« Great stay in the heart of downtown Tulsa »

We were in town for the JT concert. The hotel is within walking distance to the BOK Center, restaurants and bars. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, beds are comfortable. Loved that parking was free and in a covered garage. One elevator was out of service, but the staff was helpful and working on getting it restored quickly. We enjoyed our stay.

    « Business »

The ladies working the front desk where very nice. There was only one elevator working and I was there for a convention at the Cox Business Center that involved 6,000 ladies. Which several of them were staying in this hotel. The rooms are somewhat small. The hallways wer dark, dingy and smelled old and of mildew. Also the hallways were hot no air flow. This hotel is not worthy paying a lot for the room. It is close to the Cox Center and the BOK. Within walking distance. I will not stay here again. No wine opener in the rooms nor at the lobby. The breakfast was decent.

« Great value and super friendly »

I wanted to let you know about my most recent and enjoyable stay at the Best Western Plus right across from the COX Business Center in downtown Tulsa. I was in town attending a 4 day and 3 night seminar (April 26-29) for my SeneGence business. There were lots of us ladies in town and we coming and going several times throughout the day. The hotel was so clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was amazing. They were always polite, helpful, and greeted me every time I saw them. My roommate and I were given late check out which was greatly appreciated so we didn't have to store heat sensitive items in our vehicles. I also wanted to point out one employee in particular that I feel went above and beyond for myself and the other ladies that were checking out at the same time as I was. I asked her name, but I cannot remember it. She was quick and friendly. She was also very helpful in getting us reservations for next year since we had just found out that our conference will be in Tulsa again next year.

    « Last minute trip »

Recently traveled to Tulsa for an unexpected emergency. We were greeted at the front desk by Miranda who went above and beyond to meet our needs. Three adults and one infant in our party and we stayed in a suite which gave us ample room witha crib. It was very nice having a small refrig and microwave. Hotel was clean, breakfast selection was good, parking was convenient and the staff wonderful. Located in an area that was very convenient. I will definetly stay here if I am ever in Tulsa again.

    « Nice hotel »

This was a nice clean hotel, the staff was very friendly and the room was very quiet. The parking lot is tight for a larger rig but they also have an adjoining parking garage that might have more room.

    « Early Morning Appointment »

We had a 5 am appointment and didn't want to drive during th middle of the night, so we booked a room here. Upon arrival, I was somewhat concerned when I saw the tiered staircase leading up to the front door. Add to that, the fact that the elevator to the parking garage was under repair. The manager Shaun informed us there was a concert in town and that parking would be scarce. He offered to help us with our luggage, but I said we could manage. We were able to remain in the drive until we left for dinner, which he gave us a recommendation for. Unfortunately that restaurant was closed for several private parties. Luckily, we found one that suited our needs. Upon our return, he indicated we could remain in the drive. We had problems with the lights near the bed. The next morning, we discovered one of the fixtures didn't have a bulb in it. And, unfortunately, the next morning Dan's back was really sore. Not a firm mattress. Giving this a higher rating due to the attentiveness of Shaun and Anita...who upon our departure, came out to make sure Dan had gotten down the stairs all right.

    « Excellent downtown property »

Fresh decor, beautiful rooms, hotel close to downtown attractions such as Art Deco walking tour. Several good restaurants also within walking distance. Excellent location choice for a weekend in Tulsa. Staff goes above and beyond expectations in meeting any and all needs for a wonderful stay.

« Warm and Friendly Stay in Tulsa »

I had a very nice stay at this hotel, located directly across the street from the OSU Medical Center. Unfortunately I had to visit my brother there and the hotel even offered a discount if you were there for someone in the Medical Center. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating when I had to shorten my stay.

    « just ok , »

just ok,seemed older,we booked a room over 4 months in advance for the pink concert, booked a king bed room, got there and had a 2 queen room,we just kept it ,but should have got a price break,,breakfast was awful, eggs were like yellow jello, said they had sausage ,wasnt any,,waffle maker had no pan spray,so waffle wouldnt come out,she said oh its kept in a drawer,,,really!!, then low and behold no fricking syrup wth,,,you could tell no communication with the breakfast scene at all,,Im betting the next day same deal,,,that is sometimes just enough to ruin the stay there

    3
    « One night stay »

The room was nice and clean with hot water!!! Sometimes you can get a hotel and the water is luke warm, so I was definitely satisfied! You do receive a nice complimentary breakfast. My two complaints are the elevators take forever...very old and dated! Also, the guy next to me had his music blaring for most of the day. Had I been in a my room the entire time, I would have definitely complained to the front desk.

    « Just Okay »

Pros: - right across from convention center - free parking - front desk was very accommodating Cons - hotel smelled old and musty (had to switch rooms because it was really bad in the first room) - price was high compared to the accommodations - hotel needs to updated

    5
    « Comfy beds »

All the employees were fantastic!! Even thou there was remodeling being done it was still a pleasant stay. The remodeling crew would stop working so any guest could make their way thru the lobby without the noise. The front desk clerk apologized several times for the inconvenience. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.

    5
    « Very Nice Stay »

This was a great hotel with in walking distance from the BOK.. Cox.. and several restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. We stayed 2 nights there and have no complaints. Will def stay there again.

« Fine place to stay »

I won tickets to see Kid Rock the day before his concert in Tulsa. We were not sure if we could find a hotel close in the area. Luckily this hotel had just a few rooms left. It's within walking distance to the BOK center. We felt safe walking the couple blocks. The staff was very friendly and the young lady that checked us in was so polite. The beds were clean and soft. The entire room was well maintained. We will stay here next time we come to town for an event instead of the higher prices competitor!

    4
    « Concert Family Stop »

Nice place for momma and kids to get away and stay while out of town. Definitely worth the price and can't beat the short walk and price. Most staff is super awesome! This is where we will go for every concert, no doubt.

    5
    « Best western »

I have never experienced a bad best Western Hotel. Staff is always friendly courteous and professional. Lobby and dinning area nice and clean. I would always recommend staying at best Western especially this location.

    3
    « Needs work »

Pleasant desk attendants, free newspapers and clean rooms await you at this centrally located stop with free parking. The elevator is basic, the carpets worn and the bathroom functional. If you care about the next step above basic, move up to another hotel.

« Great Location, Friendly Staff, Clean Hotel! »

This was my second stay at this property in a year and I found it to be an excellent value on both occasions. Check in went smoothly, the rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and everything worked as it should. Breakfast fare was typical for this type of hotel except that it was quite well laid out and in a comfortable space. Great place if you need to be near the convention center.

    5
    « Convenient and comfortable »

Close to restaurants and entertainment district. Room was comfortable and services good. Staff friendly and informative. Free breakfast was only average at best. Thats all i have to say about that thats all folks

« Great place to stay »

Hotel was clean, up to date, comfortable and had a great staff!! We had a K9 we were transferring across country and this Best Western Plus was an awesome help to us. Overall, a great experience from the beginning phone call to them to reserve a room until we checked out.

    4
« Perfect for my trip »

In Tulsa for a concert at the River Spirit Casino - downtown restaurants close - easy on and off the highway - pleasant staff - close to the BOK venue - love the covered parking garage - will probably stay there the next time in Tulsa for a concert.

    5
    « Great location & value »

This is the 2nd time staying at this location. The first time the price attracted us. But although it was "ok" we didn't feel like we would likely return. Now, 3 years later..... price again attracted us- so we thought we'd give them another try. Wow! What a change! Generally things looked cleaner. The breakfast offerings seemed better- and I think there were more choices. So all in all, we would return.

    4
« Good location for Cox Business Center »

Great location and good hotel for price. Older hotel that has been redone in a modern decor. Very nice and clean. Parking isn't the best, but manageable. Close if trying to protect a new car. Breakfast was just the ordinary hotel breakfast. We would definitely stay here again if we needed a downtown hotel.

    4
    « A+ »

Hotel was clean, Room Clean. Easy access to nearby locations Like the COX Business center. Near the River. We had a Corner suite and it was plenty of room for a family of 6. Clean, easy check in. The only CON: The water pressure in the shower was HORRIBLE.

    5
« Quiet, clean, very pleasant downtown location »

Stayed at the Best Western Plus Downtown Tulsa/Route 66 Hotel for 3 nights while in town for a concert. Even though the hotel is downtown, the room was very quiet and we slept well. Within walking distance of downtown amenities (5-6 blocks) and within easy driving distance of the BOK Center where many music events occur. Parking was free at the hotel and some covered spaces were available.

    4
    « Get Away »

Good hotel. It could use more sound barrier between rooms! You can hear people talking and its like their in the room with you. Other wise it is a good place to stay. Friendly employees, clean, good breakfast choices.

    5
    « Great Downtown Location »

Everything about this hotel is first-class. Interiors are new and attractive. Lobby layout is nice. Rooms are very comfortable. Location is easy to access and there's parking available. Management goes above & beyond to ensure guests are comfortable and well cared for.

    4
« Great Hotel. Close to the BOK Center »

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is within walking distance to the BOK Center. No complaints about the hotel. Only a recommendation as it is a personal preference: get rid of the puffy mattress pads for the beds.

    1
« Attack of the Bed Bugs!! »

Woke up in the middle of the night literally eaten alive by bed bugs. Hotel management denied that they had bed bugs even after seeing the bite marks all over my body!! Moved us to another room after I pushed hard. Bad experience.

« Great Location for the Williams Rt. 66 Marathon »

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and the price was great for my trip to run the marathon. The hotel is located just a few walking blocks for the start of the Williams Route 66 Marathon. I would choose this hotel again.

    5
« Excellent choice if you're in the Tulsa, OK area »

The hotel was very modern and hip. Great location to downtown Tulsa. Room was very clean and everything seemed new. Sheets were clean and soft as well as the bathroom. No mold around caulking, no soap film on tiles, tub was shiny. Carpet was clean and room smelled fresh. Security entering the building at night was fantastic, we felt very secure. Breakfast selection was plentiful, eggs, breakfast burritos, waffles, cereal, yogurt, etc. All the amenities were well stocked. Checking in/out was a breeze. Internet was fast & free. We will definitely stay again at this location.

    5
    « Route 66 Marathon »

Stayed at this hotel when doing the Route 66 Marathon. Hotel was very accommodating. They offered runners late check out and opened the breakfast early. Hotel was close to all race venues. Rooms very clean and close to restaurants.

    « Staff had a poor attitude »

The staff (Ash) had a poor attitude when I went to the front desk over the dog a cross the hall barking and the closet door that fell off when I went to open it. Wouldn't help us, just gave us attitude.

    « Nice reno.... »

I understand that this property was recently renovated...and they have done a very nice job! Initially had a little concern about the motorcoach getting in and out of the facility as well as parking...but it worked just fine. (We were there on a Sunday night so possibly on a busier night, there might be more of an issue...but I still think it would be do-able!) Rooms were very comfortable, quiet. Good breakfast and nice breakfast area. Great stay overall! (BTW...Miranda is who I worked with on our group reservation and she was terrific to work with! Front desk personnel were also very friendly, very helpful!)

    4
    « Downtown Best Western »

Easy access to Tulsa State Fair Grounds and downtown. Close to interstate and 6 minutes from the fairgrounds where I was enjoying gun show! Room was comfortable and clean. Parking was a small challenge but not unmanageable.

    5
    « Economical and Clean »

This hotel is a great value. It is clean, the rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is pretty good also. The location is central to the city. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in a clean and moderately priced place to stay.

    4
    « What's inside is what counts »

Nice, clean, friendly hotel. Surprise was a good hotel breakfast. Don't let the outside street appeal deter you--it was a good hotel and reasonable. There were plenty of amenities in the room, and it was easy to plug things in.

    5
« Fantastic location, great stay »

Wonderful stay at the hotel. Close to the convention center and parking was included! Also had a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. Thanks for a great stay! We will definitely be back!

« Nice place to stay »

This was a lovely hotel. Room spacious close to downtown. We safely walked around. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking was free always a plus in a city Only issue was we were there on a Sunday and a lot of places are not open. Lots of churches to visit

    5
    « 4 day stay while traveling Route 66 »

A very enjoyable quiet stay in a great Tulsa location. Easy access for freeway and downtown and easy access to museums. Good breakfast. Clean spacious rooms. Ample covered parking. Polite staff. Good bargain for location.

    5
    « Very nice! »

This hotel was nice and clean. The staff friendly, courteous and helpful The breakfast was good with a nice variety of choices. The three of us that shared one room were pleased with how clean everything was, the comfort of the beds and the value for our money.

    5
    « Business Trip »

Very pleasant stay. Hotel employees good staff, was clean and provided all amenities needed including full breakfast which was ample although biscuits would be a nice addition. Staff promptly brought up extra towels and bedding that we requested. Price is very reasonable for area and convenience. During reservation process clerk presented every option to ensure I was getting the lowest rate possible.

    5
« Best Disabled Room EVER!!! »

I have never stayed in a more stylish wheelchair accessible room ever. You guys have done a great job of keeping style whilst aiding people with specialist needs. I didn't feel like an after thought. I felt like a treasured guest. Thank you so much for making me feel as important as all guests. I want to come back!!! Beautiful room!!!

    « Best nights sleep »

This was the Best nights sleep in a very long time while on a monthly road trip .... Beds are Super comfortable ,,,And the area was Super Quite .. No-one or kids running up and down the halls slamming doors and yelling , like some places we have stayed :-( .. This place gets a Gold Star from us ....

    5
    « Great hotel »

This Best Westeen was a very good hotel. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We felt it was a great value. We would highly recommend staying here when you are in Tulsa

    4
« Great Location, Nice Stay »

The appearance of the building is somewhat forbidding, but don't let that keep you away from this very nice Best Western in the heart of Tulsa. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had lots of choices, including scrambled eggs and bacon that wasn't greasy (my favorite). Miranda at the front desk was extremely helpful in suggesting a lovely morning walk down to the Arkansas River and the riverwalk to the Cyrus Avery Plaza.

    5
    « Excellent Service »

Did a reservation on Best Western's website for this hotel via the Best Western Awards. When we arrived at around 11 PM we found out that the whole reservation had gotten screwed up when it transferred over to the hotel. Thankfully the person working the front desk was very professional about it and worked with us to get the correct info as well as the correct room for the correct price. The king beds are firm like most hotels and the room was really nicely done. Being in downtown, everything was a short driving distance away and the free parking was a huge plus. Breakfast was a little sub-par granted both days we went towards the very end. But with that aside I would definitely visit this hotel again!

    5
« Great Location and Service »

Breakfast could be a lil better but if thats my only complaint then they did a great job. It was a Friday night in downtown Tulsa so some neighbors got loud but I'm a night owl anyway so I didn't mind.

    « Enjoyable visit »

We were pleased with our choice of our accommodation in Tulsa. It as reasonably priced, with modern/fresh decore, and is clean, has breakfast included as part of the tariff, and has covered complimentary parking. It is also close to the downtown historical and business areas of Tulsa. We were a little disappointed with the lack of restaurants when we walked the area after 5 pm, and the whole area seemed rather deserted.

    5
    « Best staff ever »

The staff at this hotel were the best I have ever encountered. I have stayed at high end motels and have been treated poorly. I would go back to this Best Western anytime. They went above and beyond. We had a friend in the hospital in ICU and every time they saw us they asked us about our friend and did we need anything.

    3
    « Good hotel - no pool. »

I stay at a lot of BWs, and this one is an older one, but remodeled recently it appears. A/C was certainly cold in my room. Breakfast was good, as this is something that BW has really stepped up. The only knock on this one, and nothing they can do about it is no swimming pool. I like to have a drink n cigar in the evening sitting outside and no place to that. That is the only reason I rated it average. There is a good rounding trail about 3 blocks south that runs along a river. Not too many restaurants in walking dist, just one and it was good.

    5
« Greta place in downtown Tulsa »

Facility is neat and clean with parking underneath. Elevators are a bit slow but it is easy to take the stairs. Check in and out was easy. Breakfast has a good selection that was good. Anita who checked us out both days we stayed was very nice and personable. A negative was the person who checked us in the second night was almost surly and could not or would not help us with somewhere to eat on Labor Day that was within walking distance.

    5
    « Great location! »

Modern hotel with great decor, walking distance to downtown Art Deco District. Free parking, great staff. The walking distance is 6-8 blocks to dining area and tour sites, but right next to concert/stadium center. There is some nearby dining. Right off freeway and couple blocks from river with the big Route 66 sign. Easy access to Route 66 11th street.

    4
    « Enjoyable stay »

The staff was very friendly and helpful! We had evacuated due to Hurricane Harvey! Room was clean and comfortable! They recommended nearby places to eat, places that delivered and were quick with response to extra towels!

    5
    « Great value »

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Not great looking on the outside but the room was very nice and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and it appeared that the inside had been completely remodeled. Breakfast was included and was more than adequate. The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel was a great value and I would highly recommend it.

    5
    « Excellent Stay! »

This was the highlight of our cross-country round trip. The price was right, the location convenient, and the service exceptional. Our room was large, with a comfortable bed, and very clean. The hotel went out of their way to accommodate our migraine problem caused by scents. They were very welcoming of our cat also. We have had good experiences at BW but this was head and shoulders above the rest, and we will definitely return.

    5
    « Route 66 Adventure!! »

Hotel is very, very nice!! Not what you would expect from a BW. We didn't expect such nice rooms - very modern, clean and elegant. Staff was helpful and the location was convenient. We will be back! Glad we stayed!

    4
« Clean, affordable hotel close to many downtown attractions »

We enjoyed our stay in Tulsa! The Best Western was clean, affordable, and close to many of the sites we visited. We also really enjoyed the free parking (although, it does get crowded especially late on weekend nights). Overall, a very nice visit!

« Awesome place to stay in downtown Tulsa »

Awesomeness right across the street from the convention center. Decent parking with clean rooms. The breakfast buffet was outstanding not a typical cereal and donut setup had fresh eggs and sausage or bacon plus biscuits and gravy

    4
« Right across street from convention center »

We chose this hotel as it was close to the convention center. Nice room and good hot breakfast. Within a block to the convention center. No problems at all. Could use better parking and more restaurants close.

    5
    « Clean Comfortable Stay »

I met up with some friends for a girl's night in Tulsa. The hotel was nicely decorated and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. We had plenty of room for 3 women to share a double queen room, even though it was not a suite. I would definitely stay here again. We were within walking distance to a great restaurant and the show we were there to see at the Cox Business Center.

    4
« Very large family suite »

The staff was attentive and friendly. The breakfast was good with lots of options, even for our picky tween kids. And the location was great (we had an event at the COX center). best of all, the suite was large enough so that even with the sofa bed fully extended, it did not feel crowded at all. Same with the bathroom. It was very large.

    5
« Hidden Gem in Downtown Tulsa »

The hotel staff are very knowledgeable of the area and are extremely helpful. My father was in OSU Medical Center across the street from the hotel, which was very convenient and they offer a discount for guests. Miranda is very compassionate and caring towards guests and goes above and beyond to help. We highly recommend staying at this hotel!!!

    5
    « Tulsa Business Trip »

Very Clean Hotel, Great Parking, Nice size rooms, Friendly Staff, Awesome Breakfast, what I'm saying is if your going to Tulsa, this is one Hotel that is worth giving it a try, and right in Downtown to walk to everything.

    5
    « Over Night Stay »

Excellent accommodations! Clean room, efficient check-in, beds were very comfortable, sufficient outlets for charging phones & computers, very quiet! Close to downtown entertainment and sufficient parking both outdoors & covered.

    5
    « Modern Feel »

I have driven by this hotel many times since they have remodeled it. I had the opportunity to stay there on a Saturday night. The woman at the front desk was helpful and the beds were so comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

    4
« Friendly Staff, Clean, Quiet but Small »

This was only a pit stop before flying home and it fit the bill quite nicely. The bedding was nice and the floor we were on was quiet, which added up to a good nights sleep. Unlike other properties downtown, parking was free and convenient. It's also close to interstate. As I mentioned the room is small, so I might not choose it for a long stay. The only other negative was there wasn't an ice machine on the floor we were staying, but there was a vending machine and refrigerator in our room, which made that situation tolerable. (We like ice) The hotel decoration was modern. FYI - Although we weren't there for a convention, the Tulsa convention center is across the street.

    4
    « Absolutly stay here! »

This hotel will pamper you if Tulsa is your final or transit destination. The facility is situated downtown and very close to thouroghfare. It has a very modern aspect and offers all indispensable amenities such as wifi and breakfast. All that for a very reasonale price. The Staff are welcoming and friendly.

    « Very nice hotel »

Awesome hotel .Great Breakfast Only downfall was no Pool! Reseturant right next door . People very Friendly. Parking lot really tight if you had a trailer. Covered parking for small cars Very clean hotel

    4
« Quiet and Comfortable 3 Night Stay »

We usually stay at the high rise hotel next door. We decided to try BWPlus and really enjoyed the personal attention and home-like atmosphere. We must go back to Tulsa next month and will stay here again. The only thing I noticed were some marks on the door facings and walls probably from luggage carts. Overall, a great stay! Try it once and you will like it!

    5
    « BW Tulsa »

I was traveling with my beagle, and the BW was super nice, convenient, reasonably-priced, and pet-friendly. Miranda at the front desk was particularly helpful. My friend stays for work at the DoubleTree next door, which some might consider "nicer" (lotsa dark wood), but the BW has a modern, clean & classy, Euro feel that I strongly prefer. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back.

I was very comfortable in this hotel. It was clean and staff was pleasant. The Manager helped me find a flower shop near by so I could surprise my Fiancee. Miranda then made sure they were placed in the room prior to our arrival. I would stay here again.

« Everything we needed, where we needed it »

My grandkids and I took an impromptu road trip to Tulsa. There were 5 of us plus two small dogs. This was the only place we could find with accommodations for us and the dogs. We were able to reserve a suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and affordable. There was a charge for the pets, but it was minimal- $10 per pet, compared to $25-50 at other hotels. The location was very convenient, close to several downtown attractions. Parking is free, very easy access. Breakfast is free, with a large variety of items including waffles. Staff were very accommodating. The only drawback was no pool, but with many options for entertainment in the area, we hardly missed it.

    « Friendly, clean »

We stayed in this hotel for one night for a bachelorette party. The staff was extremely kind and friendly and the hotel was clean. We had extra girls drop in for cake at the room and the hotel staff were great and had no problems with it. Also, the hotel was a ten minute drive from everywhere we were going. We had a great experience and would definitely use this hotel again.

    « Pleasantly surprised. »

The exterior of the building isn't particularly pleasing when contrasted with the more expensive Double Tree next door, but you don't sleep on the outside. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and fairly well amenitized with mini-fridge, etc. Free parking too. Not much more you need.

« Convenient to BOK Center »

A bit overpriced especially being that we stayed on a Thursday night. I assume that was because of an event at the BOK Center, but definitely worth the convenience to walk to the BOK Center after the concert!

    « Trip Advisory »

Upon making our reservations, the clerk gave us very good driving direction to arrive at the hotel. After checking into the hotel, the clerk directed us with helpful hints for our dining at some of the local restaurants in the area. Those offered gave us a very good selection to make our dining experience gratifying Upon check the clerk was informative with helpful hints about our route to proceed to our next destination. We wish to thank each one in making our stay enjoyable.

« Nice, Clean, and Fun Hotel in Downtown Tulsa »

This Art Deco hotel was a great find for the downtown Tulsa area. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff members were very nice and helpful. Very convenient to Center of the Universe exhibit in downtown Tulsa.

    « meh »

I've stayed in worse places. The hotel was not bad. I just feel for 119 + tax per night I should be getting more than a decent hotel. E20041895ecially if your going to put "plus" in the name of the hotel. It wasn't convenient to the areas of Tulsa I was going too and there wasn't much to do in the are of the hotel.

    « Great stay »

This was my first trip out to this area. This hotel is wonderful but not great for youth sports teams due to not having a pool. I would stay again for personal or work travel for sure. Great for couples and business. Clean and comfortable. Excellent staff!

    « Great stay »

Had a one night stay at this location on 6/9 for a concert at the Brady Theater and I must say I have zero complaints. We were very happy with our stay. The girl at the front desk was very professional and attentive. They had a nice lobby and breakfast area. The room was clean and tidy. Their furnishings/appliances were up to date, pretty modern i'd say. A frig, microwave, coffeemaker, blow dryer included. The restroom was lit well, however it did not have a fan, not sure if it was broken or if there just isn't one altogether. The parking area appears to be limited. There are uncovered and covered spots and it's all pretty tight overall. We opted not to drive to the theater being that it was so close so we took an Uber and that ran $5-6 each way. This hotel is centrally located but close enough to the highway to jump back on. There's also a Baxter's Grill next door where we walked to. This is a recommended stay.

« Best Western at OSU Med Center Tulsa »

This hotel is across the street and in easy walking distance from the Oklahoma State University Medical Center. They offer a hospital rate if you have family at the Med Center. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet had great variety and quality and was nicely presented. Would stay there again. Anita at the desk is just like everyone's favorite Auntie. She helped us transition as our needs changed as more family members arrived due our medical emergency.

    « Wonderful hotel »

This hotel was wonderful, staff was great, and within walking distance of the BOK Center! We were in town for a concert and it was absolutely perfect for us! I would recommend it to anyone and everyone!

    « Average stay »

Hotel was average to below average for our one night stay. Room was small but clean. Bed was uncomfortable and sheets were worn and old. Finding a parking spot was an issue. Based on others good reviews, I was expecting a lot more. Would rather not stay there again.

    « Best Best Western »

Been in a lot of Best Western Hotels and I have to say this is the best of the Best....great location, near many places for fun or business, easy access, wonderful service. When in Tulsa, this is the only Best Western that I will stay no matter if for business or pleasure.

    « Great pet-friendly hotel! »

We stayed at the BW plus in downtown Tulsa when we unexpectedly had to bring our dogs along on an overnight trip. Their pet fees were lower than anyone else we checked. They had the best setup for dogs of any hotel we have stayed at in the metro area. The dog walk area was quiet and private. The rooms had windows to the floor so my little guys could look out. We initially thought it would be a bit far too walk to the BOK Center, but were pleasantly surprised that it actually took only 10 minutes at a leisurely pace, and pedi-cabs were also readily available for about $20. We liked the free parking, free breakfast, and free wifi (most downtown hotels charge for these. There was also a frig, microwave, and coffeepot in the room. Great experience and will return.

« Weekend trip with my best friend »

This place was very clean and the accommodations were exactly what we needed. The room was spacious and the beds were super comfortable. They even gave us four pillows for each bed! The staff was very friendly and informative of the area and the breakfast was super delicious!! Make sure you get up early enough to enjoy it. The parking was great too. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

    « Good concert stay »

Stayed here for a concert at the BOK. The parking was tight, but free. The walk wasn't too far to the venue. The room was smaller than I expected, and it was hot. Couldn't get it to cool down sufficiently by adjusting thermostat. I couldn't sleep, so at 5am I went down to get some free cold water in the lobby and I used the one of the nice computers there. I mentioned to the employee at the desk that my room was really hot, and she told me that she would let maintenance know and told me that I probably messed up the air conditioning by turning the thermostat down. I wasn't too happy about that. I also didn't like that there was no ice machine on my floor. I had no complaints about the cleanliness or comfort of bed, etc. I would stay here again for a concert, but it might not be my first choice.

    « overall good experience »

nice staff, clean and quiet rooms, had a room with 2 queen beds and a couch bed and with where they have the tv placed it was hard to see from all locations. Breakfast was good and all hot and ready. it has covered parking which was nice since it was raining but I don't think you should have to pay 8 dollars for an extra parking pass

    5
    « Concert Stay »

A great place to stay for an event at the BOK. Short, safe walk to the BOK. A good breakfast. Free parking downtown was a great added value to the stay. We will stay here again if we are in the area. Thank you.

« Wonderful staff and stay »

I am not easily impressed with hotels, and this hotel and the staff were fabulous! The room was clean, beds comfortable, and the staff was kind and worked super hard to help me check in early because I arrived ahead of schedule. The breakfast in the morning has something for everyone. It was hot and delicious. If you're going to Tulsa, I highly recommend this hotel!

    5
    « Will return »

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this location. There was a variety of food for breakfast each day, the staff was kind, and the rooms were comfy. The decor of the whole place was really beautifully done. the next time we visit Tulsa, we will stay here.

« The older lady working night shift was RUDE! »

The lady working over night WAS RUDE AND SARCASTIC. Did anyone even interview her? She didn't let us in when we tried ringing, then she tried to blame us for other people not booking their rooms, which they were coming up to do, she was the most horrible part of my trip!

    5
« Stay here for easy BOK access! »

Super friendly and helpful staff, sufficient parking with limited garage parking for compact vehicles, clean spacious rooms with beautiful showers, wifi, superior breakfast. We attended for a concert at the BOK Center and it is within walking distance so saves us time and parking fees. WILL BOOK HERE AGAIN!

« Great hotel for reasonable price »

My family and I stayed just one night but it was great. Close to downtown hot spots just a minimal Uber ride to dinner. Grand daughter loved the breakfast - tried to eat them out of business. Clean modern atmosphere, beyond my expectations for a Best Western!

« Don't stay here. Many other B/W"s in the area »

Nearly sent our luggage to Goodwill when we hadn't even checked out and extended our stay. Who does that? Rude front desk attendant. The manager had to intervene to avert the situation. Never had such a rude experience at a B/W before ever.

« My family and I enjoy our stay there »

My family and I enjoyed our stay here, beds were very comfortable, not noisy during the night, very clean, fast internet, breakfast was great, lady at front desk was nice and helpful, could get better quality of soap and shampoo tho

    « Overpriced, unfriendly, unpleasant »

Stayed here because of the positive reviews, my being a member of the Rewards program, and the proximity to my meetings. Was at the Cox Business Center for an event. Did notice that the parking lot was very empty when I got there while the Doubletree next door was packed. Checked in and went to my room and it had a strong smell that I could best compare to urine. Saw someone from housekeeping and she went in and smelled it too. She sprayed something and it was not as offensive. During my one night stay, a lamp with an outlet that was changing my phone stopped working with a "pop"while I was in bed, one lamp would not come on no matter how many switches I flipped. The bathroom exhaust fan never would come on. The positives are that the TV worked and one lamp did come on. When we mentioned this to the front desk, we were told it must be that we didn't flip the right switches. 2 switches in the bathroom. 2 by the entrance to the room. Tried them all. This is a low end, over priced, run down motel. To make things worse, The issues we had were handled by Miranda extremely poorly and with no customer service skills. This might be due to poor management as Miranda said that the information she was telling us was directly from the General Manager Shaun. We were treated as an inconvenience by Miranda. Do them all a favor and avoid them. I will be cancelling any reservations I have this year at Best Western Hotels. I was a member of their Rewards program...no longer. Last year stayed at the Doubletree next door....great place. I'll go there in the future and I'd recommend everyone do the same. And I don't work for Doubletree....it's only a little more money and many tiers better in so many ways.

« Great stay at a great price! »

A brand new facility within walking distance of the Art Deco architecture and wonderful, historic churches. Our room was spotless clean. Microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, roomy closet, clean bathroom and a comfy bed with lots of pillows. Free parking and a nice free breakfast. Staff were upbeat and helpful. An easy decision, book a room!

    « Great hotel! »

My husband and I were in town for business and couldn't have been happier with the hotel we picked! The king size bed was comfy, nice hot shower, plenty of towels, very friendly staff. The free breakfast was very delicious and had a good selection to choose from. We were across the street from OSU medical center and figured we would hear sirens all night, but it is a very quiet area. The absolutely only downfall is the very loud air conditioner. It definitely kept us cool, though lol. If we are ever back in Tulsa this is where we will stay!

« Passing through on way home from Spring Break »

The hotel was very nice and seemed to have been updated. We stayed in a pet-friendly room and it was clean and it smelled clean. There was a gun show convention in town that weekend and the hotel was completely booked. There was a lot of late night and early morning noise. Doors were slamming, people yelling in the corridors and just a lot of activity. There is a restaurant-bar next door to and our room window was close to the late night activity. This is not a reflection on the hotel. We would have asked for a different room had the hotel not been completely booked, but knowing it was at capacity we didn't even ask. The hot breakfast was very good. The staff was very accommodating. We will use this hotel again. One recommendation to the management: Next time there is a gun convention in town, I would suggest that during breakfast the televisions not be tuned to CNN news. It caused a lot of folks to spew foul language during breakfast. Fox News might be a better choice.

    « Great 1 night stay »

After an atrocious night at another Best Western this was a refreshing stay. It's a quick 10 minute walk to the BOK Center as we were in town to see a concert. The girls at the front desk were very nice and suggested the place next door, Baxter's Interurban Grill, and it was great! Parking was easy and well lit. The hotel itself was updated, clean and had a modern flair. Our room had 2 queen beds (comfortable), a mini fridge, microwave. It was comfortable stay for our entire family and should we find ourself in Tulsa again we would definitely stay here!

    « Jh »

We spent two nights, Oct 29 & 30. Housekeeping needs improving. We left Saturday morning at 6:30 am and returned to our room at 3:00 pm. Our room had not been attended to. I went to the desk twice and was told they would get to our room when they got to the floor. One of the housekeepers was outside our room and I asked if she could clean the room but she didn't understand English. I probably would not stay here again. The hotel was fairly full and management should have had enough staff on hand.

« Friendly place to stay and very handy for R66 »

On arrival greeted by friendly, welcoming receptionist. Good room, good location but I don't think you'd know you were in a "Route 66 hotel" if you hadn't driven from there - I didn't see a lot in the way of memorabilia, etc, but as my partner was unwell on arrival I was maybe distracted. Baxter's Interurban Grill is right next door and a good bar-cum-restaurant with excellent beers, great food & especially dessert (bread pudding...yum!) and friendly staff.

    « Excellent »

« Personal Stay with Family »

We chose this hotel because of the proximity to the BOK Center. This rooms were clean and the staff was great! We loved the location and did not experience any issues while there. « A very good choice »

Very nice hotel, modern, clean, friendly, and comfortable. Breakfast is served until 9am which includes several hot and cold food choices, really liked their coffee. They even offer a 'Grab & Go' package of fresh fruit and bottled water for those who missed the breakfast, and an ATM machine by rhe entry door.

« Friendly professional service, clean and bright! »

I came here with my daughter to spend the night because we are both flying out the next day. They were friendly and welcoming when we checked in,The lobby was clean and pleasant. The rooms are clean and it looks like new Decor throughout the hotel. There was a handy little area in the front lobby did had snacks and drinks for purchase. The room has a microwave and a refrigerator. There was a breakfast buffet that included waffles sausage eggs cereal toast juice coffee and much more. My daughter's flight left early the next day but mine did not leave until 8 PM, Miranda at the front desk was very helpful and efficient. Not only did she offer to hold my luggage for the day, she also gave me a Maps of local walking tours and places of interest. Next time I am in Tulsa I would definitely stay here again

    « Good choice »

Modern hotel with nice rooms. No pool. Basic breakfast. Would not consider the breakfast a reason to stay. Close to very good restaurants, night life and the Brady theater. Also close to i44. Free parking at the hotel.

    3
« Good but not great »

The hotel was nice, staff could have been friendlier, breakfast was good but with limited parking I can't see myself staying at this hotel again. There was no fee to park one car and a small fee for the second one was understandable however there was limited parking and when trucks, SUVs and cars are pulling trailers taking 2 or more spaces it limits parking for other vehicles that may have paid to park. Even if there were just one car per room there still wouldn't be enough parking for all guests.

    5
« Always nice and meets expectations »

Always meets expectations, the rooms are clean, the staff is professional and accommodating, they are always willing to assist and work hard to make things right. There were guest in the next room who were loud. The staff at the hotel were very apologetic.

    « Stop on Route 66 »

This was an overnight stop. Excellent checking with helpful receptionist who gave us maps and info. Decor modern, room clean and offered everything we needed. Good toiletries, good bath and shower. We walked the downtown tour. It was still hot at 5pm so kept to the shade. Had a good sleep. Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs and toasted bagel. There is yoghurt, fruit, waffles, coffee and juice. Easy checkout and back on road.

    « Great Stay »

Location was close to the airport and all of the restaurants and other places we wanted to visit in Tulsa were all within 10 minutes. Place was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and room was comfortable. Great place to stay.

« Good value for the price »

We attended Tulsa for a business event and stayed at the Best Western primary due to the fact they were the cheapest of the hotels within 1 block of the Cox convention center. We were pleasantly surprised by the tidy appearance and modern amenities (in room microwave, refrigerator, free internet...) Breakfast was free and it was definitely above average compared to other hotels we've visited. It was great for a business traveller but it does not have a pool or restaurant, which might be more important for family travelers.

    4
« Another great Best Western Plus »

Really enjoyed staying here. Convenient location in downtown, close to the BOK (walking distance). The parking is not great, not many spots. We ended up having to park at the physicians building next door. Otherwise we had a great stay.

    4
« Great stop off on route 66 »

Great hotel clean tidy we had the family room for 6 and it was great value for money. The kids enjoyed making their own waffles at breakfast. I would recommend for leisure or business trip. If in Tulsa again I will stay again

    3
« Good basic downtown option; no frills »

Recently revamped, the hotel is modern and clean. Access via the lower level parking is a bit complicated. Checking in requires you to go via lobby because access to elevator is key-based. Rooms are clean but a bit cramped. We were close to a AC generator which meant there was a constant low hum. Bed had nightstands on only one side--inconvenient if you are a couple. TV rather small. Bathroom cramped. Once you are in there --no space to back up to close the door

    4
    « Sightseeing »

The hotel was clean and convenient. Located in downtown within walking distance to a number of places. Very close to Route 66 which was nice. The front desk person was very professional and knowledgeable. I would stay there again.

« Easy Access to BOK Center »

I was there for a concert at the BOK Center. It is a short walk from the Hotel. The hotel room was clean. The beds are soft. The complementary breakfast has a lot of choices. The parking garage was full but they allowed us to park at the check-in area so it all worked out.

    « Great place »

This is a great place to stay when in Tulsa, Ok for a concert at the BOK Center. It is a short 3 block walk to the center and we felt very safe. We stayed here when moving our son into The University of Tulsa. The location was very convenient - just off the freeway and a short, less than 10 minute drive to TU. THere was plenty of parking either in the garage or outside on the property. Rooms and breakfast were excellent.

    « Nice, but pricey »

This hotel is nice. It was clean and the breakfast was adequate. The staff was friendly. However, the rooms and bathrooms were small, and the view was of another building. It was very pricey, even with a AAA discount.

    « Great Stay »

Never stayed at this Best Western before. I very glad we decided to stay here. The staff was great. The room was very clean. We were in a rush to leave the house and forgot the tooth paste. I asked the front desk agent where could we purchase some. The front desk agent gave some and saved a late night trip to Walmart. I will stay here again when I am in Tulsa.

    4
    « Excellent Location! »

The hotel allowed us to check in earlier than expected (2 instead of 3) because I room was ready. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean. The breakfast area was well maintained by an extremely pleasant young lady. There was a convention in town while we were visiting and the coffee was always ready and we never ran out of breakfast items.

« Wedding weekend in Tulsa »

We booked a corner suite for three nights and it was amazing! There were four of us and the room was huge. Our son slept on the sofa bed and said it was very comfortable. Very clean room, comfortable beds, and lots of towels. The staff were very friendly and the breakfasts each morning were amazing. Hot items and cold, with fruit and yoghurt. We were very impressed and definitely would stay there again........It certainly made our stay that much better!

    4
    « Perfect location! »

This hotel was perfect for our visit to family homes, only 10 min away. Close to downtown and other attractions. Make sure you ask the front desk about the walking tour and the tunnels under the buildings downtown!

    « Tulsa Overnight »

We booked a one room suite with 2 queens and a sofa bed and it was huge...clean room, nice linens and towels. Front desk (Miranda) was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was just fair - typical eggs, meat, make your own waffle and assortment of cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, pastries - but free! Location was good, right on the edge of downtown. No complaints about our stay; it just didn't have the downtown ambiance I look for in a city hotel. No views (I believe it was only 5 floors), it is a new building etc...parking lot is very small and not gated or secure but you do have to have your key card to enter the elevator to the hotel (if you do not go through the lobby). The regular rooms were only $100 but we paid a little more for the suite - this is a nice, clean option for downtown Tulsa.

« Memorable stay in Tulsa »

Our stay was made very pleasant by the friendly staff. The breakfast lady was very helpful with instructions on getting around town and places to eat. We enjoyed the handicap accommodations to be excellent. I enjoyed the roll in shower instead of having to deal with a tub.

    « Cleanliness Makes a Happy Traveler »

If you are looking for the cleanest hotel, this is it. The eclectic décor screams cleanliness and is followed up with a spotless, shiny bathtub. The buffet breakfast was good. It included, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal, eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy, juice, coffee, milk, etc. Its a small hotel-I think it was only 5 stories and is situated in downtown Tulsa and near the River Walk Festival grounds and the OSU Medical facility. Well worth the price.

    « Comfortable/convenient stay visiting Tulsa. »

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Downtown Tulsa when making a quick trip to visit family. Our room was clean and accommodating for us and our two small dogs. Although it was a very hot day, the room temperature consistently stayed at about 71 degrees no problem. Beds are very comfortable and bathroom was clean. (Hotel maintenance was very friendly as we rode the elevator with him.) Parking was a little tight. We were worried about having a space when we got back to the hotel late at night, but there were no issues finding a spot. Overall a very good experience. The only thing we didn't like was the amount of people gathered outside the front entrance; especially at night. Luckily, there was a convenient elevator right underneath the hotel at ground level that we could take to avoid the loud cursing and smoking going on out front. We were little surprised the hotel would condone that activity right outside of the main entrance. (The next morning when we went to check out there were two police cars at the front entrance.)

    « I love Tulsa »

We stayed at this property for several nights in May for business and really enjoyed Tulsa. The staff was extremely nice, the property is immaculate and it is pet friendly. Although I was told by BW's reservation center that all BW's are pet friendly this is not true. Our job was in Sand Springs and we had our dog with us but the Sand Springs property does not accept pets. This turned out to be a good thing because we ended up at the BW Downtown. We didn't try the breakfast but Room 222 was clean, beds were great and the furnishings are modern. The front desk clerk even held my dog while I went in to the breakfast room for juice. My only cons were the HVAC system is really noisy in 222, no shower cap in the bathroom and the tiniest soap bars ever :)

    5
« Clean rooms and friendly staff »

The room was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities one would need. The front desk clerk was very friendly and got me a room despite my reservation being lost. The parking left something to be desired but considering the way they are set with adjacent buildings there's not much that can be done about it.

    « Great Hotel »

Spent a night here, the rooms were clean, with all amenities that Best Western offers. The staff was very courteous. They offer free parking, breakfast(hot & cold) and wifi. It's very centrally located which made it easy to get around town either walking or driving. We had a rainy night, so we drove everywehre, but it was a few minutes drive which would translate to a short pleasant walk on a nice day.

« Great Customer Service and Newly Renovated »

Stayed here twice in the last 6 months for competitions at the convention center across the street. Neat, clean, super-friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Literally, walk across the street to convention center. Fabulous location. Highly recommend! Will definitely stay here for all Tulsa convention center events!

« Clean room, nice staff, great location! »

We stayed here for concert at BOK center; suite with 2 queen beds. The room was great! It was clean, big, nice corner with lots of windows, and walking distance to the BOK. Staff was friendly, continental breakfast was great! Definitely would stay again!

    « Great Hotel »

Very clean, friendly staff, easy parking. Great location for events at the BOK center. Within walking distance of downtown. Easy check in and check out process. If you are staying a day or a week I would recommended this location. If I ever have to go back to Tulsa for anything that requires a overnight stay, this would be the Hotel I would stay at.

« Good rooms, good service, limited amenities »

The location is near downtown, but not within short walking distance to most attractions. There is a Doubletree next door with an OK restaurant/bar. The Best Western does not have a restaurant, lounge, pool, or exercise room. The room was large, clean and had a good mattress. The breakfast was hot and good (avoid the burritos). The service was friendly.

    « Wonder helpful staff. »

We had driven 14 hours and needed food.i have serious celiac and they called Mexican restaurant next door to inquire about food. We only had to walk across parking lot. No more riding .we have a small dog and the manager took our numbers and said if there is a problem we will call. They said she was perfect and even asked how our meal was. We will definitely stay there again.

Greeted warmly by a very helpful and friendly front desk staff member. Always received a pleasant greeting from other staff members. Room was comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Tulsa.

    « Quiet and comfortable »

Travelling to Arizona and this was a stop over. Very nice room, comfortable beds. Thanks for allowing pets, made it easy to travel with a pet. There was a hospital across the street but I didn't hear a thing during the night. Not a lot near the hotel in terms of restaurants but we ate next door. Great service and friendly staff!

    « Amy Schumer »

Stayed here to see Amy Schumer at the BOK...was about a 10 minute walk there, but ubers were readily available in the area. Awesome rooms, friendly staff, big breakfast, free parking (but cramped and somewhat limited for large vehicles). Was very impressed w this hotel and would def stay again if in the area.

this hotel was easily accessible to BOK center, we had a group of adults and teenagers, the rooms were clean and comfortable, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was a good variety, even for our picky eaters

« Cute Rooms; Located Close to Cox Business Center »

We were put up in this hotel for a conference at the Cox Business Center and were pleasantly surprised! The rooms were cute and clean and the staff was very pleasant! We did not spend any time in the room due to the conference we were attending (two minute walk to the convention center). Conveniently locate

    « Nicely renovated hotel »

This hotel has been updated beautifully. The staff are excellent, extremely personable. The continental breakfast is fantastic. The presentation, the room, everything is well worth the reasonable price for your stay. The location is great as you are close to all major interstates.

    « Best staff »

This was our third night on Route 66. My husband and I checked in and Jami was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and bathroom was large. We went back down to talk to Jami and ask about local food and attractions. Not only did she tell us about the area but she also told us about the history of the hotel and building. Large selection for breakfast and it was super clean, the had everything from yogurt, pastries, eggs, biscuits and gravy, ect. The hotel is very clean the only thing that would have made it better was a hot tub or sauna for travelers to relax in.

« New, Modern, Clean, Friendly! »

We had to make a last minute trip to Tulsa for a funeral. We found this hotel was available in downtown Tulsa. This hotel is very convenient. It is easy to get to. It is just down the street from the BOK center. The facility is new, very clean, very modern and the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel whether or not you are staying downtown Tulsa.

« Very comfortable hotel across from Cox Convention Center »

We stayed one night at this hotel so that we could attend a concert across the street from the Cox Convention Center. The front desk attendants were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was nice as well. The room came with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. There were sundries downstairs that you could purchase if you needed a snack but there weren't many healthy options available. This is also a really great location. The door to the Cox center is literally right across the street and in warmer conditions you could walk several blocks and get to different clubs and restaurants. We used Lyft though as it was cold and late at night. The front desk had coupons for it which made our short trips to Max RetroPub and back, virtually free. We didn't eat the free breakfast in the morning but we did look at the area and it was nice and clean. We will be sure to stay at this hotel again when we come back to Tulsa!

    « Best Western Tulsa »

The Best Western Downtown Tulsa was a great place to stay. Breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean, the entire place was clean smelling. Staff was friendly. Location was great, right across the road from the Cox Business Center and right down the road from the BOK Center. Was trying to stream video on the WIFI and it froze up quite a bit, that was my only complaint. I was pleasantly surprise with the hotel when we arrived and with the location.

« Nice room, terrible breakfast »

I really enjoyed the room at the Best Western Plus in Downtown Tulsa. Front desk staff was fantastic and very helpful. However, the breakfast was absolutely terrible. Stay away from the hot items such as the breakfast burritos, sausage, eggs, etc. I wish that housekeeping didn't leave notes in my room that said "Tips :)" on it. Came across as unprofessional in my opinion. Beds and pillows leave something to be desired. Would much rather stay in a Holiday Inn Express for that reason.

    « Great!!!!!! »

A buddy and I went to Tulsa to the BassMaster Classic and stayed at the BW Downtown. BW helped make the experience great because once we arrived and parked we were done driving. The Expo center was right across the street and the BOK just beyond it. Hidden on the other side of the Hotel was a restaurant 30 yards from BW doors that had good food and priced right. Staff was great and breakfast good. My only small complaint was the parking a little cramped and on a first to come basis but once we parked we were good. I would recommend this highly to someone going to an event at the BOK our the Cox Convention Center. Hard to comment on price because they more than doubled the price for that weekend. Supply and demand. Staff was very nice and helpful and kept it clean. Would definitely go back!

    « AWESOME!! »

Being a seasoned traveler, I have stayed in good and bad. I can honestly say, the 4 nights I spent at the Best Western PLUS Downtown Tulsa were the best. It's super clean, quiet, and the staff is second to none. I give them 5 stars and definitely recommend this hotel.

    « Uncleab »

This place looks new from pictures but then we arrive and it looks old. Get our room and look at the beds and they are unclean with hair and lint all over them, stains on sheets. Upon looking at the room more looks like they haven't cleaned it in months.

« Great location in downtown »

Needed a hotel near a conference in downtown Tulsa. The hotel is new. The room was very spacious and nice. The elevators were a little scary (shaky) since it was a remodel from a previous building. There are two restaurants in both sides of the parking lot. This made it very convenient for traveling. The breakfast was good. But I have had better at other Best Westerns. I would definitely stay there again.

    5
« Nice place will stay here again »

Bed was comfortable. Normally stay at the Hyatt, but we had our dig. Hyatt charges $50 per night for the pet fee. Best western only charged $10. Great staff! Very nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again. Very close to downtown as we went to the ballet.

« Nice surprise and wonderful room »

Had a doctor's appointment at OSU Medical Center across the street. What a nice surprise! Clean, quiet, reserved parking. Front desk personnel very friendly and helpful. Our room was a corner room on the top floor with two Queen beds and sofa bed complete with nice business desk/free Wi-Fi, fridge and microwave. The room was very large and beds were SSSOOOOOO comfortable. Full breakfast was nice with comfortable seating, TV, plenty of food and selections. We will definitely stay here again.

    « Comfortable »

Overall this place was comfortable and had a good breakfast. The bathroom was clean and updated. The decor and room size was nice. The only issue was the noise through the door (I was near elevator), but the walls seemed well insulated.

« Don't let the exterior fool you »

This hotel looks like a parking garage from all angles except the front corner/entrance. However the interior is very nice. It is done in a modern vibe. The front desk and breakfast staff are very nice and helpful and the beds are comfy. I enjoy having a fridge and microwave in the room and being able to walk to the competition at the cox center across the street. We have stayed there multiple times and will stay there again.

    « Nice Get Away »

This was a quick trip for us. The Best Western PLUS Downtown Tulsa/Route 66 was a great location for us, since we were in town to see a play at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center. The Location was easy to find. The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Would use this hotel again.

« Clean & comfortable with friendly staff »

The girls at the front desk were so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a convenient downtown location. The room was a tad small but nice and clean. This is a great hotel for the price. We were able to easily walk to a concert at the BOK center. Ubering from here to downtown spots was easy too. Parking was acceptable at the hotel but was at capacity one night of our stay so they didn't recommend leaving with our car or we would have to find our own parking elsewhere, understandable. My only complaint would be that our room was close to the elevator so you can hear the ding every time the elevator arrives. Great spot for the price, would stay here again.

    5
    « Best Western Surprise »

Quite delighted with the hotel and will book it again next year for the same event. The staff was personable and helpful, even down to the breakfast staff, who wanted to make it hot and delicious. The hotel is easy to access, easy to depart, and nice in between.

« An ok spot to stay »

Glad we only stayed at the hotel one night, it was ok, nothing special but the staff were extra nice. The room was good, very comfortable and clean. The hotel had earlier had a water issue which had caused some flooding so there were fans going to dry the place. We were warned there might be some noise but it was not an issue. The lift not working from the basement car park was very annoying as it was very cold carrying our luggage around the outside of the hotel to the front entry. When we raised the issue at the front desk we were told it was a known issue and that they didn't know why it wasn't working. It would have avoided us wasting time standing around in the basement lift area waiting for a lift that wasn't working if one of the staff had put a sign warning of the issue. Overall it was ok, maybe a little expensive for the value.

« I visited here in 2015 for Tokyo in Tulsa »

Loved the hotel's breakfast option. A bit disappointed that the hotel didn't have a pool but not a big detractor from it. Beautiful Lobby and Rooms. A bit disappointed when finding out the 'regular rooms' were almost exactly the same as the 'suites'. It would seem for the pricing you would get more bang for your buck and the tub came with a learning curve for people not used to the push down style of drain stopper (I had to show my friends how to use it cause I have one in my apartment.)

    5
    « Nice place »

nice motel, nice room convenient location. Outside signage should be improved. not readily identifiable in all directions. Need more signage in parking area as to who it belongs too. and how to get to check in area.

« Nice, clean and comfortable »

Very nice hotel. Comfortable, clean, great staff. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff always had a smile on their face with great attitude atmosphere. Nice location and easy to get to. Very nice parking place to keep vehicle out of the weather. Very good adjoining restaurant. I give this hotel a 5 star rating.

    « Fingernail »

For the most part I really liked this hotel, until I found a fingernail/toenail in the bed. I took it downstairs and nothing was done about it. This hotel was very convenient for what we needed it for and the breakfast was good. The elevators are a little scary.

    « Nice Experience »

Overall, clean and comfortable with friendly staff from check-in, service and check-out. Felt safe and underground parking was a nice option given rain and other elements. Breakfast was good, not fantastic, but good for a family looking to save duirng travel.

    « Nice Surprise »

Very nice, modernized hotel for the price. Beds are more comfortable than most hotels I've stayed in recently, and the Best Western Plus offers free amenities (gym, wifi, breakfast). The walls are a little thin (I could hear periodic traffic and some noise from my neighbors), but that's my only complaint. I would definitely stay in this hotel again!

    « Pleasantly Surprised »

I've stayed at a Best Western before, it had been a few years ago and it was nice. This time I was blown away, this is a very nice and clean hotel. We had a Queen suite corner room. It was very spacious and decorated nicely. I would recommend this hotel highly. You will not be sorry if you choose this location.

« Poorly trained staff and $8 parking »

Check-in was unpleasant as we learned there was an extra parking fee. When I told the front desk person that I didn't see that when I booked, she informed me that it was in "teeny tiny print" at the bottom of the page. If you have something to hide, write it in teeny tiny print. Slimy business practice. The front desk agent didn't know how elevators worked-long story, too stupid for words. Bedside lamp didn't have power to it so not only did it not turn on, but we couldn't plug chargers into it. Only a 3 foot wide window in the room. The picture doesn't do it justice, the curtains are covering 2 feet of the wall. Only just checked in and realized why it had a competitive price. Hope the night is quiet and breakfast goes well.

    « Parking is 10$ »

The room is fine. The breakfast is the same S.A.D. offerings that are common with this chain. They did not match the internet room rate after showing it to them and they did not tell me of a parking charge that showed up on my bill in the morning. Beyond that the staff tells me that it was explained in the contract I signed while checking in. I'm glad that they did not stipulate that I would be donating a kidney during my stay. If I wanted to spend $20.00 more I would have stayed at the Hampton.

    « workers just didn't care »

We went to visit my son at the University of Tulsa. The room was NEVER cleaned over the three days we stayed there, the coffee was not restocked, the shampoo was not restocked, and when I went to the front desk to tell them, no offer to clean it, no apology, just given a handful of coffee packets to bring back to my room. The last night of our stay was miserable, a party was going on in the next room for HOURS! After 3 hours, we checked out and got on the road at 3:45 a.m. When my husband said we wouldn't pay for that night's stay, she told him she didn't know how to correct our invoice and she would "take care of it." Can't wait to get my credit card bill and have to call and argue about the charges. Will never stay here again. Totally miserable.

« Centrally Located and Comfortable »

We have stayed at a variety of hotels during the past few months and were very pleased with the Best Western Downtown Tulsa/Route 66 Hotel. The staff was very helpful, and we would stay there again if we need another overnight stay in the downtown Tulsa area.

« Good for the price »

I received the AARP discount and it was a great price for 5 people. We weren't in the room much, but it was pretty comfortable when we were. A second sink in the outer entry would have been nice to have, though, especially with 5 people trying to share one bathroom.

    4
    « Great Room »

The room was great, decorated nicely. It was clean and all around good. View from our window was pretty grimy, looking down on a rusted roof and across at a rusted parking garage, but I didn't care about that. Parking seemed expensive to me, since I've never paid for parking at a hotel before, what made it worse was the lack of parking spaces. The lot was tiny, my car barely fit in the spots, and the attached parking garage had no way to turn around in it. I wasn't happy about paying for parking in such a lot. At breakfast one of the heaters wasn't working so I ended up putting cold diced potatoes on my plate and kind of ruined my breakfast. The elevators felt old and would rock excessively.

    « A+ Staff »

Great staff. Had a wonderful stay with a clean spacious room and very helpful staff. Location was great for a trip to the historical downtown or the Cox Business Center. Was staying Tulsa for a convention so the location was great. Places to eat were just a short drive away.

« Great Concert Location for Accommodations »

The hotel is in easy walking distance to the BOK or the Cox Center. It's been renovated recently so the decor is nice. It is very reasonably priced. We did have to ask the cleaning staff to return since they had been rushed to complete the room. Not to mention the hotel was 'recovering' from a Comic Con convention.

« Excellent Choice....Very modern and high end looking Hotel »

This hotel feels very different from your typical Best Westerns, it has a very modern contemporary look and feel. It almost feels like a condo more then a hotel. The king room we had was very nicely decorated, spacious and very clean. We had an awesome sleep. The internet was very good and breakfast typical of your standard Best Westerns. It is conveniently located to the Convention Centre however is a bit of a walk to the 3 food districts (Blue, Green and Red districts) where there are arts, food, etc.. There is a separate parking charge ($8), however the price of this hotel was very reasonable even with this extra charge. Regardless this hotel is awesome and I would have no issues recommending or staying here in the future.

« My First Choice in Hotels in Tulsa »

I stayed at this hotel for the Center of The Universe Festival in July. When I booked I was a little skeptical of it since I have not had good experiences with Best Westerns before. I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was the friendliest I've ever dealt with and the manager (Shaun I believe?) was a great guy. I talked to most of the staff and got to know a few of them and they were all great. The hotel itself was very nice. The building is in great shape and everything was really clean. The breakfast was nice, and had a very comfortable dining area. The location of the hotel is very convenient, being walking distance to the convention center and BOK Center. Also had some good restaurant recommendations from the staff. Baxter's Interurban Grill is right across the parking lot and was a great meal (I recommend the bacon cheese fries). The only complaint I could possibly think of is that the parking lot is a little small and hard to get out of when it gets crowded, but even then they allowed us to park in the lot next door which is convenient. I don't blame the staff or management for this problem seeing that it's a little out of their control, but they do a good job of accommodating for it. If you're looking for one of the best hotels downtown, I would highly recommend. Only place I intend on staying in Tulsa from now on. 10/10 would recommend
