoors but inside a gated area in the center of a secure hotel. The continental breakfast is hearty & satisfying in a large dining room. The beds are comfortable. The king size room I had included a large refrigerator with a freezer and microwave as well as a comfortable loveseat to enjoy. They are pet friendly and have plenty of space to walk your dog. The bathrooms are clean. The price is remarkably affordable for all the amenities.

The room was dirty and had a plug with no cover with exposed wires. No one came to fix it. Poor service from the front desk. Handicapped room had no chair except for a skeletal desk chair. Scratchy sheets and a mattress that kept wanting to kick us out along the sides. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. This hotel is not up to Best Western standards.

We have stayed at BWs all over the country but this place sucks. No elevator, no luggage carts, peeling paint in sinks, beds with broken springs. After four days they hadn't made up our room. Told us they do it every 5 days. Will stay in zir B and B next time

At night although there is supposed to be a shuttle from the airport but no reply from the reception if the service is there. Do we had to pay $26 for a 3 mile ride to the hotel. The hotel rooms are dirty. The first room had moist floors that could not be dried. Bathrooms dirty with fungus growing around the bath tub. The toilet is so low that older people will have trouble getting up. You see temporarily patches everywhere. The rug in the room was so dirty that we had to remove it. The A/c does not work properly and we had to turn it off. The breakfast is reasonable. This hotel needs a complete rebuilt. I would not stay here again

Arrived late Friday night June 30th. Front desk staff was kind and receptive. Issued us keys for room 150. Upon opening the door for room 150, we were met with a CO detector going off. I went back to the front desk and advised the staff of the issue. We were reassigned room 152. This room appeared at first check to be fine, however upon pulling the duvet back, the fitted sheet on my wife's side of the bed was stained. As it was late and we were tired, my wife pulled the top sheet over the stain as we didn't want to change rooms again. The next morning as we prepared to shower. it was noted that the bottom 12 inches of the shower curtain was covered in black mold. The problems were reported to the front desk staff and we were assured that the problems would be rectified while we were gone for the day. We returned to our room later that night and you guessed it; Nothing had been changed. Shower curtain was still moldy and the bed was still stained. Upon expressing our displeasure the next morning, we were advised to call Best Western to try to recoup our membership points. While exiting the property, it was noted on three sides that the soffits had fallen and insulation was hanging from the roof line. Not one of Corporate Best Westerns best properties

The absolute best thing about this hotel is the pool! It is quite large for a hotel pool, thus allowing for lap swimming. (I think it is about 20 yards.) When I was there, hardly anyone used the pool saying it was too cold. But it was perfect for someone swimming hard. Nice and clean too. The hotel itself isn't anything special. It is located back off the main road, so it is quiet. The exterior is pretty dated. The interior hallways are grungy and dim and make the place look shabby. The rooms, however, are updated and comfortable. They are in the typical BW style. My room was large and comfortable. The desk staff are rather clueless. I couldn't get onto the wifi when I first checked in. The signal was very weak. I called the desk, and she was very condescending. She told me to call the help number on the sleeve for my keycard. I called that number and it connected to a winery. I doubled checked and called it several times. So that was no help. After a time, the signal showed up stronger on my phone, and I was able to log in. It was fine for the rest of my stay. The hotel is close to many restaurants, stores, ect. (Driving distance, not walking). They had a gazebo area off to the side where a wedding took place. The breakfast was quite good.

We all enjoyed the stay. We will be staying here again in the future and recommend it to anyone who needs to stay in the area. Very close to Walmart and other shopping. The pool is GREAT for all ages. There is a deep section and a shallow section with plenty of room for families to enjoy the area together.

We have stayed here numerous times. Check in was quick and easy. They did upgrade rooms by removing carpet and painting. However, bathrooms have not been updated neither carpet in hallways. We were in room 195 and the door to the outside was not secure. Didn't need card to get in hotel. Our AC was so loud kept me up but when told front desk they apologized for the inconvenience. We only stayed for the night. If we were staying longer I would have requested a new room.

We attended a conference. The room was a clean room however, The “Newly renovated” room still included an old sway-backed king bed that was awful to sleep on. New bathroom sensor lighting is possessed, turning on twice during the night and the key reader was sketchy. No shower curtain at all made showering interesting. one was left for us later in a bag hanging on the doorknob!!. Uh, no, Not hanging your shower curtain. Then At 7am some loud vibration like a jackhammer started below our room. I get that they are trying to make things look newer but a lot yet to go. A great start would be a friendlier front desk.

Carpets in hallway and on stairs is very old and dirty. Room was listed on website as “recently renovated “ but left much to be desired. I've stayed there before and all I could notice was the carpet was removed and a vinyl type flooring was installed. The bathroom door was hard to open because it rubbed on the floor, plus the bottom had water damage and the hinges were rusted. I showed photos to front desk staff who said it wasn't that bad. There is no cleaning service for the rooms. You need to go to the front desk to get fresh towels which is quite a long walk.

Breakfast: The breakfast was hardy and plentiful. If you have a gluten and/or dairy allergy, there is not much you can enjoy. My favorite was the little hashbrown rounds – they were yummy. They have scrambled eggs with cheese, the hashbrown rounds, sausage patties, cereal and oatmeal, pastries, yogurt, and fruit (banana or apples and orange). The workers were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was very courteous and friendly. They always said hi and greeted in the hallway with a smile. I had some issues and they tried their best to help me, but they can only do so much with the limited tools that the management provides. My issue is not with housekeeping, but with the tools given to housekeeping. 1. The towels are so old and used, that my towels were so small that it would not fit around my body! The towels were so worn that I could see through them; not much “plush” at all. And there were stains on them – I could see that they were laundered, but stains nonetheless. They need new towels! Also, you could not get extra towels, I had to turn in my towels to receive new ones. So I could not get extra towels. 2. The housekeeping only has dirty brooms to clean the floors. I was ironing a black blazer within 30 minutes of check in. My sleeve touched the ground while the rest was on the ironing board, when I moved the blazer, it looked like my sleeve was a dust rag – upon closer inspection, the floor was free of large debris, but was dirty with dust. The housekeeping sweeps, but they need better tools to clean the floors (the floors are all tile). They need Swiffer or those mop heads that lift up dust. The lobby is really pretty and the conference rooms are nice. Not sure why my room was “dirty” and not up to standards of what I would expect from a Best Western. My bathroom had such horrible water damage, that the wall paper was bubbling. The patrons of the hotel, at least in my section, seemed to live there or was at least there for extended stays. There was a lot of yelling, arguing, they threw out their trash in the halls (during the day housekeeping routinely cleaned it up) – and even their sheets and towels. The décor I the hallway is dark browns – so it is very dark, with hardly any light. I had issues with the keycard, but you just need patience and try several times, but it does work. I stayed several days. Everyone was nice and I would give customer friendliness 5 stars. But housekeeping needs better towels and tools (like a dust mop) to clean up the rooms. (Management – do not yell or get housekeeping in trouble – they clean and I saw them clean other rooms, but they can only do so much if you give them so little.)

DONT STAY HERE, carpets are disgusting, the whole place smell like cigarettes, Trust me MOTEL 6 IS BETTER. My bedroom room was dirty, no elevator, the layout is weird , you literally have to walk and walk and walk to get to the lobby. Everything is dark and old.

Half the lights didn't work. The room was extremely humid. Towels didn't dry overnight and my CPAP would not work properly due to the humidity. My key card didn't work half the time. Some of the staff was rude. The room was only cleaned after 5 days.

The appearance from the outside was not good, it needs work. Noservice for towels or trash or even extra trash bags.Mold smell in the room, probably the air conditioner also the shower curtain had mold at the bottom it could have been washed or replaced. The pillows needs to be replaced. Oh, and the back parking lot seems to always have someone smoking pot in a car parked there, take it somewhere else. No elevator to second floor, so you have to tote all your stuff up, and the stairway was nasty. That is some of the issues. Good location and breakfast was typical of a hotel. Needs lots of cleaning and service people to get jobs accomplished that will make it a great place.

The outside door locks were gone, so did not feel secure. The room doorlocks were hard to open. Floor in the room was dirty. There was no place to put luggage. Had to use an ironing board. There was no grab bars for the tub. If you wanted clean towels you had to go to the desk to get them. The only good part was the restaurant. The two ladies, Gen and Carol were great. They took care of a room full of people quickly and were very accommodating.

dirty greasy floors, poor service, hot water at almost 200 (scalding temp), no elevator. I slept in my sleeping bag on top of the bed. HVAC controls do not control. Front desk rude, Vending machines empty, Stay away, stay away, Stay away!

We will not be staying here again. Even the renovated part of the hotel was smelly and not clean-looking. Items in the room, in the common areas, and by the pool were broken. The rooms smelled musty. The pillows were lumpy and small. The beds are smaller than advertised. It was very expensive for the low quality we received.

So… tonight will be night 2…. First night we were in a King room, that was newly renovated and overlooked the pool. That was nice. The air conditioner was a bit… touchy…. Set on 70 the room would be 73/74 but put in 68 it would be steady at 69…… we checked out for work, and came back. now, today/tonight 08/29 we are in a double room and the alarm clock wouldn't stop flashing. So I pushed every button and combination of buttons I could and nothing. It had a battery light so I opened the battery tray and was going to unplug the battery, but there wasn't one. Instead there were 2 small baggies that were tied off and just resting. We called the front desk and advised them, they came and got the clock, they said they would bring another and we said not to worry about it, and nothing else was said or done. No offer to change rooms or a credit or anything. Hoping that they aren't drugs and if they are that the people that left them weren't here yesterday and not coming back tonight.

The Best Western in Bethlehem ahs replaced our normal and traidtional meeting location to hold our family reunion for the past five or so years. We chose and continue to use this location because of the attached Belthelem has with our family as well and ease of access and travel and because everyone was taken back by the fcailtiy the first couple of times we used it.

Filthy hotel, waste of money if you're interested in cleanliness. The hotel smelled like smoke. The carpets had stains on them. In the hallways are cardboard waste management boxes lined along the wall. This is very unattractive and unappealing. Not to mention on sanitary.

The building front and lobby are extremely misleading. Once around back, it eas like a cheesy motel. Grill in front of a pickup truck; seedy people hanging by the door; filthy hallway and smelled like w**d smoke.

Rooms were clean and comfi. The large pool and the area were awesome. kids had a great time. Staff was friendly and professional also engaging and accommodating The atmosphere was safe and family oriented.

Tired & worn out property not well maintained. Bed and towels were excellent. Everything else did not meet the high standards of the Best Western name. Typical recycled property that was probably purchase at auction before being demolished. Nasty stained carpeting, housekeeping staff that had no clue, no venting in the shower. Breakfast was non-existent. Orange juice was merely flavored orange colored water. Stay away from this property. The Hampton Inn next door has exquisite rooms for the same price with a complimentary hot breakfast buffet.

I felt safe and protected, I could actually sleep some. Above and beyond professionalism all points. I would move in if I could afford it. They are AMAZING. And I'm a flight Attendant for 32 years in hotel rooms and I Choose SureStay Best Western for the hospitality and my safety.

This was the worst Best Western location I have ever stayed in. This location seems to be used as a flop house for multiple people in a single room. Saw them walking the hallways at night. Extremely dirty and the stench was over whelming in the hallways.

Not a great stay. Overpriced! The room was nice, but could not say that about the hallways. Rugs were well worn and dirty. and boxes to place garbage in. Breakfast was horrible with just breakfast sandwiches that had to be heated in microwave. We stayed in Comfort Inns on a 10 day to Charleston, SC and there were full breakfast bars with pancakes, waffles, hot scrambled eggs, toast, bagels, danish, cereal, etc. It was not necessary to have a limited breakfast here especially for what we were paying. Also, the Breakfast Room was dark and dingy! We left and went to the diner up the road for a hot breakfast. Will not be staying here again!!! WAY OVER PRICED!!!

I have been to this property on several occasions. The staff is quick and knowledgeable, the rooms are clean, and the courtyard with pool is welcoming. The only drawbacks: none of the bathrooms have been updated and are rundown. They should remove all of the old carpeting from the stairs. Usually, the rooms are quiet for a peaceful stay.

No one at front desk to check you in. Room smelled & had many broken things. Outlets, shower doors, phone… Place is dated and not maintained at all. Avoid this one if possible. Even at $60 a night this would be a ripoff.

Good spot to stay for business in Allentown. Wegman's across the street for eating my choice. Plan on trip there this year again. Staff always tries to find the roomI want on the ground floor parking lot.

Hotel looks nice.Rooms large, bathroom was very small. Sheets had large stain on them. The breakfast as mediocre but was a nice grab and go service. At 10:30am the day we were set to check out, we got a soft knock on our door and we weren't sure if it was at our door or someone else's so we didn't answer the door.Then a staff member opened our door and asked if we were checking out.

Though this facility touts itself as a Best Western facility, that is a delusion of grandeur by any stretch of the imagination. It is a doudy, elderly, mismanaged old motel attached to a really nice conference center. There is no reference on the outside of the building to claim association with the real Best Western; we had to ask a guy in the parking lot if we were in the right place. Unfortunately, we were. We checked in at the lobby, then went to the assigned room, which we found to be a very elderly small room with cracked paint and a musty odor, with a TV that only provided a small selection of channels, but with frequent notifications that "You haven't paid for this channel". We later found that though we had called the Best Western booking phone number earlier in the day, it really is a dump that hides under the BW name to get prices for a real BW hotel but doesn't deliver what is expected. If you have a choice, don't do it. Go elsewhere until BW and "Sure Stay Plus" can get their act together.

The facility has a restaurant and bar colocated and if you are wanting a comfortable night in, you can have the convenience just down the hallway. The restaurant is quite and the food is good. The service is friendly and prompt.

The tub needed a good scrub and the caulk around toilet looked like decorative purposes only. The air con/heater fan was REALLY LOUD when it switched on and tried to do its job. Chirping smoke detectors kept me awake in the night.

We stayed here for two nights and were disappointed with our stay. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times as we are in the Lehigh Valley several times a year and this experience warranted a review. We arrived in the early evening and we were checked in fairly quickly. We are Best Western Platinum Select members and not a word of our membership was mentioned to us by reception. We were also not given the gift that is usually presented upon check-in either. This hotel is huge and our room was on the opposite side of the building from where reception was located. Luckily, there is access to that part of the building where there is parking and a door that was close to our room. The room was fine and seemed to have been renovated at some point. However, that was not the case with the bathroom. There were numerous holes in the shower stall and in the walls as well. The shower curtain also needed to be replaced. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. On the negative side, the walls are thin as are the ceilings and it didn't take much noise from other guests in the floor above us or in nearby rooms to be noticed in our own room. The hotel is an older building and the interior corridors are really starting to show a lot of ware and tear. Breakfast is served here daily. When we arrived at the restaurant, we found not much food was available and the area was badly in need of re-stocking. However, the sole employee that we saw here was too busy playing with her phone instead of paying attention to her job. Disappointed with the lack of options, we sought breakfast outside of the hotel that day and the following day as well. After returning to the hotel after a day out, I went to the front desk to get clean towels for our room and additional toiletries. This was because when we checked-in, we were told there was no daily housekeeping service and that anything we needed could be supplied by the front desk. Despite that instruction, the two ladies at front desk (the same ones I encountered at check-in) were not too friendly and seemed hassled by my request. In fact, they seemed more interested in socializing with a fellow employee from the restaurant. The only offered me one towel and I almost got into an argument with them after I advised them that two people were staying in the room and one towel was not enough. They also seemed to have trouble locating toiletries. I finally got what I needed but no guest should ever have to pull teeth to get simple items that they should have anyway. The hotel clearly has issues with its staff and clearly needs to hire more people and also train its employees properly. I understand the current labor shortage. However, the staff we did encounter were not too enthusiastic about their jobs and morale seemed to be at an all-time low. I even witnessed a staff member ignore a guest who was trying to enter the hotel from the parking lot and was knocking on the door as his card key was not working. I am sorry, but this is simply not acceptable behavior. As I mentioned, I have stayed here numerous times and five times within the last year or so. Each stay seems worse than the last and I think this stay was our final straw. This is rather disappointing as stays we made her previously were fine. We were not even offered express check-out which is common at every Best Western I have stayed at recently except for this one.

We enjoyed our stay here for a wedding in the conference center. Staff was very friendly, accommodated our dog and late check out, no questions asked! The exterior exit to the pool deck was perfect with our dog and a lovely surprise.

We do Commercial construction staying out of two 4 days a week They accommodated all of my crews needs Also the on-site bar and restaurant has very good food with a pleasant staff overall great value for our money

There were no linens for the pull out bed even though we said we had 3 in our party. We had to call the front desk when we got there. The mattress on the pull out was revolting. The plastic cover was moldy / greasy. I removed it. Light bulbs were out. The door to the bathroom was not adjusted property. It made a horrible sound as it scraped against the floor. Many of the TV stations came in pixelated (bad connection). A thick layer of ice formed on the INSIDE of our windows each morning. There were leaks in the hallways in several locations due to snow / ice melt on the roof. Bar with no name was never open. The route to our room's closest outdoor entrance was confusing and inconvenient...with a one way exit but circuitous for the way in. This place needs a serious upgrade. Staff was friendly. Marquee sign welcomed our hockey team...kids loved that. Convenient location.

This is an older hotel but it was clean and in good condition. The only problem we had during a three day stay was that the telephone did not work but they exchanged it for a working phone promptly. I had two dogs and I appreciated that the room had a nice uncarpeted floor. Overall it was a great hotel for the price range. I stay in the area occasionally because I have family here. I don't really see any reason to stay anywhere else.

We were at this location for a local dog show. The site was close to the venue and was Accommodating to pets. The entire staff was helpful and pleasant. The offering for the breakfast was surprisingly diverse and good. Close to other restaurants easy on and off the highway.

I booked the hotel because 1. it was close to the family we were visiting 2. we've stayed here previously 3. It said the rooms were renovated. Yes they were, however they did not upgrade the shower. That was disappointing. Also they did not replace the curtains and even though they opened and closed, one side did it because the clasp was broken. I did like the new flooring and the new sinks for bathroom.

Im a Diamond Rewards member. stayed here many times..not top of the line hotel but okay..stay because of pet....like poolside. called in advance this time 2 days before to change dates. & request my favorite rooms ....arrived was greeted with they were not avail had take a double requesed move for next day waited a long time for housekeeping to clean VACANT ROOMS TO MOVE..Lady @ Front desk seemed to had attitude....... Not certain about future stays here maybe back to Days Inn or Courtyard ......

Bed was comfy but the room was dirty. Shower was dirty. Hotel carpets were dirty. Food was meh. Girl at check out was nice and friendly. Loud property. Would not stay again for the price and experience.

Here for a wedding event. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable, staff helpful. Breakfast CoVid style. Could have used a bathroom fan but no big deal. Be aware that if your room is upstairs you will have to climb the stairs with your luggage!

This is a large and well-located property that has really seen better days. Service in the lobby was cheery but the facilities are very worn. Our large room was not very clean and the beds were not comfortable. The bathroom is extraordinarily small, but inappropriate the tall, large shower. There is a musty smell in the halls and the carpets show wear. Signs and broken light fixtures need repair. A free breakfast was offered in the lobby. There are some interesting vintage Americana roadside bones here and I would love to see someone more carefully fresh and update this place. My junior high school prom was here - so I remember when it had a bit more zing.

Staff was so welcoming and eager to please. Restaurant food was good. Room was clean. Beautiful grounds, safe , lots of grass to walk your pet . 10 minutes off major highways. We will definitely be back and would recommend to family and friends.

I accompanied my Husband on a family trip and booked a one-night stay. I checked the reviews for this hotel and for the most part they were not good. What the heck...let's give it a try! Check-in was OK. Walking up the 13 steps were to our room was fine. The lamps in our room had 3 light bulbs out and after reaching the front desk and notifying them the bulbs were replaced within minutes. The bathroom, shower stall, and floors appeared clean (I still sanitized with my own items). The King bed was fluffy and super delicious! We requested clean towels for the next morning and a charming lady delivered them also asking if we needed anything else. The grounds and front entrance are well kept and attractive. My husband and I agreed we would definitely stay at SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Lehigh Valley again in the future - just have the light bulbs checked in advance, ok? :)

We went for a wedding that was held in the conference rooms Over 30 rooms were booked by our family. 10 walked into the rooms and checked out and went to the hotel next door. Door handles were installed wrong and didn't work correctly. Stuck on bathroom until my husband came back to the room. Heat/air di not work at all. Windows were left open on room for kids to fall out of and bugs to fly in. Rooms smelled like old stale beer and sweat. Stains on the bed linens, None of the lights in the room worked. Dirt all over the floor, Used toiletries in bathroom. Only 2 towels in room. Wet paint not marked. Found out by ruling clothes. Manager offered por family members to switch rooms bit they all had problems. Never offered any compensation for the issues and had an attitude. Gathering places nice and nothing like the mess of the rooms. Fle bag truck stop motels would have been a better stay. Oh the water pressure was good though.

The rooms were horrible. The hallways and outside grounds were awful. I would never stay here again The hallways outside my room was dirty and littered with paper....I spoke to the manager and he actually made all kinds of excuses for his staff

I would not stay here again It was my first time here & it was awful. The knob fell off in my first room, the bathroom was filthy in my next room & the room had a horrible odor. There were mice. We had a wedding & the staff were complaining about things. They even seemed miserable.

There was no trash can in the room. There were dirt rings in and around the tub. Broken doors hanging off cabinets and the ceiling was falling in. The hallways and steps had not been been cleaned lately

The staff was very nice. The hotel really needs to be renovated, put some money back into it. Great location. They still have a lot of restrictions due to Covid-19. Pool looked nice (it was closed for the season).

Staff is great . Beds are comfortable I really enjoyed my stay . Safe environment has no issue with safety. My room was very clean everything worked fine I had no problem with my room . Friendly environment recommend stay .

We've made three memorable trips to Bethlehem, PA to celebrate our wedding anniversary over the past five years.. The city has a typical "small town America" feel to it. We enjoy our brief annual trips to the Lehigh Valley and although the branding has changed slightly since our last visit, this Best Western property has been consistently reliable and accommodating over the years. Because it's been consistently hospitable, this hotel is our choice as part of our travel plans each fall. jimmythesafe

Although the lobby and room were fine, the hallways and stairways were filthy, stained, and smelly (even through our masks). They need help! Until they literally clean up their act, I'd stay far away from this place.

So many issues that I probably do not have enough space. No doubt in my mind that drugs are being sold out of the back of this hotel. First room was never cleaned when we walked into it was a disaster.

We barely made it through the hallway littered with trash, dirty linens, sticky stains, and the overpowering smell of cigarettes and weed. When we arrived at our room we were immediately blasted with a scent of febreeze so strong it made our eyes tear up. Although the room appeared to be clean, the chemical smell was so overpowering we could not stay. For the price of an average hotel this was definitely not worth the gamble, we left. As a side note, the staff was very nice. Best Western, you can do better!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel several years ago, and it is an easy location off Route 22. The rooms themselves have been renovated so are crisp and clean looking. Looks as if they have not gotten to the halls and the carpeting in the hallways, which is really worn. In my opinion, they have done an odd thing…replaced all the outside doors to the rooms with a false door so that the only way to get into the rooms are through the inside corridors. When I asked at the front desk, they did it to seem less like a motel, which they still are, and to improve security. They have a nice outdoor pool, and if the weather is bad, you can use the indoor pool at the Hampton Inn next door. The have a restaurant and bar on site, but it was closed on Thursday when we arrived.

Disgusting hallways. Mold in hall. Not vacuumed the entire visit trash in hall. Smelled everywhere. Do not waste your money. See the place if possible before booking do not depend on pictures. Better yet stay somewhere else. If you dress a pig up you still have a pig. That is what comes to mind. The room itself was better but still sloppy painting, cracks in molding, etc. I will never stay again. If i could give zero stars for cleanliness i would.

The exterior was dirty and trashy and we felt unsafe going to a back room in the dark especially with our kids. We got a different room thanks to the caring staff and it was newly remodeled and nice and closer to the front desk. The beds were very comfortable. The hallways are dark with old carpet which needs updating to match the rooms.

This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at for the amount I paid for the room. The hotel was so dirty, the carpeting in the hallway was so nasty and stained and some of the ceiling tiles in the hallway and in the room had mold on them from leaks in the roof. The water pressure in the shower was quite weak. The toilet did not flush efficiently and it was not a low-flow toilet. One of the light fixtures had no bulb in, then two bulbs in the other fixtures went out. When we went to the front desk to report this we were taken aback by the reaction of the woman behind the desk. She seemed bothered by our request for light. Maybe they like the rooms to be dark so you do not see how nasty everything is. I almost forgot to mention the rudeness of one of the people one the front desk when we checked in. When I book with Best Western I expect better than how this hotel was. Please do not spend your money here.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in . We entered and there was no soap... The lamp at the beds had no switch. you had to turn it on and off with the plug. the room was very dirty. The floor was dirty with dirt and residue on it and it stuck to my feet. I tried to keep my shoes on. The light in the bathroom was on a motion sensor and turned off while showering. You had to wave your hand around to keep moving. The halls smelled like weed, bad weed. the pool was not inviting, I didn't use it. The room was not cleaned our second day. breakfast was a few packed items

Hotel is very dirty and needs a lot of maintenance. Shower doors didn't work properly. Dirty floors in room, and hallway. Candy wrappers under the pullout sofa. No trash bags left for trash cans. Cigarette butts everywhere, even the pool area.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. Had the best night sleep in along time. Kaylee Schmoyer the front office Manager who checked us in was wonderful. She was very helpful and friendly. Always smiling. Even thou it was only one night stay we will be going back again.

The best guess that i have is that it was for former section 8 housing or possibly still is based on the people living on the second floor smoking weed out the windows or the guy walking around in a g-string. The entire common area smelled of weed like it was burnt into the rugs. The rooms were renovated and reasonable but the rest of the hotel was horrible. The pool was from the 60s. The entrances had broken key card and were disgusting. I brought a dozen families for a softball tournament and it was embarrassing for the two nights we had to stay there. I seriously can't believe that Best Western put their name on this hotel. One theory we had is that they began renovations and stopped prior to the summer to make money because the hotel was sold out for a wedding, if this was the case then shame on you because we could NOT let our 12-year old daughters walk the halls without an adult. It was beyond anything I could have ever imagined when I saw Best Western. I mean how bad could it be right? Well if you stay there then you do so at your own risk.

We went here because it was suggested to stay because our daughter had a softball tournament. This place is gross! Doors wouldn't open or shut, outside soffits are falling apart, half ass repairs in the rooms, good luck getting a towel! The poor guy at the front desk was getting it from every customer! Best Western should be ashamed of themselves!! Terrible, just terrible!! I'd give it no stars if I could!!

Check in is at 4. It was delayed until after 6 due to, we were told, limited staff. Restaurant was closed due to limited staff. Breakfast was a few prepackaged items. Hallways were littered with debris.

Had to wait in lobby for an hour in a half because room was not ready. There was a wedding starting in a hour and half the bridal party was in lobby waiting on rooms because no rooms available at check in time. Could not go to bar or restaurant because it is now closed due to no staffing. The hotel chain needs to do something to help this hotel get more staffing. It's ashame.

I used to stay at this hotel fairly often up until 2016, and then changed jobs for a few years. I recently changed jobs again and needed to stay near Allentown. The first red flag for me was that the hotel has downgraded from a Best Western to a Sure Stay, but I figured I'd give it a shot. Many reviews mention drug use, long term residents, and prostitution. I have seen no evidence of any of those things here. The rooms are generally well renovated, with new laminate floors, upgraded HVAC units, new mattresses and bedding, and new furniture. However, they definitely cut some corners in their room renovations, which most people probably wouldn't notice, but I've been in the building materials industry for over 20 years and these shortcuts jump out at me. You've really got to replace the single pane windows in the guest rooms, and after you strip the wallpaper in the bathrooms you need to remove the wallpaper adhesive residue before you paint over it so that the paint doesn't peel off. The public areas are still in need of renovation. The carpets in the hallways are threadbare, stained, and look like they haven't been vacuumed in weeks. Did they renovate the rooms and then run out of money for public space renovation? I suppose that's forgivable because of Covid, and I hope they plan to complete the renovations soon. The exterior of the hotel looks pretty rough, but as far as I can tell all exterior entrances are card key protected and seem to be functioning as they should. It does seem odd to me that the first floor rooms appear to have exterior entrances at some point, but they are now closed off. Maybe this was done to address earlier reviews that mention drugs and prostitution? I saw a flat, dead, rotting squirrel in the parking lot near one of the back entrances doors. I won't post which door, let's see if the staff can find it and clean it up. I would encourage the owners to read TripAdvisor reviews on the former Best Western, now SureStay property which is the Albany New York Airport Inn. I stayed there for many years and watched it deteriorate to the point where I just couldn't stay there anymore. Your properties are similar, at one time 30 or 40 years ago they were top notch wedding venues with beautiful courtyards, pools, and gazebos. The SS Albany is probably past the point of no return at this point. I believe that the SS Bethlehem can still be saved.

I am very displeased with this stay. Actually. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed. Starting with the drug usage in the hotel, to dirty hallways & ceilings, to a leaky air conditioning unit that soaked a bag of mine to the point that the clothes in the bag couldn't be worn. The hotel was falling apart and the pool had chipped paint everywhere. Loud music coming from rooms. Seemed as though many of the “guests” were living there? My room was even changed! This hotel was nothing like the pictures and for the $150 a night I spent it was not worth it! This hotel was the worst stay my family has had. I am hoping that other families don't have to have the experience that we had this weekend.

Weed combined with mold smell throughout the buildings. Terrible insulation in walls. Dirty baseboards and floors. Cigarette burns in linens. Not enough linens. Hair in beds and on floor. Used soap in shower. Toilet clogged. Exterior door unlocked. AC broken - stuck on 66degrees. Filth under AC unit. List goes on.

With COVID still lurking it is very important to clean the room before the next guest arrives. The floors were sticky, there were blood drips on the floor in the bathroom and outside the bathroom. There was mold on the doorways leading into the connecting room. When the hotel staff was made aware, they said htey would take care of it right away. They never fixed anything.

very friendly staff at the front desk, had a lot of area questions answered and knew where to go to eat cuz restaurant not opened yet, Everyone at the hotel seemed friendly and willing to get the answers we needed during our stay. the front desk was extremely nice and helped us descide where to go to eat, Good choices!!!

I used one sleeping room and one meeting room for the weekend, and the staff made this weekend a success with their attention to detail, and pleasant and congenial assistance whenever needed. Their great pre-pandemiric hot breakfast has not yet returned, and they have a grab and go bag which is disappointing when compared to their hot breakfast. They closed off all of the doorways from their sleeping rooms to the parking lot which is another disappointment - hopefully, they can reverse this in the future.

The room was dirty and my husband found mouse poop. The beds were hard and way too small for 2 people to sleep in. The hotel smelled strongly of marijuana as soon as we entered. We could barely breathe when we woke up the next morning. It was aweful!

This hotel is a bit older, but very well maintained. Extremely clean, I did the white glove test in my room and only found a tad bit of dust under the night stand. The coffee in the morning is great. The restaurant was not open due to covid but they provided take and go items for breakfast. The staff was super and very nice and helpful. I would stay here again, for sure!

Stayed one night at the Best Western in Bethlehem on our way home to CT. First i found the sign on Route 81 deceiving when it indicated hotels off the exit. The hotel was NOT near the exit but downtown Bethlehem. The hotel itself was OK with a quiet room, a comfortable bed and a good shower. It aslo had a small restaurant/bar. and there were restaurants in the area you could walk to. Surprised to find Bethlehem was a good size city.

We were looking for somewhere to stay for just 1 night for a reasonable price. They had excellent rates. Clean rooms. Welcoming and funny staff who were professional and great at their jobs. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a hotel room in the area.

Made us feel welcome and provided our group with a pleasant experience. Even though there were still restrictions due to Covid, measures were made to make this a workable gathering. The food provided at our annual dinner by the hotel was very good.

The police were called three times by the hotel staff during our stay. This is not a safe place to stay. We had a drunk break out a second floor window 10 feet from us. There was loud guests in the night. The doors and windows have been closed up, assuming due to crime otherwise why would they be closed up?

The front desk person who checked us in wasn't the most friendly or informative. The first floor smelled funny but the 2nd floor smelled nice. The rooms were nice and updated and now the rest of the hotel can use an uplift(new updated carpet and new paint in the hotel would help).

Our stay at the Best Western Lehigh in PA was so comfortable clean and pleasant. The rooms were so clean, the beds and furnishings so comfortable and the staff could not have been nicer. This was for the Saint Bernard Club of America Show. They put up with a lot of DOG everywhere!

My one night stay was fine. The room was clean and spacious, with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and small bottles of shampoo, conditioner and hand lotion. Everything worked and the room was quiet. It was easy to change the room temperature. was great to have several places to plug in and charge electronics! Some might complain about no rug on the floor and no elevator to the second floor. The restaurant is closed but there are several take out/ limited eat in restaurants nearby, plus two supermarkets also close by.

The hotel room was in good shape . The setting is nice. Access to my room was quick and easy. My only complaint was the shortness of the front desk clerk on check inn. and the inconvenient breakfast to go

Checking out today and felt the need to give a quick review. First the hotel is located right off a Highway so when I pulled in I saw quite a few trucks.My first time here and it's a just "ok" hotel. We were in room 151. Now I know why they have several luggage carts at the front. You definitely want to use one if you have a lot of luggage. The room was a little far from the front desk and on my journey I did smell marijuana. The hallway carpeting could use an upgrade. Now for the room. There is no carpeting on the floor which was fine. The room was clean. There was a larger than normal fridge for a hotel and a microwave.We were by the pool and there was an exit door to the pool area. I Would think this would be a good and bad thing in the warmer months. There were people outside talking at around 11:30 pm. I am sure in the summer it is worse. The curtain had a little rip in it. No biggie. They had more than usual bathroom products which was nice. The bathroom was average. Tub with shower. The toilet seat seemed lower than a normal seat. Now for the bed! The mattress was very uncomfortable!!!!! I read past reviews that said the same thing so it must be throughout the hotel. Overall would I come back? NO. If they upgrade their mattresses maybe. For one night it was just "ok"

I travel for work and this location is close to many things in the area, the mall, the hospital, the airport and shopping not to mention some good restaurants. Staff is friendly and always helpful as well.

i recently stayed here 2x this month once for 3/4 days and 1 day this week left only because of snowstorm and didnt want to drive back to NYC Thus am with ice snow etc.... Judy Front Desk and Jim McCarin are the best my room always clean sanitized and in the location i prefer..this is always my choice hotel stay in the lehigh valley area and have been for over 15 years ....if theres a problem or need for something to be corrected theyre on it..... check it out...just wish the bar(the foundry) No name night club were able to be open but covid state laws

I ive been staying @ this property since the early 2000 everytime i visit allentown/bethlehelm/easton area convient ..pet friendly...everything there bar/bar restaurant/pool (before pandemic covid-19) now everything is Sanitized & Cleaned To Perfection...Planning a stay there Wed dec 2 for 3 nights again also being Diamond Select has it perks rooms etc Judy & Jim are fabulous people to deal with

Not enough space to fully express my disgust for this hotel. Lights wouldn't stay on in bathroom. Entire room was filthy. Bugs both dead and alive all over. Noisy as could be. And worst of all active drug users right outside our room. And the smell was gross in common areas.

We have stayed here many times and are well satisfied. It is a safe location and they have a nice area to walk your dog if you bring a pet. The hotel staff are very accommodating, regardless of the time you arrive. If there are any problems, staff responds quickly and courteously.

I've been coming to this hotel for several years. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Judy is always professional, informative and very helpful. She is wonderful! The rooms are always clean and comfortable.

This hotel was AWFUL. Dirty &smelly rooms and hallway. I asked for 1st floor& told no. No elevator which i wasn't told but had to ask and thej told there wasn't one.. Staff, while nice couldn't make up for overall gross condition of the hotel. It says recently updated but it looked, felt and smelled like it was putting a bandaid on an amputation. I stopped asking the staff about problems bc it was all the time. Beds were more like full size vs queen. Sheets were scratchy and uncomfortable. Pillows were small and hard. Bed was not comfortable either. Couldn't get the thermostat to work correctly so we either froze or were dying of heat in the room. Even the outlets to plug in electronics to charge were weird. So we were left with dead batteries. And while I can understand difficulty with breakfast bc of covid, the items in a prepackaged "grab and go" were pathetic. It would have been better to have items out so kids could grab what they would eat vs items the hotel thought was good. My kids wouldn't eat anything from the bags. Just poor planning on the hotel's part. We were at a "stay to play" baseball tournament. So we had little choice in the matter. This hotel? Not suitable for anyone. I was even hassled a few times in the parking lot by "people passing through". They were asking for cigarettes and alcohol as I'd be walking to or from my vehicle. Even my kids called the location sketchy. I expected so much more from a Best Western. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

Upon check in the staff was extremely rude. It was not only to us but to several other customers at the counter for various reasons. The property is dated and needs an overhaul to meet current standards.

One of the friendliest staff you will find in the Lehigh valley! I always enjoy my time here!!!!! Food is also excellent and comes out in a timely manner! Be sure to check out the bar as well for some amazing drinks!

The rooms were recently renovated, very clean and look great! They have a restaurant in the hotel and the food is delicious. The front desk and the staff at this hotel are very accommodating and pleasant. This hotel is 3 miles from the Lehigh Valley airport and is great for business traveling. Mr. James DiCara the General Manager of this hotel is doing a wonderful job.

Used to be very good. Renovations finished but only 1/2 done. Bedroom very nice but Mold and rust around tub and on walls in bathroom. nothing redone in bathroom at all. Staff still very good. probably will not go back.

Room and bedding smelled like an ashtray (non smoking room). Hallways and courtyard were full of trash. Food was left in the mini fridge - what I hope was chocolate smeared on the floor. Parking lots full of signs warning not to leave valuables in car and hotel has no liability for break ins. Hallway smelled like pot. I'm no stranger to roach motels and I'm fine staying in one if that's what I know I'm getting. Felt like I way overpaid for what I got. Wouldn't pay more than $70/night for the stay I had - would expect more like $55. Actually paid $110 plus taxes and fees. Rip off.

We booked this hotel to be with our team for a baseball tournament. Many other softball and baseball teams were here as well. The receptionist was very friendly, but overwhelmed as he was the only one registering guests on Friday night. The hotel is old and run down. The hallway continuously smelled of marijuana and cigarette smoke. Did not matter the time of night/morning. I believe they were short staffed in general. We waited over 1/2 hour for a maintenance worker to fix our chirping smoke detector that was going off when we immediately entered the room. We had 2 towels in the room for the 4 of us. We asked for 2 more that took quite a long time. The second night we tried the front desk again. Phone rang and rang and rang for quite a long time. Finally I hung up and called back later, I asked for more toilet paper as no one entered our room between Friday/Saturday (I believe due to COVID). We again asked for more towels and we were told they were being dried and would be down shortly. We gave up on towels at 10:30 pm. Sunday morning we called for towel at 6:30 am - was told they only had swim towels available and that housekeeping doesn't report until 8:30 am so no one could get us towels. Breakfast in a bag to go was a water bottle, piece of fruit, granola bar, and a muffin. Cute messages were written on them for the teams. Hallways were loud with non baseball/softball teams and lots of partying in the parking lot. Spend your money at the Hampton Inn next door. Not work the hassle and sketchiness of this hotel.

The staff are amazing at this hotel. However, there are residents who stay in the hotel and they are not of good character. Cops patrol the parking lot. Partys in the parking lot. Drug paraphanelia in the parking lot. It is not a safe place for a family to stay. The rooms are clean

My name is . .a long time patron of your hotels and my Reward Card number is... I am 78 years old and a retired high school teacher in New Jersey. Today I had an experience in your Lehigh Valley Surestay, 300 Gateway Dr, Bethlehem, PA 18017..that has me so disturbed that I cannot hold my anger and disappointment and I hope you are the kind of Company that can do something about it. I made a reservation last night.) .for a room today at the hotel the reason I did it is because of the wonderful outdoor pool that you have there. Even though it is a 2 hour drive from where I live it was worth going out there with my wife in this bitter heat wave. We arrived a the pool at 12:10..went to the desk..told the clerk William Clark..that I had a reservation..wanted to check in..We didn't need the room right away..because I know check in time is 4pm..but that I would pay for the room and wait in the pool area until they had a room available....a routine that I followed many times in your Gateway Hotel in Orlando. He refused to let me do that. He would not take my credit card and check me in..In 93 degree temperature, he would not let us go to the pool area...and he was rude in his demeanor. We were completely shocked to be treated like that. I told him we traveled 2 hours...that we were Rewards card members...No he said ..absolutely not.What a disgrace. If it were not for the wonderful experiences we have had at your hotel before, i would not take the time to write this letter...I would just bad mouth your company and never let anyone I know go to Best Western again. This can not be a change in company policy...what if I had just arrived in a taxi and had now where else to go. would you treat a guest of your hotel like this?? He gave me a hard time but I got my cancellaton number and his name, " here is what he gave me on a piece of scrap paper... not even a letterhead...... I will be anxiously waiting your reply concerning this disgraceful behavior and I have never been more disappointed and embarrassed by any company..let alone one I have been a faithful patron to. Upon arrival, the front desk attendant didn't even lift his head to acknowledge me. He barely said 5 words during the check-in process and acted like it was a bother. The exterior is old and in need off upgrades, repairs, and door numbers. The hallways are in need of upgrading - dingy and old. I'm not sure why I even went as far as the room after all of this, but I did, and the room is nice. Upgraded and clean. I was awakened at 3AM by loud music and again at 5AM by a guy trying to kick the door to a neighboring room in. I contacted the hotel and they did nothing. This went on for about 30 minutes before the occupant finally let the kicking guy inside, leading to a loud argument and what sounded like a physical altercation. I listed to an hour of this. No one did anything. Worst stay in my life.

This hotel is absolutely the best in the Lehigh valley there isn't a place I'd rather spend my time and money the staff are awesome security is on point the rooms are very clean the furniture the linens all new and clean very big awesome pool great place best Western keep it up!

The room was very clean. The beds we're very comfortable. We got a bagged breakfast with muffin, fruit, yogurt, breakfast bar, and bottle of water. The restaurant was not open due to Coronavirus. The house keepers we're very nice. Front desk employees were very nice also. Very much worth the money. Thank you

Check in was fine then we headed to our room which was opposite the ice machine and vending machines, not optimum. Also close to a side door which was used as a smoking area so a lot of noise from there too, not ideal. We had dinner in the hotel a couple of times which was fine. Breakfast was ok but not too many healthy options. We have stayed here a few times before and had issues with dogs barking and had the same issue this time. Pet owners leave there pets in the room and they bark, how do they not know that. This could be a good hotel but apparently not yet.

We stayed at the hotel during a wrestling tournament for our nephew. The hotel wasn't very clean and had a Strange smell also didn't have an elevator. Took forever to get food from the on-site restaurant and wasn't good when it came

I liked the hotel and the greeting from the clerk. She changed our room so mom could be close to the exit and breakfast. Breakfast was great I looked forward to the coffee. I did not like the unit in the room to loud and not comfortable using it. Mom was complaining it was cold the entire time. Yet, she is 81years old most complain of the temperature at this age.

I was disappointed when we arrived at 2:20 after our tournament was over for the day and could not check in. However, I understood we were early and was told to come back at 4pm at check in time since they were booked solid. We came back at 4:10 only to find a huge line waiting to check in as well as a wedding party heading to the ballroom. We realized a big part of the wait was another whole volleyball team as this weekend was a huge tourney in the Lehigh Valley and most hotels were booked. We waited in line for 20 minutes with only 2 desk attendants working only to be told our room still was not ready. No reason was given other than they were waiting on clean sheets. I then cancelled dinner reservations since we had no way to get showered and changed. We were told I would receive a phone call when the room was ready. We left and went to a more casual place for dinner. At 6:15 I still had heard nothing so called the hotel and asked about the room. I was told they had a room ready. 5 minutes later I received a call from someone else at the desk that the room was ready so I guess that person did not know I called. So we finished dinner and headed back to the hotel to check in. The room was adequate and clean. But to not be able to check in more than 2 hours after the 4pm check in time is unacceptable. I was not even offered an apology. It was clear the hotel was either understaffed or unprepared to handle a fully booked hotel in addition to a wedding. I don't think I would stay there again.

The HVAC system overheated the room, even after "engineer" tried to adjust it., and it was so noisyt I basically was awake all night. Free breakfast was good, but dinner in the hotel restaurant was completely unsatisfactory.

Driving to Florida from Canada, this is always our first stop. We enjoy the quality of the service and the rooms. Great breakfast and Wegman's is a close walk to get our hot food, snacks. Easy to get to the interstate. We'll be back!

We have stayed here before and because of our previous outstanding experiences we booked this Best Western again. And we will continue to do so. Keep up the fine work. The location fit our needs right on the money.

The rooms are fine, renovated and clean, but the hallways are old and do not smell good. Also, their pool is outside, they let you go to the hotel next to it to use an inside pool, but it is a hussle. It is not a bad value for the price

Individual remodeled rooms were nice and clean. However all of the public areas have not yet been renovated. This is a big improvement over our last stay here. Breakfast and both warm and cold selections with several employees available to help you.

My son, a few of his friends & I celebrated his 16th birthday. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The boys had a blast! Room was super clean. Breakfast was amazing! Customer service was excellent as well. The man that works at the front desk was very down to earth and accommodating. I wish I had the chance to personally thank him but he wasn't working when we checked out. Hopefully he reads these reviews! Great customer service surely needs to be greatly rewarded! We will absolutely be booking this hotel again in the near future!

I accompanied my husband on a business trip to Bethlehem, PA. We stayed at the Lehigh Valley Hotel. We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel staff were knowledgeable , pleasant and very helpful. The room was clean and in good working condition. The availability of a handicapped room made my stay much more comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was terrific. There was a wide range of breakfast choices.The in-house restaurant was so nice after a long day of traveling and the meal was tasty. It is clear that Jim Dicara, the General Manager is doing a great job managing a very busy hotel.

Stayed at this hotel a few times to date. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. On this latest trip, we had a minor issue with our room, but Elizabeth at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. The hotel offers a full hot breakfast and does have an outdoor pool for the warm months. We frequently need a hotel in the area, and we will be back.

We experienced some challenges out of control of the managers and brought this to front desk attention. Our issues were promptly addressed with a high level of customer service from Elizabeth, front desk who saved the evening. The rooms have all been upgraded and the breakfast was delicious with great attendants. The location and value cannot be beat. Matthew E, and I, both diamond members, consider this hotel a step above some other Best Westerns and enjoyed our stay on Christmas Eve once issues with initial room were addressed.

I was impressed that the room was ready at check in even thou I had arrived (after a three hour roadtrip!) earlier then the stated check in time. The room was beautiful and clean. Staff went out of their way to meet my walking issues by placing my room close to an outside entrance (parking lot). Nice hotel:)

My company uses this hotel for people who come in to work at our Easton location. It is eleven miles away. If ANY of us complained about it, believe you, we wouldn't be using it. Breakfast is always hot, fresh and available. I've never had to wait for items to be brouhgt out. I'm not one to drink hotel coffee. It's never hot enough, I don't like the taste, etc. This time I spent a week there and had the coffee once because I needed something and had no time to stop elsewhere. I got it every day that week. It was exactly the same every time. The rooms. Laminate flooring throughout, which I prefer. Sink outside the bath, which I also prefer. There is also a full vanity inside. I have never had an issue with any room. Basic chair at the desk but still comfortable. lots of plugs there and bedside. USB ports bedside. Internet is very reliable and fast. They have an outdoor pool, and you are permitted to use the indoor pool at the Hampton Inn next door when it's closed for the season.

This hotel is always great when I stay there. They are always so friendly and helpful with me. The room are great as well perfect place to go it you are trying to not be stuck in traffic like I do lol. Overall always a great stay here.

Nicely renovated rooms. Excellent value, close to the airport with Stay Park and Fly option. Great, attentive and responsive staff. Nice restaurant and bar on site. Will definitely stay at this hotel again when travels take me to the Bethlehem area.

Where else to go, 5 minutes away from downtown and 10 minutes from casino. Have been stating here for last 5 Decembers. Great free breakfast, comfortable beds and rooms. Staff is always welcoming. Thanks to a great place, easy and quick to get to every destination in area.

I have been staying with Best Western Lehigh valley Pa for a year. The hotel is always clean. The clerk Connie is very helpful getting my reservations handled. If there is a problem it is handled promptly. Breakfast is always good.

I'm an 18 wheeler professional driver, and with a truck that needed to go in the shop I chose the Lehigh valley hotel based on the marquee sign saying they have the best breakfast in town. Let me tell you they are right. I've stayed at several different hotels here in the Lehigh valley, and the other hotels breakfast don't come close. The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. They help everytime I need some assistance. They made my week long stay very enjoyable. I would recommend you stay here if you are in the area.

first room they gave me the heater did not work. second room the door would not unlock with key card. this also happened 3 more times during my stay having to run down to front desk to get fixed. also heater was very noisy in second room and would wake me up at night. told front desk. they said they were sending maintenance up but not sure if they ever came. i overheard someone at breakfast stating they had issues too with their heat and they could not turn it down. the reno done in rooms was of an economy level. nothing fancy but at least decent looking. bathroom very small. hard to move in. lighting in bath were on sensors. it kept turning off on me literally every 10 seconds if i was not in constant motion. pipes in walls were banging several times during my stay. sounded like a jackhammer and woke me up a few times. they need to work on the utilities here. the reno was like putting lipstick on a pig. common areas were dirty. hall carpet was stained, walls in stair hall were dusty, and tile floor had something sticky spilled on them and never cleaned up. ice machine on second floor was broken and did not supply ice. heard another guest say someone in their group had got bitten by bed bugs and had to go get treated.

I have stayed here multiple times for business travel. My last stay may be my last. I couldnt tell if I was staying at a hotel, or a zoo ran by the animals themselves. I have addressed my concerns throught the survey online and hopefully it falls into the right hands for resolution. This place could be and do SO much better.

Friendly, attentive staff, nice greeting upon check-in, newly renovated rooms are spacious and clean. Cannot believe it took so long to do away with carpeted floors in the rooms, love the floors. Full hot breakfast, convenient to all areas around the Lehigh Valley, and a full serve restaurant and bar on premise.happy we chose this hotel

I wasn't expecting much, since it looks very unassuming on the outside and it's basically back in a corner when you get there. But the place is beautiful! And both guys at the desk were very helpful with both getting around the hotel and Bethlehem (we were from out of town for a Bottle Show and the Christmas market) The lobby is clean, they have a restaurant and a bar which are also nice. (Something cool about the place is they have events like a murder mystery dinner and a buffet for Christmas.) Speaking of the restaurant, the food was excellent and you get a lot of it. My dad got a ribeye steak with smashed potatoes and it was the juiciest steak I'd ever seen from a restaurant that wasn't an arm and a leg price wise. The smashed potatoes were fantastic too (according to him). My mom had crab cakes which hit all our standards for a good crab cake. And I had fish & chips...which were huge. And plentiful. And come with a mountain of fries. Needless to say I couldn't finish them, but I wanted to. The trek to the room is long, but it was worth it. The room was very clean, it came with a fridge and a microwave. And a flatscreen tv (which can't be said for the last time I was at a hotel) The beds were comfortable even though the pillows had something to be desired. Your stay comes with a complimentary breakfast—which was the best breakfast buffet me and my family have ever had. They had all the breakfast staples, even a waffle bar. The bacon was crispy, the sausage was plump and flavorful, even the eggs and potatoes were great.

Despite making reservations weeks in advance, and an early arrival, we were put in the oldest, dirtiest room in the facility. Reserved a king room, was given 2 dbls. The room was run down and dumpy, noisy, smelled bad, and dirty. We were there with a group reserving a large number of rooms, and all of my friends were located in rooms that had recently been renovated. After the first night I asked to be moved to a different room, which was one that had been updated. They should never have even put a paying customer in the first room.

Place is old and tired. Huge layout that is very inconvenient. Rooms keys sorta work. Rooms cold with no carpets on floor(perhaps a good thing). Generally unfortunate feeling here. Dirty linen in halls which is totally inappropriate. Bring your disinfectant.

Staff is was nice for the most part but you will feel like you're staying in the projects. I chose not to check out because I didn't want to go through the hassle of changing hotels and qualified for a discount so I chose to deal with the negatives. My door stuck shut so bad I had to kick it down each day and they said the whole building was that way due to a bad paint job. Breakfast buffet food tastes like warm rubber. Room was clean. No critters. But this place was worth $40/night. Not $120. Don't recommend.

Great value for the price. The hotel was quiet and provided a great nights sleep. They were updating and renovating some of the rooms when i visited so should continue to improve. Very friendly staff that was helpful with some of my questions. Breakfast provided both hot and cold options. Would stay again.

The price was right so i was a little nervous to stay however, it was a great hotel. The renovations are fabulous! The staff was absolutely one of the nicest I've ever experienced and I travel a lot!! Great customer service with everyone who i had interaction with. The breakfast was delicious, as was the dinner the night before!

There was construction going on above our heads day and night. When we checked in on Friday there was banging and it went on into the evening, well past 7pm. It started back up Saturday morning at 7am. The staff was helpful and friendly and got us new rooms for Saturday. The new room was quieter but our bathroom door didnt shut and there was a cockroach in the room. Another one of the wedding guests also had to switch rooms due to being bit by bed bugs that were in her room. Again, the staff was friendly and helpful but the hotel is not good. And the free breakfast was not that good either.

There were several issues with the heat, the tub was slippery and the fitted sheet was so stretched out it kept coming off the mattress. The girl at check in was ot helpful with information regarding the thermostat or the additional 25.00 fee for incidentals

I had stayed at this hotel previously due to the great location on rt 22. They have made some big changes. They upgraded the guest rooms and bathrooms and they are really nice. It seems like new everything. Always nice people and service and the breakfast was great as usual.

I've been traveling a lot for work and this hotel was by far the worst. Don't get me wrong - the staff was friendly and helpful which goes a long way. But the hotel itself was.... gross. My room smelled dirty like mold and musty carpet. You could see that the room hadn't been cleaned very well and the bedding was threadbare and torn. It sounded like the room above mine was being demolished (I could hear a crew working and the sound of plaster raining down) so maybe they are working on updating the rooms and I just got one of the old ones.

Rooms unfinished and blood on walls/trim and door jambs. After complaining to front desk and being promised it would be handled it was not. Didn't want to stir anything up because we were there for a family members wedding but it wasn't the best experience and I most definitely wouldn't stay there again or recommend.

We come up every year for the 5k at the steel stacks and we always stay at this hotel. Rooms are nice, they give a veterans discount, and the breakfast is wonderful! Its close to town but tucked away and private.

Bar & food were great, everything else was poor. Hotel is worn, torn / worn carpet, damp & musty. Room was so humid that the carpets were damp, bathroom dirty. Cheap price, but will avoid in the future

This is the dirtiest dump of a hotel I've ever stayed in. The first floor was better than the second, but good grief! The staircases and second floor are FILTHY. Tiled floors haven't been swept in months (at least) and the carpets on the stairs and in the second floor hallways are disgustingly stained and haven't seen the touch of a vacuum in months (again, at least!). The room itself was fine, but we stayed here the same time as other friends did, and everyone reported that there was something their room was missing, like no Kleenex in our room, but one friend had no garbage cans! The restaurant also has ridiculously slow and inept service, but that's for a separate review! I will say that the lady at the front counter when I checked in was very nice, but I would never stay in this hotel again, and suggest you don't either!

I usually stay at a Best Western when I'm in California so I thought I'd be okay going with the brand. Not this one. The hotel was under construction. Our room was dusty and smelled like paint. We could hear a power drill going at 8:30 in the morning. The bathroom light kept going off and on and the floor was wet when we arrived. No tissues in the bathroom and only a few towels. Lighting fixtures falling out of the walls. We left after the first night.

It was a nice time at the Breakaway:2019 convention meeting old friends and seeing some celebrity guests from the TV show Space:1999 (a show from the 1970s). It was disappointing that some guests couldn't make it. At lunch I should have gone to the Subway shop since I wasn't that hungry and only had a buffet for our lunch break until 2pm.

Upon arrival we found that this property is undergoing a parking lot face lift. That is a good thing! I appreciate the need for properties to keep up their physical plant. I do not appreciate a property offering a remodeled room rate at a higher price point and after selecting that option, being given Room 107 which clearly had not had the remodeling completed or checked for quality control. The bathroom door facing interior of the bathroom had some areas painted with primer without the job being completed. The bathroom sink had the drain in the down position and the up/down handle was broken. I mentioned these two things to the person at the front desk on our day of checkout. She noted the information and I hope they make the correction/repair. The entire staff is extremely friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good and included real plates and silverware.

OK, let's start with the good. (1) All in all, the staff were excellent. Only one gentleman seemed annoyed at having to do work. But otherwise, the staff throughout the hotel were great. (2). The menu food in the restaurant was, surprisingly, really, really good. The morning breakfast was really good and the menu items were also really good. This really caught me by surprise. The only bad food was the lunch buffet (I believe set up especially for the event I was attending) which was really not good. The bad: (1) The staff are using urinal gels as air fresheners in the guest rooms. They stuffed half a urinal gel into the a/c vents in each room. So, the entire hotel smells like a men's restroom and it is beyond overwhelming and gross.. When I finally managed to remove the gel from the vent in my room, it was more bearable..until the real scent of the room kicked in. (2) My room was supposedly one that had already undergone renovation...if you call adding bad vinyl flooring a renovation. The "new" furniture already had cigarette burns in it. The walls had clearly not been repainted in many, many years. The bathroom door does not close. The bathroom vent does not work. There was visible mold on the walls of the bathroom as well as bloodstains. Rust on the towel rack. (3) The carpets in the hallways do not appear to have been changed since the 70s and do not appear to have been shampooed (or vacuumed) since then either.

My partner and I attended a convention here and stayed 5 nights. For a start we found the hotel air conditioning overpowering everywhere and the hotel said they couldn't turn it down. In our room we were also unable to adjust our air con and had to ask at reception for it to be switched off, which they did - although on the last night I think the maid switched it on again. The room was quite dirty in places, especially along the bottom of the window runner. Didn't look as if it had ever been cleaned. One night our room wasn't made up and one convention attendee said her room wasn't made up on any of her 5 night stay. Others complained there rooms had no towels or waste bins. The food was average in the restaurant though they was a reasonable choice for breakfast. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, though one waitress was clearly annoyed that some of us had stayed at our table 20 minutes after breakfast serving times. Some of the room door handles could only be opened by raising the handles and the carpets in the halls and stairwells were filthy with many large stains. Don't stay in this hotel.

I stayed at the Best Western Lehigh Valley Conference Center for the Breakaway: Space 1999 convention. They are renovating this place. It is an older place, but the renovated rooms are nice with new flooring, beds, bathroom, desk, refrigerator and TV. The cleaning staff is efficient and the hotel restaurant is good. The shower heads don't articulate, but the water is warm. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning in the room works well. But they don't give you enough towels and the ones they give are thin. The soap dish in the bathtub was full of soap scum. The bathroom is small and the corridors need renovating as well. But if you need an inexpensive place to sleep in the Lehigh Valley, this place should be considered.

The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is great and the staff is very pleasant, I forgot my bathing suit and did not use the pool, but it is fantastic looking. I stay here often and I love this hotel...especially for the price!

We were traveling out of state and chose this hotel for a Park and Stay as they were offering shuttle service to Allentown Airport. Older resort style hotel. The hotel had an awesome pool, breakfast, and bar onsite. Our room was a bit dated but had a microwave, refrigerator and the room was very clean. Our shuttle drivers too and from the airport were very friendly! Good job guys!!

We stayed using a Groupon for 2 nights to visit Dorney Park. We got a King Room with a sleeper sofa for our kids. The opposite hallway of our corridor was being renovated, so it was closed off. Our room was halfway complete according to their update board in the lobby. The sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable and was not updated, nor was the other furniture. It appeared that only the floors were updated to a very nice wood laminate and the walls were painted. Maybe it will undergo a second phase of updates? Anyway, the room was clean. We needed additional towels and pillows and the housekeeping staff was fast and friendly. Breakfast was very good, something for everyone, well stocked and clean. My kids loved the waffle makers and all the toppings to choose from. Our room was very quiet, but on the rear of the building away from the lounge. We used the pool and it was clean and the seating options were nice and plentiful. If in the area again, we would stay again but in a double bed room for my kids to have a bed and not sleeper sofa.

We hold our annual family reunion at this facility almost every year because it's convenient and accommodating. This location grants us the ability not to have to travel from one location to another as we did in the past and provided everything we needed. We were just very disappointed in the number of participants we were able to have enjoy this adventure and event and that we plan to do this at the same place (Best Western- Bethlehem) again next year and until they change it .

Nice hotel for an inexpensive getaway. Not the Ritz but a basic hotel that worked for four couples for Music Festival. Been coming here for years. Friendly employees and decent breakfast. They have plans on updating the property which it could use. Had one mishap of a friend slipping in shower! They could supply rubber mats in the future. One other problem was the toilets! Very hard to sit on and get off of. They were so low to the ground and no rails to help you sit or get off them If they're going to update the property start there! Sounds funny I bet but they were ridiculous! Everybody in our group had something to comment about them and all had the same problem. Other than that! I would recommend this hotel and will be staying there again next year. Just fix the toilets!

Have been diving at Dutch Springs for over 20 years and this is by far the best hotel for the money. Only 10 minutes from the park and everyone at the hotel was great. The staff was very professional.

The good: our particular room (but not the bathroom) was fine! I loved that it had a hard floor and not a carpet. I loved the ability to walk out into the inner courtyard. Everything in the room was reasonably new and clean. Fridge worked beautifully. AC worked fine and could be individually controlled. The coffee machine worked and the coffee provided is good. Room was as clean as they normally are. The hotel breakfast was fine. The gardening - and there are many gardens - was lovely. There is sufficient parking. Plus, in general, all the employees greeted you cheerfully. Finally at $90 a night (special rate booked in advance) it was economical. The "middling" (i.e. not good, not really bad) - much of the hotel is undergoing extensive renovation. The "poor" - Our bathroom was very out of date, dirty (in the corners), moldy around the tub. Tub had no grab bars. Ventilation was extremely poor!! This meant that the room got damp - even the sheets felt damp! We stayed 7 nights. Literally every day something was missed by housekeeping. Once the beds weren't made at all. Three times there were missing towels and when reported, only once did they appear. Toilet tissue was missing once! Kleenex was missing and never replaced. The TERRIBLE - Our first night we saw one drug deal taking place just outside our room. Our friends (in a different area) saw a police take-down of another drug deal. Other people in our group also saw a drug deal in the parking lot. This is scary. On our second night, about 2am - there were 2 "code like" knocks on our door! We didn't answer. I called front desk who said they would send security. They did, but a long time later. Some, but far from all, the clientele were scary, noisy, and inconsiderate (playing loud music at 4am - and hotel did nothing about this). Carpets in public places were in poor to awful condition (maybe they will be replaced after renovation is done?). Nobody cleaned our room (i.e. swept the floor, etc.) during our entire 7 night stay. Housekeeping was generally very poor. Hotel generally feels run-down, but is making an effort. Don't know what they can do about the "scary clientele" but they should evict people who play loud music at 4am - and do so immediately. FINALLY - And this is a BIGGIE...there is no obvious signs showing where to turn in from route 512. We made this turn several times, every day and still managed to miss it at night. They need a LIT SIGN at the corner where you turn in to Gateway Dr

Very professional staff the hotel was clean as well as the room even though they were remodeling parts of the hotel it didn't effect our stay in any manner whoever done the planning for the renovations kept in mind of the guests so they weren't inconvenienced and still were able to have access to same amenities

Stayed here for the first time a week before. Because of positive experience I decided to return for more. This time the room was not as accommodating. Older part of the building with bathroom that could use a little fixing. I had to keep changing the water temperature in the shower. Furniture definitely older and a little seedy. Did not feel comfortable sitting in armchair. Room overlooked the pool which was nice. Breakfast was pretty good except waffle makers were acting up. Tried twice and had to scoop waffle from both sides.

They are renovating this place: it is more like painting a pig then a group of investors consciously redesigning and improving a property. It was more like a monthly rate motel with a courtyard than a hotel. Skanky hall and stairwell carpeting (shoes felt like they would stick). The courtyard was all junked up with guests' (?) litter. The parking lot was poorly lit with trash strewn about. The bar at the front was really a club scene (okay if you're into thumping bass and that crowd). I will say that the front desk clerk was a stand-up guy. Professional and helpful.

As a frequent traveler I have stayed at poor hotels. This was not that. It was just old. There were no internet or power connections near the beds. The lamps in the room were old, the desk old, the TV was good and a good selection of channels from a company called RCN.

While this is not an expensive hotel, you do expect cleanliness. The bathroom was dirty and the bedding was old and worn. While we didn't utilize the bar/restaurant, there were a lot of people there and the food smelled good. I would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel was filthy and in desperate need of some freshening up. I had mold in the shower, rust on the hairdryer, a hole in the drywall, the water initially came out brown in the bath, and the cleaning staff forgot to replace the towels they took away.

When you enter the lobby it appears that this is a really nice place, but when you get to your room it just isn't so. The hallway carpets are filthy and stained, the room was pretty clean. The bathroom sinks and tub drained very slow, and the counter top was painted over poorly, the outside door was gross and didn't fit in the frame right so there was a gap around it. And there was no outlets on the bed side of the room, phones had to be charged across the room on a well used desk. Overall the room was just blah.

Always choose this location when I fly in town. Good price. Breakfast is good. Local to mall, shops, casino, restaurant. Has pool, bar and restaurant onsite. Uber is fast around here. Close to airport as well. Dorney Park is 20 min away.

We love going to this hotel it has all the amenities you want and it's not far from shopping areas and restaurants also. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who's looking for a quick weekend getaway.

Hotel is older and needs repairs. Common areas look decent and courtyard and pool look great. I wish weather had been better I'd have swam could the pool is large enough to actually swim. Breakfast good quality was better than average Best Western. Eggs were fresh and not sitting around congealing. Orange Juice tasted fresh. There was a whirlpool in our room but unfortunately disappointed after filling it to discover it didn t work. I told front desk at checkout and was told. No, it doesn't work so I guess it never does. Vinyl flooring was cheap and buckled in the room and had problem with keycard on reentry because lock was worn out. Still the bed was good, linens decent and we got a good sleep. There's a wall phone in the bathroom. First time I've seen that. Sink in the vathroom and snother one in the room. Nice feature when 2 people using room.

I was given a one night stay as a Mother's Day gift and it was wonderful. The staff was friendly and funny. The room was updated and exceptional clean. At about 11:30 in the evening the air conditioner decided to die. Front desk sent someone immediately to fix it and when it could not be fixed they instantly moved me to another room. Very professionally handled with much apologizing. Second room just as great as the first. I highly recommend.

Hotel was nice enough. Felt very dated, especially the bathroom furnishings. Overall, the room was comfortable and we did not have any issues. Hotel staff was polite, we had a very late check in so the night crew was pretty quite and reserved as they were training someone.

Stayed one night and found the rooms clean and comfortable. The hallways definitely need new carpeting and the walls painted but who's spending time in the hallway ? Had a great dinner and some drinks in the nice little bar on site. Staff is amazing and super friendly especially the bar staff. My mixed drinks were definitely of the heavy hand if you like strong drinks which I do. Massive new wegmans just down the road as well. Also saw lots of cats and dogs on site which is very cool.

Made my reservation in Sept 2018, asked for a specific location. Didn't get it , was as far away as possible from it. Our room wasn't cleaned every day, fresh towels stacked on bathroom counter. COFFEE needs to taste like coffee; went to Starbucks every day instead

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past several years never been disappointed with any one on the staff or with the Bar or restaurant. It is my favorite hotel by far in the country the breakfast is by far the best in the country that I've stayed at

Room was modern and everything worked. Microwave fridge. Restaurant/bar right in hotel no need to go anywhere. Food portions are nice size compared to the price. Ready for the pool to open looks nice.

First, I do have to say that the hotel really hooked up my family with a great price because there were so many of us. So the group rate price was exceptional. The free breakfast was great in the morning in a nice looking restaurant and the staff was really great and friendly. However, though the lobby and the front of the hotel looks great when you drive up, you see that they really go for the first impression, because once you go around back to the rooms you think you ended up in a different, more rundown hotel. The rooms open up to a courtyard AND to an inner hallway, which is different though not necessarily bad. The rooms do not have carpeting, which is kind of weird, and you can see rust stains in the corners and paint peeling around the edges. The rooms were clean, though there was a weird musty smell in the hallways - or more accurately, a smell of some cleaner trying to cover up a musty smell. The beds were extremely - EXTREMELY- high off the ground - and this included a room that was designed for mobility assistance , to which the member of my family that needed the assistance had an extremely hard time getting into the bed. The location was very convenient for our purposes, and the outdoor pool looked fantastic - though it was too early in the season to actually use it - so there was good and bad to the hotel. I wouldn't give a full recommendation to the hotel right now, but if they continue their renovations, which it looks like they will be, it could be a really nice place

The room was musty to the point that my daughter woke up totally congested. The hallway smelled like cigarette and marijuana smoke The staff was very nice and helpful check in took a while because there was a Pet convention a wedding and a military function. It seemed that everyone was checking in at the same time

We stayed at this place for a sweet sixteen it was really nice and great place to enjoy after hours with the No Name club in this place was good and the cafe had great food to purchase and breakfast was good and that is included in your stay.

I have stayed at this facility several times over the years. It is in a nice and convenient location with clean room and nice decor. Unfortunately, the service needs improvement. I went to the restaurant off the bar for a bite to eat before retiring for the night. There were several people at the bar talking. One of the men was loud, opinionated and cursing. I was there to relax, not listen to that. I believe the bartender said something to him as we were leaving. He should have been told sooner. Time and place. This is just one example of the service issue. There were others. I am unsure if I will stay in the future.

Room was okay physically, breakfast was excellent. I will never visit this property again! There is a nightclub/bar on the property. Loud talking (shouting over each other, as drunks are prone to do) continuously, from ~10 pm until 2:30 am. This was in the hallway, adjacent to guest rooms (well away from the bar). At one point, ~1:40 am, someone was pounding on our room door, which awakened me and even my wife (who is profoundly deaf). I mean like a balled up hand striking our door full force! We will not be returning to this property under any circumstance.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. I selected it from the internet when looking for airport parking. They had a great special for "park, stay and fly." The entrance of the hotel was very nice. Comfortable lobby area. My room was big and nicer than I expected. It was a short and nice stay. Upon return to the airport, I called the hotel and they sent the shuttle out within less than 15 minutes for pickup. I will use them again.

Met old college roommates and had a very nice time..great price, clean and great location. Good food in the restaurant. Breakfast was opuitstanding..nice place to meet up. Pet friendly..rooms are clean and def a great value.

The rooms are always clean and the breakfast is very good, real scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. The only downside to this hotel is they do not have guest laundry. Restuarant is excellent, just a little pricey.

Booked a room based on reasonable price and good reviews. All true. Check in was prompt and friendly. Room was clean and fresh. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was well staffed and maintained. Special thanks to Rosa and Maria at breakfast and the young lady who checked us in on March 31. I didn't think to get her name.

Of course I appreciate new crown molding, and new furniture etc, but mainly we needed a clean, safe place to stay, centrally located, so that we could visit family who doesn't have space for guests. This place works. We arrived just before check in time at 3, but were still greeted warmly and efficiently by Bonnie at the front desk. Loved the baby grand in the lobby. Our room was clean, freshly scented, and well accommodated. If you prefer new furniture, whatever, go pay more. I haven't been to the complimentary breakfast, yet, but that's just a value bonus at this price. Unless your funds are unlimited, you should probably check this place out. It's a great value for the price in this location.

Made reservation and stopped in early on my day of arrival and was pleased to find they had a room already available for me...first impression..good.. I spend 125 nights per year traveling for work. We are a 501(c)(3) and I present our tax free exempt form at every location for 125 nights a year in MANY states including Pennsylvania, and not once have I had an issue with management denying our Federal ID number. I was told by the manager they he would not accept it that Pennsylvania did not allow him to. Keep in mind I had just spent 5 previous nights in Pennsylvania at 3 different brand hotels and as always had no problems. His response was.."well they are wrong". He tried in NO way to assist me or earn my business. I asked to cancel my reservation and he said yes and turned his back and walked away. I proceeded to another hotel, walked in presented my form and was thanked and cheeked in... I have observed the Best Western Brand really making a come back but because of poor management and customer service this hotel absolutely deserved no business.

Enjoyed the room. No carpeting!! Beautiful bathroom and comfortable bed! Staff were very attentive. Older hotel but well kept. Dennys restaurant on site so no need to go elsewhere for supper after a long day of travel.

Upon checkin we had no toiletries or tissues. The floor and mirrors were dirty. Old toothpaste in the sink. Would never go back. Didn't receive our loyalty points either. Very unhappy and the front desk said sorry your not happy but did nothing to help. Even had to fight about the price.

My fifth visit here for a business conference and this BW always delivers a great experience. Caring staff, good breakfast, great facilities. I would recommmend this for casual travel or for the perfect place to host a gathering.

Sure Stay Lehigh Valley has 192 rooms on 2 floors, but no elevator. An easy access hotel off Pa Rte 22 Bethlehem Pa.. Room was clean, well appointed and larger than most. The ice maker was in the hall and could be heard 24/7. With this many rooms on two floors means very long hallways. The food, breakfast and dinner, were excellent as was the staff. The only minus was the noise of an icemaker.

Great breakfast, clean rooms, staff was polite and eager to assist. The club Bar with No Name was conveniently on the 1st floor. A bit of an older crowd but it was a perfect little gateway. I would definitely consider staying again.

When we checked into the "hotel", there was a wedding reception taking place. There were wedding guests smoking outside of the entrance. Yes, you had to walk right through the smoke to go into the "hotel". Check-in went fine. Got to the room and the room had a terrible odor. The "hotel" was fully booked so there wasn't any way to change rooms. We requested towels. After about an hour of waiting and NO towels, I went to the front desk and they radio the "person" to bring towels to our room. A total time of 1 hour and 40 minutes later, we got our towels. The second night, our sink was clogged outside the bathroom and the toilet was leaking. We didn't report this because it was late and again, the "hotel" was full and we have younger kids... it would have been very disruptive. IN SUMMARY, find another place to stay. This "hotel" is at best a truck stop paradise.

Let me start by saying, when we pulled in the parking lot the hotel says Lehigh Valley Hotel on the outside of it, the only Best Western sign that I saw was a big one on route 22, so I didn't even know if it was the correct hotel. When we checked in we had a 2nd floor room with no elevator, so if you're staying here be cautious of how much you pack. Going to the room the hallways are older looking, the steps going up are dirt and carpets didn't seem to clean. Got to the room, walked into laminate floors that, which was different. After unpacking and settling in, having our shoes off the laminate floor was very crumby and dirty, so you had to walk around in socks. The pillows on the bed were horrible, the bathroom sink still had hair in it and the tub drain stop was totally broken. So all in all I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Overall this is a great hotel for the price. We found the hotel easily, it is very close to the highway exit with good restaurant choices minutes away. Also there is a Wegman's a couple minutes away which we needed because we forgot a few of our morning br necessities lol. There is plenty of parking close to the entrance and we even parked on the side later which had easy and close access door to our room rather than walking through the hotel halls. Check in was quick and easy without any issues, they did mention no elevator access for the second floor but that wasn't an problem for us. The room itself was clean and spacious, warm and they even delivered on our request for extra pillows. We had the deluxe king that comes with a couch which proved handy. It was nothing fancy but still a very clean, comfortable and quiet room. The free breakfast has plenty of choices for all to find something they like and the coffee is great. We will stay here again next time we're back in the area.

Glad I stayed here. Wow is all I can say about this one. This is probably the worst hotel that I stayed at since my Army days. These pictures say it all. I can't believe this hotel is actually affiliated with a franchise. This hotel screams of a struggling family business that was once a nice place after WW2 then the grandkids inherited it where the downward spiral took stranglehold. Look at the website and look at these pictures. Stark contrast and very deceptive portrayal of satisfactory accommodations. What the pictures don't show is the water in this room is hot to the point it's a safety issue with scalding water that will burn you. After your scaldingly hot shower you can retire to your creaky bed where you can feel the draft of the door that leads outside. Have no fear as the heater works well to heat up the room and is so loud it drowns out the drunks who are outside the door all night smoking cigarettes and being loud. If you are into cords that are hanging out all over the place complimented with mold, rust, warped wallpaper, and shoddy craftsmanship, then this is the place for you. On the bright side, the staff were polite but I somehow felt sorry for them as they have to apologize for this place on a daily basis. That has to put a level of workplace stress on a person that I will never know. How does a house cleaner clean a place that is fundamentally nasty? You can't polish a turd. It you don't like this review, don't have a an establishment in such poor conditions. You rent rooms for $110 a night, so you can afford to invest into better materials. You sure aren't investing in an elevator.

If you want to be yelled, screamed and belittled. Be humiliated and cussed at by employees I suggest staying at this hotel. If you want a staff including the General Manager who cares nothing for the customer then I suggest staying at this hotel. What a terrible experience. I will not stay again and will follow up with Corporate. You will be lied too if anything goes wrong with your stay

I stayed 2 nights in a different hotel which was filthy and just a horrible experience. I stayed 2 nights at The Best Western and it was AWESOME! Clean, comfy bed, and close to my place of business. I will stay here again!

some members of the team were argumentive and not helpful. the bar drinks were grossly overpriced especially for takeout. was charged $36 for 6 12oz cans of twisted tea to take to my room. shuttle transportation is not for everyone. sometimes no shuttle service at all.

If you want a place that is the best for a great price, fantastic free breakfast and friendly staff, stay here. Cleanly, friendly, great bar too! Breakfast was unbelievable. Eggs, meats, waffles, Danish, bagels, etc. Clean rooms, comfy beds.

Older hotel. The rooms were nice and big but only half renovated. Looks like they just did the floor where the bed sits. Had to push hard or kick the outside door to get it open. If you're going to renovate then do it all the way instead of half ass. Breakfast was good. Ate dinner at the restaurant the first night. Pretty pricey but the staff was friendly. I may stay here next time I come back but get a upstairs room. I could here people outside talking. Could smell the cigarette smoke coming thru the vent.

Originally scheduled to be in Pennsylvania for five days I found myself there for four months for work. Sure stay collection by nest western Lehigh valley hotel was able to accommodate my over stay. The only issue I had was housekeeping not always daily and sometimes when it did occur they would forget coffee or a towel or not change the sheets or pillow cases. Overall I was satisfied.

My husband and I typically spend half-a-dozen nights a year at the Best Western. It is an older property with some of the corresponding glitches but we have always found it to be comfortable, quiet and well cleaned. This review is to give a shout-out to the breakfast crew. They always have a well-organized, endlessly replenished spread. Early or late, the food is hot and appetizing. I also appreciate the fact that options are workable for low carb or gluten free diets. Well done to the efficient crew.
