Best Western Plus Austin Airport Inn & Suites

Even though the hotel was extremely busy, the man at the front desk was kind and thoughtful. We had 2 rooms booked, the one room wasn't ready when we arrived. However, the staff made sure to clean it quickly and efficiently. We appreciated it. We had one room with 2 queens & a pull out couch. It was spacious and perfect for large families. The rooms were clean and felt nice. The beds could have been better but weren't bad either. The breakfast had a large selection of items that was appreciated. The Texas shaped waffles were a hit! The location was very convenient for us to catch our flight the next morning. The only complaint we had was that there was someone who had the tv on quite loudly from 3:00-6:00am that kept us awake. There was some beeping that was happening every few minutes as well. (It sounded like a microwave beep). Overall, We would stay here again and hope our neighbors choose to be a little quieter.

This is the standard nondescript business park hotel you find in any suburb. It is tad plainer and more institutional feeling than others of its ilk. The Cambria across the way seemed nicer. The rooms are large and clean. The staff is sort of indifferent. Check in can be slow if there are many waiting. There was only one clerk when we checked in. There was a $25 damage deposit fee if you booked through a third party like Expedia which seems silly. There is no regular restaurant or bar on the premises, but you can go across the parking lot to other places to find this. There is a shuttle to the airport if you request this.

Convenient and clean. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Quiet and safe. Greater at door, thanked, asked if we needed anything else before settling in. Really pleasant stay. I will stay there again when in Austin.

VERY unprofessional location. I had booked 2 nights for a family member & they only stayed 1 night because of how uncomfortable they felt & didn't trust to have there things in the room & I got them another room where they attended us & were very professional & GAVE US A RECIPT after charging our card once. So If you want to book a room here save yourself the trouble/time & book somewhere else. Lady at the front desk (she was white, she kept messing with her rashes in front of my family member that I recommended this place too, I couldn't get a name so I guess describing her will do) she charged card twice & we already did it online so my card shows 3 transactions (which I will handle it) but she denied giving us a receipt for any of the transactions when swiping, like if you charge a card on ANY machine there will be some kind of receipt & I know because I got one from the new hotel we ended up moving too & I work at a register too. But definitely will never book here again & when I called to confront situation she spoke over me the entire time & then hung up and on top of that she was the SUPERVISOR she says, but when we asked another staff they didn't say that she was the supervisor. But I will be showing a visit to the location. Wouldn't have left a review if she didn't hang up rude lady :) EDITED: And if you look on previous lowest scores, everyone says she double charges & she hangs up what a joke you are & I finally saw a name it's TAMERA :)

Obtaining reservation as a walk-in guest was quick and FD attendant was courteous. Room was nice. Bed was super comfortable! Breakfast had nice assortment of items. My favorite amenity was the water bottle filling station on floor 1. First filling station I've used that dispensed COLD water!

We made a pit stop before we traveled to round rock. As soon as we walked in we was thanked for choosing best western and welcomed for staying with them. I have eaten at another best western plus and this breakfast by far has more options.

Clean place. Customer service was checking constantly if we needed something. Was able to have a good nights rest to get me ready for my business meetings. Over all peaceful. I will stay again for my future conferences.

The person who checked us in was extraordinarily nice and personable. The room was clean and well kept. The parking lot was very well lit. The hotel is close and convenient for getting to the airport to catch our early morning flight. Will stay here again.

Close to airport, but on north side of highway making drive a bit dicy. No amenities such as restaurant (not even close by) or pool. Exercise room had newer equipment. Clean and stocked with water and towels. Rooms are too dark - how much really do they save on minimal wattage bulbs?

TV froze and sputtered. Mold spots on the sheer curtain above the AC unit. AC unit struggled to keep the room comfortable. Towel hangers were loose. Toilet seat would not stay up when raised--we're a bunch of old guys and this cause us all to wake each other up all night. That being said the breakfast is above average. Good coffee in the lobby (the stuff int the room is just browned water). Location is good. Normally the shuttle is good but this time they had to buy me an uber because someone didn't come to work.

Would not recommend staying at this hotel. Mold in the rooms. Mattresses had dips in them and sheets were not clean. Staff was okay and they double charged me. The only reason I stayed there was because hotels near by was fully booked

This is a good hotel if you aren't going to spend much time there. The bed was very comfortable, and the TV and Internet worked fine. The desk chair is meant for people at least 5'6. Mine was broken--the height lever didn't work. It was replaced with one that did have a working lever; however, the chair was wobbly. It appears that the hotel doesn't take care of such details, which makes me wonder what other elements they skimp on. The hotel shows its age, with worn (but attractive) carpets. Business center is excellent, and breakfast satisfactory. Very conveniently located, near the airport.

I will definitely stay here whenever I'm here in town on business. Location was easy to find very accessible to get to and from. The staff was very accommodating. Room was clean. Breakfast had a variety of things to choose from.

Arrived late and checkin staff was very nice and helpful. However a sign next to the front door warning of vehicle break-ins and theft did not give me a warm feeling, especially when we needed to park away from view of hotel. Overall appearance of hotel and room: scratches and paint dings all over, worn and torn carpet, room was very warm and humid on arrival (took several hours to cool down), toilet seat was very loose. For breakfast, pancake-making machien was not working and other options were very limited.

This staff is pleasant and tries very hard to meet any needs you may have. As a weary business traveler, I'm grateful for this. They went out of their way to put me in a quiet corner away from the summer vacation family travelers and the noise that comes with that. I probably wouldn't have minded the noise, but it was very nice that the staff took that extra step.

Front desk staff were not very friendly. Breakfast was terrible. Rooms clean, but noisy both from inside noise and exterior noise. Bed's not comfortable - someone was smoking weed so you could smell it in the hall. We stayed there the night before an early flight - so for that, it would be good. I wouldn't stay there for a long term stay. It is really a hotel to stay for the night before a flight as it is very close to tthe airport.

The Capet by the window was wet and the room smelled moldy. The hotel is outdated and the pillows are small. I did not report this because I arrived at 1:00am and we just wanted to sleep. I knew the hotel was full and there were no other rooms.

For a family of 4, the hotel was perfect! The double queen beds - suite was huge and it had its very own dining room. Wi-Fi was fast for my two gamers, excellent reading areas for my middle child, the pool was super clean for me, and the service was very prompt! Awesome customer service was provided from check-in to check-out. Definitely will use again when in the Austin, TX area.

That bed... Haunts me to this day - I wanted to take it with me! Also, the breakfast had really good food for... You know, hotel breakfast food - and all of the staff was wonderfully friendly~ ...Filler for 200 characters!

All flights leaving Austin were cancelled due to ice storm. Was able to book a room at BW and then extend the next day when flights were again cancelled. The desk clerk was very helpful in rearranging rooms so I could keep my room for the additional night.

I attempted to book a room for 12/17 but somehow booked it for 12/14. I realized I made a mistake the next day when I got an invoice. I called the hotel and explained what happened and was told a manager would comp a room for the correct night. I was never contacted. I called back on 12/16 and talked to Tommy, who was super helpful and very nice. He was going to communicate to the manager what happened. No contact from a manager. I called back again today (12/17) and was told the manager had just left and was gone for the holidays. So 3 days without contact from a manager. Very unprofessional and upsetting. Not only have I spent money on a room that I never checked into, but now I have to book another room at another hotel because a manager couldn't take time out to make a phone call.

My room and furniture was new and clean and the staff was professional and friendly. This hotel met my expectations for the price I paid.If I return to Austin, I will definitely stay here again and I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Recommend for sleep near airport. Stayed one night because we had a long layover (midnight to 10am) and wanted to be close to the airport. Hotel was 6min by Uber. Yay. Check in was fast and easy. Andrew was friendly and helpful. Room was big and clean. Had microwave and fridge too. Yay. Breakfast was great too. Lots of variety. Boo: WiFi was SLOW. We tried downloading Door dash to get food and ended up using our phone data after realizing it wasn't the app itself that had issues. Boo: Airport shuttle ends at 11pm, so keep this in mind. In the morning the shuttle driver was sick so the receptionist got us an Uber to the airport, so yay!

After a long day of working, and then traveling all the way down to Austin, our stay here was the perfect end to the night. Usually airport hotels seem cheaper, not as nice, value for price. Not here, in a good way! The room was nice and spacious, the bed was super comfy and the breakfast was wonderful.

Wow. I read the reviews before I selected this hotel, and I can barely believe that those reviews were for the same place I stayed a couple of nights ago. First the good news. I do agree with the reviews that the front desk is very good. Friendly welcome, and they paid for my Lyft to the airport (since the shuttle driver was out - and instead of having to wait up to half an hour to sit in a crowded van, my ride came in 3 minutes and I didn't have to share the car with anyone. Sweet.) But...the lobby and common areas are sad. They look like they haven't been refreshed for years. Think big brown sofas that clash with the carpets. Same with the rooms. Sterile decor. The bed itself was uncomfortable, and the pillows were awful (too big and spongey), and as a result, I had a poor night's sleep. The beds are too high up off the ground - I had to climb up on mine. Breakfast was terrible, one of the worst I have ever seen anywhere (and I have seen some pretty awful hotel breakfasts over the years). I guess this place will do in a pinch if you absolutely have to stay near the airport before a flight, but I can't help but wonder if there are better choices. Don't believe the good reviews behind this one.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I have stayed at some in this chain in the past and they were just OK but this one was great! The staff greeted me and was so very efficient in the check in process. The room was spacious with higher-than-normal ceilings and a bed that made me feel like I ever want3ed to get out of it!

The front desk lady set up a Lyft for us to get to the South Terminal at 4am and was very helpful and accommodating. She saw us swimming in the pool and went to get us pool towels without us having to ask. They set breakfast up early (not sure if it was coincidence or if they did it because we have to leave at 4am), but it was thoughtful.

Front staff to cleaning staff had a glow of happiness and an amazing energy that I would want behind representing my company. The entire staff is happy and that reflects on management, great job. I love it when people are happy being at work. We felt very relaxed and comfortable because of it. This hotel experience was absolutely hands down the best experience in terms of staff I have ever seen! Amazing, keep it up. Other hotels should shadow your hotel if they want to do it right!

This is a very nice hotel that is convenient to the airport. The room was clean and the property was well maintained. The hotel seemed to be full, but the room was quiet - a quiet room is my main concern for sleep. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The bathroom had the standard amenities and was clean. Breakfast was nice with the standard egg, sausage, cereal, yogurt, etc. They even put it out a few minutes early, which was great as we had an early flight out. I would stay here again when I return to Austin if the price is right. There is a lot of competition in this part of the city, so if a higher end brand like the Home2Suites or TRU were the same price I would chose those properties first.

Great location less than 4 miles from Austin airport. Multiple places to get food on Riverside. There are multiple hotel options but this one is truly one of the more reasonable options for the service and amenities. Great Breakfast! Great Price! Clean Room! Professional Staff! Try them out

The hotel is in great condition. There was contractors working on the interior and exterior of the hotel when I arrived. Not much noise was involved. The hotel is being renovated. Staff was friendly and had a good breakfast. Breakfast area was clean and in order. The lobby, swimming pool, business and exercise room all look clean and in great condition.

Had to travel to Austin for work for a few days. Looked for something on the outskirts of Austin that would be a central starting point. The hotel was clean. Room was great. Breakfast was great as well. Would return to this hotel if I am ever back out that way.

Great location, very clean. Large variety for breakfast. All the staff including the Breakfast staff are very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Leah the Manager is such a courteous and dedicated person, so pleasant and extremely helpful. You see her at the front desk, cleaning the pool and even driving the airport shuttle. She should be given extra incentive/compensation for her dedication. We'll definitely be back. Thank you Ramona C

The staff were helpful, especially Ashley. We thought the hotel was new, but after being there think not. Unfortunately it was a dirty rundown hotel and we wonder if anyone did any upkeep during or since Covid.

Staff was very accommodating and even paid for a Lyft ride when the shuttle wasn't available. The bed was the most comfortable of our whole trip. The room was clean and everything was in working order.

Check in staff was nice and efficient. Room has seen better days. Closet mirrored door off track and the glass broken. Room door handle/lock area is damaged. Missing wallpaper in bathroom. make-up mirror in bathroom was missing (base was still on the wall). No hair dryer at first. Requested one from the desk but the heating element didn't work. At check-out there was no one available for 15 min. until I finally called the front desk from the lobby phone. Staff then entered the building from the back (smoke break?). Bed was reasonably comfortable but overall this place is showing its age quickly. There are too many other options in the immediate area and will consider those going forward.

On a short weekend trip to Austin, TX. We decided that we would stay close to the airport so we looked up a few airports and chose this one. We chose good for the following reasons: helpful service, clean, spacious bedroom and clean bed, well air-conditioned room, no weird smells in the room, and great breakfast.

We stayed here the night before our flight and we were happy with it. Our room was clean and comfortable with good use of space. The air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was comparable to other hotel chains in this category, with a variety of choices. We would stay here again when flying out of Austin.

We stayed here because of the reviews and the reasonable price $117/night (w/o taxes/fees). Unfortunately the place had too many problems so I would not stay here again. First the good things: the king beds were comfortable, A/C & its fan worked great, room & bath were large enough for 2 adults and most everything was clean. But that's it for the positives. In our first room there was a dead fly stuck to the inside of the window. The luggage rack was broken, the in room phone did not work so I had to go down and get a different rack. The towel bar in the bath was not secured to the wall and kept coming off. The TV guide did not work. Our room was on the top floor above the pool and the extremely bright light for the pool shown into our room, even with the shades closed. The bed made noise when you got in and out or moved. The towels were thread bare and some of them were stained. Housekeeping skipped us 2 of the 3 nights. A couple days later we stayed again and in this room the light in the bath above the tub worked intermittently, sometimes flickering which was very annoying. One of the 2 table lamps did not work. Breakfast was a disaster. 4 of the 5 mornings multiple machines were broken or food out of stock. There are not enough seats on the weekends. Many of the fabric chairs are stained and many of the tables were not stable, i.e., rocked back and forth while you tried to eat. What they did have for food was good but they need to improved the machines and keep items stocked. Finally the pool was locked so did not get to use it but from the fence it did NOT look inviting. For all of these reasons I cannot recommend this hotel and will not stay here again; there are plenty of other hotels in the area worth checking out.

I stayed here for 1 night. The room was clean and spacious. Its 10 mins away from the airport and they have free airport shuttle. They also offer a free breakfast. They served cheese omelets, sausage, fruit, cereal and you can make your own waffles and pancakes. My flight was early and they got me a Lyft to the airport. There is no restaurant at this hotel and nothing nearby to really eat. I ordered Uber eats.

The room was comfortable and stylish but not cleaned during stay unless you specifically request. They should tell you this when you check in so as to avoid having to request shampoo, towel etc. Over all staff needs better training. Renee was great, friendly, accommodating and helpful. But for Renee and the comfortable beds I'd give this place a lower score Can't say the same for breakfast person. There was a roach in the "kitchen/ dinning area. Would not return.

Tastefully decorated, snack bar available and newly remodeled, this BW location is close to the airport! We would definitely stay here again when visiting Austin! We found the bed to be comfortable and the property was clean and well maintained.

This hotel is close to the airport and they offer a ride from and to the airport during the daytime. The room was clean and has a large bathroom and high ceiling. WiFi was fast and they had a nice hot breakfast. Definitely worth staying at again.

This is one of the better Best Western's I've been to. Rooms were spacious, bed comfortable, bathroom clean and shower hot. Didn't partake in breakfast or internet so can't comment on that. Close to the airport and close enough drive to downtown. Would stay again for an overnight, whether personally or for work.

We spent three nights at the Best Western Austin Airport Inn &n Suites and the room was better than we had anticipated. We had 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa (suite). The room met all of our needs. The breakfast was good with a good selection and the staff was great.

I'm giving this hotel a review of two stars based primarily on my interaction with housekeeping & breakfast staff and the graffiti on the wall in the hallway outside my room. The room was in overall good repair, the mattress was firm (which I liked) and linens comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and was very relaxing. Furniture in the room had some scuffs along the bottom from being hit with a vacuum and the paint could used a touch up here and there, but overall it was an OK room. I stayed two nights, and when housekeeping knocked on my door around 10am after the first night, I was in the middle of changing my insulin pump. I looked through the peephole and asked if I could have five more minutes to finish changing my pump, and the cleaning staffer rolled her eyes and mouthed something that looked profane…at this point I just said “nevermind, I don't need cleaning service today” and she pushed her cart off to do the next room. Now I realize that she probably didn't know I was looking through the peephole when talking to her, but come on — you're in public and should have common sense to not respond rudely to someone just because they're not standing right in front of you. Secondly, at breakfast they had a young man running around stocking the small fridge and other food items on the counter. He was sniffling and wiping his nose with his bare hands and continuing to go into the kitchen and bring out stuff to put on the food line. This would be gross at anytime but especially right now considering COVID. My other major issue with the hotel was the graffiti on the wall outside my room. I'll upload a photo of it to go with my review — at the very least management could have hung a picture over it or something. I got the feeling that perhaps they've been cutting corners though. Overall the room was comfortable and front desk staff were friendly. I would choose not to stay at this Best Western again based on my interaction with the cleaning and breakfast staff and the graffiti on the hallway wall.

This trip was to move my daughter to Texas from Memphis. It was a hard trip but it was a good trip. The hotel staff was wonderful and the room was great. When I visit my daughter, I will definitely stay there again.

It was pretty quiet and the location was great! The quality was great. The breakfast amenities were great. The swimming pool was amazing, we had it to ourselves. The location of our room was amazing. The bed was blissful!

Everything was great til I am sitting here at breakfast and one of the workers are getting breakfast as well and starts blowing his nose by the food. I get feeding employees but all the construction equipment they bring and dirty is a turn off. Especially when they don't know not to blow they nose where people eat.

We were staying in Austin for just one night and wanted to stay in a BW hotel. We should have stayed downtown, as this choice is in the middle of nowhere. Nothing that we could walk to and it was a hassle getting in and out of the location. The front sign is obscured by a large overhanging tree and the hotel itself is rather sterile and soulless. Parking was tight because of nearby construction. Nothing was wrong with our room and the staff was pleasant, but we wouldn't do an encore here.

We checked in late afternoon. It was a very quiet hotel. Our room was very nice. It was roomy with an actual table and chairs, a counch and chair seating area. I knew we were staying two nights so I reserved the Queen suite. We thought the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. I thought everything looked updated and very clean. When we checked in, they gave us a form to order our breakfast for the next morning. We had that both days. The breakfast option we liked was the breakfast burrito. I opted for the oatmeal the second day for a healthy start. We thought our bagged breakfast was a really good perk. I just want to say the staff was very friendly and helpful with everything.

Quick tip- shuttle runs only until 11:00pm. We called 11:14 from airport after we arrived and told no shuttle. Took Lyft. Now laying in bed and toilet apparently broken because it wont shut off...Not a good start.

Morning supervisor decided she'd be cute by flaunting her own company's requirement to wear a mask. Breathing and clearing her throat on all the customers checking out. Disgusting and dangerous, avoid at all costs this disease-ridden place.

While on a four night five day stay at this hotel there was no housekeeping services. No clean towels no emptied trash cans, nothing. They claimed covid but other hotels were offering services but this hotel was, in my opinion, just trying to save money and gouge the customers.

This hotel claims because of covid they can only clean rooms every other day. They say it's only safe to clean the room every other day. It's seems like a money saving attempt not a safety feature. No where, when youre booking, do they state they will not clean your room daily. Other hotels in the area have no problem cleaning daily, even if by request. If you would like a clean room stay elsewhere.

Best Western it's been my favorite place to stay, everywhere I go , this location it's an example of what I always expect from any Best Western Hotel . I highly recommend it to anyone , whether is while passing through or visiting the beautiful city of Austin., great location and easy access.

For $110 this hotel was amazing. Our room was gigantic. Beds were extremely comfy. Bathroom was great. Overall wonderful hotel. Check in was quick and the front desk woman was extremely helpful and nice.

If you need a moderately priced place to stay near Austin airport, don't choose this one. There are many other options within a mile or two that are probably better in most cases. We live in Austin and needed a place for a night due to power and water outage during winter storm. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. That is where the good part ends. This seemed like a relatively new property, but the room sure didn't look it. Here are the problems with the room: dirty walls in bathroom, refrigerator was so lopsided you had to lean in to one side just to close the door, Closet door would not work, very shoddy building as evidenced by all the extra caulking in the bath apparently to keep the tub from coming apart from the wall, and one of the worst mattresses ever (lumpy, saggy, and noisy from springs or whatever was falling apart). And here is a weird one, the floor is so slanted in the bath that it seems like you are in a carnival fun house. We are proud of Austin, and sad to see junk like this being built for guests. However, there are MANY nice places to stay, just not this one.

This Beat Western was definitely worth the price paid for the room. The price was reasonable and the hotel exceeded expectations. I was extremely happy with the breakfast. Due to covid there isn't a buffet-style, but this was the first Best Western where I was given an option of what I wanted in my "grab bag."

A plus behind this name should not be just for furnishings. The night front desk staff person needed customer service training. I had two 25.00 gift certificates to use and he assured me he would apply them....Nope! My folio was incorrect and I found out he put them on the wrong room. The morning desk person corrected it. The room was clean and the mattress was great. Room 322 was quiet. Keurig in room coffee. Grab and go with water, fruit cup, muffin and applesauce. Not sure if I'd stay here again with the other choices. Some areas need to be refurbished.

Convenient location, near the freeway, but still quiet. It is a bit tricky to get to because of the road construction, but worth it. Very nice, comfortable room and actually pet friendly, as advertised. Good value. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool, which was a lifesaver after days of riding in the car.

Never in my life have I been treated like this by a hotel manager, yelled at hung up on after asking to speak to her supervisor. Been staying here multiple nights per week for business but will NEVER stay here again.

We stayed here before flying out. Hotel was very clean, room looked great, beds very comfortable and staff was helpful. We all had a chance to have some fun in the pool. The children did not like the food items that came in the grab and go breakfast. There wasn't as much in the bag as we were told, but we made due.

We can't control the weather but if winds are blowing & you can't watch tv its not acceptable. We sat in our room looking at the wall. That was the only downfall of our stay. Other than that our stay was great.

This Hotel was very nice. Room was clean. Could not ask for more for the price. Not your old school Best Western. I would recommend this hotel for a simple stay for a night or two or for a longer budget friendly stay.

This is a difficult place to review. It will do for a night or two. Beds were OK. Internet OK. Cleanliness basically OK. Maintenance could be a bit better and staff a bit more hospitality oriented. Breakfast OK. While most of what I saw was on the high side of "adequate, not the greatest. The HVAC unit was noisy and inconsistent -- kept putting out heat one night regardless of thermostat setting. The deal killer was the shower. Horrible water pressure -- so bad it was tough to wash soap off The basic test I have for a hotel is simple: "It it clean and does everything work as it should?" The shower alone is a colossal failure.

Spent 2 nights here. They have a great breakfast, and clean rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though the airport was very close I never heard a plane. Easy access to the freeways and a couple restaurants are close by.

I spent one night here before a 6am flight out of ABIA. My room on the first floor was large and clean, with up-to-date furnishings. I wouldn't call the room cozy, but it had everything I needed and it was quiet, despite being located on the first floor. My only complaint is that the water never really got hot very early in the morning. Other than that, my stay was fine. There is shuttle service but it was not available when I checked out of the hotel at 4am. I was able to get a rideshare without any issues.

I stayed for 2 nights Jan 25-26. The room was adequate, extremely spacious; too much wasted space if you ask me, but that's not a negative. Plenty of parking space. I liked the cookies that were out in the lobby in the evenings, that was a nice tough. I was greeted by friendly staff. In the morning, the next staff was just as friendly. Overall, I loved most how nice the entire staff here is, I felt at home from the front desk to the housekeepers. The customer service is outstanding. The only con is that shuttle to airport doesn't run after 11. Cost me additional $ to get a ride here since my flight was delayed and did not arrive prior to end of the shuttle schedule. 4 stars for transportation and aesthetics, some details like holes in the bathroom tile were noticed, but they do have 5 star employees and that makes all the difference. Would definitely stay here again.

11pm went to lobby complained loud jumping noise on 3rd floor, I had a baby that it was going to wake up. He said yes someone complained. Noise finally stopped at 2 am. If you stay request 3rd floor, I won't stay there again.

Great Hotel very comfortable. They made a very stressful situation very comfortable. Great breakfast cookies at night and very friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again when we have to go back.

Margo at the front desk was amazing when I had delays and when I was too late to use their own shuttle. Devan (sp?) had breakfast ready early (I had to leave by 4:30) and offered to let me take food to go. The room and bathroom were immaculate, the window shades actually kept the light out, and the room was very quiet.

After a Large Event and working from 5 am to 10:30 pm, Super tired and having to catch a early morning flight This was a great way to end my day! this newer hotel was close to the airport, had comfortable beds, a wake up service, and a quick breakfast before taking their shuttle service over for my flight. I recommend This Place!

I found all of the staff welcoming and friendly! My room was clean and my bed was SO comfortable. They had a lot of options for breakfast and two different styles of coffee machines downstairs. They had a coffee maker in the room as well, with different flavor/strength options. I will stay here again. The only thing I would say the hotel needs to take action on, is the seat on the sunny fly wheel bike in the exercise room. The seat is not secured and it is only a matter of time before some gets hurt.

Quick friendly service including house keeping! Very clean rooms. Great location. I stayed there last year and will definitely stay there next year too. Free breakfast and parking! Rooms could use better lighting and better decoration.

The staff at the BW Austin Airport are always respectable they take time to welcome customers with a friendly greeting. This was my second stay at this BW I will definitely stay there again! This BW is 5min from the airport, definitely makes things convenient for 6am departure flights.

For a one night stay it was alright. Close to the airport, about 5 minutes away. Room were a little dark but clean. Breakfast was suppose to start at 5 AM, but was ready by 4:30 AM which gave us time to eat before we left, that was a plus.. Food was the normal eggs / bacon precooked and cereal.

We were catching a 6:00 am flight from Austin and we live an hour and a half away from the airport, so decided to book a nearby room and chose Best Western for the rewards. This was an above-average Best Western, seemed really well maintained and almost like new. The front desk staff was very friendly, made dinner recommendations even offering to call for us to make reservations. Bed was adequate, good pillows. The only drawback was the road construction on Highway 71. We got an early wake-up call and made our flight on time.

Excellent rooms, comfy beds, complete and delicious breakfast. Everything was pristine ... but bathroom lighting was a bit dim. There is no restaurant within the Hotel or within the block...however they have cookies for the taking, and a some snacks for purchase. For the price, great accommodations, and proximity to airport it's a super deal. We are returnees to this BW and will go back again.

No different than the other hotels just more expensive. Pool is not heated. Breakfast not good. No hot tub. Rooms were Interesting long. Air conditioning was annoying whether hot or cold. Breakfast was not worth staying at this hotel.

I dropped my rental car keys down the elevator shaft and the management team promptly helped me and took care of the problem so I could make my flight. The hotel was wonderful overall, but the fact that they were so helpful and caring will make me more likely consider Best Western for future stays and I will be referring colleagues to stay at this hotel while in town.

This BW is very nice, the staff are friendly. Customers are greeted with delicious refreshing fruit water plus cookies. I was exhausted after a long trip and looked forward to a quiet and relaxing evening and that is exactly what I got! I had an early morning flight with the hotel being five minutes away it made things easy.

I enjoyed my 4-day stay. Location is convenient and amenities, including free airport shuttle, make this a great value. I recommend requesting a room on Hwy 71 side rather than pool side so garbage trucks won't be heard, but rooms are clean, beds are comfy, breakfast options are plentiful and staff is great!

This was a great place to stay. Very safe. Room was very clean except the arms of one of the chairs was dirty. Bed was very comfy. Didn't hear neighbors. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

We really only were there for a few hours of sleep, but the beds were great, shower great. Coffee was always ready. Front desk people nice The price was also good. All-in-all a great value; I'd go again in a minute.

Our stay at Best Western was overall nice. We had some minor complaints (noise from upstairs guest, and a somewhat odor in the room upon arrival). The odor seemingly, came from the overuse of bleach. It wasn't incredibly terrible but, it was noticeable. The second day of our stay, we didn't notice the odor anymore. The price is fair, it included breakfast, which is great. The breakfast is a REAL breakfast (cereal, yogurt, sausage, bacon, eggs, waffles, fruit, coffee...etc). We enjoyed the breakfast very much. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. They handled our noise compliant right away. The room was nice and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

We stayed for one night at Best Western Plus Austin Airport Inn & Suites to attend a wedding and it was great! Our room (at the third floor/Suite room) was perfect; very clean, with large TV, king size bed, separate big seating area, and very big bathroom. The surrounding is safe and clean, and the hotel itself looks very well-maintained; there is a lounge area at the third floor and an ice vending machine. The breakfast is very adequate with several choices for coffee, pastries, and breakfast juices. The protein sources are several -eggs, sausages, and bacon ( I wish though that the bacon be cooked on the well-done side..). We were also given welcome bottled water and cookies. Likewise, there is free flavored water and cookies at the Hotel lounge for the guests. But what impressed me most were the wonderful staff whom I interacted with--in making the reservation, with the Hotel Front Desk staff in making some requests, and during check-in/check-out. I want to mention Darla/Best Western HQ ( I hope I got her name right) whom I spoke to during my reservation. She was so helpful and friendly, and she made the reservation process so easy (I usually make reservations online in other third party providers). At BW Plus (Austin), I want to commend particularly Margaret (Front Desk) who is so helpful, polite, pleasant and friendly when I made some requests about early check-in and room assignment. Margaret did an excellent job of assisting me. Shay (Front Desk) is also friendly and prompt in providing assistance. Davon and Leah (Front Desk) also made our check-in and check-out a very pleasant and easy experience. Over-all, we would stay in the Hotel again when we visit Austin. Highly recommended!

Little bit of a mixup on arrival but it was soon sorted out. Pleasant room, very clean with a good shower. The air conditioner was a little noisy but , thankfully you can open the windows for some fresh air.

The hotel was clean and nice with courteous staff. Decent breakfast and cookies upon arrival. Upon Arrival the staff was not at counter and sign said something about them being about the property and please wait, We waited about 15 minutes to check in. The room was nice and worth the money, the tv remote was dead so we got a new one and it turned the tv on but did nothing else, had to unplug it to shut it off. The shower was a handicapped shower with no place to put the shower head for a nonhandicapped to take a shower. Finally at midnight we had another family open our room as the hotel tried to put someone else in our room. Didn't ruin my trip, but it was little things that would have made our stay better.

Great location, only minutes from downtown. Easy check in and out. The room was very spacious , neat and clean. Breakfast hha plenty of options and was very good. Blue berry waffles were great. But was kept clean

There was a rotten egg smell in the room I reported it and was never offered any solution or to move, tabels, desk, night stands, & TV stands were all sticky also a/c was loud and there was red stain spots on a curtain also housekeeping never cleaned our room after requesting house keep one a second day of our 3 night stay.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. I loved the toiletries! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was awesome! The breakfast was delicious. I do not have a single negative thing to say.

The rooms were old but clean, the staff were not overly friendly. The kitchen staff for the continental breakfast were very nice and helpful. The TV remote was difficult to manuver. Overall it was comparable to a Motel 6

My husband and I stayed at this hotel prior to our international flight out. Because it was a BW Plus, I thought it would be a nice place to stay to get a good night's rest. Wrong! On check-in, the clerk was nice, but not that welcoming. I'm not even sure if she smiled. But that was okay. Now about the room. The room size was good. But that was the only positive thing about it. First, the nightstands and dressers were sticky with whatever the cleaning crew uses to clean. It made the room feel more dirtier than it actually was. I thought I'd "wipe" off the gunk, but that didn't work. Secondly, and most importantly, the bed sagged on my side of the bed. The mattress either needed to be rotated or changed out completely. I cannot comment on the breakfast, as I did not use it. All in all, this was one of the most disappointing BW that I have stayed at. There are better hotels in this area.

In town for a graduation. Great customer service, extremely clean room, nice relaxing pool, hot & delicious breakfast. Everything is as pictured & promised. No compromising or false advertising here. Have stayed here before while in town. Will definitely return when in the area.

Cant trust them to keep their shuttle from hotel to airport on time. signed up night before, was 8 min early to pickup point, they left 15 min early, returned 25 minutes late I was late to the airport

We were greeted at the front entrance by an overflowing garbage can. It was like this when we checked in and it was like this when we checked out, so it was not a temporary situation. There was no hot water in the shower and the water pressure was very low. Instead of a nice hot shower I got a trickle of lukewarm water for my morning shower.

nice place for the price, rooms where nice. great breakfast, shuttle to airport was a nice plus, only problem we awoke at 6:15 am to the garbage truck picking up trash. Other than that I would stay here again.

Very friendly staff. Clean and Modern - No issues, will stay there again. Bed was comfortable- Room very clean and quiet. Staff helped with Issues with Internet. Had meeting to go over details of our visit to another Plant in the area and staff furnished us with Soft Drinks and water.

If you need to use your own computer, I recommend avoiding this hotel as the internet did not work during my visit and had to use computer in their business center. I asked for Ethernet cord, no cord available. I asked for refund to find a hotel with internet service and was told they couldn't refund. Also, shower pressure low and only one teeny tiny shampoo bottle.

I arrived at the Best Western late in the evening in the midst of a family emergency. To say that I was stressed and unpleasant to deal with would be an understatement. Leah behind the front desk immediately sprung into action to help, going way above and beyond what I ever could have asked for. Each time assistance was needed she was quick to volunteer without me once asking for help, I can say without reservation that I've never received such exceptional customer service. Thanks, Leah! We stayed here 4 years ago when it was brand new. It's now a BW plus and this time we used points. Comfortable bed and everything was great in the room. Front desk personnel were efficient and welcoming. We flew in late at night and used Uber because the shuttle service ended at 11:30. Very close to airport.

Friendly staff both at check in and check out. Room was large with good amenities. In room coffee maker did not work so I left the note for staff to replace it. Good selections of coffee and latte's. Loved strawberry Waffles. It was just 10 Minutes to St.Edwards, so we could be there on time. Over all good experience.

I normally like the BW Plus brands, but this location has a long way to go. To start off, I checked into my room and sat down on the couch. Big mistake! The couch was broken and I went to the floor. The frame of the couch was broken making the couch a nice display. When I brought this up to the front desk, she just smiled. The breakfast was not much better than the couch. It looked good but was a bigger disappointment. The worst part of the visit to this BW Plus was using the park-n-stay. I parked my van directly in front of the entrance thinking that my vehicle would be safe; not even 15 ft from the front entrance. Bigger mistake!! I returned to find that someone had broken into my van. To make matters worst, when I told the front desk clerk, he stated," we are not responsible". This is by far the worst BW Plus I have stayed at. STAY AT YOUR ON RISK just like the parking.

The room was large and comfortable, and it and the overall hotel seemed fresh and clean. Breakfast included good oatmeal and my favorite yogurt. I was very happy with every aspect of my stay. One of the nicest Best Westerns I have ever stayed in.

Every time I stay at the Best Western, I have the best time ever! The rooms are roomy and clean. The breakfast is great. There is a huge selection of options from hot to cold. The Abuelita chocolate is a must!

Stayed two days while in Austin. Clean, quite and a great breakfast. Anytime I can get oatmeal is great in my book! Will stay again if in the area. The only negative is we could hear the goings on in both rooms on each side...thin walls.

Stayed for one night before heading home to Michigan. The price was great for the room and delicious breakfast. Quick check in and out as well! Loved the quick convenient amenities like breakfast and vending machines. We were even able to have pizza delivered-convenient location, near the airport.

Front desk folks. Not friendly at all. Check-in woman was ok. Just wasn't friendly. Checkout men were not friendly at all. Even questioning me and staring me down while I sat in the lobby after checkout, while I was corresponding with some folks on my phone for a bit. The young man needs to learn that his body language and even his eye contact can come off as highly rude and judgmental. Also, HBO Channel reception was horrible. Room was nice. Terrible staff.

Nice hotel. Big rooms. Clean rooms. You can here the construction noise from the building next to them.Turn the TV on, you don' t here a thing. Great buffet breakfast. Boiled and scramble eggs. Bacon, sausage. Corn flake, coffee, tea, waffles Texas shape. We had a very good experience with staff personal, they where kind and very nice until the last day. We stay there in total, 5 nights. First time for 1 night, and came back for 4 nights. The day before we left my daughter felt in the bathroom, slippery floors, so watch out for that. We report it to front desk clerk she was very nice and ask if we need something, we thank her and said no, she was just hurting. When we check out the assistant manger, we assume she is, ask, If its something we did? We said no, is that the floor is slippery. She answer OK, thanks and by in a very defensive way. we were in shock after such a great service She ruin are opinion of the hotel. I may say you get what you pay for,

My family and I stayed here for my wedding weekend. It was amazing. We were looking for a nice hotel on a budget and this exceeded our exceptations. We stayed in a King Suite. It was super spacious and overall nicely done. The rooms do need better lighting though. Not the best for doing wedding make up. Joe at the front desk was phenomal. He was everything you want a front desk agent to be. Overall, I highly recommend this property.

We do not recommend this hotel, because of broken toilet and air condition not working. Overall, the experience was poor, and for the next stay, the likelihood of hotel service dependability will be low. We feel the hotel service did not put the guest first.

New, clean hotel. Perfect location for the airport. Lots of good space with larger rooms. Rates were good and it is definitely a hotel to try and book. Food was great and the staff friendly. Above all, very clean.

We stayed there on Friday the 10th. We checked in after dinner with family. My flight the next morning was not early so my son and I took our time. Everything at the hotel seemed ok until my son went to get something out of his truck and discovered it was broken into. All of his tools were stolen. When he asked about cameras outside the front desk said sorry, we can't help you. How convenient for whomever stole the tools. Shameful they "couldn't " help. After watching my son reenlist this was not the end of a trip I wanted.

I visited Austin for the first time and stayed at the BW near the airport. It was a fantastic hotel because it was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great too. They had everything from fresh fruit to specialty coffees. I love the BW TX waffles!

Nice facility and service was good. Bfast was decent. Only problem was the suttle TO the airport. It starts at 5am but there are many flights leaving before 6. I was there at 4:30 and the airport was packed. Change the hours and this will be a 5 star review

Nicest hotel room that I have stayed in in many years. Even the hallways are wide and there is a nice sitting area where the ice and vending are. Spacious bath, nice linens, great beds. An all-around great hotel room at a reasonable price. And the breakfast space is the nicest of anywhere I have stayed in my life. Spacious. Great food stuffs. Convenient to the airport on a main drag to downtown Austin.

For being relatively new, a bit shabby around the edges. Biggest issue: I was rented a room (king size, #312) with a broken down mattress; turning covers back, a hollow/depression of 4"6" was obvious. When I pressed down, I could feel irregular/broken mattress springs. Panned to stay one night and had unpacked before discovering mattress issue. Tried sleeping on other side, but it also had depression, though less visible. A most uncomfortable night. The attached photo (taken just having turned bed down) makes one wonder if the bed linens had even been changed! At Checkout, I suggested room be taken out of service until mattress could be replaced. Was promised " accommodations" regarding my stay and problem, including a refund of my charge. So far, nothing. I definitely recommend looking elsewhere.

The location was close to the airport and other places that I wanted to go to. It was quiet and the breakfast in the morning was good. The room was clean and the front desk was super nice. I would come back to this hotel again.

Overall, this Best Western in Southeast Austin was a fantastic place. Had no real problems unloading, but they rush you when they insist on having airport shuttle vehicles taking up space under the front awning. It was even worse when it came time to pack up, as a taxi driver completely blocked the space under that same awning, along with that same shuttle people mover (and it was RAINING outside!!). Despite those unfortunate events, this was a good stay. The front desk people deserve kudos for going the extra mile to be sure I got the right room that I wanted, and we negotiated on the best deal. What I stayed in was on the third floor on the hotel's west side. You get a great view of Downtown Austin (which really lights up at night). For this traveler, that was some treat! Since I've stayed at this hotel before, three years ago when it was new, that was the thing I actually remembered for this visit. The room was, overall, good. The TV was good, as were the amenities inside the room. There was decent-enough space for movement. One problem, however, was a lack of flexibility with the shower head. It needs to be more than one-dimensional and with adjustments. But there was plenty of room, and the hotel was very well-built. As for its location, it's still a work in progress, as there is a cluster of new hotels being built in that block, plus some nearby freeway reconstruction. As soon as all that's done, it will make this hotel an even better choice for future trips. Plus, I took advantage of an online offer many months earlier to get this reservation cost-effective. That was wise. For my money, this BW was a good choice. And, if any of you fly, it's just three miles from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. There are over 300 restaurants within a 10-mile radius of this hotel (and that includes all the downtown stuff), and that, you can't beat. Rain or shine, you need to come and make this your Austin choice. I plan to once again!

As a Best Western Plus, I expected no problems, but I must delineate the problems I encountered in hopes of having them corrected. First, the most aggravating was flushing the toilet in (I believe room 316) as the handle was difficult to depress. Secondly, the lady staffer at the front desk didn't know the route to take to get to the airport, which I thought strange. These two annoyances prevented me from grading this establishment very good. By the way, if you don't feel like going out for dinner, grub hub is your ticket, as they deliver.

Great accessibility for wheelchair in 2 queen bed suite. Bathroom very easy to use with roll in shower that did not spray water all over the floor. However, if you use a wheelchair be sure to take someone with you to the breakfast as many items are out of reach from your wheelchair.

Excellent rates, good location, nice room & amenities, excellent customer service. It's convenient to the airport, COTA, South Austin, etc. Since discovering this place, this is where I stay when my travels take me to Austin. The only downsides: the hotel was the first of several hotels being constructed in the same area -- you have to navigate around construction to get in & out of the hotel (not to mention the nearby construction at the 183/71 interchange). Also, since this is a newly built area, there's not much within walking distance

Check in was simple and easy, room was clean, Breakfast was a big disappointment. Sausage was cold and bacon looked like it was cooked in a microwave. Eggs with no salsa! We are in Texas for pete's sake, but out the Salsa and Tabasco. One large community pot of oatmeal, then you had to add your toppings. Overall I have had much better breakfasts at other Best Western's. Check out time is noon, I phoned and asked for late check out and it was extended to 12:30 and then reminded by front desk I wold be charged an extra day if it was past 12:30. Will not stay here again. Would not recommend anyone staying here.

It had been a while since I have stayed at a BW and was pleasantly surprised. The decor was modern and clean. The fixtures in the bathroom were very modern and up to date and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I will definitely inquire at other BWs in the future and would stay at this property again if I am in the area

Spent 6 days at this hotel. Very clean with friendly staff. Daily complimentary breakfast starts at 5am instead of 6 which is nice so we could start our day early. Complimentary airport shuttle was very convenient. Had the suite which was nice for the extended stay. AC unit was a little loud but got used to it by 3rd day. Water pressure in shower was weak. Will definitely stay here again next time in town.

We had comfortable beds. Great breakfast. The airport shuttle was great! Staff couldn't have been more helpful. They were great! Will stay again! Had a very minor issue with the shower head being loose and a loud refrigerator and they comped the whole price of the room and were very apologetic. They seemed to really care about our experience!

I recently stayed just overnight for 1 night at this Best Western. It is obviously very new. The décor was very nice, the room we had was very nice and very spacious! I was very pleasantly surprised. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Only had brief interaction with staff, but it was good customer service. We like the complimentary cookies they had out in the lobby as we entered. Since we had to be at the Austin airport by 5:45am, it was very nice that the hotel complimentary breakfast opened at 5am, so we were able to get a bite to eat before heading to the airport. The airport is also a very quick drive from this Best Western, hence the reason we stayed there. I would definitely stay at this hotel again should the need arise!

I wasn't expecting very much from this place when I booked a room, seeing as the prices are very cheap. I was very pleasantly surprised to see this place in person. It looks like it has been newly remodeled, new carpets, etc. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was good. The staff was nice and attentive. Would recommend this place if you are staying for a few days, or even a week or two. Will definitely stay here again.

Been using BestWestern Hotel most of the time and its location is a top prioirty in trips and accessible to all amenities and can be relaxing at the end of the day. Size of rooms and availability of choices and cleanliness. Easy to check in and out and availability of staff when needed and appearance in overall we do love to stay to Bestwestern cause they always offer best value and rooms.

Nice clean comfortable rooms minutes from the airport and downtown. The only drawback is parking as some of the spaces are narrow and if thr hotel is fully booked, there isnt enough parking. The area is clean and safe and at the junction of three main highways allowing access to any part ofvthr city within minutes.

Hotel was clean and comfortable bed. Good location for us. Friendly staff. Problem with A/C so we were immediately moved to a new room. Didn't have breakfast due to schedule. TV remote was a little difficult to use - it is designed to be "clean" and less likely to have bacteria, so I was OK with that.

This is easily an A+ hotel...10 out of 10. The service was great,and the staff were friendly, attentive and honest. The hotel room we have had a microwave and fridge, and the faucet and shower were user-friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. I would like to point out that when we first showed up, our original room had 1 king bed, which was not big enough for our party of 5. The front office staff did not hesitate to upgrade us for free to a much bigger hotel room that was the perfect fit for us! They even helped me with our airplane boarding passes. Thank y'all again so much! The ONLY negative about this hotel is the location. Although it was in a quiet area, I do wish it was closer to restaurants and other touristy stuff.

I really don't like being told I have to put a minimum number of characters in a review. The place was supposed to be Best Western Plus but I am guessing that doesn't say much for other Best Westerns. Inadequate parking, bad internet, almost no water pressure in shower, surly and unhelpful staff, YAY!

Well for starters our first run had toenails on the bed and it was missing the desk chair. They promptly moved us to another room, on a different floor, in which the ice machine was out of service. They are also located in a construction area so view was not to appealing. I have the say, the customer service was great and so was the free breakfast.

The front desk agent Ruth is just the best she has been at the hotel the last 2 or 3 years that we have came here she just is so friendly and eager to help with all of the needs of her guest. (don't let this one go she's a gem). I just love this hotel the housekeeping department it the best the hotel is always so clean and looks grate way to go on keeping it look new didn't even know how old the hotel was by looking at it

If you have stayed at a Best Western Plus before, you know exactly what to expect. However, this one seems a little bit nicer that the others I have tried. Airport pickup was quick, checkin was fast, and the room was clean and spacious. The exercise room was very minimal, but functional. The room was quiet except for the 4AM trash pickup down below my room. Get a room away from the central corridor.

Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. As other reviews have noted, the shower curtain was too short and it was tough to keep water off the floor. Bathroom doors are also awkwardly placed, but it is easy enough to deal with. Most staff are exceptional. We had one front desk clerk who made many errors as our group checked in. Room keys not activated, rooms mis-assigned, limited knowledge of amenities. After we finall got all of that straightened out, the visit was fine. Friendly staff were evident and cheerfully greeted you and helped when needed. I would stay here again. I would stay here again.

I booked online and when I get there the girl at the desk tells me its for 3 nights when I only booked 1 night as I had showed her on my cell phone she then makes me wait for a long time while she makes a call about god knows what and talked in another language for nearly 30 mins right in front of me like i was not even there I had already been charged and she still just acted like i didn't matter at all what kind of place is this.

I had heard some negative comments and decided to stay there anyway. Most of the negative that concerned me pertained to a ride to the airport. I found another way there so I cannot really comment on it. The room itself was great!

The desk agents didn't know the channel for their advertised Free HBO channel and when we did find it, it wasn't working. Out of a 5 night stay we had 3 nights of HBO. Ok fine, but the lack of a shower curtain that fit in the tub to stop any water from draining out of the shower and onto the floor. Bathroom has 2 very dull lights that you cannot see well by. Outside cement walkway leading from the stairwell door to the parking lot has a strange cluster of rocks the width of the cement pathway by 2 feet and you instantly trip. Large holes in parking lot. We didn't stay for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helped when they could.

over all it was ok, but had some issues that should have been taken care of before a guess pays for the room. It was close the airport, and close to restraunts, and down town with out being down town.

The hotel is situated near the highway and Bergstrom Airport. Was visiting Austin for family visit and arrived tired and hungry. Front desk staff was so helpful and friendly with menus and recommendations of local restaurants that delivered. The room service at this hotel is under construction for April so no service available. Room was nice with awesome beds and cozy mattress. Room had mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. I was very happy to stay at this hotel and would definitely stay again.

We booked this last minute. We were in town for the MotoGP. It was a decent location for what we needed. The room was large enough for 5 of us to move around without bumping into each other. The desk was a nice addition. Over all I would say that the hotel was clean and staff was friendly. It did smell as if they had recently cleaned the carpets or possible painted a nearby room. We will be back.

Nice clean, comfortable room. Not crazy about the bath soaps being in bag form on the wall of the shower but I can live with it. Breakfast was good, eggs were scrambled and warm-hot. Bacon was thin, crisp and very tasty, the sausage was very good. Also had a nice assortment of baked goods that were OK. I'd stay here again if visiting Austin. Easy on and off highway.

I was on a short business trip and really enjoyed that my room included a matching sofa bed and sitting chair area. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Wifi worked great. Employees were friendly and professional.

Definitely one of the best Best Westerns I've stayed at! It was nosy at times (stomping at night) but nothing that we had to complain to the front desk about. A clean room even thoughh the shower curtain was a little short for the tub. Very attentive housekeepers…we always saw them working! Excellent continental breakfast with Texas shaped waffles and hot food! Very friendly and attentive front desk clerk as well I want to say her name was Katrina? Or something similar she was always there and quick to help with anything! Highly recommend!

Room needs work...shower curtain didn't hang inside the tub, sad water pressure, small shaving mirror lose on wall and rusting already even though the hotel is new! But the price was reasonable. We left before we had a chance to have breakfast.

Very surprised that there were no charging recepticles in the room. In this day and age of technology and it being a new hotel there was no way to charge iPhones, iPads or other electronic equipment. Other hotels have them either in a wall socket or on a lamp base.

This one of four hotels in a row off the highway. Close to the airport but with traffic allow maybe 10-15 minutes travel time. There's a free shuttle. The lobby was clean and functional and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My room had tall ceilings and was larger than most Best Westerns I've stayed in. Two beds, desk, TV (not large), clock radio, coffeemaker, fridge and micro, etc. The mattress was firm and linens were a little thick and heavy considering it's always hot in Texas. There were plenty of outlets on the desk and bedside. HVAC unit was fairly quiet. The bathroom was medium-sized with nice fixtures and good toiletries. Basic nonadjustable shower head. There were a couple of design flaws, though. The tub was low-profile and the shower curtain rod was mounted pretty high. That meant the curtain barely reached to the edge of the tub. I tried hard to keep the bottom inside the rim but lots of water splashed onto the floor. I threw some extra towels down, but my guess is that they're going to have rapid water damage if the floor gets soaked every morning. The other flaw was that the TP holder was mounted too high which made for an awkward reach. I attached a couple of photos to show the problems. Otherwise everything was good - standard BW breakfast. I didn't hear any airplanes and only a minor amount of noise through the ceiling from someone stomping around. This is a great value and definitely worth considering for a mid-level hotel.

When I booked this hotel it was because there wasn't any other hotels with rooms available near the airport! Because of a sleeping disorder I am a VERY lite sleeper so I requested and received a top floor room . When we went to our room we discovered that the TV didn't received the cable signal. I called down and they sent someone right up but he was unable to get it to work so we requested another room,also the ice machine on this floor didn't work.As luck would have it all of the other rooms on the top floor(3) were booked so we were offered one on the 2nd floor. that evening around 7pm the guest in the room right above us returned and he walked with a heavy foot. We called down and complained and they said they would call him. The noise did stop until around 11:30 at which time I called down again. Everything was quiet until the next morning at 6:30am when he woke up to go to work. We were left to deal with this every day after that (3 days and nights). Then on Friday at 2:20am the trash pickup arrived just under our window and the noise was horrible. Then the next morning the trash pickup returned but this time at 1:40am again with the banging of the dumpsters. We were scheduled to stay there for 8 nights but because of 3 nights of interrupted sleep and suffering from exhaustion and not being able to find another hotel near the airport we decided to return home 5 days earlier. Another problem we had, but it's not just this hotel but others in this rating category, is that guest let the doors slam shut either when leaving or returning to their rooms and I don't know why that is. Surely they can hear it when other guest do it and would think that in consideration of other guest would make it a point not to let the door slam shut! My wife and I are ALWAYS conscious of other in our hotels and make it a point NOT to be inconsiderate. A couple of other things that was wrong with our room was the toilet was not secured to the floor completely and the lighting in the room was in poor. The only lights in the room in the ceiling was in the entry way and that was not bright The bedroom area had lamps only..The bathroom was no better and my wife could not put her makeup on so I had to move one of the table lamps into the bathroom. In all fairness I have to say that ALL of the staff from the front desk, maids, kitchen and shuttle were EXCELLENT! and tried their best to helps us.The problem is with the entire building not be sound proofed when it was constructed.My advice is if your a lite sleeper then find accommodations elsewhere, if your not then by all means stay here.

You can hear everything everyone in the hotel does. Wall unit A/C doesn't maintain temperature too well. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Nothing walking distance around the hotel. Nice upgrades since renovations completed.

Close to the Airport and the circuit of the americas race track. The hotel is a typical budget business hotel meant for business not leisure. It is very clean and the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. I will use the hotel again on business in the near future.

Looks nice in the entryway. You can see a Loft to the second floor. Modern floor and seating area. Margo was nice and helpful upon arrival. You have to place a parking permit in your window and give them your license plate number. Breakfast starts at 5 a.m. There are only apples for a fruit selection. There is no fruit infused water available like every other modern hotel I've stayed in. They have several water fountains which I don't use. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The room is very clean. A small TV. The lighting is awful. Comfy bed! I like the faux Granite wall in the tub. Although the shower curtain I had in my room was torn. The wall mount to turn on the water leaks. NO water pressure. There were stains on the carpet outside my door in my room and on my front door. You still have to insert the room key in the door not just swipe it across like other modern updated hotels. Not sure if they offer a room key on the app on your phone either. The thermostat is in an extremely awkward place.

I chose this hotel because of it's proximity to downtown - however you will need a car because most of the roads nearby are highway. That being said the hotel was decent, it was clean, staff were nice, and the free breakfast wasn't bad. The room itself was a nice size and there was also a chair for lounging and a work desk. The bed was kingsize and the bathroom was pretty spacious. There was a little fridge, microwave and small k-cup machine for coffee. If you plan on being out and about, then this is a good choice but if you want to stay in the hotel and relax, there are better spots to choose. There is a tiny gym and a 2 machine laundry room, I saw ice machines on each floor as well. All in all the hotel wasn't bad, but it was just standard. The best thing of the hotel is it's proximity to the airport (6 minutes) and to downtown (15 minutes) it is centrally located to the highway and it was very clean. All of the rooms have a window and it is only 3 stories, so there aren't a ton of people staying there. The price could have been cheaper for what we got but it is what it is.

Shower curtains are too short, so expect a flooded bathroom. Ice makers don't work, so expect to have to drive up to the gas station to buy bags every day. The parking lot is basically empty, but you have to walk back out to your car to put a tag on the dash or risk being towed. Hotel staff take the prime parking spots under the awning because they are lazy, so you can't unload under the awning.

Stayed one night. The hotel is near the airport. Very disappointed when realized there was no hot water. Notified the front desk. The gentleman who answered stated he would check on it. In the morning, still no hot water for bathing. Again notified the front desk. Discussed my disappointment with the employee at the front desk. The employee's remark was "I wouldn't blame you for not staying here again, I wouldn't either with no hot water." There are many other hotels in the area, would recommend staying somewhere else.

A great hotel , with good room !! Great bed and bathroom , clean and spacious ! Wifi good Staff very friendly and shuttle to and from airport great ! Aircon was a bit noisy and had to shut it off to be able to sleep ! Good value !!

Stayed one night. Near Airport. Hotel was clean, updated, and comfortable. Stay was quiet. Staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel offers a very nice breakfast and has a nice breakfast area. i did find the bathroom had very dim lighting, and the shower curtain was a little short so you had to make sure you kept it inside the tub during showering to avoid water outside on the floor. But besides that, everything was great.

Stayed in this hotel for 5 days and it was a very nice hotel to stay at! They have free breakfast in the morning which was nice! It's kinda far from down town like a 15min drive but other then that it was a pretty good location. And a very clean hotel as well!

The only two problems I had were at check in, and one day of my room being missed for cleaning. At check in is when I first learn about the $25 per day incidental hold, for me $75 was held on my debit until check out I was told. This made spending a challenge during my stay. My second day stay I slept in late, used my for not disturbed sign and removed it at 4, when me and the kids left for the day. Came a few hours later and no clean room or fresh towels. I also had 2 irons that would not work. Other than that, me and the kids had an awesome stay, staff was helpful and professional with assisting.

I found a good deal on Priceline. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff good humored and helpful. The fitness room is no better than adequate, but apparently guests have the use of the fitness room in the hotel next door, which is roomy and equipped with a stack of dumbbells (max 50) as well as a universal cable machine and cardio machines. It's close to the airport and runs a free shuttle.

Clean, friendly staff. Big breakfast area, outside pool and first floor exercise room with large mirrors, treadmill which I used, and about 3 or 4 other pieces of equipment. Stayed 1 night for an early, early morning flight at 5:45 a.m. meaning we had to be at the airport between 3:30-4:00 a.m. NO shuttle until 5:00. Needs improvement. If staff can hire someone for 5:00, just push the start time to 3:00 a.m. Had to hire another ride. Staff was willing to call a cab, but we opted for Pronto. No recognition for being a rewards member.

Always a pleasant experience at this location. Staff is always helpful, accommodating and professional. We never hesitate to select this Best Western location. Works excellent for our plans, requirements and location requirements. We are happy to recommend this property.

The hotel felt clean and it was close to the airport which I needed. But in less than 20 hours there there were fights in the halls and loud knocking on doors in the middle of the night. The hotel staff made the comment that the people were supposed to have been on another floor (they seemed to know them). The other comment was that they had told them to behave or they would have to leave. Not a place I would stay again. They appeared to be tolerant of this type activity.

After working a 13 hour day and driving 3 more hours, my husband and I arrived at the hotel just after 11 p.m. on a Thursday night, went straight to our room and to bed because we had to be at the airport by 4:30 the next morning. Sleep was important. I don't know how good the bed was because exhaustion took over, but around 2 a.m., a group of 3 or 4 guests came marauding down the hall. It was loud. Of course, we never slept another wink. Was this the hotel's fault? Of course not. However, the walls revealed themselves to be very thin and uninsulated through this event. As I looked toward the door, I could also see light seeping in all around it. No wonder it was as if the inconsiderate guests were in the room with us. In reality, they tromped around just on the other side of a sheetrock curtain from us. If you MUST have rest, I do not recommend this particular hotel.

Great price for one night, and used their shuttle to fly out next morning. Kept our car there. It was a great way not to stress and they took care of everything. Even picked us up on return flight. We will stay again.

Noise/music from outside the hotel after 10:00 at night made it difficult for me to sleep there. The curtains would not close to help reduce the noise. It amazes me that the City of Austin and the hotel chain allows that kind of noise pollution especially at that time of night.

This facility was very clean and neat. The room completely acceptable. The breakfast was good. We walked to an excellent Mexican restaurant with freshly prepared food. Nice seating area in lobby. It is an “airport” Hotel, but convenient to get to downtown Austin.

Was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Great staff, very friendly. Very clean. Comfortable beds, And an awesome breakfast in the morning with lots of choices. Very happy with our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that is going to the Austin Area. You won't be disappointed.

Clean rooms, good rest, reasonable TV and Wi-Fi service, convenient free breakfast. Most noticeable problem was the shower curtains mounted outside the tub rather than over the tub, such that it was too short to reach the top of the tub unless I carefully soaked the curtain with water and used its wet bottom edge to cling to the very top edge of the tub. They need to think about replacing the shower curtains right away to prevent flooding.

I usually enjoy my stays at Best Western but not this location. I stayed here for a business trip with two colleagues. The front desk called and said that we had a noise complaint for our room. We were working on a presentation with no TV on. We informed the front desk that we were not making noise. The front desk called again 15 minutes later and said that the guests beside us had complained again that we were talking too loud. We we're very confused. The next night when we returned to our room we had to ask for more towels because the handicapped shower in our room flooded the floor when we used it. The front desk representative came with the towels and said that our neighbors had complained about noise from our room. We had been there maybe 20 minutes. She then informed us that if we got another complaint we would be asked to leave. When we tried to ask questions about why she told us that airline employees stay at this hotel and they need their sleep and the walls were thinking at this hotel. Will never stay here again.

We stayed here due to the ease of access to the airport after our visit to the US F1 Grand Prix as we had a 6.30 a.m. flight. As we missed breakfast they provided a goodie bag. Once at the airport our flight was cancelled, so we were lucky enough to rebook our room, and go back to the hotel (rather than wait for the 3 p.m. check-in time), so that gave us somewhere to go before heading off into downtown Austin again. We really appreciated the staff helping us out with that. The room was very comfortable and clean, staff extremely helpful and with the navigation system in the rental car, we found our way around quite well. We cannot comment on the breakfast but the dining area looked nice and tidy and there were also snacks available for purchase. As Best Western rewards members, we like to stay in BW properties when we can, and we would certainly come back here, if we stay in Austin again.

Room was clean, price was right, breakfast was great, location was just off the highway with easy access and departure. even though if was close to the air port i never heard a plane so I had a nice quiet sleep. only minor problem i had was the shower was for wheelchair and didn't have enough slope to keep the water from going all over the bathroom floor. Used towels to form a barrier. I will probably stay in this Motel on my next trip to Austin.

This is a new hotel by the airport. The rooms are large, comfortable, and well appointed with rates that are quite reasonable. Once you figure out how to reach the frontage road, access to Highway 183, the airport, COTA, and I35 is really easy. The drawbacks: the hotel is still new so the staff is still figuring things out. Also, the hotel is part of a new development so there's not much (restaurants, stores, etc.)near it.

Everything was pretty good about this hotel EXCEPT the shuttle back to the hotel. We were originally scheduled for the 4:30pm shuttle. Called them at about 4:15pm to say we were running behind, so they said the next shuttle is at 5pm. I said great- we would take that one. Got back to the hotel at about 4:58pm and when I asked the receptionist where the shuttle was, she explained that he had left about 10 mins prior due to heavy traffic and after calling him told us there was a bad accident on the highway and he still wasn't even to the airport and it would be at least another 30 mins before he could make it back to pick us up. We ended up having to call and pay for a cab to get us to the airport on time. AND there was absolutely NO traffic the entire highway until we were in the airport waiting for drop-off. Very disappointed in the poor communication by the front desk and the unwillingness to accommodate/correct their error after it was made. It caused my Mom and I a lot of stress at the end of our trip.

Every thing was great. Room was nice and updated. The beds are comfy, the air worked real good! Everyone working there was helpful. Coffee was good and the breakfast was great too! The pool is smaller then it looks in the pictures but still was good enough for me.

Great service, hotel is a bit difficult to reach off Discovery Ln, great room, didn't sample the breakfast but it looked good, had a desk phone got it resolved quickly, called for a rm with an ada shower and the water ran on the bathroom floor/poor design but made it w/o slipping

We stayed here to get a head start on a 7:00 AM flight to Grand Cayman. The common areas were clean and very well maintained. I thought the property was newly opened. The room was roomy and clean. A full breakfast was available and we ate a snack on the way out the door for the airport. The variety of the breakfast items offered was quite nice. Ruth was at the front desk and was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel totally welcome and well taken care of. This property will be our first choice we take off from Austin Bergstrom before the rooster crows.

Amazing hotel! The best customer service I have ever received at a hotel. The staff was simply delightful. They went the extra mile to make sure I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Will definitely return!

My son and I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights, in town for the Lone Star Lemans. The hotel is clean, quiet and close to the airport and Circuit of the Americas. Rooms were very well kept and cleaned daily. What sets this property apart are the staff. The front desk staff were awesome to say the least. I'm not sure if its a TEXAS thing or not, but Wow, friendly, genuine and just all around excellent service. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY. I hope to return soon! Almost forgot the awesome breakfast, real Bacon, sausage and yes, real scrambled eggs. Again awesome!!

My family and I were evacuees from hurricane Harvey and stayed at this hotel for 10 days. The staff were very accommodating to us! Room was kept clean daily, fresh everything and we never had to wait for anything. If I called for more towels, pillows or anything they brought it to us in a very timely manner. Ruth was one of the staff members there and she went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable. Weather it was friendly conversation to see how we were doing to simple things like giving our kids extra juice or cookies. Everything was a "yes I can" from her. She gave OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! Room had everything we needed it was very spacious. AGAIN GREAT SERVICE!!

Location and staff were excellent. The room was nicely appointed with lovely amenities. There are several restaurants close by you are 3.5 miles from the airport and about 5 miles from downtown Austin. The only problem I had was a very loud night and day refrigerator that was annoying. I am returning and hoping this was just a fluke. I would recommend this property as it is a great value and the breakfast was wonderful.

The beds were more comfortable than expected, the room was quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful every time we had questions or needed help. There was a good selection of hot breakfast items, including fresh oatmeal with stir-ins, sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, mini Danish pastries and mini muffins, fresh fruit, two types of yogurt, cold cereal, sliced bread and bagels for toasting, three varieties of milk including almond, a chilled juice dispenser, two waffle makers and three flavors of waffle batter. A free newspaper each day helped us stay aware of the news, especially as there were some significant events developing during our stay. We were here for a few nights as we moved our child into his university in the area. We anticipate being back from time to time and will likely stay here again. There were a couple of instances when we needed maintenance help and received that help immediately and the problems were fixed right away. We were impressed!

My initial room had cock roaches all over the bathroom when I turned on the lights, then we were assigned a room that wasn't cleaned by housekeeping. We had to take our suitcases up and down the steps/ elevators 3 times before they found a room that was clean and bug free. I stayed because it was close to the airport, I thought it would be convenient but once we saw the cock roaches neither myself or my daughter could sleep peacefully. I kept imagining them crawling on us while we slept. I have stayed at Best Western's before, but this time I was very dissatisfied

The best help ever offered at any hotel in the world. I needed to contact an airline for check in. I had to be away from the BW and the front desk person took care of it for me. Everything was waiting in a sealed envelope at the front desk when I returned 8 hours later. Bravo to her!

The family and I spent 5 nights at Best Western, we are checking out this morning. Lets say what was right first. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. What wasn't okay. We chose the Best Western because they offered transportation to and from the airport, however until we flew in at 11:15 We didn't realize the transportation ended at 10:00pm. My son and grandson flew in the day after us and when we inquired about transportation we were told We could only receive transportation twice per room while staying at the hotel. We had five in our room stated five nights but could only go to and from the airport one time. The pool which was open from 10 until 10 NEVER opened at 10. We came downstairs three days in a row and were told the pool had just been shocked and would not be open until 12:30 or 1:00. I was never able to take my grandson swimming in the morning as I had planned out our itinerary. When we were able to swim in the evenings there were no towels in the pool area. We stopped by the front desk to get towels but could never get extra towels in the room we were told they could only leave five towels in the guest rooms. The last night in the hotel we wanted to wash our laundry. The washing machine had an out of order sign now our swimming clothes will have to be mixed with our clean clothes. There was a good selection for breakfast but the eggs has black specks in them that were unidentified. There was very little choice of fruit for breakfast apples and oranges only. I cancelled my reservations at Super 8 to stay at the Best Western. On our way back to the airport next week we will reconsider our choices.

We stayed here for one night after helping my daughter move to Austin for college. It turned out to be about 10 minutes from her apartment. The staff was friendly, the room was great, very clean. I appreciated the makeup mirror, as I wear glasses and it's hard to see in the one behind the sink. The breakfast was great also, lots of choices. It's near the airport but I did not hear any planes. There was never a wait for the elevator.

I wanted to go out of my way to say that I really enjoyed my stay at best western and all it's amenities most of all I appreciated the 5am breakfast which was absolutely wonderful, being that work starts at 6am for me usually the complimentary breakfast goes out the window because other hotels start at 7am.

This hotel is right next to the airport, which is very convenient to those flying in and out of Austin. But here's the thing....it's close to everything. A ten - fifteen minute drive gets you to all the Austin activity! We stayed on the third floor, which is the top floor, and never heard a plane...not once. The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms are well appointed. There are plenty of towels, etc. Microwave and refrigerator in every room was a plus, especially because we stayed four nights. The bed was comfortable. Bed linens were nice as well. The breakfast every morning is top notched! Way above the normal hotel breakfast. Hot/cold cereal with all the toppings you could imagine for your hot cereal. Cooked eggs and meat, every morning. Waffles, pastries. Toast/bagels with any kind of spread you would like. Several different kinds of yogurt, fruit, juices, coffees, teas...great job. The staff, all shifts, in all areas were really, really nice! Very helpful and made a point to greet you every time you came in or out. They seemed to care about you. I agree with some of the reviews regarding the lighting and water pressure in the shower. The shower had low water pressure. There was no shortage of hot water, but I wish it was a stronger shower. Not the end of the world. The lighting in the bathroom was poor. There were two vanity lights and a shower light. Even with all of them on, it was so dark! That was frustrating. I wish that could be corrected....the water pressure could go unnoticed if the lighting was better. This lighting issue was perplexing because the fixtures seemed new. The price per night was a good, solid value. You really get more for your money with this hotel versus a higher end brand name (Hilton). The price was really good...so much lower than a downtown hotel. Please figure out this lighting issue. This will be my go-to hotel from now on when I come to visit family, regardless of the lighting and water pressure. The cleanliness, staff and breakfast just can' be beat. Thanks for a nice stay!

Very nice hotel and staff. Very clean, comfortable bed, awesome breakfast! Washer was broke at the time of our staff but staff aloud us to use washers after housekeeping was done to wash our girls uniforms! We will be staying again in the future!

Not the worst BW but very close. Smell from floors & brought to attention with no remedy. Fourth of July and dinky pool closed. Poor location with too much traffic. The best thing you could hope for is a fair breakfast that we all love.

Clean and Comfortable hotel. Expect to pay more for a stay in Austin while they "Keep Austin Weird:. Parking lot is small and can be a challenge if hotel is nearly full or you come back late from an event. Convenient to a gas station and to the freeway which works for our needs. They were cleaning the breakfast area when we checked out so there was no coffee available downstairs when we left. Normally coffee available all day. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay , hotel close to airport and nice free breakfast. The staff was all very nice. The pool was smaller than it looked in the photos but still was a nice way to cool off. The new rooms are decorated nicely.

AC in room was extremely loud and rattling. Towels and pieces of wood had been crammed around the unit to try to reduce the vibration and noise. Obviously a known problem in a room which I paid $160 for. Had to turn the unit off to get any sleep. Girl at front desk - to her credit - showed me 2 other rooms which seemed as bad.

The experience was excellent in all ways. New. Clean. Fresh. Polite/courteous staff. Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable bed. The swimming pool was clean and inviting. I would stay there again. Thank you.

I stayed at the Best Western Plus with my aunt, cousin, mother and 95 year old grandmother. The room was comfortable for the 5 of us and could even fit one more if needed. The bathroom was large. The breakfast was decent and I liked the variety of waffle batter available. The pool was clean and the water was pleasantly warm. It was close to highways, stores and restaurants. Parking after 8pm can be difficult. The best part about staying at this hotel was definitely the staff! They were professional, courteous and had us laughing our entire 4 day stay! I don't anticipate returning to Texas but if I do, Best Western Plus Austin Airport Inn & Suites is where I'll be staying!

we stayed at the Best western as it was close to the circuit of America where we were seeing Muse play.Check in was a breeze and the staff were really nice.The hotel was really clean and the beds were really comfortable.The hotel offers a nice breakfast that we were able to take advantage of. If we are ever back in Austin we will stay here again.

This hotel was clean, had a great breakfast, and was easy to find. We called to let them know we would check in after 5:00p.m. and needed to be in a quiet room - they were quite accommodating with our requests. The breakfast was great-served fresh and replenished often!

This is a clean, comfortable hotel. Not only is the room spotlessly maintained by the cleaning staff/housekeeping, but even the hallways and common areas are really clean. The housekeeping staff is simply outstanding. Front desk is average, and very matter-of-fact. The issues with this hotel begin on the outside - they do not have adequate parking. We had to park in the parking lot of another hotel next door which is still under construction with rubble and construction vehicles for company. The Breakfast could be a lot better - no fresh fruits/cut fruits which is common in most other comparable hotels. However, they had a Nescafe coffee machine did dispense excellent Latte and Cappucino, The TV is a complete disaster - starting with the funky remote, channels where there simply is no sound, and no TV Guide online. Even the CH+ & CH- buttons did not work, and the channels had a weird numbering system of the kind have never encountered. Bottomline - only 3-4 channels worked.

Would recommend this place but need a few changes. Cleanest hotel I've stayed at so far. Great value without the frills. Free, good breakfast but missing the cut fruits, whole fruits provided. Excellent European quality coffee, cappucino, latte etc. the best I've had, provided thro a European coffee machine during breakfast. Water pressure pretty low in the shower during our entire stay. Great location just 7mins drive from Bergstrom and about 15 mins south of UT Austin. Weird remote for tv. Ticking fridge in room. A/c works well. Good view of the UT Tower. Would give 3 stars because of how clean the rooms, hallways are, and great coffee.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times over the last 7 months. It is located near where I need to be for my business in Austin. Hotel room is always very nice. I love their king size beds and their sheets. Would definitely recommend to anymore looking to stay in this area.

We booked this as it was close to downtown and the Circuit of the Americas. It was clean, room was a good size and the included breakfast was substantial would definitely book it again on return to Austin

Stayed because it was close to Austin airport and had an early flight. Was immediately disappointed that they had no afternoon snacks, no places to eat within walking distance. Washer was broken, bare bones, very crowed parking. Actually paid more for this hotel. Would not go back!

We had not had very good service at the last 2 hotel. The gal there was very helpful and accommodating. Our room was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was quite and we were able to relax before a early flight

It looks really nice, BUT the shower curtain was to high for the tub and there was a pool of water every time you got out. There was smoking out by the pool and you would have thought they were in our room smoking it smelled so bad and we were on the second floor. We also had what seem to be spot lights outside our window, I had to jimmy rig the curtain to keep the light from shining in all night because they are so thin. The only employees that were pleasant were the front desk staff, the cleaning staff was less than friendly. You could hear a shower running and stomping around from the 3rd floor around 1:30am all weekend. Some pics are of the water on the floor and the card in the bathroom of what your going to pay if you steal things from your room...must be a big issue.

This was a last minute stay due to a flight cancellation. We wanted a budget friendly place to sleep. The Best Western staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We were without a mode of transportation and they were very helpful in making sure we had supper and anything we needed for our short overnight stay. Clean, comfortable and friendly! I would definitely stay there again!

The parking at this hotel was not enough for this hotel. Cigarette smoking by the pool-not good. ice or any kind of vending items were not on every floor. Norma was very helpful and a joy to talk to. The breakfast food & drinks were top of the line.

Excellent in every way. I would stay here on future trips to Austin. Everyone was friendly from the front desk to the people who cleaned the rooms. This is a fairly new and very well maintained hotel.

The staff was fine but it has a dark and unwelcoming decor. The bathroom fixtures were very small. There a garbage truck outside my window at 3 in the morning and stomping upstairs late at night. This would have been tolerable but I had to leave the hotel at 4;30 to catch a flight. A good nights sleep is why I booked at the BW at the airport even though they did not have a shuttle at that time.

I stayed in the hotel by myself and felt very safe. The staff was very friendly upon checkin, the room was extremely clean and the bed was VERY comfortable. The breakfast was very good and everyone in the dining area was very clean. If I am in this area of Austin again, I will definitely stay here!

When in Texas you must have Texas shaped waffles for breakfast - which you can get at this Best Western! The rooms and building in general are tastefully appointed and comfortable. The only thing I'd ask to be improved is the lighting in the bathroom. Lovely fixtures but dim.... The people are warm and friendly.

This hotel is conveniently located both to the airport and downtown. The rooms are very clean and the bed is conformable. The breakfast selections are top notch! The entire staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about places to eat or get a cold adult beverage.

thanks best western! generally speaking you get at least 3/5 stars for your positive atmosphere. nothing fancy here, and the amenities could definitely be improved upon, however overall this was a nice and peaceful stay in an area just out side downtown Austin.

I'd advise you to look elsewhere for a few reasons mainly beginning with Leah Smith who spelled out her name, told me her supervisor would be in tomorrow before hanging up the phone. She was very dramatic for no reason at all but I guess that's the Best Western way. It's almost laughable if it really didn't happen. Way to go Best Western Plus.

From the time we arrived and were welcomed by the person at the desk, to the time we used the free shuttle to the airport, the folks at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant. We'll certainly have this hotel at the top of our list for any further visits to Austin.

New, clean, free parking and awesome breakfast buffet! Toiletries were good. Staff was friendly. There was construction going on next to it but we did not hear any noises in the room. I definitely recommend this place.

Staff at the check-in reception was friendly and courteous. Location is good (very easy to get to the center of the city). Price is reasonable. Breakfast is good (including bacon, scrambled eggs, and yogurt).

I made the reservation for 3 nights at this hotel through Priceline. After a long tiring day at work, I checked-in at the hotel. The front desk told me that they are "overbooked" and she is checking me into the "last available room". This room had a broken A/C. I went to the front desk. She was annoyed at me, but obliged me with this "other room". This new room had cracked floor, leaky faucet and torn shower curtain. At this point I was too tired to call Priceline, check-out of this hotel and find another hotel, so I slept in this room. Next morning, I found handful of cockroaches in the room. I went to the front desk and fortunately found the hotel's General Manager. Instead of apologizing, she was furious at me. The GM accused me of lying, and I offered her the pictures of the room with roaches which she declined. She turned her monitor at me to brag about how full the hotel is, and why they are behind on maintenance. The GM also asked me to check-out so that she can re-rent this roach infested room to someone else. Unfortunately, I had a busy day ahead and I couldn't check-out then. I reported this to Priceline, but the GM was not available to discuss with them either. I left a review with Best Western which she responded to via email. She refunded me the first night's stay, but maintained that there is nothing wrong with that room and I made up this story because she did not give a room on the 3rd floor which I had requested at the check-in.

Came into town to see Bonnie Raitt. Boy she rocked the house...great concert. This hotel was easy to get to from 130/183 toll road.--we took the back roads from Corpus Christi for something different. Took only about 15 minutes to get downtown--super convenient for us. Clean and comfortable. There is construction next door so coming in off Riverside drive was a little dicey but I would definitely stay here again.

Austin traffic is legendary. one of the worst in the country bad. i have found staying at the airport and going into the convention center is significantly faster than trying to fight traffic across town to the convention center. i had not realized that Best westerns are independently owned and operated before this stay. the beds are comfortable. it is quiet and you can get easily get to downtown.

We stayed there for only one night ( about 17 hours) and it was quite comfortable. The room was quite big and everything was clean and tidy. Location wise it served our purpose since it was just a few minutes drive from the airport. Airport shuttle was on time and the drivers ( pick up and airport drop) were polite and helpful. Liked the breakfast which was quite sumptuous. Ideal for a transit passenger.

I stayed in Room 329 and left my wedding ring in the room. The management was very courteous and helpful in questioning the other staff, to no avail. It is a wide gold band of 3 rings soldered together. It has various diamonds on the 2 outer bands with 1 larger diamond on the center band. $3000 cash reward offered, if returned! We enjoyed our stay at this hotel as it was conveniently situated. We appreciated the comfort of the Best Western hôtels in our large room with a nice decoration. The furniture and carpets seems new. The welcome was satisfying. We'll come back again on our next trip.

This was a one night stay for a flight out and will be a one night stay on our return. It appears to be a brand new hotel with easy access to the airport. The accommodations were great and Leann went above and beyond with customer service both on the phone and our arrival to make arrangements for global parking and room reservations. The shuttle provided to the airport was on time with a friendly driver-- Rebecca!

The room was perfect. Comfortable, clean and convenient. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, especially the Texas-shaped waffles. The location is not great for walkers, but it's near a bus stop and has an airport shuttle which is quite convenient. My only complaint is some bad service I received at the front desk. I bought a phone battery pack there which ended up not working, and when I tried to return it they said they couldn't refund me. They said they didn't know how and suggested I go to the original retailer, Best Buy. That's ridiculous - I don't even have a Best Buy receipt to show for it. I'll be writing to the manager, and hopefully she can resolve it for me. I'd definitely recommend this hotel, but be wary of buying extras at the front desk.

My goal was to have a quiet stay before an early flight. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and comfy and a quick shuttle ride to the airport. I managed to get delivery from Dominos for dinner, and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the morning. A win all around!

It's a good hotel. I found it to be very clean. It's pretty new. They have warm breakfast items, scrambled eggs, and sausage. They even offer oatmeal and waffles. The hotel staff is great. Check in is smooth. They even call your room later and make sure everything is okay. Been here a few times, I will return.

The Best Western Hotel in Austin, Texas, near the airport is located is a great area...on the north side of Highway 71 at Riverside. The hotel staff was very professional and pleasant, and the service was excellent. The breakfast area was spotless, and the food items were outstanding.

Airport hotels are always a crap shoot. I've stayed in some I still shudder to think about. It sounds like a left-handed compliment, but this Best Western was a pleasant surprise -- clean, quiet (for the most part -- Austin City Limits was going on). Service was excellent.

Very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were thing we wanted to see and they showed us on the city map how to get to them. We were headed North to Killeen , TX and they showed us how to skirt the downtown traffic jam. Very helpful and friendly.

From check in to check out, the week spent at this outstanding hotel had several “bigger and better” experiences that travelers to the Lone Star state may take for granted. Where else may you check in after a late flight and be greeted with warm hospitality, fresh baked cookies, and a bright smile that you may have expected in the morning, but not at midnight! Where else may you eat Texas sized waffles with different delicious choices of types of batter and special toppings that make you feel like it's your birthday party every morning? Where else may you step into the bathtub and feel the scrubbed clean surface under your feet; not just rinsed off? Where else may you find a location near major highways that is minutes from the airport, yet secluded and quiet in a safe neighborhood? This Austin hotel is so much “bigger and better” than the standard expected in a airport hotel, that when a trip to Austin is in our future again, we won't hesitate to say howdy ya'll again real soon!

Don't expect fresh fruit. DO expect over cooked bacon, under cooked sausage and lousy tasting eggs. There was construction going on next door but didn't seem to interfere with the cleanliness of the hotel

We stopped here after a long flight from the U K. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming during our stay. Our room was typically Best Western, clean comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was plenty full and a reasonable choice. If you wanted a nice room either while waiting for a flight or a rest after a late flight you couldn't do any better than this.

I think another person reviewed room 306 about the water flooding out of the shower. 306 is "Accessible", meaning it's a handicap room. My biggest complaint is the bathroom. The tiled floor is cracked and has missing grout. The "roll in" shower quickly floods the outside of the shower. I had the bathmat in place but it was soaked. The water running out of the shower was not a seep and I did not have the shower head pointed towards the curtain. The floor drain is not flush with the floor and is probably not ADA compliant. It's 3/4 an inch recessed and a trip hazard. There wasn't a chair for the desk, the thermostat was awkward to get to, there wasn't a luggage stand and the queen bed was worn where everyone sat. The breakfast was usual and there wasn't a crowd. The people at the desk took my complaints with pen in hand making notes. We like Best Western + and have stayed in them across the country but this wasn't a good experience.

Close to downtown didn't take more than15 minutes to get to 6th st and awesome waffles in the morning!! Definitely Good choice for being last minute trip. Would definitely be staying here again even gave us free cookies when we check in only bad thing I would say is people need to learn how to park

I asked for and received a room with a walk-in shower. But the lack of a water dam allowed water from the shower head to seep onto the middle of the bathroom floor. It was obviously a prior problem as the tile of the floor had been reengineered with a deep drain hole - all resulting in a dangerous slip/stumble and fall situation. So be careful if you used a bath with the walk-in accommodation. A simple rubber dam on the shower floor would prevent all of this. I also was not able to obtain a ride to the airport on the early 5 am shuttle as an airline crew had priority. I had a 6:00 show time for an international flight. The hotel staff was at a loss as to how to accommodate me and offered no alternatives. I will use a different hotel the next time I travel when an early check-in is required at the airport.

The entire staff was very professional, friendly, helpful and accommodating! We had a great night's stay and would return to this location when in Austin again! Everyone greeted you with a smile and had such a positive attitude!

After a week long road trip and a flight home the next day was not disappointed with this hotel. Rooms were large and modern as was the bathroom. Staff were very helpful and breakfast although not a large choice was plentiful. Transport to airport was on time. Typical airport location not a lot to do if you have no transport.

No problems here except the parking lot is poorly lit. New property so I'm sure they'll have more lights soon. Other than that - great stay! Breakfast was good and staff was friendly and professional.

I just stayed at the Best Western Airport Austin Hotel this week. The hotel was almost new, It was a few minutes from the airport. It was a short 10 minute drive to Down Town Austin. The staff was very helpful. The Hotel was nicely done. It was a great experience.

Newer hotel with all the amenities and not the higher prices compared to other chains. One drawback is there are not very many restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel. We attended the Drake Concert and wanted something away from the traffic and this hotel was a good location off the highway just a few miles from downtown.

We stayed here to be close to the 4th July Willie Nelson picnic and it was perfect for that. Good modern room but we didn't make breakfast so cant comment on that. Certainly found it comfortable and clean.

I really like staying in new hotels because I am assured of the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms. The hotel allows pets for a fee of $20 per day. This was a sensible cost as we only stayed overnight. The room was very spacious and airconditioning cool, especially important during blistering hot Texas summers Breakfast is included in the rates. And they have a gym and a pool too. Hope that you continue to keep up the quality!

The hotel is in a weird part of town. The landscaping is terrible and gives the hotel the appearance of beyond run down, even though it's brand new. The employees aren't very friendly. But the room was very nice, other than the batchroom lighting made it feel like I was in 15th century. I won't go back.

loved this place last November.Took us to airport very early.They came and picked us up at airport very late. This time they said that they didn't run shuttle. It was free parking for 4 days and now there is a fee. Tv wouldn't work. Stayed at Best Western in Florida a few weeks ago and they gave us a meal in a bag for early departure.

Stayed at Best Western many times before. I trust the brand and so far have had no issues. So when I went to Austin last minute and needed a hotel, I found this Best Western. It's a good location, close to the airport, and very laid back. It was not crowded, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, and the breakfast was not bad, considering its a free breakfast. I would indeed stay at a Best Western again. In fact, I signed up with their rewards or frequent guest program.

This place was so perfect! It was close to the airport, the hospitality of the workers was very pleasant, the sleep was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were over the top very clean. :)

Norma and all the other ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were awesome! We were a large group (over 70) of school children, teachers, and parents from Guatemala, most of whom speak no English, and Norma and the rest of the staff were patient, helpful, and very understanding. I am sure the large group was difficult to manage because most of them had never stayed in a hotel before, but Norma did not freak. Instead, she controlled the chaos with an experienced and steady hand. I would also like to compliment the other guests during our stay, and while there were a few complaints, most of the guests were very understanding and encouraging. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for a group of kids that were making their very first trip to the U.S. Thanks Norma!

Room was much nicer than I expected and bed was comfortable. The only issue is finding it. It is very poorly marked and the entrance is on a different street than the address. I heard multiple people comment as well (it took me 10 minutes of driving around to find it).

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had hot and cold selections as well as gluten free options and was very good. There were various juices to pick from and a cappuccino machine as well as coffee with flavors to add in. Conveniently located near highway.

Can't find any fault with the hotel itself. Room was clean and spacious, shower was brisk, breakfast buffet at no extra charge was provided and wifi was free. You can schedule yourself for a shuttle for Austin Bergstorm airport as well. A word of warning if you take a bus from downtown Austin at night: It is VERY EASY to MISS the bus stop in the dark!!! I was on a southbound 350 bus and was desperately looking out for the bus stop closest to the hotel but it was unlighted and I forgot the landmark (a Mobil gas station) for stopping. I missed the stop AGAIN when back tracking on a northbound 350 and ended up where I started. I only got back to the hotel on the LAST southbound 350 for the night because I met someone who was stopping at the same place as me! I don't know if this and neighbouring hotels can prevail on the city council to light up the bus stops and install signs saying 'Stop Here for Best Western etc hotels' or program the announcement into the bus info screens!

This hotel is very close to the airport. Our room was exceptionally clean with comfortable beds, microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast consisted of (make-your-own) waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, oatmeal, pastries/breads, cold cereals, fruit, juices, coffee. Ample seating in the eating area with a television and complimentary newspaper. Since you enter the hotel from the rear of the building, better signage would be helpful on the street side; it's easy to miss the drive especially after dark. Additionally, unless you get a parking spot directly in front of the building, you must park on the other side of a short block wall with no stairs in the middle - so you must walk with your luggage quite a distance to the door after parking. This could be problematic if walking is an issue. The only down-side was the noise of the air conditioning unit. It awakened us each time the fan motor kicked in... Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend.

The hotel is only 10 minutes from Austin airport so perfect for early morning travel. I found the staff on reception to be very friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and well maintained, and my room on the second floor was huge. A breakfast buffet is offered, however it is very limited and there is no bar or restaurant on site. As it is a new hotel I find the lack of a bar to be a design shortcoming and with such a facility would have been happy to award a 5/5 rating.

Got to hotel at 230 am ---late arrival from missing planes in Houston...very nice desk attendant...set up everything quickly to get us to rooms fast to enjoy some rest before 6 am flight...Shuttle was outside at 550 am and got us to airport very timely and smoothly...highly recommend for ease and also the property allows cars to stay on lot for long term parking needs and very reasonably too....

good hotel. really happy with my stay. would recommend to anyone looking for a reasonable and nice hotel to stay at by the austin airport. the staff was super friendly and easy-going. hotel was clean. room was clean. breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast.

We just stayed here for a long weekend and I happy to report that the hotel exceeded our expectations. From the customer service to the cleanliness of the room we were pleasantly pleased. We will definitely be staying here again next time we're in town!

The room was fine; had a fridge and functional, small TV. However: the shower head's one of those smallish, cheap, black plastic kinds; the Wi-Fi ran at about a quarter of the speed that I'm used to; the continental breakfast offerings are standard, low-cost fare; the hotel has no restaurant or bar; the nearest restaurants are about 1/4-mile or more away, over the highway; and, you get "all" of this for $150 a night!

The hotel was well located for the purpose I was in the area. Room was clean, the wifi worked, nothing exciting about this property. Breakfast was consistent in both content and presentation, and would do with some variation from day to day, the waffles were pretty good.

Really great price and 15 minute Uber to the fun Dirty 6th. Breakfast had a good variety; the waffle maker was my favorite! Also great service and the speedy phone check out option was perfect for an early morning flight.

I will say that the rooms are well appointed and would otherwise be another point higher but the AC in our suite did not work so it was 78 degrees and humid. We ended up having to move to another suite after the kids were asleep; leaving me to get 3 1/2 hours of sleep before getting up for our flight. The shower curtains in both suits were too short and water got all over the floor. No compensation for the poor experience either.

Norma at the first desk was awesome ! Our stay was great for the week we were there for the festival SXSW. For our first time being in Austin, Texas it was definitely a wonderful experience do concern on coming back next year ! This time we will make sure to make our reservations in advance to be well prepared. :-)

Our first time to stay with Best Western. We were planning on staying at a hotel in Bastrop but were able to secure a good rate with Best Western. Staff was friendly and Ms. Norma went above and beyond from our reservations, to check in, and to making our stay a great experience. We will definitely stay at this hotel when we are in the area!

Our stay was excellent. The room was clean, the beds were soft, the air conditioning was cold, the breakfast was hot, the staff was very helpful, and the showers were hot. The only downsides were that the eggs were plasticy and the location is sort of confusing, but GPS takes you right to it!

I utilized the TripAdvisor app to find a place to stay and this was the second to cheapest one (I don't choose the cheapest hotel ever...). The continental breakfast was good, and I especially liked that the waffle irons that are in the shape of Texas! The staff was friendly and I would stay here again! The only issue we had was getting to the place, which is NOT the hotel's fault.

Hotel is located close to airport. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast selection is great. I was very pleased with the staff. Everyone was very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any Austin vistor.

Norma was amazing she helped us get checked into our room smoothly. The room was very big and clean. They served a very good breakfast with Texas shaped by waffles. The hotel is only a few minutes away from the city and its very easy to navigate too. Norma was amazing we actually booked our room for one night short and she was able to work with us to make sure we had somewhere to stay. Awesome place to stay if your lookin for quality at competitive prices with excellent customer service.

Stayed here for SXSW festival and utilized shuttle service to get downtown. Property is newer and rooms are very clean. More spacious rooms than your average hotel. While clean, my room did have some strange smells a few times. On my last day, it smelled like leftover Chinese food. Not sure why. Pool is very small. Probably caters more to business traveler who is not going to use the pool anyway. Not much equipment in the exercise room. Treadmill is nice. Elliptical wasn't what I was used to, I didn't like it. There was also a recumbent bike and a weight machine. No free weights, yoga mats or water. Continental breakfast includes waffles you can make shaped like the state of Texas, oatmeal that seemed to be swimming in butter or oil? (Packets also available.) A few cereal options, pastries (the ones I tried were kind of dry). Low-fat yogurts. Scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. Apples and oranges, although they didn't look very fresh/appetizing most days. The one day I took an orange, it was very dry inside. Juice, regular coffee, and then a machine that makes the fancier coffees. Staff is very friendly. Free shuttle to/from airport. Free wifi that works well. There is a Starbucks and a Tex-Mex restaurant within walking distance, but you do have to cross a very busy/fast intersection. Not ideal to do with kids. There's a hotel on the other side of interstate right behind that strip mall if you want to be in closer vicinity to Starbucks.

I made a last minute reservation at this property due to a family emergency. After making the 26 hour drive and getting into town around 9:00am, I was able to check-in right away and get some sleep. Norma went out of her way to make things as simple as possible. I really appreciate that. I would recommend this property to any one coming into the Austin area. The hotel is fairly new, has above average amenities and the staff is one of a kind. HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE HERE!!

This is a great hotel. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Within a few minutes you drive into town. Rooms are clean and spacious with a enormous high ceiling. Room has flat TV set, fridge and a fully equiped bathroom.

The price for this hotel and the quality is exceptional. Wish I knew about this place before. Would have stayed here the other two days. But unfortunately only found it on the last day. If I ever return to Austin this will be the place I stay at. We really enjoyed our stay. Best kept secret is this hotel.

The Best Western can be seen from the highway; it is off Riverside. Take the second exit after seeing the Riverside sign or you'll be heading toward MetCenter. Best Western isn't responsible for this one, I guess the highway department is. Go to the first exit off Riverside, not the second as the map indicates. The second is now covered by new construction and the little street to the Best Western isn't visible at night-no lights, no signs. The motel is visible from the freeway. Visitors coming here can find it eventually, but in the dark, in a rented car it is not a promising introduction. Staff is friendly. Beds are nice. Room had only 1 packet each of decaf and regular coffee. If 2 people want regular, forget it.

I have been staying at this hotel every week for close to two years. They know me, know my room preferences and do a great job of making my stays smooth and uneventful. The staff is great and I highly recommend this Best Western.

Soccer team occupied rooms directly across my room, partying all night until around 415am. At around 830am, they were up beating on doors and hollering. Front desk clerk made no effort to restrict rooms to four occupants each and no effort to quiet them down. Worst night at any hotel I've had since 2006.

Great hotel! Staff is exceptional; felt like family. Stayed on business; Starbucks just across the street. Great location... utilized airport transportation. Super comfortable bed! Just a really overall great experience.

Attention to detail! This was a newer, nice hotel not 4 star though. The bad- no water pressure in shower, bathroom door would stick and was extremely loud, carpet tacks poking through kept stepping on. Beds were ok. The good part was it was clean, the staff were extremely helpful especially the evening blonde woman (sorry didnt get your name!), its cheap, has free parking and only a $10 uber\\lyft ride to downtown.

My husband and I recently stayed here for just one night since we had an event at UT to attend. The hotel looks fairly new and our room was very spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was also a great free breakfast in the morning with a lot of option. This hotel is just out of downtown but was easy to get to where we needed by either driving or taking Uber. Also the price is much better staying outside of downtown vs staying right in the center of the city. I would definitely go back.

Awesomely friendly staff, really clean and spacious rooms with 10-12 ft ceilings, comfy beds. Our room, double queen, didn't have a safe, not sure if this is just something that this hotel doesn't provide, but honestly I'd rather a safe in room so I don't have to lug my stuff with me to dinner. Also, this particular room didn't have a remote for TV, which I really didn't need that much, so I mentioned it at checkout. Overall very nice nightly stay.

This new property was well maintained - clean rooms, friendly staff. Mid way between downtown and airport. A great value if being downtown is not an essential part of your visit. The free breakfast is very nice...

The hotel and rooms were Very Clean and very updated rooms!There were Flat screen tvs and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was great. Close to airport. This is a very nice Best Western hotel. I haven't gone wrong with a Best Western yet.

my experience was great. the breakfast at this location was not as great as others but okay. washer was inoperable. couldn't buy razors none there. the hotel was very clean and the staff was great. would recommend and will stay there again.

Lost My Medicine at airport Cheryl was wonderful help directing me to a pharmacy for emergency meds because I was flying out of the country Rooms where Very nice Breakfast was wonderful service was good. If you have an early flight make sure you arrange a cab

Everything was good except the water pressure. It was OK but not great. The building is hard to see from the road because of the trees. Check in was fast and efficient. Bed was a little soft but ok. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and sausage.

This hotel has nice size rooms and a good size breakfast area. This is definitely a comfortable place to sleep and rooms were quiet. The breakfast is a nice start to the day but the selection is typical fare. The hotel is about a 15 minute drive to Austin and closest to the trendy SoCo area. The business area has computer access and a printer. The morning attendant helped us with a fax which was great. The only minor complaint was a broken washing machine with no "out of order" sign on it. I lost $2 finding out it was. I wish the machines could alert your phone the status of the machines (available, washing, drying) etc to avoid trips. This was not a deal breaker for me. Just an inconvenience.

My only complaint was this.... when we arrived around 8:00PM, the shuttle for the next morning to airport was already full so had to pay $13 for a cab! One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for free shuttle

What can I say but amazing. From Norma at the front desk to the whole staff they were nothing but polite and helpful. We forgot to request a crib for our granddaughter and the had one for us. We need a highchair for a wedding that we were attending so instead of me buying one they let me borrow theirs. I highly recommend the Best Western PLUS Austin Airport Inn & Suites to anyone traveling to Austin TX. If we ever go back we will be staying there again.

This is a great hotel that is located near the airport, but situated off the main highway. The rooms were comfortable and very spacious. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There was a slight problem with my bill. I had to check out at 4 a.m. and by the time I boarded my early morning flight, the issue was resolved. Excellent customer service!

I have been staying at this hotel every week for over a year. Great consistent place with no surprises. The staff is very helpful , the rooms are always in great shape. I recommend this location to anyone working in downtown Austin.

This hotel is close to the airport, which is extremely convenient. The lobby is also very nice and the staff were great. The room was clean and very spacious. The breakfast was okay, nothing great about it. However, overall, I am satisfied with my stay.

First and foremost, the staff is rude and careless. The hotel likes to use "the van will be right there" line. The van doesn't show up when promised or as requested. Additionally, their beds are DANGEROUS. My bed in room 303 collapsed. I found a piece of plywood holding the mattress up. They know this is a problem as still assigned me the room because "that's all that was left". UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, DANGER

The first impression was perfect. At the airport, the shuttle is efficient. Mini van for small family. Shuttle for big families. I'm an Eco friendly people.The room is perfect not like the airport hotel, very new room, carpet still soft. Staffs are very friendly too.

Needed an airport hotel as we landed at 2am.. Had pre-booked this. Friendly and helpful service... rooms very clean.. beds very comfortable.. and under $100 for the night! Not bad at all. Plus free wifi And all this on Grand Prix Weekend!

The hotel was very clean and looked brand new , was surprised when they told me they had been open for 5 yrs. I am handicapped and they provided me excellent service ! Will stay there again for sure !

After a very long flight the lovely comfy bed was most welcome.Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel shuttle was very prompt when called.Room was spotlessly clean, we asked for a quiet room and that is exactly what we got.Breakfast was more than adequate to get you going for the day.Excellent wifi.

When a desk clerk calls in to an employer - to make a complaint on an employee due to the fact that the employee filed a complaint with Best Western Plus Airport Inn & Suites. Cheryl the desk clerk had the nerve to tell me (employee/customer) not to call back and kept hanging up the phone. The last straw was when she (Cheryl) called my office to speak with my boss- which I am his assistant- I cannot believe that is Best Western's Policy...........Does Cheryl call everyone that files a complaint to the 800- of Best Western? Makes you wonder

This Best Western is in a convenient location and is very nice. The staff is friendly and professional. The bed is one of the most comfortable mattresses in a hotel that I have slept on in years! The room was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless !

I knew it was going to be a nice hotel when I pulled into the parking lot and saw airline personnel leaving. the room was spacious, spotless and very convenient. the breakfast was also really good. If I go back to Austin I would definitely stay there.

Had reservation for COTA race. Arrived a bit early and our assigned room was ready on 2nd floor. Cheryl S checked us in and we felt right at home. She welcomed us as rewards member and informed us about the hotel. There were some minor issues with the room which we informed the manager the next morning and she insisted we move to another room after breakfast which we did. The manager really cares about the hotel guests and we really appreciate what she did for us. Breakfast starts at 5 AM each day because many guests fly out early. The breakfast was very good, as the usual coffee, juices, pastries, breads and waffles but also included eggs, sausage and yogurt. Cheryl always welcomed us back when we returned from the races or even back from dinner each night. It is little acknowledgements like this that made our stay very enjoyable and made us feel at home. The rooms are large and the bed are comfortable. The Wi-Fi works great. However, the HBO and Showtime did not work which they reported to the cable company. The guest laundry costs $2.00 each (Wash/Dry). We would stay here again next year if rooms are available. About ALL Hotels in this area - There are 4-5 other hotel brands in this area and the rates ($$$) are slightly higher than average because all these hotels are within minutes of the airport.

This was real value for our money. On the price we got, we were used to staying in 2 star motels. Now we got very nice hotel room, with modern look. We had wheelchair accessible room (which we didn't need) so bathroom was bit different. Problem was that shower-head was very low and whole bathroom floor was wet after you took a shower. So ask for normal room if you get accessible room.

Great accommodations and good breakfast, Excellent wifi, and prompt airport shuttle. Very friendly staff. All hotels in the area were sold out, but these guys thankfully had rooms. Not my first selection but I'm VERY happy we got a chance to stay here..clean and fresh!

Stayed here for one night after flying in late night to the airport. Room was lovely- big and comfortable. Breakfast was good and they offered a free shuttle bus to the airport. However, to be honest the overall cost of the room was simply too much for what they are offering.

the overall experience was good except for the shower curtains were about 6 inches too short. Other than that, it was a good experience. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect for what I needed. The parking lot was too small but the property was well maintained.
