Best Western Plus Prairie Inn

We were attending the Chntimini Kennel Club dog show. The new Manager has done some wonderful improvements and truly cares about the customer experience. Although we had a couple of unforeseen hic-ups, they we solved as fast as possible. We recommend this hotel highly.

As always, friendly staff, great breakfasts, convenient location to Fairgrounds and nearby park, nice and safe pet exercise area. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was issue with hot water (or lack thereof) for one day…staff was on it right away but obviously hard to get repairs done on a weekend night!

This is a nice hotel with nice staff. The room was clean & well kept. Spacious (King bed room) Quiet, in spite of being near the freeway. However, the internet was so slow, I could not bring anything up, even with the staff reboot. So do not count on this amenity. The bathroom fan was very loud. No hot water for one day!

Second time staying at this hotel. The bed is so comfortable (better than mine at home!) Daughter and granddaughter used the spa and pool and loved it! Breakfast checks all the boxes (delicious, filling, great options, etc). My first choice for staying in Albany!

I've stayed here before. It's arguably the best hotel in Albany, Oregon. Quiet location, right off I-5 but far enough of a set back so there's no traffic noise. Staff always welcoming and top-notch. Normally I prefer the older but high standard Best Western properties but this is the choice in Albany. Just up the road is the Cascade Grill, Albany's go-to spot for fine dining.

Overall, my one-night stay was a pleasant experience. The staff was professional and friendly, the room was clean with a comfortable bed, and the morning breakfast was well-prepared, maintained, and clean. Three minor issues I had can be fixed. First, I pulled into the hotel parking area with a truck and 53' trailer after being told in route by the hotel front desk personnel that there was room for my equipment in the back. No way. I had to back out of the parking lot and park at the business next to the hotel. I had to wake up at 0700 to move my equipment out of that area before that business opened. Only an inconvenience, but it would have been nice to have a place to park without any hassle. Second, the water temperature in my room was borderline scalding. Just turn down the temperature to 120 degrees Fahrenheit to protect babies, kids, and the elderly. Finally, the shower ceiling appeared to have mold spores on it. That can be easily taken care of, as well.

The hotel is conveniently located and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were greeted upon arrival and the check in process was very quick and easy. Our room was very spacious and all the amenities were in good working order. There are restaurants nearby and a beautiful walking park is just a couple blocks away. There was ample parking and easy to find the location just off the main freeway. I will stay here again next time we are in the Corvallis area.

This place had the chain name recognition and the feel of an owner-operated business. The staff we interacted with all had a cheery attitude and took pride in their area. When we checked in there was some kind of soup available at no cost in the lobby (we missed it after getting settled) and each time I passed through the lobby the clerk was tidying up or making their area nice. Overall very clean and pleasant place to stay. We would stay here again.

Carpet frayed, staff not helpful and sort of rude to the people before us, breakfast subpar. For the price I expected more. I will stay in Keizer or Corvallis next time. It is right on the freeway so if you open the window it is loud.

Great staff, comfortable and very nice room, good breakfast, comfortable bed, just a very nice stay!! Morgan at check-in was great to work with, nice pool and Jacuzzi, will probably being staying there again, easy to find, close to local amenities

Everything in the room was perfect, much attention to detail and the placement of items, towels, etc. Breakfast was awesome as usual. Staff is very friendly and cheerful. Located in a nice quiet part of town and is minutes away from businesses and restaurants.

At check in we were greeted with warm complimentary cinnamon rolls. Even though the hotel is currently under renovations it is clean. The beds are comfortable. The hearty breakfast offers numerous options, you will be full all day. The pool and spa are on the small side, but it was never crowded. I'm a light sleeper and couldn't hear any outdoor noise.

The experience was average. Biggest downside was the crammed little breakfast room. The bed was fine, but the room was dark and needed additional lighting. Bathroom was small and one of the light switches was broken. The property was quiet.

Breakfast was good. Lots of choices. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Very perfumy smell throughout the hotel. I wouldn't suggest staying here if you have asthma or sensitivities. Very difficult to park. Lots of big trucks that take up 4-5 spaces. $310 seems like a lot for two nights.

We had double queen suite. Very comfortable, clean. Surprised at the low price without any reservation. Room was spacious, living-dining-kitchen in area separate. Two windows, TV sets, & a/c units too. Large closet, and a small one. Excellent beds, bedding, towels. Yummy Chinese food close by.

The room was very clean and neat the staff is friendly and make the stay enjoyable. The breakfast is ways good and always a variety of choices. Our family stays at best western alot and they never disappoint in anyway. I would definitely recommend best western to friends and family

Great stay, slept well and good breakfast. There was a pipe leak issue in the normal breakfast kitchen/room, but the staff moved breakfast into a meeting room and it was fantastic, great job. The tiles in the lobby area are very slick when wet-the staff had placed mats down which helped greatly, but those tiles should be replaced.

Shirley and the breakfast crew got the days started right! Many positive comments were overheard about the real eggs and fabulous fruit salad. The rooms were comfortable and the all the staff were friendly and helpful.

First room was dirty , unmade beds . Second room was also dirty , lazy housekeeping . Dirt under the bed , dirt behind furniture . I dropped my phone and seen all the filth . Way too much money spent to sleep in a dirty room .

As always I had a awesome time I have stayed three times now I have a dog and I be staff and rooms are amazing breakfast is great and they had little snacks at evening I am never disappointed it's convenient to everything I need to go to I was up there this time during the balloons event and the little fair it was a lot of fun and we were able to walk to the events and the concert thank you again

Hot air balloons right outside was nice to wake up to. Staff is so nice, rooms are beautiful, bed was super comfy with like 6 pillows hahaha the tv is huge, bathrooms are nice with good water pressure. The pool looked clean and well kept. The area has lots of shopping and food choices.

This was the perfect location for the Art and Air fest at the park across the street. Made for easy parking and easy access to other parts of Albany. Great breakfast selection too! The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Greeted by a lady with a service animal. So awesome she can bring support to work. We left our service animal home this trip but BW always allows us to bring our companion. We all slept very well. The children enjoyed the pool while my wife and I enjoyed the spa. Breakfast was amazing. This was a perfect spot to rest on our way through Oregon.

My wife and I booked a 2 night stay at this location through Expedia. After the first night my wife had a medical emergency and we had to leave early. We checked out just after noon and were billed for one night and told that we could call Expedia and they'd call the hotel to verify that we only stayed one night. After that, they said we'd be refunded for the second night that we didn't stay for. When we called, they denied any knowledge of that conversation and kept the money. I sincerely hope that the one night that this location kept is worth the lack of business for all of my family and friends' lifetimes. Terrible use of discretion, and a complete lack of understanding and leniency.

I'm a Best Western Platinum member and I can honestly say that this Best Western Plus Prairie Inn may be my favorite location! Everything from wonderful Iris and her staff to the doggy treat bag, the nice smell in the hallway, the mints in the room and upscale amenities were much appreciated! I can tell that the staff really cares about customer satisfaction!

This place is dirty and smells. The staff is unprofessional and rude. Paid more for a king room w jetted tub and the tub was filthy and tiny. Safe your money and stay anywhere else!! You've been warned!!

We received a welcome bag and a bag for our dog. It looked like they had evening appetizers. There is a huge green area across the street for dogs. Felt very safe. Breakfast was good and not crowded. We would stay again.

Highly recommend this hotel! Extremely easy to book reservations...whether via internet or by direct calling. Easy on line check in speeds up getting into hotel. Very friendly, polite and accommodating staff. Loved the doggie bag with treats and water provided on checkin for my dog. Nice area in back of hotel owned and maintained to walk dogs. Great variety of breakfast items...including freshly baked goods and a yogurt machine. Loved the evening offerings...for summer, fresh salad (Waldorf or tomato/cucumber/avocado or green pea) and a freshly baked muffin or similar item. Nice coffee machine in lobby for 24 hour lattes or cappuccinos or hot tea...so much better than thermos offerings that frequently run out/are not hot! Well maintained, clean, neat hotel. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in Albany!

I always try to stay at a Best Western Plus. I will stay at Prairie Inn in the future as it has comfortable beds and is a great location. Hotel staff was accommodating and even though I had a problem it was worth the inconvenience

Wow! For any of you missing Old Fashioned Service stay hear! I presented a 5 day conference at this Hotel and every single request I had was met with immediate and responsive service. Every single time. From the front desk staff, the kitchen staff, those taking care of the rooms, they were all excellent. It has been several years since I ran into this type of service. They also had friendly and pleasant demeanors and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Well Done!

They have a great staff, from manager to the lady who does the breakfast. It is easy to get to everywhere from this hotel dance venue, restaurants and other activities. It is always clean and they are helpful.

The BW Prairie Inn is very clean, and has excellent staff, who are upbeat, pleasant and very helpful. They have a wonderful breakfast buffet, which includes extra touches such as fresh salsa for the eggs. The hotel is in a great location just off I-5 in Albany. This is the nicest BW we have stayed at in a long time, and we regularly visit Best Westerns on our travels.

The hotel staff is friendly (very friendly!), efficient and helpful. This includes front desk staff, housekeeping and dining room staff. The beds are so comfy and the pillows amazing! The dining room staff are so helpful and friendly, you feel like you at dining with family or friends, they truly were wonderful. The rooms were really nice and clean. Even the lobby is gorgeous. I would highly recommend this hotel!

From the check in to the check out, we had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady ( I forget her name ) was such a ray of sunshine each morning. The rooms are exactly as the advertised pictures are, very clean, updated, quiet. I will always stay in an best western if our destination has one. They never disappoint.

Great service...Iris was very good, professional, friendly. Great breakfast, clean rooms. Good location near many restaurants. Enjoyed my stay at the Prairie Inn. I would recommend this BW to traveller's, price, location, services all good.

King spa suite was great! Large tub. Lots of room and pretty clean. Haven't had breakfast yet but I hear it's very good here. I live in town and main place to stay with the wife was the Phoenix inn. This place is cheaper but just as good if not better

Very nice staff, clean room, full breakfast buffet, quiet location & really nice park a block away for dog walking or jogging. The park has a very nice veterans memorial and there is a wooden bridge over a stream inhabited by ducks. Close to freeway for easy access.

Because of hazardous icy conditions, we were required to stay three nights. Staff was extremely caring and helpful. Their service was well beyond the call of duty. The beds were warm and very comfortable. We slept very well.

Excellent stay. Another great breakfast at a Best Western Plus. I've been totally impressed with many of the Best Western Plus facilities lately. It feels like there is a new emphasis on quality. When we checked in there were fresh baked cookies and they had a pot of hot soup for travelers coming in from the cold rain. Excellent value and solid rates for military. I'll be back.

A good, clean & comfortable Best Western with super friendly staff but falls a little short in a couple of areas that stops it from earning a five star rating. We stayed in a suite with two Queen beds, a pull out sofa bed and a full kitchen. The kitchen was great, completely outfitted with everything we needed to prepare our supper but when we pulled out the sofa bed for our son, there were no bed linens - just a bare mattress. We ended up improvising by taking the linens off one of the queen beds but I guess you need to alert them ahead of time if you're going to need to use the sofa bed. We all slept well through a quiet night - it's located far enough from the Interstate so you don't hear the traffic. The breakfast is a standard Best Western buffet style spread with all the usual offerings. The scrambled eggs were better than most and seemed like they were made from actual eggs cracked into a pan as opposed to the premix from a carton. The hash browns were not great as they were cold and soft. As were the tortillas in the tortilla warmer … stone cold so no sense in making a egg filled wrap. Also too cold was the water in the hot water thermos.. actually colder that what you could get out of the tap which made for a cold cup of tea. Some of the other items were hot enough and one of us enjoyed her biscuits and gravy. Overall a we had a good stay on our way to California and would recommend this Best Western to anyone looking for a clean, quiet place with all the facilities on hand.

The staff was great helping with our needs. Iris did a great job for us from check-in to check-out. We have stayed here before and no difference in attentiveness. The pool was an added bonus, not too busy, as well as the hot tub.

Nice hotel and the staff were accomodating and helpful. Hot breakfast and delicious too. Need to drop by in the hotel when traveling in Oregon. You can make the hotel as a starting point for the beautiful places to visit nearby.

We have stayed at this Best Western Plus whenever we traveled between Spokane Washington and northern California and have enjoyed each visit without fail. Easy access from I-5, quiet and clean rooms, and a decent breakfast (thank you Shirley for all of your hard work!) all at a reasonable price are the main reasons why we return to this hotel. However, our last stay was memorable, thanks to Ellie and the hotel management. She quickly checked us in to the room we requested and let us know that a pot roast stew would be served at the manager's reception in the front lobby. Chocolate chip cookies were also provided along with hot coffee next to the fire place. After a long drive, those amenities were definitely appreciated. Also, the old coffee maker in the room was replaced with a new Kerrig; talk about an upgrade! There is no question that we will be staying at the BWP Prairie Inn on our next trip.

I have stayed here several times and have always had a great experience. Breakfast is good, and the hotel has a pool, hot tub, good internet and conference room the fitness room is pretty good as well. This hotel is a great value - you'll have to spend 10-25% more to match it. Thanks, Prairie Inn!

Hotel is nice. My best experience is with staff. Iris was the employee who checked me in. She was fabulous! She was so friendly and informative. I truly appreciate her dedication to her job and cannot express how much I appreciate the upbeat attitude.

This was by far one of the best hotels I've stayed in. So clean, comfortable beds, great staff. Fresh cookies at check in, soup service in the evening, and a very good Breakfast. I would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent Motel!! I highly recommend the motel---comfortable room, very clean, great breakfast, reasonable priced. If we are ever in area again we will definitely stay there. It is obvious the owner is attempting to maintain the property to a very high level. Pool was being resurfaced while we there.

This is one of, if not the best, Best Western hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff was warm and welcoming, also very sincere. The hotel is beautifully decorated for Christmas, the room was wonderful with very comfortable king size bed. The breakfast was excellant, a cut above the breakfasts typically found at various hotels. The coffee was also very good. The owner/manager of this hotel certainly takes pride in his/her hotel and this make this place very special. We will certainly return the next time life takes us back to Albany, OR.

I stay at this hotel every time I attend a convention at the Willamette Conference Center. The hotel staff is always friendly and the breakfast is great. The rooms aren't anything special but they are clean. The location is great and the price is very fair.

The staff was very Friedly. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Vanity drain needs to be cleared. Shower diverter squealing and does not send all water to shower head. Refrigerator was nice and cold.

Well, I stay here often, and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I have never had a problem with anything that wasn't addressed amenity here. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My room is always clean and ready to go. I love the access off the freeway and how close shopping and fuel are. I highly recommend Best Western Plus Prairie Inn Albany Or. Convenient location; rooms clean; quiet hotel. Located across the street from big city park; good place to stretch your legs and take a walk. Unfortunately, hot tub not working. Would stay here again.

The staff was super nice and helpful, and the room was amazing it was worth every penny. My only complaint was it would have been nice to have a vending machine on the top floor but when i went to check out they were being installed.

I was in the area for business and appointments that took two days. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, it was very nice to treat myself to a bath each night and a shower each morning, both were hot with the perfect amount of pressure. Everything was clean and there was even chicken noodle soup in the lobby my first evening!

Could have been much cleaner. Found ball of tissue in closet, snack bits under the foot stool. Breakfast buffet OK but all counter tops covered in crumbs and food debris. Food bits on floor and tables.

I found this hotel to be clean and fresh. the breakfasts were good and the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and kept clean during our stay. Though slightly off the beaten path, it was close to shopping and restaurants. we stayed there for the Oregon Flock and Fiber Festival at the fairgrounds, though not next to it it was close enough that it only took a couple of minutes to get there. The rest of Albany and its attractions were just on the other side of the freeway, it was easy to get around. Definitely would stay there again.

This place is dated and in poor repair. The jacuzzi tub in my suite did not work. The pool and hot tub were closed for chemical reasons. Out of order signs everywhere. Rooms/hallways dingy and stained; even when cleaned they don't feel clean. Breakfast was fair and the staff was friendly and courteous. I understand that there are staffing shortages everywhere, and I don't fault them for the issues experienced during my stay. The property owner/franchisee needs to invest in some serious overhauling/renovating to bring this location up to par, considering it is designated as a BW Plus property.

This is a terrific place to stay. A definite "Plus" hotel. We have stayed here at least three times while visiting our son at Oregon State. It is definitely worth the extra 15-minute drive from OSU. The beds are comfy, and the rooms are clean. Breakfast is a full one, and the woman that works it is super friendly. Also, the front desk staff, especially Travis, is a true hotel professional, accommodating, and performs as a concierge with tips for things to do and places to eat. My dog loves this place because there is a bit of a dog park at the back that is safe from traffic and has tons of groundhog smells! There is also a park close by that is good for a dog walk/ball throw too. The area feels quite safe, and the hotel also has cameras all over the parking lot. The Albany Police drive through the lot at night. I felt quite comfortable leaving a trailer in the back with all my son's furniture in it. Be sure to look out for the family of groundhogs that make occasional appearances in the front yard, next to the creek.

I Love Best Western for roadside motor inns. Most of them are older properties but they are all in excellent condition and every one of them are tastefully decorated. This one's no exception. If you're tired of the corporate, cheap pre-fab more modern chains, try Best Western. This one is very nice. Warm colours inside, inviting check-in area, and BW's famous hot breakfast. I highly recommend this property.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Prairie Inn. The rooms were very clean and quiet, the staff was the best, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great and so much to choose from. Shirley in the breakfast room is a treasure, she kept everything well stocked and made you feel like family. The 24/7 coffee and cookies were welcome. This will be our place to stay when we‘re in town visiting family.

I lived at the Best Western Plus Prairie Inn from February - September of this year due to a house fire. The Staff was amazing! They're friendly, polite and ready to provide you with great service. The accommodations were clean, and has the BEST continental breakfast around. (Biscuits and gravy are yummy) . Coffee is available 24/7 and homemade cookies in afternoon and evening. I'm a senior citizen with health issues and they NEVER failed to ask if I needed anything or to ask how I was feeling. Jenna, Larry, Shirley, Elizabeth and Iris started out as staff, but quickly became Family. I truly appreciate each and every one of them and plan on staying in touch with them. Do your self a favor and stay at the Best Western Plus Prairie Inn in Albany, OR.

Everything about this hotel met my expectations.....the rooms were extremely clean, staff was so welcoming and they greeted us with cookies, breakfast was delicious and with so many options even my picky eaters were happy.

I love staying at the Best Western prairie inn in Albany it's clean it's quiet it's safe and the management and staff are amazing. the breakfast is always amazing they open up a little early sometimes so we can leave early.

This Best Western is my new favorite hotel !! The property is Rustic and Inviting!! Beautiful Decor all throughout!! Super Clean facility. The breakfast was great!!! Lots of hot food choices. The staff were all super friendly!!!! 5 stars !!

Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the same every day it would be nice to change it up. It is a pet friendly hotel. They had a indoor pool and hotub. We were on an upper floor so we didn't have noise.

Had not stayed her before, but it worked out well as the Corvallis location was twice as much. Code to the freeway, and downtown Albany. Only 30 mins from Corvallis. Staff was super friendly and helpful

Great breakfast, value in line. Location good for Silver Falls exploring. Staff excellent and friendly. Rooms clean and all amenities in good shape. We stay almost exclusively at Best Western and had a great time.

We were placed in a hotel by our insurance company after a car came through our bedroom wall on July 21, 2022. We were put up at the Best Wester Prairie Inn located in Albany, Or.. From our check in date for the next several weeks this hotel was our home away from home and we could not have asked for a better place to be! From the night I checked in and was helped by Cynthia our stay was exceptional. We encountered multiple staff members over the 7 weeks we were there and I can honestly say I never walk past on with out them saying “Good Morning!” or any other salutation. They are all very warm, welcoming, polite, and will speak every time they see you. The house keeping staff is top notch the rooms are very well taken care of. The breakfast is awesome Miss Shirley takes time to speak to her guest she gets to know them and I can promise before the end of your time with her she will make you feel like family. From time to time Iris would fill in and she is just as wonderful as miss Shirley. Iris also works at the front desk as well and she will always greet you with a smile. Jenna is the GM and she is the best at what she does she is always available to her guests and makes sure that their stay at her hotel is nothing less than extraordinary. I could go on and on with singing their praises but I'm pretty sure I'll run out of room. If you find yourself in search of a hotel while in or close to Albany, Or do yourself a favor and stay at The Best Western Prairie Inn I promise you will not regret it! They will always have fresh coffee with those delicious flavored creamers and fresh baked cookies for the guest to enjoy. Best western employees and managers are top notch, they really want your stay to be enjoyable! The staff always greets newcomers and take good care of their needs! I will be back soon. The rooms are really quite nice for business travelers, they have a sizable desk and plenty of clothes cabinets.

I just stayed another week here and the staff was just as great as I the last time. Comfortable bed, clean room, close to the freeway and just about anything you could need, including a few coffee shops (Bently's coffee is 200' away - check them out, too!) , several restaurants, fuel, groceries, etc. within 1-3 miles. Really no downside to staying here, only positives, and easily one of the best values in Albany, OR.

Have stayed on many occasions in Albany, and always enjoy our stays. Personnel great, quiet, convenient to I5 and surrounding areas, good breakfast. Being dog friendly, with nice walks in the surrounding area makes it ideal for pet lovers.For us its a no-brainer - recommended!

We stay here each year for the Northwest Air and Art Festival. It's ideally located. The hotel is clean. The beds are good. The service is excellent. The breakfast has many choices and is well prepared. A wonderfully friendly and helpful staff.

We are traveling on the West Coast, and this hotel is very convenient and well maintained, and the staff is very professional and helpful, even berry preserve on the Breakfast was delicious! Bottom line: location, cleanest, and friendliness.

Clean, quiet and close to everything. Nice park with ponds just up the street. Shops and restaurants nearby. Beautiful waterfalls at Silver falls state park only about40 minutes.OSU close and Salem about20 minutes. Great town within driving distance of everything you want to do.

As always with Best Westerns, we were very pleased with our stay at the Albany Best Western. The location was very convenient to the Albany Fairgrounds. The staff was great, room neat and clean, and a good breakfast.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is a very short walk from a nice park that also has a dog park. Our only complaints were that we couldn't get wifi in our ground-floor room and the breakfast buffet was out of many items hours before it closed.

Front desk was fast and friendly rooms were nice and clean bed was more Comfortable then others I been in . Bed on the most part is the same as other but staff was on the ball to get out more food if needed

It breaks my heart to think about the experience we had here after all of my research and past experiences with other Best Western Hotels. The room was not clean, there was a blood stain on my daughter's comforter, missing the conditioner dispenser, room phone didn't work, they changed my room I reserved when I was a few hours away after I confirmed it twice. They stated the people before me damaged the room, but no one could tell me what happened and one employee said no damage ever happened. The screens were riddled with holes and cobwebs and moths, the air conditioner in my room fell flat. The staff, though nice enough, had no responses to anything I asked for help with INCLUDING AN INJURY aside from "oh I am sorry". This place is not great.

We stay at this property often. Staff is always friendly, rooms are clean, linens are plentiful and good quality. There is a park across the street that is a great place to walk dogs or just enjoy the area.

Traveled with a small dog and we loved this place! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had everything you'd want. There is a great huge park across the street that even has a dog park on the far side. There's a nice walking/running path around the park. Also a fun drive-thru coffee/tea place at the end of the street.

We arrived late for check in and were greeted by one of the many Friendly Staff members. Excellent Location, just of Interstate 5, with plenty of Off Street parking. The room was clean, Beds Very Comfortable and quiet. Having traveled all day and in need of Sleep, this was really important.

No matter what location we stay at, Best Western is consistently excellent! From room amenities, to hotel amenities, staff treatment, free breakfast!!! Everything about our stay with BW is always good, we really don't like to stay anywhere else honestly.

First time back to Albany in almost 2 years. It was so nice to breeze thru checkin and hear the list of amenities available once again. Especially pool and full breakfast. The staff at checkin knew what they were about and all went well. Room was top notch the bed was wonderful and everthing was nice, new and clean. Check out express meant I didn't even slow down on my way to breakfast, than back to work.

This hotel was such a nice stay. We arrived and the front desk attendant gave my kids just baked cookies. The room was a decent size and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was nice for the kids to play in. In the morning, we were impressed by the breakfast options available. All of the staff was very pleasant. There are several restaurants nearby, as well as a Safeway and gas stations. Definitely a place I would stay again if we were driving through the area.

My preferred hotel in Albany, OR. My husband and I first stayed at this hotel years ago and since that time I have specifically chosen this hotel while traveling for business and pleasure. My recent stay included myself and my granddaughter while visiting family on the Oregon Coast. The location is right off I5, close to shopping, restaurants and more. The staff are so polite and the rooms are always clean. I highly recommend Best Western Plus Prairie Inn while you are staying or passing through.

Very clean facility with very friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet with great service. The room was clean without bugs or odors. There was no noise from the highway that was located close by. We were very happy with this hotel and would rebook a stay when traveling through Redding.

Great Hotel, clean, friendly staff, Great breakfast. Easy access to & from I-5 freeway. A nice place to stop for the night before heading home. Town is just 2 minutes away and there is even a Costco . This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and we were not disappointed.

Stayed two weeks in a row, first week other than extremely slow service, the stay was pleasant. However, the second time I stayed, service was painfully slow again, I was charged twice for my stay (not a deposit/hold) the room was nasty, bed smelled of death every time I moved. The shower had someone else's hair on the wall and shower head. When I asked about the double charge upon checkout, I was told it was an accident, too many new employees. Same excuse for the dirty room. I was assured I would get a refund immediately, it took two weeks for them to process it. Plenty of other options in the area, I won't be staying at this one again

This is my favorite Best Western Hotel. It is super clean and friendly. They have the best breakfast of any that I've had. Staff is on the job with energy. The breakfast staff was attentive, going in and out and keeping food refreshed and the tables clean and ready for the next wave of customers. I have stayed and this Inn a number of times. It is always consistantly excellent.

This hotel is amazing. My family and I felt is safe, welcoming, and very comfy especially after arriving late at night. I called before hand in hopes of making a reservation and the system was down but Bob was still able to accommodate a reservation for us. Thank you Bob and all the staff.

Stayed for leisure with my dog. Excellent room and nice pottie areas for my dog. Huge park across the street for more exercise. Decent breakfast, rooms clean and well furnished. I felt very safe as a solo women traveler and would recommend to friends.

The check in was quick. The room was clean and I barely heard any other guests while we were there. The point of the stay was just to get sleep and a shower after driving long hours. I am used to hotels near major highways being noisy, this was not.

Unfortunately did not get the opportunity to stay at the hotel so my review is based on communications and attempt to check in. I called the week before to confirm we were travelling with a cat and dog, to ensure that was ok. Received assurance on the call. After a long day of travelling we tried to check in and were told they don't accept cats. Had to scramble to find alternatives. The person at the counter was unable to offer any assistance - other than to suggest we leave the cat in the car overnight (not helpful). In fact there is a Holiday Inn two minutes away that we found - probably something that would be good for the front desk staff to know and share.

Nice staff! Helpful and friendly! The bed was comfortable. The hotel is dated and so are the rooms. The breakfast was good, well laid out with a good selection to choose from. Location is convenient and close to downtown area.

Spent the night with my mum. We are on a mum and son trip. Bob, was so nice and so kind and was very helpful considering I asked him a lot of questions. Very spacious room. Great morning breakfast!!!!

It was my first time staying here, The staff was very friendly and made me feel very welcomed. This best western is clean and the food was great! I was traveling back to Los Angeles and called them late in the evening in an attempt to find an available room, the gentleman I spoke to (sorry I could not remember his name) was very helpful and upon my arrival, he made my check in process very easy and expedient. Overall, my experience was great and I recommend this best western. Thank you staff for making my stay a great one.

Check in was easy we didn't have a reservation we got a good room rate the desk clerk was very friendly our room was clean it was awesome… They gave us directions on a good place to eat and told us where we could get our free buffet breakfast the next morning which was absolutely delicious.

This hotel needs some updates. When you spend 170 a night for a spa tub you should be able to enjoy it. The buttons on the tub were removed so there was no way to reduce the pressure of the one jet on the tub that you sit against. The pressure was so forceful that I ended up with a bruise on my lower back. When the jets timed out we did not turn them back on. We did not pack usb plug in as most hotels have them already in the rooms. On the lamps etc. we ended up going to a store and purchased them.

We were on a long road trip from California to Washington State, so we were a bit tired and looking for a good place to rest. You all know that being exhausted from travel can make you irritable and picky. With that being said, when we walked in to the lobby, to ask about vacancies, we were pleasantly surprised at how clean and up to date it was! Larry, the Front desk manager got us checked in quickly and Eddie( I didn't catch his title) was great to converse with!!! We felt so welcomed and happy with our decision to stop when we did! After a much needed nights rest we headed down to the continental breakfast and were again joyed to see the great selection of breakfast items! I again failed to get a name, but the woman working the breakfast was so on task and being sure that everything was full and available! We can't thank this staff enough for making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as it was!!!! Thank You Dave and Tina Martinez

We were impressed with the BW Plus Prairie Inn. We stayed on a Friday night and families and travellers were plentiful. Reception was great and the room very comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast, which was one of the best that we have had at a BW facility. Kudos to the attendant who ensured offerings were replenished and other needs met. Of particular note was the availability of heatable, ready to eat meals and side dishes at a reasonable price. One could have made a meal out of that. Reasonable price, easy to get to from the I-5.

I have stayed at this property several times over the years-it's conveniently located, quiet and clean. I have always had a pleasant experience. This time, unfortunately the TV was not working in my room, but Bob, the manager on duty tried to fix it as soon as he had a second and assured me that I could move if it couldn't be fixed the next day. It couldn't be fixed and the wi-fi was off and the awesome maintenance man Eddie, was honest to tell me it was unlikely to be fixed in my next 4 nights, so I moved and had a great stay. The entire staff was so helpful l and friendly with my dogs, from Bob, Eddie, Brianna and some whose names I did not get. This type of service is rare these days even at 5 Star hotels and is very appreciated!

We always stay here when in Albany. Friendly staff, clean, and grandsons love watching the planes at the airport. Close to the fairgrounds, Timberlinn Park, and right off I-5. Dog friendly, and decent breakfast in the morning.

We frequently stay at this hotel when visiting family nearby. The staff is exceptional, and the rooms are nice and comfortable. This time we were given snacks because of our Diamond Plus status, which was a pleasant surprise, also.

In Albany for dog show. Nice to see dog waste stations and supplies. Location convenient to Expo, lovely big park and restaurants. Traveling on my own and felt safe & secure in both hotel and dog exercise area. I will definitely stay there again.

We arrived at our prepaid hotel at 11pm after phoning for a late checkin. We had been on the road since morning. We were tired and ready for bed. We had checked the website prior to booking and we're told the facility takes "pets". We travel with our clean quiet well behaved cat. Willing to pay the an extra fee, we told the night clerk we have a cat and were told to leave the premises. The facility does not take cats. Our fee would not be refunded and we must find alternate accommodation. We were rudely told "We don't like your kind" The accommodations are misrepresented on their website. I wouldn't recommend this place. They can deny you a room, even if you prepay, for any reason they choose. We are an older couple, white snowbirds traveling to the sunshine.

Our room had a couch in it that was a pull out and it was in horrible shape. By the time we realized it, it was late in the evening. But the cushions were stained and the mattress was horrible. The springs poking through it and mattress ripped. The pool was of course down as well which sucks to find out once you paid the amount we did to stay there.

My wife and I routinely stay at this Best Western Plus on road trips between Washington and California. We are always greeted promptly and professionally during check-in, and checkout is equally quick. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the showers are a welcome sight after a long drive. Recently, the hotel upgraded to a contactless room key system that works great. The free breakfast room offers a variety of options, is always clean and well organized, and saves both time and money. The coffee tastes great as well. There are inexpensive gas stations and quality restaurants close to the hotel. We have stayed at hotels in Eugene and Salem, and this hotel offers the best value.

Very good access off I-5, very clean, beds are comfortable, and the staff are very helpful. Plenty of places to eat nearby and shopping and fuel are all within a mile or so. What I like the best is the way the staff treats you make you feel at home.

My husband and i had a room with a queen sized bed and a large comfy couch, which was near the window, and as i stayed in the room as he went off to dance at the fairgrounds nearby, it was perfect for me. The staff was kind and helpful and my room was immaculate. Breakfast bar and coffee we're very good. The location was quiet, even tho it is only a minute from the freeway. I look forward to returning there next time i travel to Albany, OR.

The air conditioner / heat is not easily controlled it takes a few hours to get the room cool and again a few hours to get the cold the room warmed up doesn't appear that the fan is working. I also asked for a late check out and was only given a half hour which has never happened before at any hotel I've stayed at quite often and usually I'm given till 12:00 or 1:00. Otherwise this day was fine

We have a big family here so when we come down we always stay here. Easy access location, rooms are always clean and the staff is very courteous. Breakfast is a nice there, especially for my husband who loves breakfast and I don't! We don't always use the pool and spa but it is nice when you do! Also there is a good pet area because we always have our doggie with us!

A quick overnight during a long road trip. Our room was sparkling clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable (although I'm not a fan of the small square pillows) with crisp linens that were just the right weight. Our interactions with the staff were all friendly and accommodating. We frequently chose Best Western Hotels as we travel with a small dog traveling and find they are often pet friendly.

If you are looking for soundproof, this is NOT the motel for you. Plus the person that fixed breakfast on the 2nd and 3rd did not practice social distancing or wear a mask. She also interrupted our conversation continually. We just wanted a quiet meal and a quiet conversation with each other.

I would have stayed in Corvallis if I knew what we were getting into. Broken outside doors. Work trucks and workers smoking and drinking on landings. Broken laundry machines. Horrible location. Maybe it's the best in the Albany area but go another 10 miles for better lodging.

I love the people in charge they always greet me with a smile and positive attitude. My room is always neat and clean and ready to go. I wouldn't stay anywhere else, shopping and dining just around the corner great place to stay and reasonabley priced.

We stay at this particular hotel because it has always been a clean restful stay (no drama), and a great value. We have used a variety of rooms from the two queen beds suite with kitchen to the regular one king bed room, this time it was the two queen bed regular room - the décor was comforting appropriate.

We were on a roadtrip that included a car full of senior( oldies) siblings! Tired at the end of the day and hungry in the mornings… this worked out great!! Everyone slept well and and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere of the hotel. All this for a very fair rate!

No complaints here, staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and breakfast was perfect. They even had Ben & Jerry's ice cream available. They offer a nice indoor pool and spa so bring your bathing suits.

The jets in our jetted tub were full of mold, our grandchildren found condoms in the pool and staff in the breakfast room were rude and assumed we were lying about having children upstairs we were taking cereal to rather than checking our reset.

Our room was on the first floor, which is a daylight basement, or half below ground. The hallway was dirty, and reeked of cigarette smoke. Our room did not smell, and was reasonably clean, but dark and dated. Oregon has a mask mandate, and the hotel had the appropriate signage, but the person checking in ahead of me did not have a mask. We f you stay here, ask for a room on the second or third floor.

As a random stop on a road trip due to a cranky toddler, the staff was incredibly great to my family. Especially the kitchen staff during breakfast. Great food, and people!!!! Thanks for a great stay.

I was so happily surprised that Best Western offered free breakfast included with our stay. It was a good breakfast too - hot eggs and sausage (or sometimes bacon), cereal, waffles, and the full gamut. Even though they were busy, we comfortably sat and ate at our own table which was at a distance from others.

5 stars for the money. If all BW's were up to this standards/per value I would use them all the time. The food store in the lobby has an excellent selection for the traveling families, the breakfast and dining room are well above par. Location, Location, Location!

This hotel leaves a lot to be desired. We had an issue with the room AC that was never resolved. Also, the rooms are somewhat dated with small bathrooms and the sink is out in the entry way to the room. While the room was clean and comfortable beds the overall appearance was somewhat drab. The business center is not private at all and they have no printers to accompany the computers. The desk service was a little slow as every time we need service the attendant was in the back on their computer and pretty much ignored the front desk. The grounds need a lot of upkeep and the paring was limited with many big trucks and trailers using multiple spots.

Friendly staff, clean room n good food. Easy on/off I5 too. This was my third visit. I love this hotel. Pool was open. Great parking and members get a gift. Lovely. Close to shopping and restaurants which was very convenient.

We were on our way to Seattle and spent one night here. Clean comfortable rooms, good typical BW breakfast, friendly staff. While being off the freeway and near a hobby airfield, it was a quiet experience!

Our two night stay in September of 2021 had us interacting with multiple members of the staff who were quickly able to answer any questions we had. Breakfast buffet had more options than we had seen lately at other Best Western properties. Overall stay was very good. The only slightly negative thing I would say is the property is looking rather dated but it was very clean and well kept with a great staff. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Clean room, clean bedsheets, comfortable bed. No cigarette smell . Big countertop sink. The bathroom sink is separated from bathtub and toilet. It is located in the room. Plenty of outlets for electronics. Decor is simple and nice. There is a/c and heater. Checking in and out is a breeze. The room has a refrig and microwave. They provided hand sanitizer gel and wipes too. Free full breakfast. It was so good. No need to think of where to eat. Even sanitizing wipes were provided at breakfast.

I have always loved staying with Best Western, but the staff here went over the top. I have been teaching my kids to respect the establishment and say please and thank you. The staff were great and listen to my children when they were thanking them for letting us stay and preparing meals in the mornings. This was memorable moment where they took the extra few seconds to listen to them and they felt heard.

Stayed here 2 nites , it was very nice , indoor pool , nice breakfast buffet, . But I especially enjoyed the friendly guy on the lobby desk, big guy with a beard , did not get his name. Also the lady who ran the buffet, felt like I was in her personal kitchen. This is our go to place when visiting family in Albany, Oregon

Over a 4 day stay and absolutely zero room service. None! We requested it verbally at the front desk and they replied they were short staffed and would not service any room. Couldn't even bring clean towels. Told me to throw my old towels in the hall!!!

From the moment we arrived until we left the staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast was lovely, with GF options and good protein choices and excellent coffee. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful bonus after a long day's drive! The room was clean, with excellent beds and lovely shampoo, conditioner and bath gel provided. After we left, the front desk called us because they had found some jewelry and wanted to make sure we hadn't forgotten it. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you for a fantastic visit!

Great friendly service. The hot breakfast and cold breakfast choices were outstanding. Would recommend this hotel. Easy access off of the highway with no problems during the 4 night stay. Ask for a handicap room if you need as the toilets are very low to the ground if you are an older person. AARP gives discounts to Best Western, so that is worth noting.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in went quickly and smoothly. The breakfast was good and the ladies running it were very nice and helpful. The entire hotel was clean and well maintained.

Made a last minute reservation while traveling and seemed to be severely price gouged. Paid less for a last minute hotel the night before in a nice place in downtown Seattle. This place in just off the freeway in an unattractive commercial/industrial area. The room was decent and clean. But the mattresses were unbelievably cheap (I mean rock-bottom cheap, seriously), and I woke up with a sore back and hip. When my daughter went to bed in her room, she discovered that the box spring under one of the beds in her room was broken making the bed completely unusable and forcing her to sleep with her pre-school age child. When I told the desk person that the bed was broken (room 111) when I checked out, he seemed totally uninterested. In spite of signage, no covid precautions.

This Best Western earns its Plus every time! This hotel is close to HW5 as well as inexpensive gas stations and restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is taking proper COVID precautions while still opening up the breakfast and pool facilities. Check-in and check-out are quick, and the room rate is less than those hotels in more popular Oregon cities. I have stayed at this location several times this year, and their performance has been consistently excellent. If you need a place to stay in the middle of a long drive, this hotel should be a serious consideration.

Nice hotel with awesome staff; specially the breakfast staff, they are super friendly and helpful. Everything was great except for two things. AC was semi working and the hotel cost is pricey(when compared to other hotels). Maybe it was the fact that it was a weekend but the cost was a bit much.

We had a great experience at the Best Western Premier hotel in Lebanon, Oregon for several nights. Due to an unexpected additional client meeting, we moved to the Best Western Plus Prairie hotel in Albany, 11miles away. What an overpriced move! Our Best Western Premier hotel experienced was excellent and cost $143 per night. We were quoted $300 per night to stay at the Best Western Plus Prairie hotel in Albany. Plus is a notch below a Premier and was not worth it! Over priced, limited towels, toilet paper down to the cardboard. What a disappointment. I used my BW points which saved me $300 however not worth it!

The hotel was very clean & the service was friendly. We enjoyed our sleep & the hot breakfast was a wonderful send-off before we continued our road trip from Portland to Crescent City, CA. Would highly recommend to anyone passing through the area.

Our family and I are doing a road trip, hotel stays are booked at last minute since we don't know where we might stop for the night until the day off. So when kids voice they like this hotel you know it has all the amenities for a family. It was clean, spacious, breakfast and of course a pool!

Best Western Plus of Albany has a very inviting entrance with a friendly greeting from staff. We were well informed on every part of our stay. The pool and exercise area are a huge benefit. Very clean.

Staff was super courteous and helpful. They have ironed out a lockdown friendly atmosphere. Accommodations were well appointed and clean. Dogs are welcome. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was spot on. Very convenient to a great coffee shop.

I was told it was 129 and I ended up paying 149 on my card and there was blood splatter or sauce splatter on the walls and the ceiling .. not happy with them misunderstanding of the quote on how much I was told and first how much I was charged .. Will not recommend to any of my friends staying at that establishment

The Saturday 6/5/2021 front desk lady was amazing. She was the only staff there. Manager was no where to be found and there was a line 15 people deep out the door because people's reservations had been cancelled. At least 3 that I know of. The card machine was not working and they don't take cash. We arrived at 3 took until 4:05 to finish check in. All of the rooms were still dirty and we were unable to get into our room until 4:45. Extremely inconvenient with a car full of kids. But, the front lady was nice and overwhelmed. Sunday we requested a late check out at noon and the front desk man was rude and very off putting. There were no offered accommodations for the previous day. We will absolutely not be returning to this hotel.

To avoid the sellouts and priciness of the Oregon Coast we settled on Albany as a pitstop during a Memorial Day weekend road trip. We didn't expect anything more than the acceptable standard we've come to know from Best Westerns but the Prairie Inn Best Western in Albany surprised us with greater excellence. We got in late and were tired with an anxiety filled dog and the front desk agent was friendly and kind. The hotel was nearly full and was packed with kids and dogs including our own yet I didn't hear a thing from our room and got the best nights sleep. The pillows and bedding were so soft and plump and clean. In addition to the bar soaps, the shower had quality citrus shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel in pump containers on the wall rather than annoying little hobbit bottles. In the morning instead of the usual grab and go breakfast they had real food! Fresh cooked eggs and potatoes and sausage and biscuits and gravy etc given by a happy cheerful gal that started our day out with smiles. I mentioned how nice that was to one of the women behind the check in desk and she said "We used to do those grab bags but we decided let's do a little better" And that's the difference, they actually try to do a little better. Thank you to our new go-to pitstop hotel, we will be back!

We needed an overnight place to stay before heading into Portland the following morning. This was perfect. The lady behind the desk was very personable and got us checked in in a jiffy. Didn't use the pool but it looked inviting. They had a person to deal with the breakfast and had various hot items. I really enjoyed the breakfast after many stays with bag breakfasts. I will be staying there again on the next trip on I-5.

This facility has an awesome location right off I-5, but not so close that you get road noise. The town also has lots of dining opportunities to choose from. We found it's convenient location, and amenities to be a good value.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside were barking dogs next to us one night, but we have dogs at home and are used to it. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Albany!

The room was huge I was in the Presidential Suite. The bed was soft. I was sad that upon check-in I found out that they changed their check out to 11:00 instead of noon. And I wish I would have gotten up sooner for breakfast because the breakfast I got was cold and the potatoes hard and undercooked. But the customer service was Awesome. Shirley at breakfast was sweet. Sam in the morning professional, thank you.

My wife and I along with our two boys age 7 and 10 arrived on Friday afternoon and were promptly checked in. We found our room to be exceptionally clean. The staff was very friendly. Masks were worn by all staff. We had Saturday breakfast which was served by a very friendly lady who helped put a smile on the day. This has been one of the top experiences staying in a motel in the last two years ( I spend over 30 days a year in motels). I only have one suggestion for management to improve what they are doing which is move the ash tray farther away from the front entrance as it attracts smoldering cigarettes'. I highly recomend this as a clean and reasonably priced place to stay. Alan Church Klamath Falls, Oregon.

We were greeted warmly by front staff and needed to look at the room before commiting to the night due to a bad experience the previous night in another state. Our request was handled professionally and kindly. Slept wonderful in the very clean and comfortable room. Highly recommend.

This motel was conveniently right off the freeway but far enough away so as not to hear the traffic. Check in was fast and easy the lobby was very clean as was the room. I will definitely stay here again.

Albany, Oregon is very nice and growing community 10 minutes from Corvallis and OSU, come check it out and stay here, right off I-5 too if you are just traveling through and very close to all the necessary items and stores

Front desk check in easy and young woman helpful. Room was not cleaned properly and dirty, sink clogged. Room could use a deep clean. Unsure how this BW got great reviews. Disappointed, I usually always stay at BW.

This is at least the 3rd time I have stayed here and it is usually OK. I was disappointed that as a "Plus" I supposed to be offered; extra points or a goody bag at check-in. Also a room upgrade. Nothing was ever said or done.

We have recently been staying at Best Western Plus hotels and have been very pleased with the value and the quality of the facilities. We appreciated the hot breakfast option as opposed to the grab and go breakfast in a sack that is so common at this time.

So clean friendly and lovely , Third Hotel we stayed in on our trip, the others shall remain unnamed, this was the most pleasant place we stayed. The staff was most friendly and helpful Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a good place to visit.

I am a loyal Best Western Customer. But this location will not receive my business in the future. I choose to stay at this location because my favorite location was booked during my trip. The room was dirty and the tub had a dirty grey soup scum ring in it. EEWW.

The first hotel room was missing a chair, had wires hanging down in the bathroom, a hole in the shower wall and in the bathroom ceiling, a shattered lightbulb and was very dirty. They moved us to a new room which was mostly complete but still very dirty and had an odd smell. Both rooms had mold in the heating/air conditioning unit and well as mold on the windows. There was stuff (maybe snot?) on the walls and doors and well as trash and dust behind the nightstand (where you have to plug in a phone charger). The manager was rude, but the employee that checked us in was very nice. The elevator is two years past due for inspection.

Great staff, very clean lobby and rooms, reasonable rate. Referred by my company worth the stay! Unfortunately due to the pandemic breakfast was required to be taken to your room and the pool was closed.

Arrival and check in were easy. Haley at the front desk was welcoming and happy to accommodate our requests. The pool is open via a sign up sheet that gives you time in the water to yourself. Grab n Go breakfast is a piece of fruit, an egg McMuffin like offering, a juice box and a breakfast bar. Coffee and teas available from behind the front desk by the obliging staff. Although the beds and bathroom were clean, and the towels were soft, plush and plentiful, I would recommend that as a guest, you check the condition of the: Inside of microwave (spillover remnants) Ice bucket (sticky) The available plug by the dresser (filthy). In this time of Covid, I found these conditions to be less than the sanitary measures one would expect, especially since they would normally be regarded as routine cleaning as part of the room turnover process. I reported these items to management who agreed that improvement was needed and that my concerns would be shared with the staff to address the issues and take the necessary steps to prevent their reoccurrence. We will most likely return here for another stay for the easy access of I5 and the quiet accommodations fit our travel needs.

Extra blankets for pull-out bed were old, dingy & used. Had to request for clean sheets for pullout bed as well. The 2 Queen beds may have had bed mites as when we slept we kept getting poked by critters or fleas. Jacuzzi tub had black grime along & in between the tub and wall. Gross!! Who would want to sit & relax in that tub! Tried to call the front desk but phone jack & plug in to hand phone was Jacked up too!!

So I was in town for a friends funeral and had a reservation at another hotel close by that fell through because of unbelievably horrible customer service. With that being said, now running late to my friends funeral and in need of a room came across the best western plus hotel. I'm so happy I did because I was treated with respect from the second I walked in to the minute I checked out the next day. The ladies at the front counter were absolutely a pleasure to deal with. I cant remember their names but the blond lady during the day helped me so much and the night shift lady with the long island accent was very funny and equally as helpful. I cant thank them enough. Keep up the good work. I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for making a emotional day not so bad. You are appreciated! Sincerely from the guy riding the Harley.

This hotel was quite, clean, and set back from the road a bit. Our room faced a wooded creek so we had a nice view as well. I was a little disappointed that the night receptionist promised hot sandwiches in the morning but t here were none to be found

Excellent staff, pleasant, efficient and they found a glitch in my Best Western account I was not even aware of. Very nice room with most comfortable bed in our entire two week trip. Quiet location easily accessed. Superb dinner recommendation.

This place is clean, with great staff. However the walls are thin, so you may want to be prepared to hear your neighbor. Also, the TV was complicated with two remotes, and no instructions. Overall, a nice comfortable room. Shower was good (always important to me)

This is by far one of the best Best Western Plus we have had the pleasure of staying at. We stop almost once a month on our way back or to Ca. The Ladies that are at the front desk are super nice and are sure to make ones stay there a really great stay. Great, Bonnie, Lozano, Lodi, Ca.

Right off I5 easy to find, and still very quiet. I stayed in room 309, King Jacuzzi Suite. Very big room, on 3rd floor. Quiet. Front desk staff were very friendly & helpful. Mattress was too firm for me. Shower stall was tiny, shower head needs to be replaced. Everything in room was in working order.

The room was big and great except the TV speaker. They made an effort on their grag and go bag and they had coffee. Out of 3 BW in the last week this is the only one that thought about the customer when it came to breakfast.

I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the staff was considering they were fully booked and dealing with harried show exhibitors. One mention of a early ring time and they stated they would have breakfast up and running even before normal start (and did). Rooms clean and well maintained. Actually looking forward to staying again during another show. (and the staff loved the dogs!)

I saved more than $30 staying in Albany instead of equivalent lodging in Corvallis. Short drive between the two towns makes Albany a great choice when you are visiting Oregon State University. The pet area is very convenient. Coffee was much better than the motel norm.

Very dog friendly. Very helpful and friendly staff. In the evening they had the best Cinnamon rolls, bear claws and various desserts. The also never ran out. Much better than cookies. Lot of walking areas for the dogs. I will be back when I am in Albany

It was very welcoming and they were more than accommodating my needs. The hot tub was amazing and the beds were comfortable and clean. The breakfast had a lot of variety and tasted good. I used the stationary bike in the fitness center and all equipment was clean and functional.

Well managed and comfortable, with ample parking and excellent Best Western breakfast in a spacious eating area. We checked in late without a reservation based on an ad. Leaving the northbound I 5 cloverleaf in the dark we could see the hotel neon sign but had no clear sight of it from the main road until we had passed it and turned around. The neon sign was blocked as we turned east from the i 5 cloverleaf.

Great location, clean updated room and plenty of amenities like coffee in the lobby, heated pool and large refrigerator in the room. Beds are firm and comfortable for watching the included HBO. No complaints.

The hotel is clean, the staff very helpful and seem to care about each and every guest. Answered questions quickly helped when needed, even when TV was not working the guy showed up fast and was able to correct the issue within minutes. Helpful at everything that us and our friends needed.

Dated motel with upgrades that didn't make it look any younger. Phone didn't work and didn't get fixed, toilet seat falling off, fan flanked and shower screamed when showerhead was turned on & hot water applied.

One of the nicest Best Western Hotels we have stayed in, and typically try to stay in a Best Western, as they are consistently nice hotels. Convenient location to freeway, and nice area for morning walk. The hotel was cozy, rooms were tidy and spacious, and a nice hot breakfast was included, as well as a simple soup for dinner, if needed. The staff was outstanding; very efficient and friendly.

Great location and nice beds. In the winter they offer a home-made soup at 5:00 p.m. Great if you don't want to go to a restaurant after driving all day. The staff is very friendly and treats you like family. Definitely staying here again when I travel through the area.

All in all not bad. Good service at the desk. Little issue with Booking.com and the hotel. We will see how this gets resolved. Desk staff was pleasant and informative. Room was clean, a little worn, but clean nonetheless. Hotel is pretty quiet. Breakfast was the standard. Didn't spend much time as 2 high school teams spent the night and were in the dining room. Kids were no issue, all very pleasant, just a bunch of them. Kinda felt like the high school cafeteria...LOL... Would stay again if we were in town..

Right off of the freeway. This hotel has a very friendly staff and offers a hot soup nightly during the winter. We were greeted right away and advised about the fresh soup of the night (Chicken Gumbo). Breakfast was also very nice. I'll stay here again!

Great accommodations, food and service! I arrived on a very cold night and was surprised to find a delicious pot of soup waiting in the lobby! This was true each night! Also, little goodies for dessert, plus the dining area was open for seating. A beautiful lobby setting with comfortable couches and a blazing gas fireplace. The room was spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom spotless. We had a slow draining sink and they sent a maintenance person immediately! Will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed one night on our way to Washington. It was a very nice, clean hotel with free breakfast buffet in the morning. Coffee and hot chocolate were available in the lobby all day. Beds were super comfy!

The management and staff pay attention to every detail. They are all very friendly and service oriented. We have stayed at the hotel several times and it gets better and better every time and the standards are very high already. The Christmas decorations gave the lobby a very comfortable and homey feel. The had a crock pot of soup for the guests on one particularly cold and raining night. The hotel and rooms are always immaculate and the beds are very comfortable

I was impressed with the excellent service provided by the staff. From check-in to check-out I felt well taken care of. My room was clean and slept great. The breakfast was tasty and had a nice variety. I enjoyed the thick sliced raison toast.

Clean, efficient rooms in the Albany area, close enough to Corvallis to attend OSU events. Breakfast has decent variety. They have shampoo and soap in containers on the wall, so not so many of the wasteful individual containers.

A very reasonably priced option in Albany OR. You'll find the rooms well appointed and clean. I've stayed many times and noise has never been an issue. Breakfast is adequate and the wifi is good. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

The staff was very friendly staff. I had a small problem with my room card but it was taken care of quickly. I took advantage of the on line checking feature to tell them when I would be arriving. Which made for an easy check in We were traveling with a pet so they made sure I had a ground floor room. The hotel is close to the freeway but very quiet. Clean rooms and a great breakfast. I would recommend this motel to friends and family. Although I did not use it the pool looked very clean and inviting.

I stay at many hotels in my travels for business. This particular hotel is one of my favorites. Always clean, and I enjoy using the barbecue out in the patio. It is so nice when in on the road to be able to cook up my own steak and relax while I dine al fresco! The staff is always helpful and they take great care of me when u visit. I would recommend this hotel, at this price point Everytime!

Appreciated the cleanliness and quiet--the motel is back off the main highway but conveniently close to the Fairgrounds where my event was at. I liked the breakfast time frame (7-10) because I am not an early morning person. (I have been to motels where the breakfast only runs to 9AM before.)

Very clean and nice. When you walk into the lobby they have a pot of warm soup that they offer. It was a cold night and greatly appreciated. The hotel was located in an easy off and on to the freewary.

We visited this property on our way to California to visit family. We were so impressed that we decided to stay again on our way back to Washington. It is a very nice hotel, fabulous rooms and professional staff.

My husband and I stayed at the Best Western Plus Prairie Inn on a weekend we had an event to go to. We got the presidential sweet and it was a great room. Very spacious, clean with great amenities. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for about a week. It's the nicest hotel in the area in my opinion. Rooms are large, clean and well decorated. There is an indoor pool and spa. They are very dog friendly. The staff is amazing, kind and helpful. The only thing I would criticize is the outside grounds could use more maintenance. Overall awesome hotel and experience. Feels like home!!

Quick and easy interstate access. Friendly and helpful staff. I stayed over a month and for that length of stay the breakfast menus needed to have more diversity. But they do cater to those looking for gluten free items.

I was very pleased with my stay. I always stay at Best Western, and this hotel was one of the best. Beautiful inside and out, and a quiet location. I was traveling with a dog, and this is a very pet friendly location. A field/park right across the street was an added bonus!

October 7 2019 my husband and I were traveling through Albany on our way to the coast but felt we were too sick to continue (got a virus on the plane 3 days prior...ugh!) and decided to stay at this Best Western. I'm SO glad we did! I wish I had taken photos of the front...the driveway was lined with beautiful gold and red trees and felt like we were pulling up to a very nice home instead of a hotel. The lobby was cozy and welcoming with a fireplace and nice seating arrangement. The front desk clerk, Danielle, was so kind and helpful! She is an asset to the hotel in my opinion. The hotel offered hot homemade chicken soup as a complimentary snack/meal on night 1...and night 2 it was a delicious beef soup/stew and was just what two sick people needed! The room was clean and quiet, the king bed comfortable, the free breakfast adequate but have had better. We stayed two nights to get rested up and I would stay there again if we ever go back to Oregon.

Everything was ok....the decor a bit dated but still functional. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The parking was easy. Breakfast was fine as there were several options. This is a bargain place....not ritzy but perfecty ok.

This hotel is very clean and pleasant . The breakfast was great. The lobby was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace. The pool is open 24 hours which I had never seen before. The staff was incredibly nice.

Room was way too small for a King bed, felt dirty and was shabby. Heard every noise from other rooms all night long. Breakfast was horrible - raw potatoes, eggs swimming in water and greasy tasteless sausage. Will not stay there again.

I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were clean,every staff member from check in to check out greeted me with a genuinely warm smile at the very least. Fresh hot coffee was available in the lobby 24/7.

Everything about this Best Western Plus Hotel was great from check in to check out. Upon check in we were offered a follow up on an upcoming Best Western promotion and complimentary pot roast soup. Couple of different surprises on the hot breakfast as well. Will definitely be back.

Nice staff, helpful and friendly. Had issue with shower/tub. Already in shower and wet when I realize that there is not shampoo,conditioner, bar of soap or soap gel. Had to get out. dry off wrap up hair and go downstairs to the main lobby to complain. They gave me the stuff. Should not rent a room that is not ready.

My stay here was fabulous! The staff went above and beyond to be accomodating and the establishment is very clean the breakfast had a good variety of choices and the manager, Danielle is very nice and professional. Our stay here was very nice, we will return.

Checking in was a breeze. Staff was very helpful and treated me like a guest, rather than a "room-charge". In a bust area, yet quiet. Everything worked as it should. Breakfast was standard, but attendant was accommodating. Check out was easy and quick.

Staff is very accommodating, very clean in all areas, great breakfast , our room was great, was on 2nd floor and no noise from 3rd floor, pool is open 24 hours and was really nice to be in the jacuzzi before bed. The lady serving breakfast was super nice and very concerned with helping us.

The bed was the most comfortable we have encountered on our trip in which we stopped at 5 other Best Westerns before we got to this one and one Las Vegas Resort. Only issue was the commode in the handicap accessible room was very low and hard to get on and off of even with the safety rail. Suggested to Management they consider a taller replacement Commode during next upgrade

Great experience! Staff arranged late checkin. and handled arrangements and special requests. All the amenities were great. This is our "go to" place to stay when we travel from the Oregon Coast to the valley for both business and leisure. Easy access off I-5 and superb location to meet travelers.

We got the suite with the jacuzzi and it was very nice. The room was amazingly huge and the bed was comfortable. Very great stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly! Definitely recommend to stay here!

I really enjoyed my stay here the place was clean with a great staff. I was traveling alone but I felt safe because someone was always at the front desk. The hotel had all the best accommodations, pool, Jacuzzi, fitness room and breakfast buffet. I'm definitely staying here on my next trip to Oregon.

My stay at the Best Western plus Prairie Inn in Albany Oregon was great. I was there to fly in a model aircraft contest in Tangent Oregon. I have stayed here before and have found it always first class. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and pleasant as it should be. The food for breakfast has always been good and is open early so I can get to my activity on time. I would recommend the Inn to any traveler as a great place to stay and convenient to the area, right off interstate 5.

We stay at this hotel when I bring my son up to OSU. Rooms are clean, people are friendly and the breakfast is fantastic. It is located right of the interstate 5 and only about 20 minutes to OSU. Close to shopping and restaurants. I like to fill up my gas tank at Costco... in Albany.

This hotel was clean, organized and staff were extremely friendly. Pool, spa and fitness center enable guests to relax and get a workout. The free breakfast absolutely a plus, with many choices of food available. I would absolutely recommend staying at this hotel.

My wife and I recently stayed for 2 nights while participating in a sporting event nearby. The hotel was ideally located and extremely quiet even though it was next to the local airport. The facility was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast included gluten free as well as dairy free options(boiled eggs) which is very important for my wife. I would definitely stay at the hotel again even if only for one night.

I've been staying at this hotel when I'm in the area for some years. It's always clean and comfortable and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right off I-5 so its very easy to find with easy access to the highway, Its also on a very quiet street so that's always good. ONE THING - the cable system does NOT get NBC so no evening news and NO Sunday night football. So if you wanted to watch that game, you'd need to stay elsewhere.

This is the best hotel in town. I work in this area a lot and have stayed at many of the hotels in the area. This one is the best! Beds are comfy, breakfast is good and the staff is great! If you want a clean room and a comfortable place, this is it.

We recently stayed at the hotel and found the hotel perfect for our stay in Albany. Close to the freeway but very quiet. Shopping and restaurants close by. Playing fields down the street if outside exercise was a priority. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast included gluten free options as well as boiled eggs. Did I mention how comfortable the rooms were?

I love that this place is so accommodating for families! They were so helpful and their breakfast is wonderful! So many options! They helped facilitate an early check in when we found ourselves done with our business and no where to go!

Why is this Best Western called Prarie Inn??? I'm sure there's an historical answer! But even employees who'd been there six years did not know. I had a great stay and was grateful to get off the road! Check in and check out staff especially were so kind and helpful. I love getting Best Western points for frequent stays. The pool (cool) and jacuzzi were especially helpful for weary bones. Special details: the beautiful slab of granite on the bathroom counter, the elegantly striped carpet, bronze slate in the lobby and a comprehensive hot and cold breakfast.

The front office and breakfast room staff are customer service oriented. This hotel offers a solid value for the price in comparison to similar properties in the general area. It is a good choice for Oregon State University events when staying overnight as compared to Corvallis hotels.

Prairie Inn is more affordable than the BW in Corvallis. It's breakfast menu has improved. The heated light in the bathroom allows you to go into the bathroom during the night without turning on the noisy fan.

As always, the staff and service are excellent! I highly recommend it! If I ever have the need again, I will definitely be staying at this Best Western Plus. The BEST service...PLUS a bountiful breakfast attended by a very friendly and efficient gal! (Pam)

Stayed for the Albany Art & Air Festival 2019. Excellent location for the festival. Great little gem of a spot in Albany. Walked across the street to the event. Breakfast was made early so we could get to the hot air balloon lift off at O dark thirty.

No one in hotel got any sleep as fire alarms went off every hour or hour & half. The only compensation was $25 off the cost. $120 is a lot to pay for breakfast as that is all we got. It wasn't offered - one had to ask for it. One guest said this happened two nights previously also.

Nice hotel with easy off/on to freeway. Rooms were quite, with good AC. Nice and clean. My only caveat is that almost all hotels have foam pillows. Like sleeping on a slinky or a spring. I wish they had a feather pillow option. Four pillows on the bed and all bouncy foam. Chinese restaurant within walking distance. Nice breakfast room. Indoor pool looked very nice. Will stay again.

I found the personnel very friendly and accommodating. The manager, Danielle made sure I got the room I requested. They are right off the highway for easy access. Very helpful after a long day of driving.

Very nice hotel. Clean,excellent breakfast, a lot of choices. People are friendly and accommodating. Indoor pool, small but nice.We were here for my nephew's wedding, We would definitely stay here again!

The front desk was friendly and super efficient. The hot tub was absolutely wonderful after a long day's drive. It was quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast next morning was served with smiles all around. The friendliest hotel I've visited in quite awhile!

It was a visit to get my mom diagnosed with dementia and to try to get her safe in the short time we had in Oregon. Everyone was amazing at your hotel and the room was amazing. My only complaint was the price for our room at check out was not what I was quoted at check in. It seemed being a member of BW did me absolutely no good in the price of my room, disappointed

This motel is conveniently located off I-5 for those travelers wanting easy access to the freeway. We request king rooms on the 3rd floor and the staff has always accommodated our wishes. The rooms are very comfortable. There is a variety of breakfast items to satisfy most anyone and there is always coffee and tea options on hand is the lobby. The staff continues to be very helpful on any requests. We also enjoy the downtown historic district.

I've stayed at this Best Western more than once. Have had a great experience each time. The rooms are clean and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area is clean and well stocked with a variety of food. I will stay here again.

Stayed here for one night, and was greeted by the most hospitable and warm welcome at the front desk. Check in was fast and efficient and my room was clean, comfortable and exactly what I needed after a long drive. The free breakfast the next morning was great as well with lots of hot and cold options that helped get my day off to a great start. Highly recommend this spot to any road warrior.

Great place to stay, easy to get on & off freeway, good breakfast selection. Close to shopping center, restaurants, small airport. We always stay there when we need to be in the Albany area.i always mention this hotel when asked.

I've said it before, but this property is my favorite because of the service, value, staff and the reliability of my stay being a good one. When you travel as much as I do, being able to stay where you know you're important and there aren't any but good surprises is so important.

Our room was very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast included sausage patties, scrambled eggs, waffles, a variety of oatmeal, cold cereals, fruit, yogurt with assorted toppings, lots of choices to top your eggs including cheese, salsa, etc., many bread and muffin selections. And of course, coffee, milk, juices, assorted teas, hot chocolate and hot spiced apple cider. Wonderful! Our favorite part was they allow adults to use the pool/spa 24 hour/day. We got in late, but were still able to your the facilities. Such a nice treat.....

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Prairie Inn while on a family trip to visit The Enchanted Forest amusement park. The hotel is conveniently located to the park, about 15 - 20 minutes away. The rooms were clean and reasonably priced. The kids loved the indoor pool. It is a small pool but very clean with a hot tub also located in the same area. The morning breakfast was nice as well - waffles, scrambled eggs, toast, bagels, muffins, sausage, biscuits and gravy, juice, coffee, fruit, oatmeal, dry cereal and yogurt. They were well stocked with food and did not run out of anything and we were there near the end of the breakfast time. Staff was also quite friendly. Overall good experience and a good place to stay with kids. Also located very near a Walmart in case you need to pick up a quick item.

This place has amazing costumer service that went out of their way to meet our families needs. The rooms were clean, comfortable And the food was delicious. This is the place we will stay at when ever we are in Albany OR.

Housekeeping comes and replaces towels but doesn't make up bed or dump trash and throws away personal bath items... and front desk doesn't apologize or make an effort to make things right. Hot tub needs resurfacing and way too much chlorine... fumes burn eyes and nose.

We had a room with a kind and a couch bed. The couch bed didn't have any bedding, so we had to go down to the front desk and ask for sheets. I tried to call, but the phone didn't work. Otherwise, the stay was fine. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean, breakfast bar was well stocked.

I have been staying at this hotel for some time due to business.They take very good care of me. The Staff goes out of their way to see that I am happy. everything is always in order.The General manager is amazing, Danielle, you do an amazing job!

Had to stay in town due to car repair issue, the Staff went the extra mile to get us a room late in the day, and were very helpful with all of our needs. Nice large clean room with a view West towards town. Very quiet place, even next to a small airport! A couple of restaurants nearby as well as gas stations. Easy access to freeway nearby. For fellow Seniors- a good money value place to stay. Great folks there.

Lots of hotels in Albany to choose from. Best Western is the best for the money. Wonderful service. Great breakfast including 4 hot trays, multiple choices of carbs, fruits, cereals, waffles, yoghurts etc. Easy parking. Nice rooms. Usual amenities. Nice workout room and indoor pool.

We were welcomed by the Staff , and all our rooms were ready , as we were with a group . The lobby was Clean and inviting . Our Breakfast , was complete with hot food , and cold and Tea's Coffees , waffles , eggs , potatoes, sausages , bagels , muffins ,cereals , hard boiled eggs, toast , yogurts , you name it, you could find something to suit your morning smile, as we had to get on the road quickly, thank you !

This motel is a great bargain. We stay in motels at least 50 times a year and this property is one of the best bargains we have experienced. The rooms are nice, the entire motel is very clean, the breakfast was better than average and the amenities are outstanding. We were impressed with the quiet ambiance. Parking was great too. It is close to the freeway and easy to find.

We were only passing through, so we didn't make a reservation until about an hour before we got there. That staff was super friendly. The rooms were clean, the pool was nice and warm. It was a super wacky check in and check out. We will definitely stay there again if we are ever back in the area.

Room was average. Bed was a bit lumpy. Couch was not comfortable. Sort of springs covered with cloth. Coffee should not be at sink. Poor lighting in bath. Shampoo dispenser was close to empty. No creamer for coffee until I asked. Cleaning staff were top notch.

Receptionist Ms. Tonya, Mgr and foodplace mgr on Sunday were superrbly hospitable and warm for our long overnight road trip from Seattle. They extended us to late checkout w/o asking us since we landed only at early morning. Only -ve, was it was a short stay and will come back again for them !!

The room was very comfortable and quiet. The staff ultra friendly and quick to attend to a problem we had. We were greeted by staff kindly at the start of the day. And there were warm cookies in the late afternoon!

Stayed at the Best western plus Prarie Inn for two nights to visit family in Albany. Front desk staff was friendly and the lobby area was very clean. My room was very clean as and comfortable. Breakfast was above average for a motel with a good selection of food to choose from. The motel was also very close to the freeway without the associated noise. I would recommend the Best western to anyone that needs a place to stay while in Albany.

Check in with Renee was easy, she was very accommodating and friendly. We had a double queen suite and it had a very comfortable couch. The refrigerator was wonderful. Slightly larger than most motel refers, iit had a separate, roomy freezer that kept all of our ice packs frozen. The bathroom was not all inclusive, the sink was in the main room, makes it difficult for someone trying to sleep while the hairdryer is being used and the vanity lights are on. The shower rod was loose, but we alerted management the next morning and they were thankful we told them. TV worked fine as did the internet. There were plug ins for our tech on the nightstand lamps. Breakfast was better than average. Potatoes, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, muffins, assorted breads, bagels, hard boiled eggs, yogurts, cereals, and juices. We were there on a Monday night. I would recommend making reservations if any event is going on at OSU as it probably will fill up. Nice stop coming up from California before facing the Portland traffic on a weekday morning. We'll be back

Room was very comfortable. Customer service was some of the best we've ever experienced, with a lengthy unplanned stay Danielle went out of her way to give us the best value and a room for all 5 days requested. During our visit we used the breakfast buffet to help with expense of meals. Riley has excellent organizational skills and everything was neat and clean. My grandson was really taken with her cheerful good morning and smile. She gave us some tips on kid friendly activities in easy walking distance of the room. HOME RUN~ :) Highly recommend.

We often travel to Albany and Corvallis. We visit for sports at Oregon State University and to see my wife's folks who live at the Mennonite Village. This Best Western is close to all of the things that we do in the area. The rooms are great, the breakfast is perfect. We can exercise, run in the area, and then we are off to do what we want and need to do!

This motel has a very inviting entrance with a friendly greeting from staff. The beds are total comfort. Great stay for my "getaway". Each time I stay there I find the same high quality comfort and breakfast each morning. Thank you.

This has now become my go-to hotel when I visit Albany every couple months. Clean, quiet, great breakfast, friendly staff and just a couple minute drive into town. I recommend it without reservation to anyone traveling to or through Albany!

Great service, clean room, comfy beds enough for 6 people, a mini fridge and microwave, jacuzzi tub, and delicious breakfast (bacon, scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffle irons, pastries, juices...) (they even had gluten free muffins and oatmeal). The employee working breakfast was happy, attentive, and helpful. What more could we want? This is the fourth hotel we've stayed in during our spring break jaunt across northern California and Oregon, and it's the first hotel that has left us feeling well rested, happy and satisfied. The pool looked clean and our kids begged to swim, but we arrived too late and checked out too early to do so.

This motel is one of our favorite Best Western hotels. Great staff, good breakfast, quiet rooms and good location. Timber Linn Park is adjacent to motel with trails to walk on after a long travel. There is a good nearby restaurant, Sweetwaters.

We booked in at Best Western Prairie Inn because it was on our route home from California. We found the location was great, close to the freeway but far enough away to be very quiet. The staff were friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home. The clam chowder in the lobby in the evening was a nice touch. They gave us good recommendations for dinner and served an outstanding breakfast. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay there again on future trips to California.

Great customer service. Comfortable beds, wonderful breakfast. This was a good location in Oregon for us on a long trip from California to Washington. If you're looking for dinner, there is an excellent Thai restaurant within a couple of miles called House of Noodle. We'll stay at this property again -- definitely recommend.

Best place in town to stay. This is where I stay whenever I'm working in the area. Staff is fantastic, beds are comfortable and breakfast is great. Couldn't ask for more from a hotel. Highly recommend.

We often come to Corvallis for OSU sporting events. The cost of hotels in the area can be expensive. We think the BW in Albany provides a nice hotel for a good price. We hope they upgrade the breakfast a bit. It was fine, but not great. Room was clean and comfortable. Service was very good.

The Inn very conveniently located near I-5 and US 20. Yet it was very quiet and out of the flow of traffic. The room was very comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep. It was easy to get to Corvalis where I attended an event. Reasonably priced too.

Hotel was always clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very polite and ready to help in any way. Even though we reserved a room on short notice, we were allowed to check in early. This helped our business trip to be a great success.

I found the service to be very good from the cleaning service to the kitchen service to the people behind the front desk. All were very nice and helpful. Rooms are spacious with WiFi, cable, there is a pool, spa and weight room. Breakfast is served every morning. Coffee/tea maker in the rooms and coffee/tea offered in main lobby. There are also quite a few restaurants available in the area. Overall I really liked it all and I always stay there when I'm in the area.

The Best Western Prairie Inn was is and has been over the years a favourite overnight destination of mine while traveling from Vancouver to the Bay Area. It's conveniently located on I-5 close with easy access to the coast. Friendly staff.

From check in to check out a great weekend. The staff at the front desk were excellent and the young lady in the breakfast room was outstanding. So friendly and helpful, she interacted with all of the visitors and made sure that everyone was satisfied. She even brought a forgotten coffee mug to our room!

I was driving through Oregon during a large winter storm that left power outages and dangerous driving conditions. Arriving at the Prairie Inn put that all behind me. VERY friendly staff and comfortable, well-appointed room. This particular hotel is the perfect example of why BW is becoming my go-to hotel. My other favorite locations are in Thousand Oaks, CA, Oakhurst, CA (gateway to Yosemite), and Mammoth, CA. Of all of them though, this has been the best so far. Excellent hotel.

We would stay here again. Just be careful when reserving by phone that you are talking directly to BW and NOT to one of the scammers out there that hook you in with 1 800 numbers that appear to be BW. We somehow paid a $15 reservation fee to to what turned out to be Priceline, even though the phone person never mentioned Priceline. Appeared on the bill as we checked in. Apparently this is a big loophole in Oregon law. The hotel chains need to be fighting hard to change this. Left a bad taste in our mouths.

Very well appointed room, very clean, extensive selections for the free breakfast, and the staff was unbelievably helpful and efficient. Quick check in and check out. We received good recommendations for local restaurant, and they ensured we were registered for promo bonuses.

Best Western has exceeded expectations each time I have stayed. Breakfast is always hot and staff are courteous and friendly. I have yet to have a bad experience and will continue using BW for business and leisure travel.

All the staff was so incredible. We had some issue when I booked the stay online (my mistake, not theirs - FYI don't use a third-party site). After I called, it was all worked out. I travel all the time for work and stay at very high end hotels. None compare to the customer service received at this Best Western.

I spent the night here and the hotel was very nice with a very comfortable bed, clean room, and the temperature was just right. The breakfast in the morning was very good with an adequate selection of the deluxe breakfast. Some things were missing like yogurt. Staff was very pleasant. A convenient location near the freeway, yet very quiet.

We stayed at this Best Western while attending OSU events in Corvallis. The location was perfect for driving to/from the game and then quick access to I-5 for fun in Portland! Close to WalMart, Fred Meyer and several restaurants. Pizzamore delivered to the hotel, definitely recommend! The building was very quiet at night, and the service was excellent. My husband and I both commented that we hadn't experienced such friendly staff in a hotel in a very long time. The woman who served breakfast was so nice and outgoing. She even went the extra step to make bacon, instead of the sausage, for some boys who had hoped to see it thr second morning. The breakfast was on par compared to other hotels, hot and freshly made. There was a lot of choices and we definitely didn't leave hungry. The pool is small but enough for about 5-10 kids. Spa was nice. Room was clean and and all the supplies we needed were available. Fresh soup.in the lobby in the evenings was a GREAT touch... So yummy for cold & rainy days. We enjoyed our stay so much, we had the front desk help with a discount after we decided to stay a second night! All in all, it was a great experience and we will definitely be staying again the next time we come to Albany/Corvallis.

Great breakfast, knowledgeable staff, clean rooms, quiet, friendly, best hotel experience I've had in many years. Coffee, apple cider, and hot coco are always available in the lobby. We were delighted with the good hot soup served in the evening. Considering all the hospitality, this is a good place to spend a weekend just to be nice to yourself.

Travelling as much as I do, having a place of comfort to stay is so important to making trips agreeable. Even though I'm a home body, I look forward to seeing the caring staff and catching up with them a bit. Staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. We were in town for a convention and were coming and going at odd hours. Staff was available at all times if needed. Breakfast was available early to accommodate.

This Best Western Plus Prairie Inn was recommended to us by The Elijah List to stay while attending their prophetic conference.What a great experience we had. Our hotel room was clean, quiet, with friendly, courteous staff. Breakfast is included in the morning and they had Bob's Red Mill gluten free oatmeal and Pacific organic almond milk which met my dietary needs. My husband enjoyed the eggs, bacon/sausage and toasted cinnamon raisin bread. At 5 p.m.each night they served hot soup with assorted crackers. What a pleasant surprise! Every employee we encountered during our 4 night stay was pleasant, very helpful and served us with a smile. Looking forward to staying again! A+

We loved staying in the hotel. Best breakfast so far I have seen. Breakfast area is well maintained. Staff members were friendly. check in / check out was efficient . Overall best place to stay. Would love to come back again.

This is our preferred place to stay each January when we attend the car show at the fairgrounds. This year they had hot chowder in the lobby which which was a nice touch since we hadn't been able to leave the car show to get dinner. The breakfast area had a large variety including stations to make a breakfast sandwich or breakfast burrito. There were several people working in the breakfast area so it was always clean and well stocked. The shower had good water pressure. The only problem I had was the noise in the room from the heater and the refrigerator. I finally turned the heater off which took care of that, but I could hear the refrigerator running all night. Sometimes I can unplug the refrigerator but in this case I couldn't access the plug. It would be nice if hotels installed refrigerators with an on-off switch.

Very friendly environment! Staff was great all were very helpful. The breakfast was good and the soup at night was a very comfy touch. Especially loved Angela in the breakfast room. Everyone was wearing a smile. I will add that the walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors alarm and them speaking but over all a great place and would come back.

Staff was very friendly and efficient at check in & out. The breakfast area was very well laid out and well kept. The staff taking care of it were very nice & kept it very clean. Overall I would give it a 10 and would recommend it as a great comfortable place to stay.

This is the second year we've stayed here for the north west duals wrestling tournament. We have enjoyed our stay each time. Staff are cordial and the rooms are clean. The workout room is well appointed for a hotel of this size. I recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay in Albany.

We stayed at this hotel from Christmas Eve through the day after Christmas. One would think that this could potentially be a noisy stay, but the opposite was true. There appears to be a pretty good sound-proof insulation in place. We were aware there were children above us, but they did not disturb us at all and we never heard our next door neighbors. The hotel is nicely placed near the freeway with access to shopping within a short drive. It has been decorated nicely and the grounds are well-maintained. The lobby is very nice and inviting. All staff members were warm and gracious. The room was nicely decorated as well, and in good shape; I did not see peeling paint or poor workmanship. WiFi was good; I used it quite a bit. I did not use the pool, but it looked quite nice and orderly. I also did not eat the breakfast (Elmer's is fairly close and I know enough to visit Elmer's if there's one available!), but my husband checked it out and said it looked like the standard hotel breakfast. My biggest kudo goes to the staff member who saw me struggling with crutches on the main floor; I tore up my knee Christmas Eve and suddenly needed ADA accommodations. She thought outside the box, ran to the lobby to get a cart, put a sofa pillow on it, and rolled me out to the front so I didn't need to make the long trip on those crutches. I don't know who she was, but she was an angel in disguise. You can't buy service like that.

We booked a suite at the Best Western Plus Prairie Inn for our two young boys and their grandparents to stay on 11/24/18. After checking in at 11:30pm, my in-laws kept the lights low to put our children to bed. The next morning, they found that our two sons slept in severely soiled, bloody sheets. The blood was not from either of them, and still slightly damp. My father-in-law immediately talked with the front desk staff who showed great concern and sent a cleaning crew up to remove the bedding. The manager was not available at the time, and the front desk staff stated they would write an incident report and give us a free nights stay. We did not hear from them over the next few days, and called the hotel, at which time the manager expressed no concern whatsoever for our children's safety. Not only did she refuse to reimburse us for the nights stay, but stated she would be charging us for the damaged sheets. We are dumb-founded and appalled by the lack of accountability of the hotel's management of this situation, as well as her lack of concern for our children's well-being. We have subsequently taken our children to their pediatrician who has starting monitoring them for HIV and hepatitis C.

We only stay one night and it was quiet even though we were by the elevators. The in door pool was great. The breakfast was okay nothing out of the ordinary. Fresh fruit bowl out for everyone to have would have been nice. Room was big and spacious. Check in and out was good. The only complaint it the breakfast. Some fruit would have been nice.

The staff at BW Prairie Inn is doing their best to make sure that your stay is pleasant. The rooms are comfortable and kept clean. The breakfast is well presented and ensured that it meets their claim for hot food and a good assortment of food articles

I spend more than 30 nights a year in a motel/hotel. It's always a pleasure to stay at the Best Western Plus Prairie Inn in Albany Oregon. Like most of the pet-friendly places I choose to stay, it's a nice facility. But the staff... They're just terrific! Too many specifics to mention, but on my most recent trip over Thanksgiving weekend Jonathan and Caleb at the front desk, and Lisa in housekeeping, went above and beyond in ways that reflected great credit on them personally, on the Best Western Plus Prairie Inn in Albany, and on the corporate brand. I don't think any of that is ever an accident at this facility because GM Danielle Sell leads from the top and has established her BW as a key community partner in the city of Albany who is valued and appreciated. Excellence is never an accident, and consistent excellence makes this my pillow of choice in Albany.

Our stop here was a pleasant surprise. Everything is very clean and comfortable. The staff was attentive and pleasant. On the cold, rainy night we arrived, the staff hosted “Soup Night”; with a crockpot of great smelling homemade soup greeting hungry guests as they arrived. Great idea.

We spent Thanksgiving night here while visiting family in Salem. I had a confirmed email reservation thru the Best Western phone line. I called from Salem to inquire if we could check in little early, staff couldn't locate the reservation even with confirmation number. I forwarded my email to her & the representative went above & beyond in assuring me we would have a room. We got to Albany & the clerk apologized again for the mix up, very efficient check in & we had a great room! Very comfortable bed & pillows & clean room. We didn't use the pool area but it looked great. Hot pot of soup greeted us when we returned from Salem & it hit the spot! Breakfast was delicious with lots of options & coffee was very good. *Only one waffle maker so we skipped a waffle, possibly one was broken as the Best Western's usually have two. Great other hot choices made breakfast delicious. We love Best Western & have stayed at them in many different cities always have a great stay❤️

Traveling with pets can be a challenge sometimes. This was a great place to spend the night on our visit to the grandchildren for Thanksgiving. Very quiet, great breakfast buffet and very helpful staff. Will come back when we visit again.

Hotel staff were great and the room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was very good. The next time we stay, maybe we'll have time to try out the pool and exercise equipment.

Heading south for the winter, we always make BW Prairie Inn our first night's stop on our way south for the winter. This year, they didn't disappoint. After a rather trying day, we made a late arrival for our reservation. No problem and by the way, there's a bowl of hot soup in the lobby so we didn't have to go searching a restaurant. Perfect as was our sleep and hot breakfast the next morning. Gotta love it!

Every thing you would expect from Best Western. Friendly employees making sure everything is going ok. Miss the afternoon soup, but it is coming back. Stayed here multiple times and will keep coming back.

Best Western Hotels generally have a high standard of comfort and value. Certain ones stand out above the norm. The Best Western Plus Prarie Inn is a standout. Initial impressions are only positive. The hotel is easy to locate, has an appealing appearance, and a greeting by friendly and helpful staff starts the stay off just right. The hotel has lots of open space around it which is very appealing for guests traveling with dogs. Long walks are easy, relaxing and safe. Rooms and amenities are excellent including an above average breakfast and an indoor pool open twenty-four hours. Shops for groceries or other needs are within a five minute drive.

My husband and I stay here often in the fall after college football games. The service is wonderful, rooms are clean and they serve a nice breakfast. Jonathan upgraded us to the Presidential Suite this last time and it was lovely! We appreciate the gesture and will continue to make this location our go to hotel for that area!

We always stay at best western, this stay was the worst , the bed was sagging to the center and under the bed was wrappers from someones food not ours. We will not be staying at this best western any longer

My wife and I are always pleased when we stay the night at the BW Plus PI in Albany, Oregon. There are many pluses to this hotel: 1. Easy access On and Off from Interstate 5. 2. The hotel is not to far from Interstate 5, however, far enough from the traffic noise. 3. In addition, the hotel is off from a main roadway to reduce the traffic noise 4. The parking lost is easy access in and out of the hotel. 5. Upon entering the hotel guests are greeted with a warm smile and a great welcome from hotel desk staff. They will exceed your expectations to insure you have a pleasurable stay. 6. Each time we have stayed at this hotel, we've had no complaints with our rooms. In addition, if you stay in the spa suite (which we have done once), this room will not disappoint you! 7. We also like this hotel due to the fact the swimming pool and hot tub stays open 24hours, which is nice for my wife and I. Sometimes the Ducks games are at 7:30 in the evening so we don't get back to the hotel until around 11:30pm. And to take a refreshing dip in the pool and hot tub helps me sleep better. Now for my wife, she only has to close her eyes, and she's out cold:) 8. I won't say the hot breakfast is excellent, but it is above a standard continental breakfast. You can say I'm spoiled to an Embassy Suites breakfast. But I will say it's a good hot breakfast. 9. By the way, when we go to a Duck Football Game, we always park our vehicle just off the Beltline road in Springfield. From there, we take a shuttle to the stadium and back to the parking lot. My point here, the shuttle after the game is quick and getting back onto Northbound Interstate 5 towards Albany is quicker. Thus, my wife and I are able to enjoy the services of BW Plus Prairie Inn in Albany. 10. One more thing, to me it's not exactly a true 5 Star, however, but a good 4 to 4.5 is a good reflection of this hotel.

We enjoyed our three night stay at the Best Western. Rooms were warm and comfortable. Very nice breakfast buffet. Convenient location close to the I-5. Helpful front desk staff and Serena was a great breakfast host.

Our football team and parents came to stay and play a big game. The staff was very welcoming. We all had a great time in the pool area playing and relaxing. The rooms were very nice and relaxing.There was everything we needed. Breakfast the next morning was very good with a good variety of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay again and recommend it to other friends. Being close to the freeway was very accommodating.

Nice clean hotel and well appointed room with KS bed and sitting area. Good hot breakfast buffet. Just off the freeway but far enough so there is no road noise. 5 minute drive to some good restaurants. Friendly front desk staff. Would definitely stay here again.

The deep jetted tub made getting in and out tough for the senior citizen. Good free breakfast. Helpful staff. Quiet, clean and and easy to access. Close enough to Corvallis that many game goers were staying there.

My husband and I have stayed at a couple different hotels in Albany when visiting family... this is above all the best. Book early for the best price!! The only complaint is that they need to put different or higher wattage bulbs over the bathroom counter and add a fixture over the full length mirror. PLEASE!

If you're looking for a good hotel in the Albany area with a great rate this is your place! I have always received great service here, the recognition of my points and the free upgrades are wonderful. Good breakfast and always a cheerful staff. I would recommend this hotel above all others in the Albany area.

Our 94 year old mother resides in a nearby assisted living facility. This most recent visit was our 5th stay at this hotel. Our family members stay here as well. The young, twin nephews love the pool facilities. Clean and safe. We have been impressed with the breakfast quality and selection. Coffee is good also. Rooms are always clean and in good repair. Staff is very courteous and accommodating. No need to look further.

We stop off here twice a year after a long day's drive and are always impressed with the quiet location, lovely lobby with friendly staff, spotless rooms, and very generous breakfasts. There are numerous restaurants nearby for dinner. We will be back.

Great rooms with everything we needed. Third stay here and it's our 1st choice. The hotel is well kept and clean. The staff is very kind, helpful, and attentive. Location is perfect with lots to do locally and not far from the coast or the Cascade Mountains. Currently, the foliage is beautiful, and it's not raining yet. Perfect trip.

I never have to worry about anything, even my mistakenly left items. I received a phone call shortly after I checked out telling me of my left items. They only asked if I wanted them to ship the items to me. I opted to ask them to hold the items and I would grab them on my next trip. This property is staffed with some of the most caring, sincere individuals you will find. I am never surprised unless it is in a good way. Always a place that I will travel out of my way to stay at.I would recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in the Albany area.

I always stay at the Prairie Inn when I'm in Albany. Very close to the fairgrounds, restaurants within walking easy walking distance, and many more close. It has a nice pool, and I always feel I get a great value. The mini suite has a jetted tub and a nice sitting area. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have never been unhappy with my stay.

Hotel is well maintained you can tell the staff and owners care about their property. They are friendly and caring. Room was clean and comfortable - breakfast was good. This is a go to place for us to stay when things get booked up in Corvallis, and we want a budget friendly, nice place to stay. We will stay here again.

Rooms were clean. Front desk staff were AMAZING . Grounds were very well kept. Our families needs were met and any requests were promptly seen to. Parking area was great, Handicap accessibility was exceeded. Great stay!!

We recently stayed at Best Western Plus Prairie Inn in Albany while on a driving tour in Oregon. The Best Western was very easy to find, right off the I5 Highway, and is very close to the city of Albany. We found the staff to be without exception, friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was clean, attractive, quiet and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was varied, delicious and plentiful. I have no reservations recommending this property.

The rest of the hospitality industry could take a lesson from what they do at this facility. A first class operation from the time we checked in to the time we were walking out the door after checking out.

Nice place to stay, great breakfast service, walking distance to the expo center / fairgrounds in Albany. We had a quiet king room on the third floor with a larger fridge with separate freezer. Clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff, 24 hr pool (small) and hot tub.

This hotel is our go to place to stay when visiting our friends in Albany. It's always great customer service. The rooms are nice, and very clean, and breakfast is always hot, with lots of options. The indoor pool, and hot tub are nice too. The hotel staff are super nice, and, if your room is ready early, there is no problem getting in. We plan on staying here again on our next trip.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and an excellent breakfast - Both hot and cold items to choose from! It was a reservation made very late in the game and they only had one room left – we were lucky to get it as we were coming through late at night and needed a room on short notice.

If you want clean here it is, great personnel and great breakfast. When checking in the man at the desk was extra nice, gave us places where we could eat. Would go back if in the area. The bed was super to sleep, no noise in the building, gave us a great room. The hotel was right next to the highway.

Great location for easy access to the interstate. Nice clean rooms with working AC units. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice continental breakfast and friendly staff. There is also a nice park right down the road within walking distance. Would stay again.

60 minutes from beautiful Newport Oregon, this hotel is the place to stay if your visiting the beautiful coast of Oregon. The staff is helpful, caring and concerned for your needs. You are greeted by each employee with a smile. I think this hotel should be 10 stars?? We will be staying here again.

This hotel works for me in every way. Its a perefect distance from my homebase, coming and going, its RIGHT ON I-5, and its always clean, quiet and ready with a hot breakfast to start the next day. All my business trips start with this best western hotel. I truly believe that the value for this price point is the best in it's class.

We recently stayed at this property while attending a Baseball tournament. The property is conveniently located to both the N and S access to I 5. There are plenty of eating options within 5 miles. The staff are friendly, professional and courteous. The pool and fitness room are available for extended hours. The breakfast options are extensive. I have no hesitation about recommending this property.

I love to come here with my granddaughters to just take a rest. Clean and comfortable with a friendly staff. Great little complimentary breakfast as well. We stop in any time we can and will be back soon.

Prarie Inn is my favorite Inn on the I-5 corridor. Great location, friendly staff and management excellent accommodations. I've enjoyed staying at Prarie in many times during my travel through the Pacific Northwest.

I was in town on business and stayed here. The hotel is located right off the I-5 highway. I was warmly greeted by Jonathan as I checked in. I was in room 202 which was a king bed and sofa room. It was comfortable and quiet. I had to leave early, so I cannot comment on their breakfast offerings. I thought it was a great stay.
