Clean and full of amenities. The king suite was spacious. The restaurant has an incredible variety of food. Standard pricing for services. The staff is super nice. Close to hacienda Cielo Tisu. Walmart is about 7 min drive, and plenty of pharmacies nearby.

Amazing place! Friendly staff, delicious food, relaxing pool and great workout room. Best part was it's PET FRIENDLY!!! 🧡🐕🧡 All amenities for my furbaby (Fluffy bed, Food Bowls, Cleaning Station all setup in the room for his comfort too. Our place to go when in Veracruz! Thank you so much!

Overall this was a very good stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, and patient when Spanish isn't your first language. Pros: right on the beach. Palapas for shade provided. Hotel area of beach is kept clean, tidy, and free of debris. Staff are very attentive, and provide excellent service. Hotel is esthetically pleasing. As is common in this area of Mexico, everything is tiled with marble, travertine, onyx, and ceramic tile. Beds are soft, which will please Canadian and US guests. Rooms are kept stocked with bottled water. Each room has a small fridge, and a safe. Large closets also. Restaurant buffet has a good selection of fresh fruit, yogurts, pan dulces, juices, coffee, atole, and hot dishes too. Cons: The buffet is typical of most buffets - it's difficult to keep hot foods hot and fresh. I don't fault the kitchen staff for this though. The showers have rainfall shower heads which means very low water pressure. The location is quite a way out from Boca del Rio, so unless you're happy to rent a car and are confident driving in Mexico, the location may prove difficult.

Lovely hotel with a caring and kind staff. Very comfortable room with an ocean view. Enjoyed all the amenities and the calm and quiet beach in front of the hotel. The restaurant had good service, yummy food and was reasonably priced.

This property looks brand new, everything is in great shape and the grounds are impeccable. The rooms are large and very clean, with spacious bathrooms. Internet is fast and reliable. Room service was fast and food arrived at temperature. The A/C is cold and quiet. All of the staff are attentive and helpful.
